I loved my first and second visits here, the atmosphere is lovely and they allow dogs on the outside covered patio. They even brought my dog a bowl of water on a warm day! They have a lot of food and drink options. All the prices are more than reasonable. There are plenty of tables inside, and I saw some people working remotely, couples on dates, retirees enjoying the morning, young parents with toddlers, and even some marathon bikers. This place really draws a crowd! I really loved the sandwich. My coffee was freshly brewed from the self-serve station. They have art on the walls, WiFi, coffee beans for sale etc. I sat outside on the patio and watched it start to drizzle under the cover of the roof. There were 3 other people with dogs and we chatted a bit. Great community! The only reason for a small deduction in stars is because the employees seemed to be prioritizing the drive-through and online orders. When I walked in there were two gentleman in line in front of me who had not yet been attended. I wasn’t greeted when entering, nor were the people behind me. No one acknowledged the long wait. We were waiting so long to put in a simple brewed coffee order that I pulled out a chair and sat down in line. Then it turns out the coffee is a self-serve station anyway 🤷‍♀️ It seemed odd that such a quaint, well-stocked coffee and sandwich place would not strive for top customer-facing service. The next day I decided to try the drive-through and it was really fast. So maybe they don’t really want customers inside? Anyway there is free WiFi and plenty of seating.

I was here a few weeks ago, and wow - this is the absolute best coffee shop in existence. The latte was amazing, the avocado toast with balsamic glaze was the best I’ve ever had. And the bread they use is their own delicious homemade bread, lightly toasted so you aren’t biting into a brick like some other avocado toasts I’ve tried. Their breakfast cookies are amazing also and their service is excellent. To the owner: please expand to the Dallas suburbs. We need you over here too! 🙂

Absolutely loved this place! The service was quick, and the staff were so patient with us since it was my husband’s and my first visit. I ordered a classic Salted Caramel Mocha iced, and my husband got the Campfire Crackle. We also grabbed a cinnamon roll that was HUGE! Not only was it delicious, but that Salted Caramel Mocha was hands down the best I’ve ever had—and I’m picky when it comes to coffee. I was so impressed I drank it up fast! My husband’s Campfire Crackle was amazing too—I kept sneaking sips because it was that good. The prices were perfect; we spent less than $25 for everything. Between the great atmosphere, friendly service, excellent coffee, and tasty food, CJ’s has absolutely won me over. This will definitely be my go-to coffee spot from now on!

This CJ’s coffee shop is a true gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home answering all your questions. The coffee is exceptional, and the pastries are divine. Had a wonderful first time experience.

Best coffee cafe I've had the pleasure to try, the outside seating is cute and has a good view of downtown Denison and the rustic buildings that enchant the surroundings, the drive-through is quick and professional with a greeter who comes to your vehicle window to take your order. Great product for a wonderful price. Truly a magnificent experience, atmosphere, and staff. Everyone was cordial, respectful, and competent. 10/10 should recommend.

Wonderful and lovely baristas. Very friendly, absolutely mind-blowing drinks. I always try to patron here as frequently as I can. Still very quiet inside for those seeking a calm atmosphere to get work done as well or are overwhelmed by stimuli.

We recently had the pleasure of dining for breakfast at CJ's coffee Cafe and it was a great experience. We were warmly greeted and the staff gave excellent recommendations. The iced caramel macchiatos were perfect, not overly sweet. We were impressed by the portion size of the broccoli cheddar soup. The atmosphere was cozy, friendly and comforting. We really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be back.

The prices are also very reasonable, making it a fantastic spot for a casual yet satisfying meal. After a year of driving past it we decided to try it. Really disappointed. The chips and salsa were okay, the chips were good, however the main dishes were not it. The tacos had no flavor at all whatsoever, the chimichanga as well, it was drenched in cheese and grease. The rice and beans were better than the main dishes. It tasted like they had no seasoning at all. The servers were nice overall.

Loved it! Generous portions, excellent food and kind people. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere and the staff looked happy. They were busy but seated us quickly and the food came out quickly. We will definitely return!

The servers were extremely nice and attentive. The food is very bland and unseasoned. The worst items are potatoes items they are dry and they don't even put salt and pepper on them. I suppose if you're on a diet or have an allergy where you can't have seasoning for some reason this would be your place. Very disappointing because there are so many good reviews and the parking lot was packed like they have great food.

We travel quite a bit and eat at quite a few restaurants on our journeys. I try to always pay attention to reviews of food places. This place got enough good reviews that I figured we should try it. The good reviews were not wrong. The place has an amazing breakfast. The ceilings were clean which speaks volumes about restaurants. The bathrooms were clean. All of the dining areas were clean. The guy busing the tables was very personable and well kept. Meaning he didn’t look like he crawled out of bed and came to work which I am impressed with. The waitresses were all very friendly and kept a check on us to make sure that we didn’t need anything else. The pancakes were amazing according to my husband who is a pancake connoisseur. Meaning he’s eaten a bunch of them 🤣. When I asked for a to go coffee (which I very rarely do because it’s not that great at restaurants) I figured it would be a small to go cup but it was not. I've been eating here since they opened. Family-owned and operated. Great food and friendly service. I love it when I can have breakfast anytime. I don't live in Denison anymore, but when I'm in town I love taking my sister out to eat here. If ur ever in the area I suggest this place, you'll love the atmosphere! 🤠😎🥰

Stopped here when driving through the area,and it was AMAZING! Great food, it was so good and there was a lot of food that came with each order. Lots of sides, and it just tasted so amazing. The servers were nice and while we were paying we spoke some with the owner’s daughter, she was very sweet. My husband, kids, and I raved about the food the rest of the week. Will be back every time we go to or from Oklahoma.

Had no idea they served food as well as ice cream. First time we went was for ice cream. The selection was good and prices were fantastic. Second round was for the food. We tried a little bit of everything. Burgers were similar to sonic, which is not a bad thing. Chicken strips were good, and the chili was decent. You can't beat the prices here.

Had their Miami Double Burger Combo Special for $8.99 and it was alot of food, as well as a great value. The Chocolate shake was thick & creamy and the fries were spot on. Would highly recommend Their soft serve swirl waffle cone is also top notch. Try it, you'll like it!

tonight was my fourth time ordering a strawberry poppyseed salad over the past few months and each of the FOUR times they’ve failed to give me the dressing. standard product that comes with the salad and they can’t even handle that, it gets old when you pay $8 and don’t get what is included in that price. oh but that can make sure to add ketchup.

Got the bag of burgers, 5 regular burgers for about $7, a large fries and a drink all for $11. I'll make a double out of two of the burgers. The ice cream is very good and great prices. I highly recommend Braun's.

Idk if the salsa is made of gold or what. I will happily pay for extra and I’ve stated that. Instead of 2 I simply ask for 3 packets. One little girl w braces yelled at me that there was plenty in the bag, that’s the first time I left a one star review. Today, I am currently pregnant and only eating Braums food for the salsa specifically. I asked the guy for extra at the ordering box, he was super nice and polite and said absolutely. Get to the window and only got 2 salsas for my burrito. I understand that’s probably standard and what managers say to give but I am asking for extra and offering to pay if it’s that big of a deal so I parked and went inside to be able to grab more myself without getting yelled at this time. I wasn’t spoken too but the dirty looks were handed out a lot more than their salsa is. I just love y'all's salsa that’s it 😭

My first time eating at this establishment. My eldest son and I are on a road trip from Kansas City to Dalls Texas. Made a food and restroom stop. The restaurant was clean and orderly. There was plenty of natural light. The menu pictures were high quality and very appealing! The best part was the 🍔. I ordered a double cheeseburger sand pickles and onions with 🍟. The 🍔 was so thick and juicy. I was not expecting this. The 🍔 was also 🔥 and neat. Thecfries were 🔥, fresh, and lightly 🧂ed. Braum's will be my new go to fast food restaurant in the South! The service was excellent too 👍👍👍👍👍

Listen... We all know that water burger has some of the best fast food. I just do not understand for the life of me why it takes so long to get your food. Of course, I don't mind it taking a little bit longer when they're making everything fresh. However, a few mornings ago I got a number 21 BOB meal which is just bacon, egg and cheese on a bun with hash browns and a drink. It took 15-20 minutes for me to get my order and it was only me and one other car in line. But... It was hot and fresh and absolutely fabulous for a quick breakfast while on the road.

Can't eat with someone there..one of you won't get your food on time. I waited 30 min for my meal,while my lady got hers in 5 minutes. She tried waiting for me but I didn't want her food to get cold. The blue shirt staff was laughing, joking around and playing in the kitchen. What they should have been doing was getting my order out on time.

I came here a lot and the majority of the food what's fresh and good I normally order my burger dry with everything on it. I just don't like when they put the wet vegetables on there it makes the buns so soggy and this is why I like to order my hamburger dry because normally when they add condiments it makes the bond soggy even more but. Whataburger other than that everything else well the Fry's felt like they were under a hot lamp for a long time. They were hot but they were like sticks... Which leads me to think there was a lot of people there and we didn't wait very long so everything must been under a heat lamp.... Except for my soggy bun 🤨

Had such a great experience at the Denison Whataburger. Friendly staff, quick food, and the best employee Toni that took such great care of us. She really made my day with her contagious smile and energy!

We had an order issue with doordash and when we called up the store they had it fixed and gave us an apology dessert as well! Will definitely be coming back and appreciated them for this quick fix

This location is a prime example of how poor management can impact every aspect of a restaurant. How the manager reacts to high traffic hours can typically give you a good idea of everything else. I got to see this manager first hand as they loudly barked orders, scoff at her employees, argued with employees, and overall just walk around and slow every process. What to see a better location? Get new management.

Pulled into the drive-thru at 1:41 AM. Got my food at 2:11 AM. The car ahead returned their order twice. I had to return a biscuit because it was rock-hard. Ate my fries at the window while waiting. They were hot. Congrats on that. Eventually got the replacement. It was fine. That’s it. That’s the review.

Store posts business hours as 6am on Sundays for drive thru but wasn't open. All lit up with cars in the lot but nobody home. Placed a take out order on the app for the drive thru at 6:20am, picked up for 6:40am. Store closed, nobody home. No post for actual hours. Told it was the apps fault and that I should have arrived later, after 7am. Thanks for nothing. They didn't mind taking the payment. The King is addled.

The service was fine but the food was terrible. The burger was tiny, not a meal sized burger. The meal came with a small drink which I've never seen before. The fries were not even warm and didn't taste good. It was also way overpriced for the proportions.

Bro was high as hell around 11:30pm may 24th. Answered the speaker disrespectfully and mumbling. He handed me a hi-c with the lid 1/3 of the way on. It immediately went on and in my car (and hoodie). Didn’t apologize nor give me napkins prior to me asking for them. Absolutely disrespectful, first (and last) impression of this location. He didn’t give us sauces, including the chocolate dipping sauce that came with the dessert. Ridiculous.

Didn't confirm order, didn't tell me to pull to second window, then instead of opening first window to tell me, they banged on the window and waved rudely like I had somehow done something wrong. They then didn't greet me to give me my food and I had to ask twice to get a receipt. Absolutely terribly run restaurant with a bad atmosphere and rude employees. Would never come here again.

Got the Double Whopper with fries and a sweet tea. Food was tasty, crisp onions and no soggy tomatoes. Fries were awesome, but the tea was just okay.

If I could give it less than one star I would I got the barbecue brisket Whopper and it had little to no brisket on it. I used to work at this place and it seems to get worse and worse every time I go

Chicken tastes like a whole gallon of salt was dumped on it (and I like my food on the saltier side usually), sweet tea tastes like they don’t clean the tank and it grew mold, and I asked for regular chicken and half of the strips were spicy?? Y’all need new, more intelligent staff that know how to make food, clean things out correctly, and follow directions. Would give zero stars if I could.

Spend your money elsewhere. This location has terrible food. My family and I have eaten here at least twice now. Both experiences were crappy. First time the food was old and disgusting and that was a few years ago when we first moved to the area. Decided to give them another chance since a few years had went by and hoping they had new management and just changed things. We were wrong.. this second time eating here was the exact same. Don’t even try to get a refund, the manager will just want you to drive all the way back up there to bring back the food in the box as if they need proof. I get its fast food but McDonald’s is better than this place and that’s just sad. Never again.

We went to chicken express yesterday. My wife remembered she had a free meal because last time chicken was raw. So not really free just remaking it later date. So she ordered replacement meal. They only gave her chicken strip she had to keep asking where the drink then where is the sides and roll. We ordered other food also. The customer service was horrible. If you going to charge so much now for chicken then at least have good customer service. We are done with chicken express I will drive to whitesboro or van alstyne to go to golden chicken. Picking up food and hearing the F bomb dropped multiple times by the employees is very unprofessional and rude. They were all really loud yelling at each other. Just not a family atmosphere at all. I wont be going back there. They need to hire more professional and friendly employees. So sad!!

Called to tell them that the chicken is EXTREMELY salty and I get a women with a rude attitude to bring back the food when I just said I didn't have a car. The excuse was that they marinate the chicken overnight but all the other times I have eaten at ANY chicken express the chicken is hardly even salty. It's salty to the point it hurts my chest to even consume. So I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one having this problem. That store needs to get BETTER employees with better customer service.

Go somewhere else between the awful drive through experience of the guy who wouldn’t wear the headset properly and i had to play the guessing game of what he was saying between the ruffling of him moving it around his neck to pulling up to the window to having the order completely wrong and once told again what i ordered it was still wrong and cold. Also might add hearing him cussing the F word loud enough after closing the window was just mighty professional as well. Could easily tell he did not care to be there nor care to give even mediocre service. If i could give 0 stars I would. I will not go back.

Our chicken was so SALTY we could not eat it! Drove 20 miles home and discovered how salty it was. $57 wasted. Took a long time at the window to get our food, confusion among the workers filling out order. Also, a man carrying a small child walked in to the kitchen area where they were filling orders and the workers reached in the prepared french fry tray (no gloves, both) to get the child a French fry 😫😳 the workers were literally all looking at our order and taking things in and out of our boxed meals. It was a hoot! Never going back. They need training from the Durant Chicken Express!

Honestly if I could give it lower I would. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in 6 years for a number of reasons, since it's been so long I decided to give it another shot. And now I'm going to continue to not eat at McDonald's because I've looked up their hours online and couldn't find lobby hours so I called them and asked and they told me that they closed the lobby at 11:00 p.m. It's 10:17 p.m. right now and I just pulled up to the lobby went to open the doors and it's locked, their door says that they are closed at 10:00 p.m. on top of them constantly getting my orders wrong in the past, gaslighting me about coupons that I've handed in, and even outright rejecting service to me because they saw my sister give me money in the parking lot, now they're lying to me about their hours. In all of my 32 years of life I have never had a chain of restaurants treat me like crap this bad. The food is expensive for how bad it is, their value menu which claims one two and three dollar menu lies because there's nothing under $2 on it., and the employees are rude. I will never eat at this place again and I will continue attempt to prevent anyone I know from ever coming to this place again. I've already succeeded in convincing 12 people never to come back.

They removed the self serve soft drink bar! You have to go to the counter to get a refill and it takes longer than the fountain did….

THEY DO NOT WANT YOU INSIDE THEIR STORE. The drive-through is pretty good. However, walking into the store is totally horrible. If you wish to pay with cash, good luck. The one cash register will not be manned. Expect to wait for someone to eventually show up. The user unfriendly kiosks don't take cash. The order is wrong or incomplete about half time. Today, my order was "erased." I had to go ask about my food. Still took several (more) minutes to finally get my incomplete order. HEY OWNER/MANAGEMENT! IT'S TIME TO SHAPE UP. PAST TIME ACTUALLY. Disgruntled long time customer.

They pretended to take my 30% 20 piece code, but gave me no discount. I brushed it off, but then they gave me reheated nuggets!! To their credit, 3 of the 20 were fresh.. Otherwise, the nuggets were lukewarm with tough chewy breading and weird tasting meat. Worst McD experience ever!! It wouldn't have even been with it if she HAD given me the 30% off! 😡

I don't know what happened to this McDonald's, but they have gone downhill. They can no longer get orders right, and some of the management apparently doesn't care. They don't listen to you when you try and explain what they did wrong. I have the proof called a receipt and pictures. When I go to a sit-down restaurant and they mess up my meal and want a refund, I get a refund for the entire meal, not just for the part they messed up. Why does McDonald's think they should be different? I didn't ask for the entire check to be replaced. I asked for my meal to be replaced. Just wanted extra onions and pickles on my burgers. The woman I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with should not be a part of any management or customer service. She would not give me her name after I asked for it. I will be contacting the general manager and will try and get ahold of the owner as well. And I'll take my money elsewhere.

When you spend $40 for food, only for EVERY SINGLE ITEM to be trash! 😂 We ordered two burgers, mini tacos, and chicken tenders. The burgers looked like they were microwaved from two days ago, cold, and completely flavorless. Sodas were flat. The mini tacos were so burnt that you couldn’t bite it. The chicken tenders looked like they were refried from yesterday and were hard and dry. It’s awful when you take one bite and trash the rest!!! I will NEVER be back, and I highly recommend others save their money. That’s $40 I’ll never get back AND I have to go get food elsewhere! We even heard a worker say the burgers were burnt right before giving them to us!!!!!!!!! We were the only people there, so it’s completely inexcusable!

My order was a $40 order and was cold. It was at 3 in the morning with no cars in the drive thru. Maria L was very rude. I called to let her know my food was cold and that she was rude and all she had to say was "okay, and" and continued by hanging up. I tried to call back and she made it to where the phone automatically went to voicemail and wouldn't take my calls anymore. The short older lady with Grey hair took my order at drive thru and got it all rong I can't eat sauce so ordered my tacos with no sauce there was no letus and sauce all over them so I could not eat them my grandmother loves onion rings so I ordered onion rings instead of fries with a meal but still got fries but no onion rings on top of that she was very rude evin my 10 year old nephew was like she sounded rude when we pulled forward and she also rushed me thru placing my order told me the price b4 I could say the last 2 things I wanted to order

Went on Sunday for breakfast got loaded breakfast sandwich combo with vanilla ice coffee. The sandwich was good, hash browns needed to be crispy and the iced coffee needed little more vanilla. Those are just my preference, but it was my first time getting breakfast here. I will again🤗

Hate giving one-star reviews. Ordered chips and cheese. The chips are all broken up into small pieces. Ordered one crunchy taco but it was only half full (1.70!!?) Ordered one crunchy taco supreme but it was a normal taco only half full. Ordered a steak burrito supreme add beef. Was missing the steak. Ordered a small drink, was charged for large Sad. I grew up loving taco bell.

Bought 8 burritos and there was barely even anything in there 90% tortilla. Added beef to 4 of them and got charged for all 8 & had to have it refunded to my card, glad I checked receipt . 4 pm Thought I took a photo of one of them guess not . Crazy lol 👎 Wish they would pay these ppl more so they would learn how to make a burrito

Came here tonight after a bad experience with the Taco Bell on Austin and must I say thank yall for the niceness and respect! Much better location, food is better and you’ll actually get meat on your food instead of just veggies. Come here and spend your money, don’t go to the Taco Bell on Austin avenue don’t waste your money with them.

Food was fresh, great employees, only thing I've seen were the tables, there was multiple, that weren't picked up and cleaned off.. But was still a good experience.

Guy with the glasses that works the night shift at 11:55 was rude and obnoxious. Asked for a dorito's locos taco supreme meal. He got it wrong and instead of owning up and fixing his mistake he proceeded to argue with me over his poor listening skills. 1 star.

Great selection. Fast friendy service. Clean and comfortable. Love the little sliders. If you haven't been in awhile check it out. Of course they still have the beef. And lots of other options. Pricing is good, especial and y those sliders. Not one very close to me but sometimes got to have.

The food is what you would expect from an Arby’s, the two ladies behind the cash register were fantastic. One of the gentleman came back in the building after his break and smelled like marijuana…. It was so strong I lost my appetite.

Usually I enjoy Arby's but this one needed to cleaned and the food was average. Beware.

Decent food, overpriced for what it is in my opinion. I got the French dip sandwich, with mozzarella sticks & blueberry lemonade. Again, decent, but not super special. Update! Tonight was perfect! Even though the ice cream machine was down, I was perfectly content with a sweet tea! Even better was the SERVICE!! Dennis, was efficient, quick, kind, and accommodating! I've been super sick & with a lack of appetite I was excited that SOMETHING sounded good! Thank you to Dennis & Arby's for making tonight everything I hoped for. 😊

Had a Chicken sandwich 2 actually. Both of them the cheese looked like it was there a long time in the cooler or looked like barely cooked. First time trying Arby's. Never again.

I had the Diablo dare my aunt had the rib sandwich she said it was okay but mine was kind of spicy hot I enjoyed every bite of it so if you're ever in the neighborhood to go to Arby's I would try the Diablo dare. And the customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent. I also had caramel cinnamon shake was delicious and an strawberry and cream pie.

This is two different occasions at the same Taco Bell. I put a sauce packet next to my burrito to see HOW THIN these burritos are! The one South Sherman must have spoiled me with something other than just a tortilla since I usually get the stuff inside I pay for over there. This Taco Bell has given me these type of burritos the past 4 times and we pay extra for sour cream and Jalapeños and those are also NOWHERE to be found. Don’t waste your money and just go buy your own tortillas for $5 at Walmart. So disappointed with how far down this Taco Bell has gone. I just want to feed into my pregnancy cravings and they make it impossible. So my other pregnant ladies craving the Taco Bell menu go to the other ones around, save yourself the melt down lol.

"Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get". This holds true for this location. I grew up with Taco Bell. I Love Taco Bell. It's just that kind of staple food. It's not Great it's not bad but for me it has many fond memories associated with it from the 80s forward. These days it's a luxury meal pretty much with the 300 to 500% price increases since the early days. I get it, there is a million excuses why it is this way. You can't even order the things you grew up with for the most part because they are too expensive or they don't carry them anymore. Instead they try to pander these other items that are called Value or Luxe. This chain has lost its shine imo, so sad. I think you have a 70/30 chance of getting a correct order at this location. I live just far enough away that I am not gonna go back for a missing taco or chicken chalupa as in this case that is missing from my Luxe box meal. But somehow they added an extra nacho bell Grande? You'll be lucky to get napkins and sometimes not even a receipt (Blank receipt this time). Nearly $30 for wife and myself.. one car behind us and no one at the counter so not rush hour.. You can do better. I won't be returning to this location.. tired of it.

Went thru the drive thru today & was impressed with the girl who took my order. She was so friendly with a bubbly personality. Very rare to see these days! I didn't get her name, I wish I had because she definitely deserves some recognition for her awesome service!

Always a great experience at this taco bell. Food is always fresh and everyone is so friendly at this location. Thank you for making our late night taco run great!

Drive thru service tonight was trash, female manager had attitude when asking to make sure meat was in the Crunchwrap as last time got only veggies. I asked again to confirm and she took a deep breath rolled her eyes and said alrighty and I went to pay keep in mind at this point I’ve said yes maam, thank you being courteous, and I said thank you, “without an attitude” because of course she had one and at this point she’s had it since we got to the order screen. Who wants to deal with that when making sure their order is right?! If I’m paying of course I’m asking to make sure it’s right. It’s not blind, she shut the window went and sat against the counter and came back and told me to pay or leave cause she didn’t “have an attitude”, huffing and puffing. Yeah okay miss attitude, Will be reporting to corporate! And the head manager of this store location. Also would like to add that I called right afterwards to get the managers name and they hung up on me. So someone hopefully I hope loses their job. Treat people how you would want to be treated and if you’re having a bad night clock out and go home or get clocked out by someone else, you’re choice :) but don’t take it out on the people giving your store money. I took my happy self to the other Taco Bell where I got amazing service!! And they got my money too and my respect. People with nasty attitudes like that deserve nothing in life 😋

Ordered 3 soft taco with no lettuce, extra meat. Got three soft tacos with almost nothing but lettuce with the tiniest amount of meat and cheese. Also ordered a doritos locos taco and when I recieved it there was no meat in the taco. I usually speak so highly of specifically the night crew too but this was ridiculous.

Costumer service is horrible. You walk in and people don’t even acknowledge you. I placed an order on my app to pick up and tell me why I HAD TO ASK THEM FOR ME ORDER AFTER 30min of waiting bc they don’t place it on the pick up shelves. They had my drink there and nothing else. By the time I go my food, it was cold. So annoyed that most everyone in there kept looking at me and not a single person comes to the front and asks. It’s like they all hide in the back.

To the manager at the south Austin location in Denison Texas. I just picked up my order that I completed on the app. When I got it home my foot long coney was NOT acceptable!! The Hotdog looked and tasted old, and looking at it when I moved the chili, it was dried and wrinkled. I would have taken it back but I didn’t see the problem until I’d already ate most of it. Now, before you start blowing smoke, I have worked at the sonic actually I was a member of the A-Team, New Store Training Team. I’ve opened many new stores all across the U. S. And I know how this place is supposed to cook the hotdogs (they are kept in a steam pan) which means that my hotdogs were kept too long. Believe me when I say that they taste and looked like leather! This is not the first time this location has failed even the lowest of speciations. I will be calling the franchisee and reporting this and I feel like you should make this write! It’s no wonder that this location is always slow everything from scanning their bracelets and then five minutes later bringing me my food when it said your order is on the way. To the countless times that the food wasn’t up to par like I said I will be leaving a review. Have a nice day.

I placed an order using the Sonic App. I requested a burger with mayonnaise and pickles and I specifically requested no onion, lettuce or tomato. When I arrived, I checked in and the service was fast. My food was delivered to me very quickly. When I unwrapped my sandwich, It was clearly made with plenty of onion. I managed to scrape them off and eat it, but I shouldn't have had to do this. *Review Edit I appreciate your response. Thank you for taking the time to do so.

Bad attitudes make for bad food which is why I won't go to this Sonic anymore. In general there are a lot of great employees who provide a good experience. I like to support the youth of Denison, especially the working ones trying to find their way in life. It seems I keep running into the same person with the same bad attitude again and again. I won't call them out by posting the video of our last interaction, but I will say that their name starts with J. After repeated bad experiences with the one hostess, I walked in to see the manager who was pleasant. The person with the bad attitude instantly ran into the back to hide; this isn't the way an honest person behaves, this is how people behave when they know they're in the wrong. I may try again in another year or two, hopefully they improve the staff there by making sure they're suited to work in customer facing situations.

I USED THE SONIC APP! SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION! Watch for rotten limes! I had to find out by drinking it, disgusting! Even the drink was discolored. There is no way they didn't see this before serving it to me. Bad business move. Don't use fruit if it's bad! They could've offered me something else, but they insisted on wasting my time. Didn't find out until I got home, then had to drive back to replace it with a coke and return home to cold food.

My order today, 7/6/25, had to be thrown out 🤬 EVERYTHING SMELLED & TASTED LIKE FISH😒😒😒 USUALLY everything is awesome but today was a disappointment

Seems like every time I place a mobile order it takes a hour+ to get my food. Plus the service here is not the best. Tried calling the store # but of course no answer.

Very slow getting me my order today 1 corn dog.. Yesterday evening I was given the wrong order They have messed up my drink order two different times

1st time ordering at this location. The shrimp fried rice still had clumps of white rice in it. The lo mein I ordered was the wrong meat instead of beef the put chicken and same with the chicken fried rice there were clumps of white rice still in it. The taste was not consistent at this Morton Denison location as it is on Sherman and Euless location. Too bad it so convenient for us since we are 10 minutes away. We would have to just drive to Sherman from now on if we want consistency for Wok Express.

I drove thru Panda Express first and was disgusted at the thought of their inconsistent quality, so I drove off. Along the way home, I passed by Wok Xpress and have always been curious to stop and try, but just hadn't before. I swung through the drive-thru and saw the menu selections unsure if I was just looking or ordering. A voice came over the speaker, so what the heck? I might as well try the General Tsos Chicken with fried rice. It was just under $10 with a $1 tip added, not bad at all for what looked like a good meal. I waited at the window and knew it was taking a moment because it was being prepared fresh! I received my order and pulled over for a quick peek, it looked amazing. I might as well take a little bite, too. Well, I sat there on the side of the building in a parking spot and devoured the whole thing just about. The chicken was crispy and well coated, the broccoli was steamed firm to perfection. The rice was the right consistency to grab the sauce. Everything was GREAT about my first visit to Wok Xpress. Quick, easy drive through for a late dinner. I ordered combination fried rice and an egg roll - really hit the spot! Reasonable prices and tonight, no wait at the drive through. All good!

Came in on Sunday to eat. Walked in to a baby bottle in the walk way. Then a baby charging at us on a walker. Had to be someone’s kid that worked there. The lady wasn’t trying stop anything. We turned around and left.

Came in quite a few times excellent service I ordered chicken pad Thai and egg drop soup and they got the pad Thai right now gave me incorrect soup with tofu mushrooms and a bunch of other stuff I trust this place can get it right next time and I am able to get the soup I ordered errors do happen it was a little after 8pm and employees are probably tired I trust next time they get it right the food is amazing

Drove past it a few times but never tried. Finally got a chance and was not disappointed. The food was great and it came out pretty quick too.

Ordered the Catfish. Fries were big but overcooked or cooked in really dirty oil as they were really dark. Fish was breaded in cornmeal (which I prefer). Parts of the filets were really good, other parts looked freezer burnt. Overall not horrible, but definitely not the best.
