It’s spacious, comfortable, and even has an air purifier and Cuckoo water dispenser, making it convenient for breastfeeding moms or those with toddlers. Highly recommend it for families!

usually i park inside, but yesterday i got lazy so i parked outside and used the main entrance. and guess what? the walking side of the main entrance was hijacked by this new restaurant that decided the whole space belongs to them. so instead of walking like a normal person, i had to go through the restaurant itself just to enter the mall. like hello, is this still a mall or am i suddenly in their private property? then after watching a movie, i wanted to exit through the main entrance again, but surprise, the restaurant was already closing. which meant i couldn’t use it anymore. so i had to walk all the way around to the outdoor parking, in the rain, soaking wet, because apparently the mall thinks blocking the entrance is a great business idea. what is this nonsense? pure capitalism behaviour. it’s like the mall is so desperate for rent money that you’re willing to sell off the public walkway to the highest bidder. can’t even use the main entrance sidewalk anymore because a restaurant literally claimed it. are you that desperate? if you want to turn the main entrance into a food court, just say so. honestly it’s crazy and embarrassing for a mall that calls itself “the spring.” at this rate it should be renamed “the squeeze” because you’re squeezing customers out of basic convenience

A shopping mall with just about everything. There are many shop that sell blind box, probably supplied by the same vendor, as the products and prices are same, and also the poor service. Better go miniso, even the price is higher but staff with better quality.

Viva Mall The mall is big and complete. At the food court, there is cheap mixed rice with large portions. Rice with 1 vegetable and 1 meat (fish or chicken) costs only 9 RM. The restaurant’s name is Nasi Campur You can shop at Everrise for snack souvenirs like Milo, milk tea, and Laksa.

Me and my husband went to Vivacity Megamall for shopping because we heard they are having a lucky draw contest. We spent around RM600 in one of the shops and went to the information counter to ask about it. The first customer service staff wearing tudung tried to explain, but it was quite confusing because her English wasn’t very clear. We went back to the shop where we bought our things, and the staff there told us we were entitled to join since we spent more than the minimum amount. So we went back to the counter again, and luckily this time we met Shasha. She was super friendly and explained everything clearly about the lucky draw terms and conditions, that we can combine up to two receipts. Finally we understood everything! Thank you so much Shasha for your patience and clear explanation. To the other staff, please try to improve your communication skills so customers don’t get confused next time.

Very disappointing experience with the security staff at Vivacity Megamall. Compared to other malls, the security team here is extremely rude and unhelpful. When asking for directions to the car park, they seemed confused and uninterested in assisting. Even the Polis Bantuan staff behave arrogantly, as if they hold higher authority than necessary. The management should really look into this issue and take proper action to improve professionalism among their security personnel.

I would like to highlight a serious hygiene concern regarding the toilet cleaning practices. The toilet has a very bad smell, and upon observation, it appears that the cleaning staff are dipping the mop into the toilet bowl and then using the same mop to clean the floor. The water from the toilet bowl may contain fecal matter, which likely causes the strong ammonia-like odor. This practice is extremely unhygienic and can pose health risks to users. Please ensure that cleaning staff are properly trained and strictly prohibited from this practice. I would also recommend that the cleaning supervisor conduct regular spot checks to monitor and maintain proper hygiene standards. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Plaza Merdeka Mall The mall is in a very nice location in the waterfront area and is easy to access. In front of the mall, the view is beautiful, with a large, green courtyard and big, lovely trees. It’s a great mix of a modern mall and beautiful natural scenery. It’s a bit hard to find the free toilets inside the mall. The free toilets are on the ground floor near Singapore Chicken Rice.

Good place to spend some time and shop around, decent food court. Just keep away from a juice stall call Alljoy. Ordered for an orange juice and got juice added with half mixed with water. Went to ask why the juice is so watery...the attendant says you did not say not to add water to it. You can notice that there are no customers at the shop whereas the neighbouring juice stall has a long queue.

i honestly honestly honestly don’t understand at all why suddenly there’s this obsession with trying to please and satisfy the foreigners, especially the westerners. let’s be real, the ones that regularly come to your mall, shop at your stores, and use the toilets every single time are the locals, not the westerners. this was actually my first time entering and using the toilet in this mall after years of avoiding it, and to my surprise, you still don’t provide tissues inside the toilet cubicle. instead, you put the tissue outside. like seriously? so if i wash my poochie, i have to open the door and walk out dripping wet just to grab the tissue and wipe? do you even think about how ridiculous and unhygienic that is? and another thing, all toilets are supposed to have bidets. it’s basic. malaysia isn’t a western country, and most locals expect a bidet in the toilet. it’s not a luxury, it’s a necessity. yet somehow this mall decided it’s okay to downgrade the toilet standard, just to make it look “foreigner-friendly.” stop trying so hard to please the occasional tourist and start thinking about the locals who are actually keeping your mall alive.

The mall is wide and spacious but feels quiet. Many shops on the upper floors are closed. At the top floor, there are fun places for kids and teens like a Muay Thai gym, a skating area, and a big indoor playground. Good for families who want to relax or play, but not many big shops or food choices.

One of the best mall in Kuching because connected with Imperial Hotel and Imperial Apartment. Boulevard Shopping Mall has many outlets such as department store, fashion outlet, fitness centre, playground, accessories store, and etc. My recommended outlet are Eco Shop because all items sold at RM 2.80 at the Ground Floor , Boulevard Foodcourt, e-Mart Supermarket in Basement, Super Save at first floor, and Abby Playground at Top Floor (4th Floor).

Boulevard shopping mall, once was my most visited mall during my life. 🛍️🛍️🛍️ Used to be the best mall is town, now this mall faces a huge flop. 😑😑🛍️🛍️ However, there are some notable tenants such as KFC, Pizza Hut, SugarBun, Watsons, Sushi King, Guardian, SSF, Eco shop, Daiso, Compuway, Lea centre, Ding Tea and Potato Story. 🍗🍟🍕🍣🧋🖥️🧼💊🪑👟👕 The hypermarket here is the best, with lots of goods to look forward to. 🥦🥦👌🏻 Department store features some imported clothing and cosmetics. 🧴💄👗 There’s also a second hand clothing vendor, so that you can buy clothes there with a bargain price. 👕👕👍🏻👍🏻 All I can is, when I was a child, I always visited this mall, especially every Friday. I always come here to drink my favourite chocolate milkshake at ding tea, buying stationary at popular (now closed) and visiting the big playground, which was used to be upstairs from SSF, now its closed very long ago and relocated to 3rd floor. 😊😊😊 Overall, nostalgic childhood mall I’ve ever visited. 😊😊🛍️🛍️

This mall is quiet and not very crowded. However, the toilets don’t have proper hand soap.. They just fill the dispenser with water. Does the mall really have no budget to buy hand soap? There’s even an Eco Shop inside Boulevard that sells it cheaply. Most of the time, I only come here for the Eco Shop. As for the Emart inside Boulevard, no thanks because the staff there are rude. Other Emart outlets treat customers much better.

The most saddest mall in town, situated at the most famous hotel in town, riverside shopping complex. 🥲🥲🥲🛍️🛍️ For years, the mall used to be famous In Kuching, now it’s a run down mall. 😢😢 But the mall is still running with notable tenants: riverside Super Bowl, mr DIY, MST golf, uncle Bennie, riverside restaurant and heavy soul vintage store. 🎳🪑🍜👕🏌🏻 The main entrance also have a souvenir store, where you can buy handicrafts, bags, Malay baju (for women), dress and t-shirt. 🛍️🛍️🪆🎁👗 The rear entrance (3rd floor), is completely empty, guess you need to take the elevator or the escalator to get down. 🍂🥲🥲 What’s so good about the elevator is you can scan the elevator button by using your finger. 😆😆😆 That’s all I can say, this mall got the same fate as CityOne and Sarawak plaza. ☹️😐😐 Personally, I love this mall, special interior design, bowling, cinema and an elevator in the middle of the atrium. 😁😁😁 The last time visiting that mall was like 2016, when I visited parkson. 😶‍🌫️🛍️🛍️ Today (4/3/2023), I’m visiting this mall for a good look, and it’s true, certain tenants still in business and parkson is closed. 🥲🥲🥲 Hope the mall introduce more tenants like before. 😄🛍️🛍️

Mr DIY is a great store in the basement of the building. It is a store which is a cross between Dollarama and Walmart.

Pretty crowded in weekends and fair during weekdays. Quite spacious. One good thing about this mall is the considerate thought for its customers. Seats are offered to those who cannot walk continuosly at intervals. Restrooms are strategically placed that does not require walking a great distance. Food outlets are aplenty and for different age groups and wallets. Look for the log seats if you need to charge your phone. So cool and considerate. This Aeon Mall is a people-friendly mall.

Stepping into this place was absolutely captivating! It's incredibly spacious, making you feel like you could just run around freely. The best part? Despite its massive size, the place is spotlessly clean—shining from every corner. I was truly impressed by the vast selection of items and services available; it felt like everything I was looking for, from A to Z, was right there. And don't even get me worried about parking, because there's an abundance of parking spaces; no need to circle around looking for one. In short, my experience here was extremely satisfying and incredibly joyful! This truly is a shopping paradise!

As a consumer, it was unpleasant way of the staff treating the customer.. I was asking nicely at the staff bout the 50% promotion products but that makcik at the sushi section and SA at the kiosk sinistical lying to the customer including me and other by answering " I don't know". We went to aeon Kuching last night and we both see few staffs keeping some stocks in their countertop. This is an absolutely bizarre act, like why they want to keep it by themselves? Even though it's 50% , we are still buying and paying for it, it's not we steal or mengemis and begging for food .. will definitely reports to the authority

It is a very nice mall with many great shops and many restaurants choices and a great supermarket providing a variety of sit down and eat options as well as food to go option. On the ground floor, there are different shows and displays for different promotions all the time. An interesting mall for taking the family to visit from time to time.

I am a loyal customer of AEON. My purchases are always full trolleys of food items, and I can say that I visit AEON almost daily, particularly the food section on the ground floor. However, on numerous occasions, I have felt rather dissatisfied with the attitude and conduct of some staff members. 1. Once, I politely asked if I could dispose of a single plastic bag, and was shouted at directly in the face with, "BUANG SANA LAHH.” 2. As I often purchase food items in bulk, I have repeatedly been passed from counter to counter, seemingly because the staff were unwilling to scan the many items. On one occasion, I was told to move to another counter with reasons such as: “This counter is cash only, no card” (while I saw others being allowed to pay by card), or “Your many items will slow down other customers, please proceed to another counter.” * Since when has such reasoning become an official justification for AEON to disregard one customer’s rights in favour of another? Is AEON’s policy truly to discriminate between customers? 3. Because of my frequent bulk purchases, I have also been subjected to sarcastic remarks, whispering among staff while looking at me, and even condescending behaviour. * Is this how AEON treats your loyal customers? And is it wrong or shameful to spend generously at your store? 4. Just today, another incident occurred. A cashier mistakenly keyed in the wrong price, and I was left standing for nearly half an hour without any explanation. When the error was corrected, I was told there was yet another mistake, which caused further waiting. After such a long delay, all I received was a casual remark: “Sorry ya, Miss." At the very least, staff should sincerely express regret for wasting a customer’s time, not respond as though nothing had gone wrong. *Staff members must be trained to handle such issues with proper skill and effective communication. In conclusion, I sincerely hope AEON will provide proper training and close supervision of your staff. I truly wish to continue shopping at AEON, but I urge you to improve these matters. Free parking for first four hour. I rate this mall for the best in Kuching. The location are great, it is easy for you to park your car in the mall. Very easy and convenient when you walk around in this mall, it is not hard to find the toilet and ATM. The decoration in this mall are amazing. Price? Standard and x too expensive.

Food choices: Basic, mostly fast food..at least a Mixue has come yeay! Groceries: Emart- buy more than RM10 to get free parking for first 4 hours. However...the last I went on 10/10, it was closed on a Friday night, not sure if this is permanent. Overall, basic, but the only shopping mall in Kota Samarahan that I know of other than Promenande which is nearer to Kuching and smaller. Summer Mall is the dirtiest and most unpleasant mall. Where the hell are your cleaners? They are not doing their job? The floor in front switch is dirty and dangerous!!! This is unsafe as someone could get hurt and injured if they slip. Stupid management

The choices of pies and delicious cakes are worth a visit to this outlet. Small and cozy. Pricey but quality of food is good and delicious! Worth every penny and do take time to savor & tasted every bite!

Best supermarket in Kuching! The only place I could get decent sized cuts (200g and above) of fresh salmon. Other supermarkets like Emart salmon portions are so small (only 100g or less) I mistook them for sashimi. The supermarket also has regular promotions for wine. The pork cold cuts range is limited but better than the vacuum packed ham. There is also smoked salmon! I wish the supermarket has a better bakery section with bagels, croissants, Brioche or at least imported English muffins.

The car park system does not take Touch n Go live in rest of Malaysia and it does not take debit or credit cards. Everise food store has an obsession with wrapping individual fruit and veg in plastic. How to get cancer. Primitive.

CityONE Megamall in Kuching was once considered one of the biggest malls in the city. However, most of the shops are now closed, especially on the upper levels. The mall feels quiet and almost empty, with only a few stores and eateries still operating on the lower floor.

The mall is in the process of upgrading . A new food court at the first floor , quite contemporary designing taste. Everrise , diy and gsc are tenants as well.

CityOne mall... not as bustling as it once was. It makes for an easy stroll through the mall. Lots of parking spaces in the parking lots with the convenience of Pay&Go app. Parking rate most reasonable among shopping malls in Kuching and it is per entry based. It is a modest size mall with many shops and some eateries scattered throughout the mall. The main attraction for me was the Everrise Supermarket for a variety of food options compared to the Aeon Supermarket. The only drawback is the parking fee you need to pay. There is no free parking hours like the Aeon Mall, which gives free parking for the first 4 hours. There are also different promotions displays on the ground floor.

This mall used to be very lively once but now almost dormant with almost all of the shoplots now unoccupied even on the ground floor. The food court is also redundant even after some renovations done, with only Popular Bookstore still operating, which might eventually close down its outlet here as not many customers want to go to an almost deserted mall to simply just go to a bookstore on the third floor I suppose.

This little plaza is popular for money exchange. Only a few biz outlets are located in its premise though it's very centralized. If the current tourism scenario does not progress than should be, then more negative impact could result, All best! Sam.

It's a decent suburban mall. It has all the things a basic mall should have, but it might not age well in the long run.

Matang Mall is a convenient shopping destination with a variety of stores and amenities. The food court, Fauziah Family Cafe, offers a diverse selection of dishes including kway teow, satay, and mee jawa. Visitors can also enjoy stretchy cheese naan at the cafe. My place to go if i wanted to get a haircut, Mr.diy or to buy some clothes and shoes. behind the mall got a few stalls on the roadside that sells good food like Area24. on the side got cendol too

A place to get groceries and meals for people in the vicinity. The Kuching bus station is located at the back for those who want to travel to out of Kuching. Kuching Sentral offers mid range stalls. Average size crowd on normal days. The mall is quite clean.

They have added the ticketing kiosk for cashless ticket purchase! Convenient to use.

Basically the place nice...Kuching dental complex .... Can be said convenience lo but they forget that disable people also have buying power..just now want to go to toilet locked... Place to find ways going to major town in Sarawak. This place provide public transportation to place such as Sibu, Sarikei, Bintulu, Miri etc. The fare was affordable. Many buses company operating here.

The worst shopping mall in Kuching, charged RM2 in less than 10 minutes, and then the most important thing is that when paying the fare, the Sarawak pay machine doesn't need to use other brands of machines, and the card won't pass. It's a waste of time.

I think they cant compete with spring. The ground floor full of claw machine, outside cafe barely surviving.

Main purpose for my visit is to experience their claw machines, Made a horrible mistake of exchanging a large amount for coins at the first machine I saw, unbeknownst to me, there are all different claw machines segregated by different coin exchange machine. wish this was made clearer 😅 it is also abit dated, with the exception of some Taiwan style claw machines carrying some popular anime figurines

Dead mall with no functioning escalators, locked toilets and only the first floor is accessible. Its glory days are over. Used to be a good mall prior 2010s with a food court, few restaurants, diverse shops and a huge arcade at the basement.

Welcome to the most depressing mall in town. 💀💀💀 More depressing than riverside shopping mall and wisma saberkas. 💀💀💀 This mall used to attracted many people, now it’s dead and many tenants moved away. 😢😢😢 This mall is quiet, dark and eerie. The only active tenants are alfresco and the music store. 🎹💿🥩 I doubt that this mall can become a good place for urban explorer. 😁😁😁 The toilets are pretty clean, and alfresco is doing their steady business. If I wanna explore this eerie mall, I can. 😆😆😆 I hope hock lee will see the bright future, so that the mall will attract more people in the future. 😇😇😇

Most of the shoplots are closed. Nothing much to see around. Just LEPO, Alfresso, a stationary shop, digi agent opened on weekends. Lifts still functioning. Average toilets. Outdoor carpark available but to display parking coupon during office hours. For wheelchair users can enter from main or back entrance.

The mall is mostly empty. We only come here to patronize Li Garden Restaurant. And we only come during lunchtime. It's quite eerie at night. Although a hotel is in the same building, it's quiet and you don't see many people around. Guess this part of the city is not frequently visited now that other malls are built in the suburbs.

One of the biggest music place for if you are looking for musical instrument with your budget or high end product. They conduct instructors training by rockschool UK as well.. 1 stop center for teachers.. students. .. not just about sales but the right music education for your child and if you want to take up music as part time or being full time teaching.

Once a famous shopping complex in Kuching for many decades. Now, most of the shops are closed only a few still operating. Feels quiet and almost empty compared to before. Still open, but no longer a main shopping spot.

I just went to this place and was kind of shocked to see when I walked into this particular shop where they sell branded shoes, clothes and different things. I walked pass this worker, maybe about 5 - 7 x to see whether he will response and serve me by asking what do I wanna get or anything that I wanna buy, no response at all an in fact he was walking in different direction. I did that also to another 3 different women in the same area, surprisingly the responsed was the same. All happened in the middle of no customers there 😅 My question is how on earth does the boss have this kind of workers just being quite and being ignorance? Don't they train how to greet people and ask how they as workers can help? It doesn't happen just at the shop, also other places such as 3 stars hotel and food centre almost all the same. Shocking and can't treat people like a human being. Please learn from Indonesian people, you will be shocked to see how well they serve, greet and being alert to help customers.. No wonder why that place is so quite

Well, what can I say about this mall in Kuching. Probably back in the day when this mall just opened, it was the highlight of Kuching City, but those days have passed on. They still have some vendors but this is a very old style concept mall, with limited retail outlets. It still has customers going in and out (Better than Tun Jugah opposite), and an outdoor KFC outlet. Honestly, there is nothing much to attract anyone here and I have been inside numerous times, only to see the same old vendors. Can't really help them unless they help themselves by revamping and doing something different. Otherwise, people are just going to go to Merdeka Mall the other side.

The only thing that make me come back here all the time is the Hartz Chicken 😋😋😋

Modern medium plaza. Clean & well maintained. KFC & Pizza hut found here. Lots of take away foods for KFC. Disadvantage is that only half of retail stores operating.

Used to frequent the toy shop at 3rd floor long ago (it still exists). Nowadays only a few tenants such as Lea Sport Centre, KFC and Hartz Chicken Buffet are operating.

Where you can find alot of kek lapis. Please taste all before decide where to buy. As every shop is nice to eat 😆. Found some sarawak clothes and souvenir here is cheap compare to India street.

Main Bazaar St. is the place where you can buy any souvenirs khas Sarawak

The most-visited place in Kuching is the main bazaar, and it is here where you can find the best Sarawak souvenirs, layer cakes art, and antiques. I've been coming here for years and seen some of the businesses still thriving while Covid19 shuttered some of them. Anyone visiting Kuching will definitely come here, and just to walk from one end to the other will take you about an hour, considering you stop to buy things. The place closes at around 5.00 PM, so please come early if you want to do shopping along Jalan Main Bazaar.

The Main Bazaar Street is located just along the Kuching Waterfront and easily accessible. This street is lined with old shops selling local sarawak craft and souvenirs, such as bamboo mats, straw bags and hats, beaded purses and wallets, wooden sculptures, t-shirts, household decor items and a whole array of knick knacks. Not bad for just a stroll and looking at all the colourful array of crafts that are on display.

Seriously, Emart Batu Kawa—please update your notices properly. The washroom at the wet market is obviously closed, but your sign still points people to the side door. For what? A walk of disappointment? I saw several people, including the elderly, trying to follow that misleading sign, only to find out the washroom is not even accessible. Do you know how frustrating that is, especially for those with limited mobility? It's not just “a little mistake”—it's wasting people's time and energy. It's not hard to update a sign. Please don’t fool your customers like this. We deserve clear and accurate info, not a wild goose chase to a locked toilet.

I like Emart but not this batukawah emart mayb it's because this is the 2nd branch which are open many years ago so places are not as modern and comfortable as their newer ones

24hours open are really good, great hyper market, like everything also have here. But the fishy smell really uncomfortable, from second floor once step in from carpark you can smell it. Toilet are dirty and wet floor. Hope can improve it.

Nice place to run your daily errands here. Very complete local mall. It has emart (good bargain supermarket from groceries to household necessity). They claimed to be cheaper than other stores. This place also have other vendors from fast food, clothings, accessories, gadgets, even gold shop. Plenty parking and very busy.

I used to be a geeat fan of Emart Batu Kawa. Not anymore, nowaday, you have to put all your stuffs at the service counter including umbrella and single small items like a bottle of medicine. The staff told me that is is to prevent shop lifting. That is their sucurity incompetence, don't use it to cause inconvenience and distrust on loyal customers like us. The self check out counters are a great move, BUT, only for customers with 10 items or less, the satff said, "if over 10 items, it will jam". What a stone age system, looks good, but no one use it. From now, I rather go to Everrise, at least they don't look at me like a possible thief.

Got so many government office here and if u are muslim, u are definitely going to love this place for its clothing needs. My mum love it and i really think if i have muslim girlfriend she will love it here as well. Wish me luck to have a wife/girlfriend before i reach 30 guys. Thank you. Oh and it is clean too.

Muslim friendly apparels aside, the food court here these days is absolutely lacking. What's happened? Some even only start cooking after 12 noon, on weekends. Only other option is the mall-owned restaurants and KFC. It takes many pull factors to come here. Maybe only just a seasonal mall after all. Really need to improve on appeal.

Majma Mall is a Muslim building and its also Glamour place for Muslim and other race to visit in. It's a Shopping mall too. Because of some department Office were there as Majlis Agama Islam Sarawak, Jabatan Kebajikan Sarawak and other may bring more people to come in of their personal appointment. Some food and drink shop in there which help them to enjoyed in.

The sellers are mostly bumiputra seller selling textile and food..few essential gov agency are also located there such as JKM, Resident office, DBKU library etc..

The mall offer muslim products. The are restaurants and food court. Surau at food court level is big. Also house public library.

Honestly, I really had high hopes for this shopping mall in Kuching, especially when it is built together with the Pullman Kuching. However, over the years, the Hills Shopping Mall has just gone downhill. A lot of vendors have moved out due to no one coming here. Right now, there are a few restaurants, a Mr.DIY, a Karaoke, a type of meeting-space cafe and some other shops. Until the mall owners seriously do something, it will remain as a ghost mall in Kuching, something like Tun Jugah Mall. I suggest that the owners focus on the youth by revamping the mall to cater to today's lifestyle concept. Imagine a mall with smaller retail shops that are cheap and short term rentals, selling unique items and so on. (Like those speciality malls in Bangkok) There is so many things that can be done to revive a mall, but end of the day, they always want to charge high rental according to market rates, and this will be the downfall...as it is now. So, if you are in Kuching, don't bother making your way here unless there is a specific shop you are looking for.

This is no longer a shopping mall. It has become more of a people's place with a nice and big food court, with an existing bouldering gym and dance/yoga studio. Coming soon are the co working spaces, dessert and coffee, whisky bar. Currently there are a few other shops and businesses here too.

My last visit in 2009/2010, before i moved to KL. That year was still looked happening and very famous spot to chill out and then shopping for goods with loved one. One of the shop that selling clothes and other products are still open until now but the business is going slower. In front of the mall, there was an open air for food court and very cheap price.

The only good thing about this mall is there is a wet market outside the mall. You can purchase fresh vegetables and fruits there. Other than the wet market, inside the mall there is econsave, grocery convenient. And mr diy and also supersave for your household convenient. There is also an area selling home furniture. Some restaurants around but not many. Another good thing about this mall, parking lot everywhere. Haha

Not so much choice for muslim to eat here. The supermarket remind me of the shopping experience when I lived in peninsular malaysia. The cheaper product under that supermarket brand was expensive here in Sarawak.

Got selling vegetables from noon to evening time outside the carpark. There also have playground outside. Need to pay entrance fees.

A really underrated shopping mall. Discovered this hidden gem today and was amazed by the variety of items there. The mall is very clean, large and has a strategic layout. There are gardening supplies, furniture, household items, plumbing, power tools, toiletries and more. Their furniture selection has more variety and competitive prices compared to Emart. The air cond reduces in strength at the upper floors. A few cons are not enough food courts. There is a Mr DIY and a clothing store. Ample parking space. Good place for people looking to bulk buy, DIY their houses or set up a catering business.

The mall is not big but still got lots of stores. You can almost find anythings you need here since there are Mr.Diy, Ozora and New world Grocer here.

A good size mall situated at suburb Batu Kawa, which is about 15km away from the bustling traffic of Kuching.😩 This mall is clean, neat and well lit. There's a large DIY store in this place. Do check out updates on groceries deals on their pages too. Some items can be way more cheaper than other outlets. Parkings available.

At the outskirts of Kuching, to cater for the nearby crowd / neighborhood. Consist of a medium sized Supermarket including fresh produce (fruits and vegetables, fish and meat). There are food beverage outlets within the mall, withthe concourse area with promotional activities. Surprisingly, Mr DIY store is found at Motan Square Mall and located st first floor of the Mall.

Just love the storage containers on 2nd floor. Very cheap flower pots. More cute plastic container & plates etc downstairs. The place is layout nicely and attractive. Super affordable price for all. Almost everything can be found here.

Kozi Square in Kuching is a quiet place with very little crowd. Most of the food vendors seem to be struggling, and the convenience mart doesn’t look inviting. The escalator is often not working, which adds to the dull atmosphere. People mostly come here for FunFactor, but beyond that, there’s not much to attract visitors.

Front desk staffs were friendly, some times they seem like they did not want to help or be at work, Depending on the person. - Room: nice size. I like the lights and setting. It was nice to have a balcony. The floor wasn't very clean. Even when I asked them to clean the room. They fixed the bed and replace the two towels. I wore socks the whole time, I also bought slippers. AC worked very well. My friends room was the same. My friends had a lot of issues with their key card to open their door every day. They had to go down stairs to get some one to help them. Annoying part was there was only one person that had the master key card. They had to wait each time. Even they had some issues with the master key card. They really need to replace the whole key knob thing. It was pretty frustrating. - Bathroom: It stinks, smells like pee and poo. Thank goodness I brought shampoo, conditioner, body wash and perfume. It made the place smell better. It is a bit small. I didn't like that the opening to the shower was next to the toilet and that it had no door. The floor and toilet got very wet. The sink isn't attached to the floor or wall so it was wobbly. Also ask for extra toilet paper because they only give you one. When they cleaned our room, they didn't leave an extra one, seeing that the roll was very low. We had to go down to ask for more. Also frustrating. - Pool: The infinity pool was nice. Although they did need to turn it on to be filtered. - They have a coffee shop, but it opens at 9am. Which is late for me. I liked their Cappucino. They have a fun factory on the ground floor. My 4 year old loved it. They have a section for little kids and for adults. It's a mini ninja warrior training section. The downside was that it was so HOT, no AC. It might have been broken, or two hours close to closing. They definitely get it fixed. They also have a basement with a mini mart, 1 drink vender and food vender. Opens at 7am. Which was great since I woke up early.

Well, im renting a studio here. For my attachement The only advantage probably-the location just next to the GH. Otherwise, if i have a car and more money i wouldnt choose here. The concept of the room is basically, the whole unit was converted to multiple studios. Imagine you stay next to a stranger, with a thin walled partition. I have trouble of sleeping, as my immeduate neighhbour has family with him. And the noise 😪 And the alarm of the another neighbour which is always heard and you might feel like the urge to go and shut the alarm

The place is just nice, quiet and not so friendly staffs and entrance barrier which takes forever to scan your car plate number. The mall side is only consists of 3 restaurants, a place for kids to play, a inconvenience store at ground floor that only accepts cashless system. The apartment is really small, its basically Regatta Hotel but rented off to people and limited to only 2 people. You get 2 beds, a bathroom, a very tightly fitted kitchen, with a wardrobe.

2025 January All lift broken 2023/11/25 Finally! The lift is fixed. No a bad place to stay or hangout 2023/10/1 I don't know what the management is doing, I know they trying to improve but it makes things worse. Usually, in the room they rent for 1 month, there are multiple lifts to use, but they close down a lift, causing me to have to walk a long way to reach my room. The lift that they only for us to use, only 2 lift, sometime only one lift we can use. If it is peak hour, we might wait for the lift around 10min, worst thing is, when the lift full, we have to wait for an others round and round. Old post Quite a nice place, have food court, playground for adult and youth. But the elevator and parking system have to be improve. At the same time, B2 parking have no signal for mobile phone.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! 1. The hallway leading to the room is full of rubbish. 2. The bathroom is dirty and has a foul smell. 3. The sink and floor is clogged and unusable. 4. The balcony cannot be used as the table is rusty and dirty. 5. Water splashing from the swimming pool above makes the balcony wet and unsafe. 6. The overall condition of the room is unclean and poorly maintained. 7. The air conditioner is extremely noisy, disturbing rest.

Despite the numerous poster on parking rates including the guide to count the parking rates if it involved overnight parking, the charges are not the same. In fact it was higher. We came in at 9.30pm, and parked overnight on Monday. At 7am we tried to get out and saw that our parking charges went up to a total of RM26 when its supposed to be RM22 at most. We had to wait for the management office to open to resolve the issue. But when we came to discuss with the management, they told us despite the posters and the guidance, the rates are different when it comes to weekdays. We even showed the pictures of the posters and they seemed to know that this has been an ongoing issues with perhaps other customers. Finally they admitted that the developer, Lien Dak is the one ordering for such confusing and misrepresenting chargers. They refused to issue refund because of such order. We felt cheated and was aggrieved by the way they are handling the matter. We made complaints to the authorities and managed to get a refund. They told the authorities another set of facts which were contradicting to what they informed us when we tried to discuss with them. Not sure which one was a lie.

A clean mall. Ample parking even at road fringes if needed. Chairs available for elderly and tired shoppers on every level which is very considerate. Food outlets are there and a supermarket. Still many vacant shoplots. Has good potential to grow.

A newer, cozy mall that’s easy to navigate. Great for grabbing groceries, light dining, or some simple shopping but expect limited options on the upper levels but plan around peak-hour jams if you’re driving in from Kuching or Samarahan.

On 24/8 around afternoon in front of yoyogi shabu the floor was mopped but there were no signage of wet floor. few people fell down because it was slippery. might have cause injury and if you are not responsible of putting the wet signage after mopping silap hari bulan your management boleh kena sue if people get injured badly esp elder people

A new shopping mall. A lot of shop yet to rent out. It is a good place to find your meals and buy grocery goods or hardware.

Always passed by this building, but today decided to check them out. Seem a very new mall in Samarahan. Clean and easy to find parking (free, outdoor), and they do have basement parking too. Do not have difficulty to find parking right at the entrance. Few choices of dining place, but they have supermarket, DIY and spotted few hangout place. It's weekend, but there are no crowd. Perfect for me to run away from the busy mall.

I really love this area during the Christmas season as they light up all trees within the area with lights. A good place to take pictures

I would love to rate five stars on this branch but unfortunately i am not please with the everise mjc staffs especially the cashier. Its not hard to put a smile and friendly service. And also one incident she would just tap the offer item on original price which was already stated offer and when i ask about the price, she gave me a sour grapes face. If you are a tourist and don't like going to the typical tourist traps, this is a good place to see what local fresh produce are available. Although it is called Sunday Market, it is open on most days. However, there are more stalls on Saturday and Sunday. Fresh fruits are available quite cheap. You may avoid the wet market area if you would like to stay dry. Give the local "pisang otel" a try. It is a local variety of banana.

They start at evening of Friday. I went on Saturday at 7am. For those who never been here, it has 3 main areas. 1. Shaded area near the complex. Normally people buy the ikan terubok masin here. And various fresh seafoods. 2. Local products (kerepek, belacan, cencaluk, flowers, and fresh meats). 3. Sayur sayur, buah and pisang zone. You can find almost everything here. And do bring your own trolley because you will need it. Sakit bah tangan nak shopping but buying fruits heavy but still wanna browsing window shopping around. Advisable to go early morning. You can be done by 8.30 am and wont stuck in a jam. You can park either at Kubah area or upwell area. Most of them are still using cash, so bring your cash. They do have one ATM machine in the building in case you need any. They are open from evening Friday until Sunday noon.

I always enjoy visiting local open markets due the the wide variety of interesting products one cannot find in modern markets. This location is particularly great as the whole place is protected from the rain pouring outside.

My sister and I visited this museum. There are not so many exhibits, but the guide told me quite interestingly. The price, in my opinion, of course is too high.

Went to the food court upstairs on a weekday after 10am, so not much people ady. Hence, not much selection left as most stalls were closed but there were still a few food stalls opened. Ordered the tomato kway teow from the 'Huan Loke Yuan' stall and it was good, old school taste got wok hei some more! 😋 For only RM7, u can get char siu, chicken, fishcake, fried wanton, veggies etc in the kway teow.🍜 Definitely very reasonable price. Also, ordered the Signature Iced Tarik Coffee from 'Uncle Teo' stall, loved it 😍 as it wasn’t too sweet, with a well-balanced coffee flavor for only RM3☕ Can also pay using QR here.

The best wet market so far I found in Kuching. Many seller vendors here from Vegetable, Fruits, Fishers, meat, chicken and other rare vegetables and fruits. I found cheap seedless grapes here. Recommended place to stock up your weekly groceries here. The market is very neat & clean. Unlike typical wet market.

Very clean & organizaed dry + wet market, good to shop around. Arrived ard 10am on Sunday morning, thus not really crowded at this hour. There is foodcourt upstair, quite okay, lots stalls. Ordered ice coffee at Stall FA33 & hot coffee at Stall FA9, both okay lah. Ordered tomato fried dumpling at Stall FA07 (my mistake, i wanted to order Tomato Kueh Tiaw actually), the taste so-so. You will need to collect the food yourself. Not many Google reviews wrt the recommended dishes here, may need to consult local people instead.

Duck egg mee tasted very nice. That tang hoon soup of Leong Kee stall tasted not nice.

Recommend: goreng pisang from ground floor market, and Kopi tarik from Uncle Teo hawker stall at upper level
