It is crowded always, and it is normally hard to get a table here for you. You will get a nice beer, and they play nice music. You can definitely enjoy your drinks here. I came here with my colleagues and it was literally difficult to get a table. Overall I would say it was a nice visit.

Weekend service is a nightmare and chaotic! But once you've got your drinks, the atmosphere and surroundings are great 👍 Very noisy! Various trypes of seating both inside and out. A great vibe!

Came here for drinks after meals and were not disappointed but necessarily not wowed, but solid experience. The drinks are served fast, do order at the bar. Unfortunately I didn't check the menu in detail when ordering several different g&t s but the garnishes were all mixed up, which seemed unusual but I thought might be specific to the place but once I rechecked the menu realised were actually wrong. Maybe the lady at the bar was new. But she was meticulous in the execution so it's forgiveable. We'd still come back next time we're in Stuttgart, because it's a nice atmosphere.

It is probably the best place to have a drink in the centre of Stuttgart. The people having their drink there seemed nice and well dressed, giving the feeling of upper middle class. The music was "smooth" allowing one to have a drink without being "disturbed" by the quality of the music. One of the advantages of the place is that one can enjoy the drink outside in an area which overlooks the square, giving you the feeling of being on a veranda.

I would not recommend this bar based on my recent experience. They continue letting people in even when the venue is clearly over capacity and there are no available seats. You’re required to pay an entrance fee upfront, but once inside, you might find yourself standing the entire time or squeezed into uncomfortable corners. When I asked for a refund due to the lack of seating, the staff were not only unhelpful but also confrontational, insisting they were in the right despite the situation. The way they handled the matter was unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s unfortunate, because with better management and customer service, this place could offer a much more enjoyable experience. As it stands, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a night out.

Super cute place to enjoy a sunny, warm day. However, with there being no table service, the wait to get a drink was between 20-30mins, meaning we left after one drink. I’d happily pay more for a drink if I could order from my seat 😎

If you're looking for a chill secluded getaway, Sky Beach is your spot! They really bring the beach vibes from the sand to the chairs to the music. If you're in search a chill way to wind down your day combined with city views, this is it.

The drinks are a little pricey, but what do you expect with the best rooftop views in the city. I love the concept. The sand is soft and it does make you feel like you are on the beach. You order your drinks at the counter and you are not served here. The beds and lounge chairs are super comfy. Seriously the best views in the city!

WOW! This is at the 8th floor in the middle absolute middle of Stuttgart! Great views, incredible relaxing feeling - a few moments at the beach without leaving town! The prices are a bit high but the feeling of the beach compensates for it. Excellent!

Interesting place, but they check your bag by the entrance and it is nearly double as expensive as other pubs around. Even toilet is charged extra. It lacks swimming pool, just sand is there, but is it really worth so much?

Relaxing bar to hang out in as a student or younger person. It is very loud though, so it‘s difficult to communicate unless you want to shout at each other.

Small little tavern. Quaint and nothing really special. Apparently a popular hang out because there was no where to sit. Not really down for drinking with barely legal little kids. Still blows my mind how young they get to drink here and I think they all go to the tavern.

I'm not sure why but I really love this place and it has become one of my constant go-tos when in Stuttgart. It mostly offers beer and generally little room to stand on a Friday or Saturday but somehow this is my crowd and it all feels right and homely.

A tiny bar in Stuttgart. Although in a questionable quarter, the bar itself is beautifully designed. The interior with dark wooden shelfs and a cozy bar creates a cozy atmosphere. The drinks are awesome, and the diamond scale makes a lot of sense. However very limited space.

Excellent cocktails and the staff is really friendly. The cocktails are phenomenal and the atmosphere of the bar is really cozy, with good jazz playing on the back and low light. Diogo makes really good improvised cocktails, and off the menu I personally recommend the Old Fashioned.

The best bar tenders and all staffs with passion and performance, herbs flavors all perfect match and soooooo many special and all flavors covered whiskey collection that so difficult to find in other places. Right place in winter for warm up, but having to get used to crowded conditions and standing for long periods of time, of course is undoubtedly worth it

It’s a really cool place! Tiny space, but lovely people. Their cocktails are fantastic! You should ask the bartender for their specials. Only real downside is that people smoke inside, but I guess that’s also something that makes this bar unique.

Ok, so this is the bar that is on my personal top 10 local bars list. Some steps away from Wilhelmsplatz makes it easy reachable if you're already downtown. Very good cocktails, super cool bartenders and music that fits the good atmosphere. Simply come over and check it out! P.S. Did the cocktail course here with couple of friends and I can advise you too to do the same!

I didn’t order from the menu. The bartender recommended 2 cocktails for me. And it’s exactly what I want. In terms of the cocktails, I give it a 10 out of 10.

Good idea and concept, overall deserving a solid 4 stars. The cocktails are not the best and service could be improved, but the location is excellent and there’s even a small cigar lounge. It does get a bit crowded and feels tight when busy, yet it’s still worth a visit.

Great drinks, biggest speakeasy I’ve been to so far. Great customer service. Was a little crowded but it’s to be expected on a Friday. Definitely worth the time, no wait at least when I went around 915pm. Music was good and atmosphere was fantastic. I would easily recommend and return.

Slightly difficult to find the bar, but maybe that is for good reason as this location can get quite busy. Service was very professional, however at peak times a little slow. The cocktail I had was great, although not cheap. Atmosphere is also very cool. Look forward to returning here and trying the other cocktail options!

Hi, this is a nice bar with a nice vibe and good for groups of all sizes. There is good music, there is a TV where they show sports games, and they even have a pool table. There is also a smoking room which is great so that people don’t have to smell cigarette smoke. They also do live bands so you will have to follow them to get the schedule. The only thing is that the service can be very slow even ordering at the bar. All in all I would recommend this bar.

I gave 5 stars for the food but I don't eat there, they serve toast and snacks. It is not a place where you go to eat. It was fun, pool, darts, and great beer. Excellent service, the waitress was so nice and helpful. We didn't know which beer to go with so she brought us 5 small samples of different beers to try. I would never know of that possibility if it weren't for her. We went for Kilkenny. 🍻

A solid 5 stars ! This place in my opinion is one of the absolute best Irish pubs in all of Germany !!! It has all the corners of a good irish pub , the atmosphere, the decoration , the music , the games , the sports and the Guiness Beer !!!!!!!! The people there are soooo friendly and very very nice and helpful !!! Absolutely great place , and they have event nights , kareoky , a pool table , darts everything that would make you call the place "A Spot". In summary if you are in town for a couple of days this is one of Stuttgart's hidden gems !

I love everything about Bix Jazzclub. I visited the Whiskybar/Cigar lounge with a couple of my friends and we enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance, service, food, drinks, & music were amazing! I will be back very soon.

I have visited Bix twice in the last 4 months although not for the Jazz show but for the Whisky and Rum selection they have in the upstairs area. Great bar with a number of curated bottles where tasting sessions can be organized. Upstairs you can not see the show but you still enjoy hearing the live music downstairs. Great service and great atmosphere, highly recommended.

We had a very nice night with the Friends, it was a jazz night of the Martin Meixner Hammond. We enjoyed the music and the audience were so nice.

Great, cosy venue with good and varied acts. A little short on standing space due to a lot of tables in front of stage during most events. A few more bistro tables to stand at and to put your drink on would be good.

Good place, good music. I think it may need more variety of music but it's generally good. The entrance cost 7€. If you want the Pfand of the drinks you've to look for the glasses cause they take them often.

It is unbelievable and sad to know that a club in 2024 practices racism and xenophobia. We went to celebrate my 25th birthday and it was a tremendous shame and lack of respect. I had never seen this anywhere in the world and well, in this club in Germany it was unfortunate. Waiting for your guy's karma! 🍀

Cool place ! 5€ for the entrance is a honest price, the music is okay and the security is also friendly and helpful, the only problem is the smoke inside, they use way to much smoke/fog and it’s almost not possible to breath in the room downstairs

Extremely horrible and terribly disappointing. We stood in the line for 30 minutes and were not allowed by the guard to enter inside. He said “ohne frau” which means no girl. We felt it was racist as two German guys in front of us were allowed to enter without any girl. If there was an option of giving no stars, I would have done that.

We had some burgers and fries, they are tasty, and the fries are crispy. We also had some beer and cocktails and the drinks are very affordable. The place has a nice and unique decoration which is a plus point! A nice option for dating for hanging out with friends.

We all did the lunch special where you get a burger of your choice, a side, a cold drink and a hot drink of your choice. Burgers were good, as were the fries, but the sweet potato fries were delicious. Really neat inside design with the trees.

Place is cozy. Burgers are yummy and wide selection drinks menu. Aside from tasty food, you have servers with very good service attitude and patience. We told them we were sharing a burger and when it came, it was properly cut into 2 and we were given an extra plate. That's very considerate as not many restaurants do that even when you informed you are going to share food during ordering. Highly recommended!

The food and drinks here are delicious and they serve vegetarian as well as non vegetarian options. The staff is very kind and considerate. Had a positive experience visiting this place. If you visit before 5pm they have a good deal on lunch menu.

When we arrived a Sunday around noon there was live music playing oldies but goldies and a lively dance floor. 💃🏻🕺🏼 This is a decent place to enjoy a beer and a snack after a stroll in the park or before catching your train. Wide variety of food and drinks. It is self service but swift. Toilets are clean. I have been many times and will return.

So much fun especially on Sundays, lots of music and dancing and food is really good. The ice cream variety is great. A lot of amenities around and kids friendly, they even have a play are for them which is convenient for parents.

A great stop before or after the long distance train platform or Hbf. Easy ordering and plenty of traditional dishes to choose from. A bit pricey for some items. Good drink options, with wine and draft beer and some other nonalcoholic choices. A good setting inside of a large park but construction of the new Hbf on the other side. Recommended!

Best Biergarten in all of Stuttgart. The setting is great. The service is good. The food is traditional and sometimes a bit outside tradition. The beer is always good and there is lots and lots of seating. A perfect place to go when the the weather is good.

The best place to enjoy a beer and watch the world go by in the Schlossgarten. You can always enjoy yourself here. Fast service, good food, nice beers, and everyone having a good time. If you are on your own, or with others, it doesn't matter, you will still enjoy. Sometimes they have live music. Sometime the football. It's really a great place to come in the Summer and relax and enjoy yourself in a lovely setting.

A very nice place with delicious food and generous portions – definitely worth a try. It's usually quite busy, which is understandable given the quality. The service is generally of a high standard. However, we did experience an issue — our order got lost in the kitchen, and we ended up waiting for over an hour. To be fair, the waiter handled the situation very professionally and offered us a discount.

Great German food with great service! We came for dinner but the kitchen was already closed (10pm) so we came back the next day for lunch. They do serve a limited lunch menu but thankfully it had everything we wanted to order! The food was delicious. My fiancé ordered the schnitzel with spaetzle and I would order that too if we came back once more.

Schnitzel with pommes was really great, nice and affordable. The only downside was the different street musicians performing loudly for restaurant guests outside and making so much noise in the evening that it’s quite difficult to talk to your friends at the table.

The “Le petit Coq” is a medium-sized bar in the heart of Stuttgart. While the ambience is classy with dark wood and a chandelier, the service is good. The menu is solid, and the ideas novel. However the drinks themselves were disappointing: Watery, no carved-out main theme for each drink. Some drinks were visually appealing, but tasted average at best. Underwhelming.

Such a fun bar with such unique drinks. Attention to every detail has been looked at to create this vintage vibe- including the menu being made to look like an old French newspaper. The 1920s and 30s jazz music was also a nice touch. They did have outdoor seating- but the indoor seating was perfect for our date night

Very mediocre club. I am rating it based for Techno fans. Does not have the flair of an electronic club, the dance area is like every other standard hip hop club. Bar has the ambience but is very small. Too much bright and fancy lighting. Best thing are the self service lockers for 2€. If you want Techno, there is only one place in Stuttgart.

We paid tickets in advance and had to pay an extra 10€ as booking fees but the bouncer didn't let us in because we could not speak perfect German. Even though I tried to speak in German with him he just did not want to communicate with me. That's a real shame and the management team should review their basis! The wost is that they guarantee to refund us if we send them an email but never gave us an answer ! We lost 85 euros that night !

The Old School RnB brunch at the Proton Club was a mixed experience. While the food left much to be desired, the overall atmosphere was a vibe, with the fascinating transition into a modern-day nightclub once the dance floor opened up. Let’s be clear about one thing though, the plantains were cooked to perfection! Navigating the process and obtaining a pitcher upon entry was confusing, but the clean and easily accessible toiletten added a touch of comfort to the experience. Despite the culinary shortcomings, the lively atmosphere and unique daytime clubbing made it an intriguing outing. Now that I know what to expect, I plan on returning again one day.

Such a bad experience with the club. The bouncers just saw and rejected our entry on our face. When asked reason for the same, he denied to justify. We have had been waiting for 4-5 hours for the entry but still got rejected. Really pathetic experience.!!!!! Please be preapred to get rejected and try your luck out for entry!!!!!!!

Nice place with big Terasse. Top service and clean to the smallest detail. Upper end on the price range but good to chill close to all the usual beer bars.

Nice atmosphere, friendly stuff but not that good cocktails. Apple mojito was a bit too sweet. They also don't have a good old standard daiquiri.

Good coffee, perfect decoration with comfy seats, nice staff, tasty sweets, one of the most chilling locations I know in Stuttgart. Enjoy both in summer and in wintertime when you can snug into the pillows of the sofas.

The place is very nice and it's good to have something you can do after party... I had one problem with the bartender (he was very rude and drunk and started swearing at me because I gave him a only 1 euro tip)

I decided to step into climax just to see if there was any form of racial discrimination made at the entrance and I swear, whoever says this is out of their mind. I am an Indian and I am brown and I am proud and I never faced any discrimination in this club (in this country to be honest). The people are wonderful and accommodating. The club in itself is a small typical cellar with cool EDM music and all you would find here are wonderful people. Drinks and entry is relatively cheap and despite being small, there is a lot of room in this place to move.

I was here for the comedy night. I dont get it why do they line up the ppl and let them wait outside and still start the show 50 min later than the tix says. I dont like how it was organized. It was neither comfy nor welcoming. The show was okay. (guess it is depending on the comedist)

Hi, we went to this location during Octoberfest and it was quite busy. All the tables were reserved but they got us in and we were able to enjoy our meal with plenty of time to spare. The food was delicious. I would say a little better than average and with the amount of people inside the food came out fast. I would recommend this location for dinner! They also have an outside area for those nice days!

Our family of four (one with a nut allergy) came on a busy Saturday night, were immediately sat, and had FANTASTIC service from Jule. She got us English menus and understood our concerns about any nuts on the menu. Checked with the kitchen on what oil was used to cook fries etc. Drinks came out lightning fast, food not much further behind. We had the Hausgemachte Maultaschen, Weiner Schnitzel (chicken), and a side of bread. Both main dishes were excellent. The bread seemed a little dry but it didn’t impact our view of the restaurant. We would gladly come back.

A wonderful spot in the heart of Stuttgart, just a short walk from the main street, perfect for taking a breather and enjoying a beer. We tried the wheat beer and the Helles style, and were very pleased. We didn’t have the chance to try the food, but the plates served to the neighboring tables looked very appetizing.

This is a great place to have German food with great beer. The food quality is very good and the beer is incredibly good. The personnel are attentive and friendly. We had originally planned to eat outside, but ended up having to eat inside due to the rain, and the section where we found some free seats had some people who were smoking, so that's why this restaurant doesn't get a higher score.

The atmosphere is great, and the waiters are attentive, but the dish was a bit different from how I’ve had it many times elsewhere — it had more onions. It wouldn’t be my first choice.

Tasty food and a great selection of German and international options. The Jambalaya was really great! Location is great too: right next to Charlottenplatz tram and the city center.

Great place for getting good quality german food. Highly recommend their cake and ice cream. The rhubarb cake paired with Amadeus ice-cream was just perfect. The setting, in a quiet courtyard is just perfect for a sunny day lunch. The beers are cold the service and food is warm. Just perfect.

Good atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Food was average taste. I had the Kleine Schwabenreise which had Frikadelle with brown sauce, Käse Spätzle, Maultaschen and Kartoffelsalat. The best on this dish was Maultaschen. Sadly that Käse Spätzle could have been more cheese aroma and was served quite cold and the Spätzle seem to be a ready product as the consistency and the texture of Spätzle were not on point. Kartoffelsalat wasn't combined well with the seasoning. Frikadelle was okayish and the sauce could have had more taste. I found that the food price was quite high for the quality that I got. But the service was just great!

We had a lovely dinner in the outside courtyard of Amadeus. The weather was sunny and perfect for a dinner outdoors. We enjoyed the white asparagus served with a plate of cold cut hams. We also had a plate of Swabian delights including a spinach dumpling, potatoes, Käsespätzle and fried schnitzel. It was a great setting to enjoy the food and a glass of German Riesling. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Refused by the waiter to sit inside because it was cooler under the ventilator, as it is 33C outside today. After spending €70 on food (that tasted like soap powder) & drinks the waiter wanted to charge us €4,50 to fill my water bottle with tap water as we were leaving.

The food is good and used to be one of my favorite brunch spots in Stuttgart. However, I wouldn’t recommend going there on a Sunday without knowing exactly how much you’ll be paying. They offer an “all-you-can-eat” brunch for around €35 per person (I don’t remember the exact price), but this doesn’t include coffee. The service is friendly, but there never seem to be enough staff for the number of customers. Since food is only served when the staff comes to your table, it can be difficult to request specific additional dishes. To top it off, we had to pay separately for coffee, and our total bill for four people ended up being around €160. For that price, the experience was disappointing.

I thought this place was above average for the food and service. I got their scrambled eggs with a cappuccino. The big draw back is that the prices are quite expensive. It seems like others agree with the prices also being a bit high. This is a nice place to go every once in a while for breakfast. I doesn't find them revolutionary for a breakfast place but you will get good quality food and coffee.

I really find this a NO-GO in this digital age. I had to go out and look for an ATM. There is one pretty close. - the products are pricey, that is why I would definitely expect a payment by card.

Packed with locals for breakfast. Not sure why though - the selection and quality aren't things to ride home about. Perhaps the ambiance? It feels pretty warm here. The people are really nice too. Maybe the lunch and dinner services would be better.

The brunch at Hüftengold was great. Due to Corona, all guests were served at the table. There was definitely enough to eat and the dishes were delicious. The menu, as we were told, changes every week. Besides rolls, with various cheese, cold cuts and jam, there was one avocado + tomato, one salmon and one Weißwurst dish. At one point we had to wait a bit to be served. Overall great, but a bit expensive and coffee/hot beverages were not included.

Very bad and slow service. We were waiting for about 40 minutes for our drinks to come. When we ordered, it wasn't even crowded yet. The 2 servers promised to bring us snacks but never did. They only gave us our drinks and never came back to give us snacks, even after promising it twice to us.. I will definitely never come back!

Yesterday, I visited your café with my girlfriend, and while we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the drinks, our experience was ruined by the attitude of one of your waiters. As we entered and took our seats, we expected to receive a menu like any other customer. However, despite waiting patiently, the waiter ignored us and instead provided menus to three different groups who arrived after us. This was clearly intentional. All the other waiters were kind and professional, except for this particular guy—middle height and a bit bald—whose behavior was disappointing. A café should be a welcoming place for everyone, and no one should have to experience this kind of treatment.

Very nice place and very kind servers, except for one guy. Tall and very skinny looking… he approached us aggressively and demanded us to pay even before we got our drinks delivered almost an hour before the place closed. He got sent home at least and his female colleague’s were very nice. Overall it could be a 4-5 star review if not for this rude server.

Perfect place to have a rest after exploring the city. Service was really friendly and the Strawberry Spritzer very refreshing.

Terrible service last saturday night, took more than an hour to get a drink. Not worth the wait, it was barely good. Also, my friend ordered something and instead of saying they were out of it, they brought the drink of their choice. Maybe inform customers next time and ask them what would they prefer instead?

Concert in The Studio. Concert was good. Food (bagles) ran out about 1 hour after doors open. No ventilation. Was like a sauna. Make sure you eat before you get there. No restaurants nearby. Staff suggested to go to gas station about 10 min walk.

It was a great event ! The space is well laid out and has good toilet facilities and easily accessible bar and a manned cloakroom ! Parking is an issue and due to major roadworks it's difficult to get to using a sat nav ! Apart from that it was a good venue !

These places are sad and trash! It’s sad how these places think that turning away male guests is economically beneficial. If I am not mistaken, it’s usually the men who are buying to gain the attention of who they are trying to talk to. So with that logic, wouldn’t it be more appropriate to allow people in who are willing to spend the money. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have been visiting this location for an event called "Reggaeton Summer". At entrance you get a card for your consumes worth 80 EUR (don't loose it or it will be considerd totally used) - additional 10 EUR for entrance fee. The club itself is not cheap hence ensure to bring enough cash (for example cuba libre 8.00 EUR, desperados 5.00 EUR, cola of 0.2l 3.50 EUR) - people are therefore also mostly well dressed. The location looks really amazing and the staff is friendly, bar keepers attentive. DJ quality was good with quite recent songs - unfortunately the majority of people don't know how to dance at latin music. The appraised "reggaeton show" of 2 "well known" girls was rather disappointing... one of the barkeepers showed better moves :D. Summary: might visit again - but for reggaeton events I will rather stick to latin clubs ;)

We paid online, group of 5. We drove about 40 km to get there. Arrived at about 21:00, got in and sat at a table on the left. Bought some shots and long drinks. Soon after, waiter came and told us to get up, we're not allowed to sit unless we pay 400 euros. He did the same to all other persons at other tables. Even after 3 more hours, still all the seats and tables empty and nobody allowed to sit unless paid 400 euros for drinks. We left at around 3 am and still all sits/couches empty. I don't find it normal, we bought together drinks for about 300 euros and we had to stand, there were no seats even at the bar, and not allowed to occupy a couch at a table without upfront agreeing to 400 euros. You also have to pay for your coat, since you have no couch to let it near you and there's also no parking available, you have to get lucky and find a free spot on the road.

Beer and food was great, service was slow but it's nice outside so I didn't mind.

Avoid. Nice interior, poor and rude service. We wanted a beer hall with an authentic feel, for a couple of beers (not food) on a Saturday afternoon. The service was very bad. Obviously understaffed. The atmosphere wasn't very happening, fairly muted. The beer was nice when we managed to get any, and whilst we didn't eat, we saw others finishing lunch and the food did look quite nice. A shame really. We ended up only staying for 1 beer the service was so bad, and when he came we paid and he threw a folded up €10 on the table and walked away, didn't even give us the extra €0.40 change we were owed. I was so over it I just walked out. We went to Carl's brauhaus on the main square, it was a million times nicer.

Nice traditional German restaurant. Service is a bit slow but generally good. Dishes are quite big, good dishes & good variety. I like it's look. They have tables to sit outside as well. A little bit expensive. Their beer is great. I tried only the hefe.

The beer was great! This place was very stuffy and had a hard odor that stuck with my clothes. This was overbearing so we only stayed for a beer and a quick snack. Staff and service was ok. I had the call the waitress over every time I needed something, but when she did come, she was friendly. Otherwise she was tslking to coworkers or eating. Food was ok, nothing great. People were coughing and blowing their nose very loudly, non stop, without regard for others. This really ruined my appetite.

Aside from the garbage outside of the bar, it was a well maintained old-school bar :) their home brewed beer is worth tasting

Two women in our party ordered the same meal, when the food came out, the waiter said that they only had enough food to make one of the dishes, so he ordered her cheese noodles instead (without even asking if she would be okay with it). The women decided to share the plate, but it ended up being cold, they let the waiter know and they put the entire plate - including the potato salad! - into the microwave. The food was messed up and the waiter would not/could not fix it because they were out of the food, so the women ended up eating french fries. The waiter brought out dessert to "make up" for the fact that they didn't have food, AND IT WAS STILL FROZEN. He came by and asked why they weren't eating it, and when they told him it was frozen, he said "at least I brought it out". I ordered soup and pretzels, when I asked when the would come out, he came back and said I couldn't have it because they burnt it??? Definitely stay away from this place if you want decent food and decent service! Potentially the worst food in Germany.

Worst Riesling wine I’ve ever had in Germany, ok beer, and ambiance of a south Miami dive bar. So glad we didn’t plan to eat here. W/C was foul-smelling and dirty. Do not recommend. Place has gone downhill.

Things that could and should be easily improved are: - The plastic Lagnsese trash cans are always not so clean locking and could be changed against more premium ones (e.g ones of stainless steel) that fit the overall premium impression - The food should be offered in a better way than just flat paper dishes without forks, knifes or spoons. Without real cutlery burgers are not easily eatable and weaken the overall positive impression

I want to share a terrible experience I had at this bar. Last night, I tried to enter the establishment, being well-dressed and completely sober. However, I was immediately stopped by a security guard who, for reasons unknown, refused to let me in. His attitude was not just unprofessional but openly aggressive. I felt like he was ready to use physical force, and I seriously considered calling the police to prevent the situation from escalating. But it didn’t end there. As I walked away from the bar, the guard arrogantly blew me a kiss, which was not only disgusting but extremely demeaning. I’m shocked that this establishment allows its employees to treat patrons in such a way. The owners should pay attention to the numerous similar complaints that can be found online. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There is absolutely no respect for customers here, and the staff shows a complete lack of basic decency. If the owners do nothing to address such incidents, it says a lot about their attitude toward both their patrons and the reputation of their establishment.

Discriminatory and Hostile – Avoid at All Costs. I’ve been turned away from this venue while my white German friends were let in without issue. When I asked why, the bouncer fabricated a story about me being kicked out months ago…completely untrue. This experience was deeply embarrassing in front of my German colleagues. Thankfully, they’ve worked with me for many years and know me well, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. The bouncers’ aggressive and hostile behavior raises serious questions about their professionalism. It’s hard not to wonder if drug or steroid use contributes to their demeanor. This establishment clearly condones discrimination, and I urge everyone to avoid supporting such a toxic environment.

I’m dressed very nice and have money and the bouncer denied me. Yet lets a guy with sandles in right after me. This place is a joke. I’ve never been denied into a club and I know how to dress. Your bouncer has a long beard. I’m wearing very nice clothes and spend at least €500 a club. As an owner the bouncers are hurting your club.

It's a complicated place...😅😅 First, the DJ is perhaps one of the best in the city. He/she kept the people on their feet all night. Second, there are almost no seats, so you will be on your feet anyhow.)) Drinks are ok and not too expensive. The negative, this place gets over crowded, many happy drunk people, and some areas smell like pee. But hey, you can't win them all.

I love coming here. But tonight the lead bouncer would not admit me because I was drunk. I was objectively not drunk. I feel I was profiled for being American. I have been complete Respectful and spent a lot of money at this establishment. I will not come here again until I receive an assurance that there is a higher authority to determine whether I am a detriment to the club or other patrons. If my ability to access this business is at the whim of one person, why bother coming again?!

I have had the best of times at this bar, it was my bar to go to because I can honestly say I have spent hundreds of DeutcheMarks here back in 1999 when it was around. It has been years since I have been back, latest in 2009 and I remember when the door men would just recognize me and my friends and welcomed all of us like family! I remember when drinks were free to me and the DJ would always want me to bring him a disc to play with dance jams. I plan on coming back this New Year's to visit again....Maybe I will see my old friends....

Drinks were nice, with adequate prices. The service was kinda slow as it was pretty full and you have to be lucky to grab a seat during busy hours. Also it is located right in the center of Stuttgart’s “red light” so there is a lot of people.

It’s a great cozy bar located in the heart of the old City of Stuttgart. In fact, it’s placed right on the red light district which gives it a special vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and the owners surely had a eye for detail while designing the interior. They have a variety of interesting drinks. Prices are slightly on the expensive side.

As a first-timer in the club, I had a good experience/impression. Right from the entrance and inside, no form of discrimination or hate. I paid at the entrance and showed my ID. I enjoyed the Hip-hop music from the DJs. I was particularly impressed at the number of Afrobeat played by the DJ. At least 12 Afrobeats were played and everyone vibe to the music. Also, the prices of the drinks were fair and affordable. Although the music ended a few minutes before 4:00 am but I assumed the club management was trying to prepare for new year's eve. In addition, the security men can better organize the entry process to minimize the queuing time. Worth visiting!

Me and some friends of mine (3 guys and 4 girls) have tried to join the club, we are from Italy and security started to tell us it was too full so that we couldn't join. Immediately after groups of people joined without any problems. If you are not from Germany don't waste your time, they won't let you in!

This club discriminates heavily towards Americans and Black people. The only time I was able to get it, was due to my German friend buying a ticket to a concert. Other than attending concerts, they would come up with bogus excuses as to why I couldn't get in. I went to Perkins Park (with the same outfit) and was able to get in no problem.

This place has terrible service and it's overcrowded beyond any safety margins. Me and two friends let them store our jackets and when I tried to get back only one of them (having all 3 bons) the service person refused, even when offered a generous tip. I had to walk home in pretty cold weather.

I like the vibe and music. Not too crowded and kinda cozy. People are nice and no one bothers anybody. The two negative points are the toilets and wardrobe. There are only 2 toilets for women, that causes a long waiting line and there‘s only one person taking the jackets and bags in the wardrobe, so it takes quite a long while and also has a long waiting line

At the entrance we were stopped and asked to pay the entrance fee. After some small talk we gave the 20€. … but suddenly the bar became full (even when noone entered in this time). Me and my friend had only a night in Stuttgart and decided to go to this place. The bouncers did not let us in because we were not accompanied by women they said. Literally 2 minutes later two German guys entered the club without any issues (we are not German btw). The bouncers were clearly acting in a racist and sexist manner. We felt so discriminated. So if anyone non-German thinking of going to this club I would suggest thinking twice before doing so!

The best wine tasting experience ever ! 8 shelves of white, rosé and red wines (96) opened for tasting; and I think there are more bubbles opened behind the counter. Huge selection - we were looking for sweet German Rieslings, and no wine caves have them opened for tasting, apparently it is not easy to sell. Sitt has one shelf just dedicated to Rieslings, with a balanced mix of dry, semi dry, and sweet ! Everything is self service with card on every wine to guide you. We were super at ease, we took our time, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience that we returned the following evening. Tasting portion is 40mL, starts from 1.90 EUR. You can also dispense 100mL and 200mL portion. Super fun, highly recommended, and definitely will return to Stuttgart again just for this !

Apart from the amazing cocktails you can try here, what really stood out to me were the two guys behind the bar. My friends and I ended up spending 3–4 hours chatting with them — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of them turned out to be an artist and guitarist, so we had some great conversations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we had a great time!

Great spot for an intimate date, a classy boys night out or simply a place to go to treat oneself and unwind. Delicate and creative cocktails, wide gin collection, best whisky sour, everyone will find his/her personal favorite drink here. On top you will get an attentive service and a beautiful atmosphere.

Great and simple concept: A quality Sekt (bottle marured sparkling wine) bar. That's it, just Sekt. Great. From the oldest bottle maturing sparkling wine profuction in Germany.

I always said Kessler really has a gem in their hands with such a great history of sparkling wine. They should open a place in Stuttgart where the feet are. They did. And it is packed with people enjoying a glass of the golden local sparkle in the street while getting some vitamin D. Great for after work, after shopping or just because it’s Kessler! Staff is friendly and helping fast.

We are really big Kessler fans and visited the bar as well as the store one time and were really excited to see all of it. The only thing we did not like as much was the limited space within the bar.

Awesome cocktails. Great staff. Nice shisha lounge (tiny extra room, always book ahead). Good look & feel. BUT: boring music and it is WAY too loud. We even skipped the drinks and ran.

The Cocktails and finger foods are amazing, if you can ever order one. The Service is unattentive, as you have to wave someone down...plus you have to wait a very Long time (30 minutes or so) on the Weekend to get your Cocktail. If you are a big Group, forget about coming here. You will never be served. Plus the Music is blasting the entire time, you have to literally scream in order to communicate with each other.

A lot of expats and locals like this place, but I find it to be quite overrated. While the setting inside is nice and trendy - just like L.A., sure, if you were in L.A. ten years ago - it's also incredibly crowded after work on weekdays and any time in the evening on weekends. Is it worth the hassle? I don't think so. The drinks are expensive, and not good. Mojitos aren't properly muddled, cocktails are mediocre, the wine list is OK but overpriced. It's the kind of place you go for the atmosphere, and the atmosphere is typisch Stuttgart: moneyed and desperately trying to be hip and failing without realizing it. I only ate here once, we got an appetizer platter that was appallingly bad, literally it was bad German "Doritos" with sweet jarred salsa for "nachos" and some bad chicken wings and frozen taquitos. Based on that I'd never spend money on food here again. On a warm night I'd consider a glass of wine outside - if someone else is buying.

The atmosphere is amazing, the thing you can actually sit completly in the Lounge zone is really cool and unique. Anyway has a lot of cons, like the service. Is very unfriendly and the shisha is a waste. Cool drinks, bit forma the shisha is poor.

Cocktails are great but y9u should reserve a table in advance if you are comming with more than 2 people. Also has great food.

Went to a silent disco there. They advertised cheaper entry before 11pm. We were there 15m before, but they took forever to process the line, although it was EMPTY inside. People were cutting the line before us. We got in @ 11:01 pm, and had to pay full price, like everyone behind us who were also there before 11pm. What a scam.

Nice place, great drink selection at a decent price, you can get a beer for €3/3.50 and you can get a beer and a shot for €5. Overall the cleanliness of the place is very good, they have toilets downstairs which are spacious and clean, they had both a hand dryer and paper towels. In the main section when you enter, they have a bar, dancefloor and a seating area with a few sofas and tables. Outside they have a large seating area too, on top of some decking, this has a variety of chairs and umbrellas, I assume in case of rain. In the section downstairs, there are the toilets, there is a cloakroom, and a table football table. There are also a couple of machines that dispense cigarettes and chewing gum.

Small variety of drinks, lack of atmosphere, cheap quality shisha, and not enough staff members to be able to service the lounge in a timely manner. I won't be recommending it to anyone I know.

We visited the Brauhaus for a few beers. Most people were sitting outside due to the sunshine. We prefer the inside due to the number of people smoking. The service staff were very busy, but we got served eventually. Once we had got of first round, the young lady was very good at keeping us supplied with beer.

Great service, great food. It was a busy evening but the servers still manage to direct us to an empty table. Promptly the server started us with a round of beer before bringing the menus. You can tell the servers know how to handle a busy evening. Food arrived quickly. The pork knuckle was crispy and delicious.

Open until midnight on Sunday. Pork knuckle is huge. Since it’s oven baked, therefore it does not fall of the bone. A bit dry, but still very tasty, especially with the gravy. Jäger export was a great pick for beer.

Went there on a Saturday evening and had a good experience! Luckily we were seated immediately and the food came pretty quickly too! The burgers were delicious and the dessert (Kaiserschmarrn) tasted like in Austria! The atmosphere wasn‘t like in a traditional Brauhaus but the overall experience was great!

Everything here is excellent but never order the pancakes! When asking extra how large the portion is you will be told it is 2 pancakes for 9€. The plate you get is empty with a single pancake the size of a cigarette cut into 3 even smaller pieces. If you want to pay the same price as a full meal for a finger worth of pancake then go ahead. Otherwise lovely place and recommended.

We were here at this brauhaus with some friends. We waited for a good 10 minutes or so before some manager showed up. We were taken to our seats then. After waiting for another 10 minutes someone took our order. The Drinks came some 15 minutes after that and the food came almost an hour later. The staff even though they were well mannered they could not manage the big number of people seating there. The toilet was dirty there were papers lying down on the floor everywhere. Overall the food was okay but the service and the food taste can be much better!

Let me preface this review with I am typically not a beer drinker. So when I asked the waitress for a recommendation, she introduced me to radlers and they’re my new favorite drink of lemonade and beer. I also was super hungry, and can confirm you will love the schnitzel and the potatoes were absolutely incredible with the gravy. The apple strudel was phenomenal, and it pairs well with an espresso. Overall a great atmosphere, some of the best service I had while in Germany, and amazing food too. Definitely stop by here if you’re hungry and in Stuttgart. As far as wait times go, I was solo and walked right in and was seated immediately. I visited around dinner time, so some people had to wait a few mins to be seated if they were in a larger group, so I’d keep this in mind when visiting as well.

We were staying in Germany for a very short time and wanted to fit in as much foodie wise as possible. I did some research to find Gasthaus Bären, which had a good selection of german style tapas. The cocktails were absolutely delicious. We started with a cheese plate followed by cheesy spatzle, cold potato salad, meat maultaschen, & turkey schnitzel. The portions were a good size. Everything was full of flavor & super fresh.

This place is amazing! The service is fantastic. The gentleman who looked after us was kind enough to choose a great selection of dishes with the help of the rest of the staff, and everyone of those dishes tasted delicious. My child is coeliac and they provided a selection of gluten free dishes. The location is lovely and atmospheric, a really nice place to relax and eat some great food. Definitely recommend a visit

Their spätzle is textbook Swabian: soft, buttery, and generously portioned. It's a dish that doesn’t need dressing up to impress, pure, carby joy. The surprise standout? The watermelon salad with feta and mint. Bright, cooling, and just the right mix of sweet, salty, and herbal, it was the perfect counterpoint to the heavier plates. And don’t overlook the homemade meatballs, whether in a creamy herb sauce, gravy, or tomato sauce, they’re tender, well-seasoned, and full of flavor without being overdone. This is the kind of place that makes you want to order one of everything, and probably still go back tomorrow.

Excellent food, excellent service. Greeted warmly by the staff, ordered beer and 3 dishes including goulash, German dumplings and the Spätzle. Based on these 3 orders I guess basically you can’t go wrong with anything. Highly recommended if you want to try some Swabian food.

I always bring my friends and family from home to Gasthaus Bären when they come to visit. It’s a perfect way to try the Schwäbisch cuisine. Ambiance and food is great and the service is always fast and smiling!

Absolutely great dining place with fantastic music and vibes all over. I was greeted by the Owner who is so friendly and helped made it a very pleasant stay. Alice was the Hostess taking care of my table and she offered a 10/10 service and recommendations on all the famous and traditional dishes of the region. I'm not a wine expert by any means, but I can comment on the professionality of the staff. I went there to buy a wine and they were very polite, fluent in English and obviously very knowledgeable about their craft. They had a really good inventory of regional and international wines for all budgets. Definitely worth a visit in your in the area and enjoy wine.
