Absolutely brilliant meat, cooked to perfection at a price thats unbeatable. Quality to price ratio is unrivaled. truly one of my favorite places in the world. The taste of the food is amazing. I felt completely satisfied. Thank you

Stopped in for lunch. They were out of my first two choices, so I landed on the smash burger and fries. Decent on both counts. I also had a couple tasty cappuccinos. Overall it was good, but not having multiple menu items is a shame.
Alex M — Google review
Somewhat difficult to find, but when we did, boy was it worth it. The best steak I've had in a while. Was recommended by the staff and they were right. Nice quiet atmosphere. Very cosy, however not used to the smoking which is allowed in the restaurant.
Anna J — Google review
The food was absolutely delicious — authentic, fresh, and served impeccably. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening. A big plus was the service.

Vila 11 Rooms is a charming and budget-friendly accommodation option in Bucharest, conveniently situated near the train station and not far from the city center. This family home turned hostel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with the host Deborah receiving high praise for her hospitality. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, with options available for different dietary requirements upon prior notice. The cozy and clean rooms exude a unique charm with their old-fashioned furniture.
I thank the owner of this hostel for the warm welcome. Incredibly cozy place to relax, and conveniently located near the train station. A great place for single travelers, the atmosphere is like home.
Dani Y — Google review
A comfortable place to stay, the rooms are spacious (my room is the smallest one in the hotel, yet it is still spacious for me), the location is strategic, the facilities are complete, there is a kitchen that works well, every week I get laundry service and my room is tidied up. I actually want to give five stars, but unfortunately, there are some things that bother me. The daughter of the hotel owner is very rude and impolite to guests. Every time I greet her she always answers cynically, and every time I ask her for help with something she will grumble in front of me in Romanian with a grumpy expression, while she actually speak English and I speak a good English to her. The wifi connection in this house is so bad that I always have to use my own data. I am lucky because I have an unlimited data package, but for others who don't, this will be very difficult for them. All my white clothes were damaged after being washed here. The washer did not pay attention properly to how white clothes should be separated from other colored clothes when washed or dried. And when I complained, no serious action was taken. Not only that, I lost food that I stored in the refrigerator at home several times, even though I had only bought it a day or two before. I don't know if I should recommend this place or not. I really hope that this place will improve, because this hotel actually has great potential, considering its unique concept and strategic location.
Ryan F — Google review
DO NOT STAY HERE. We found bed bugs and there was a child running loose. There was also mouldy chicken on the side. When we alerted someone to the bed bugs, she swept their eggs onto our feet and accused us of bringing them in from the overnight train. This aggressive response proved that we were right to leave as the owners were clearly aware of the problem. Go to Popcorn Hostel nearby instead, excellent service and clean rooms.
Daniel R — Google review
I had a recent stay in Bucharest. I went to the villa 11. I had a very good experience. Good location to the train station. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. I highly recommend.
Robert A — Google review
DO NOT STAY HERE. I think your defensive aggressive response will let anyone considering staying at your hostel think twice. We stayed 1 night but paid for 2 because we felt bad not staying for the four we had booked. I am not sure why you think I believe the world is full of slaves? Anyway, our toilet smelled musty, there were urine stains under the seat, there was a think layer of dust and feathers under the bed. I do not consider a 1 ring electric cooker to be sufficient for a hostel of that size. The pots of moldy food in the kitchen which were there when we arrived, were there when we left. The total lack of workspace in the kitchen, filthy pans and general lack of cleaning did not fit with the standard of hostels that we have stayed in, which number many. Yours is the worst. I chose not to write a review initially because I thought you were both nice people. How wrong could I be.
Matt F — Google review
Nice old house, good owner. But very dirty and smelly, old beds and spots on the bed. The kitchen is terrible and without a microwave. It was hot, summer and opened the window and did not sleep all night and for mosquitoes. This place could have been better!
Sasha P — Google review
The place is a family home turned into a hostel and you can feel it everywhere. It's very welcoming and warm and Deborah is an amazing host (I didn't meet her husband during my stay). There's really good food for breakfast and if you give them a notice in advance, they will integrate your diet (vegan, gluten free) in their breakfast. Very recommendable place!
Linda R — Google review
Its not the Ritz, that's not what you're getting. But for the price we spent for a bed & breakfast place for 3, it was awesome. It is clean & beds are comfy enough. This is a place u wanna crash for cheap. The lady who owns it makes up for anything u think this place is lacking in . She is that nice and welcoming. If you just got off the train and need a place to stay for cheap I don't recommend anything else.

We had a great time here. Starting with the location, close to Metro and Bus station to go anywhere in the city. Just across the street it is the best Supermarket, Lidl to buy everything you need. The room was great, clean and good AC. Comfortable bed. Minibar. The receptionist was very friendly and helped with early check in. Thank you for everything!

(Translated by Google) Don't ever sleep here! The elevator, even though it's rated for 6 people (450 kg), can't handle it after three people. The bathroom is filthy, with a leaky shower at every joint. The air conditioning turns on but doesn't work. I only gave it one star so I could leave a review. Never again!!! Belli Siciliani Restaurant is a delightful culinary gem that brings the heart of Sicily to life in every dish. This family-run establishment prides itself on authentic Italian cuisine, with pasta crafted from traditional recipes and ingredients sourced directly from Sicily. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, reflecting its familial roots, where you might even catch the owners conversing in Italian.
I’m starting with the food, that’s just simply amazing and very authentic. The plating it’s exact how it should be in an Italian Restaurant. The stuff is amazing, they are Italians and the they speak Italian also want to mention that it is the typical intalian family business, the whole family is involved in this restaurant including the kids and the pets. Regarding the pets, they are so cute but I want to believe that the tables are clean because the cats are sitting everywhere. I would recommend this place only to those who are pets lovers. The prices are a little bit high but for my experience it was worthy. They have a wide range of selection in the menu. The only thing that I didn’t liked was the menu, it’s too hard to read and to decide. 10/10

Don't listen to the bad reviews, this place is absolutely amazing! The food is to die for and the service is incredible. This is my go to place for amazing food in an incredible atmosphere in Bucharest. Do yourself a favour and give it a shot, I guarantee you'll fall in love. 🥰

As a person in love with Italy, I have to mention that this place has all the right ingredients to allow you travel, away from your day by day business. We loved the atmosphere, music, kindness of the staff. The place has so many elements that are just making you happy, making you smile. Goats, ducks, geese, lovely dog, rabits, all those beautiful souls will influence your good mood in such great way. Food was like brought from Italy, great taste, flavour. We loved it, we will come back soon. Thank you!
Andrei G — Google review
I had pretty high expectations for this place—based on the photos, it looks like a very beautiful, authentically Sicilian spot. However, the experience was disappointing. First of all, the food is very expensive—which I normally don’t mind, as long as it’s truly worth it and you leave the restaurant feeling satisfied. That wasn’t the case this time. The pasta we ordered was mediocre, nothing special, and the drinks were actually below average. The animals in the courtyard (cats and goats) seemed like a cute touch and a good idea at first, but honestly, they ended up creating more chaos than charm. Unfortunately, the place also didn’t seem particularly clean, which says a lot. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience.
Francesca M — Google review
Great experience! Good food, great staff, lovely environment and vibe! All the haters should keep quiet!
Dar Y — Google review
I felt like running away from the very beginning but stayed. I have not seen chairs so dirty stained anywhere else . Had some weird home made pasta, maybe decent tiramisu and many prosecco to cope with the place. Did not get a fiscal bill and only cash is accepted as paymenr method in 2025!!! . Was a bit afraid to ask for a fiscal bill. Was not offered anyway. Guess it is about fiscal evasion. Gate was closed when we wanted to leave … very very atrange to close the gate with 3 locks and customera inside. An asian employee was sent to ooen the gate at our request that we cannot get out !! Very strange vibe cannot comment food since cleancliness was in doubt. But hey, you can speak IItalian here. I wonder how ANPC is not visiting this place…
Steliana N — Google review
Beautiful place. Colourful and bright. Interesting to see animals hanging around. A goat -who you could smell in the air, A rabbit - who just licked a sore he had, A pig - who just snorted around looking for food and a big dog that slept beside my table The owner and her son was very accommodating. Overall is was lovely just very expensive.
Orla T — Google review
No more tied up goats!!! Please don’t exploit animals anymore. This is extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. We’re in the 21st century, allegedly urbanised. It’s uncomfortable to have the pets surrounding you, visibly not cared for, especially now when it’s colder outside. The food was decent, not the greatest as my expectations were initially set. As someone who’s lived in Sicily, the decor exudes the island’s atmosphere quite well (without the animals would be better) and that’s the only positive aspect I can subtract here.

Superb! We chose the two rooms apartment. Very spacious , comfortable 2 double beds and extendible sofa. Cristina the owner and Elena make you feel like family, always cheerful and patient. Breakfast was perfect, could not ask for more, even suitable for people with food intolerances, like gluten and milk. Location wise it’s right next to Herastrau where you can jogg or stroll. Nestled in the heart of Bucharest's Old Town, Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town offers modern accommodations and a convenient location for exploring the city. Within walking distance, guests can visit iconic landmarks such as the Bucharest National Theater, Cismigiu Gardens, and the National Museum of Art. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, 24-hour fitness room, and shared lounge for relaxation.
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town and overall had an excellent experience. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful—eager to assist, personable, and clearly proud of their hotel. It made for a really warm and welcoming stay. Situated right in the heart of the Old Town, the location couldn’t be more convenient. Everything was within walking distance—bars, restaurants, historic attractions—while still managing to feel calm and accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed—though it had a slightly odd layout. For instance, the TV was positioned directly in front of the mirror, which felt unusual. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but the layout did feel a bit unconventional. The hotel offers the reliability and quality you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The breakfast and lounge areas are inviting, and the amenities are solid. It’s perfect whether you’re there for business or leisure. If you’re looking for a central, reliably pleasant hotel with extremely friendly staff, this is a great choice. The quirky room layout is a minor blemish on what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Hilton Bucharest was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness is at the highest level – everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We received a huge room with an amazing view of the city – such a pleasure to wake up to every morning. Breakfast was delicious and varied, but above all – the service was exceptional! A very special thank you to Monica and Dana from the restaurant, who made sure every morning that my son had exactly what he likes to eat. Their kindness, personal attention, and warm attitude truly touched our hearts. Great service makes all the difference – and they proved it! Thank you to the entire hotel team for an

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I love it more each time. The location is perfect. right at the entrance to the Old Town, so everything is within walking distance. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome. There’s even a small treat and a welcome drink waiting for you at check-in it’s such a lovely touch. The staff are always kind and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful, each one with its own unique style. I especially enjoy the in-room coffee machine and the complimentary bottled water. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, and has plenty of variety, omelets, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, fruits, everything you could want. One of the things I love most is the cozy self-service kiosk in the lobby. It offers drinks, snacks, milk, small gifts, and even a microwave for heating food. Super convenient and thoughtful. Every time I leave, I find myself already wanting to come back. Truly one of my favorite places in Bucharest!

Very good hotel. Great location in Old City Bucharest. It is closed to everything. I choose breakfast included. They had a good breakfast selection. The room was big enough, warm and cozy. Very comfortable bed. Also great shower. Overall I had a great time at this hotel. I am glad I choose it. Everyone speaks English. It was 20 minutes walk from People house.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, everything worked as expected and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but a bit one note, I wish there was more changing items and more healthy stuff like vegetables and fruit. Bathrooms could use a small side lamp. During night, your only choice is full bright lighting.

If you’re looking for the perfect base to explore Bucharest’s historic center, this boutique hotel is a standout choice. Nestled in the lively Old Town district, it offers effortless access to cultural landmarks, charming cafés, and vibrant nightlife—all just steps away. The interiors are tastefully decorated in a clean, minimal style that blends comfort with elegance. Soft neutral tones and modern furnishings create a serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Service was excellent throughout our stay: the staff were welcoming, attentive, and happy to accommodate any request with a warm smile. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway or a solo adventure, this hotel delivers both location and charm in equal measure.

My Last Stay at This Hotel! I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest many times in the past and had generally good experiences — but unfortunately, this will be my last stay. During my most recent visit, the entrance of the hotel was completely flooded, forcing guests to walk through deep water just to get inside. As a result, my shoes and clothes were soaked. When I mentioned this to the reception staff, they simply blamed the mayor for the flooding and offered no help, no solution, and no empathy. To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed for a private event, room service was unavailable due to the event in the restaurant and no alternative dining options were provided for guests. I was effectively left trapped in the hotel, hungry and wet, with no assistance from staff. What shocked me most was the complete lack of responsibility or care from management. No compensation, no goodwill gesture, not even basic concern for guests’ comfort. The attitude I encountered was inhumane and unacceptable, especially from a Hilton-branded hotel. All of this happened even though I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, which makes the indifference even more disappointing. I have always valued Hilton’s service and loyalty recognition, but this experience shows that those values are not upheld at this property. This experience has completely changed my view of this hotel. I never imagined I would describe a Hilton stay as a survival challenge, but that is how it felt. Sadly, this will be my last stay at this hotel.

Excellent location for business trips and exploring all attractions in the city center. Very friendly staff. We tried also their restaurant and the service was excellent, and the food and drinks were really good! Hands down one of the best options for accommodation and business meetings downtown Bucharest!

Located in the heart of Bucharest on Unirii Boulevard, Union Plaza Hotel & Sky Bar offers modern and clean rooms with a rooftop terrace restaurant and bar. The hotel is close to popular attractions such as the Old Town, Patriarchal Cathedral, and Revolution Square. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast with stunning views at the 12 Sky Bar.
Stayed there several times, every visit is a pleasure - spacious and clean rooms, good service, excellent breakfast. Parking is available and location is perfect - close to Unirii, therefore close to all important landmarks in Bucharest.

The experience what rather strange. The foyer is impressive, than you wait for elevators for ages. When you get to the room it looks nice, but there are no toiletries, no shampoo, conditioner..just two soap dispenser, one in the shower, one at the sink. Just one hook and no racks for towels. Minibar that isn't working (warm drinks) . Very little closet space. Asked if we could upgrade to a room with balcony, but that would cost 150€ extra a night. Not very friendly waiters in the terrace bar and lobby restaurant.
Tina S — Google review
Union Plaza Hotel has a beautiful design, delicious breakfasts, and a pleasant ambiance. The staff are kind and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, the rooms have several issues. The window cannot be opened just for ventilation — it only opens fully, which is quite strange. The blankets are too warm and heavy, which adds to the discomfort. There are also no slippers or bathrobes provided, and the hair dryer barely functions. When I called to request an iron and ironing board, the service was fast, but unfortunately the board they brought was broken. The service at breakfast could also be improved. When I asked a waiter for a cappuccino with almond milk, the answer was: “We don’t do that, but you can make yourself a black coffee from the machine and add milk to it.” Not the kind of service I expected at this level of hotel. The location is decent — it takes about 15–20 minutes on foot to reach the city center. On the positive side, there are some nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel where you can spend time comfortably. Overall: A stylish hotel with good breakfasts and friendly staff, free parking, but the room conditions and service details need serious improvement.

Some of the few positives of our stay here were the nice and professional reception staff and that when we requested an iron, it was delivered in a few minutes. The views are also quite nice. The room, while clean, has quite a few issues. The ceiling has a hole in it (picture), and it seems something should be added there but isn't. The AC is NOT working, which is terrible for a hot summer day. You also cannot fold the window vertically if you want some fresh air, so it also feels more dangerous. The minibar fridge is NOT working, the drinks are warm. The anti theft system for the shower gel is poorly designed and makes it difficult to use. The bed is okay, a bit hard but not terrible. The Wi-Fi was barely working for both me and my partner, with frequent disconnections. There is a smart TV in the room, which is nice if you want to connect to Youtube or Netflix. All in all, the best value for money would be if you have a discount.
Florin G — Google review
The Hotel looks unfinished, the ceiling is pure concrete, the room is small. I was shocked to see plastic cups in the room and also for breakfast!!! They were used for hot drinks also!! I slept only one night. I arrived in the evening, checked in. They gave me a card. I waited a lot for the elevator to come and when I got in front of the door I though I was in front of a deposit. The door didn't open with that card. I went back downstaors and the gave me a normal key, saying they changed the system. The breakfast is very poor with very few options for vegans.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! We visited during Bucharest's coldest week last February and the experience was delightful. The whole building was pristinely clean, as well as the rooms, the staff very helpful and kind and the hotel was very modern and indelibly warm! Which was very much needed during the minus 13C weather outside! We were on the 8th floor and the view was just breathtaking, the room spacious, the mattresses and pillows were very soft and the whole interior very modern and with any amentity you could possibly need! It was very close to the center of the city, walkable distance and cheap ubers!
Billie — Google review
Cheap hotel in an expensive suit. We had to use the stairs for the most of the time. One out of 3 elevator was closed at all - the other onea changes in being closed or reserved for the cleaning ladies. So you will probably need 10 min or more to get from your room to the breakfast/lobby. Aircon was not working in any of our rooms. Everything was clean and breakfast was OK+! The view from the breakfast was nice.
Carmen S — Google review
I was genuinely excited about my stay at this hotel, and for the first two days, everything was outstanding. The design is tasteful and elegant, the ambiance is warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was both upscale and cozy. The staff I interacted with were professional, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, all of that was overshadowed and ultimately ruined by a shocking display of unprofessionalism from the General Manager, which left a lasting negative impression on my experience. Around midday—after breakfast service, at approximately 11:30 or noon—I witnessed the General Manager aggressively and publicly reprimand a waiter (I believe his name was Cosmin or Costin) in the middle of the restaurant, in front of guests. His tone was loud, angry, and demeaning. He spoke to the staff member with clear disdain, showing no regard for basic decency, let alone professional conduct. He raised his voice, pointed fingers, and used threatening language, saying: “If I hear you do this one more time, you’re going home!” This was not a private conversation, nor a firm but respectful correction. It was a public humiliation, carried out in front of paying customers. As a guest and a fellow hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience, I was shocked and disturbed. I have never, in my entire career, seen a senior manager treat a team member with such disrespect, aggression, and complete lack of emotional intelligence. What’s worse is the sense of entitlement and superiority the manager seemed to carry, as though being in a position of authority gave him the right to belittle others. It felt like he was trying to assert power and dominance, not offer feedback or correction. It was a display of ego and arrogance, not leadership. No matter how beautiful a property is—and this one truly is—no guest should ever have to witness that kind of abusive management, and no employee should ever be spoken to that way in any professional environment. This kind of behavior is not only damaging to staff morale, but also to the hotel’s brand and reputation. I’m Romanian myself, and I’m deeply disappointed to see that such outdated, toxic management styles are still tolerated in our industry. To the ownership or executive team: this review is not written lightly. It is a serious call for accountability. The General Manager’s actions were rude, unacceptable, and completely out of line with the standards of modern hospitality. If you value your brand, your staff, and your guests, I urge you to investigate this matter seriously. Despite the many things I loved about this hotel—the design, the food, the ambiance, the kind staff—I will never return, solely because of the General Manager’s disgraceful behavior.

City Luxury Villa is a serene and private accommodation near the Tunari Forest, making it a popular choice for those seeking tranquility. The well-arranged rooms offer clean and comfortable spaces, with some featuring direct terrace access. While there may be occasional issues like fluctuating water pressure or minor maintenance needs, the overall experience is pleasant. The villa's location, though accessed via a rocky road and home to stray dogs, still provides a relaxing atmosphere.
I had a lovely welcome. The room was ideal for me. Although a bedside light or light switch would have been a nice touch. It is in a quiet and convenient location for my needs.

Quite close to the city, the room was clean and very spacious. Also it was quiet and we had a good rest and the price was reasonable, I definitely recommend it!!!
Valee N — Google review
Liked the place, it was a nice apartment decent conditions the main two problems on the other half were the absence of heat as well as the "superviser" who constantly reminded us to lower the volume because of the neighbours in spite of the owners words which were that we could listen as loud as we wish. Other than that good place, it is not equipped with a speaker or food, the only aspect it covers are drinks. It offers around 5 bedrooms which is really good, but the conditions are not ideal as previously stated. It also has a nice "garden" as well as balcony.

The location is very quiet and relaxing. Villa is very nice and well arranged. Rooms are clean and nothing is missing from what you need. We actually stayed in a room with direct access to the terrace and it was really nice. Staff was also very helpful and pleasant. The only thing I would mention as not going perfectly was probably a temporarily problem with fluctuating water pressure.

Quite a medium hotel which consists of two buildings. It's freshly renovated but the main thing is missing - a feeling of cozyness. Breakfast is poor. There is a small yard where you can cook bbq. However i give it 4 as good value for money for 1 night stay, you may safely consider it and it will be perfect for its fares.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We left after five nights even though we had paid in advance for a week and a half. The room was cleaned for the first time after three days and after our repeated complaints. The experience at the hotel spoiled our vacation until we had to leave! Dirty, leaky toilets that created a permanent puddle on the floor that I slipped on when I got up to use the bathroom at night. I asked for it to be taken care of again and again, I explained that it was a safety issue, I asked for towels in the meantime, so that we wouldn't slip, and I was told that it was impossible because only the cleaning lady could give them and she was only there in the morning. After repeated pressure and complaints, the receptionist suddenly found a key to the storage room and returned with one towel!! In general, the guy at the reception mainly gave the feeling that we were bothering him when we approached him with any matter or complaint, and that he had nothing to do. The girl at the reception (who was with him intermittently, at least apologized, said repeatedly that it was not her fault and there was nothing she could do, she just works there. Only on the third day did a plumber arrive, who claimed that the problem was complex, and would return tomorrow with parts to fix it, and disappeared. The staff ignored the complaints and explained that he was not to blame, he just works there and that we should contact the management The hotel manager arrived on the fourth day after we had waited quite a while, she apologized at length and said that she was not aware of the faults!! which we had complained about from the first day, she promised to fix it immediately. We were surprised that the employees did not even bother to inform her of the problems, not even the safety ones, it is simply unbelievable that this is how a hotel is run. The room was indeed cleaned after talking to her for the first time since we arrived!! The leak was not fixed despite her commitment the next day and then we decided to leave. Problems of a strong smell in the rooms, a sewage smell, which we complained about, the receptionist suggested that a window be opened and that would help, on those days the temperature was around Zero degrees, and he suggested sleeping with the windows open to get rid of the smell. The stay at the hotel was almost like a horror movie. The heating sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, when you ask to fix it, they say it's automatic and to be patient and the room will warm up (which does happen eventually, but it's not pleasant when the temperature outside is below zero). The heating system is also unreasonably loud, which woke us up more than once, even in the middle of the night. Breakfast is at best a bad joke, their advertisement says "At Casa Gabriela you can enjoy an Italian breakfast." In reality you get a choice between two types of packaged sandwiches (not fresh) and one day there was only one left... and the connection to Italian? I have no idea, we felt cheated! When we left, the hotel manager promised to refund at least the payment for the days we didn't stay, which in fact didn't happen. She apologized and explained that it was all because of the holiday, (Christmas) which sounds like a strange explanation for rooms that were uninhabitable. We have never received such degrading treatment, and such poor service in any hotel in the world. Keep your soul away! The cleanliness of the rooms, the smell of sewage, the attitude of the employees, the shocking lighting, the problems that were not addressed, the room that was not cleaned, and a very noisy heating system that wakes you up at night. I recommend not going near, for those who do not want to ruin their vacation. the pictures shows the The leak from the toilet that was not addressed for 5 days despite the assurances of the staff and the manager and despite the fact that it was a safety issue (slippery floor) The photos are from the day we left in midlle because we found out the lick have not fixed.

It's okay. The breakfast is such a lie: a reheated sandwich from (I swear) the supermarket across the road. Otherwise it is clean and quiet. Heating was way too warm, however, even at -10°C outside and we had to constantly ventilate. If the breakfast was better, and being in the common room/lobby didn't feel like I was being a child staying past their bedtime it would've been perfect. Free coffee, tho.

Bed & breakfast
Flowers B&B is a charming and unassuming bed and breakfast located in a converted early 20th-century home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exude a folksy charm. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and warm staff that make them feel at home. The B&B offers a walled garden where guests can have breakfast during warm weather.
This is a small hotel with many rooms located in the silent street in Bucharest. The rooms were good enough, Everything was clean and fixed during our stay here. The hotel location is great. It is at the walking distance from the old town. The staff is professional and ready to help. Big thanks to the owners. I will recommend it to my friends.
Victor K — Google review
Suitable, in all respects. Nothing too bad, nothing very good. The room a bit small, the bathroom even smaller, reasonably clean, reasonably far from the center, almost quiet, almost chic.
L M — Google review
Quiet location in walking distance to bus stops and old town. Felt safe having keys to gate, door and room. Pleasant staff. Communal areas are clean and tidy. Housekeeping in rooms needs improving. No tea provided, only 2 sachets of coffee, no milk/creamer either. The last persons soap was left in shower. On the first day the shower gel was replenished, bed made and bins emptied but the room was not vacuumed, I had spilled some crumbs on the floor the first night and these remained for the rest of my time here. I stayed 4 nights and after the first morning, no other housekeeping was provided, even though booking said daily housekeeping, and very inconveniently I ran out of toilet roll. I visited reception at 7am, but nobody came. WiFi was intermittent and tv had no channels tuned in, although there was YouTube for when the WiFi was working.

This is a really nice and a quaint bed&breakfast. Due to delays and issues of my train to Bucharest I arrived later than the check-in time. And also my phone didn’t work. However, they were really understanding and helpful. The rooms were really clean and the bed was comfortable too.

Very close to the center of Bucharest. The best and most adequate price for the room. The room was cozy and clean. I recommend!

My second time here. Very clean, perfect location ( quiet, near the old town) very kind and helpful staff. The kindness of the staff makes you feel that you are staying at a friend's home and not in foreign accomodation. I would definitely reconsider coming again. I also like the garden, which is beautiful.
Stefan M — Google review
Warm staff, cozy rooms and good coffee await those who choose this location. Also the neighborhood seems quiet enough. Being close enough to Bucharest's Old Town and major transportation hubs means that you don't have to travel far by foot to find fun places. The downside is the apparent lack of parking spaces nearby.

Cazare centru - Motor House is a charming and unpretentious guesthouse located near the city center. The rooms are comfortable and adorned with lovely decor, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The manager is easily accessible, and the housekeeper maintains a clean and welcoming environment. Conveniently situated near the National Arena and Old Town, as well as the blue subway line, it offers easy access to various attractions.
The host was very polite. The room was more than spacious and comfortable. The only issue was that there was a power outage that lasted from 01:00 until 09:00 in the morning, but the host's wife gave us power bank to charge our phones.
Antoan Y — Google review
For the price it is excellent. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the decor is great and it's very relaxed. The manager has an office in a building two doors over and is available when needed. And the housekeeper was sweet and kept laughing and joking with us. And importantly it was very clean! And in a good location for the National Arena and Old Town, plus access to the blue subway line. And there's plenty of nice bars nearby and a lovely coffee shop. Plus a grocery shop that's open until 2am

Nice, clean place, good price, good location, quite close to the city centre. Will return if I ever need accommodations in Bucharest again.
Mugur M — Google review
One of the worst travel experiences. Old building that definitely needs renovation. Beds and mattresses do not justify the existence of a hotel. The worst thing is that a pet moves freely inside the hostel and leaves its impurities. Unacceptable, I don't recommend it. Attention, the building is located in a notorious area with gypsies nearby.
PANDELIS B — Google review
Nice and cozy place to stay, you can feel at home. Very personal decoration, the manager is extra plus attentive and friendly. Recommended for several days staying. Excellent location, very well communicated, close to one of the biggest boulevards of the city.
Morrigan D — Google review
Wish 0 stars was available as thats the level for this place. You DON’T cancel unilaterally with less than 48 hours before a stay and come up with some poor excuse if you want to stay in this business and flourish. For anybody looking at this place and considering staying, consider also that they will decide to just cancel on you and leave you stranded!!!
Laurentiu N — Google review
Very nice venue, close to the city center, clean and cheap. Has all you need - shared kitchen, washing machine, drying racks, iron, towels, but it definitely doesn't meet the standards of european three-stars hotel. Future guest must know that it's more like family-run hostel or guest house.

Nestled just 6 kilometers from the serene Victoria Park, Pensiunea Raffael in Otopeni is a charming three-star accommodation that provides complimentary Wi-Fi and private parking for guests. While it may not have kitchen facilities or allow dining in rooms, the atmosphere is welcoming and tranquil. For those without a car, accessing nearby attractions might be challenging; however, public transport options like Bus 100 to the airport are conveniently available.
Super service, I recommend....... very easy access, nice people, close to restaurant

Not bad but very far if you don't have a car or don't use a taxi. No kitchen and no eating in the rooms. Otherwise very friendly and quiet. The stores around are expensive but there's a Lidl store in 10 minute walk.

Very bad wi-fi. Broken TV remote, no AC, no shuttle though they say they offer, on their booking page, no toiletries, no hair dryer, horrible experience. No star.
Ioana G — Google review
Not welcoming host and most important they don't have airport transfer and they don't tell you that it's impossible to get a taxi from Otopeni city to the airport. You have to walk to the airport with your luggage about 3 km and you may loose your flight. Don't recommend!

Guests can enjoy views of the inner courtyard while taking advantage of the shared kitchen equipped for meal preparation. The property boasts free WiFi throughout and a sun terrace perfect for relaxation. With ample street parking available nearby, it's an ideal choice for those traveling by car.
We have stayed for 2 nights in Bucharest at the Vis a Vis. It was a lovely stay. The bedroom has a shower room as well and we had access to a clean, shared kitchen. Unfortunately, the stay was short and we didn't use the kitchen as we were busy seeing friends. I would highly recommend the place and would certainly chose it again when I'll be back in Bucharest. The host was very nice and provided useful information.
Crina-Ludmila A — Google review
We had booked to stay one night in September 2023. When we entered the room we saw footprints on the sheets. Since we had our baby with us, we did not want to stay in dirty sheets. It was past ten in the evening and we didn't want to bother looking for a new place. When we asked the host to replace the dirty sheets with new ones, he never agreed and said it was too clean. The owner suddenly became aggressive and wanted to throw us out, saying that he did not accept us and that customers coming at this hour always cause trouble. We made our reservation from the most famous hotel rental site. Since we were subjected to this treatment abroad, we called customer services and asked them to find a solution. They couldn't find a solution and said they could refund the money. At that time of the night, we had to look for a place with the sleeping baby in our arms. All we wanted was to sleep on clean sheets, but I guess that was a big request from the host. If he does not pay attention to cleanliness, which is the simplest rule of hotel management, I recommend that he stop renting his house. Victimizing people who come as tourists at that time of night is inhumane no matter where you are in the world. We could not comment on the other site because our reservation was cancelled. He probably acted this way because he didn't want a low score. I would like to remind him that there are things more important than money, such as conscience.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Be careful as the hotel is very old, the floors are creaky, cowebs in the room and bathroom. Old tiles and most of the room has old-over used elements. Could hear music from somewhere nearby. Not worth the money to be honest.

Very friendly and hospitable hosts! I was very happy with the room and the amenities at my disposal: refrigerator, coffee machine, waffle maker, and so on. Everything was great. Comfortable shower room. Great location near the train station, the big Carrefour and Kaufland. Of the minuses I can only mention: - Relatively hard mattress, may not suit everyone - We couldn't rent a bike in the hotel (because it was still out of season), but the owners offered alternatives In general, the minuses are only minor and not worth the lowering of the evaluation.

(Translated by Google) I won’t say that it’s dirty, the white linen and towels... They just smell strongly of something like chlorine and that suited me, not because I like the smell of chlorine, but because I realized that the linen is washed and disinfected well. The rooms are normal, I’ve seen scary ones, but these are normal. Yes, there are shortcomings, but a good shower, a clean bed and a cozy bed for one night compensate. We were passing through and everything was not bad. The owners are great people. (Original) Не скажу что грязно, белое белье и полотенца... The apartment have all the facilities that's you need for your staying. The building is new and very impressive from outside ,and interior very warm and cossy place . Well recommended.
עומר ש — Google review
My recent stay at Downtown apartments by Olala Homes in Bucharest left me with somewhat mixed feelings. While the apartment boasts some undeniable advantages, there were also some significant drawbacks that impacted my overall experience. On the positive side, the location is truly fantastic, offering easy access to many of Bucharest's attractions. The view was also a pleasant bonus, and the apartment was equipped with plenty of amenities, making it convenient for a longer stay. A particularly nice touch was the complimentary full bar for the first use, which was a welcome surprise. However, the negatives unfortunately overshadowed some of these positives. The check-in process was a complete disaster. Arriving to find that our access key wasn't registered on the platform was incredibly frustrating. While the support team was eventually contacted, the delay in resolving the issue was unacceptable. Thankfully, a truly helpful man from the front desk came to our rescue, ultimately providing us with a traditional key. This incident, however, raised serious questions about the reliability of their security system. The apartment also had a persistent weird smell in the bathroom. Furthermore, we discovered that some of the provided shampoos had been watered down to the point of being unusable, which was quite disappointing. The comfort of the mattress and pillows was also not ideal, impacting the quality of sleep. Cleanliness was another area of concern. The lower part of the curtains was visibly unclean. But the most concerning issue by far was the lack of soundproofing and the alarming security breach on our final night. We could clearly hear everything from the hallway, which is disruptive enough. However, the fact that a couple, seemingly intoxicated, was able to push open our closed apartment door (after entering a code) and enter our room is completely unacceptable and a serious security flaw. How this is even possible is beyond comprehension and left us feeling incredibly unsafe. In conclusion, while Downtown apartments by Olala Homes offers a great location, view, and amenities, the significant issues with security, check-in, cleanliness, and comfort cannot be ignored. The security incident in particular is a major red flag. While the helpfulness of the front desk staff member was a bright spot, the overall experience was marred by these significant shortcomings. I would recommend potential guests carefully consider these negatives before booking a stay here. P.S we also came across a mother and daughter who had booked but never got an email for the check in and the over at the room management could not find their booking.

I made reservation through Agoda. Location perfect, apartment clean and nice, beds comfortable, actually entry to the apartment is easy but our experience was very bad. I don’t know the reason ( maybe communication problem with Agoda ) but I could not reach the entry instructions for almost 3 hours. We were tired and waited in front of the apartment for that time. Tried to contact them via 100 e-mails and WhatsApp but there was no answer from WhatsApp and no solutions via email. After 3 hours I found someone on the phone and problem solved. Except this one, overall experience was good. If they solve this, I would strongly recommend
