Restaurant
Bla Bla Bla is a unique Chinese restaurant with a Bali-inspired natural green concept. The use of wooden tables and chairs creates a romantic and comfortable dining atmosphere. The menu features dishes like Sayur Midin, Ayam Pandan, Itik Peking Pancake, Cakur Manis, and delectable Western cuisine that have received top ratings from visitors.
A hidden gem in Kuching, wasn't expecting much from this restaurant but ended up being super satisfied. We enjoyed each of the dishes we had, and the ambiance was nice. Be noted that the portion size of the foods are quite a lot. Besides, staffs were very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.

Four of us couldn't finish the big portion of 1-pax fried rice and veggies. The Mango duck was nice and tasty, this dish was served with 8 spoons of mango and duck.
Happy W — Google review
the food is superb, so far the best meal I've had in Kuching. looking forward to be back at this restaurant again in the near future.
Henry Y — Google review
We had originally intended to eat at a nearby Thai restaurant only to discover upon arrival that it was permanently closed. Bla Bla Bla was virtually next door and based on typically good reviews we decided to eat here instead. Access to the restaurant upstairs is via a number of paving slabs set over water, ahead of the stairs. The layout of the restaurant is relatively simple, but airy thanks to the airconditioning. Various alcoholic beverages feature on a very extensive menu that offers all manner of Asian fusion food. We ordered the black pepper beef, Thai style crispy chicken with mango, and a midin salad. The first observation about the portion sizes is that they are quite large. We probably could have ordered just the one main course between us as we struggled to eat everything that was brought out. The black pepper beef had an intense, but not overwhelming, flavour and the beef was tender. The chicken dish had quite a chilli kick to it that was moderated by the mango, and this combination worked well. The overall price of the meal was somewhat higher than in similar restaurants in Kuching, but this was probably more a reflection of the quite large portion sizes.
Richard W — Google review
A rather nice atmospheric spot, although the service could be better and the food as well for the price. The signature cashew nut prawns are unfortunately not worth it. Ask them for unshelled option (and pay 8 MYR more), if you desperately must have them. We could have chosen better in Kuching. 🤷‍♂️
Aleš K — Google review
The stir fried Midin/fern and the Pandan chicken was amazing! The rice/noodle dishes say they are for one person but the portion is huge, so I think they mean portion for one if you’re not getting any other dish.
Wanzhen X — Google review
The food is nice and big portion but the price is abit pricey , don’t expect too much about their service .
Vinie C — Google review
The dining area is a bit different from the photos online, but still nice and spacious. The food is good. When you order, you have to be careful with the proportion as it is very tricky. If you come with two people or a family of three with one kid, you just need to order three dishes maximum for standard (S, 4-5 ppl) proportion. Or you can order more dishes but for one person proportion. Hope you will enjoy the food. And bear in mind the service is very slow if it’s full.

Food court
Restaurant
Topspot Food Court is a beloved dining spot in Borneo, known for its pleasant ambiance and excellent seafood. Located on the 4th floor among various small restaurants, it stands out as a favorite choice. Visitors praise the friendly and attentive service, with one particular server being highly commended for her helpfulness and recognition of returning guests. The menu offers a variety of delectable dishes at reasonable prices, with highlights including the flavorful Thai prawn dish and grilled squid.
This is the reason I love to visit Kuching compared to other state/regions. The seafoods here are cheaper and nice. This is my second visit to Kuching and I dine in here twice in 4 days journey. I gonna miss all seafood and midin! Tips for outsiders, try check out the price of all seafood in every restaurant as everyone offers different price for same item/seafood.
Lee Y — Google review
Worth to visit as a visitor. Very crowded foodcourt with multiple seafood stalls located at the roof top of UTC building if i'm not mistaken. They missed our orders so few dishes are being cancelled as some ingredients/seafood already sold out and been waited for so long. There's a satay stall, can order some satay and kuih as appetizer while waiting. Ordered their huge size sugar cane drinks with lychee, quite new to me and taste not bad. Must order - cereal prawns (a bit different from the cereal prawn that I had but taste not bad, sweet), bbq prawn (looks like pan fried prawns, simple fresh and sweet) and stir fried vegetables (wow~ Sarawak's vegetables really taste so fresh and crunchy!)
CVC — Google review
Topspot Kuching is a lively spot with tons of seafood stalls, so you can pick whichever you like. The variety and atmosphere are great, especially for groups. But the taste isn’t always consistent. Sometimes it is really good, other times disappointing, even if you order from the same stall. Worth checking out, just don’t expect steady quality every visit.
Low K — Google review
Top Spot in Kuching is a true seafood institution — lively, bustling, and overflowing with the aroma of fresh catches being grilled, steamed, and stir-fried to perfection. It’s a one-stop haven for seafood lovers, offering everything from butter prawns and midin to succulent crab and perfectly cooked fish. The variety is unmatched, and the dishes come out fast, flavourful, and generously portioned. Each stall has its own signature touch, but the overall experience is unmistakably Kuching — vibrant, communal, and full of life. Yes, it has the hallmarks of a tourist trap — bright lights, big crowds, and plenty of cameras clicking away — but it’s one of those rare places where the hype is completely justified. The seafood is fresh, the prices are fair for what you get, and the atmosphere is pure Sarawak charm. You might come expecting a simple dinner, but you’ll leave with a story — and probably a new favourite dish or two.
Paul L — Google review
Tourist famous eating place in Kuching. Seafood paradise. Many people during weekend and holiday. Food is nice and serve quick. Environment a bit hot but drink is cool.
Sean T — Google review
Everything was superb. The price was also not too bad for the amount we ordered. Seafood was quite fresh. Ideally come before 6pm as it will soon be crowded and booking/reservations is also recommended if U come after 6pm
Flanku — Google review
Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are affordable and seafood is available. The place (like Topspot) is more of a basic food area no entertainment, no city view like a rooftop. It feels quite hot, even with big fans. Not very suitable for toddlers or families looking for comfort. No air-conditioned dining area.
Sahrul T — Google review
Awful experience at stall number 33. Had soft shell crab, the order came covered in flour and batter. I could only taste the breading. Why pay so much, when I cannot taste the seafood! Would have been better off at KFC. The stalls having bright flashy neon signs - avoid.

If you're a fan of Mamak cuisine and looking for a relaxed atmosphere to unwind while enjoying a variety of dishes, then this restaurant is worth visiting. As expected, their menu includes traditional Nasi Kandar with various side dishes. However, what sets them apart and makes them popular among customers is their perfectly cooked Naan bread.
First time visiting, food is amazing, best Pakistani I have tried to date. There are SO MANY options I couldn't even believe some of the things I have seen like Roti Canai Ayam. All delicious and flavourful, service is quick and accurate. A must try if you are around.

BROO aint no way u serve nasty ahh food. THE CURRY WITH THE NAAN? HELLO? the curry is tasteless, like diluted with water. AND THE NASI LEMAK? Worst nasi lemak i have eaten. The sambal taste so baddd! Worst of all the red chicken. RM5 wasted. U guys cannot even cook a simple food. Even a 5 years old can do better. Dont come here yalls

Order Ikan Bawal penyet, fish body missing only left head and tail ! I don’t know is either their seasoning is weird or the fish is not fresh. It taste weird
Jun K — Google review
The Beef Shawarma I ordered was bland, and the portion size was quite small considering the price. One behavior I feel compelled to address is how disrespectful the cashier/manager(?) was. I had asked the waiter earlier about the available payment options, and I was told that card payment was accepted. However, when I went to pay the bill, the cashier claimed that the card payment system was down. I gave him a confused look, at which point he reluctantly turned on the card scanner—revealing that the system was actually working???

Clean, spacious & calm environment. For after dinner or Supper with family & friends. Its a great spot to have a chit chat & enjoy the foods. Wide range of menu options! Recommended for their Plain Nan & fresh mango lassi! Yums! Toilet also clean.
Nadzyrah Y — Google review
Order for Maggi Goreng Biasa & Teh Tarik Peng. The mee is nice but somehow they cook the mee using other substance rather than using the sachet original of Maggi Curry. It's very weird like I have at the other restaurant. The restaurant is 24 hours operating and convenience store 7Eleven located one row with the restaurant. Parking spaces is limited here. If you have the empty parking space. The luck is on your side! There is also another restaurant nearby "Nasi Kandar Line Q"
Timothy L — Google review
Very bad experience bad service, waited for a long time , fly in side the soup
Jazlyn J — Google review
Very nice place for pakistani food. However they do also have local dishes like nasi goreng etc. The 'Arab rice' is so good. Menu almost similar to 'mamak' restaurant only that the cooking style is pakistani style. One drawback they should improve: not to allow the the customer to smoke at their premis and be strict on it.

Near the airport. Food is great. Servers are fast. Environment is comfortable. Price is reasonable.

Can get a bit crowded at lunchtime, probably due to the nasi campur spread which had a variety of it. Tried the mee kolok as well and it was decent.

Nicely cooked buffet style Muslim food. Pleasant environment with good spread of choices.

Food is simply delicious. I just love the way they cook it and what variety! They even have my favourite kerabu mangga👍. And The masak lemak is so good 😊.

Located near the airport. Dropped by for a quick lunch before checking in. Had laksa, kolo mee and nasi kandar. Laksa is really strong and tasted great. Kolo is standard. Nasi kandar is standard. Recommended for the laksa. No orderable dishes till 230 so didn’t manage to try any of that.

The first time I eat here is in 1996. Back then it’s among the best restaurant around 7th Mile, Kuching. 24years later, 2020, the restaurant still kept it reputation. Many have change, from plastic chair and wiggly table to more sturdy furnitures. The food still taste awesome, a bit pricey, But worthy to eat. Not for vegan.
Rambo X — Google review
The food is nothing much to comment as taste is very subjective. This place seems being abandoned by the management. The glasses for drinks not proper washed still got stains from previous order. The toilet dirty. The sink for hand washing dirty. A heavy usage cannot be an excuse.

The cafe's inviting atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for solo diners and groups alike. Patrons rave about the unique sambal that accompanies their meals, setting it apart from typical offerings elsewhere.
Great local Malay food for all. Must try local Malay food menu. All the food is nice but drinks would be a bit drawback. Overall great place to hang out and fill up your tummy.

Mee Kolok Merah Biasa & Teh Tarik Peng Originally wanted the special version, but it wasn’t available yet, so I went with the regular. Surprisingly good! The noodles were flavorful and satisfying. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area. #Halal #MeeKolokMerah #SarawakFood #FoodReview

This is a nice, decent cafe with a good variety of local favorites. The nasi lemak and mee kolok goreng were particularly tasty, and the teh tarik was spot on. The kopi tarik was okay but could use a little improvement. Generally, I like this cafe and will definitely come back to try some of the other dishes on the menu when I get the chance.
Romie F — Google review
Try out their kuey tiow goreng (always better than semenanjung). Its quite good actually. Mee kolok was good, as always. A friend order yam drinks (not in the picture). Surprisingly good! You can try if you like yam ice cream.
Shazana O — Google review
I don't understand sometimes, what takes them so long to prepare the food (no other customers when we reached, that's why we decide to ate here, as we experienced long waiting when it was crowded), so many workers but not even one care or rechecked our orders why so slow. Should briefing your staffs about customer services, even when the food came late, at least they make their effort to ask the kitchen what happen to our order, not just let us wait there. Few times already, always have to wait even this time no other customers. Today I chose to eat here because I lazy want to drive far to find food, and because I saw your shop empty (I expect the food come fast). Food: Mee goreng Ayam (mee goreng nyaman, just the ayam goreng till keras sangat, gigit pun sakit gigi) Drink: Teh tarik peng- very nice, not too sweet. Environment: very peaceful not noisy Sorry for some of the negative comment above, but you really have to improve your timing in food preparation and serving part. Selalu tunggu lama lama like this, also no mood want to makan anymore. Again, at least food and drinks nice, thanks! 👍🏻

The mee kolok and nasi lemak here is ok but the choice of food here is very limited. Owner should add more varieties and enhance the interior deco in order to attract more customers.

Nestled in a prime location overlooking Kuching's waterfront, James Brooke Bistro & Cafe offers a charming experience with its romantic ambiance and picturesque views of the river. Whether you prefer to relax indoors or take a leisurely stroll in the garden, this bistro provides an ideal setting for enjoying afternoon tea or sunset cocktails. With a menu featuring both Western and local dishes, visitors can indulge in freshly roasted coffee from Sarawak plantations while taking in the serene beauty of the surroundings.
It's a pretty cafe, located in front of the waterfront river. The view was fantastic. The cafe itself is surrounded by all the trees and very gardeny. The food was good and the best was the banana fritter with ice cream. Thank you so much to the waitress for recommending the dessert. I love it so much. I'll visit the cafe again for sure.

1st time cuba this place. love the place. Curry laksa was nice cuma sikit manis. Tomyam laksa not so much because it tasted too sweet for a tomyam dish. but we managed to finish our food. in term of price agak pricey sikit lah, restaurant kinda price lah. memang dah dijangka considering it is a bistro and cafe and located at tourist spot. just didnt like the way the toilet was, with the door wide open nampak macam tak proper sikit lah. just my opinion lah hoh.

Absolutely gorgeous interior. Full of Sarawak things. Food was decent, i ordered a vegetarian friendly laksa (can't remember the name) and it tasted good, but my friend who ordered his mee goreng mamak said it was too salty. Prices were on the steep end too. Overall its a good place to dine in every once in a while
Bernard K — Google review
We visited three times during our visit to Kuching, the first was purely because the torrential rain started and it was the closest place to run and shelter. We just stopped for a couple of drinks, however the menu looked enticing enough for us to return on 2 more occasions for food and drink. Cannot fault the service, the food and the prices were more than reasonable. Get the timing right for the evening meal and you'll get to see the evening light show.
Ed H — Google review
Did actually think a lot about whether to dine here because I was actually more interested in trying local food than dine in a western restaurant, but actually in Kuching the options at night are rather limited as most of the local place close very early. I had a look at the menu and saw some interesting options so decided to give it a try. Located along the promenade and a very convenient location, though its quite dark at night you couldn't see much happening at the promenade other than people. Service of the staff could be improved. Was a little slow getting them to take orders. One walked to me to say he would come take my order and he forgot. The other I asked for recommendations and he just said don't know. There were a few different kinds of laksa, and I just went with my gut feel to randomly pick one. The other was the dish which made me sat down was the sweet potato fries. And I also ordered a lemongrass drink. First came the lemongrass drink. Tasted pretty okay but for 15RM its definitely on the expensive side. Then came the laksa and bang, it was exactly the flavours I liked and they really executed it very well with the right taste and the right noodles. Very satisfying bowl of noodles and because it was so satisfying it was value for the money. The sweet potato fries was a little disappointing. Didn't expect them to sprinkle black pepper on top of the fries, which tasted so weird and they gave me tomato sauce as a dip. Looked like they cut a whole sweet potato and it was just too much for me after the bowl of noodles. That bowl of laksa saved the meal else the rating might have been even lower. If you ask me that might be one of the best bowls of laksa I have tasted in Kuching. Hits and misses but overall satisfying meal. It would be worth a 3.5 more than a 3.
Matthew L — Google review
No other customer but I waited half an hour for my order- just a plate of finger food. Came without cutleries, and the server didn't give us any after requested. I ended up using my fingers. Server attitude also not friendly, give me a sour face even though mixing up my order after I waited for 30 minutes. The wash basin is very dirty. The setting is nice, good view and scenery. Good place to hang out if you have a lot of time and money.
Shir T — Google review
A really good quaint cafe restaurant. A good menu selection at very good value. Good views across the river. Lovely setting and well recommend.

This is a great location and the laksa was pretty good. The restaurant itself is somewhat tired and shabby looking. The breakfast, described as 2 eggs and chicken sausage, is actually much more substantial.

Choon Hui Cafe in Sarawak has gained iconic status, especially after being praised by Anthony Bourdain for its Kuching Laksa. This dish is a flavorful blend of shredded chicken, fresh prawns, and bean sprouts in a rich and spicy soup. Another must-try is the mee kolok at Kak Bedah Cafe, known for its Halal version of the dish.
One of the best spots I’ve tried for Sarawak Laksa! The broth is rich, fragrant, and packed with authentic flavor — perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The prawns and shredded chicken were fresh and generous too. I also had their 3 Layer Tea — super refreshing and not overly sweet, with a good balance of milk, tea, and gula apong. Cozy environment and friendly staff. A must-try if you’re craving true Sarawakian taste!
Kw L — Google review
If you’re into Sarawak Laksa, most people will point you to Choon Hui. In my humble opinion, they make a tasty bowl of laksa but not necessarily the best bowl. Apologies to my Kuching friends but I truly believe the best bowl of Sarawak Laksa is to be had in Petaling Jaya at Lao Mao Cafe in Megan Rise Mall. To be fair, it’s not an apples to apples compare as the bowl of Sarawak Laksa at Lao Mao cost slightly more than twice that charged by Choon Hui. So the quality of ingredients and spices used in the broth are at a different level. For the price that they charge, I have no complaints about what Choon Hui delivers. A simple delicious bowl of noodles. Had the Kolo Mee here too. Think the noodles are too soft and the dry mix is a little bland and needs the vinegared chillies to provide some complexity.
Whisky D — Google review
Choon Hui Cafe in Kuching is a popular stop for tourists. The Sarawak laksa here is delicious, with a rich broth and well-balanced toppings that make it very satisfying. However, what stood out for me the most was the popiah — fresh, packed with flavour and served with a tasty dipping sauce that really elevates it. A great place to enjoy some authentic local favourites.
Joseph K — Google review
This place opens and closes very early. We came around 1015 and the place was still packed. The kolo Mee shop was already closed for the day. We got the Sarawak laksa and a porridge. The food was ok. Nothing too outstanding. By the time we are done, the laksa have finished even before their closing time of 11am. Parking is a huge issue as there really was very limited parking.
Sharon T — Google review
The laksa sarawak is nice, took the small bowl and the portion is nice and cost rm8 The only issue we had no cash🥲 They dont accept card and QR. Probably will be more convenient if they have that service. Even the drinks guy-doesnt have QR code Had to run to nearby bank across the road to withdraw money. Nice place to try,but pls carry cash with you.

The laksa wasn’t quite to my liking. The broth was creamy but lacked the strong prawn flavour I expected, so it didn’t feel very balanced. Prawns were fresh, but the noodles were slightly overcooked, and I unfortunately found a strand of hair in the bowl. The kolo mee, on the other hand, was better - a bit on the dry side, but the shallot aroma was fragrant and flavourful. I also ordered Teh C Special, but it came with ants. They did replace it, though the second cup still had ants around the rim. Service was polite, but overall the experience could be improved in terms of quality control. it

I think this is one of the more popular and touristy coffeeshops in Kuching recommended in quite a number ot social media sites. Visited on a weekday morning and didn't expect this place to be so crowded. I was also recommended this place by a friend and decided to come here to try the popiah and laksa. Managed to get a table after a few minutes, but I didn't waste time and I ordered the laksa while waiting for a table. Could see they were busy but it didn't take long for the food to be served. Had a try and it was not bad, I didn't try a lot of laksa here but I thought it was one of the better ones. Couldn't see the popiah stall so I asked someone and apparently it wasn't opened. Disappointed. Then ordered the special teh c and decided to get the toast as well. The teh c was good and the toast was even better. It exceeded my expectations as it was so crispy and the kaya was light. Not a bad place for breakfast do expect crowds and hope I get to visit again and try the popiah. There's a kolo mee stall too if I remember correctly so its a place where you can try most of the local specialties. Recommended.

Choon Hui Cafe is a classic, old-style Kuching kopitiam serving genuine local dishes cooked by the community. Their Laksa, Kolo Mee, toasted bread, and popiah are all tasty and highly recommended. Despite no air conditioning, the cafe is surprisingly airy and comfortable. The only downside was the 3-Layer Teh C Special, which tasted diluted and lacked fragrance. Overall, Choon Hui Cafe is a fantastic spot for delicious, authentic local food in a traditional setting.

In addition to these favorites, the cafe offers other dishes like Chee Cheong Fun, curry mee, and braised beef noodles at reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the variety of payment methods accepted and the efficient service provided. Reviews highlight the delicious Nasi Lemak served with Ayam Rendang and spicy chili that enhances the dish.
Top notch service from the staff who is sporting and friendly. A nice place to lepak. Laksa however finishes fast but the lok lok sticks are usually available until they close. There are indoor and outdoor seats.

The late night supper food establishment of Kuching. Characterized by its extended roadside alfresco dining crowd and erratic roadside car parking at the roundabout. Over the years it has maintained its food quality and following, to the point of extending and extending adjoining shop lots. The vibe is very lively and happening in the evenings, catering to the late night crowds. One is spoiled for choice when selecting one's own choice of lok lok and request for deep frying or boiling. There are other selections of food available here, and particularly good is the chee chiong fun, nasi lemak, laksa, ayam penyet and beef noodles. The staff are efficient and polite, even though they are busy attending to the crowd. Opens only in the evening till late at night, one can come earlier to have better chances of getting a car park space.

This is the most famous Lok Lok shop in Kuching, operating for many years and still going strong. It’s a popular spot among locals. They offer a wide variety of Lok Lok items, from seafood to meats and vegetables. You can choose to have them fried or steamed, depending on your preference. Everything is freshly prepared, and the sauces provided really complement the food well. A great place to hang out with friends or family for a casual and satisfying meal.

Lok Lok Restaurant offers an impressive variety of lok lok choices, catering to different tastes with both classic and unique skewers. The environment is perfect for a relaxed night out—casual, clean, and ideal for chilling with friends. One of the standout aspects is their quick service; food is prepared and served promptly without compromising on quality. A great spot for lok lok lovers looking for a lively yet laid-back dining experience.

This place is a solid choice for late-night eats. For those not familiar with lok-lok - the setup is simple: find a table and take note of your table number, order your drink, then head over to the uncooked food kiosk. Grab a plate and choose whatever catches your eye - most of the selection includes frozen items like hotdogs, fish balls/cakes and meatballs, but there are also fresh greens, yong-tau-foo, fried meats, and seafood skewers available. Once you’ve filled your plate, hand it to the staff and let them know whether you’d like your food deep-fried or boiled. They’ll cook it and deliver it to your table, along with a sweet and chilli dipping sauce. After that, you just pay for your food and drink. The kiosk area can get pretty crowded, especially with people awkwardly trying to open the kiosk's sliding door from both sides at once - honestly, not sure why it even needs doors! The space is also a bit cramped. Parking can be a challenge with many prople parked their cars by the roadside. Still, with tables set up along the pavement, it’s usually easy to find a seat. There are a few cooked food stations as well—we noticed people enjoying BBQ chicken wings. Prices are fair; my plate (as pictured) came to RM22. Just be mindful - it’s easy to take more than you think! Nothing much to talk about the food because it is just simply boiled / fried. One thing to note, my lady fingers were perfectly cooked. Despite the crowd, service was quick and the staff were friendly. We’d definitely come back when we’re in the area and looking for a satisfying late-night meal.

The Kubah Ria food court sells nasi lemak with crunchy fried chicken as an option, and variants of the dish including prawn sambal, cockles sambal, calamari sambal, or beef rendang. The rice is deliciously addicting and the sambals are spicy but not too overwhelming. The food court is located in Kubah Ria, which is a small town in Johor Bahru near the border with Singapore.
Surely one of the best nasi lemak in town.

Big portion, delicious sambal and one of my favourite nasi lemak ganja in Kch. but when i decided to take away, the portion was small, unlike when i dine in. they gave me small portion of chicken and only 1 part of breast, and 3 parts were bones!! disappointed. please stop doing this kind of trick just to get more money and be honest when doing business

Ever popular Nasi Lemak spot that has people waiting before it opens for business. It has an array of choices of meat and seafood, besides the usual suspects, for one to compile one's nasi lemak, which is really lemak, and its sambal will keep the tummy simmering hot long after the meal's done.
Swee C — Google review
5 stars for the deliciously addicting nasi lemak ganja. Take away. Nicely packed with banana leaf! I ordered two - nasi lemak ganja sotong and nasi lemak ganja udang. Both sambal sotong and udang packed in separate plastic bag. Original sambal also included. Spicy, yes. Else, "Not spicy, not eating", said Mark Wiens. 🍽👍💯

This Nasi Lemak tastes so similar to Nasi Lemak Kukus 5 Bintang at PPUM canteen in Kuala Lumpur. We ordered Nasi Lemak Kerang, Nasi Lemak Sambal Udang and one order of Paru( Lung). Sambal is slightly sweet to my taste with moderate heat. But it wasn't so much about the sambal that attracts my tastebud. It was the rice itself, perfectly cooked in good amount of coconut 'santan' which is heavenly. As I was enjoying it, I think a good Nasi Lemak 'rice' should've taste like this🎖️ Our order came in 15mins later which is pretty quick and bill tagged at rm30 which is reasonable. There's plenty of other kiosk offering variety of different cuisine besides this stall. Yet to discover. This place is well lit. Seatings are spacious. Expect crowd on weekends. Parkings available.

Quite a popular nasi lemak brand in Kuching. I got to try it myself just now, and it was a nice meal for RM9. I feel like it deserves a second visit in the future. The rice was fragrant, chicken tastes okay, only the ikan masin was a little bit too salty than other places. Give it a try!

Siniawan Night Market is a lively and atmospheric evening spot in Sarawak, Malaysia, offering a wide array of hawker food stalls and casual eateries. This hidden gem comes alive every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, providing visitors with an immersive experience of authentic local culture and delectable street food.
Went there on Saturday 2.30pm. Still very quiet and most of the shops are still not open. We Still can get some coffee and teow chew Kuey, 肉卷. The store owner said, the street is busy on morning and evening time only. Afternoon is nothing much. Can also see convenience stall to sell groceries, rice, Raw Black chicken eggs and etc. Whole town is still quiet and easy to take pictures. Very nice town. It is good to stop over here if you passby here: We went to the nearer Chinese temple to pray too. The shop houses maintain quite nice. 👌
Jasminelcf — Google review
Siniawan Bazaar has come a long way since 2008 when a grass root movement began documenting this mining outpost for fear of complete destruction by king tide floods. Water line can reach as high as roof top of these ironwood-built shophouses. Theirs and the community's efforts eventuated a flood mitigation and drainage project by the government. Fast forward to 2025, the new Waterfront public space became the newest addition (circa Sept 26th, 2025) to an once abandoned historical place (circa 1840). The Sarawak Heritage Society Executive Committee for 2010-2012 gets a special mention for their work here. Siniawan has two annual anchor events to highlight. The 'chap goh meh' (15th day of Chinese New Year) street parade is rooted in cultural (hakka) traditions. The other is the transplated root in the Siniawan Country Music Festival (since 2016). The main street is now a mall where the pedestrain only stretch teems with street food stalls from Fridays to Sundays. P/S Siniawan Night Market is a misnomer. Save for the odd fruits for additional revenue stream, one cannot buy fresh produce there. A better label would be 'Siniawan Night Food Mall'.

Nice place to hangout or date with your love one or more than one....since i like the vibe or atmosphere of traditional chinese old town and classic. Recommended to be there early before night falls,as very limited of parking spaces and it takes time as well to go around look for foods and ask the shpp owner before sit. Some of the shop owner not allowing outside food on their tables as they have to clean it up which you didn'torder any food from the shop owner. Its better to ask before simply take your seat and bring outside food or other stalls to the table.Be well mannered and ask politely.😉

We drove to this place on a Sunday evening thinking it was a night market. It was in fact a food street market in a cowboy looking town. It was rather small. The stalls were interesting and we had some delicious food there. It is 35 mins from Kuching city so you can only get here with a car. I would only recommend it if you had nothing else plan as it was quite out of the way.

The food tastes nice 🍽️, but I had to wait far too long for my Corned Beef Fried Rice with Butter Chicken Fillets about 30 minutes, even though there weren’t many customers around. My friend ordered before me and received his nasi lemak quite fast, which I understand since it’s a popular dish that’s mostly pre-prepared with just different side dishes or sauces added. That means the kitchen shouldn't have been too busy, right? 🤔 But by the time everyone at my table had finished eating, my food still wasn’t ready! What frustrated me the most wasn’t the wait, it was the attitude of the staff. 🕐 I ordered at 12:53 PM. Around 1:10 PM, I followed up with a female staff member who passed by our table. She went to check but didn’t give me any update. Fine, I let it slide. ⏱️ Then around 1:17 PM, I asked a male staff member who was standing nearby. I told him my friends had all finished eating and asked about my food. You know what he said?! He just looked toward the kitchen and pointed, saying the food was ready—but he didn’t even bother to bring it over. He just stood there, with an impolite tone, making me feel like I was expected to go and get the food myself! 😤 Finally, at around 1:22 PM, I asked another female staff member again. She went to the kitchen, took my plate, added sauce at the front counter, and brought it to me. Throughout the whole process, no one apologised. Honestly, if your dish takes longer to prepare, at least inform the customer when they order. And if someone follows up after waiting for a long time, respond politely and explain the situation, most customers will understand. But don’t treat people rudely. In conclusion, great food, but very disappointing service experience. I hope this can be improved in the future. 😞

I've been here a few times and have consistently been impressed. Their nasi lemak is a real standout—the fragrant rice is perfectly cooked, the sambal is rich and flavorful, and the fried anchovies are wonderfully crispy. It's truly one of the best I've had. I also highly recommend their crunchy toast, which is a great side, and the coffee is strong and delicious. This is a great spot for a simple, tasty, and satisfying meal.
Romie F — Google review
The sambal lacks the rich, fragrant base of onions and is missing the deep umami (belacan) flavor that makes a great sambal stand out. Instead, it feels like I'm just eating blended anchovies mixed with chili paste. The coffee, toasted bread and half boil eggs preparation hits all the note perfectly thought. Another important improvement is ensuring that the washroom always has a fully stocked hand wash dispenser. It is crucial to maintain hygiene standards, as I can't imagine how the workers are supposed to wash their hands properly after using the toilet without it.
Kick F — Google review
Ordered dry mee siam with chicken wing. Food served in less than 2mins? You know why? Because all was pre prepared and just put inside microwave to heat it. Chicken wing was probably fried over and over again. Skin was wrinkled abd dried and looks so tiny. Bee hoon was wet and soggy 😓🤦🏻‍♂️
Vincent W — Google review
The sambal here is not spicy and more to the sweet and savoury side. The ayam masak merah is my go-to choice as the chicken is flavourful, tender and the sauce is well-balanced with the sambal. Portion wise is also alright. The atmosphere is nice as sitting outside is comfortable. The staff is friendly. There were many seats on weekdays during lunch hour. If the place is crowded, you can also sit at NOMS which shares the same owner/founder.

Went here for Sarawak Independence day with the promo Lobster nasi lemak but didn’t get one because it was first come first serve. :( I have always wanted to try the food here because of my friends’ recommendation and finally i did! The food we ordered was Sotong Sambal nasi lemak which cost RM 12 and it was soooooo gooddddddd!! The sotong, the samball it was bussinnn. If in Sarawak language i would say “agi belalak”. Next, ayam berempah nasi lemak, RM 14. This was recommended by the cashier and I did not regret trying it. The chicken was juicyyy, big, and it taste yummy!!! Makan dengan tangan lagi best ya. The drinks was expensiveee. My teh o peng was RM 4 when i can get it for RM 2 from outside. The food and drinks price was more to the expensive side but it was worth the try. I can get this nasi lemak for a lower price and it still taste good. The environment was ambiance. The seats were limited and the place was a bit small in my pov. For the parking, it was limited depends on your luck. The toilet was really clean in case you need to pass your nature call :) The service was a bit slow. We received the food quite slow. The staff there was okay. Not friendly but able to help if needed. Would i ever go here again? Maybe. If i have the money.

Nasi Lemak Bamboo Kuching offers a well-balanced sambal with a slight sweetness and mild spiciness, perfect for those who prefer less heat. The tender and delicious ayam goreng and flavorful ayam rendang are highlights. The mee siam stands out with its tangy flavor. Hygiene during food preparation is prioritized, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
The food is good. There’s a wait when they process their food. Should be faster. They serve mee siam kosong slower than my nasi lemak. The place is clean. They have a section for choosing ‘lauk pauk’.

Dear Business Owner, I’d like to bring to your attention my recent experience at your Padungan outlet. My friends and I came in eager to try your new menu items after seeing your recent posts, hoping for a nice lunch. However, unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. We ordered the Nasi Lemak Kari Seafood based on the poster displayed at your outlet, but the dish we received was nothing like the image or description. The curry flavor was completely missing, and the seafood used was far below expectations in both quality and taste — frankly, it was worse than typical street food. While the presentation looked appealing, the actual flavors let us down. Additionally, the ayam bakar was drenched in dark soy sauce, which didn’t seem “bakar” (grilled) at all. Given the RM18++ price point per dish, this was very frustrating. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality and authenticity of your offerings. Thank you for your attention.

Closer to a 5 than a 4. Food is very good, although portions could be a bit bigger. Great black coffee. Quick efficient service, but not busy. Cutlery is good quality. Will definitely eat here again.
Clifton H — Google review
The sambal of the nasi lemak is well-balanced. It has a slight sweetness and not too spicy which is good for mild spicy consumers. The ayam goreng is tender and delicious. The mee siam is delicious as it has a tangy (slightly sour) flavour. The ayam rendang is very tender, juicy and flavourful. It goes well with the mee siam. The Thai green tea is alright but it tastes quite different; not in a bad way but it has a distinct taste. Expect it to taste differently from the usual Thai green tea taste if you want to try the drink. The cendol is sweet and milky but the portion is big. The iced lemon tea is very refreshing and nice. The fried chicken skin is not that crispy but it has some spices which is pretty flavourful. The fried banana fritters are sweet and the batter is thin. It is not crowded during a weekday for dinner as I went as early as 6pm. However, parking might be difficult as it is very limited at that area. If you crave for good nasi lemak and mee siam or around town area looking for local food, this place is recommended.

The food can be said delicious. Guys you can bring family and friends to try. But I hope for my next visiting here. Hygiene during food preparation is prioritized. Those who serve food must wear a head covering. Hopefully I won't find any more hair in the rice served to me. Improving the hygiene of food preparation is more important. Overall I recommend you all come here.

Didn’t see whats the hype is all about. The name of the shop was appealing and made me curious about the food. The ambience of the shop was nice with quaint decorations. Ordering was self service. Waiters we attentive. We ordered their chef recommended dish - roti kukus, Chendol and their nasi lemak bamboo seafood curry. Despite the name of the shop, the only nasi lemak served in a bamboo was the nasi lemak seafood curry. That was disappointing. Presentation was 10/10 but taste was 5/10. The rice was drenched from the seafood curry. The sambal was too salty. The curry too salty and the prawns and sotong was overcooked and not fresh. The only thing that made it taste like Nasi lemak is the boiled egg and peanuts with anchovies. The mee Siam with fried chicken plating could improve. It looks like food I get from school canteen. No Limau or any garnishes. Taste on the other hand was acceptable. Fried chicken was juicy and taste was good. Roti kukus was average. Could improve in the kaya taste tho. Cendol portion was huge. Initially was not impressed by its presentation coz looks like they used frozen red beans but taste was good. This was the only Recommended dish. Overall this was a very disappointing dinner. Im yet to try their normal nasi lemak with rendang/ fried chicken. But I don’t think im going back anytime soon.

Food court
Food Avenue AEON Kuching Central is a delightful food court that offers a variety of culinary experiences. Nestled within the bustling AEON Kuching Mall, it features popular dining spots like Sugarbun with Pezzo and Seoul Garden, alongside other local favorites serving dishes such as nasi ayam, kolo mee, and laksa—all at reasonable prices compared to nearby Vivacity Mall. Visitors can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere while sampling delicious meals; however, there have been mixed reviews regarding service quality.
A very clean Food Avenue with many tasty and delicious being sold here. All fresh and cook as per orders. Love the Hainan Chicken Rice, Chicken Chop on rice etc but my favorite is the Japanese Food sold, from Tokyo Kitchen. Ordered the Salmon bento set and it was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price. Salmon was cooked to perfection. Price was very reasonable. A clean food Avenue with the staff swift to action on clearing empty plates.

My first impression for this food court in Aeon Kuching Mall is good. Best part about it is there are two main favourite resturants in it, which are Sugarbun with Pezzo and Seoul Garden. The rest of the food restaurants are good too because they serve good decent kind of local dishes including nasi ayam, kolo mee and laksa which are good to my taste and not as expensive as Vivacity mall. My favourite restaurants are of course the chicken rice restaurant and Sizzling resturant. As for the beverages, they serve great coffee and tea too eventhough it is served inside plastic cup with straws. I love the variety and price of beverage they serve. Taste good for the price they given. And the cleanliness of this food court is tiptop due to their cleaning staffs' prompt attitude to the food court surroundings.

I ordered a buttermilk chicken rice from Chicken Delight for my child. The service was poor, the cashier had a sour face, and all the staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. I mixed the rice with the chicken for my child, but he didn’t finish his meal. When I asked to take away the leftovers, the store informed me that it wasn’t their food. What is this? If a customer has bought food from there, then he/she know that stall where he/she bought and should be able to take it away. It didn't even look like the original dish because it was mixed for my child. They should have just packed it; surely a customer knows what food they bought. Food Avenue at Aeon Mall is still outdated, with some stores only accepting cash. This is the cashless era; there should be places using QR codes or, at the very least, card payments. I wanted to buy a drink for my child but couldn’t because the beverage stall only accepts cash. It’s challenging for me, as I rarely carry cash and believe that any store or food court, especially one as large as Aeon, should have cashless method of payment. It was very disappointing to have this dining experience at Food Avenue in Aeon Mall. However, not all stores are like that; the hot plate stall was delicious and friendly towards customers—great! 👍

Here I want to share a little bit about their foods and service when I ate at this place. I ordered a mixed meal and I got a raw fried chicken. When I told them, they said they would replace it, but even after we ate, the chicken still wasn't replaced. The price is expensive for 1 piece of this chicken. I don't need to mention this shop here. As for drinks, I ordered 8 cup and packed. When I asked which was coffee and which was tea, no one cared. It's very difficult to tick the cups?? and there is no plastic bag given too. If I order 1 cup it's fine but I order 8 cups. Hope the superiors can monitor things like this happen again.

This food avenue just getting quiet because we come early (like 10:30am). This place gets busier when it was afternoon. We come here for lunch with my auntie. The chicken chop was (9/10). Black pepper sauce taste bit salty. We would come back here again for western.🥩🍟🍝 Hot plate and chicken rice shop is also recommended. 🍲🍗🍚 Staff are friendly. 👨🏻‍🍳

Lyn's Thandoori Restaurant is a renowned dining establishment in the heart of Kuching, serving delectable Northern Indian cuisine since 1994. The menu boasts an extensive selection of nearly 50 dishes, including tandoori chicken, mutton, fish, and various vegetarian options made with high-quality ingredients. While the ambiance may be modest for a fine dining experience, the food truly shines. Patrons praise the wide range of menu choices and reasonable pricing.
One of the good Indian restaurant in the locality, i tried Naan, kerla mutton curry, rogen goash, and apple juice, all was good.

Nice restaurant in general. Food is good. Portions are ok. Staff is helpful and atmosphere is quiet. Still the place is a bit pricey: Drinks around RM6-10 and dishes around RM20. We had a good chat with the owner. It’s more an Indian restaurant that a restaurant for Indian people. (We missed banana leaf rice, thosai, murtabak, but that’s not fault of the restaurant)

I went there aft reading good reviews of this restaurant! When we went there, we saw the restaurant was empty, since its almost going to be 5 we asked the cashier if its still open or going to be close. He told us its open so we went in. The first impression was gone when he jz came and throw the menu card on the table and left. 2ndly, we ordered this tandoori chicken briyani which was abit costly, when it came the rice was cold, the chicken was hidden with the little bit of rice on the top of it, we can be sure that it was microwaved! Either raita nor boiled egg was included with the briyani! It was Tasteless! We felt its not worth for that price!! 3rdly, the mango lassi that we ordered its jz 90% of it is jz yogurt, they put a big portion of ice in the glass where a small sip of the juice finish the entire thing! It wasnt thick!! They added water! The cashier was rushing us to pay since he had prepared the bill! Overall, we wasnt feel happy for the amount we paid as the food wasnt up to the standard! Im sure the other indian restaurants in kuching serves 100% better then this shop and its cheaper and u will feel welcomed!!

Impeccable service. Our family has been coming here for years and not once have we been let down by the service. The quality of the food is always good! You can definitely tell the difference. I would say it’s the best Indian restaurant in Malaysia! I’ve tried a couple of overhyped & waaaay overpriced Indian restaurants in KL and none rival this, the quality of the dishes in Lyn’s speak for themselves. Just wish this place has more publicity! It’s a shame that the restaurant is always half empty whenever we dine in there. This is the go-to place for good honest quality Indian food. Definitely deserve way more fame!

I just got to Borneo yesterday. This was my first meal. OMG. I can't even say how great the food is. It's a small cozy little place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Service was great and prices are very reasonable. If you're in the area you should give them a visit. You won't regret it 👍👍

Fish briyani have minute portion of fish maybe lamb is bigger. I guest I am paying for service and rice.
Abdul S — Google review
Ordered lamb briyani... Worth RM30.. Got a what I believe to be a dried up mutton piece with only tendons left..hidden in ghee rice.. And a bit of sweetened curry.. The place looks sadly run down ie all the light fittings, furniture and toilet dusty n damp smelling. To the Lyn Tandoori team, maybe u were good a long time ago.. But definitely not now.. Time to open your eyes and carry out spring cleaning. You strongly replied to many customers complaint and etc but have yet to do to almost most of the complaint.. I got the feeling I got robbed I terms of price and place. And definitely work on your menu.. I don't know how one can cook freshly with that many items on the menu like you proclaimed many comments ago. It doesn't make sense you have all that done daily.. Not cost effective thus I think mostly are reheated. Please2 improve.. Wasted my time coming here.
B D — Google review
The food was good but not that great. But I can understand that you can't always compare the taste with the Indian food from India. The range of menu is quite wide. Probably, they can improve on the taste. Pricewise, I won't rate very expensive as others have commented. Atleast there's an Indian restaurant in Kuching for hardcore Indian food lovers. And there aren't any much choices for travellers staying around. Overall rating, Good 👍

Nestled on Jalan Padungan in Kuching, Rumah Kopi is a culinary gem that goes beyond just serving coffee. This charming spot offers an enticing blend of local flavors, featuring dishes like Nasi Lemak and traditional Dayak cuisine, alongside delightful treats such as Gula Apong ice cream. Diners rave about the perfectly balanced sambal that accompanies the Nasi Lemak—mild enough for those who prefer less heat while still satisfying spice lovers with its subtle kick.
Love the mee mamak very delicious, very generous with the daging too. I love the nasi lemak sambal it's so tasty! I ordered pandan latte but can barely taste the pandan after mixing, the coffee is very thick and strong. The kaya butter toast is really buttery and sweet just how I like it 😋
Xeno — Google review
I thoroughly enjoyed the Nasi Lemak at this establishment. The sambal is impeccably balanced – offering a mild spiciness for those averse to heat, yet providing a subtle kick for spice enthusiasts. The anchovies are delightfully crispy, fried to perfection, and the fried chicken is outstanding. However, the iced lemon tea was a disappointment. It leaned heavily towards a lemon flavor with just a faint hint of tea, lacking the expected sweetness. It essentially tasted like lemon water without any discernible sugar content. Additionally, the absence of music allowed for the loud conversations of the staff to permeate the dining area, affecting the overall ambiance negatively. While the staff is friendly, a more subdued volume in their conversations could enhance the dining experience.

Nice, cozy & relaxing atmosphere. They also got Halal certified from JAKIM. I've ordered their latest menu, Rice + Ikan Tenggiri +Sambal Hijau. Its delicious & as spicy food lover, the sambal is not too spicy for me, but its just perfect. For drink, i chose their signature coffee, gula apong latte. The gula apong taste was too sweet for me. The staff was kind but not too friendly... But for sure, i will come here again next time. Thank you.

Nasi Lemak Ganja CK is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable culinary experience for nasi lemak enthusiasts. Nestled in a cozy spot, this eatery opens its doors at 9 AM and serves until their delicious offerings run out. Perfect for brunch, the menu features a delightful array of side dishes to complement your nasi lemak, including unique options like lamb curry sold by weight. The sambal strikes an ideal balance between spicy and sweet, making each bite satisfying.
A great spot to enjoy great nasi lemak! The sambal was great. The spicy & sweat is well balance. As for the price, it could be cheaper but for the normal nasi lemak it is relatively well-priced. For the portion, I can't say less.... it is definitely enough or more than enough. If you had it for breakfast then you're good until 2@3pm at least. The service is good, the food arrived quite fast and hot. If you came here by grab or bike, you're good, but if you came drove by yourself... it's quite hard to find a spot to park your car(perumahan tepi highway you know la how).

Cheapest Nasi Lemak (RM3) in town w a generous portion of the spiciest cili sambal. If u r lucky/ early, u can get fried Chicken Skin (RM5), fried Chicken Wing (RM3) or other lauk of the day (RM3 - RM5 a portion). Today's special was the very seasonal Dabai w cili kicap (RM5). Towkay-neo very friendly & likes to do live-stream on FB.

Tasty food and great service. You order and pay at the counter and they’ll bring your food to you. I’ve tried their nasi lemak and nasi kukus with ayam kunyit and both were great. Slightly hidden as it’s located in a house nearby the bridge. Accepts QR payment and cash. They seem to be popular with Grab delivery too as I noticed many pickup drivers while dining there.

Nice place to hang out and having nasi lemak. However no comment on the taste of the nasi lemak as it is subjective(my nasi lemak bechmark are quite high). They have variety of 'lauk' for the nasi lemak and first time seeing the lauk (i bought the lamb curry) were sold by weighing the weight. U guys can try it out.

Very nice Shan Yu Signature Beef Noodles, fairly authentic 😋😋 one of the best I've had in Kuching! Tasty dumplings and Minced Pork Noodles too! Polite and friendly lady owner of the stall😊👍👍

First time to try this food court. The stall selling kolomee series that order kolo Kueh tiaw is not nice. That Kueh tiaw is very sticky and wanton is average. The butter peanut buns and beef mee tasted good. Second time to come again and order another stall that selling Lok Bak Rice. This stall of Lok Bak Rice tasted nice and soup was yummy.

Came to visit this new opening food court within HK Square condo. We came here during Friday afternoon 12.30pm and I was shocked only 2 to 3 tables. But overall the food is okay, environment is quite windy too if you are sitting outside.

There are many aggressive flies here, and one of them attacked my teh C even though the drink was quite hot! Management needs to eradicate this menace by placing flies trap glue boards around the food court.

One star for atmosphere. Annoying flies and poor cooking ventilation. But you have a choice to sit in the forecourt area which is located away from all the cooking. Else you walk out with cooking smell on you.

Topspot 30 - Kak Na Seafood is a popular halal seafood restaurant in Sarawak, known for its diverse selection of local and Thai dishes. The restaurant, owned by Muslims, offers a wide variety of fresh seafood including crab, clams, and fish. I've had alot of seafood in my life and never in my life that... I felt bad about the ingredients. The ingredients felt so disrespected by the cook. Crab overcooked the flesh bent my spoon, vege so undercooked that the fungi tasted its poisonous, butter chicken is basically chicken dunk in milk, sweetcorn soup no sweetcorn... 💀 Tons of people be eating here tonight because of other shop closes for CNY...so felt bad for all those ppl too..

Very bad experience here. We understand that there's a lot of people there. But we waited for almost an hour for our food to arrived. Out of 5 dishes, only 2 dishes arrived. When we asked the waiter they kept saying our order is in waiting list. When i go asked the other waiter at the counter, then they just checked with the chef and our other 3 dishes aren't being prepared yet. And they gave the excuse that someone is already paid the bills for our table. The question is, dont you check the table that the customer paying? And you guys have the audicity to even ask us to pay for the 2 dishes that arrived. If the other customer already paid it, then logically, why would we need to pay again for the dishes? For info, we arrived around 8.30pm and we waited till the restaurant want to close. Totally not recommended.

Nothing special on the service. atmosphere is fine bcause its an open air food court. Food was bad. probably the worst i ever had. food was cold, taste was bad. rice is dry and hard. they should have cook fresh food. their food was probably cooked in a large quantity hence explain the coldness.

To be honest, the food is good but the service is a disappointment. We’ve been to Topspot many times but unfortunately this one is the worst visit so far. We’ve ordered few menus for 4 people but after 1 and half hour later only one menu has been served to us others the waiter said it might be taken some time to be served. So we cancelled the order and proceed with the one that we had. And which disappointed us the most is the they never say sorry for their worst service.

We had to ask for our food and all the food are cold and dry . The cakok manis got 2% telo and 98% dry daun. The siakap tiga rasa i have no words too bad. Then the ikan mcm batu so keras. Then how can the plate that they put the rice still wet aiyo so bad STALL 30 KAK NA SEAFOOD kindly improve

Nasi Lemak Loading Bay is a delightful spot located in Petrajaya, perfect for brunch enthusiasts craving a delicious plate of nasi lemak. Open daily from 9 AM until the last serving runs out, this eatery offers a unique make-your-own experience where you can customize your meal with an array of dishes. The basic set includes fragrant rice, sambal, cucumber, peanuts, and fried salted fish, allowing you to add on various meats and vegetables as per your preference.
The staff was nice while handling the food for the customers. The starting price starts from RM3 and the final price will depend on the dishes you take alongside your nasi lemak. The sambal was nice, not spicy and had a tiny sweet taste. The rice is also good. Overall, it was a good nasi lemak. For the dishes, I took fried chicken and terung masak belacan. They gave a generous amount of fried chicken ✨ As the location is not too crowded, you may be able to have some peace while eating here. This stall has the potential to uplift Wisma Saberkas overall. 5/5

A make-your-own Nasi Lemak in a Chap-Fun setup. It cones with a basic Nasi Lemak set of rice, Sambal, cucumber, peanutd and fried salted fish; then, you can add on whatever is available on the serving dishes, from meat to vegetable. The varieties are good, and the price of items are all listed. More importantly, this setup revitalises an otherwise forsaken mall.
