I came here as a solo diner and I had the best experience and meal I've had in a long time. From the moment I entered I was treated like royalty, and this continued until the time I left. I had the best meal I've had in a long time-- and the best service I've ever had. The oysters were fresh and sweet, the octopus was some of the best I've ever had, and the lamb was melt in your mouth. I'm so impressed with the food! The only thing better than the food was the service. Thank you Araxi team. I will remember this experience for a long time.

Definitely make a reservation because this restaurant is quite popular and it was packed when we visited. The service was okay. A few things that we requested (bread for example) required multiple reminders and by the time it arrived, it was too late. The 4 course prix-fixe menu was so affordable that it'd be hard to beat that price for what you get. The desserts were solid. Seafood options were comparatively better than the meat options but their cocktails and wine pairing didnt meet our expectations. Overall still a great restaurant to try because the food is very affordable and filling and the restaurant is quite cozy.

In addition to its main dining room, Araxi has a private venue. Our wedding party of 30 was hosted in the restaurant’s warm and inviting cellar, with just enough room for the two piece band. The bride and groom had researched food options well, and after we were treated to an amazing 3-tiered seafood tower, we found the three mains of beef tenderloin, wild BC Sablefish, and mushroom risotto to be perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The service staff members were friendly, attentive, and efficient, and did a superb job of keeping everyone fed and watered throughout the evening. All told, it was a terrific experience.

The seafood tower is great because you can enjoy a variety of seafood. The oysters are small but fresh, and the various types of salmon are great for a variety of tastes. I highly recommend the Beff Tartare. It's not salty, the portions are generous, and it's fresh.

Been here several times but first time trying their fall prix fixe 4 course menu. Unlimited bread with butter and vinaigrette. Tuna tataki with ponzu pearls was an interesting twist. The lamb sirloin was over cooked, and halibut was dry. Black Forest cake was very dense and delicious.

We were visiting Whistler during our trip to Vancouver and got hungry after the Jeep tour, so we made a last minute reservation at this restaurant and it turned out to be a great choice! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Arcy, was incredibly helpful in recommending dishes and drinks and stayed attentive throughout our meal. Next time we’re in Whistler, we’ll definitely be back, now we know where to find great food and outstanding service!

My husband and I went for the prix fixe menu, with add-on of 6 x oysters and ala-carte drinks. Food was great only comment from us is that the sablefish has a strong fishy smell that we didnt like it. Personally, I prefer the food and the service at Araxi better than II Caminetto although they are under the same restaurant group.

I read a lot of good reviews, and walked in with high expectations! Although the group arrived after me was seated before us, the waiting time was acceptable. We ordered an omelette and a savoury crepe. The smoked salmon omelette was pretty good, but the crepe was quite disappointing. It was quite dry… The most disappointing part was the service…. Everything was fine until the waitress cleared the table, including napkins at the very same second that I put my fork down. I was still having my last bite. She didn’t asked if we were done, instead simply took the dishes and said I will bring your bill. We understand the restaurant was busy But from the moment the food was served till we walked out of the restaurant, it was only 25mins….. I don’t know why she was rushing us…

Let me start by saying I've worked and been married into the service industry for over a decade. I say this with a great disappointment and I'm insulted by what we experienced here today. I don't know if they're just having an off day or what but it's as if it was the whole staffs first day on earth today. I'm not sure if it's a requirement to have never seen a single scrambled egg before to work here?? We sent one of the over and under cooked (at the same time!) eggs back to see if they'd bring a normal $7 egg back but they just microwaved it or something, it was awful. You can see the what they handed back in the photo provided, I wish I had gotten a before shot. My brother got the Florentine eggs Benedict and it was a gross heap of wet plain spinach on an untoasted English muffin. The egg pan is clearly too hot and the hash brown pan was clearly too cold. I like crispy bacon but not burnt bacon for the price. The only good thing was the maple latte. Our server never checked on us and everyone was like a zombie, it was so bizarre. I genuinely regret not speaking up while there but it didn't seem like it would have mattered if I had. For the whole staff to clearly not care whatsoever is obviously the fault of management who themselves must not care and cannot encourage anyone here to care or be proud about the services provided.

I read a lot of good review and was excited to try this place. My experience did not live up to my expectations at all. The space is cozy, charming, and very welcoming. My mocha... Meh? My crepe (Belle Helene) was raw tasting and left a lingering flour taste. Overall dish were very average, if not slightly below. A taste I cannot justify at this price point. I expected better. Mine did come with a good poached pear, which was perfectly cooked. Still bright and refreshing. But the crepe ruined it. Chocolate sauce tasted store bought and not made in house. Vanilla icecream was the same, nothing to write home about. Don't get me wrong, I think you can corporate mass producing ingredients into perfectly good comfort dishes with the right balance. But this was not it. It left me feeling like I was having a thoughtless dish, cheaply put together and made into a fancy dish with a touch of poached pear. The bratwurst on the side was pretty good, probably the only thing I actually like. I don't recall now but the herb in there was pretty on point. But at $6 for such a small portion (doesn't appeared to even be a link worth) left me questioning the portion size. The whole service was very messy. The waitresses kept asking each other what's what and they just all seems very confused. They seems to be trying so I want to praise them for effort but it doesn't make for a good dining experience. One of the waitress almost drop the hot mocha on me because her hand was super shaky. This place is definitely not for me, and I doubt I would return. It was nice to go once though.

We visit this place everytime we are in whistler. We usually like the brunch which is better. Lunch was ok. The crepes are a must get

Crepe was taste good but I had egg and tomato crepe which there was no sign of taste of egg in the crepe. I asked for side of spinach which made crepe unpleasant.. spinach was like a piece of cooked but cold on top of the crepe…

Great Food and Authentic Parisian feel. Came here October 13th 2024. The food and service was superb. Having been to Paris the atmosphere was very similar, little warm place. We had French Onion soup which was very tasty, a goat cheese and chicken Crepe with a tomato bisque sauce that was delectable and a sweet strawberry with chocolate drizzling. We also had a Strawberry smoothie and Cappuccino, both were very good. The service was great, a short wait so we just walked to a nearby park to enjoy the beautiful Autumn colours and were promptly welcomed in. We won't hesitate to come back in the future though they did say they were closing soon for a period of time due to it becoming the off season. Thank you for the wonderful food and service. I gave it 4 Stars only because I rarely give perfect scores for anything so don't take that in any way that it wasn't good, it was close to perfect.

We came to Southside Diner on Sept. 30, 2025 @ 8:00am for breakfast, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to how unprofessional and rude the server was. Our server - a middle-aged woman with blond hair - was dismissive and disrespectful from the start. It was raining outside, so I hung my raincoat on one of the "covid" - clear plastic dividers at our table to let it dry. Instead of politely asking me to remove it, the server grabbed my coat without my permission and told me not to hang it there because "the screen is flimsy" and that her boss doesn't like it and gets mad when people do that. The way she handled it was completely unnecessary and lacked basic courtesy. A few minutes later, I asked if my mom could have some hot water, and the server immediately replied that it "better not be for our own tea bag," or she'd have to charge us an extra $5. That comment was not only rude but also extremely unprofessional - it implied that we were trying to get away with something, which was insulting and completely uncalled for. There's a way to enforce policies while still treating customers with respect, but this server clearly had no sense of professionalism or hospitality. Although, our food was tasty, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Regardless of the food quality, no restaurant should tolerate such behavior from their staff. I would not recommend this diner to anyone who values respectful service.

A classic diner. Small booths and counter service. Friendly and efficient staff. The food was good. Prepared fresh and to order. The Chefs/cooks appear to be trained well. Even with a small work area, the dishes are well prepared and served quickly. The wait staff is very friendly. They are very attentive and fast. Parking can be a challenge as there are very limited parking spaces at the front of the diner.

Came here as I saw reviews that locals love coming to a no frills diner. That's exactly what it is. Waited 20-30 minutes for a 2 person table. I had the breakfast poutine and I found that quite filling that I couldn't even finish it. Would recommend coming here if you wanted a no frills place to eat. The place was a bit loud but I guess that means people are enjoying their food.

While fuelling up our bikes in Squamish, a few fellow riders recommended Southside Diner at Whistler Creek and we’re so glad we listened! On our way to Lillooet, we made a quick stop here and it turned out to be the perfect spot. We were greeted by a super friendly lady who took great care of us, and the breakfast was excellent, hearty portions, tasty, and well priced. The menu has plenty of choices, making it a great stop for breakfast or brunch. The country style interior gives it a cozy, down to earth feel, and there’s also a patio outside if you want to enjoy your meal with fresh air and mountain vibes. Tons of parking space right in front, which is perfect for riders like us. This will definitely become one of our regular stops when we’re riding through the area. If you're in or passing through Whistler Creek, I’d highly recommend stopping by for a bite!

I searched for brunch spots in Whistler and chose this place carefully, especially since I was coming from downtown Vancouver. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. The avocado toast, in particular, wasn’t great—it was one of the least enjoyable versions I’ve had. The Instagram videos made the food look a lot more appealing than it actually was. I suppose I should’ve looked into more reviews before deciding.

Me, my son and his partner had an amazing brunch. Meg was so helpful with mine and my son’s dietary requirements. Me as gluten intolerant and my son as vegetarian who doesn’t like eggs. The drinks were so good. The green salad is AMAZING. We had a great time and will be back. I got the gluten free BLT with cheese and OMG. Yes! Thanks so much for a memorable brunch with beautiful views.

I always dine at Stonesedge every time I'm in Whistler. Amazing service and great food as always! Love the cozy atmosphere too. We had some much fun with our server Luka. Had a great time!

We ordered garlic prawns, chicken buffalo wings, a chicken burger, and one drink. The garlic prawns cost around $18 but came with only three prawns, as you can see in the picture. The buffalo wings tasted fine but were clearly not fresh — they seemed frozen. The chicken burger was disappointing and lacked flavor. Our total bill for just these few items was $120, which felt extremely overpriced given the poor quality and small portions. We decided to visit after reading the Google reviews and seeing the price range, but it turned out to be very misleading. Overall, we don’t recommend this restaurant — definitely not worth the money.

PRO'S: Stonesedge Kitchen is an excellent casual dining place. We had brunch & dinner during our stay in Whistler Village. Mac, our server suggested some enjoyable Canadian wines along with several dining dishes. It's patio was pleasant and not crowded. CON'S: None SUMMARY: Stonesedge Kitchen was a nice, centrally located casual cafe.

Amazing & flavourful food, warm & kind service and overall spectacular vibe. Portions are huge - we split the Early Bird Poutine, and had even leftovers! Drinks are made perfectly. Will be recommending this place! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

What a wonderful brunch! The manager Mark recommended the breakfast bowl, which was perfectly delicious (with my chosen addition of pulled short rib....do it, it's amazing), ordered along side the largest Americano i have ever had. 😍 Our server Jenna was helpful and efficient as well. Great spot, try it out for dinner as well!

We visited Wild Blue to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely worth the 3-hour drive to get there. We had the Prix Fixe menu, and every course was beautifully made with great balance and flavor. It’s a seasonal menu, so it might change in winter, which is a bit disappointing because everything was amazing! So, Please, DO NOT MISS IT!!! The atmosphere was cozy and elegant — no ceiling lights, but each table had its own warm-toned lamp, creating the perfect mood for conversation and dining. Our server was very kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the night. The wine pairing went perfectly with each dish, making the meal even more enjoyable. We came with our child, and we were happy to see that they offer a kids’ menu, so families can enjoy the experience together. The only small downside was that the soap dispenser in the restroom wasn’t working. I let the front desk know, but it still wasn’t fixed when we left. Hopefully, they can pay a bit more attention to those small details next time. Overall, everything else was truly perfect — amazing food, beautiful ambiance, and great service. We’d definitely come back again!

An exceptional dining experience. From atmosphere, to service, to innovative dishes…we felt Wild Blue had a great prix fixe menu to celebrate a special occasion this fall. The cocktails are amazing and bar top is beautifully designed. The service felt intentional and well-paced. From the prix fixe menu I recommend the corn bisque and cauliflower caesar. We added on the octopus appetizer which was amazing and tender. The rotolo pasta tastes like an elevated lasagna and I love the pickling on the trout crudo. For our mains, I do regret not trying the steak (it looked great). Instead I had the cavatelli which is still a lovely shape and good eat. For dessert, do yourself a favour and get the sticky toffee pudding. Overall, I would highly recommend Wild Blue as your fine dining choice this season!

Had a fantastic experience. The room is absolutely beautiful. As soon as we opened the wine menu the sommelier was at our table to chat. Our server was amazing and knowledgeable. The Prix Fixe menu was very well executed and the wine pairings were perfect. The desserts were a standout to an exceptional dinner. There was a problem with our OpenTable reservation not showing up in the system despite us having received confirmation and proof of the reservation. The first host that greeted us seemed unable to help us and less than accommodating. Luckily someone else was able to sort out the issue and took care of us.

Yes, the food is beautifully plated and tasted amazing. Yes, the atmosphere is hip, sophisticated yet warm and welcoming. But what I was most impressed with is the service. Wow! They deserve 6 stars for their top notch service. - I witnessed them navigating difficult customers (can’t decide, took forever to decide.. ) with so much patience and finesse. I would highly recommend you make this a stop when in Whistler - especially if you want to impress a date with your good taste!

We went there for the ~$43/44 meal as we wanted to try the menus. Would make a reso as they fill up days in advance and wait times can be 1+ hr. Food was good, both entrees in my opinion did not go together well (on the plate). For example, we got the ling cod, where the fish was warm but the rest of the plate was cold (probably plating) and it had this thick dark sauce (it almost looked like squid ink), and it coated the vegetables (specifically the leek and the shiso pepper?). The service was good, but the pace between plates was way too slow, like we’d sit there for 10+ minutes in between dishes. I’d say their appetizer/salads and desserts were the star of the show.

Came to BC to visit my brother for my 50th birthday. A girl I work with used to work in Whistler and recommended you guys. My brother is a bit of food snob and an introvert but because I’m the oldest and it being my birthday he gave in and booked us a spot at the bar. Me personally I love the bar, I’ve served and bartended for 30 years and I love being front row and center of all the action. From the time we sat down, our bartender made us feel welcome and was super informative. We asked her name but I totally forget it (young, long brown hair and glasses) We were there 2.5 hours, did the 4 course meal. After our meal, we walked back to the hotel and my brother said “now THAT was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I’m from Nova Scotia and not only will I be back, but you will be highly recommended to all I know visiting Whistler. Thank you for making my 50th a memorable one with great food, atmosphere, drink and AMAZING staff.

The food was outstanding — beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Every dish tasted thoughtfully crafted with high-quality ingredients, and the balance of flavors was perfect. Not sure breakfast was a good choice for trying out this spot. It wasn’t busy at all — nobody else there on a Saturday, which I gather is rare. Coffee was good and service was fine. But the Rise & Shine pie was disappointing: lovely appearance but bland taste. I will have to return sometime to try a lunch/dinner option.

Well, I can say I have never had a kangaroo meat pie, but you can get one of those here. It reminds me of pot pies and you can get it "mountain style" with mashed potatoes, mush peas, and gravy on top. Very tasty! Quite original! Staff was really into it, knew everything you needed to know about Australian meat pies.

One of the more unique finds during our visit to Whistler was an Australian pie shop. We tried the vegetarian pies with gravy, and they were absolutely worth it—a must-try if you’re in the area. It was our first time trying Australian pies, and we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors. Do note, there’s no free parking and no restrooms available, so plan accordingly.

Dessert pies! I got the vegan mixed berry and my husband got the apple crisp. Both were delicious, service was fast and helpful, the smell of this place is incredible! Amazing flaky pastry, so many options meal all day long.

I am always down for a savoury pie so when I learned about this place, I made a mental note to try it out. I ordered the chicken brie “peaked” which added a scoop of mushy peas along with mash potatoes and gravy. The pie was delicious and served within seconds of my order which satisfied my typical lack of patience when hunger strikes.

Nut allergy friendly: I didn't have any issues with the pie I had! While it is a little walk to the corner of Whistler Village, it is totally worth it to go to this little savory pie shop! Pies are basically whatever is available at the counter (there's a heated showcase system) and they are made and refilled quick. I got the Traditional Aussie which is a classic ground beef, onions & gravy pie, loaded (or "peaked" - costs extra, definitely worth it for some extra veggies). One loaded pie is a solid dinner, or one and a half normal pies. I got to sample my friend's Beef Curry pie, which was deliciously spiced, and the Hopper, which was interestingly game-y but I would not order it again. They also sell frozen pies to-go! Great for desserts or to heat up so you don't have to make the walk over here if you stay in Blackcomb Village. There are two small tables outside and very limited seating inside. It might not look full, but that's because their service is so quick. Don't be fooled, as the food is great and very affordable for a ski town!

A Must-Try in Whistler! Peaked Pies is a true Whistler signature. The pies are delicious, warm, and full of flavour. Topped with creamy mashed potatoes and gravy — it’s comfort food at its best. Don’t leave Whistler without trying one!

It was our last evening in Canada. We were looking for a special meal. The food overall was good but was let down with hard, overcooked mussels and virtually tasteless ravioli and peas. The service was appalling. We ordered wine but we had eaten the starter before it arrived. We were told that they couldn't find the wine. The evening was saved by Michael. He was very understanding and good to chat to. 5 stars to Michael..The nitro ice was super creamy

Honestly, not happy with Barefoot Bistro. Food was very expensive and mostly underwhelming. Lobster Bisque ($24) was good but served lukewarm. Miso Cod ($125) was tasty but didn’t like the smoky flavor (prefer Nobu style prep). Seafood platter ($134) was not worth the price at all for the quantity and quality. Martinis were $30!? And this place is in desperate need of a renovation. Looks straight out of the 80s. Service was good, however. But even with that we would not return.

We went for the fall deal menu was $88 for 3 courses with a 4th mid course for an extra. The food was overall really good but if you do go for fall deal I don’t recommend the carpaccio.. it was an extra $10 and you get one small piece, no bread or anything with it. The meringue dessert was quite incredible though. The server was lovely though and the vibe was nice.

A true gem in Whistler. Upon entering in, staff greeted us with warm smile and took our coats. Our server, Jeremy, gave us a brief history of Bearfoot Bistro and mentioned that their wine cellar is the largest in BC. Pretty rad! We aren’t big drinkers so we decided to skip on the wines. We chose the course menu and we agreed this was the best meal of the trip! *Lobster Bisque Creamy and packed with flavor. The lobster meat and corn added sweetness and the crouton complemented the dish. *Foie Gras My dining companion got the foie gras and I must say it’s the best foie gras I’ve had! It was well prepared so it was not bitter and overpowering. It paired well with the red wine jus. *Wagyu Beef Cheek Very tender and soft. Cut like butter. From the sauce, salad, and the beef cheek itself, everything was so flavorful! *Pistachio Financier Quite frankly one of the best desserts I’ve had! The saltiness of olive oil gelato and the tartness of blueberry sauce balanced the sweetness of the brown butter cake. Layering it with the pistachio added that extra crunchy texture. When eaten altogether, it feels like heaven touches your taste bud. Very good! My dining companion also loved their wagyu burger and citrus meringue. Service was attentive from start to finish. It’s my first time here but won’t be the last!

Charming spot. We had the Prix Frixe menu option, so we got a nice cross-section of dishes. The gem salad was nice, and the tuna tataki was fresh. The pea tortellini was bright and had an excellent chew. I had the pork belly and scallops, which were delicious. The pork belly had a lovely smoke to it, with a sticky/sweet layer which was amazing. There was an issue with the Wagyu Steak dish, but I will say that their handling of it was absolutely impeccable. They were professional, honest, accountable, and really handled it in an exemplary manner. Mistakes happen, and issues will arise; what matters is how you handle them—this is clearly a serious restaurant that cares about its product and its customers. It was really well handled there. The desserts were yummy, and not too heavy, and the drinks were light and refreshing. Would definitely recommend giving the Barefoot Bistro a try, we'll definitely be back.

This could have been a 5-star experience—the atmosphere was great and the presentation was well done—but I left feeling underwhelmed. I was expecting 4 full ounces of vodka in our tasting, but what we actually got was closer to four 1/3-ounce pours. At $70 per person, that felt disappointing and overpriced. If the pours were more generous, it might justify the cost, but as it stands it leans more toward a tourist trap than a true tasting experience.

All the other restaurants in the area were booked and we were having trouble giving l finding a place we liked, until we find this hidden gem. They had pre fixe menu that was absolutely delicious-- every part of it, which is unusual-- and not very expensive, unless you get tempted by the add-ons. Excellent service and great atmosphere. Only the chairs were a little uncomfortable. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

You can start smelling the waffles as soon as you come up the Crystal lift, which is an incredible advertisement. The hut is very small and crowded which makes it hard to find a table, so I had to share, but the waffle was warm and tasty. Simple, but perfect to set me up for a pleasant day on the slopes.

Crystal Hut is a unique location with spectacular views, with a cleared outside deck. Their waffles are wonderful with coffee. Nice oasis to rest and savour the moment on the mountain.

Great delicious Ski-Snack at 1,845 meters. (6,053 ft) On the second attempt we finally did enjoy the famous waffles at this hut. The day before was a power outage. We loved the cosy atmosphere, the view and of course the waffles

Crystal Hut is a great little mini lodge on Blackcomb mountain. They have a limited menu. The specialty is over the top Belgian waffle. They also have some kind of soup and chili. They serve beer, cider, coffee, hot chocolate, and the usual bottled beverages. There is always a line, but it's worth it. The views from the outdoor seating area and amazing.

Best waffles in Whistler!! You can add topping as bacon if you want, I didn't try it out but I have heard it was delicious. You can sit there and chill, the view is breath taking. There's free water and suncream if you needed as well. The staff were nice and friendly, from all over the world.

Surprisingly good food at the top of the Crystal Express chairlift. As other reviewers have noted, the waffles are excellent with all the toppings you can imagine. Naturally the views are incredible. And as with any top of the mountain “hut” restaurant/warming station, it is small and truly designed to allow you a place to warm up for a few minutes and grab a quick bite or a drink.

Such a delicious coffee! Sometimes little shops have coffee that is too strong or too sharp but this was absolute perfection! Casual setting, super cute place with some seating. Very friendly staff. I will be back!

Every time we come to whistler we have to open the day at this amazing place. Cafe 10/10 and there is such a good verity for pastries and breakfasts. Good location and nice vibe.

Tried most of the coffee shops (starbucks, arabica, blenz) in whistler this is by far the best by a landslide. Ordered a vanilla latte. Perfect ratio of coffee, milk and sweetener. Quite possibly one of the best in BC

This place is decent. I tried the chorizo burrito and it was pretty good. Would have preferred hot sauce with it instead of the salsa. I was not a fan of the mocha with maple syrup in it at all. Just wasn’t to my liking. The service was top notch though. I would give this place another chance and try a few other items next time I’m out here.

Food options seemed good, only got to try the stud muffin which was a solid value with hearty flavor, but could use a little more ham to sandwich ratio. My group wasn’t wowed by the canadiano, coffee not to our taste.

Everything is GOOD! I got their Bacon benny and it was o-kay. Their hollandaise tasted more of melted cheese and their pickled onion didn’t really taste pickled. I do love how you can order to the front so you can take as much time as you would like. It was our first visit and I would come back to try their waffles. Service is great, they were very nice. As well as the atmosphere. I loved their layout.

This review is based on their happy hour and only the drinks. They offer 20% off drinks, which is great for an afternoon relaxation session or late lunch. The place is pretty open so there’s lots of seating. You order at the counter and they bring your food or drink to wherever you’re seated.

I'm a fairly simple eater and love Hunter Gather. The classic breakfast was fantastic! Lots of delicious food for a surprisingly reasonable price, considering most food in Whistler is marked up quite a bit. I've gone back multiple times to have the brisket sandwich with pemberton potatoes for dinner. The brisket is very soft, moist, and tasty! The horseradish on it is very mild, so don't let that scare you away from it. My mother and I were both ranting and raving about the brisket for days. I'm generally a French fries kinda guy, but the pemberton potatoes were a nice surprise. They are basically fried potato chunks that are nice and crispy on the outside and decently soft on the inside. On one visit, my girlfriend ordered the Cured Salmon & Pesto Salad and thought it was too salty. The staff was very kind and exchanged it for a brisket sandwich, which she was very happy with. On another visit, my girlfriend ordered the Hunter Shawarma and did not like it. She claimed the beef was overcooked and she didn't like the chicken marinade. The staff was more than accommodating and swapped it free of charge for a Chicken Shawarma, which she was very happy with. All in all, the food selection is great, for a reasonable price. The staff is more than gracious and accommodating. The environment is comfortable, with plenty of seating, natural lighting, and comfortable music volume levels. So even though it might not be a quiet dining experience, based on how busy it is, you also don't need to worry about being able to hear the people at your table.

EDIT: Hunter Gather did make good on their promise for a refund, and I do appreciate their quick response and attempt to make things right. Thank you! What happened to this place!?! Hunter Gather used to be one of our favorites. But the overcooked dry brisket was among the worst I have had. Pork Ribs were comparatively better but very small and little meat, I probably would not order them again (if we ever go back). Poutine was kinda weird with the pickles. On the positive, staff was very friendly and food served quickly. But overall the food was a complete disappointment. Sad to see the decline.

Where Brisket Melts in Your Mouth It’s been a while since I’ve had brisket this good—tender enough to melt in your mouth, with just the right amount of smoke and a perfectly charred crust. The side of crispy potatoes was outstanding. The place is delightfully unpretentious, with excellent beers and ciders, and a more-than-fair check.

Good casual place for burgers, wraps and BBQ! Very reasonable prices. They also have a large selection (about a dozen) of local beers on tap and are very happy to tell you about the beer and brewery. Try out a beer flight if you can’t decide. It’s self serve in the sense that you are shown to a table, then you go up to the counter to order food and drinks, and your order is brought to your table. Very efficient and is pretty quick, even when it’s super busy. Pretty large dining area so tables move fairly quick. When the weather is good they have lots of tables in an outdoor area, where you can also bring your dogs. Super friendly staff, especially Brodie the beer meister! We’ve gone a few times and everything on menu is good. They have a few vegan and veggie options. Got beef burger and chicken schwarma this time. I like the crispy potatoes or wilted kale as a side. They have a soup of day which is also nice on a cold day. They also serve brunch and have great waffles and bennie’s. Came back a few months later. Got to e Grants platter for 4. Huge plate of food!! Tasty pulled pork, brisket, wings, ribs. Loads of sides. Minor nit is too much pulled pork, would have preferred more brisket (not that many slices). Otherwise, good deal and could probably feed 4 or 5.

The platter for two is more than enough for three. It was delicious and the brisket was super tender. The jalapeño cornbread was phenomenal too!

Lots of breakfast and brunch options here! They have a lovely outdoor seating with fire running and all. Perfect for a nice summer day. Loved their fried buttermilk chicken sandwich but didn’t like the chicken and waffles that much. The chicken was a bit undercooked but it could be just one day. Will definitely try the other options in the future. The server was super nice and took me on a mini tour of the facility when I asked her about the food options. Coffee and bakery goods are amazing.

Totally worth it! The chicken taste like that famous chalet, tender and smooth, and so fragrant. The tomato soup also super fresh and tangy, pretty solid. It was worth the wait

I had many different dishes, pastries, and coffee for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from this place. It was more delicious than I expected. Breakfast bowl was yummy. Dinner selection of brisket, pork ribs, and chicken with coleslaw, salad, and veggies were so tasty. Portobello hot sauce and Jalapeño corn bread were really good. And great service! It can be very busy and loud in the morning.

Whistler’s packed with great eats, but this place stole the show. You can literally follow the scent of freshly baked doughnuts right to the door, and the atmosphere is calmer than a hot tub after a snowstorm. I ordered the roast Turkey BLT! They give you a little buzzer to hold onto while they prepare your food and in no time it’s ready to go. See you next trip Portobello!

Came here for brunch, the outdoor seating is nice especially in the summer. I got the breakfast sandwich and chai latte and my partner got the burrito. Was very yummy, I look forward to coming back again to try more items.

Stayed at the Fairmont and had dinner here one night. Delicious and fresh. The grilled corn was super yum; my table asked for more. Amazing warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream scoops for dessert. Excellent place for a healthy, filling meal.

Breakfast Chicken and Waffles is to die for. You get Chicken, Waffles, Cranberries and Hazelnuts on it, alongside country gravy or maple syrup. Absolutely the best chicken and waffles ive ever had. This restaurant is highly recommended. Atmosphere is really nice as well. Would love to come back sometime and try other meals.

A great place to start your day. Food is fresh and delicious (we had the Buckwheat Pancakes and Power Bites, which we can both absolutely recommend), coffee was very good, staff is friendly - if you're wondering where to grab your breakfast in Whistler: search no more!

I am vegan and had been looking for good vegan food in british colombia. The staff were attentive. The food was wonderful. I got the burger with salad.the mustard dressing with beets was a great salad combination. The beet burger was wonderful with the onions. I loved the buckwheat pancakes. The 9 yr old I was with loved the beets too! I needed this restaurant to help me fuel my day in a healthy way. Thank you for your food, from a vegan tourist!

I came here with my parents and had a net positive experience here despite the 3 stars. It's a small place, with about 3 tables inside and 3 outside, but they do provide real plates, cutlery, etc for dining in. The staff were very friendly. They were out of a few things - no more oatmeal and only one serving of matcha left when we all wanted matcha, but the alternatives that we went with were still appealing, so it wasn't a big deal. The one matcha went to my mom, and it seemed like she got the scraps of it because it looked and tasted pretty watery. I got a chai latte which was pretty good but a little grainy. The food on the other hand was really good. I got the buckwheat pancakes and tried some of the smoothie bowl. The pancakes were hearty and fluffy, topped with a delicious berry chia jam and cashew cream. The plate came with 3 small-ish pancakes which was a satisfying portion that wasn't too much. We were also asked if we wanted maple syrup with the pancakes, but I ended up not needing to add any because the jam and cream were enough. Maple syrup is $2 for a small cup so I would recommend skipping it unless you really want something sweeter. The jam and cream are just modestly sweet which was perfect for me. The blueberry smoothie bowl was also delicious and came with lots of toppings - their granola had a delightful texture. It was a bit of a wait for food, so ordering the breakfast plates is probably not the best option if you're in a hurry, but they have ready-to-eat stuff available if you do want something quick, and the drinks didn't take long. I would have liked to return if I were in Whistler longer to try more of their food menu.

I was so grateful to find vegan, gluten-free and organic food in Whistler. I ordered three different dishes with my family and the matcha latte and am so sad to say that I was unimpressed by all of them. The food was very bland (just veggies complied together) with a really heavy garlic sauce. It all lacked flavour. The latte was extremely watery and had chunks on something in it (my guess is nuts from the nut milk). I wanted to love it and support, but the food for the price just does not make sense.

Such a nice little cafe in Function Junction. Delicious and nutritious meals and very kind and efficient service! We had the Rise N Shine wrap and the smoothie bowl and both were lovely.

We were really disappointed with the food here. Both the wrap and pancakes were really tasteless. The description of the wrap seemed promising but it was just hummus (not good) and a huge amount of shredded carrots wrapped together with no salt, no sauce and no taste. I'm rarely disappointed by organic vegan food but this place really doesn't hold justice to it. I guess the cheesecake was at least alright even if it really didn't taste like a cheesecake.

Absolutely love the idea and the design. Everything made is fresh, healthy and organic!! Very friendly and hospitable employees, they’re happy to serve their customers. Loved the chai tea, their daily special soup and Rise ‘N’ Shine Warp. Custom orders can be placed as well. Definitely recommend checking out this business.

I'd love to see how this restaurant scores with the Michelin reviewers, at the same time, I really appreciate how it's quiet and not too busy, as I like how it doesn't feel too cramped. The food is farm to table inspired west coast flair with a touch of molecular gastronomy, and a unique dining experience that I enjoyed. Pacing is relaxed, so expect to take your time. Personally, I'd recommend this restaurant a visit.

We tried the Summer 3-Course Special for $49, and everything we ordered was excellent. I think this may be one of the best restaurants in Whistler! Each dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. There are a few items with an upcharge, but they were worth the extra cost. Service was a bit on the slow side, but the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made up for the wait. Overall, a great dining experience with high-quality food at a good value. Would definitely return!

We went to this restaurant on September 24th of this year with the whole family, a total of 10 adults and 2 kids. We had loads of shared plates as a starter, including the sourdough ciabatta, olives, charred shishito peppers, oysters, the Alta deli-board, and the venison tartare. For main course we had a various dishes, but all dishes were amazing. The risotto with peas was great, the pork belly was perfectly glazed, and also the Bavette and cheeseburger were cooked perfectly. Also the kids options were nice, varying from fish with chips to a cheese panini with fries, and of course ice cream as dessert! The service was also amazing, and we had two lovely servers continuously being attentive with our water and wine glasses. In total we spent a little over 100 CAD per person, but we had 3 bottles of wine totaling 375 CAD, so we went a little overboard on the wine, but it tasted great!

We ordered a dozen oysters, a charcuterie board, and three summer courses ($49 each, but with add ons for specific dishes). The total was around $270 for four people. Our waitress was charming and attentive, but unfortunately the timing of the food was extremely slow. We ordered at 8:30 and it took until 10:30 for all the plates to come out. The Kale Salad and Venison Tartare were a bit bland, the cheeseburger was soggy, and the halibut was dry- I could’ve pan fried a frozen fillet from Costco and gotten the same result. In addition, the glaze on the pork belly did not resemble the taste of gochujang at all, and the chocolate financier was so sweet it hurt my throat. The spicy yuzu gelato didn’t have any citrus flavored and did not pair well with the financier. The only highlight was the scallop crudo- the seafood was meaty and fresh, the texture of the cracker was delightful, and the sauce was on point. I would say in terms of fine dining, this restaurant js definitely on the lower end of the scale.

If you love great food, very good and attentive service and a nice atmosphere, go to the best bistro in town. Probably the best dinner of our West Canada trip. On a Wednesday evening our family group of 12 including 2 small kids went here based on the recommendation of a few locals. The service was fantastically attentive. The waitress heared me dropping a spoon from the other side of the restaurant, right there with a new one. Because we were with such a large group, we practically ate the whole menu, and all the food was amazing! Duck breast: fantastic! Pork belly: spot on! Clam and cantharelle risotto: amazing! The wine, non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails: super! So, also in summer season, a great place to spend a few hours and enjoy a great meal.

Wow! I eat beef only 3-4x per year for environmental reasons. SO glad I tried the Sumac Crusted Beef Bavette here. Fabulous! Nathan enjoyed the Gochujang Glazed Pork Belly so much he says "I could eat that every day and never get sick of it. I really could." Both desserts were amazing. And who knew the Panacotta dessert would be vegan? Delish! Wonderful summer special - appie, main and dessert for $49.

We enjoyed the three course menu and everything was incredible, I’ve never had tartare with chocolate sprinkle on top and once I’ve had it I couldn’t get enough! The risotto was perfection too, flavors left us super full and wanting more.🥰

My wife and I stopped by La Cantina Urban Taco Bar in Whistler and enjoyed the nice outdoor seating area. We opted for the Chicken Tinga, which was okay, but the portion size was surprisingly small. $5.25 for one taco seemed steep, and our bill for two small 4-inch tacos came out to be $14. While the tacos were decent, we've had better at other places. That being said, it's possible that their other menu options might be more impressive. If you're in Whistler, it's worth a visit to try their tacos, but be aware of the prices and portion sizes.

Great visit! Staff was on point, restaurant was very clean and organized. Sauces were amazing! We had the chicken tinga burrito and the beef pasilla burrito. Nothing fancy…. Just a really good burrito. The only complaint would be the really REALLY CRAMPED. Small price to pay for great food at a reasonable price! Will be back!

The food here is not authentic and is very disappointing if you’re expecting good Mexican food. The taco portions are very small and don’t taste great. The soup was very salty, the meat didn’t taste very fresh, and just tasted like fast food. The food was also fairly pricy, we would not recommend.

Very reasonable price, quick service. Food tastes great, each taco has a generous portion of toppings on it. Comes with an array of sauces. Good frozen margaritas. Each taco comes with 2 tortillas, so makes it easy to share if you order different varieties.

I always enjoy coming to La Cantina Village. My go-to order is the tortilla soup, tacos, and a refreshing mandarin Jarritos. The tortilla soup is consistently delicious, topped with sour cream and feta cheese. I also appreciate that they provide a variety of salsas that guests can help themselves to, very convenient. The tacos were flavorful, and the food was served at the perfect temperature. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with spotless floors and tidy tables. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and Manager Tony made a point of checking in at my table to ensure I was enjoying my meal. She also asked about allergies or intolerances before finalizing my order, which shows excellent attention to detail and genuine care for the guests. It’s clear that guests here feel happy and well taken care of, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food offers great value for money. A place I’ll always look forward to coming back to

The food here was amazing and ambiance is very nice to celebrate any occasion! The only reason it is not a 5 star review is that we were offered more bread from our server and we said yes that we would love some more. It never came and we had to ask 3 times and to a few different staff members.

Quite great restaurant. April is very slow season so easy to get seat now. Prix Fixe Course meal was just okay option- 2nd course, Octopus was the best ! Tenderloin steak was little dried, lost most juice and Foie gras was not melting in mouth any more. Service is real high-end ! Moody and luxurious reataurant in Four Season Whistler Hotel.

Delicious food, amazing service. Service is very warm and friendly 😁 Our order was New York Striploin: I got it with the blueberry(?) dry rub and it was excellent. But I wish I ordered the ribeye instead, as the striploin was a little too tough Ribeye: 10/10. My partner ordered this without any dry rub. I would love to know this tastes with their dry rub. We ordered both steaks medium rare. For sides Broccolini: Looks plain, but has excellent flavor Mushrooms: A little too much vinegar used, but pairs nicely with the steak. Also delicious. Generous portions for the sides. I ordered their Cold as Rice cocktail and loved it so much. I couldn't really taste the alcohol, but I suppose that's understandable with sake. Very smooth and slightly sweet. I enjoyed the lychee flavor. Oh almost forgot, the bread and maple butter was good. But the steak was so good that I forgot about the bread. Overall super happy with Sidecut.

Steaks are very well prepared and drinks are on point at Sidecut. The server we had was super friendly and even gave the kids at our table a tour of the kitchen while the parents were figuring out their orders. Love the upscale cozy ambiance. Definitely the steakhouse of choice in Whistler Village.

Absolutely in love with Sidecut - from the incredible staff to the warm, inviting ambiance. After some underwhelming experiences at other highly rated spots, we ended up dining here two nights in a row. The first night, we tried the tasting menu, and it was hands down the best I've ever had (and I’ve experienced over 20+). We loved it so much, we returned the next evening for the normal dinner menu, again with our amazing server, Oscar. He was attentive, thoughtful, and made both nights feel extra special, along with the rest of the team. I’d return in a heartbeat - if only they had a location closer to home in the U.S.! Thank you for making my birthday dinner unforgettable!

Amazing experience at SIDECUT. I booked the dinner about a month ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they exceeded our expectations. It was the highlight of our weekend getaway. The food was amazing - the flavours were unique and bursting, and the meal was plentiful. They even surprised us with an extra dessert. Our server, Teegan, was very attentive and all the staff made us feel special and seen. Would highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a fine dining experience especially to celebrate a special occasion.

I had a delicious meal at The Wildflower for dinner this evening, it all started with exceptional service from Martin, who was present but never overbearing. The food was locally sourced and the flavours balanced and varied. I had the scallops with pork belly and the mushroom risotto, then Martin suggested the Coconut Cheesecake for dessert it was so creamy and decadent. I was dining on my own and the atmosphere in the dining room was pleasant and inviting.

They took such good care of us! Our server was vegan and asked the kitchen to make me a custom breakfast - tofu scramble, mushrooms, avocado, and vegan pastries. My husband loved the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend as part of your Whistler trip!

Visited in June for our Anniversary. Located in the Fairmont in the upper village. Interior has tall ceilings and we started with some non-alcoholic drinks: Seedlip Garden Spritz ($14) was quite refreshing and Seedlip Berry Sour ($14) was very smooth and creamy. Started with the Caesar Salad ($27) - this was just ok. Despite the fillets of sardines, it wasn't very flavourful. The West Coast Chowder ($19), however, is probably the best soup I've ever had. A creamy soup chock full of seafood like tender oysters and succulent fish that melts in your tongue. The Short Rib ($61) was a huge portion of spoon-tender (yeah, you don't even need a fork). I did dind that the large onion ring on top was not needed and kind of distracted from the dish. Wish there was a bit more sauce too. The Fraser Valley Duck Duo ($56) had duck prepared 2 ways... some really thick and meaty duck pieces cooked to medium - these were very nice and could rival a steak. It also came with duck leg confit where the meat just falls off the bone and with crisp skin. I would have ordered if the brussels sprouts in the dish were crispy. Food wise, the chowder was more than enough reason to visit this restaurant. Service was ok but I think I was expecting a bit more based on the locale and the price point of this place.

What an incredible dinner. Amanda was the best server we’ve had in years. She was so attentive and had great recommendations. She was great with the kids and the food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend and ask for Amanda!

Fantastic service and incredibly tasty food. In particular we loved the duck and the tenderloin. We had the $49 fixed menu and for the service, quantity and quality it was an absolute steal.

Most overrated restaurant I've been. The dish description sounds great, but the taste is at most bland. Don't let yourself fooled by the looks. The place is absolutely gorgeous, and every plate has such an appetizing look, but when it come to flavour, I could not find anything interesting in it. It's a shame. I was exited and really looking forward to eating there, but it's disappointing to say the least. The dish in the picture is a $60 beef rib with onion rings and puree. Shoukd b3 amazing, but it really felt like ordering a gourme burger and getting mc Donald's on a plate with ornaments. Can't say anything about other plates, but I wouldn't try anything else.

Had an amazing dinner at Wild Flower. The ribeye was cooked perfectly — super tender and full of flavor. The chicken was just as impressive, with crispy skin and juicy, well-seasoned meat. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in their food. Service was good and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Well I’ve been recommended to try their grilled cheese 🧀 🥪 as the best ever. So we made a trip from Vancouver up to Whistler to give it a go. I must say I have eaten a lot of grilled cheese in my life and this surely was undoubtedly the best grilled cheese ever!!! It’s worth the trip for sure. Would have given 5 stars however service was a little non responsive. But the store manager saved the day, Rebecca jumped in to clean dirty tables and promptly get us a glass of water. She was amazing. Serving staff didn’t seem to enthusiastic 🤷‍♂️

I had the Gone Classic Breakfast. It was a good portion for a reasonable price, but nothing extraordinary about it. A bit hard to find; would have been nice to add an arrow to the sign board outside. Probably also because of that, it was a bit quieter than the other coffee shops facing the Village Stroll.

One of the cheaper breakfast place to eat. Their breakfast menu is overall okay. I would pass on their coffee. Really convenient place to eat next to hotel and next to lift. They offer vegan menu which is a great plus for vegans. If you need a quick grab of breakfast then I recommend this place.

Had their Spicy Sausage Vegetable soup and Veggie Lasagna. All tasted great, like comfort home food. Counter girl looked like she doesn't want to work there, in other words friendly scale of like 0.

one of the more affordable places in the village. good menu variety and amount of seating inside and outside. the classic breakfast was a big portion but rather greasy. note: the sausage is spicy - but this was not clearly stated, so a headsup if you can’t eat spice! muffins are dry though; wouldnt recommend.

Quickly served and food was good. Self serve water and there’s two parts to t sitting area. That’s my only reason for giving 4/5 stars. Felt like we were a bit secluded where we were sitting and our waiter took a bit of time to find us once the food was ready. Once I got my meal, I had no complaints. The soups and grilled cheese was good and partner enjoyed their sandwich also. Recommend!

Great food and drink! Had mini classic and London Fog. Tip: Order ahead for dine in or takeout! Saves so much time. We called to make our order, and they asked when we would get here so they could have the food fresh when we arrived. They made the drinks right when we got there. Extremely friendly service. :) I'd definitely come here again. Clean place, they checked for proof of vaccination and tables are spaced to reduce risk.

A Favourite Place in Whistler for coffee and breakfast ..... lunch too. Mostly locals, great staff and good food. Not a tourist spot like Whistler Village ..... morning sunshine on the patio outside. No mountain views, but free parking. I've been coming here for years for breaky and coffee and I'll Be Back 😎 ..... AGAIN

I was staying in the area and came across this cafe since it was within walking distance. The Google review of 4.7 was quite high for this place and all the staff seem to be overwhelmed due to lunch service but it wasn’t really busy inside. Services was very poor and food was only ok.

Great place to grab a breakfast - wife had the breakie bowl and I had the breakfast burrito. Very flavorful with both meals. Great bread (multigrain). You order at the counter and they deliver the food to you. Great business model where they don't need to have a wait staff position to run around and take orders. Excellent drink prices. Ceasars were excellent. Great selection of local beers on tap and in cans.

If you are going to be in Whistler or just driving through, I highly recommend stopping at the Alpine Cafe for a bite and an East Van Honey Brown! Great food and one amazing beer with a selection of others!

A cute,cozy cafe with lots of indoor and outdoor seating space, perfect for spring and summer leisure eating. It was on my way while walking on the valley trail and I loved it. I got the Mexican wave sandwich with a drip coffee. They have breakfast , lunch/dinner menus and weekday specials. Their service was good,will visit again.

Food fantastic. Girl at counter ignoring us to chat with a friend. Not impressed with that. Service from kitchen seemed slow for so few patrons BUT the food was delicious. Seating is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Food was just okay, BUT it was also cheap. Most entrees on the menu were around $12. Booze was not terribly expensive either. I had a couple 3oz long islands air around $12 each, so not bad. Music was a bit loud for my taste but not horrible. All in all a positive experience.

A really lively and popular place. We did have to queue for a table, but it was extremely busy. We were seated in the outside area, which was lovely and you could see the views around you. The menu was good and had a great selection of food and drinks, plus cocktails. The waiter was very friendly, polite and helpful with suggestions of dishes. I decided to have a Poke Bowl with Tuna, as I had never heard of one before. The drinks were served and eventually the food. There was a wait, but it was very busy and they kept us updated. The food was very well presented and tasted delicious. There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant, with a lot of happy banter between the staff and customers. It was a great choice for somewhere to eat. We really had a lovely meal. I would love to return, maybe if I am lucky enough to return to Canada.

We loved the place so much that we ate there twice in one day: for lunch and dinner. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and the service was great. At night, they had a very cool DJ playing good beats.

My wife and I were looking for some late-night food, and this was pretty much the only place in Whistler Village open until around 2 a.m. Normally, pubs or bars aren’t our first choice for dining in, and it was a bit loud inside (as expected for a pub). We decided to order some burgers and poutine to go — and wow, we were impressed. Back at the hotel, every bite was excellent. Juicy, flavorful burgers and perfectly done poutine. Didn’t expect much that late at night, but this place really delivered. Highly recommend for solid food after hours!

We love this gem, we go here EVERYTIME we’re in whistler…. We had the pleasure this week and had a blast as always… the food was delicious! And the service at the bar is always top! The guys are ON IT! we had Fabes and Corrin they were awesome. We had another guy be he wasn’t friendly so I’ll leave his name out of it…. The food was absolutely to die for and def. Healer than anywhere in whistler - even cheaper than MacDonald’s 🤮 I had the Cajun chicken sandwich with mayo and my husband had the poke bowl and we both absolutely loved it, then a Cpl days later had the fried pickles and they were so nice not greasy and so crispy… and not a sodium over dose now lots are… The atmosphere is so kewl, u meet people from around the world including the staff!!! We def will be back! See ya soon!

I loved the great vibe and vintage decoration. The staff was kind and professional, making us feel really welcome. The burger was delicious, and the spicy chicken sandwich was packed with flavor. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Second time here but during lunchtime on Canada Day! I didn’t even expect to be seated but the wait was only 10 minutes. Waitresses are fun & nice but don’t really speak English. Translation for Beer is Bi-yah. We did get her to say beeRrr so I hope it helps other patrons. Food is really good and all the menu prices are reasonable. See you next time!

Our first stop during our road trip to Whistler was to grab some eats at La Brasserie in the village. This is a busy spot with a large patio area that's perfect for people watching. Ordered the Mussels and Baguette ($24.5) - these were small mussels but there was a plentiful number of tender mussels. Loved the shallots and white wine cream sauce. The classic French Onion Soup ($15) had plenty of sweet onions in the broth.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with breakfast at La Brasserie, and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place for such a special occasion. We ordered the Veggie Bowl and the ‘Veg’sual’, and both dishes were outstanding. The ingredients were fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The potatoes, portobello mushrooms, and avocado stood out, and everything came together perfectly. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and professional. It made us feel truly cared for and added so much to the experience. La Brasserie delivered not just a meal, but a memorable start to our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and great service in Vancouver.

For all you dog owners, la brasserie is absolutely very dog friendly. In fact, all of Whistler is very dog friendly. I was very happy with how the servers were with our furry friend. 5/5 for being dog friendly. Service is very laid back as suspected from a casual pub. But not rude. Just make sure you ask for everything that you need from the start. The ceaser drink here is delicious and my girlfriend loved it. The salad with the add chicken was good. My schnitzel was delicious too. I would definitely recommend this dish. If you’re eating as a couple, I do recommend these 2 dishes to share. If you’re looking for a memorable dinning experience, this isn't the place. It's a standard pub. But I love how dog friendly it is. I will come back to try their brunch menu soon!

Came here for brunch and was surprised there was no wait. The kitchen was quick and the food was equally as good on a hot summer day. Our server Eleanor was amazing and made sure we had a good time. I recommend you come by and have a bite and drink if you're in the village.

Only came here for a happy hour spritz. The spritz are $12+ each and I feel had more soda water than Aperol. Service was friendly, but were a bit understaffed as it took a while for someone to take our order. It wasn’t busy either, but there was only one person working the tables in our area.

Fun and cute vibes sitting by the street where everyone walks around and enjoys the village! The waitress was able to modify the meals accordingly and the food was filling, delicious, and the quantity was great.

One of The Busiest breakfast place in Whistler. It’s wonderful to watch skiers walk across the street preparing to climb the Gandola as the breakfast is served on the table. Was a different experience and I personally loved this place.

My husband and l went to Whistler for our anniversary and popped into this coffee shop for a snack. We both had a cinnamon bun. Soooooo good. If it would have been lunch time we would have definitely had one of the sandwiches because they looked so good. It also had inside and outside seating.

Tight little place with patio dining as well. Breakfast burrito was good. Espresso was good. Chicken burrito not as good as the other. The cinnamon roll was fine but I have had a lot better. Some of the cookies looked super good, didn't buy one unfortunately

Nice spot open earlier than others. Sat outside enjoying the view and village life. Good Americano and Cappuccino. Breakfast was good but wish I went for the wrap instead of sandwich (wrap looks more substantial). Got some goodies for the hike (had to try the giant cookie at breakfast).

Good latte. A lot of variety of breakfast sandwiches on English muffins, sandwiches on sourdough, and wraps. Cinnamon buns, croissants, smoothies. Vegetarian options. A show stopper is the huge cookie for $4.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience with this place. I was in the village for a short trip, just a couple of days, and stumbled upon this coffee shop by chance. I wasn’t expecting anything special—just needed a caffeine fix. But after trying their cappuccino, a sandwich, and one of their pastries, I knew I had found something special. It was so good that I came back again the next day, and honestly, if I had stayed longer, I would’ve made it part of my daily routine. 10/10—I’d definitely get caffeinated here again without a second thought!

Nice cafe right next to the bus loop. Fresh huge cookies seem to be their specialty, I saw the raspberry and chocolate chip oatmeal cookie when I went. Got a latte and it was decent, not bad but maybe I wanted more from a coffee house. We had a muffin and although it was a nice flavor, it wasn't very fresh. They did have a lot of rush for a small space (since it's winter and maybe attract a lot of crowd that gets off the bus and wants something hot to drink) so that might have something to do with our experience. Didn't get to try the cookies but will definitely get one next time when they are freshly made and update the review.

Interesting spot for where you can get some shots in your coffee, if that’s your thang. It was a bit too early for us, so we just had smoothies and their cookie. The smoothies sounded healthy on paper, and turned out great as they didn’t taste healthy, which was perfect. Additionally, they must have been healthy, as it sent our entire team to the restroom afterwards. FIBER for the win! The vegan cookie was pretty yummy too.

Ok. I’ve had just about every iced Mocha in Whistler. It’s not even close. Lift is the best. Great team. Super friendly. Great location. Officially my favorite coffee spot in Whistler. And the cookies are amazing. Way better than the “Vail” cookies around the mountain.

One of the best places to grab breakfast in Whistler. The beef breakfast bun was great despite the price and I the chocolate chip cookie was also good. Be prepared to wait in line as it does get busy during the mornings.

Loved the dog-friendly patio. We visited twice , for lunch and a breakfast sandwich. Iced coffee is mellow. Definitely get the turkey sandwich, the fried chicken sandwich is the breaded shake n bake fillet style chicken. Sausage breakfast sandwich was also very good.

Love the crossiants here. We had ham cheese crossiant and plain crossiants here. We had the O Canada waffle too, but it became “soft” after a while. The coffee was all good too. Love the mocha peppermint which is pretty unique and the flat white. Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast and recommend this cafe! 😋

There was only really one choice on the menu for Canada Day breakfast - the O'Canada waffle, piled high with bacon, slathered in maple syrup, and accompanied by a mug of fresh, steaming hot coffee. It was definitely a busy morning, but the staff managed to stay on top of the steady stream of customers, and the food arrived hot and quickly. All in all, it was a very enjoyable way to start the day.

Perfect place for early birds. I had a spinach feta bakery and an Americano. Both were really good. My dog and I were able to sit outside. It was overall a good morning for us. Thank you 👍🏻

The crepes were amazing, fresh, hot and yummy. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant is a bit odd but we went for the food. As you can see the crepes look great. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back.

Went here for snack and opted for Prosciutto Crepe, large Chai Latte and cinnamon bun approx $30. It’s soft crepe. Mozarella is a lot for me, quite generous for cheese. Maybe it’s me since I don’t want too much cheese. Can maybe ask for lesser cheese on it. Chai Latte is alright, but I wish it’s served in a ceramic cup and not plastic. Cinnamon bun is good, not too sweet. Crispy on the outside. Server is friendly.

Crepe was excellent. Definitely a vibe. Coffee was not bad. Overall, happy choice for an early breakfast. And price felt fair for the area. I would recommend.

This place has a peak-hour problem, as they are not equipped to handle weekend surges in orders. We waited 30 minutes for a crepe and were not told to expect such a delay. By the time we got our food, staff were finally telling customers to expect 30 to 35 minute delays. Makes you feel sorry for the staff, who are trying to crank out volume of food their tiny kitchen isn’t able to produce.

A cute and cozy little café that offers great alternatives to the usual breakfast options in Whistler village. Good selection of different vegetarian and vegan dishes. We had overnight oats and a sunshine wrap for breakfast, as well as a smoothie and a cappuccino - everything was freshly prepared and tasted good! The prices aren't exactly cheap, but the quality is good. A culinary enrichment in Whistler village!

Tried the pesto mushroom sandwich at Naked Sprout in Whistler and it was amazing! Super flavorful, fresh ingredients, and perfectly toasted. Great vibes, friendly staff, and awesome plant-based options. Highly recommend!

We really liked the soup that we ordered - it was red curry soup. It is definitely overpriced, I paid $20 for 2 soups but don’t be surprised because this is what you usually will expect to pay in Whistler. The server at the front was very unfriendly, she was unwelcoming and gave mean attitude when I didn’t tip her when I was ordering my food. I don’t understand why places expect you to tip before you eat and experience the food. When I asked her what the soup was made of , she said she didn’t know and gave me more attitude when I asked her to find out since I am allergic to certain ingredients. Overall, I really enjoyed my lunch but the service was horrible.

We went to Whistler for a day and we are so glad that we found this little cafe. We love plant based food. It's been one of the best decisions that we have made for our health and so when we travel somewhere we are just hoping that we find places like Naked Sprout Cafe. We had the Dynamite Wrap. One of the best we have had....super fibre and super healthy.

Naked sprout was my “go to” lunch place when I was in Whistler. After I went for a big mountain bike ride, I’d come here and have the dynamite wrap and the chocolate lover smoothie for lunch. Sometimes I’d get a granola ball for a snack. The food was always tasty, healthy and quick . I’m not a vegetarian but the food was awesome and totally satisfying and I loved it!

Cozy, cute cafe with lots of healthy options! We stayed in Whistler for two days and had breakfast here both days. We had grilled sandwiches, smoothies, pesto mushroom toast. They all tasted great!

Amazing coffee made by awesome staff who take pride in their work. We love going here with our two kiddos (they love the hot chocolate and the foam 'picture' that is created for them)- such good coffee and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Cool coffee shop with great open space & cozy patio at the back. I love shop's motto thats written on the wall, and it's a lovely place to dine-in, especially when the place is not so busy. They also have a wide variety of coffee & tea options, both hot & cold. I ordered a blueberry scone, espresso milkshake & soy latte, and they were all alright, nothing amazing. I felt like it was a bit pricey for my taste, but I would come here to try other options, because I love the atmosphere here so much! Strongly recommend this place for the vibe & friendly staff!

Coffee shop in a modern mountain lifestyle retail store. Excellent cold brew—hard to find in Whistler because of the Aussie flat white lobby. While you’re waiting for your coffee, you can explore the two floors of hip camp wear and travel coffee table books. We sat out in the patio soaking up early morning vibes listening to the sound of a small water feature.

Love the atmosphere here. I feel so at home! Probably biased because I love camping and the outdoors. The coffee is great and the sitting area outside is peaceful. Not many places to sit however. Nice little retail store as well that sells outdoorsey clothing and house decor.

This place is like having a coffee shop inside MEC or REI.

We stopped in for coffee to go. Love the concept and goods that they offer. Wish we could have stayed to have our coffee in this fun atmosphere. Upstairs they have women's clothes and a design center.

Fantastic coffee, cozy atmosphere and good pastries too. I had their dark choco cookie and a waffla + a Mocha. All were delicious. It’s a coffee bar withing a store, they have a few seats indoors and some outide.

Be sure to stop in Ecologist for the best coffee in Whistler! While there check out there sustainable clothing line including the Merino wool toques and socks. Always a warm welcome from the manager Jess! She provides great customer service and product knowledge. The Baristas-Ashley, Dakota and Emma follow Jess’s great lead and always welcome me by name and know my drink!

stunning coffee place! kinda cute that this cafe is inside of a clothing shop. we had different coffees and can say that vanilla latte and iced latte are very tasty. vanilla latte is not as sugary as you might be used to drink at starbucks. we liked that a lot! defiantly one of the best cafes in whistler.

First off they have great service and the woman working the counter today was very friendly. We came for the House Coffee and it didn’t disappoint. This brew was rich and smooth with a warm after taste. This is officially on my Favourites list

Small coffee shop inside a clothing store. You can tell they know about coffee and they have good quality ingredients but this time the coffee (milk) was steamed for way too long and burned my tongue. The waffle with Nutella was nothing special so I wouldn’t recommend it.

Easily the best coffee in Whistler - you’ve gotta try it! We also had some of their waffles with different toppings (dulce de leche, nutella, and compote). They were all very good!

Ladies night out for a lovely dinner and drinks. Reservation is highly recommended! Clam chowder was delish and the Cobb salad was yummy. It was just a little noisy because of a full restaurant. Service could be better but it was a busy evening. One of our friends waited for her salad while all of us already got our dishes. Other than that, it was a wonderful evening.

Glad they are open till 11:00 pm (happy hour after 10) as we were back from our excursion late. Small but great happy hour deals! All the foods were very good as usual. Only issue was our steak being well done despite of asking for rare.

Overall, it was a good experience. We visited for lunch and found the location convenient, with parking lots nearby. The wait time was only about 10 minutes. Our server was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. While there wasn’t a physical kids’ menu, they offered several child-friendly options such as chicken tenders, pasta, or a kids’ burger.

A 10/10 experience. We were seated almost instantly, since it wasn’t busy. Our server was extremely nice, and willing to answer all kinds of questions on the food. First came the clam chowder, and it was very delicious. Nice and thick. My dish, the kung pao chicken was extremely good. You get to choose an amount of peppers to put in as a spice level, and the noodles and chicken paired nicely with the assortment of veggies. The fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken—and they offer a version with Cajun chicken—and it was heavy, and the cheese was nice and thick. The crab cake was small and light, I enjoyed it. And the Santa Fe salad was an enjoyable blend of beans, veggies, chicken, and some sauce. Maybe ranch or Cesar? Anyways very tasty, especially when eating all the elements together. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend.

Had such an amazing time at Earls thanks to Will! He was super friendly, hilarious, and on top of everything. His energy made the whole night better. He gave great recs, kept our drinks full, and made sure we were totally taken care of. Seriously, every restaurant needs a Will!

Went to 3 places looking for a late night weekday dinner, only to get turned down from every place due to kitchens being closed. Luckily, we stumbled upon Earls and our amazing server Katie! Had the best dinner of our vacation for a very good price. The prices were nice but being on vacation we didn’t care too much about that. What made the experience 10/10 was our amazing server Katie. She accommodated to all our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Earls would probably be great without our amazing server Katie, but I don’t know if we’ll get service like that ever again. Cheers! Thank you Katie!

This was our last night in Canada after 2 months travelling and we couldn’t have had a better night than here at Earls Kitchen and Bar. Loved that almond florentine with our dessert! Thank you for such a great night. Sean and Lucy were wonderful in serving us.

Overall great experience here. Menu is mostly made up of comfort food, so it's easy for anyone to find something to enjoy. My friend and I ordered ricotta, margherita pizza, caramba burger, and mac and cheese. All dishes were delicious. Staff were friendly, and service was great. The food is a bit on the pricier side, but that's kind of expected in Whistler.

My first time in Whistler and it happened to be when restaurants are having their 3-4 course deals. My friend and I decided to check out Caramba for their 3-course for $30 deal. For my 3-course I got the Baby Gem Green Goddess salad - it was very fresh and the flavors were great. For my main I got the Tagliatelle Pesto, which was also very flavorful and didn't feel too heavy. It was a decent portion and as a petite person, I ate about half of it. I got their Triple Cooked Chips as a side. They were a bit on the saltier side but still enjoyed them. My friend got the Calamari a la Plancha and that was delicious. We originally thought it was supposed to come out fried and it wasn't but it was one of our favorites! The 3-course for $30 is definitely worth it! Our waitress was great - I always appreciate when we can have casual conversations with a server beyond just ordering food to add to the experience. One other thing I wanted to add to recognize the restaurant is that I had left my purse at the restaurant that night (it had my passport to travel back to the US!) and didn't realize it until the restaurant was already closed. I was freaking out because the restaurant wasn't supposed to open until 5 pm and the following day I was going to check out of our hotel to head back to Vancouver. I ended up leaving the restaurant a voicemail, messaged them on Instagram, and emailed them because my purse had my passport! Thankfully, someone responded to me on Instagram even though it was already around midnight to pass along the message to the staff. The next morning, my friend and I walked by the restaurant and saw some a few people prepping for the day so they graciously opened the door for us and I got my purse back! I really appreciated the communication I received on Instagram and the staff's willingness to open the door for me to get my purse back. Kudos and many thanks to the team for putting my purse aside. That sigh of relief when they handed it to me was a HUGE weight lifted! THANK YOU!

It’s upbeat. Crowded. And right in the heart of Whistler Village. Its menu offerings were amongst the lowest priced in the glut and scramble of pre-season, Prix Fixe menu offerings. We came for their renowned burger…but we didn’t see any misses as the plates passed by us. Most exceptional, its staff: second-to-none! Look for Nicky…she’ll treat you right.

I got the burger, and it didn't have any specific taste! The lamb pizza was also the same. Beer range was limited with only one hazy IPA. Note that they add 1.5% on all bills for the health benefits of their staff! Not sure why customers should pay that extra 1.5% when food is already expensive ($30 for a simple burger) and minimum 18% gratuity when you get the machine to pay.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cambra! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hostess, host, and our server Daks were all incredibly friendly and accommodating — especially since we had our dog with us. The food was fantastic — we enjoyed the $30 three-course meal, which was an amazing deal considering the quality and variety. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. It meant a lot to us that the staff made everything so easy for us, finding the perfect spot on the patio, especially since we were celebrating a birthday. Thank you, we’ll definitely be coming back. :)

Wonderful experience with friends! Great cocktails (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and excellent food. My husband had the Burger that was voted best in Whistler and it didn’t disappoint. Our server, Lara was very warm and attentive. She made our experience even greater. Thanks Lara!

Extremely Disappointed – Don’t Trust the Reviews! I’ve been to Splitz Grill twice before and had a decent experience, but something has seriously gone downhill. Yesterday, I took my family there expecting Whistler’s “best burger,” and we ended up having one of the worst food experiences we’ve had in Canada. We ordered three sandwiches—we couldn’t even finish half. The bread was stale, the yam and french fries looked and tasted old. I asked them to replace the fries, and the second batch was just as bad. There’s no refund option, and the quality is far below even fast-food franchises. We walked all the way from the village based on the review scores, but I can confidently say: Don’t believe the hype. This was a complete waste of money. My wife felt sick afterward—honestly, I don’t even think the meat was fresh. This place barely deserves 2 stars, and that’s just for the outdoor seating. Save your time, money, and health—skip Splitz Grill.

We stayed over the weekend in Whistler for a race and our hotel was right beside Splitz! Which is also a few meters from the Olympic rings - awesome location. The food was pretty good, we got burgers for the whole family which were spot on. Service was good enough, or perhaps professional. Price: expensive but I guess this “Whistler price” - 2 adult + 1 kids burger + 2x beer + tips = ~$110

Spritz Burger is often touted as the best burger joint in Whistler, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Spritz Royale (topped with bacon and hash brown) along with regular fries and a plate of hot chicken wings. The positives: - Pricing is fair, especially during *happy hour*, when the wings were $7 off. - The burger came as an option on a brioche bun, which initially looked great, and the sauce/flavour setup was definitely tasty and satisfying. - Overall, good value for the money. The drawbacks: - The brioche bun didn’t hold up structurally—it completely disintegrated halfway through eating, which made things messy fast. - The burger patty’s texture was a bit *mushy*, which raised some concerns and took away from the experience. Hoping it’s just a one-off kitchen miss, but it’s worth noting. Final thoughts: Spritz Burger delivers on flavour and value, especially if you catch happy hour, but the execution—particularly the bun integrity and meat texture—left something to be desired. With small improvements, it truly could live up to its reputation as one of Whistler’s best burgers. Ambience was satisfactory offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was self-serve type that expects 18% + tips. The cashier was friendly.

Their happy hour offers “mini Splitz burgers” and wings, perfect for sampling or sharing. The vibe is laid-back, with plenty of generous indoor seating plus a patio to soak up the mountain air. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience feel casual and fun. In terms of taste, Splitz ranks up there with the beloved Burger Crush—though I’ll admit the patty was a bit mushy and the buns struggled a bit holding all that deliciousness together. But hey, no burger is perfect, and I’ll definitely be back for more. If you’re in Whistler and craving a burger that’s a little different and packed with flavor, Splitz is worth the visit—and maybe an extra napkin or two.

One of our favourite places in Whistler to grab lunch. We always order their Bison Burger and it’s always so delicious. If you are lucky, make sure to grab a table on their patio - it’s a very nice sitting area. It is pricey though, we paid $30 for one burger with fries and coke but it’s standard for Whistler. Customer service was excellent and we are looking forward to coming back! 🍔

The best burger I’ve had! A must visit after a long hike or a beach day. The staff are all very friendly and the interior is clean. There is plenty of seating inside and out. There are many options even if you’re vegetarian! We got the cheese burger with cheddar cheese. The ingredients taste fresh and I would definitely go back.

Made a trip to this cafe on the last day of my trip to Whistler. Nested in the Nita Logde by the lake, the vibe of this cafe was serene. Their choco chip cookie was the largest cookie I have ever had in my life and it paired deliciously with the strong flavor of the latte.

Really cute atmosphere with lots of attention to detail in the decor. Otherwise, I found this coffee shop to be sort of expensive and only offered reheated meals. The almond croissant was 2/5 (overly sweet, dry and over baked); the cheese scone was decent and I guess an okay price at 3$? (I'm not entirely sure what the value of a scone is, if it's just flour, water and cheese). The staff is friendly, but a bit slow, and they seem to turn up their nose at you when they notice you didn't tip (I don't tip for takeout generally). If you are staying at Nita Lake lodge, I'd recommend taking the shuttle to Whistler village and getting breakfast in town. There is a much nicer almond croissant at "%arabica"!

Amazing staff! Love the coffee. The nita muffin has unfortunately gone down hill though. It used to have a generous amount of scrambled eggs and nice quality bacon and cheese. I was claiming best breaky sandwich in Whistler! Now it tastes very processed and below average. It went from a 10 to a 3. Still will come back for the coffee and the wonderful staff! Really just hoping that this review helps them want to make the muffin good again!.

I’m here to call out the people who post 4 and less star reviews about this place with comments like “I wish it stayed open later” and rude things about the decorations. Removing a star from your review because you don’t like one of their paintings is cruel. Email them privately and recommend they make some changes. And for what it’s worth, I’m a total stranger. This place is perfect. The staff is so friendly. The food is delicious and affordable. And finally, they operate a lever espresso machine. For those who don’t know, this is a serious devotion to the coffee craft. When you order from here, take a moment to look at the machine and the process involved. It’s art! Good coffee but no good breakfast options, mainly just pasties and cookies. Their breakfast wraps are just okay - do not recommend. They also get very busy and rush through your order and end up making mistakes. We asked for cappuccino single shot and the girl at the till ended up charging us extra money for an extra shot! The service is not the best either, for such a wonderful location, I'd expect better food and service.

Overall I was a big fan - things often sell out a bit early so I recommend getting there earlier. Pretty latte art, some tasty smoothies, really tasty pastries, and the coffee was pretty good as well. One of the best chocolate croissants I've had! More third wave/specialty coffee vibe (think blue bottle etc.) than second wave (like Starbucks) or first wave (diner). That's right up my alley, so it was pretty pleasant for me. Good stuff!

It’s been a few years since I visited Fix Cafe, I remember being very impressed with breakfast sandwich. I considered it the “best ever”. I visited Fix today and sadly things have changed. The once glorious breakfast sandwich with scrambles has been replaced with soggy nuked bun, pre-fab yellow hockey puck, smeared with a cold other goo. Real processed cheese I presume. Very disappointed! ☹️

A very good place for breakfast away from the huge crowds. This restaurant is a local favourite and is located in Function Junction. Simple low key service - order at a front counter, grab your own coffee, get a table, and food arrives a few minutes later. OK portions. Typical breakfast options. I got the classic breakfast with sausage (little disappointed that they served farmer sausage and not breakfast sausage today).

A good friend mentioned, as first-time visitor to the Whistler area, to stop by here for breakfast. 5 stars for the coffee. 2 stars for the food, which arrived cold to the table. And 1 star for the staff which exuded contempt, and a blatant “I could care less if you’re here, and even less if you’re happy with your dining experience”. Just pass on this one. There’s lots of places in the area happy to serve you with a smile.

Lovely Cafe with delicious food and friendly service. I would eat here everyday if I could, but I can’t and trust me it’s been on my mind since leaving Whistler! Best blueberry muffins I’ve ever had in my life, and the classic breakfast is absolute perfection!!!

We were in Whistler for our son’s hockey tournament and found this place through a search for a good breakfast place and we weren’t disappointed. Super friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and a cool diner format. We ended up coming back a couple days later for their BBQ menu and it was awesome. It’s also at the south end of town away from the insanity of the village, which was nice. Tough to find places like this these days. Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Whistler.

Great little escape from the Whistler crowds! This cozy café has a lovely dog-friendly patio with water bowls and even treats for the pups—such a nice touch. Parking is easy at the back, and the staff were super friendly. Perfect spot to grab a bite and relax before heading into the busy village. Quiet, welcoming, and very dog-friendly. Good... but not worth the price. We got two moderately sized stir fries (mindful of not overloading) but it still came out to $90 including tip. It felt like a light meal; we didn't leave feeling full. The guys flipping the food though are pretty cool, nice job! Unfortunately also gave me forks originally and I had to ask for chopsticks. Also there was apparently free rice but we weren't informed. My wife also wants to add that they recommend too much sauce ("one scoop for a half bowl ended up too sweet with the Sea-to-Sky sauce"). I was fine with the sauce myself, but my wife is usually right so I'm including this in the review. Not bad though! Just expensive given the portions.

Mongolie Grill was recommended to us by a waitress in Victoria (kudos to her) This wasn’t just a great feed but also a great experience! The concept is great - you come up with your own meal from a vast range of fresh ingredients, spices and sauces. Weighed to determine price (interesting concept) and cooked in front of your very eyes. The chefs are engaging and cook your meal to perfection. The experience is efficient - no bookings but you don’t wait long. $90 + tip for meal, rice and drinks for two people. For a different culinary experience - highly recommend.

Fresh, flavorful, and fun! The ingredients were top quality and very fresh, with plenty of variety from chicken and beef to fish and pork plus a great range of tasty sauces to match your grill. It’s a unique dining experience where you can mix and match to your liking. The only downside is the price; our two meals weighed just over a kilo and came to nearly $90. Not exactly budget friendly, but still worth visiting at least once for the experience.

Seriously loved my visit to Mongolie Grill in Whistler today! The food was super fresh and tasty, like, surprisingly good. Everyone working there was really nice, and our waitress was so awesome! We didnt get her name but she has horses. Oh, and they had a 50% off deal today, which was an awesome bonus! 5+ stars!!

It was such a wonderful experience to be able to create your own noodle bowl and watch it being cooked right in front of you. The food is fresh, and there’s a great variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. It’s really a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.

We had the set dinner for $35 and it was pretty good value. Although there were only one other table all night while we were there, it took the chef half an hour to make the main Course. The salad was not bad but was mixed with some wilted green with the romaine lettuce, and the onion soup was cold and very salty and has to be sent back to the kitchen to remake. The beef sirloin was not bad , although a little bit tough. But the chicken with mushroom and noodle was really good. We don't want to wait, so we asked the dessert to go before we finished our main course. The service was good though.

To be very honest I was not expecting to have such delicious meals in Whistler. I’m a picky eater and this place absolutely amazed me. I loved everything that I ate and I had to go back twice to eat more things. The only downside is that they are understaffed so it took a long time to be served even when the place was not busy. I got the ramen with salmon and it was absolutely perfect and the next day I got ribs with fries which was also amazing.

After trekking in from the village in the rain, we finally arrived at Milestones. Although it was quite busy and we had to wait a bit, host Jennifer immediately explained that a rush of customers was causing a slight delay. When I mentioned that we had been walking for a long time and hadn’t been able to get into any restaurant, she went above and beyond to seat us as quickly as possible—even providing a high chair before I had to ask. Thanks to her thoughtful service, we settled in and enjoyed a great lunch. Our server, Lily, was equally impressive—both welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend Milestones not only for its outstanding service but also for its reasonable prices compared to other restaurants. It’s a perfect spot to visit. The kids’ menu is very affordable and generous in portion size; my son loved the creamy pasta so much that he finished it all by himself! I also enjoyed a delicious chicken waffle during a weekend brunch before 2pm. Overall, it was a delightful experience filled with comforting food and excellent service.

Dinner for 4 diners was "good". The Baja fish tacos were tasty and plentiful , I only wished the fish was not fried and battered like a fish stick. The mushroom soup was very salty and devoid of a fresh mushroom flavour. Sweet potato chips were cooked well and quite flavourful. Side salads were quite tasty and satisfying. Service was efficient and friendly. This is not a five star restaurant and this should not be a surprise to anyone. The menu was not very comprehensive and mainly had pub type foods.

Really nice service. The food was impressive and although we just stuck to Salad and Soup, the Chef re-created this excellent Mushroom soup, I could taste the freshness of every ingredient in this delicious recipe! We had California salad with goat's cheese, roasted pecans, honey drizzled with fresh greens. A single glass of BC wine was sufficient. My beer was Belgian Moon. Fresh summer evening ✨️

Service was excellent. We got a wonderful table by the window and fireplace. Lovely ambiance. Unfortunately the chairs was soft and we just sunk right into them. For a shorter person I sunk almost to my chin. My meal was good but my husband's steak was overdone and burnt and his root vegetable fries were soggy. We were compted our meal but it would have been good to have a tasty dinner.

I don’t want to be rude, but the quantity they’re offering for the price they’re charging is too low. For example, I paid $22 for each baby pot dish, and it wasn’t even filled properly. Three of us ended up with empty dishes. Overall, the quality of the food was great, and the taste and service were also good.

Large portions and tasty treat for sure. The restaurant is located on the second floor at this address, somewhat right above Domino's.

We had a wonderful meal here! Ordered the briyani, naan, peshwari naan, and chicken tikka – everything was delicious and the portions were generous (we even had leftovers to take home). The service was excellent; staff checked in on us throughout and made sure we were well taken care of. A great spot for tasty Indian food and a satisfying dining experience.

I recently made the mistake of placing a phone order for pick-up at Tandoor Grill India Cuisine, and I cannot even begin to explain how horrendous the entire experience was. From the very start, it was a disaster, and I’m honestly still in disbelief at how bad it was. The food? Absolutely appalling. It was beyond bland—tasteless, poorly prepared, and had zero resemblance to real Indian cuisine. I could have had better food from a frozen meal at the grocery store. To top it off, they had the audacity to charge premium prices for this garbage. It’s outrageous that they think people will pay for this kind of trash. The service? Equally infuriating. I called ahead, confirmed my order, and was told it would be ready at a certain time. When I got there to see completely messed up my order. Half the items were missing. And don’t even get me started on the staff—they acted like they couldn’t care less. And the prices? A total rip-off. I honestly feel like I got scammed paying so much for food that was downright awful. If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. Avoid this place at all costs. It's clear they have no respect for their customers or the food they serve.

Second, the happy hour discount was not applied on the bill—twice—and we had to notice it ourselves and ask for corrections both times. That really took away from the enjoyment of the visit. ‏All in all, the view was lovely, but the food and service didn’t live up to the location. I wouldn’t choose it again.

Really lovely little bistro with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The outdoor patio seating was perfect to enjoy the summer weather. The menu consists of your typical American or coastal cuisine - burgers, fries, tacos, tuna tataki. I ordered a Greeks salad with grilled shrimp on top. My dad ordered the burger. Both were pretty good, nothing amazing. Burger slightly overcooked and one of my shrimps was slightly undercooked. Otherwise, it was perfect for a light lunch and to enjoy the scenery. And the service was great!

We came here for the lake view and all the food was delicious!The staff is very friendly, you get a beautiful view of green lake if you sit outside and the options on the menu are great! it is a very nice place to dine with friends or family, I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, but the standout was undoubtedly the tiramisu — it was pure magic. Light, luscious, and perfectly balanced, it’s the kind of dessert you find yourself dreaming about later. A special shoutout to Chef Philip, whose culinary expertise truly shone through. Every bite reflected care, creativity, and skill — an absolutely fabulous job from start to finish. Also the view from the heated patio makes for an amazing photo op! Table 19 isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this spot is well worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back.

Came here last night sort of expecting a different experience. Atmosphere was beautiful and this place has a great view. Service was good and our waitress was consistent and friendly. Menu is basically all fried food, so if you're looking for something that's a little less "heavy" I probably wouldn't dine here. As a side note — the food was a huge disappointment given how many people raved about how great this place was. My steak came out with great presentation but unfortunately cold and unflavored, my dad ordered the pork schnitzel which came out with barely any meat and mostly just bread. The crème brûlée was very bland and the lemon pie was equivalent to something you'd get at a coffee shop as a pastry option. Overall wasn't exactly worth the hype but a decent experience. We were expecting a little bit of a more "Wow" factor with the food given so many people told us to come here for dinner. Most likely wouldn't dine here again.

Whilst in Whistler I stopped for dinner at Table Nineteen, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the menu was well thought out, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. My husband and I shared a range of dishes, starting off with the Nachos. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a huge bowl! It was packed with fillings and cheese - which made them very addictive, we just couldn’t leave them alone! We then shared a ‘Mother Earth’ salad bowl alongside a Pizza. The salad was so flavoursome, and again was packed with ingredients that made it exciting to eat. The Pizza was great too, but we could only manage half of it due to finishing off all those Nachos! The service was great, and Veronika looked after us so well. The restaurant has a gorgeous patio that looks out over Green Lake, and although it was raining whilst we were there, I imagine it’s incredible in the summer. It’s just a 5-min drive from the main Whistler Village area, and there is plenty of parking. If you’re in Whistler, you must stop by and check it out

Stopped for lunch of soup and salad. I’ve come to Whistler for decades, but never tried Ingrid’s until now. The staff were super friendly. Service was quick. Fun to pick up my lunch through the serving window. My butternut squash soup was on the watery side—I prefer creamier. The sauce on my Ruben seemed a little bitter, but then that may just be personal taste. I will be back to try more of Ingrid’s menu. Due to COVID, sitting is outside only plus take away.

I would definitely not refer to Ingrids as a hidden gem; decent spot to grab a quick bit, but the food is very basic. The staff weren’t friendly or unfriendly; they were just very businesslike. Not much space to sit in and eat, so good spot if you’re looking to grab and go.

Food looks better than it is. It's good though, but not great. Service was "meh"... I asked for no cucumber in my sandwich and got lots of it. Bun was yummy but I had actually asked for sandwich and not burger bun. Soup was good but not delicious. Veggie roll was alright... A bit soggy from the microwave. We both had a bit of a stomachache after. I wouldn't go again I think.

Busy little breakfast place in the heart of Whistler Village. I ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs added. The avo toast was tasty but had very little avocado. The scrambled eggs were watery. I initially asked for fried eggs but was informed that they can only do scrambled. I didn’t realize that they scramble the eggs using the steam wand of the cappuccino machine, hence the watery eggs. Decent drip coffee. Friendly service.

Hidden gem in Whistler! This is a must place to Go and feel like a local. The staff here are very excited to deal with and they are very helpful! Thank you for the Breakfast of Scrambled eggs and toast with side of 4 pieces of bacon. When I come back I will for sure come by again for breakfast!

Missed opportunity to convert a nice place at first sight into a decent dining experience Let’s be clear here, it’s first price frozen food. From the salad to the steak, it’s a shame to price a double cheeseburger at 18$ and 8$ for a (big) portion of cheap fries. Hopefully, there is a great assortment of sauces that will help you to cover the bad industrial taste. Don’t go there until they change their food provider.

The poutine was so good :-) One of the better ones I’ve eaten in BC so far!

Looking for a quick lunch and want to avoid the mad rush on top of the mountain? Than look no more than Zogs! The food came out quick, and the food was really good. I will say that it the fry serving size was massive, but the poutine was a little on the smaller size. I do wish it was a larger sausage size, but it was cooked deliciously.

Zogs is a great place to stop to get some food fast! Their poutine is good and easy to eat on the go. I like that they have a toppers bar to add on. They also use wood forks which I love! I would go back to grab a snack and time.

Good portion, but not a good poutine at all. They advertise with "best poutine in Whistler", which can't be true. Not many cheese curds, gravy was very average and fries weren't good either. The "European" sausage was neither European nor cooked enough. It tasted really bad. Overall I'm giving a very generous 2/5 stars. Service was okay and obviously great location. Would not eat here again.

Sign out front claimed best poutine in Whistler, so we had to try being from California. Fries were good. We asked for them to be cooked crispy. The gravy was.. gravy. I’m not sure what poutine gravy is supposed to be. We asked for the gravy on the side. Let’s be honest, who likes soggy fries?! We went back a second time for lunch after some laps in the bike park. The bratwurst had great flavor. My gf got the bacon cheeseburger which was devoured quickly. Highly rated. Great little spot right by the lift/ gondola area. Post mountain bike riding or skiing.

I love their cheese burger - the meat patty is cooked on the bbq so has a nice smoky flavor. Inexpensive for Whistler. As for atmosphere, it’s a food stand so it is what it is

I ordered at Starbucks Whistler this morning, and I had an unpleasant experience. The Asian (Filipino) lady who I believe is the manager was a bit rude to me. I felt she was upset because I left only a small tip, and as a result, she put an excessive amount of ice in my matcha latte. I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the owner or management sees this feedback, as customers deserve to be treated kindly regardless of how much they tip.

I had already ordered three coffees earlier, then came back just to get a cup for tap water — and was told to line up again 😳 I waited in a long line, even after explaining that I only needed a cup for water. The staff seemed unsure of what to do, and after some confusion, one finally handed me a cup. Honestly, did I really need to line up for this? Very unusual and disappointing for Starbucks . the staff looked lost, and the service was far from the standard I’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Ordered 3 flat whites, mine was large which has 3 shots , was coffee flavoured milk, all 3 cups of varying size were very weak .. Yuk I tried Starbucks in other locations and good, so not sure how they got it so wrong here

Terrible experience at this Starbucks in Whistler Village. The customer service was shockingly bad—especially from the brunette girl working the till who appeared to be Eastern European. She wasn’t wearing a name tag (odd, since every Starbucks employee I’ve ever encountered is required to wear one), which was the first red flag. We asked if they could make a French Vanilla—a super common drink at Starbucks, even if it goes by another name. She looked at us like we were speaking another language. We literally had to call a Starbucks supervisor we know from Port Coquitlam to walk her through how to make it. That’s how little she seemed to know about her own job. Worse than her lack of knowledge was her attitude. She was dismissive, eye-rolling, and flat-out rude. No greeting, no smile, no sense of customer care whatsoever. Honestly, if you don’t like dealing with people, you shouldn’t be working at Starbucks—especially not in a tourist-heavy location like Whistler Village. Won’t be returning to this location. Do yourself a favour and get your coffee anywhere else.

Always ordering a Matcha with oat milk. I have been a regular yet this is the 4th time the label says oat beverage but it’s milk. If they only understand the consequences of this action on the customers. Seriously people you all want a lawsuit?

Braidwood Tavern was a delightful and unexpected find — truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, and the food exceeded all expectations. We opted for the prix fixe menu, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. I was initially skeptical about the crab bisque — the portion looked small — but one spoonful changed everything. It was incredibly rich and bursting with layers of flavour; I'm still dreaming about it. The salmon sashimi was another standout: fresh, delicate, and beautifully presented. For mains, we tried the branzino and the tenderloin, and both were exceptional — cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The cocktail list is also worth mentioning. I had the Blue Santorini, which struck the perfect balance of flavourful but not overly sweet — a real winner. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for elevated dining in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.

Is a burger without a bun a burger? If you charge $42 for a wagyu burger BUT you don’t have a celiac main in your menu, are you a legitimate restaurant? FOUR SEASONS how can you fail so profoundly? Our waiter Toby saved the day with humor and empathy. We had lunch but since there are NO celiac mains in their menu we will NEVER come back for dinner, much less lunch. How can a high end restaurant fail so badly in 2025?

My husband and I are spending our honeymoon in Whistler and made a couple of reservations in different restaurants, he is a chef so wanted to try the best places in town. From the hostess to the server, everything was fantastic, Jessica was great explaining all the dishes from the pre fixed menu and recommending drinks with it! We had a great time and will definitely recommend the restaurant. Great atmosphere, excellent service , and we would give 4.5 stars for the food because the portions were a little smaller than we expected, but it did taste fantastic, especially the Halibut, what a flavourful and rich dish! We will be back!

Had a great night out with a big group of friends. We took advantage of the $49 set dinner promotion, and overall the food offered good value. I had the Branzino, which was nicely grilled with a pleasant charred flavor, cooked well without being too dry. The Burrata, however, was a miss; it was overly salty and I couldn’t finish it. Friends enjoyed the linguine and the salmon, both of which got positive comments. Desserts were well-executed and satisfying. Service was excellent, especially with a separate table set up for the kids, who were well looked after, allowing the adults to relax and enjoy the evening.

What a wonderful dinner we had here. Family of 3, all vegan. The menu clearly labeled vegan / plant based options and was available for the pre fixe meal. Everyone was really friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The meal was paced just right and we were able to enjoy our dishes and relax a bit. We tried some mocktails and they were all great as well! Really appreciated our meal here.

My wife and I visited Braidwood Tavern, and it was a good experience as we tried their Prix Fixe menu The ambience and service at restaurant was great, and there is free valet parking as inside the Four Seasons The crab bisque was delicious, and fresh burrata was good I ordered the seafood linguine which was very flavorful. The disappointing one was the branzino as while it was grilled, it was more charred than anything. Unfortunately the grill/char made the fish very bland :( To their credit, they did offer to replace the dish but we didn’t want to cause problems and waste food as it was still edible The dessert were great too. I enjoyed my meal, but just disappointed for my wife for her main course

Really enjoyed our meal here last night. Charming restaurant with a comfortable, yet elegant feel. Service was impeccable, friendly, attentive, but not over the top. Food was beautifully prepared. We had the prix fixe menu, and when the portions arrived they looked small on the plate but the flavours were so delightful that we finished the meal feeling nourished, very satisfied and not stuffed which is what we prefer. Will definitely return on our next trip to Whistler.

Excellent little Café in side the Cultural Centre. Really nice salads and bites, and great coffee. The gift shops attached as incredible artist & environmentally conscious offerings along with educational materials and beautiful jewelry and clothing. They also offer local food items such as candied salmon bites, coffee beans and teas. The cultural centre museum above is stunning and informative. A MUST VISIT if you are in the area. Highly recommend.

Best hidden cafe in Whistler! Located on the lower level of Squamish/Lillooet Cultural Centre, you don't need to pay to come in to cafe or gift shop. Beautiful cafe, great food, reasonable prices, amazing bannock. And their donuts are fantastic! Must stop by!

This is a very neat and cultural little cafe hidden in the Squamish cultural centre! The bannock is a very different pastry with a dense texture and it complimented the soup really well. The venison chilli is to die for! And the smoked salmon chowder is also really delicious. Price is super reasonable along with friendly smiles and greetings. Will definitely come back again!

Had the most delicious lunch at this establishment. The price point was very reasonable and the quality of the meal was excellent! The atmosphere and staff are very good. I wish I had more time to explore. Will be returning on our next visit to Whistler.

A very nice restaurant hidden away from the regular places in Whistler, this little restaurant and coffee shop can be found inside the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Center. It serves the traditional cuisine of the First Nation's peoples. One can combine a visit to the Cultural Center with some local shopping at the gift shop followed by a meal of Salmon Chowder with Bannocks, or a Wild Salmon Salad.

Nice space, great food. Had the salmon chowder with bannock had great crunch and the outside and chewy on the inside. Doughnut is pretty good, iced amaretto mocha excellent.

What a great discovery while in Whistler. This little corner cafe has great service, great coffee/drink options paired with an amazing view.

Stopped in for breakfast on a driving tour of the area. Excellent and perfectly presented coffee (I had flat white) and tasty and fresh food and pastries. Lovely friendly staff with helpful local knowledge.

New favourite coffee shop! Must visit in Whistler. Incredible lattes and stunning views with friendly service. 10/10 would recommend!!

The view was awesome, a cozy place for breakfast close to Whistler. I like my cappuccino. Sandwiches (all-day breakfast and Montreal) were good. However, the soup was too sweet for me and excepted fries instead of chips.

I really wanted to like this place because the pictures and reviews seemed promising. Ordered an oat milk flat white and am pretty positive it was a regular latte with milk. The first sip tasted off and overly foamy, my fault for not watching the barista make it. I went home sick. Treats were overly sweet but some may like that. Americano was mediocre. The atmosphere and space is nice.

My go-to cafe in Whistler! I come up here every now and then both for work and hikes, and morning tea/coffee and some delicious baked goods or breakfast sandwich menus are all good! Slick, modern, and bright with lots of sunlight coming in, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's stopping by in the mornings.

I got an espresso and a croissant 🥐. I'm from France, it's the first time I've had a pastry in Canada that tasted exactly like they do back home 👌🏻I'll come back

Beautiful space, better for takeout than dine-in We visited around 10am—well past the breakfast rush—but the place was still bustling. We were lucky to snag a table as walk-ins, but many families and groups weren’t as fortunate, with limited seating causing a bit of a scramble. The front staff was friendly, and food came out quickly. While it’s a counter-service setup, they do bring your order to the table, which is a nice touch. Still, given how few tables are available, takeout might be the smarter option. The space itself is stylish and upscale, but it’s hard to fully enjoy the atmosphere when people are hovering nearby, clearly waiting for a seat. It creates a bit of pressure to eat and leave quickly. As for the food: it was decent, though a bit overpriced for what you get. I had the Provision Sandwich—my girlfriend liked it, but I found it underwhelming. The chocolate croissant, however, was excellent and fairly priced. We also had cappuccinos—flavor was good, but the foam on mine wasn’t quite up to standard. Overall, the food and aesthetic are solid, but the dine-in experience feels rushed and crowded. I’d recommend grabbing something to-go and enjoying it elsewhere in the Village.

This place really gets busy in the mornings for food and coffee, you’d be lucky to find a seat inside, and not wait too long for your food or drink. They do make decent coffee and pastries, so I can see why it’s a go to for a lot of people. They also do a good job with pacing the line out, so there’s that. They’re centrally located which adds to the traffic congestion. Overall, it’s a good spot to grab a quick coffee or snack, but if there’s a long line, there are other options available.

The burger and the almond croissant as well as the reffocato ice-cream we ordered were all super delicious indeed! Dogs are not allowed to enter and we were lucky to get a bar-stool table outside at the entrance! Black coffee was strong enough to wake you up the whole day! ❤️❤️👍👍

Ordered a flat white + a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich + a Provision Sandwich. The food tasted great with great presentation. My daughter has a sesame allergy and they were kind enough to replace the buns with sourdough even after I have ordered the food.
