I was assured I would receive a refund, only to find out later that it was never processed, and after more than 30 days, I still have not received my money back. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Popeyes location due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Ms. Anna, who referred to herself as “The Boss.” When I pointed out that the combo I ordered was missing the sauce—a standard component of the meal—Ms. Anna initially insisted that the combo does not include sauce, contradicting the clearly stated menu. Despite this being no fault of mine, she displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, even going so far as to tell me she had time to address the issue but she was “busy”…I assume an emotional response to me saying “I have time”. I did initially called but my call went unanswered, no surprise. To make matters worse, Ms. Anna informed me that I was not entitled to a refund, despite the meal being incomplete. The fact I was waiting for the refund for the missing “sauce” that was properly adjusted for the entire meal after I sat to wait, simply reflects the lack of understanding for the position of a “boss”. Her unwillingness to acknowledge a basic customer service standard or resolve the issue was deeply frustrating. Only after what seemed like considerable hesitation, and perhaps after reviewing the menu information, did she finally concede and issue the refund. Perhaps she was aware that had she not it would have been a breach of consumer protection standards. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for future customers at this location. If you plan to order here, be prepared to double-check with the staff to ensure your combo includes everything listed on the menu, as this location appears to have an inconsistent approach to fulfilling orders. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by “The Boss” is unacceptable and reflects poorly on this establishment.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. Even after all the rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager, I have still went back because I love Popeyes and it’s usually a hit or miss, at times. My chicken was fried hard and looked like it had been sitting for a while. I asked politely if I could get another order and was told by the manager, “I don’t eat spicy chicken and it all looks like that.” Instead of getting another order, she walked away and said, “he can get it” referring to the young man at the counter. No apology. Just attitude. I don’t understand how a restaurant with so many bad reviews on the manager can still be ran by the same person. No one spending their money should be treated the way the “manager” treats their customers. August 19th at Paris, Tx location around 5pm.

Can’t rate the food since we never got anything. We sat in the drive-through from 9:47 PM to 9:52 PM which the drive-through was supposed to be “opened until 11 pm or later” according to the huge poster in the window - but after 5 minutes with no one answering at all we left. The doors were locked for the entrance, even though it was supposed to be open until 10 PM. The lights were on and there was one person in the kitchen. Either close or do better.

The heavy set black lady is VERY RUDE and I paid for a regular size chicken strip combo meal and she charged me for a large !! Customer service means a lot and this Popeyes in Paris is TERRIBLE!! She was rude to the man in front of me as well this location needs addressed and why does Popeyes answer all these reviews but y’all don’t fix a damn thing !! Sorry isn’t gonna fix your problem with this paris location

Every freaking time! Pay nearly $40 this time and get home with two large sides that are only half filled! Always something with this dang location. Always! Never have I gotten a family meal that is either correct or complete. I stop coming, then give it another chance. I was about to open the bag and look over food, but drive thru gal assured me it was all there, everything. So mad!!

I'm a regular customer at this Location. But lately it has been. It's been less than satisfactory. Is the employees have been rude to me on? A few occasions and the food has not been hot and fresh. I usually eat my dinner there before. I go into work every other day. But the rudeness and the quality of the food makes me not want to visit as often anymore. Please do something about the rudeness of your employees and the? All the tea of your fried chicken bring back the old Popeyes that was always hot, always fresh and always tasty And bring back the employees that we're always happy to serve their customers

If i 14$ For 3 chicken stripe and frys, I should have to pay .27 cents for a pack of honey. Cashier was nice and its not their fault that the franchise owner is so cheap.

We came here after an event with a party of 9. Fast serve, great food and food all came at one time!!! No issues, waitress did a great job!!! Thank you!!!

Usually a bad experience everytime we've been here. But this time was actually very nice! Our food was good and didn't take forever to receive. The waitress was very good, friendly, and accommodating. The table was actually clean this time. Things are stepping up here!

My daughter and i ate here with my friend, her two children and her mother. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. (There was a new waiter in training, so we had two servers. No problem with that, just have to be patient with the trainee.) All of our food came out at different times. The smoked burnt ends that I ordered were dry and hard. And the price was rather high for the amount and the quality of food we received.

My husband and I came for breakfast Sunday morning. Our waitress was fantastic! Our food, however, was awful. They had the worst-tasting coffee and to top it off, it was cold, so I ordered a Dr Pepper instead. Then we got our food. I'd ordered 2 eggs, hard cooked and the hash browns extra crispy. My eggs were cold and runny. My hash browns were not only not crispy, but they were greasy and tasty like a dirty griddle. We left and will not be back. Denny's used to be a great place for breakfast, but not anymore. We did leave the waitress a tip because she was great!

To start off this review, I'd like to first state that the greeting and the service I received was exceptional, but it wasn't until I heard and witnessed what I could not believe today. The manager and the way she was speaking to and treating the servers and other workers today was absolutely unacceptable. Throwing plates of pancakes, some of which I and other diners were waiting on, in the window and continuing to yell at her servers. The behavior of the manager was immature and not professional in the slightest. Again, when I was greeted and seated, and asked for my order, that whole service was outstanding, I couldn't have asked for a better server than Julieanne, truly, she was exceptional! But the manager is a completely different story and she should be reprimanded for how she has treated her servers and other workers. No one should have to deal with the disrespect I witnessed today, and I will not be back to witness more of it either, I enjoyed the food and the service I received, but sad to say I will not be visiting again.

I've loved Denny's over 60 years! Friendly service, very accurate. Well cooked meals, always the same no matter which chef is working or what state/location. New brioche french toast is amazing 😻 It's like eating a warm candy bar. Great "bold" coffee. Thanx to all who work there. 💝

This has been one of my favorite places since I was a kid. I usually grab a weekly burger from here on my day off, but I've been trying more menu options lately. Chicken, chili, unique burgers, and much more. Their market also carries a larger variety of no sugar added ice cream now. A great place to eat and shop.

This was a great store! The costumer service wasn’t the best, and it was not the cleanest Braum’s ever. But the food was beyond amazing! I got a burger, fries, and cookies and cream ice-cream, it was all so delicious and fresh! I would recommend this store.

Let the photo speak for itself. My family and I went through the drive thru this morning to get breakfast, the service was not great at all. The guy taking the order wants to rush me as I’m taking the order, with I want a number 1 with sausage and a dp, “him” anything else, a number 4 with sausage and a coke, “him” anything else, yeah can you please hold on a minute… just unprofessional. Plus he was trying to over talk me when I was trying to order. Then we get home with our food and the hash browns are over cooked hard and crunchy! This BRAUMS has rude customer service and their food has gotten bad.

Braums definitely has great value for the money and the quality is there also. One of my favorites lately is the frozen yogurt in a waffle cone. You can get a large for just $2. I think they are on sale, but the regular price is still under $3, you can't get anything close at dairy queen. Another good bargain is their chicken strip dinner. Under $10 and you get chicken stripe, fries, a roll, a cookie, and a drink. You can even get a shake for your drink. All this and they have a mini mart where you can pick up various grocery items. Very convenient, especially if you don't have time for a full grocery store trip.

This place is great ! You can get a great tasting burger and fries then go to the ice cream bar and get the Sunday of your dreams ! Over 25 flavors to chose from. They also have a indoor fresh market with all the Braums products you would find in a grocery store! Two isles of ice cream you can take home ... all the flavors they serve and then some !

As much as I love Braums, the Braums store #105 in Paris Texas consistently disappoints me and my visit on Thursday night (02-21-2019 @ 6pm) did not do anything to change my opinion. Ordered online 4/14. The order wasn't on the shelf so I told the cashier Olivia that I had placed a mobile order and told her my name. She and another employee ( no name tag) talked about their cell phone cover how hers is new it red and pink. And then she showed her screen. So the male employee showed her his phone. No case. And his screen. They shared the story of the cracks and damage on their phones. The male employee then talked about he missed his dog. It had been 2 days. They talked about their dogs and how Olivia just saw her dog. Well 18 minutes of them talking I stepped closer to the counter and Olivia FINALLY acknowledged me and said what was the name. She turned around and picked up the bag off the counter that had been sitting there since I walked in. I asked for fresh fries. Olivia huffed, rolled her eyes, threw my bag on the counter going into the kitchen where it slide to the cook. Olivia walked around behind to the kitchen said something to the cook. He looked at me then grabbed my fries outta the bag and walked towards the back. Olivia walked back around to the counter and told me 30 seconds. Well anyone who has ever worked in fast food knows what just happened. No I didn't eat the fries. I gave away my burger to the man standing on the corner with his dog. Definitely never going here for food for myself. It would be nice to get my money back but no one has answered my call. Be careful and don't interrupt the employees conversation or they will mess with your food which is a health violation and illegal but hey unattended kids will do what they want right.

We drove 90 miles for this meal we had! Hot, fresh and full of flavor. Clean and spotless. I visited a brand new Whataburger in Kansas on a trip recent and it was trash! People can replicate but never reproduce what Texas has!

We had the breakfast platter, with a side order of sausage gravy. It was delicious! Atmosphere is like any other fast food place. Cleaner than most.

Ordered from the drive thru. Fries were soggy & cold. Onion rings looked burnt. Ordered an apple pie & it was supposed to be fresh but it was not hot or fresh looking. Fries, onion rings & apple pie tasted like they were cooked in old burnt oil. I ordered my burger without onions & i swear they added extra onions. The guy that took my order was super nice.

We visit this location once a week and usually don't do a review. Today though, Keke was the best as she was friendly, pleasant, and has great attitude. She definitely is an asset to this location as we have never felt compelled to write a review about our other visits. She went above and beyond. Thanks Keke

Has to be the World's Slowest Whataburger. I spent 30 mins in the drive thru lane (truth, not joking). When I finally made it to the window, I was given my food but had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my soda and shake. Drove 1 block down the street where I began to eat my meal. There was no ketchup nor straws. The burger and fries were good but a little cold. The worker in the window was kind but definitely needed some help or additional training. 10 mins for 2 drinks is a little long.

Worst service slow took 30 minutes for my food to be cooked in old nasty grease that needs cleaned fry’s where horrible covered in old burnt food from fryers and all the tables and floor and literally the whole restaurant was dirty and the drink machine needs nozzles clean soda taste nasty and moldy honestly corporate needs involved and new mangers worst experience ever at a whaterburger makes me lose all desire to ever go to another one.

The last 2 times I was there the bread was old the chicken was fried till the whole thing was hard. I wont be going back . It use to be good but this year it has really gone down.

I tried to use the drive thru. Placed my order and was told to use the outside lane. A bit odd, but I pulled up as instructed. 20 minutes later the girl comes out asking the name on my order, and if it was an online order. I told her my order, and she said they were waiting for the meat. I left without waiting any more. The drive to a different restaurant and wait for that food was less time than my entire time at this Whataburger drive thru.

If anyone in charge actually cares to read these reviews I would like to say that I was at this Whataburger Tuesday September 2nd between 3 PM and 330 I had an order to go for my wife and myself she had a number one medium I had a number 2 medium when we drove away and stopped in the parking lot and opened up our bag to eat them the meat was cold and old and it tasted terrible!!! You people should be ashamed of yourself charging $23 for garbage the service was fair and the atmosphere was fair what a burger has gone down hill over all I won't be eating here

Adequately staffed yet order was wrong, and sat in line in excess of 25 mins the cars in front of me,and behind as well nobody employed there seemed very concerned my purchased condiments weren’t in the bag drinks were incorrect. I hope for the sake of returning customers this isn’t a regular occurrence.

I ordered tacos and a bean burrito, and both were seriously lacking in the main ingredients. The tacos had barely any meat—just a sprinkle that got lost in the lettuce—and the bean burrito was almost empty, like they forgot the beans altogether. For a place that’s supposed to specialize in tacos and burritos, this felt like a letdown. Not worth the price, and definitely not satisfying. Hope they step it up.

Love me some taco casa but,if you're wanting to get your moneys worth this is t the place. Ordered 5 tacos and they are half full at best. What a lier down and definitely not up to taco casa standards. Just goes to show they aren't all the same

I love taco casa, but maybe skip this one. Service was terrible. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and was repeatedly ignored, so finally went through the drive thru. Sub par service there too. I actually almost pulled away and went to taco Bueno but realized it is permanently closed. Then for some odd reason my taco was covered in sour cream? I hate sour cream! Staff looked high and definitely acted like it! Skip this location

Don't eat here you will pay for stuff and not get it and then they will refuse to remake it the food is really good and the sweet tea is the best but the manager needs to be fired immediately

Manger refused to add nacho cheese to my encharito (don’t know if I spelled it correctly) she said it was a hazard and against company policy! Every taco casa I’ve ever been to adds it with no problem. She made a huge deal about it. Other employees are nice and friendly. Food is good !

Giving three stars because it’s my first time in this location. Burger was great, but fries were lukewarm at best, and soggy. Floors, tables window ledges and seats are a mess. 3-4 people standing around talking and having fun, but no one cleaning. I’ll give em another shot next time I’m in town. Looking through reviews though, you never see any responses or acknowledgment from managers/owners, which is concerning. Shows a lack of care and appreciation if you ask me.

I went through drive through 2-21-2025 ordered a J.r hamburger and fries. The hamburger barely had mayo on it and basically dry except the soggy bun from the tomato. The fries weren't cold, but they were not hot. and greasy. I got into them before I was off the parking lot. What happened to yalls quality?

Wait time was 15 minutes . Cream potatoes were not mixed up by blender and very dry. It could not been eaten.

I have a tendency to obssess over certain fast food places for a period of time, then switch to another a few months later. My thing lately has been Dairy Queen. I have had NO ISSUES. Usually by now I've had a few mess ups, or the food quality isn't good, or something. This store is on point. Fast, friendly, and correct every single time. I dont think I will be switching my eating place for a bit. I'm so happy with this Dairy Queen. Also, LOOK AT THIS PRESENTATION!!! 🤩🤩🤩

This Burger King in Paris Tx is amazing. The employees are always so nice and friendly. The play room is open so my kids can play. A little hot in there, but someone put a fan in there and it's comfortable. Thank you to the employees for being so very nice. Food is always hot and fresh.

Traveling for Labor Day was the worse until we stopped for breakfast at Burger King. The morning crew was great, the store and restrooms were the cleans I’ve seen in fast food places. And the manager I believe her name was Miss Latreese was the best. I can’t want to visit this store again. All in all made my day.

We stopped here on our way back home, got it to go, one burger was very fresh but my whopper was probably the worst I have had. The only warmth it had was from the other burger and it was dry.... then washed that bite down with what I thought was sweet tea since that is what I ordered but it was not that. We won't go back again.

Pretty awful everything was great the frys good, the drink good, almost all of my whopper good until the last bite which was filled with the most vile tasting chemical flavor I have ever been subjected to which is saying a lot because i once accidentally sprayed bleach into my mouth before, do better

I had a great experience at Taco Bell! The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was just right. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you want when you stop in for a meal. The lobby was very clean and well taken care of, which made the visit even better. Definitely one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been to!

The best service at any restaurant I have been to in my travels. The order is always right. Which just never happens at any Taco Bell anywhere. And they make quality food. You order a burrito,you get a hefty burrito not a pencil that leaves you wondering why they didn't put anything in it. They are quick too. They always greet customers and the restaurant is clean. Round of applause for all the employees at this location y'all are awesome .

How are you going to be out of forks, spoons, salt and pepper. My family ordered a salad and they can’t eat a salad with their hands. I mean come on. What do they expect us to do? How can a fast food place not have utensils??

It was the worst service I've ever had here. The ladies fixing the food looked like they were lost or was just moving so slow like they didn't want to be there. I would have thought it was their 1st day, but I've seen all of them in there for at least 2 months. The dining room was full (I mean full) and no one had their food. I had 1 burrito and 2 soft tacos and it was 30 minutes to get my food. There was 3 orders in front of me. There was probably 8 to 9 more after me. No telling how long they waited.

Someone needs to let the manager and employees at this location know that Taco Bell has a senior discount. It wasn't funny that the teenage "employees" laughed at our request before and after saying, I don't think we do that.

Today on September 27 2025 my name is KT I had ordered a $7 box special i said not hot sauce an no sour cream.I still got sour cream on my food n I called back to Toco bell an explained I was on my way to work n that they got my order wrong I took pics of it n tried to go back and see if they could make it Right and they did not an told me its nothing they can do about the order.I will call the corporate office Monday n see why as a customer i was treated un fair and the problem could not be correct I was not AT ALL asked for a REFUND.

I just received the most horrible pizza that I’ve ever had in my life. Without a doubt this pizza was old and had been sitting in a box on the counter. It was cold, the toppings were scarce, and the crust was flat and had the texture of cardboard. I hate flat crust. I ordered a hand tossed crust but the crust I got was not hand tossed. And the bacon ranch sandwich that I ordered was practically all bread there was a little bit of ranch on it with very little bacon and very little chicken, it was warm but I believe that the sandwich was not freshly made. I guess it was my fault because I did not open the box and look to see what I was receiving before I took it out of the store and went 7 miles to my house. But I do know this-I will never order pizza from the Domino’s on Lamar Avenue in Paris Texas ever again. Hunt Brothers pizza from a gas station is far superior to what I just received today. It is a sad day when gas station pizza is better than a pizza from Domino’s.

It looks like a bunch of kids just hanging out and having fun slopping pizzas together. I’m guessing the district manager and GM do not respond which is sad so I’ll write the corporate headquarters. I was a GM at Cicis pizza for 4 years and this place uses spoiled pepperoni and they skimping on dough to cut food cost probably trying to get a bigger bonus. The last two orders were cut wrong sauced wrong weighed wrong and put together wrong. It’s like wet pizza. With inflation and having to support the people of the world I can’t afford to just let it go do I’m gonna need a refund for the last two orders and should get the next free. Fire your employees that won’t do the job as you ask. I’d fire all the night workers if I managed that place. They sure as heck wouldn’t want me managing them cause they either work hard or get fired. I just write them up three times to CMA and no unemployment got you my friend. The pep jalapeño was supposed to be have and half. Pizza isn’t supposed to look like it’s been in a flood.

Ordered 4 large pizzas online for pickup. My husband was going to pick them up however he was delayed. My husband called me, so I could call Domino's and let them know. I did indeed call and told the man who answered my pertinent information and relayed the information that my husband was delayed. He didn't understand what I meant, so I had to explain to him repeatedly what delayed ment. I asked for his name and his position with Domino's because I wanted to report how rude he was to me. Order was prompt and ready for me as soon as I walked through the door. Staff pleasant. Assumed dipping sauce for bread and chocolate cake would be in the boxes with the order. Opened up at home, 15 miles away, and they were not. Very disappointed ☹️. Didn't know I would have to open the boxes to check my order, but I will be doing so in the future.

It's McDonald's food. 3 times now we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Twice was inside and once was curbside. The curbside they lost my order and had to remake it. While inside they prioritize drive-through and forget the people inside. One inside they gave my food to someone else. They have the staff but no organization.

I recently visited McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered a McGriddle, expecting the usual quality. However, I was shocked to bite into a hard object that turned out to be a bone. This not only ruined my meal but also raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control.

I just went in the drive thru and got a 2B meal. I drove about a mile to Ford dealership and sit down to eat. My burger was cold and my frys were warm but it looked like I may have gotten the bottom of some frys that had already been cooked. I have never gotten this bad of food. It normally is good and hot food. Maybe an off moment.

I use the app, they took the app code, totally screwed up the order, then asked for the app code again.... Then wanted to charge new $7 for a $3.49 order... I mean it's not that hard people.... So just warning people. My son got a 10 piece nugget but when opening the bag it was a Big Mac. Okay, no big deal. I took the mug Mac back inside to inform them that they gave me the wrong item. He then puts the Big Mac back under the heater to give to another customer! I was flabbergasted!

The cheap owners need to turn on the AC! It’s 82 (NOW 85!!) degrees in here by the front door and way hotter inside! I don’t know how your employees haven’t walked out! UPDATE: came back a few days later to see if the issue was resolved, and it’s even hotter today!

I specifically asked for fresh chicken and fries. I didn't get neither. My chicken tasted old and was barely edible. My daughter's chicken strip were trash. Fries were room temp. I definitely will not be back.

The manager told me to never come back. I assured her I would not. Arby's has yet to process my refund. Update: 2/20 The actual store manger is Marcus, not the lady as she stated. Marcus called me today. He was very polite and apologetic about the situation. He asked me when I could stop by that he had my refund for me. I wasn't able to go until after Marcus had left but the manager on duty was very apologetic she handed me my refund and Marcus had thrown in a card for me to get a free meal. Very polite. Very nice.

My wife purchased me a Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich combo for my dinner as she passed through Paris. We live 28 miles out from the resturant. Glad she is safe and off the road and settled into my evening chair to enjoy my “Market Fresh” sandwich. I am adding several photos of my fine dining meal. Included is the picture of the sandwich as advertised on their official web site. There are several photos of my sandwich as sold to my wife. Now I eat the thing and deal with it or drive 56 miles round trip to replace it. Oh, one other thing, I called their number on web site and the call would not go through. I will be contacting corporate about this obvious opportunity for re-training from the manager down. The worst part of this is that this level of service has become accepted. Well when I park in your drive thru while I go through my sack to see if you did your job be patient. By the way fill the sack with condiments and napkins while we pay $10.00 for a sandwich and get served like this. Fed up of not being fed proper food as purchased.

Usually this place is awesome.. tonight I’m not sure what the heck happened. $15 wasted.. both classic roast beef n cheddar sandwich dry dry dry…smh.. turkey n Swiss had dry stale bread, whole slice of tomato on one side hardly had any turkey.. tried calling the store several times no answer… will be going to see manager in the morning.. or calling cooperate

Clerk was very nice and friendly 👌and the food was as good as always. He made me feel better and want to return.

The food is good. They come out with the occasional great limited items. I wish they would sell Arby's sauce by the gallon 🤣 over all it's good food. The service is good for the most part but occasionally there is a very rude person working the drive thru.

i have had donuts from other stores before, i was mailed free donuts coupon so i came by today to try them. so far the freshest feeling and tasting donuts ive ever had. and i tried a few different ones, i hope i can get more donuts from here again. TY for the coupon so i could try your donuts.

I went here around 4:30 pm. I expected them to have more donuts than they did. After all, it called Dunkin donuts. I think there may have been a dozen left. When I walked in no one acknowledged me. I stood at the register at the other end for a few min to see if anyone would come over there. They didn't, so I left. Hopefully they do a better job keeping donuts on hand in the morning.

I got a caramel iced coffee the other day that was supposed to be blended and it was kinda gross idk why but I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t like that but have liked everything else I’ve ever gotten here especially their breakfast sandwiches! I really like that their drinks are less expensive than Starbucks! I also like that you can order on the app and pickup without having much interaction if you’re in a rush like I am. My only tip is if you want all the exact donuts in your order to be right, go earlier in the morning because once they run out, they’re out. And stuff like their pumpkin donuts go quickkkk.

I love Dunkin! I love the coffee, when it's made right! I love the donuts! I don't love the people they have working there when Mrs Kim and her husband isn't there. The new young lady that works on the weekends (fri-sun), she's not polite. She never gets my coffee right. Her voice is not welcoming at all. She always seems irritated or as if the customers are bothering her. I normally start the day off by going to Dunkin and her negative attitude is not what I want or need first thing in the morning. Literally every time she works, my coffee is wrong. For example, I asked for a toasted white chocolate iced coffee extra sweet, which normally means extra flavored syrup. What I got was an original iced coffee with a pump of white chocolate, 5 sugar and 1 cream, which might not have been that bad, except the sugar was all in the bottom of my coffee, not melted, so my first drink was thick granulated sugar. It was disgusting. I think fro now on, I'll only be going Mon-Thur. When I know I'll be getting what I pay for.

I go almost everyday to this Dunkin’ Donuts! I like going Monday through Thursday because my favorite two workers are there in the mornings those days! If I go any other time, my coffee is made differently and it’s not usually filled up all the way.

Staff is rude. Order is usually wrong, and they prefer you to use the microwaves in the gas station to warm up your food yourself... rather than them doing their job and serving it to you warm. Donut tasted like it's been sitting in the display for 5+ days. I'll take my business back to Starbucks!

Since they been open I’ve had nothing but issues. Sadly this isn’t even the first time I’ve found a hair in my food. If it’s not poor food quality it’s taken forever to get my food. Almost 90% of the time I order I’m singled out to go around and wait in the front cause my order will take longer. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth the hassle.

This is a relatively new location for Chick-fil-A and it shows a little bit. The lines were slower than normal (compared to more established locations). I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but received a normal sandwich instead but that was okay. The chicken patty tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed recently or was too hot while cooking. I am confident that this location will make some improvements over time.

Always great service and food. I can tell everyone's working their hardest. The speed of service is always snappy. Best fast food in town.

I used the app to order from home. Had used previously but had a bad experience so I cleaned up preferences and payments, ordered again and followed the directions like a good little soldier. Upon arriving, I scanned the figure like it told me to and pulled forward and they brought my food to me. Worked like a charm.

Chick-Fil-A is my go to place. I love their chicken nugget meals and their salads. The tea tastes fresh. The service is good and fast.

I wanna take a moment and thank the employees that worked Oct 5th to fix me two tuna melt subs. They were very professional. And they did my sandwiches the right way. I will comeback again and continue ordering from there location.

They think it’s funny I’m assuming. But they need to learn how to make a sandwich and stop playing. This is my sandwich. Not spread out and they Folded it long ways and stuffed it in the bag. This is unacceptable. Worst subway I’ve been to.

My son placed an order at 8:05 for it to be ready by 8:35. I get there to pick it up and as soon as I walk in the door the lady says very rudely, it’s not ready yet. Then when it finally is ready, she speaks to the other clerk and says yes I think this lady has two more sandwiches but I had to stop and make this. Then she practically throws the sack with order in it at me. I’ve always liked this subway because the people there are friendly and helpful. I’m not sure what was going on tonight but this was the rudest person I’ve ever had that waited on me. I understand everyone has a bad day but you really can’t take it out on your customers. It will be awhile before we go back there.

So NATE the weekend night shift manager needs an immediate raise and recognition for being amazing. I called about my elderly parents wanting the 6.99 foot long that’s only available through the app and he was so sweet. He said he would help them get the deal , which means sitting down with boomers and getting their technology to work! From experience I know that’s not easy. He was so genuine in the conversation with me, too! We need more NATEs!

The employees are the nicest, and the building itself is the cleanest I have seen of any subway location.

Paris has roughly 482 subways in this town. This is the best one. Imagine the part of the movie Ratatouille when the evil food critic takes a bite of the mouse's delicous food and gets transported back to his childhood? The man smiles for the first time in ages! It's like that if I had a good childhood. There's also no human-puppeteering mouse ... probably Tldr. Eat here or be dumb.

Would give no stars if I could while ordering food they put the wrong sauce on my daughters sandwich and the servers attitudes were bad I know they were closing soon but we were told that we have to leave cause they were closing the lobby while drive thru was still open and my daughter was not finished eating we didn't mind leaving cause they were closing but the way that the worker came at us felt rude. Do better and be more courteous toward your customers.

We went in about 6:30 and were not greeted. No eye contact through the whole process of ordering sandwich and making it. They didn't even ask what bread we wanted. Usually we get great service from this store, tonight, not so good. The food was good when we ate it.

I’ve been to this location before and wasn’t super impressed. I went back again today and noticed an A rating from the health department. 👌 We walked in to an immaculate, clean facility. Spotless. I appreciated the hand sanitizer station right before you order. The ladies were really nice and made the best salads!! She offered choices I had never had. I will definitely be back! One of the cleanest, nicest Subways I’ve ever been to.
