My husband and I were not disappointed in choosing The Glacier Highland. During our stay the staff was friendly and so attentive. The room was clean and felt like a combination of a much simpler time with some modern touch ups. The amenities in the room are limited (no microwave) but we enjoyed the food at the restaurant so much we ate every meal there. We tried several of the pies and they did not dissapoint. I was told the pie is made fresh each day by the owner by one of the waitresses. The customer care is unmatched. My husband and I have a hard time getting around these days and on our last day we were exhausted and we were feeling a little overwhelmed by the several trips we would have to make up and down the big hill to get our luggage to the train. Trin, who was cleaning the room next to ours overheard us talking about it (we are loud talkers) and told us he'd be happy to help get our luggage down the hill.
