Just go eat here!!!!!! I’ve never heard my husband say the food is really good this many times and we’ve been to some really good and even some fancy restaurants in a lot of cities. I gave up eating beef about seven years ago and I literally had to taste the brisket because my husband kept raving. It was delicious.lol Even their turkey and chicken were so amazing. The turkey was a super hit with the kids. They had recommended it as apparently it is a staff fave as well. We went to a really good spot in Austin and I have to say Hutchins was much better. We got fries, potato salad, and coleslaw. Every single one of them was freaking delicious. The people there are so amazing. All the men at the smokehouse were so friendly and helped us well as it was our first time trying. They were sold out of their beef ribs by the time we got there. The Texas Twinkie is I must try as well. The peach cobbler was delicious. We are obviously gonna be going back and will bring our friends there as well.

Staff was awesome! Food was good. A bit greasy but delicious. We got there for lunch and there was a line but it moved pretty quick. I'd definitely eat there again. We tried the brisket, original sausage and texas twinkle. For the sides we got loaded mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The banana pudding was scrumptious!! Ice cream machine was down so didn't get to try that with the cobbler but it was still all soo yummy!

I've had BBQ from all over Texas and this is the best! Great lunch with my family for my 41st birthday! Arlet made sure we had everything we needed! Every interaction with the staff was friendly and welcoming! The Twinkies, pork ribs, Mac and cheese and banana pudding were my favorite!

The best BBQ, Ive ever had. There is a line so be prepared to wait. The lone goes pretty quick. While we were waiting some of the staff came out with samples. We got to try the Frito Pie sausage. So good. When we got up to order our meats the server gave us a sample of Wagyu Pastrami and the Beef Rib. Delicious. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and accommodating they gave us excellent recommendations. And don’t forget the complimentary peach cobbler when you dine in! Everything was a 10/10

My second time here in 3 years. More delicious than I remember. This will be our must have BBQ place when we visit the DFW area from OK. We shared fatty brisket, turkey, pork ribs, Texas Twinkie, and jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage. Got green beans and potato casserole for the sides. Enough leftovers for supper. Enjoyed the pickled onions, peppers and pickles from the self serve area. Complimentary desserts of banana pudding and peach cobbler with ice cream were great ways to complete a wonderful lunch experience.

This place is absolutely awesome! The meat is super flavorful and juicy. It is a little pricy but so worth every penny! They have a very wide variety and things for the pickiest kids. That have Mac and cheese, beans, fries, etc. One big perk for the kids is UNLIMITED DESSERT! They have soft serve machines, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. Highly recommend this place!

The smell of smoked meat was enchanting for at least one block surrounding the place. The line was ridiculously long so we used the walk in take out line. I didn't use the bathroom but everything seemed clean. Service was swift and pleasant. The prices are high but the quality of food unmatched, so it's worth it. We got brisket, turkey, as chicken, and some ends as well as creamed corn, beans, broccoli salad, and Mac n cheese. All the sides were tastey. The brisket was unbelievable! The poultry good but I would stick with the beef next time, simply because it was unreal while the poultry was ok for my preference. Thank you!

Wonderful food! Great service! I enjoyed my visit here. The staff was absolutely wonderful. My favorite dish was the porkchop. Very well seasoned. The veggies were seasoned and cooked perfect as well. Went for a birthday and they gave the birthday girl a signed card along with cake! I was impressed.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at TruFire Kitchen & Bar for our date night. Although Friday night reservations are recommended, we were fortunate to walk in and get seated right away. We chose to sit on the patio, which turned out to be a hidden gem—unexpectedly beautiful, cool, and pleasant (especially for Texas in July!). The atmosphere was perfect—quiet enough to have a conversation and feel like it was just the two of us. We kicked things off with espresso martinis, and they were incredible—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. Our server, Savanna, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. She made our evening even better. The food? Just WOW. We started with the Honey Burrata, which was a perfect blend of warm flatbread, creamy burrata, and sweet honey—absolutely delicious. The Mediterranean Shrimp Salad was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Everything about the evening was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend for a date night or any night!

Takeaway: Add it to your “Restaurant’s to Try” List. Splendid food and Amazing Service! We were a 7:15 reservation (getting a same day reservation was extremely easy). Service was prompt and enjoyable. It did slightly delay, but picked up shortly after and made for a swift and smooth departure - Bagged our food for us and payment was prompt. Rachel was extremely helpful in figuring out what is good/worth trying. It was fairly quiet and private(not too many people/we had corner seating for 2), BUT seating is fairly close so during a busy time, it’d probably be less enjoyable. The food was SO good. The Truman Mac is a heavy meal, but our server Rachel recommended adding shrimp or chicken (I added shrimp) to balance out the heaviness. The Meatball appetizer was just OOO. The sourdough had a beautiful crisp exterior and soft interior. The bread was the perfect amount of crunch and soft. We plan on visiting again to try more of the menu!

Got the chick pea salad with chicken! The food was absolutely delicious and the chicken was well seasoned. There was an interesting smell when first walking in which was a tad off putting, but I'm glad we stayed as the food was worth it.

I'm so glad we came here—this place is absolutely amazing, and I'm sure anyone who visits will feel the same way. The food is incredible. We kicked things off with the crab dip and pita bread, and it was a showstopper. The chicken burger and the salmon were also outstanding. Honestly, every dish was great and worth every single penny.

TrueFire kitchen is a great place to eat . The food was amazing and the service was great . Rachel took real good care of us she was so kind and amazing . Will go back there soon .

Enjoyed a Latte while waiting for my friend for an early Friday lunch. I had the Chickpea Salad, she had the Spinach & Quinoa Salad. I loved the Chickpea Salad - very flavorful. Portion size was perfect for the price. We both ended up with boxes of leftovers. Service and atmosphere were great. We enjoyed the Andes mints on our way out. I look forward to going back.

Went to Blue Mesa for their brunch buffet and had a great overall experience. There was a good variety of items to choose from, and everything was well-prepared. The brisket, sausage, and salmon were especially delicious. Service was excellent — staff was attentive and friendly throughout. The only letdown was the mimosa included with brunch; it was a bit flat and underwhelming. Still, a solid brunch spot that I'd happily visit again.

This was our first time eating at a Blue Mesa Grill. Atmosphere wasn't what we expected from a place like this, service was the best part, food was OK but the portions were small compared to other restaurants we've been to. Server did mess up on our daughter's order but made it right without asking. Being nice and leaving 4 stars, but 2, maybe 3 is more accurate. Might try again in the future, but not anytime soon.

Im telling you. Ive gone to blue Mesa for 30 years now. I went as a kid as a special treat with my parents, moved away, then came back and stilllllll the best brunch I know. It's a place you don't want to tell anyone about because it's so good. But then you have to because IT'S SO GOOD! Go on and find out. You'll love it.

Really good service by Kira. Food was good - could be better - feel it could use more flavor. They have a buffet on Saturday and Sunday and the last seating is one hour before closing. We didn't know so we missed the buffet. They have lots of vegetarian and vegan options and are clearly marked. We ordered painted desert soup (would not recommend), Queso Blanco (recommend), cheese quesadilla (recommend), and pick two with fried avocado taco (would not recommend), and cheese enchiladas (recommend).

The food was ok. Some of our party’s meals were good other not so much including mine. To me the flavor profile was just off on my blue crab and shrimp enchilada. Also their frozen margarita machines were both down but by the end they were working again so we at least got one frozen margarita each. The service was terrible and because we were a party of 10 there was an automatic 20% already added which I understand if our server had actually done her job. We were the only party in the restaurant by the bar. But she was also running the bar while another what appeared to be bar tender just sat at the bar and watched. There were also multiple servers that just hung around the hostess stand. It just felt like bc she knew she was getting 20% she didn’t have to try or be attentive with our service. We had to wait for refills, had to flag her down multiple times for different things people in our party needed, and then came the cake. We had brought our own cake for the birthday party which they had put in their fridge which was great. But when we asked for it she just brought it out and a few plates. Most restaurants they take it out of the box for us and bring forks and serving stuff (we do this often for our friend group birthdays). Now it is not a requirement nor did we ask for it so that’s fine but I think we were all so frustrated with her that it was just the icing on the cake no pun intended. And then I had to go track down silverware as she watched me from behind the bar just cleaning stuff (there was no one at the bar) and then had the nerve to walk up after I found the silverware and handed them out to everyone and go “oh I forgot about the forks.” Ma’am you watched me hunt around and find them and take them back to my table bc you were busy cleaning. So needless to say it was just lacking. The restaurant itself was very cute and clean but the vibe was just that they didn’t want us there and they wanted to go home. We were there at 530pm. It’s not like we were keeping them past closing or anything. Overall would not recommend and will not be back.

Overall food was average. Got the seafood mix grill which had salmon, shrimp and an enchilada with rice and some sort of pineapple salsa and a cornbread-like mound. The salmon was the best, nicely crispy and seasoned. The shrimp was underwhelming but well made. I didn't like the pineapple salsa. The enchilada had chicken inside and wasn't anything special. Had ordered a salad but never received it. Service overall was ok.

For my first time here. The food was alright. But may not be visiting again. The waiter was attentive in had great service. I did notice that he kept them same gloves on for the register, his sweat, and handling food. Disguising.

Love Supporting local, I also don’t mind the self serve but there was some coffee that was out. The waffles were way too dry I’d have to soak it in syrup to be able to eat it, on the other hand My husband did enjoy his meal. Very convenient for a quick in and out bite.

I had such a great experience at 5th Street Patio Cafe in Frisco! The food was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I ordered the cajun crawfish scramble , and pasto sandwich. it was cooked perfectly and served hot. What really made this place stand out, though, was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the outdoor patio is perfect for a sunny day. If you’re looking for a local spot with great food and even better service, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Non locals, we came for the dog friendly patio but we're very impressed by our experience. The prices for food are great, compared to the quality and portions. We had the chicken and waffles and the biscuits and gravy meals. Both are phenomenal. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the employees were so incredibly kind, making this experience a 10/10 ♥️

An excellently local, multi-cultural establishment that takes popular American food like chicken tenders and potato wedges to a sophisticated level. There was a bit of a wait to get to the counter, but that’s not the cafe’s fault (*double-take*), and was part of the experience as it gave me plenty of time to look over the menu, which had many items on it and was displayed all over the walls next to the counter. It was hard to pick just a few things! I ordered the chicken and waffles, fish taco platter, and sparkling blue lemonade. While I was waiting for my order (which didn’t take that long), I explored the dining floor a little bit, and saw some bits of positivity like a plaque that said, “Simply blessed,” and another that said, “Happiness is a choice made in advance.” I just love that. They also have a system where if you request a water cup, they give you a clear, plastic cup, but if you order a fountain drink (which included a bunch of authentic Mexican sodas!), they give you a red cup. Clever! The food itself was incredible, easily the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. On the table, there are squeeze bottles of maple syrup, which I added to both the waffle and the chicken, and it took the chicken especially to the next level. I didn’t feel like a kid ordering chicken tenders from a fast food place or an overpriced concession stand, it felt respectful and sophisticated. And it tasted amazing! I went out of my way to compliment the chefs, and they were overjoyed. The fish tacos were great, too. From what I know, the fish in fish tacos are supposed to be kept plain (which it was), as not to overpower the rest of the taco. With the platter came a couple different salsas, and adding them to the tacos made them taste incredible. I don’t recommend eating one of those tacos without salsa because then, most of what you’re gonna be tasting is the corn tortilla. The platter came with some potato wedges too, and they were the best potato wedges I’ve ever had. They were incredibly soft and even flavorful without dipping them in the salsa! The sparkling blue lemonade was utterly unique. I didn’t get a photo of it, but it looked like a work of art, despite being served in a disposable plastic cup. They must have carbonated it somehow because yes! It was indeed sparkling, and very tangy and refreshing. I’m amazed by my experience here. Would definitely love to come back again and bring my friends.

Very good sandwich, we tried the shrimp po boy, very tasty! Bulgogi burger, was very good like a cross between a French onion soup on a burger... Very satisfying! And a cup of the jalapeno bisque... Just the right level of bite.

I absolutely love this cafe!! I have been coming here with my family since I was younger. We hadn’t been in a couple years but we came again just recently and let me tell you it was a million times better than anything I remembered. Before I knew it I had developed what my family refers to as an “addiction” to their tomato soup. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I don’t know what kind of magic they use to create their recipes but i’ve never left disappointed. I order the pesto chicken sandwich with tomato soup every weekend now and for the foreseeable future. If you are into wonderful food please come check out 5th street patio cafe. You will not regret a visit.

It was a surprisingly awesome find!! Not that we were expecting it to be bad but we got quality food which wasn't as expensive and so tasty!!! The place is very warm and rustic too.. AMAZING food!! A must go for a hearty brunch!

We came to the Heritage table this past weekend and had a wonderful dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Noel was truly the best waitress we’ve had in the last decade. She was incredibly attentive and ensured my food allergies (gluten-free and dairy-free) were taken care of. Cocktail drinks were delightful, the peach salad was incredible, and the GF/DF chocolate silk pie was divine.

We had an amazing experience dining at The Heritage Table. The staff is super friendly and attentive, Angel was an awesome waiter and very knowledgeable of the dishes and the chef’s style. The place is very charming and the food is delicious! We learned they change their menu very often to follow the ingredients available locally. Thanks for the great evening!

This place was absolutely amazing. Farm to table style restaurant with an awesome homey setting. Our server was very amazing and attentive and overall the food was absolutely delicious. The perfect environment for a beautiful date night. We got there a bit early so there weren't many people at first, but as others began to arrive, it didn't get very loud which is a big plus! The water was not the best, it seems they may need a better water filter as there was a high chlorine odor and taste. Overall, I would certainly recommend adding this spot to your list of places to check out for a amazing dinner!

Mushroom soup was shockingly amazing. We needed a repeat order. Ordered chicken spaetzle, vegan dumplings and short rib -all delicious. Kids got butter noodles and chicken which they raved over. Service was top notch and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Celebrated a landmark bday with a delicious dinner of fried green tomato appetizer & country fried chicken with spaetzle entree. Reservations were on the porch and the atmosphere felt intimate & cozy, like eating in a home kitchen & not worrying about getting all dolled up for a night on the town. Server was attentive and knowledgeable with recommendations. Love that everything is sourced locally or micro-locally. Tomatoes were lightly breaded & crisp & paired well with the relish. Chicken wasn't dry at all & the extra side order of grits was a generous portion. To top it all off, dessert was chocolate pie with ice cream, of course!

This place was unbelievable. We always drive past this place and we have never eaten here until today. The vibe in this place is key, it brings in daylight with a mix of warm lighting for the perfect mix. What a special little tucked away restaurant! The staff is top notch! Loved it, can’t wait to go back!!

This is one of my go to special date night spots. I love the cozy feel of the old home converted into a restaurant. The service is always great, kind, attentive, and helpful. And the food… oh the food! It is carefully prepared, fresh, and delicious! The menu changes with the seasons so you have to be prepared to adapt if your favorite item isn’t served all year round. But it’s ok to try something new, you won’t be disappointed! I have had the pork chop a few times and it is so flavorful. The fried green tomatoes are a yummy appetizer that you don’t find at many restaurants. My husband had the Red Snapper and said it was one of the best he had ever had.

Love the location and service is very welcoming . I am here at lunch hours so nothing like the last review I agree is like that everywhere closer to closing . Lucky me I am here at lunch and my experience is way different . As texmex the enchiladas are good how ever presentation is not all that 😜 an the chicken in my enchilada could had been a little shredded 😊 am used to an authentic flavor lol but good . The chicken is very good. The tenders are amazing perfect crunch and not dry yummy 🤤 well am get to my plate an like always be ur own critic check them out an give them ur own review...

My last few visits I have noticed that their green beans have been old and soggy. It’s sad that the quality of food has gone down lately because we love coming here. Hopefully management fixes this issue and gives customers the fresh food that they’re paying for. Not food kept in a warmer for hours.

I didn't realize I was ordering so close to closing time, but boy, did the food remind me they gave us the last of the last! I ordered a three Piece Dark, as you can see, came with white meat. All the skin was pulled off the meat?? What the heck?! The normally very tasty white cheddar mac n cheese had other odd pieces of something mixed in! I could not enjoy this meal at all and turned off by unknown chunks of stuff in my sidesI'm very disappointed. $50 later I made a PB&J and went to bed. My delivery driver was prompt, polite, and responsive. I live 2.2 miles from this location and paid extra for express/direct delivery. The food was barely warm! I won't consider this Cowboy Chicken location again!

Chicken and brisket was great. Enchiladas were great. Dessert needs work. I'm from Louisiana and that peach cobbler was not peach cobbler. Overall the staff was very nice and I'd eat there again.

Ordered chicken tenders and they were old tasting and tough. They should be cooked to order. They also forgot to place an item in our to go so I had to go back. The rotisserie chicken and the twice baked potatoes were great.

Just left after having dinner. It’s usually much better than this. Chicken was dry, sweet potato was cold, and the okra was overly salted. Just disappointing. Also didn’t really enjoy dining with a crime show on TV. Staff was super friendly though and service was fast.

Good food, but could be more authentic. It’s hard to find truly authentic Mexican restaurants in Frisco, and this place comes close. The flavors are really good, but I wish the chilaquiles were made with fresh tortilla chips—store-bought ones get soggy quickly with the sauce. The kids’ burrito had great flavor but was a bit too runny because of the beans. Overall, it leans more towards Tex-Mex vibes. I’ll definitely be going back to try their tacos and explore more of the menu.

I am not usually a hole in the wall diner, not very adventurous with new places I guess. But I heard from friends that the food here is excellent, and they are correct! Fresh, hot, and PRETTY tacos. Super small place. Friendly, accommodating service. Best seating is outside. But there's a lot of shade, it's solid and clean and a nice place to sit and eat and chat. The bird entertainment is free. Tons of beverage choices -cantelope water?! Who knew! Keep up the good work! Our church just moved in down the street, and I PROMISE we will keep y'all busy! 🌮🌮🌮

This feels like authentic Mexican food. Not pricey and the service was amazing! Sat outside in the patio, the lighting is nice in the evening. Parking is a little weird but we just parked on the gravel in front of the restaurant

Fresh.l food. Good portions. More tex-mex flavor than traditional. Pastor without pineapple slices. Be good for them to ask whether you want Mexican style or plain. Salsa had good flavor. Rice was great. Will try enchiladas and chimi next time.

Service is great and good comes out fast. I got 2 items. carne asada fries: 8.5/10 fries are crispy and soft as well as a good amount of cheese and sauce. The only reason for the deduct is the carne asada had a slightly unpleasant flavor you get from the blood/protein juices. Overall it was good and would possibly come back for this barbacoa soft tacos: 7/10 excellent portions but the meat seemed to lack seasoning and didn’t seem to have any salt making it bland. Overall good food and would be interested in trying other items on the menu

This was a great homemade love of Mexican flare! Taco Tuesday hit the spot! The staff was awesome and the food was ordered and delivered to our table( we sat inside) in like 10-15 minutes. Now if you want to sit inside, understand that seating is limited to 8! 3 bar tables with 8 stools, but be aware sitting outside weather permitting is the safer option. Unless you prefer food to go, which is super cool. Enjoy!

When on holiday it’s always nice to explore new places. This is a popular spot from what we could tell. It reminded me of an episode from King of the Hill when Bobby tempted the steak challenge (this restaurant has a few food challenges). None of which I am confident to try. However, I would like to have been around to see someone try one. There is a hall of shame for those who were defeated and a wall of fame for those who went to conquered and did! The food was tasty. The service was good. Our server was well knowledgeable of the menu and the restaurant. His fun facts were entertaining. In spite of our server being extremely busy, he made sure to check on us and the others he was serving. This is a must stop for me if I am ever in the area again.

I was visiting for a work trip, and needed to eat after a long flight. I found Kenny's on Google Maps and decided to try it out. At first I was a bit confused as from the outside it looked like the place was closed (darkened windows and uninviting doors made it seem like it was closed.). I asked someone who seemed to be walking up to the doors at the same time if they were open and she said yet. Once inside there is a bar area to the right, and sit down dining to the left. I was planning to do a take out order. It took a couple of minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when I said I wanted to do a takeout order, he directed me to the bar because someone had not arrived yet. (not sure who that was or why it mattered). The bar staff were amazing. I believe their names were Eric and Joe, and they ended up taking great care of me. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and had plenty of flavor. I substituted American cheese for the cheddar that was supposed to come on it. The fried need to go though. They are a batter covered fry (most likely frozen) and they have no flavor. I would prefer hand cut natural fries which are just as easy to make. I tried the fried pickles. They were okay. Again, no real flavor to the batter, but had a nice crunch. The onion ring is very good and huge. The bacon wrapped Jalapeno pepper has a nice crunch to it and flavor. Overall I recommend this place, but just with they would change their french fries. Oh and the cool thank you note they put on my bag was a great touch!

Very disappointing. We expected it to be better based on the reviews. My wife ordered the old fashioned double double. The menu says it will be "cooked to your specs". We were never asked our specs. The burger came out with blood running across the plate. The bun was soggy from this. My wife cut the burger in half. The burger was barely cooked at all. I eat rare meat often, and I would NOT have eaten this burger myself. My wife called the server over to the table and told her the issue and asked for it to be well done. The server, Meagan, was friendly, and took the burger away. The burger came back with a new bun. My wife cut into it again. It was more done, but was still closer to rare. (See the picture attached. This is the burger AFTER having it cooked more). They put so much mustard on it the second time that it was a mess to eat. The really frustrating part is that my wife had originally cut the burger in half. They literally took the two halved patties and put them back on the grill. They then used those same patties again. When getting the burger back the second time, my wife didn't know they had used the same patties because the bun and everything else was new and uncut. As she usually does, she cut the burger in half. Now, because the patties had previously been cut in half, she had 8 pieces of patty falling out all over her and her plate covered in mustard. My wife ate about 1/4 of the burger. The total price for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 sodas was nearly $48 + tip. For half of that, we could have had a much better experience at Whataburger.

Amazing! This is the only word to describe Kenny's. The best burger ever. My daughters and I enjoyed a day out and we stumbled across this burger joint. We had burgers and a chicken sandwich. First, the chicken breast for the sandwich was huge...and delicious. Second, the burgers were cooked to a perfect medium and they were sooooo juicy. As for the service, Emily was great. She always anticipated our need for refills and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. Thank you Emily. We will definitely be back, we'll bring Dad next time.

We are visiting from out of town. We were looking for somewhere to eat. We found this place not too far from where we were and not too far from the hotel we were staying at. Went here got seated right away. Our server, Emily, came over within a minute and asked for our drink orders. Came back after a person came back to our table from stepping away for a minute. Took our order. She asked if we had any questions. I did have one. I asked what the mushroom brie was. She explained it very well. We ordered, our food came out after a few minutes. Shout out to the cook on 8/15/2025 around 130 to 230pm, that was by far thee best mushroom burger I have ever had. Thank you. It was overall a great experience. I saw they had won awards in the past. After today I see why they have. I can't wait to come back. I recommend this place fully.

I stopped in for lunch at Kenny's Burger Joint after driving by that morning on my way to work and thought I'd give it a shot. I am a burger aficionado, I have easily had thousands of burgers in my life, and I enjoy cooking them as well. It isn't hard to make a decent burger, but this place takes it to a new level, an art! I had the Black and Blue burger with blue cheese, bacon, and grilled jalapeños along with the truffle fries. HOLY COW, this is the tastiest burger I've had in a long time!! Kenny's has more on the menu, and I look forward to trying it all, especially Philly, which they call the "Steak Bomb." Any way to get out of saying the word "Philly" is fine with me. The place gets really busy around lunch, so be prepared for a 20min wait or so, if you are walking in around 12:30, but it is totally worth it! Trust me, go and enjoy this place if you can.

First time visiting, and the burgers were amazing. The atmosphere was great and our waitress was very accommodating. She made sure we understood the menu and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. She checked on us regularly and made our visit very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone looking for a mouth-watering burger and don't get me start on the fries.

Great beer selection, tasty food for a good price, paired with kind and attentive service! It was nice that we were able to try a few samples of beers to make sure we enjoyed our selection. The boss hog flatbread and smothered fries hit the spot. Beef jerkey is good, just know that it's a little crisper than regular beef jerky! All in all, this is a great place for lunch and we will be back again!

Union Bear Brewing Co. is an incredible spot with a modern interior, stylish décor, and both covered and uncovered patios. Their patio deck overlooks the waterfront, making it perfect for people-watching and a fun spot for kids. The atmosphere is lively yet family-friendly, with sports, music, and a welcoming vibe for celebrations year-round. The in-house craft beer is excellent and affordable, with great flights to try different brews. Cocktails and spirits are creative and well-made, and there are plenty of other drink options. Food is consistently delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. A must-visit for anyone looking for a great meal, drinks, and a beautiful setting.

Sat at the bar - our favorite place to sit! I think we waited 5-8 minutes to be asked if we would like something? The flatbread BossHog Pizza 🍕 was delicious and came out hot since they have runners. Our beer 🍻 sat empty for at least 15 -18 minutes … maybe more with an empty glass and waiting to pay. If we weren’t honest people - the thought to dine and dash crossed our minds. To their credit when I mentioned it - they did comp our food. Super unfortunate as Brewery/ beer people that enjoy trying new beers and enjoying great food. The good and beer was great - the service was less than great. Giving a 4 star as I think this place could be great and all the food saw come out looked amazing.

1st time in and everything was great from the greeting manager, to Micheal our server, to the food and speed of service. We were there to not rush through anything and we were checked on appropriately and the food came out in perfect timing. Had the shrimp appetizer, the elote brisket flatbread pizza, a ceasar salad, the rueben sandwich and the carrot cake. 2 different beers. Nothing disappointed. Recommend any day any time of the week.

First timer...definitely recommend solo or family. I went around lunchtime and checked out the Union Bear Brewing Co...I'd been craving some really good cod fish and glad I decided to ck this place out! It definitely met my expectations and my server Hannah was awesome with recommendations and attentiveness! I can't wait to return for Happy Hour ☺️

Stopped here on recommendation. Got a drink. Really yummy, ordered a chicken sandwich Togo…drove an hour home to be disappointed that only a small portion was actually chicken. The rest was just crust (refer to picture) The Mac and cheese was really good too

Really cute restaurant with a variety of biscuit sandwiches to choose from. The customer was very nice, the food was yummy, and the drinks were delicious! Clean restrooms and free of order, with an antique charm (in my opinion) that was very pleasing! We were able to dine without being rushed or constantly approached. However, the guy who took our order did check in with us to ensure that we were fine. If one chooses to sit outside, that’s also a delightful experience since you can view other sights on/near the boardwalk. I would definitely return!

This spot was such a wonderful find! I ordered the Chicken & Not a Waffle with regular tots, and my friend and I shared their Mimosa with Friends. The food was absolutely delicious, and I loved the music they had playing—it added to the fun atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and outgoing, which made the experience even better. From the patio, we enjoyed beautiful views with a fountain and a boardwalk vibe that gave the place a lively, engaging feel. The only downside was that some of the tables had old varnish, which made them feel tacky and unpleasant to touch. One of the gentlemen working there kindly cleaned our table and explained it was due to the varnish being worn out. While we were there, we just laid out some napkins to cover the sticky feel, which worked fine for the moment—but hopefully they’ll update the tables soon. On the plus side, the bathrooms were very clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a great time here and look forward to coming back!

Ordered the fancy chicken, biscuits and gray, and sweet potato tots. I did not like the biscuits. For me, they were a bit undercooked and dense. The chicken was ok, a bit dry. The gravy was bland. I did like the sweet potato tots. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought the seats were a bit uncomfortable. The tables need a good cleaning for sure. My hand was sticking to the table. Taste is subjective, but the sticky tables are a deal breaker for me.

This has become a repeat stop for breakfast. I usually go for the sausage biscuit or the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit — and yes, you can absolutely taste the butter in those biscuits. Honestly, the biscuit alone is worth the trip. I recently discovered their secret menu and tried the pulled pork tots… wish I’d found them sooner! Service is quick and friendly, and you can bring your pup to enjoy the patio, or opt for comfortable, air-conditioned indoor seating.

Many outdoor seating areas. The fried chicken in their biscuits is really dry, and the bacon is so small that I almost can't see. However, the sweet potato tots are tasty. I think the prices are a bit high for the quality of food. I will not be back.

Really cute restaurant in a really cool area. Lots of other shops around with plenty of seating. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The food was great, I got the chicken & not a waffle and it was really well seasoned. A lot of times chicken and biscuits can turn out dry, but that was the case here at all. More on the sweet side, but still no complaints. I also got a side of tots which were also well seasoned and crispy. Overall, a good experience and would recommend others. I'd come back to try other items if I'm ever in the area again.

In short: it's what you want on a fresh biscuit. Hot chicken to traditional breakfast items, the menu was accommodating to all kinds of dining motifs. Add to that a tasty selection of mimosas and other alcoholic beverages, and a simple idea evolves into an experience. We sat outside and enjoyed people-watching near the water. You can grab a seat and watch the biscuits made from scratch, or inside in the air conditioning with warmly lit seating. Staff was friendly and got our order to us quickly. Thank you!

We had a great time. Would've been better if they'd have had more games options. The food was comparable to that of a star elite restaurant. The deviled eggs were so good they had to have been evil. If you're a party of three and have a appetizer, plan on spending at least a hundred bucks. So totally worth it. They also have a bar.

The hostess greeted us quickly with lots of energy and gave us some information about the restaurant we requested. Our server. Luke was great and took good care of us, glasses were never empty. Food arrived promptly and as ordered. The food was excellent and we came for the concept of playing video games or board games and a restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food. The beef stroganoff had excellent flavor. The meat was buttery tender. The dragon's eggs are an absolute must order.

Nerdvana is fantastic! Great food and gaming nostalgia all in one spot. The Mac & Cheese Bites are a must. The Short Rib Poutine is incredible—add a fried egg and thank me later! Son & wife loved the quesadillas. Go try it!

I enjoyed my time here at Nerdvana. The Dragon Eggs were pretty good and the Poutine was decent as well. Although the prices might be a little high, it’s factored into the price of admission (minimum of $15). The staff was awesome and attentive. Making sure everything was good or if I needed anything else. Shoutout Lucas (sorry if that wasn’t your name, it was somewhat hard to hear.) I loved the decor and the little menu item names. I do have to say that the digital catalogue was very multiplayer favored, so it’s a great place for hangouts or dates. The music was a little loud, but overall was a great time.

There should be a location in every major city! The food is exceptional. Dragon Eggs were a great starter item. As my Powe Up was being prepared I shared a few laughs with my brother playing 2K22. The Ultimate Beef Stroganoff scored 10/10. The dish was flavorful, meat tender, served fresh, and offered a great ratio of beef to mushrooms. The portion size of both appetizer and main dish was generous. Luke was an excellent server. Thank you for making this first experience a great experience and I look forward to returning for Chicken and Biscuits or maybe Brick's Chicken. If you're a first time visitor bring board games or think about which system you'll want to be seated at. Yes! You system determines your table.

I loved it. I was looking where to go, Chat GPT recommended it to me, and it's truly the best restaurant I've been to in a long time. The service, prices, food, drinks everything was delicious. I recommend it 100%. It is another experience, something innovative and for all ages.

Overall: Great! I wish you could have a little bit more time, as someone who loves food and videogames having more than 2 hours would be great, but I understand why it's limited. The food was pretty good. My only true complaint was for the Dragon eggs. I wish the deviled egg cream was a bit more flavorful... for me, it was an egg with the texture of a deviled egg but lacked the tanginess deviled eggs usually have. The short rib and sauce were very overpowering and left me wanting more devilly flavor.

Less Chicken and lot more money! I bought the Caniac with a sweet tea which cost $17 + tax. The chicken strips are getting tiny. Soon they’ll be a chicken nugget! Cain’s has never been cost effective but reducing the size of a chicken strip is getting ridiculous! Has also given a regular tea not a sweet tea!

Used to love this place, some of the best chicken for some of the best prices in the area. Haven’t been in a while so I decided to go back. Disappointed would be an understatement, not only were the prices way higher than they were previously, the chicken was small dry and chewy. I used to absolutely love this place but 6 tiny chicken tenders with fries and a drink for 17 dollars is way too high.

Great service! It looked like the person taking my order was in training, but both the trainee and the trainer were friendly and professional. The food was excellent and packaged nicely for takeout. Really appreciated the attention to detail and warm customer service—I’ll definitely be back!

Good place for some quick chicken tenders, and great service. Sometimes your food might be ready before you sit down. The drive-thru is usually packed full around eleven to noon, as well as around five to six-forty, so I recommend dining inside during those times.

The best thing that we liked was the carne asada fries. They were good but very limited of meat. The tacos are average in flavor and not worth the price in our opinion. The Baja salad was average size. Cashier didn’t greet us. She was nice but service was on the low end.

First of all, I am a Southern California native, so I grew up with tacos and taco places. Im not Hispanic, but I grew up surrounded by the food. If you are looking for delicious, affordable, and authentic tacos, this place was a disgrace. I bought 6 tacos, 5 fish and 1 steak. The amount of food in each taco was disappointing. Each fish taco had one small fishstick, was mostly filled up by "fries?" and dry lettuce, and had ZERO sauce. What the heck? The beef taco had no size in it, and the meat was DRY. Even if the food was subpar, it still would've been 3 stars. But 1 star for food comes from the PRICE. 40 dollars. For 6 of the emptiest/medium sized tacos Ive ever bitten into. Each fish taco was 6.29. From places in the expensive state of CALIFORNIA for 8 ish dollars I can buy 2-3 fish tacos filled to the brim. To their credit, this place was clean, and the man at the front was friendly. But that aint saving the food.

My go to Taco place! Never fails to leave me in a happier more fullfilled mood💯 Some of the best frozen margaritas you can get (get one of the jugs its worth the price). And their chicken elote tacos🤤 Thank you god🙏 and DON'T forget to leave without grabbing yourself a dulce de leche churro! Seriously, this place is oober underrated, give it a try!

This is my third time at this location and all I can say is wow! From their HUGE portions, fresh quality and great prices, I highly recommend giving Crush Taco in Frisco a try! I had the privilege of meeting the owner Alex and it’s clear to me why the business is the way it is

I ordered my Baja Fish Taco and my Buy1Get1Free corn flaked shrimp tacos….. I am Mexican, grew up on authentic Mexican food. Like ranch Mexican food lol. So I know a thing or 2 about Mexican food. These corn tortillas taste SO authentic.. not even the Mexican places have corn tortillas this good. I haven’t tried the flower tortillas but MAN THESE CORN ONES. The Tempura breaded fish and the shrimp was absolutely amazing. It even tasted authentic. I went yesterday and ordered again today !!!!! Idk what all yalls negative reviews are about but this place is the best I’ve had in a very long time and no it’s NOT an authentic Mexican food place but it’s okay !!!! It’s still really good American tacos down to the veggies they put in there too !!!

For two people, we bought 4 tacos, 2 fountain drinks and an elote that were ~$40USD (w/o tip) in total. The elote didn't include any chips, compared to other places :(. The tacos were OK, we tried the chicken chipotle, cornflakes shrimp tacos (I think these were the best), blackened shrimp, baja fish tacos. Overall the sauces don't have a lot of flavor, but everything was cooked well and the tortillas were good (they only offer wheat tortillas here). The cool part of this place is that you have a great variety to try from. The service was nice, if you dine-in they bring your tacos to your place.

We had been hearing a lot about this restaurant until we finally went to check it out. I really enjoyed the Caramelized Cauliflower taco and the Panela Cheese taco. The Owner was very nice. Since it was our 1st time we were given a desert card for our return visit. It was great to get a different taste with tacos plus the atmosphere and the service was spectacular!! It's a long drive but worth the trip!!

Superb service! Super friendly and helpful. My burrito was stuffed, and good. Not great, but good. I recommend adding the queso for that finishing touch which made it way better. My wife liked hers just fine.

New hire handled my order. Looks like the food needed to be restocked because it was getting very low. I got a bowl not going to complain about the portion size that’s another story and charge which wasn’t much. My chips came in a paper bag. I’m used to another location where the chips come sealed in a plastic bag to stay fresh. My queso dip was so watery I was shocked. This is the second time I’ve came to this location and was disappointed. I will not be returning

The food case was completely empty and i didn’t know what you guys have and she didn’t even say what they have. Portion is super small fortunately she didn’t have time to count how many rice she served us. Won’t come back.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews often, but I truly feel compelled to do so after my interaction tonight. I came in around 6pm for a pick up order via Grubhub, which I already paid for. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I spoke with Alex, and he informed me that he couldn’t find the order placement. He double checked and confirmed it wasn’t there. The missing order isn’t the issue here- it was the rude customer service from Alex. His words when my order was missing? “That’s unfortunate.” Another young lady next to him asked me if it was to the right location. After confirming, she said “That’s even more unfortunate.” Alex avoided any further conversation with me and ignored me when I tried to work it out further. I asked for the manager’s information, and he responded he doesn’t know her phone number or email address, and that I can come back tomorrow morning if I want to speak with her. Either this restaurant is a mess with untrained workers who don’t know this information or he was deliberately not telling me- I suspect the second. Alex was unprofessional, rude, and lacked control of the restaurant. Another employee named Maxwell was the only one who seemed to care about my concerns of paying for a meal that I didn’t get and he was a sweetheart. I used to love coming here, but Alex definitely left a bad taste for me and the other customers around and I don’t intend on returning. I walked out empty handed after waiting 35 minutes for food I already paid for- its not about the food, its about the service.

Ordered online and it said that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I come in 20 minutes after I order and it’s still not ready (said it would take 6-7 minutes), not to mention the rice is dry with minimal portions for $12. Just gonna stick to chipotle instead haha

I ordered food from doordash. a large bowl with steak and add chicken. all I got was half a scoop of chicken.. so basically got a bowl of rice and corn.. I also ordered a large chips and queso for 10 dollars.. and all got was 1 half a tiny bag of chips.. that in no way is worth the 10 dollars that they charged me or the 70 that I was charged in total.. I use to think freebirds was great place to eat.. now all they do is screw their customer over to make a couple of extra bucks...

The staff is super sweet but they can only do so much when they rarely have fresh hot donuts in the evening on time. If I owned the store, I’d be livid because I’m not the only customer that’s in there at the same time and that walks out without purchasing anything. Once or twice, I understand you being behind, but I drive past this location at minimum 4 times a week and when I stop in, because you know signs can break, they have no hot donuts. The poor counter workers are so kind but the same excuse only works so many times (it’s the same man every time). They are running behind. Well, when the person responsible for making them doesn’t bother showing up until 5 PM when they’re supposed to be hot that’s going to be an issue and needs to be corrected. This has been ongoing for months and months and months. When we moved over to Frisco, it was September 2024. They just don’t care about their company policy or customer service if you’re supposed to have hot donuts how is it that only 2 days last month of the 16 days I drove past did they actually have hot donuts actually ready. And if they answered the damn phone, people wouldn’t have to drive over there without knowing and wouldn’t be so pissed. But I guess that’s a ploy because they think people are going to buy anyhow since they’re there but they don’t. They walk out.

This review is specifically for pre-ordering online, only to have some of them sell out by the time we went to get them. We ordered the Harry Potter release at 7:25 am for pick up at 7:45 am. When we get there, our order had not been pre-packed, & the walk-in person in front got the last Hufflepuff donut. What was the point of pre-ordering and pre-paying, only to have something sell out? You should treat online orders just like walk ins. The order comes in, you fill it. Imagine if we had ordered, driving 20 minutes one way, and they sold out of everything? #firstworldproblems I know. It's just donuts I get it. We were told "First come, first served." Yes, and we paid at 7:25 a.m. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We drove all the way to get a special edition, after receiving a promo at my mail, and once there, they told me they only have one kind (according to the website, they were supposed to have the edition till the end of the month). I asked then for an assorted dozen and if they could put at least the ones they had, they only put two and the other 10 without any care, and one of the specials had a hair on it. All in all, extremely disappointing. I used to praised this store and loved their donuts but, lately, their quality is, at the best case, questionable. Probably won’t buy here anymore.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience – Incomplete Order for a Special Occasion I ordered three dozen doughnuts for my child’s school birthday celebration, but only two boxes were delivered. This left us short for the event and caused unnecessary stress on the morning of the party. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. The order was placed in advance, and I even included photo proof showing what was delivered. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, especially since it was for a time-sensitive, important occasion. I expected better communication and reliability from Krispy Kreme. I hope someone reads this and chooses not to order from this location, especially for delivery.

Drove 20 minutes; 40 minutes round trip to get less than fresh, cold, small donuts with a big hole in the middle. What a disappointment. This used to be one of my favorites!

Placed an order, drove 45 minutes from Dallas to pick up my order and when i arrived they told me that they didn't have my order and needed to refund me. Like, what?? How unprofessional. Didn't apologize, didn't offer me to pick different donuts. Which they were out of the majority of the donuts I ordered including glazed. (Which two other people walked in and were told they need to wait 25 minutes for more to be made.) I was not offered to wait, which I would have since I had already driven almost an hour for these donuts. All he did was tell me, me placing orders online and paying for them in advanced doesn't mean I will get my order. And I drove 45 minutes!! Unbelievable they didn't have the decency to call me and let me know they can't fulfill my order. SO upset. He told me they ran out of my donuts an hour after opening. Which would have given them plenty of time to call me. At the very minimum they should let you know on their website that pre-orders and placing online orders doesn't guarantee anything. I would have been completely fine had they communicated. There was zero communication the manager on duty could care less. He came out and asked zero questions. All he said was "were out of the donuts you ordered and I need to refund you" after he came back out was when he said that donuts are first come, first served and next time to place an order 48 hours in advanced. Which made no sense since he just said first come first served. My girls were so upset and we had to leave with them crying on the way home. Customer service has really hit rock bottom these days. Its so sad. Its so simple to take an extra step, and care about your job.

Horrible business practice by Krispy Kreme. I ordered 3 of the Harry Potter donuts for pickup in advance because that was an option online. When I got to this location they said they were sold out even though I ordered in advance. Someone who already paid for their donuts should have had their order fulfilled. I drove 30 minutes to pick these up and no one called to let me know it could not be fulfilled. Horrible service. Then I was told I needed to call customer service for my refund. Just more inconvenience. I did speak to the manager and he was able to get that done in store. They should not offer online orders if they are not going to fulfill those for paying customers. They wasted my time and my child was sad he couldn't get the donut. Do better!

I went to Einstein bagels to try a new bagel, and this time I tried Santa Fe Bagel. Delicious like the other I've tasted

So disappointed at this location. Gave them so many passes. But enough is enough. There are so many times I ask them to cut the sandwich in half and this is what I constantly get ….it’s pathetic. How can you not do such a simple task. Also, on the app I had a free cereal bar but the indian dude at the window said it wasn’t available despite it being the last day for the promo. Having to rip the sandwich because it can’t properly be done is annoying.

We have visited this Einstein Brothers location several times and as others have mentioned, given them several passes. We ordered online and showed up to pick up our order and they did not have the bagels we wanted for our sandwiches. We requested a refund and were told that there was no way to process the transaction and receive our money back. We asked if we could get a gift card for the amount of the order and they refused. This is unacceptable customer service and hospitality, and we won’t be frequenting this location again.

I am honestly pretty disappointment. Went there 10/12 at 11am and got a turkey sandwhich and asked for extra turkey. All the workers were making fun of me and talking about me like I wasn’t standing right there. The manager or whoever it was like “do they not know that’s gonna be 12 slices, that’s a lot of turkey” and then proceeds to laugh. No sir I don’t know how much they is on a slice i don’t work there. The fact that they were all laughing at me and i was literally right there is truly upsetting. i really just wanted to walk out of embarrassment but I already paid. Glad i didn’t leave a tip.

The Einstein app was majorly glitching today so the restaurant did not receive my order. The employee at the drive thru (who is always very kind and helpful) did their best searching for my order and tried to help me. It was busy in there today so I felt bad and didn’t want to cause an issue. After they couldn’t find my order, I showed them the receipt on my phone and they very quickly helped me get my order. Thank you for the great service!

The food was good but the man we ordered from was very rude. He snapped at me and rushed me when I was trying to clarify the order options, and when I misheard him when he told me to pay at a different register, he yelled at me. I was shaking for 5 minutes after, extremely stressful. He’s the same middle-aged man with glasses that other reviews have mentioned. I’ve see negative reviews about him that go back months but it seems he’s still acting the same. Please put him through additional training on how to act towards customers. I always try to be kind and polite toward employees and it’s unfortunate that it isn’t being reciprocated.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and the guy who takes the orders is consistently rude. He makes you feel stupid for asking questions and rushes you to place your order. At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt—maybe he was having a bad day, not feeling well, or dealing with a difficult manager. But no, this man is just plain rude. I only kept coming because this is the closest location, but I’m done. I’ll drive the extra distance for better customer service.

Finally got to visit this location, and it was nice. Had a funny little mishap with the soda, but they kindly went back to get a new cup and placed the inside piece back in. Which gave us a good laugh. Food is good, place looks nice, and service was professional. My only real complaint is that the prices are too high and that the fries tasted better in the other location. But that’s all pretty minor if you ask me. Definitely would recommend eating here if you want something different, especially if you want some really good food and/or outstanding ice cream.

The food was good, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the soda machine stopped working during my visit. I asked for a new cup and fresh soda, but they just refilled the same cup. The drink ended up tasting off—almost chemical-like—so I had to throw it out. Disappointing service on that front.

I only went through the drive thru on my way home from Plano. The service was great, and the lady working the drive thru was very pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious and more than plenty for my order. I also enjoyed a delightful chocolate dipped cone. I hadn't had one in ages, but it tasted just as good as it did those years ago.

My husband and I came to DQ at lunch time for non dairy dilly bar and decided to go inside to enjoy our special treat of the day. Once we stepped inside we were greeted with joy. We felt welcomed that we ended up ordering T Brand Tacos and a grilled chicken. The staff was accomodating that they ensured my spouse's grilled chicken was to his diet restrictions. It was a pleasant atmoshere & I recommend coming in to this establishment to enjoy the food and its clea, fast food chain. Sorry, ususally I have pictures. Def next time!

The kitchen service was very fast and convenient. The menu was very easy to read. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The taco salad was accurate, hot and delicious. Great sundae. It was a very good experience. I will return.

It’s been years since I last ate at Arby’s, the last time was before I left Maryland back in 2021. The atmosphere is much better than the ones in Maryland and the food was honestly good. Plus, the coupons were actually useful and they do allow multiple coupons which is nice. The only minor issues I had were the lack of toilet paper in the bathrooms (which they did fix but they need to be a bit more consistent with it), and I honestly should of ordered the curly fries which I liked better. But from my personal experience it was one of the better Arby’s I’ve been to in years.

Nice location for this Arby’s. The food was warm and served quickly. The gyro and the sandwiches are good. They should stop selling the sliders which is the worst. The curly fries tastes great. The overall atmosphere inside the restaurant is full and may require some lights. Also for coupons/offers, they provide less portion - like when there’s a free gyro (with other purchase) - they just gave one line of meat specifically. Overall an average restaurant with average food.

Fast Food is Fast Fooding but I am wondering where the....everything for my Beef & Cheddar is....? 😭 I recognize mistakes happen, but it would be much more confidence inducing if what I ordered was what I got. And of course, there is no receipt on or in my bag, so I can't determine where the mistake actually happened. I don't want to ruin the day of someone who has to work a fast food job, but this is just depressing.

After well over 30 yrs of going to Arby's decided to stop by for a quick bite and was more than satisfied with the food, service and atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to coming back.... yesss!!! Before another 30 yrs.. lol. And am sure we will be ringing the bell on the way out again.

Ordered a chicken sandwich here and realized why people clown on this place. the chicken was half the thickness advertised and cost $7. My disappointment was immeasurable.

Twice now my order has been "stolen" from here. Can't remake it even when DD support contacts them. I'm guessing they either don't want to make it or someone is giving it to their friends. Never had this happen at any other restaurant.

Update: November 2023 It seems that many changes have been made here, and today's visit was exceptional. The inside of the restaurant was also spectacularly clean, and the service was fast and friendly at the counter. --------------- This review is a few days overdue due to the Christmas holiday, but I felt it was important to post about my experience with their customer service (or lack thereof...). I went to this location a few days before Christmas to order a meal and two drinks. I pulled up to the drive-thru and immediately was greeted by a young girl who sounded like she was annoyed with life. She actually sighed while saying, “May I take your order?” as though my visit was the worst inconvenience she had ever experienced. I started to tell her what I wanted and she cut me off halfway through my sentence and abruptly said, “Hold on...”. I waited another moment and then she said, “Ok, now what did you want?”. I told her again and when she asked what I wanted to drink with the meal, I ordered sweet tea. She immediately said they no longer had any sweet tea left, so I asked for Sprite. With great annoyance, she asked if I wanted anything else. I told her I would also like an UNsweet tea and she said they no longer had any of that left, either. Imagine that. This was an hour and a half before closing time, so I am not sure why there wasn’t either one left. Before she could even get the sentence out about not having any unsweet tea left, either, a gruff male voice came over the speaker (presumably a manager?) and he very rudely screamed at me: “Ma’am, she JUST SAID THERE WAS NO MORE TEA LEFT!”. Um, actually, she said there wasn’t any SWEET tea left, but I digress. After being yelled at in the drive-thru, I simply said, “Actually, never mind.” & decided I would go elsewhere; at this point, they might have spit in my food! I would love to be able to review the actual food/drinks; however, I didn’t even get that opportunity and I am not sure I want to try again in the future. I can understand a bad day, but there is never an excuse for yelling at a customer in the drive-thru. I don’t typically have high expectations for a fast food restaurant, but having worked in a couple of them myself in my early years, I still know that customer service and attitude are important. In the future, if I am wanting a roast beef sandwich, I will seek an alternative restaurant. I hope that Arby’s will have more concern in the future for treating customers kindly (and not being out of tea - this is the South, after all!).

The absolute worst jack in the box experience. Employee taking our order was unfriendly and rushed us. The sodas were flat and the tacos were the worst I’ve ever had. Got 2 orders of tacos and all 4 were beyond soggy! Inedible to say the least, fell apart right out of the package, after we peeled the soggy package off of the tacos. Also did not get the sauces requested. Will not be going back to this location ever again.

The funny thing about this particular jack in the box is , they are open 24 hr, but the google or their website shows closed , when I try to do an online order late night the website shows online ordering not available only for this location, every other location has online ordering enabled. i am not craving jack in the box, do i got any choice , its only because I am in a job that would not allow me to leave the surroundings and this jack in the box is the only one walkable from my work. Since I cannot do online order I tried calling them at night, but no one would pick up call, common guys from my work place I can see u are open then why shut down online platform and don’t take call.

I had a croissant sausage sandwich delivered from Door Dash. The sausage was not cooked all the way and was a light light brown. I order this sandwich all of the time and this is not how it's supposed to look and taste! The egg wasn't even cooked all the way! Really Jack!? Then when I tried to call to let them know, the phone rang and rang. Then a fax ring! Wow! Wasted money!

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I hadn't eaten anything different than the rest of my family in two days other than when I stopped at this Jack in the box on Monday, I spent Monday night/Tuesday vomiting. No one else in my home is sick. Probably won't be eating Jack in the box for a while. 🤢

Whoever is responsible for this jack-in-the-box needs to be aware of there establishment and the lack of efficiency/service they are delivering. I went for my lunch break and had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, they messed up my coffee, and charged me for French toast sticks I didn’t even receive because they wanted me to wait in the parking lot when I’m already late to work! Absolutely unacceptable and they have officially lost my business! Customer beware!

It's been 8 years since I had visited a Jack In The Box which is shorter than 25 years from my 1st visit. It always amazes me about how some places remain the same throughout the years with little or no change in their menu but still able to deliver quality products. I'll choose here over In N Out Burger any day mostly due to the variety of food choices and better quality burger. We don't have any in Arkansas since the 90's, so I make it a point to make sure one dining choice is always a Jack In The Box whenever I'm in TX within driving range plus budget.

A quick stop between stores. Enjoyed a couple of Monster Tacos, chicken nuggets and soft drink. The downside was no diet soft drinks available at dining room fountain. Otherwise a good visit. Staff very friendly and a clean dining room. I recommend this Jack in the Box!

Timing is HORRIBLE here , and why did yall make 90% of the stalls for mobile orders if we are still waiting 20-40 minutes for them?! This has been a long going issue, management and owners seriously need to do better, the only reason I continue to come back is because corn dogs are my sons safe foods and half the time they are dried / burnt , those he will not touch at all

Stopped at this store on my way home to grab lunch for the kids and myself. Food was great, hot and FRESH!!! They had extremely friendly service. Anymore, It’s hard to find a place to eat fast food and see everyone smiling, friendly and happy to help. There was probably about 7 other cars on the lot and we got our order pretty fast. It’s great to find a fast food place that seems to take pride in their work still. Thank you Sonic Team on Preston Rd in Frisco, TX. I hope you guys continue the great atmosphere!

This is the best sonic location I’ve ever visited. I e only visited during day time hours & I’ve never had any complaints! My food is always fresh, and my order is always prepared quickly! Staff members are always nice and friendly anytime I come by for a mobile order!!! Whoever’s in the kitchen is doing an amazing job!

literally completely forgot our mobile order lol. then they marked it as complete? so we were stuck waiting for like 20 minutes in the mobile pick up until we realized it was marked complete — then we tried to get ahold of someone which took an extra couple of minutes. really disappointing and frustrating as all we got were drinks. DRINKS.

The food is getting worse and worse. Took 20 mins to get a chicken sandwich, and then it came out like this. The tots are as hard as a rock and taste like they are cooked in old grease. This place should be shut down. This is not how Frisco TX does things.

I'm really starting to like this Sonic again. I've been coming here occasionally over the past 5 years, and the service has really improved the last couple of months. The carhops have been friendly, service has been fast, and the drinks have been good. Tip: I always order my drinks ahead on the app. You can get all drinks and slushes 1/2 price any time.

I pull up to the speaker for an after dinner treat with my toddler. It's around 8pm. I press the button and immediately they say, "It's going to be a 15 minute wait for your order." I said, "You don't even know what I'm ordering yet and it's only 4 cars in the lot - it still will be 15 minutes?" She says, "Yes". I proceed to order two pretzel twist and a natural lemonade (I really didn't feel like finding another place and my son was already excited about the pretzels, so we waited). We got our order at 8:18pm. Granted the pretzels were hot but I've worked in fast food before and I'm certain it didn't take that long to cook to pretzels. What also frustrated me was there were two young girls playing in the front door. One was sitting on the food prep table, literally her bottom was on the table WITH HER FEET UP, the other was standing around on her phone. This is completely unacceptable and I hope the Operating Partner or District Manager see this for corrective action.

They got a really good cheeseburger, amazing and of all burger joints I have tasted , in-n-out have really good cheeseburger, especially the patties are like of good quality meat. I just feel the fries are too dry and powdery kind, they could improvise a lot on the fries, otherwise the service, the seating and the quality of the burger everything is fine - a good place and especially in the evening, There’s a big line for a pick up or to go, but if you wanna sit there and eat, you have plenty of space. There is good parking space as well.

Stopped by In-N-Out, and as always, the food was spot on – fresh, flavorful burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and that classic shake you can’t go wrong with. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was exactly what you’d expect. The only downside? It was painfully slow this time around, which was surprising since they’re usually quick. Definitely worth the wait, but hopefully, they pick up the pace next time. Solid four stars.

Always hits, every time. I like my cheeseburger protein style (with lettuce wrap instead of burger bun). The animal style fries are great. The regular style fries with the sauce packet are also amazing. I like that they offer a light version of the pink lemonade now (I did it half and half).

The place is spotless and very spacious. All the staff are extremely friendly. It’s my first time here, and I was really impressed with the menu and especially the prices.

Always heard this is THE place to grab fast food if out west. We'll i found myself in Texas and found some In & Outs and decided to try one. "Animal style" was what my friends told me to try. So a single animal style cheeseburger and animal style fries it is. I was blown away at the price, it was "cheap" but moreso, it was the perfect serving size, and i was happy to pay for the amount I wanted, no leftovers and I wasn't hungry wanting more and I didn't pay for the extra. The drive thru line was wrapped around d the building and they were bussing, the order taker answered questions for this first timer and didn't rush me or even seem aggravated at my lack of I&O knowledge. I was very pleased and would try it again next time I'm out west. The only hiccup I had was cold fries, BUT, it was only like the 2-3 bites on top, once I got down under the cheese of the animal style they were nice and hot, fresh, so maybe just a fluke that those were just on top and exposed to more air and thus cooled quicker, who knows. Didn't stop me from slamming them.

The bright white and red is a bit much for a first timer. Kind of gives Johnny Rockets old school diner vibes. We definitely weren’t in and out as we waited probably 15 min or so for our food but it was fresh and tasty. Try the Neapolitan shake! This place reminds me of a sonic and Dairy Queen crossover.

After hearing all about this place for years and years, we finally went and it was amazing! While my wife and son didn’t love it, my daughter and I ate it up. Looking forward to them coming to Nashville soon

We usually love blaze pizza but we had horrible experience at this location. Service - we had only 2 people ahead of us and waited almost 45+ mins. They kept doing online orders it seems. Whats the point of going in store ?? The lady who was Making pizza was taking her own sweet time. They did not had heater on so we ended up eating in freezing cold. All the customers were literally going out to get jackets to eat inside. Because of many online orders they seem to care less for people in store. Usually blaze pizza is our comfort food but this time pizza was not cooked well at some part and too hard in next bite. Overall will not recommend this location. Garlic bread was good.

Blaze Pizza offers really delicious pizzas with great flavor and fresh ingredients. The refillable drinks were a nice touch and worked well with the meal. The staff were fine, nothing extraordinary but did their job. The space itself is wide and airy, though the atmosphere isn’t particularly unique. Overall, a good spot if you’re craving tasty pizza.

DONT go unless you have a lot of time on your hands and want to get sick from uncooked and questionable food. Got my pizza late and UNCOOKED dough. I have already reached out to the Frisco health department for this location and submitted a health concern form. Ordered one 11-inch pizza with an expected ready time of 12:30. I arrive shortly after 12:30pm and they haven’t even started the pizza. I ordered it cooked well done. They gave me the pizza at 12:45, 15 minutes later than expected and I had to be on my way since I was on my lunch break. I open the box when I get home and the pizza looks VERY undercooked. And at first I thought it was only the cheese and I popped it into the oven for about 10 minutes. I have to recut the pizza because the cuts they gave me weren’t done properly. And when I take my first bite that’s when I realize the dough is ENTIRELY RAW (see picture where it’s only 10% cooked). The only cooked parts are the parts that were touching their oven so it’s blackened, but definitely not cooked. So after more than 25 minutes wasted on this pizza I can’t even eat it. I’ll definitely never go here again and I truly hope other people get better service cause this is wild. I tried to call to at least let them know they’re not cooking their food enough and the business makes it so you can’t call and talk to a human being. Blaze should work on their business model if they can’t respond to customers.

Great tasting food. Nice ambiance. Love their pizzas and garlic bread. Our favorite is ‘The Herbivore’! Never disappoints, always great food!

I went on pi day. The line to order was out the door, but the employees were working so hard to get everyone through the line without sacrificing quality at all. This was the first time I've ordered a veggie pizza and it was amazing! Huge shout out to all those employees, they worked their butts off!

I dont know if my experience could change here ever! I went into Frisco location at 10:35 ish 5 mins after they were supposed to open. No one at front counter. They were making dough turned around a few times, but didn't say a word. I stood there maybe 3_5 mins with no acknowledgement. So I left. No order no communication what so ever. For five minutes... that's ridiculous corporate need to check that out, not first time no one was near the front. Frist time I went here the ovens were so dirty my fingers turned black. I had to throw away my jeans even after rubbing with a napkin first touched my pants and black stuff came off. That was over a year ago. It wasn't as bad second trip but service was. I dont know why I thought to give them another chance. Everytime I go into this location they are rude, never in front, talk about customers. This was a third attempt for them. Strike 3! I rather not go back. They had way better locations in Conway and Little Rock AR. I was a rewards member or I am but very disappointed in TX. If I visit in Arkansas I may have to see if the service and cleanliness is like Texas. Thank goodness for Pie Five! Always good service, tastes fresher, cleaner and better prices!

The pizza is very good. However today is the second time that Blaze never made my online order, placed through their website. I placed an order at 4:27 in email, and they are baking it still at 5:41 as seen the screenshot. It’s worse today as my friends who was suppose to eat with us had to leave, and I have kids who just got out of the pool. I would not order from Blaze online again.

First time trying the Fuzzy’s in this location. That was a mistake. The shrimp quesadilla is so thin and greasy. I can literally see the 3 -4 small shrimp in each quesadilla slice. The tortilla is paper thin and absorbs all the grease as well. 2/10. Might as well have gotten Taco Bell. I will stick to the Fuzzy’s in McKinney.

Average to good food. Never give you enough sauce packs for Togo orders. Chicken was dry in burrito. Fried shrimp taco mostly breading on shrimp.

Tim is an AMAZING bartender!! Met all of our needs, never had empty glasses, was having a great time and made sure we had everything we needed. We are frequent flyers to the bar and we love Tim and Sydney. Always a great time going to Fuzzy's

Hannah at the Frisco store was unbelievably friendly and helpful. I’m on a cane, and she brought me my order, as well our requests for salsa and more napkins. She made me feel like the most important person in the place! The food was awesome, too!

The servers were great and the Bartender was amazing. The bar was loaded with patrons and she was everywhere all at once. She handled the Barton and the tables right by the bar and not one person was left unattended or had an empty glass. Fantastic! If I could give her 6 stars I would.

I'm scared to tell people because it's too good to last but this Fuzzy's has the BEST Taco Tuesday deal. $1.50 tacos(excluding fish and fajita tacos) and then from 3-8P.M. is happy hour so $4 18 oz margs. How they're able to do this deal in this economy is astonishing, definitely will be taking advantage while it lasts. Also we called the Plano location as it's closer and they do NOT offer the same deal. We will definitely be making the drive to Frisco. Food was amazing and the staff was really friendly and seemed like they actually enjoyed their job which in the service industry is saying something.

I absolutely love this location! Me and my boyfriend only come to this Fuzzy’s every time we want it! The staff is so nice and welcoming and the food is insanely good for a super low price! Also the bar is so good and the bartenders are so sweet/great at conversations! I recommend the Fuzzy’s lemonade with raspberry in it it’s so good!

Well we walked in to check it out. Very Interesting. Those sweet potatoes waffle fries would have Better if wasn't Cooked too much. We'll try another Burger next time there, before I can form a Solid opinion. But I liked the Chicken burger. Everything was Fresh and a little Music would make it more Welcoming too.

Workers are incompetent. I ordered a double classic smash they gave me a nasty jalapeño bacon trash. Nasty nasty. Called no response. Disputing charge. Go somewhere where they can do their job

First time visit and the experience went well. There are lot of options to choose from. The food didn't take long to be prepared and it came out hot. The restaurant appeared clean. The customer service was average. The shakes were really good not too thick or thin. The burgers were really good too. I had a turkey mushroom trufle burger and it was really juicy. The smash fries are good too and have good flavor.

Service was great. The burger and fries were hot and fresh although I thought the burger could’ve been seasoned a little bit better. My biggest issue came with the price of adding jalapeños $1.70 is a little bit steep for six slices of jalapeños.

I went with 3 others to try Smashburger. We all agreed the burgers were good. The Classic was the overall favorite. The Truffle Mushroom was the least favorite. The Smash fries have Rosemary on them. So, if you don't like Rosemary get the regular fries. The Smash fries were screaming hot. The plain fries were barely lukewarm. They were busy so there is no reason for our fries to be cold. BTW, they serve brussel sprout fries too. You might want to sit on the patio if you don't care for a cabbage smell. It permeates the entire dining room. The dining area is small but very well-kept. We didn't have to wait for a clean table. The young lady behind the counter was a Rockstar! She kept the tables clean and the line going quickly. We ate there on 5/31 around 7pm. Give that young woman a raise!

This is the first burger joint that I have heard of selling brussel sprouts as a side dish so I had to check it out. Brussel sprouts - good and crispy. Can do without the grease. Burger - good. The patty was seasoned. Smash fries - not it; minus one star. This is the second time in my life that I didn't like the seasoned fries.

I feel bad for leaving three stars, but the place is far from clean. The food was great and I have attached photos, but the further away from the front door you get, the worse the cleanliness becomes. There is even a weird smell in the place, very noticeable to the extent that we ate outside on their patio, which ironically was very clean. I like the smashburger Chain and the food was up to standard, but the place definitely needs to at least clean the build up around door handles and chairs. Sad to see this as it makes you not enjoy your meal. For $24 per person, might as well go a sit down place like Gloria's.

We've been Chipotle lovers for a long time, and if there's one thing I love most, it's the chicken bowl with white rice, beans, and guacamole. However, on June 3rd, my husband ordered our usual chicken bowl for lunch through DoorDash. When I got home and started on my lunch, I noticed that: 1) the chicken didn't even weigh 1 ounce, 2) the chicken was so burnt it and tasted like it was burned, and 3) the rice looked like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator, in balls, dry, and hard!! What happened guys? The concept is fresh food!! I understand that many food chains throw away food at the end of the work shift to ensure freshness, but serving food in poor condition goes beyond any quality control!! Don't be ashamed to ask the cook on duty for more protein and sides, and if it takes a while because they've been very busy, that's fine. We can and will understand the wait as long as we receive the quality we're paying for!!

This location I’ve noticed is notorious for a chincy amount of protein, especially a double scoop of protein, but never in my life have I been so disrespected by a chipotle bowl before today. As a pregnant lady who was craving chipotle and was so excited to dig in, my flabbers were infinitely ghasted to open my bowl and find literally not even one singular scoop of chicken, when I paid for double, residing in my bowl. I could count the chicken pieces, which I scooped to the corner thinking surely there must be more hiding. Well I did find two other pieces, accounting for maybe a total of 8 pieces of chicken. Times might be tough, but now getting my protein in is even tougher :(

Wow very rude staff. They don’t listen to what you are saying. Kept getting the order wrong. No smiles and very poor customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

Not so great. Feel mooyah is much more worth it than chipotle. I don't really get the hype for this place. The meat they give susbstanially small. And it cost 16 dollars including tax. Seriously 16 dollars at wholefoods would have given you alot more at the hotbar and salad bar. So my curiousity has been fufilled and will never walk into a chipotle again. Also the employee handling the bowls is very irratated atitude, not very happy the employees. Which is something I have hardly experienced since moving to texas.

If I could give this -5 stars I would I will no longer be coming here again. Quality of the food has gone down hill. If I had extra time I would’ve turned around and returned everything I purchased. Spent $50.99 and was not worth the price at all. They are training someone new on the line I received a quarter portion of steak that I normally would get as a regular portion. I asked for a little more he gave me another tiny scoop and then they charged me for extra on both bowls. I didn’t mind paying but the fact that the steak tasted dry and burnt up like it was reheated from last night. Don’t come to this location if you expect high quality food from chipotle. There’s several other locations in the area that will get the quality right every time.

I understand that inflation is driving prices up, and I don’t mind paying more for good food. However, at this location, Chipotle bowls have not only gone up in price but also gone down in portion size. I love Chipotle, but this is by far the worst location when it comes to portions — I literally got half a spoon of chicken in my bowl. That’s unacceptable.

INEDIBLE…... Brought a chicken bowl and it was completely inedible. The rice was completely raw tasted like plastic rice, very hard to chew , pinto beans were extremely salty and chicken Al pastor tasted weird. I bought chipotle after like 6 months after my bad experience last time and the food quality had degraded even more. Also , for people who don’t eat meat or prefer just chicken this is not the place for them because food is kept such a way that there is very high chance of cross contamination. I would not prefer or suggest going there after my recent experience.

I love everything from the price point to the fun combos they create. The Lone Star is my favorite but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything here. Queso is delicious. Owners care.

Dillias in Frisco on Preston Rd is amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Everything tasted like it was cooked with care, and the portions were just right. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was spotless and had a great atmosphere, comfortable, relaxed, and perfect for any occasion. It’s hard to find a place that gets everything right, but Dillias definitely does. We’ll be coming back for sure! THE BEST DILLIA EVER!!!!

This place was really good in regards to food! It was a little tough to get a vegetarian option but it was worth the confusion. We also ordered their gorilla fries which were so good! We went there for a Bible study and knew what time they closed but when it got close to closing time, the staff made a lot of noise moving chairs around and cleaning around us. It was a little annoying. The food is worth going back for but I wouldn't count on friendly service. Thank you for the delicious food, Dillas!

Me and my boyfriend came here with our Bible study friends for the same time the food was a 10/10..I ordered PLAIN-0 chicken meal and my boyfriend order the Double DILLA.

First time having Dillas. The place was clean and service was good. We showed up 30 mins before closing and they were out of chicken. I got the Lone Star, it was really good however the portions of a regular was small, it only included 2 pieces of the quesadilla. I had to order another one which made it a bit costly. Lesson learned, order the larger size. The chips were good, they had seasoning them and the salsa was good as well. I would comeback, will go with the lone star again, will ask them to add mushrooms next time as well.

Paid $8 up charge just to make my tortilla gluten free and still wasn’t when delivered to me, despite it being labeled correctly. If your going to up charge half of the cost of the quesadilla itself just to make it gluten free, at least double check… $35 down the drain!

Had great service from a young man and woman in the drive-through. They were friendly, and the service was expedient! I had noticed a charge on my receipt that conflicted with my order it was a simple mistake. Without skipping a beat, the young man made it right no questions. It’s not common place to go to fast service restaurant and get greeted with a welcoming smile by people who look like they’re enjoying what they do, However, that is not the case at Dillas on Preston.

Amazing pizza. Numerous, unlimited options. All ingredients are fresh and delicious. Courteous, friendly service. Only negative is it takes about 8-10 min to cook your order even if there's little to no line.

Workers didn't care to help and are as stingy as chipotle with toppings. Can't even cut the pizza correctly and didn't even ask my daughter if she wanted any extra toppings. They prioritize To-go orders over dining. Also watched 3 other workers stand and watch 1 worker make our pizzas which took forever and we were in a hurry.

Pizza was so good, I didn’t have time to take a photo to show how good it looked! Excellent customer service! I’m definitely coming back! I had the lunch special, which was the $7.99 Parmesan stuff crust! Man it was sooo good!

Pie Five Personal Pizza is "Hands Down" and "Thumbs Up" the best personal build your own pizza in the DFW providing "fresh ingredients" and "house made dough" made from scratch daily. UPDATE Jan 2023; We rediscovered a great pizza place after 8 year absence. Last here in 2015 and have been going to the competitions for years. Way back when it wasn't so good. Today's meal changed my mind. The salad was way better than one we eat at in recent years. Be sure to get thin crust as it was baked just right. See photos of menu, pie size, salad choices etc.Second visit to this location (2015) for special $5 pie bargain. Got two pies drinks, one salad and one desert. And still had left overs. Busy place fast service during Sat lunch hour Mar 2015. See photos. There was a limited time special Thai BBQ pie that was well worth the trip.

Delicious pizza. I thought I was ordering a small personal style so was very pleased that for the price they charge it was pretty huge. I ordered tandoori chicken Pizza and it really was very delicious! Must try this restaurant.

Skip this place for app orders. 1. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience is the inconsistent service. On multiple occasions (at least three times), I noticed customers who arrived 10 minutes after me received their food, finished eating, and left, while I was still waiting to collect my web order. 2. There seems to be little to no attention to detail when it comes to order accuracy. My order has been incorrect multiple times, and staff appear uninterested in listening to feedback or making corrections. 3. As vegetarians, we always order item #6, yet meat has been included in our order more than once. This is not only a dietary issue but a serious concern for us and we end up unable to eat the food despite paying for it. 4. If app orders are treated as a lower priority, it would be helpful to communicate expected wait times clearly. There’s also no way to cancel an order in the app, if I’m running late for work as order is not prepared. Unfortunately, in-store staff show little concern, and the order status in the app is often inaccurate or misleading. I really wish there were more outlets near my workplace with better service consistency.

Beware the Picklewich scam!!! Went to try the Picklewich sandwich, the one where every video shows this giant pickle loaded with meat and cheese. This is not that - not even close. Upon entering, the cashier who clearly didn't want to be there grunted at us. I ordered the Vito Picklewich. I asked the cashier if they could leave off the Capocollo (as I'm not a fan) and substitute extra Salami. After first telling me Yes, he then said they can't change the meat on the sandwich. Ok. whatever. I get home and discover that for the same price as a regular sandwich, I got a hollowed out pickle about half the size of a regular sandwich with 2 pieces of meat and a slice of cheese. They even left off the tomato, or maybe they couldn't fit it on this thing. Total scam and rip-off. Like most other sandwich chains, they're a rip-off to begin with, always putting the bare minimum meat and toppings on a sandwich. Won't be back! I have to give a huge kudos to Maud at this Jimmy John’s location. I was in desperate need of my favorite combo a #5 Vito sandwhich, a sprite, and of course a bag of salt and vinegar chips and when I tried to order online the chips weren’t showing up. In a panic I had to call and see if they were really out of stock because I would not be able to order lunch at all if they were out. Luckily the amazing Maud answered the phone and let me know they just received a whole truck load and my salt and vinegar chips were in stock!!! And instead of adding to my chip induced panic she said let me take your order over the phone so we can make sure you get your chips. I think I’m in love, like seriously, and of course it got here #freakyfast and now I’m getting to enjoy this awesome sando and my favorite chips while I write this review!! Thank you Maud, you’re the best!!!

If I could give them a zero, I totally would! I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches but after having 2terrible experiences back to back in less than a month!!! The first experience at this location - I went in at 2:30pm - so the lunch rush had already settled and I was the only one. I was ordering for myself and a friend and I requested some change on my friend’s sandwich as preferred by them, the guy was upset and told me to make up my mind with an eye roll! I tried to let it go as I figured they probably were having a rough day! Today I had 2 different people being rude. so as much as I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches I am gonna pass at this location’s horrible customer service!

Jimmy Johns , FAST, almost. Drive thru is usually fast and efficient. Not today. About 11:15 , ordered a sandwich after waiting till the person taking the order was ready. At the window, I was asked if I was a rewards member. I'm not. More delay. Usually at this one and others, they take the credit card and swipe it and hand it back. Not today. I get the "tip selection" shoved in my face. Then I get the drink and see a bag placed on the counter, which is ignored. Finally, he turns around and hands me the bag, the only bag waiting. Sandwich was great and fast. Window guy needs instruction in Jimmy John ways.

This location is very consistent in giving wrong orders. At this point it's always a guess what's going to be missing. I placed an order online and got a very sad sandwich. This time my order was missing Lettuce and mustard. You can see I got bare minimum on the other veggies. This is such a disappointment because this place is convenient to my work location but I may just opt for a further location in the future.

All the staff seems to hate their jobs. The woman working the drive-through greeted me with “Jimmy John’s“ and that was it. I gave my order and she never once confirmed that she heard me or repeated it back. Got to the window sat there for 10 minutes. They didn’t read back my order and have me pay until they already had all the sandwiches in hand. The order was wrong. I had to go inside to get it fixed and stood at the counter while watching six employees never pick their head up. This is including the manager. Finally, someone noticed me and offered to help and I watched as the manager just stood and stared. Not a single apology. The wrong order could’ve been prevented if the girl at the drive-through window had done her job properly. This is the fourth time visiting this Jimmy John’s location in a row that my order has been wrong and it doesn’t help that the staff has zero customer service skills, including management. The only reason I keep coming back to this place is the bread but I think I’ll start making the drive to the second closes location if I want it that bad.

Very interesting place! It seems like a ritzy Dairy Queen with a tastier selection of food. The chicken is pretty good, juicy and has decent portions too! I will say, there was a little too much salt on the fries, but the drink selection is decent, the food was hot and well cooked. The waffles were fluffy, the gravy was delicious and glad it wasn't made with pork products. The cheesecake dessert jar is a fun way to eat it and it's neat you can take the jar home. My family member did say the cinnamon toast crunch milkshake had too much cinnamon. It was hard to drink. Overall we're really satisfied with our food! If you're looking to have some home-cooked style food in a fast food way, this is it!

The food here is tasty. Service is lack luster at best. Understaffed on a Saturday so we were parked for a drive thru order with four entrées. After waiting for 10 minutes our food was brought to the car, minus one of the entrées. No apologies, just a "here you go". Good food will not make up for poor service, no matter how tasty the Korean BBQ sauce is...

My fiance and I came across this place after visiting a fowling place close by. The server was so nice and friendly; very informative about the menu. We had the chicken fried chicken and the pork chop. The chicken fried chicken was good, but it's texas - you can find a decent chicken fried chicken at quite a few places. The pork chop, however, was so decadent...I would go back just for that! Be warned, the pork chop is huge. You will, most likely, not be able to make a dent. Split it, but DO get it! 10 out of 10!

First time I've eaten at a Slim Chickens. I got the wings meal and it was really good. You could split your wings in two batches to try different sauces. Employees were nice and professional. I would definitely come back.

Slim Chickens was very good! The chicken tenders were filling and juicy. The fries were hot, and well seasoned and the Texas toast was also good. The service was friendly and the chicken came pretty quickly to the table. My son and I also shared the mason jar brownie dessert, which was basically a brownie with chocolate pudding, and chopped up candy and whipped cream layered in a mason jar. It was also good, although rich, and I don’t know if I would have been able to eat it by myself. We went around 3:30 (after school) and it was not busy at all. The place seems pretty small for when it is busy as well as the table was pretty cramped itself. Overall we enjoyed the food and the service and will be back!

Slim Chickens was truly 3 stars. Not bad, and not mind blowing. Slim Chickens was very clean, fun decor, and the staff was polite. The chicken wings were over cooked, and the fries were simply not edible. The strawberry dessert was actually good. All that being said. The overall experience was middle of the road

Initially ordered food and it was great. Got the chicken and waffle and took maybe 12 minutes to get to my table. Halfway through eating order one for takeout. Took freaking 31 minutes for them to bring it out. I was upset because people that ordered way after me was getting their food. Worker told me they were understaffed which is ok but 30 minutes to get food is ridiculous. No apology, nothing. Please work on this as other patrons may not be as patient as I.

Mooyahs is a gem! Best counter service burgers around, and their Mooyah’s sauce is unbeatable! I’ve also been impressed with the staffs willingness to accommodate allergy restrictions. My new go-to burger spot!

The customer service is amazing especially for a fast food place. The gentleman at the counter greeted us, was smiling, outgoing and very professional. It was exemplary service. With that being said the price was $34 for 2 people getting hamburgers and fries and for fast food it's absurd in my opinion. Especially since the burgers are very small like cheap fast food burger joints. I was not impressed with the size or taste of the burger. I will say the buns were nice and fresh and the homemade chips were good albeit way too salty for my liking. If you are low carb like keto it's very nice that they actually advertise and provide options instead of having to ask for a special or or making and ordering and having to remove stuff.

We visited from out of town due to a basketball tournament and stopped by. The burgers were amazing and the variety of options are amazing. We will return.

Really hate when I give anything under 4 or 5 stars but I’m going to just because I think this place has a lot of potential. Great location, love the branding, and the menu was nice and simple. With that being said, the burger was 90% other things, 10% meat. I could barely taste the beef because it was so thin! That is my only criticism but it’s such an important one and it’s such an easy fix. The sweet potato fries were really good and the oreo shake was the best I have ever had. For now, I am going to view this more as a place to get a shake. Besides that, the staff and cleanliness were top notch, I really enjoyed my experience. Pricing was a bit high but that’s just 2025

Great experience. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. I didn’t catch the name of the person who took our order (I think he may have been the manager) but he had a genuinely great attitude and personality that is rarely seen nowadays. He was doing a little bit of everything too, taking orders, running food out, etc. Really great guy and great food. Clean restaurant. Just an overall very satisfying experience. They’re apparently under new management and it’s working for them! I hadn’t been in years but I’ll be back.

So in love with their lettuce burger and sweet potato fries. I'm a veggie person the burger was amazing to me. I love the amount of vegetables and it tasted so good. My husband ordered the regular burger, I had a bite, not so much of a fan. I really prefers this over the burger king and in and out. Love they give avocados, tomatoes and cheese was a nice touch. Love the sauce. Wouldn't be able to create the same feeling at home.

I placed an order for pickup at Mooyah Burger, and everything was great! The burger was hot, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the fries were perfectly fresh and crispy. Pickup was quick and easy, and the food tasted just as good as if I’d eaten it in the restaurant. Definitely recommend!

While visiting TX, I decided to try whataburger again. Still not impressed. You have great tasting mustard. The burgers taste like reheated hamburger. The buns got worse from last visit. They look like pancakes. THE BACON, can’t possibly be bacon from a hog. Taste of fake maple and smoke.

I rarely eat Whataburger. I've tried the chicken sandwiches someone suggested but I wasn't thrilled with them. So this time I tried the Monterey melt and it's so so good. The jalapeno Ranch is not too spicy and goes well with the cheese and peppers. It's a really good size big burger. I already went back and got it again the next day even though I had no business doing that lol but I don't feel too bad since it's limited time.

REALLY?! This is barely enough honey barbecue for the wings that are in here. Let alone is not even covered or smothering them at all whatsoever. Do better! Giving more than one star because The staff is always really kind and friendly

I waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes. There was only one car ahead of me. I order a simple number four with jalapeños and a drink. I get I’m not exactly sure what this is. It’s two patties maybe a spoonful of onion. It might be a patty. Melt definitely is no number four jalapeño cheeseburger so that’s why my rating is all low..

I went there tonight and my order was totally wrong. I ordered it online for pickup and the receipt had delivery on it. I ordered 3 small tequitas but only had one big one in my bag and the sandwich was wrong also and fries were all soggy. I recommend a different type of French fries. Your fries is trash. The store also had water all over the floor someone can easily fall and get a lawsuit. The drink machine is also over flowing. This needs to be taken care of as soon as possible or I will be sending OSHA to your store. That is very unsanitary

Wendsday at 745am, doors are locked...OK fine went through the drive threw and ordered a breakfast plater with sausage... got the order after a long wait and was hoping for a hot meal . Nope, eggs were cold and old from over night so I left...next time I'll go back to drive threw and gently toss the plater back threw the windows with the lid off.... but hey they will be able to keep the cash like they did last time

Visited this specific establishment this evening and without a doubt I will continue to patronize such high level of customer service. Greeted upon arrival, even though it seemed busy, we got our food in no time. Food was fresh and exceeded my expectations for fast food.

awe to Whataburger yesterday. They have two drive-through lines. One was wide open. We pulled up. All we could hear was Spanish coming through the speaker. We waited for someone to take my order. It never happened. After 5 cars went through the other line. We pulled around the building again and went to the back of the line. We ordered one Whaterburger with cheese, jalapeños and mayonnaise, and one Waterbuger, no cheese with jalapeños and mayonnaise. Then, two small fries. This was so hard for them. I had to tell them 4 times. After 4 times, we finally got it right. They told me to pull up to the second window. I pulled up, and they did not have my order, and we had to start over the 5th time. The young man at the window was very nice and apologetic. #1 the drive through was not working and should have been conned off. Having to tell them the order 5 time is ridiculous. The manager on staff either was not their or had no clue as to what was going on.

Placed an order through the app. Burger came completely plain besides cheese and barely any sauce. No hashbrowns. No diet coke. No sauce that I paid extra for. No Spicy ketchup. Food was so cold i had to heat it back up in the air fryer. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwhich for my brother, his also came plain. Overall very disappointing, have had the app for 2 years and go to whataburger a lot. Cant believe the food was this terrible. When I called for a refund, they told me to come in person with the receipt and that only then could they help me. It was also a $10 delivery fee. Will be contacting corporate. $37 for my entire order to be cold, wrong, and disgusting.

I wanted to try BBQ chicken for the first time at this location, so I placed my order and sat down and my food came right away and I was very surprised that it came so fast and when I took a bite, it was like a five-day old stale food and it was cold. Then I told the attendant and he brought a new one and the second one was fresh. I guess they like to fool people when they are treated well, how can you not be ashamed to bring that food (13$!). Definitely stay away from this location.

My family and I had a great time and most importantly had great food. What caught me off guard (in a positive way) was when a gentleman came by and checked on our table a few minutes after we received our meals. I thought it was a nice gesture. P.S. the collectible cups are amazing.

This experience has brought me back to this Whataburger. They are truly back to form the food was hot and fresh. The amazing visit was topped off by the amazing service Winnie provided!

Over the past couple months I have been frequenting this location due to having work in this area. However, after my last visit I will NEVER come back here again! If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I would. FIRST instance: don't recall the date, but let's say it was end of February 2025... I go through the drive thru and order a chicken sandwich- no drink, no fries... ONLY a sandwich. I proceed to the window to pay and then get to the last window and wait...and wait... and wait. I honk to get an attendant because at this point it has been well over 5 minutes, actually approaching 10 minutes for a sandwich! I ask what's going on, and why it's taking so long? What appears to be a shift manager apologizes about the wait and says it will be just a moment. I finally get my sandwich and go about my day. I later kept the receipt as a reminder to bring this to their attention, so I come back up to this location (around 1:50 pm) and go inside the establishment and ask to speak to a manager. A shift manager comes out and looks irritated. I tell him I wanted to bring this to his attention. He then says, "what do you want me to do about it? Do you want a refund or something?" I looked at him a little shocked and said, "No, I am not asking for a refund. I am simply bringing this to your attention so that way you guys can try to do better about your long wait times in the drive thru". I was not rude to him at all and finished off with telling him thank you and walked out. SECOND instance: Again, I placed my order at the Drive Thru- Order #579839- ordered 1 meal (whataburger burger meal)... get to work, sit down, open my bag and see that the onion ring box is literally HALF full (see image)! Ughhhh! I come back a day or two later, order a breakfast burrito and a honey butter chicken biscuit and address the issue about the onion rings, and show the picture to the manager at the drive thru. He apologizes and refunds me one of the items I ordered as compensation for the missing onion rings. Cool. I am satisfied with this resolution, drive off, and go about my day. THIRD instance: 3/23/2025 at approximately 1:40pm... It's me, my husband and our 2 boys in the car, and I order a #13 chicken strip basket meal with a drink, spicy ketchup and gravy. Nothing too complicated. We are advised through the speaker to pull to Lane B, where we were approached by an employee to pay. I paid using Apple Pay and then he walks away- never gives me a receipt by the way. We are waiting a while, so long that my son who has headphones in, pulls them out of his ears and says, "Why are we still here?" I say, good question, and get out of the vehicle and make my way inside the restaurant. As I am walking, a lady in a white Mercedes SUV has her window rolled down and I turn to her and say, "This is ridiculous. I am going inside to see what is going on!" She replies back stating she has been waiting a long time too. I go inside and am at the counter and ask for a manager. A manager comes out, and I express my frustration and why it's taken almost 30 minutes to get me 1 meal?! Behind him I see part of the kitchen staff employees working with zero sense of urgency or any care in the world that there are people WAITING! The manager asks for my name and then comes back with a bag with a receipt attached to it with my name. I open the bag and say, "This isn't even my order!" Hand it back to him and then ask him where is my drink?" He walks off back into the kitchen and a guest seated at a table with two kids turns to me and says that she had to wait a long time for her order as well and horrible of an experience she had. Then the manager comes back, hand me my bag which appears to have the chicken strip box in it, and then I say, "Where's my drink?" ...You know what, I want my food, but I shouldn't have to pay for this. You are going to make me late to work!... Unfortunately there is more to this, but Google won't let me complete the full experience here so I will be reaching out to corporate

Ordered a #25 meal with coffee. On the sign it says 5.79 for a meal for it with coffee for 0.69. So total would come out to 6.48 before tax. They charged me 6.99 before tax. When I went to ask them about it they said coffee was 3$ and honestly did not want to waste my time arguing over 0.50 and left but honestly not gonna go there again if your trying to scam me even if its for 2 quarters.

This was our first time at this location. The restaurant itself was spotless. The team here is incredibly friendly and helpful. The music is a little hard near the checkouts which made it hard for all the customers/register operators to hear it seems. The food was delicious as always. I got the Super Parm (Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich). It has the perfect amount of marinara and melted provolone cheese. It held together well as you ate it too. My husband got the Nashville Hot and it was also delicious. We got the fried pickles and the rosemary pepper fries. They were both perfectly cooked and steaming hot from the kitchen. Overall a great dining experience and we can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

We love chicken finger eateries for when we are just hungry and do not want to go to a sit down menu restaurant. Super Chix checks off all our chicken cravings. The fiance ordered her avocado sandwich with sweet fries. I ordered the 5 finger in Nashville Hot style with Cajun seasoned fries. The Nashville Hot chicken fingers had a good amount of heat. Not super spicy but the heat definitely kicked up the more you ate. The Cajun seasoning on the fries was well done. The fiance said her sandwich was really good and her fries had a good sweetness to them.

Quick stop on a Friday night for dinner. Had the avocado chicken sandwich, fries, and the wife had the mini chicken sandwich. Breading on the fried chicken is thick but not heavy. Potato bun is a nice touch. Fried avocado is molten hot so wait a minute before biting in and scorching the roof of your mouth like I did. The old school (black cherry, cream) soda flavors was something unique. Large rosemary fry was just right, crispy, hot, and flavorful. Way too much for even two people. Checked in on their sauce game since there's many to choose from. The Korean bbq and Nashville hot were noteworthy and might have to try one of those sandwiches next time and the custard.

Stopped here for lunch on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Staff was very nice, the place was pretty dirty but I could see they were doing all they could to keep things up. Prices are pretty cheap comparable to any fast food chain but the food was delicious. The fries I got had obviously just been made and were perfect. Very similar fries to twisted root and in&out. The little sauce station they give you has every available flavor the store offers on the chicken so if you re not sure what to get just get a regular sandwich and try all the sauce options on your own. I'll definitely come back for lunch sometime.

This was my 1st visit and for us it was just OK. For $2.69 the fries should have been a much bigger portion. There are places I go that give 3 times as much for the same price. My chicken sandwich add barbecue and cheese on it. The chicken was tasty but the cheese was cold and cooled the chicken sandwich down too much. It takes to like I was eating handfuls of grated cheese out of the refrigerator. The avacado sandwich we got was overly seasoned and very salty.

We were visiting family in the area and were looking for a quick lunch. This place came up , sounded good and we loved the name! It did not disappoint. Extremely fresh. Lettuce was fresh and not bagged lettuce. Chicken was juicy and those hand cut fries!!! 🤗 we had the Dutch chocolate custard and it was so good. The staff was very friendly. 10 of 10! We will be back. Open one in Houston.

Great service, incredible food and perfectly located right off the tollway. Try the gouda-stuffed fried avocado sandwich & add the fried chicken filet. So good. Generous portions of fries too. Definitely recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came to Wendy’s for some 🍫 Frostys, but the experience was a bit of a mess. The bathroom was super dirty 🚽🧻 and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall when I went to grab some 🤦‍♂️. The restaurant wasn’t much better, with dirty tables everywhere 😷 and staff who didn’t seem friendly or helpful 😒. The Frostys were good as always 🍦, but this location definitely needs some TLC 🧽🔧!"

Great location. Ive been coming here for years. My only gripe is, why is the ketchup always so grimy? I know its minor, but I swear its not a rare occurrence. Its like everytime, if not, every other time. I get its fast food but good god man, there is nothing worse than getting your food and then someone handing you a wad of ketchup thats stuck together like some 1 dollar bills from the club last night. Like did the cashier pull these packets out his pocket? Do the night shift employees make it rain ketchup in the lobby at closing and pick them back up. Things we'll never know. Decent food though.

Tried Wendy’s for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised! Ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich and a small chili—both were fresh, tasty, and served hot. The chicken had a nice crunch, and the chili was hearty without being too salty. Service was quick and polite, though the fries could’ve been a bit crisper. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely come back!

Got 3 large beef patties and wash charges for a burger for each bc they obviously aren't trained enough to be able to just charge for the patty like every other Wendy's. The worst part is it's hotter in here than outside. Do y'all keep lizards in here?? It would be nice to take a break from working in the heat in a nice cool restaurant to eat but you won't get that here.

Personal taking order had to ask several times and order still wasn't correct. Whoever salted the french fries dumped the whole Shaker I think They were so salty we couldn't eat them. Totally awful.

Loved the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. Definitely a must have for those who love a sweet tinge to their burger. The patty itself was a bit dry but the bourbon sauce made up for that along with the Crispy rings. The only low point was the oil they use which seemed a bit old and gave me a bit of discomfort in the throat for sometime post the meal.

Ordered spicy chicken burger, but they didn’t provide that with lettuce and tomato. When contacted they apologized and offered to correct the order. Thanks to the team for customer service. The restaurant is clean, well maintained. Wendy’s food always fresh and hot.

Hi. I order alot from this location usually late at night after work from delivering pizzas all day. I always order the box combo. The food is usually really good and fresh. The staff/kids are also very attentive and friendly. However the last two times I came in I brought in a stack of leftover delivery pizzas for the staff both visits nobody even bothered to ask me if I wanted to place an order. The first time the manager came out and said the kids would eat the pizzas and didn't thank me or even ask to my order. Tonight I came in and again asked if anyone wanted pizzas and they gladly took them and thanked me. I stood there for a minute to see if someone wanted to take my order and nothing. I'm not saying they owed me anything special for bringing them leftover pizza. I just think it's weird that they thought that was the only reason I was there. I wanted to get some chicken to eat because I was hungry. Not sure I'll be spending any more time or money here.

I can tell that the food quality has gone down slightly over the last 1-2 years which is a shame. I love Canes and hope that they can improve their chicken quality in the future. Overall, the food is good and consistent, and the sauce is a must-have. I do recommend, but if the quality dips more, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Pretty good raising Cane's. Very clean and open. Service was really good. We ate inside and offered little treats. Food was also pretty good considering another location wasn't so good.

Went through the drive thru toady for a box combo. Food was good as always, the low stars are from the clowns at the drive thru window not having the sense to make sure the lid was secure on the drink, needless to say I had a lap full of lemonade. That was bad enough until the girl who handed it to me started laughing. the meal container was left open also. Big disappointment today.

Great food as always as well as service. But when I tried to tip the person who brought the food out to the hot crowded lot he said that he couldn’t accept cash tips per store policy. That is awful. Be better Canes.

everytime i go here the food is always so fresh and delicious! it’s the best tasting canes i’ve been to compared to every other location i’ve tried.

They were really busy tonight. Our food came out quickly. Even during a rush the workers were in the dining room cleaning tables. I highly recommend this location.

One of my favorite things about breakfast in the morning. The chicken, egg and biscuit is my go to! The service at this location is top tier, I want to give a special shout out to Jailan who greets me with a smile and positive energy every morning I stop by. She is such a sweetheart!

I come to this Chick Fil A pretty often and every single time I go through the drive through, Jameson is always there to brighten my day!!! He is so sweet, kind, and attentive, and his smile is contagious. I look forward to seeing him every time :)

Jameson at the drive thru was so nice to us! My daughter just got her tooth pulled and he could tell she was upset and he asked if he could do anything and offered free ice cream. That was so sweet and attentive of him. Wanted to give a shoutout to him, great service!

We always have an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A, especially this location. Thrre is an older woman who works here, going from table to table, asking if you need anything like sauces or napkins. She is the sweetest lady, and I wish I new her name! Everyone who works there is nice and the food is always top notch. 👌

Ordered food for my family of five and this is the worst our food has ever been at any chick fil a we’ve been to. The sandwiches were super greasy and the fries were salty! Only good thing was the ice we oldered and drinks. Employees were even using their phones on the floor. Not to mention we weren’t give straws nor all the sauces we asked for. Save your money and go to the one off Tollway and Lebanon.

The level of disappointment, dissatisfaction and utter disrespect of my time and money nearly ruined my gathering. I placed a catering order for pickup at 3:30pm; I arrived at 3:35pm- it is at that moment that they started preparing to fulfill my order. When I should have been walking out the door, I was literally witnessing the aloof manager printing out my order and trying to figure out what to do. If I didn’t have 25 people on the way to my house, at 3:50p- when they were still not done 😑 I would have canceled the $226 order. I will not spend one more dime in this place given the level of service I was given. I have never experienced this with Chick Fil A- extremely disappointing. As a Signature member, I expected great service- not walking out the door 30 minutes later and LATE.

Nice location and clean chick-fil-a. It has many tables to sit around and also has a small kids play area. The grilled chicken sandwich was not warm thus food require some improvement. There are plenty of sauces available and chipotle special sauce is the favorite. The staff were nice and friendly. Loved their seasoning for chicken but quality manager should look into the warmness of the sandwich served.

It’s interesting the amount of negative reviews and still no change in management or in staff. My experience was also filled with unpleasant attitude and no desire to find a solution. I have had multiple issues with this location but after this most recent one, I told myself and the store’s management that I am never returning. I literally work next door, and it’s so cool to have CFA nearby but it’s just not at all worth stepping into that negative environment. By far, this is the worse CFA location. Fix it, please.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. We ordered our food and waited 15 minutes at a table for it. When it still hadn't arrived we went up to the counter and they had completely forgotten to start the food. They offered no apologizes nor a comp as a way to make it right. The woman bathrooms were disgusting. The play area sign said it hadn't been cleaned since 9/30. We were here on 10/11.

I like this Chick-fil-a. Great service, great food! As always but I had to circle the building almost 3 times to get to the drive through. They need better signage to show how to get to the drive thru but other than that, prompt and efficient service!

Always fun to repeat your first name 3 times to the amusement of the girls through the intercom and have them repeat back 3 different versions of my name while laughing. Mocking and sad thing is I only have 4 letters in my name. WONT EVER BE BACK. Didn’t even order because it was pointless after all of that. Do better for the next person Chick-fil-a

Just spent $60 picking up chicken, half of which were petrified spicy tenders that had no meat. They look like they've been sitting there for a few hours. Employees had to have known those were not good enough to serve, but when you go through a drive-through, you get screwed!

This location needs work. On top of that, the prices have increased since the last 3 years. On this Google map listing it showed a combo with seven pieces of chicken for only $11.99. when I got there it was 17.49. I went ahead and took it just so I could feed my kids something. A little over 20 bucks for the combo, a drink and two rolls. It came with a regular Mac and cheese, which was incredibly small for a regular. I had to have it between two of my kids and it was laughable. On top of that when I got to the window, they just gave me the food with only one fork even though at the signage I asked for extra cutlery thankfully I had some in the van. And absolutely no trace of napkins. I obviously will not be coming back.

Best damn chicken I've ever had. The crunch. The gravy. The fries. Perfection wrapped in a box. Holy mama jumbas guys idk how this place doesn't have 5 stars.

Nicole was an amazing host! There was also a young man I didn’t catch the name of, but he was also amazing! Great customer service, clean restrooms, food quality and value on point, and the swirl margarita was outstanding. Steak, and Brisket tacos were mouthwatering.

Last time we were here, the staff was very kind. However, this time the manager was extremely rude to me and my girls, right in front of all my children. She threw the receipt onto my tray as I was walking away. The tacos were meatless and full of sour cream. I asked to speak to the manager, and she looked at me and said, 'Yeah, that’s me.' When I tried to address the issue, she responded, 'I was trying to help you.' Her 'help' didn’t feel like help at all. When I went to get my food, she rudely asked me to wait while she checked if it was mine—so why did they buzz us if it wasn’t ready? My kids were hungry, and I just wanted to get their food. She gave me one tray and as I waited for her to tell me I could get my food, she asked if I was going to grab the other tray myself which puzzled me. Honestly, it was her demeanor that really threw me off. she was incredibly rude. Is this what she considers helping? When I finally got the okay to take my food, she threw the receipt on the tray as I walked away. I asked to see the manager, which brings me back to my earlier point—she claimed to be the manager. She was wearing a black and white plaid shirt. It’s unacceptable to treat customers like this, especially in front of children. As a manager, kindness should be a priority. To the kitchen staff: Please prepare the food well I know you guys were extremely busy. I didn't to complain because I know you work hard, and I truly appreciate your efforts! But, dealing with your Jefa fue una persona grosera y no se porque está de jefa o ojalá que solo haya sido un mal día para ella.

Had an awesome time at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop! The food was exactly what you’d hope for—fresh, flavorful, and served fast. Tacos were packed with flavor, and the chips and queso hit the spot. What really made the visit stand out was the incredible service from our bartender, Jordan. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Her energy added a great vibe to the place—super personable and clearly knows how to take care of guests. Whether it was a drink recommendation or just casual conversation, she made the experience even better. Definitely coming back for the food, the atmosphere, and especially Jordan’s top-notch service. Fuzzy’s, you’ve got a gem behind that bar!

I stopped by this fuzzy taco location at 933pm, and the two guys at the front were very nice but seemed to be agitated because they were closing at 10p. and had some register issues. They re-routed me to order from the bar, and when I spoke to the bartender short with blonde hair, she stated this is the bar to order a drink, not food. All I was trying to do was spend money to get some food to go. So now I re-routed back to the front register and told the gentlemen that the bartender refused to take my order, and all I wanted to do was order food. At that point, they finally took my order. This type of service has a lack of hospitality. I will not return back to this location due to the service, but I would like a call back from the District Manager over this District/ Region. This is what I was given to be the Quesabirria tacos (pictures enclosed), and I spent $32.76 for everything I ordered.

Man.. fuzzy’s used to be one of the few places you could get a good crispy taco. But what I just had at the Fuzzy’s on Teal in Frisco was the skimpiest excuse for a taco I’ve ever had.it was visually unappealing and not even worth the happy hour price. I really and truly believe Taco Bell would have been a better option tonight. So disappointing.

All the 1 star reviews are so true. Food is good but service literally is non-existent. Few young lads (most likely servers) were walking around, cracking jokes with each other, looking at their mobile - absolutely zero attention to customers.

I would not recommend this fuzzy to anyone. I was only able to give a one star, but if I could have given it a zero stars, I definitely would have given it a zero stars. The cook was on his phone the whole time they brought me old beans they brought me old rice that have been sitting up the Baja fish taco. The fish was dried out. I pray and hope I do not get sick from eating that. I’m hoping that the fish was not cross contaminated cause it’s Seafood

Haven’t been to this business( chick-fil-a)in general- for a long time, but it was highly disappointing to see all has changed!!! no bright , on point polite teenagers to serve you with kindness and efficiency operating like a fine oiled machine, each portraying professionalism and a sharp presence that gave you the sense, even though they’re just serving food now their futures would seem to be undoubtedly bright!!! Even had to google for info to see what had changed, was it still original founders etc…. Thought they had a secret formula for this type of employee and presentation- I guess not, sadly. Same tacky fast food drive through song and dance now- where employees act clueless, careless, and that they’re maybe a 1/4 there, if that?!

Update. I have been a chic fil-a customer since 1983 thru Tyrone Square mall in St. Petersburg,FL. I am sad to report that the quality which made it great is now lacking and making customers find other options. Look at this salad, the chicken is the scraps. So sad. The staff is still great but the quality is not there.

This place is so amazing. I have been here few times and other locations too. Today Everything was just surprising. I observed employees treat everyone exceptionally, One lady had a little kid and her personal bags . One of the employee approached and find her seat with grabbing her bags from her hand to the table . WOW service.

I ordered online and sat in the dining room, and from the moment I walked in, the service blew me away. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. My food came out fast, fresh, and hot—just what you expect from Chick-fil-A, but this location takes it to another level. Two different team members checked in on me while I was eating to make sure everything was great. Even the person cleaning was kind and welcoming. As I was leaving, someone stopped me to offer a refill on my drink—above and beyond! Chick-fil-A already has a reputation for great service, but this place truly takes the cake. Amazing experience from start to finish.👏

Chick Fil a forgot an item in my order, a item I had paid for and was on my receipt. I had to return and they gave me a cookie for my trouble. I think for what we pay for fast food, they should get a right the first time.

Went to the drive thru and wasn't greeted right away so I just sat there only to be greeted by someone with low energy that acted like I was a nuisance. Definitely not the usual service for this location!

Nice shop with options for dine in and little grocery. The braums milk was in stock and the checkout was quick. There are other grocery items also but not promising. The ice cream counter serves variety of ice creams and in affordable price. There is a seating area too. The line for the ice cream sometimes long and you may have to wait. There are ample parking outside and the restroom was clean.

Incredible ice cream. Cold enough that it doesn’t drip after receiving it. The service was mediocre, as a simple order took upwards of 5 minutes to make even while I was at the window. Furthermore, the food was mid at best, failing to carry the salt to the tastebuds in the fries. The chicken had a rubbery, old texture despite just being served to me. I wouldn’t recommend order the chicken tenders but the ice cream will always remain superior

6-5-24 - The experience at Braum’s was just okay. The staff was so-so, kinda friendly but nothing to write home about 😕. The ice cream itself was decent, but it really lacked in the toppings department—definitely could have used more 🍫🍓🍪. The biggest downside was the cleanliness: the bathrooms and dining rooms were pretty nasty 😷🚽🧹. Overall, not the best, but not the worst either.

The ice cream was good! Creamy with good flavor. I did not get a good vibe just walking in and not knowing what the place was like. It was dimly lit. The staff seemed preoccupied and wasn't engaging. I came for the ice cream and it was great!

We came in on a whim today to take advantage of their $2.99 buffet coupon deal through the app. Despite it being a Saturday night and it being incredibly crowded, they totally knocked it out of the park! The staff was so friendly and helpful despite being extremely busy. The food was coming out so fast that every piece of pizza and every cinnamon roll was fresh, warm and delicious. We were truly blown away at how they kept up with the crowds, got people in quickly and never ran low on food. AWESOME team here in McKinney

The food was great and very fresh, but our experience took a disturbing turn. We were seated directly in front of the women’s restroom for about an hour, and right as we were getting ready to leave, a grown man walked out of the women’s restroom. The manager went to check, and a child then came out — meaning this man had been in the women’s restroom the entire time while little girls and women were going in and out. What shocked us even more was that the manager didn’t address the situation or ask the man to leave. He just went back to his table like nothing happened. My family left immediately, and we will not be returning.

My last visit to CiCis. $28 for 2 people is insulting. Nothing more to even say. The place was disgusting. Counters dirty and unorganized, gross spills. My friend got food poisoning and had an accident in Best Buy after we left. It was humiliating for her and im ashamed I caused it by taking her there. The comment on my review is superficial and they will do nothing regardless. All anyone cares about anymore is profit and dollars. Thr bones are going to be their money soon. The bones are their dollars.

It's a typical CiCi's but this one in McKinney is better than most others. Staff does a VERY good job keeping it clean in spite of all the crowds and the slobs doing their best to trash the place. As usual, the pizza is sparsely topped, salad bar is presentable.

The pizza buffet has plenty of choices, though some of the pizzas sit out for a while and aren’t always the freshest. The salad bar is decent but pretty basic. Staff is generally friendly, but the service can feel a little rushed at times. The restaurant itself is usually clean, but it can get crowded and noisy, especially on weekends. Overall, it’s not a bad place for families or a casual bite, but don’t expect anything beyond standard buffet pizza.

recently visited this McDonald’s and was quite disappointed with my experience. The place was very messy and disorganized, which made it difficult to enjoy my meal. Additionally, I felt like I was in another country because no one seemed to understand English, which is surprising since this is in America. To top it off, the soda machine in the lobby wasn’t working, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

I order a spicy deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich and it look terrible. The label on the box said so, but it doesn’t look like one.

One of the worst McDonald's ever. We went through the drive through because the inside was closed. The lady getting the order right, even with giving 1 item at a time. We asked if they had a specific toy out of the toy selection we where told no however when we got the kids meal it had the toy we asked for....we would have gotten 2 if they would have told us the truth. This forced us to go back into line to get a 2nd one....after all that we came to find that both kids meals where short 1 item...we did not get the apple slices 😒

On May 14, at about 930 pm an Hispanic chick took my order a white boy pulled up and this has happened frequently at McDonald's, the drive thru presenter purposely tried to give me the wrong drink and you know I used to work at McDonald's so you can see all the orders that you're supposed to give out. The cashier came from the back and made my drink. Why is that? Because she put something in it. No stars at all for this restaurant. Now I see why they only want to hire Hispanics

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The atmosphere was absolutely disgusting. Parents had to wipe tables off for their kids. They were out of stock of all soft drinks. However the soda machines looked absolutely disgusting like they hadn’t been cleaned. They tried to hand us the wrong order twice and after correcting them twice our order was still wrong.

Soda machine always broken for days, you have to repeat your order in the drive thru multiple times and they STILL get it wrong. You'd think they would do better with having a breakfast time competitor next door. I'm going to Whataburger from now on

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order from your establishment. The meal I received had significantly less meat compared to what I have experienced at other locations. The vegetables consisted of cabbage with carrot shreds, which was not what I expected. When I went back to request a correction, a few pieces of broccoli and some shrimp were added. Unfortunately, the shrimp were undercooked and inedible. They were just gross slime to spit out and throw away. The rest of the food was cold and gross. This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I urge you to address these quality control issues to ensure a better dining experience for all customers. Ok food court Japanese food. Service is decent but the food is generally salty. Would recommend eating other food if you can. Asian food is decent in Frisco so there are better options. The food court is very open and big, and the mall is great. Plenty of parking as well.

Their Bento box is a great value for the cost. It has a lot of food. Salad and sushi were fresh. Chicken was ok, and dumplings were a bit hard from outside.

The man that was working on July 19 around 3pm at the end of the line was giving me a "look" as if I was trying to steal someone's food when he was watching me with my family the whole time we were in the line. Maybe I recommend they stay at the back of the house....Other than that - other visits have been great and food is still the same quality.

I had this many times in the past but the quality and quantity of the chicken dropped not just a little but expeditiously.. there used to be a line but I see why people are not going. The guy barely gave any chicken and barely any sauce.
