Arrived and placed order 3 meals at 10:18 p.m., 2 of them arrived at the table around 10:26 p.m.currently still waiting on my meal and time is 10:51 p.m., the other guests have already finished their meals and I'm still waiting on mine, not a good experience for our first visit. ( Update never received food asked for money back at 11:09 p.m. and received full refund small redemption upon staff. Maybe better luck at another location. )

$12.50 for a single Hamburger? Would you pay that for the picture below? Overpriced, yes. Quality: basic, mid at best. Service: friendly & typical Gen Z attitude. Cleanliness: excellent, they keep it super clean.

Went to grab a quick bite before the Clint Black concert and was sure glad we stopped here. My burger was cooked to perfection! My brother-in- law ordered Cobb salad. It had a couple of twists to the normal Cobb salad but it was excellent!

I love eating here when I come to Choctaw—the burgers are always fresh, hot, and flavorful. I typically dine-in and they’ve always been good about remembering the sauces we paid for. We placed a bigger to-go order this time, around $60 worth of food and we even tipped them. We were disappointed that they didn’t put ANY of the 4 sauces we paid extra for in there. They also forgot to give us our milkshake. It wasn’t as busy on a Monday late afternoon either. To charge extra for sauce is fine, but they should definitely be checking to make sure it’s in there. Also, about a week ago I dined in on a Sunday evening and the line was super long, and they only had one of the cash registers open taking orders which made the wait about 25 minutes just to order. Please consider having two registers open when it’s super busy.

payed extra for none of my bacon or extra cheese on my mushroom swiss burger, not even the swiss cheese is comes with?? also don’t think they added my extra mushroom, but that is somewhat subjective ig. was too hungry to dissect it in the beginning for proof, but you can see there’s no cheese or bacon.

First visit to Choctaw Durant, and I looked forward to getting a Smashburger. Well -- what a disappointment. First, they were not busy, so that's no excuse. The burger was good enough -- though the meat was tiny. The Smash-tots were lovely, but cold, like stone cold. The salt and pepper shakers were so greasy, I doubt they ever get cleaned and I felt like I needed a bath after touching them. The only bright light was the uber-friendly boy cashier, hawaiian shirt.

To start the visit the girl at the counter didn't care to be at work that day. It was a bother for her to take my order but she did. We had ordered two meals and my daughter just wanted tots. Thats how it was ordered and we had two meals one w tots and one w fries and a big tray of fries. I told the guy and he said they just switched it. It clearly wasn't with the amount of fries to tots. No biggie. The food was nothing great just a basic smash burger. The lobby was clean so that was a plus.

Had a day trip with really no destination Decided to stop in and have some food. Great friendly service The cheeseburger was good. The steak fingers and chili cheese fries were good as well.

Real country food. No fuss, just good'ol Oklahoma comfort food. Service comes with a smile and attention. If you're looking for some real Durant homemade food, this is the place. Stop going to chain restaurants and support local restaurants like this one!

We live about 4 hours away, and love to travel. We stopped in to eat here 8 months ago, and again today! It's that good 😉 A true old-fashioned dining experience with good food & service. Try the PECAN COBBLER WITH ICECREAM mmm! Friendly people!

Excellent food and service! We dined in, and the staff were extremely attentive and the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Chicken fried steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked, onion rings were “phenomenal”, and my payment was delicious. This is our go-to whenever we swing through Durant. We ordered CFS meal, patty melt, three burritos, two corn dogs, two desserts and a soda. All that was $41. Not too bad of here days.

I’m so happy I decided to stop in here today! If you want good, southern comfort food this is the place! The sweet tea here is perfect. The chicken fried steak is nice and crispy and their gravy has a lot of flavor. The mashed potatoes are real (not powdered!) and fluffy, and the green beans are cooked with fried bacon and onions. The staff here is super friendly and inviting. They’ll make you feel right at home. 10/10 recommend checking this place out.

This place is by far the BEST! - Outstanding double bacon cheeseburger with bacon...possibly the best tasting burger I've ever had! I highly recommend Wright's Diner and if you're driving through Durant, Oklahoma do yourself a favor and make a special stop at this 75 year old diner, you won't regret it! Oh and the service and people are extremely friendly and prompt!

I walked in and instantly knew I was at Braums! The layout is always a little awkward, since you have to go through a narrow area to go from the bathrooms and grocery to the dining room. If there's a large group, that can be challenging. This particular Braums could use a refurb, but the food was fast and tasty! Our fries were a little cold, and the bottom of the Styrofoam shake cup was cracked, so it leaked everywhere. I love that they have healthier options now (yogurt or cottage cheese instead of fries), but my yogurt had definitely been shaken, so the texture was funky. Handicapped accessible, though there are only two stalls in each bathroom. Getting a wheelchair through the area by the registers could be tricky.

Bought the freshest fruits and veggies! Love the ice creams, sherbets, and many flavors of frozen yogurt. Their milk is the best in North Texas! Healthier and stays fresh much longer. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Silly, but I can't enjoy my desserts without their canned whipped cream. So lucky to live close to Brahms. Any reviewers who complain do not realize the complexity of managing both a restaurant and a grocery on the same site.

The breakfast was better than I remembered from the last visit. I had the big breakfast it was pretty good the eggs were a little dry. The sausage was seasoned well but had an over processed texture. The gravy and biscuits and hash browns were very good. Connie had the breakfast burrito she said it was ok but was not a fan of the tomatoes in it. After trying it I agreed and I generally like tomatoes. We stopped again and bought milk on the way out of town and discovered it was a lot more expensive than the Denison store. The employees were friendly and the store was clean except for the overflowing trash cans. Overall it was a good breakfast but we will probably only return to this location occasionally.

I ordered the chicken strip dinner and got 2 tiny strips no gravy no roll and no cookie as advertised. The only thing right was the fries.

We always love Braum's. My kids enjoy the ice cream, burgers, and chicken strips. They also like Braum's milk over anything we get at other places.

Taco casa used to be on point all the time. The super salad used to be wonderful. This is two times in a row now I’ve been completely disappointed. For a nine dollar salad I would expect it to be sufficient for a meal. I came home, opened my box and looked at what was a sad situation of a salad. It looks so small that I decided to measure it to see if it was just me. Not just me. 1 cup of salad for $9? Not ever again. I had not taken one bite of this food before I took the pictures.

How are they still in business?? I go to drive thru lane 1 and wait 10 minutes, while drive thru lane 2 is going helping car after car. I go to the window and the guy acts like nothing is wrong. Sure, they didn't notice lane 2 is flooded with customers and lane 1 has no one. I call the manager and he couldn't care less. You lost my business.

It’s a little expensive for what you get, but the workers were very nice and attentive, until the shift changed… at that point 4 people seen my husband and I standing at the counter with our cups for a refill and none of them offered to help us. Eventually the lady in the back room seen us standing there and came up to help.

Drove 2 miles off the interstate to eat lunch here spent 16 dollars on 2 tacos and a chilada. It wasn’t warm all the way through. Cheese wasn’t even melted. However Justin and Ashley thought it was hilarious that they ignored me and then saw I didn’t eat the garbage sent out and just laughed some more.

This Taco Casa was the best that we have eaten at. It was very clean, staff members attentive, accurate and actually wanted to be there. Food was great!

I order breakfast here a couple times a week usually. I always get the breakfast sandwich without cheese. It’s usually good. But for some reason half the time the eggs have a green tint to them and have a rubbery texture. I reached out to whataburger on the app and they didn’t tell me why or do anything about it except give me two free meals. I just want my sandwich to be correct because it’s about the only thing I can eat for breakfast. Why are the eggs green? Why are they rubbery? Are they safe to eat? I mean I probably won’t eat them anyways. Please fix this. I don’t like the sandwich without the eggs. This happened two days in a row. And it’s definitely happened before this many times. 3 stars cause it’s super great when eggs aren’t green and *most* of the staff is great

The dining experience at this Whataburger location was exceptional. The service received a perfect rating, and the food quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this establishment to others. The service was notably efficient, with food delivery in under ten minutes. The food was fresh, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The burgers were also of excellent quality.

When I am visiting family in OK, this is the location I stop at; very convenient while traveling and when my 2 kids are screaming that they're hungry. Each visit has been very pleasant, from the fantastic customer service, to getting my food within a decent time after ordering. I can tell they are hard workers!! This is why I love WHATABURGER.

We waited 20-25 minutes for two cold hamburgers. The onion rings were hot but a little too breaded. I’m guessing that they just let the cooked hamburgers sit until they got around to the onion rings. But that’s not acceptable. This was my first time going to a Whataburger and while I recognize that they were very busy tonight, it really seems like they don’t know what they were doing. The outside car line was really slow and people before us were all waiting a really long time. They were well staffed. More employees than customers. There was no line when we walked in. But one began to form about 10-15 minutes later. Potential customers came in and saw the long line of cars, the long order line, and how many people were standing around waiting for their orders and they turned around and left. Oh, and the bathroom was not kept up. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I had an excellent experience at the Whataburger in Durant, Oklahoma! The store is run by Brittany Earnhart, and you can immediately tell she takes pride in her work and her team. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh and hot—just the way it should be.

I think they're dipping the frozen custard out of the catch buckets. Dirty dining room with no clean tables. Dirty fountain drink area. No ketchup in both dispensers. Not busy but customers waiting to give orders, plenty of employees. Photos and video. My first impression of this chain.

We love Freddys so we stopped at this one. The kids cheeseburger didn't taste like the ones at other Freddy locations. It wasn't the best. We also ordered a large chili cheese fries and it seemed very small for a large portion. We ordered a large fry before at the location in Sherman, and it was double this. Just a bummer experience for us.

My family and I decided to do on vacation a little over a week ago, with a 12-hour drive from start to finish. With Durant around the midpoint in the road trip. We went inside and our order was taken promptly, but that is the last good thing I could say about it. They were understaffed and we waited for an hour for our food. When we really needed to get back on the road. Wouldn't recommend the Freddies in Durant to anyone, I would find another place to eat if you're traveling on 75.

Let’s talk about the food — the steakburgers are out of this world. Perfectly crispy edges, juicy center, and layered with just the right amount of Freddy’s special sauce. You can tell they care about quality here. The fries? Thin, golden, and addictively crunchy. I don’t know what kind of magic dust they put in that fry sauce, but I could eat it by the spoonful. And then there’s the custard. OH. MY. CUSTARD. Silky smooth, creamy beyond belief, and packed with flavor. I had the Signature Turtle Sundae and it might just be the best dessert I’ve had at any fast food place — ever. The staff was friendly, fast, and made sure everything was perfect. Even during the rush, service was quick without sacrificing quality. They even came around to check on customers and offer refills — that’s rare in a fast-casual setting. The manager, Ryland, was amazing! He was attentive and very welcoming when I came in. He was quick and did an amazing job! He asked how the food was when I was eating and checked up on me! Another gentleman, Havoc, refilled my drinks for me many times throughout the experience! If you're anywhere near Durant, Freddy’s is a must-stop. Whether you're just passing through or a local looking for your new favorite spot, this place delivers every single time. 5 stars, no question — Freddy’s is a fast food experience done right.

I have been here multiple time always loved it. But on 7/18 a couple friends and I went. The bun for burger was about size of quarter and meat patty size of frisbee. Seriously. Also burger tasted like cooked on dirty grill. Sorry I will not be back

went to the drive thru to sit there for 10 minutes without anyone coming over the speaker, decided to just go inside after taking my 3 kids out of their seats, stood at the front counter for 5 minutes without anyone even coming to the front counter to get our order & we ended up just leaving to go somewhere else. i get short staffed, but if that were the case, someone could’ve atleast said it’ll be a minute before i can get to you & any communication would’ve been better than this experience. horrible.

Don’t door dash from here, and always check your stuff when ordering drive through. like while you are still in front of the window. Staff is absolutely careless. Worst Freddie’s around. Chance after chance Freddie’s in Durant never fails to disappoint me! Thanks for another bad experience.

Dined in and couldn't stand the very strong chemical smell while there. Only stayed bc they have outdoor seating and my kid wanted chicken. Good wasn't great either.

My husband and I got there right when they opened, I ordered my husband the three piece bone-in chicken breast. The chicken was dry and when he peeled the skin back it was brown, so right there you could tell it was not fresh. Tasted like the chicken was leftover from the day before. The chicken should have been hot and fresh considering they just opened. Also you could tell the workers had nothing to do, because there were a lot of horseplaying going on. The manager on duty joined in on the playing around. Will not be going back to this location. This location used to be better than that. We went there on Wednesday July 9th at 10:30 am.

Never been disappointed at a chicken express but was extremely disappointed here today. Received less chicken than the meal was supposed to come with as well as chicken nugget sized chicken strips. Didn't get any of the several sides of ranch that were ordered and the fries were soggy to the point they were inedible.

Worst customer service I've experienced. The little boy up front was just whispering and looking off in space, not making eye contact at all , and once I was done ordering, he'd go back to talk to the others working in the back and they kept looking at us. Then he forgot to hand me my cup and when I asked for it. He insisted I was already given it, and after going back and forth he finally gave me one. I was handed my food where they forgot my corn nuggets, which was an honest mistake, yet I didnt know I had to bring my plate to get them, and he proceeded to go back and talk with this little girl and they kept staring at us the whole time and we could hear them talking about it. It wasn't like I worker there or went there everyday to even be aware of that. Employees were taking food off the line and eating it. My food was okay, chicken was a chewy and you could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamps all day. Overall, I would not go here unless you are prepared for the worst customer service ever. Keep your money and take it elsewhere!!!!!!

Picked up a gallon of their tea and 2 apple pies was told to pull up and they would bring out the pies but after a long wait I had to go inside to pick them up.

Rude Service at 9pm and only one in drive thru. Reheated Fries and Reheated chicken sandwich. Was told out of spicy chicken. No big deal. Went to regular instead. To get my already cooked. Quickly flashed again chicken to make it seem fresh. Food was terrible. Old stale fries and stale sandwitch. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. I can even take a little rudeness. Just for the love of God make my food fresh and hot! That's all I came out for!

It was good, but they were out of the chocolate frosty flavor so we had to get vanilla. The girl at the counter was nice, but basically said they don't have chocolate frosty. I pointed to the menu, and said it's right there. She just said they don't have it. After questioning her about it some more, it turns out the machine was down, so they just couldn't serve it right then. Good otherwise though.

Wendy’s is a good go to place. We frequent this Wendy’s regularly due to proximity. Often they sell out of items and blame it unexpected volume of sales. Lost revenue, lost trust. Needs new management or better stock of supplies to handle volume of business.

My fries tasted like there were fresh mixed with old fries. The guy in drive thru handed me my drink with a 1’ long hair hanging out of my cup and when I handed it back he just took it out and handed the cup right back. Then I noticed no one was wearing gloves. This place is absolutely discussing

I Ordered chicken nuggets and my husband ordered the fuego chicken sandwich. they asked us to pull up, as always to make sure their timer is good. You would think my food would be hot nope cold fries cold nuggests no sauce his was awful my husband's sandwich was missing the sauce and when you call staff is rude. I wish I could get my food made right the first time I don't want free food I want what I pay for to be right and if your asking a customer to pull up make sure all food is hot and what they order and how do you forget a main ingredient

I had a wonderful experience today thanks to Dawn’s exceptional customer service. In a time when genuine hospitality is becoming rare, it was refreshing to be met with such friendliness and attentiveness. Just keep on driving, don’t bother. No other customers when we ordered, and they still got all our orders wrong and super slow to correct it.

The restaurant maintains a 24-hour schedule. We arrived at approximately 1:30am and ordered two #1's sourdough jack cheese burgers, with one tailored to exclude tomato, served with curly fries and a coke. Disappointingly, the bread was hard around the edges and lacked proper toasting. Moreover, the burger contained no cheese, rendering it inedible. Given our prior arrival at the hotel, we elected not to revisit the establishment.

I had to tell them to fill my drinks up. I could see were my drink was filled to a little over half. I get home get my kids food out. And these are my fries. Over 40 dollars in food…

We were taking a couple of minutes to decide what we wanted in the drive through. There were no cars in line before or after us. We were in a good mood and joking around while we were deciding what we wanted and the manger came on and told us to either order or leave. We were not rude or anything other than being happy while me, my girlfriend, and our 2 kids decided what we wanted. It completely ruined the rest of our night. Needless to say we will never again come to this location and the manager on duty the night of May 30th needs to be taught customer service.

Almost every table needs to be wiped off, there's no ice in the machine or Co2 so my syrup doesn't taste that great. And then watching the owner/manager or whoever tell customers why her the the employee who just walked out was fired 🤦 not coming back

7/17/2025 @ 9pm i walked into the place and couldn't see anybody except for a man standing in the lobby looking really creepy. then I finally noticed the young woman standing where she could barely see me, but could definitely see me and definitely did not want to come take my order. There were only 2 employees there that I could see. The fries were dead and soggy like melting in the bag type stuff, there was no ice in the soda pop dispenser and the soda was flat. To top it off the customer service was so bad that I had to raise my voice to get the attention of one the women that was doing absolutely nothing to ask for some ice.

The person in the drive through was very rude. We were trying to order food. Two double with no lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. Add bacon, mustard and extra pickles. And she got rude with us. I was talking to my friend. And the lady said fine I’ll ring it up your way with a very bad attitude. So we drove off. I’m very disappointed in y’all drive through service and will not come back.

Shout out to Trisha working the drive thru on the weekend! Always atleast a 20-30 min wait for food on fri/Sat but I dont mind if the service and workers are friendly and making an effort!

I'm extremely disappointed in this place. We are passing through, I hadn't been to a LJS in probably 15 years. First impression is a run down crappy place, if it weren't for the few cars in the disheveled parking lot, it looked abandoned. I don't think they have changed the grease in their fryer in a while, because everything fried was rancid tasting. My fish was absolutely horrible and disgusting as were my waffle fries. I think their cocktail sauce is out of date, really bad tasting. What a waste of money, I should have known...even the drive thru sign looked like it was the original from 25 years ago. Don't go here. The lady at the window was super friendly.

Order food on LJS app so we could pay and pickup via drive through window. We got to LJS and the person working his name was Travis. Travis was very rude. And told us we had to pull around front and come in cause. New corporate policy the Ljs staff was told not to server online app orders through the drive through. We both have disabilities as the reason we like to order online app and pay via the app and just drive through at our pickup time. Travis said he could not serve us and that if we wanted our food just come inside and get it.Travis very rude and not understanding of our disabilities and just didn't care. Then he didn't get the order correct we was missing our sides. This location the store is nasty inside and outside the Staff is rude and dont care. Travis stated we'll if you dont like it. Just dont come back he doesn't care. Editing my review I did the online LJS survey also. Ljs just don't care. Steer clear of LJS Durant oklahoma.

The fish is awesome although I'm not a fan of the change they made to the switch to waffle fries. Regular fries were better. Waffle fries usually come kind of hard and crunchy. But others may like them..I'm just not a fan of them myself. On this day tgat we visited we only ordered the fish, a couple of fountain drinks with no sides. We asked tor tartar sauce, we was given vinegar sauce there was only 1 person working the front plus the drive thru and serving. The place was packed and very short handed. The drive thru had a long line and people had to wait on their orders. If anything can be said is that person needs a raise for working all positions and still being friendly and courteous to customers. She did make small mistakes but who wouldn't in her place..considering she's the only one serving people. All in all it's a great place to grab a bite. I'd still visit again and recommend.

Swung through here for lunch on our trip back home. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was great as well! Havent been to a Long John Silver's in a long time, thanks to the staff for making it a pleasant visit.

Food was fresh,hot & service was good. We have eaten there 2 times this year while traveling to Texas to visit our Son. I am positive We will be stopping by again, on our next trip South.

Never been to an LJS in my entire life that you sit at an ordering stand, nobody even came on ever to ask for my order. Its 100+ degrees outside. No business in fast food should have their doors open with such people running anything. 20 plus minutes just setting waiting for someone to come on the intercom during lunch hours. Complete failures...

Our cashier was the Sweetest person ever! She even checked on us to make sure everything was good after delivering our food.

I would love to give a shout out to the manager (I believe he is the manager). I had several issues with the website trying to place an order. I ended up having to place two separate orders and then continued to have issues using my credit card. He was very understanding and took care of us. This was my first time purchasing pizza at Marco’s, and it was a wonderful experience. We will be back because of the customer service at the Durant location.

The guy who took our order over the phone was absolutely rude. He gave 1 one word responses and acted like he couldn't wait to get us off the phone. The pizza was not good. There was no sauce. It was like cardboard with cheese. The only good thing was the delivery driver was super nice. I will not order here again

I have not only worked for Marco before but I only order my pizza thru them and had honestly the worst service last night about 8:20pm from the night crew and personally told them I'll be speaking with management. Which I did I called back today and spoke directly to Mathew about my issue and let me just say that is how a manager responds and fixes the problem. Thank you Mathew for holding your store high

Marcos Pizza is very underrated, they have high quality pizzas compared to other chains. I recommend to try at least once. Only location in East Texas is Tyler.

Great food, pricing is a bit higher but worth it. If staff makes mistake they remake the pizza and give you the other free if you want it. Friendly staff. Say hi to Peyton the delivery staff member. We stopped through for dinner on our way home from a family trip. My brother raves about Taco Mayo, so obliged his desire. The atmosphere was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. We all fit in the round booth and enjoyed the Christian music playing. Staff shirts were awesome- all we need is Jesus and Tacos. Amen!

This Taco Mayo location was clean and well cared for. I was a little surprised that they were playing praise music (or whatever you’d call Christian soft rock/easy listening) on a Saturday afternoon, but more power to them, if that’s what they want to do. I’m a novice to Taco Mayo, and usually not a fast food frequenter, but I do like the two Taco Mayos that I’ve been to.

We wanted a couple of combos but the employee at the drive through charged full price for everything. The food is tasty but I wasn't happy about having to spend an extra ten dollars because they wouldn't combo our meals

Would have to say the potatoes here are quite tasty! Quick food when you're craving some mexican food. I appreciate that they are open later then some other spots. :)

Nobody answered the drive thru! Says it is open but is not answering. Sitting in the drive thru window but not answering orders!

I have been to this location 2 mornings in a row. Well both mornings I ordered omelette biscuits and let's just say for $5 a biscuit I was mad. Pictures provided. I have also tried to reach out to this location with no answer. I will not be returning very disappointed. There's eggs and cheese with a very little piece of sausage and then hardly any ham and bacon. All 4 were like this.

Ordered the omelet biscuit and biscuits and gravy. They seemed shorthanded and overwhelmed. The biscuits and gravy was ok, but the omelet biscuit was simply an egg on a biscuit. Long wait times and rarely anyone at counter to give you utensils, pretty sure because there were only 3 people there working.

Wait time is extremely long. Even when store is empty. I waited over 15 minutes for doordash order and had to unassign from it. They hadn't even started it even though I drove across town and was not.

Needs to be updated, they didn't have Dr Pepper or Coke, I was disappointed. The food was ok but the lettuce I could have done without, it was wilty and not fresh.

Place was empty of customers, the Avacado Burger is wonderful and the fries were hot.

Terrible. My bun is hard as a rock and the burger was put together sloppy. Like they don’t even care? I’m a paying customer

Lol I was so hunger and didn't think of taking a picture of my food until I was on my last taco, but if your hungry don't stop here, my tacos had hardly anything in them. None of the workers are wearing uniforms. The girl making the shakes is wearing booty shorts and using her fingers to eat the cheesecake bites that are blended in with the shakes. Its all very unprofessional. You'd be better off eating at the su way or godfathers pizza next door.

Went to drive through on Sunday the 18th. When I pulled up I was asked to please wait. I did wait for about 6 minutes. I decided to pull around to the parking area and go in since there was no one inside the dinning area and the drive through was not being attended to. I went inside to find 3 staff chatting together and not doing much. At the counter one of the staff attempted to take my order but struggled to understand what I was trying to order. He asked me what the item was I was trying to order more than once so I pointed out its on the menu above the counter. It did not help. Once my order was finally entered, I paid by CC. After some period of time and register work I was told the CC was declined. He then needed to know what I was trying to order again. At this point I really doubted anything good was going to come out of this attempt to buy ice cream and I opted to go across town to the local Braums. I would recommend you avoid this food place until someone makes an effort to fix the staffing.

Very bad customer experience with this place. I work in food and this was the opposite of what I expected. I waited several minutes at the window before someone even greeted me. When I was finally noticed, the employee asked had I been helped yet. This is unacceptable, you should know if I had or not. After paying, I then had to wait several more minutes, only for TWO blizzards. Not to mention, the blizzards were not even good. Ice cream is what this place is known for and I shouldn’t have been in line for 15 minutes. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. Get it together.

Went back to this location after finding out they changed management/ownership. Pulled up to the drive through and was asked to wait prior to placing my order. No big deal. 5min later no more communication. I say hello? And no response. 5min later the car behind me drives off. I try saying hello again. No answer. Finally after more than 15min sitting at the speaker without being able to place an order. I decided to go to sonic instead

Regularly long wait times in the drive thru. Overly salted fries and tenders on a regular basis. Went by at 9:40pm tonight and we’re told they were closed already. We informed her that it says they close online at 10 and she told us they’re closed because they had to clean the ice cream machine…

The bun and meat was cold and cheese not melted and fries were not hot. My tea was good. Burger and fries went in the trash. The girl at the window had got mixed up on orders. Very disappointed I was looking forward to a good hot juicy cheeseburger.

Moderately overpriced for fast food. They tend to smash all the flavor out of their hamburgers to get them to cook faster even with that service is quite slow. They took my order then some how lost it. It took over 20 mins before my food was ready. I could understand if they were busy but, I was the only indoor order in that 20 min period. Other then getting a quick milkshake I would suggest skipping this place to eat.
