Shopping mall
Portage Place, established in 1987, is a versatile shopping center that features a food court and convenient heated underground parking. Visitors praise the friendly service from the security agents and Telus representatives. While some express concerns about the mall's demographic, others appreciate its diverse range of shops and multiple levels connected by skywalks. Customers commend the excellent customer service, well-organized space, reasonable prices, and variety of options available at this hidden gem in downtown Winnipeg.
The gentleman who helped me on Saturday when I was So Stressed out from losing my phone was a lifesaver. I very rarely leave reviews; but this gentleman was obviously very busy and still took the time to offer me options, ease my mind and help others while helping me. Will never switch companies because of this experience. Just wanted to express my thanks.

Mall was once the center of Winnipeg and fun and safe to visit, still active and open.. but a lot of sketchy people tend to congregate here. Witnessed many people stealing and security trying to keep them under control
Chris — Google review
Give me a reason to love this space. Honestly this space is better off being completely renovated for residential purposes, then maybe put a few shops at an atrium or street level. There is no retail, heck, there is no activity here. Avoid at all cost unless you are looking to depress yourself.
Tim C — Google review
Shoppers Beware. Genuinely the worst mall experience I have had. Do not go here. The entryway stairs smell like urine to the point where my partner was gagging. Large parts of the mall are empty with people loitering about. It was not clear how to re-enter the parking ramp (there are no doorknobs or way to get in to the stairwells). We had to wander around until we were able to find someone to give us directions. He advised us to take the elevator inside. The elevator lights did not work, and was very clunky. We could not wait to get out. You have been warned.
Chris R — Google review
It’s reconstruction there at this time (September 2025), so there’re some changes. Western (on photos) part is opened and the Eastern area closed. Hopefully it’s going to be finished soon.

Movie theater
Kildonan Place is a classic retail center located in the east of Winnipeg, offering a relaxed shopping experience with over 110 stores, a food court, and a movie theatre. Surrounded by major chains and attractions like Costco Wholesale, Real Canadian Superstore, and Club Regent Casino, it's an ideal destination for a day of shopping and entertainment. The mall also hosts seasonal events such as Halloween trick-or-treating and Santa photo sessions to create an enchanting experience for visitors.
Kildonan Place is a nice, mid-sized shopping centre with easy access, good parking, and a cozy vibe. A great spot to spend your spare time, especially at Marshalls.
Ahad A — Google review
Good place for families and friends. Big variety of some famous brand stores, few local stores grocery store, Cinema, fashion, foot ware, insurance, electronics, many personal care stores, etc. ( you can find a photo of the stores and restaurants list with categories). One of the great thing, the wheel chair service and toddler stroller service with the Guest service desk (check the photo). The security guards are very very nice, friendly and helpful. There’s a good sale at some stores. There is a food court, may be it’s not such big but enough varieties to choose from. The parking lot is enough for moderate volume, it’s everywhere around the mall. They do some seasonal events and activities (ex: A decorated area to take professional photos with the bunny; Easter time, etc). The overall place is clean, but the only thing that the family washroom was really not clean and smells very bad ( may be we weren’t lucky this time). I do recommend people to go for shopping and enjoy the coffee, pretzels, and food court area.
Patrick F — Google review
It’s a cozy, clean place where you can find many things in one spot. Street access to the mall is very convenient. It wasn’t crowded the day I went, which made it even nicer.

Wow! Kildonan Place Mall has all the best stores in one convenient location. It’s the perfect place to shop, relax, and enjoy quality time with family or friends. The mall is clean, well-organized, and has a great variety of shops that make every visit enjoyable. I always find what I need — definitely one of the best shopping spots around!

got barred & banned for screaming at someone spent 30$ . pushed by the security guard & he physically put his hands on me it’s on camera

My mother-in-law fell today while walking in KP mall, she has a bad leg and it gave away on her. 2 security guards came running to help her immediately, helped her get up and pulled a bench up so she could sit, rest&recover, got a bottle of water from the pretzel stand which we're very kind and would not let us pay them for the water. The security guards made sure she didn't need any medical attention, stayed with her the whole time till she felt ok, took her information to make a report, and got her a scooter to be able to get back to her car and continue her shopping if needed. Thank you again to the 2 very kind and attentive security guards that came to her aid, we really appreciate it.
Kayla C — Google review
It’s a easily accessible, clean place where you can find shoes, luggage, clothing, parlours in one spot. It is not crowded at all. Good place for shopping in Winnipeg.

I love shopping here! The place is always so clean and well organized. They always have enough cashiers so even though the lineup seems long, it goes very fast!

Garden City Shopping Mall has become one of my top 3 favorite malls! I’m so impressed — the place is lively and family-friendly. Kids can enjoy fun games while adults shop and relax. There’s so much to say about this mall! I love visiting all the time. The parking lot is spacious, and access is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Garden city shopping centre , Winnipeg had everything to make you shopping memorable like clothing stores ,food court Tim Hortons ,Dollarama and etc. There was not much for the kids to have fun while parents are shopping but now “Fun on rides” is opened to full fill the demand 🦄🐘🐶🦊🦁 Now you can rent animal ride from them and go for long ride from seafood city to winners Kids and adults can ride together 🧑‍🧒 Try “Fun on rides”on your visit to Garden city shopping centre🐶🐘🦖🦄🦁🦊🐼

I had a good experience. I went to Rogers expecting i would need to buy a new phone, but the rep informed me my phone might be fixed. He made a suggestion and it worked out, my phone was fixed in less than 45 minutes. The shop in question is close to the Rogers store. I recommend it
Robpaprox — Google review
Not as many stores that I like to shop at anymore. Seems bare and depressing. Dont care for the atmosphere with the lack of color and pizazz it used to have. What's with this look and overkill of cellular/wireless stores in here??? Feel like every 3-4 shops i see a clothing or shoe store amidst them...only thing I actually do come for anymore is the food court because of the variety of good eats...sorry but this whole setup is not working for me and im sure its the going consensus with a lot of people. There's no fluidity whatsoever to the place. Sucks cuz I used to shop here all the time. 🫤 And your bathrooms smell funny. 😒
Elsie C — Google review
Great mall, good parking, lots of small businesses here that are great to support. Garden City mall has withstood the test of time as a Winnipeg mall. Over the years its gotten some upgrades like all the food in the area and Goodlife, but it has also lost some parts like the theatre. Good mall, overall!

Nestled in the heart of the city, Grant Park Shopping Centre is a vibrant hub for shopping and entertainment. With major retailers like Winners, Canadian Tire, and McNally Robinson Booksellers, it offers a diverse selection that caters to all tastes. The mall also features a cinema where you can catch the latest films while enjoying delicious snacks and comfy seating.
I know the guy who looks after the mall. He manages two malls, actually, in opposite corners of the city. Top notch guy, real straight shooter, couldn't ask for a nicer fellow. He genuinely cares about people first and foremost which, I think, is a pretty rare trait. The mall is a better place because of good management like this person.
Brad H — Google review
I've been going to this shopping centre since it was called a plaza and evolved to Grant Park 'mall' as a teen. It's gone through many looks, stores and changes but always felt the safest to visit and most comfortable.
Gail K — Google review
Small and basic. Unless you live nearby, dont bother driving up there. Not the place to spend time. Except if you want visit the movie theater
Sam J — Google review
I did like shopping here...good selection ..it's clean...buuuut...I don't like being watched or followed around..I had 3!! 3 workers watching me...I put everything bac..n said I'll be shopping else...They nvr said a word..:/
Cee M — Google review
It is okay, decent store selection, handicap accessible, colorful, plenty of variety, the security did not seem to care that I was taking photos infront of them, it made me feel more comfortable, the staff didn't seem to care either, so as a photographer, here is your 5 star review. This is most of the whole interior
Awky G — Google review
Recently, I had a janitor get very aggressive with me for looking for a back exit. The property manager contacted me and apologized on behalf of the staff and treated me with respect. The mall itself has quite a few hidden gems like the movie store with cheap and good options. And McNally Robinsons which is practically a library with everything you could possibly want from a bookstore and more. As with almost every place in Winnipeg there are still seemingly homeless people loitering inside the mall the entire time I was there.
Patrick A — Google review
Nice and open, you can do your groceries after a movie, then some wine to take home. ;)

I was at the centre today and had to deal with a aggressive panhandler at the main entrance. You should get your security to move him. Was standing in front of people. He was intimidating mostly female customers.

Shopping mall
Nestled in the heart of Winnipeg, St. Vital Centre has been a go-to destination for shoppers since 1979, boasting an eco-friendly design that complements its vibrant atmosphere. This expansive mall features a diverse array of international brands and local retailers, catering to all your shopping needs—from fashion to home goods. After indulging in retail therapy, visitors can unwind at the food court or catch a flick at the cinema.
St. Vital Mall is a true gem of Winnipeg, offering an exceptional shopping experience that is both expansive and well-curated. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by its immaculate cleanliness, with every corner thoughtfully maintained, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. The mall's vast size is impressive, providing a comprehensive retail landscape that accommodates a diverse range of shops, from luxury brands to popular high-street names. One of the highlights is the impressive cinema, which adds a touch of entertainment to the shopping experience, making it ideal for a full day out. The inclusion of a Walmart, notably one of the largest I've seen, further elevates the convenience factor, offering everything one could need under one roof. What truly stood out was the abundance of parking spaces—finding a spot was effortless, even during peak hours. As a first-time visitor, I was thoroughly impressed with how well the mall is designed to cater to a variety of needs. Without a doubt, I will be returning for future visits. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier shopping experience!
Gopi V — Google review
St. Vital Centre has been my go-to mall for years, and it still delivers with over 160 stores like Hudson's Bay, Sephora, and a solid mix of local gems—perfect for everything from quick grocery runs at Superstore to holiday gift hunts. The recent renovations have brightened up the place with wider walkways, fresh seating areas, and that new food court expansion featuring spots like Blaze Pizza and Tim Hortons, making it way more family-friendly (though parking can be a nightmare on weekends). It's not the flashiest mall in town, but for affordable, convenient shopping in southeast Winnipeg, it's a reliable 4/5—crowded but cozy, and always buzzing with that classic Canadian vibe.
Emma S — Google review
My favorite mall in Winnipeg. I feel comfortable and safe in the mall and parking lot. Lots of parking. Great selection of stores.
Cam B — Google review
It is quite strange when a shopping mall closes at 6 pm on a weekend (Saturday). The shopping mall is quite famous and is designed for a huge area.
Таня К — Google review
Very nice mall, very clean, many good stores. Been coming a long time, since the 80s I think at least. Definitely has some spiritual presences, stronger in some places than others. Haunted but not too bad.
Princeton G — Google review
We've been to this mall a few times & have always liked it. The only drawback is that the location is not very convenient for us when we're in the city. Great selection of stores. It's clean, has a very spacious layout, easy to navigate. The food court is clean, has lots of seating & has many different restaurant options to accommodate anyone's eating habits. The staff at each of the places were very helpful & friendly. I'm not a big fan of shopping, but my wife & I ended up spending about 3-4hrs there!

Winnipeg Square, located at 360 Main St, is an underground mall that offers a convenient stop for those staying in the downtown area. It features a diverse range of shops and services, including banks like RBC, Scotiabank, CIBC, and TD Canada Trust, as well as convenience stores, shoe repair shops, dry cleaners, and food services. The recent upgrades have brought new opportunities for businesses to set up shop within the complex.
Winnipeg Square has gone through a big upgrading since the new building has opened its doors and taking residents... The fitness center main entrance can be accessed thru the mall and the food court is fully open with a few spaces still available... The main concourse has some shopping spaces vacant and ready for new shops with all the upgrades available within the complex... Tons of potential for the future...

I got these awesome gifts for someone from the Hallmark store. So I took on the adventure of covering all the stores and shops and everything inside the Square. It's a full shopping centre (in fact, it's an independent community), ranging from banks (Royal Bank to Canada - RBC, Bank of Nova Scotia - Scotiabank, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce - CIBC, TD Canada Trust) to convenient stores, to shoe-cobbler, to dry cleaning, to food services. Everything you need for a business life.

Shopping
CF Polo Park is a vibrant retail haven located in the heart of Winnipeg, making it an ideal destination for both locals and visitors. This expansive shopping complex boasts over 200 stores, including popular brands like H&M, Zara, and Forever 21. Whether you're on the hunt for electronics or unique jewelry pieces, CF Polo Park has you covered. After a day of shopping, indulge your taste buds at one of the many restaurants or food courts available throughout the mall.
The shopping mall in Winnipeg. This mall has the most modernized facilities in the entire city. It's probably part of the CF standard across the nation. Overall very clean, strong AC, and mixed with modernized customers. The mall also feels safe compared to some other locations in the city. Has a lot of big box stores and a reasonable food court.
Tim C — Google review
This shopping mall in Winnipeg offers a familiar yet enjoyable experience. It doesn’t stand out architecturally but provides all the essentials you expect from a good shopping destination. Shoppers can explore a variety of stores, from fashion and electronics to home goods. The mall also features a food court and restaurants where you can take a break and enjoy a meal or snack. It’s a convenient place to shop, eat, and spend time with family or friends.
Nusrat J — Google review
Excellent shopping Mall in Winnipeg. This mall is very large, with lots of parking and good access from every side. The shops here are great and vary from small shops for uniquely Winnipeg (Jets Gear) to large stores like the soon closing Hudson Bay. Great food court and safe.. as there are a LOT of security roaming the corridors. I'm sure you will find anything you need at this mall.
Topher E — Google review
A bigger mall. Lots of interesting stores. Food court had lots of selections but ate at a taste of Ukraine as it's awesome.
Mike M — Google review
CF Polo Park is one of Winnipeg’s busiest and most popular shopping destinations, and for good reason. It offers a wide variety of stores, from big-name fashion brands and department stores to smaller specialty shops. Whether you’re looking for clothing, electronics, home goods, or just window shopping, there’s plenty of choice under one roof. One of the highlights of Polo Park is its layout—it’s spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. The mall has been kept up-to-date with modern renovations, so it feels bright and welcoming when you walk in. The atmosphere is lively, especially on weekends, but it never feels overwhelming thanks to the wide walkways and good organization of stores. The dining options are another big plus. The food court has a good mix of local and well-known chains, and there are sit-down restaurants both inside and nearby, making it a good place to spend a few hours with friends or family. Parking is usually easy to find, with plenty of spots around the mall. What stands out most is that CF Polo Park really feels like a central hub for the city—a place where shopping, dining, and socializing come together. Overall, it’s a clean, reliable, and enjoyable mall experience.
Lovepreet S — Google review
CF Polo Park is one of my favorite shopping spots in Winnipeg! I got my designer hoodie, winter boots, sneakers, and even some nice things for my kids—all in one place. The mall has a great variety of stores with quality items and stylish collections. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff in most stores are super friendly and helpful. I always enjoy shopping here and will definitely keep coming back!
Oluwatokemi A — Google review
Lots of parking. Not too busy. Lots of food options in the food court. Many stores. Pretty simple layout. Very good mall! I’d recommend fergies.

Stores keep closing down cause rent keeps going up despite higher cost and most importantly less shoppers. The so call increased traffic is just trouble makers bear spraying the place up, which just happened again!!!! All security does is monitor while the correct way to do this is to prevent incidents from happening in the first place. Main entrances rarely have security personnel posted. Food court Washrooms took over half a year and still Not completed. I used to enjoy shopping and eating here but these days unless I really need something I ain’t coming here.

The Pan Am Pool is a large and modern indoor pool that is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and cooling off. The pool has a wide variety of activities and amenities available, such as diving boards and water slides. It's also the perfect place to spend a summer day.
Pan Am Pool is a Winnipeg standout! Olympic-sized 50m pools, diving tank, kids' area—perfect for laps, lessons, or events. Clean, upgraded in 2018, friendly staff. World-class vibes at public prices.

Great facility and location. Would have given 5 stars except during a 4 day competition event, there was no concession for fans except for pop and junk food. Need to improve in this area and take lessons from hockey venues.
Jim S — Google review
The water facility is really big. There were tournaments happening when I took my daughter for her swimming lessons. There is adequate shower rooms and change rooms. However parking is a nightmare despite the large parking area. I like that my child can go to the library after and play at the play structure behind the facility.

Today I went to Pan Am for free swimming. There was a line outside - so long that I thought they were handling free bread🍞. But no, it was just us, dreaming of a dive into the free water💦. Totally worth it.

Basically clean...might be time for a bit of a face lift...track isn't very good compared to Cindy Klassen and it's quite humid in there due to the pool. Exercise room is kind of small but it overlooks rhebpool which is nice.
Scott M — Google review
The pool are clean and well maintained, just that you’re not allowed to eat inside the area. You have to go out and eat outside. If you’re planning to stay longer make sure you bring drinks and snacks with you as they don’t sell anything in there. Otherwise, there were bleachers, tables, chairs and washrooms that you can use. Admission rates are, $6 for adults and $3.35 for children.

The power tripping and just flat out bullying from the lifeguards is actually vile. Brown hair lady supervising from 730pm to 9pm is an extremely toxic and disturbed person, and many of the others are as well. I came here with my bf to swim, and he's a beginner swimmer. Anyways we were in the 2m lane swimming back and forth, where he could easily as a tall guy reach the bottom and jump up if he needed to and could also grab the ropes beside him for breaks in between. A lifeguard then came over and in a snarky, condescending voice told him that it wasn't safe and he needed to wear a life jacket to stay there or go to the shallow end. So he put on a life jacket, then she told another lifeguard on the walkie talkies to come tell him he needed to do laps with the life jacket in the shallow end in order to continue. I then said "just 2? And the lifeguard smiled at the other life gaurd and said "4". Then the lifeguard on the walkie literally told her to walk away from us so she could say something, CLEARLY talking trash about us. Then we seen her go to another staff and start laughing and pointing at us. Obviously we refused to do 4 LAPS, in the SHALLOW end, WITH a life jacket. So unreasonable and clearly just wanting to pick on someone. vile behavior. Plus front desk lady was kinda rude for no reason.
Not I — Google review
Bruh the front table staff doesn't even know anything and was rude , then the swimming pool deck supervisor saw me struggle a bit in deep end after 2 laps and then came to me and said either wear a life jacket or goto the shallow end , i opted for shallow end but after some time i wore a life jacket as she said and went to 2.meters and then she sends a life guard and she tells me to do 4 laps in shallow end 4 feet with a life jacket on , like bruh how am i gonna drown with a life jacket and earlier she said i can goto the 2 meters one with life jacket . Pure power tripping lmao after that i just left . And i'm 6'1 i can literally just jump and not drown . Very weird staff. They hate there jobs or smth. Not friendly at all .

Shopping mall
Polo Park is one of the largest malls in Winnipeg, offering a wide range of stores to cater to every shopper's needs. While it lacks a public lounge for tired shoppers, recent updates in security and police presence have improved safety concerns. The mall features moderate to expensive stores and houses the first Zara store in Winnipeg. Despite some empty storefronts, it remains a popular shopping destination with ongoing sales and ample parking.
Washrooms are never clean! There’s always a lot of unwanted crowd in the mall asking for smoke or change at all the entrances! Three stars for good choices in terms of brands! And many offers available all round year! Food court is also a good size!
Kavisha M — Google review
Excellent shopping Mall in Winnipeg. This mall is very large, with lots of parking and good access from every side. The shops here are great and vary from small shops for uniquely Winnipeg (Jets Gear) to large stores like the soon closing Hudson Bay. Great food court and safe.. as there are a LOT of security roaming the corridors. I'm sure you will find anything you need at this mall.
Topher E — Google review
A bigger mall. Lots of interesting stores. Food court had lots of selections but ate at a taste of Ukraine as it's awesome.

Lens Crafters provided good service. The eye pressure test apparently hurt my kids a little but I understand that's normal; it's a puff of air shot into your eye just once per eye. Ordering new glasses was well guided by the staff member we spoke to. She was very knowledgeable and logical. Congrats to her on her new baby soon!! The other staff member who was training also did well and was just a bit unsure yet, seems like she is concerned about overstepping. More effort to help her feel confident and comfortable is needed. ❤️❤️

Polo park used to be the new greyhound dog race tracks in the early 1900’s before moving to the permanent location at Assiniboine downs & becoming a gambling & horse racing track. Polo park mall is a great meeting place and good to hang out with friends. Good place to go for various clothes shopping, choices of food pit stops in the food court; get eye exams and glasses, bowling, as well as various drink spots.

Movie theater
Landmark Cinemas 8 Grant Park is a top-notch movie theater located in a bustling shopping center. The theater boasts plush seats, ample legroom, and impeccable maintenance, providing a comfortable and enjoyable viewing experience. What sets it apart is its selection of rare films not found elsewhere. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. While the size of the theater may be a downside for some, the overall experience is highly praised by visitors who appreciate the cozy reclining seats and clean facilities.
One of the best cinema experiences I’ve had! The premier seats are super comfortable, with plenty of legroom and even a space to keep your bag — a small but thoughtful touch that really adds to the experience. The only issue is that the cinema is hard to find for first-timers because it’s located inside a shopping complex and there’s no clear signboard outside. A visible sign would definitely help new visitors. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Clean environment, great seating, and a smooth experience overall. I’d definitely go again! 20 including tax for premier seat.
Shanthi H — Google review
Best cinemas in Winnipeg. Really enjoyed the comfortable couches and tasty popcorn. But management should definitely do something with cleaning process. Popcorn was all over the floor. Stuff should clean it more often or hire an additional stuff for cleaning cause that looks awful and spoils the impression.

You've gotta go to landmark! Bring a blanket and cuddle up with your partner or kiddos! With double or single reclining chairs there's lots of space to stretch out and elevate those feet! Located in the mall, so you can go shopping afterwards or grab a bite to eat.

Very roomy theaters with comfortable recliner seats. Ordering tickets online made for a very quick walk in and sit down experience. Will be coming back for sure
Cathryn K — Google review
I had a great experience thanks to the outstanding customer service from a young man named Matthew. He appeared to be either a supervisor or manager. I had purchased two tickets in person the day before to see Superman, intending to go to the 9:30 PM show. However, there was a mix-up and the tickets were accidentally booked for the 9:30 AM screening instead and there was only front row seats left available for the show that night. When we brought this to the staff’s attention at the concession stand, Matthew handled the situation promptly and professionally. He found a solution right away and made the process stress-free so we can see the movie in the seats we booked tonight instead! I’m a big fan of this theatre and the incredible staff who work there—thank you again for turning the situation around so quickly!
Noah D — Google review
Great seats very comfy, not sure if its worth spending 20$ per ticket though before dropping 20$ on a popcorn and drink. Ive been to this theatre a fair bit and I find the staff dont check on theatre often enough for people who are disturbing the movie. Today I listened to some mom and her kid talk over an entire movie, yes the whole movie. I won't be returning for a while as I am frustrated im out 40$ for a sub par experience. This has happened a few other times recently where I've had people on cell phones throughout the course of films.
John S — Google review
Never been to this theatre before. Decided to sit up front row, as I have in other theatres. I cannot fathom how the company, the interior designers thought this was okay; or how customers can ever cope with sitting front row more then one dreadful time. Maybe I'm an idiot for underestimating how close to the screen I was going to be. But wow, what a distorted, and deeply uncomfortable viewing angle and experience. Truly a bizarre experience to see such a warped angle, I could see all the motion blur, pixels, and low resolution so clearly. It was physically straining to pay attention to the edges of the screen that were on my peripheral vision. Seriously, who on earth, with functioning optical nerves, can sit in these seats and come out saying "wow, that was such a great viewing experience, can't wait to go back to Landmark Cinemas 8 Grant park and sit front row again!" And I sat in the MIDDLE FRONT row. I'm imaging the poor dad who was sitting in the front corner, it must have been like watching a movie through warped filter while on a low dose of mushrooms. Sound quality and audio balance is also kinda bad. 2 stars for comfy chairs and reclining feature.
Morph K — Google review
Great full you don't need to have an account to book your tickets unlike cinaplex which is a nightmare. I give two stars because I do not support business not accepting cash at their tills as cash is a form of payment and you shouldn't be able to dent cash payment anywhere.

Canadian Tire is a popular retail destination that took over 75% of the space previously occupied by Target in 2016. The remaining space was leased to GoodLife Fitness, which opened in the same year. Customers have praised the store for its diverse product offerings, including unique items like a Mushroom Bird Bath and an air fryer. Visitors have also commended the helpful and knowledgeable staff members, such as Carol, who went above and beyond to assist customers with their purchases.
Kristina F helped me with my patio furniture purchase and she was awesome-knowledgeable, helpful, and it was such a pleasure to deal with her! She went the extra mile for me, as did the staff in that department, and it added so much to my experience in the store-I came in the day after to add to my set, and again, excellent service from her! Paul was the best for my delivery, and given the excellent service I will for sure make Polo Park location my store for future shopping trips! Thanks again!

Don’t waste your time using the mechanic services at Canadian Tire, you’ll be sure to have a terrible experience. Brought my car in for an inspection as my steering wheel was pulling and it felt as though a tire was wobbling. The techs performed an alignment and said the vehicle was good to go. The second I drove it out of the shop, the vehicle was still pulling and tire felt wobbly; no fix. Brought the car back to explain, all they did was try another alignment. Left with the car and AGAIN, it hadn’t been fixed. It was finally on the third try that they discovered some damage to one of the tires. All in all, they didn’t properly diagnose the problem until the third try. I understand that it may have been challenging to find the cause of the issue, but it’s how it was handled that pisses me off. When I asked about being reimbursed for the alignment they performed considering it was unnecessary and didn’t fix the issue, they refused. Three trips to this Canadian Tire for them to not fix anything and still charge me. Terrible service.

Booked a 9am appointment to have 3 tires swapped. Arrived at 8:45am as requested sat there for 4 hours to have 3 tires changed. Technician that swapped my tires told his service department that the cable that holds the spare tire underneath my van was seized and the tool to do it was "broken" and could not put my spare back on. Get in my van frustrated already and find the tool box scattered allover my passenger seat and on my dash. Didn't have the decency to put the tool box back where he got it. And to top it off I get home took me all of 10 minutes to put the spare back on underneath the van myself. Technician basically lied says everything is broken and all it was he didn't know what he was doing. Very frustrating experience will definitely not be coming back 4 hours to swap out 3 tires is ridiculous.

Pretty hard pressed to find any merchandisers to ask questions or direct you, and when you do find someone you’re lucky if they actually know where the product is you are wanting or anything about it. There is a big problem with damaged and missing items with this store, boxes are often damaged and clearly have not been handled with care. Today I bought a dolly and it was missing the hardware to attach the wheels because the bag that it comes with is damaged and has holes, and this is one the merchandiser grabbed from the back because the one on display also had a ripped bag with missing hardware. I just spent $100 and now I have to spend more money to buy the missing hardware, thanks Canadian Tire! Never ceases to disappoint!

Website let me book an appointment for a vehicle safety just fine after asking for all the vehicle details but when I showed up I was told they don't do vehicles over 10 years old, even though it only has 120k klicks. They knew that right off the bat when I entered the details in but now they wasted my time and money buying a temp insurance tag. This location used to be my go to but no more.
Darga — Google review
This store is inconsistent with its bag policy. I’m never comfortable leaving my backpack behind the counter. Sometimes I can go in the store sometimes I’m refused. Today I left but while waiting to get in the store I saw 7 women with larger purses walk in the store. So because I wear a backpack I’m not allowed to shop…. But giant purses are… my back pack is like a purse on my back. It is also smaller than most female purses. Get better staff if you’re so worried about theft.
Marco F — Google review
I realize their theft rates are through the roof very much like every store nowadays. Yet, instead of smarter, customer-first loss prevention programs (like discreet floor staff or genuine service!!!), they humiliate everyone walking in. I can no longer support a company that treats paying customers like potential shoplifters. Canadian Tire, let me tell you what needs to happen: -Publicly post clear signage about any bag or backpack policy at all entrances. -Retrain staff and LPOs to approach customers with dignity, not suspicion. -Hire real floor associates to offer help, not surveillance. If you’re reading this, Canadian Tire, earn respect through service, not suspicion. Fix this culture of mistrust before you lose more customers.
Riah — Google review
DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK ON YOUR CAR DONE AT THIS LOCATION. If I could choose zero stars I would. I had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change on my Subaru forrester. Two and a half hours later my car was complete. On the mechanics update I apparently had an oil leak and there were two alarms that mysteriously showed up that were not on when I went there (check engine light, and traction light). I have an application of Rust check on my car every year. I know for sure that is the "oil leak". I asked why the alarms were coming on because they were not on when I took the car there. The service manager told me I had to pay and additional $160 to do a OBD2 scan. I asked why when the lights were not on when I came in. They did a scan. I asked what the result was. I was told they "DON"T KNOW". Alarm lights are not on now. I still do not know the result of scan or what they did. What I thought would be a half hour oil change turned into a 2 and half hour night mare. Highly incompetent staff and mechanics.

Walmart Supercentre is a one-stop shop for all your needs, offering a wide range of products and services. The store's convenient location makes it easy to access, with wheelchair accessibility and a spacious parking area. In addition to in-store shopping, customers can also place online orders for pickup. Whether you're looking for everyday essentials or delicious products, Walmart Supercentre has you covered.
Dear Walmart WMPress Management, I would like to formally submit a complaint regarding a staff member shown in the attached picture. On 8/4/2025., I went to pick up order #600000025998139. As usual, I provided the pickup code to the Omni team member who came out to deliver the order. After placing the order in my car trunk, the staff member walked away without closing the trunk and proceeded to assist another vehicle parked nearby. I politely stepped out of my car and asked why he didn’t close the trunk. He rudely responded that it’s not his job. I explained that I frequently use Spark Drive services at various Walmart locations, and this is the first time anyone has refused such a basic courtesy. He then said, “I am not your servant and Walmart didn’t ask me to do this.” His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. At the same time, another customer, Jessica, pointed out that he was handing her the wrong order. When I asked him for his name, he refused to provide it and was not wearing a visible name tag. I called the Omni department to report the issue, and a person named Jatin answered the call. Unfortunately, Jatin also refused to share the staff member’s name and instead defended his behavior. Later, I contacted customer service and spoke with William, who directed me back to the Omni department and suggested I report the experience. To date, no action has been taken, and I have received no apology for the poor treatment I received. I work with Walmart stores across Winnipeg, and I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. The staff member in question closed the trunk for other customers but refused to do so for me and spoke to me in an abusive tone. I am requesting that this complaint be escalated to higher management for proper investigation and action. I am attaching the picture of the staff member involved. Please contact me as soon as possible for further details. Sincerely, Best regards, Haroon Munir

This is by far one of the worst locations, they have absolutely nothing for girls clothing or outerwear at all and it's actually extremely frustrating and really sickening, couldn't find anything for winter outerwear until mid February, there's nothing for spring/wet season but thank god there has been the same swimsuits hanging there since Halloween!!Whoever is in charge of inventory should be fired already... Don't get me started on the shoe selection 🤬

Great idea and lots of products, but the place is always a mess. Hard to find anything, aisles are cluttered, shelves are blocked — and half the time the shelves are empty. Just price tags, no product. What’s the point? Really disappointing.

First time I have seen any Walmart in Canada (Walmart, Ellice Ave, Winnipeg) with very poor management. mostly bakery stuff with fungus. I ignored once but after couple of days I visited again. unfortunately same stuff was still there with worst conditions

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called five times — four of those times I was no one even bothered to answer. When someone finally did pick up, I asked about an item, and she transferred me to a department… only for the call to be disconnected again. Tried calling back multiple more times — same result: no answer. It’s incredibly frustrating that a company operating at this scale can’t handle even the most basic customer interaction. If this is how customers are treated before a purchase is even made, it makes you seriously question the reliability of anything that comes after.

I just had one of the most humiliating and frustrating experiences at Walmart. I went to customer service to simply exchange a diaper box for a bigger size. It was a gift, I had no receipt, and I was told to grab another box. When I came back, the associate noticed the gifted diaper box had a peeled spot (done by my child, but it was NOT opened). She opened it anyway and found a screw inside. That screw belonged to my child’s bike — she had dropped it in through the hole at home. I explained this clearly, but instead of listening, the associate refused to give it back to me and started calling people on the microphone like I was doing something wrong. First of all, that was wrong of her — because technically the box was still mine since the exchange wasn’t even completed yet. Which means the screw inside it was also mine, not Walmart’s. Yet she acted like I had no right to it. Another customer even chimed in, basically making it seem like I was lying or stealing. The whole situation was humiliating. I had to point out the actual hole in the box where my daughter put the screw, and only then did they finally hand it back to me. By that point, I was already so upset. Then I was told the diaper box I picked up was more expensive. I refused to take another one and asked them to have someone else get another one for me, because after being treated like a thief, I didn’t even want to touch another box and risk being accused of something again. This whole situation made me feel angry, embarrassed, and completely disrespected. I walked into Walmart to do a simple exchange, and instead I was made to feel like a criminal in front of other customers — all over a screw from my child’s bike. This is unacceptable. Staff need proper training on how to treat people with respect, because no customer should walk out of a store feeling this way.

Dear Walmart, please consider including basic customer service skills in your hiring criteria. Many of your employees seem unwilling to help, and even the most basic etiquettes appear to be missing.

Shoppers Drug Mart at Grant Park is known for its large Liquor Mart, which is the largest in the province. The former Target location was taken over by Canadian Tire and opened on June 23, 2016. Customers have shared mixed experiences with the pharmacy services, with some praising specific pharmacists like Hillary and Tiffany for their personalized and attentive care. The beauty department staff, particularly Karanbir, has been commended for providing excellent assistance to customers.
The pharmacy are absolutely amazing. They are open until 12am however you cannot sorry you shouldnt bring your RX in at 11:45pm and expect it to be filled. Give them adequate notice and If going for a daily witness like myself and cut it close to closing most days (work) give them a call if you know you won't make it so they can do the paperwork. Be kind I feel for these guys, they get a lot of friction yet never get thanked for all the additional work they do behind the scenes. Rest of the staff amazing. Was helped by a younger maybe new cosmetics staff and she made some killer suggestions and made spending $200 a lot more like a treat to myself then grumbling about inflation. I do have one complaint the night security and staff at about 11pm some old hag yells In the direction of people entering the store credit debit only no cash doesn't even. Look over their Shoulder. This is an hour before close, two sometimes. I have a therapy dog with certificates and verified card. She has breathing issues and the security guard still after many conversations thinks she's growling. Insists I put her in her carry case - I just ignore him now since he clearly is ignoring the conversations and documents I've shown him. I dislike being rude but he comes across as ignorant and voices his unreasonable requests loudly making a show of me. She is NOT growling, and good to know all you need to spoook the staff keeping the store secure is a dog with a bark let alone a bite!

I’ve been a customer at this pharmacy for five years and until today my experience has been really positive. Although the staff is often very busy and navigating the chaos that comes with being located on River and Osbourne, they are routinely helpful, patient, professional and informative. Previously, the pharmacy staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that my insurance information in their system is correct and that my medications are covered according to my policy (the details of which change annually since I’m an international student). When I went to pickup my prescription this evening, I waited patiently while the pharmacist assisted another couple; when she came to assist me, I asked if she could ensure my updated insurance information was on file so that my prescription costs would be covered. She responded to this request with complete irritation and exasperation and replied that she “did not have time for this” and "had other things to do." Taken aback, I paid full price out of pocket (which is a lot when you’re making a graduate student salary) hoping that I can submit a claim later on. I understand that it was late and she might have had a long day but I hope she can manifest a little more professionalism and compassion in the future, especially when it comes to requests inherent to operating a pharmacy.

When I went to purchase the Kylie Melting Makeup Cleanser I noticed a good part of the bottle was empty . Even though on sale , it was sold to me as brand new . The clerk insisted it was new and said most likely it is “sold like that “ I mentioned it’s clear the bottle was almost 1/2 empty and then was told the bottle was sealed . Obviously not to me it was not , as the small silver tab slipped away easily. When I went to another shoppers to purchase more of the same product I found it actually comes in a box. I did after some discussion get a discount on the used bottle after I insisted the bottle is used and I would purchase it with a discount. I really like this line as it’s good on my skin so I wanted it. The clerk’s attitude was quite cavalier , not caring she was selling a defective skin care bottle , nor listening to me. . The first photo shows how it should be sold new coming in a box and the second is what the beauty boutique insisted was “new”. with no box . Very poor customer service to argue with a customer that is obviously correct. I did get a discount but the attitude in this “beauty boutique “ ensures I will not buy from them as this proves they really do not care what the customer says or selling products that have been used as new. I expect more from clerks who sell expensive skin care products. I gave a one star only for thanking them for the extra discount. Look at the unboxed picture. you can see that it’s hollow at the top. I sure don’t appreciate the clerks at River /Osborne. Beauty Boutique should care more about the products they sell as they sell top of the line products but have poor attitudes towards customers .

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience at Shoppers Drug Mart on Osborne Street They asked me to call to resolve this and after wasting my time with calls and emails ...a big nothing...no actual response...much like the Life Brand product the appearance of a response was offered. .like the appearance of a humidifier was sold? Two days ago, I purchased a humidifier from this location for $109. Unfortunately, after using it only once, the humidifier melted and fell apart. Naturally, I retained my receipt and returned to the store to request a refund for this faulty product. Living in an apartment with limited space, I did not keep the box and had recycled it prior to realizing the product was defective. Upon entering the store, the cashier immediately dismissed my request, stating, “You don’t have the box, so we can’t return that,” before I could even explain the situation. I tried to explain that I expected a quality product and didn’t anticipate needing the box for a return. However, the cashier (who claimed to be a supervisor) cut me off repeatedly, refusing to engage in any meaningful discussion. She showed no willingness to listen or consider my perspective. She insisted that the store’s policy required the box for a return, even though this was a Life Brand product—Shoppers Drug Mart’s own brand—with no third-party manufacturer involved. Usually a box is required for third party manufacturers It is baffling that a store would prioritize a box over addressing a defective product, especially one bearing their own name. This rigid and dismissive approach to customer service left me frustrated. The same cashier rang me through 2 days ago and said she had "the exact same humidifier at home". Bad karma for that cashier with a death trap like this Life Brand humidifier...hope yours doesn't burn down your place... Shoppers Drug Mart, if you sell a faulty product, the focus should be on making things right for the customer—not hiding behind arbitrary policies. I expected much better from such a well-known retailer. Clearly the staff have soured to being civil due to theft the company forces them to engage in...;-( Response when i called # was to be rude by email then waste my time and gave me the run around...lol total bs

In store, staff are very friendly and helpful. Apparently no one answers the phones though - trying to get in touch with the postal outlet, I called half a dozen times, went through the automated menus only to have the call dropped. Finally called to reach someone at customer service, and there is one phone ring then put into hold. almost 10 minutes later, still no answer.

Great gift sets now available. Good price for a bottle and two small glasses. $20! Seems everyone is giving away little bottles, toques, bottle sweaters, glasses or something when you buy. Very cool. Lots of airmiles with certain bottles compared to rest of season. Got to check them out. Here are a few. Awesome staff also. Very helpful and willing to find out if they dont know.

Do NOT buy Peller estate or Jackson Triggs boxed wine at this location … I have been buying here for two years and I have to bring back 80% of my purchase because the wine is always skunky and smells old…. Absolutely disgusting. I usually try to go out of my way to Kenaston or Ness-Because I’ve never had a problem at these two locations. I’m not sure if the merchandise doesn’t move as quickly because it’s a smaller store or what-But I’ll be contacting management because it’s terribly disappointing…. Especially on a holiday, where you have no other option to return it and get a replacement box. Total bummer for me personally and my company…again.

Friendly staff at ANY kind of retail store make an impression on me. If staff are not welcoming, I will take my business elsewhere. These folks are wonderful. From the fellow that checked my ID at the entrance, the gentleman arranging merchandise to the check out folks.... each one was courteous and helpful. I knew what I wanted and where to find it. I brought my own reusable bag, so I needed to pack it myself. I am happy to do that. The store is bright, well organized and provides a relaxed experience.

I have been a customer of this specific gas station for years. Made the choice of not going to closer gas station, instead giving this small location my business. Always have enjoyed the great service of the attendants pumping the gas or cleaning the windows or filling up washer fluid and the pleasant clerks at the desk. Very disappointing to see the changes to SELF SERVE. One can always go to DOMO as they have competitive prices and pump the gas for you. Or stick to the big locations. What happens to those folks that were working for you? Corporate greed. I am only one voice here, but so disappointed to see this change! Appreciate the generic response Co-op

Why it is getting closed all the time? The only time it is open when roads are clean. Why opening car wash when you can't keep it running? I don't think that maintenance is an issue because it's closed for 3 days in a row after snowfall. My last comment was also deleted. I complained the same thing 3 months back. Day 2 Feb 7 - car wash closed

Your car wash damaged my wiper blade and displaced both my mirrors on my vehicle. Thankful they are breakaway mirrors or you’d be replacing them. Won’t be back to this car wash😡

This location is only Self-Serve....the one good thing that made Co-Op a little different and better than other places b/c they put things like providing jobs to the community over just making money. Changing it to self serve feels like a cost cutting measure and just a way to provide less service to the community, less jobs for those young kids who use it as a way to break into working and just save money.

I dropped 2 stars off of my original 5 star impression of this station because of the car wash. As I drove into the car wash, I thought "oh no,how do I get out of here, this is a touch car wash." While I sat there watching the spinning cloth drums swipe at my mirrors, sure enough my passenger-side mirror flipped into a position that it was not designed to do. Later, I re-positioned the mirror (with a plastics nap/crackle that indicated probable damage. Darn! I will buy gas there...great service, but I won't use their car wash again.

After many years this location has become a drive past rather than a stop. With the location at Grant park offering full service at a lesser posted price (that I've noticed) there's really no reason to go here other than the convenience of the propane for the BBQ. I went to this facility for just under a year very consistently. First off, the facility itself is nice, has a nice selection of machines and is not as heavily congested in certain time ranges as other gyms. However, that is just about as positive as I can be in this review. From my experience, the people that work here tend to not do their jobs. Roughly 2-3 times I would go per week, paper towel wouldn't be upkept. Machines are out of commission for weeks at a time, and workers only hover at the desk/in their back areas. At the desk, they are visible scrolling through social medias/reading manga from the outside, actively not working. The largest issue I had with this facility is their permission to use cameras. I have seen workers be firm with the cameras used by other members and even kick them out, but then be a hypocrite a couple days later by filming their own content on the job. Every single time I would go in there would be at least one member who was using a camera, and typically if you asked them to move their shot they are disrespectful about it. I can't speak to how the trainers themselves are as people, but quite frankly it seems like a few of them care more about their own physique and appearance than their clients. I say this as there is a trainer constantly flexing during their clients sets. If the training is as expensive as it is, I would hope that my trainer is attentive to my working sets. That isn't to say that some of them may be great trainers, but just makes me question if my money would be well spent. Overall, it seems like they are only wanting to work properly while their GM is there, it is poorly kept, and the rules and regulations are a constant grey area. While I don't think it is the worst gym, it wasn't the best experience either.

Signed up for Personal Training recently with coach Gabriel... and needless to say, 5 stars isn't enough to express the level of coaching he provides. I've worked with a few trainers over the years, and he is without doubt top of that list, for the training provided. Not only just a trainer but overall cares for your gym success and explains everything thoroughly, down to the science of the exercise. additionally, the staff (including the manager Matty) there, are very polite and prompt to help customers whenever I need. Keep up the goodwork!

Would give 5 stars, but this location isn't open late enough. Should be open until 10PM on weekdays and at least 7 or 8 on weekends. 5PM is too early for a Saturday & a Sunday. Especially with 300 Main next door, and the increase in residents in the immediate area within walking distance (including myself), I'm sure they'd like access to their gym rather than commuting to Regent or Grant. When asking staff about this, they say "its the building rules", which makes no sense as Earls is open well past midnight and people coming from a Jets game all use the same parkade and elevator. When bringing this fact up, staff just shrug their shoulders and smirk. Will gladly change my star rating if they decide to open longer.

Can not thank the staff enough, i came to workout today and there was a rude lady who kept on recording the whole time, to an extent that i couldn’t even work out next to her. She kept on ignoring my presence and used up multiple machines because the way her phone was angled. I reported her to the front desk staff and immediate action was taken and i saw an employee approach her with respect as i overheard the conversation as i was right next to her. She didn’t like hearing that she had to stop recording because people around her were uncomfortable. But the message was passed across politely. I feel sorry for the staff because they were all so nice and respectful and the lady was mean and rude. She kept on yelling.

Johnston Terminal Antique Mall is a top shopping destination in Winnipeg, offering a wide array of shops to explore. The mall boasts an extensive collection of vintage and antique items from over 40 vendors, creating a nostalgic and charming atmosphere. With its massive size spanning over 5,000 square feet, visitors can expect to discover something new with each visit. From clothing stores to shoe shops, there's plenty to browse through for those looking for unique finds.
Huge place full of antiques, collectables, toys, books, sports items, records, fashions, and nearly everything you can imagine. As a book lover, I especially liked the large book section that was very well presented which had a large selection of genres. Make sure you have a lot of time to look around. Very friendly staff that are very helpful if needed. A must see if you are in Winnipeg.

So a friend of mine is Indigenous & has shopped this store many times no problem. However an employee named Karen (I know, the irony) & at least two others were involved in racially profiling them in a disgusting manner then mocked them even more upon check out when they were confronted about it. This is appalling and lol since the person this happened to is literally a journalist, good luck with this ya racist bullies.

Update: typical gas lit response. “We’re sorry you feel that way” which I was already expecting. It was my daughter’s birthday and both our first visit. We were definitely followed. It was very apparent. You’re going to lose customers if you continue with that. Points taken off for being “followed”. That’s a quick way to lose my business. The store itself is awesome! Woman with black, baggy overalls was not at all discreet about “following” us. I get theft is on the rise but come on.

This McNally Robinson location is really cute. The store is composed of mostly books whereas the Grant Avenue location tends to have children’s gifts and other knickknacks for purchase (though the The Forks location does have some cool mugs and gift cards to buy). While the location is fairly small, it nonetheless has a good selection of books to browse.

I cannot stress how disappointed I am in this lack of professionalism. I spoke to a woman on the phone at 11:30am who told me my pre order that launched yesterday was Infact still shipping and would be in within a week or 2. So to have you cancel my order less then 3 hours after confirmation is a little ridiculous and leads me to believe that staff will be receiving the stock to scalp as the price on the 2nd hand market is exploding and literally hours ago this was confirmed to me not to be a problem. I will stick to reputable companys in the future as this has left a sour taste in my mouth and was utterly unprofessional

We have great experience with Willy. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and considerate. He has been the most helpful with the transfer of our mortgage from our bank to Cambrian. The interest rate offered by Cambrian is incredible!

The agent was cordial and professional. I got all the information I needed and am looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with Cambrian.

My Mom had moved her mortgage to this bank and she was dealing with Sheila who was amazing so I opened an account with them. I took out a Reno loan and then a loan for the boat I purchased. After Sheila left the customer service went downhill. Ryan was now the guy to deal with. I had asked him about taking the lien off my mom's Subaru and adding a new vehicle he told me that he would email me the information but never did. I called and spoke with Ryan over the phone about the lien and he told me the vehicle had to qualify. On Saturday December 9th we had made a deal on a newer vehicle and I had sent him the bil of sale. I told him to see if the vehicle qualifies after we weren't approved on a the new loan and he said we still have to qualify and not just the vehicle which he had left out on our first conversation. This morning I had called Richard the branch manager cause Ryan doesn't want to deal with us anymore. So I asked him for a buyout for my mom's Subaru and he was very rude and unprofessional. I'll be moving all my stuff to another bank. I wouldn't recommend coming to this branch because Richard and Ryan are very unprofessional.

Discount store
Zellers took over the location in 2001 after Walmart vacated it, but closed down on February 11, 2013. Target then occupied the space from November 2013 to April 2015. In 2016, Canadian Tire took over most of the space while GoodLife Fitness leased the remaining portion and opened its doors in the same year.
If you’re ever walking through the mall and really need to fart, come to Zellers. As loud as you need. I was walking around for twenty minutes and saw one other person there.
Travis H — Google review
Zellers is a canadian company. Much like peavey mart. The smells inside were very similar.
Tt T — Google review
Not like the old Zellers at all. Just a section of the Bay store. Go full out, or not at all. Very disappointing. Used to love the original Zellers.
Montana D — Google review
Such a disappointment. They should have done a stand alone store not just a pop up in the Bay. The prices are the same as everywhere else so it's not really a discount store. The Zellers "section" felt very unorganized and just thrown together. Not worth a visit.
Jessica W — Google review
So disappointed with Zellers in St. Vital Mall. I remember the store being much cheaper than this one. I think they only changed the name to Zellers but have The Bay prices. Will mot go back there to expensive
Joanne A — Google review
Poorly executed format, doesn’t really anything other then a few appliances and some toys, clothing for kids. Ordering online is also a joke as most stuff arrived not in boxes or the box was damaged.
Christopher H — Google review
Tried a number of times to phone Zellers for an item before I go to store. Phone number not on bay list and no one answers Customer service. Costumer service is not available at anytime of day.
Joanne S — Google review
So disappointed prices are still higher as bay. All I saw housewares, home section and kids clothes. Nothing is interesting to buy . Waste time to go there. Does not look zellers. It looks like a bay store moves their merchandise under zellers name to bring customers. Don't waste time going there.

Rooster Town Park, formerly known as the Grant Park area, was once home to a vibrant Metis community from the 1920s to late 1950s. Families built their own housing due to challenges in finding affordable accommodation near their community. However, in the 1950s, residents faced mounting pressure from developers to move elsewhere. Today, visitors can enjoy spending time and even have a meal at this historic park.

The Forks Market is a bustling riverside community hub offering a diverse range of shopping, dining, and recreational activities. Situated at the meeting point of the Assiniboine and Red rivers for over 6,000 years, this historic site holds cultural significance for Indigenous peoples. The Market Building and Johnston Terminal house an array of multicultural food stalls, restaurants, and stores showcasing locally made goods.
A must-visit spot in Winnipeg! The Forks Market is such a vibrant and unique place with something for everyone. The variety of food vendors is amazing — from local favorites to international options, everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with beautiful views of the river and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to walk around, shop local products, and enjoy live music or just relax. Perfect for families, couples, or even solo exploring. Highly recommended!

Great place to eat, shop an play. Many different restaurants with super great food. Right next to the Forks National Historic site which is along the beautiful Red River and Riel bridge. Children's Museum and old trains right in the yard. Many hotels within walking distance. A must if you are in the area.
Lynda — Google review
A real gem by the river. Beautiful design, lots of little shops and restaurants. Every city should have a spot like this one. Steps away from city center, and feel like a total different universe. The repurposed buildings were beautifully maintained, and decorated with taste. I don't live in town but I could easily see myself walking there after a work day to unwind and grab a drink with friends and coworkers. Special nod to the Hot Dog concession for their creative and funny name 😉

The Forks market is located opposite the Johnston terminal in the Forks historic District. This is an absolutely amazing place to spend the day with family and friends as there is an eclectic mix of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. Every type of cuisine is available here from ice cream, steak, pizza, bakery, fish, and chips and tea. It is very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere is just fantastic. Paid parking is available directly outside. Wonderful place to come and explore the Riverwalk and the market. I highly recommend.

The Outlet Collection Winnipeg is a new mall with some great stores. It is very clean and nearby there are plenty of food options if you don't want to go to the food court. It's an outlet mall so they always have deals. The staff are friendly, and it would be recommended to walk around and check it out.
It’s truly the best mall in the city—with a fantastic variety of brands and shops. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate. As news: Coach is opening this weekend—can’t wait to explore their new store. Highly recommend !!
Alicia R — Google review
I recently visited Outlet Connection in Winnipeg, and it was a pleasant experience! The mall is well-kept, and while it's not the largest, it’s definitely easy to navigate with wide hallways that make strolling around comfortable. The selection of branded stores is decent, offering a variety of options without feeling overwhelming. The food court is nice, though it could have a few more choices. One of the highlights for me was the spacious parking area—it made finding a spot a breeze. Overall, I’d highly recommend Outlet Connection, especially on a cold winter day when you want to escape the chill!
Gopi V — Google review
The variety of stores is fantastic. The mall is clean and easy to navigate, which adds to the convenience. I appreciate the ample parking space, making visits hassle-free. My overall experience is pleasant. The dining options are decent, though a bit more variety would be great. The prices aren’t always deeply discounted as I expect . Overall, it's a solid choice for a shopping trip.
Honey L — Google review
I recently went to this mall and I have to say that the experience was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival, I noticed the care and attention to the architecture and design, which made the environment welcoming and inviting. The variety of shops is quite good, from high fashion brands to more accessible ones, there’s really something for all tastes and needs. Furthermore, the presence of local shops and specialized boutiques adds a touch of originality and authenticity to the offer. I like to mention the food court area, which offers a wide range of culinary options to satisfy all palates. The quality of the food and the variety of cuisines available were a pleasant surprise. Finally, the overall atmosphere was non-chaotic, which made the shopping experience very pleasant. The staff were courteous and helpful, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ultimately, this mall is an oasis of shopping and entertainment that I can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend everyone to stop by here for an unforgettable shopping experience!

While places like Gap, CK, Mk has amazing services I was quite disappointed with the Suzy Shier experience. We went there about an hour before the closing and the girl was all about closing.. no smile no service too busy trying to close down the store and gave us the impression that you got get what you need and leave coz I need to close the store. Well this happened in September and i didn't go there after thay.I always love shopping there and their other stores always had good customer service. So I switched to online 🙃

I love shopping here! We always stop when we are in Winnipeg. Love all the outlets store options - great choices. We usually have New York fries or Korean food (KimChi) for lunch.
Jill B — Google review
Outlet Collection is one of the best shopping centers in Winnipeg, offering easy access to a wide range of popular brands. It also features a vibrant multicultural food court, perfect for anyone who wants to spend a great day shopping and enjoying delicious food. Highly recommended!
Ahad A — Google review
This is hands down the best mall to be in Winnipeg. When you’re talking about a classy, beautiful, and vibrant shopping experience, give it to Outlet Collection. Almost all the big-name luxury brands are here, from Calvin Klein to Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, and plenty more. That doesn’t mean you won’t find stores with more affordable options too, places like Winners, Labels, and others are right there. In my opinion, it’s a mall where you can find just about everything you need when it comes to shopping. Now let’s talk about the food hall. I haven’t tried every stand yet, but I did try the Korean and Thai stalls, and I was super impressed. I ordered kimchi rice from the Korean spot, and honestly, I could eat it any day, anytime 😊😋. Highly recommend it. The food hall itself is huge and really beautiful, with so many options that you’re bound to find something you’ll enjoy. And yes, they even have the popular Baskin Robbins. I treated myself to my favorite popcorn and ice cream there. But the icing on the cake for me has to be the nursing room. As a nursing mom with an 8-month-old, it brought me so much joy to have a cozy, serene space where I could comfortably nurse my baby with privacy. That little touch felt so thoughtful and made my visit even better. Honestly, I could go on and on about how much I love this mall, but it’s better you experience it yourself.

Nestled in the heart of East Kildonan, McIvor Mall is a delightful shopping destination that offers a unique blend of convenience and charm. While it may not be the most frequented spot for everyone, those who venture here often find themselves enjoying a pleasant shopping experience. The mall boasts an array of businesses, including a grocery store, shoe repair shop, and even a travel agency—perfect for those unexpected needs!
One of my favorite little malls, but since the marketplace is now gone it feels a little more empty. But other than that it's a really nice place ..also the best part about it is that there is a gym and nutrition store in it
Peter N — Google review
Stella's Restaurant. Hard to recognize serving staff, no proper uniform or name tags. For the food offered, it was very expensive. No Croissants for a popular menu item (yet there is a bakery right across the hallway). My wife's entrée (chicken sandwich) had the taste of salmon. Possible that same area on flat top was used without being cleaned. Just very average compared to my expectations.
Ray W — Google review
It is a pretty good mall that we don't usually go to, but sometimes do. It is a pretty fun and nice experience to go shopping here. There is also a bakery in the mall and it was a very nice one. It also was a pretty clean and enjoyable shopping mall. Totally Recommend for new people in this area of the city.
An G — Google review
Always spaces with empty shops and shops that are mostly closed long before the strip mall closes. The biggest issue with this mall is the parking lot. There are many documented hit and runs. People constantly stop or park in no parking areas. People generally don't signal or drive on the proper side of the lanes. The pizza delivery drivers CONSTANTLY use the entrance to exit. The lack of enforcement makes this parking lot dangerous and frustrating.
Todd B — Google review
Great little strip mall with great businesses available inside and out. From a grocery store, shoe repair shop, and a travel agency! You'll be surprised what you find!☺️
Layna B — Google review
A convenient place to shop for East Kildonan residents. The interior renovations look great. Can’t wait for the No Frills to open up (miss The Marketplace Co-op).
