Quick food restaurant; After placing our order, we had our food in about ten minutes. We ordered burgers and fries. The 🍟 were very good! The seating was fine, the MOA is a busy place. The burgers are fine, the impossible pattie is more thin than other restaurants. I was told the bison 🦬 burger was very good. They have jalapeños or habaneros to put on if you want, that is nice. The flies were soft, warm and seasoned very well, I Enjoyed them.

Fast service, great food. The gluten sensitive menu is super helpful for people with Celiac’s disease. They use a dedicated GF fryer.

I ordered a BAE burger which comes with avocado, bacon, and a fried egg. The bacon was practically raw, so I asked the girl who delivered it to our table if they could cook it longer. She said she'd ask but never came back. In addition to the raw bacon, the fried egg was overcooked. If you're at the MOA and looking for a place to get a burger, try Wallburgers or the Sugar Factory instead.

What happened to this place? Use to be amazing and packed full of people. Now, the bar is closed, the grinding space is for lease, no shakes. A pillar is missing its wallpaper, and benches are filthy. Don't get me wrong, the service at this location was amazing. The staff was helpfu, was consistently cleaning the areas as he could, food was fast, and presented nicely.

This place has gone completely downhill, the bar is no longer operating, they don’t even do shakes anymore and the worst part is the burgers are not the same anymore, they were absolutely disgusting and dripping in sauce and grease and we couldn’t even eat them, we wasted 33$ on trash. They don’t even bother making fresh food anymore, the bacon is also microwaved. Truly disappointing because the burgers use to be so good. It’s only a matter of time before this place completely shuts down.

Food was really good. Fries were perfectly fried and burger was perfectly cooked and moist without falling apart. Definitely a good place for quick a lunch date in the mall. Slightly cheaper than places like Five Guys and Shake Shack but just as good.

The burger and fries were good but the chicken wings were not so good. Two of the six they have me looked deformed! One I had no intention of eating because of how it looked. The prices weren't bad.

Great food for a great price! I had the chicken gyro and subbed the tzaziki sauce for the spicy and I enjoyed it a lot. They serve fountain pop Pepsi which I enjoyed. The inside is nicely remodeled with beautiful shades of blue. I'll be back soon!

Went with some friends who live in the area. This place was great! The gyro wrap had plenty of meat for the price, and the salad was super fresh. Staff were friendly and everything was prepared in front of us. Flavor was great as well. For 2 wrap, a salad, and a side of fries we paid $43 before tip. Would recommend!!

Honestly I would love to rate this 5 stars. This place is one of my favorite restaurants, but there’s about a 75-80% chance they will make something different than what you ordered. The last 5 times I’ve been here, they’ve given me the correct order 1 of those times. This last time I ordered a spartan and got a gyropolis. Safe to say I will be finding another place.

They offer a variety of gyro meats, including traditional, pork, and chicken as well as veggie options. Gyros come in several styles, all of which are absolutely delicious! My go-to is the traditional 'Gyropolis' with spicy tzatziki, but honestly, everything on the menu—platters, sides, and desserts—are fantastic. The recently renovated space now offers significantly more seating, parking, and even a patio, making it an even better spot to enjoy a meal - they also have a drive-thru for pick-up orders. I don’t think there’s a better Greek spot around, worth going well out of your way for - highly recommended!

Gyropolis has the best gyros! They recently remodeled the restaurant and while this restaurant has always made great food, at a good price, it's now even better! The new remodel is great. Much more light, better seating, just much better all around. Well worth the visit, and it's always great supporting local businesses that are not part of a big chain. Thank you Gyropolis for making great Gyros and Greek food!

Was the only place that didn't have a long line. Placed my order, and it was ready within 90 seconds. The food was hot and fresh, with no complaints, and definitely would order again. Prices are comparable to every other fast food establishment.

We ordered a plain chicken sandwich, cheese curds, 5 pc corn dog nuggets, and a large root beer float. The plain sandwich had one tomato on it? It was also very dry and weird. The corn dog nuggets were very crunchy and hard, and difficult to eat. The cheese curds came in one big bunch, and were hard to pull apart. The root beer float was fine.

The staff at the old and original A&W were amazing when I asked if they offer the free Rootbeer float on Rootbeer float day!! Thank you guys!! 🤗

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I asked for root beer float was given a cup Half full of Root beer with a lid on top layered with ice cream not even in the cup. I ordered chicken tenders and the Chicken smelled old and when bit into was chewy got refunded but absolutely awful

Made the mistake of getting food from this place. The Double Mushroom Onion burger was a joke. Paper thin hamburger patties, 2 slices of unmelted cheese and 3 slices of mushrooms are what I got on this "burger". Was not very tasty, and what the heck happened to the fries, probably one of the worst tasting potato products I've had in a while. At least the kid at the front counter was pleasant, even though he had an earpiece in listening to music or whatever. What's up with that?

Went there today for a root beer float and the staff was very friendly and my order was in a timely manner. Definitely recommend for service quality and food!

Culver’s has gone down hill. When you spend $80 to feed your family at Culver’s and they through your burger together like it’s off the dollar menu, you lose my business. I ordered a deluxe burger and there’s nothing deluxe about it. Either they’re forgetting parts of my online order or the foods thrown together in the most unappetizing way. I’m not paying $13 for a thrown together, sloppy meal. And why is everything cold??

Definitely lives up to the hype. The burgers were so juicy and saucy. The fries and onion rings were perfectly crisp. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was very clean. 10/10. Would definitely come here again.

Culver's is always our favorite go-to for good, healthy, and quick fast food. We are always impressed with the quality of the service, and the consistency of the food. Every one of the employees seems to truly enjoy and appreciate serving customers. We will continue coming and recommend it to others.

This used to be my go-to for work lunch. Everyone is super nice and the food is good. Over time though I noticed when I'd ask for something like no mayo on a burger I'd just end up getting it on the burger anyway. They were always happy to replace it, however after 3 times in a row of this I realized something at this location has changed. It's still good food and friendly service, just not the pinnacle of service I'd say it once used to be.

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent service. Fast ordering and food prep. Got free frozen custard offered to me halfway through my meal. 🙂Had my tray taken away for me when I was done. I stopped here during my work break to eat and read. I will be back when I have the chance.

I found a small worm in the strawberry quarter that was in my fruit cup. Not mad but please check the strawberries! Called the restaurant to let them know and also provided feedback in the app.

They have forgotten to give me one of the shakes or food items three times in the last couple of months. I’m now turning around to go get my shake, and called to let them know and requested fresh fries so that my fries aren’t cold when I get home. In addition, today I showed up and they split the drive-through into two lines—mobile and drive-through. The mobile order was empty, and the drive-through line was extremely long. Not what I expect From a place that strives for good customer service.

I went through the drive thru and was helped by Bekah—she was so wonderful! Kind, friendly, and helpful. She made the simple act of ordering a delight. The food was great too, and the overall service was really quick! Would definitely recommend this location.

Initially, I had to wait for my take out order, for more than 13 min for a simple order of 2 sandwiches. I saw people coming after me, and they got their food before me; the guy who was in the cashier register was pretty kind tho. He had to ask for my order 2 times.

I had a spicy deluxe meal and a regular spicy sandwich. The service was good and my food came out very fast. The lines were pretty long inside and outside so I decided to do drive through. Both sandwiches came with pickles which is my favorite part of their chicken sandwiches. I enjoyed both, the chicken is always cooked perfect and proper proportions. The waffle fries were warm and tasty. I enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be coming back in the near future. I want to try some of their dessert menu next, like their fudge brownie and milkshakes!

My child has food allergies, and Chick-fil-A has always been a place where we felt safe dining. Unfortunately, today was a very different experience. We were told that they could not place his food in a separate bag from the rest of our order, even after explaining that he has an anaphylactic food allergy. The reason given was that it would “disrupt the food line process.” As a family traveling from out of state with a larger group ordering, this was extremely disheartening. Food allergies are not just a preference; they are a matter of safety. I truly hope Chick-fil-A considers how policies like this make it difficult for families like ours to navigate mealtime safely.

Y’all need to open up the 2nd drive thru line instead of making it for solely mobile orders :( I saw only 2 cars in that line whereas the main line had like 15 cars. Doesn’t make sense and so inefficient. Pretzel cheddar sandwich is fire though

Way understaffed and the longest line of the whole mall (maybe even longer than Disney World). Not many people in line, but it just takes forever (over 45 minutes!). The whole place is a mess. Garbage stacking up. No forks. Tons of food bins piled in the back. The workers are trying but they need more people here. This is a leadership issue. Hire more people and this could be better. On a side note, the food was good!

Absolute horrible location payed over 40 dollars for food and received barely anything in my bowl and was missing things that I ordered.

You need to hire more workers and if you can’t find people to work, pay more. Food was ok. Took 25 mins. Garbages were overflowing and someone smashed a burrito or whatever and left there trash all over as seen in the picture. It was like that the whole time I was there.

I normally don't write reviews, but this was a different level of "god this sucks." I had given them a 15 minute time frame for the order, a burrito and a bowl. I arrive, and no one's even at the to-go counter. I look down and see that they haven't even taken the labels off the machine. The food wasn't even warm, either. The environment was almost disgustingly dirty, as well. I understand being busy, but there's also "okay we have 5 people here, someone can go and clean up."

Went there on a Tuesday around noon. The place wasn't overly busy and it wasn't sup dirty as mentioned in other reviews. The folks making the food weren't slow, if anything, they quickly gave ya tiny scoops and moved it along. Ordered a veggie bowl and they were cheap on all the fixins. Asking for extra don't work, they barely doled out any onions/peppers even after I asked for extra. Even the guac scoop was tiny, and that's the "protein" on a veggie bowl. At that location it's the least amount of food they can possibly give ya. Also, what's up with the straws for beverages? The diameter is much smaller than that of a reg straw. Guess they don't want folks who are eating there to be drinking up all their precious beverages. Stupid cheap.

Dirty. Messy. Dingy. One of the worst experience at a fast food place. You can clearly tell employees do not want to be there - no facial expressions no greeting no nothing. The kitchen was so dark and dirty. The food looked disorganised and messy. They couldn’t wrap our burrito properly so they had to double wrap it which still turned out to be super messy. They serve FROZEN corn. It made my entire bowl of food go cold and it was so unpleasant chewing a frozen corn without expecting it. I pulled the tab on Doctor Pepper and it gave out white clear liquid. I tried a few times before giving up. The entire place is a mess and their excuse it that they don’t have “enough employees”. It’s not about numbers of people, it’s the efficiency and their attitude. They had enough people to spare one person to be cleaning the tables. Do not go there.

I went two days in a row and, while I understand the mall of America is a busy place, this was unacceptable. It took 30 minutes for me to get through the line two days in a row. When I finally got through the line on the first day the staff who was checking customers out left her post to talk to friends who had walked in to the restaurant. I stood there waiting to pay for minutes as she spent her time talking to friends and the other staff watched me stand there. Surely someone could’ve done something. Overall it was clear the entire staff didn’t care any to be there and their work reflected that.

For fast food pasta it was just okay. Nothing to write home about but a cool idea. There isn't a lot of seating however. We had to split our family of 6 up over two tables on opposite sides of the restaurant and it was a surprise even two tables were open. But good news for the business to be that busy. And we did appreciate that they had their own restaurant seating and you didn't have to go out into the food court seating. We had everything from a ceasar salad to penne to mac&cheese to the Asian noodles. All of it was mediocre or just okay, but you can't expect Olive Garden in a food court. The food court as a whole was nightmarishly busy. We normally like to split up and over from different places but not in this huge place

For some reason they decided to drop off fliers offering delivery to stores in the mall so when managers are on single coverage we can get lunch, but they don't. Don't waste your time or money ordering

The staff were very helpful to help me figure out what I could eat with dietary restrictions. The large pasta was too small (only filled half the container) and I was still hungry after. Too much sauce on the pasta but flavour was good. Very fresh and steaming hot when brought to my table.

I came to noodles with high hopes after visiting the location in Roseville and having an amazing experience. I came in and nobody served me at the resister for 5 minutes which was annoying because the workers were just standing there staring at me. When I ordered, the worker was not friendly. She practically glared at me and never greeted me. I got a Mac and cheese. One item. I waited probably 10 minutes for my food and they didn’t call my name like they should have. There was like one other person ordering when I did! The food was 5/5 as usual. Very cheesy and delicious which is what I came for. As I was leaving, I noticed the disaster of a dining area that they had. The tables has gunk on them and the trash cans were overflowing. What were the staff doing? I will come back, maybe they were just having a bad day, but I think that my experience could’ve been better. I hope that this is an isolated incident.

Staff were rude and inconsiderate. Doors were still wide open yet they said they were closed. Still, people in the lobby, kitchen and sitting area but, would not let my 4yr old get some simple noodles, stating that they had already dismantled the entire kitchen at 8:47 argued with me and turned me and my 4 yr old away

To be honest super overrated. My friends were telling me to eat here since I don’t have one where I’m from. I got the “World Famous” Buffalo Mac N cheese and it tasted like something out of a box and was STUPID $$$.

This is the only LJS left in Minnesota. The food here is pretty good for LJS. It's fried fish just as you'd expect it. This is in a food court with lots of other options. It's sad but they've taken away pop refills and the self serve sauces as a cost cutting measure. The customer service is not necessarily very friendly but the food is fairly decent. But since you are at the Mall, the prices are much higher than they should be. Worth a visit but be prepared.

Food was very good, it was so hot I couldn’t eat it, like it came right out of the fryer. Service was good too. However, I found it a bit weird, and a bit cheap, that you couldn’t get a free cup of tap water here. Every fast food place offers this. The prices at Long John Silver’s are already kind of steep; would a cup of tap water cut into their profits that much?

This was a "throwback" for me as I hadn't had it in Years! The flavor was just as I remembered but they had added a few items to the menu. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating as well. I only gave the atmosphere a lower rating due to the fact that it was a food court and not a stand alone restaurant (not their fault), but I missed the nautical theme of the old school restaurants. All in all, a great visit though.

When is this place going to be so cheap with condiments and expensiv3 for mediocre food. How can you tell that a place is owned and run by someone unfamiliar with American culture. Napkins, salt, ketchup, pepper, tarter sauce, malt vinegar should be available and shouldn't have to be begged for. And why the lazy attitude and look of disgust on the faces of the employees? Its because of the customer you can enjoy your iPhone and fake nails.

The clam basket that I ordered was delicious. They did a wonderful job frying it to a perfect crunch. The hushpuppies were a great texture. I got Mac and Cheese as well, it was good for fast food. Employees were not overly welcoming or friendly, but they were busy doing their job. It took awhile to get my order, and there wasn't a long line, so I like to think that my food was being freshly prepared and not necessarily just sitting under warmers. They are a little on the expensive side.

Following many years of being a LJS fan, I write my first and last review for them… Growing up, I remember found memories of dining in or ordering takeout from the restaurant in my hometown of Iowa - from the corn on the cob served in a buttery bag to their fries, especially, which always had me returning for more. Today, the MoA location is the last one standing in Iowa and Minnesota. I shopped for a few hours and was looking forward to my pick me up lunch, at last, it was probably a year or two ago the last time I’ve had LJS. It was $16 for a 2 fish combo, shrimp, hush puppies, coleslaw, and waffle fries (nooo) - a bit steep I thought, but as long as the food was still on par, no problem. I know Hush puppies are deep fried balls of dough, but that’s all I could think of while chewing them… lacking crunch and doughy. Fish was pretty good, maybe the shrimp could have been crispier. Coleslaw was some of the worst I’ve had, I never make coleslaw but I know I can do better. Lastly, the waffle fries were the saddest ones I’ve had, like someone halfway deep fried some frozen ones from a store bag. Sadly, my visit to LJS confirmed quality has sharply declined - it is circulating the drain.

The food was bad, customer service was even worse! We ordered a family plate and when we asked for more sauce, they said No. I ended up getting our sauce from the food store next to Long John Silver's, although we didn't get the food from them but they were nice enough to have us sauce!

Not as good as it used to be. Liked it when the bun was glued to the meat. But now the bun is dry and not as many onions or pickles on the burger, that's where the flavor came from. 🤔

Came in the morning to have some sliders (no WC) where I am from. The guy who took my order was incredibly polite and professional. Excellent service and food! I look forward to stopping here on my next trip through Minneapolis. My wife thinks I'm crazy for having burgers for breakfast, but they're sooooo good.

White Castle has always been a love. Hate situation but now the prices are twice as much as what they used to be, It makes finding food easier to go someplace else to get value for your money. It's still fun to eat through little tiny sliders and get indigestion, but the older you get, the more you start kicking yourself for doing that in the first place.

My daughter and I stopped there after running around. We bought a 20-pack with fries. The burgers were sliders! I grew up in the Chicago land area when the burgers were about 10 cents a piece! It's a great childhood memory!

Dining room closes at 9. Years ago it was open 24/7. I think they should bring thst back since they keep the drive through open all night anyway. Great food. It's always been great!

White Castle has delicious food! Always hot and fresh. Friendly staff. However when going there the last couple of times.. I felt bad for the two people who showed up for work!! The staff did an amazing job and the corporate office needs to address the issues with the employment .

First time ever ordering from sonic, decided to order the footlong quarter pound coney combo meal, was pretty good, wish we had a sonic back home though

So, it's fast food. Burgers are fine. Drinks are fantastic and the mozzarella sticks are amazing. What stood out was I accidentally showed up before they were open and the employee opening still answered and even offered to get me a breakfast sandwich made despite not being open. Top notch service! I respectfully declined but came back for lunch and enjoyed my meal.

Food is what you expect from Sonic. It tastes good and I appreciate the quickness of going here. The walk up ordering display seemed like the touchscreen was broken. You could still order from the walk up station, but paying was kind of strange since you had to wait for it to time out for any tips while ordering since you can't select anything on the screen.

I absolutely love Sonic’s food, but the service experience at this location is not worth the sweet treat. I have been here so many times and waited 20+ minutes for my (very simple) order. And don’t bother trying to order on the app - that will just prolong the situation. Just tonight I waited half a hour for two Sonic Blasts just to end up going through the drive through to discover that they were sitting on the counter melted… This place needs more servers and/or better management to be successful. And I hope they are because I love Sonic.

The food was good, but we did have problems when giving our order which was cut off, and then we had to push the button again because they didn't even try to let us know there was a glitch. Not to mention we were trying to order for 6 people so it was frustrating and then having to figure out where it had cut off. After getting our food we found that there was missing food and had previously asked for ketchup for several items, and received only 1 package. So I needed to contact them again because my receipt even showed I paid for the item. I would say it was good food and they were busy, but the attention to detail was not there. I know things happen, but it seemed like the mistakes or accidents were not a big deal at all after mentioning them.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience today was bad enough that I felt like I had to. I drive 30–40 minutes round trip to this Sonic pretty often—Sonic is one of my favorite fast food chains and there are not many nearby to where I live. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes out—Dr Pepper, pizza bites, and the new dill pickle seasoned fries—hoping to avoid a long wait. When I got there, I waited in the mobile pickup spot for 20 minutes, even though the carhop lot and drive-thru was not busy at all . I watched several people pull in and place in-person carhop orders after me and get their food first. The girl who brought my order was very nice and apologized. I told her no worries, but before I pulled away, I checked the bag. The receipt was correct, but inside were a burger and tots. I went through the drive-thru to get it fixed. The drive thru girl also wasn’t rude at all, but I had to repeat myself a lot. Eventually, I said I'll just pull up and you guys can look at the receipt and I gave them the bag with the receipt on it and after a while I got my new food. Right as I was pulling out, I double-checked and realized they gave me fried pickles instead of the dill pickle seasoned fries (i checked my online order and receipt it clearly said the right ones on both). At this point, I’d been there for 45 minutes, but I went back through to try again. I explained it was my second time correcting the order and just wanted what I paid for. The person on the intercom (possibly the manager) had a rude tone, insisted I gave the wrong info even though they were not who I interacted with either time, and when I got to the window shoved the bag at me without a word—even though I thanked them. I tried to eat it all on the way home and everything was already cold. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered a Coney, chicken sandwich, a burger, shake, and tots. Got all the way home and they forgot the chicken sandwich and didn’t ask what size I wanted my shake (they gave me a large which is too big for me). Overall I think the place needs better staff because how does someone forget an entire sandwich?

The family and me where from out of town and we stayed at one of the hotels by the Mall Of America and while we ordered delivery and the guy on the phone pushed for a tip and gave me no options so they charged my credit card and then I asked the man if our food will be delivered to our room and said no it will be delivered to the lobby. So I get pushed to hand out a tip and they would not take it to my room lol. Great pizza it was very good but the service was not that great .

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to arrive — cold and soggy. The crust was chewy like rubber, the cheese tasted old, and the toppings were barely there. Customer service was no help either — rude and unprofessional when I called. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Better than Dominos!!! I was surprised by the soft thin crust and how good it tasted for a 2 topping pizza. The delivery guy was quick and friendly. I ordered a medium pepperoni with extra cheese, medium ham and pineapple. With delivery, came to $23 and change. Well worth it! In town for the weekend from Winnipeg.

My family of four were visiting from Ontario and wanted a walk from great wolf lodge. 15 min walk, ordered in, 2 med pizzas for $8 each. Great service, the staff were happy and listening to music, we are inside the small area, and they even gave us plates and packs of parm/red pepper flakes. It’s toppers but slightly different. Very good pizza and fun staff!

AWFUL food. Awful delivery. Manager support less than desirable. The food was delivered to our hotel and left outside the doors, in January. No contact attempts. The hotel staff finally found it and called our room. The food itself was poorly cut, raw, sloppy, wet, basically inedible, and obviously cold. We didn’t receive the soda we ordered and no plastic-wear for the mac and cheese. Calling and talking with a manager was met with being told there was nothing they could do. We were told to contact Slice, the contracted delivery service this location uses. Slice only offers submitting a claim virtually. The manager wouldn’t even listen to our complaints about the quality of the food because “there is nothing I can do.” Absolutely would not recommended ordering from this location and will avoid Slice as well.

Look at the garbage, they just delivered me.The cheese is so burnt that when you bite it That it completely comes off. The crust is rock hard and I typically eat the crust 100% of the time. This stuff taste like hot, dried out cardboard. I cannot believe they charge $25 for this.

Visited on 4-12-2025. placed order through the app. order chicken tender combo for 2around 9:30pm. late night usually oaky Fast service. I did ask for fresh chicken tenders and had no problem waiting for food. I get home and chicken tenders hard as a rock. My daughters could not eat this. I have attached a photo. i work long hours so i tried to call Tues. and Wed. around 6:45 pm and phone just rings.. Customer should have no issue to receive fresh food if they are willing to wait the full cook time. I would appreciate someone contacting to resolve this.

Wow! Possibly the BEST chicken (sandwich) I've ever had! Perfectly cooked. It's so good. The breading has a perfected crunch and the inside is 100% breast meat and so juicy and moist, it left me wondering...why didn't I come to Popeyes sooner??? The Colonel (KFC) has nothin' on Popeyes Louisiana Chicken!

We got a family bucket for dinner, the staff was nice and friendly. Food was hot and fresh asked for spicy chicken but I felt like it was mixed with original chicken when I wanted it all spicy. I wish they had larger portions for mash potatoes because the container was barely filled for a family mean also same with Mac and cheese. They should up that because it wasn't enough for 4 people.

I wanted to order 2 separate orders since my sister was paying for her own food. they were making me go back around the drive through, there was only one car behind me and they refused my order horrible,I've never seen this before at any other fast food restaurant. I know, you expect low standards in drive thru. But this is b.s. I went to get my child a treat out of the week. Chicken Tenders. The people talk too much in the drive thru. I said, classic twice!!!!!!!! But they gave me spicy chicken tenders. My baby cried! I had to get him a lot of milk!! What the heak!!!!! Bad service!!!! They will not being getting any more money of mind!!I want my refund!!

Fast and friendly service. A great Mall of America food court location. We came on a busy Saturday afternoon and had some difficulty finding seating. We've been to a few dozen QDOBA locations, and this one provided the smallest serving portions of any we've ever been to. The burrito and salad were the consistent QDOBA quality...there just wasn't enough.

Didn't even get to the purchase before I had to tell the guy I was walking away. Smallest scoop of chicken I've ever seen (and I thought Chipotle gave the least amount of protein) and when I asked for the regular and hot queso I was told it was extra. I told the employee that I had never been charged extra for both and he said that Qdoba has always charged extra for more than one scoop (for the record I have never been charged extra for both cheeses, ever). It was at that point that I told him I was not interested in eating with them anymore. The employee just said okay. Couldn't believe it. Sorry mall of America Qdoba, but you lost a lifetime Qdoba customer. I tell everyone how much I love Qdoba, but now I can add every Qdoba but yours.

don’t get me wrong, the food is tasty! i like to come back to this place here and there but last time was kinda disappointing because i found a plastic wrap inside my rice bowl

I go in and order a ton of food. One being a chicken quesadilla kids meal. I asked for a side of sour cream for my daughter’s meal and was told that it doesn’t come with it and that I would have to pay. I said pay for sour cream for a quesadilla? The man said it was policy. I said okay well on the board it says every entree. I then asked can I get sides for my large quesadilla (we had ordered two) I was told I and that only two sides come with each. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing. I asked the man for his name and he refused I got charged for guacamole when I asked for a little extra fajita that I had to wait (5 minutes for while I was ordering). I usually don’t get terrible service here but today was for sure that day. I’m not sure if I’ll be going back. Unbelievable!

$2.00 for extra rice, to cover the bottom of the bowl that he didn’t cover with the first scope! Then didn’t say anything after I paid, just walked away & didn’t hand me a receipt! Like really, your job is customer service, act like it!

I had to pay extra for getting a normal amount of chicken at a Qdoba normally, very disappointed in their service and attitude when taking my order. There wasn’t brown rice and no mango salsa even though they advertised the mango salsa, very few options. They were not pleasant at all. Not very good quality food either.

This place was a delight and the flavors exploded in my mouth from spicy, to sweet, to savory and various textures nade the eating process more desirable. The queso was on point and extremely flavorful. Waa my first time eating with them and definetly won't be my last!

As highly as this place was rated, it was good but it was not impressive. We did receive super friendly service, however we had asked for our ice cream treats to be delivered after we ate our lunch and they served it to us before they made our lunch. We spent about $60 including the tip for 3 of us to eat. We had 3 burgers and a family order of French fries, a banana split and one malt. The banana split is amazing! It probably is one of the best I have ever had in my life so I will encourage the ice cream tasting here! The burgers were mediocre so nothing too impressive which is why I'm rating this place a 3.

First off, my family and I really like the food at Snuffy's. We have been here many times over the years and no complaints. My past 3 visits though (arrived between 7:30pm - 7:40pm each time) we were told it was take-out only). That is pretty weak since they advertise they are open until 8 pm. They either need to update their listing to reflect takeout only after 7:30 or tell the teenagers working there that just because the restaurant closes at 8pm that doesn't mean you get to leave at 8pm. Not interested in take out, so our past 3 visits filled the coffers of other restaurants. Not sure if we will be back since they seem to have broken the 3 strikes and your out rule. Sad really.

Malt was delicious! Had the coffee flavor and it didn’t disappoint. Not the strongest coffee flavor specifically but overall had a good sweet taste to it. Also got the mushroom cheeseburger with Swiss which tasted pretty good. Looking forward to coming back and trying the chili cheese fries, those sounded real good. Service was great, Christine was my server and she was super, super nice. Really made the experience that much better.

The burgers were great tasting and toasted bun was a good surprise. The fries were good and probably would have been better if we didn't do to go orders. The malts were very good.

Very overpriced and portions were disappointing. $28 w/tip for a poorly done mikes double burger and fries no drink or extras. The "double" was maybe a 1/4 single at most restaurants. Definitely not the same snuffies that I remember from St Paul.. definitely would not recommend.

I’ve been to Snuffy’s Malt Shop twice now, and I definitely plan on going again. The atmosphere is amazing! I really love the burgers, waffle fries, and malts here. The waffle fries are super crispy and provide a delicious crunch. I put a few on my burger as well. I also ordered a vanilla malt with Reese’s, and it was incredible. Definitely one of my favorite diner style restaurants. I try to get the same booth every time because the mural next to it is my favorite.

Apparently there is no such thing as customer service here, the staff here is incredibly rude and snarky and made me feel as if I was stupid, the energy was terrible enough for me to just not order anything at all. I was expecting a lot more since I was recommended this place but absolutely not. There was a certain kind of demographic inside the shop itself and with the staff and I hate to be that person but I was the only POC in there, everyone else inside of the shop was not getting the same treatment as me. Go here if you want to feel like crap.

Paid extra for Texas toast and gravy, received cut up HAMBURGER buns and no gravy. It’s fine if you don’t have it, but I’m not happy about being charged extra for food items we did not receive, so we should have been notified of that and properly refunded. I asked for extra gravy for +$2 and actually received NO gravy at all! I am waiting for a response from management.

This was something I had been thinking about all day. Walked into the store and the lobby was full of people waiting to order. 2 people and the cook was all the staff there was. Stood in line for about 20 minutes waiting to order and should have followed my gut and walked out. Ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket and a medium strawberry shake, with the gravy for dipping. Do these people not know how to change oil in the fryers? Taste wise the best thing was the gravy!! And that's saying very little. Should have read the reviews and went to a different location. Will NEVER come to this one again!

1 star worthy DQ. Pulled up to the drive through and was asked to wait. A little over 5 minutes later they said they were ready to take our order. We ordered and then pulled up to the window and waited another solid 5 minutes before paying and getting our blizzards. As you can see in the pictures, both were barely mixed and one was missing a decent amount of ice cream. Always disappointed when coming here. This was our third visit and happy to say it's also our final.

What happened to the little cute DQ swirl on the ice cream cone? Why is my DQ peanut buster parfait all janky? I’ve had the PBP for years and the fudge is supposed to be layered between the soft serve. In this case… they just shot the fudge on the side of the cup, put in 2/3’s the amount of soft serve and called it a day. $6.19 for a PBP which never has been so pathetic. No napkins? Geez! Pretty lame considering DQ HQ isn’t far away… quality control? Training? Sheesh. DQ is supposed to be a happy part of the day. This location and including other locations lately are just serving sadness.

Extreme Long wait time at the drive thru. Was told to pull forward as the chicken would take a few minutes. Pulled ahead and waited another 15 minutes. Got home to find incorrect order. I asked for a ranch for 1 meal and gravy for the other. They sent 2 bbq, 2 honey mustard, and 2 wild Buffalo sauces. Cold fries and no napkins. All that for $28.08 This place is expensive and slow.

Went in on 5/29 around 8pm . Entire experience was horrible . One worker said maybe if they ignore the customers they would just leave . Ordered 2 blizzard - One Royal Cheese cake and one Cotton Candy . After 20 minutes of waiting on the cotton candy we asked where it was and were told they were out . We asked for a second Royal Cheese Cake blizzard if they were out of cotton candy . We were given whatever this is and it was half melted . I ended up throwing it away because I don’t care for chocolate (especially mixed with strawberry 🤢) Will not be going back .

I got a 4 piece chicken basket with gravy. Food was hot. Service was friendly. The docked points are bc the gravy was only half full. The toast (which I normally love) was more like warmed bread with butter. And the amount of French fries that my basket started with looked like what most people leave behind on their plate.

Beware: they charge 75 cents to use a credit card. The pizza was alright. A little dry.

They have some very good Italian food options. We tried almost all the different food items they have. The prices are very reasonable and the pizza slices 🍕 are well sized. The pizzas are heated before serving. All the food here is average. Nothing stood awesome or super delicious. Something you can have once in a while but definitely nothing to crave for. Not satisfied.

I have always loved Sbarro, but lately this location has switched to a small conveyor oven and the last 3 or 4 times I’ve gone the pizza and other items that go through get so burnt and charred they become dried out. Usually the food is great but now just tastes burnt. It also takes so much longer too. Considering the items are not burnt before they’re reheated, maybe need to make it so the oven sends it through faster since they just need a quick warm up? Not sure if the bigger oven is broken, but until they figure out the settings on the conveyor oven I will not be back. I’m disappointed considering this is the only Sbarro left in Minnesota. This is unfortunate considering this is a quality issue that may lead more customers to avoid this Sbarro. Please fix this!!

Didn't eat there because the pizza on display lookes like it had been on display all day....and we were there at around 7pm.

Sbarro is not how you remember it. The crust, sauce, and cheese are all different and are now disgusting. Frozen pizza is better than this. The breadsticks are also nasty now. To make matters worse, the person “preparing” our food was smearing chapstick all over his lips with his bare fingers. There were like six people working, how come the one sticking fingers in his mouth is the one who touches the food? Anyways, I could only stomach half of my supreme slice. It now sits in the garbage where it belongs. I hope at the very least Mr. Chapstick Fingers has nice, healthy lips now so this trash meal and the satisfaction of my dinner didn’t die in vain.

I don’t care how you feel or what your issue is the lady at the front register got loud with me all because of a mix up with the order absolutely disgusting she has terrible customer service and should be working in the back talking to people like that absolute joke

Update: Customer service commented and then did not follow up. I moved my review to 1 star. Very interesting experience here. It took a while to get my sandwich that consist of only cold ingredients and I was the only person in the restaurant. The sandwich itself is really bland, so I asked for onions. The onions tasted like lettuce zero flavor and did not help. Very disappointing. Usually the subs hit the spot. Also, the area where the sandwiches were made looked kind of nasty considering there was three employees. I was the only customer. It seemed as though there was definitely time to clean that.

My husband got all the veggies on his sandwich that he didn't want. Then I wanted mine cut in half to share. On what planet is this half and half? More like 1/4-3/4. Not impressed and pretty upset. Will not be back. Upon further inspection, there is oil and vinegar on my sandwich. There was supposed to be non. I also ordered extra mayo on it. The sandwich was so dry... they messed up so much on our order... very upset.

If I could give zero I would not in present by this store at all. Got over charged subs were not made very while. Would never come back to this store. Find somewhere else to get better subs. Ordered a new wrap from a store about 5 minutes away at 11:55. After waiting an hour with no sandwhich I called at 12:58 and was told they dropped it off up front. Well I am upfront and never saw anyone drop it off. He had me on the phone for 10 minutes trying to figure it out and then said he doesnt know what happened but will make another one for me. Another 40 minutes goes by and the sandwhich finally arrives. Total almost 2 hours to get a "freaky fast" sandwhich that is blocks away from my work. Couldn't eat it as I had to go into a meeting.

I will never go to this location Save your time and money go to different location Even the gm of the location is the problem with all the excuses he gave over the phone about my issues. You guys will keep getting bad reviews from customers until you fix the problems and hold employees responsible.

I ordered food from DoorDash it took forever for someone to pick up the food. Mr bigs made the food and it sat there. When we got our food the buns were completely soak and mushy. On top of it my food had Mayo on it guess who got food poisoning this guy never ordering there again.

Like very disgusting the chicken tasted like fish the burger was exactly like McDonald’s, fries were weak and the cheese curds were ok but not fried hard enough

The chilitos could have a little more filling and the burrito had a bit too much rice and not enough meat, but it was all still delicious! I'm actually writing this review because I wanted to comment on Caleb the manager. He was such a nice guy! Explained all the different options to us, let us taste test the salsa because we weren't sure we'd like it (we did!), and even brought our food to our table. He made our visit a very pleasant experience!

Ordered my favorite combo. Taco Burrito large with extra onions, And 2 mild Chilitos with onions!! It still tastes the same back when I used to go to zantigos as a kid in the early eighties. I hope it's open for at least another 30 more years. Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everybody I know!

Absolute killer taco joint — this is what Taco Bell used to be — before it got too big. Down to earth flavors and the Bavarian creme churros are insane. You’ll become an addict to these things and be craving another hit, night after night.

While it doesn't have the same nostalgia vibes to it for me as some other places, their flavors are definitely more traditional than places like Taco John's. The only critique I really have is that the spicy food (and "hot" hot sauce) were barely pushing mild on my palate. But that's a me thing, not a them thing.

The food was absolute trash. I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. The tacos tasted like cat food. The roll up things had the consistency of wet dog food. Flavor was non existent. The fact that they’re serving that food is surprising. No way it will last long. Too bad. Was hoping it was going to be like an upgraded Taco Bell. Little more home made quality. Was the opposite.

Local favorite fast casual counter service Mexican food. I think I've had most everything on the menu over the years and never been dissatisfied. Taco deluxe and the quessadillas are my go-to items these days. Check 'em out.

This restaurant is outdated and lacks a warm welcoming atmosphere. The decor, if any, is from the 80's to 90's. The neon around the inside of the restaurant is not working or they do not turn on maybe to try and safe energy. The florescent lighting in the dining room had many burnt out bulbs. No music plays in the dining room, so you hear everything that is going on with the staff. I don't see how the health department has not cited this location for back of house operations. The kitchen areas where the staff works only has a few lights in the far back that lights up enough for the crew to see what they are doing. This is a violation of health code. They need an inspection to correct these violations. I have worked in food service for over 30 years, and this would never be acceptable from any health department. The outside lot needs to be striped so vehicles know where to park in correct lanes. Garbage is full in the receptacle by the front door. Not a welcoming message for people visiting. The food tastes great and the fountain soda tastes better than McDonald's.

I’ve been coming to this location for 15 years and the food has become horrible; not just BK as a menu, but this location individually. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich and there were two black strips on it. I figured this was some sort of spicy spooky gimmick thing, but instead it was just bacon that was burnt black. From the employee who cooked the bacon to the one who thought it was ok to put it on the sandwich; I just don’t get why anyone thought this was ok to serve. On top of that, the fries had raised black spots that I swear was mold. I didn’t bother trying to eat the fries and tossed half of the sandwich after I got to the burned bacon. What a waste of $15. It’s time this place shuts down.

I honestly don't know how this location stays in business. The staff are rude. They don't listen to what people want and assume they said something else. I'm not the first person to say this. I ate inside. It was so gross. Food all over the seats. It's not my job to clean up. But of course I did.

Just ordered food, I asked for wopper, no tomatoes heavy mayo. So get home, open. Heavy tomatoes, no mayo, not anything but an onion Pickle. Wtf! A dry burger. Tried calling 5 times. Says no one is available to take yoyr call click!

The food was good and warm, but they forgot my chicken nuggets but gave me the BBQ sauce. Generally, this location is pretty decent.

I use Burger King's computer app ( I order, customize order, & pay for it on app ) then just pick up order at drive thru. They have done great so far 👍

As of summer 2017, the employees at this location are outstanding, and the sandwiches are fresh, healthy, and delicious! Online orders are accepted via Amazon Prime Now, Bite Squad, Door Dash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats.

I find myself coming here every couple and months and always walking away satisfied. It is slightly more expensive than a typical sandwich shop, but worth it in my opinion. The portions are good and the flavor is pretty bold with their more unique sandwiches. I especially like the Philly. Also - the large sandwich must be 18 inches or longer, so worth the price. The big wins relate to the milkshakes. They literally put blocks of cake into the drink and the consistency reflects it. Very good.

My sandwich was delicious and quickly made! Too bad they are permanently closing on August 18th, 2022.

Update 31July 2021: Was really let down today. Took 30 minutes to get the shake I ordered. Was done eating before they even asked if I got my shake yet. Original review July 2019: Which Wich is one of favorite places to eat. I can't say I've ever had a bad sandwich and this location is no exception. If you are in the mood for dessert, they have fantastic shakes. Highly recommend the Oreo shake. Overall this location has great staff and the store is kept clean.

Had the best sandwich I ever had in my life here, so that deserves props. I can't give it more than 4 stars because really it was a sandwich that I invented and I couldn't really put the experience at the level of a fine dining establishment. They have you basically draw with a sharpie on a brown bag to tell them what you want and the whole transaction basically occurs without any human interaction... Good or bad idea? You decide. Great food. Could use better drink selection for diabetics.

Horrible. My husband ordered a sandwich online and when he got home it was made wrong. The receipt showed the correct sandwich that he customized online but it had everything on it that he asked not to be. When he called back the rude employee was laughing at him saying there was no way to do a refund being disrespectful as hell. Finally he said he could do a refund since he ordered online. Employees are rude and liars saying one thing then doing another. Do not recommend this location at all.

How can you make a sandwich better? And if you are a vegetarian, like me, most of the sandwich shops suck because they think they can just add cheese to it and make it vegetarian. Not true. Which Wich has 5 vegetarian sandwiches!!! all of them just awesome. And when you visit the St. Louis Park Which Wich, you not only get awesome sandwich but also get awesome and friendly staff to treat you well. My order was perfect - the house chips were to die for. Definitely going again.

Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches through online for pickup, had a long day at work and this was going to be my dinner, I asked for extra sauce in it and when I got home there was barely any sauce! How ridiculous and you wanna charge extra for the new hot honey chicken when there's no sauce ?! Tried to call the store of course no one answered and their mailbox is full !! Ridiculous I had to add my own sauce from home for this dry ass sandwhich. Try to reach out to corporate too and of course it's hard to reach customer service. Do not come here unless you want a dry ass sandwhich. Poor customer service ! I highly do not recommend. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this! They don't wanna have their phones open because I'm sure there would be a lot more complaints ! No one was in the front when picked up and when customers came in, I'm sure they love dry sandwiches because whoever made the sandwich clearly doesn't know how to make a sub !

Me and my mom stopped by this Subway around 7:35 PM. When we walked in, there was a Mexican gentleman cleaning up. We stood there for about 2–3 minutes before he even acknowledged us — no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. Eventually, he went to wash his hands, and while doing so, he coughed into his hand before putting gloves on. As we waited, we mentioned that we had a coupon for 3 Subway sandwiches. Without even looking at the coupon or asking about it, he immediately shook his head and said “no.” That response, along with his overall attitude, felt rude and dismissive. At that point, we were really disappointed and decided to leave. We’ve been to this location before and have always had good experiences, which makes this one even more frustrating. The coupon we were using actually came from this exact location, given by one of the employees here previously — that’s why we chose to come back. Unfortunately, they’ve lost our business for now. We ended up going to Panera across the street instead. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and coaches this or other employee on better customer service. We weren’t expecting a 5-star experience — just a simple greeting and basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way. October/15/25

My food was ready before I got there which was nice. However, my sandwich which was toasted was bot toasted very long and even though it was a sandwich was 2X cheese there was almost no cheese... My sandwich tastes like dried chicken on one half and toppings on the other. Not what I expected from subway.

Been here many times over the years and used the online app for the first time today. Food was fine but the male employee was quite rude and had a serious attitude when engaging. Initially, he wasn’t interested in engaging at all even though my order was behind the cash register and not in the pick up area.

I walked in, wasn’t greeted and the employee working was somewhat rude. As I was ordering my sandwich, I noticed some of the veggies looked old. Wilty lettuce and spinach. Dry looking cucumbers. I thought if I just avoided those ones I’d be fine. Nope. Now I got sick from the food. I only ate Subway that day so that got me sick. Don’t come here. Don’t let the shiny new interior fool you.

Moved to Richfield recently. Glad I decided to stop in at Bloomington SouthTown JJ's. So good. Will stop in more often.

Every employee seems to be angry they were at work on a sat. Talking about how high and drunk they had got the night before. Ordered a italian no mayo. I got mayo. So I asked for a spoon. Watched a 6ft blonde shaggy haired male pick up a spoon. Put it back down and grab a fork. He told me they were out of spoons. 1st & last time customer.

Ordered our food using the app and was ready as soon as we got there (short time between ordering & arriving). Friendly service, but the main reason for this review is that my mom is still raving about her sandwich 24 hours later saying it’s “the best sandwich she’s ever had in her life”. Worst customer service ever. No one greeted me, all 3 people working looked openly hostile, the timed order I placed was not ready 15 minutes after the window, i was given 3 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips stuffed into a bag and then "instructed" to grab my two sodas and figure out how to carry everything. I'm industry so I usually tip in cash. No way. Food was good but the crew on Saturday evening needs a wake up call.

Got a sub here yesterday (10/8/25) around 2:30pm and got sick a few hours later. My stomach is still killing me this morning. This goes without saying, but I’ll never return.
