This place is a total gem! Enter through a somewhat indistinct door into the 1920s. The dark, plush interior and jazz music invites you to a craft cocktail. We really enjoyed all the drinks we had, especially the Negroni Carousel. The staff is very knowledgeable and super nice! If you like cocktails, this is the spot to visit!
This cocktail bar (along with the Roosevelt Room in Austin Texas) is one of my favorite bars now. The vibe , the service, and most importantly the flavors of the drinks were to be dreamed about after my trip to Italy. I was able to have four drinks shared with my husband and they were all phenomenal. The olives they give for free tastes amazing as well.
The cocktails were okay but nothing outstanding, and the place felt quite overrated. The interior design is beautiful, which is definitely a plus, but as someone who has visited many cocktail and speakeasy bars, I expected more.
What really ruined the experience was the bill at the end, as they added €17 per person as a so-called “tax.” The cocktails were €31 plus 10% service, so €34, but my husband ended up paying €63. For 2 cocktails! It does not even add up!
This kind of scam on tourists is just shameful. I even mentioned that my husband is a bartender, and honestly, it’s not a nice look to cheat fellow professionals who could easily share their experience in different places.
If you don’t mind being overcharged and deceived, then go ahead. Otherwise, there are plenty of much better cocktail bars around where you won’t be treated like this.
This is my wife and I absolutely favorite place to get an extraordinary drink. Once you cross the main door, you feel like you travelled in space and time to a total different location, and age. Surely you won't feel like you are in the middle of Naples. The atmosphere is absolutely enchanting, and i could stay there for hours and hours. The service is impeccable; actually, they are very good with providing you with suggestion, explanation, or details about their peculiarity in making those SPECTACULAR cocktails. My absolutely favorite is the "French 75', and i cannot order anything else, while my wife tries different ones at every visits. I strongly suggest you to pay a visit to this place; i suggest you make a reservation if you have large parties. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
According to the white jacket clad bartenders inside this is not a "speakeasy," however the jazz-era soundtrack, discreetly labled door and interior lighting and decor all say otherwise. The bartenders we spoke to (and I did insist on speaking in Italian, over their polite attempts at English for tourists), told us that the Antiquario theme was a bit more like a pharmacy where people in Naples once went for the hard stuff. When I compared this to New Orleans they acknoledged the history but denied a connection. At no point was alchol forbidden in Italy in the manner that we puritanical Americans once did, and with a new wellness-based abstemiousness on the rise, a need for expert bartending is more important than ever.
We tried all of their signature cocktails (don't worry there were just four): A Moroccan Tea that was a delight; a carousel of Negroni shots that was less that pleasing to Manan, but perfectly nice for me, where various local wine+vermouth combinations varied the standard Negroni format; a lemon-based gin gimlet served in a plastic lemon (with an extra side of kitsch), which Manan found guzzlable; and finally a somewhat disappointing banana flavored Ramos Gin Fizz (disappointing for the banana flavor mostly and a lackluster consistency under an impressive foam float. There you go, all the drinks in one sentence.
We had to wait about an hour to get in (without a reservation), which was a bit frustrating at first, but once inside it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed — perfect for enjoying a night out. The drinks were creative and well-balanced. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, and a special shoutout to Cara, who really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Overall, an excellent spot I’d definitely recommend (just be prepared for a bit of a wait or plan ahead and make a reservation).
One of the highlights of our visit in Naples! Very warm staff and the drinks were incredibly interesting and delicious. So much so that they have ruined me for future ones elsewhere! The ambiance was super cozy and relaxing with dim lights and great music.

Barril used to be my absolute favourite bar in Naples.
The staff is polite, and the menu has many nice cocktails and the atmosphere is great. They used to have a nice buffet for aperitivo too.
Unfortunately, after a visit last weekend I found out that, while the prices remain high compared to other places, the aperitivo buffet is no longer there. They bring some cold snacks with drink, which they do not bring again if you order a second time, which feels a bit funny given the prices and what other places offer.
I have to, unfortunately, advice to try seeking something else nearby.
Nice bar, with friendly staff and good bohemian ambiance. However, food is below average, dishes are esthetically presentable but quality and flavor is not good.
Beautiful atmosphere and amazing cocktails, but not the place to go if you’re hungry
The cocktails here were absolutely perfect, and the garden is stunning it truly feels like a little oasis in the middle of Naples. The atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re actually hungry. We made the classic Greek mistake of ordering several dishes to share thinking it would be enough for dinner. While everything was tasty and paired nicely with our drinks, the portions were small and not filling at all. In the end, we spent over €150 and still left feeling hungry. To be fair, the prices were listed on the menu, so that part was on us but for what we paid, we expected a bit more substance or at least larger portions. On the bright side, our waiter was fantastic. He was friendly, genuine, and really helpful when it came to choosing from the long cocktail list. His warm attitude and easygoing vibe made us feel comfortable, almost like we were being served by a friend or family member. Overall, I’d say it’s a must visit for drinks and atmosphere just don’t come hungry
The place is ok. Good service, the hazelnut Semifreddo was good, but the Tris of focacce and the club sandwiches were just acceptable. Very overpriced for Italian standards. 13-15€ cocktails are just for tourists...
Most of the wines on their list were not available.

Definitely our favourite bar in Naples! The cocktails and drinks were excellent. Staffs were extremely helpful. We just loved the laid back, hipster vibe of this place.

Cammarota Spritz is a small, unassuming Aperol-themed bar located in the old Spanish Quarter of Naples. Despite its basic setup, it's always bustling with students and artistic types, often spilling out onto the narrow street outside. The prices are incredibly low, with an Aperol spritz served in a plastic cup for just one euro. This makes it a popular spot for pre-dinner drinks before heading next door to Nennella for affordable local cuisine.

This place is all you need when in the area. The Spanish Quarter is wonderfully local and real, with endless charm. Not for everyone admittedly but certainly worth spending some time in for the real Naples and prices to match.
Drinks were all a bargain from €1 Aperol and €2 beers, with other spritz at about €2.50-3. Great social outdoor seating area too. Was the best bar when visiting Napoli.
It is obviously a very good price for any drink! The service was fast and friendly too!

Me and my girlfriend came to Naples for a week, and we ended up here 4 nights out of the 7. We kept coming back because it was had an energetic atmosphere and we made friends with multiple people because everyone was so friendly. It was incredibly fun. And they serve €1 aperol spritz, what else could you want. We also left a full bottle of limoncello on accident and the owner was kind enough to hold it for me after messaging on Instagram. Definitely would reccomend coming here if you go to Naples.
What a bar! Spritz for 1 euro? Count me in! A lot of tipsy tourists and locals all in one big melting pot of energy, drink and fun. Brilliant place.
1 euro spritz with the vibes and service! Server didn’t speak English but no problem communicating or joking with him. Cannot beat the price or vibes. Spritz in plastic cups and no ice but definitely more than you pay for! The atmosphere was killer!
The spritz’s are €1 each and everyone stands outside on the streets so would recommend it as a starting place for your night out. We went there before a walking tour twice and the tour took us after

Amazing neighborhood wine bar! Exactly what I was expecting when visiting Napoli. Ciro (the owner) is a character and very friendly guy. Don’t need to say they have great wines by the glass. Highly recommended!

Nestled in a charming neighborhood, Archeobar - Negroneria Napoletana is the perfect cocktail haven for those seeking both classic and innovative drinks. I intended on going on a bar crawl, starting here, but after sitting in here for 5 minutes, I decided I would stay the whole time. Staff were lovely, so friendly and lively. If you're into American hip-hop, their taste in music is immaculate. The cocktails were amazingly crafted and so tasty. And at the end of the night, after 4 drinks, the bill only came to €35, which for a cocktail bar in the heart of Napoli, seemed very reasonable. Staff even called me a cab afterwards. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Truly a hidden gem! We stumbled across this place and decided to pop in for a drink. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, funny, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was lively with great music and such a welcoming vibe. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that, but for a drink (or two!) this spot is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Nestled in the historic streets of Naples, Libreria Berisio is a unique gem that combines the charm of a used bookstore with the allure of a cozy cafe-bar. Established in 1956 as a bookstore, it has evolved into a multifaceted space where bookworms can lose themselves among labyrinthine shelves while enjoying live jazz music and mingling with an eclectic crowd.
Very cozy and cool bar. Service is quick. Loved the library atmosphere and look. Something different and cool to visit when in Naples. Was probably one of the highlights of my trip. Cocktails are very nice. can't quite remember what we ordered now but my one (pink/right) was a vanilla vodka cocktail and the blue one was maybe a blue Hawaiian or something like that!

This became our favourite place in Naples during our stay here. The most important thing about this place is the quietness and the peace we felt when we came here, because it's pure chaos everywhere in the city center. This place offers an incredible variety of cocktail, wine and beer options. It is possible to sit outside in the street or in the (no-smoking) inside area (library) that has amazing music and amazing atmosphere. The staff is also great. I'd say having a drink here is a must when visiting Naples because it offers options for literally everyone.
What an awesome little place. Nice atmosphere created by the books and bookshelves. Music was a perfect combination of genres and volume. Nice selection of drinks, including whiskeys. Had some Laphroaigh 10 and Macallum 12. Big cocktail list. I would live to go again when they have an event.

i got into the libreria at the opening time, so i did not have to wait for a table, but the place got crowded pretty quickly. the staff was very friendly and i ordered a bloody mary from the (very) extensive menu. the drink was great and the price was fair (8 euros). the ambience is amazing, and it’s nice to think that this bookshop was very likely an inspiration to the via port’alba description that appears on elena ferrante’s neapolitan novels

Definitely not like other places&bars, special interior with using books makes this place very cozy and relaxing.
Only one thing is that sometimes it’s very crowded & can be too much noisy & congested. Service was ok, but waiter was angry that we took additional chair to sit all together and also she forgot to bring some drinks so it was necessary to remind her that we are still waiting it.
Also you may probably wait some time more after they open it and stay in the queue to get inside.

We searched and found this place online by a chance. Both of us love cocktails night on our holidays and relying on the reviews, we decided to give it a try.
When we arrived at first, we were slightly disappointed by the size of it and seating arrangement, but the staff can speak good English, very lay back and friendly. Cocktails were outstanding, and we had a great time. The atmosphere changed very quick to a busy little funky place with variety of jazz, blues, rock and roll, and 80s music. We would definitely come back and recommend to try their cocktails as there's not many places in Naples will be able to make even a simple Mojito.

Great little cocktail bar! The atmosphere is very nice, a little hidden gem in Naples. Lovely decoration, nice music volume and the drinks were very impressive. They don’t have a menu and make them based on your taste and mood. My cocktail tasted a bit like basil and even a bit like I was eating a pasta, my girlfriend’s cocktail was very gingery and spicy. We both really liked it here. We paid €8 per cocktail, which we think is more then fair for the quality!
The bar is in a tiny little street, it was quite calm when we were there. Good vibes, good drinks. Would have stayed for another round but it was impossible to order, they need more staff I think.
It's a little confusing that there's no menu, especially when you're not regularly going out for drinks. We got good recommendations tho, and our drinks ended up being super tasty!

Lanificio25 is a unique cultural and artistic center in Naples, housed in an old wool factory from the eighteenth century. It has been transformed into a vibrant venue that hosts concerts, theme nights, and art exhibitions. The space exudes a charming historical atmosphere that adds to the allure of spending an evening there. The venue features live music events by local bands as well as DJ sets with international guests, creating a diverse entertainment experience.
The place is "hidden" into an old factory, you have to cross a courtyard to get to the place (don't hesitate to ask for informations if you're not sure). When you get there, you will find an open courtyard with some seats and beautiful decorations in a cozy context, with old buildings and modern light. Inside there's the dance floor and the bar. You can have drinks, beer or wine. Ideal with a soft/funny night.

The Caffè Letterario Intra Moenia is a cosy bookstore cafe located in Piazza Bellini in central Florence. The cafe has an atmosphere that is reminiscent of a garden and it attracts people with its tranquil vibes and the decoration and feel of a cosy bookstore. The cafe specializes in food and drinks, with particular emphasis on gin.
Very quiet terrace with lots of shade on Piazza Bellini. Even hawkers were not welcome here. Pistache ice cream was delicious. Staff is friendly and toilets were clean although there were no seats

Nice cafe place in small plaza sharing the space with others establishments. The server was very nice and friendly. I had just a just that was not as fresh as it was supposed to be but it was ok. They’re more expensive than other places
Prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you get, food tasted good though at least, waitress was kind of pushy and asked three times if we wanted to order, location is a nice square but still in Naples so a little bit run down, the bar inside is cute
This café is located at Piazza Bellini and has a lovely atmosphere - we especially enjoyed the live music from the guitarist. The service was okay, nothing special but adequate.
I ordered a Caprese salad, which unfortunately wasn’t very good. It consisted of iceberg lettuce with a few tomato slices, a ball of mozzarella, one basil leaf, and a drizzle of oil - all topped with a seasoning mix that was a bit too salty. Not great, but not terrible either.
On the bright side, the Coke Zero was cold and refreshing. 🥤

Archivio Storico is a cocktail bar and wonderfood restaurant in the Vomero district of Naples that pays homage to the glory of Naples, which was once ruled by five Bourbon kings from Sicily. The main floors are dedicated to the five Bourbons, with menu items inspired by their Borbone-era cuisine. The bar also has a long history, dating back to the 18th century.
Very interesting, out of the ordinary and intriguing restaurant. I had already been here a few times in the past, but in the summer time when the tables are arranged outside. However, I had no idea that the most interesting part was underground. So we entered the restaurant at the ground floor, all very dark, and we were immediately told to mind our steps, as we walked our way down to the underground spaces. Once you're off the steps, you see this huge painting in front of you, that unexpectedly slides open to let u in. And once in, I felt as if I was on the set of one of those Dungeons & Dragons movies!!!! Basically, there are different size caves, and in each cave there are tables arranged for 5, 6 and 2 people. On each table there are these liquor bottles with a red candle stuck inside, and the melted wax spread all over the bottle. In the last cave walking straight from the entrance, you enter this room with these big parrots cages with lights inside, hanging off the cealing. You turn left, pass a cave with 3 tables and walking straight from there you enter a larger space with a very furnished bar, but most of all, with pictures hanging off the ceiling, rather than on the wall!!!! Last but not the least, walking to the right from the bar, you enter this poorly illuminated spaces, with ancient books, red wax candles, and black all around. If you like Poe and a Gothic style, that's the place for u to be. Definitely worth u stopping by 😉

This place requires a very comprehensive comment. I’ve been to many of the bars that are in the best bars in the world list. I know mostly they’re so ‘busy and popular’. But I’ve never seen such a bad service in my whole life. The place has an amazing interior, that’s why I wanted to go. However there’s one bartender making cocktails for tons of people in the line, when you can find a table, they don’t care if you’re there for only cocktails (very interesting since it’s a cocktail bar), they care about the people that are having dinners, also; they cannot even manage serving cocktails however they’re trying to serve dinner when they’re extremely busy, this also doesn’t make sense. I waited like 40 minutes for my cocktail to be prepared, I pointed directly in the menu what I wanted, however the waiter didn’t bring it and told me probably the other waiter didn’t understand me and when I was saying I was very clear and pointing directly on the menu, he dared saying 'why are you going crazy?!'. I have never seen such a behavior to a costumer in my life. I regretted going this place so much. The waiters in general don’t even look at you and you need to struggle like crazy to get their attention if you’re not asking for a dinner. You can’t manage even serving cocktails, maybe stop with dinner.
We stopped for an Apero at Archivio Storico. The ambient is nice, set in a quiet area of Vomero, in Naples. The shop is well presented and nicely decorated. The menu boasts some enticing drinks and food, as well as some quite interesting signature cocktails.
The experience overall however did not meet expectations: food was overpriced, 32€ for a plate of cold cuts and cheese, both average in flavor and quality, and half of it was salad.
We drank a bottle of very nice local wine suggested by the staff, however we found the very same bottle at a nearby restaurant for 10€ less!
In essence the price-quality ratio is totally off: Archivio Storico wants to be an upscale place with elegant atmosphere, but ultimately not worth the premium in my opinion.
Favorite spot in Napoli. Amazing ambiance inside and out, Alberto, the chef, and Salvatore, the mixologist, both are masters of their crafts. Unique spins on Italian dishes and cocktails can be found here. Will keep returning when in town.
Interesting and well prepared signature cocktails. The ambient is quite nice too, but the music kinda ruins it. I was there on a pretty empty night and it was way too loud. Song selection could also match the ambiance better. Food was on point, everything a bit pricey but matching the whole concept I suppose.
Stunning underground bar. Great decoration, atmosphere and service. Live music even on thursday, a lot of art and great lighting. Street entrance a bit invisible but then you walk down the stairs and the bar entrance is a huge painting which is also a door that slides open. Vomfy srats inside and very stylish design. Amazing stuff!

Was desperately searching Naples for a place to watch the Europa league and a friend recommended here. I’m glad he did! The staff were so kind, spoke great English and made me feel very welcome. We stumbled upon this place the afternoon of Christmas Eve. They had a live band playing the best soul/blues, 60s rock. It was a blast. They have a great selection of beer. We didn't eat, but the food looked really good.

Best drinks in the whole street! We passed by, and we really liked the display of shots outside, you can see all the shots they have, the % of alcohol in each and even the colours of them, we order 2 cocktails, the best ones we had in Naples! They even give you some snacks while you're drinking. The best part is the friendly staff, a good place to order drinks, and seems like a better place to have a nice party !

Fabio (the owner) was welcoming, conversational, and provided stellar service. His girlfriend, Lorena, arrived later and she was just as pleasant and upstanding.
This was a great space to chill, enjoy a few drinks/appetizers, have a good time.

I visited Vineria San Sebastiano over the weekend and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s perfectly located and has a super cozy and intimate vibe. It won my friends and I over, for sure. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and served really good drinks. The crowd was great too, we had a good time meeting new people.

In the very heart of the historical city center, the best place to meet new people, both foreigners and locals, and enjoy in a cozy atmosphere sipping good wine or coctail. The food is delicious and sometimes there is live music performances from local bands. The owners are very friendly and Igor makes the best coctails in the area. All in all it is a great place to pass evenings in Naples.
What can I say about Vineria San Sebastiano? For me it's like a second home. Igor, Sergio and Alessandra are simply perfect. There is a large selection of wines and Igor prepares excellent cocktails. The atmosphere is amazing and you can meet people from all over the world. It's a place where you'll always come back.

We were not allowed to see the receipt but they wrote one manually? We were in a hurry for the taxi and stupidly hd already paid and had no time to check the bill. So, don’t be like us; check your bill, insist on the receipt and you’ll have a great time hanging out in the sun. The food is pretty bad too. I got a €10 salad with (litterally) 5 full hands of rocket salad, a few pieces of smoked salmon and about 6 olives.

Stay away from this place. Worst experience ever. People were fighting every 5 minutes and no bodyguards to stop them. The music kept going off for the faulty speakers. People at the entrance so rude. And on top of that the floor was slippery that you could barely stand on your feet, flooded of drinks and God knows what else. If you don't want to waste money and time or get beaten stay away. Napoli has better places than this.
We waited for service at the counter total 40 minutes to get some drinks. The waiter looked at us multiple times ignoring us and taking other customers orders. So if you don't speak Italian, avoid this place. Would not visit again since when you go to club there should be service to get even drinks.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Napels for the first time. We entered the bar just to take a shot, but prolonged our stay because of the fun atmosphere and charismatic bartender, Joseph. He's able to tell alot about the drinks and its different ingredients. He also knows alot about Napels and it's history, which was nice to learn more about as a tourist! I went to scotto jonno after a visit to the Musuem of Archaeology in Naples which was directly opposite the bar. In the afternoon the bar was quiet and peaceful, the interior is tastefully inspired by the art nouveau style with a mix of vintage and modern furniture; and everything ties in perfectly with the ancient arched high ceilings and worn out frescoes on the ceilings which must date back hundreds of years.

Tasty ravioli with eggplants and recommended tasty pulled chicken salad. Fresh and savory vegetables. Amazing spaghetti chitara pasta with vengole (italian name for clams). Lovely terrace with tables under a wild mulberry’s tree for lunch right side of the pool on the 7th floor. Nice place to have lunch especially for the Vesuvius view and the friendly service. Toilets available on the other side of the pool. We had lunch on the 7th floor and the dinner is served on the 4th floor. Amazing lobster Couscous and tasty amuse-bouches. The bread is not freshly baked, the sea food not well cooked so I do not recommend the cuttlefish dish and the avocado in the starters dish not mature but they offered us a welcoming Prosecco and amuse-bouche and also one dessert and coffee. That was a nice gesture. Lovely dinner place with fireworks visible down in the city and talented piano player, tasty aperitifs snacks and cocktails. Lovely atmosphere. Dinner tables are on the fourth floor in the same location of breakfast.
I had dinner with 2 friends and it was one of the most memorable moments of our life.

We had drinks and then dessert later on in the day as we had a walking food tour but stayed in the hotel. All service was courteous, fast , friendly and professional. The staff is great. The views of Naples are incredible on the top floor of the hotel. The food and service were excellent. Live piano music was played during dinner which is always nice. The restaurant is a bit formal for everyday cuisine so you don’t see a lot of shorts and jeans.

It cost 15€ entrance including the club card and one drink. It was underwear night. The crowd was nice and very well mixed with local guys. There were young men and also bit elder guys. and some real hotties among them all. The music was also good and the staff very kind. The club itself is not the biggest but also not too small. It's quite a charming place and left me back satisfied. From what I saw in Naples this is the best establishment and worth a visit.
