Hotel
Eurostars Hotel Excelsior is a luxurious and upscale hotel located on the seafront in Naples. After a significant renovation, this belle epoque beauty now offers 100 rooms and 22 suites with elegant marble bathrooms, parquet floors, and antique furnishings. The public areas boast glamorous marble hallways, chandeliers, and grand staircases. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Naples from the corner suites or dine at La Terrazza, the rooftop restaurant.
My husband and I stayed at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior the night before our flight out of Naples. The location is unbeatable—right along the waterfront with beautiful views that made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with a classic charm that captures the spirit of Naples. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing night. The amenities were top-notch, and the service throughout our stay was great. The staff was warm and professional. If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic, and hassle-free stay in Naples, I highly recommend Eurostars Hotel Excelsior. We would absolutely stay here again!

The excelsior is located in one of the most prime locations in Naples with beautiful views of the sea and Vesuvius. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic. The main thing which impressed me about the hotel was the hospitality and excellent service. I have stayed at my fair share of hotels and I have never met a hotel concierge as helpful and welcoming as Giuseppe. Giuseppe assisted us with the check in process and made sure everything was to our liking, he truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your help Giuseppe and thank you Eurostars Excelsior for the hospitality!

Flight canceled so found this through the chase travel app. Room was decorated classically and very spacious. Giant balcony with two separate outdoor eating areas. Beautiful sea view and view of the volcano. Local area seems very safe with plenty of food/drink options.

Great location on the waterfront with excellent views. Elegant old world feel with high ceilings, parquet floors, classic furnishings. Front desk people are warm, professional and eager to help. Close walk to many restaurants.

Wonderful hotel! We had such a fantastic stay at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming – always with a smile and ready to help with any request. The location couldn’t be better, right on the waterfront promenade, with stunning views of the bay and Castel dell’Ovo. Our room with a sea-view balcony was simply breathtaking – waking up to that view was unforgettable. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. Everything felt very well maintained, clean, and elegant, with a touch of classic charm that makes the hotel feel truly special. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, perfect location – it really made our visit to Naples memorable. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to the city. Highly recommended!

Never found somewhere so unlike a hotel like this garbage. cannot even stay for a night, What can I say? Very slow WiFi, a night club nearby and the walls do not work. Cannot find peace here, worst choice of this trip perhaps. Really wanna flee. A waste of over 2,000 dollars. booked this hotel for its old world charm although the reviews made me hesitant. But honestly, I am regretting now because the staff here is SUPER RUDE. The doorman is sweet and helpful. Some of the receptionists? They have an attitude like they hope to drop guests on the road at once. If they are just unwelcoming, I will try to understand it. However, they just look down on you, speak coldly like you are a trouble, and reject any service request. What a shame that a beautiful hotel is disdained by the receptionists more like robbers instead of hospitality professionals. Feeling disgusted to stay here but god I have paid the full amount. The other receptionists? Well they finally tried to help with a polite attitude because I was on a temper too. Like, why, you should be very series and then they will work? I do not know if I have been discriminated (for some guests reviewed the receptionists were marvelous). I can just wrap up my mood and attempt to believe they had a bad day and they have realized what they did was improper—just due to their bad day rather than my race. Is it too late to flee to another hotel now? A total disturb to my long planned holidays. You spent hundreds of bucks to feel frustrated. (Leave alone the room wall here is paper thin and many facilities seem like never having a maintenance. My major destination at the Naples Bay is of course Pompeii. But what left me not stay at Moxy Pompeii which is located just at the archaeological park’s door side? I hoped to have a retreat after a frustrating year, so I booked here, but ended in an Airbnb vibe.) (Oh lastly if Hotel Romeo does not have a modernist deco style I’d have chosen there. Got enough of the metropolis. But alright, next time there.)

Amazing honeymoon spent at this hotel, so beautiful and location perfect. Amazing views of the harbour from our room. All staff warm and friendly. Would highly recommend. Loved Naples.
Gail B — Google review
We always stay at this hotel when visiting Naples. The location is excellent, and its authentic charm is unbeatable. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a unique character that’s far from the typical hotel ambiance. You can feel the history within its walls. Be sure to book an ocean-view room to enjoy stunning views of Naples, the marina, Vesuvius, and Castel dell’Ovo.

Hotel
Grand Hotel Vesuvio is a luxurious 19th-century building located in Naples, offering formal rooms and suites. It has been a favorite retreat for celebrities, writers, and actors for generations. The hotel boasts stylish rooms with sea views and a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius volcano. With an illustrious history, it has hosted notable residents such as Picasso, Zola, Stravinsky, and Caruso.
Spectacular view and perfect location. Good staff. Incredibly bad cappuccino...I keep traveling the world and never finding one that is that bad; the cappuccinonis done by a machine and there are so many models able to do a decent job It is so surprising that in such a top class hotel the cappuccino is so embarrassingly bad...please buy a new machine, or I will bring one next time I visit!!!!
Lorenzo M — Google review
The hotel’s location is not very convenient, and it really should provide a shuttle service to and from the train station and the ferry terminal. There is an unlicensed taxi stand next to the hotel, and we were overcharged €20 for a short ride to the port. At check-in, the receptionist was extremely enthusiastic with another group of guests, giving them a map and explaining Naples sightseeing routes in detail, while we didn’t even receive a simple map—was it assumed that my English wasn’t good enough? Truly speechless. In addition, the gentleman at the entrance of the breakfast room was consistently unwelcoming—despite seeing us standing right in front of him, he never greeted us or offered any assistance for three mornings in a row. Overall, this left us with a very poor impression.
Constance — Google review
The hotel was a nice unexpected surprise after a very long travel day. The hotel combines old world charm in the lobby with modern cosmopolitan minimal decor on the rooftop lounge. The service is impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the magnificent breakfast spread that had loads of fresh fruit, an assortment of breads, meats, cheeses and hot foods. The server always remembered how I liked my coffee and room number after the first day. The rooftop solarium has breathtaking views of the bay of Naples with a small plunge pool to refresh from the hot sun. The service there is also excellent and offers snacks and drinks. In the evening it transforms to a vibey rooftop bar where you can catch the best sunset in town. I did not go to the restaurant but heard it’s also good. This will be my go to place if ever in Napoli again.
Jae J — Google review
The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, but what made our time there most enjoyable was the kind and professional staff - on all levels. A special thanks to Claudio for letting us check in a bit early - after our almost 24 hour journey to Naples. We know it is not always possible - very much appreciated!!
Tim F — Google review
Staff and accommodations were excellent. The rooftop bar for the sunset is a must. Due to the Napoli Marathon, all the roads within a mile of the hotel were closed when we arrived. We ended up having to take the tube and then walk a mile carrying our luggage. I wish the hotel had offered some help, but maybe there was nothing they could do. When we arrived they were very gracious and even let us check in to our room at 9:45 (regular check in was 15:00). That changed the complexion of our entire experience! Thank you! 6th floor rooms don't have a balcony, so if that's important to you, take note. We were so grateful to get in so early, we didn't care.
Reid M — Google review
This hotel saw better times.Walls and cupboards look tired, slightly worn off. Most of it's rooms have scenic magnificent seaview, not mine... Soft mattress was a challenge for my back. Didn't like the scent of the washing soap and body lotion either. TV channels are mostly Italean with Al Jazeera and BBC in english. That says it all. I prefer GB news (and 36% of UK citizens) BBC ratings are at historic low. Generally: stable 4 stars, mostly because of the very friendly staff.Michelin restaurant at the 9th floor did not impress me much. Seaviews are magnificent.
George — Google review
The hotel was good value but one afternoon when we returned to our room we found the door wide open. The cleaning ladies forgot to close it. Fortunately nothing was missing.

Everything is great to this gem hotel!! We had problem with the electricity and they immediately upgraded us to 5th floor with a sea view!!We had the most exited view. Breakfast is very nice and cleanliness is twice a day

The Grand Hotel Oriente is a stylish and elegant lodging located in the vibrant heart of Naples. Situated between the port and the Quartieri Spagnoli, this hotel offers convenient access to cultural landmarks and the bustling energy of the city's most lively neighborhood. The hotel features spacious and chic rooms with classic elegance and modern comfort, offering city views.
Grand Hotel Oriente is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is lovely, with a panoramic view of the city. We ate two dinners and a lunch there, in addition to breakfast each day. We travel often and the quality of the breakfast buffet is one of the best we have encountered. A wide variety of choices, including fresh vegetables and yogurt, all kinds of pastries, as well as bacon and eggs and excellent coffee. The wifi was a little sporadic when we were there but I think the IT department had made some changes without informing management. The management was helpful with a workaround. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious and nicely appointed. However there is not much storage. The bathroom had a great shower but was quite small with only one small glass shelf for items. The only area not accessible by elevator or ramp is the lower lounge but there is another lounge on the top floor. Overall a lovely experience!
Anne V — Google review
Very disappointed with our experience recently at the Grant Orient Hotel. We had two rooms and they were like night and day; one was modern and renovated, the other worn down and quite honestly just gross. Definitely not worth the price tag. Rooms: One room was great, the other room (mine) left much to be desired. Our room had stains on the furniture, cracks in the walls, water damage, tons of noise from the restaurant above. The Hilton Rome Airport was 10x nicer and a quarter of the price. Service: It's a coin toss. Some people are great and were awesome to work with. Others didn't speak English and were generally unhelpful. Once again, for the price, not worth it. Location: The only good thing about this place. Close to the port, close to the Spanish Quarter and Via Toledo, close to the Metro.

The hotel is beautiful and located right in the heart of Naples. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are stylish and inviting. Our bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern with a nice shower. Everything was new and spotless. I appreciated the many power outlets and especially the USB-C ports everywhere — no adapter needed! If all hotels did this, travel would be so much easier. The location is excellent, right in the center and close to the metro. We had an early departure, and the hotel kindly allowed a free late check-out. Check-in was also flexible at 12 pm since we arrived early. The restaurant staff were fantastic — very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and top-quality ingredients. The coffee was made individually and tasted amazing, truly authentic Italian style. The restaurant felt surprisingly empty during our stay because the food and atmosphere were so good, plus you get a peaceful escape with a lovely rooftop view of Naples. Although I don’t know their names, a young man with longer hair and two female colleagues were amazing and really made our day better. A couple of things could improve: our room was probably next to the laundry area, so around midnight we heard loud washing machine noises that woke me up. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might be an issue. The fridge was quite noisy too, maybe because the room was otherwise very quiet and well soundproofed. Also, it would be great to have some chairs and a small table on the balcony to relax outside. Overall, a great stay — I’d gladly return if I’m in Naples again!
Fredy P — Google review
The hotel is in an amazing location – right on the main street, just a short walk from all the shops and cafés. The building itself is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent – not a huge variety, but everything you could possibly need, fresh and tasty. The view over Naples is absolutely stunning. The things we liked a bit less: the pillows were a bit too firm for our taste, and there was some vibration noise from the air conditioner when it turned off (probably coming from another floor or a nearby room). The view from our room faced an inner courtyard with residential buildings that looked a bit neglected. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel – great value and a perfect base for exploring Naples.
Yoav A — Google review
We only spent one night as we prepared to fly out of the Naples airport the day following check in. Was a very nice hotel. The room was large and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the bar and seating on the top floor. Front desk personnel gladly and easily accommodated our need for English support. Included breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of foods and coffee choices.
Susan K — Google review
The Grand Hotel Oriente is my Naples go-to (digital nomad that spends 5 months/year abroad, so I’ve spent numerous weeks at this hotel over past few years). It’s undergoing a refurb, and I had one of the updated rooms this time. Very stylish, modern, sumptuous - which isn’t always how refreshes land, so good job to the design team. For avoidance of doubt: the refurb is totally discreet/quiet - wouldn’t have known it was going on except I take the stairs to the roof. The roof: excellent for working. Wine (that pairs well with working) up there is very reasonably priced for property of this caliber. Several good sub £24/bottle options. If you’re aware of the typical pitfalls in Italian hotels, here’s the GHO scoop: air conditioning is excellent (10/10), the mattress is phenomenal (10/10), and the pillows are decent (8/10). My only totally trivial quibble which virtually irrelevant: the unique, property-branded room keys are gone, replaced with blank white ones. I had to get my sharpie out to add it the collection. Not a big deal in the least, but missed branding opportunity and out of sync with a hotel that really looks after the small details. (I just note hotel keys since I have 150 of them from the past 4 years, lol) Can’t wait to be back in 3 weeks!
Robert W — Google review
Great location. The staff were friendly and the rooftop restaurant with free breakfast was a highlight. The hotel also partners with a tour company and offers excursion packages available to reserve the day before. We were picked up in front of the hotel and enjoyed a great tour of the Amalfi Coast before being dropped off back in front of the hotel. The hotel did not offer conditioner in the shower.
Victor S — Google review
Disappointing Experience with Cooling System and Refund Policy We booked a room for three adults, but unfortunately, one of us couldn’t make it due to a visa delay. The hotel refused to refund or partially compensate for her absence, which was disappointing. During our entire stay, the cooling system was shut down, and for a 4-star hotel, that was really unacceptable. We had to keep the windows open to a noisy, crowded street, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.lack of body lotion or few small Perks. Also mentioned rooms need to renovation touch up too. On a positive note, the breakfast had an amazing view. However, the menu was limited and repeated daily, though it was clean and the staff was kind and helpful throughout the hotel—from reception to room service and the restaurant all trying to help. I believe that putting guests in hot, stuffy rooms without proper cooling deserves at least a compensatory gesture, as it shows respect for the money guests spend. Despite the great location near many attractions, metro and port the overall experience fell short of expectations for 4 star hotel.

9Grand Hotel Parker's

Hotel
Grand Hotel Parker's, the oldest hotel in Naples, has been attracting guests since 1870 with its luxurious rooms and suites, spa facilities, and a rooftop restaurant and bar. Perched atop a hill with panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, this 19th-century grand dame exudes timeless elegance and comfort. The opulent public spaces feature original antiques and bronze sculptures beneath sparkling chandeliers.
The Hotel is 20 - 25 minutes by taxi to most attractions downtown. I did take off one star for location as some may want to stay closer to town. We liked the location as the Hotel is in a fairly quiet area which makes your room a perfect retreat when you need a break from the noise and heat. The room was very nice, old fashioned service is all around you. The staff are very attentive and are there to help you at all times. Typically we like to plan our own activities however this trip we decided to utilize the concierge services. Glad we did because Marco helped us numerous times: - organizing cars and drivers - recommending restaurants - recommending a beach club - buying tickets and making reservations Marco was very good, a true asset to the Hotel! If you want to go to Naples and stay at this Hotel! They also have great food. Be prepared for a finer dining experience. The restaurant has a large Terrace (level 6). This Terrace has amazing views. Pretty warm in the summer time so make sure to adjust the AC in your room to 18-19 degrees C.
Chris R — Google review
A superb hotel. Relatively recently renovated, and the renovation is great, with the hotel feeling current and contemporary without sacrificing its historic charm. The breakfast is high quality and generous; the bar mixes terrific drinks at sunset. The WiFi is fast and the towels and linens are great. The windows are well insulated so it’s reasonably quiet, which is more than I can say for many luxury hotels in Italy. And the views, of course, are otherworldly! Much better than any hotel I know in my hometown of New York, and much better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Rome.
David Z — Google review
I had the most wonderful stay at the Grand Parker’s Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. The breakfast staff went above and beyond each morning, always attentive and kind, which made starting the day such a pleasure. My room was impeccably cleaned and beautifully prepared each evening by the housekeeping team, adding such a thoughtful touch to my stay. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and it truly was the best experience. I will absolutely be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Grand Parkers. Breakfast on the terrace looking across the bay with Vesuvius dominating the skyline was such a great way to start each day! The hotel itself is a beautiful building (a wonderful blend of old world charm and modern elements), staff are really friendly and food was delicious - breakfast was enough to set you up for a full day exploring Napoli and the surrounding area! Sipping cocktails at sunset on the terrace definitely a memorable experience! Obviously pricing is aligned with 5* rating, but overall felt it was worth the premium. The location is great for views across the bay, but does mean a walk back up the hill....or a taxi, to save your legs!
Gordon S — Google review
What a wonderful stay we had here. Beautiful room, amazing view of mount Vesuvius, Sorrento, Capri and the bay of Naples. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Marco & Vincenzo who helped us book trips to Pompeii, Ercolano and Mt Vesuvius and we always had a good time in their company. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly and attentive in the restaurant. Especially Teresa.
Billy J — Google review
We had a really lovely stay — the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and all the facilities are excellent. The room was top-notch: clean, comfortable, and very well designed. The overall service and atmosphere were truly at the level of a high-end establishment. The only small downside for us was the food. We’re not sure if it was because we were using a voucher or not, but both at breakfast and dinner, while the quality was good, it just wasn’t exceptional. It felt a bit ordinary compared to the rest of the experience. Given how impressive the hotel, the service, and the surroundings are, we were expecting something a little more special in terms of dining.
Gael L — Google review
Lovely hotel, well located. Amazing view ofrom the roof terrace. Way over priced for what is offered. Lovely and helpful staff, but no one at the curb to help with luggage, a concierge that starts their service at 11:00, very poor food quality and offering at their standard restaurant. Executive room with sea view booked, but a large room with wasted space offered instead of the sea view. No effort made to remedy any of this.

A beautiful hotel with the most beautiful ocean views! breakfast is amazing and the staff is very friendly and awesome. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and very clean. The concierge is fantastic and very friendly as well. This hotel really cares about their guest. The owner makes his rounds every morning to see if there is anything he can do to make your stay even better

Hotel San Francesco al Monte is a refined establishment located in a former monastery dating back to the 16th century. The hotel offers an elegant experience with its 45 rooms, some of which were once monk cells and have been beautifully restored. The original frescoes and chapel add to the historical charm. Guests can enjoy two restaurants, two bars, and a spa offering vinotherapy treatments.
This hotel was perfect for our honeymoon in Naples. It had fantastic views of the city, a lovely pool and bar area and it was situated close to bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, serving us drinks and table snacks by the pool and providing us with information about attractions in the local area. We didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was excellent and good quality for the price. The rooms were clean, spacious and had lots of character, with decor that was well chosen for a historic building. We would definitely recommend this hotel for great views of the city and a relaxing experience overall.

We stayed here twice in September of 2025, a night before and after Ischia. Definitely recommend. The location was perfect to see Naples from above in a relaxing environment. We toured the city before our stay so did not go down. We had lunch next to the pool and enjoyed the pool each day followed by dinner each night, both with relaxing music. The dinner service was attentive including, without our asking, the staff put two tables together so everyone in our party of four had a wonderful view. The dinner food & wine were very good (cocktails were 50/50.) Both mornings, breakfast food was fine and not a deal breaker, service was pleasant when you could find the one person working out front, not a deal breaker for the rest of the total package. The AC was a bit challenging; we may have benefited from instruction if we had asked. We like it cool and it was right on the edge of acceptable. I woke up more times than I would like in the middle of the night. Sheets were fine but a better quality could have added to the coolness. (The common areas (check in and hallways) did not feel like they were cooled but we did not find that to be an issue). Still I would stay here again. Do take the time to tour the hotel’s historical rooms, so interesting. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. ⭐️Stay here again ✅ Staff helpful ⭐️Location Bathroom ✅ Spacious ✅Freestanding shower ✅Good shower pressure ✅Plenty of hot water ✅Good towels ❌ Nightlight Bedroom ✅Spacious - Double Room Superior Sea View ✅Firm Mattress ✅ Firm Pillows OK Good Sheets ✅Good electric/USB outlets ✅Daily water ❌ Coffee in room ❌ Tea in room OK AC Good Breakfast OK food - good quality ✅coffee good quality ⭐️Environment OK Service

We have just spent three days at the hotel, and it is simply outstanding! The rooms, recently renovated, are comfortable and clean. It felt like sleeping in a museum rich in history. The staff is truly very kind, always available, and ready to accommodate every request with courtesy. The view from the property is breathtaking, a true spectacle that makes every moment special. Breakfast was delicious, and we were delighted to be served real coffee, not from vending machines! The restaurant offers excellent dishes for dinner, accompanied by an incredible panorama. The location is simply strategic, and the garage is very convenient, with a valet service that adds great practicality, making every transfer hassle-free. Unfortunately, Uber does not operate in this city, but the hotel is always happy to arrange taxis whenever needed.

This is a decent hotel which seems to have undergone a massive increase in business recently, and they are not staffed to handle it. The best part of this hotel is that the rooms have an amazing view of the entire city of Naples ans Mount Vesuvius. There is a pool bar and sitting area on the seventh floor with an additional elevated viewing platform for amazing panoramic views of the city and the coast. Rooms are decent and historical, the beds comfortable, bathrooms reasonable, however each shower is differently operated, and may lead to some leakage. Food and beverages are pricey as would be typical with this type of hotel. Service seems to be extremely Italian in nature, that is there are all sorts of procedures and rules however they don't seem to mean anything. Staff do not bend over backwards to accommodate guests needs, however we'll do what is necessary. The cleaning staff is lovely when you get a moment to talk to them even if they speak little English. This is of course Italy, their home not mine. If you choose this place, make sure not to use the main entrance but rather the one that's just up the road, as it has a ramp for your luggage. The main entrance has several steps and nobody seems to notice this. The area is very hard to navigate it is hilly and even our driver had trouble with it. Notice that on the map it looks like you can get to the Spanish quarter easily, however this requires going down many stairs or hilly streets, and your legs will not forget it. We traveled with a small group, and rooms were not ready on time. We have addressed this with management, and I will edit this review if a proper response is made. This is a truly beautiful property with a great history. I certainly hope that the staff and management can up their game and make the entire experience better in the future.

Attended this venue for a friend’s wedding and it was fantastic. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the panoramic view from the terrace was simply breathtaking—you can see all of Naples! A truly memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this place for any special occasion.

I am very disappointed by the experience I had at this hotel, especially considering that it happened on one of the most important days of my life — my wedding day. We personally called the hotel to ask if it would be possible to have my bridal preparation team and 2–3 close family members (including my mother) with me in the room on the morning of my wedding. During this call, I was asked if the wedding would take place at the hotel, and I clearly mentioned that it would be at another location. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that it would be fine to have them there for a few hours. However, on the actual day, when I went to the reception to confirm again, I was abruptly told that it was not allowed. What made the situation worse was not just the refusal, but the tone and attitude of the lady in charge. While I was trying to explain calmly that this had been confirmed in advance and that I now needed a quick solution, she was repeatedly saying “no” in a rude and dismissive manner, instead of trying to help or show understanding. This created unnecessary stress and anxiety on a day that should have been joyful. If I had been told from the beginning that it wasn’t allowed, I would have simply booked somewhere else and planned accordingly. Instead, I was put in a very difficult position at the last minute. Furthermore, as the discussion escalated, she suddenly mentioned that if more people entered the room, she would charge €100 per person — just for being present for 3–4 hours during the preparations - not to mention other rude comments. In the end, my husband had to call and speak to them in Italian (as I only speak English). To him, they said it was a misunderstanding and that a maximum of three people were allowed in the room at the same time (which they never said to me). Because of this, part of my preparation had to be done in the hallway, and part in the room, which was far from the calm and joyful atmosphere I had envisioned. This experience was extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. I truly hope the hotel will improve their communication and approach in the future, so that other brides or guests will not have to go through the same experience.

During my years of traveling, I have encountered many hotel front desk staff, but the team here was among the least welcoming I have ever experienced. Additionally, our room door was left ajar all day after housekeeping had cleaned it. I mentioned this to the front desk as a point of information, not as a complaint, yet the staff member responded in a confrontational manner.Furthermore, there was no internet access in our room, and when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they assured me it was functioning properly, despite being aware that the router was too far from our room. On a positive note, the rooftop garden offered a stunning panoramic view of the city. Unfortunately, the breakfast received a rating of 2 out of 10, while dinner was just average. Overall, I would classify this as a 3-star hotel at best. There are certainly better options available at this price point.

I booked this on the spot, I saw there were rooms available online but rather than use a third party site we just showed up without a reservation and they were SO kind, and gave us a great room with a sea view for a very reasonable price. The roof terrace and pool are so beautiful! The hotel itself is charming and historic. A total gem I’m so happy I stumbled upon! I will stay here every time I come to Naples now.

Hotel Piazza Bellini is a laid-back accommodation located in the heart of Naples, seamlessly blending contemporary design with historic charm. Housed in a 14th-century nobleman's residence, it offers high-ceilinged rooms and a peaceful courtyard adorned with classic busts and sculptures. The hotel's prime location on the picturesque Piazza Bellini provides easy access to Naples Centro Storico and its vibrant cafe culture and nightlife.
This hotel is in a beautifully redone, old palace. Despite being in such a historic building, the rooms are bright, modern, and very comfortable. They are a little small but not so that it's a problem. We had a small terrace on our room and enjoyed spending evenings outside, resting from the miles we walked each day. The breakfast was extensive with lots to offer, much of it typical Italian breakfast fare. The bar in the open courtyard was very nice in the evening. The whole place was quiet, light, and very pleasant. It was within walking distance of most of the areas most frequently visited by tourists. And generally in a fun neighborhood.

What It Is: This is a downtown hotel in a busy, bustling area—what it is, it does pretty well. The neighborhood is packed with activity: traffic, noise, crowds—basically everything you expect from a crowded district, but that’s part of the experience. The Room: Accommodations were perfectly adequate. Clean linens, a comfortable bed, and all the basic amenities are there. Nothing flashy or fancy, but it delivers what you need without fuss. Getting In & Out: One definite plus: check-in, check-out, and accessing the hotel was straightforward. No labyrinthine lobby or hidden entrances—just efficient and easy. Location: If you’re looking to be in the heart of urban energy—restaurants, shops, nightlife, transportation—this does the trick. Expect street noise and a constant flow of people; it’s central to the city’s rhythm, for better or worse. Overall Impressions: It’s exactly what the setting promises. A practical, straightforward hotel nestled in a dense urban core. Great if you want convenience and proximity; less ideal if you’re seeking peace and quiet or upscale luxury.

We had an exceptional experience during our recent stay at Hotel Piazza Bellini. From the very beginning, communication with the staff was excellent—every question was answered promptly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Assistance with the ZTL passes was especially appreciated, as it allowed us to enter the centre of Naples smoothly and without any issues. We stayed in two apartments, accommodating six guests, and both were perfect for our needs. The rooftop terraces were a particular highlight, offering beautiful views of Naples where we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere of this amazing city. What impressed us most was how accommodating and attentive the team was to every request, a special mention to Federica, nothing was too much trouble, thank you! We would be delighted to return in the future and highly recommend Hotel Piazza Bellini!

Location is perfect for popping out for dinner and drinks. Also close to the train station for getting around to other places. Room was small but had everything we needed. AC was great and the included breakfast was nice as well.

The staff were very friendly and our room was clean and spacious. We had a balcony room on the second floor. Very quiet, I thought there would be noise from the activity on the street, none to be heard in room and even on the courtyard below. Very nice in a lively historic area of Naples.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Napoli! The location could not be beat… easy walk to all the main sights, delicious restaurants (“first” pizzeria is just around the corner) very close by, and no need to take a cab anywhere. The staff is very helpful and available 24 hours a day… we needed to get a taxi called at 4:00 am before our early flight back to the states. Not all of our rooms were available so they held our bags for us. There is a beautiful attached garden with a bar for drinks and included snacks that was a lovely addition. The beds were nice and the quad room was very fun with a second level inside the room. One in our group reserved the terrace room as we were thinking all 8 of us could gather in the evening for happy hour but it was not necessary with the beautiful garden courtyard and the terrace was very hot. Staff was great and we would stay here longer next time! Highly recommended!

The Romeo Hotel in Naples offers a modern and minimalist five-star experience, standing out with its smooth glass facade and chic rooftop pool bar. The hotel features 79 luxury rooms with views of the Gulf of Naples, some equipped with Teuco whirlpool baths and FontanaArte lighting. The Lite Life - Wellness & Spa is a top wellness center in downtown Naples, known for its exquisite therapies and contemporary design.
Had an incredible stay at the Romeo Hotel in Naples. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable with beautiful bathrooms and thoughtful touches throughout. The location is a bit urban, but fantastic for walking to the port for your cruise ship or ferry. We dined at their Michelin starred restaurant, every morning for breakfast and it was truly exceptional. The eggs Benedict with the thinnest crispiest bacon was outstanding and the espresso drinks were perfection. Dinner was also an unforgettable experience, with top tier service throughout. Chef Alan is a master. The spa, which is included with the stay, was another highlight. Beautifully designed and so relaxing. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. Cannot wait to come back.

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and were there for 2 nights last week. The hotel is sleek and modern with a very classy design. The room had a very cool design with a glass enclosed shower and bathroom. We had a huge window overlooking the port and Bay of Naples. The pool area on the 10th floor is amazing with an infinity edge overlooking the bay plus loungers, sun umbrellas and a bar with light snacks. The breakfast in the fine dining restaurant was perfect with more large windows, stunning views, excellent food and a very professional staff. On our anniversary day we relaxed by the pool for awhile in the afternoon. When we got to our room the staff had sent us a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice with a handwritten note of congratulations! It was a nice surprise and really made us feel special. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you!

This is a beautiful hotel right across from the cruise terminal and ferry terminal in Naples. 5 star hotel with outstanding spa, rooms, comfort and infinity pool. The room was modern and so comfortable! Also, the mini bar and all of its content were complimentary, including the beer, liquor and snacks. We were also greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and luxury desserts that were a cherry on top. The only downside to our stay here was that we only had one night. Great spot!!
Jimma L — Google review
The location is excellent, within walking distance to the port, attractions, and many restaurants. The area feels safe, which is a definite plus. However, the hotel design is quite dysfunctional. The rooms are cluttered with unnecessary features, the water pressure is weak, and the TV and internet connections don’t work properly. On top of that, the electronics and lighting system are unnecessarily complicated, making simple things like turning on a light frustrating. The rooftop view is beautiful, but the restaurant at the top is underwhelming. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly, which helped improve the overall experience. One unpleasant surprise was a €40 “discretionary tipping service” added to our bill. It felt excessive for a single night, though it was removed when we asked. For the high price, the hotel doesn’t meet expectations. In North America, it would be comparable to a basic Holiday Inn — just with a better view. Aside from the location and view, everything else was mediocre and overpriced. ⭐ Rating: 3/5
Rock 8 — Google review
Our stay at Hotel Romeo in Naples was absolutely disappointing. The photos on the website are misleading — the room we received looked completely different in reality. The hotel has extremely illogical and non-transparent pricing policies. Rates fluctuate strangely depending on the day of the week and occupancy, without any prior notice or explanation. The staff was unprofessional and constantly made mistakes with our orders. Nothing was understood the first time — we had to repeat everything at least twice. The restaurant staff consistently got at least one item wrong with every order. Hygiene was below any acceptable standard. The room was dusty, toiletries were not replenished, and towels were not replaced regularly. You expect a much higher level of service from a hotel in this category. What was especially concerning is that they lost the copies of our IDs, which they themselves had taken upon check-in — a serious breach of data privacy. On departure, we requested a car with a large trunk due to our heavy luggage, but they sent a small vehicle that barely fit our bags. Overall, our stay was stressful and unpleasant. The hotel does not live up to its high rating and pricing. We would not return and do not recommend it.

A wonderful and stunning hotel. Very tastefully designed, beautiful facilities and overall great service. A big surprise was the insanely good gym (very impressive equipment - best hotel gym I have ever seen by far) and the spa which was a mindblowing experience. Super impressed!

We had a fantastic stay at the Romeo, for one night, on our way from Napoli to Praiano (via Positano). It was booked on Hilton HHonors points, and I'm more than happy with the value for bed-and-breakfast. It's a great location if getting a ferry - only about a 5 minute walk. It's also a good location for exploring Napoli. The rooms are very modern - some reviews make that a negative, but we thought the tech and the design were outstanding, including the room layout. The top-floor pool was also great, and the bar-service while we had a few hours there was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a while.
Patrick B — Google review
This hotel is major click bait for the price. The rooms try to be fancy but ends up tacky, it feels run down but its not, i think its the quality of materials used. For almost 1000 euros a night, You will not get what you pay. Unless you want the convenience of being across the port. Still overpriced, wouldn’t stay here with the same price point. Dont get me wrong its good but not worth over paying

Palazzo Alabardieri is an elegant hotel located in the upscale Chiaia neighborhood of Naples. Housed in an 18th-century palazzo, this pet-friendly retreat offers a blend of modern amenities and classic sophistication. The hotel features stylish rooms adorned with gilt furniture, marble accents, and chic blue and yellow decor. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a bar, a reading room, and a charming gazebo on-site.
The hotel is in a perfect location in Chiaia - close to food, bars, shops, coffee and the waterfront. Yet, the location is very quiet and intimate. The room was well appointed with soft luxurious sheets, a modern bathroom, and a quiet and efficient AC, which was a relief from the July heat. The only downside was that my room was on a dark side with a window facing another building so I needed lights on during the day - not great for work, but great for siestas. During my stay the hotel felt very quiet, so it is not a place where you get to meet other travelers easily, if that is your desire. The staff was helpful every time I needed help. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and thought it was a great value for the money. Definitely would stay again and recommend this place.

Had a great stay for one night here. Booked last minute during peak tourist season and was still perfectly satisfied. Probably one of the last rooms available, my wife and I still had a great night sleep given the cozy room facing the courtyard. Assuming this was their room with the lowest priority, they have set a good standard here and would be happy to stay again and book earlier next time. Modest yet fulfilling breakfast was also enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Naples.

We stayed at this stunning hotel in the center of everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is beautiful from before you walk in all the way into your bathroom. The rooms are decorated impeccably. The windows had electronic shave so all we have to do is push a button the beds were comfortable. The sheets were pristine in the bathroom. You have plenty of space and a large wonderful shower. Even the toiletries were high-end the staff provided the highest level of customer service I wanna make a special shout out to Claudia, who went above and beyond The call of duty to make our stay even more wonderful. The restaurant recommendations were stellar directions calling taxis for us getting water bottles whatever we needed we received with a smile and the breakfast buffet. I have never seen such a spread not only was the food delicious, but it was so varied from the eggs to the cheeses through the different types of bread for toasting to the pastries. I really don’t even have words for how good the coffee is there. The breakfast buffet was just a celebration and we were giddy by how much wonderful food that was if you’re coming to Naples this is the hotel for the Very reasonable price It’s like staying at the ritz

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week in October 25. The Hotel's situation in the Chiaia area is perfect for access to the Lungomare, excellent resturants shopping etc. The atmosphere of the area is busy enough to be interesting but not frenetic like some others . The area is walkable and is residential . I'm a wheelchair user and the Hotel is very suitable. Our bedroom had a very well adapted Bathroom plus a second Bathroom . Each staff member we met were very helpful ,friendly and knowledgeable. The Hotel is beautifully maintained and furnished and Housekeeping standards are excellent. Breakfasts offer many choices and high quality produce. Coffees are made to order and thus freshly prepared. We used taxis to visit Galleries etc and they were reasonably priced ( metered )and reliable. Most Central areas cost between 7 to 10 Euros from the very nearby Plazza Matriti . We highly recommend this Hotel and hope to return. Thanks to everyone who looked after us

We just stayed 2 nights in Naples and were thrilled with our choice. The hotel has everything you would need and its decor is classic. The beds were large and firm, bathrooms were large ( we finally had counter space during our visit to Italy), and the rooms overall were updated. We had issues with our ac because we tend to sleep in really cold conditions, however we were able to sleep comfortably. Also the room walls seemed thick because it was very quiet during our stay. We had done our research and this location was highly recommended and with good reason. The hotel is blocks from the water where people stroll down the boardwalk. There are so many restaurants, bars and high end shops, it gives a different feel than the other areas in the city. Very safe to walk around during the day and night, the restaurants we ate at in the area were delicious (especially Humberto’s) with great customer service. Also want to mention that the hotel staff, from the front desk to those cleaning the rooms were very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast to start our day. They had a good variety of food. Highly recommend staying here if coming to Naples.

My aunt and I booked this hotel through a travel agent. We were ending a three week cruise and wanted to spend some more time in Naples. We did not know much about the area or what we were going to do while we were there. Once we arrived, we knew it was the perfect decision. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained. The hotel is small and quiet. There is a small bar in the lobby that’s opened in the evening. It is really more for convenience. It has about six barstools and three tables. The front desk personnel were all very knowledgeable and helpful with anything you needed. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff in the mornings were very accommodating and immediately took care of you as soon as you came in and sat down. It is a great buffet that you could eat almost anything that you can imagine. I am planning to return to Naples and I certainly will make sure this is where I stay. It is centrally located to be able to walk to the waterfront to shopping and to a lot of historical points.

The Port of Naples is a picturesque area with a beautiful old town and harbor, offering a stunning view of the San Poria port and the city. It is known for its many small restaurants that invite visitors to linger and enjoy the local cuisine. One recommended spot to try the infamous cuoppo of fish is Tuffiamoci qui, which offers quality food and is conveniently located near the port.
This is one of the most magical ports in the world for all of the incredible sites you can see and all the incredible experiences that are ahead of you and it doesn’t matter which direction you step in

The worst cruise terminal in Europe. Security at this cruise port don’t care about their job, you can walk straight through practically up to the cruise ships the only thing they force you to do is walk through their pathetic shopping centre with a load of tourist traps in them. The security at this port is the reason I don’t going to Naples on a cruise. They are rude, bone idol and disrespectful.
Edward C — Google review
I'm happy to win the soccer championship, but I heard that Naples is full of local communities. The terminal is full and the facilities are old.
Sumin S — Google review
It's one of the worst ports we've visited... very dangerous traffic situation where there are no one obeys traffic lights. I wish the cruise had stopped elsewhere.
Dustin M — Google review
The cruise ship terminal is very close to the city center and most attractions and transportation is close by, within walking distance. One negative is the port authorities make you transit through their building to walk past shops and souveniers when disembaring and returing to your cruise ship. This is unnecessary as the direct route (to/from the ship) can be made without entering the terminal building.
Allan L — Google review
On return to the port, the authorities in Naples require cruise ship passengers to go completely out of their way on foot to traverse a large shopping area on the main pier. They try to wring every penny out of you.

The best part of Napoli. The most expensive neighborhood and well justified since it is beautiful all year round. Great view of Vesuvius and Capri. After a bus tour around Naples, we stopped for a drink and a bite to eat a at harbour side resturante . With a clear veiw of Mount Vesuvius. The fishing and leisure boats and yahts bobbing on the clear water of the bay. We ordered baguettes and pizzas and Beers. You can't say bad things about Italian food it's all just nice. There where a few harbour side resturanres all serving the same sort of food. The locals where entertaining , by just being very Italian. A beggar who wandered straight through the middle of the tables and chairs, (we where sat outside) had a strange affect on the locals. They stopped talking immediately and put there hands in their pockets and purses and just gave their money to him. He was on crutches and mumbling. The waiters even helped him. My mate told him too trot on. It was weird.. Anyhoo!. We had a nice meal and a few pints and walked to the hotel in the heat of the day.

Piazza del Plebiscito is a must-visit landmark square in Naples, Italy. This pedestrianized square is home to the impressive Royal Palace and features equestrian statues. It serves as a starting point for many tours in Naples due to its central location and proximity to major tourist attractions like Castel Nuovo, Teatro di San Carlo, and the Quartieri Spagnoli.
A beautiful plaza just at the edge of Toledo road. Large open space with a lot of people and access to the castle. Tickets easy to acquire and even if you do t want to buy any, you can enter to the first hall and take a picture and leave.

I'm an art and history enthusiast, but you must know that Naples has a lot of graffiti. However, do not let this ruin the experience. The best time to visit this location is early in the morning before the crowds set in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Piazza del Plebiscito – Heart of Naples Recent highlight: The 2025 Neapolis Marathon started and finished here, filling the square with over 5,000 runners and a festival atmosphere. This vast, elegant piazza is Naples’ cultural stage — hosting concerts, festivals, city anniversaries, parades, and sports events year-round. Surrounded by stunning landmarks, it perfectly blends history with modern city life. Tip: Arrive early for big events and come back at night when the lighting makes the square even more magical. A must-see for anyone visiting Naples — it’s where the city truly comes alive.

Huge square with beautiful architecture and statues of important historical figures. Look Located near the galleria mall lots of respond shops nearby.

A grand and historic square in Naples, but unfortunately it was closed due to an event during my visit. I couldn’t fully enjoy the view, though it’s clearly an impressive place when open.
Shema B — Google review
Piazza del Plebiscito, the grand stage where absolutely nothing was happening, and yet it was perfect. We didn’t get to go inside (mainly because we had no idea how and saw no one else trying either), so we just did what any self-respecting tourist does, stood in front of it, took a few photos, and pretended we’d seen it all. It’s massive, impressive, and suspiciously quiet, like Naples’ version of a royal palace that’s “on lunch break”. Still, a great spot to admire the architecture, chase pigeons, and look cultured in your holiday pictures. Five stars for style, mystery, and free entry.

This is a wonderful picturesque space in the city of Naples. We were lucky enough to experience it as Napoli won Serie A and the explosion of noise of more than 100,000 supporters. Remember to look at the Palace enjoy the architecture, as you stand and look at the building turn right and walk just past it for fabulous views of the marina and cruise ships with Vesuvius as a backdrop! Glorious day or night.

Was very beautiful at night unfortunately did not capture a pic, but the next day when we went there was some Pharma related event going on. But still was really amazed by the view

Train station
Napoli Centrale is a bustling train station surrounded by diverse neighborhoods offering unique experiences and convenient transit for day trips. Porta Nolana, located south of the station, boasts a lively fish market and traditional Neapolitan atmosphere with vibrant street food. Meanwhile, Vasto, to the north, combines historical charm with modern elements through narrow alleys, varied architecture, and an array of shops and casual dining options.
I didn’t adventure too far away from the train station but there is some very tasty restaurants and interesting shops around. It’s quite an interesting area from outdoor basketball courts through to outdoor dining. Some underground shops as well.
Jaydon C — Google review
A commuter train station meant for passing through. There is no air condition inside and no charging outlets. It costs 1,20 euros to use the toilet - a vending machine is available to exchange bills for exact change and there is a staff onsite to assist (i believe you can use credit card to tap at the turnstiles). The terminal is connected to 2 local metro lines (M Linea 1 and M Linea 2) in the sub level and the street level has all the train connection. Very busy station! Lots of security guards, police officers and some with military outfit. There are some shops and restaurants / coffee shops inside the terminal and street vendors outside. It was fine if you have a train to catch or need to catch a train close to your time. Seating was scarce and you feel guilty sitting when people without look at you, and as soon as you get up, it became a fight for the vacant seat - very unnecessarily stressful). The station should truly invest in more seats, like a train station would have. The infrastructure made no sense with more people than seats and even though I understand it deters people from lingering, it is uncomfortable if you are 3-4hrs early).

One of my favourite central train stations in Italy. Easy layouts with good signing details along with connecting the fast train with local train and metro. Bus stations just across the road followed by taxi stand in between the central station and bus station. Very walkable city layouts surrounded by some good restaurants and cafes. Staff members were friendly too. Thanks ☺️
Saif I — Google review
The station is not that big, so it is easy to navigate through it. There's a main entrance where you can pick p taxis or a bus and a big food hall with different outlets there. There's free toilets and wheelchair access. At the lower level, there's another train strain station where you can catch the train to Pompei archaeological site.

Napoli Centrale is huge and busy, but surprisingly well organized. Clear signs for trains to Salerno, Rome, and beyond. Lots of food options — even quick pizza slices that beat most other cities. Just keep an eye on your belongings, as with any big station.

OMG! This place is a nightmare! I spent more than 3 hours wandering around this hellhole due to having ask where I could store my luggage that I had reserved and paid for. First I had to go to the very farthest end to find it wasn't anywhere in sight, I was direrected by an employee of TrenItalia. Next I was sent downstairs by a member of the Polizia. It took me 30 minutes just to find the escelator down, nowhere near the up escelator. After asking a ticket agent, I finally got accurate directions. The company I had made reservations with wasn't in the station, it was named "Baggy Lockers". Luggage storage at the station it says on thir website. So I stash my bags with a different company, an paid twice, no refund from the scammers. I got som lunch and then looked for the gate I was supposed to be at. My train number wasn't even listed on the departure board! None of the trains showed the name of the town I was traveling to. I found another unhelpful person at the traveler kiosk, they sent me to the wrong gate. The ticket handler informed that I was too late, I missed my train. I ha to rnt a hotel room for another night and tak another train, additional fee as well. The place is hell. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Poor in every way Dirty, more cleaners required hot - no air conditioning and very very busy Better signage is need

Total chaos in typical Italian way! People everywhere, no directions how to get to out, platforms get announced 5 mins before departure so you have to push your way through the crowds to make your way through just one to the platforms. Make sure to check if you are travelling on Trenitalia or Italo Treno as you can end up in wrong queue . Staff barely speaks English but they are quite helpful. Compared to other stations in Italy this one is quite spacious and clean, but the exits and directions could have been better marked.

Hotel
Hotel Paradiso, BW Signature Collection is a laid-back accommodation with a rooftop terrace and an airy restaurant offering stunning views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Situated on Posillipo Hill, it provides a Special Protection Program for the safety of guests and staff. The hotel's modern design includes blue velvet couches, minimal finishes, and tile floors.
Very recently had the absolute joy of staying at this lovely hotel. The room although not big came with the most stunning view which more than made up for it. The hotel rooftop terrace especially at night was just magical you could easily sit gazing at the view with a cold prosecco for hours! Public transport was easily accessible, cheap and quirky( the funicular!). I would absolutely stay here again!
Emma G — Google review
Absolutely terrible stay here. In the name of balance I'll say that the views here (from the restaurant at least) are beautiful. And the plunge pool, if you book it early enough in the day, is also nice and private. But that's where the good stuff ends. The staff here are mostly rude and abrupt, barely understand English, and made me and my husband distinctly uncomfortable the entire stay. It is a cheap trick to call this hotel four star - only the lobby and the views are four star, the rooms are basic at best, think Travel Lodge, with only the scarcest of amenities. We were only given one teaspoon every single day, I'm not kidding, and our shower leaked the bathroom out every single day. It takes the rotten biscuit to have to pay a higher rate in room tax for a four star hotel and get what is definitely not a four star room. Our room faced onto a railing and a wall, and with it being under the restaurant, there was noise all hours of the day and night. In addition, the lighting was terrible, it felt like night all the time, and with it facing onto the main street, we couldn't have the curtains open without sacrificing privacy. The food situation was a nightmare. The website is misleading, saying it serves a variety of meals - it actually serves ninety five percent seafood, which I cannot eat for health reasons. When we asked the hotel if they could put together a simple pasta dish, or anything else, all they could stretch to was offering some ham and cheese, which is not a meal! In addition, they serve the same menu every single night, and even the lunch time menu is the same as the dinner menu. The breakfast buffet is easily the worst I've ever had in any hotel. The meats and cheeses are the thin cheap stuff you'd feel bad giving to the dog, never mind a person, they don't even have orange juice, and they only serve some hot tiny cocktail sausages and scrambled eggs in the way of hot food. The coffees and hot chocolates are filtered - we paid ten euros for two very unpleasant hot chocolates on the first day and never made the same mistake again. I've got to say, beauty in no way makes up for the multitude of sins this hotel is guilty of. It's a hundred percent revenue over quality and comfort of guests, and it shows. I can only imagine all the five star reviews are from people the hotel knows, since they all happen, conveniently, to be fellow Italians rather than tourists - perhaps the staff can only stretch to friendliness with other Italians? This hotel is not worth the cost, don't be deceived. We also thought the bad reviewers must've been exaggerating before we came here, and found out the hard way that they were a hundred percent right. The hotel is up a massive hill and hard to get anywhere, even the nearest shop is a half hour walk away. Like I said, all you can count on is the view, and it's not enough for a good time, especially if you're staying for more than a weekend.

Had a great stay at Hotel Paradiso! Hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. We were given an upgraded room with a view that had a great look to the harbor in Naples and the reservation only plunge pool is a nice treat, though not heated. I will say it is not really in a walking area. We walked down the hill and into town one day, but it would be a long haul to go back so taxi/bus is needed. Overall a nice stay and the buffet breakfast offered is well priced and good quality!

Very Disappointing Stay We chose this hotel mainly for the mini pool/jacuzzi, but were never told in advance that it required a booking. By the time we arrived, it was fully booked, so we couldn't use it at all, a huge letdown since it was the main reason we booked here. The only positive was the nice view. We also had an issue with the AC in our room, so we had to move to another room. The breakfast was very average, and the room lighting was poor, making it feel dim. Overall, this was not the experience we expected and definitely not worth the price.

Very good 4-star hotel with a breathtaking view over the bay of Napoli. Clean rooms, overall nice front desk staff, efficient housekeeping team and a good breakfast buffet. They have a wonderful rooftop terrace with a good restaurant too. Thumbs up to Alessandro, one of the waiters there, who was outstanding!

I sincerely want to tell you about such a wonderful hotel as Paradisio BW Naples. Believe me, it’s not often that you find such a perfect balance between price and quality. And most importantly – such wonderful staff! Manager Ugo, Manager Angelo, and the lady at the reception are true examples of ideal hotel employees! And of course, I want to praise the breakfasts with a view of the bay and Mount Vesuvius – simply magnificent! Dr. Lytvyn

A lovely hotel with friendly service. Our room was clean and well equipped and was cleaned every day. Amazing views of Naples and Mt Versuvius. The high up location and the temporary closure of the funicular railway meant we walked a huge amount!....good exercise as a long 2.2km uphill each time from the Mergellina train station! The hotel has very small pool which is booked out 2 families maximum per time. It's more of a cooling off pool but serves the job and there was no problem booking it out so I think their system works fairly. The pool and roof too bar has amazing views. Recommend this hotel but just be mindful if you are less able to walk, then it's taxis or Ubers to get anywhere.
Melanie B — Google review
Save your money, this hotel is not worth it. For £700 for 6 nights we expected it to at least be comfortable, but it was far from that. From the moment we arrived, we were left dragging our own heavy bags up and down the stairs with no assistance, which immediately set the tone. The room itself was shockingly small, genuinely unfit for two people staying a week with suitcases. We could barely move around without being on top of each other. To make matters worse, the hotel’s listing promised a balcony or at least a beach view, but when we opened the curtains all we saw was a wall and a road. This meant we spent the entire week with the curtains shut, as every time we opened them men old enough to be our dads would leer in and even wink at us. The whole place also constantly stank of sewage, which made it even more unpleasant and the shower leaked across the entire bathroom floor every single day, meaning we were constantly stepping through puddles just to use the sink or toilet. For the first three days of our trip, the hotel didn’t offer any food options outside of breakfast, which was extremely inconvenient. And when breakfast was served, it was inedible, stale bread, sausages that looked more like brains than food, and nothing labelled in English, making it unsafe for anyone with allergies or intolerances. When the menu for main meals finally became available, the lowest priced item was €20, and everything we tried was just as disappointing and unappetising as the breakfast. Sleeping was almost impossible. The kitchen above us and the bathroom to the side were constantly banging to a new level late into the night, and each morning we were woken by a strong smell of bleach radiating through the vents. It was extremely uncomfortable and disruptive. The facilities advertised also weren’t what we experienced. There was no comfortable outdoor seating area or access to the mini pool as promised, as these were private and already fully booked by the time we arrived. Even if we had wanted to upgrade, we couldn’t. The location was another major issue. The hotel sits at the top of 15 steep hills, which we counted, so for anyone wanting to get out and explore the city each day, it’s either an exhausting climb or €35 each way for a taxi. On top of all this, we had booked the hotel as part of a Jet2 package, so we expected everything to be included, or at the very least to be told upon arrival if there were additional charges. However, when checking out, we were suddenly presented with a €65 city tax bill. This had never been mentioned to us during booking or check in, even though the hotel knew the length of our stay. It was only by chance that we still had euros left over to cover it. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The interior boasts vibrant design and elegant furnishings in various room types. Guests can enjoy exceptional sea and city views from the mbriana suite's floor-to-ceiling windows.
This is an excellent hotel with a majestic view of the Bay of Naples and the waterfront. The updated rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop restaurant and bar are first class with unique menu selections that please the palate. The service is outstanding with attentive waiters and bartenders. The chef even comes out to speak with the guests. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is outstanding! After a very long trip in Europe, having stayed in some nice and not so nice places, this hotel was a PERFECT final resting place before our flight out of Naples. I have found that hotels in the EU that claim to be 5 star hotels, are not always so by American standards. But this one did not disappoint. The artistic touches and quality and thoughtful (and even technological) finishes made for a luxurious stay. And they really won me over with linen hotel slippers and sheets, keeping with the theme of a clean, natural, and luxurious way of life!! The gym was also very well equipped for those who have that interest, and the rooftop bar hosted a live pianist on the night of our stay, adding to a calming and welcoming all around experience. I could go on and on, but I definitely recommend this hotel during your stay in Naples!

We received a very warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, which gave us a positive first impression. Our initial room, however, overlooked an inner courtyard that looked more like a storage area and wasn’t particularly inviting. As Hilton Gold Members, we were a bit surprised by the assignment, but after requesting a change, we were given a more spacious and nicely designed room. Unfortunately, this room faced a busy street and was quite loud at night—especially on the first floor—which significantly affected our sleep. It would have been helpful to be made aware of this in advance. Staff at the front desk seemed a bit disorganized during our stay. We had booked a visit to Pompeii through the hotel, but received incorrect information about the ticketing process, which led to a long trip with no access to the site. While we appreciated the effort of sending a small platter and drinks as an apology, the gesture felt a bit mismatched, as one of us is vegetarian. On the positive side, the rooftop restaurant and bar area offered beautiful views over the city and sea, and the staff there were exceptionally kind and attentive. Breakfast was decent, and the gym was well-equipped and comfortable. The spa area, which can be booked for private use, was a lovely idea—although sadly, the salt grotto was out of service during our visit. The hotel’s location is elevated, and getting to public transport requires walking down quite a long staircase. For most outings, a taxi was the more practical option. The hotel itself is stylish and relatively modern, which we appreciated. However, our accessible room felt a bit improvised in layout, with limited space and a few design flaws in the bathroom. In summary, while there were several pleasant aspects to our stay, the combination of noise, miscommunication, and some overlooked details made it fall short of the five-star standard.

This was an amazing experience!! The front desk staff was probably the nicest I have ever talked to. They were super accommodating! I booked massages here as well which were a little pricey, but let me tell you this was the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. The spa area was okay but the massage made it worth it—ask for Virginia, she is a miracle worker! Also, we went to dinner at Macphersons (rooftop restaurant) and it was absolutely amazing. They had just redone the menu and told us we were the first to have it which was very cool. It was amazing food and service with super reasonable prices for how elegant and Michelin-star the food was, and the view was perfect! I celebrated my engagement here and highly recommend. Will absolutely be back again!!

room itself was very nice and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was excellent — close to everything we wanted to see in Naples. Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the behavior of the staff member, Angela’s colleague , who we felt tried to cheat us. When we questioned it, Angela called her manager rather than resolving the issue directly. This left us feeling disappointed and uncomfortable, despite the otherwise pleasant stay.
Ashwin T — Google review
If you pay for an upgraded ocean view room just be aware that there is a restaurant/event space that also hosts breakfast directly above those rooms and you will hear every chair movement and people walking. The manager said "there are good sides and bad sides to rooms on the 4th floor" as a justification. That would have been great to know before we spent more money on a room for our wedding anniversary as we now get to listen to people stomping above us all day/night. Pool is not really a pool. More like a hot tub and it requires you to reserve and pay extra to use it. Very little to do nearby.

Artemisia Domus is a stylish and historic B&B in the heart of Naples. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, delicious homemade cakes and artworks by the owner. The property is around 1.1 km from San Carlo Theatre and 1.4 km from Via Chiaia.
What an amazing place this is. Tucked away yet in a good location halfway between Lungomare and the Centro Storico, so that both are within walking distance. The room was absolutely beautiful, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable and stylishly designed. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and breakfast was fantastic, everything you could want. Thank you!

great value for price. Given the rather weak door the room is not well isolated from noise. Staff is very friendly. Easy check in etc. There is parking and the guys are supposed to accept credit cards, but it doesn’t work. Bring cash. Breakfast is the only downside really. Coffee is way below Italian standards, and otherwise not exciting at all. Forget about the breakfast and just visit any bar close by for an acceptable cappuccino and brioche.

My husband and I spent nine wonderful nights at Artemisia Domus. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Naples by foot, and having a few metro stations nearby was great for getting to the train station to take day trips. Everything about our room was great: comfortable bed, large bathroom, handy kitchenette. We also enjoyed all the breakfast options available each morning. Lastly, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’m so glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Naples!

Helpful staff and good breakfast, but the tissue box was empty, the tea tray in our room was dirty, one of the tea mugs was covered in dust and we only got 3 individual teabags (despite the holder having space for 6). For the price per night I had expected details like that to be taken care of. Also the room was very hot despite it being cold outside, so there must have been a heating element on somewhere that we could not find. Ended up sleeping with the balcony door open. Beds were very nice to sleep in, and the room came with a smart TV which was nice

During our stay in Naples, we chose the Artemisia Domus in the Centro Storico and booked the Cleopatra Suite, which featured a Jacuzzi tub. Although the jets in the Jacuzzi weren't as strong as expected, the color-changing lights and fluffy bathrobes really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, servicing our room daily and even folding our clothes, which was a pleasant surprise. The included breakfast was also well done, with a great selection that catered to gluten and dairy-free needs. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting other international guests in the dining area, where we enjoyed sharing travel stories over breakfast. The hotel's location is fantastic—centrally located in Naples, within walking distance to several attractions and hot spots, including the main road Via Toledo and the coast. Getting around was easy, with Uber available for trips to places a bit further out. The hotel staff were always available to assist, from the time of booking through our entire stay. They were accommodating, even coordinating an in-room massage for us the day after we arrived from London, which was an absolute treat. If you're looking for a well-located, welcoming place to stay in Naples with great service, Artemisia Domus is a solid choice.

Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel is a polished 17th-century building offering modern accommodations, including family rooms, two-level suites, and terrace rooms with balconies. The hotel is located in the Old Town near the Spaccanapoli monument and San Domenico Maggiore plaza and churches. The 18th-century Palazzo Tufarelli houses this elegant hotel, featuring original frescoes carefully restored.
This hotel must have the BEST staff in town. The level of service far exceeds any 5-star hotel I’ve been to. Quirky entrance the first time you arrive. You get used to it then you’ll feel cool walking in an unmarked door every time you come back. Considering the location, we thought the hotel would be noisy. Room was super quiet, comfortable, and clean. Views from the roof top deck are EPIC! Being the middle of winter the deck was not being utilized. Would be an awesome place for a drink when it warms up. The staff are awesome! Received an email a week prior to our arrival with a warm welcome. Staff was super accommodating, pleasant, and was full of recommendations.

I simply cannot say enough about this hotel experience. The hotel itself is exquisite and charming. The location is perfect. The staff, all of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping to the breakfast, are superb. I recommend the breakfast which includes yogurts and pastries, and fresh, prepared eggs and espresso drinks and fresh squeezed juices in a lovely dining room. This would definitely be a location we return to and are so grateful for how well we were taken care of, especially because we were traveling as a family of six, in two different rooms, and when one member of the family became sick, the staff were so attentive. Thank you Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel!!!

Fantastic hotel with great service. I had arrived after not sleeping for a few days, and the staff did everything to help me have a comfortable stay. They upgraded my room for no charge, and they also brought me juice and snacks, as I was clearly tired and dehydrated. They treated me, a complete stranger, like a family member. Thank you to Michele and Natalya for being so kind! The large suite feels like staying in a Palazzo. The bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep for the first time in 72 hours, and the room was spotlessly clean. I can’t wait to return to Naples—I will certainly choose to stay here again.

Wow! Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel is truly one of the most unique and memorable boutique hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Nestled in the heart of Naples’ historic center, this hotel blends centuries of history with modern comfort and style. The preserved ceilings from the 16th century are absolutely breathtaking—staying in a room with such rich architectural detail felt like living inside a piece of history. The high ceilings and beautifully curated decor gave the space an airy elegance, while still maintaining an intimate, boutique charm. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the staff. The level of one-on-one attention was exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and impressively knowledgeable—not just about the hotel, but about Naples itself. Their personalized recommendations added so much value to our stay. Santa Chiara is more than a hotel—it’s an experience that combines history, hospitality, and refined design in a way that’s rare to find. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Naples

The hotel itself was nice enough, I appreciated there was a lift and it was a good location to what we needed. I also enjoyed the staff who cleaned the room. The street is small, so a taxi won’t come down, you’ll have to walk a few minutes. I’m sure this is normal though. My issue, however, was with the room. I poured over reviews and websites and after months of research selected this hotel and very specific room that had two separate beds. When I arrived I was told we were “upgraded” and there was now 1 bed and 1 sofa bed (far less comfortable or convenient). When I pressed why this was changed without my knowledge or communication, it was told they couldn’t imagine that we were two friends, and were sure we were a couple. We weren’t. And I would have preferred the room that I personally selected. I’d suggest they refrain from this in the future, it was also awkward to explain to a hotel that we were just friends and not a romantic couple.

We stayed one night here and have mixed reactions. First the good: The rooms were large and very well appointed with some cool historic details. The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and the WiFi was strong and fast. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; they ordered a cab for us in the morning and helped me locate an ATM. They carried our luggage into our room, and just were generally nice. The bad: The entrance to the hotel is on a pedestrian street, and our taxi driver who brought us from the airport wouldn’t drive to the hotel entrance. This meant we (not quite elderly by getting there) had to roll three suitcases about 100 yards over rough cobblestone streets. [sidenote: When we left this morning, the taxi called by the hotel WAS able to drive to the entrance because it was early enough not to interfere with pedestrian traffic] The other big downside is that there is absolutely no sign for the hotel on the street. Google maps showed where the building was, but entering through some big graffiti-ed doors (open until 6:30 pm, when they close for the evening) and walking into the courtyard, there’s no visible sign that the hotel is even in there. My partner has bad knees and we initially missed the hotel completely so after backtracking a couple of times, I left him with our luggage on the street while I tried to locate the hotel. Frustrated, I asked a couple of shopkeepers near where it was supposed to be and neither of them had a clue where it was. Turns out the entrance was right across the street! I entered the courtyard where the hotel was supposed to be and this time walked all the way in, near where the elevator shaft was. There I saw a tiny brass sign with the hotel’s name on it. I went out again to collect my partner and our luggage, and by the time we got back to the entrance the doors were in the process of closing. I’m not sure what we would’ve done if they had closed completely, as the only way to open them again was with a code you have to get from the hotel reception. It was hot, we were tired and crabby by the time we got upstairs. Not a great start. I’ve posted a video of the walk to the hotel and it gives an idea of the doorway to look for. We didn’t need to enter a code because the front door staff was watching for us through video cameras. My advice if you’re going to get there after 6:30 pm is to call and get the door code in advance!

Loved the central location of this hotel located on the 3rd floor of a residential condo building. Locked with a gate and secure, kind service, large room for a family. It was wonderful and we loved Napoli. Thank you!

Central Train Station Garibaldi is known for its punctual train services and efficient staff. While platform numbers are only displayed 10 minutes before departure, the overall experience is highly praised by travelers.
Very nice looking place unfortunately some of it is under reconsruction when I visited, most of the tickets people are able to speak English which is a great help and the are happy to help which is very unusual for people in Milan

Well run station with good signage and mostly helpful staff. Lots of coffee shops and food establishments throughout and trains constantly coming and going to make trips confident.

Great train station staff are friendly and I found it easy to navigate around as a tourist so would say great place to use to go in different directions to see the various things locally
Martin W — Google review
The train station is good but there are some things that should be taken as a concern, there are not enough signs for the trains and people that are not from Napoli, about the trains, they are really often delayed and that is not really good, also the hygiene In some of the train toilets Is really dirty and there is not the necessary things, like toilet paper and soap, the cable inputs were not fitting my cable even tough I tried to push it, it didn't fit.
Simona — Google review
Not the most helpful of staff ended up going on the wrong train twice due to advice from staff. Very hot and run down in some areas.

Quite big station, but easy to navigate. A lot of police officers buzzing around the station all the time. That's very good.

Lungomare Mergellina is one of my favorite places to take a stroll in Naples. The atmosphere is both lively and relaxing, with stunning views of the bay and impressive yachts docked nearby. I especially enjoy sitting on the rocks and watching the ferries come and go—there’s something incredibly peaceful about it. On a clear day, it’s also a perfect spot to take beautiful photos of Mt. Relais Della Porta is a deluxe boutique hotel located in Naples, offering unfussy rooms in a restored 16th-century building. The old palazzo features baroque frescoed ceilings and original doors, providing a glimpse into the life of a Neapolitan Renaissance nobleman. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi while marveling at the intricately frescoed ceilings in the dining room.
We had a wonderful 3 days here. I love the big hotels but I also love the boutique ones and this had bags of character. The little hobbits front door at the entrance is something we will never forget! The room was very spacious, the bed was great, the air conditioning works like a dream (it was 33 outside) and everything was clean. Its very well positioned to get anywhere in Naples quickly. The breakfast was good but the best thing was the staff. They were lovely - from the receptionist (owner?) Who stayed up to let us in at 1am because our flight was delayed to the cleaners. Its a great little hotel, quirky for sure. I would recommend staying here for sure.
Robert B — Google review
Julia, Anna and Maurizio were all very helpful and spoke really good English. The room and bathroom were modern, comfortable and clean. We were given an upgrade and our room had a balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast was lovely too. Great location on via Toledo although the actual hotel was quite hard to find through an inner courtyard and using a very small cage lift but once we had found it, it was great
Sue F — Google review
This was the best hotel on our Italy trip. Amazing attention to detail, beautiful room, total service orientation - and simply a stunning city palace in a historic building. Location is superb - in the old town and next to a metro station with a non-stop line to the central train station. Oh - and the breakfast was actually outstanding. We really loved it.
Armin S — Google review
In Naples it is tough to find an affordable hotel that doesn’t have horrendous reviews - we chose this hotel as it seemed the best of a bad bunch. We weren’t so surprised that the room was pretty janky - there was an overwhelming smell of damp and watermelon vape. So much so we bought an incense stick so we could sleep. The whole room felt dirty with stains on ceiling and furniture. The hallways of the hotel also smelled of smoke. The lift works on a 10c meter which the staff have to come down to give you. The only reason I gave this a 3 and not a 2 is the hotel breakfast was surprisingly good and well stocked with lots of options for vegans! Also the location is unbeatable - close to good restaurants, bars and a lovely cinema. I wouldn’t stay here for more than one or two nights but it was good for a stopover after our trip to Ischia. Staff were friendly but if you’re going to the airport from here get an uber - uber was €28 and the transfer service the hotel offered to book had a flat rate of €55.
Kate D — Google review
Beautiful hotel in a lovingly restored palazzo, on the floor once inhabited by scholar and scientist Giambattista della Porta. Our room was comfortable, well appointed, with working air conditioning (important in late July) and a comfy bed. The location is fantastic for those who wish to be centrally located, and the staff are very helpful in pointing out things to see and do around the hotel and in Naples generally. The staff really stood out as extremely helpful - they did everything to make our stay comfortable and welcome (thanks for the check-in Prosecco bottle!) and were responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.
Jorge S — Google review
This is a scam – please be careful! I booked a room at Relais della Porta because of its location on Via Toledo. The website and confirmation clearly showed this property, with its photos and branding. Only after I paid did the hotel inform me that my room was actually located in a completely different facility, on Corso Umberto – far from the area I wanted. This important detail was hidden in tiny print and never made clear before payment. When I asked for a cancellation and refund, the hotel refused. I ended up losing money and having to book another hotel at the last minute. This is a deceptive practice and feels like a scam. Travelers – be warned and double-check the real address before booking, because what is advertised is NOT what you actually get. If this is how they treat their guests, it shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

Everything about this place was wonderful — the service, the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the breakfast. It truly offers everything you could expect from a great stay in Naples. Highly recommended!

This charming hotel is tucked away behind a non-descript facade; enter through front and take elevator or stairs to the third floor which is a renovated historic boutique hotel with just 15 rooms. The staff was charming and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable of my entire European stay this year. Smart tv allowed us to log into our Netflix account. The breakfast was a delight, and surprisingly special considering the size of the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on Via Toledo, a major shopping district and just steps away from the charming alleys filled with local restaurants, cafes, and shops. Jump on a city tour bus just steps away. If I return to Naples I would definitely stay again.

Nestled in the heart of Naples, La Ciliegina Lifestyle Hotel is a boutique gem offering smart luxury and convenience. The hotel's upper-floor location ensures stunning city views from every room, while its rooftop terrace provides a perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy panoramic vistas that include Mount Vesuvius. The bright and spacious rooms feature handcrafted furniture by Neapolitan artisans, luxurious marble bathrooms, soundproofed windows, international Sky TV, and other modern amenities.
This hotel was perfect for our needs as a spot to be after our flight from the U.S., for a quick Naples visit, then on to the Amalfi Coast and returning for a final night before our return flight. Though not opulent, it is fresh and bright with very clean and nice rooms, a small yet caring staff, a good location, and a decent breakfast included in what we felt is a very reasonable room rate. We were uncertain when booking last November but shouldn't have been. It was a nice little hotel we're glad we picked.
Jim M — Google review
I will start by saying that the overall hotel is pretty nice. It was very clean and the staff was a accommodating . The breakfast each morning nice and the rooftop patio very nice. Also the remote controlled sunroof windows were awesome and the bathroom amazing. The only thing I did not like is the elevator that leads up to the reception area on the third floor was very cramped small and not ventilated properly. It is very rickety in my opinion and once you come out on to the third floor you have about a two foot wide walkway overlooking a three story drop with thin railing, which was very intimidating, other than that it’s a pretty decent little hotel.
Mike R — Google review
What stands out most is their staff not withstanding their great location (really close to the centre of everything) and the cleanliness of the room. From the moment I booked the room to the moment when I arrived at the airport and until I checked out, they have made me feel comfortable, safe and really want to come back again. Thank you for everything.

They love to tell you "no" to all your questions at this hotel. Do you ever enter a situation in which the person you are dealing with is just tired of their job, hates the customers before they even engage with them, and just don't want to deal with you? This is the staff at this hotel. Can I get coffee? "No! - you will have to wait." Our Air conditioner in our room doesn't work, is there anything we can do? "No! - you will have to just be patient." They love to say no!!

Costantinopoli 104 is an elegant hotel located in a historic 1800s villa in Naples' old town. The hotel's design perfectly complements its surroundings, with a blend of original Liberty-style elements and modern artistic details. The exterior features a spacious garden with a pool, colorful stained glass windows, marble balustrades, and an impressive piperno portal. Each room is uniquely decorated, combining neoclassical marbles and stuccos with contemporary art details.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room is big and very nice. We stayed at the rooftop so ve had a very nice balcony. No elevator so you need to take the stairs 2 floor up with your luggage (keep in mind). The breakfast is simple but very nice and the service is very welcoming. The location is great, every thing is nearby.

Our stay here was nice, and it is a lovely hotel in the heart of Naples. The pool was a nice touch and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms was nice, but I do feel like the price was maybe a little high for the value. Overall, a nice stay.

At €300 a night this is an extremely overpriced hotel in what is a very cheap city. The staff don’t really care and are rude. No friendly welcome and they don’t apologise when they mess stuff up. The rooms are small and pretty basic with loud air con units. There’s some art made of old pipes lying around the place but they need to concentrate on customer service. A cappuccino in the morning would have been great too, especially at €300 a night.

I am already planning the next trip to stay in Constantinopoli 104 again. The decor is delightful and the front desk service impeccable. Vincenzo went above and beyond to help us! I cannot thank him enough! The rooms were very clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. They have an excellent continental breakfast with friendly staff. We really enjoyed the art work in the main rooms. It is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. My husband called it "very funky cool." The location couldn't be better. It is very close to bars, restaurants, museums and shopping. Since the hotel is set back a little , it is extremely quiet. This was the last the last place we stayed on a 2 week trip and it was our favorite hotel. The garden and pool are beautiful. They provided a much needed oasis and moment of rest. I highly recommend and Aperol spritz poolside. Thank you Constantinopoli 104! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Naples!

This is one of the more disappointing hotels I have stayed at. The reviews and hotel rating are misleading. I paid 400 dollars for a run down room, that had no hot water, pealing paint from the walls, and an uncomfortable bed. The rooms are extremely run down. (See photos). Aside from location, this hotel is nothing short of a 2 star!!! Don’t recommend at all, feels totally over priced for what you are getting.

Quiet oasis in the heart of historical centre. Rooms a bit basic and small but had rooftop terrace outside our room so not a problem. Good breakfast. Amenable staff. We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows could use a bit more care. The location is convenient, being close to the station. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay it was fantastic to meet our in-laws who came to meet us from all the way from Turin and explore the beautiful city of Napoli. The people in the South have a more relaxed and welcoming attitude compared to the North, which made our experience even more pleasant.

We are not sure we’d describe this as a typical hotel. The interior design is fantastic, with beautiful bedrooms and communal areas, and the location is excellent—safe and secure. The artistic elements are stunning, creating a comfortable, enjoyable space where the rooms flow seamlessly. The interior design feels effortless, but it’s clear that every detail, from shapes and colors to the blend of old and new, has been thoughtfully considered. It’s perfect overall. The marble open stairway is particularly beautiful, situated in a Neapolitan courtyard. - There’s no staff on-site except during breakfast hours, which makes the experience feel more like staying in an apartment than in a hotel. A heads-up about this in advance would be helpful. - The main way of communicating with staff is via WhatsApp. At first, this might seem a bit unconventional, but the staff are quick to respond and very helpful. It’s just not the typical hotel approach. - The ambiance is very quiet. Adding some subtle, calming background music in the communal areas, especially at breakfast, could enhance the atmosphere. - The breakfast setup is cute, and the food is simple and nice, offering options like scrambled eggs (although this wasn’t clearly explained by staff and there is no menu) and warmed croissants with jam and butter. - The balconies are fantastic, typically Italian, offering a lovely outdoor space. However, providing chairs or cushions would make them even more enjoyable. - Upon arriving at night, it wasn’t clear how to get inside. We followed others into the courtyard through large wooden arch doors, but there was no signage indicating the hotel’s location. It’s located upstairs on the second floor, so clearer signage would improve the arrival experience. - Lastly, note that there is no fridge in the rooms.

This is a mix between a budget hotel and a hostel at best. CN included this in a recent article, if you are expecting anything don’t. It has non stop road noise from cars and horns until 1am, you will never be able to relax in the room. Single pane glass in the exterior doors that don’t seal, you can’t keep the noise out. Bed is the typical Italian hard, if you are familiar with it, it will be what you expect. We showed up for breakfast and the attendant was cleaning up everything but the table you actually sit at, crumbs and food from the previous people who sat on each side of the place setting we were offered were scattered all over where the silverware rested. It was gross, we decided to skip it.

I’d describe this as somewhere between an apartment and a B&B experience. Pros: beautifully designed bedrooms and communal areas, good location which is secure and central. Quiet and comfortable. Cons: mixed communication from staff eg. staff onsite ask you to message via WhatsApp but a couple of my requests were ignored (taxi booking and yoga enquiry). Offered sweet pastries for breakfast but eggs prepared after asking for something more substantial. Asked for an iron to iron a shirt and they don’t have one available for guests.

I stayed here with a large group in December 2023 and we were able to book the entire space, which was hugely beneficial. The rooms were very cute and worked well for each group member. The breakfast was included and great to start each day. The living room space was one of our favorite parts of the entire trip since we were the only group there. The only issue was the arrival/departure. The tiny door to pull all of our luggage through was a slight issue and the elevator to get to the second floor was difficult. The cobblestones were also not easy. However, once we were all up in the hotel, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. This is an ideal place to stay in Naples!

The Hotel NH Napoli Panorama is a refined lodging option in Naples, located just 600 meters from Piazza Municipio and within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Naples. The hotel features comfortable rooms and an a la carte restaurant serving local cuisine. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a fitness room, bar, and stunning views. While some guests have experienced issues with room facilities, many appreciate the consistent service provided by the friendly staff.
We stayed at the NH Napoli Panorama for one week and had a lovely stay. The hotel is well located and very walkable. The rooms are surprisingly quiet in a bustling area and are clean, modern, and the housekeeping was meticulous everyday. The front desk staff were helpful and loaned us umbrellas on the one rainy day and you can easily request a wide range of amenities delivered to the room directly from their app. Perhaps the breakfast has changed since earlier reviews, but we had the breakfast one day of the trip and it was very good. A nice selection of light international options and two coffee machines. Our server was excellent and brought us some traditional Neapolitan breakfast items and described them to us. I would confidently recommend the restaurant breakfast as an easy option, especially if you’d like more than a coffee and pastry in the morning.

Great Stay at a Well-Located Hotel We spent 4 nights at this lovely and conveniently located hotel, and everything went very smoothly. The room offering a panoramic view of the port, was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight — plenty of variety, new items almost every day, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. If I could make a couple of suggestions: it would be helpful to have brief descriptions of the breakfast items, as it’s not always easy to tell what everything is without asking. Also, offering a complimentary bottle of water each day (rather than just on the first day) would be a nice touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at the NH Napoli Panorama hotel several times over the past few years for both work and family related visits to Naples and each time I am eternally grateful for my decision to stay at this hotel. The staff is not only kind and welcoming but exceptionally helpful when it comes to scheduling activities, dinner reservations, and any/all other recommendations/needs of the guests. Gennaro, Rosario, and Iliaria have assisted me in particular during several of my stays and are always quick to greet you with a smile and assistance:) In addition to this, the bartender, Pietro, can always be counted on for great conversation and even greater drinks. He embodies the quintessential bartender with both his wide knowledge of drinks/cocktails and the ease at which he converses with guests, providing a welcoming and uniquely Napolitano atmosphere. The staff at this hotel has been consistently professional and friendly during each of my stays and as if that's not enough to get me to come back the location of the hotel is excellent. It's located well within walking distance to several massive attractions, including the historic castles, lungomare (boardwalk located next to the sea and by several excellent restaurants), and the shopping street Via Toledo. In addition to this, its central location is also close to several metro stations/stops and close to the historic street, Spaccanapoli, which embodies the pure Napolitano experience:) The views from the hotel are also stunning, providing some of the best places to watch both the sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean, well kept, and fairly modern which I have found acceptable with no complaints. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough for both the location and the staff which make each and every stay highly worth it!!!

We had an excellent stay at NH Napoli, which ended 1 week ago. The hotel is perfectly located near the seafront and close to key attractions. The staff were very welcoming and professional, always helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, with a pleasant view of the sea. Breakfast was varied and generous, with high-quality products. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Naples. We would happily return !!

NH Panorama Napoli is very well located; you can walk to almost all the major attractions, and the view is wonderful. The hotel is more modern than others in the area, and the rooms are comfortable, although the shower was dirty. The most disappointing experience was breakfast. The food, although it appears varied, was not very tasty and seemed more focused on covering categories than providing quality. The ‘fresh’ juices were not actually freshly squeezed, but likely poured from store-bought bottles. The biggest drawback was the extreme cold in the lobby and breakfast area. It was literally freezing, and we completely skipped breakfast and avoided the lobby/bar because of it. In the room, however, we were comfortable since I could turn off the air conditioning. The biggest advantages are the excellent location, the safe area, and the overall security the hotel provides.

Very nice stay at the hotel. Very good city views from the room and perfect location to walk around the area. Excellent service from all the personnel, especially from Rosamaria. She was delightful, super kind, and always sharing her smile! During the breakfast she was very attentive and helpful, she even offered me a delicious coffee. I would definitely come back soon!

I feel a strong need to share with you all that nH Napoli Panorama is without doubt my most favourite hotel in the city. The views are spectacular and the location just perfect! My stay was in particular elevated to perfection by the breakfast staff. Special thanks to Rosamaria who was next to being an elegant and exceptional server a most interesting and knowledgeable person. Her conversation with me although it lasted only a few minutes helped me immensely in organising my trip. All of the breakfast staff deserve mentioning, as I was received there most welcoming. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Enjoyed a delicious meal at La Logetta restaurant, at the hotel. Andrea provided a highly professional, and expert service. He made a perfect recommendation for wine and was extremely polite. Excellent command of English and was at pains to make us comfortable.

The Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo is a stylish and polished hotel located in the heart of Naples, offering warm rooms and suites with contemporary decor. The hotel boasts a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city and the bay, as well as a garden for guests to enjoy. With its convenient location in the historical center, guests can easily explore Naples' iconic landmarks such as Piazza del Plebiscito and enjoy shopping nearby.
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style, which didn’t take away from the overall experience. The highlight for me was the breakfast there was a nice variety of options, and being able to enjoy it on the rooftop with such a great view was a real treat. I liked that they offered both indoor and outdoor seating, which made it flexible depending on the weather. The location couldn’t be better right in the center of the city and just a short walk to the train station, making it super convenient for exploring. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and well-located stay.

We had a really good stay at the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo. The rooftop is absolutely impeccable — the view alone is worth it. Our room was decent but very clean, and our cleaning lady was amazing — polite, sweet, and truly a highlight of our stay. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were a few staff members who seemed annoyed by our presence, which was disappointing and did take away from the overall experience. Still, the location, cleanliness, and rooftop views make this a strong choice in Naples.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff members were all so kind and helpful throughout our time there, and I’m honestly a bit puzzled by other reviewers who had negative experiences. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Elevators were efficient. The location was perfect for us as it’s fairly central to things we we wanted to do, and it was within walking distance to the port where many of our day tours started. The breakfast buffet was great and came with such a fun view of the city. We also spent a couple of evenings up on the restaurant terrace to catch some beautiful sunsets. The front desk members helped schedule early morning taxis for us to get us to the bus station for our journey home. An all around great place where we would all gladly return to. I’m already missing those breakfast views!
Ashley R — Google review
Rooms are small and outdated, location is perfect and view out of the window is to die for. Front desk staff was not very friendly and gets visibly annoyed when questions come up. Bizarre interaction: the ferry port is 900 metres(0.5 miles) away from the hotel and we asked front desk agent how much taxi would cost. Without blinking an eye he said 30(!) Euros. I understand we are tourists and tendency is to overcharge and rip off, but as hotel guests we expect hotel employees to look out for us. In many Marriott properties across the world I experienced employees to advice the best way because tourists dont know the local customs. But not at this property! It just felt condescending with blatant disregard for the guests interests. Like he lives in this city, would he pay that much himself?! If you arriving late at night, there is no one to help with bags/take them to your room, so you pretty much on your own there too. 3 front desk agents will just look at you drag your bags into tiny elevator. Breakfast however was well organized with nice variety of options and gorgeous view, absolutely recommend that. I'm just not sure good breakfast would make me want to come back here.

Perfect stay after long travel day from home. Doorman brought bags from taxi up steps to lobby. Easy check in, room already cooled comfortably, Excellent restaurant Amiro 2 blocks away open all day for early dinner. Slept well. Rooms are smallish like any city but sufficient. Liked the floors were not carpeted and rooms did not feel worn. Bathroom was smallish also but glad it was with shower only. Really appreciated the 4 coat hooks by the door for hanging things. At breakfast go with the waitperson supplied coffee, not the machine. Terrace was great to start the day with. ⭐️Stay here again ✅ Staff helpful ⭐️Location Bathroom OK Spacious ✅Freestanding shower ✅Good shower pressure ✅Plenty of hot water ✅Good towels ❌ Nightlight Bedroom ❌ Spacious (no, but sufficient) ✅Firm Mattress ✅ Firm Pillows ✅Good Sheets OK Good electric/USB outlets ✅Daily water ✅Coffee in room ✅Tea in room ✅ AC Good Breakfast ✅ food - good quality ✅coffee good quality ⭐️Environment ✅ Service

I am a Titanium Elite Member and recently stayed at the Renaissance Naples Hotel in Italy. I chose this property despite higher rates than other, more prestigious sea-front hotels in the region, specifically to remain loyal to Marriott Bonvoy. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations for both the price paid and Marriott standards. Key issues during my stay: • Elite Upgrade Denied: Despite my Titanium status and week-long stay, I was not granted a complimentary upgrade and was told no upgrade would be provided at any point. • Breakfast Restrictions: The buffet protein options were limited, and when I requested boiled eggs or an egg-white omelette due to medical dietary restrictions (cholesterol concerns), my request was denied unless I paid extra. • Lack of Elite Amenities: The hotel has no lounge. When I requested complimentary water or a coffee machine while working remotely from my room, these were refused and water was charged. • Unexpected Parking Costs: No parking fees were disclosed at check-in, yet at check-out I was charged €36 per day for parking plus €30 per electric vehicle charge. • Cleanliness & Health Concerns: Throughout my stay, I experienced allergic reactions (eyes and throat), which I believe were caused by excess dust in the room or an unclean air-conditioning system. • Service Quality: Interactions with reception and management were consistently cold and dismissive, lacking the hospitality expected at a Marriott Bonvoy property. Overall, the quality, service, and value provided were significantly below expectations, particularly given the high rates charged and Marriott Bonvoy branding.
RODRIGO T — Google review
Great location. Compared to other hotels the rooms are quite nice and spacious. Rooftop hot tub and sauna are both not hot enough, but nice to have. No executive lounge for bonvoy platinum elite or above members.
Michael G — Google review
As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member, I found my stay here somewhat below expectations for the brand and tier. While the staff were polite and the hotel’s location is excellent, there were several disappointments. No suite upgrade was available (understandable given occupancy), but amenities felt limited — only one complimentary bottle of water provided on the first day with no refills, and no proper coffee maker in the room (a kettle with instant coffee isn’t really up to standard). Breakfast was rather basic with limited variety, and even a simple fried egg came at an extra charge. Most frustratingly, the rooftop bar — a highlight of the property — was closed for private events two of the five nights, without any notice, including our last evening when we returned early hoping for a final drink with a view. Overall, an average stay that didn’t quite meet the Renaissance or Ambassador-level experience for rooms selling for 500€+ these nights. The fact I booked with points doesnt matter.

UNAHOTELS Napoli is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Naples, just a short walk from the central station. The hotel boasts elegant and modern rooms with air conditioning, offering guests a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a refined dining experience at the top-floor restaurant 'Vesuvio Roof Bar & Restaurant by Una Cucina' as well as unwind at the rooftop terrace and bar. The hotel's convenient location near various transportation options makes it an ideal choice for travelers.
Our room was very comfortable and well supplied with everything you need. The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cheese, sandwich meats, baked goods, coffees, juices and more. We had a couple of pizzas and drinks over dinner one evening on the rooftop which was very pleasant. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Location was very central and easy to get to by bus from the airport or from the central train station. Sound proofing was amazing! Highly recommend a stay there.

This was my first experience with Una hotels. It was an excellent experience!!! The people were very friendly, the room was extremely comfortable and very quiet. The rooftop restaurant and bar area was fabulous. The views were unbeatable. Thank you very much for a great experience. I will definitely use Una hotels again!!!

I was very happy with the location being so close to the train station, and although it was a very busy area, and our room looked right out to the train station, with the windows closed it was super quiet (we were on 4th floor). We like a dark room to sleep in and this was probably the darkest we've ever had! Amazing! Excellent bed too. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Front desk helped us with reserving a taxi for the following morning to the airport and ensuring that we would be paying the proper rate. We appreciated this extra peace of mind. We also had dinner on the rooftop and while we had to wait a long time past our reservation time to get in, we were compensated with bubbly (2x) and dinner was fantastic. They were very busy, and service was not quick, but as we were not in a rush this was not a problem for us. We would be very happy to stay here again.

This was a great hotel. So nice to have such a wonderful restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast every morning was so good. Fresh mozzarella. Fresh honeycomb. The pastries were delicious. The room was lovely with a nice balcony. Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was amazing. They were so nice and so accommodating. This place was centrally located to everything, yet you got a real sense of everyday life.

Fantastic hotel with really friendly and efficient staff members. Extremely helpful answering questions about the surroundings and assisted us getting around with arranging the taxi services. Rooms were excellent, clean and had all the required amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The view and setting on the roof top restaurant was breath taking and a lovely area to relax and have a sundowner or just take things easy. Directly across the train station if you require access to a train. The square with various restaurants are very close. The area can come across as not safe but it was a pleasant time with no incidents. Will return if I am ever in Naples again.

We had a delightful stay for five nights at your outstanding hotel. Outstanding because all the staff were doing their best to provide your best experience. Reception answered and responded promptly to all questions and resolved so many issues for us, before we came and during our stay. Housekeeping was superb, as if by magic they knew when we had left for the day and came and made our room spotlessly clean. The restaurant and roof top bar, from our first night the place buzzed with energy and the food, every night and morning was delicious and a true testament to what it means to be an ‘Italian’ in Italy.

2.5 star, 3 at BEST. Don't expect to get much sleep here. Located right by the train station where the honking starts around 530 am and ironically that's when the hotel decides to turn off the ac to the rooms (from 05:00 - 06:00) Room is super small, not enough drawers or hanging space for 1 let alone 2 people. Bathroom is not private, it's see-through and definitely not sound proof. You can hear the hallway sounds. Breakfast buffet is nothing special, but they do offer the basics of selct juices, coffees and teas, cheeses, etc. Elevators take a while during the day/afternoon time frame as the only have 2, and if they're occupied by the time it reaches your floor, you'll need to request another one.

Room was weird. The beds (we got a 2 twin bed room) but bed is weirdly light/ moves very easily. the window situation is cumbersome since you need to open the outside gates to let any light in, risking mosquitoes coming in. The light situation was also weird, you couldn't turn on the lamp alone, and had to turn on the entire room light. The bed side lights are also controlled on one side of the room. Bathroom layout is also weird, no hooks to hang your towels or clothes. the shower door couldn't open without moving the mat. Small things about the room that made it a cumbersome experience overall. Otherwise, location is great, right next to train station to get to airport or anywhere. very central.

The ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi is a modern hotel located near the main train station, offering clean and bright rooms with complimentary breakfast and bottled water. It's convenient for day trips to Pompeii or exploring the old town, with good restaurants and shopping nearby. While not luxurious, it provides a decent place to stay, with friendly staff and an early check-in option. The rooms are well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and soundproof windows overlooking the train tracks.
The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. The rooms were clean with adequate space. The breakfast had good options. The check in and check out process was very smooth and quick.
Ashish M — Google review
Been to Napoli a few times and it's the first time I have stayed in Garibaldi. The Ibis was nice, but a couple of changes need to be made. There needs to be a fridge in the room, and the cleaning staff need to check that the bathroom is stocked well with toilet roll etc. That's not a criticism by any means, just a gentle suggestion. Be mindful of walking around at night, best to get cabs. However everyone has been so friendly, and the principle is...treat people in a kind and humane way, and they will generally do the same back. Thank you to all the staff at Ibis for making it a comfortable stay. Best of wishes to you all 😊

Great hotel location near the train lines and metro stations at Piazza Garibaldi. Room was cool, clean and generally comfortable - though the chairs weren’t suitable for sitting in for more than an hour at a time. Bathroom decor was dated but very well maintained and clean. Only negative was the hyper sensitivity of the shower temperature gauge. Breakfast spread was great - plenty of choice and lots of space. Staff were wonderful throughout our time in the hotel.

My welcome upon check in was warm and welcoming. My room was very nice: spacious and clean. The neighborhood may put some people off but it is relatively safe. Just be aware as in all of Naples.

We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Plenty of hanging, shelves etc. staff were very friendly, the buffet style breakfast wasn’t for us, a bit hectic but the the area was kept really clean and items topped up. The air con was pretty noisy which was our only issue but overall excellent
Louise C — Google review
We booked one night with early check-in and late checkout. These are deliberate options for the client to choose when booking. Late checkout was not honored in accordance with the confirmed booking (see picture of confirmation, you know, where they confirm the booking details). Staff were rude when ordering us out of the hotel and showing the confirmed booking made no difference. They maintained it was THEIR option to exercise as they wish, a nonsensical rationalization. This completely ruined the day. After all, they could have mentioned it when checking in but they did not. The air conditioning was not working. There is no fridge in the room. Bed is rock hard, something that I am ok with but you may not be. In conclusion, it is my opinion that you can do a lot better than a grotty hotel behind the train station that does not honor confirmed bookings, seems to cover up poor staff performance by blaming the guests, and appears to subsist on one-off tourist churn.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sounds of trains in and out of the station with windows open but we'll blocked with double panes when windows closed. Are is a bit gritty but great spot for convenient long distance and local transportation.

Rest hotel is at a great location. penalty of Pizzeria's nearby serving real Napoli Pizza and train station is just 5 mins walk. staff is really helpful and welcoming.

We stayed here for 4 nights in February. The room was fine and clean, although it could have done with a few more basic amenities, but it met the expected standard. The location was quite a long way out of the city centre but the metro service made it a 20 minute journey in and out, with the nearest stops within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. It can get quite noisy at night but I think this is just indicative of Naples and Italy generally, with car horns and sirens providing an almost constant backdrop to any activity. The cocktails served at the hotel are good and there is an amazing little restaurant a short 3 minute walk away from the hotel, which is almost reason enough to stay here.

Stayed in Hotel Cristina in April. Clean and tidy hotel. Continental Breakfast is delicious! Receptionist very helpful. Metro Station (Cavalleggeri Aosta)is only 3 or 4 mins walk from Hotel. From this station it is 6 stops to Cavour Station (lots of museums and cafe’s here here) and 7 stops to the main station Garibaldi! Plenty of Souvenir shops in and around Cavour on the street Via Duomo on the way to Duomo di Santa Maria Assunta (famous church…worth a visit!) Supermarket (Sole 365) is on the way to the station. You can buy almost anything in this supermarket! Diego Armando Maradona Stadium is only 20 min walk or take metro from Edenlandia Station and one stop to Mostra Plenty of Cafe's along the main street! Would definitely recommend Hotel Cristina as a base if/when visiting Napoli.

Grand Hotel Saint Lucia is a luxurious hotel in Naples, offering upscale rooms with elegant decor and unobstructed sea views. The hotel is located in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, known for its wide streets and beautiful seaside promenade. Guests can enjoy a free breakfast at the on-site restaurant and take advantage of room service. The hotel's prime location overlooks the marina and Castel dell'Ovo, providing stunning views day and night.
We stayed at the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia in Naples as a transition before heading to Positano, and it ended up being one of the surprises of our trip. The hotel, the location, the food, and the people were all amazing. My wife and I both wished we had more time in Naples. The rooms were clean, and comfortable and great for the price per night compared to other options. The location couldn’t have been better, right on the water and within walking distance of the city center, museums, and plenty of seaside restaurants. A special thanks to Giovanni, who was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation, setting up a day trip to Pompeii, and patiently answering all of our many questions. His kindness made our stay even more memorable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful. Not much of the staff speaks English so just be aware. I gave a 4 star because I highly suggest you DO NOT book transportation to the airport from this hotel. The website said complimentary but it’s not complimentary (free). They charged 120 euros for a 12 minute drive. We were told the drive was 30 minutes (which is still a lot and we should have checked it ourselves).

We stayed at Santa Lucia for three nights before our cruise. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the bellman stored our luggage until our room was ready. When we entered our room we were extremely pleased. It was a large room, with a balcony that had a view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like newborns. The bathroom was large and every part of the room was clean. Breakfast was included and the staff there were very attentive. The location right on the water couldn’t be better. There is a long promenade that you can walk. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We loved our stay here and would recommend it without hesitation!

The hotel is perfectly positioned along the Bay of Naples. The first impression at the entrance is its elegance and warm, attentive staff. Our room overlooking the Bay was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed having a balcony to get fresh air and a closer look of the view.

When we booked this trip, 9 months ago, we asked for a balcony room, even asking about smoking cigars on the balcony. We arrived this week to the front desk clerk fighting with some ladies in the desk office. After the fighting stopped he came out to help us. We were then assigned a room that looked at the center of the hotel. It was dark and very depressing. I went down to ask for a balcony, so I could enjoy cigars, drink wine and see the view. We were upgraded for 250 Euros (around CAD$400 extra for one night) Arriving at this room we found that the balcony was about 12" deep. I ended up sitting on the ground, just outside the door, crammed on the balcony. We stayed in three hotels in our 10 days in Italy, this was the only one that not only disappointed us, but greatly disappointed us. In addition, we asked the gentleman to please order a taxi to pick us up the next morning at 6:30am, as we had to make a flight. He told us to go to our room and come back after 6:00pm/7:00pm to make the request. I'm guessing that this is because that's when the next shift came on. We stay in 4 & 5 star hotels all of the time. Requests, such as this, are simple and always handled immediately (anywhere else they would have offered to leave a note for the next shift) My one big compliment was to the nice man who helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. He was so pleasant and smiled the whole time.

I have had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Santa Lucia. The location is excellent, right by the waterfront, with beautiful views and easy access to many of Naples’ main attractions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay in Naples.

Great hotel. Rooms were nice, and the front desk team was very accommodating. The challenge for us was the restaurant. We ate lunch there two consecutive days, and the service was beyond spotty, unless you were the hotel Boss. When he came in, the entire staff stopped attending to us, taking care of his every request, while we sat and waited for our food, drinks, and menus. It could be customary, but in the US, the patron is king, not the Boss, who was brusque and loud. Both times we were the only ones in the restaurant besides the Boss, and he never acknowledged us, but the staff were hopping and stepping for him—great rooms, location, and wonderfully decorated. I left wondering what our stay would have been like had we been the Boss?

This hostel was a very budget friendly stay near the port. We really enjoyed this location for it’s convenience to food, drinks, and transportation. We felt the area to be safe and the staff were very accommodating. They gave great food recommendations. The breakfast was lack luster and the rooms could use some help but was fair value!

This hostel was great! Bed was comfy, everything was convenient and the staff were very friendly. Nice selection of beers and drinks in the lobby. The lobby is where all the fun happens. I met and went out with the most awesome group of travellers last night. We all looked after each other and the vibes people gave were just fantastic. The price was great as well! €40 (or something like that) for 2 nights is a bargain, especially for Memoires for life!

We were on a quick one day trip to the Amalfi coast and wanted to stay some place where alibus stop to and from airport was close and so was the world tours day trip pickup . This was the most affordable place and what a find ! Great people at receiption and good vibe. At 59 we felt young with the crowd from all over the world . Milad who checked us in was a perfect human being . The lift does not require 10 cent coins on weekends but you need one to go down and come back up as well on week days . Codes for entering the main building and rooms well explained at time of check in . Via toledo the happening place is walkable . Strong recommendation if you are on a time leash and a budget.

I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a friendly vibe in Napoli. What I really loved is the mix of people here: backpackers, digital nomads, solo travelers, even families with children and groups and it all blended. Not a fancy hostel, but a warm, lively and genuine one with amazing staff and a great energy. The staff was super welcoming, always up for a chat and really attentive. Breakfast is included and they even clean everything up afterwards which feels like a luxury when backpacking. The hostel has a fun, cozy atmosphere with cute decor and an arcade corner with games. There’s also a small smoking balcony. One thing to know: the hostel is on the 7th floor and you sometimes need to pay for the elevator but if you tell the staff you’re using it, they’ll give you a coin for it. Beds were the only downside for me. Mine had a couple of springs poking through, so not the most comfortable sleep. However the lockers are big and fit multiple bags which is super convenient. My dorm had an ensuite bathroom and there are additional showers and toilets near reception if needed. If you take the airport shuttle it is only a 3 min walk from the last stop.

When I first arrived to the hostel I was confused how to work the elavator. Turns out you need to add €0.10 to use the elevator. The hostel reception is on the 7th floor. The staff are amazing and they are super helpful. I believe this is why they have such a high rating. The rooms are nice but privacy curtains would be nice. They also have breakfast included which is a plus!

I stayed at this hostel for three nights and what an experience! The room and the common areas are clean, tidy, and lively. The position is strategic and the staff is incredible! A special shoutout to Berin (hope I didn't butcher your name) and Andrea for their incredible service, support, tips and kindness!

Overpriced. Breakfast not enjoyable. They close the lounge after 11pm so you can only stay in your room. So no social nor fun activities. They charge extra for towel. Hard to find. Far away from train station.

Hotel
Nestled in the heart of Naples' historic center, Decumani Hotel de Charme occupies a historic building that was once the official residence of the archbishop of Naples. The hotel boasts 24 air-conditioned rooms adorned with antique furniture and equipped with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Guests can savor a complimentary breakfast in the opulent lounge, featuring lavish decor including golden stuccoes and 18th-century mirrors.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Naples We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel nestled right in the vibrant heart of Naples, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t be more perfect — just steps away from bustling piazzas, authentic trattorias, and some of the city’s most iconic historical sites. The hotel itself blends classic Neapolitan charm with modern comforts. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and offer lovely views of the surrounding rooftops and narrow cobblestone streets. I especially loved the little balcony — perfect for morning coffee as the city wakes up. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering personalized tips and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruit, and rich Italian coffee, served either in a cozy lounge or on a sunlit terrace. If you’re looking for an authentic and relaxing base to explore Naples, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next visit to the city!

Breakfast was very nice. Location is perfect if you want central Naples. Keep in mind that it is a busy center and noisy. That said, this hotel is in a slightly more quiet area with less cars and more people.
Pehr K — Google review
This hotel is perfectly situated in the historic centre of Naples. The rooms are very comfortable and whilst there is no tea and coffee facility in the rooms as standard the staff are more than happy to give you a kettle and all necessary ingredients. The breakfast buffet is very varied and plentiful and Mariano and Carlo are great, friendly hosts. The location is easily accessible by taxi from the airport and walking round Naples from the hotel is easy. Watch out for scooters and don’t be put off by the graffiti which is everywhere and bizarrely is part of Naples charm. Ragu restaurant further up the same road as the hotel is excellent

Rooms are unattractive and small. Hotel advertised with bar area which so far has been closed both evenings we have been here and when appears to be open is a piano with a couple of spirit bottles on top in the breakfast area. No atmosphere, book else where. Hotel service is basic and reception is unwelcoming.
Jade B — Google review
Hotel was great. Comfortable large rooms. Wonderful staff. Location is unique but centrally located. Great local restaurants steps away.
Lynn C — Google review
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! To start with the area around the hotel is filthy. Graffiti everywhere , overflowing garbage, animal feces and abandoned buildings. Unlike the pictures they portray on their website. Some cabs won’t journey to the hotel entrance given the location . The reception / check in desk is protected by plexiglass. At some level that should tell you all you need to know. Our “ deluxe” room was a loft. Had to carry bags up 14 narrow stairs to get to the bed and bath. Bed and linens are ancient . The receptionist could have cared less about our experience. He acted put-out to simply check us in. When I asked for a map of the local area he gave me a brochure with tour ads instead of. The bartender was late to show and apparently no-showed the day before ( according to two guests). The hotel seemed eerily empty . We had an early flight so they made us a “ breakfast box”. Stale crackers , juice and water. This place advertises as a 4 star hotel. It doesn’t deserve 2 stars . Stay away.
Rich C — Google review
Rooms are very nice, but the beds are like sleeping on a cardboard box(ironing board). Very, very uncomfortable. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is not that great either. Only meat is pork.
Chelanda H — Google review
The photos on booking sites don't show how the real rooms are. It's much too expensive for what it is. The picture is deluxe room. EUR 180 a night. No coffee maker or water cattle. Definitely not worth it unless you have no other option. Find better accommodation if you can.

Hotel
Rex Lifestyle Hotel in Naples is a stylish and updated hotel located just one block from Naples Harbor, making it an ideal choice for tourists planning to explore the area's attractions or take ferries to nearby islands. The hotel offers straightforward rooms, some with gulf views, and elegant common areas. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of Castel dell'Ovo and Santa Lucia's Chiaia neighborhood.
We had such a lovely stay, we only wished we stayed longer! Rooms were clean and comfortable, and this was our first stay where the AC actually cooled the room down. It was the best night sleep we’ve had on our trip. It’s a great location, we walked easily to the ferry port, city center, and Piazza Vitoria where we caught the hop-on hop-off tour bus. Strolling along the waterfront after dinner was perfect. The staff in this family run hotel were so friendly and accommodating. Truly a highlight of our whole trip.
Ciara M — Google review
We stayed 8 nights in May 2025. We had booked for 10 nights, but had to leave early because of illness. The hotel generously waived the last two night's payments. For complicated reasons we had booked through booking.com. Always book direct with hotels. It saves them money would have made our early departure more straightforward. The hotel is in the perfect location in Naples. Less than 100 meters from the sea-front, but a fraction of the price of the sea-front hotels, and only a ten minute walk to the centre of Naples. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. A buffet breakfast is provided in the bar area. It would be our first choice when returning to Naples.
Nicolas S — Google review
Cosy hotel close to the waterfront. The staff was delightful and the rooms clean. There was little sound isolation between the rooms as we could easily hear people in the hallway or whenever our neighbors did anything in the bathroom. The AC was a bit noisy, but it kept us cool

Small beautiful hotel near Via Nazario Sauro abd Via Partenope. If the room has a balcony you can see Mount Vesuvius from there. The breakfast is very good and has a good selection. The staff is polite and helpful

Stayed here 3 nights 25-28 Jan. We had two very clean and good rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good by italian standard, good bread/sweets and mozzarella, tomatoes, eggs, yoghurt etc. The hotel has great view on to the ocean and Mount Vesiuvius in the background. It's a old house, so a bit noisy if you're not used to it but earplugs solved the problem! Coozy feeling and a great area with a lot of restaurant and nice beach-walk right outside the hoteldoor.

Located in the Chiaia and Decumani neighborhoods, Hotel Il Convento is a simple but comfortable hotel with free breakfast and 24-hour bar. It's perfect for travelers looking for an unpretentious place to stay in the la zona spagnola (the Spanish Quarter).
Really happy with our stay at Il Convento. It’s basic but quaint. A fantastic location, easy to get to from the port, comfy bed and pillows, the street wasn’t too noisy and the shutters and windows block the sound anyway. Good hair dryer and also hair straighteners! They had a surprising selection at breakfast, a little something for everyone to get you ready for your day. The staff were lovely and they were able to check us in early which was great so we could make the most of the day - we did let them know in advance too. Would recommend.

Grazie for a wonderful stay! The rooms were very nicely equipped, spacious, clean, and homey. Also a nice breakfast to start the day along with snacks and beverages with available all day. They even had gluten free options and cookies (which most don’t offer) :). The front desk staff were all super friendly, welcoming, and helpful! We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Napoli and can’t wait to come back again soon! Arrivederci!

A lovely small hotel in a very busy, crowded Spanish Quarter. An ideal location just off Via Toledo. We walked from the Sardinia ferry dock to the hotel in about fifteen minutes. As soon as you go through the door you enter an oasis of quiet and calm! We stayed for five nights in a top floor room with a private roof garden. This has soft seats, an umbrella, small table and chair, with a large variable sun blind over the room door. A nice place to relax before going out in the evening. The room is large with a comfortable bed and a good efficient bathroom. There is lift access from the ground floor. Breakfast is varied and tasty with good coffee. All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is good value for money and we recommend it for a visit to Naples.
Chris A — Google review
Excellent hotel! The location is very central, yet surprisingly quiet. In the morning there was a church bell nearby, but overall the hotel feels small and very peaceful. We received wonderful service – the staff was friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and beautiful. Breakfast was good – not a huge variety, but still plenty of options so everyone can find something they like. On top of that, the option of free hot drinks throughout the day was a very nice touch.

What a great oasis in the middle of the Spanish Quarter! We arrived in the evening after a very chaotic taxi ride (per usual in Italy!) and entered a calm, quiet lobby. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly and professional. The breakfast was great - lots of options - eggs, deli meat and cheeses, pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice, cereals, bread - everything you could want. And caffe, of course! Our room was on the top floor and had a little outside sitting area - perfect for unwinding in the evening or enjoying coffee in the morning to prepare for the day. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also quite nice! If you want to stay in the Spanish Quarter, I highly recommend Hotel Il Convento!
Mary Y — Google review
We loved the space the family room with loft offered. Besides the teens having their own beds there was just more room for suitcases, clothes, etc. in the room and bathroom. The location was near lots of excellent looking restaurants and pizzerias (we couldn't eat at them all), shopping and a metro stop. Staff was wonderful. They helped us find a laundromat and an out of the way town we were visiting. We also left earpods in the room and a drink in the fridge at check out. When we returned for our luggage later they had both of them for us without having to ask.
CHRISTINA P — Google review
We all loved our stay here- wonderful welcome, lots of help with everything, rooms that have everything you need but are nicely old-school and plain, with balconies and terraces, almost like a pensione..all in a wonderful area of Naples.Lots of great restaurants/bars/churches nearby and you're bang in the heart of a proper (but safe) Neapolitan community. Hard recommend and I'm FUSSY. Also breakfast was fabulous.
Oliver M — Google review
I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It is located in the heart of Naples with many good pizza restaurants around. The breakfast was ok and the staff were kind. If you are more than 180cm tall, you may find its bed too short. Also, when taking shower, the bath water was being leaked to the bathroom floor and to the room after! I had to use towels to avoid it.

The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat at night.
Excellent location in the old city. Room with view onto the garden and lovely breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. If I could make a suggestion, the coffee machine could be improved Vs coffee at a bar, but that could just be personal preference.

The staff at Bellini House are all EXCELLENT! Gracious, welcoming, helpful, kind, friendly, accommodating! I give them my highest praise! The rooms are clean, and freshened daily, and the breakfast is superb! Cappuccino, fresh squeezed OJ, perfectly prepared eggs, delicious pastries, all while enjoying birds song on the balcony overlooking the neighboring garden! The staff arranged a car to and from the airport, directed us to local sites and gardens! Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see! I highly recommended staying at Bellini House while in Naples! With much gratitude to Carmen, Veronica and Sarah!

We had the most cozy stay. We were drawn by comments about breakfast, and oh, we were more than impressed! Such a wide selection of homemade deliciousness. Forget about typical hotel breakfasts - here you’ll feel as though you’re at home. The welcome was very warm: we were greeted with a smile, given advice on restaurants to visit and were told snacks are available 24/7. The room had all the necessities and a powerful AC. Despite being located in downtown, the room itself had no external noise, so even me who’s a sensitive sleeper had a very good rest. The view opening to the garden. The only downside is that we had lots of luggage and no elevator was available, but the staff helped us carry our suitcase. So so so grateful to the hosts for this fabulous stay!

The Bellini House is a true gem in Naples! We had a wonderful stay here. "+" The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming – they made us feel right at home. "+" The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh and tasty options every morning. We really appreciated having a kettle in the room and being able to make tea anytime "+" there's a great coffee machine in the lobby. "+" The interior design is beautiful and cozy, with lots of attention to detail. "+" The location is also perfect – close to everything but still peaceful. "+" The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. "-" The only downside is that there is no elevator, which might be an issue for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Still, we would absolutely stay here again!

All the staff were incredibly friendly, giving us fantastic food recommendations, helping us plan where we should go around the city. The check in process was seamless. Thank you so much!

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the lovely and helpful staff who made my experience delightful. The rooms were beautifully adorned with cool artwork, creating a cozy atmosphere. The central location was amazing, allowing me to easily explore Naples' historical sites on foot. The attention to cleanliness and delightful details throughout the hotel made me feel at home. The varied and excellent breakfast, along with the all-day free coffee service, added to the overall positive experience. Despite the lively surroundings, the rooms remained quiet and comfortable. The Dante House is a part of an albergo diffuso project, offering contemporary accommodations in an 18th-century Naples palazzo close to the Sansevero Chapel. The six eclectic rooms on the prestigious piano nobile feature quirky furnishings, including upcycled antiques and bespoke headboards. With its chic modern interiors and Neapolitan hospitality, Dante House sets the pace for upscale B&Bs in Naples.
The location and staff were excellent. It is on the main square and so gets noisy on big occasions. The room is stocked and has more than I was expecting in terms of self Catering things. If you want to a lovely chilled out breakfast situation this works well

Very nice b&b in the heart of Napoli. The location is excellent, as most amenities can be reached with a short walk, but also safe considered it faces directly on a busy square. The rooms are nicely decorated with style and a lot of character. The staff is very helpful and amiable. The breakfast is tasty, especially the freshly baked pastries. Overall, great choice and I would definitely go back when visiting Napoli again.

This place is a dream, from the SUPER friendly staff, to the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the amazing breakfast with fresh Neapolitan pastries!! The location is also perfect. I cannot fault this place at all. Special thanks to Sara for staying late for our group to arrive and being so wonderful and accommodating of our needs! Will absolutely be back!
Rachael M — Google review
Loved our three-night stay here, and everything about it: we booked online while already staying elsewhere in the city for the first night and the Dante House staff (thank you Therese!) couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and responsive. It's an excellent central location two minutes from a metro (but we only really used that to get to and from the central station after trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum etc) as the centre is very walkable. Our room was spacious, superclean and had everything we needed, included a kitchenette and kettle (though there were free snacks and coffee-making stuff available all day in the main shared room where breakfast was served.) Breakfasts were terrific, and it was a real bonus to have a balcony overlooking the lively square (but it wasn't noisy at all with the windows closed). There were loads of things we didn't have to time to see and do in Naples so will have to come back - and hopefully stay at the Dante House again!
Elisabeth A — Google review
Loved my stay in here. Located close to the historic centre of Naples. The staff is really polite and welcoming. The breakfast is full of pastries and just enough to satisfy your cravings. Would definitely recommend.
Hristiyana T — Google review
Very nice hotel right in the heart of the Naples action. Surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and a 5 min walk to Spaccanapoli. It's worth it to stay here for the location alone. Right next to a metro stop (Dante), and 10 min taxi from airport. The hotel itself is also great. It's such a small place (6 rooms) that the staff immediately recognise you. Strong air conditioning in every room. Rooms are large, clean, and unique. Rooms are also quiet despite the busy neighbourhood. Staff is friendly, speak English, and very helpful. Willing to make recommendations, give directions, etc... Not pushy. They go above and beyond. Breakfast is nice. Eggs cooked to order and breads, sandwiches, cereals available for self-serve. Espresso machine available, or you can request a drink. Laundry (not dry cleaning) available on site for €19/per bag.
Scott M — Google review
Superb Location The hotel is perfectly situated in a prime location, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Naples has to offer. Whether you’re interested in historical sites, local markets, or dining experiences, everything is within easy reach. Spacious Rooms One of the standout features of this hotel is the size of the rooms. They are notably spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. However, the beds were not comfortable, which impacted the quality of sleep during our stay. This was a significant downside in an otherwise pleasant room. Authentic Building Staying here feels like stepping back in time, thanks to the building’s authentic architecture. The historical charm is beautifully preserved, offering a unique and immersive experience. Helpful and Informative Staff The staff at this hotel are a wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful. They provide plenty of useful information about the area, including recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation. Their quick and attentive service greatly enhanced our stay. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the car service booked through the hotel for our transfer to the airport. The driver did not drop us off near the airport entrance, and we had to walk a considerable distance with our luggage. This was quite inconvenient and left a poor final impression of our stay. All-Day Coffee and Snacks A wonderful perk of staying here is the availability of coffee and snacks throughout the day. It’s a delightful touch that adds to the overall comfort and convenience of the hotel. Delicious Breakfast The breakfast offered is fantastic, with a wide variety of foods including local specialties. It’s a great way to start your day, with options that cater to every palate. In conclusion, this hotel in Naples is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience the city’s charm and hospitality. From its prime location and spacious rooms to the excellent service and delightful amenities, it offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Foria House was a wonderful experience for my tour group (16 guests). We had many first-time travelers with us (high school students from Maine USA) and the Foria House offered a pleasant, restful escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Naples. Francesca, Alberto, and Andriano were all wonderfully accommodating and gracious with our group of high schoolers and teachers. This is a really wonderful stay. Tasteful decoration, thoughtful detail, great breakfast, helpful recommendations. You can tell that the folks who run this place care about what they do and care about their guests. This intimate hotel features just six uniquely designed rooms and suites, each adorned with the captivating works of artist Annibale Oste. The property itself has an intriguing history; it was once a family home built on the site of an open-air theater in 1947.
The hotel was perfect for center of Naples. Extremely artsy decoration and we got an upgrade to a suite on the second floor. Lovely stay and the best breakfast was served! Will definitely stay again next time in Naples. Both Inès and the hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with taxi booking and all our request were perfectly met. Love it!

A little paradise tucked away in the heart of the city. The Sanita neighborhood is a wonderful part of contemporary Naples, it's lived in and well worn, full of folks doing their thing. This hotel is no different, run by two artists, the place is half studio and half live-in gallery. The building itself is also beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. We were very well taken care of (thank you again Ravi!) and felt right at home very quickly. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Stay here. Don't stay in some overpriced, cookie-cutter hotel amidst the designer shops in Chaia. This art studio is full of life and character. The artists have turned this house into a beautiful, breathing art gallery. Don't be turned off by its small parking area when you first walk in; wait until you pass the green gate. And ask Ravi or Christinella for a tour of the art shop. Breakfast is served on a back patio surrounded by a picturesque garden, high walls with flowers popping out of the brick and an art installation/water feature, and a small fish pond. You will sit at tables under lime trees. Breakfast typically consists of cakes, croissants, eggs, and fruits. They also buy this orange juice from some local shop, which tastes hand squeezed. Absolutely, delicious! There are variations in breakfast, but only little ones. We met 4 staff members. All were lovely. Kind and willing to entertain our questions that I'm sure every tourist asks. If they do not know, they speak with the owner to find the answer for you. I really loved this location because you are surrounding by locals, yet a close walk to the more "touristy" spots. I enjoyed walking out the front gate to a live and thriving street. Neighbors chatting and yelling at one another, a grocery store or two on the corner, vendors selling their wares on the street and locals flying by on their vespas traveling to work. It was a needed break from the usual tourist trap streets selling fridgerator magnets of chili peppers and outside eateries with street canopies selling an "authentic" Italian street corner dining experience. The only negative would be the overpriced wine in the cellar. While you are paying for convenience, go to the corner store instead. We would certainly come back and stay here.

We followed the detailed instructions from our host Mirko to gain access to our apartment and looked at our surroundings in awe........Bellissimo!. Our elegant abode for our stay in Napoli is well placed for all the central attractions and just a short walk to Duomo station on the Naples Metro. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these classy apartments & if you do need any further information during your stay Mirko is easily contactable.

A big thank you to Mirko for his hospitality. We stayed at the 2-bedroom apartment at Platinum Duomo apartments for 9 nights. Mirko very kindly met us early at the apartment, he allowed us to store our luggage whilst we enjoyed lunch in Naples. He was always available on Wottsapp and gave us tips for restaurants and takeaways as well a late-night pharmacy. Firstly, the apartment is an in ideal location. The supermarket is 20 yards away, the port is a 10–15-minute walk away, the Duomo is a 5-minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants and takeaways around the area. The apartment is very secure, to enter the building there is a large front door, a security door, then another security door and finally the front door to the apartment. Our apartment was on the first floor, there are stairs and an elevator. The area is very quiet, and we had no issues with noise. The apartment is newly decorated and modern, it is spacious with tall ceilings. There is an AC unit in the lounge and the master bedroom, with a fan in the small bedroom. The beds are very comfortable, we used the pull-out couch which surprisingly was really comfortable. Everything was very clean, and Mirko provided a mid-week cleaning service. There is a safe and lots of cupboard space in the master bedroom. Mirko also allowed us to use the shared laundry facilities. There are 2 bathrooms (4 piece) with showers and lots of hot water (pressure was fine too). There are 3 balconies, although you cannot sit out on them, they provide lots of light and open up to the street below. Large windows also let lots of light in. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing we were missing was a dish washer, however Mirko supplied detergent and cleaning equipment. There are plenty of pots, pans and dishes. There is a TV in the bedroom and a smart TV in the lounge, there is wifi, with a dining table and 6 chairs, along with cupboard space. We are so glad we chose Platinum Duo apartments for our stay in Naples, for us the 2-bedroom apartment was ideal, and Mirko is fantastic host, I would have no hesitation in recommending Platinum Duo apartments. I also managed to see inside the 1-bedroom apartment, this was even nicer in terms of space and views from the windows. If you are looking for an apartment in Naples, then I would highly recommend Platinum Duomo Apartments by Mirko.

This was an exceptional find! We had a family holiday and had 3 of the apartments. They are immaculate, spacious, really comfortable and very clean, plus aircon in each living and bedroom. The kitchens had all the essentials, plus helpful things like ironing and washing things. Mirko is so helpful and accommodating for arrival and departure, plus having local tips for restaurants. It is very convenient for the Duomo metro station so easy to get around the city and beyond. I will definitely return!

It is with pleasure and confidence I highly recommend Duomo Platinum Apartments. Apartment is very clean, new, well designed and comfortable to stay, kitchen has everything to cook if you need to. Mirko was an exceptional host, responds extremely quickly to communications and understanding of our needs traveling with 2 small children. The location is great close to the old city. If you are in need of a nice affordable place to stay in Naples don’t hesitate to book.

The apartments are very close to the old town and the ferry port. Mirko and his staff did a remarkable job for us. The apartment was immaculately clean and spacious, and Mirko was very very responsive to any thing we might have asked for. The apartments are all first floor with an elevator, and, easy to walk everywhere. The 2 AC units worked very well!Minimum street noise.Bed was a little firm for us but slept soundly! The apartments are about 7 minutes away from the main train station by Taxi There is a large supermarket right next door to the apartments. Very helpful!. Mirko is a gentleman and a very willing host. Great job we will be back!
