The food was pretty good. The snitzel with the cranberry sauce was very interesting. The dessert was not what I ordered but it was good. The stuff is lovely and if you want to try some local food, I think its a great option.

Hi, I want to start by saying I did not try the food but the options were great. I would find another review for the taste of the food options. I went for the drinks and their options for drinks is also good. They have beers and mixed drinks. They also have mixed drinks with beer! This is good for a small or large group with a great atmosphere right next to Schlosspatz. Another great thing is the menu has words in English. The other great thing is that you can pay with card if that is how you want to pay. I would recommend this location!

Perfect german food experience, a place for having a big proper meal. I recommend taking half knuckle which is delicious (and enough quantity) and then combine it with a starter, the soup of the day was great too!

A typical brewhouse restaurant with all your popular Schwabish favorites. Good location and reliably decent food and beer. Nice place to take visitors or have small events with friends.

Lovely place with great food and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The beer was delicious. Only downside was you felt you had to pay the attendant to use the toilet.

How should I praise the perfect menu I had here at CUBE, I would say it's better than most Michelin stars gourmet restaurants, period!!! Appetizer is seaweed seasoned with Eastern style sauce and mixed with cashew, the delicate taste came along with crunchy texture, what a good way to start. Followed by Canadian Pike Carppacio, Spicy Thai Soup, Scallop, New Zealand Fillet (medium rare), and ended with Apricot Mojito, everything was not just perfect, astonishingly delicious. Will definitely bring my family and friends here soon.

The view from restaurant Cube is second to none in Stuttgart. Every dish we had was outstanding and left my wife and I feeling very satisfied with our choice. Our server Robert was very helpful in explaining the menu, and was overall extremely pleasant in having conversation. I would recommend wearing some light comfortable clothes because it does get a little warm in the restaurant. Perfect for a date night with your loved one, or a small intimate meal with friends. The scallop dish and the yellowfin tuna w/risotto deserve special mention. It may be the best yellowfin i have had in years.

The customer care here was so bad! The worst we ever experienced in all the fine dinning l have been too and my friends said the same we didnt feel welcomed at all .We were four girls celebrating a birthday hier on a Saturday .We even had a 4 course menue and they knew it was a birthday but we still had to pay for bread and butter as we waited for the course menue which we thought should have been for free we mean the bread and butter .No one comes to explain the meals to you .They just drop them on the table and disappear.No smiling welcoming faces no one comes to check on you lf everything is Okay like other fine dinnings .We always leave alots of Tips but we just left so little out of our not being satisfied with the service.We asked ourselves could it have been our race but may be not it must be a General thing we left regretting having come there.For the birthday girl they just lit the candle and just dropped it there.and we were like lf it is nice we would recommend our other friends to go there but to be honest it is not worth it.our bill was around 500 euros we wanted to order more drinks but we left because we didn't feel satisfied with the service.

Right from the location, Ambience, food, service everything so perfect. The money we pay for food is absolutely worth. Waah! what a delicious food. We ordered the vegetarian menu and were quite happy with it, everything was delicious and artistically plated. I chose three non-alcoholic pairings and I was fairly impressed with all three; I felt they were better suited to the dishes in general than the wine pairing that my partner got. The service was spectacular - attentive, yet gave us plenty of space and time to relax and enjoy and not be bothered. The atmosphere was not too busy, and the glass windows and view are breathtaking, the volume was medium to high side for such a venue but there was quite a loud concert going on outside and it still did not bother us.

This food was off the chain! Wifey and I had a date night here, and we were absolutely blown away by the food. The truffle pasta with beef was outstanding. And that romaine lettuce appetizer was delicious paired with the short rib. Our waiter was extremely polite. Will return. Tends to get a bit warm, so I wouldn't dress heavy.

This lovely indoor market where you can find fresh produce, meats, cheeses, wines, and worldwide delicatessens. It’s also where this beautiful store Merz & Benzing is located in with 3 floors full of housewares and books. A must visit!

A pleasant, architecturally elegant indoor market, but it may fall short if you're used to the energy and scale of larger market halls across Europe or the US. Housed in a striking Jugendstil building from 1914, the space offers a mix of upscale grocery stalls, wine bars, and specialty shops, more boutique than bustling. While the historic charm and tidy layout are appealing, the variety leans heavily toward gourmet imports and curated goods rather than local, everyday market fare. Still, it’s worth a stop for a drink, quick bite, or to admire the ironwork and glass ceiling, even if it didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

A beautifully refurbished market hall from 1914. It doesn’t have the vibe of other market halls or food halls like Madrid, Amsterdam, London or NY, however, it is very “proper” and has all one looks for in a market. Not many dining options though.

Lovely place - friendly sellers, great produce. Had a coffee and a cake walking around and looking at all the wonderful displays. Bought alot as weel! Lots of choice for all styles and budgets. There is no seating inside as it is a functioning market so be aware - we found a spot to sit outside and eat. Would return.

We reserved a table ahead of time as I heard this place gets full. After receiving our drinks, the waiter asked me to take my bag off the seat next to me because he wanted to seat 3 more people at our table, the tables aren’t big enough for 5 people, especially when you don’t know the other guests. I could accept sitting at a beer garden with strangers but this is an expensive restaurant! I told the waiter that we would cancel the meal if we couldn’t sit at our own table and he sat them somewhere else. After such a conflict, the rest of the evening was uncomfortable. If you want to pack people in to earn as much money as possible, open a bar .

We had a lovely breakfast at a charming restaurant right in the heart of Stuttgart. The food was fresh, nicely presented, and very tasty. Although the service seemed a bit stressed and at times slightly slow, the staff remained friendly and polite throughout. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to start the day. We truly enjoyed our morning and would definitely come back for another breakfast or even to try their lunch options. Recommended for anyone looking for a cozy place in central Stuttgart.

This is a great restaurant located opposite the church. It can get crowded outside at times, so if you’re planning to have dinner with friends or family, it’s a good idea to make a reservation.

Intense fresh flavors from the beef till the veggies, you can feel the freshness through every bite and how a burger built like art. Highly recommend it, very American diner vibes with a touch of Hollywood.

I ordered their special burger. The cheese and arugula plants made the burger more sour than I prefer. But other parts were good, maybe if I had ordered a regular burger it wouldn't have been sour.

Had a mixed experience with burgers. The buns were pretty average compared to price. Their special BBB burger was a bit dry with a massive amount of rucola. The waiter forgot to bring the cutlery. We ordered both chilly and bbb special burgers with fries. The fries were good. The chilly burger was better. One burger patty was moist and juicy. I don't know what happened with the other one. The interior is very cozy and has an American burger joint vibe.

Nice location with large portions at a decent price, however these burgers are more Germanic in style (with fresh salad) so if you are looking for thick juicy BBQ style burgers, this is not the place for you. Also wish paying with card was an option, as they only accepted cash.

It was a good burger place. i actually loved the taste. their beef patty was juicy and tender. their bun has a bit of crust. only problem is the space inside, it was packed. the couple seats were on the side of the wall and you can barely sit comfortably.

I am a simple guy who enjoys the good things in life. Eating in this place is one of them. The beef was tender yet juicy, the fries were crunchy and the vegetables were fresh. Totally recommend visiting this place if you want a good burger. The only downside is that you can't pay with card.

I think I'm done with the Michelin star restaurants. It's usually the same story, the service is amazing, but the food is somewhat lacking and not worth the price. Here it was the exact same story. From the moment you walk in the staff is incredibly professional and courteous. You can't ask for a better front of house staff than what is at this restaurant, but once again, for a 350 euro dinner (PER PERSON), the food and experience just isn't worth it. The beet salad, cod, and pork courses were excellent , really wonderful, good wine pairings too, but the other courses just didn't have the "wow" factor. The sweetbreads were fine, just a bit bland. The shrimp course was awful and incredibly fishy, definitely the worst course by far. The dessert was really bad too, strange texture and just not a traditional dessert. I'm sorry to say, I won't be back, because I can't justify paying these prices for food that is totally hit or miss. If the food could match the front of the house staff and their customer service, this would be one of the best restaurants in Germany.

The service was very nice. The staff recognized that I drink not much, and they started to serve a little bit less than usual. They also charged less, very kind and nice service. They decorated the flowers that we had, near by our table. Thank you!! The foods were not my favorites, but that is only my point of view. It is not like something was wrong or anything. The restaurant itself has very casual atmosphere, but the price is kinda luxury.

We ordered 6 courses from the menu. The starters were incredible. The initial welcome and the explanations when the food arrived were incredible. Thank you to everyone working in the service 💛 As for the negative aspects, the ambiance is incredibly boring. Why do you use so little lighting?! Finally, we had to cancel the last course of the 6-course menu because there was so much salt in the food (except for the starter and scallops)that I can't describe. For this reason, instead of drinking wine as an accompaniment, we had to drink water to taste the other dishes. And yes, I admit that no one called us, I didn't want to taste the dessert and cheese plate because I was disappointed with the food.

For a special occasion dinner at 5 is sublime. I love the food, the presentation, the service, how you have the table reserved for the rest of the evening without having people coming and going the entire time. I am swoon by this restaurant. Edit to add that breakfast at 5 is equally perfect at a fraction of the dinner cost. Definitely a must try.

A truly phenomenal restaurant experience at the top of the Porsche museum. The food is out of the park and the service rivals any fine restaurant in the world. There's a tasting bar bar an cigar shop at the back of the restaurant for those who desire to relax with a drink and talk Porsche. The restaurant overlooks the Porsche factory and spiral. Amazing experience!

Really good steak, nice wine selection and fascistic service. Not too posh but still high class. They even had cromargan cutlery for people who don't like silver cutlery, which is a big plus. Prices are high, but quality of the food and services match the price! Highly recommended.

I had high expectations for Christophorus, especially as a Porsche owner, but my experience was disappointing. I went with my girlfriend for her birthday, hoping to make it special. When I asked about a birthday cake, I was told it was not possible, which felt surprising for a restaurant of this level. The service and atmosphere did not match the price point (about €100 for the meal). Instead of feeling like a celebration, the evening felt transactional and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a “don’t meet your heroes” moment. I expected a premium experience that reflected the Porsche brand, but sadly it fell short.

When in Stuttgart, I highly recommend a visit to this two Michelin-starred restaurant. They offer a delightful set menu that changes seasonally, ensuring a unique dining experience each time. Had a great time. You can tell the chef and his team put a lot of effort and precision into each dish. I also ordered the nonalcoholic paring which was very creative and overall suited well. The menu just didn’t really make sense. Lots of sea element, which is fine. I asked the staff what led to the culmination of the menu, and it was basically just because the chef and his team likes this food. To me, it would’ve meant much more if the chef wanted to adhere to a theme or there was a story.. I think this deserves 2 stars. Selling that dream would definitely make it 3.

Unforgettable experience, the location, the service and the food were absolutely worthy the money I paid. 2 Michelin stars more than deserved. I wouldn't be surprised they will manage to get the third one in the near future. During the summertime you can dine outside and if the weather is not nice tables will be prepared inside the restaurant. Pretty interesting wine list.

Sep 15, 2023 Speisemeisterei, along with its badass name, is an elegant, yet relaxed, fine dining experience. I was apprehensive about the steep price for the seven course meal, but I left entirely satisfied and surprised to have been served thirteen courses of some of the best food I've ever had. I love food at all price points, what you get at Speisemeisterei is a series of dishes with the highest quality ingredients available and the severest degree of attention to craft. Your palate will experience entirely new flavors with many of the dishes. The plates with recognizable tastes are equally enlightening as you discover the superior degree which is achievable. Let's take a look at the smoked eel ice cream. Entirely bizarre at first sound, and I'll be honest, it wasn't all too good on its own. But when combined in a proper spoonful of the eel-grape salad and almond gazpacho, it was an entirely unique and divine encounter. No stones are left unturned, down to the house baked bread served with whipped bacon-parmesean-anchovy butter. Speisemeisterei doesn't skimp on dessert, they understand the necessity to satisfy a never ending sweet tooth. The rosemary ice cream and tiny biscuits were just absolutely incredible. I've also never been a fan of macaroons until now. It's like the whole world settles for substandard pastries and Speisemeisterei is trying to set us right. Many phrases I used in the moment were “simply superb,”  “perfectly balanced,” and “doesn't leave you wanting.” Indeed, I said these words while wringing my hands like some dramatic posh character. I have only two criticisms that may sound contradictory to my earlier praise of pure perfection. But with thirteen courses there is room for personal preference, so I stand by my earlier comments. First, the toro with egg, while a superb dish by all standards, was a bit too rich in fats and not quite balanced. I'd guess it was missing a citrusy freshness. Second, the lamb came with two sauces and a salsa which acted as a sauce. Excellent flavors all around, but I was left confused as to what to do with all the sauce. This has got to be the first time I've ever complained about too much sauce, it's always the opposite. 😂 My experience will be forever memorable especially since I shared it with my partner Ines. My final rating, “Speisemeisterei is certainly a restaurant to visit on special occasions, even if that occasion is just to treat yourself to something blissful. The price is well worth it for your soul will come out enriched. I'm looking forward to our next visit”

The ride from city center is a dream in itself. Winding into a magical view, is it a castle? A university? A restaurant? It is definitely a memorable place and meal. Creative play of ingredients, fine suggestion on wine pairing and impeccable service, this is a must-visit place in Stuttgart.

The food is good and used to be one of my favorite brunch spots in Stuttgart. However, I wouldn’t recommend going there on a Sunday without knowing exactly how much you’ll be paying. They offer an “all-you-can-eat” brunch for around €35 per person (I don’t remember the exact price), but this doesn’t include coffee. The service is friendly, but there never seem to be enough staff for the number of customers. Since food is only served when the staff comes to your table, it can be difficult to request specific additional dishes. To top it off, we had to pay separately for coffee, and our total bill for four people ended up being around €160. For that price, the experience was disappointing.

I thought this place was above average for the food and service. I got their scrambled eggs with a cappuccino. The big draw back is that the prices are quite expensive. It seems like others agree with the prices also being a bit high. This is a nice place to go every once in a while for breakfast. I doesn't find them revolutionary for a breakfast place but you will get good quality food and coffee.

Packed with locals for breakfast. Not sure why though - the selection and quality aren't things to ride home about. Perhaps the ambiance? It feels pretty warm here. The people are really nice too. Maybe the lunch and dinner services would be better.

The brunch at Hüftengold was great. Due to Corona, all guests were served at the table. There was definitely enough to eat and the dishes were delicious. The menu, as we were told, changes every week. Besides rolls, with various cheese, cold cuts and jam, there was one avocado + tomato, one salmon and one Weißwurst dish. At one point we had to wait a bit to be served. Overall great, but a bit expensive and coffee/hot beverages were not included.

Brauereigaststätte Dinkelacker is an absolute gem in Stuttgart! From the moment you walk in, the warm, traditional brewery atmosphere makes you feel at home. Been here a few times, the service and staff are good. The beers are all the local ones and the food is decent, but a little pricey for what you get. Still, it's good and a nice spot to go.

This place was good. We stopped in around 5pm on a Thursday and they seated us despite not having a reservation. Our server was an English speaker so she was able to answer our questions and explain the different dishes to us. The beer was great, I had the Kellerbier and I would recommend. I also ate the Spaetzle with lentils, I will admit I didn’t love the dish. The dish was very large and very flavorful but I think the food just didn’t do it for me. My family got the CD burger and the Swabian stew and they liked their food. For me this experience was good but not quite 5 stars and I’m not sure I would come back since I don’t drink beer a lot. But if you are a beer lover then I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great Italian restaurant with plenty of options, both in terms of classics and specialities. The bruschetta tasted great and their sourdough bread was also very nice. The black truffle parmesan pasta was also extremely tasty, although it did get a little sickly after a while. The service was a bit slow given it was a fairly light night in terms of guests. I also found the price difference between main dishes with meat and pastas / pizzas had a large disconnect that is perhaps unreasonable. Overall a great location with authentic Italian food, so would recommend.

Had a delicious dinner alone the other night. Linguine alle vongole was very nice with the panna cotta. Service was good at first and died by the end of it.

Wonderful Italian Restaurant linked to a comedy house with outdoor seating. All dishes were excellent & the service was very good.

This is the place to relax and enjoy, Italian style, full menu. Limited menu with good variety, very well cooked, served with enthusiasm. Variety of wine and drink is quite abundent. Closed-off smoking section available. Service is quite friendly if you take the time to see them as real people. Food is very tasty - one of my favorite antipasta is the seafood salad. Superb!

Centrally located restaurant in Stuttgart Mitte. Italian cuisine that really has something to offer. The pizza was great, the price was absolutely reasonable, and the service was top-notch. I'd love to come back here.

This Place is really amazing! I tried the Knuc Sepp, which was really amazing! I especially into its pasta. Their Texture and flavor were on point. I also tried the super bowl but Not that impressive to me. The Portion was at the right size to make you full. And the service is nice! My third time to dine in. Gernerally speaking, it might be the most delicious steak I’ve ever eaten in my life. The steak is perfect. I ordered Argentina Rumpfsteak and us prime ribeye for my girlfriend. I have to say that the taste of us rib eyes was fantastic, except the price😂. The fries are with extrem specialties and you can take all you can eat. The drinks are nothing special, I wouldn’t recommend. The service is almost the best in I’ve ever met, the stuff is professional and patient, and no tips are needed. The atmosphere is perfect for dating or afterwork relaxing, it’s also a good place to grab some cocktails.

Absolutely outstanding food, service and ambiance. The steaks we ordered were absolutely delicious. The concept of letting us bring the steaks to the doneness we desire by bringing out hot stones is fantastic. The sauces were great too. It’s not a cheap endeavor but we knew it going there and the experience delivered! Absolutely the best meal we had in Europe on our month-long journey through different countries.

My favorite restaurant in Stuttgart! The meat quality is excellent, the hot stone makes it easy to cook the steak exactly how you want it, and the sides, sauces, drinks, and desserts are simply outstanding. I will be back many times whenever I’m in the area. The service is good as well. It gets quite full, but it’s a big restaurant if you can use the terrace and you can get a seat without reservation.

Nice experience. No matter which cut you choose, they are all are served rare with a hot stone, you can finish your cut yourself. If you like meat, this is the place for you.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Loved the hot stone to cook my steak exactly as I like it, and keep it hot. Creamed spinach delicious. Bang bang shrimp were wonderful too. Malbec wine was great pairing with the steak.

The building is extremely cozy, and well renovated. The service was good. And they didnt harass us at all with questions, extremely professional. We had the Steak Rossini which i believe was the special of the day and it was scrumptious, the foie gras, mashed potatoes, steak and sauce were all cooked to perfection. The almost 50 Euros price point was high but worth it. We also had the Wiener schnitzel with fries. The fries were too oily/greasy and frankly disgusting. The schnitzel itself was clean and well cooked but a bit bland and felt unsalted.

Super restaurant really blew me off my feet. The service is incredible one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The vibe is super cozy and the food absolutely fantastic. If you are ever looking for quality German food you have to check this place out. I would highly recommend getting a salad as a stater it was super delicious and as a main the Zwiebelrostbraten or Schnitzel (if you get this ask for some of the gravy on the side it’s perfect). And you can’t go wrong with any of the deserts my favorite was the chocolate tart with mango ice cream.

We had a wonderful experience having dinner here. The building has been beautifully restored which creates an amazing atmosphere and our waiter was so nice and made our evening perfect! We had a reservation and every table was full the night we were there. There were four of us and our total bill with entrees, beer and wine plus one appetizer came to 185 Euros. We thought it was very well priced. Highly recommend having dinner here when in Stuttgart.

It was a great experience….this historical restaurant is just an amazing place. Once you get in you feel that you’re in a place since the old centuries….the smell of wood gives you a positive energy. The food was out of earth. Great German food. The service was excellent by Stefan He was so friendly and gave us a great recommendations. Just go to this place.

We got a soup and a main course. all really good. Staff really friendly. Very good beer. It’s not cheap and quality price ratio is not optimal. But i would recommend if you wish to eat Swebian. The atmosphere inside is really cozy, with very small rooms in a very old style.

This was the best meal I had in Stuttgart, and definitely one of my top 10 in Germany. The location is not easy to spot — navigation is correct, but the entrance is quite discreet. (Which adds a bit of charm and mystery once you find it.) There are some street parking spaces nearby, but they are often full and quite tight. A larger paid parking lot is available within 3 minutes walking distance and is easy to use. The restaurant is housed in a charming old building, reportedly from before World War I. It’s small, traditional, and cozy — sometimes you may need to share a table. Before visiting, I thought it was just a German pork-focused tavern, something like Augustiner. But when I arrived, it felt entirely different — more like refined, authentic German home-style cooking. It’s not fine dining, no dress code or stiffness, but excellent cooking in a relaxed atmosphere. The ingredients and preparation are outstanding. Most dishes are slow-cooked, so the meat is perfectly tender while fully absorbing the flavors of the sauce. The desserts were a true highlight — beautifully balanced and thoughtfully composed. For example: rich but not heavy chocolate, passion fruit that’s flavorful but not too sour, and coconut that adds a refreshing touch. The combination was simply perfect. Honestly, every dish was done with care and skill, and I believe you can order anything here without worrying — everything is worth trying. I would happily return many times just to work through the entire menu. The quality here easily beats many one-star Michelin restaurants, and in some ways even surpasses them. This is sincere, honest cooking: no gimmicks, no laziness, no unnecessary innovation (I personally dislike molecular or overcomplicated Michelin styles). Portion sizes are generous and well-balanced. Please allow enough time for your meal — good cooking takes time, and it’s worth every minute. 😎 The service was also excellent — warm, attentive, and welcoming.

Drinks were great. Food was exceptional. Service was very good, although speaking Italian wpuld have been much easier. The Hugo and Aperol Spritz were very very good. Highly recommended. Prices were moderate and acceptable, 20 - 30 euro per adult.

All orders came on time, but the service was awkward! The prices are decent. But the waiter was not happy that we pay separately! They we keep asking him to pay separately and finally he agreed as if he did us a favour! Overall, I would like to come back again, because the restaurant has good atmosphere.

I was there last week and really enjoyed my meal as well as the ambience of the place. Great vibe, delicious food ! I had the Seafood Salad starter which was phenomenal as well as the Frutti De Mari main meal ( also seafood ) and the shrimp was incredible ! Definitely will be visiting again!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The service was poor, and the staff behaved in a condescending and dismissive manner. As for the Italian chef, I’d rather not even comment. To make things worse, a bug fell into my drink, and instead of replacing it with a fresh one, they simply removed the bug and handed the glass back. This was completely unacceptable. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable, and I will certainly never return.

Esslingen Market Square is surrounded by stunning half-timbered houses and historic buildings, it offers a perfect blend of medieval charm and modern vibrancy. The market square is home to cozy cafés, local shops, and seasonal events that bring the town to life.

A very nice walk thru and old city any time of year. We went on a warm October day and had a good time. Lots of cafes, shops, and bakeries with good coffee and food.

i loved the medieval theme Christmas Market! with all the detailed decorations, people wear beautiful medieval costumes. making you feel you are back to the past. my very first Christmas Market experience, it really doesn't disappoint me. it was eye opening.

Stopped by for an afternoon during the recent Estival, Jazz and Weiss Beer in the sunshine. Knew nothing about the Estival before seeing the advertising at Tram stations in Stuttgart the night before. Hopefully visit again for the Christmas market.

I was here for the Christmas Market and it îs a beautiful medieval market with very good vibe and food. The only suggestion is to go durring the day cause at night it is overcrowded and the lights are not worth it.Awesome place, much nicer than the Stuttgart one.

We were at the Chris Kindle markets. All kinds of really cool intricate handmade Christmas ornaments and decorations. No Chinese imported crap here. The real thing. Tons of traditional German foods and their warm wine called Gluhwein. You buy little cups of it and drink it as you walk around. You can keep the little porcelain cups that are authentic to each of the little small communities that have these ChrisKindlmarkets.

We got Wiener schnitzel, Käsespätzle and Roastbeef. Amazing. The best meals during our trip to Germany. Thumbs super up 👍👍👍

Great place with excellent local Swabian food. It is clearly family run and mostly frequented by locals, which is always a great sign. Prices are also reasonable - they do have a policy of card payments only if the bill is over 100 EUR so make sure to bring some cash if only 1-2 people dining. I'd also advise booking in advance if dining on a weekend after 6pm.

I loved it! I can without a doubt recommend it and I am looking forward visiting again when I will travel to Stuttgart. Where to start from? Loved the cosy interior. It is ideal for winter time and it is also romantic with the lights and the candles. Although it is really crowded with many tables the service is amazing and fast. As for the food delicious, big portions and value for money! Reservations are recommended and bring cash with you because credit cards are not accepted :(

The food was tasty, but nothing special – in other restaurants, dishes are served much more creatively and with more attention to detail. The menu was also disappointing – traditional dishes are written only in German, and only the later items are translated into English. The service was the biggest letdown: when I asked the waitress for a recommendation, she asked me if I couldn’t read? Halfway through, she even left the dining room, and I had to find another waiter myself to complete my order. It was unbelievable, chaotic, and unpleasant. Nobody offered dessert, and payment is basically only possible in cash – cards are accepted only for very high bills. Definitely not a place for tourists. The interior is nice, but overall the experience felt outdated and far from modern standards.

Pizza was OK but not the best in town. Tiramisu was just great. Service was ok, nothing special. Atmosphere is not so nice as you sot next to the road and the place is not so nicely arranged.

Went there for dinner on Saturday. It was pretty good. First star for getting a reservation even though I called less than an hour before we (party of 5) wanted to come in. Second star for giving us a heads up that pizzas will take about an hour due to so many pizza orders. Not great to have to wait that long, but when being told ahead of time I think it’s totally fine. Third star for vet friendly staff. Fourth star for great location (outdoor seating, cozy indoor seating). Unfortunately no fifth star, because the food was only mediocre. The bruschetta were soggy and the tomatoes didn’t have a good taste. The pizza was good, but way too much oregano. So overall great visit, but not perfect.

They have a really awesome, wood-fired oven and unique bar area inside, outside there is plenty of seating for the good weather days. I think they even have blankets for the not-so-good days! Everything was really good, the margherita and eggplant pizzas were delicious. Definitely will be back again. The only downfall was getting a different wine than what I ordered, but they quickly took care of it. Came back and tried some items other than pizza, the pollo with cheese and tomatoes, which is exactly as described. A single chicken breast with mozzarella melted on top and cherry tomatoes. That's it. There wasn't much seasoning aside from the drizzle of balsamic on top. The Napoli pasta had a ton of the tomato sauce for the amount of noodles given. Just could have been better. Get the pizza if you go.

I had such high expectations from this place but it failed to meet it. We live right by there and always see many people dining here. We decided to come here for our anniversary. We got tomato soup, minestrone soup, pizza Margherita and seafood pasta. Tomato soup - 2 out of 5. The taste was on the sweeter side. Wish it had a little more taste. Minestrone soup - 3 out of 5. The taste was okay, the vegetables were still on the harder side. We've had much better in the area Pizza Margherita- 2 out of 5. I had SO much hope for this and was excited for it but when it came out it wasn't cooked fully, was still doughy and the tomato sauce was tasteless. Seafood pasta - 2 out of 5. The seafood pasta is majority clams and mussels (for those wondering) with a few pieces of shrimp. There wasn't much taste and the pasta was still on the harder side. Conclusion - We REALLY had high hopes but it failed us. We MAY try them again because they have woodfire pizza but there are other places in the area we'd much rather go to for Italian.

We had a great dining experience here at IL Pomodoro. There wasn't a kids menu, but you could ask for smaller portions. The pizza was delicious as was the pumpkin special offered that night we visited. Of course, we saved room for dessert and shared delicious tiramisu, cannoli (one of they largest I've seen around town), and a berry frozen dessert served in a parfait dish. Clean restrooms upstairs. Extensive wine list. Update: Today wasn't as good as in previous visits. We sat at our table for almost 10 minutes before someone came over to ask our order. I ordered the spicy shrimp dish and they were all severely overcooked. I had to wait for a long time for my dinner to arrive and couldn't finish it because it was so off-putting. The woman's bathroom was a mess and looked as if no one checked on it all night. We were really excited to come here and bring an out of town guest. Needless to say, they were not impressed.

Half the dishes were great, the other half not that good. The appetizers were absolutely wonderful. Main dish lacked taste. The dessert was basically everything with cherry without any interesting taste combinations. The small dishes between were yummy but the combination of tastes was rather forced. The service is hard to rate because 2 people were extremely sweet and absolutely wonderful. The third guy was relatively rude and was throwing the plates on the table in a weird way and wasnt friendly… he had also an extremely strong accent, that we could barely understand anything from the description of the meals. Overall I am relatively disappointed with the overall experience.

I have been meaning to try this restaurant for a number of years, but being a bit difficult with food I was not able earlier to do so earlier since they do not have a large menu. But the menu today was very much to my liking so I made a spontaneous booking and am glad I did so. Very nicely-executed dishes, good service, nice wines. It was kind of French-German, with quality ingredients and I particularly enjoyed my pan-fried goose liver and bouillabaisse.

A warm welcome, good service and the food is spoiling us. The desserts is to die for. Everything we order is so delicious. Deserve more Michelin star ⭐️

This place made our 10th anniversary a very special memory, we were blown away by the the culinary skills of the chefs, daring and creative yet the composition is in such perfect harmony. All dishes speak for the expertise and brilliant mind behind it. The staff are all kind people and the chef came out to meet his guests to get feedback. It seems like a hideaway gem of the local (but a bit uptight crowd). Nevertheless, will always come back when we are in Stuttgart :)

Last night in Germany after a weeks holiday. Had walked past a few times and had drinks before but decided to eat. Great friendly staff - our waiter was excellent (he looked like a famous cricketer from the 80s Viv Richards), made some great suggestions. Had the Cesar salad - great and lovely sharing dessert. Hard to fault. Would come again.

Not entirely what I expected, the name suggests seafood restaurant, true there is fish to be had but it does not seem to be its main fare. The food was very good, staff was welcoming and attentive, the roast potato could habe been better, though. Try the excellent truffel fries.

The restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have been to in the Stuttgart-Tuebingen area. They have a balanced selection of dishes to order from and the ambiance is fancy, yet cosy. Even though their menu is not gluten-free, the waiter confirmed they can make almost any dish gluten-free and in a separate pan. Also, their chef used to be a 3-star Michelin chef.

The restuarant is usually crowded. The food is delicious and you can always give it a try. I had Currywurst mit pommes and it was very delicious, the employees were really helpful for finding a table for us. The restuarant is very well maintained. They serve drinks as well. Overall it was a nice visit. The only issue we had faced is it took quite a long time for the credit card payment.

This is part of a fine dining series in Stuttgart. I would not define this venue as fine dining. This restaurant serves local food and other more classic dishes of the region. Some vegetarian options are available as well. The maultaschen were home made served with classical fresh and potato salads. The vegetarian dish was not matching my taste as of flavour. The ingredients are as far as possible locally sourced. A good selection of wines. Overall, we find it pricey for the food served. I don’t particularly recommend.

We came with a large family and group of friends. What a wonderful experience. Food and wine were superb. Many traditional German dishes with great new takes, and a tasty selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes as well - it suited our large group perfectly. The service was great and we were allowed to idle and converse - making a wonderful evening

The menu is select providing a range of locally sourced dishes. I was there when the white asparagus was in season and had that with a selection of local hams as a main course. The decor is modern but not cold; the staff very friendly. The wine list features interesting local wines and a few foreign options.

Quite a shame that this place changed so much. They have a very small menu, which is usually a good sign as they can concentrate on creating a perfect dish. Sadly this is no longer the case here. Our food was stale and our meat was overcooked. Given that they still have an outdoor space, I would recommend it for coffee maybe? But I cannot recommend it for food. Cash only btw...

The hidden gem of Stuttgart! We got a very delicious 6 dishes menu, filled with creativity of taste, textures, products. Accompanying wines, several of which local, were exquisite. Service was just the right balance between stylish and personal. We simply had a great time. Thanks & congrats!

Good food portion sizes specifically considering the price. Eaten here loads of time, waiters generally amazing and no complaints about the meals. Can't recommend the staff highly enough - always approachable and helpful. My very little sis and I were really fulfilled with the top quality ingredients that are locally sourced, everything tasted really fresh. Reserve a table to prevent disappointment, they are occupied sometimes but especially at weekends.

This is my wife’s and my restaurant of choice whenever we have a date night. Go once their doors are open. Until then, we just placed our first order for takeaway. It did not disappoint. The Potato Bread is a must. Probably worth getting two loaves. It’s that good. The soup is only big enough for a serving of one. The coconut-pumpkin is delicious. I had the vegetarian ravioli, which was delicious. I also ordered one of the brownies, but we were too full after eating all the bread to even try it.

What a fabulous place to dine in Stuttgart! It was an easy walk from the U-Bahn and in a cozy little building. We were seated right away and had so many delicious, local wines with our meal. Our menu was in English, too! Our servers were super friendly and shared with us about the local wineries. Every course was so delicious, it was hard to pick a favorite. There were a lot of surprise courses added onto our pre fix menu. If you need to use the restroom, it is located behind a curtain and the stairs are just a step behind the curtain, so be careful.

An original Imbiss in the city center. A quickstop for a bite, the place is small. The menu is set. The burgers are somewhat special - the patty is somewhat between a traditional burger patty and sujuk - more seasoning, more salt and more pressed. The rest is as expected with the lighter brioche style buns. The fries are nothing special - out of the frozen bag. The price tag is actually lower than normal. Burgers can go 7-12 euro - consider that the average tag now is over 10. So, yes a good quick stop for a bite and a pop. Btw, they have another location in the city, but it tastes very different from this one - nothing special really. I didnt get to the OG one for years because of my 'nothing special' experience of the second location. They are not equal.

The food is super. Great value for money But it is good. Just good. I got myself a Double Chef Burger. I did expect the yorks from the eggs to spread on my burger, but they were completely overcooked and dry. The ingredients were very basic. The meat felt like it was a patty from a Multipack from a supermarket. But still, an amazing, budget friendly experience.

Food is good but not great for the price I would expect better brunch. But since Stuttgart doesn't have too many brunch options its nice. Service is really slow. Which makes it a good place to hang out for long hours and chat. And they are not super open to making alterations in menu. I went to the counter to order coffee they didn't take my order and asked me to go back to the table saying they will be sending some one soon and 30 mins later still no one came . It is a cozy place though.

The waiters were nice, but the food wasn’t really good and the prices are too high for what you get in the plate… it’s looks good for sure but it’s not very tasty. We both ordered some toasts for 14,5€ each and were definitely not full at the end. Maybe we should have chosen the pancakes. The atmosphere is nice though !

Robust and flavorful, and not just because I'm a glutton for goat cheese! It felt really balanced for a breakfast and my husband and I both left full and happy. The woman at the front was cheeful and kind. We were happy that this was our goodbye from Stuttgart!

We found about this place on Google maps and went there last weekend for a nice autumn brunch. The exterior and interior of the place are nice, promising a good atmosphere, but it wasn’t what we were hoping. There were a number of available tables and a number of idle staff when we arrived but we stood at the door looking like idiots for about five minutes waiting to be seated. Finally, an overly causally dressed individual at the bar barked at us to have a seat with a mouthful of food. I also spent a couple of years as a server and can day in short that the service here was about the worts I have ever seen. When I went to pay, the worker a the cash expected me to list off everything we had ordered, like, they didn’t write down a thing?!?! Terrible. The food was actually pretty good but I would rather eat at McDonald’s than have to deal with their terrible service again. What was supposed to be a fun little brunch just made my blood pressure explode with rage.

Traditional German/Swabian dishes. Try the Swabian trio that consists of Maultasche with potato salad, Käsespätzle with onion, and sausage with lentils. Large selection of wines by the glass, and even more bottled wine options. Old-school vibes inside. Overall, a good option.

I'm not a wine expert by any means, but I can comment on the professionality of the staff. I went there to buy a wine and they were very polite, fluent in English and obviously very knowledgeable about their craft. They had a really good inventory of regional and international wines for all budgets. Definitely worth a visit in your in the area and enjoy wine.

I have pretty high expectations when I visit Michelins restaurants and restaurant Délice didn’t disappoint me. The service was impeccable and the food, ingredients and flavour was paired really well together. Loving all the dishes but want to specially mention on the monkfish, love how the monkfish was done, it was so chewy, flavourful with the milk base and the combination was just unthought of. The final dessert is also worth mentioning with the various textures and the nice passionfruit sorbet. I didn’t regret my choice. And to the team, keep it up!! If I have another chance to visit Stuttgart I’ll definitely be back again.

What a super nice Michelin stared restaurant! It is so nice, so lovely and also the dishes and service are so so super nice! This restaurant is for sure our new number one restaurant in Stuttgart! Whenever you have a chance to go there, check it out and I guarantee you that you will not regret going there. It’s just fantastic! Just everything food, service, interior design and also the pricing is for a Michelin stared restaurant quite reasonable!!!

Definitely my favorite restaurant in not only Stuttgart area but also whole Germany. Service, foods and wines are all perfect. I really enjoyed the night here. _____ I visited for my second time here at Delice, and that was again the best dish I ever had. _____ Third visit: The sommelier was changed. His taste was different than the old sommelier, but he also has very good sense and I really liked the wines which he chose. The food was gorgeous as always, I especially liked the two fish menus.

Délice is an experience. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming giving that old world look with the fine dining experience. The food was stunning with each plate being a masterpiece. It's not food...it's edible art.

I stopped in for a bite and drink. I've been before, four years ago, while on vacation. I sat at the bar as it was busy, and I prefer to sit at a bar. I had a feta and olive salad with a glass of rose wine. The food was fine.

Nice place, bad waiter (girl). Asking us to move tables (not reserved) for the most random reason ever while a bunch of tables were empty and the previous waiter told us we were fine there. I guess someone take table management very seriously :D

Such an amazing breakfast , the bacon was amazing (even better then is the us) , eggs cooked perfectly, bread perfect (tells you the French guy) and avocado was perfectly green and ripe you expect. I recommend 200% personal super friendly … I loved the music. Please get me this every day

Went there for breakfast and although the scrambled egg was too runny for me i still like it. Good coffee delicious pancakes. Service was good and Swift. Definitely a good place to grab early breakfast in Stuttgart.

Shout out to Nicci for making our visit a pleasant one. Great place to get Good food and Great drinks. This place has friendly staff and a great atmosphere. They are open every day, yes 365 days a year. If your looking for a fun place to eat and drink during any holiday this place is open! Definitely recommend

Good prices and great food with generous portions of very tasty meals. Friendly staff too, available in English and German 😄 I’ve heard their breakfast and brunch menu are awesome, so plan on coming back for that. Outside seating available, but make sure to save a spot especially on weekends and meal rush hours.

This was a nice place with good food. They only serve breakfast for 2 hours so we were pretty bummed about that but lunch was good

A very nice place with delicious food and generous portions – definitely worth a try. It's usually quite busy, which is understandable given the quality. The service is generally of a high standard. However, we did experience an issue — our order got lost in the kitchen, and we ended up waiting for over an hour. To be fair, the waiter handled the situation very professionally and offered us a discount.

Great German food with great service! We came for dinner but the kitchen was already closed (10pm) so we came back the next day for lunch. They do serve a limited lunch menu but thankfully it had everything we wanted to order! The food was delicious. My fiancé ordered the schnitzel with spaetzle and I would order that too if we came back once more.

Schnitzel with pommes was really great, nice and affordable. The only downside was the different street musicians performing loudly for restaurant guests outside and making so much noise in the evening that it’s quite difficult to talk to your friends at the table.

Selected those place before reading excellent reviews and wondered if it would be as good as everybody said. It was better. This place has great service and the best dinner I have had yet in Germany. I had the schnitzel spatzle and the cinnamon pancake with apple sauce for dessert.

A wonderful and delicious ice cream for 1,80€ a scoop! Opposite of this ice cream shop you can have fantastic views over Stuttgart. This is a traditional ice cream shop that existed for years and years and is a ice cream shop from many people's childhoods. I hope this place will exist for many more years 🍀

Nice place to have Ice Cream. View is simply awesome. Long queue for the shop. They have nice eatable cup in the form of baffles. Nice sustainable idea.

The ice cream is quite delicious as widespread rumor. It's also really a very nice place to enjoy the charming scenery while licking your favorite ice with your family，your friends or lover～😄🍨

The Penguin is located at Eugensplatz in Stuttgart, here you can buy a delicious ice and enjoy the shight over Stuttgart. But be aware, in sommer there is always a queue of 5-8 meters of waoting people, but it is ok. You can take a U Bahn to the Olgaeck and then a UBahn for one station to Eugensplatz, otherwise by feet you have to walk for approx 8 min, up to Eugensplatz (an difference of approx. 80 meters in altitude.). Afterwards you can walk and relax on different ways on your way back to Stuttgart. There is a bad parking situation, always quite full of parking cars,. A good place to stay!

We decided to go for the full menu (entrance, main, dessert) plus wines. The overall experience was great, there was piano being played live and incredible views of the Schloßplatz 😍 the wines and sent were very very good. The food however could be more tasty I was expecting a bit more of unique mixed of flavors that combined would be amazing. Would recommend for a special occasion like a date, anniversary or birthday.

Terrible service. Is summer, very hot inside I decided stay in a table outside. The waitress refused to serve me in that table…because there is nobody out side except myself….totally rude. Forget this place.

The food is very good, yes, my level of home cooking, which is a compliment, but I found the prices extremely high for the small servings here. 3 of us spent over 200€ with wine but decided to go to Vapiano around the corner afterwards for something more substantial

We had a good meal. My only issue was a limited menu. I don't eat seafood; I don't remember if that was the issue.

Cafe Galao is a nice spot to enjoy a drink when you’re in the Marienplatz area. I especially liked sitting outside on a sunny day for an evening coffee. The atmosphere is cozy, lively, and the staff is friendly and polite. The coffee was good, and while I didn’t get a chance to try the food, it seems like a great place to relax with a drink. The toilets were clean, though the decor with posters and paint made it feel a bit too loud. Overall, it’s a pleasant place with a nice vibe.

I used to love the place but it got too mainstream in the last months. Now they have raised their prices like crazy, it's ridiculous... Not to mention it's always full

Amazing burger place. For us Service was beyond 5 stars. The guys sat with us and walk through whole menu and options. Onion rings deserve a special comment. This place make them SUPER. And burgers. WOW. Passed all expectations . Be sure to get double burgers. Marking this place into my favourites. 👍

This place has great burgers and good service! I was very impressed by the creative variety of the burgers and the various toppings. The Legende was incredible , especially with the deep fried mac and cheese on top. The desserts are worth it as well, so save some room for a cheesecake and coffee afterwards. I'll definitely be back to eat here.

This is a good and affordable burger restaurant. Compared to other burger places, it’s quite decent. Don’t expect a high-end burger, but for a lunch menu, it works well. We ordered the burger, fries, and mango menu.

They say McD are the epitome of quality as they are consisten for their whole chain. This is also the case with peter panne. Whenever I fancied good burger but not feeling that adventurous enough, I'll spare my time to visit this chain. Every choice is a good choice. You can't be wrong in here.

One of my favourite restaurant chains. I love their drinks and their Burgers are the best. Very vegetarian and vegan friendly as well. They constantly upgrade their Menu as well so it never gets boring. Always a great experience whenever I visit. (Recommended: Frittenmix is a must try for a great snack mix)

Very fast service despite the terrace being full of customers, the staff was incredibly nice and professional, and the food was cooked to perfection. Amazing vegan options, the fries are divine, and a big plus for a burger restaurant: 4 bottles full of different sauces and you can have as much as you want for no added cost. This is a great great place to eat at, I tried the restaurant they have in Munich too, great experience in both locations. When I am in town again, I’m definitely eating here! Can’t recommend enough!
