Food is okay. Not excellent as expected from Swosti Group of Hotels and specially Swosti Grand which is one of the oldest hotels of Bhubanswar. Interior is oldish style. Service is good with good bunch of experienced staffs. Need to improve on food quality.

I liked the taste of the food here as being a North Indian it was difficult for me to get a good tasty food in Odisha and here I found the good taste that matches to our taste buds.
We had breakfast and even we came to have lunch here while we were not staying here so I hope you can understand how good was the food here.

I had a very pleasant stay at Swosti Premium Bhubaneswar. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my experience quite relaxing. The service and hospitality provided by the staff were excellent, and they were always courteous and attentive. That being said, the property does feel a bit old, and there is noticeable dampness in certain areas. While this didn’t overshadow the stay, it is something that could use improvement.

Stayed here after a long time however the experience remains the same. Their staff is very courteous and always smiling. Food quality and taste is also good. Hotel surroundings are also peaceful and green.
Swosti Premium is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Bhubaneswar. Its central location makes it extremely convenient for business as well as leisure travelers, with easy access to major landmarks and transport hubs.
The hospitality and service are good, and the overall ambiance reflects the charm of a well-established property. However, ongoing renovation work during my stay was a bit of a disturbance, affecting the otherwise pleasant experience.
That said, once the renovations are complete, I’m sure the place will be even better. Overall, a good stay and definitely worth considering for its location and service.
I have attended a meeting there recently in Bowling Alley Hall. The hotel is in prime location of Bhubaneswar and food was awesome. But in service, they should improve it. During meeting, we have to ask them again n again for some service. Btw it's not a big deal.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable with daily turn down service and everything we could need in the way of toiletries or housekeeping. The location, views, pool and gardens are beautiful. I love what they have done to the floor, it has intermittently dimming & glowing lights, understated yet elegant.
There's a dance floor with provision for the music to literally blow you away!

What’s changed over the years??
It used to be ore of a party place for youngsters with a dance floor, an impressive bar counter & super loud dance numbers being played to create the vibe.
These days it’s become more accommodative for families with music played much softer, not so club-like vibe. The bar is still at your service though & the dance floor intact.
Speaking of food, order anything you feel like without a second thought on taste; they have mastered each & every item on the menu. Finger-licking food served quick and the presentation is impressive!!
Staff here is cordial & responsive, trying to meet every ask to their best of abilities. Well dressed, neat & soft spoken, they certainly do deserve a fat tip post your meal.

I with my family visited this place yesterday for dinner. The location is prime and easily traceable. Restaurant is situated on 1st floor so no one felt any problem in reaching it.
The ambience is great and it is bar cum restaurant and both are in same hall. But I do not feel awkward at all because they have kept a good distance between each seating arrangement.
The lights music etc are really good.
Now talking about the menu , they have almost all sort of cuisines and in reasonable price.
The quantity and quality are great and you would really love it's taste. The staffs are really very decent and extremely humble and smiling.
The service deserves 5* because within an hour we were served both starters and main course and for any special requests they are really ok.
Overall I found it great and if you ask me about anything they need to improve then it would be to avoid seating arrangement in corners specially for large groups. Because it creates congestion.

At gajapati nagar Moody Blues Bar & Restaurant is the best bar available. We went on a weekday evening. It's an ideal destination for dates and Friends. The ambiance was top notch and the service was good. And coming to the food we tried some starters and cocktails. The taste was good of both starters and cocktails and the price was justified.

This is a pretty decent place - relatively affordable pricing, very good chakhana - Sprouts salad, and pretty good vegetarian starters. The service is pretty quick.
The few drawbacks - Loud TV sound and a long time to get the tab. The lighting is such that unless you're at the few tables which a illuminated decently you won't be able to see what's on your table. While low light is indeed a precursor to a good bar ambience, the illumination here could be improved.
Overall, a very decent place to relax.
Adjust your eyes before you enter. This place is located in one of the best hotels in town but the experience was a bit disappointing. Rob Roy looks more like a Dungeon from a folklore rather than a watering hole. Choices of liquors is limited and above that their is a small selection of beer to choose from. The town has so many better places, you should only come to this place only if you find rest of the pubs closed.

We had hosted a wedding reception party at Pushpak. Everything was just spot on.. the decor, the food quality and taste, service, rooms was just beyond expectations. It was a very welcoming experience for us as well as our guests. The location is just perfect for hosting parties at the centre of the city. I would highly recommend this place. The restaurant also serves very tasty food. It also has a bar if you would like to have a closed group parties.

I am visiting pushpak hotel more than 20+ years but I am not happy with room condition at all.
1) bed is not comfortable, myself and my wife started having back pain.
2) No wall watch is there.
3) Fans are not working properly.
4) AC also not working properly.
5) foot mats also not available in bathroom or near bed, this feels very difficult while going to bed.
6) but staffs beviour is very good and satisfied.

Today I went to food express in pushpak hotel , I ordered mutton biryani and food was pathetic , they gave 3 pcs of mutton out of which 1 was ok , 1 was just fat piece and other one was just bone. When I gave feedback to the restaurant manager he was simply quiet and looking here ignoring it because it didn’t bothered him . Lastly, I was not done with my food and he gave table to other people to sit with me without my consent . I just left my drinks and moved out from the restaurant. This hotel service level is very bad and they need to train their managers and waiters on table services and guest services as the prices of the food is high as compared to service they are providing.

Hotel Pushpak is a centrally located and reliable hotel, very close to the airport and railway station. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. Rooms were clean and spacious, making the stay comfortable. The ambiance was nice, not too luxurious but decent. Breakfast spread and amenities like Wi-Fi, shuttle, and parking were convenient. Overall, it felt good & To me the food wasn’t very impressive, though the soup was nice...!!!

We visited Embassy on a cozy Saturday afternoon. The weather was just perfect for lunch—cloudy skies and a gentle breeze. The rooftop seating turned out to be an ideal spot for such lovely weather. Thankfully, it was empty that day, which suited us well as we were looking for some peace and quiet. While the ambience was a solid 5/5, the food told a slightly different story.
We didn’t order much, starting with the Asian Platter, which included Malai Paneer Tikka, Cheeseballs, Babycorn Chilli, Gobi 65, and a roasted papad. This was undoubtedly a 5/5—absolutely delicious!
For the main course, we ordered Bhuna Murgh Gosth for the non-veg option. According to my friend, it was fantastic with its rich, ghee-laden flavors (4.5/5, losing points for having too many bony pieces). Being a vegetarian, I stuck to the veg dishes. The Veg Fried Rice was another hit, deserving a full 5/5. The Garlic Naan was you know, garlicy, 4/5 (minus points for not adding butter).
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the veg main course. The Punjab da Paneer Masala was a disappointment for both me and my friend. It leaned on the sweeter side, lacked the signature masala punch, and the dish was bland. Personally, I would have preferred a spicier, more flavourful version—this was a 2.5/5.
Overall, the experience scored an 8.5/10—a memorable outing with incredible ambience and some standout dishes, though a few could have been better.
The Embassy Club and Dky Lounge offers good city views(atop the roof top place) and a vibrant, energetic atmosphere, perfect for a night out. The rooftop is ideal for a group party, date night, with decent food enhancing the overall experience. The club's live DJ keeps the dance floor packed and the energy high. While the ambience and DJ are a draw, the prices are a bit steep for the food/alcohol portion sizes and bhubaneswar standards. Overall, though, the Embassy Club & Sky Lounge is a fantastic spot for a night of fun, partying and dancing.

Club and skylounge is good with clean atomospher but the service of the club staff is very bad .need to improve more. Otherwise food price is somehow high but its ohk. Apart from that everyone can get all type of mocktails and cocktails drinks here.

I went to the embassy for the first time,while I pre-booked my table ,the staff didn't allow me to sit inside(I went inside to have a look & the seats were dirty like anything).we were sitting on the lounge,then we ordered food which was different/less than we ordered,drinks were not upto the mark,the staff made huge argument & forced me to pay for free drinks.when I stick to my words that I will pay only for the food I order not for free
drinks,he changed the bill & again made changes for the free drink.this argument continued,I had the worst experience with the food,drinks and service.there is security issue if you are a girl & going alone.the behaviour of the staff are rude & forcieve.
Initially they have not told us that dance floor is only for couples but later on they informed us the same message.however dance floor was totally empty ,there is absolutely no issues if someone wants to dance as a stag but I don't know why there are restrictions. Everyone pays the same rate for each drink and food stuff then why there is such type of discrimination between stag and couples.

Pal heights is a good hotel to stay but I found some problems:
°The terrace boundaries were not properly cleaned and covered.
°The furniture of Cabana were a little dusty.
°The seats at ball room were not so hygienic.
°The cover of soap dispenser near the ball room at the first floor is broken.
°At the Rodeo bar there were a lot of fruit flies.
°The water in the swimming pool was not cleaned properly.
If these things are fixed then this place would be a hit to visit.
I recently stayed at Pal Heights Mantra Hotel in Bhubaneswar and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, being situated right next to GT Road. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a good range of facilities including a gym and swimming pool.
However, I did notice a peculiar design issue in the rooms. The toilet and bathroom are separate, but the basin is located in the bedroom rather than the toilet. This seemed a bit unconventional and took some getting used to.
Despite this quirk, the hotel seems to tick most of the right boxes. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were well-maintained. If you're looking for a convenient location and good facilities, Pal Heights Mantra Hotel might be worth considering. Just be aware of the unique bathroom layout which might not be suitable for family.
Overall a very good experience staying in this hotel. Just beside the main road. Food quality needs to improve. The washroom has transparent glasses which is odd for a family to stay together and mattresses are too soft which is not good for health. Irrespective of all these points, other things are good.
We recently stayed at this hotel and booked two rooms—409 and 411. While I must commend the staff for their outstanding service, which was on par with top-tier properties like Taj Vivanta or Mayfair, the overall infrastructure leaves much to be desired.
The service, food, and staff behavior were excellent. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was courteous, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was also impressive, and the staff at the dining area were particularly attentive and helpful.
However, when it comes to the room quality, especially for the price, we were disappointed. The bathrooms and toilets were extremely cramped, there was water leakage from the central AC, and the wooden flooring was in poor condition. These issues significantly affected the comfort of our stay.
In summary: Amazing service and staff, but the room infrastructure needs serious improvement to match the standards the staff are striving to uphold.

Service was poor. Neither otvwas on time, nor did anyone serve us. They just kept the dishes and went away.

Atmosphere is good, but it lacks something in service & foods are OK. I will explain details below.
In veg starter we have ordered some paneer dish (forgot name) which was good, also lettuce salad & corn is good but mushroom pepper is dry to eat and cheese ball is way for cheesy. I have tried better cheese ball and mushroom at other place. By the way soup is good but less in quantity and the bread in salad is yum, very tasty.
For main course we have ordered lacha paratha which was Ok, one paneer biryani is very good but paneer kofta is not like that, it will bind your mouth. Paneer dishes are mostly good but mushrooms are not to the mark even in main course dishes.

Less vegetarian options but whatever was available was absolutely delicious. And the place is also beautifully decorated. One of the most recommended beverage is the BBI Kid’s drink.

Myself and wife stayed in Hotels Pushpak and Convention center from 30th June to 4th July.
We were visiting Puri and Konark for Rathayathra. From the moment we landed at airport, the taxi driver arranged by the reservation manager Ratikant was calling us and as we got in the Taxi Ratikant called to make sure all is fine.
The hotel is just 20 minutes from Airport in Dhauli, ideally located for Puri, Konark and Chilika lake travel. Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms with beautiful house keeping by sincere people like Biswajit, Akshay,Matu Kisko etc.
The food and room service are excellent.
We were leaving at 7am and usually breakfast starts at 8am, they gave us beautifully packed breakfast on the house.
It’s an ideal place for families or groups can pick for their Bhuvaneshwar trip.
After reaching the airport also Mr Ratikant called us to make sure everything was safe and fine.
I’ll give them 10/10 marks 👍

Customer service is so poor and lots of errors during booking the wedding banquet.
