A great shopping spot with room for a few improvements On my recent visit to Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, I could see why so many people consider this place a bit of a shopping gem. It’s lively, full of stores, and has a nice atmosphere for both shopping and spending time with friends or family. That said, I think the central shopping area could be set up a little better — especially the spaces meant for eating and socializing. With a bit more organization and seating, it could be an even more enjoyable place to relax between shops. Overall, still a very nice plaza with plenty to see and do, and worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Visited during My Hero Academia Hero plaza, this place was packed with people since it is just next to Kawasaki Station, many shops to go and also a lot of restaurants to dine in

A good variety of shops and restaurants easily accessible from kawasaki station. It includes kids facilities and there is occasionally entertainment set up in the plaza area such as music, movies, inflatable playground etc

Huge mall in Kawasaki, right next to the JR Kawasaki Station so convenient transportation. The plaza is super big and comes with many brands from clothing, book store, accessories and foods/drinks. Highly reccommend paying a visit here as they have lovely infrastructure with a circle grass playground right in between the mall.

I love the layout of this mall. A lot of thoughts and ideas went into the structure. There are tons of stores that sell clothes, handbags, shoes, appliances, and etc. It a big mall that is both indoor and outdoor. I came here when it was raining pretty bad, but it is easy to stay dry sincr the structure of the mall kept the rain away from the walkways.

This is a very big shopping complex. I bet you can find anything you need here: from haircut, 100yen shops, to movie theater… I like the design with the open area, the stage and the in-house shopping areas as well. Please be careful, you would be easily get lost in the shopping areas because there are aloooot of stores, all of them are lovely and enjoyable. There are also a lot of options for cafes and restaurants. In my opinion, this is the best shopping mall in Japan 😄

A delightful discovery at Atre Kawasaki, e.a.gran on the fourth floor. The flavors are pleasantly subtle. The lobster bisque and chicken cabbage half sandwich combo was a winner! The desserts and herb teas are similarly subtle! One can enjoy the fruits without getting over sweetened!

We were so blessed to have our hotel so close to Atre Kawasaki mall. There is a market downstairs where we would stop off every night to pick up something to bring back for the night. Mostly we ended up with fruit -- specifically watermelon. Each bag of cut sliced watermelon was only 430 yen or $2.72 and a bento box was 1188 yen with an additional discount of 200yen off because it was dinner time so the total was $6.26!! Shockingly good deal. We would load up on goods and only spend 2998yen or $18.93 Sadly, I do not have pictures to share of the deliciousness

Atre Kawasaki, the beauty of this mall is that it is ideally located near JR Kawasaki, one can conveniently run errands on his/her way after office ends and also easily grab their meals including breakfast before heading to work. There are a few cafes located in the mall itself. Huge space to accommodate crowds of travellers/ passengers and I am witnessing it myself the mall is especially busy almost 7days a week during operating hours.

A good blend of Clothing, Home Needs, Salon and Deli. Variety available is quite impressive. There are exquisite Japanese sweets which can be purchased from here. Convenient and fun location. Best choice for quick Shopping. Cafe and restaurants are often crowded.

It is convenient near the station if you go shopping. The mall sell wonderful clothes and books as well as stylish backs. The mall also sell a lot of cosmetic products. The restaurant on the upper floor has many shops that are not tasty. You'd better go out to the another restaurant.

One of my favourite Atre branches. It's very big and has many shops at all price points. It is also now directly connected to the station at the North gate so you don't need to go through the crowded central area from the JR station.

Kawasaki Station is a busy and bustling commercial area. What makes it even more interesting is that the action is taking place not just on the street, but under it as well. The Azalea Shopping Mall is an underground shopping mall that stretches beneath the main commercial areas, and connects most of the major buildings (including the train stations) in the area by tunnel. It's the second-largest underground shopping mall in Japan. The shopping center is huge, and is home to over 150 stores plus plenty of restaurants, cafes, izakayas, and several event spaces. The variety is quite large, with shops ranging from high-end fashion boutiques to major chain stores. The area can be a dizzying maze of hallways, but is easily navigated by following the "street names." Each hallway is given a special name and color, with nature-themed names such as the "Floral Walk," the "Forest Walk," the "Sky Walk," and the "Ocean Walk." These themes give the shopping mall a nice feeling and appearance. One of the neat features of this mall is the large "Azalea" sign which hangs overhead of the escalators connecting the mall to JR Kawasaki Station. After a few minutes, the song ends and the sign closes back up, and you'd never know that the sign has anything special about it. Azalea is completely underground, but it has plenty of access points. There are escalators and elevators everywhere, leading up to various points around the commercial district east of JR Kawasaki Station. There are direct connections with both JR Kawasaki Station and Keikyu Kawasaki Station, as well as several bus stops. There are also exits directly connecting Azalea to many of the larger buildings in the area, including Tokyu Hands and More's Department Store. This allows a full day of shopping without having to set foot outside in the rain, wind, cold, or hot and humid weather. A final point of interest in Azalea is located at Exit 29, which connects the mall to the above-ground More's Department Store. In the connecting area is the Guinness Book of World Records-certified World's Shortest Escalator! It's a very exciting site that certainly cannot be missed. Azalea is located in Kawasaki City, near Kawasaki Stations. Nice underground shopping arcade to connect the two train stations to the shops on the other side of the main road which is very convenient when it's raining. There's a good variety of food shops, restaurants and clothing stores and the prices are pretty decent ie not high end but good quality. They often hold events in the main hall where the escalators come down from JR.

You can find almost anything you want ! lol Atm , restaurants , bars , clothes, accessories, supermarkets, drugstores, massage, nailist... It is underground, great for those rainy days . And it is a connection with the others shopping malls around.

Huge modern mall with a multitude of restaurants and clothing stores. There is also a supermarket and a few coffee shops. One nice feature is places to sit while shopping or watching children play in the children's playground. The best part is the rooftop park with trees, branches, and places to amuse children. It's separate from the mall stores but just above them. Free to all.

A trendy place to shop, dine, see, and be seen indeed. A non tourist area where the fashionable local people hangout. If you are into J‐Entertainment, perhaps, then you'll meet your fave actor/s or celeb.

It has a lot of facilities for Mom and children to hangout, but today 27th June (summer day) I went there, the air conditioner feels like not really function well. Especially the elevator, it was hot. The temperature inside the mall, very uncomfortable for pregnant mom as well as for the kids and babies.

Perfect for families and kids. Aside from their nice paid play areas for kids there's also a rooftop park where kids can have fun and play for free.

Big mall with good variety of stores, food court was a bit small and the supermarket, although good, was expensive.

I arrived here close to closing, so not much was going on, but it is such a weird feeling to be surrounded by this very different architecture. It's conveniently located near the station. Try to catch the fountain show that's coordinated with music if you can.

It's very close to the Kawasaki station, so it is easily accessible. This place also being used as the base for Kawasaki Halloween Parade that is held every year.

This is another great well-kept mall in Musashi Kosugi. With the 3 large malls close to each other, you really have access to a wide variety of shops if you visit these malls.

Conveniently located within the station. Plenty of self serve registers means minimal waiting even when its crowed. Perhaps some goods are a little cheaper at other grocery stores.

This mall has a variety of shops and restaurants on the 5th floor. Good foods are at a soba specialized shop, reasonably priced japanese food set restaurant, unagi shop. The rest is not too impressive.

Retaurant Papa Milano - the lunch set for pasta is not cheap, considering the few option proposed at the drink bar. Pasta was OK.

There are several good restaurants (on the 5th floor), some good clothing stores, a gym, and good food options in the basement. There's also a big daiso, a music store and a clothing alterations shop. So there's almost everything in just one mall.

Very large car parking area for the facility. All kind of stores are there. Including Daiso .. Top floor there are some restaurant .. After your shopping, you can have a meal there... I just went to one of the restaurant.. 999yen menus are available.. For 999yen it's moderate price in this area, also tatsewise it's superb

Connected to musashi kodugi station.easy access multiple level downsyairs has 2 grossly overpriced grocery store chains like pompadour bakery lint l occitane and starbucks . Upstairs is your typical casual boring large fitted clothes store . Nothing impressive or worth making a trip to .its ok if you are already in the area .

LaLa Terrace offers a wide range of stores including watches, clothing, flowers, home furnishings, food, gifts, women's accessories, kitchen supplies, men's clothes, shoes, and more. There are some excellent restaurants at LaLa Terrace, too. LaLa Terrace is conveniently located at Musashikosugi station.

It's really hard to get into the parking lot cause there's a lot of people crossing the entrance, so be patient...

Ease of use and convenient access. 💊Pharmacy is situated on the first floor. It has a coffee shop, clothing stores (UNIQLO, GU), game room, leisure facilities, such as Tsutaya bookstores. Tokyu Hands here is pretty good. 7th floor also has a cinema (TOHO CINEMAS). There is a crepe shop which sells awesome crepes on the 1st floor. Go for it!!

Features quite a few famous clothing and shoe brands, should be a good place to spend time shopping. A supermarket / drug store is located on the ground floor.

Recent updates to stores give it a fresh new feel. Quite open layout. Uni Qlo now on the first floor. Gu above it. Clothing shops, shoe shops, glasses shop, big book shop, chemist shop, and also a discount shop. Restaurants on the upper floors with a cinema at the top. Pachinko in the basement.

This place kind of has everything. Super close to the station, only a short walk from another massive mall. There are plenty of restaurants, high street brands and even a movie theatre. People are sleeping on Kawasaki - it's a great place to shop. It might not be as glamorous as Futako Tamagawa, but it basically has all the same things and it's much more efficiently laid out - everything can be walked to in 5 minutes or less from the station.

It's a very accessible place. Great combination of shops. Best of all a lot of the shops offer tax free shopping, just make sure you bring your passport for the tax free. They even have a plus size shop, which is rare in Japan.

Today I stood in the line to apply for an EPOS credit card , the lady who interviewed me was a bit rude , I tried my best to convey in japanese but I couldn't. she directly told me to my face that if you don't know japanese then it's difficult for you to get a credit card , I got really sad and disappointed about how they treat a non japanese speaking customer .

Great shopping experience for all the family. Kawasaki is the location for those travelling with children as there are many local families and kids to interact with. Not many tourists and much more relaxed than Tokyo. Highly recommend.

LIFE Supermarket has many prepared dishes for lunch and dinner, although it's not very big, you'll be able to get all the necessary ingredients for your kitchen, or hotel room.

If you have visited any department stores in Japan before, you won't find anything *too* different at OPA apart from a slightly more eclectic selection of shops than other stores. However at time of writing these include some interesting shops like "Artman" (stationary, bags, pens, art supplies), "Can Do" (a "100 Yen" shop with a nice bright design, located on the basement level) and a foreign foods specialist store with regular discounts on food and snacks (also on the basement level). If you are visiting and need a break, customers here are well served with either a Dean & Delica coffee on the ground floor, or an Coffee OB on the second 2nd).

An 8 floor mall near JR Kawasaki Station . They have a huge supermarket store, Sanwa, which contains everything you need for the home ! There are also plenty of other shops and restos . Its most interesting feature is the presence of the world's shortest escalator ! Located near the Basement level, near exit 29. I think it was officially certified by the Guinness World Records.

Very big electronics store with everything you could want, from massage chairs and vacuums to video games and kids toys. It has a huge variety of goods, and is very large in size, including 3+ stories, with even more stores above it. In a great area near lots of other store selection as well as Kyoto station.

It's a little bit run down but it has a decent sized Daiso and Book Off. I went just to check out which figures they had, and it turned out there was a good selection, since it's mainly residential and not as touristy as some other places. The short escalator is in the basement if you use the underground shopping centre.

This is a small set of shops and restaurants on 3 floors on the North side of Shinyurigaoka station, accessible from the center of the station. You'll find a small florist, barber, Starbucks, Gong Cha bubble tea, chemist, massage shop, Jins optician and several restaurants spread out over the three floors. As space is limited, these are quite cramped, and the shops have changed occasionally over time. Each floor is served by escalators and there are two lifts, one within the annex for all floors, and another from the ground floor taxi rotary to the main station concourse.
