The Longhorn Saloon is a lively après-ski spot located at the base of the Whistler gondola. It features a festive setup with DJ nights, TVs, and a patio that comes alive in the afternoon as skiers and snowboarders unwind with drinks. Known for its rowdy atmosphere, it's a popular choice for those seeking an energetic apres scene.
Longhorn Saloon is the place to be in Whistler! Awesome energy, great music, and a fun atmosphere right at the base of the mountain. The drinks are strong, the food hits the spot, and the patio views are unbeatable. Perfect for après-ski or just hanging out with friends. Always a good time!

Sitting outside with great afternoon weather in may. We had burger 25$ with fries. Wings 20$ . Drinks 10$ Charged us 4$ extra for a sauce for wings And 5$ extra for changing chips to salad for one burger… not sure why didn’t we get the extra chip when With drinks overall bill was 125$ Expensive for the items ordered. Try some other place..
Ahsan S — Google review
The drinks are the star of the show at longhorn. They have plenty of options and are great after biking/skiing. The food is pretty standard pub fare with a few healthier options available as well. The main issue we had is that some of the tables were still notably dirty even after being wiped down. The fire tables are great when you can get one and the patio space is very nice to sit and enjoy the last of the sunshine. Overall it was a pretty standard experience for pub fare and the location is great for those coming off the mountain or just wanting a good view.
Camille L — Google review
I've got good things to say about the Longhorn Saloon in Whistler British Columbia. You don't go to the Longhorn to save money, in fact x2 expresso martini's and a club sandwich cost 80 dollars Canadian. you don't go to the Longhorn for exceptional service, although the service was adequate. You honestly go to the Longhorn for the AMAZING atmosphere. Large outdoor seating area, table top fire pits to sit around for everyone, sets the mood for Whistler rain or shine or snow ❄️, exciting, romantic in a sense, fun, depending on the season it can be a giant packed outdoor party, sometimes with a DJ or other form of entertainment. Inside the restaurant, spacious, and has that country party house saloon feel. If you visit Whistler BC, especially if it's snowing and your looking for a drink, cold beer, burger after the slopes or before, you definitely want to be able to say you've been to the Longhorn, check it out!!
Christopher J — Google review
Poutine was delicious and hamburger pretty good. The music too loud for me and tables too close to each other. There is a view of ski slope and biking route which I am assuming is interesting in the winter, but not much the rest of the time.

Omgggg go see Brad at longhorn. He is a sweet baby angel and also a Scorpio prince. He gave us such an incredible experience for my best friends bachelorette. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. We wish we could take him home!!!! Xoxoxo - xoxox, an Aquarius

Regan and Olivia were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make the night special and memorable. Their energy, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. You can tell they really take pride in what they do they took the time to make sure everything was perfect and that we were completely taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for better service they truly made it a night to remember!

If you’re going to Longhorn Saloon and you get lucky enough to have Siobhan as your waitress, you're in for a great night. She’s stunning and just really good at what she does. She’s super friendly, always on top of things, and manages to stay cool even when the place is slammed - she made the whole experience feel easy and fun. You can tell she actually cares about giving good service, not just going through the motions. Her attitude and professionalism really stand out. Total package. Already looking forward to my next visit and hope she’ll be working.

Nestled at the base of Whistler Mountain, Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub offers an authentic taste of Ireland right in the heart of Whistler. This charming pub is perfectly situated next to the Excalibur Gondola, making it a prime spot for both locals and visitors alike. With a fantastic selection of craft beers that includes local favorites alongside traditional Irish brews like Guinness, there's something for every palate.
We tried the pulled pork sandwich, ribs, steak and Guinness pie as well as the nachos. All the food were delicious. The nachos were huge and had lots of toppings, this is not an appetizer sized portion - it really is its own meal. The ribs were slow cooked and fell apart easily. Pulled pork sandwich was just right. But it was the steak and Guinness pie that really seals the deal. I believe it is their signature dish and worth a try. The thin crust pastry over the skillet just gave it enough of the pie taste but not overpowering the pie itself. You need to try this. Service was very slow, we probably sat around for about 10mins waiting for our server a number of times. They probably need more servers or distribute customers more evenly with their servers.
Sam G — Google review
After an afternoon of ATV riding, we were famished and found ourselves at this fine establishment. The Guinness was cold and the food was proper good. Not much else we could have asked for after a few pints and good grub. Looking forward to coming back here.
Frank B — Google review
Had a late dinner here while staying at Whistler. It is a cool looking Irish pub with traditional pub food. They host live music and it can get loud. I ordered a Beef dip, the aujou was tasty with a nice rosemary flavor however the bun was burnt and there was not very much meat at all. My wife had the fish tacos which looked amazing but the fish was breaded and a little greasy. Out server did not some back to check on us and ask how our food was and it took a long time for a refill on our drinks, like we were forgot about for a while. It is a nice pub however and I'm sure the experience is not always like ours.
Troy M — Google review
We used to visit Dubh Linn Gate regularly years ago, and returning now, it’s evident that things have changed. It no longer feels much like an Irish pub, as the menu focuses heavily on more generic options, such as nachos, wings, banh mi bowls, and flatbreads, with little that reflects its Irish roots. We tried the mushroom pie, which had a flavorful filling, and the pretzel with cheese. The pretzel was served warm, but it had more of a mini baguette texture than the traditional chewy twist we had hoped for. The cheese was acceptable but nothing memorable. On a positive note, the wait staff was absolutely lovely. They were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. While we miss the old charm of the place, the team deserves credit for making us feel cared for.

Dinner was great – lots of gluten-free choices and really tasty food that arrived quickly even though it was busy! Breakfast was a different story. Despite being one of the few tables occupied, our food took almost 40 minutes to arrive, leaving us little time to eat before a long drive. We also weren't able to order drinks as our server was MIA after taking our order.
Bronwyn B — Google review
We visited this pub on a stopover in Whistler. We initially were only staying for one drink, however the atmosphere and the live duo were so good, we stopped for the evening. We had already eaten, however the food which we did see looked delicious and well presented, plus large portions. The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their beers. The pub itself had plenty of seating both inside and out, plus a fab fire pit for cold nights. The decoration was typical for an Irish pub and quirky, which added to it's appeal. It was popular and really busy. It really made a perfect end to our evening in Whistler. I would definitely recommend this pub.
Lisa G — Google review
Great food and great service. Food portions were massive! We couldn’t eat everything! Massive shout out to the Newcastle guys that were serving us. Definitely a great experience chatting to them. Highly recommend

Merlin's is a lively bar that offers grill dining in Whistler's Upper Village. With DJs and a festive atmosphere, it's a great place to party after skiing on Blackcomb Mountain.
One of my favorite after ski spots. I love a burger after skiing and had tried several before Merlin’s and it’s one of the best. I tried the other top rated burgers on google and yelp but this and Provisions were my favorite. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, overall great spot!
Justin S — Google review
Had a great experience at this location! The customer service was outstanding. If you’re a calamari lover, it’s a must-try. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, so you can choose what suits you best.
Mahi M — Google review
I ordered the “Big Canadian “. It’s lives up to its name. It was huge. Chef Spencer made the combination just right for the palate. The order consisted of bacons, hash brown, baby potatoes, omelet and waffle complete with syrup. I highly recommend it before hitting the slopes. Also Connie and Ire made us feel comfortable which added to the Cosiness of the cafe’s ambience.
Marie R — Google review
Stopped in for Merlin’s 50% off Brunch quite the deal! I ordered the Full Monty and as you can see by the picture it sure is massive. The dish was savoury, salty, and fatty with the perfect amount of acidity to cut through it. I devoured the whole thing, sometimes you need to treat yourself. Everything was cooked to perfection definitely recommend.

Had a really nice breakfast on our first visit here! Food was well prepared and tasty with large servings. Excellent service.

Merlin's is an iconic Blackcomb ski bar! We went here on Christmas day and it was so fun! We got the nachos which is huge!!! I unfortunately forgot to get a picture but it was so good! The bartenders are so friendly and fun. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend stopping here! Edit: Went back and got the nachos again! Got pictures this time, lol! It was just as great the second time as the first! It was a lot busier so it took longer to get drinks but the food comes out in a timely manner. So happy to have gone here again!

One of or favourite bars to go to in Whistler before or after skiing. Great atmosphere , loud music playing great tunes, friendly service from the staff and great lager. Close to the gondola and our accommodation too. Food was excellent and comfortable seating. Good menu with plenty of choice.

Best Night Out Ever! Garfinkel’s is hands-down the best spot in town for an unforgettable night! The energy is always electric, the music is on point, and the atmosphere just can’t be beat. A huge shoutout to the best photographer ever—they somehow manage to capture the perfect moments every single time. The photos are always high-quality, flattering, and instantly take me back to the fun of the night. Seriously, they make everyone look like a VIP. And of course, Garfinkel’s wouldn’t be the same without Patch, the best manager ever. Patch is the life of the place—friendly, professional, and always making sure everyone is having a great time. 10/10 experience at this fantastic dancebar. I was mesmerized by the decor and taken aback by the outstanding service by all members of staff from door to bar. If you’re in Whistler definitely give this place a try. Patrick the manager was lovely and accommodating. Beautiful eyes too

Crystal Lounge is a laid-back spot tucked away in the village, offering draft brews, cocktails, and pub grub. The cozy vibe with stone walls and a fireplace creates a relaxed atmosphere perfect for enjoying live entertainment or catching sports on TV. With a variety of local beers on tap, including options from Granville Island Brewery, it's an ideal place to unwind. The lounge hosts events like trivia nights, karaoke, comedy shows, and live music performances throughout the week.
We had a great experience at this lounge , we have reached here at 3:30 pm , not busy and not crowded, they have a happy hour from 12-3 pm . They have a pool table where everyone can access it for free. The ambiance is quite good , food is delicious unfortunately I couldn’t click the pictures . We had wings , wings are 80 cents each and you have to order in 10’s. We ordered 20 and they are so crispy and tasty. I would rate them 5/5. We also ordered sweet potato fries - 4/5,iced tea - 4/5 , veg pizza - 3.5/5. The staff were so friendly and were promptly taking orders and checked on each table. Overall I would rate my experience as 5/5.

Nestled at the base of Whistler Mountain in the charming Creekside neighborhood, Dusty's Bar & BBQ is a beloved establishment that has been serving up delicious BBQ fare since 1965. This rustic restaurant and bar not only offers a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace but also features live entertainment and one of the sunniest patios in town. Known for its mouthwatering menu, Dusty’s takes pride in its BBQ recipes, which were inspired by an extensive culinary tour through the Southern United States.
A favourite spot when I lived here and now when I come to visit. The wedges and butt rub are the very best. Amazing views of the bike park and Whistler mountain. Huge patio, great service. Anything on the menu is a great choice. They throw a great Canada day party, and my employment had our Christmas dinner here once. Great times!

Legendary spot in creekside. Had the famous Caesars and the BBQ platter for 4. Other than the dry brisket, the meats was good. Luckily we weren't that hungry so the portions were just right. Probably not enough food for 4 hungry guys! The Caesars were spicy enough and the pickled beans within were great! Pricey spot, but not out of place for Whistler and certainly not the most expensive spot on the hill.. you are paying for the convenience of hillside eating.
OY C — Google review
A BBQ place and bar. We only came here for a single lunch visit. There was a constant flow of mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts. Even so, it was crowded at all. That might not be the case on the weekends but we don't know for sure. There's a stage that we presume is for entertainment at night. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were very helpful accommodating us and made lunch suggestions. The restaurant is inviting and has a donate Western vibe. It's large and comfortable. The BBQ really wasn't that great. It might have been the day we visited but it's a BBQ place. That should be a consistent priority.
Roy A — Google review
The platter was really delicious and definitely enough for two people. The brisket and ribs were full of flavor, and the sides balanced everything nicely. A bit on the pricey side, but overall a great experience!
Sonia A — Google review
A really great local spot! The food was good, but to me what really shined was the service and the ambiance. I don't often care at all about music in restaurants, but I was really into the music here! Very fun selection without being too loud. The server was an absolute gem and we had a great time. The food itself was good (especially the chili), and the drinks were great - didn't get a picture of the drinks because they were gone so quick!
Kevin G — Google review
Excellent food and service! You just got down from the trails, don't go anywhere further for food. Highly recommended!

Fun place. There’s a lot more seating in the back. The staff were nice and helpful. Always nice to end the day at Dusty’s.
Kelly T — Google review
I get we all have bad days... We were staying at the hotel connected to dusty's and we've heard some decent things about this place. I'll start with the bad: - Place was pretty busy on a saturday night. we had called to ask what time last call was as we wanted to get in for food. first call, they hung up on us. second call, they were pretty rude. - Why is a place like this (that's so bumping) closed at 8pm?! come on - at leasssst 9 or 10. You'd continue to get lots of business. We got there around 6:45/7 and noticed people roll in at 7:45 and get fully ignored by staff. the staff was bringing pillows inside but completely ignoring?! that's pretty bad. - prices are brutal, i know it's whistler and things are expensive, but still. the first day i went i got the coast mountain rotating tap for $8.75 and the next day they charged me $10.75... so i paid over $13 for ONE beer. i had just come from the brewery itself where it was $6. - main issue: our server was incredibly rude. she dropped off the menu and essentially threw it on the table. She was definitely having a ROUGH day, she honeslty looked like she was going to break out in tears. She was extremely short with us and not friendly at all. We finally asked her how her day was and she said "it's been reallly busy and a rough day."Now i get it, serving is hard work. the owners and managers should not be letting their staff get this burnt out that they're on the verge of tears. Unfortunately she was not personable at all. Now with the good. Nachos were good but quite pricy. However one of my friends got an extra side of salsa and sour cream and they charged her SEVEN dollars. that's wild. The vibe was good! You're right at the mountain and have this beautiful view. nice outdoor picnic area to chill on a sunny day. Server on the second day i visited was great. Adam - nice work and great attitude. super friendly. Would i come back? maybe but my advice to management. get more staff on so your servers aren't over worked and burnt out.

Moe Joe's is a vibrant and energetic nightclub located in Whistler, known for its lively atmosphere and top-notch music. Established in 1999 by a group of friends with a shared passion for nightlife, the venue has become a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. While it is famous for its Disco Nights, attracting crowds of all ages, Moe Joe's also hosts themed events such as the Sunday Glow Party and techno, funk, and soul nights.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Moejoes is always a good time, but Billy takes it to the next level. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel welcome, seen, and looked after. His energy is unmatched—he knows how to turn an ordinary night out into something you’ll be talking about all week. Glowjoes Sundays are honestly the highlight of my week, and it’s Billy who makes the experience shine. Tapley's Neighbourhood Pub is a lively and popular spot in Whistler, known for its energetic atmosphere, bar fare, and tap beers. It's a favorite among locals and tourists alike, offering a strong selection of taps from local breweries like Whistler Brewing Co. and Deep Cove. The pub also hosts occasional live music nights and broadcasts sporting events on multiple screens.
We stopped by at Tapley's for lunch as the other poutine place we picked didn't have sitting area. The first thing that stood out was our server, Brooke who guided us to the table. She's amazingly pleasant and promptly took our order right after we sat down. The food is above average, the yam fries and poutine are delicious, the rest nothing spectacular to write home about and the interior is just like any other old pubs. Like other reviews, the service is what sets it apart from other restaurants. Well done Brooke, I would come back again the next time I visit Whistler. 😄

Came in to watch one of the Blue jays games and had a great time! Food and drink were great. The service was the highlight! Our sever Bree was so attentive and friendly, I felt like I was regular and I knew her for years. Definitely recommend this spot!
Maddie W — Google review
Hotel said to go anywhere but Tapley's. But they had sports and good tv setup so I went in. Door person is doing their thing - stopping everyone and taking your photo before entry (ok?). Inside wasn't even busy. No server to be seen so I talked to bar. The bar is obviously running the place to encourage patrons to order at bar. But it's Whistler Village - should be focused on customer service. It'd be fine I guess but then I got my food. Terrible. The ownership should regroup and think about what they want to be. You have the opportunity to be the best sports bar in Whistler. Instead of a place hotels tell you to avoid because "service is terrible".

I was served by Matt, the kindest, most attentive and hard working server I have ever met. He is truly a credit to Tapleys. No review will even begin describe the high quality customer service experience Matt gave me while at Tapleys.

Dart league was using ONLY one out of two boards and we asked them to just play around for 2 minutes and they refused to even let us take a few minutes to just have fun and throw our darts at the board…. THEY HAD NOT BEEN USING ONE OF THE BAORDS FOR THE ENTIRE 2 hours…. Even tho we said as soon as they wanted the board back we would let them have it back they still didn’t let us just stand out of their way by the window and throw a few darts.

I rated 4 stars because of the prices, my boyfriend and I didn’t order anything crazy, just a beer each, a meal, fries and ended up paying like 95 bucks. The place is great though, and the food is definitely 5 stars!!!! Also the staff is super polite and friendly. We really liked this place, you should definitely visit!

Garibaldi Lift Co. Bar & Grill, also known as GLC, is a popular après-ski destination in Whistler. It offers a lively atmosphere with scenic views of skiers on the slopes during winter and downhill mountain bikers in the summer. The venue features an airy interior with floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor patios, and an interior fireplace.
This place is such a great spot for drinks, apps, and meals during or after skiing! The patio is super nice, and they even have blankets to keep you warm while you chill. If you’re looking for a fun place to relax after a day on the slopes, you definitely need to check it out!

Didn't ask about nut allergies for the mini donuts, and I had no issues. We arrived essentially at kitchen closing (around 6:05PM) and the staff at first did not let us in, but then said we could try ordering at the bar and they were fine letting us do a to-go order. I only came here because I was leaving the next morning and I had a lift voucher to redeem, as I spent over 15+ minutes on a gondola. The resort gives you a $10 voucher that can be spent at certain restaurants, and this is one of them. I ordered 12 mini donuts to go and they were baked in about 10 minutes. The donuts were crispy and dusted with sugar and cinnamon (?). Overall, a nice sweet way to end a ski day.

Love the patio and getting to see the riding. We went here multiple times during our stay and every time the servers were fantastic. The drinks are fantastic and they use real lime which is hard to find. Our meals were very flavourful and good as well.

Tasty burgers, taco plates (make your own - nice!) and bowls. They make a killer spicy margarita and have a decent beer selection. Staff is very friendly especially Meg who was delightful. Can't beat the location for people watching and activity on the hill. Sit outside if available.

Enjoyed our prime rib cheeseburgers, Crispy Crudité appetizer, chamomile tea, kids pizza, hot chocolate, and warm flourless brownie, and received very kind service—but we reserved a fire pit table (for an extra fee) hoping to watch the Fire and Ice show from this location over dinner. Let’s be clear, there is no view of the show from these tables—only a view of the wild dance rave happening at the bar across the way. As long as it is made clear that someone will have to remain at the table (lest they seat another party there thinking you have left), while everyone is standing to watch the show from the opposite deck…and if you don’t mind the competition for which establishment can play the loudest music, then the fire pit tables are a comfy and happening place to ‘see and be seen’ while reflecting on the day’s skiing adventures.
Nicole H — Google review
With friends and family it is the best place to have a meal. It’s a spacious restaurant with lots of seating options - either at the tables or bars, at the bar itself or in the middle of the cafe watching the skiers outside or the winter sports videos on the wall TVs. The restaurant has a split level and it is fun to watch a colorful array of sport attire on people and a large variety of food served next to your sitting place. We ordered a wild mushrooms and truffle soup, an ahi crunch roll, and ahi poke bowl. Wow! What a wonderful presentation and fresh taste! Mushroom soup was very savory and was accompanied by 2 crispy bread slices. The restaurant was very busy, it took about 25 minutes before our food arrived. Meanwhile, we were served with water and my tea pot arrived within 5 minutes. It is actually very good to have time and a hot tea before the food - making the meal more anticipated and joyful. The music played was very active, making you want to get up and dance. Awesome food and overall experience! If we would have more days at Whistler, we would definitely come here again! Hope you will too!

Food is ok. I would say lower value than Cactus Club, but similar quality. Definitely not worth the spend. The setting is beautiful though and the staff is lovely. They sometimes have live music which is a nice bonus. I only recommend coming here if you’re staying at the hotel and you’re too lazy to go into the city.

What a fantastic restaurant. The staff is as amazing as the warmth of the setting. The food options are plentiful and each one is delicious. The nachos are in a league of their own!!! If any of the following servers are available, be sure to ask for one to take care of your table. You won’t be disappointed - Isami, Rachel, Leann, Addy, or Fredrique. They are so personable and efficient. They are led by a delightful manager named Brandi, who not only observes the operations but will roll up her sleeves and pitch in when needed. Kudos to the entire team for such a well-run establishment.

We absolutely loved our time at The Mallard Lounge at Fairmont Chateau Whistler—it quickly became our go-to spot during our stay. The setting is beautiful, the service is warm and attentive, and the live music every night adds the perfect touch of atmosphere. The food was consistently outstanding. We especially loved the burger, truffle fries, oysters, charcuterie, and the wood-fired pizzas. Everything was so good, we ended up dining there four times during our week-long stay! A special shoutout to Freddie, one of the wonderful servers who made our visits even more enjoyable. She’s incredibly sweet, provided excellent service, and gave us some great local recommendations and insider tips. And the cocktails? Absolutely top-notch. The Signature Gin & Tonic wasn’t just the best G&T I’ve ever had—it might be one of the best cocktails I’ve had, period. Thank you to the entire Mallard Lounge team for making our time in Whistler so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

We love coming to the Fairmont Lounge for drinks – it’s always such a special experience. My husband always orders the Castaway Old Fashioned, and part of the fun is the incredible presentation with fire and smoke. It’s such a signature moment that we look forward to every time. This visit, however, was a little different. Our server did the presentation on the tray instead of at our table, and she seemed to be rushing through it. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to capture it on video like we usually do, which was disappointing. That being said, the drink itself was excellent as always, and we still really enjoy the atmosphere and overall experience. We just hope that next time, the presentation can be done tableside again, as it really adds to the magic.

Great speakeasy bar located in the heart of whistler village. Awesome cocktails and live music early. Followed up by a DJ until late. Had an amazing night here with friends. The staff look like they were hired from a modelling agency…

The aquarium reopening after a bit of a hiatus is exactly what Whistler needed. Jen and the crew work hard to make everyone feel welcome and care more about a great guest experience than trying to squeeze every last penny out of their guests. The bouncers are incredibly friendly but strict and professional. Nadia on the door is always a welcoming smile and the bar crew are tip top. You can tell from the moment you walk in that the staff care and want you to have a great time. Welcome back ‘fish you’ve been missed Tj

Cinnamon Bear Bar & Grille, situated in The Hilton, is a popular spot known for its traditional breakfast, pub grub, and Pacific Northwest cuisine. It's a lively venue with large sports screens, pool tables, and interactive games to keep guests entertained. The bar offers daily happy hour specials and is an apres-ski destination in Whistler with a laid-back atmosphere. The menu features locally sourced ingredients and the bar also hosts events like Tuesday Karaoke night at the Crystal Lounge.
The atmosphere at Cinnamon Bear is absolutely incredible! Whether you’re in the mood for a full feast (like I was) or just want to grab a drink by the cozy fireplace, this place delivers on every vibe. Our server, Megan, was outstanding—so knowledgeable about the entire food and drink menu, which really elevated our experience. The cocktails were thoughtfully crafted with unique flavors. We tried the Mangobernador, a mix of smoky and spicy flavors, the Green Inferno, which was refreshing and had a spicy margarita vibe, and the Monkey Business, which had creamy banana sweetness paired with rich coffee notes and a warm bourbon finish. The food was just as impressive. Every dish felt well thought out and perfectly executed. The salmon was flaky and practically melted in my mouth, the lamb was packed with incredible flavor, and the crab served with crab fried rice was an absolute treat. Cinnamon Bear isn’t your average hotel restaurant—it’s a culinary experience that deserves a spot at the top of your list when visiting Whistler. Trust me, whether you’re coming with a group or on a date night, Cinnamon Bear is a spot you won’t want to miss!

Had a wonderful opportunity to eat here. Great room, very spacious and comfortable. The service was a tad sporadic, but in general very good. The meat - divine. While I ordered the Bavette, others at the table ordered the two other cuts, and we sampled. All were exquisite, and the different choices of sauces were exceptional! Highly recommend the Brussels and the Ceasar Salads as sides. For Whistler pricing, I found the prices fair, and I can’t really complain. But expect to pay $80 per person plus drinks. Would welcome another dinner at this spot anytime.

As far as brunch at a Whistler higher end hotel goes, this is very affordable and delicious! We got the brunch board and it was honestly heaven for an indecisive person like me 🫣🤣 Service wise, we had a reservation and arrived to no one at the host stand so we had to wait around for a bit. Other than that, our server Cailee was attentive and kind, it was my partners birthday so she made sure to make it extra special 😊 What a great way to start the celebration, with great food and great views! Get the brunch board for me, I’m dreaming about it!!

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but my experience while I was a guest at the Hilton left me quite frustrated. Firstly, I called the restaurant four times to try and order a salad so that when I returned to the hotel, it would be ready for pick up. No one picked up. So then I had to walk back to the hotel to try and order it in person. I stood there for at least five minutes before anyone noticed I was there. Fine, I ordered, I was hungry so I let it go. When I got the salad and was eating it in my hotel suite, I noticed there was no dressing. So I actually walked back to the restaurant and asked one of the servers why there’s no dressing in my salad. Mind you, this is a $21 salad with no meat. The server told me that the salad does not come with a dressing despite the description on the menu stating that it comes with a Dijon dressing. So either the server was lying or the menu is lying. Either way, I didn’t want to argue because I just wanted to be in my hotel suite and enjoy my food. Thankfully I also got myself other foods so I could actually enjoy my dinner and not just be eating leafs with a few pieces of fruits and a light sprinkling of quinoa.

First time back since they had the renovation completed and it looks awesome. We had cocktails in the lounge, with two Paper Planes, that were the best we've had, and the vibe/atmosphere was full of fun energy and people enjoying themselves. Had the 63 Acre Rib Eye Steak , the Tuna app and Patatas Bravas and all were delicious. Service and the staff we're excellent, and it was clear they enjoyed what they were doing. You know this is a place to visit when you see how many locals love this place. Look forward to coming back and trying the Pemby Burger.

We're on vacation and had dinner here last night and chose the $39 3 course fall menu , there was a nice atmosphere, lovely staff, starters was very nice as was the dessert but my main course was underwhelming to say the least. I had the salmon and I have never had a smaller piece of salmon in my life, it was tiny and was eaten in about a minute. I don't know if that's the standard portion size here or if it was because it was the special offer menu, there was only a bit of salad and a bit of broccoli to accompany it so it was a good job I had ordered fries as well (which didn't turn up with the meal so I just had to eat them on their own afterwards) these were to share but everyone felt sorry for me after seeing my plate so they let me have them 😄. If I'd have known how small the serving was going to be I'd have chosen something else, my friends all had good servings of their food and were happy with what they had. I obviously just made the wrong choice, the only disappointing food I've had since being in Canada for the last week.....aah well you can't win them all 😀

I came here as a solo diner and I had the best experience and meal I've had in a long time. From the moment I entered I was treated like royalty, and this continued until the time I left. I had the best meal I've had in a long time-- and the best service I've ever had. The oysters were fresh and sweet, the octopus was some of the best I've ever had, and the lamb was melt in your mouth. I'm so impressed with the food! The only thing better than the food was the service. Thank you Araxi team. I will remember this experience for a long time.

Definitely make a reservation because this restaurant is quite popular and it was packed when we visited. The service was okay. A few things that we requested (bread for example) required multiple reminders and by the time it arrived, it was too late. The 4 course prix-fixe menu was so affordable that it'd be hard to beat that price for what you get. The desserts were solid. Seafood options were comparatively better than the meat options but their cocktails and wine pairing didnt meet our expectations. Overall still a great restaurant to try because the food is very affordable and filling and the restaurant is quite cozy.

In addition to its main dining room, Araxi has a private venue. Our wedding party of 30 was hosted in the restaurant’s warm and inviting cellar, with just enough room for the two piece band. The bride and groom had researched food options well, and after we were treated to an amazing 3-tiered seafood tower, we found the three mains of beef tenderloin, wild BC Sablefish, and mushroom risotto to be perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The service staff members were friendly, attentive, and efficient, and did a superb job of keeping everyone fed and watered throughout the evening. All told, it was a terrific experience.

The seafood tower is great because you can enjoy a variety of seafood. The oysters are small but fresh, and the various types of salmon are great for a variety of tastes. I highly recommend the Beff Tartare. It's not salty, the portions are generous, and it's fresh.

Been here several times but first time trying their fall prix fixe 4 course menu. Unlimited bread with butter and vinaigrette. Tuna tataki with ponzu pearls was an interesting twist. The lamb sirloin was over cooked, and halibut was dry. Black Forest cake was very dense and delicious.

We were visiting Whistler during our trip to Vancouver and got hungry after the Jeep tour, so we made a last minute reservation at this restaurant and it turned out to be a great choice! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Arcy, was incredibly helpful in recommending dishes and drinks and stayed attentive throughout our meal. Next time we’re in Whistler, we’ll definitely be back, now we know where to find great food and outstanding service!

My husband and I went for the prix fixe menu, with add-on of 6 x oysters and ala-carte drinks. Food was great only comment from us is that the sablefish has a strong fishy smell that we didnt like it. Personally, I prefer the food and the service at Araxi better than II Caminetto although they are under the same restaurant group.

High Mountain Brewing Co. (Brewhouse) is a popular brewpub located in Whistler Village, offering a diverse selection of craft beers and an eclectic menu featuring items such as pizza and BBQ. The owner-brewer, Kevin Winter, has a passion for perfecting his brews and has received accolades for his creations prior to opening the Brewhouse in 2016.
This place has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The details make it even more enjoyable. As you walk in you’ll see an open fire cooking area where they roast their well liked rotisserie chicken. There’s a little train on tracks running in the room to the right. Our kids loved that. Our server was nice and helpful with allergies. There’s a gluten free menu.
Kelly T — Google review
I always go for the train set and burger. A very upbeat and welcoming inside milieu across two floors. Super, kind, helpful staff. Our order had an issue and our server quickly fixed the problem and acknowledged the error on our bill. Classy. A large restaurant with a true intimate feeling. On cold winter nights you can, if lucky enough, sit near the warm fire in the fireplace. The air smells of wood-fired pizza oven. Check out High Mountain!

This place is not getting the credit they deserve. I’m not combing through all the review but we have a good experience and the kids menu was just fine, cheese pizza ✔️hamburger✔️😅 I really enjoy the appetizer options. Wings were crispy and Brussels sprout is a must!! I got Thai curry as my main and it was delicious! Whistler is notorious for all the restaurants needing reservations this place was handy if you’re last minute like us and they were more than accommodating to take walk-in’s

One of my go to Whistler spots for great food, beer service and value. Specifically I love the rotisserie chicken (just remember to ask for the gravy on the side) Let’s face it, the whole point of rotisserie chicken is the succulent wood fired flavour of the skin. John and Reagan are maestros behind the bar, so my favourite option is to sit in the bar area, have a couple Lucky Lagers and banter with the boys while going hands on with a half chicken. BTW the half chicken is plenty big enough to share when it’s date night:) BTW I am from Montreal and grew up eating Chalet BBQ.(if you know, you know) this chicken is on par. Sides include grilled Brussel sprouts (amazing), fries or mash potatoes (awesome) and peppercorn sauce (hmmm where do I start). Peppercorn sauce has no business rubbing shoulders with rotisserie chicken. This is my one issue with what would otherwise qualify as a Chalet BBQ like chicken experience. Bottomline: Best chicken on the west coast, extensive tasty beer selection, friendly and attentive staff., Order the peppercorn on the side:) ps I’ve

Lovely experience because of the pink hair hostess lady. She helped our family many times over and over as our waiter was busy even though the hostess herself was also very busy. She was incredibly accommodating and even took some great family pictures for us. She also checked in on us when our food wasn't out. She took care of us very well when our waiter seemed uninterested. I wish I could add the lovely photos she took for us. Over all 5 stars as the food was also great
Aurora C — Google review
Went to try a couple of their beers and ended up getting an 8 glass flight so we could try all their brews. Our host John was awesome.Gave us the history of each beer and which were the favorites. Very happy with the beers, and the service from John was the best. Definitely recommend this place to those who enjoy a variety of great tasting beers ( they have hard liquor as well!)
RT S — Google review
After a day on the slopes, came in and had their flight along with curry chips. Chips were delicious and the beers were good too! The kids option was pretty typical which was a little letdown because the adult menu had some great options. Food was cooked delicious and came out really quickly. Not really sure what was in the curry, but it hit all the right spots. Will be going again!

Bearfoot Bistro is an upscale restaurant located in a hotel, known for its bubbly bar and impressive wine selection. It has been consistently recognized as one of Canada's top 100 restaurants. The restaurant offers a spring special with a four-course menu and the choice of one of their four 'signature experiences.' These experiences include sabering a bottle of sparkling wine, vodka tasting in the Ketel One Ice Room, Nitro ice cream dessert, or wine pairings with the meal.
We came here to celebrate my partner’s 31 birthday and the experience was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. From the moment we sat down, we were offered sparkling or still water while having access to see the ins and outs of the kitchen as part of the experience (you have to specially request it). Our server and sommelier took care of us and gave us such great recommendations, everything tied together in a way that the flavors all complimented each other so well, not too much or too little. Special shoutout to: The Lobster roll and the Oysters. We got the prix set menu but I believe that the lobster roll is on the a la carte as well. Please, please, please get it. I would have 10 more of it if I could 🫣 They gave us two complimentary glasses of bubbly and a plate of chocolates to close out the night, and we are so grateful to have been treated like royalties for this special occasion. My partner wouldn’t stop raving about how this is his favorite dining experience ever and we cannot wait to come back 💛🤗
Louis L — Google review
It was our last evening in Canada. We were looking for a special meal. The food overall was good but was let down with hard, overcooked mussels and virtually tasteless ravioli and peas. The service was appalling. We ordered wine but we had eaten the starter before it arrived. We were told that they couldn't find the wine. The evening was saved by Michael. He was very understanding and good to chat to. 5 stars to Michael..The nitro ice was super creamy
Michael C — Google review
Honestly, not happy with Barefoot Bistro. Food was very expensive and mostly underwhelming. Lobster Bisque ($24) was good but served lukewarm. Miso Cod ($125) was tasty but didn’t like the smoky flavor (prefer Nobu style prep). Seafood platter ($134) was not worth the price at all for the quantity and quality. Martinis were $30!? And this place is in desperate need of a renovation. Looks straight out of the 80s. Service was good, however. But even with that we would not return.
Ryan O — Google review
We went for the fall deal menu was $88 for 3 courses with a 4th mid course for an extra. The food was overall really good but if you do go for fall deal I don’t recommend the carpaccio.. it was an extra $10 and you get one small piece, no bread or anything with it. The meringue dessert was quite incredible though. The server was lovely though and the vibe was nice.

A true gem in Whistler. Upon entering in, staff greeted us with warm smile and took our coats. Our server, Jeremy, gave us a brief history of Bearfoot Bistro and mentioned that their wine cellar is the largest in BC. Pretty rad! We aren’t big drinkers so we decided to skip on the wines. We chose the course menu and we agreed this was the best meal of the trip! *Lobster Bisque Creamy and packed with flavor. The lobster meat and corn added sweetness and the crouton complemented the dish. *Foie Gras My dining companion got the foie gras and I must say it’s the best foie gras I’ve had! It was well prepared so it was not bitter and overpowering. It paired well with the red wine jus. *Wagyu Beef Cheek Very tender and soft. Cut like butter. From the sauce, salad, and the beef cheek itself, everything was so flavorful! *Pistachio Financier Quite frankly one of the best desserts I’ve had! The saltiness of olive oil gelato and the tartness of blueberry sauce balanced the sweetness of the brown butter cake. Layering it with the pistachio added that extra crunchy texture. When eaten altogether, it feels like heaven touches your taste bud. Very good! My dining companion also loved their wagyu burger and citrus meringue. Service was attentive from start to finish. It’s my first time here but won’t be the last!
James S — Google review
Charming spot. We had the Prix Frixe menu option, so we got a nice cross-section of dishes. The gem salad was nice, and the tuna tataki was fresh. The pea tortellini was bright and had an excellent chew. I had the pork belly and scallops, which were delicious. The pork belly had a lovely smoke to it, with a sticky/sweet layer which was amazing. There was an issue with the Wagyu Steak dish, but I will say that their handling of it was absolutely impeccable. They were professional, honest, accountable, and really handled it in an exemplary manner. Mistakes happen, and issues will arise; what matters is how you handle them—this is clearly a serious restaurant that cares about its product and its customers. It was really well handled there. The desserts were yummy, and not too heavy, and the drinks were light and refreshing. Would definitely recommend giving the Barefoot Bistro a try, we'll definitely be back.
Carson W — Google review
This could have been a 5-star experience—the atmosphere was great and the presentation was well done—but I left feeling underwhelmed. I was expecting 4 full ounces of vodka in our tasting, but what we actually got was closer to four 1/3-ounce pours. At $70 per person, that felt disappointing and overpriced. If the pours were more generous, it might justify the cost, but as it stands it leans more toward a tourist trap than a true tasting experience.
Russell F — Google review
All the other restaurants in the area were booked and we were having trouble giving l finding a place we liked, until we find this hidden gem. They had pre fixe menu that was absolutely delicious-- every part of it, which is unusual-- and not very expensive, unless you get tempted by the add-ons. Excellent service and great atmosphere. Only the chairs were a little uncomfortable. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Very tasty food, although burger is not my favourite dish but burger at this place is really delicious. The amount of food in general is enough and can be full, the staffs were friendly. The thing that I was kinda surprise that the price is pretty reasonable for a restaurant at the centre of Whistler. Highly recommend this place

Food was just okay, BUT it was also cheap. Most entrees on the menu were around $12. Booze was not terribly expensive either. I had a couple 3oz long islands air around $12 each, so not bad. Music was a bit loud for my taste but not horrible. All in all a positive experience.

A really lively and popular place. We did have to queue for a table, but it was extremely busy. We were seated in the outside area, which was lovely and you could see the views around you. The menu was good and had a great selection of food and drinks, plus cocktails. The waiter was very friendly, polite and helpful with suggestions of dishes. I decided to have a Poke Bowl with Tuna, as I had never heard of one before. The drinks were served and eventually the food. There was a wait, but it was very busy and they kept us updated. The food was very well presented and tasted delicious. There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant, with a lot of happy banter between the staff and customers. It was a great choice for somewhere to eat. We really had a lovely meal. I would love to return, maybe if I am lucky enough to return to Canada.

We loved the place so much that we ate there twice in one day: for lunch and dinner. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and the service was great. At night, they had a very cool DJ playing good beats.

My wife and I were looking for some late-night food, and this was pretty much the only place in Whistler Village open until around 2 a.m. Normally, pubs or bars aren’t our first choice for dining in, and it was a bit loud inside (as expected for a pub). We decided to order some burgers and poutine to go — and wow, we were impressed. Back at the hotel, every bite was excellent. Juicy, flavorful burgers and perfectly done poutine. Didn’t expect much that late at night, but this place really delivered. Highly recommend for solid food after hours!

Healer than anywhere in whistler - even cheaper than MacDonald’s 🤮 I had the Cajun chicken sandwich with mayo and my husband had the poke bowl and we both absolutely loved it, then a Cpl days later had the fried pickles and they were so nice not greasy and so crispy… and not a sodium over dose now lots are… The atmosphere is so kewl, u meet people from around the world including the staff!!! Black's Pub, formerly known as Black's Restaurant and Pub, is a lively establishment located at the base of the village Gondolas in Whistler. It has been a part of the community since 1995 and is well-known for its contributions to local causes. The pub offers a variety of libations and hosts live music events weekly.
This was our first time visiting Whistler all the way from Florida, and Black’s Pub was enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the food was delicious — no complaints at all. What truly stood out was the service. Our server, Bradley, was amazing! He took his time, checked on us frequently, and made sure everything was to our expectations. It might sound simple, but that kind of genuine, attentive service is rare these days. Thank you, Bradley, for making our first Whistler experience so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The service was quite slow—we waited around 30 minutes before our order arrived, which felt longer given the modest crowd. That said, the food was absolutely worth the wait: every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the smiling girl who added a warm, welcoming vibe to the experience. Despite the delay, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. If you’re not in a rush, this place is perfect for starting your day with great food and good energy.

Stopped by the night before, but the kitchen had already closed. The powerful outdoor fire tables immediately caught our attention on that chilly evening, so we decided to come back the next day for lunch — and glad we did! Enjoyed some great burgers and fries right by the fire tables. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Cozy vibes, warm flames, and solid food — can’t go wrong here!

While the food was underwhelming, the location and view from the restaurant is spectacular. This is a place you visit more for the atmosphere and scenery than the cuisine. The burger was quite basic, the pizza lacked quality, and the chicken tenders were nothing special.

Whistler Blackcomb is a renowned year-round resort offering a variety of activities such as skiing, snowboarding, biking, and more. It boasts over 8,000 acres and 200 trails across two mountains. Ski Magazine named it the best overall resort in North America in 2016. The charming Whistler Village provides world-class apres-ski cuisine and fine wines from the Okanagan Valley.
It had always been my dream to ski and snowboard whistler since I was a kid. These mountains did not disappoint. Amazing views on bluebird days, amazing snow on powder days. The runs are well kept and very fun. The lifts are well maintained and fast and the waits were never worse than 10 minutes in late January. The little town at the base has everything you would ever need and more. The restaurants and pubs are fantastic. The atmosphere is fun and exciting. I’d love to come back some day.

Gorgeous scenery. The drive up from Vancouver is worth the trip alone. Massive amounts of terrain. Great snow at the top of the mountain. Awful visibility mid mountain. Slushy at the bottom of the mountain. Village is really great. Went in March. I would definitely go again.

I went during the summer and it was amazing. The scenery is breathtaking with so many hiking and biking trails to explore. Even without the snow the mountains are stunning and the village has a lot of shops, restaurants, and spots to just relax. Staff are friendly and the whole place is well maintained. Definitely a year round destination and one of the best resorts you can visit.

I had the chance to visit Blackcomb Whistler Ski last year, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had on the slopes. The scenery is breathtaking, the facilities are excellent, and everything feels very well organized. That said, as a beginner, I found the runs a bit challenging. Even the green slopes felt more like blue ones compared to other ski resorts I’ve been to. Still, it was a great learning experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for those who are looking for both adventure and stunning mountain views. With a bit more practice, I’d love to go back and enjoy it even more!

The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is an amazing experience; It starts at Whistler Mountain, takes you to Blackcomb Mountain, and from there you can take another gondola to a different peak before heading back down. The gondola between the peaks is huge, and the blue cabins have glass floors so you can see the valley below. At the top, there are restaurants and cafes, and you might spot Groundhogs. Even in summer, there’s snow and it’s cold, so be sure to bring warm clothes.
Amin A — Google review
Whistler Blackcomb is awesome. I love the fact you can ski during the winter and then buy a very affordable Epic pass to Access the trekking trails and gondola during the summer. Also the Sunday farmers markets are great! Visit "Cows" for the best mint chocolate chip ice cream ever (they have other flavours too if you don't fancy mint) and Portobello at the Fairmont for real belgian chocolate mochas & hot chocolates ! Whistler is dreamy indeed.
Jaipreet C — Google review
Whistler is an incredible place for both snowboarding and biking. I’ve visited in different seasons, and I’m always impressed by the staff, the facilities, and how well everything is maintained. There are lots of trails across both mountains, making it great for all levels—from beginners to pros. Safety is clearly a priority, with support staff always around. While the sports can be pricey, Whistler often has great deals and seasonal passes. I just wish there were more flexible options for frequent visitors. I love this place and will definitely keep coming back.

We found this restaurant on our first night, what a result it was absolutely fantastic 😍😍😍 the food was delicious. I had goats cheese that was one of the best things I have eaten in my life! ❤️❤️❤️. The chicken was amazing and the curried lamb shank was outstanding. The portion size was on the large side, not that we are complaining. On top of that we choose our food from the set Spring menu which was unbelievable value for money. Well done barman, the Rum Runner was amazing 🤩🤩 The staff were efficient and friendly. It was so good we booked again for our second night in Whistler. Again, it was amazing. The only negative was the noise levels, it was a bit much for us but others may like it. Thank you for an amazing food experience. I would love to know what goats cheese you use so I can try this at home. Phil and Tina

It really was 21 steps from the entrance to the host. We walked in without a reservation right when they opened and got seated. They save 1/3 of the restaurant for walk ins. Each dish was great to try and our server stated the dishes we picked were his favourite. My favourite was the crab pasta. The noodles were cooked perfectly. Overall cost of the food was reasonable in comparison to all of whistler.

We had a wonderful dinner at 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar during our visit to Whistler. The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the mussels, they were absolutely out of this world. I genuinely can’t stop thinking about them and would gladly return to Whistler just to have them again. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient, even though we didn’t get seated in the most scenic part of the restaurant. Hopefully next time, we’ll get a table with a view! We were also pleasantly surprised that there was no wait to be seated, which made for a smooth start to the evening. The rest of the food was also fantastic, with thoughtful preparation and fresh ingredients shining through in each dish. Overall, a great spot for a cozy, elevated meal in the heart of Whistler. Highly recommend, especially for seafood lovers!

I had a fantastic experience at 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar! The staff were incredibly friendly, not just attentive with service but also generous with local recommendations on where to go around Whistler, which really made the visit memorable. The food came out quickly and was absolutely top notch. I went with the ribeye steak on my server’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I capped it off with their cheesecake, which was the perfect finish. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with just the right amount of buzz. It was energetic without being overwhelming, and you can still carry on a conversation comfortably. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Whistler. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a great time at 21 Steps! We made a reservation for two and opted for their $42 three course meal menu and it was lovely! We ordered their bowl of bread and fried chicken as the appetizer. The chicken was extremely juicy and crispy and the rosemary honey was a great addition as a dip. I do wish the bread was served warm, but it was soft and fluffy nonetheless. For mains, we ordered the braised beed and roasted half chicken. Both were phenomenol and I highly recommend! Not pictured was our dessert, which was the vanilla ice cream (as we were too full). It wasn't bad, but a bit icey for my liking as I had expected it to be much creamier and smoother. The service was amazing though! Would highly recommend.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel and can confirm the food was delicious! We ordered the short rib which is recommended everywhere and it didn’t disappoint! We also ordered the pappardelle and it was perfect. That said, the service wasn’t too great. We felt rushed when we were handed out the bill (we hadn’t finished our drinks), and also we were sat upstairs in this kinda dark place instead of the 1st floor where everyone was.

Disappointing Service Overshadowed an Otherwise Good Meal We had high hopes for 21 Steps in Whistler and made a 9:00 PM reservation for a group of eight Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, our server Aaron or Erin “she had pink hair” made it clear we were not welcome. She was curt, dismissive, and seemed irritated by our presence—as if we were inconveniencing her by simply showing up for our reservation. That said, the food itself was very good. We started with the fried goat cheese, which was delicious. I had the Thai mussels, and my wife had the braised beef short ribs—both excellent. The espresso martini was well made, though the Fine and Dandy cocktail was a bit too citrus-forward for my taste. We ordered multiple bottles of wine and truly came in ready to enjoy ourselves, sparing no expense. What should have been a great dining experience was completely soured by Erin’s attitude. Despite the quality of the food and drinks, being rushed and treated with disrespect throughout the evening ruined the overall experience. It was disheartening to feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Hospitality matters, and if you’re working in the service industry, being courteous and respectful should come with the territory. Sadly, that was far from our experience here. For that reason, I wish I left no tip cause I gave her 18% she didn’t deserve. Good food, unfortunate service. I hope management addresses this, as it detracts from what should be one of Whistler’s more enjoyable restaurants.

Some are first timer and some have been to other axe throwing establishment before. The host were fun and energetic. It was definitely harder than they made it look, but of course, they were pro! I like that they slowly introduce you to different type of throwing and keep adding onto the challenges. Kept it fun and entertaining. Drinks are available for purchases but I don't think they have any snacks. I brought my own popcorn and just enjoyed chatting and cheering my party on. It was a great experience. The space are quite welcoming and warm. Very esthetically pleasing.

We had such an incredible time at Forged Axe Throwing in Whistler! None of us had ever tried axe throwing before, but our instructor, Brandon, made the experience so much fun while also teaching us proper technique. He was patient, encouraging, and kept the energy high, which made the whole session both educational and exciting. Even though my mom and I weren’t naturals, we still managed to land some solid shots and score points; which felt amazing! Meanwhile, my fiancé and dad were having a blast trying out the double axe throws, trick shots, and even the fireman axe. Brandon kept things entertaining for all of us, no matter our skill level. The atmosphere at Forged Axe Throwing is so welcoming and chill. You can tell that Brett has built a really awesome business that makes everyone feel comfortable and excited to be there. And of course, we can’t forget Bendito the dog, who completely stole the show; such a sweet pup and the perfect bonus to an already awesome outing. We came up from Portland, Oregon, and all agreed we’d happily make a weekend trip just to come back here again. If you’re visiting Whistler, I’d 100% recommend stopping by Forged Axe Throwing. We’ll definitely be back!

We finally found our purpose. As soon as we picked up those axes, life finally made sense. Brandon and River were incredible (congrats on your first day River!) they guided us through a forest of understanding teaching us the ways of axe throwing. They were so welcoming, enthusiastic, encouraging and highly knowledgeable in their field. 100/10 recommend. The sport just gained two new members. - Eleanor + Middy

Oh my word. Forged Axe Throwing hit the mark! I had an absolutely amazing axeventure! I just had the most axe-ceptional time! We let the axes FLY - no chill, just thrills. A fantastic experience all around. I was shocked at how much fun I had here. First of all I can’t believe I was able to hit the axes on the board and make them stick, (as so many people underestimated my abilities going into this!) let alone so close to the bullseye! I even got the hat trick with the axe upside down on the bullseye and the hat landed on the handle of the axe! 😲 Because of that, I MADE IT TO THE WALL OF FAME! 👏 If you want to lash out some energy but throw axes these guys have it going! Axe throwing unlocks a whole new level of power and sass! In the beginning there was no aim, no technique, just pure chaos! I definitely got better after more attempts. You don't know the strength you have until you try this place out! A huge shoutout to Maddie! She didn’t just teach us to throw axes - she taught us to own it! If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to tap into that raw strength and power, go throw an axe! Trust me, it’s that good! It was non-stop, high energy, and honestly? Such a good workout too! Don't be intimidated, if I can throw an axe so can you! All in all a time was had! I was able to channel my inner lumberjack! Axe throwing is so thrilling, competitive and seriously addictive! It was a whole vibe! 10/10 for fun, adrenaline & letting loose! I was able to release my inner warrior! This isn’t just an activity it’s pure adrenaline! It’s an epic time of fun, friendly competition, and adrenaline-pumping action! It’s super lively, competitive and all-around a good time! It’s the best way to unleash some fun and friendly competition! If you are looking for something different (and a little bit savage) to do in Whistler, this is IT! We had an AXE-mazing time! The venue is well-designed, with a modern and exciting atmosphere that immediately gets you in the mood for some axe throwing fun. Maddie truly made our day. She showed the highest form of hospitality! Her energy, clear instructions, and encouraging attitude helped even the beginners like me feel like pros! Her guidance definitely took our game to the next level! Whether it was our first throw or our final game, Maddie was there with great vibes and positive energy, making the entire experience unforgettable. It was therapeutic in a way; great way to get some energy out and have some laughs. Whatever your expectations are your experience will be amplified for the better by the staff (Maddie!!) I definitely would recommend trying axe throwing at least once in your life! Would recommend Forged Axe Throwing to anyone in a heartbeat. Everything from the instruction to the environment & vibe far exceeded our expectations. I left the axe throwing with a sense of empowerment because so many people underestimated my abilities to axe throw but I got to prove them all wrong & that was very satisfying! ;)

We went here as part of a bachelor party weekend and it was fantastic! There was a group of 10 of us that fit very well in a 4 lane area and had it to ourselves with the bar area apart of it. The service was excellent and very fun. The 8 person shot ski was also a big hit. We loved all the games that our host put on for us. I highly recommend this place.

Such an awesome and fun experience! My girlfriend and I had the best time at Forged Axe Throwing. Erin and Brandon were incredible hosts, super friendly, patient, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the start. The place has a really cool layout and great music, which made the whole vibe even better. We had tons of laughs and left with some new skills (sort of!). Highly recommend this for couples or groups, it’s one of the most fun activities in Whistler. Can’t wait to come back!

Very fun experience! The host walks you through many fun games, trick shots and the opportunity to try and make it into the hall of fame. There is a designated play area for kids, variety of drinks and plenty of space for our group of ten. Safety was paramount and made the experience fun for all. Thank you to the Forged Team for making our time together special.

Nestled in the heart of Whistler, the Amsterdam Cafe Pub is a vibrant hotspot that perfectly captures the essence of nightlife in this bustling village. Known for its lively atmosphere and eclectic vibe, this no-frills watering hole serves up classic bar fare alongside an impressive drink selection that keeps spirits high until the early hours. With its inviting patio wrapping around the pedestrian walkway, it's an ideal spot for people-watching while enjoying happy hour specials.
Great location to chill and have a drink whilst watching life go bye. Service was too notch and the God-Dam burger was top notch!

Great vibey place with good service, great drinks, and a convenient location. Happily surprised they had multiple vegan options for me, just wish this bowl had tofu or another type of protein on it! My husband got the pork brisket which he said was good, but not life-changing! The music was a bit too loud for conversation.
Justine N — Google review
I just left Amsterdam Cafe Pub. Oct 9-2025 I didn't think I'd enjoy this delicious chicken burger with yam fries and ranch. It's the only thing I've eaten here and I can recommend it. It's a must-savour. I enjoyed the place inside, the soft music, and it's quite peaceful. The service from the lady was friendly and respectful. I'm sorry I don't have a photo before I started eating, but when I started eating, I was enjoying it, and before I finished, I knew I had to recommend it. I don't have to say anything about the price. I had to have water with it because I'm not drinking alcohol. And I will definitely come back here next time I visit Whistler.

The Amsterdam is the best value in the village. The food is priced well, and very good. The staff make your visit extremely enjoyable and leave you wanting to come back again. In our visits (3 times) Amanda was nothing short of awesome.

I think the chicken burger l had here was the best one l have ever had. Chicken was tender, burger was juicy. l had it with yam fries. So good. I forgot to take a picture of the burger it looked so good:) The wait staff was friendly to.

Food was ok and pricey. I don’t have problem with the food. But the server. She brought wrong cocktail and never gave us water (even after we asked many times). After payment, she was standing there and just asking if we need receipts. Then left without appreciation. I shouldn’t leave any tip.

The staff here are the best! The handsome fella on the door Josh was the maan! Not to mention Elli the best bartender in town. She was so quick and dialed all the drinks came to us so quick. Love the music too!

It was okay, perhaps even good. Nothing wrong with anything but it wasn't great either. The fish and chips portion was small. The butter chicken was good but fairly average as butter chicken goes. The BBQ flatbread was not bad either. It was all "good", but nothing was great. Ambiance quite loud but it's a pub so that's expected. I had a pretty good blonde beer though.

Hunter Gather is a laid-back and casual eatery located in Whistler, BC. It's a popular spot among locals for its pub grub, including slow-cooked ribs, brisket, and poutine with pulled pork. The restaurant offers an ample selection of rotating craft beers on tap to complement the flavorful dishes. Situated near Olympic Plaza on Main Street, Hunter Gather provides a relaxed atmosphere with patio seating featuring picnic tables.
This restaurant was an outstanding experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it. When you arrive, you choose a seat and take a menu. When you are ready to order, you go to the counter and order. They bring your food to the table and check on you. The staff was friendly and the food came quickly. The atmosphere was trendy and comfortable with plenty of seating indoors and out. The food was delicious. We got a chicken burger and a beef burger. We liked both but preferred the beef. The potato salad is scratch made and the fried potatoes were different than I have had before. The best way I could describe them is potato pillows. The beer selection was good and they offered flights. I am so glad we chose this restaurant!

Everything is GOOD! I got their Bacon benny and it was o-kay. Their hollandaise tasted more of melted cheese and their pickled onion didn’t really taste pickled. I do love how you can order to the front so you can take as much time as you would like. It was our first visit and I would come back to try their waffles. Service is great, they were very nice. As well as the atmosphere. I loved their layout.

This review is based on their happy hour and only the drinks. They offer 20% off drinks, which is great for an afternoon relaxation session or late lunch. The place is pretty open so there’s lots of seating. You order at the counter and they bring your food or drink to wherever you’re seated.

I'm a fairly simple eater and love Hunter Gather. The classic breakfast was fantastic! Lots of delicious food for a surprisingly reasonable price, considering most food in Whistler is marked up quite a bit. I've gone back multiple times to have the brisket sandwich with pemberton potatoes for dinner. The brisket is very soft, moist, and tasty! The horseradish on it is very mild, so don't let that scare you away from it. My mother and I were both ranting and raving about the brisket for days. I'm generally a French fries kinda guy, but the pemberton potatoes were a nice surprise. They are basically fried potato chunks that are nice and crispy on the outside and decently soft on the inside. On one visit, my girlfriend ordered the Cured Salmon & Pesto Salad and thought it was too salty. The staff was very kind and exchanged it for a brisket sandwich, which she was very happy with. On another visit, my girlfriend ordered the Hunter Shawarma and did not like it. She claimed the beef was overcooked and she didn't like the chicken marinade. The staff was more than accommodating and swapped it free of charge for a Chicken Shawarma, which she was very happy with. All in all, the food selection is great, for a reasonable price. The staff is more than gracious and accommodating. The environment is comfortable, with plenty of seating, natural lighting, and comfortable music volume levels. So even though it might not be a quiet dining experience, based on how busy it is, you also don't need to worry about being able to hear the people at your table.

EDIT: Hunter Gather did make good on their promise for a refund, and I do appreciate their quick response and attempt to make things right. Thank you! What happened to this place!?! Hunter Gather used to be one of our favorites. But the overcooked dry brisket was among the worst I have had. Pork Ribs were comparatively better but very small and little meat, I probably would not order them again (if we ever go back). Poutine was kinda weird with the pickles. On the positive, staff was very friendly and food served quickly. But overall the food was a complete disappointment. Sad to see the decline.

Where Brisket Melts in Your Mouth It’s been a while since I’ve had brisket this good—tender enough to melt in your mouth, with just the right amount of smoke and a perfectly charred crust. The side of crispy potatoes was outstanding. The place is delightfully unpretentious, with excellent beers and ciders, and a more-than-fair check.
Raffaele Z — Google review
Good casual place for burgers, wraps and BBQ! Very reasonable prices. They also have a large selection (about a dozen) of local beers on tap and are very happy to tell you about the beer and brewery. Try out a beer flight if you can’t decide. It’s self serve in the sense that you are shown to a table, then you go up to the counter to order food and drinks, and your order is brought to your table. Very efficient and is pretty quick, even when it’s super busy. Pretty large dining area so tables move fairly quick. When the weather is good they have lots of tables in an outdoor area, where you can also bring your dogs. Super friendly staff, especially Brodie the beer meister! We’ve gone a few times and everything on menu is good. They have a few vegan and veggie options. Got beef burger and chicken schwarma this time. I like the crispy potatoes or wilted kale as a side. They have a soup of day which is also nice on a cold day. They also serve brunch and have great waffles and bennie’s. Came back a few months later. Got to e Grants platter for 4. Huge plate of food!! Tasty pulled pork, brisket, wings, ribs. Loads of sides. Minor nit is too much pulled pork, would have preferred more brisket (not that many slices). Otherwise, good deal and could probably feed 4 or 5.

The platter for two is more than enough for three. It was delicious and the brisket was super tender. The jalapeño cornbread was phenomenal too!

Not sure if you can curse in google reviews because I would want to so I can describe how much I loved this place! It's just freaking great for everything you want from a pub. Strong drinks, done. Pub fare, elevated and executed properly. Our meal at Roland's was a pleasant surprise, from the fresh fish on the Baja fish tacos to the burgers served on a tasty brioche bun, Roland's beats expectations. We tried some dishes that we're understandably average (the nachos and poutine were exactly what you'd expect, nothing fancy) but the veggie burger was a moist and tasty mix of lentils and chickpeas, with a fresh side salad. Prices were on the slightly high end for pub fare, but when you're in a location like this, it's forgivable. For a healthy lunch, this place has competition from Nita Lake Lodge, right next door.

The Raven Room is a stylish restaurant with a patio that offers locally sourced eats paired with an impressive selection of wine, beer, and craft cocktails. The establishment is highly regarded for its excellently crafted cocktails and delicious bites, as well as its sunset patio views. Opened in 2018 by two local couples, the venue has become a popular spot known for sustainability-minded cocktails made with local ingredients and robust punchbowls served in ornate glassware.
We came in for a night cap, and I would say this is indeed one of THE best happy hour menu in Whistler just like a lot of lists and recommendations have mentioned. It really does have valuable and a variety of selections for everyone (as opposed to a lot of happy hours nowadays that’s kind of sad and limited) :) The Thai fried chicken was SO good - the flavor combination was a stroke of genius with the raw ginger, compliments to the chef who came up with it! The only thing is that with $15, it really is the tiniest portion 🤣 Great vibe and I think I would choose this over Earls or other famous happy hours any day when we visit now!

Everything was excellent! We sat outside and had a heater near us which we greatly appreciated. Service was quick and very friendly. For cocktails, we had Oil Spill (which was super unique!!) and The Cat's Meow. For food, we had Potato Puffs (amazing!!) and Spicy Fried Chicken. For mains, we had the Beef Tenderloin + Blue Cheese Chimichurri (everything was excellent, my only suggestion would be to add more blue cheese, but I am a huge blue cheese fan and this might not agree with everyone) and the Belly + Scallops (such a crispy and delicious meal, the scallops were perfect!!).

Came here for happy hour to try a few of their bites and drinks. This place was surprisingly quiet at the time and the staff almost felt surprised that we had come. Despite the mostly empty spot, we still had to wait with the hostess to find a table for us. The snack offering they had was solid enough, the potato puffs could use a little more seasoning, the Thai fried chicken was good. The drinks were a bit watered but that could be because it took a while for our drinks to come. I’m not sure what happened but the bar prepped our drinks and they just sat there until finally someone brought them over to us. Either way, I think there’s enough other happy hour spots in Whistler to try.

Nestled in the heart of Whistler, Crepe Montagne is a charming French crêperie that offers a wide array of sweet and savory options. Established in 1993, this cozy eatery has become a go-to spot for delicious food and impeccable service. The menu features popular choices like La Parisienne, La Suzette, and Le Tatin. In addition to crepes, they also serve meat fondue and raclettes.

I read a lot of good reviews, and walked in with high expectations! Although the group arrived after me was seated before us, the waiting time was acceptable. We ordered an omelette and a savoury crepe. The smoked salmon omelette was pretty good, but the crepe was quite disappointing. It was quite dry… The most disappointing part was the service…. Everything was fine until the waitress cleared the table, including napkins at the very same second that I put my fork down. I was still having my last bite. She didn’t asked if we were done, instead simply took the dishes and said I will bring your bill. We understand the restaurant was busy But from the moment the food was served till we walked out of the restaurant, it was only 25mins….. I don’t know why she was rushing us…
J F — Google review
Let me start by saying I've worked and been married into the service industry for over a decade. I say this with a great disappointment and I'm insulted by what we experienced here today. I don't know if they're just having an off day or what but it's as if it was the whole staffs first day on earth today. I'm not sure if it's a requirement to have never seen a single scrambled egg before to work here?? We sent one of the over and under cooked (at the same time!) eggs back to see if they'd bring a normal $7 egg back but they just microwaved it or something, it was awful. You can see the what they handed back in the photo provided, I wish I had gotten a before shot. My brother got the Florentine eggs Benedict and it was a gross heap of wet plain spinach on an untoasted English muffin. The egg pan is clearly too hot and the hash brown pan was clearly too cold. I like crispy bacon but not burnt bacon for the price. The only good thing was the maple latte. Our server never checked on us and everyone was like a zombie, it was so bizarre. I genuinely regret not speaking up while there but it didn't seem like it would have mattered if I had. For the whole staff to clearly not care whatsoever is obviously the fault of management who themselves must not care and cannot encourage anyone here to care or be proud about the services provided.

I read a lot of good review and was excited to try this place. My experience did not live up to my expectations at all. The space is cozy, charming, and very welcoming. My mocha... Meh? My crepe (Belle Helene) was raw tasting and left a lingering flour taste. Overall dish were very average, if not slightly below. A taste I cannot justify at this price point. I expected better. Mine did come with a good poached pear, which was perfectly cooked. Still bright and refreshing. But the crepe ruined it. Chocolate sauce tasted store bought and not made in house. Vanilla icecream was the same, nothing to write home about. Don't get me wrong, I think you can corporate mass producing ingredients into perfectly good comfort dishes with the right balance. But this was not it. It left me feeling like I was having a thoughtless dish, cheaply put together and made into a fancy dish with a touch of poached pear. The bratwurst on the side was pretty good, probably the only thing I actually like. I don't recall now but the herb in there was pretty on point. But at $6 for such a small portion (doesn't appeared to even be a link worth) left me questioning the portion size. The whole service was very messy. The waitresses kept asking each other what's what and they just all seems very confused. They seems to be trying so I want to praise them for effort but it doesn't make for a good dining experience. One of the waitress almost drop the hot mocha on me because her hand was super shaky. This place is definitely not for me, and I doubt I would return. It was nice to go once though.

Great Food and Authentic Parisian feel. Came here October 13th 2024. The food and service was superb. Having been to Paris the atmosphere was very similar, little warm place. We had French Onion soup which was very tasty, a goat cheese and chicken Crepe with a tomato bisque sauce that was delectable and a sweet strawberry with chocolate drizzling. We also had a Strawberry smoothie and Cappuccino, both were very good. The service was great, a short wait so we just walked to a nearby park to enjoy the beautiful Autumn colours and were promptly welcomed in. We won't hesitate to come back in the future though they did say they were closing soon for a period of time due to it becoming the off season. Thank you for the wonderful food and service. I gave it 4 Stars only because I rarely give perfect scores for anything so don't take that in any way that it wasn't good, it was close to perfect.

They are known for their constantly changing selection of vegan snacks and an array of unique baked goods that keep locals and visitors coming back for more. The bakery offers over 20 different types of bread along with tempting treats like pizzelles, homity pies, spinach and feta brioches, cakes, and other delectable desserts.
It’s a busy bakery. However quality is amazing ! I got the Lemon Basil Blueberry Scone and it’s really good ! also the iced latte is good pair with sweet pastry… However for the service… we asked for the Chocolate Fudge Babycake but the staff gave us the Vegan Double Chocolate babycake… it’s pretty good tho but we wanted a diffrent one. Now I understand what the hype is about. A must visit place when you’re in Whistler !

The coffee had deep notes and a wonderful aftertaste — one of the best I’ve had on this trip. Bake-wise, I’d recommend the fruit pastries over the chocolate ones. A must-stop for coffee lovers!

This is such a wonderful spot to enjoy picking up a delicious bakery treat! The front of the store is always filled with beautifully freshly baked items that smell delightful. The coffee was delicious, and the whole place just smells incredible—it's a true delight to visit.

I'm still drooling just thinking about my visit to Purebread bakery in Whistler Village! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a visually stunning display of an array of sweet treats that made my eyes widen with excitement. The presentation was impeccable, making it impossible not to want to try everything on offer. We indulged in the double chocolate loaf slice, and oh, it was love at first bite! The rich, velvety chocolate on top paired perfectly with the moist cake beneath. It was the perfect accompaniment to a leisurely stroll on a sunny day. While the seating area inside was cozy, we opted to enjoy our treats outside, taking advantage of the pleasant summer weather. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind and savor the moment. Putebread bakery is an absolute gem that should be on every foodie's (and non-foodie's!) bucket list. With its mouth-watering offerings and charming ambiance, it's a must-visit destination in Whistler Village. I'm already planning my next visit to try more of their delectable creations!

I’ve only been to Purebread once, but I’m still thinking about it! The chocolate chip bar was unreal — perfectly chewy, rich, and absolutely packed with chocolate. It was honestly one of the best pastries I’ve ever had. The shop is so charming, everything in the display looks incredible, and the staff were welcoming. Even after just one visit, I can say this place is a must-stop in Whistler. I can’t wait to go back!

Splitz Grill is a popular spot in Whistler known for its affordable and delicious food. The menu features customizable burgers made with beef, chicken, or veggie patties and a wide variety of toppings including bacon, mushrooms, pineapple, and peppers. In addition to burgers, the eatery offers poutine, chicken fingers, hot dogs, ice cream, and milkshakes.
Gonna be honest I was expecting to be disappointed but I was pleasantly surprised. Burger tasted great, nice and juicy and full of flavour. Fried pickles were perfect. Fries were great too. All round the perfect meal after a hard day on the hill. Well priced for whistler too. Great options for drinks. Would definitely go again.
Mel W — Google review
Extremely Disappointed – Don’t Trust the Reviews! I’ve been to Splitz Grill twice before and had a decent experience, but something has seriously gone downhill. Yesterday, I took my family there expecting Whistler’s “best burger,” and we ended up having one of the worst food experiences we’ve had in Canada. We ordered three sandwiches—we couldn’t even finish half. The bread was stale, the yam and french fries looked and tasted old. I asked them to replace the fries, and the second batch was just as bad. There’s no refund option, and the quality is far below even fast-food franchises. We walked all the way from the village based on the review scores, but I can confidently say: Don’t believe the hype. This was a complete waste of money. My wife felt sick afterward—honestly, I don’t even think the meat was fresh. This place barely deserves 2 stars, and that’s just for the outdoor seating. Save your time, money, and health—skip Splitz Grill.

We stayed over the weekend in Whistler for a race and our hotel was right beside Splitz! Which is also a few meters from the Olympic rings - awesome location. The food was pretty good, we got burgers for the whole family which were spot on. Service was good enough, or perhaps professional. Price: expensive but I guess this “Whistler price” - 2 adult + 1 kids burger + 2x beer + tips = ~$110
Robson P — Google review
Spritz Burger is often touted as the best burger joint in Whistler, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Spritz Royale (topped with bacon and hash brown) along with regular fries and a plate of hot chicken wings. The positives: - Pricing is fair, especially during *happy hour*, when the wings were $7 off. - The burger came as an option on a brioche bun, which initially looked great, and the sauce/flavour setup was definitely tasty and satisfying. - Overall, good value for the money. The drawbacks: - The brioche bun didn’t hold up structurally—it completely disintegrated halfway through eating, which made things messy fast. - The burger patty’s texture was a bit *mushy*, which raised some concerns and took away from the experience. Hoping it’s just a one-off kitchen miss, but it’s worth noting. Final thoughts: Spritz Burger delivers on flavour and value, especially if you catch happy hour, but the execution—particularly the bun integrity and meat texture—left something to be desired. With small improvements, it truly could live up to its reputation as one of Whistler’s best burgers. Ambience was satisfactory offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was self-serve type that expects 18% + tips. The cashier was friendly.
SK G — Google review
Splitz Burger in Whistler serves up sumptuous, freshly made burgers loaded with sauce and toppings to your heart’s delight. The fun part? You can build your own burger, but watch out—$2 per topping can add up faster than you think! I went with the Splitz Royale, and wow, talk about luxury—this burger even has a crispy hash brown tucked inside for that extra indulgence. Their happy hour offers “mini Splitz burgers” and wings, perfect for sampling or sharing. The vibe is laid-back, with plenty of generous indoor seating plus a patio to soak up the mountain air. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience feel casual and fun. In terms of taste, Splitz ranks up there with the beloved Burger Crush—though I’ll admit the patty was a bit mushy and the buns struggled a bit holding all that deliciousness together. But hey, no burger is perfect, and I’ll definitely be back for more. If you’re in Whistler and craving a burger that’s a little different and packed with flavor, Splitz is worth the visit—and maybe an extra napkin or two.
Amus S — Google review
One of our favourite places in Whistler to grab lunch. We always order their Bison Burger and it’s always so delicious. If you are lucky, make sure to grab a table on their patio - it’s a very nice sitting area. It is pricey though, we paid $30 for one burger with fries and coke but it’s standard for Whistler. Customer service was excellent and we are looking forward to coming back! 🍔

The best burger I’ve had! A must visit after a long hike or a beach day. The staff are all very friendly and the interior is clean. There is plenty of seating inside and out. There are many options even if you’re vegetarian! We got the cheese burger with cheddar cheese. The ingredients taste fresh and I would definitely go back.

Pub
Restaurant
The Beacon Pub & Eatery, formerly known as Cittas, is a popular spot in the heart of Whistler Village. It offers an impressive selection of craft beer and is a favorite among locals for its casual atmosphere. The pub serves up unique variations of the classic Canadian cocktail, the Caesar, including the Beacon Bad Boy Caesar which comes with a garnish of dry-cured chorizo and other savory treats.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Beacon Pub in Whistler Village, and I have to say—they’re doing an excellent job. Keep it up! The whole experience was great, from the food to the atmosphere and the service. I ordered the pulled pork tacos, which were served with fresh arugula. They were absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I also had the wings, which were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. My friends ordered a burger and truffle fries, and they loved them! The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It’s always a pleasure to be in a place where you feel truly welcomed. The ambiance at Beacon Pub is another big plus. If you sit by the windows upstairs, you get a beautiful view—perfect for enjoying a drink while watching the village go by. The setup is also ideal for catching a game with friends, and the background music adds a great vibe. I will definitely be coming back. Congratulations to the whole team—you’re doing everything right!

The food was delicious overall. The burger was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. For the fish and chips, while the single piece of fish was cooked well and had a great crispy coating, I did find the portion of fish itself to be a bit small. Note: they charge for extra sauces. That said, the dishes were good.

We all enjoyed our food and finished it even though we over ordered. Chicken sandwich was good and size was decent. Fries were cooked perfectly, not overly salty. Falafel platter my wife had was really good. 5 layer dip was amazing and we enjoyed it as a starter.

Ice cream shop
COWS Whistler is a popular ice cream spot in the village, known for its delicious handmade and creamy ice cream. The extensive menu offers vibrant flavors with witty names, served in your choice of waffle cone. Despite the long lines, the wait is worth it as the line moves quickly. It's a must-visit for ice cream lovers staying in Banff, offering unique flavors and a treat for those with a sweet tooth.
Fun ice cream shop with lots of unique flavors to choose from. The ice cream is creamy and rich, definitely worth lining up for. The store also has quirky merch which makes it extra fun to browse. Staff are friendly and the vibe is light and cheerful. A must try stop when you’re in Whistler Village.
Val T — Google review
Probably the most popular ice cream place in town, but the line-up moves quickly. Price is reasonable. We had the mint chocolate & apple flavour, both are really good. The only thing I want to mention is hygiene among the employees. Most of the staff in the store are younger kids and within 5mins timeframe while lining up, I saw the person making the waffle cone accidentally drop one on the counter and still picked it up, and saw the other staff dipping the waffle cone in the in the nuts licking her fingers in the process, and none of them are wearing gloves.

We stopped to get ice cream here while visiting Whistler! There was a very long queue but it went quickly and they are very friendly. We got the strawberry, blueberry and apple crisp ice creams all of them were delicious! They have a store inside to but gifts. Do give them a try!
Raina O — Google review
Everyone comes here for ice cream during the summer so definitely be prepared for a long wait. There’s a lot of people working so they’re doing their best to clear through the queue. This place is famous in Whistler village. Their waffle cone is delicious, and they also have a few unique flavors to offer. It’s pretty good ice cream. I think there’s some better ones in Vancouver now, but it’s a good stop for the family to check out some merchandise and get out of the sun.

This ice cream shop is a must-visit! It has a massive selection of branded treats, but the real star is the wide variety of homemade ice creams—delicious, uniquely Canadian, and full of flavor. You can tell care goes into every scoop. The staff are super friendly and happy to help you find your favorite. A perfect stop for a sweet treat, especially on a sunny Whistler day!

I had an amazing experience at Cows Ice Cream in Whistler! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The shop is clean, bright, and has a fun, lively atmosphere that makes it perfect for families, friends, or even solo visits. The ice cream itself is absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. your ice-cream i uploaded it was phenomenal, with the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. I also appreciated the generous portions and creative toppings. Prices were reasonable for the quality and experience. Overall, Cows Ice Cream is a must-visit spot in Whistler — fantastic service, amazing ice cream, and a great vibe that makes every visit special. Highly recommend! Perrrrrrfect👍
Poone M — Google review
The ice cream here wasn’t great. A little pricey and the scoops were on the smaller side. The different ice cream flavours didn’t particularly taste distinct and rather just tasted like vanilla. The blueberry ice cream tasted like vanilla ice cream with hard chunks of frozen blueberries, and the coffee ice cream had no bitterness or taste of espresso. We were disappointed.
Forest B — Google review
There are so many incredible flavours to choose from. It’s nearly impossible to decide. What sets them apart, aside from the incredible flavours, is the cone. It’s not a flimsy fall-apart cone. It is a good robust cone that lasts until the job is done! A must-visit in Whistler village. One area for improvement would be the checkout. Many people waiting, ice cream in hand, just to pay. The employee on the retail side should come usher people over there to pay to speed things along for the huge lineup of people outside.

Pizza restaurant
Restaurant
Pizzeria Antico is a popular spot in Whistler, offering artisan pizzas, pasta, salads, and other Italian dishes in a trendy setting. The restaurant hosts a daily Happy Hour from 3 to 5 pm with an extensive selection of local craft beers, wines, and cocktails. On Wednesdays after 5 pm, guests can enjoy any pizza from the menu paired with a beer for just $23.
Best pizza in Whistler. Several vegetarian options on the menu, and a choice of a whopping 18 craft BC beers. Sat at the bar and had a Funghi. Pizza was amazing and service was even better!
Nathan M — Google review
We stayed at the Fairmont, and many of the staff highly recommended having lunch here. Unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was only about half full. However, the hostess didn’t acknowledge us for some time, and when we asked for a table for two, she led us all the way to the very back corner of the restaurant — an isolated area where no one else was seated. When we politely asked if we could sit elsewhere, she rolled her eyes and, without saying a word, walked us to another table near the bar. The interaction felt very dismissive and, frankly, personal. It’s unfortunate because the food was delicious, and our server was friendly and professional. However, the initial interaction with the hostess left us feeling unwelcome and it set a negative tone for the experience. It’s disappointing to feel treated this way, especially after receiving such high recommendations. I’m not sure I would choose to return.
Sally R — Google review
We enjoyed a casual dinner at this restaurant. Nice atmosphere (sat outside on the benches as it’s more quiet outside). Although I’m rating this place a four out of five it’s more like a 4.3 but I’m unable to give fractional ratings. The Caesar salad was OK and was a bit unique as it was served on top of a fresh baked flatbread in brackets (essentially a pizza base). A suggestion to amp up the flavour is to add anchovies and a bit more salt and pepper and more Parmesan cheese. We really enjoyed the delicious pizza (Picante). It was a very authentic Neapolitan pizza - when I compare it to pizza I’ve had in Italy. The crust was nice and crispy and the toppings were very flavourful with just the right amount of spice. The server was great. She checked in on us every now and again and was friendly. Overall would highly recommend visiting this restaurant for their tasty pizza and other Italian fare.
Jennifer — Google review
I would not recommend the gnocchi at all. It was very mushy and soft (probably undercooked). Overall very unpleasant texture. At one point I thought it was cheese filled (which would explain the texture a little bit) but I guess I was being hopeful because after I checked the menu and they were not cheese filled 😐. Oh and if you’re wanting some entertainment with your meal, just look up. The circus of flies twirling through the air will take your breath away…
Madison M — Google review
I ordered a drink and it came without any kind of cocktail napkin. I asked for a napkin and she told me I’d get a napkin when my food came out. Somewhat of an unhelpful response… I was hoping for a delicious Italian- style pizza. I chose the Funghi. It was described as, “Porcini cream, roasted mushrooms, fior di latte, roasted onions, grana padano and fresh thyme”. Unfortunately, maybe the kitchen was off that night but it was so salty it was nearly inedible. I dissected the pizza and it was the onions that were oversalted. Unfortunately, they seemed to be the main ingredient on this pizza. It was basically an onion pizza with a sprinkle of mushrooms. When the server came to check, I didn’t even get the words out, she assumed it was fine and carried on.
G. M — Google review
Absolutely fantastic experience at Antico! We arrived for the happy hour – from 3 to 5 PM, all margherita pizzas and tap beers at half the price. Also tried a gnocchi that I was craving. Super high quality ingredients and the orders arrived pretty fast. Cozy atmosphere and nice service too. Highly recommend!
Bruno R — Google review
So disappointing! We are locals and have lived here a long time and had been saving up for a special treat. Overpriced food and very disappointing. (for example we ordered up with what was supposed to be oven roasted wine, tomatoes, and it looks like the picture I posted… One raw tomato, quartered… )Service was excellent though, and they removed the especially disappointing item from the bill.
Heather H — Google review
We’ve been coming here every time we come to Whistler. Their pizza and pasta are fantastic and made with excellence, and perfect serving portion sizes. Bar Oso is a contemporary Spanish restaurant located in Whistler, known for its tapas and charcuterie. After undergoing renovations that expanded its capacity, the bar continues to attract a skiing crowd. The horseshoe-shaped bar offers a prime seating experience where guests can enjoy signature cocktails like Smoke and Mirrors, along with classic pinxtos and bocadillos.
Beautiful bar, it’s upscale, modern and the atmosphere is adult and high energy. Really nice cocktails and service at the bar. The food is tapas style so smaller bites but I found it a little overpriced for the amount and quality of the food. Would definitely go back for cocktails alone and the great atmosphere.
Eleanor S — Google review
Great space / great restaurant. I love this style of food, where you can experience many small dishes to get a great cross-section of different textures and styles and just great nibbles all around. I definitely recommend the charcuterie board—get the half meat/half cheese so you can enjoy it all. We just had mocktails, but they were interesting and refreshing. The spreadable salami is definitely a star. Looking forward to our next visit!
Carson W — Google review
We were so surprised and delighted to stumble upon this hidden gem in Whistler Village! The vibe is absolutely immaculate — it really reminded me of the bustling nightlife back in Toronto, which is exactly what I was looking for. I personally work in the hospitality industry and have been to countless bars, so I did my research beforehand by checking out their website, reading about the chef, and scrolling through their Instagram. It all looked promising, but the real experience exceeded my expectations. We were seated right at the bar, which was perfect since we got to watch the kitchen prepare dishes and the bartenders craft drinks — such a fun and lively atmosphere. The energy was busy and buzzing, making it ideal for a night out. That said, if you’re looking for something quiet, intimate, or family-friendly, this may not be the right spot. For tapas, I found the portions and quality really fair for the price. The flavors honestly shocked me in the best way, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes. We also tried a couple of cocktails — although our server seemed a bit unsure when recommending one (I asked for something fruity and light but got the opposite), everything else about the service and night was wonderful. The highlight for me was seeing how well the whole team worked together — you could feel the camaraderie and passion behind the bar and kitchen. That, combined with the food and vibe, made for such a memorable night. Highly recommend if you’re after a vibrant, city-style experience in Whistler!

This place is one of the newer spots in Whistler that features tapa style food. They’re really busy so a reservation is recommended or putting your name down early to make sure you get a seat. The food is very good and the drinks are well crafted. They have some fun creative cocktails and twists on some classics. The shrimp and meatballs were one of our favourites. Definitely recommend checking this spot out when you’re in Whistler.
Andy C — Google review
We had such a wonderful experience at Bar Oso! Chef Andrés prepared an amazing paella full of authentic Spanish flavors — absolutely delicious. The cocktails by bartender Juan were fantastic, and the appetizers from José Luis were also outstanding. Everyone was so warm and friendly, which made the whole evening even better. A true taste of Spain in Whistler!
Daniela A — Google review
We stopped for dinner on our first night in Whistler. We had the pinchos & garlic prawns starters and they were delicious. For the main course we opted for the full charcuterie board, which was equally as tasty. Service was great too. Would recommend.
Stephen H — Google review
My partner and I were really looking forward to trying Bar Osu, but unfortunately, the experience was terribly disappointing. While tapas are meant to be small plates, the portions here are absolutely tiny—barely enough for one person, let alone sharing. Each dish averages $20-25, which feels very overpriced for the size and quality. We were recommended the octopus dish, which is usually a highlight at any Spanish tapas restaurant. Sadly, it was a letdown: the octopus was rubbery on the outside and soggy and slimy on the inside. The potatoes served with it tasted like something microwaved—very strange and unappetizing. The beef tartare was also bland and lacked any real flavor. On top of that, the atmosphere was not what you would expect from an upmarket bar. There were children being entertained, which really took away from the experience. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed and confused about the hype. I wouldn’t recommend Bar Osu if you’re looking for authentic, well-executed tapas or a refined dining experience.
Cindy O — Google review
This is our favorite spot! 😍 Just a beautiful establishment, exceptionally curated staff that go well-beyond for their customers. The salted cod melted in my mouth, the shrimp were divine. Pizza restaurant
Fat Tony's Pizza is a well-known pizzeria situated in the heart of Whistler Village, offering a variety of classic, vegetarian, and vegan pies for dine-in or delivery. Known for its New York-style thin crust pizzas with generous toppings, it has gained popularity for being budget-friendly. The restaurant has won several awards, including Best Pizza in Whistler multiple times.
Came to Whistler for a snowboarding trip and had a craving for pizza! Saw that Fat Tony’s would deliver and their rating were pretty good. I ordered the Meat Lovers with ranch drizzle. Took them just over 30 minutes to deliver it to my hotel and I was impressed! The pizza looked and smelled amazing! Lots of toppings and the crust was delicious! I could have gone without the sesame but it was still delicious! I would highly recommend picking one up if you’re in the area.
Steven T — Google review
Ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad. The pepperoni on the was surprisingly large for the size of the pizza (10") and there were sesame seeds on the pizza itself - not that it really impacted the taste of the pizza or anything, just thought it interesting to point out for those who do/do not like sesame seeds on their pizza. In terms of taste the pizza was pretty mediocre. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. Surprisingly, the Caesar salad was really good; liked it more than the pizza! The service is quick, was about a 10 minute wait for my order, and the guys behind the counter were really polite. The location of the restaurant is a little tucked away and there aren't a whole lot of tables in the area, but they offer free delivery and we just ended up bringing the pizza back to our hotel room. Not that bad of a pizza joint!

First time trying Fat Tony's Pizza. Had a pepperoni and a ham & mushroom. Order was ready for pick in 20 mins. Have to say was quite surprised to see such large pieces of pepperoni and a touch of sesame seeds. Flavor was very good!

Not a bad little pizza joint in Whistler. Slices are $5 each and made fresh on site. The best part is the convenience—you walk up, pick from whatever’s hot and ready in the middle, and within minutes you’re eating. The locals recommended this spot, and I can see why! My only suggestion would be to offer a discount on slices that have been out for a while.

Fat Tony's is a hole in the wall, and I mean that with all due respect. I love it. No nonsense, delicious pizza, pretty good wings, get in, get out, there's no room for you to hang around inside, but there's benches, stairs, and a few walls you can sit on, or take advantage of their actually still free delivery if you can't be bothered to walk or wheel yourself up there. I live in northwest Washington and I've still considered driving there for a slice and something to do on more than one occasion.

Nestled in the vibrant Function Junction neighborhood, Whistler Brewing Company has been a prominent figure in British Columbia's beer culture since 1989. Despite changing ownership over the years, it remains a beloved fixture among locals and visitors alike. While most of their brewing takes place in Kamloops, their taphouse in Whistler offers an enjoyable experience for beer enthusiasts. Surrounded by picturesque bike trails, it serves as an ideal destination to unwind and savor their craft beers.
Did the Brewing Company Tour and highly recommend it! (Hidden) Gem just outside of the center of Whistler. Super friendly and enthusiastic employees, very personal and fun experience. Great food as well, even though the beer is still the MVP.

Whistler Brewing is a stop on BC Ale Trail. Located near Whistler and offering a comfortable rustic brewery experience. Great craft beer, good food options, eclectic seating, outside seating, patio seating, free parking and many screens to enjoy sports. Friendly staff and easy to access from the highway.

Hidden gem outside of Whistler. We shared the potato skins and a pizza and both were an amazing combo. This place is super nice inside and you can sit either outside or inside but there’s also different types Of tables. The staff are so lovely and the prices pretty fair. I will go back!

We celebrated Mother's Day by having lunch here, sitting on the patio with our dogs and toddler. The staff was incredibly friendly and catered to our needs. Our virgin Caesars were delicious, especially since I usually like mine dirty. The wood-burning pizza was the highlight; it was the best we've had in Whistler. We also enjoyed the Caesar salad and and mussels in coconut curry; they were amazing. Even my son devoured the kids' pasta. Overall, everything was fantastic! The vibe at the restaurant was top-notch, with excellent food, drinks, service, and location, all deserving a 10/10 rating.

Whistler Brewing Company has truly stood the test of time and has somehow improved even further. We first discovered it eight years ago, and upon returning, we found the same amazing vibe, now with a little extra polish. The beers were outstanding, with the Grapefruit Ale and the Variable Conditions Hazy IPA standing out as particularly refreshing and full of character. A huge shout-out to Hugh and the rest of the team for making us feel right at home. With its chill indoor space and lively patio, the brewery has something for every kind of hiking or biking day mood. If you’re anywhere near Whistler, do yourself a favor and stop by for a pint (or two). Whistler Brewing, please don’t ever change!

We are glad we made the drive from Langley. First, we had the nachos and they were excellent. Great toppings, lots of condiments and a good size to split with someone. Second, we had a flight of beer and all were delicious but the Tusk dark ale was THE best dark ale that both of us have ever tried... Seriously. Third and most important, I didn't catch his name, the guy working the bar was from Quebec. He was excellent and really made the visit. He really talked up the Tusk dark ale stating that "his blood is 50% Tusk dark ale." He had some great comments about each of the beer selections that we made and had some great stories that we all laughed about. It was our pleaseure to meet him and enjoy an afternoon at the Whistler Brewing Company Taphouse. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

Best brewery in all of B.C. All the beers I tried were bangers but particularly, their Chestnut Ale is legit one of the best beers I've ever had. I've been to over 100 breweries in the world and this is my top five favorites. Really wish I could get their beer imported back home!

We've been coming up to Whistler for years and haven't made it to Whistler Brewing until this year and we regret not coming sooner! Our bartender/server/comedian Hughes (sorry if that's wrong!) Definitely made the whole experience that much better. Its been a long time since we laughed that hard on a beer tasting. We liked every beer we tried, we loved both the nachos and the pizza. Honestly every employee we chatted with was awesome, this place really has a 5 star team. Thank you so much for an amazing experience and we definitely be back!!

Nita Lake Lodge offers elegant suites with fireplaces, fine dining, and a spa. The tranquil lakeside setting provides a retreat from everyday life. The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge offers massages, body treatments, and medical aesthetics. Guests can enjoy rooftop hot tubs, an eucalyptus steam room, and a relaxation lounge. Rooms with mountain views offer the chance to borrow complimentary canoes, kayaks, and SUP's for lake activities.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Nita Lake Lodge. It was the most aesthetically appealing hotel we have ever stayed in and at the same time created a very welcomed and relaxed atmosphere. Our suite was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Everyone was super nice and we could borrow bikes for a lake tour. The location directly at the lake was perfect.

I’ve stayed here twice now, once in May with my Wife and Dog, and once in September with a large group for a work retreat. The rooms are soooo nice, the Dyson hairdryers are awesome. Everything is so clean and well taken care of. One of the more serene spots in Whistler and they are very dog friendly!! Bec and her team helped make everything perfect for our work retreat in their Train Station boardroom. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Spent the night at this hotel a couple days ago and honestly dont think I would go back again. The room was ok not great for the price point. Obscured lake view but we were on the first floor which sucked. The pool is tiny. The hot tub is not even hot. The sauna could use a deep clean. The gym closed for reno's. The staff experience at the front desk was below average although the reservation experience was for me a 1 out of 10. The price point for the hotel is simply not justified. I mean almost $40 per day for parking was steep. They claim boutique status although there was nothing in my experience that said boutique at all. The best part of the experience was actually the Shuttle service. The driver was terrific. I think his name was Ken. Sadly I had much higher expectations that were not even close to being met. You are better off getting a hotel in the Village then staying here. I for one will share my experience with friends, co-workers, and business contacts to avoid this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nita Lake Lodge — Magical, Cozy, and Absolutely Worth It Looked absolutely gorgeous from the outside — warm yellow lights glowing like fairy lights, giving off a magical, almost Harry Potter-like vibe. The whole place felt like it was carved out of a cave, with earthy, natural touches everywhere. The check-in staff were incredibly warm and helpful. One of the ladies gave us great ideas, including trying out their free rental bikes, which were in brand-new condition. We took them along the Valley Trail to Whistler Village — an easy, scenic ride with amazing views of Nita Lake the whole way. Our room was huge, luxurious, and cozy, complete with a fireplace. The bathroom felt like a private spa — beautiful French-style bathtub, plush towels, and ultra-luxurious green robes that made post-hike recovery feel next-level. After scrambling in Squamish earlier that day, that bath hit the spot. The lodge also offers free kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards to enjoy Nita Lake — perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises from the water. At night, the soft yellow lighting reflected off the lake creates a scene straight out of a movie. We loved the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and barrel sauna — perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure. Plus, underground parking made things easy and secure, with direct elevator access to the lobby. Our balcony overlooked towering rock columns, adding to that rugged mountain-luxury vibe. Honestly, no complaints whatsoever — only wish we had stayed longer than one night.
Akaramah K — Google review
If you’re looking for a blend of luxury and tranquility in Whistler, Nita Lake Lodge delivers. Set on the edge of a serene lake and just steps from the gondola, it gives you nature and convenience without compromise. Guests regularly praise the lake-view suites with fireplaces, soaker tubs and heated floors — the kind of touches that elevate a stay from comfortable to memorable. The lodge excels in its holistic experience. The on-site spa features rooftop hot tubs with mountain and water views, a steam room and serious treatments for post-adventure recovery. Dining is well-reviewed too: from the casual café to upscale meals in The Den, guests highlight fresh mountain-inspired menus and lake-terrace ambiance. On the practical side: a complimentary shuttle to Whistler village simplifies logistics, and free bikes/kayaks make summer outings effortless. Some caveats: a few guests mention that in-restaurant service can lag during busy times, and the pool is smaller than one might expect given the rest of the property’s scale. In short: if you value quiet elegance, high-end comfort and seamless access to the slopes or trails, Nita Lake Lodge is a strong choice.

What a treat! We spent a few nights here and it was amazing. The rooms were spacious, and the amenities were clean. We enjoyed a lot of time by the pool and on the lake. The only thing that would’ve made this better as if there was a bit more choice for food, but that’s what the shadow to the village is for!

We went for massages, I had a regular body work massage and was very happy, the lady did a great job and I could tell she really cared about her job and my experience, I booked my bf with the RMT and he was less impressed. I was also under the impression that the hot tub area looked out over the lake and it doesn’t at all so that was quite disappointing, I think the pictures a little deceiving.. also the hot tubs must be about 40 years old and could do with an update, the sauna also does get that hot. The receptionist was very accommodating to us though and really lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and bar, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting. Maggie, Rosie, Scott, and Gabe really made our night special. Their service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great time. And the food and drinks? Absolutely fantastic! Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable night out. Thanks to Maggie, Rosie, Scott, and Gabe for the outstanding hospitality!"

Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar is a new and highly praised dining spot in Whistler, featuring a stunning boomerang-shaped bar and a plush dining room. The bar offers the full menu with superb service, making it an ideal place to enjoy creative mixology like the Phoenix cocktail. The restaurant boasts an exceptional team of servers, sommeliers, bartenders, and cooks who have brought their expertise from top establishments in Whistler.
We’ve eaten at some very nice places in Whistler but Wild Blue is our favorite. Nice ambiance, good energy, perfect lighting. Service was helpful, engaging and attentive. We ordered a small Wagu to complement dinner and it was mouth watering. The sticky toffee was a great end to the evening. The cauliflower “salad” was tasty and creative. My long cod was cooked perfectly. We will be back !

We visited Wild Blue to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely worth the 3-hour drive to get there. We had the Prix Fixe menu, and every course was beautifully made with great balance and flavor. It’s a seasonal menu, so it might change in winter, which is a bit disappointing because everything was amazing! So, Please, DO NOT MISS IT!!! The atmosphere was cozy and elegant — no ceiling lights, but each table had its own warm-toned lamp, creating the perfect mood for conversation and dining. Our server was very kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the night. The wine pairing went perfectly with each dish, making the meal even more enjoyable. We came with our child, and we were happy to see that they offer a kids’ menu, so families can enjoy the experience together. The only small downside was that the soap dispenser in the restroom wasn’t working. I let the front desk know, but it still wasn’t fixed when we left. Hopefully, they can pay a bit more attention to those small details next time. Overall, everything else was truly perfect — amazing food, beautiful ambiance, and great service. We’d definitely come back again!

An exceptional dining experience. From atmosphere, to service, to innovative dishes…we felt Wild Blue had a great prix fixe menu to celebrate a special occasion this fall. The cocktails are amazing and bar top is beautifully designed. The service felt intentional and well-paced. From the prix fixe menu I recommend the corn bisque and cauliflower caesar. We added on the octopus appetizer which was amazing and tender. The rotolo pasta tastes like an elevated lasagna and I love the pickling on the trout crudo. For our mains, I do regret not trying the steak (it looked great). Instead I had the cavatelli which is still a lovely shape and good eat. For dessert, do yourself a favour and get the sticky toffee pudding. Overall, I would highly recommend Wild Blue as your fine dining choice this season!

Had a fantastic experience. The room is absolutely beautiful. As soon as we opened the wine menu the sommelier was at our table to chat. Our server was amazing and knowledgeable. The Prix Fixe menu was very well executed and the wine pairings were perfect. The desserts were a standout to an exceptional dinner. There was a problem with our OpenTable reservation not showing up in the system despite us having received confirmation and proof of the reservation. The first host that greeted us seemed unable to help us and less than accommodating. Luckily someone else was able to sort out the issue and took care of us.

Yes, the food is beautifully plated and tasted amazing. Yes, the atmosphere is hip, sophisticated yet warm and welcoming. But what I was most impressed with is the service. Wow! They deserve 6 stars for their top notch service. - I witnessed them navigating difficult customers (can’t decide, took forever to decide.. ) with so much patience and finesse. I would highly recommend you make this a stop when in Whistler - especially if you want to impress a date with your good taste!

We went there for the ~$43/44 meal as we wanted to try the menus. Would make a reso as they fill up days in advance and wait times can be 1+ hr. Food was good, both entrees in my opinion did not go together well (on the plate). For example, we got the ling cod, where the fish was warm but the rest of the plate was cold (probably plating) and it had this thick dark sauce (it almost looked like squid ink), and it coated the vegetables (specifically the leek and the shiso pepper?). The service was good, but the pace between plates was way too slow, like we’d sit there for 10+ minutes in between dishes. I’d say their appetizer/salads and desserts were the star of the show.

Came to BC to visit my brother for my 50th birthday. A girl I work with used to work in Whistler and recommended you guys. My brother is a bit of food snob and an introvert but because I’m the oldest and it being my birthday he gave in and booked us a spot at the bar. Me personally I love the bar, I’ve served and bartended for 30 years and I love being front row and center of all the action. From the time we sat down, our bartender made us feel welcome and was super informative. We asked her name but I totally forget it (young, long brown hair and glasses) We were there 2.5 hours, did the 4 course meal. After our meal, we walked back to the hotel and my brother said “now THAT was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I’m from Nova Scotia and not only will I be back, but you will be highly recommended to all I know visiting Whistler. Thank you for making my 50th a memorable one with great food, atmosphere, drink and AMAZING staff.

The staff were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel welcomed throughout the entire dining experience. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Every dish tasted thoughtfully crafted with high-quality ingredients, and the balance of flavors was perfect. The drinks were also a highlight, carefully prepared and paired wonderfully with the meal. This restaurant is a gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience. I can’t wait to return!

Coast Mountain Brewing, located just outside of Whistler in Function Junction, has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike since its establishment in 2016. The brewery is known for its innovative and experimental approach to crafting beers, offering a variety of hop-forward IPAs and sours alongside their year-round selections like Crystal Chair Pilsner, Valley Trail Pale Ale, and Surveyor IPA.
Our first visit to the enchanting village of Whistler brought us to Coast Mountain Beer, where we were fortunate to meet Julio, an exceptional barista and a wonderful person who made our experience unforgettable. His warm hospitality even drew us back the following day. Massimo also stood out for his excellent service, adding to the memorable experience. Now, more than 9,000 km away, we drink Italian wine using their coasters, a small reminder of the incredible time we had and the amazing people we met.

went on a sunday morning and there were some people surprisingly. got a flight for 12 cad and have to say that red ale (2nd in the picture) and stout (4th) are acquired tastes 😬the light lager (1st) was very light and my favorite is the hope you’re juicy IPA (3rd), which has a strong juicy and fruit note and a bitter after taste. the cutest thing is that the symbols on the flight are mapped to the menu so you know which is which! such a lovely idea. the environment was overall very cozy esp with so much sun light. the wifi was good too :)

Amazing day on my own at the spa. I had a Swedish massage by Lise-Anne. She was amazing,I’ve never had a massage as good!! Thank you Lisa-Anne 🥰 Gorgeous setting, silence is key. Busy but fine as calm/quiet and not on top of each other. Could always get a bed, lounger, space in all sections. Lovely large towels and complimentary water stations and flavoured tea. I had the carrot cake and English tea at the bistro which was lovely. Would highly recommend, nothing like it ❤️ August 2025

Many weird things... Overall spot is beautiful. However. The silent thing is just too much. You could have some areas / saunas for talking and some for the quiet time. Not EVERYONE wants to have a vipassana experience all the time. At least make 1 sauna for speaking... 🙄 Also, when I do my ice bath, I use the timer to track the breath holds and overall time in the ice. They didn't have any timer there, so I took my phone (how else I'm going to track it if you don't have a timer around and not even notifying people about it?) So, someone took my phone without my permission and manager told me,I'll get it back when I go out. 1. I don't like when people taking my items without my permission and when I don't see it 2. I didn't scroll the phone or anything. I used a timer which you don't provide (could e nice to have this "luxury" especially considering the $160 entrance fees)

The Scandinavian Spa in Whistler, Vancouver is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. It’s very popular, so I recommend reserving your “Scandinavian Journey” in advance, especially if you’d like to book a massage. They have a large parking lot, but you can also get dropped off. Keep in mind, no alcohol is allowed, phones are prohibited and must be stored in your locker, cameras are present, and the spa is meant to be quiet. It’s not really a place for chatting loudly with friends, it’s more about relaxing, calming your mind, and enjoying the beauty of nature. The outdoor setting feels like a garden, with swings, jacuzzis, pools, and plenty of spaces to unwind. The spa provides almost everything you need, but I suggest bringing your own sandals or flip-flops for walking around the garden. Many visitors bring a book to enjoy while resting by the fire or in the quiet areas. Complimentary herbal tea is available, and it’s perfect for relaxation. They’re open until 10 p.m., so you can truly spend the whole day there. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you want to practice self-love, slow down, and give yourself a truly healing experience.

An absolutely incredible experience! The Scandinavian spa is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and escape the stress of daily life. The atmosphere is serene and calming, with beautiful natural surroundings that make you feel instantly at peace. The hot and cold therapy cycles are invigorating and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. The staff are welcoming and professional, ensuring every detail of your visit is perfect. Truly a wonderful retreat for both body and mind — highly recommended!

Fun and rejuvenating experience at the Scandinavian Spa, but they have a strict silent policy - which is weird as some people follow it to a T and others disregard it. The spa itself has a fun layout, with the hot and cold changes. It does get super busy after lunch, so the morning session is probably the best time to visit. Finally, it’s a little on the expensive side, but it’s nice for a treat.

Got my birthday discount and a treat from front desk! Loved everything about this Spa! We were 20 minutes late because of the weather was horrible, they said 30 mins grace period is no problem! Bring your own swimming suits, slippers, water bottle, a book, hair tie for long hair and some lip balm. A think a beanie or toque is necessary in winter time to keep your head warm. We spend around 5 hours there, and is nothing but relaxing ☺️! Reservation is important to book in advance so you don’t have to be on waiting list. 📵 no phone is allowed in the SPA! No not many photos! Would go back again!!!!!

This place is pretty good, but expensive. Everything is expensive, very expensive. However, it is expected, isn't it? One thing I don't like is the service - most agents are great, but unfortunately, I met one who is not. The place is the Whistler visitor center and counter is the one I registered for a Zoom Ziplines activity for my kids. The woman agent took my kids' information and my credit card, then asked the couple behind me what they need and processed their purchasing holding my stuff on her table. After that couple was done, the woman agent even tried to give my credit card to them and said, "Don't forget your credit card." The only reason I can think about why the woman agent did so is that I am an Asian and the couple white. (Or because she didn't like my English?) Hope you won't meet that woman agent if you are not white. (I just realized I had better check my credit card bill to make sure the woman agent didn't charge that couple's purchase to my card.)

Mongolie Grill in Whistler has been a favorite dining spot since 1996, offering a unique experience where you can customize your own stir-fry meal. The restaurant provides an extensive selection of fresh meats, seafood, and veggies for you to handpick from. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, there are plenty of options to choose from. The friendly chefs are accommodating and can assist with dietary restrictions such as gluten allergies.
The food was delicious. I devoured every bite. There is a huge selection of healthy and yummy food to choose from. After choosing, i gave it to the cooks and they cooked it to perfection. Not too undercooked and not too overcooked. I loved the food. Eating here made my trip to Whistler even better! I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially to people who want to eat healthy but have it taste delicious at the same time. One of the best and high end restaurants i came to during my trip.

Good... but not worth the price. We got two moderately sized stir fries (mindful of not overloading) but it still came out to $90 including tip. It felt like a light meal; we didn't leave feeling full. The guys flipping the food though are pretty cool, nice job! Unfortunately also gave me forks originally and I had to ask for chopsticks. Also there was apparently free rice but we weren't informed. My wife also wants to add that they recommend too much sauce ("one scoop for a half bowl ended up too sweet with the Sea-to-Sky sauce"). I was fine with the sauce myself, but my wife is usually right so I'm including this in the review. Not bad though! Just expensive given the portions.

Mongolie Grill was recommended to us by a waitress in Victoria (kudos to her) This wasn’t just a great feed but also a great experience! The concept is great - you come up with your own meal from a vast range of fresh ingredients, spices and sauces. Weighed to determine price (interesting concept) and cooked in front of your very eyes. The chefs are engaging and cook your meal to perfection. The experience is efficient - no bookings but you don’t wait long. $90 + tip for meal, rice and drinks for two people. For a different culinary experience - highly recommend.

Their kindness, attention to detail, and effortless hospitality turned an ordinary visit into something unforgettable. And the concept wow! 🤩 The fact that you get to choose exactly what you want to eat is such a brilliant and refreshing idea. Every dish felt personal, perfectly made, and full of intention. It’s not just a meal it’s an experience that celebrates choice, flavor, and connection. We left with happy hearts, full bellies, and the biggest smiles. Can’t wait to come back again soon! 💛

What an amazing dining experience! The Mongolian dishes here are full of rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked meats and vegetables. The seasoning and sauces strike a wonderful balance — savory, aromatic, and truly authentic. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home. If you’re looking for delicious food and a memorable experience, this Mongolian restaurant is a must-visit!

Fresh, flavorful, and fun! The ingredients were top quality and very fresh, with plenty of variety from chicken and beef to fish and pork plus a great range of tasty sauces to match your grill. It’s a unique dining experience where you can mix and match to your liking. The only downside is the price; our two meals weighed just over a kilo and came to nearly $90. Not exactly budget friendly, but still worth visiting at least once for the experience.

Seriously loved my visit to Mongolie Grill in Whistler today! The food was super fresh and tasty, like, surprisingly good. Everyone working there was really nice, and our waitress was so awesome! We didnt get her name but she has horses. Oh, and they had a 50% off deal today, which was an awesome bonus! 5+ stars!!

It was such a wonderful experience to be able to create your own noodle bowl and watch it being cooked right in front of you. The food is fresh, and there’s a great variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. It’s really a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.

Elements Urban Tapas Parlour is a trendy and stylish restaurant in Whistler, offering a notable wine list and seasonal fare in modern, casual surroundings. The ambiance features warm golden woods, copper accents, and a cascading water wall.
We went to Elements in Whistler tonight after hearing many recommendations. The food was amazing! Everything was high quality and the dishes were all very tasty with great flavour combinations and textures. Served tapas style, as a group of 6, we each had our own favourites but I think the plump mussels with its sublime broth were to die for ❤️ Honourable mention goes to the tuna tartare with the perfect hint of spice that took this dish to the next level 🚀

Visited for brunch today and enjoyed the experience. The service is friendly and food was pretty good. I had the Benny stack, which was okay, and my partner had the breakfast sandwich, which was better. The potato thing they make is really great! Price point is not bad for Whistler.

Highly recommended. We stopped by for brunch and were surprised by the unique selections in the menu. Everything about the eggs frittata was exceptional - even the sides: the cranberry bread was also nicely buttered and the hash brown was so delicious. The corn fritters bennies are also very delicious. Absolutely love the unique brunch options. They make a great London Fog as well. Nice staff and atmosphere.

Our group of 15 (including vegan and gluten free diets) were well looked after by the amazing staff who served us such beautiful and tasty tapas dishes. we were able to sample quite a few dishes on the menu and none disappointed. Recommend the mussels - best we’ve ever had! we also tried the steak, ribs, gnocchi, cauliflower steak & calamari, all were amazing. also a great wine selection (bc wines) & extensive cocktail list. highly recommend Elements for a night out, it won’t disappoint. shame i didn’t get more pics to share!!

I will be back for another round of breakfast. Our hotel receptionist told us about this place. It is tucked away in the corner so we had to circle the block a few times to find it. It is a very popular place but it is worth the wait. The food here is reasonable price but my oh my does it delicious. This was the best breakfast I have had in a while. We wiped our plates clean. The customer service was amazing from the time we sat down. The juice shot you see in photo is served with every meal.
Afreen J — Google review
5 star experience!!! The food was amazing, we ordered the seafood feature, the flatbread feature and the land and sea. Could not pick a favourite between these three items🤤, my husband and I found it to be the best food we have had. The company was by far what made this the best date we have had. Brian is hilarious and made our night, the service overal was world class and something unforgettable. A must try while in town ands down, we will defiantly be back again 💕

I’m not usually a healthy eating person but the healthy hash is oh-so delicious! All the right flavors in a green bowl with 2 runny free range eggs. The duck sausage I added was a bit too salty I’ll probably skip that next time. My friend had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and she said it was splendid too. Bottomless coffee. I’ll definitely recommend this brunch spot to people visiting whistler!
L P — Google review
We ordered 3 dishes for 2 people for our first trip to Whistler. Overall the service and food were amazing. The stars below are our opinions but we really enjoyed all dishes and everyone’s taste may be different so please take it with a grain of salt! 1️⃣ Fresh seafood plate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lemon rice topped with a Guacamole layer, cold and refreshing, grilled tuna on top with well roasted shrimps. 2️⃣ Chefs choice land & sea ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flavourful scallops on top of fried potatoes, roasted duck with a sweet and sour paste at the bottom which was our favourite. Highly recommend! 3️⃣ In-house made Gnocchi, wild mushrooms shaved BC aged parm ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gnocchi was plain but cheesy. This dish makes me interested in trying some recipes with gnocchi!

The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a modern facility that showcases the rich cultural heritage of the Squamish and Lil'wat Nations. Designed by renowned First Nations architect Alfred Waugh, the center serves as a repository for artifacts and historical documents while also educating visitors about the art, culture, and storytelling traditions of these two distinct nations.
My friends and I recently visited this beautiful cultural centre in Whistler. Aside from the space being bright and inviting, the exhibits were really interesting. We were just in time for a short walking tour that started after a short video in the theater. I recommend watching the video and taking the tour as the lovely lady provided additional information about the exhibits that was very interesting. Two young gentlemen performed a song with drumming that I sat and listened to and found absolutely enchanting. I even got a bit emotional listening to them. The First Nation appreciation of the Earth and nature is something that I truly admire and appreciate. I highly recommend coming to this cultural centre on your visit to Whistler.
Samara G — Google review
Highly recommend you visit this cultural centre when in Whistler. We had lunch on arriving as we had just been up the Peak-to-Peak gondola and needed a rest! The salmon Chowder with bannock (a sort of fried bread roll) was absolutely fabulous. We then joined the tour (starts in the hour). A young man played a drum and sang a traditional song - beautiful and quite moving. Followed by a short video and a guided tour - really helpful to understand the lifestyle, culture and skills if the two tribes (Lil’wat and Squamish).
Martin G — Google review
We decided to check it out on a Sunday morning and it was a really good experience! It’s well managed with detailed instructions and descriptions of the Squamish Lil’wat peoples, who have a long history in the area. They have guided tours that are included in the ticket but you can also do a self-guided tour if you’d like. There are two floors, with the upper floor opening up to an open forest area, which was a highlight for me. It’s a forest walk which helps you understand the significance of trees, animals and all things nature in their culture. Must visit! 5/5

Get here. Soak in the story of this place. Watch the introductory video, then meander through 2 floors of exquisite exhibits. Visit the lodge, and the pit house. Take your time. Then look outside, and feel the history made here. Buy a memento or two in the tasteful (not tacky) gift shop, and finish with a coffee and light dessert. You’ll be glad you came. ❤️

What a wonderful experience at Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre tour. Amazing exhibition and lot of learning during the tour. Outside of walking hill with full of Medison nature of forest west coast region. You must visit this beautiful and educational Cultural Center in Whistler.
Yun — Google review
We were able to join one of the tours (on the top of the hour) and had such a good experience. I don't think we would have learned as much just reading the signs. I found particularly impressive for how long people used to work on their traditional clothing - as well as all the things that can be made with cedar. The building is beautiful and the exhibits are quite interesting, you can see canoes, regalia, stories, building structure, and learn about the language. There is also a nice gift shop with native art and a café to relax.
Petra N — Google review
Very much enjoyed the cultural center and learning about the Squamish and Lil’wat cultures. The building is stunning, the displays are very interesting and the film is a definite must. The young staff members did a great job on the tours.

Alta Bistro is a popular dining spot in Whistler, known for its seasonal French cuisine and extensive selection of wines by the glass. The bistro, owned and managed by local Eric Griffith, offers a modern take on French-style alpine dishes. Chef Nicholas Cassatari brings his expertise and global influences to create a menu filled with rich flavors, such as Rangeland bison tartare and Brant Lake Wagyu bavette steak.
Initially passed by this bistro searching for the restaurant I was supposed to have dinner. Yet, Alta stole the show as I couldn’t resist the great smell from the kitchen as I walked past there. If you want to please your palate for something worth the 💵, come here! The chef’s creativity is so visible on the plate. All the colours and flavour that explodes in your mouth. Locally sourced produce if you want to support Canadian businesses. You have to try it for yourself and be surprised in every bite. Apart from the chef and the kitchen folks, service was amazeballs here!!!!

I'd love to see how this restaurant scores with the Michelin reviewers, at the same time, I really appreciate how it's quiet and not too busy, as I like how it doesn't feel too cramped. The food is farm to table inspired west coast flair with a touch of molecular gastronomy, and a unique dining experience that I enjoyed. Pacing is relaxed, so expect to take your time. Personally, I'd recommend this restaurant a visit.

We tried the Summer 3-Course Special for $49, and everything we ordered was excellent. I think this may be one of the best restaurants in Whistler! Each dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. There are a few items with an upcharge, but they were worth the extra cost. Service was a bit on the slow side, but the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made up for the wait. Overall, a great dining experience with high-quality food at a good value. Would definitely return!
Monica L — Google review
We went to this restaurant on September 24th of this year with the whole family, a total of 10 adults and 2 kids. We had loads of shared plates as a starter, including the sourdough ciabatta, olives, charred shishito peppers, oysters, the Alta deli-board, and the venison tartare. For main course we had a various dishes, but all dishes were amazing. The risotto with peas was great, the pork belly was perfectly glazed, and also the Bavette and cheeseburger were cooked perfectly. Also the kids options were nice, varying from fish with chips to a cheese panini with fries, and of course ice cream as dessert! The service was also amazing, and we had two lovely servers continuously being attentive with our water and wine glasses. In total we spent a little over 100 CAD per person, but we had 3 bottles of wine totaling 375 CAD, so we went a little overboard on the wine, but it tasted great!
Sander V — Google review
We ordered a dozen oysters, a charcuterie board, and three summer courses ($49 each, but with add ons for specific dishes). The total was around $270 for four people. Our waitress was charming and attentive, but unfortunately the timing of the food was extremely slow. We ordered at 8:30 and it took until 10:30 for all the plates to come out. The Kale Salad and Venison Tartare were a bit bland, the cheeseburger was soggy, and the halibut was dry- I could’ve pan fried a frozen fillet from Costco and gotten the same result. In addition, the glaze on the pork belly did not resemble the taste of gochujang at all, and the chocolate financier was so sweet it hurt my throat. The spicy yuzu gelato didn’t have any citrus flavored and did not pair well with the financier. The only highlight was the scallop crudo- the seafood was meaty and fresh, the texture of the cracker was delightful, and the sauce was on point. I would say in terms of fine dining, this restaurant js definitely on the lower end of the scale.

If you love great food, very good and attentive service and a nice atmosphere, go to the best bistro in town. Probably the best dinner of our West Canada trip. On a Wednesday evening our family group of 12 including 2 small kids went here based on the recommendation of a few locals. The service was fantastically attentive. The waitress heared me dropping a spoon from the other side of the restaurant, right there with a new one. Because we were with such a large group, we practically ate the whole menu, and all the food was amazing! Duck breast: fantastic! Pork belly: spot on! Clam and cantharelle risotto: amazing! The wine, non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails: super! So, also in summer season, a great place to spend a few hours and enjoy a great meal.

Wow! I eat beef only 3-4x per year for environmental reasons. SO glad I tried the Sumac Crusted Beef Bavette here. Fabulous! Nathan enjoyed the Gochujang Glazed Pork Belly so much he says "I could eat that every day and never get sick of it. I really could." Both desserts were amazing. And who knew the Panacotta dessert would be vegan? Delish! Wonderful summer special - appie, main and dessert for $49.
Michelle O — Google review
We enjoyed the three course menu and everything was incredible, I’ve never had tartare with chocolate sprinkle on top and once I’ve had it I couldn’t get enough! The risotto was perfection too, flavors left us super full and wanting more.🥰

The Whistler Sliding Centre, operated by Whistler Sport Legacies, is a cutting-edge facility that hosted the bobsleigh, skeleton, and luge events during the 2010 Winter Olympics. It boasts the world's fastest ice track at nearly 1.5 kilometers in length. Visitors can tour the state-of-the-art venue or partake in thrilling passenger bobsleigh and skeleton rides, reaching speeds of up to 78mph (125kph).
Amazing experience!!! Ride a bobsled! Feel like an Olympian!!! Well organized, knowledgeable staff and super efficient!! The only downside is that it’s only one-ride. Highly recommended.

This was amazing! I was so nervous at first, but it really is a once in a lifetime opportunity! I’m so glad that I got to do it with my 12 year-old son. Everyone was very nice there and very helpful. Thank you!
Devorah B — Google review
Had a great time. The staff was great , from the orientation to the pilots. Loved the track walk and the experience. Loved the boost in speed as we got close to the end.
Thomas W — Google review
My family toured the centre in August, simply because a facility like this is rare and unique (and my family likes the movie Cool Runnings). It's free to go into the main building and to the track. The centre is located up a windy hill and walking wasn't recommended by the tourist Visitor Centre so we took a cab that was $10 each way. The main building has a bobsled you can jump into and a small display about the history of the spirt and the facility. There's another bobsled you can try outside as well as a section of the ammonia cooled track. It's a small walk up the hill into the track area and you can watch people on their runs. For the runs, you go with a random staff member, two of which were Olympians.

Hollering from actual mountains what an amazing experience Whistler Sliding Centre was!! All proceeds go back to the kids that are crazy enough to pursue this as a sport. ❤️❄️ Thank you for such an awesome night filled with WOWs and laughter!!! 🤘🏼

Absolutely loved our bobsled experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful. You start by being driven to the top of the track and walking down the first part of the track. Really interesting learning about how it all works. We even had a bear walk right past the track while we were on it! As a family of 4, we all fit into one sled with the instructor at the back. The ride was awesome. Super fast but felt safe and controlled. A fantastic experience. Go pro footage available for 29 dollars. Would definitely highly recommend, but next time I would book as two two's rather than a four. You can't really see much of the track as you go down if you're not at the front.
Chloe W — Google review
This was such a fun experience. Was fascinating and informative to walk the Olympic sliding track. You really get an understanding of what is involved in the three sliding sports and how fast they go. The actual ride (summer on wheels) is quick but you get the full feeling of what it is like to be on a bobsled. Highly recommend!
Mark L — Google review
While I generally don't care for rollercoasters and other adrenaline-junky activities, the summer bobsledding experience was something I just couldn't pass up during my time in Whistler. After it was all over, I was so glad I did it--what a rush! The staff at the Sliding Centre was great, keeping us calm and confident as we toured the track, donned our helmets, and pushed off from the start line. Our pilot, Peter, (a two-time Olympian and current coach) got us up to just under 90kph, clocking us in with the fastest time of the day. What a great opportunity to participate in such a unique sport! The videos, photos, and memories are things I'll cherish forever. Mike (London, ON)

Whistler Olympic Plaza is a vibrant hub of activity in Whistler, offering something for everyone. The plaza features an inclusive playground with structures designed to resemble a coastal forest, providing endless entertainment for kids. During the winter, visitors can enjoy skating on the exclusive rink surrounded by twinkling lights. The plaza also hosts free outdoor concerts and performances in the summer, making it a lively destination year-round.
If you want to avoid the crowds, there are plenty of seats where you can sit and relax with a cup of coffee, and I brought my cat out to sunbathe in the fresh air. There are excellent views of the mountains.

Make sure to buy a gondola from Heesler and go up. It's worth going up without skiing, and it's really beautiful and magnificent. It was in mid-April when we went, but the snow was piled up overhead. It was crazy beautiful and reminded me of Interlaken in Switzerland. I strongly recommend you to visit one.

The Whistler Olympic Plaza is gorgeous, no matter which season you're visiting Whistler. We visited on January 1st and were delighted with the space. There's a large snowy area for kids to play, and a lovely complimentary outdoor ice rink. I miss the outdoor firepits, but I can imagine they weren't great for the environment. Fantastic outdoor water and public bathroom facilities.

Ryan H — Google review
Scam company, during april, they sell a 3 months pass where you get an additional 4th month included. Yet they don't tell you that during the 4th month the pool and gym will be closed. Supposedly this happens every year, yet the earliest email they sent about this closure was ONLY 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLOSURE. They offered no immeditae compensation or solution for consumers, unless they went out of your way to call them. They directly lied on the phone saying email notification was given much earlier than 3 days prior, yet refused to provide a date or further information on these supposed notifications... they offered 20% bonus days as compensation for taking away 66% of the services.... They falsely claim that they have no obligation to provide 100% services due to their terms of service, that is not true... this bait and switch is fraud and not permitted in Canada. Please report them to Consumer Protection BC... You cannot offer a monthly service then simply take away 66% of it because your terms say "availability of services may vary"
