I placed an order that included a sweater and a shirt, but only the sweater was delivered. Despite making several calls to the call center and sending multiple emails to customer service, the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially given the high expectations I had based on the company’s reputation. As a frequent online shopper, I’ve never faced such issues with other retailers like Zalando, even after numerous orders. I expected a much higher level of service and reliability. Unfortunately, this has left me questioning whether I can trust this company for future purchases.

I like shopping here. There is a variety of brands under one roof. Very child friendly as well and customer service is tip top. You never feel harrassed by the sales people, whether you are dressed up or down. Must do when you are in stuttgart. An icon itself.

I purchased trail running shoes through Breuninger, twice they sent me the wrong colour. the first time they said I needed to return them rather than them letting me keep them, the replacement pair were again the wrong colour so I told them of their mistake and told them I would keep the different coloured shoes... an inconvenience but not a major issue. However, I returned the shoes due to the sole deteriorating after approx 80km of trail running and 5 months of owning them. They tried to offer me a 15% discount on my next purchase (something they give new consumers) and told me that if I accepted it I would have no further recourse. #Adidas #adidasTerrex I hope you don't condone this kind of behaviour from #Breuninger

So many brands I love to try on and buy here. Accommodating but not imposing staff, very high end product display, thought-out presentation areas and impressive seasonal decor. Love the Sansibar too for lunch when your (Christmas) shopping. The Confiserie makes the best (!) Macarons and the fruit cakes are heaven. Go to the customer service on the fourth floor to get your gift wrapped.

The area itself is pleasant and it is super convenient being right next to the City Library. The only thing that surprised me was that you have to pay for parking in the garage. Not even the first hour is free. I guess they want to make sure only visitors to the mall are parking there.

While the historic charm and tidy layout are appealing, the variety leans heavily toward gourmet imports and curated goods rather than local, everyday market fare. Still, it’s worth a stop for a drink, quick bite, or to admire the ironwork and glass ceiling, even if it didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

Great Muller store, probably the best selection of toys in Boeblingen. The Edika is a good one, too, never seem to be out of stock on the things we use the most. Dining selection is also good, many options for different moods and tastes.

The coffee is good and for the most part reasonably priced. Everything else is very expensive though, but it seems high quality, so I guess it's adequate. The woman that works there is great and a true joy to interact with. The guy, who runs the shop however is a bit "special". Unfortunately, he gives you weird looks and condescending comments if you put sugar in your espresso for example. This kind of elitist thinking really puts me off from ever going there again, which is a shame, because it's otherwise a great little place. So if you just want to enjoy what you want to enjoy, go elsewhere if the guy is working. If you're a coffee snob yourself though, just go ahead, you'll feel right at home here - bring your French beret hat while you're at it.
