Great old fashion diner. Fantastic atmosphere inside. Huge desserts baked onsite. Fantastic friendly service. Very quick old style service from the kitchen all the orders came out quickly and hot. Only wish they were 24 hours like before the pandemic. Will definitely return for breakfast at 11 pm and dinner in the morning.

The raceway diner is a comfortable decent place to stop & eat. I usually get French fries with my order. I won’t get their grilled cheese because it’s too much cheese. My husband enjoys it though. OJ is usually great. Servers are always nice except this one older waitress. No matter how many times she sees us, if she’s not waiting on us she never says hello. I don’t get it but when you see people like that you know it’s them. We used to eat here more often than we do now so that’s what I’m saying. I thought maybe that’s the way she is but I’ve seen her greet others that she wasn’t waiting on once or twice so that’s when I realized it’s her. Mostly everyone is nice there though besides her.

I wait for 6 minutes at the table finally la waitress came to ask me for drinks I told her I was ready to order she kind of said that there was a big table in the restaurant probably meaning it will take time to take my order a few minutes after a waiter took my order. Food was good!😊 Service (I felt like second place client) Sometimes people having long period of time working in the same place, (years) lost the sense of service or just Ofer good service to regulars guests losing focus of the whole dining room.

The service sets these folks apart, one has to say it was world class. Also the cherry and cheese strudel was dynamite. I was having a rough day at work, came in for a coffee and the manager or owner, I didnt know, was so genteel it kind of reminded me I was a human being. Coffee was great. Took my family here for brunch. Really nice and clean. The food was fresh and delicious. The waffles was light and fluffy. The sausage was well cook and the eggs were yummy. Great environment for all ages. My kids love the kids menu. The service was excellent!!!

I had a really good time here with some friends last night; the atmosphere was good, nice music, and the restaurant's ambiance was good. The food was overall great. They had one of the best chicken wings I've had in a good minute, and the overall service was not bad. They gave you time to prepare and decide what you wanted. I love the fact I can make a reservation before going there. It makes it a lot easier

I came in for the afternoon. Staff was pleasant. Personable music was pleasant and food was delicious. Me and my fiancé came in for sandwiches. We had a Cuban sandwich and. Pan con bistec my fiancé had plain fries, which were absolutely delicious. Great crunch I had french fries with garlic, which also had great flavoring and a great crunch. We ordered Mojitos for a drink. We ended up having three. They were delicious overall food and atmosphere was very pleasant. Would definitely come back for more.

I was in the area looking for good food and we decided to try this place, Since the moment that we enter we hear good music,good atmosphere and everybody was very polite and respectful, Mauricio take our order and the service was very professional, the food (OH MY GOD) is very delicious and tasty real food from the carribean....I highly recommend the mojitos especially the mango one,the place surpassed our expectations i highly recommend to try it trust meee you don't gonna regret it ,we drive 4 hours from upstate to repeat this awsome experience....and again thanks Mauricio for your great service and everybody that work here,you guys are awsome good things like this got to be share....thanks for your great service

A little disappointed, service was good, empanadas were over heated, stay away from the grilled pork chops, too much adobo, too salty, everything on the menu is overpriced, worst of all is the bait and switch, the place looks nothing like what's displayed on their website, very shabby looking, won't be going there again.

If you’re looking for quick service and great food, this is the place to go. From the start, Tata, our server was helping us out. She made space for a stroller and 6 adults. We ordered appetizers and it was a huge platter to share with everyone. We also ordered a steak with onions, white rice, and black beans. Really tasty! The drinks were decent, but that’s because I’m not that into rum. They do have a full bar if you don’t want their specialty drinks. We also had a vanilla flan for dessert 👌🏽 I would definitely come back. Great prices for the neighborhood

Great diner with delicious breakfast, large potions, and friendly service. They change up the specials every weekend. We especially go when the chilaquiles are on the menu, but anything with the tomatillo salsa will be great. Prime hours on the weekend will have a wait, but not too long and worth it. It’s tight inside, so not great for large groups. Cash only.

Small but amazing diner. Staff was super friendly, inviting, and helpful. Food came out quickly and fresh. You would see the cooks making everything within eyesight. I 100% recommend this place to others and will be back here if I'm in the area again

The food was really good It was freshly cooked and it tasted freshly cooked. This diner gives you the feel that you are getting a home cook meal. The waitress and all the staff they working there were very nice. The wait for the food was not very long considering I think they make everything on the spot. As you wait someone comes around and tops your coffee off quite frequently so it allows for more enjoyable experience.

What a great find. We were in Bronxville for an appointment and were hungry. Googled great breakfast in Bronxville and this popped up at 4.6 stars. First of all, shocked it's not sitting at a consistent 5 stars. When you walk in, feels like somewhere my dad took me in the 60's and we're talking original 60's. We sat down and the great service started there. My wife ordered the pancake special and I ordered the Toluca bowl. I won't speak to hers, though the one bite I got in, was fluffy and sweet. My Toluca bowl reminded me of my childhood in Mexico and California. It was pure perfection. If I didn't live an hour away, I would be there weekly. It was fresh and delicious. Food is always good. Portions are generous, perfect for sharing. Although there is always a wait, they move quickly to get as many people in and out as possible, so it's never been too bad. And again, the wait is worth it because the food is good. Not fancy, no-nonsense, but filling and just darn good no matter what you order. Kid friendly also which is a big plus.

What a great find! We had an early morning appointment at the hospital and found this quaint little breakfast nook in the neighborhood! Service is warm and efficient, the food is unpretentious and the holesome, prices very pocket friendly. We ordered a Mushroom/Onion Omelette (came with toast and home fries) and Avocado Toast with eggs. Made with are, served with love. Highly recommend.

My new favorite breakfast spot! I love a good breakfast and I swear diners and reasturants just aren't the same anymore. So I was super excited to finally make it to Pondfield. I ordered a cheese omelette with fries it came with a piece of bacon which was so good. I decided to get that with a bagel instead of toast, a side of bacon and an order of French toast. Everything was cooked perfectly, the bacon came out a bit too crispy so they remade it for me without a problem. The hash brown/potatoes and pancakes were also amazingly good! We literally loved everything and cant wait to go back and try a few things on the lunch menu. If you are looking to get good breakfast please stop by Pondfield. Make sure you have cash as they are cash only!

The customer service here was superb . I had the medium rare done steak with mashed potatoes & broccoli which I would highly recommend. The broccoli was well season & carried hints of the dressing & steak; giving the whole meal an amazing omami palette

This spot is actually one of my favorite restaurants in Yonkers! It is a cute and consistent neighborhood spot with hot and fresh food and fast and friendly service. It is a very diner like menu with a really good selection of different foods. The breakfast is excellent, so are the quesadilla and jumbo fried shrimp . The lemonade is the best I've ever had! Sometimes there is an issue finding parking but it's worth walking a block or two if you have to they are not open late at night which is fine as Yonkers does not have many lunch options.

I called and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. I Pick the grilled cheese sandwich up got back to work and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I called back to inform them of this and they offered for me to come all the way back to get a new one. When I asked for it to be delivered, they said that can’t happen. they only offered a refund or a new sandwich. Not both for my inconvenience. I spoke to Angel a worker there when h asked for a manager he told me to call back tomorrow. Very poor customer service will not be ordering anymore from here.

The staff and the person in charge seems friendly. The food was off the chain. The pancakes and the omlettes are so good. You can order specials. This place makes deliveries with Uber Eats and Grubhub. Has great lunch too.

I love this diner. It's a neighborhood staple. It's a little expensive but the food is so good. The staff is amazing. I really love the Greek salad. It's my favorite thing to eat. The breakfast and dinner options are numerous. Can't wait to go back.

I had went to the restaurant with my daughter and my daughter was talking to me. I was axing her what she wanted to eat and she was explaining to me. The gentleman asked me what did I want to order? I explain to him what I wanted to order my daughter was not ready to order as of yet, so when my daughter was ready so the man had an attitude and was saying to me with a loud voice oh, what do you want because two of you were talking so I explain to him my baby is talking to me you’re so busy listening to my conversation and not listening to me. I ordered grits with eggs and cheese and a side order of french fries they did what they wanted to do and they overprice my food they threw my food in a tray not to mention the boy with an attitude, threw my food in a bag make up with a dog like what kind of customer service is that sad so the cook and the waiter was laughing like something was funny. I only i didn’t get my order but they was very rude and unprofessional and the owner didn’t say anything to him at all

Stopped by for a quick dinner this weekend. The place was empty. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I’d love to come by again for breakfast and try their other dishes. The restaurant can feel a little claustrophobic. No windows except for the 2 in the front.

My husband and I were looking for a diner outside of Harlem. As a chef, I’m ALL about flavor and the city is lacking in good, homestyle diners and friendly vibe.. So we came to Yonkers.. Found this hidden gem, with homestyle pancakes. I had the Mexicita Omellete with spinach and you can’t go to a diner without trying their pancakes. So buttery and tasty and perfect texture, NOT FROZEN.. The omelette was super flavorful and their home fries were perfect. Not overly or under seasoned. Perfect… Their coffee was smooth. I’m so full had to take it home and save it from my husband who kept stealing my eggs lol.. I will be coming back especially because the waitress was so darn nice, warm and friendly.. Thank you 🙏🏽

Happy to have found this local diner while visiting Yonkers. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. They have their own parking across the street.

This was a last minute decision to eat here at 7am on a Sunday and was incredibly surprised. Friendly staff and delicious food. We ordered the chilaquiles which is what we wanted and was very happy. The salsa verde was the right amount of spicy, the chips seemed homemade and perfectly crunchy. I’ll most definitely be coming back to this hole in the wall.

Had a play date in the area at Lego land and decided to have lunch here. We were NOT disappointed with our choice. Service was a bit slow in the beginning. We opted to sit outside as it was a beautiful day out. Staff were nice and friendly. Food was AMAZING ! Even something as simple as the pizza was a hit with both the kids and the adults. Their menu is extensive but not overwhelming and I love the way they break it down by various categories (forgot to take a pic). They even have a section specifically for those who want meals under 700 calories. I thought that was pretty dope. The pink dragonfruit margarita was so refreshing that we ordered another round to go. Yes, you can order a Togo drink. The ambience is quite relaxing mixed with the right amount of busyness. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant.

Visited Aug 30, 2025. Order chicken Nachos and Korean chicken bbq and a few beers. We had also had a few friends who joined us as well and agreed with me. They had tacos and few drinks as well. The service was good but what was disturbing our waiter at the bar took our ordered but did not come over, except maybe twice. We had a number of waitresses come over to ask if we needed anything and were very kind and professional. Our first waiter was a male and not very attentive. We all sat at the bar. The atmosphere was a little dark but ok. We all left a good tip though the amount we left was not deserved. I have been here a few times and always enjoyed their food and services.

Went there to watch the Bills vs Ravens game and the restaurant didn’t disappoint and neither did the Bills. Our server Charlie aka Chuck was very attentive and made sure my friend and I were good. Great personality with excellent service. The food was delicious and the Cheese Curds are the best thing I ever had.

This location is located in Ridgehill. After a little shopping or after a movie is a good place to go eat. The place is big. It has a good selection and food and drinks, especially their beer selection. Also options for children. Staff was also very pleasant.

I recently visited the Yard House at Ridge Hill and had a great experience. We sat at the bar, where the service was attentive and friendly. Although we only ordered appetizers, they were delicious and came out promptly. It was a relaxed and enjoyable visit perfect for a casual outing. I’d definitely return for a full meal next time!

We ate here earlier this afternoon. The place was extremely. Being that this was our 1st time visiting, we waited at the door for a couple minutes for a hostess to be seated. We were unsure if it was seat yourself or not. However, you must go in a few feet more right past the bar area & you'll see the hostess stand. The staff we encountered were friendly. Management even walked around greeting and checking on patrons. The atmosphere is very loud & noisy but nice. If you're looking for quiet and subtle then maybe this is not the place for you. We ate light but the food we ordered everyome stated they enjoyed their dish. Spicy buffalo wings were quite tasty. I hate bleu cheese. However, their bleu cheese doesn't taste like traditional bleu cheese & was very good. My mom ordered the house salad with vinegarette dressing and stated it was pretty good. I ordered the french toast, potatoes and bacon from the late night menu a side of Irish sausage and scrambled eggs. The reason for the 4 stars on service is because it took a long time for a couple of the beverages. Initially and refill. Specially the unsweetened tea. It came from the bar area so I'm unsure if this was the reason for the delay. We were finished eating by the time the refill came. According to the menu they're open to 3a.m. (unsure if this is every night). Would definitely visit the establishment again if we're ever in the area.

We reserved a table for five (2 children and 3 adults) this past Easter Sunday. Mary, who took my reservation, was also our maître d'. She was polite on the phone and in person. Our server was also polite. There was another gentleman on staff who checked on us while we were dining. The food was great (as has been the case on our previous visits). A nice selection of music was playing during our visit. Rory Dolan’s maintains the ambiance of an Irish establishment. We loved our experience.

It was nice, the atmosphere was great and the food was good as well. We started with appetizers. My boyfriend ordered the calamari and I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. Both were really good. The calamari was really good seasoned and the spinach and artichoke was nice and cheesy. Then I ordered the grilled fish with lemon butter sauce asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was delicious, the sauce complimented the dish so well that everything was great. He had fish and chips, it was good he said just a bit greasy for his liking but he said it was still good. Now the dessert. The dessert was top notch to be honest. My apple crumb cake was so good soft and it just melted in your mouth it was one of the best crumb cakes I ever tasted. My boyfriend apple pie he said it was amazing. He loved it and definitely a winner. So overall great and the owner spoke to us and we was really nice and welcoming thank you.

Service & food good. Michael our waiter was attentive. Only down side they had frozen drinks on the drink menu but refused to make piña coladas we ordered. The vibe in the restaurant was live, it was a full house.

I visited on 9/27 for lunch. I wasn’t impressed with the food or the service at Rory Dolan’s. When I walked in, the host didn’t greet me just stared so I had to ask, “Do I sit myself, or do you seat me?” The food also wasn’t my cup of tea; definitely not what I’d consider high-end. That said, the layout and interior were really nice the space itself has a great atmosphere, even if the overall experience fell short.

Love this restaurant/bar. Great food. Wonderful atmosphere, especially now with the christmas decorations. The service is great. It's definitely a place to sit and have a cold drink if you're in the area or even take a ride up from wherever you are. You won't be disappointed.

Stopped by this diner in Yonkers and had a great experience. Got seated right away, which is always a plus. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The fresh strawberry lemonade juice was absolutely delicious and refreshing. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs, and it did not disappoint. Was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Overall, a solid breakfast spot with great service and tasty food.

Was in town working and saw this place had good reviews and figured I’d try it. It is a very cozy diner with a small parking lot. The staff were very friendly and I was able to get a seat right away and ordered my usual Ruben. They serve it open face, overall a pretty solid sandwich for the for the price. The fries were cooked correctly and nice and crispy the way I like them of course it came with a pickle and coleslaw. After adding some pepper. The coleslaw was good overall I would return here and try something else based on my experience as the server was very attentive.

Out of the diners that I have been to in Yonkers, 7 Brothers is my top 1. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The food come in huge serving and perfectly seasoned, not salty and not bland either. The place gets packed during busy hours.

Nice old-style diner with good food! Portions are huge. Chicken Flamingo is a lightly breaded chicken saute with lemon butter sauce and mozzarella and choc-a-bloc with broccoli and other veggies. Comes with a superb lemon chicken soup. Penne Vodka is an excellent pasta dish. Flavor in every bite!

We visited Mont Olympos Diner in Yonkers on a Monday afternoon and were seated right away which was great! The menu did have plenty of options to choose from, though the prices are definitely a bit higher than your typical town diner. We ordered the bacon grilled cheese, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, Parmigiana sandwich, eggplant Parmigiana sandwich, and a burger — all came with fries. They also brought out a plate of coleslaw and pickles for the table, which was a nice touch. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but our food did take a while to come out. The diner wasn’t busy so we expected a bit of a quicker service, but overall the food was tasty and the experience was pleasant.

So my wife daughter and myself went for breakfast first off I ordered rye toast spinach in place of home fries as I always do ,the waiter came with white toast . When I went to eat the spinach there was a metal tie about 1/4 long hidden in it . When I bit down I almost broke a tooth and swallow the wire . ( A POTENTIAL TRIP TO THE HOSPITAL) I showed this to the waiter he called the manager over his response was we were sorry about this and only could say we can replace everything. As I only had eaten a little of the spinach and nothing else I told him to take everything back ! Also told him I would rather eat and Burger King After this . I was still charged for two people NO REAL APOLOGIES .I WOULD PUT THIS ON TOP OF OTHER BUSINESSES THAT I REVIEWED THAT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS ! With and altitude like this they are on there way to a law suit if this should happen again.

I really like the menu, and the food was genuinely really good. I went with friends, who equally enjoyed their meals. Our server was very attentive, answered questions about the menu, and their pleasant personality truly enhanced our experience. I'm happy we chose to meet up and dine at Mont Olympos. One of the best diners in Westchester county. Fast service. The staff is friendly and they get your order correct because they write everything down. Food is always fresh and always a large amount portion wise. It's like 25% cheaper and yet 30% more food than the average restaurant nearby! I do wish they were open 24 hours again, but maybe in the future that will happen. Thank you.

I ordered chicken and waffles. Waffles were tasty but the chicken was terrible. It was burnt, dry and salty. Service was slow. Had to wait a while for the waiter. The food also took long to be served.

Small cute place from back in the day. Coming back to eat here for well over 30 years. Steady 🍽 Diner meals. Always a parking spot. Never crowded which is a good thing. Always felt comfortable eating here.

I train horses right across the street from this place and have been coming here for years. Unfortunately I won’t be returning ever again. Owners turned the reins over to help that are terrible and they don’t care about the customers. I waited ten minutes for a glass of water. Never got a refill, ordered eggs and bacon and home fries with toast. Waited another ten minutes for the order only to find eggs were raw. Not cooked as ordered, bacon (3 small slices) raw and chewy and inedible cold toast and for another 20 minutes I was waiting for a refill of water which I never got. Terrible! I’ll never return and I hope other’s heed this warning.

The food was in large portions and tasted good. Despite being busy, it felt good to be greeted kindly. While waiting in line had a small talk with the elder lady, and she complimented me a lot about this restaurant. I took the leftovers for dinner.

I placed an uber eats order which the store accepted. Waited over an hour with no updates, no calls, no information, before calling the restaurant to to see what the status was. When on the phone with the store the male was very disrespectful, would not help us, would not cancel the order, or allow us to speak to the manager. He stated that they had just decided we were too far away (13min drive, 4 miles total). Apparently they have an unstated/unspecified rule that they will only deliver within a 2 mile radius but have their uber settings open for more. And when you’re outside that range they don’t decline the order, cancel it, make it and offer pick up instead, they just take your money and tell you to dispute with uber. Who also won’t give full refunds because the store accepted the order already. Do not order from them… don’t support a business that is fraudulently accepting orders they never intend to complete.

My favorite diner on Yonkers Avenue. Prices are in the mid-range for diners, staff is very friendly, they keep bringing coffee as soon as you are half way through, and servings are large. There’s a tiny bit of wait, we waited for 15ish minutes for our food to come but it was worth it. The only complaint is that they don’t have substitute milk for coffee, so if you can’t drink regular milk, get ready to drink your coffee black. Not many vegan options, but almost anything can be made vegetarian. Overall, great place!

Great breakfast with s good selection - I had one of the huge rasty omelettes, which came with a generous portion of home fries and buttered toast. The coffee is pretty good and the waiters are attentive about coming around with refills. Service is friendly and helpful. IT IS CASH ONLY so be sure to bring enough. There is parking next to the diner that was adequate when I arrived.

Nice place with nice atmosphere. The service was a little lacking in some places and the prices can be more than what you expect. It's a good diner but there may be better ones in and around Yonkers.

Had brunch yesterday. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated quickly. I had mushroom omelette with home fries and toasts. I also got a side of sausage. Everything was decent except for the home fries. It lacks flavor and it was too starchy. Our server was very nice and attentive. I will probably come back again to give if another try.

Our server was excellent, I am bummed I forgot her name. The food was not the best, a bit bland. Not sure if it was just that day. The pancakes were kind off spongy. The salad and the breakfast were just okay.

For a nine year old diner this has a nice old diner feel to it. I was promptly greeted and taken to a booth. The menu was extensive; I was there for lunch, however breakfast is served all day. I selected the GSD Cuban sandwich special. It was served on a very soft bun with pastrami, ham, pickles and mustard along with fries, coleslaw and another pickle. It was delicious and I look forward to my next visit. They do have two different prices for cash or credit. Plenty of parking too.

I’m trying all the diners in Yonkers and this place is everything that you would expect from a diner. It’s consistent. It has a nice menu. The service was fine, but it was boring to me. I’d much prefer to go to a place that has more of a stake in the ground with flavors rather than offering anything you would expect from a diner. The key to a good restaurant is to deliver the unexpected both in atmosphere environment and service.

I ordered delivery of a cheese steak sandwich and well done fries. The sandwich was good but I’m sure the fries were busted passed over an unused fret. They were soggy and appeared to be closer to raw then cooked. I don’t know if they were busy or felt that since this was a delivery it didn’t matter.

I've have eaten in store and ordered online for several years now and today is the first time I've had an issue with the food. The omelet and home fries were fine, however, the toast was awful. It was beyond burnt and hard as a rock. I'm amazed I didn't break a tooth biting into it.

The portions of food are huge. I had leftovers for 2 days. The chicken was very good. They also make good drinks. It was such an enjoyable experience. I would definitely come back.

Had a real Irish brew. two actually. enjoy myself trivia night was tonight and the locals where here. athe host heckled me and I loved it. someone called me Brad Pitt but not a lady. either way epic place. 5/5. The corn beef and cabbage was way different than my west coast self had tried. the white gravy was not overly salty. but when eaten with the corned beef it paired perfectly. Holy moly I haven't even have the Shepard pie yet 😉 Sheoards pie was fire!!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed my breakfast here. The food was really GOOD, and the service was on point. This will be my new breakfast spot when I visit NY.

Eileens kitchen is a welcome relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle of the area. The bathrooms are clean and it is a spacious location. They have all sorts of items on the menu too. The corned beef on rye was dry but the chipotle chicken sandwich looked delicious. I also got a side of onion rings and they werent bad albeit a little oily. The irish soda bread that comes out to start was good and an authentic addition to the menu. 3 stars is a fair score.

We had our wedding reception after our church ceremony at The Heritage in Eileen’s. The room was set up beautifully, Eileen handled everything, I didn’t have a worry in the world. The food was FANTASTIC, everyone enjoyed it. The ambiance was incredible, the bartenders and servers were friendly and helpful and so efficient!! We would have another party here in a second and would recommend the heritage to anyone who will listen!!

Went to this place with my family I got a pint of gunnies and my wife got a half of gunnies I have bin to a lot of places in USA and all over the world and this has got to be the worst gunnies I have ever had I did tell the lady behind the bar oldish lady with blond hair and she smerked at me didn’t even have the decency to ask if I wanted something els I told her I was happy to pay I just wanted to let her no so she did not give it to no 1 els the food also was not the best I’d give it a 4 the waiter was very nice she tried to help but I had to pay and leave and go somewhere els do not recommend this place and definitely don’t recommend the gunnies it’s slops

Compared with other diners around NY, this is definitely a small location with few indoor booths and tables. That definitely sets the stage and atmosphere for a friendly service and a hearty meal. The menu has the basic diner options, everything else followed suit. City prices. Free parking.

Been going to this family owned business for over 15 years. The food is excellent fast service. They have a variety of different menus for breakfast lunch and dinner. My favorite diner in all NY wouldn't change it. My favorite breakfast place to go and their pancakes especially the pumpkin pancakes melt in your mouth. The staff are great super friendly Chris is wonderful knows our menu by heart never fails each time and is so welcoming. Jenniice is also super friendly and welcoming. Love Central Plaza Diner. Highly recommend them.

We ate dinner here in early September 2024. It was the best meal we had in a month-long road trip around New York State. The place does not look like much on the outside, but it was so nice to walk into an air-conditioned, cheerful environment on a hot day. The server was very friendly. We both ordered the veal scallopini with asparagus, portobello mushrooms, red bell peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes in marsala sauce. It was excellent and very reasonably priced.

I had such a wonderful lunch with my mom and a very delicious dessert the staff were so kind and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough 👍🏻❤️

Ive eaten here often. Great soups, diverse range of daily specials. Always something that will scratch that itch. The breakfast special is great as well, great sausage. Service is always friendly and the owners/bosses are always on site and happy to welcome you back. Great place.

Small local diner with delicious food and fast, friendly service! Went mid afternoon on a Sunday and lucky to found an empty booth. Burger was juicy, onion rings were nice and crispy! Grilled chicken had great flavor too. Will be happy to try the breakfast next time.

I just arrived back from Africa and the first place I wanted to eat at was IHOP. I requested my favorite waitress and immediately went to the restroom while my husband was seated. I realized 5 minutes after sitting that Karen was not my waitress because no one had taken our order. I was offered to move but I had just cleaned the table, syrup and ketchup bottle. The waitress tapped 3 times to tell us that she will be with us soon so we waited at least 15 minutes. My food came out first and my husband waited at 5-10 for his strawberry banana pancakes. I ordered a spinach mushroom omelette with sausage, and 3 pancakes. The pancake tasted like frozen store bought cakes and the tops fell apart while cutting. The omelette was dried but ok. I asked the waitress for an add on sausage for $1.29. She gave two links which cost $299. This is why I requested Karen. She is one of the best waitresses at this location that's been working there for years. I will not be returning to IHOP since the quality of food is not the same. I wished IHOP a speedy successful turnaround for the sake of the dedicated employees.

I was excited to see this location. Until this happened. One of our coffees had a stain. 😱😷. Omg !! Plus, the waiter whose name I won't say. Had an attitude 😒 yes, it was crowded. I was so patient to wait for our table to be served. Then, after 30 minutes off, I'm waiting. She gets our orders late. I just ask, be patient, take a big breath 😌 and if you need help ,ask your coworkers. We all get bad times, don't take on your tables. Too bad it wasn't an experience I wanted for my kids.

Although the breakfast sampler was pretty good, the service could use a little improvement. For $11 for breakfast, it's worth it. I do recommend IHOP for breakfast.

Absolutely loved the service. Busy Sunday morning. Didn't wait long to be seated. Had one of the best servers. We also shared the same name. Ask for Courtney. They sang happy birthday received a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream. The food didn't take long to come out or the beverages. Table of 4 and all the food came out together. They didn't rush you leave because of the high volume. The only thing I really noticed this time was that the portion size of the side of avocado 🥑 got smaller the pieces were so small. Noticed the menu changed. The omelet options shrunk a Lil. Other variety of food options are available. Out of my other experiences, because I'm always being taken here for a breafast quick meal, this was one of my best. Unfortunately, one time last year, i still remember cutting my mouth on an egg shells in my eggs had to spit out my food because my mouth was bleeding and showed the manager was upset so didn't even finish with my food after the 2nd bite it happened. Overall way better experience. No mishaps.

My friends and I came here late at night to get some food. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but the waitress made us feel like she was bothered and rushing like if there were other people to tend to. I tried to make little light hearted jokes but she just had a straight face on and walked away. The food was made very well so that's not the issue. It's the service. She overcharged us for all of our meals and when I said something about it she first said it was the tax but it wasn't. I showed her the price in the menus and she said they might be their old menus. That's not a problem the customer should be paying for. It's not fair. So I respectfully told her I'd like for her to fix it and she said there's nothing she could do. I tried to talk her her about it more and she just kept walking away as I was speaking. Very rude. After we paid she didn't say goodnight or anything just locked the doors after we stepped out. So if you go here, be prepared to spend more money than what the menu says.

The waitress Ms. Jones made me feel right at home. She's the best. The food was great. My coffee was hot. I had breakfast my brother had a double cheeseburger. He said it was delicious. there's free parking and if parking is full you can park across the street in the mall parking. They also have wheelchair accessibility. The price is affordable and they have a senior 55+ menu option. I recommend this place

I went there with my husband before we went shopping at Bj's. We got seated quickly. Our server was really nice. The food was good. My waffle was really good with scrambled eggs and bacon. and hubby had the country fried stake, which he really liked. We also had vanilla iced coffee

This place was great. Came here with my wife, sister and her husband for some drinks and food and had a great time. The staff was friendly and the service was great. We got fish and chips. Wings. Mozzarella sticks. Curry chicken with fries and everything was delicious. This is a fun spot to chill and have drinks. The had a festival going on outside that we enjoyed. Would love to come back and try more dishes.

Be ready to eat if you come here, because the portions are pretty big. They have $4 mimosas during brunch hours, and their brunch menu has decent variety. I was able to make a reservation for a group of 20, for which they didn't require a deposit. We were very comfortable in the upstairs room. Prices are fair, and staff was very accommodating. Edit: Returned to Francey Brady's and liked it even more than the first time. They have some of the best popcorn shrimp I've ever tasted. Their BBQ pork quesadilla is delicious. The texture on the fish part of the fish and chips is perfect.

Absolutely love this place. All bartenders are amazing. Food is delicious (calamari my favorite). Vibes are cool, like CHEERS! Karaoke on Wednesdays , Dj on Thursday . There are bingo nights. Just an overall place to chill in Downtown Yonkers for all ages without the DRAMA! Love this place

A local place on the corner of main street that lacks night life, ok granted it was a Wednesday night. The centerpiece of this restaurant in my opinion is the beautiful horse shoe shaped bar in the middle of the restaurant. I typically enjoy a nice clean and clear bar so you can fall into the feeling of the restaurant and see what is happening all around. This bar had bottles of wines lining the bar, in my opinion I would remove the bottles and allow for a more open feel. Personally I felt that the bottles created a barrier between me and the bar tender. The outside tables are tables typically for 2 or 4 people with banquet seating and then chairs. Oh, my God How's this boy treating you? Very good wonderful started The service was attentive but not over bearing which created a relaxed feeling.. I was looking for a wine and cheese bar for a night our for myself. I wanted a place that I have not been to before and yelp directed me here Wines on Aug range from 15 and up for a glass which is not outrageous in price. They had a nice selection of wines and I stepped out of ny own comfort zone of a cab and tried the house Pinot Noir accompanied by the B6 board. Overall I was satisfied with the meat and cheese selection and baguette that was served with it had a nice oil on it. Presentation was well done with one exception in my mind, the breads ticks came in a package. Presentation factor went down with that. Take one of the small wife carafe used to serve the wine and present it in that. Overall I felt something was missing but could not put my finger on it. Overall this place has a great date night vibe.

A little unique and atypical. That's what I loved about this place. This cozy wine bar in Hastings not only has a wide selection of wines and cocktails, but also has an interesting and extensive menu. I had a glass of chardonnay which had a hint of orange flavor. Then, for starters, I had the Tuscan Tomato Soup which was tasty and plentiful. For my main course, I had the Braised Beef Shoulder which was also delicious. Lastly, for dessert, I had the Chocolate Gelato on Brioche. Interesting preparation, but delicious nonetheless. Really enjoyable meal in a fun and energetic environment.

I made reservations for a birthday dinner here for a party of 5, only to have them tell me that they had a reservation mishap and we would have to wait 45 minutes! We were asked to sit outside and it just rained. The hostess was rude and didn’t even apologize for this “mishap”. She ignored us after. We were told that they would call when our table was ready. However, I was not surprised that I never received that call. I wish I can tell you that the food was great but we never got the chance to try. For a highly rated restaurant, they deserve a 0 star for service and atmosphere.

Great spot for brunch. The bottomless mimosas were a nice touch. The bread is excellent as were the arancini, definitely go for the sauce with it. Sandwiches were tasty and had to take some home. Certainly will be back.

Went there for Saturday brunch. Its one of the few places that offers brunch in a day other than Sunday. The seating is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the service is great. The menu has great choices for food and drink. They have a bottomless mimosas and a bellini bar. We loved everything they served us. Will recommend to everyone and will definitely return.

Excellent foods!!! One of Hudson River gems. We had four appetizers, one main course and 3 drinks. And the bill came out to be about 100 bucks. Quality food, unique and delicate. Perfect portion.

Loooove this place, one of my 2 Rivertowns favorites (with MP Taverna, which is pricier & slightly less cool). The vibe here couldn’t be better. Sun streaming in through giant windows on the best stretch of Hastings. The food is great — came back within 10 days for the roasted cauliflower pizzicata, as healthy & delicious (and filling) as could be. And they have afrogato! This European is thrilled to find an Italian classic underappreciated in America. Try it for sure (a hot espresso poured over ice cream). My friend has the amaro sfumato rubarbaro — how could a drink with such a rollicking name not be delicious — and we both exclaimed. Will be back here monthly at least.

It was a great visit. For a family of four, we got plenty of food and even alcoholic beverages for the adults — all for under $100 before tip. The service was fast, and the food was delicious. The apple pie was amazing, though maybe a little too sweet.

I come here often and I love the way the staff make me feel, the restaurant is always clean and organized says a lot about the management. The lunch specials are my favorite, very affordable for the times we are living in now, They show they care.

I haven't had Applebees in a long time, so I thought I'd give it a try. When walking in, there was no one for at least 7 minutes in the front. When she finally came, we were seated promptly. Our waitress was ok, our food was cold and we were seated in the back by the kitchen. I was brought fresh food, but I had to wait for at least 10 minutes. The kitchen is slow. When I finally received the food, it was scorching hot as if they were trying to be spiteful since I said it was cold. I couldn't even eat it right then. Smh. Gross, not going back to any Applebees.

Want to feel like you’re not welcome? Come in to this AppleBees! I haven’t had it in a long time and saw the perfect opportunity to pop in for a quick lunch as I was passing by. Burger was decent (lunch special that wasn’t advertised until I asked). Food came rather quick, which was great because I was starving. Regular burger nothing special, came with a drink. The soda was done half way through the burger. I tried flagging down the waitress for a refill…but no where to be found. I waited and waited, ended up eating finishing my burger. Still waited to at least be asked if everything was ok…nope nada. Finally I saw her, asked if I could get a refill. Waited 15 mins…still nothing…so I decided to write this review. Not happy won’t be back again if I make it out of here if I don’t die of thirst. Thanks.

Every time I visit I am greeted with familiar smiling faces ready to take my order and know just what I am getting because of how often I visit. This makes me feel welcomed and appreciated for my business. Jocelyn at the 2 Executive Blvd location in Yonkers is an awesome hostess and she has a wonderful team that is managed by a very efficient and customer service oriented Manager

This is a good Applebee's restaurant, plenty of space, and solid service, and the food quality was good. I had a chicken and shrimp dish, it was rich with flavor, with some grilled onions and mushrooms. Very good dish, I recommend it. On a final note, the atmosphere is great, it's very relaxed which I liked. If you are looking for a good spot or Applebees to get a bite to eat in the Yonkers area, I recommend this one. Would definitely dine again.

3 bad experiences in the span of a couple of days: 1. Decided to Uber eats some IHOP on a Sunday, I had 3 drivers go to pick up my order and all three of them waited between 20-40 minutes to grab my order. They all eventually gave up waiting for my order and I eventually gave up as well and finally canceled the order I made after waiting about 3 hours. Their food is worth the wait but 3 hours is overkill 2. I went in person the next day because I was still craving biscuits. There were only 2 servers and although we were seated quickly it took our server too long to give us the check or even ask anything more of them. As I was talking I noticed everyone was making the same comment that the service was too slow and between 2 servers and multiple tables to attend to not much could be done. 3. I craved a strawberries and cream biscuit and decided to order and pick it up. It took 10 minutes for anyone to help me, I couldn't spot any employees at all and when I finally got me food I didn't check it on the spot because I was busy and had other errands to run. Once I opened my food they didn't even get the order right. The only thing I ordered was biscuits with cream, Whipped cream and starberries. There is no Whipped cream on it and I'm honestly so disappointed. The food here is decent but there isn't enough servers to help with the demand. The servers do their best but there's only so much 2 people can do when helping customers

They’re selling regular pancakes and marketing them as “cheesecake” pancakes. 3 brown dots don’t make them cheesecake. Wait time is also ridiculous. They have 2 girls working running around all crazy.

Food was typical iHOP food. The place was full of decorations and random signs. Finding an iHOP that serve’s alcohol is very weird. Hosts were not talking to each other and talking to the same guests standing there multiple times. The staff definitely bring their IHOP down. The food came out fast but I barely saw the waitress even though the place was pretty empty. They were blasting jazz music the entire time even thought it was empty and the TV was showing the same awkward videos featuring homemade videos about this specific IHOP.

We came here with the family as a party of 10 on New Year's Day and we were seated pretty quickly. The waitress who served us very polite and very accommodating with our requests, even though she was also very busy with other tables. Occasionally we had to ask twice for certain things, but that was understandable. There was lots of options to choose from in the menu and all the portion sizes were huge. It was a very satisfying meal.

This review is for customer service and atmosphere. We went the this IHOP on Sunday at 8:20. We were taken to a table next to the kitchen and requested another booth. The host, who was very unpleasant and dismissive, told us we had to wait because the tables were dirty. He forgot to inform us that the workers were not present: no busboys and only one server. This is not the way to run a business. I worked as a hostess at an IHOP while in high school and college. We were at work at 7 and knew how to treat customers.

Well, what can I tell you. This is a location within Cross County Mall and you expect better from them, since this is in a mall that welcomes hundreds of people every day. If I have to grade location I will give a C . They have a good presentation were the sweet is but everything else looks dirty. The windows which are the things you see. The tables, seats, bathroom, ….The food is not cheap but you getting a low quality service. The food tastes good. In a very busy morning they only had two employees and the manager.

The service here is horrible!!! I do wanna say thank you kindly to the gentleman that had proper manners and acknowledge I was there but the rude lady there today at around 11:50 AM the date is Friday, February 21st smh shame on you!!! There was me and two other customers behind me as soon as the person in front of me left, she started doing other things acting like I didn’t exist obviously, she’s a young broad with no manners no respect no acknowledgment of other customers. Super rude and disrespectful she needs training, obviously under age. Only reason I came out here It was pick up order for a friend , but yeah, I will not come back here. Need to fire that toddler girl expeditiously! ;)

My daughter and I bought the pulled barbeque chicken sandwich with a tomato soup and the sandwich bread was smeared with barbeque sauce. The chicken which is supposed to be shredded was chopped in cubes, part cold and part room temperature. The tomato soup was watered down looking pale red. I have bought the tomato soup from panera at a different location and it does not look watered down, and the pulled barbeque chicken I've had was hot with shredded chicken and the barbeque sauce is not smeared on the bread. The employees at this location don't practice food safety from maintaining the correct temperature to assuring cleanliness. We could not continue eating what we ordered, we had to throw it out. Train your youth employees about food safety regulations and cleanliness. 🤢

A complete disaster, the service was terrible. I asked for bread without cheese. They gave it to me with cheese. It took me more than 30 minutes to wait. I'm leaving a photo of it. I was patient to wait but 30 minutes for a breakfast has never happened to me and I am short cost in another location but this location is destroying the costs of terrible attention Girls, I reluctantly asked for my money back because I had a bad time and it was the first time I invited my husband there since I am a client from Miami. The girl with her loose hair is also a disaster, I really do not recommend them in that place I ordered my bread without cheese after waiting 30 minutes it came out with cheese

So I used the rapid pick option through the Panera app, and worked fairly well. The order was received and didn't have to wait on a line. When I arrived at the location, I did have to wait for my order to still be complete which was a big deal. The staff acknowledged me and checked and let me know it was waiting on an item. There is a large outdoor parking lot for the entire mall. Cash and credit are both accepted. The app only allows credit or e-wallet purchases, no option to pay in-store. The prices did feel high in relation to the quality of flavor and quantity of the item. The dining area was clean and open for anyone to sit and enjoy their meal or work on anything they were working on. There is a public bathroom. The pastry and teas are very good. 11/2022

Very disappointed with today’s visit place was empty compared to other times. Was so happy they had my kitchen sink cookies 🍪. Bought the last two then ordered the New steak sandwich. Still upset they changed the original one but the manager gave good reviews on the new product so I figured let me try. I waited 15 before I realized everyone is coming in and out with their food. When i proceeded to the counter I was told they’re looking to see if we have steak. I was a little baffled on why this wasn’t established before I made my order and with a 15 min wait time which was really unacceptable to me. My hungry craving shattered i was given a refund by management with there sincerest apologies. ( Future reference whoever doing the ordering needs to add more steak to the order. Running out of steak on a Wednesday during lunch break not good.

I ordered a chicken salad online. The salad was delicious. However, the bowl was not full. The salad is $15. The company provides a certain size bowl. The bowl should not have any space in it. It should be completely filled with food. Otherwise, the company should provide a smaller bowl. Let me know what your intentions are.

There was literally DIRT AND HAIR in my meal. Initially thought it was just hair until it was pulled out. Absolutely disgusting.

Can't get orders right. Below average service. It's just basic demand that keeps this place propped up. Ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddle in the drive through. Good a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle instead!!! ... and I don't like sausage.

They move pretty quick, their location is a little bit hard to get to though. I know they cant help it but it causes a lot of traffic when someone wants to turn into their lot or if they have a lot of cars to service

While you can walk in, you first have to park which is very limited. Most seem to choose the drive-through but that usually spills over onto the main road (Tuckahoe Road) and it’s somewhat dangerous when that happens getting out of the drive-through in the parking lot is just as troublesome because Tuckahoe Road is a very busy thoroughfare

Never have ice lattes in the morning. Even after being open for hour . I mean very morning its pretty much the same.

Since this place has been remodeled It’s like they hired most dumbest people. I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a shareable meal, but when I checked the bag, there was no sauce included. I asked the girl at the window for sweet and sour sauce, but she handed us BBQ instead. When we told her we had asked for sweet and sour, she turned to her manager saying something in spanish . He came to the window, asked for the BBQ back, and as my husband was handing them back, two sauces fell. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the manager told us we weren’t getting any sauce at all and then shut and locked the drive-thru window right in front of us. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Something as small as a dipping sauce should not have turned into such a rude and negative experience.

I used to be a regular at this place, stopping by in the mornings for breakfast and again after work for the afternoon drive. But today, around 3:30 PM, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had here—and it was enough to make me walk away for good. I’ve always ordered the same thing: a burger with a condiment on the side to help balance out how overly salty the burger tends to be. Never once had an issue—until today. The lady at the drive-thru flat-out refused to give me the condiment, claiming it’s only for nuggets. I showed her my order and even the receipt, which included it. Still, she refused. So I asked to speak with a supervisor, expecting at least a bit of common sense or decency. Instead, she doubled down and also refused to provide the condiment I’ve gotten countless times before. The level of pettiness over something so small is unbelievable. This place used to be decent, but it’s clear the management has shifted to being money-hungry and greedy. They’ve already jacked up the prices to near mid-tier restaurant levels—but apparently even a single condiment is now too much to offer a regular customer without a fight. Well, congratulations. You’ve officially lost a loyal customer over something completely avoidable. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be encouraging others to take their business elsewhere. If this is how you treat your regulars, you deserve to watch your customer base disappear.

Better than a few McDonald's I've been too, even though when my brother and I pulled up there was a swarm of police outside. But other than that, our order was correct, and the servers weren't mean but they were probably stressed out from the police situation

Very disappointed in the layout and configuration since the renovation! The original restaurant was much nicer! The staff is very nice kind courteous and helpful in spite of the bad renovation changes! Whoever was working tonight should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly do not care about customers. I tried to place a mobile order, but the only option available in the app was “Drive-Thru.” I figured that was fine, so I placed the order. When I got to the restaurant, I went inside and explained that the only option was drive-thru. They told me I’d still have to wait in the long drive-thru line. Annoying, but fine — I waited. At the first window, I gave them my code and got my receipt. Then, when I pulled up to the second window, they told me they had nothing for my order and that I would have to cancel it. Are you kidding me? When I went to cancel the order in the app, it told me I had to contact the restaurant directly. So not only did they waste my time, but they knew they were responsible and still didn’t fix it. Completely ridiculous.

Overall, I like coming here, but the night manager…she isn’t the kindest or most customer service friendly person you’ll come across during your experience here. She’s from the school of no verbal response and zero eye contact. In fact, I think Carolina comes across as carrying a lot of anger. Everyone else is cool & the food is very good.

08/29/2025 - Terrible experience—don’t waste your time here. There was only one cashier handling both orders and food distribution. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. The older staff were extremely rude to customers, even snapping at people who said they’d been waiting over 20 minutes. This mcdonald should be overhauled by corporate!!!

bagel wasn’t good! was dry, not chewy, not fun to eat. just felt not fresh. which sucks bc everything else was absolutely perfect, the service is wonderful, the bathroom is clean & fancy, great atmosphere. bummer. last time it was good though! hope they’ll get better bc cool place!

Ordered two bagels today. Both not toasted. It's Sunday, I understand that it's busy. I understand that there's always going to be a constant stream of new customers with easier orders that will come out before my order. But almost 30 minutes? I ordered at 11:14 and didn't get my two bagels until almost 11:40. Do better! Honestly, if I didn't ask about it I think they genuinely forgot the order.

It was a welcoming environment with great customer service, however I paid 7.90 for this. This is not what a matcha latte tastes like and certainly isn’t worth almost 8 dollars. There is not enough to fill the cup nor does the taste make up for it. I wouldn’t get the matcha latte here.

The owner is incredibly rude and hostile, please do not support this business. I complained about my turkey sandwich not being made after 30 minutes of quietly waiting at the counter. People that came after me ordering egg sandwich’s and other items left with their order before mine. When I asked for a refund, the owner came storming around the corner aggressively saying it was being made. He disappeared to the back, and at this point I was running late and asked for my refund again. He ignored me, so I left and asked my husband (waiting outside all this time with our newborn) to go ask for the refund. While I was waiting outside, the owners came and gave me my order as I was telling two people to not go in there unless they wanted to wait forever for their order. He heard this and immediately began raising his voice at me telling me that I shouldn’t tell customers that. He got even more aggressive with me, telling me that I was acting like I should’ve been prioritized over all other orders. The guy is a nut case. He went storming back inside to my husband in a shouting match, still refusing to give our refund. I gave them the sandwich back and we walked out of there cursing back and forth with the owner. To make a point, we have supported this business many times (even though they have messed up quite a few times) because we want to keep our local businesses going. But no way, not after this incident. To the owner, I hope you see this and I hope you get some therapy. You need it.

I got things in the attached photo and ask for a plastic cup with eyes in it! They asked me extra 1 usd for that! This is not good for the customer satisfaction! Please give me the tip back I gave it for!!!!

Staff are super nice! Bagel is decent. Coffee is okay but not great. Love this spot for working. They have free wifi and some outlets underneath the benches. The wifi password is on the receipt.

10/6/25-this evening stop by the Starbucks @cross county mall location to get a treat from a long exhausting work day and order the "Mocha Cookies&Cream Frap" and received a surprise written note on my venti cup from the professional barista and his colleague. I didnt notice it until finishing up the drink on the way home. "Dina-you doing amazing". Did not expect this or being noticed. The cashier attendant was nice and helpful as well. I do apologize for not able to catch the staffs name on the uniforms, however thank you for the service and kind thought. Doing customer service is not an easy job. Respect hat to the starbucks staffs this evening.

Horrible experience. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken, then when I ordered a standard menu item, an iced tea, the cashier didn't know how to make it. I then waited another 10 minutes for the item to be made. It was not made in this time and I had another appointment I needed to attend, so I left without my order. It appeared that the 4 people working there were pumping out orders for nobody, as the pickup counter was full of unclaimed food orders. At one point it took 10 minutes between peoples orders being taken.

Yesterday the employee at the register saw us walk in and completely ignored my husband and I, she walked away like she didn’t see anyone, could’ve said give me a minute but no. the other employee was having a full blown conversation with her AirPods on, no one acknowledged us or even had the decency to act like they care. I would never come back to this location. We were there around 11 am, we waited for 10 minutes. We decided to go to your location inside macys which is way better. You need new employees asap or close down that location.

I ordered a refresher drink with no ice on the mobile app which I was charged extra for and didn’t mind. When I went to pick up my drink they gave me half of a drink (which I paid extra for) because I ordered no ice. I have never had this happen to me at any Starbucks and when I asked to speak to the manager nobody responded. Instead she attempted to add more water to a refresher that already had water. Such a horrible experience.

Came here to grab a coffee, took the employee a few minutes after having an in depth conversation with his colleague to attend to me. Didn’t say hello, didn’t ask why I would like to order just looked at… absolutely wild felt like I interrupted his conversation with his coworker. Horrible service here you definitely need a manager around so that they can keep these employees with horrible service in check. Sucks cause it’s a perfect location being in a mall then you have the employees that are just a waste.

Staff engages their customers which is great. Food and service is great, however customers can be very, very loud, unruly and disruptive to the overall environment. Might help to place signs asking customers to calmly and quietly respect the café space and environment. Again, great staff and service!

This starbucks is the worst. Starting with the people that work here who always have an attitude ALL of them. They make the drinks in such a rush that it always never comes out right.

Absolutely shocking customer service from Thjima and it’s not the first time (the young lady that works there). I spoke to the manager about the situation and she apologized on her behalf and seemed bothered by the servers behavior.

This place is 24 hours but if you go in and order, the employees act like youre disturbing them. Then they charge full price and cheat you on your order. 4 pieces of bacon for $4.

This is my local Dunkin and I usually stop here on the weekends or days off when I need a quick breakfast, my coffee. Never had an issue. I ordered some things through the app like I normally do but sometimes my son wants a donut and they’re sold out of it or he changes his mind when we get there so even though I had ordered ahead, I still had to go in the line and order a couple of things. There was a lady in front of me. She was ordering and there for quite a while. She asked the cashier a question when she is done and cashier says no I don’t. Didn’t hear the question. Just the response. It was odd but wherever. Lady in front moves on to the side ans I go up and I order my donuts. I pay through the app like I normally do. She asked me if I wanted a receipt I say no she still print out the receipt and hands it over to the lady that was in front of me. I took a second because I had to process. I wasn’t sure if I saw what I thought I saw so when the dunkin employee went to the side to grab my donuts, I went up to her and I said listen. Why did you give that lady my receipt? I didn’t give anyone your receipt. I put it on the counter. I said no you asked me specifically if I wanted a receipt I said no you printed it out. You handed it to her, from your hand to her hand. She said oh it’s my first day and gave me a ridiculous excuse. I don’t know if it’s her first day or her last but then the lady in front of me realized that I was making a little bit of a scene so she was like oh, do you want your receipt back and I asked why did you take it. Oh I scan them and she couldn’t give me an answer when I asked why. Then the owner, I think he is the owner cause I seen him there many times came over to me. What’s your name are you waiting for an order is everything ok? like to kind of quiet things down since there were other people there. The lady behind me had already given me a look like yeah that’s suspicious. The man waiting for his food at the pick up section gave me another look like yeah you should have said something so if your information is ever compromised and it’s linked to a Dunkin’ purchase or if you made a purchase recently at this Dunkin ring all the alarms because if something shady is going on here then we should all know. There are lots of scams getting into our phone and accounts and you have to be vigilant. One your information gets compromised is can be ver difficult and sometimes costly to correct.

Unfortunately this has to be one of the worst Dunkins in the city. Counters are always dirty. The drinks always tastes watered down or like the milk is bad and it's a 50/50 chance they burn your food. The staff is nice though

They take 5 hours to make an order and the line gets too long out of nowhere. And when you ask if there is anybody else working cause it was only one person taking orders she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't respond. Very rude.

Larger than it seems from the outside, this location is a good one. Friendly, professional staff that really tries. Coffee is hot and fresh. Interior seems new, and is very clean with ample seating. Parking is in a long, cramped narrow line. ♿️

I’ve started going to this location because the customer service is exceptional. My order is always correct. The employees have very amazing customer service. I highly recommend this location!

I used to go to the DD in 2248 Central Park Ave, but moved because the donuts tasted horrible and the customer service was bad. This DD has decent donuts however, occasionally I do see flies swarming around and not in the summer, smh. I go here every Saturday and I always order the same thing, the cappuccino is sometimes not done right although I tell them exactly what I want in it. But that is not why I am writing a review, I am here to express the bad customer service by this one particular miserable older woman who works there. She does not greet, she says what do you want? grabs the donuts like she doesn't give a f***. This one miserable woman is the reason I will not give more stars, all the other employees are pleasant but this one, forget it. She always wears a hat so look out for her, she never smiles.

Excellent service and the donuts are always fresh no matter how late in the day we go.

Bug in my food. I did not want to write this review because I used to love ordering food from here. And the delivery driver has always been the nicest and quickest. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and when I opened it I noticed there was green scallions or green peppers mixed in with my scrambled eggs so I’m trying to pick them out then I look at my bacon to see this black thing pick it up and this is exactly what I get. It was so hard like it was fried with the bacon as if they’re leaving it out. I did call them they refunded me my money but I’m just so upset how a place could not see that there was a bug in the bacon as they’re preparing it. They asked me to send them pictures of the food with the bug so this is what I sent them pure disappointment never again.

Great 10/10 diner. Changed my life for the better. Ate until i couldnt. Plates cleared. Cured me. Highly recommended. God bless.

The one gentleman knows nothing about a gluten allergy. Made me feel terrible for asking.. he said in a nasty tone "we don't have anything gluten free I don't know what to tell you". Sad , such a beautiful hospital with the nicest people are being searved by someone like that. I asked why it wasn't gluten free he said there's mayo in it. I had a very bad experience here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Go in there and order anything to go. My Philly Chicken Sandwich came with 3 tiny cut in half pieces of shredded Chicken, o had more Onions 🌰 and Green Peppers 🌶 and cheese on the sandwich 🥪 that the meat 🍖 that costed me $9.00. I would not even gave that to a Homeless person😤. I would not have even gave them 1Star, but I had to put something in order for my review to be posted.

Very rude customer service ,no greeting. I order the gyro and shared with my friend, I ask for an extra fork and the said no fork and being very rude about that . After they gave me a fork so the lie was unnecessary and upsetting. I hope not to go there again.

I order here everyday and I order the same thing. There is this one woman who is EXTREMELY RUDE.. Did not add a PITA to my order and I clearly said no vinegar and she gave me vinegar and when I called to ask she was so RUDE. I do not understand why she works in a service industry and can be so rude.

Dinning in here is such a nice refreshing experience compared to OTHER LOUSY LOCATIONS IN THE YONKERS AREA! I'm lucky this is my local McDonald's being the one closest to my house because their quality is always good. I've been here more than I can count and more times than I should according to my nutritionist. Their service is always fast and friendly. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for my order and it's usually ready in five. The food is excellent and it's one of the few locations with a working ice cream machine. Make sure you try the Grimace shake while it's available.

if you order on the mobile app they will refuse your order, and then refuse to refund you. you have to go through your bank and dispute the charge. do not go to this mcdonald’s. there’s plenty of other mcdonald’s nearby. the service here is trash. it wasn’t always like this either.

The lady at the register doesn’t pay attention please get someone competent up there! I scanned a coupon she didn’t even register it which was the purpose of me even coming in here to get donuts for my kids! The drinks are a scam mostly ice and tons of whipped cream. I love the medium Iced Chai Latte w/ whipped cream and caramel drizzle.. This drink is so darn delicious y'all! You can enjoy it at night in the morning or lunchtime.. Plus, they never get this order wrong and they're very efficient with orders to make sure you get exactly what you're paying for.

This restaurant is rather small but clean and well maintained. Ordering from the kiosk was easy and user friendly. You are able to customize your order on the kiosk and when done payment is easily done through Apple pay or a credit or debit card. You don't have to stand at the counter until your number comes up - the food is brought to your table. The tray the food came on however, did not include napkins, straws or ketchup so you have to fetch these yourself. A common complaint these days and not really due to anything McDonalds does, is that the food is too costly. In fact, if you customize your order, you get nicked for added charges for things that used to be free. Items like extra pickles or lettuce costs you another 25 cents. One benefit of a special order, however, is that the food is made fresh - the burgers and fries I ordered were excellent. At least they don't charge you for seating.

I just wanted to enjoy my mango smoothie, not play “how fast can the straw dissolve in my drink.” By the time I’m halfway through, it’s like trying to suck fruit chunks through wet cardboard. Disgusting, frustrating, and completely ruins the smoothie. Either give us real straws or don’t bother selling thick drinks at all.

They forgot items from a very expensive Uber Eats order and I wasn't able to get a refund so I lost money. Thanks a lot to the McDonalds workers here who apparently can't be bothered to double check everything the customer ordered was included in the bag before handing off to the delivery driver.

This place is unoriginal especially when busy the black lady with twist didn't even ask whether o was staying or was it to go. Better than other businesses I have reviewed lately, but that's not saying much. The food was cold & stale, at least what they did have. The some of them were out of stock, or loaded with bacon. The atmosphere was dull & lifeless. The prices for the Iced Energy drinks were a bit high at $6. The artic cherry flavor tasted revolting! 😤 I had to pour half of a diet Pepsi, just to stomach it!! The worst part of this place, were the bathrooms. As there are only 2 of them, next to the maintenance closet. But 1 of them was recently re-designated for employees only!!! While the customers' bathroom is so disgusting! 🫣 It looks like it was rented out, by the local barber shop!! There was large strands of recently cut hair, dust, trash, & human waste all over the medium sized space!! It made me sick, just to be in there. I was feeling buyer's remorse, after being in this store. As for staff interactions, average at best. Better than other places nearby, for sure. One thing more, is that kids tend to mess around with the doors. Or cause a ruckus at the Register, but that's more a problem with the parents.

Restrooms were out of order. I really just needed to change my kid. I tried to ask the gentleman working there if there was a changing table. He was real slow to acknowledge me )there was only one other customer) and he didn't understand what I was asking me. Would have made a purchase but I just left. Gas station next door was a good option.

Charlie the male working this morning was extremely rude and made my drink wrong. Was so worried about charging me extra for an expresso shot I already paid for and just didn't put it in because he didn't read my order correctly in. Very nasty attitude.

I'm glad I found this spot. It's easy to get to and they offer a lot of food options. They have donuts, bagels, sandwiches, and more! I ordered a bagel and coffee, and it was $4.50! I'll definitely be back. A lot of their sandwiches looked/sounded pretty good. I can't wait to come back and try out more of their food options.

First time ordering here. This was all for $5. . The only issue I had was the food tasted stale. Either they cooked on a unclean grill or the food was days old. One or the other. The only fresh thing was the eggs. And they had that stale taste. If your taste buds aren't as sharp as mine, then you can try it.

I gave this restaurant another chance after ordering baked chickens for a christmas party last year. And everyone who took baked chicken home, told me that the next day they heated up their chicken , it had a bad smell and taste that we didnt taste the same day we bought it. Again 2 days ago i ordered a baked chicken combo and i heated up the left over chicken yesterday, and same bad smell and taste. My daughter came to me and told me she didnt want the chicken because of the same reason. I dont know if they are using old chicken or what is it . But im done ordering from there.

I went in to get a typical Spanish breakfast, mongou with onions and 3 to 4 stripe of chicken in the small container. I dont eat pork and cant have the cheese and didnt mind the extra charge BECAUSE its chicken strips , He said he cant give me what I asked for because that container is only for salads but I stood there and watched THE SAME SERVER packed two lighter skinned ladies with two separate orders the same small containers with the same thing I ordered ....smh... now you lost a future customer, a bad review and added to the dont patronized list .. stay bless🙏🏾

I came in to buy two whole chickens the guy only gave me two small garlics I asked for some more he refused to give it to me because there’s one garlic per chicken which doesn’t make any sense being how small the garlic is . It gave very much racism I would never buy from them again

This place shouldn’t be new to you this ain’t bad it ain’t good it’s fast food my son just ordered from here, it is what it is it’s good chicken at an affordable price. It’s not bad. The sleeper is there lemonade I truly think it’s one of the best for fast food and good overall

My eggs had a plastic wrap in them. I noticed when I was already at work eating them and they tasted funny. I tried calling the restaurant number and it took me to an operator. Was not seeking a refund bc it’s cheap but it’s the principal of buying food and having plastic in it so I wanted to let them know for other customers. Do better.

I don’t think it’s that hard to follow instructions. I had ordered a chick fil a meal and I had told them that I don’t want no lettuce in my sandwich. Guess what? They still put lettuce in my sandwich. The last time I had asked for pepper jack cheese and I received American cheese. I think it shouldn’t be that hard to get the customer’s order right.

My friend ordered through UberEats. She ordered the Grilled Chicken Club with a gluten free bun. But to her disappointment, when she opened the bag. There was no gluten free bun... in fact. NO BUN AT ALL! Only the chicken, lettuce, bacon and cheese in the box. She had to eat the "sandwich" with a FORK! That is completely unacceptable. When you order a Grilled Chicken Club, you expect... a Grilled Chicken Club. Not a messy "salad" in a box... When she requested a refund. They only refunded her FOR THE BUN!! Not even the "sandwich". Just unbelievable. Would be 1 star, but 2 stars because the fries absolutely slapped. I'm surprised the fried skin was left on the fries and it wasn't just mushy potatoes in a bag...

Food is always great and fresh! Employees are so nice and friendly and helpful. But this is the first Chick- fil-A that I saw that doesn’t have seats and no bathroom??? My point is on a cold day your food will be cold when you get home. Who wants cold fries? And a bathroom should be a courtesy.

I ordered chicken sandwich, strips,waffle potato fries, lemonade,nuggets tonight. But none of these taste like CFA. I could have got better sandwich and nuggets from other fast food restaurants. Don’t go at this store expecting the flavor of CFA. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. The only thing I liked is lemonade which was so fresh. Idk why but they didn’t send me straw for that. For nuggets you can see how small the nuggets are. Fries is even worst it says waffle shaped but it looks like broken pieces. It looks like they smashed the fries and send it to us. Wont be back!!🤮

I usually frequent this location due to me temporarily being in the Washington Heights area. Today the service was below average. The cashier gave me all of the condiments in my hand. Everyone who ordered their food after me received it before me and I was never greeted by the cashier or any of the workers. I probably won’t be back.

Poor customer service! They see you walk in but pretend they’re busy doing something in the back like com’on yha’ll need to take care of your customers first!! Edit: I’m talking about the employees in the morning, they’re a bunch of laziest, unfriendly and unwelcoming. They never smile nor welcome their customers and they’re always on their phones. Needs more workers , gets order wrong I ordered a $6 meal deal bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin no egg with cheese a medium iced coffee with 2 pumps of cookie dough 1 butter pecan with oatmilk the butter pecan was never added and my English muffin is hard as ever with no cheese

Ordered a cappuccino and it was a regular coffee given and the staff is not good at what they are doing they look as if they have no energy in them

i always come here around 6-7 am before school, bro the lady working there is so slow and she leaves you waiting at the register for like 30 minutes before she takes your order it's SO annoying

This restaurant used to be nice but today are over priced for food served NOT HOT with too small portions! I wanted to actually order a little more food when I dined in but only wanted a portion of the main entree without having to order a lunch plate with everything on it and asked the owner who then said by itself it would cost what was a high amount and told me to get a lunch special for a better deal which I obviously didn't want! I said since I just ordered and had food could he give me a deal on what I requested as a courtesy. He said NO! And I said you're THE OWNER AND CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT! I will never go here again!

I ate here few times this week and enjoyed every meal. I also had the braised beef (not pictured). Great customer service as well.

Honestly not worth the money go to cardid on south broadway the food was blend and looked like it was sitting there for hours and it was over priced my plate was 90%rice $12.49 for that garbage definitely will not be going there again and just a added kicker for the horrible service i went and compared pictures cardid is clearly better and prices are better spent $7.90

Love it here! I've ordered lunch from here before. Their sandwiches are oversized and delicious. The meat and toppings were fresh and delicious. It was just what I needed! I can't wait to stop back here and order from here again.

Delicious food & great service. I ordered the chicken parmigiana wedge sandwich, sweet potato fries, and the mozzarella sticks. All absolutely delicious- very tasty. Our food was out in less than 10 minutes. Service was great as the staff was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Ordered two Cuban sandwiches on a wedge, with extra cheese; the pork was old and sliced very thin so they heated it and that made it like grey cardboard! The bread was burnt. And…NO EXTRA CHEESE. The worst Cuban sandwich I have ever had in my entire life!! They used to have the best…you ruined a good thing! 🤮

Reasonably priced and good food. Stopped in for a quick sandwich when walking by. I ordered a Cubano sandwich and it was quite good. My wife had a BLT which she said was very good also.

My offices order hundreds of dollars worth of food from this place on a weekly basis. We placed our last order via Uber eats and my sandwich was missing. The guy on the phone then asks the cook if he made the sandwich. The cook says yes. Of course he’s going to say yes when his boss asks him if he did his job! The guy on the phone goes well I believe my guy but I guess I believe you too. Ok great, can you get me my $8 sandwich after I just spent HUNDREDS of dollars at your deli? No, he says he will give me a free sandwich the next time I place an order. How does that help me now? If you can’t handle large orders, don’t accept them.

I walked almost quarter a mile to this place based on the reviews and ordered an Eggplant sandwich. However after bringing my sandwich back to the office and starting to have it, I realized that the eggplant only had the skin and nothing else. Went back with pictures he said he will make a new sandwich and charged me for it with a "discount". I asked why should I be charged and he said "had I brought the sandwich back, he would haven't charged me. Agreed, I should have but having the sandwich already taken a bite, it would have been a little disgusting to bring it with me and instead I took the pictures and showed it to him to no point. Please explain to me how do you find it reasonable to bring back to you a sandwich out of which I have taken a bite to prove my point?

Amazing!!!! I went here almost everyday while doing vaccine work and if I’m ever back in Yonkers I’ll pay you guys a visit with my family! This was an amazing place with a homey feel

They’re very inconsistent with their drinks and food. But one thing they are consistent with is that they burn my croissant all the time. Smh The ladies who work there are nice but the food and drinks aren’t up to the standard. Once one day, I caught one of the employees putting whole milk on my drink when I asked for oatmilk.

This dunkin is terrible. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a hot coffee. The staff is rude and will have you wait in line while they are on their phone. If I could give a negative rating I would just for the poor customer service.

This place is the worst place to go to went with my fiancé for a cup of coffee two people behind the counter and one came to the register but walked away quickly from us wasn’t even able to order due to him talking to the lady and not paying attention to us or the other customers on line . I would give a zero star because this is so unprofessional. They didn’t Aknowledge us until we were walking out last time coming to this place. Management needs to do better by hiring people who care about customer service or service in general.

I've had a good morning until I went into this Dunkin donuts to order my breakfast to which I had a $100 bill. The MEAN indian lady pointed to some sign to say they don't accept $100 bill, so I asked her if I can go to the other counter, where you pay for gas, to get change. The guy that was behind the register was somewhere else in the store and I saw him, and asked him if he could give me change. He came over with a cold attitude and gave me the change, I said 'thank you" to him and he just looked at me in an unprofessional way that made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I went to pay for my food,vand the mean Indian lady snatched the money from me, no thank you, no apologies or anything. These workers don't treat customers with respect or make them feel comfortable to even want to come back and spend my money to people that disregard me. Corporate needs to check these workers because it's enough unfavorable reviews on this platform to show that customer service and professional isn't important and it's making Dunkin Donuts look bad with these "people" representing your company. IT LOOKS BAD.

I mostly come this Dunkin a lot in a week and I want to appreciate the Girls they work very hard they have online customers and counter both and they just try their best to do faster service bt still sometimes some customers are very rude to them and use slug language to them but still they are very nice and try their best to handle the situation keep it up Girls 👧

Little cafe tucked away into the basement of an office building. The atmosphere isn't the greatest, but the food was decent and inexpensive. Isn't a bad choice if you work in the office park and don't want to go far for lunch.

I took a milk from the fridge and I checked the expression date after I check the expression date. After I put the milk with cashier I want back to the market to check for something else. The Night Shift guy switched the milk with another one that is almost expired. For that I don’t recommend that market.

I bought a milk and they change it to the expired one the guy in the register they trying to get away from the expired milk and give it to the people I will never came back to this Deli
