Bling It On is a popular dining spot in Bhubaneswar, known for its diverse range of cuisines including Italian, Mexican, and Continental fare. The restaurant offers a cozy and chic ambiance with fancy lighting and prompt service. Visitors can indulge in a variety of dishes such as pasta, ravioli, nachos, enchiladas, pizzas, quesadillas, burritos, lasagnas, tacos, and steaks.
One of the finest Italian restaurants in bbsr.....the decor.....the ambience.....the staff ....the location....the food......almost perfect place........this is one good place would love to visit again and again.....some delicious lasagna they make😍
Sajal D — Google review
Bling It On offers a fantastic dining experience with its Italian and Continental cuisine. The cozy, chic atmosphere sets the perfect backdrop for a great meal. I highly recommend the **Chicken Steak** and **Neapolitan Pasta**—both are absolutely delicious and must-tries. The staff is attentive and courteous, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. But bit slow. While it's on the pricier side, the quality of food and service make it worth it. Ideal for special occasions or a nice night out.
Symaleen D — Google review
I ordered Lamb Zingara and Tiramisu. The food taste was mediocre. They made the tiramisu too bitter. I had chicken lasagna from this restaurant before and it was bad too. Also, there were small insects in the dining tables. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone
Taslimur R — Google review
I’m from the U.S. I’ve tried two dishes here. One Italian and one Mexican. Both dishes were such a disappointment. Not even close to the real thing. I also found paper in the e stuffing of my chicken. Looks to be maybe the paper wrapper from butter.
Cortney M — Google review
Loved the place, it was quiet and empty so i enjoyed even more. Nice place to have a cup of coffee and discuss philosophy. I tried the cold coffee which was nice. Ambience is good with cool wallpaper backgrounds for those selfie junkies. Its on the ground floor besides Lal Chand jewellers. Since it was a holiday keema items were not available but the taste of the tikka sandwich was heavenly. A little away from the hustle of KIIT square, its a good place to spend your evening and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff was courteous and although not well accustomed to their own menu, are eager to help. Its a cost place and a single group of 20 can fill this place up so keep that in mind if you're planning to come here. Safety precautions for COVID 19 are followed well and washrooms are clean.
Ojashwin M — Google review
As usal good ambience and delicious food ... Ordered Italian and Mexican crusines and Bling it on didn't disappoint . Cheddar soup , Rodeo chicken wings , and Mexican combo platter are must try dishes . Each dishes were beautifully plated and had green veggies on the sides

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bhubaneswar, Golden Bird - Hotel Pushpak is a culinary gem that has been delighting locals for over ten years. This charming restaurant showcases an impressive array of flavors, specializing in Odia cuisine alongside North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese dishes. Diners can indulge in authentic delicacies such as mansa tarkari, macha masala, and kukuda biryani.
This is a really good restaurant with good food and excellent service. All the dishes we ordered including the shake and drinks were tasty and in good quantity. However, what stood out was the service provided. They were extremely polite and food was served very nicely. Overall, a 10/10 experience

Cheese Ball is best till the date I have, other items are good also. I have mixed feeling for other items because I have tasted best of these food at some other places. Pricing is bit high that other restaurants. Ambience is ok.
Jitendra S — Google review
A wonder place to dine with family. They have good varieties of both vegetarian and non veg food. Also worth mentioning the staff is very polite and helpful especially Mr Amar and Mr Rahul who helped us pick flavours according to our palate and made our experience a 10/10. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone

Golden Bird Review We had a wonderful dining experience at Golden Bird. The food we tried was absolutely delicious — the Mix Veg Punjabi Style, Paneer Butter Masala, and Peas Pulao were all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The complimentary papad and were a nice touch and tasted great as well. I also loved the ambience — warm, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a good meal. Overall, highly recommended for anyone who enjoys flavorful North Indian cuisine.

Nestled near the serene Chandaka forest, Jungle View is a delightful culinary gem that beautifully marries Indian and Chinese cuisine in a tranquil, nature-inspired atmosphere. Originally established as a humble dhaba catering to visitors of the renowned Nandan Kanan zoological park, it has since gained fame for its signature dish: Bamboo Mutton.
Visited Jungle View for lunch and had a really satisfying experience! 🌿🍽️ We ordered Plain Rice,Dal, Mutton Kassa, Mutton Curry, and Bamboo Chicken. The Mutton Kassa was absolutely awesome in taste — tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. It’s the star of the meal and definitely a must-try dish here! The Mutton Curry was good too, rich and aromatic, while the Bamboo Chicken was just okay. Overall, a great lunch experience with delicious food and a pleasant ambience. Highly recommend their Mutton Kassa — it’s truly worth it! 🐐🔥

Good place to visit and enjoy with family and friends. Sufficient space is available and service is too fast. AC rooms are also available. Small area , large area , round tables , open area , closed area all kind of areas are available. Food quality is awesome, dry chicken is one of the best items . It’s famous Bamboo Chicken and Bamboo mutton. We tried all items , all are tasty and awesome. You can try once . All people are good, lot of people are going there. On Sunday you will find a heavy crowd. Thank you

Jungle View is a great place to enjoy delicious Indian and Chinese food in a peaceful, nature-inspired setting. Their Bamboo Mutton is a must-try, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is rustic and calming, making it a unique dining experience. Prices are reasonable, and service is decent, though it can get busy at peak hours. If you're a meat lover looking for a flavorful meal in Bhubaneshwar, this place is definitely worth a visit.
Bijay P — Google review
I've had Bamboo Mutton here, which was pretty good, except that the bone content was too much compared to the meat. Masala papad was very good too and so was the Chicken Hyderbadi. Tandoori roti was crisp and quite perfect! The environment is scenic, but is not very professionally maintained. There's seating arrangement for both outdoors and indoors. The place where we were sitting (outdoor) was not very clean - there was some food littered on the ground. One of the washbasins was also clogged and close to overflowing. It was cleared after a customer complained. The plates were clean. The staff were polite, but didn't serve the food on our plates after giving it to us. The service was quick enough for the bamboo Mutton but pretty late for the add on tandoori roti we ordered. All in all, service is semi-decent.
Pratik P — Google review
I visit here for dinner with my husband and we have ordered bamboo mutton, we have heard that this dish is their speciality but it was totally different in look, taste, they have given us only bones and burn roat masala of mutton which was not good in taste didn't like it full waste of money. Then we have ordered chicken chilly which is also not good in taste. Environment staffs are good but we are visiting there for food which is not satisfied. My overall experience is not expected.

Odia restaurant
Dalma is a charming restaurant in Bhubaneswar, offering traditional and mildly spiced meat and vegetable dishes from the Odisha state. The homely ambiance and traditional artwork create a cozy setting for enjoying authentic Odia cuisine, including specialties like dalma and pakhala bhaat. Guests can savor these regional delicacies while seated cross-legged on Sambalpuri textiles, accompanied by the soothing strains of Odissi music.
One of the recommended places by my friend and even the internet searches was this restaurant. We were two; one vegetarian and one non vegetarian. We ordered one special thali as she wanted to try the chenna tarkari and i ordered crab curry. Crab curry: 4.5/5 Excellent fresh crab. I wasn't expecting such delicious crab to be served. The curry had nice flavour which was also unique. I had this with rice. Two people can share one curry. A lot of curry was left at the end. Highly recommended. Special vegetarian thali 3.5/5 The assortment of food was excellent. So much variety and throughout our orissa trip, this had the most authentic taste. What's the catch? Well, it had terrible wait time for the food; atleast 30-40 mins! Was it worth.. hmm that's a tough question. But i would say it was worth the wait. Highly recommended!
Rakesh K — Google review
"A simple restaurant serving traditional Odia cuisine with quite a few food options in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian and impressive portion sizes. Hospitality is pretty good and pricing is good/affordable as well." Food: We tried their Dalma (with roti), Dahi Pakhala Non-Vegetarian and Vegetarian Platter, Rasabali, Chhena Jhili, Chhena Poda, and Chhena Chakta. Dalma: The restaurant is named after this dish. Dalma is a simple and comforting dish. Essentially nothing but dal and vegetables curry (pumpkin, brinjal, etc.). Had with roti/rice. Dahi Pakhala Non-Vegetarian Thali: Very satisfying, comforting, and filling. Best had in summers. We get fermented curd rice and various accompaniments/side dishes such as mashed potatoes, sweet dates chutney, fish/prawn fry (delicious), saag (leafy vegetables), aloo and drumsticks in mustard paste and oil (sharp, pungent, and interesting flavours), and badi chura (crumbled fried lentils dumpling). Brilliant side dishes, each one of them goes great with fermented curd rice. Rasabali: Chhena soaked in milk, soft and nice Chhena patties in sweetened milk. Pretty good. Chenna Poda: Burnt but soft Chhena cake (burnt cheese/paneer). Chhena Jhili: Fried Chhena in sugar syrup (like gulab jamun but made of chhena instead). Chhena Chakta: I was told it was made of chhena as well. Almost like kheer. Service: Very good hospitality. One of the staff members patiently helped us with the menu. Ambience: Simple, minimalistic, and air conditioned. Gets the job done. Could get a seat easily. Overall, a great place in Bhubaneswar to try out traditional/native Odia thalis, Dahi Pakhala, desserts, and other such delicacies!
Akilan S — Google review
Food - 3/5 We ordered Special Thali(Veg), Chingudi Rai, and Pomfret Tawa Fry. Special Thali had lots of side dishes. It was average but a few dishes in the thali were really good - namely Bitter Gourd Fry, Elephant's Apple Curry and a curry made with Vada (dunno about the name). The rest of the dishes were okay and not so special. Chingudi Rai Curry was underwhelming for a 350 INR food item. Pomfret Tawa Fry was delicious. Plain Rice was charged extra so it felt atrocious. Service - 4/5 Server was polite and attentive. Him knowing a bit of Hindi with medium fluency helped the case a lot. The servers were attentive to refill request. Atmosphere - 3.5/5 The ACs were not that efficient and room temperature was a bit warmer in the humid weather of Bhubaneswar. The basins of the restaurant felt a bit dirty. Summary - 3.5/5 We had our first meal in the state of Odisha here. The authenticity in the Odia meals were felt in the dishes served. Although I have a strong hunch that there might be better options as compared to Dalma. But I ai believe the food is good if you are okay with low oil and less masala food items. Almost like a homely food.

Dalma Restaurant – A True Taste of Odisha! If you're craving authentic Odia cuisine, Dalma Restaurant delivers an unforgettable local experience. The prawn dish was rich and perfectly spiced, the mutton liver—an absolute delicacy—was cooked to perfection, and the pomfret tawa fry brought out bold coastal flavors. Every bite felt like home-cooked tradition on a plate. Highly recommended for those who want to savor real Odisha!
Madhurima C — Google review
Dalma restaurant now remains just a name. Their brand reputation has inflated their price. But you get zero value for money. Located in the 1st floor, the reataurant gives a false Odia vibe by adding wallpapers of some Odia legends. Although the interior is neat and clean, the inside of the reataurant has some echo problem. People chattering turns into loud annoying echo across the restaurant. Even with minimum people inside, it felt like This is a public buffet party. AC doesn't help. Service boys are prompt and offer packaged drinking water as soon as you reach a table. And they give a very classy designed menu which lists all the overpriced and overhyped items they offer. Usual wait is within 10 mins. I ordered mutton thali which contained 2 small bowls of rice, one katori of dalma, one small katori full of aloo bharta, few slices of raw cucumber and a plate with 4 mutton pieces and 1 potato piece. The rice was okay, not soft but you can chew your way through. Dalma was good but not as it used to be. Even your home cooked dalma might test better than what they serve. Aloo bharta was tasty. Now coming to the mutton, out of 4 pieces, 2 pieces were meat and 2 pieces were bone and cartilage. The meat was not well cooked, had to pull them from the bones with teeth by force. The gravy however was good. The thali costs a whooping Rs.400 and you get a bill of Rs.420 for 5% GST. The menu doesn't include GST. If you have spare money to waste or have nothing better to do with your life, visit this restaurant for their overhyped food.

We tried Odia food at this highly rated restaurant in Bhubaneshwar for dinner yesterday. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious!! The Mushroom Curry was outstanding!! This is our first trip to Orissa and we will definitely patronize them before our 3 day visit ends. The restaurant is on the first floor with limited parking up front. One can get parking on side streets. The restaurant was well lighted and the service was friendly and professional. Thanked the manager/kitchen staff on the way out - impressed with the excellent food preparation.

Michael's Kitchen offers excellent food and a great atmosphere for family outings. The quality of the food is very good, and the service is attentive and friendly.
We went in afternoon time to have lunch. It was a pleasant restaurant on 1st floor. We had tried thai chicken skewers, Katsu and Miso ramen and Caramel custard. The Ramen was soooo good in taste. The two tasted entirely different. There was bokchoy, egg, large quantity of chicken and mushroom and thick slurpy noodles. Good songs were playing too. The skewers were also so juicy and so beautifully decorated. I loved this place so much.

Best ramen & khao suey in town. Waiting can be a lil longer than usual but it’s worth it. Relatively small place with good ambience but food quality & quantity is top notch.
Dibya S — Google review
This establishment boasts truly delicious baked crabs and a noteworthy soup. The chicken biryani is also a good choice for those seeking a flavorful rice dish. However, be prepared for a slightly slower pace of service than some may prefer. Overall, the excellent food quality nearly overshadows the service speed, making it a very recommendable dining experience.

Definitely I would recommend every foodie to visit here. Only place where you'll get authentic Ramen. I guess they make this ramen rather than buying. Tried here miso ramen and korean hotpot with pork belly. Each dish was delicious than expected. Service of the staff was quite pleasant. Must try their ramen. Recommended for both pure veg and non veg foodies.

(25aug)i have tried continental in various locations like delhi, hyderabad but the quality and taste michael’s kitchen delivered was unmatched! a solid 10 on 10. we ,a group of 4, went on a rainy day at around 4pm.were a bit skeptical about whether the food is available or not. inquired the waiter .he didn’t deny a single thing. that was the first impression about the restaurant. the final and strongest impression was when the chef, who also happens to be the owner, was seated in the dining area , about to have her lunch. Upon receiving our order, she promptly rose to personally prepare our meal we ordered. pure dedication ! haven’t seen in a while. respect! the ambience reflects raw passion of the owner! A fascinating book on the shelf, detailing over 150 potato dishes enjoyed across the globe, caught my eye and added a unique charm. Michael’s Kitchen has undoubtedly become my favorite restaurant in Bhubaneswar. A must-visit gem!

Overall, everything about our visit was fantastic. I would highly recommend Oriental dish to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
Pinaki S — Google review
Go here only if you have plenty of time and seriously don't mind sluggish service. Honestly, that's the only major negative here, because the food and the atmosphere are so good they actually make up for the wait. The vibe is cozy, well decorated, and just a great space to hang out in. You might be there a while, but it's a genuinely pleasant space to sit and wait. Now, a big heads-up on the food: their international dishes are definitely adjusted for the Indian palate, so please don't walk in expecting them to be "authentic." That said, they pull off a pretty good emulation, and it's genuinely delicious. For example, their Tonkotsu Ramen has the rich body you want from a pork bone broth, but they heavily flavor it with shoyu (soy sauce), making the broth dark, bold, and super savory. It’s a customized flavor that absolutely works well, even if it's not the traditional milky white Tonkotsu. But here's the major caveat: the noodles are a massive compromise. They come in only one type, which I assume are the white, thick, round rice noodles that are notably soft and with little chew. This is my biggest gripe: I can't even ask for a substitution, because they insist that's the only noodle that comes with the ramen. It's bloody frustrating when you know the local maida noodles could be cooked to perfection to give you that firm texture you crave. So please keep your expectations grounded and you'll enjoy what you get.

Nestled in the heart of Bhubaneswar, Truptee Veg. Restaurant stands out as a cherished spot for families seeking affordable yet delightful vegetarian cuisine. This beloved eatery is renowned for its warm and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal place to enjoy a meal with loved ones. Truptee specializes in mouthwatering South Indian breakfast options, particularly their famous masala dosa and an array of traditional Indian thalis that present a feast of flavors in one plate.
Truptee is one of the very fine restaurants one can visit when in Bhubaneswar. It’s very good for South indian as well as other cuisines. Strictly vegetarian, but more than the restaurant what I liked the most is the sweet delicacies we tried out like Chena poda, chena jhili, and much more.
Abhilash P — Google review
The food at this Truptee outlet is quite average compared to other branches. 👍🏼 The Tawa Mushroom stood out and was really good. 👎🏼However, the Paneer Singapore, which is claimed to be a signature dish, didn't live up to expectations,it wasn't crispy, and the coating lacked quality compared to other outlets. The service could also be improved, as the waiting time was quite long. On the bright side, the ambiance is pleasant, with comfortable seating, making it a decent spot for families.
Riakshi — Google review
Recently visited Truptee near Akash Institute. Here's my rating: - Crispy American Corn: 4/5 (Delicious and crispy) - Mushroom Do Pyaza: 2.5/5 (Tastes okay, but slightly overpriced) The ambiance was good , seating around 30-40 people. However, rates felt higher than expected. Overall experience was just okay. Notably, this branch didn't match up to the Infocity Truptee branch.

The 3 star ⭐️ on food due to the paneer was not fresh and mixed in kadhai paneer, however paneer lollipops paneer was really good. Baby corn was yum 😋. When I compare overall food better at other Truptee at Kalpana square. Service and atmosphere was ok 👍. Request to maintain food quality which customers are paying for 🙏🏻

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem! As a vegetarian, it's not always easy to find restaurants that serve innovative and delicious plant-based dishes. The real star of the show was the food. Oh, the food! We ordered the veggie burger, the lentil soup, and the vegetable biryani, and each dish was more delicious than the last. The flavors were bold and complex, and the presentation was beautiful. I'm so impressed with this restaurant and can't wait to come back and try more of their dishes. If you're a veggie lover like me, do yourself a favor and get to this place ASAP ! *Recommended For:* Vegetarians, vegans, foodies, anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

🌟 Food Review: We ordered: 1️⃣ Crispy Corn – 8/10 😋 2️⃣ Masala Papad – 6/10 🤏 3️⃣ Veg Kofta – 7/10 🍛 4️⃣ Punjabi Paneer – 5/10 🌿 5️⃣ Veg Fried Rice – 7/10 🍚 6️⃣ Dahi Tandoori – 6/10 🥣 ✨ Crispy Corn was really good — a must-try starter! 🍛 Veg Kofta paired well with roti and was quite tasty. 🔥 Dahi Tandoori is a unique dish here — sometimes it’s made well, so definitely give it a try if available. ❌ Punjabi Paneer had too much cardamom, which affected the overall taste. 🍚 Veg Fried Rice was flavorful, but the portion size was a bit small. ⸻ 🪑 Ambience Review: The overall atmosphere was normal. However, I noticed some food particles on the floor, so cleanliness around and under the tables can be improved 🧹. ⸻ ✅ Overall, it’s a decent spot. If you’re a vegetarian 🌱, you can definitely give it a try!

Disappointing Experience at Truptee Restaurant, Bhubaneswar I recently had a terrible experience at Truptee Restaurant in Bhubaneswar. I ordered a masala dosa, a rava dosa, and a bottle of mineral water. Here's what went wrong: Watery Masala Dosa: The biggest disappointment was the masala dosa. The masala filling, which is supposed to be the star of the dish, was watery and bland. It seemed like they had simply mixed the masala with water, resulting in a tasteless mess. Unhygienic Discovery: To make matters worse, I found a hair in my masala dosa! This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards. Insufficient Compensation: I complained to the staff about the issues I faced. While they did deduct the price of the masala dosa from my bill, I believe a simple price reduction doesn't justify the inconvenience and unpleasant experience. Overall, my visit to Truptee Restaurant was a major letdown. The poor food quality and lack of hygiene raise serious concerns. I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant until they can improve their food quality and hygiene practices.

It was a very good experience. I dined in during Navratri. They have without onion garlic options too. I felt the dine in experience very hygienic and the service was too good. Taste was top notch too. Do pay a visit for a good vegetarian food experience.

If you're on the lookout for a hidden gem in Bhubaneswar, look no further than Treat, a multi-cuisine restaurant that has quickly become a favorite among locals. This spot offers an impressive array of dishes at prices that won't break the bank. The quality of food is exceptional, and the service is equally commendable; the friendly staff are always ready to guide you through the menu if you're unsure what to order.
This will be on one of my most recommended places list. The price is at par with many restaurants. But the food is too good ! I loved the quality of food as well as the service ! I went with one of my friends and soon we shall be visiting soon with more friends. This is one of the underrated stars in bhubaneswar! The staff is very kind and friendly and will also recommend proper items if you feel confused. The ambience is also very calm and placid. Must visit for family and friends !

The food here doesn't taste good. We ordered a sweet corn soup and the soup was bland. We told the server and he changed it but still it didn't taste good. The garlic olive Naan was no different than garlic Naan. Why there is a 10/- difference or thats in the menu card, I couldn't understand. The group who came after us was served first and we were waiting for our food to come for a long time. The taste of fried ice cream was also not good. Only the interior is nice, but the food served are not upto the mark.

I stayed at this hotel during an official trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from the railway station. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel ambiance was neat and clean, which added to the comfort. I stayed in a deluxe room—it felt fresh and well-maintained, though the room size was on the smaller side. Despite that, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay.

The hotel is situated at a central location. The rooms are clean, well maintained, providing all the facilities required. We stayed here one night and are Happy with the service extended by all the hotel staff, including Hari (during the reservation process), Ranjit (front office staff who suggested some sight seeing options), Zahir (during checkin and checkout) and Mallick. The staff serving at the in house restaurants are also quite helpful. The hotel doesn't have enough parking space, but the security staff at the gate are managing the available space efficiently.

Nestled in the vibrant Kharvela Nagar area of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Hotel Priya stands out as a beloved pure vegetarian restaurant that has been delighting diners for years. Its prime location near Indira Gandhi Park makes it an ideal spot for both locals and visitors seeking a delicious meal. The restaurant is particularly famous for its mouthwatering breakfast options, with the Masala Dosa and Chole Bhature being crowd favorites.
Hotel Priya is the best place to eat healthy in Bhubaneswar, and it is a pure veg restaurant. They make authentic dishes and serve well with politeness. They do not add food coloring in any items, and the cooks are well-known and experienced. The price is quite pocket-friendly. The parking area is a little small compared to other hotels, but manageable. Overall, my experience was good, and I love to eat here.

For decades, this restaurant has been a go to for delicious South Indian and vegetarian dishes. Although the taste and ambiance have shifted slightly over time, it continues to be a top-notch spot. My latest meal was just as satisfying as ever. What stood out, though, was an uncomfortable dynamic between the management and staff. While the employees were incredibly friendly and attentive, I witnessed the manager angrily scolding a female employee ,an interaction that felt completely out of place and wrong.

Only issue is taste of food. Normal cost, Clean, vegeteraian and big space. The quality and oil content is good but taste is average. Good for family and people looking for healthy food. Budget friendly hotel. I had dosa but it was average taste with no masala in the masala dosa. Only onion and boiled potato. I was hungry but couldn't make go for another. Not satisfied with it

The food is okay, not that great. Price is quote high compare to the taste and quality..For Chole Bhature, you have to pay an extra ₹40 for an additional plate of chole if you finish the chole served with the two bhature… I used to order from Swiggy and thought the taste issue was due to packaging, but even when I had it directly at the restaurant, the chole still felt undercooked and not as expected…

My son is a regular visitor to this place .today on his request I visited the place and ordered Dosa and chole botore. We know the place is very crowded and it will take time to serve. The chole botore was served. After 40 min I inquired abt dosa, and the boy assured us for service as the orders are in queue.but it is very disappointing to say , they served to customers who stepped in after us.Finally we cancelled the orders and stepped out. For one customer there buisness is not going to be hampered. But my request to management please look in to this matter and guide the serving staffs to maintain the quality, reputation and goodwill of the brands.

Have been to this place a month back to have lunch. But I have been visiting this place since my childhood days. During lunch hours it really gets difficult to get a seat. Incase you are going with your family for lunch.please book your seats prior through call . This restaurant is located at kharvelnagar and this is a part of the venus group (the chain of restaurant that serves south Indian food). I ordered masala papad, Chinese friedrice and paneer tikka masala. This restaurant is for vegetarians and serves veg food only. Highly recommended do visit once.

The cleanliness is good here. When it's crowded and people stand outside the entrance, the security will guide you to the table according to the number guys you are. I went there with my parents we were three people. When three seats got empty the security told us to go there so we didn't need to search for a table and it didn't get chaotic by arguing with other customers. So pretty good arrangement.

Dosa was tasty. But thin watery curd spoiled dahi vada. Halwa was sub standard : it was dry, lacked adequate sweetness and was without cashew and kismis. Staff were well behaved.

Truptee Veg Restaurant is a charming spot in Bhubaneswar that caters to vegetarian food lovers with its extensive menu featuring dishes from various culinary traditions. The restaurant boasts a simple yet inviting decor, making it an ideal place for those seeking comfort while enjoying their meals. With offerings ranging from North Indian and South Indian specialties to regional Odia cuisine, Truptee Veg Restaurant truly celebrates the diversity of vegetarian dining.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this outstanding vegetarian restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm, welcoming, The menu offers a wide variety of pure vegetarian dishes, blending traditional flavors with a modern twist. Every dish was a treat — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions without being intrusive. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were clearly top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of the experience. Whether you're a lifelong vegetarian or simply exploring plant-based options, this place is a must-visit. High quality, great value, and a memorable dining experience. Can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommended!

A decent pure vegetarian restaurant in Bhubaneswar, having it's seating area in the basement. Food & Ambience is nice, although the price is a little bit on the higher side. The sabzi & starters are good. The buttermilk is really good 👍🏻. But the roti is too chewy, not at all worth ₹50. Avoid it. Rice was good, but the dal was average, could have been better Paneer Lollipop - yummy Chinese starter that looked just like your typical Paneer Crispy. Paneer finger Masala - good Veg Kolhapuri - average, can be better. Jeera Rice - good 👍🏻 Buttermilk - very good 👍🏻 Dal makhni - can be avoided. I have had much better Dal before. Tandoori Roti - very chewy, not at all soft. AVOID!

After seeing very good google reviews, Me and My family visited this hotel on August 1st for dinner,so as mentioned in reviews food was good. But the ambience and the atmosphere is very bad. There is no proper washroom near to dining space. Mainly we had some bad experience from the security and staffs while we visited, when we visited the restaurant we tried to park our car infront of the restaurant where the park space available for 3 cars, eventhough there is a space to park a car, security told us to park in the next road. Later we said him see we are visiting the restaurant only so why should we park somewhere else, then he started to shout on us. Later we gone to the counter and explained the scenario there is no response from them.By seeing their negligence we started shouting, then one of the staff came and sorted the issue. After that we finished our dinner and went back to get in to our car, again this idiot security intentionally parked one bike next to our car, like we are unable to open the car doors made another seen. So Beware of it,the popularity made them to show carelessness towards their customer.

Trupti Restaurant, Bhubaneswar One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Bhubaneswar! Trupti offers a perfect mix of South Indian, North Indian, and Odia vegetarian dishes — all freshly prepared and full of authentic flavor. The dosas are crisp, the thalis are wholesome, and the sweets are delicious. The restaurant has a clean and comfortable atmosphere, with quick service and polite staff. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It’s an excellent place for family dining or a peaceful meal with friends. If you’re looking for pure-veg food in the heart of Bhubaneswar, Trupti Restaurant never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone who loves traditional Indian vegetarian cuisine!
Prashant B — Google review
Truptee Veg Restaurant is a well-known vegetarian eatery that serves a wide range of flavorful dishes made with onion and garlic, offering a fulfilling experience for those who enjoy rich, traditional Indian cuisine. Located in a convenient and easily accessible area, the restaurant boasts a good ambiance and clean surroundings, making it a pleasant place to dine. I ordered plain butter naan, kadai paneer, chilli mushroom, and Hakka noodles—all of which were cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. Each dish had its own unique flavor, with the spices and ingredients well balanced, especially the kadai paneer which was rich and aromatic. Though the prices are slightly on the higher side, the taste and quality of the food make it worthwhile. One drawback is that the food preparation takes a bit of time, so it’s advisable to visit when you’re not in a rush. Still, the wait is justified by the quality of the meal served. The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, making it an excellent choice for veg lovers looking for something both traditional and flavorful. Overall, Truptee Veg Restaurant is a great place for a satisfying vegetarian meal, and I would definitely recommend it to others for its taste, quality, and variety.

We ordered mushroom matar , and it was raw mushroom.not cooked properly .No difference between the mushroom masala and mushroom matar. The person who order food after us get the food before us. The portion size of crispy corn was very less. There was a huge crowd that they were adjusting people with others. And very eagerly waiting to forced the customers out out even before they complete the food.

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place! I recently visited [Restaurant Name] expecting a great experience based on the 4-star Google reviews. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The service was painfully slow, and the food quality was subpar. I ordered: 1. Manchurian Soup 2. American Crispy Corn 3. Plain Rice 4. Paneer Punjabi 5. Dal Fry The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly executed. The worst part was the taste - it was unappetizing and disappointing. Given the subpar experience, I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. The slow service and poor food quality make it hard to recommend this place. Perhaps the Google reviews were inflated, but my experience suggests otherwise. *Rating:* 1/5 stars
RADYAPRASAN M — Google review
We recently dined at Hotel Truptee in Bhubaneswar and ordered a variety of dishes including Hyderabadi Biryani, Mix Veg, Paneer Butter Masala, Chapati and Butter Chapati. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the reputation this place seems to have. The **Paneer Butter Masala** was the biggest letdown. The paneer tasted suspicious, almost like *analogue paneer* instead of real dairy paneer — the texture and flavour clearly didn’t match authentic paneer. The gravy too lacked richness and tasted very ordinary. The **Hyderabadi Biryani**, which we expected to be flavourful, turned out to be completely off. It neither had the authentic aroma nor the taste one associates with a proper Hyderabadi biryani. It felt more like a spiced rice dish with no distinct biryani character. The **Mix Veg** was totally different from what we expected — both in taste and presentation. It didn't match the typical restaurant-style mixed vegetable curry and felt more like a makeshift dish. The only items that turned out decent were the **Chapati and Butter Chapati**, which were fresh and soft, but chapatis alone cannot compensate for an overall unsatisfactory meal. Overall, the experience felt like a **fraud on flavours and quality**. With so many better food options available in Bhubaneswar, Hotel Truptee really needs to improve the authenticity and quality of its dishes, especially when serving popular items like paneer and biryani.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in bhubaneswar. Ambience is pleasant. The interiors are not too loud rather admirable. Awesome place for family outing or with groups or for a date.space is a bit less. Coming to the food,it is brilliant. Quality of the food is too good. Worth the money they charge. Even the shakes and desserts are also good. Must try efu noodles, chicken taipai, chicken manchow soup, dragon chicken. Plus the service is Damn too fast which I liked obviously. I have been a big fan of silver streak from its first day. It serves near to authentic taste dishes. In my last visit I have ordered lung-fang soup , korean fried rice (mix),crispy chicken . But from my last visit I observed few things which may affect your ordering food 1. The quantity they serve(for small size ) is too much for single consumption. 2. I observed slightly difference in taste. 3. Waiters are new and less professional ( that doesn't mean they are not good at serving but they are clueless about the dishes). 4 Generally korean fried 🍚 rice is served with gravy separately but they served by mixing it.(So if you are ordering it do remind them to give it separately ;it affects the taste.) Besides this lung-fang soup 🍲 is one of the best things that I have tried. Korean mix non veg fried rice(small size) will be enough for 2 persons. So place your order accordingly. Bon appetite 🙂

Breeze is one of the oldest rooftop restaurants in Bhubaneswar. Though a beautiful ambiance, I feel they now need to upgrade as there are several emerging rooftop eateries available. No doubt, it is still a good place especially for dinner outings. Service is bit slow as I could only see literally two person handling everything so they are surely in need of more staffers. As for food, taste and quantity is satisfactory.

Nestled in the heart of Bhubaneswar, IRA By Orchid Bhubaneswar is a charming budget hotel that offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, an inviting restaurant called The Sizzle, and a bar for relaxation. The outdoor pool adds to the leisure experience, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
This was an amazing experience with amazing rooms. The bed was spacious and very clean and comfy. The shower was amazing with it being gated off from the bathroom to prevent water from going everywhere. The TV was a big flat screen with many options. The pool was amazing and the lights made it so much better. Would recommend going to the pool at around 6 PM, it is empty and looks absolutely amazing with the night lights. The spa was also very good as was the gym with a lot of options. It was a very clean hotel and looked very good. The food was slightly overpriced so I would recommend going out to eat.

Mr. Sanjay Singh, the F&B Manager, managed everything very well. The rooms were luxurious, and housekeeping was top-notch clean and well-maintained. I recently visited Fortune Park sishmo and I must say, the experience was truly delightful. What immediately stood out to me was the ambience—it is unique, modern, and aesthetically pleasing in a way that sets it apart from most hotels and restaurants I’ve been to. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, making it a treat for the eyes as well as the soul. Coming to the food experience, I really enjoyed the taste and quality, which was consistently good and fresh. However, as a vegetarian, I personally felt that the variety of options was a bit limited. While the dishes available were well-prepared, a few more vegetarian choices on the menu would definitely elevate the dining experience further. The hospitality of the hotel deserves special mention. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm approach made the visit even more pleasant. The service staff was on point, ensuring everything was taken care of without even having to ask twice. Overall, Fortune Park Sishmo beautifully blends unique ambience with warm hospitality and good food. With a little more variety in vegetarian options, it has the potential to be an absolutely perfect experience. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-serviced, and aesthetically charming place in bhubaneswar

Spacious rooms with calming interior and good views. All staff members at reception, housekeeping and restaurant were very polite, friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast at the Orchid restaurant is outstanding. Ajay, Pijus and all their team members made sure that we got all we wanted. There is wide variety of options available for vegetarians (including no onion no garlic options for us). Housekeeping and level of cleanliness is excellent. Main tourist attractions are 10-15 minutes away by taxi.

One of my favorite places for biryani, this restaurant brings a refreshing take on Awadhi cuisine with its experimental ideas. The biryani here is incredibly light and beautifully cooked, making it a delight for the senses. Additionally, the Chicken Tandoori a delight, offering a perfect blend of spices and textures.

Some YouTuber made much hype for this place . They charged Rd 180 for chicken biryani . Size of the chicken pieces were pretty good but no flavour of biryani . Only for the hype they charged more . Chicken in biriyani was not good I will never try again, I had to throw it very bad feeling
Sudarsan N — Google review
The food is quite good—it has all the fast food flavors you'd expect. Their biryani is Kolkata-style, with aromatic rice and tender, well-cooked chicken. But I have to talk about the state of their premises and kitchen. To put it bluntly: it's horrendous. I don’t think they even understand what hygiene means. I know many fast food joints cut corners when it comes to cleanliness, but this place is on a whole different level. It’s so filthy that I felt compelled to post this, just so anyone ordering through a delivery app knows exactly where their food is coming from.
Ironhack09 — Google review
This eatery serves good food at an affordable price. The biggest problem here is the lethargic staff. The staff is so lazy and useless all they do is do nothing. The staff behaves as if it is not their jod to do anything. Here one has to wait for atleast 30 mins to get a basic roll. While one person is preparing the roll, the other two just keep on watching. The serving staff is mostly busy on their mobile and expects someone else to do their job. Probably this is the only place where beggars are allowed inside the eating area. Better to take parcel and never go here to eat.

One of the oldest restaurant in this part of the city. I had a lot of memories in this restaurant. During my college days, me and my friends used to visit this restaurant frequently. The food here was delicious as well as cheaper. Whether it was a get-together or any kind of celebration "Grand Kalinga" was our first preference. But with changing time, we all moved to different cities for our careers and this restaurant also went through modifications. Bhut after 7-8 years, this month I visited here with my friend fo dinner. The atmosphere here was nostalgic for us as it was full of good memories. Like earlier they have kept their menu simple with Indian and Chinese food only to order. Upon entering the restaurant you will find the reception table and a large idol of Lord Ganesh in front of it on the opposite wall. Along with common dining space, private family dining chambers are also available. Ambience was like any other restaurant you will find im the city. But they have maintained the simplicity. Now lets talk about the food. We ordered Veg hakka noodles with lemon chicken, veg manchurian. In the drinks section we had masala soda and mojito. Overall the food quality and quantity were decent. There is nothing to complain about. Manchurian was spicy and lemon chicken had flavor of sweetness with spiciness added to it. Noodles was well prepared with paneer and vegetable like carrot bell pepper and many more. The combination of manchurian to it was just awesome. Service was fast and you will get very less waiting time after ordering the food. Overall it was well spent dinner for us.

Guests can enjoy modern amenities like Wi-Fi while indulging in a diverse menu featuring mouthwatering dishes such as kadhai chicken and biryani at reasonable prices. The friendly staff enhances the experience with attentive service, making it easy to relax and savor every bite.
For starters..we had drums of heaven.. extremely good...highly recommended... then the hariyali kabab...which was also really good...reccomended. For the main course..we ordered mutton biryani...loved it...it came with 4 decent mutton pieces...rice was too good...we had ordered extra raita on the side and honestly...that’s a must... i recommend everyone to order the extra raita, which was not the same as the ones come with the biryani, it's way thick and better. for breads...we tried keema naan (which just felt like normal naan.. couldn't really taste any keema masala in it), garlic naan (no garlic taste at all tbh).. but the butter tandoori roti was awesome. for curries..we had chicken butter masala, chicken rara masala and mutton keema masala... the butter masala was easily the best... so creamy and full of flavours.... highly recommended.. rara masala was good too... the mutton keema masala though didn’t taste like keema..more like a normal mutton curry. the ambience was nice...the staff were friendly and the prices felt fair... overall, a really good experience... there's plenty of room for improvement for naans though...but still I'd go again... Highly recommended.

A decent place with calm interior & good food. We visited this on a Saturday afternoon for Lunch and the place had good amount of sunlight coming inside, so the interior felt fresh & vibrant. But, one thing that stood out for us was the staffs' behaviour. They were very polite & well mannered. Food that we tried: Masala Papad (Roasted) - Delicious (5/5) Masala Cold Drinks - Delicious (5/5) Crispy Chilli Baby Corn - Good (4/5) Butter Garlic Naan - Good (4/5) Paneer Bhurji - Average (2.5/5) Overall Food - Good (4/5) Things which could have been better - Paneer Bhurji: Bhurji as it's name suggests should be made of mashed paneer not of cubed paneer. So, that was disappointing as it was our main course. Choice of Desserts: To compensate for the main course, we tried to order Sizzling Brownie & it was there on the menu but then we got to know that many of the dessert options from the menu were not available at all. These were some subtle scope of improvements. Apart of all these, it was a pleasant experience for us with good food, decent ambience & very well mannered staffs.

We have ordered both veg and non veg dishes in starter and main course. Only thing we didn’t like is veg cream mushroom soup, it’s totally bad and very sweet not recommended. Other than that other veg starter like mushroom, paneer, veg konje crispy is very good. Also non veg item like chicken popcorn, prawn etc are very good , popcorn is little dry. Best is veg fried rice, it’s really tasty. It have paneer and broccoli in it also. It’s is highly recommended to try.

⚠️ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN HOT WINGS ⚠️ I ordered Chicken Hot Wings from this restaurant through Swiggy, expecting something spicy and saucy – but what I received were just plain fried wings. There was no flavor, no sauce, and the wings didn’t match the description at all. Totally misleading. But the real shock came after taking a bite, the chicken seemed off, and then the bone started smelling like hell. It had a strong, rotten odor, and the inside looked reddish and suspicious, as if the meat had been kept for days. It was so disgusting that I had to spit it out and throw the rest away immediately. I don’t know about their other food items, but based on this experience, I’m never ordering from this place again. If you value hygiene and freshness, stay far away from the chicken wings here.

We booked this place through Swiggy dineout , and me and my friend went there to have lunch at around 12:45. We ordered burnt garlic fried rice and Shanghai paneer with gravy. It was really well prepared and the fried rice was also good. For some reason the restaurant was empty. But the staff were good and professional.

We have been to TCD multiple times and it never disappoints. Today we ordered crispy corn, golden fried prawn and drums of heaven. Though the starters were good, especially the crispy corn but we have had better starters here like popcorn chicken, bali prawn, lee fu chicken or prawn. In the main course we ordered a new dish called baleswar chicken and some garlic naan. The baleswar chicken was great with 8 big size pieces of chicken, although it is slightly costly at 600 bucks. Overall the food was good and definitely recommended.

I went here to celebrate my birthday, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The food was tasteless and of very poor quality not even a single dish was worth eating. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude, and they didn’t even bother to serve properly despite calling them multiple times. Spending money here is a complete waste. If you are planning to visit with family or friends for a special occasion, please avoid this place it will only ruin your mood. There are far better restaurants in the city that actually care about their customers

A half-baked attempt at digitizing the dining experience has failed miserably here. So first of all, as soon as entering and trying to order, you will be asked to scan a QR code and place the order online with the help of a menu which only has the item name and price tag associated with it without any required briefing about the dish. In order to acquire the details, you have to call out the staff. The UI of the menu ordering platform also needs to be refined which currently has many bugs. Coming to the staff service it was very unpleasant and disrespectful the way we were treated. While asking for the booklet menu (in the hope to find some details about the dishes) I was asked if I couldn't understand the online ordering concept via the QR code scan. Moreover, after they ask you to order via the online menu and saying everything was available, after ordering one of the staffs came and informed some of the dishes we ordered weren't available and we were randomly given other items on the spot post small discussions. Now coming to the food, it was average. Not excellent nor bad but the pricing was way off and higher than compared to the other restaurants at same level. Overall it was a very bad experience. P.S. Even though it wasn’t a good experience however the initiative of online ordering in offline outlets is a very nice concept. This has been our go to place for office parties. The food is nice. The staff members are friendly. Crispy chilly fish is a must try. Though the biriyani was a bit off. The masala was not as expected. Waiting time was actually long.

I am a student of KIIT University and recently booked Carbon Multi Cuisine Restaurant for a birthday celebration with 10 guests. Honestly, my experience was very disappointing. In the beginning, everything seemed fine till the cake-cutting. But once it came to the food service, the entire arrangement fell apart. Instead of serving dishes in a systematic and professional way, the staff simply put biryani, naan, and two types of curries all together on one plate. There was absolutely no sense of decorum or presentation. They spoil my all the celebrations and my day. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional — they were making unpleasant faces while serving, which made my guests and me feel very uncomfortable. I had also ordered some specific dishes in advance, but shockingly, they were “unavailable” at the last moment without any prior intimation. For a place that claims to be a multi-cuisine restaurant, the management, staff training, and hospitality were far below expectations. I had chosen this place hoping for a smooth celebration, but instead, it turned into a very frustrating experience. 1. “All the allegations and slang they are using in response back of my review are just to save their reputation, nothing like that actually happened.” 2. All the things mentioned in the reply is totally falls, only "the discount portion is true" every restaurant the "corporate and students discount is there" not doing any favour and the staffs are unprofessional and " as I have mentioned before they served all the food at on time in the plate this look very bad before the guests and it's to embarrassing. We are not hosting the event for free and as they are the public restaurant atleast they have to know how to serve the food atleast. As owner mentioned "misbehaving with female staff" these are falls allegations, " she looks very harrassed from the beginning when I come first. Definitely not recommended for group gatherings or celebrations. And please don't involve in these type of harrasments on ur special occasions specially.

Overall a better place for parties and get together as well. we arrange a party for 60 to 70 people and they managed it well. one of the best place for family and friends around patia . service is good 9/10 food 8/10 service 8/10 ambience 9/10 With in a space for around 80-90 peoples they can manage well to maintain tha patties . We ordered for veg items for starter and dinner as well.

It was an average experience for me. We tried salt & pepper crispy corn, paneer taipi in starers. It was good. In main course we tried veg dum biryani, paneer lababdar, chilly mushroom and butter naan. But there was not a single veggie in veg biryani. It was only biriyani rice. In paneer lababdar and chilly mushroom there was less salt. All taste ok. It was an average experience.

Pal heights is a good hotel to stay but I found some problems: °The terrace boundaries were not properly cleaned and covered. °The furniture of Cabana were a little dusty. °The seats at ball room were not so hygienic. °The cover of soap dispenser near the ball room at the first floor is broken. °At the Rodeo bar there were a lot of fruit flies. °The water in the swimming pool was not cleaned properly. If these things are fixed then this place would be a hit to visit.

I recently stayed at Pal Heights Mantra Hotel in Bhubaneswar and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, being situated right next to GT Road. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a good range of facilities including a gym and swimming pool. However, I did notice a peculiar design issue in the rooms. The toilet and bathroom are separate, but the basin is located in the bedroom rather than the toilet. This seemed a bit unconventional and took some getting used to. Despite this quirk, the hotel seems to tick most of the right boxes. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were well-maintained. If you're looking for a convenient location and good facilities, Pal Heights Mantra Hotel might be worth considering. Just be aware of the unique bathroom layout which might not be suitable for family.

Overall a very good experience staying in this hotel. Just beside the main road. Food quality needs to improve. The washroom has transparent glasses which is odd for a family to stay together and mattresses are too soft which is not good for health. Irrespective of all these points, other things are good.

We recently stayed at this hotel and booked two rooms—409 and 411. While I must commend the staff for their outstanding service, which was on par with top-tier properties like Taj Vivanta or Mayfair, the overall infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The service, food, and staff behavior were excellent. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was courteous, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was also impressive, and the staff at the dining area were particularly attentive and helpful. However, when it comes to the room quality, especially for the price, we were disappointed. The bathrooms and toilets were extremely cramped, there was water leakage from the central AC, and the wooden flooring was in poor condition. These issues significantly affected the comfort of our stay. In summary: Amazing service and staff, but the room infrastructure needs serious improvement to match the standards the staff are striving to uphold.

Had chicken butter masala with butter naan, pasta pene arabiata, veg Thali , non veg thali, chicken Tikka and soup. Service was poor. Neither otvwas on time, nor did anyone serve us. They just kept the dishes and went away. Soup was good. Chicken Tikka was extremely salty. Thalis were value for money but pretty bland. Chicken butter masala was not upto the mark Pasta was average. In the menu it's mentioned in awadhi biryani the chicken is prepared in hyderabadi masala! How come Hyderabadi masala be used in making awadhi biryani

I used the restaurant service and it was good. The ambience was good, maybe a bit too dark. They have an indoor fountain for aesthetic purposes but it could be better maintained. Food was tasty. We had the manchow chicken and chicken sweet corn soup both of which were flavourful. The chicken biryani was well made, murg peshawari was a bit sweet, chapatis were soft. Service was prompt.

Zingiber is a popular South Indian restaurant known for its budget-friendly prices and commitment to cleanliness. It offers a variety of healthy food options, making it a go-to spot for those looking to eat well. The restaurant's serene ambiance provides an escape from the city's hustle and bustle, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience. One of its standout dishes is the Mutton Biryani, featuring tender mutton infused with aromatic spices.
This place has got everything sorted. Best for South Indian food. But this has got everything sorted. Be that for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Look for Desert, they got It sorted. Including Ice cream plus they have nuts, pistachios etc which can be customised too. The spring roll was great, the thali ordered can never be completed by 1 person. So definitely share your food guys! It’s so aesthetic. Definitely visit for breakfast during rainy season. Good coffee and a view that everyone deserves. Every corner of this place speaks a story of South. So, pretty that you would not stop visiting again and again.

Rating: 4.5/5 I have visited Hermit's Zingiber twice and had a total of 9 dishes, both veg and non-veg. I am impressed! The location is perfect for travelers with a layover at Bhubaneswar Airport, as it's within -just approx 800 meters away from the airport arrival gate on the main road leading to the city. It's an ideal spot to grab a bite or stay for a while. The interior is beautifully designed in a South-style wooden theme with glass walls and classy unique tables, with a cozy cottage-like ambiance. The space is well-utilized, with ample seating areas and plenty of greenery, adding a touch of nature to the dining experience. The food is truly exceptional, with unique and delicious dishes that are presented sustainably in Kansa bartan (bronze utensils). Each dish I have tasted has been outstanding, and I would highly recommend the coconut ice cream! Handmade icecreams of all varieties. They have various options. The restaurant offers a wide range of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The South-style coffee is also highly recommended. Overall, this Restaurant is one of the finest dining experiences I have had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and ambiance. Don't miss it! It was my father's birthday and we family went... The place is awesome, cozy ... The service is silent and very effective. People are very cordial. Food taste is really awesome. Only one feedback, the sambar should be mildly sour as we eat in southern states. When I added just few drops of lemon, the taste was nothing like. So you can suggest your customers who wants little sourness in the samber. Overall this place is great for a family lunch/dinner with amazing variety of food for everyone's choice and selection. Variety of Dosas... Chole bhature... Grilled chicken, plain simple roti and dal... Even Dal khichdi is all awesome taste. All liked it. Biggest suggestion is ... Be like this please don't change you food, service and quality.

Good Ambiance, But Disappointing Food I visited this place with my family and friends for dinner. While the ambiance was quite nice and inviting, our overall experience was disappointing especially when it came to the food. We ordered several dishes, but apart from the soup, which was genuinely good, everything else fell short of expectations. The taste and quality of the food were not satisfactory at all. It was truly a letdown, especially considering the setting. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality to match the pleasant ambiance.

An authentic south indian vibe restaurant this is I must say❤️ . The ambience and atmosphere are so soothing and calm 😌. Best thing about them is their way of maintaining their place, so neat and clean, you have to take their sandals and put your outside in the stand, that's a very nice culture they have in their restaurant🤍. Services are fast and good 👍. And the food "lajawab" we ordered Chicken keema dosa( they served with 3 types of chutney and sambar, a proper south indian dosa it is to have for taste, the stuffing inside, the masala all is so good 🤌). Next, we ordered chicken biryani ( nicely cooked but less in quantity of rice, taste is as a biryani should taste like ✋️). Coming to filter coffee ( just perfect 🤎). And one beverage and coconut tender ice cream we also have as dessert 🧡. So overall it is a good experience and visit, I would like to visit more 🙏.

During a recent visit to Zingber in Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, I had a satisfying and flavorful dining experience. With a warm, modern ambiance and a diverse menu offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, Zingber caters well to all kinds of food lovers. I started my meal with the Crispy Corn Salt n Pepper, and it did not disappoint. The corn was perfectly fried to a golden crisp, tossed in a light, peppery seasoning with chopped onions and bell peppers. It had a nice balance of crunch and spice – a great way to kick off the meal. For the main course, I opted for the Mushroom Biryani, and it turned out to be the highlight of my visit. Aromatic, well-spiced, and generously loaded with tender mushrooms, this dish was both hearty and satisfying. The biryani had just the right level of heat, and the flavors were rich without being overwhelming. Paired with the cooling raita on the side, it was a complete and comforting meal. Honestly, if you're visiting Zingber, the Mushroom Biryani is a must-have– I would go back just for this! To wash it all down, I had a glass of Pineapple Juice, which was refreshing and naturally sweet, offering a light and tropical contrast to the bold flavors of the food. The service was quick and polite, and the staff were helpful in making recommendations. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and suitable for both family dinners and casual outings. Overall, Zingber is a great spot in Bhubaneswar for quality food. Whether you're vegetarian or prefer non-veg options, there's something tasty waiting for you – and don’t miss that Mushroom Biryani!

Ordered chicken mughlai parotha during my last visit. It was filled with oil and chicken taste was on the average side. Royal is neither a 'hidden' gem, nor is it underrated, but yes, it is underground! 😂 Great Mutton Biryani, even greater Mutton Cutlet. Crispy on the outside and soft inside, tastes great with the Tandoori Roti. The Mutton in the Biryani was very tender as well. The prices are reasonable.

If I am not wrong then it was the 1st restaurant in Bhubaneswar who introduced the Biryani culture . More than a decade frequently I went this place for biryani . Last time I ordered a plate of mutton biryani and surprised . The taste was changed . The pieces are not cooked properly . There was no flavour in biryani . Totally disapointed. Request to the owner please look into this . I don’t expect this from Royal biryani.

They used to be awesome. Now it's just average. The last 2 times I had mutton biriyani, they served really small and broken pieces. And to top it up, they have upped their prices as well. Mughlai paratha was also good earlier, now it's just so so. The kebab is worth a try. But not very juicy. It's dry.
Sankalp N — Google review
Mutton cutlet barely had mutton inside. Mutton Mughlai Paratha did not taste that good. Too much oil and the parotha was raw inside. The chutney was good though. They should work on the hygiene little more. Sticky table tops, smelling wash basin etc. I will update my review on Mutton Biryani soon.
Chittaranjan M — Google review
The mutton biryani is not upto the hype. For rupees 250/- it not worth it. Mutton pieces are okey but not flavourful. Rice is hard, no flavour and no aroma like a mutton biryani, no aroma of khada masala in rice. Also the rice amount is slightly less, Not sufficient for one person. They don't compromise with there quantity of rice even if you request for more rice from the 1st serve. They deny straight forward. 📌 One can get superior mutton biryani (290/-) at Unit-4 Sizzler just by paying 40 rupees more. The softness of rice, the aroma, the flavour of rice. It is just unmatched. Those who truely want to enjoy a good mutton biryani, should try at Sizzler once. Also you you can ask for extra rice if you need a bigger portion 😄.

Hare Krishna Restaurant is a vegetarian eatery located within walking distance from the Bhubaneswar railway station. The restaurant follows ISKCON principles, serving flavorful dishes without onion or garlic. While the food quality is commendable, there are areas that need improvement such as seating, ambiance, and service. Despite this, patrons appreciate the reasonable pricing and generous portions. Some diners have enjoyed dishes like paneer curry and traditional pooris with vegetables at affordable prices.

Food quality is food but they need other of improvement in terms of sitting, ambience, facility and service part needs attention. It's was purely without onion and garlic food which actually we enjoyed, it could be way better if ambience was little bit better. I had tasted paneer as a special dish but I found it normal gravy item. It needs lots of betterment. Pricing is good. We had stomach full meal for 2 people at just Rs. 160. Just ask about food menu before ordering anything.

We visited Harekrushna Restaurant, Gudia Pokhari, Puri based on our driver’s recommendation that they serve the best dosa. Unfortunately, we were told the dosa was finished — yet we saw other customers being served dosa after us, which felt unfair and disappointing. We ordered a veg roll, which was quite tasty. But when we ordered roti and paneer sabji, the service was poor. One of the staff members told us to take the food ourselves, which is not acceptable, especially when we are paying customers. Overall, the food was okay, but the service and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend based on this experience.

The rooms were not clean, specifically the bedsheets and covers. The cupboard provided was broken. The food was quite good but they have fixed timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If the time is not right, they won't provide food. The staff were very decent and cooperative. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

The rooms were good for short stay. The bathroom /toilet was very small in the room I stayed. The food menu is good. The only demerit of the hotel is its location. Therefore, search for ODM school in Google maps for better navigation as the hotel is just beside the school. The staff is cooperative and they will arrange for things you ask for.

I had my daughter's birthday party arranged here few days ago for around 125 guests. The place is good and food was very nice. But the catering services was very chaotic. Main course wasn't provided in time due to which many guests returned without eating, that is a big blow to any host. Overall I can say the cooks are good but the service is below par.

The worst hotel i’ve ever seen, the rooms were smelly and they didn’t even provided us the basic essentials like electric kettle which was mentioned in their description while booking. Hope you improve your services because my stay in your hotel was a horrible experience.

This place has been revamped as "Taste Of China" which is present at Niladri Vihar. They have shifted to this place. As mentioned in the name, you get authentic Chinese Cuisines and the dishes are delicious. The staffs are very courteous and friendly. You get a complimentary Mojito upon arrival /Dine In. They suggest you all the best dishes. This place is a always a go to place when the choice comes to eating Chinese delicacy. They have a new section in the memu and they provide " Thai" food. This is an addition to the menu! The price and ambience is soo awesome, trust me you're gonna love it. Do visit this place , you will fall in love with the Authenticity of the chinese food provided here and the Place is really beautiful 🍗

Good polular restaurant. But keeping up with contemporary times, trends, customer base is most important. It's the people who make the absolute difference in restaurant business. Customer is a customer no matter what. My experience went down on a certain occasion. Atleast as a hospitality professional I would suggest to work on customer experience. Thanks.

Cafe Heaven is a charming and inviting spot that offers a delightful atmosphere and delectable food at reasonable prices. The cozy ambiance sets the stage for an enjoyable dining experience, where visitors can savor dishes like chicken cheese macaroni with cheesy garlic bread and dark cacao. While the service may need some fine-tuning, the polite staff and tasty offerings make it a great place for hangouts or dates.
We went to The Cafe Heaven for brunch and ordered Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Chicken Farmhouse Pizza, and Oreo Milkshake. Everything was absolutely top-notch and full of flavour. The pizza was the best I have ever had in my life, so tempting and worth every minute of the wait. The prices were perfect for the quality and taste, and the staff was very professional, handling everything perfectly. The ambience is beautiful and very photogenic, making it a lovely place to enjoy a meal. They also serve a wide variety of bakery items, which we couldn’t try this time, but they looked quite reasonable. For me, it’s a solid 5 out of 5, nothing could have been better.

The food was yum. The staff were friendly and they were taking constructive criticism regarding the food in a good way. The ambience was good. Food was good both in terms of quality and quantity. Pricing is a bit high but apart from that everything is perfect. Overall, we had a good experience out there. Recommended 💯

Went to The Cafe Heaven with my two daughters for a quick bite. Since we all love pizza, we ordered a Margherita and a Spicy Chicken Pizza. Both were fresh and really tasty. Loved that they make their own pizza base and happily customize toppings. Tried their pastries too — a bit pricey but worth it. Overall, a cozy café with good vibes, great food, and friendly people.

Hello All, Jay jaganatha! Today we explored another best cafe in town. We went to Cafe heaven at Acharya Vihar. The cafe had a good ambience and the space is pretty aesthetic. Food: We had vegetable clear soup, veg club sandwich, paneer cheese sandwich, loaded nachos, spaghetti basil pesto and cheese paneer loaded pizza. The taste is so delicious and i loved the quantity. Everything was so satisfying and filling. The taste was truly a delight to taste buds. Ambience was sweet and mesmerising. We had a great family time. The service was quick too. They had numerous veg and nonveg options both. Rahili, puni dekha haba next review re Jay jaganatha

I recently visited The Cafe Heaven at Khandagiri and had a mixed experience. The waiting time was quite long, which made the visit a bit inconvenient. I tried the Chicken Meatball Wrap, and it was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and well-prepared. However, the Farmhouse Pizza was quite average and didn’t live up to the expectations of a chicken farmhouse pizza. It could really use an upgrade in terms of toppings, taste, and overall vibe. I hope the cafe considers improving these aspects, as it has great potential.
Swagatika D — Google review
Honestly, the cafe has more hype than worthy food. We had all brunch over there, prices were high, and the service was slow. Coming to food we ordered two panni veg sandwiches, one loaded with stuffing of mushroom and another with paneer ( the taste was average, the breads were lil burnt from the upper layer). Then we had one starter crispy garlic mushroom balls ( it was not good to taste or for bite - the balls were too crispy, hard to cut, stuffing was lesser with mushroom but much with the taste of fennel). Just ordered one of the continental dishes Cottage Cheese Stroganoff ( I don't know why but they have to learn much about quantities, they gave us too much rice and cream cheese in the middle with not much veggies ). Next, we had one farmhouse pizza ( the taste is average but the base can be softer). At last one special dessert (the combination of blueberry gelatin, one creamy layer of strawberry vanilla maybe, and just a little chocolate cookies layer in the last, less sweet, okay with it ). I think overall food can be done better and prices should be better. Or else the ambience was good but too noisy for cosy rooms.

I had a fully refundable booking for the 18th of April, with the option to cancel or modify until the 16th. Due to an unexpected change in plans, I tried reaching the hotel on the 16th to shift my dates, but despite repeated attempts, I could not reach via the booking agent. When I finally connected with the team on the 17th and requested a simple deferral by a week, I was told the hotel was sold out. I then requested the reservation be carried forward to a later date next month, but was informed that it’s “against company policy.” The refund window, of course, had now passed. I understand policies exist, but hospitality should also be about accommodating genuine requests, especially when the intention to modify was well within the permitted period. For the price of one night, you’ve lost a loyal customer. I’ve now rebooked at Taj Vivanta, even though it’s less convenient, because I value service and accountability. I sincerely hope the hotel management revisits this approach and considers a resolution. A refund or credit would be the fair thing to do. UPDATE: Got a call and subsequently a reasonable resolution from Mr. Hegde from the hotel team. The communication was prompt and professional. Thanks.

Excellent stay in one of the best and classiest hotels in Bhubaneswar with staff members who are simply world class in their customer service Pros- 1. If I could give more than 5 stars I would surely have given owing to the absolute level of comfort experienced in the property 2. Staff are the most important assets of this hotel..they go to such a great length to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The front desk employees ,whether during check in or check out or in between are examples of how customers should be treated. This I am saying after my extensive visits across India , Asia and extensive visits across Europe many times. The check in with experience assured me of a great stay and the check out experience early morning helped me start my day on a very positive note. Restaurant staff were only too keen that we had a superb dining journey. There was very thoughtful and wide range of items. Even the security staff were so well trained and well behaved 2. Excellent ambience and classy interior. Large lobby area 3. Well maintained rooms and bathrooms. Toiletries were premium and good collection of non alcoholic beverages in minibar including Diet Coke. 4. In a very good locality of Bhubaneswar 5. The hotel seems to have been renovated and simply looks stunning 6. Owing to the mattress quality sleep was very good. Even a number of high end hotels don’t attach much importance to this aspect but this property seems to have clearly done its research. Overall a very good experience. Probably one of the best options in the town for both business and leisure travel . Once again I would mention that the experience was enhanced by the excellent customer service by staff especially at the front desk. Coming back again in June

Hi sir, how much colour you want to add to the chutney? FSSAI guidelines very clearly restricts the usage of adulterated products. Don't know when the food safety officer has arrived at your location? WRT to the quality of the food won't recommend this place to anyone.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.5/5) Hotel Name: Urban Suites – Ababa Overall, our stay at Urban Suites, Ababa was pleasant and comfortable. The property is well-maintained and offers a premium feel. ✅ The rooms are clean and spacious. ✅ Staff behavior is courteous and helpful. ✅ Ambience is good and the check-in process was smooth. However, there are a few areas that can be improved: • Service is slightly slow, especially when requesting room assistance. • Housekeeping is average – more attention to detail would enhance the guest experience. • The lobby lacks a refreshing fragrance, which slightly dulls the first impression. • Food quality is decent, but there’s definitely scope for improvement in taste and variety. That said, the overall experience was positive, and with minor enhancements, this hotel can easily reach a perfect 5-star experience.

The taste of food was not satisfactory.. Firstly no ac was working and then their was powecut for half an hour almost which was suffocating. This place has also a "Street food" outlet beside the restaurant, serving all kinds of snack items i.e. Rolls, Noodles, kebabs, Soups etc. ⭐Ambience: funky decor with the Bengali vibes everywhere. There is a rickshaw at the corner with all the fairy glittery lights and tools around. Good place to hang out with friends. ⭐Food: I have tried the Egg kebab roll so far. I found it better than any other dishes. It was basically an egg roll with chicken kebabs inside. I loved the after taste though. ⭐They have something different to offer, so you must try out the food items here. Thank you!

Keyar's Kitchen has gained a loyal following by consistently delivering delicious food and maintaining high quality standards. While the preparation and serving of dishes may take longer than usual, the wait is well worth it for the flavorful offerings. Despite the extended wait times, patrons appreciate the reasonable prices and excellent service at this establishment.
The food was not that great but worth having!! I had ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka Butter Masala, Butter Naan, Garlic Chicken. The Garlic Chicken was a starter dish, but it was served complete watery, tasted completely bland with 0 taste. Chicken Biryani deserves a 💯. A full plate costs 220 bucks and 2 persons can have it Tummyful. Tikka butter masala didn't had that aroma of tandoor smoke, coz usually tikka dishes have that smokey flavor but, this disappointed, but taste was, it was good. Ambience and service is top-notch. Great place to hang out with friends and family.❤

It used to be the best restaurant in Bapuji Nagar, but it has really lost its charm. I went there on a Sunday, and surprisingly, there was only one waiter to take orders and serve, which felt very unprofessional. Each time I ordered something, he would run to the cash counter, tell the person there, and then come back to ask for additional orders. It was amusing in a way, but not at all professional. As for the food, it was slightly above average, but the presentation didn’t meet the standards of a top restaurant. Good presentation usually adds to the appeal, making you crave the food as soon as it’s served. Unfortunately, that’s lacking here. As a regular customer, it’s disappointing to see this decline.

Went to this place after 25 years . From this you can guess how old is the place . Recently visited this place for a small get together . The food quality is good , the environment is Silent and urban . No noise , it was less crowded that day . The interiors are well managed . Liked the food . The serving time was also quite good . However found less serving staff that day . Over all a good place for family and small get-togethers . Calm , cozy , kool . You can expect the menu extensive and price to be a medium range . All good .. try some time 👌👌

I did not like this place that much. Ambience wise it was quite good, but if you go to this place at night, they will turn on the lights a little more. You will like it more because I went there during the day time and they did not turn on so many lights. Talking about the food, I ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Manchow Soup, Crispy Chicken and Chicken Malai Tikka. But out of all these, Malai Tikka was very good. I would recommend everyone to try it once and the other three things were average to me. The soup was not that good. They were not giving enough fried noodles either and the biryani I got on the cart was good in comparison to their biryani. The price was a bit high as per the price of the food. My total was around ₹1100. I found this place to be okay but the service was not that great. You can try it once.

Ordered plain naan along with Chicken Mughlai and Chicken Bharta. Chicken mughlai had white gravy and had a mild taste, not spicy. Chicken bharta on other hand was a bit spicy which is tolerable. Would recommend trying out dishes at Keyar's. The service was quite decent and staff were polite.

The food .. is just looking good ... But it tastes awful.. I ordered chicken thaipai..but the chicken is neither juicy nor flavourful...and very oily . The sevice is also not good. Waiters are arguing about the food quality. Worst experience ever. I don't recommend this restaurant.

We went on Wednesday for lunch. It was empty. The ambience was dark and old fashioned, depressing. There was only one waiter in the restaurant for taking orders. It took nearly 2hours for all the starters to arrive despite we being the only customer there. The waiter was confused while taking orders. We asked the manager about the staff shortage. He avoided us and went away. The taste of soup was pathetic.Starter was ok .Main course was average.I would not recommend anyone to visit there.Absolute waste of money and time.very poor and late service.

Vegetarian restaurant
Hotel Trupti (Without Onion And Garlic) has emerged as a standout destination for South Indian cuisine in the capital, challenging long-standing favorites. Nestled in the Technology Corridor and Kalpana Square, this pure vegetarian restaurant offers a delightful menu free from onion and garlic. I recently indulged in their Paneer Tadka and Veg Biryani; both dishes were remarkable! The paneer was tender, infused with spices that struck a perfect balance of flavor without overwhelming heat.
One of the best Vegetarian(Without Onions and Garlic) Restaurants in Bhubaneswar in affordable price range. Can improve interiors. Service is good but take a li'l bit more time during crowd, hope they'll work more on workforce and manpower,

Very poor service.. Always thought because of so much costumers they take a lot of time(which is not reasonable anyways) to serve but today there were very few costumers still we had to wait over ½hr to get our takeaway.. Food is still fine but in other factors like atmosphere and service it's a solid zero.
Susanta B — Google review
A pure veg restaurant w/o onion garlic. Taste of food depends on mood of the owner becoz sometimes food to is too yummy and something too worse but they provide decent meal at affordable price. Good option for Monday and Thursday for having lunch. Kheer and dahi baigan and saga muga are good in taste.
Sidharth S — Google review
Food is good, service is ok as maximum waiters knows only Oriya. We went twice over there and faced difficulty. They will say everything yes and after that they will ask whether this was told. It’s very noisy in the restaurant hall. Only for good food everything gets neutralised.
Dr. S — Google review
I recently had the pleasure of trying the Paneer Tadka and Veg Biryani from your shop, and I wanted to share my thoughts. Paneer Tadka The Paneer Tadka was exceptional. The paneer cubes were perfectly cooked, retaining a soft and fresh texture. The blend of spices was spot on, providing a harmonious balance of heat and flavor without being overwhelming. The tadka (tempering) added a wonderful depth to the dish, enhancing the overall taste. It was evident that fresh ingredients were used, contributing to the rich and vibrant flavor profile. **Veg Biryani:** The Veg Biryani was equally delightful. The rice was fragrant and cooked to perfection, neither too dry nor too sticky. The vegetables were fresh and retained a slight crunch, which I appreciated. The spices were well-distributed, making every bite flavorful. The biryani had a beautiful aroma that was inviting and indicative of the quality spices used. Both dishes were beautifully presented, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I look forward to trying more items from your menu in the future. Keep up the great work Feel free to adjust the feedback based on your specific experience and preferences.

Looking for some regular veg meal in the vicinity, this would be one of the best. This place serves all its food without onion garlic. The price is quite cheaper for each curry and a full meal will hardly cost around Rs 100 per head. Waiting time is quite minimal as the meals are ready to serve. And they parcel it too within a few minutes

The Hotel Royal Suites is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel with great service that provides complimentary food for guests. However, the blankets and bedsheets used by guests who had already stayed there were not changed, which was a bit of a disappointment.
Capital O Royal Suites Hotel is a decent budget-friendly hotel offering good value for money. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious, with comfortable beds and basic amenities like AC, TV, and Wi-Fi. The staff is polite and helpful, making check-in smooth. Located conveniently near key spots, it’s a good choice for travelers on a budget. However, the maintenance could be improved — some rooms show signs of wear, and the bathrooms could use a bit more attention. The complimentary breakfast is simple but adequate. Overall, it’s a suitable stay for short trips or business visits, offering convenience and affordability.

No maintenance at all. Looked like it was closed for years. No lights. No water. Smelly rooms. Dust all around. If someone wants to shoot a horror movie please go at your own risk. It was a horrible experience. No service providing staff in hotel.

Don't stay at this hotel .. literally we faced lots of difficulties as following 1. Firstly we had booked it on online platform as it is a oyo hotel but when we went there they said that they were not taking online booking but our booking was already done for two days 2. We didn't get any refunds from either from hotel or from online platform because online platform asked for proper bill but hotel manager had given only money receipt and refused to give bill. 3. The staffs of that hotel are of bad nature ..they just don't listen after you book, they only want money and behaviour is also very bad. 3. They give the worst room first . We booked again in offline mode as we had to stay as we were new to bbsr and at 5 am we were there and we had no choice left but they gave us the room where no light was there ..after asking for electricity they just changed room 4 times and finally we get room in 5th time but that room was also not up to the mark. 4. Hotel is also not clean ..its name is only premium but actually it is like cow shelter. So frankly speaking don't ever buy this hotel ..

It is a new property only 1.5 years old. You will find neat & clean, spacious rooms. Well decorated, 3 km from Bhubaneswar railway station & 6 Km from Biju pattanik International airport. Complementary breakfast with reasonable price. Directly or by net anybody can book. Hotel need to improve the variety in breakfast menu. Still it has been recommended.

Though Rooms are spacious but basic features like shaving kit, Toilet papers, soap and shampoo is missing, TV was not working. The staffs are untrained and foods are not worth what they charge. Experience is really bad, would not recommend to anyone

Good place to be in. They have rooms and also a small banquet hall. Staffs are trained and well behaved. The interiors are done in such a way that it gives you a retro look. The only and the major problem here is that of adequate space for parking. Though it is a bit away from the main road of janpath it is well approachable.

Nestled in the bustling lanes of Bapuji Nagar, Bhaina Hotel is a beloved dhaba that has been serving up delicious comfort food for over 50 years. Known for its iconic mutton dishes, this eatery has transitioned to vegetarian offerings but still holds a special place in the hearts of locals. The atmosphere is vibrant and cozy, often buzzing with patrons eager to savor their famous mutton jhola paired with rice—a dish celebrated for its tender meat and rich blend of spices.
If odia mutton curry is on your mind then this place is a must visit. Don't even bother to expect anything other than food like atmosphere or comfort. Be ready to stand in queue.

Located in the heart of bhubaneswar and serving katha chuli mutton since three decades..The setting is of a dhaba. So it is better to keep your expectations low on that front.Interior is way cozy with full house crowd always..The quality is degraded for sure over years making it a concerning affair.. But still the slow cooked traditional meat is what i fall for everytime!! Per plate mutton meal is 230/- And the amount of mutton is sufficient for a single person. Salad and mix Chincheda is a must try too! Suggestion- Visit on Wednesdays to get the best mutton!!(SUNDAYS AND FRIDAYS GONNA BE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR SURE) WAITING TIME IS MANDATORY!

We visited this place and it's a literal JANA SAMUDRA here . We had to be in a line & wait for our turn. The eatery was full for its mutton. They use wood fire to cook the mutton. The mutton jhola and Rice is divine combo 😍 The jhola has better blend of spices and the mutton was very tender and flavorful . I liked this mutton more than Kishore bhaina mutton .🤩 . . A standout dish is the Chole Bhature—renowned for its fluffy bhature and rich chole infused with authentic Punjabi spices—making it a top choice for comfort food lovers.
The food is quiet good for the prices they are charging but yet I think the service and the handling of each situations can be made a bit good yet non the less the food is really good and try worthy I haven't tried their non veg selections but have heard a lot about, so anyone looking for a good delicious meal could definitely give this place a try in my opinion

If you’re in Bhubaneswar, don’t miss the Chole Bhature from Street Foods by Punjab Grill! Easily one of the best in the city, the bhature are perfectly fluffy, and the chole are rich, flavorful, and packed with authentic Punjabi spices. The portion size is generous, and the taste is consistently excellent. It’s the ultimate comfort food for those craving a North Indian classic. The lassi, while refreshing, could be thicker to match the high standards of the main dish. Recommended for food enthusiasts looking for a satisfying north Indian meal! Rating: 4/5

While the accessibility and atmosphere could be improved slightly, it offers a weekend vibe and the Egg chicken Chowmin+Mocktail Combo for 99/- is worth trying. The Special Dum Chicken biryani, priced at 119/-, consists of high-quality rice and flavorful chicken pieces with raita.
It was a good experience eating Pakhala here during the January winter of Bhubaneswar. We ordered Pakhala with vegetarian dishes. We also ordered 'Mutton and chicken Kasa, rohi & pohola masala fish ' as an additional dish. Non Veg items here is exceptional. In terms of meat-to-bone ratio and piece size. Wonderful service at the restaurant!! Fabulous food, just amazed by the quality, quantity and flavours and pieces of the mutton . It was awesome. The meal was super excellent & great.. A number of side dishes was there. Quantity was good. It was tasty too. This was an awful experience on this restaurant and may b due to promotion they provided food blogers free of cost meal but the rate is completely different what they are claiming and there is no mojito with the matka chkn biriyani.matka chkn biriyani cost is 130 nd and they kept 30 extra due to matka but the taste was completely average and respond of the staff after serving on the table is null.Veg Pakhala thali is having 6 different item with pakhala. And the pakhala quantity along with the taste is unexpectedly bad.Once they will serve u they will never come back to u or u will not get a chance to ask for more so I am not sure on the unlimited part. Being a localide from Chandrasekharpur I will never ever recommend anyone to this place neithet for thali nor for biriyani.

Ananda Food Plaza is a must-visit spot for those who appreciate delicious non-vegetarian snacks, especially if you're a fan of pakodas. This bustling eatery offers an array of mouthwatering options, including chicken, prawn, and fish pakodas that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. While it has the charm of a roadside stall and can get quite crowded, the service is impressively quick. However, it's worth noting that hygiene may not always meet everyone's standards.
If you are a non street food lover then this is a very good place. This is just like a roadside stall but the food is very good. If you are very very hygienic person then not suitable for you. Crowded most of the time. But they serve very fast. This the place I go often for evening snacks. Chicken pakoda is best.

This delightful dish combines the classic dahi vada with a zesty twist, enhanced by a splash of pudina chutney for that extra kick. Served with garnishes like onions, coriander, and spices such as chilli and cumin powder, it’s an explosion of flavors that locals adore.
Personally I know this person from last 21 yrs..I ate life first dahibara from him n his father.yes the dahivada specially allu dum was super tasty.maintaining same taste since 21yrs.

I absolutely loved the dahi bara served here, especially the meetha bara paired with their flavorful pudina chutney. The combination of the sweet and tangy flavors is simply irresistible. However, make sure to arrive early, as this place tends to get very crowded, and the dahibara runs out fast, also the waiting time is more.
Riakshi — Google review
Ni e place for dahibara and aludum, highly demanded place. The waiting period is quite high. Per plate price is Rs 50/- sweet vara is available. Service is fast, but due to high demand, you have to wait for a certain time.
Jitendra K — Google review
Taste is Good but spicy and very crowded. Waiting time can be upto 20 mins.
Aman M — Google review
No doubt, the taste and quantity of the Dahibara here are truly excellent! However, the major issue is the waiting time. It takes more than half an hour to get served, and if you order a parcel, the delay extends to over an hour. While the food quality is top-notch, time is valuable for everyone. Many customers are stepping back after waiting for too long, which is something that needs urgent attention. Faster service would make the experience much better!
Deepak M — Google review
The best route is to come from ID market side, continue till you cross the Titan store and after that 20 meters from the store, you have this place on the left side. A yellow auto with lots of people around. It is before the IRC village government high school. You can come from the other side,Ekamra Kanan road, turn towards the school road, then you have it on your right side.Better a U turn ahead and reach this place on the left because the road has barricades on the median.I have returned 3 times because everything was finished. This time I was early, reached there at 11 AM or so and it was heavily packed.Since it was first time,he took own interest and made me one plate in sal leaves and wooden spoon. They have paper, leave bowls and steel spoons too. The full plate Rs 40 and half Rs 30. The aloodum gravy was finished and so was sweet dahibara but aloo was there. My plate had 4 Dahibara(no sweet one) and portion of aloodum, less aloo. Taste was mild but aromatic, better than most I have tasted. The taste matches only 1 person used to sale near Damana square, unfortunately not seen after pandemic. Full plate enough and after that the best was dahipani mixed with pudina chilly mix.Go before 11 AM or by 10:30 AM. After 11:30 AM,you will be lucky if he have something left but better hurry to get good taste. Overall a good experience

If you find yourself in Bhubaneswar, make sure to indulge in the delightful Chaul Bara. This popular street food is crafted from black dal or urad dal, deep-fried to achieve a perfectly crispy exterior. The best way to savor it is by dipping it into a sweet and spicy chutney or pairing it with ghuguni, a flavorful peas curry that complements the dish beautifully.
They are selling chaulabara , biribara, birichop 😋etc in a Bhubaneswar price little bit high , they maintaining hygiene👍 that's a important thing for such stalls but for me it's ok to try here for anything because they are doing there best and the taste is good , am supporting them because it is a women-run food stall 👍✌️ beside this stall another gupchup stall is there ,i tried there dahigupchup and it was good in taste 👍

Oh, you’ve been missing out on Chaul Bara and Tentuli Pani in Bhubaneswar? Let me show you the known but yet unknown place. There’s this place 📍 right in front of V2 mall, Nayapali, that’s been making crispy Chaul Bara for 7 years! Their Tentuli Pani? It’s simply irresistible. They’re open from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm ⏰, and a plate of Chaul Bara is just ₹30 💰.

Panipuri, also known as golgappa or puchka, is a popular street food in India. It consists of small, round puris filled with a mixture of flavored water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas. The burst of flavors and textures in your mouth makes it an exciting culinary experience. Panipuri is loved for its tangy and spicy taste that leaves you craving for more.
