We have been customers since the beginning of time. Last night, July 3,2025 was rhetorical greatest experience our family has had. The shop was very busy and the girls working were very respectful, accommodating and generous with the amount of ice cream purchased. We were also very impressed with the new flavors being integrated. The Key lime cheesecake and lemon-raspberry flavors were outstanding. Thank You and we look forward to coming back! God Bless

So glad we stopped on our day trip, the location is right across from the information center so you have a view of the lake. It was so clean and the staff were so friendly and patient while my toddler tried to make a decision. Most importantly, the ice cream was delicious!

the ice cream is okay , usually had good experiences here until recently the staff is extremely racist now, lots of profiling and staff even used slurs when my brother was there this evening, will unfortunately be having to go to other ice cream shops and tell my friends and family it’s not a safe space to go. Staff was also grouped outside during their work hours and gossip when customers are present very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Not what it used to be. I was so happy I found this place 2 years ago & this year, so disappointed. Small servings, ice cream "eh," same big price.

Not all ice cream places are the same. Big River Scoop is the best in the Northland. The ice cream is premium with some delicious flavor options and friendly staff.

I’m conflicted giving only 3 stars. The hot dog itself tastes great and seems to be a high quality dog. The ingredients also seem to be very good quality. The downside was the portions of toppings. My wife had the Little Deuce Coupe and it literally had like 4 beans and not much cheese. I had the Model T and there was hardly any coleslaw and very little cheese. It also would have been nice if the cheese was melted, not cold. Overall, they do make a good hotdog, there’s just not enough toppings for the price.

We had a great time. It was apparently national hotdog day and they had some fun content for it. Had some live music, coloring and some kids toy hotdog stands. Inside is small, i assume they are not open in the winter or get little service. My kid who hates hotdogs loved his. We drove an hour to come try it from Backus, MN. Would recommend. We come here every year for the last three years while we are in town for vaca. First off we move a good gourmet hot dog! The kids love the Mac and cheese too! This year we got to meet the owner, and her grandchildren. We bought the cutest sweatshirts and tshirts too! This is such a wonderful family owned joint! We look forward to our stop here every year! I ordered a medium one topping (mushroom) pizza to go and when I opened the to go box I thought a mistake had been made. I saw no mushrooms. I picked through the cheese and saw what seemed to be bits of mushrooms. A mushroom pizza should look like a a pizza with mushrooms! The bottom was not as well baked and so it was gooey. Not impressed!

I ordered a small pizza and a soft drink. The young ladies working the front of house were kind, helpful, and friendly. My pizza was delicious and exactly what I needed after a long day. I would suggest ordering “light” sauce as my cheese kept sliding off my pizza, causing me to eat crust and sauce alone after the cheese was gone. The decor is not commercially sourced but it is cute and welcoming. They have a salad and pizza bar/ buffet option and it looked like it was well-stocked.

This place has thee tastiest crust. We got thee Giovanni pizza? That was very yummy. The people there are very friendly. Love the music of choice i can hear them asking alexa to play music cute. Also the wings say hot but very tolorable. 5 stars from me!!

My daughter and I ordered a couple of pizzas from Giovanni’s at recommendation from others. They did not disappoint. Ordered two smalls, one pepperoni thin crust, one meat lovers deep dish for delivery. They showed up quick and hot. We had them the night of the severe storms/tornado/derecho/straight line winds. The smalls were big enough that we had plenty of leftovers to keep in the hotel room fridge. Unfortunately the weather came through knocking power out everywhere so we didn’t get to enjoy them the following day, because who are we kidding, leftover pizza always tastes best. I gave a 5/5 because 10/10 wasn’t an option. If you get to Bemidji this is a must try pizza. I hope they’re back up and running at full capacity to serve these great tasting pizzas.

They have good pizza and a great buffet. The restaurant is very sanitary and the staff are nice. If I where to be more specific with the pizza I would say it is thinner than most but still thick enough to not be crunchy. The pizza is typically greasy as well but not an overwhelming amount. There dessert pizza is also quite desirable. I would rank this 3rd best in Bemijdi, which is decent considering how many pizza places we have in town.

Always a consistent really good pizza at an affordable price. But what's really outstanding is how consciously friendly they are. It makes a difference. 😁

This location is hit or miss. Some times the food is good, some times it makes you sick. Some times the portions are good, sometimes they skimp on everything. One time I found a piece of plastic from one of their food bags in my bowl and when I told the staff, they just said thanks and threw it away. Didn’t try to apologize or make it right in any way. Pretty disappointing. Try at your own risk.

The service was terrible. Barely put enough food the bowl. I ordered the surf and turf bowl. I went to the bathroom. Left my food, purse and vehicle keys at the table. An employee daw me go to the bathroom. He locked the door. I waled around to the other door and that door too was locked! I had to bang on the glass to be noticed !!!!

We always like Qdoba, this one is a little different layout, but neat. Fully staffed and fast, everything was delicious!

Cali Mash with half steak/chicken was delicious! First time eating at Qdoba in years but the ingredients were fresh and filling. A bit pricey so I won’t be eating here regularly, but overall a nice meal. Paid $12 for my lunch bowl (no drink).

We did the mini bowls, and they were perfect for our midday needs. The staff was attentive and accommodating.

Got a little crazy after a dentist visit the other day and ordered a Northern Philly Cheesesteak. It was a lump of hot meat, mayo and mustard, and it was very disappointing. So, I thought "No worries, I've got the chicken and wild rice!" and popped that good 'ole cup open and took one bite and had to throw it all away. Had a faint taste of plastic and...? Not sure, but the soup was somehow worse than the sandwich. I'm sad, I like the location and workers seem nice, Flash is always decent but probably won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Freezing cold inside. The food is way overpriced for what you get. I wanted lemonade with my meal, but it tasted like done kind of cleaning solution. Mentioned it to a staff member. He tasted it and said it tastes fine. Ugh! Will never go back.

Stopped in on the way thru town to grab sandwiches. It was closing time, but I feel the food could have easily been better. I got a stomach ache shortly after finishing my sandwich. The workers were pleasant and efficient.

These are among the best subs I have ever eaten. The bread and toppings are always so fresh. The quality of their other foods such as soups and desserts are also very good. Price was great with my coupon.

Food is expensive for what it is. Ordered one cold sandwich and two hot Philly sandwiches. Both Philly sandwiches were ice cold. Didn’t know until we drive away and didn’t have time to return for replacement.

Every Tuesday morning, the owner, Ergerberg Norberg, serves me with a sufficiently large portion of vinyl neodecanoate copolymer, but last time it was ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate! I was utterly aghast at such blatant disregard for the preferred preference of sustenance from a paying patron! For shame, sir! For shame!

i get the same thing every time i go, and every time i'm given the exact opposite. i always order a bacon quarter pounder, no pickle/mustard/ketchup. i pay extra specifically for the bacon. and just about every time, without fail, i get a plain quarter pounder (no bacon), with no onion and tons of ketchup, mustard, and pickles. just about every time. support does nothing no matter how many emails etc i send. i know its just mcdonald's but when this has happened 5, 10 times, it gets really old. attached is a pic of my "bacon quarter pounder with no mustard, ketchup, or pickles"

I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Bemidji. I used curbside delivery with a mobile order and still waited over 10 minutes for a single McChicken sandwich. When it was finally brought out, the staff member looked irritated and clearly didn’t want to be there. The sandwich itself had a smashed bun and just looked thrown together, like no one cared at all. The prices have gone up over the years, but the quality hasn’t. There’s no real dollar menu anymore it’s just overpriced items and “deals” that only give you a discount if you buy two. Bring back actual dollar menu items that cost a dollar. The one positive is that they have public restrooms, which is useful if you’re just passing through. But honestly, unless you need a bathroom break, I’d skip this location. The service is bad, the food is overpriced, and the experience doesn’t reflect what McDonald’s used to be.

They don't listen to your orders , big difference from apple slices from fries happy meal , when receiving the food the employee didn't not say a word when handing us , just looked at me and nodded , that's it . What ever happened to saying welcome to McDonald's and thank you come back again. Very disappointed . That's why I don't give them my business very often.

How in the world do you manage to mess up 2 hamburgers. Both came with cheese, almost no ketchup or mustard, and one pickle each. The amount of times I've seen this here it's ridiculous especially for how overpriced it is. Not to mention they came barely warm.

Today was super busy and the service was slacking and the food was just thrown in the container. Time to step up guys and gals at this location when it gets busy or otherwise we may not be coming back.

Good food, but the place was messy - almost every table was messy, and the workers were not too busy. The workers didn't know the difference between a caramel macchiato hot and/or iced. We hope the night manager makes things right.

A friend and I made two separate orders for drive through pick up. I ordered two five dollar meal deals online. One of them was with the mcdouble and the other with mcchicken. We were repeatedly being told they didn’t have what we ordered; I had proof of my online receipt. We eventually recieved an order. They gave us a coke instead of a sweet tea, none of the nuggets that belong in the meals, no sauces, and they forgot items from my friends meal too. I understand it is a busy holiday, but I should receive all of the items I paid for. I haven’t had any issues before, so I don’t know went on tonight.

It is 45 mins to get our food! Once we got it it was cold and tasted like the restaurant looked for cleanliness! The whole time we sat and waited for our food. They were vacuuming the carpet the entire time right next to us! The floors were disgusting

Normally we love Culver's and have a great experience. However, this was a poor experience. We ordered 2 cheese burger kid meals and a large cheese curds. For the kiddos to split. This turned into the slowest drive through experience we've experienced, finally went inside at the 17min mark, to find our order was just sitting on the counter (cold at this point). The interior was sparse on employees and customers, but rich in flies.. friendly enough staff for those that were there. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

We only bought two cones and the had us pull ahead and wait to for an employee to bring them outside 😕 in 80+ degree weather, by the time it got to our vehicle it was completely melted and we didn't even get any napkins at all. My single scoop was literally nothing but cone left. Disappointed in this location but I've had better experiences with same chain in other location.

Stopped in for takeout lunch as my big truck can’t do drive-thru. Even though they were very busy, the team was friendly and amicably working together, the orders were coming out quickly and the store was clean and stocked. My food was hot,fresh and prepared exactly as I had ordered. I will definitely stop here again soon!

Line was long and they only kept one register open, which could be due to short staffing. When we got our food, everything was jumbled together on the tray. Missing milks and a salad. Got the salad and the chicken wasn't cut through. Asked for mustard on a burger, got a ton of ketchup. For the price you pay at Culver's vs other fast food, it was just a little disappointing and we don't plan to go back to this location anytime soon.

Promoted fancy garlic pub burger was cold. They replaced it. Restaurant smells like old sour milk. Hard pass on ever coming here again.

The service was great, quick and friendly. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the crust was crispy and very satisfying to bite into. The fries were perfectly crisp and hot! Very fresh, hot and Crispy. We will be eating here again! The pizza was also very good reheated at home!

I ordered pizza to be delivered at 6pm they delivered my pizza two an half hours early the driver was told to take the pizza back by my staff because it was early and the driver refused to take it back this was for a pizza party for another local business and now they have to eat cold pizza I called the restaurant and asked for a refund the manager (David) was quick to tell me they have a no refund policy on all orders even if the pizza is returned with a receipt! This is not right and I won’t be using your restaurant anymore

They have been hit and miss in the past, but recently they have been doing great. The staff here are nice and quick to help out. Recently the pizza has been amazing as well, and consistently so. The only things I can say that I dislike is that the sit-down portion of the restaurant is still closed for some reason, and the parking lot is still absolutely trash. They tried to poorly fill the massive pot holes, but it hasn't helped much.

Stopped for sit down, our waitress was great, the food was better then expected. Love the pan pizza! Prices are what you'd expect. Lost a star for the state of the bathroom. It was bad and it was during a slow time too.

I have never gotten my food in less than 20 minutes here. Even being the only person inside and ordering a single sandwich. Today I got 2 sandwiches which was a mistake because I waited 40 instead. Just go to Qdoba if you end up in this building. The like can be out the door and you’ll still get your food 10 mins before bk.

Worst experience at any Burger King ever! 1. Waited 10 minutes for food (while it waited on the rack and no one to assist me) 2. Fries were cold and unsalted. Asked them to salt them and still tasteless even after as well as the 2 rodeo burgers I’m not from this town luckily, so won’t EVER have to deal with them again. Waste of my money 😡

This Burger King location is incredibly inconsistent, which is unfortunate as I have had good experiences here in the past. Recently they have made bad food. The employees also don't seem to give a darn, which seems to be the cause. I ordered a Kind Sourdough plain and they gave it to me with onions on it and burnt buns. I asked for them to remake it and they gave me the back same sandwich with onions still on it. A simple remake or a properly made sandwich would have really made it fine. And though it might be minor they didn't have ketchup either.

Sat in Drive Thur for 25- 30mins, noone came and talked or took the money until after the food was made. Just to watch the closers have no gloves on making our food, screwing around, yelling back and forth to eech other. Not even about the food. I was watching and listening to what they had to say and do. Not to impressed! About it all. Will not stop there again!!

This is the worst run burger king I've ever been to. Completely useless untrained employees, tried to give me the wrong change, then gave my order to the car in front of me, whom held onto it for roughly 10 minutes b4 employee came back out, gave him the wrong order again then tried to give me what I had ordered that had been in another car for 10 minutes. I will never give any business to this location ever again. Shameful...

You can find almost anything here. Bakery has a bunch of options, there's a salad table, sushi, chicken, groceries. Love it!

Nice...but expensive unless theres a sales... donuts are over cooked most of the time...they also need better labels so people know what donut is what....deli is pretty good though.

Tried to go to the deli during deli hours and buy some freshly sliced sandwich meat. The long haired, bearded guy refused to slice fresh for us because he didn’t want to put the slicer back together.

I love shopping at Lueken's and regularly go here to do my shopping. I have never had a bad experience and always find what I am looking for. It is a much nicer shopping experience then most area stores, especially Walmart. Sometimes you pay a little more to shop here but I am fine with that. Keep doing what you are doing Lueken's. You are doing a great job!

Great store! Produce is always fresh. The meat department has a great variety and excellent quality products. They also have a great little Minnesota made food products section... honey, jams, wild rice, etc. A go to store for me!!!

Out of ham. Odd when you slogan literally says, “We have the meats!” Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response till I yelled “hello!” Proceeded to take my order 3 different times. Asked me to stop saying my order because she was helping another customer. Sitting in the drive thru typing this, fingers crossed food is good!

I saw 2 people working. 2!! One was doing the orders and the other was cooking; a well oiled machine! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The guy running the front counter was calm and very friendly! GREAT job fellas! 👏🏼

Ordered the 5pc spicy tender meal which came out to be 6 tiny-seasoned boneless pieces of chicken that were dry. Looked nothing like the menu picture. The prices are too high at Hardees for low quality food and service.

Staff is friendly and well kept for a Hardee's! Tables and floors are kept clean and bathrooms are really nice as well. Definitely stop by as this location is very well kept. Plenty of seating inside as well. I'll definitely make this a stop for lunch occasionally when I'm in the area.

Decent burgers and fries. Kind of overpriced for mediocre food and they don’t give a lot of fries. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was fairly clean. It’s worth a visit.

Fast, friendly service. They bring your order to your table. A variety of beverages to choose from, also sauces. Has always been clean. Big parking lot, room for oversized vehicles. Handicapped accessible parking and bathrooms. Finally, big burgers!

Hardee's big chicken fillet sandwich was excellent. It is made with fresh delicious tomatoes and lettuce, and a hint of honey. The onion rings at Hardee's are the best fast-food onion rings in town. Last week I had the fish sandwich. It was not excellent but it was good. They should add cornmeal and chill power to the breading and fry in hotter oil. If you ask for ketchup tell them how much you want. If you don't they will give you enough ketchup to paint the barn red. While it is good to have a red barn, I shop for paint at Sears. They have better paint.

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for our order and wasn’t made right. Asked them for our money back and they refused and insisted on remaking the sandwiches and took another 20 minutes. No apologies from staff for error or wait. Remade sandwiches were still not made correctly and they were so soggy and gross from way too much sauce. Only positive is that the tables/chairs are clean and the store has clearly been updated. Has seating and tables with power.

Came and and no one was at the counter. Said hello towards the back and a lady popped out and saw me then dissapeared. Waited a bit and then said hello again towards the back. Lady came out and seemed like I was a bother to her. No hello, sorry for the wait ect. She did not seem like she wanted to be there. Sandwich was great though. The curb appeal was not very good, weeds around the outside.

Horrible! Went through the drive through and the worker (she said she was a supervisor) was being very unprofessional when we ordered. When she ran our credit card, we noticed she gave herself a tip when we were pulling away on our receipt. We did not authorize this and would not tip her due to her actions when we were ordering. We went directly into the shop and asked her if she gave herself a tip without authorizing it with us. She would not say anything and started to get angry- we asked for her name and she said “can’t you read it’s on my name tag. “ Told her we would be calling her boss. She said she was the boss. The other workers started to argue as well with us. Told her she flat out stole. She said something in the lines of “typical white man”. We will be following up with the store on Monday and filed a complaint online with a photo of the receipt. Reading past reviews on this place it’s not a shocker. Watch your credit cards here. They steal.

Not good. Every time we stop here they are SLOW. Not friendly. Don’t say hi or “will be right with you”. Always different ppl. Must have high turn over. It is clean which is a plus. But everything else is not good. Seriously?……been standing here for 10+ minutes now and only 2 ppl serviced so far. Unreal.

Came in to get a sub, stood there for five minutes well, two gentlemen were behind the counter, figuring out an online order or something because the store was empty. No greeting or acknowledgment or will be with you in just a second so I left.

Website says gluten free bread is available, I was abruptly told no. Ordered a sandwich for someone else and they said the steak was grisly and dry. Wow.t be back.

I give up... I have always loved Subway, but this one is killing it for me. I've been here at least three times when they have told me they were all out of bread except for white and wheat. Today I was there and ordered my sandwich from the drive thru. The gal asked me twice what kind of cheese I wanted. When I got to the window I waited for a solid 5 minutes after she put my sandwich up. When she finally came back to the window, she asked what i had because she couldnt remember, when i told her she mentioned the wrong cheese, so I corrected her. She had, in fact, made my sandwich wrong and said she would make a new one... I waited another 10 minutes, I was seriously watching the clock by now as I was on my lunch break. At the 10 minute mark, another gal came and asked what I wanted because she was going to make it quickly. There were now 4 cars behind me in the drive thru!! So they were still taking orders and not making mine! When I finally got it back to the office, I opened it up (having little faith it would be right) and it is one sad looking sub! Very few toppings, no dressings, all together pretty pitiful. This was supposed to be a chicken, bacon, ranch melt... chicken, bacon, RANCH! There's no ranch, virtually no spinach that I ordered, 2 1/2 slices of tomato on a footlong, and completely missing 2 other veggies that I ordered! I think these folks need to slow down and take one topping at a time instead of trying to take the full order. Needless to say, if I decide to go back it won't be through the drive thru!!

There was grease on the floors almost slipped. The workers were on phones and not being professional. Place was dirty and some one walking in kitchen with there hair down. Don't think was working . Every one seemed confused. I have worked in the food business for manyyears. Will never go there again. Just ordered ice cream and had to wait to long.

It’s a normal McDonald’s. Fries were warm (clearly not fresh) and service was very slow— we waited 10 minutes for a McChicken to be walked out to the car. The lady delivering the food looked that the hard a rough day and was not happy to bring food out to us.

Wrong burger only one Pattie when I paid for two no cheese, the fries were cold soggy and unsalted food was packaged wrong terribly. I am concerned that the fries were not cooked properly. Do not eat here. The service I received was unruly.

They let a guy who was caught smoking in the bathroom stay in the building with kids around. We were a high school softball team trying to enjoy food after a game and this is what we were met with. I’m disappointed they let a bum like that stay for as long as he did in a family restaurant. He was scratching and grabbing himself and being overall disgusting. Very frustrated with the workers lack of persistence to get him out. Made our coach be the one to call the police and eventually get him out.

Our fries were limp and luke warm, seemed reheated half way through. Chicken sandwich was soggy. The play place was utterly disgusting with food spilled on the floor, tables all sticky and dirty. The women’s bathroom had poo stuck to the side of the toilet & smelled bad. This poor resident needs new management.

The building was disgusting - the bathrooms, tables, floors, everything. I don't even want to think of how disgusting the play place area most likely is. They also forgot the medium fries with our order but quickly gave them when reminded.

What happened? The portion size is a joke. Why are you even making these? It’s just tortillas with a hint of meat and cheese. This was the last time for me. Grow up or close. Do you think people won’t notice? Also you couldn’t fit one more ice cube in my cup. This is a slap in the face for a $13 lunch for one. Bring back the taco trucks.

On the evening of "National Burrito Day" (4/3/25) I placed a mobile order a Six Pack & A Pound, a Kid's meal, and what should have been a free Meat & Potato Burrito (promotion). I didn't have an opportunity to fully investigate my order's contents until I got home & no physical receipt was attached. When I unloaded the bag, the complimentary/promotional Meat & Potato Burrito was missing. I'm upset & dissatisfied that order that ought to be easier to read/fulfill was delivered incomplete & I'm not going to drive all the way back to the restaurant to try pleading/justifying my case to them after they made the mistake.

They took my order quickly but I waited for almost 10 minutes for the 3 for $5 Street Tacos. I chose steak but they have a pork and chicken option also. I still gave four stars because I wasn't in a hurry and I knew my tacos would be fresh. And they were. They were really good! The only thing that would have made them better, in my opinion, would be more cilantro and a salsa verde. They have very hot green sauce but I don't do "very hot". I will eat these again! The girl that took my money and gave me my food was super friendly and smiled the whole time. I always appreciate that.

Store was not crowded and staff kept the area clean. Staff is courteous. Had the 2 for $5 Fiesta tacos. Very good!

Been told by many to not eat at this taco johns but people are very very wrong every time we come to bemidji we eat at this taco johns and it's always perfect great excellent management makes sure the customer is very well taken care keep it up will always stop by when in town

We always loved going to Dairy Queen when Mike owned it. I have been twice this summer and it just isn't the same. They no longer offer chili dogs or chips, and they don't have fountain soda, only cans. They were out of a lot of ingredients to make stuff. There was one girl taking orders and one girl making things, so I expected the wait to be long. They just didn't seem... happy to see us. When Mike owned it, the workers always said hi and treated you like family. I hope this is just growing pains and things get better.

This DQ has a lake view and is just a short walk or bike ride to Bemidji's iconic Paul and Babe statues! Tourist shop - McKenzie Place accross the streer. Standard DQ fair... A bit noisy with all the cars going by... Sit on the side and enjoy!

Summer blizzard flavors are back! We had the Summer Berry Cheesecake blizzard, the Cotton Candy Blizzard and the Berry Cake Cupsation. Everything is always so good and the staff very friendly.

So fun to visit this old ice cream shop

Today, it was over 90° and humid. We needed a cool down. This Dairy Queen is tiny. There is not enough room to eat in, but they have benches and a picnic table. There were several people in line, and I assumed there would be a long wait. They had 2 walk-up windows and were surprisingly fast. We were there less than 10 minutes. People were happy about the speed and good ice cream treats. I will definitely go there again. Kudos to the owner and employees!!

I grew up on Jakes Pizza, the second location in Southern MN. A recent trip renewed my love and thought... Hey, Bemidji has a location... Wow... Couldn't even get through an order as the lack customizing like the original stores will do. Just stating "that won't work". SORRY PEEPS 2 days ago you parent ship pulled it off amazingly. Thanks for the let down!

Jake’s pizza is awesome; however, if you order take out come as soon as you order. The people will tell you 35 minutes to pick up time, but if the really won’t attest your pizza until you score up. I ordered at 6:36 pm was told 35 minutes showed up exactly at 35 minutes and then was told it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I was still waiting for my pizza’s. Pizza is great the wait is horrible, do not order if you are hungry and do not have time to wait. This has happened all summer long, just use caution. Also they were 6 other people who were told the same thing tonight and had the same issue. The staff really didn’t care. I feel like my time is not valuable to the people at Jake’s.

Great place to get thin crispy square cut pizza. A nice beer selection of some local bemidji beers. Pizza came out perfectly done and in a reasonable time. If you're cutting through bemidji from Itasca State Park it's a great place to stop. Has both inside and outside seating. Inside is a mix of tables and booths. Their garlic knots were also very good.

My new favorite pizza! We didn't wait very long to order or get our food. The pizza is so good it's difficult to quit eating! Cheesy bread sticks are great too! Great service and awesome atmosphere!

This is the first time I've eaten Jake's and it will not be the last I promise you that! It is similar to Sammy's but much better sauce imo...

A great find indeed! The pizza is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. We loved everything we tried. We are for sure going back!

Update: my husband went to this horrible Taco Bell.... Not only did they get half of the order wrong, but most of my gordita crunch was nothing but a disgusting overwhelming glob of sauce & tiny bit of meat at each end. Taco Bell, you are the worst very slow fast food place I've ever been to. If I could write a zero I would. Never in my life have I ever had to wait almost 20 minutes to get fast food. I ordered three simple items had to leave without one of them because they took so long and now I was late to where I needed to go. Management acted like they didn't really care handed me a bunch of Taco coupons all nonchalantly like it was no big deal that I had been waiting for so long for two bean burritos and a gordita crunch. I got some stupid excuse about a big doordash order. Yet people who had ordered after me were getting their food before me. When finally someone started working on my three items, they just walked away and did not return for a few minutes. These guys hear me getting upset, they heard me state that I was going to be late to pick up my child and still continue to take their time. Finally I had to say just give me the two burritos I don't have time to wait for the third item now. They couldn't even understand that, they had to confirm 2 times that I didn't want the 3rd while they're standing there with the 2 bean burritos in their hands. I finally had to yell just give me the damn burritos I don't want them in a bag just hand them to me and still the guy tries to put them in a bag making you take even longer. Not sure what in the world is going on there but the employees are struggling with simple English. All the while the manager is just standing there looking around as if she had no clue. Absolutely the worst service I ever had at a Taco Bell before. I won't be returning no matter how many free tacos they tried to give me. Just ridiculous.

I had to wait 20 minutes for half a filled bowl with sour cream which i asked for none i had extra rice and extra pico which I did not get for $8 this is ridiculous. It also had pieces of chicken when I asked for seasoned beef. If I could give zero stars I would. Also asked for sour cream in burritos and there is absolutely no sour cream.

I've never had a good experience here. I am a regular dasher and they are constantly understaffed. They take forever to get orders done and they are always all over the place. I have had 30+ minute wait times which is absolutely unacceptable, especially when they decide to close the lobby and our orders are sitting on the counter inside. Employees don't care and are insensitive. Very negative experiences.

I had the veggie bowl I was expecting to get when it said ranch. I was expecting to get ranch dressing, regular guacamole plus you guys don’t have the potato Ollie like that you guys used to have and I was in shock that you guys didn’t have them anymore. And I was in shock because now you had to put it on computer so I didn’t expect for to get what I was gonna get you need to give more description and more clear When you wanna read the information off the computer thank you

The order kiosks suck and they are not user friendly nor do they allow you to get a physical receipt for tax purposes. The only saving Grace of this store at this moment is the manager because our order was also forced to be upgraded to steak because they were out of beef and then they mismade our whole order and then the manager said I'll fix it right away and he fixed it within 2 minutes The manager's name is Thomas and he is an amazing asset to the store!

Was visiting from out of town they said they ran out of beef so they gave me chicken instead, which was fine. They didn’t charge me extra so that was very nice of them. Unfortunately, when I ordered my chips and cheese, they forgot the chips, even when I asked if they checked my order, I was really in the mood for some chips and cheese

The gentleman working the drive thru was amazing. Bright, bubbly, and very charming. I asked for a really odd request and they were able to fulfill it. 10/10 <3

Our ice cream was great but at 5pm a gal started cleaning all around us, putting up chairs and taking paper towel holders. It's uncomfortable to visit with my family and enjoy our treats. She is making us feel like we have to leave. It was 5pm when she started and it's my understanding they are open until 6pm. This is very very rude!

Love the fries. Better tasting & served HOT!!! Plus they don't have the aftertaste like MC Donalds & the fries don't get cold & hard like any of the other fast food chains.

They did well today. Sometimes they are skimpy on adding the flavorings here. Had them create a Blizzard for me: hot fudge Oreo. The hot fudge made it melty so she couldn't hand it to me upside down, but it was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is awesome. The service was tolerable at best.i asked for extra of your excellent white gravy, and i got half a container. Okay fine. I asked for more white gravy and got another container 1/3 full. What kind of passive agressive teenage bs is this? When I BOUgHT MY BaSKeT ISAId BATHE iT WitH White GRAVy. Great food though.

Really good friendly people! They dropped our Ice Cream Cake (Highly Recommended) and they made us a new one and gave us our money back! 👍

Went to drive up, 2 vehicles in front of us. Waited patiently for approximately 10-12 minutes before we could even pull up to order. Once we moved up, the male announced to us that it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait to get our food. My husband asked “Why”, his response was “Order when ready” and said nothing else. That would have put us at about 20 minutes for Freaky Fast food…no thanks!

Always friendly staff, always fresh everything and they seem to get along and enjoy what they’re doing! I’ve been there several times in the recent months and I’m never disappointed! I notice good leadership and teamwork every time I’m there and my sandwich is stuffed with goodness every time. Highly recommend!

Bemidji location. They smashed my sandwich while wrapping it up. Then proceeded to leave it on the counter while standing waiting for another one to be made. I unwrapped it and it looks unappetizing. Also tastes bland. No urgency from staff whatsoever. I did not like this Jimmy John’s and will not be going back to that location. Not satisfied. Need new staff!

Great service from the management during a mistake we caused.. Our company tried to place an order to willmar store for pick-up and accidentally ordered to this store by mistake. The manager was super helpful in clearing up our mess-up. Very professional customer service and helping a customer out in a bad situation. I am not local but would recommend this store due to the above and beyond service that was provided.

Holy moly they're slow as hell at this location. We waited around 10-15 min after paying for our food to receive our food. Service has definitely gone off the rails. Spend your money at subway or another shop in town. Jimmy Johns is no longer freaky fast.

Horrible place. Horrible people. The big guy making sandwiches would rather tell you no then do his job. If I was the owner of this place, I’d cut him off quick. You lost lost all our business for a lifetime in this town.

4 people standing around. There was only one other person there besides myself & it took forever to make a sandwich.
