I tried In-N-Out in California multiple times and have never been too impressed. This location in Dallas changed my mind. The service was amazing as the employees were very friendly and always happy to help. Even when we received our food, a staff member came up to our table and checked in with us later on. On to the burger, it was a lot more flavorful than the ones I’ve had before overall just a lot more enjoyable. The fries were good but just your average french fries.

Yesterday I tried In-N-Out for the first time. The burger was pretty good — it tasted fresh, like they use fresh ingredients. The fries, though, felt a bit dry and didn’t have much flavor. But the staff were super friendly and nice, which made the experience better. I’ll come back again to try double cheese burger next time 😁

Probably one of the best In N Outs I've ever had. Fast service and incredible food!

I was greeted by a super friendly and eager to help staff member. His name is Matt. My order was for to go and it was provided in a very reasonable amount of time and well packed. I'm never disappointed within and out burger's service quality of food and cleanliness of the store. The parking. Lots are always well maintained with literally no trash or a tiny bit that they just happened to not get to yet. Always a cheerful place to go even if you're feeling down In and Out Burger's atmosphere is always enthusiastic, friendly, with lots of smiles and helpful people.

Burgers here are good. This location was very busy. It took about 10 minutes to get food and they messed up my cheese fries. No big deal however they were happy to make the order right. Very friendly staff and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

In-N-Out never disappoints, but what truly blew me away was the bun — perfectly toasted with a light crunch that added an entirely new level of texture and flavor to the burger. It was golden, slightly crispy on the edges, and still soft enough to hold everything together without falling apart. I always receive excellent customer service here, and the burger with the onion wrap is hands-down my favorite fast food burger. I can’t wait to come back!

The complete definition of "a greasy spoon" in all the ways that apply. The fact that they have a smoking section. (the air vents show this in detail) the food and service are great. It's open 24 hours, so it's a go-to for many. I enjoyed the blueberry pancakes. I didn't appreciate smelling like smoke once we left, but other than that, it's good.

This place isn’t fancy by any means; it’s like a time warp where it looks like the 70s, and they still have a smoking section (literally), BUT it’s 24 hours, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is hot and fresh. Therefore, they get 5 stars in my book! 😅

How does this happen?!? I’m on the road, selling my cigars and I happen upon a local breakfast joint that has an indoor smoking section. Hello?!?! Is this even possible? Then to top it all off the food is killer diner classics prepared well and served by Libby who is a treat. I had the pork chops and eggs for breakfast and was shocked at how moist and flavorful they were. Check this out when in town in need of a smoke and some 70’s atmosphere.

This was by far the most positive restaurant experience ive had this year other than my anniversary. The food was bomb, I love the ambience (but you probably wont if you seriously mind smoking), and my server was lovely. Only $10 for one of the best working lunches I've ever had. Felt super homey and comfortable, definitely coming back whenever Im working in/around Addison

We came in around 2 am and ordered grits with a vegetable omelet, a waffle, has brown and a coffee. The waffle was delicious! It was light, crispy and fluffy! The omelette was also great. This is a late night, early morning spot you can get a decent breakfast at a decent price. I’d definitely recommend

This place was a great whole in the wall kind of find, for a random place we just came across, the food was good, the people were friendly and you can smoke here as well, which was great surprise since you can't smoke indoors anywhere now days!! Will definitely be going back soon!!

Smoking in front. Non in back. This place is like walking through a time machine. I loved it. A 24 hour greasy spoon. Tiny booths. Barstools you can sit at the counter. Service was fantastic even at 1am. The scrambled eggs were perfect. The biscuits were flaky. Crispy bacon. Creamy gravy.

Came here Sunday 2/2/2025 at 2:15 pm. There were 5 of us so we needed a large table. It was pretty empty inside. Every single table we went to eat at had food all over it. Including the seats. There were 2 people working, so we decided to just go to a smaller table and drag chairs to it. No problem at all. But those tables were dirty as well. So we had to ask the lady behind the counter. We waited for her, as we stood and held our food in our hand. She took her time. Not only that, she cleaned off 3 other tables before cleaning the one we were standing next to. When she went to clean the 2nd one, we asked her if she could just come and clean the one we wanted to sit at. Her response...."just one minute". Really?? I ordered the chicken pot pie soup & the apple walnut salad. My salad had a molded grape in it. We did get a refund for it, but our entire experience was horrible. Do not recommend this location at all.

There are some potbelly’s that are great, and then some that are mediocre, and some are straight out right horrible. This location is in the middle. I’m not sure when all the locations started becoming so stingy with their meat, but it sucks and if you try to order extra meat your sandwiches near over $20, which is crazy for lunch. First time trying this location, and will definitely be the last. The location is 75 and Cambell is so much better. My sandwich actually gets three pickles when I asked for pickles, and has peppers mix throughout, and the meat actually feels appropriate for the price.

Today was a horrible experience. DJ the sandwich maker has absolutely no customer service skills. He is entirely rude and obnoxious. I will never return to this Beltline location again. How degrading to be treated with absolutely no kindness.

Had a order picked up for me because I'm at work. Didn't get my drink so I was confused and called and was told if you do pick up you have to do it yourself. Understandable but they put the empty cup in the bag and taped it shut. So of course they didn't think I'd gotten a drink. I didn't like the tone of the person I spoke with when I called and asked about it. This is the second time I've had an issue with an order the first time a guy called, maybe the manager, and apologized for the mix up. However, the woman I spoke with today talked to me like I was stupid because I said I had someone pick it up. "We don't do fountain drinks for delivery so..." I never said I ordered delivery. I can't stress enough how much sense it doesn't make to tape the bag closed with the cup in it. You shouldn't assume I'd be the one picking it up. The same person got my food before and said the drink was sitting there. Maybe an employee was feeling nice last time and that's not normal but taping the drink in the bag and not sitting it next to it still doesn't make sense. She dismissively told me I'd get a refund, said bye, and hung up. I wasn't seeking a full refund , just the cost of a drink but bye to you too! I just will not order from this location again.

I was coming to grab a pick up order. The cashier looked and greeted another man and got his order. Made eye contact with me multiple times didn’t address me or even ask the name for the order. I had to come to her and flag her down because I was in a hurry. Yea if you are a person of color (black) this might not be the establishment to buy from.

Ambience is peaceful. Sandwich was prepared in a hygienic way. Taste was amazing. I recommend to add a slice of avocado for your sandwich.

First time visitor. Carry out order was correctly prepared and on time. Bacon cheeseburger was good, and the toppings were fresh and crunchy. I would have preferred a little more flavor on the burger, but I didn't add salt or pepper. I simply ate it as it was prepared. Curly fries were perfectly cooked. Staff was nice, and they have a lunch menu.

Really??? What a crappy burger...This burger place has 4.4stars... maybe ppl that eat here are not of a good taste. The place is dirty and nasty, bun is sticking to your teeth, burger too greasy/oily, too much mustard and lettuce sucks... not worthy my $7 bucks. Will not come back here...I went the other say at Doug Burger west plano and the burger was great! Innovative tasty and light on your stomach, really good burger!

I LOVE this place! The food is always fresh and hot. Everything is so good. We've tried pick up and done in-both were excellent! Very clean dining area. Super nice people! My new favorite hamburger place!

Absolutely incredible burgers! Handmade patties. Large patties! A double was almost too big to even fit in my mouth. That's a first for any double burger I've ever had. Fries and onion rings and chicken sandwich were also great. I strongly suggest eating at the restaurant rather than getting delivered. My buns were fairly soggy and the onion rings were a bit cold. Good none the less. The only problem I had was I ordered a chicken salad and received a chicken sandwich. Had it not been for the soggy buns, cold onion rings and salad mishap I would have given this review 5 stars. I will however be back to eat there because the burgers we're worth every penny!

Used to be a good to place before they got greedy. Best part of the place was the amazing ‘killer sauce’ they put on burgers and had on the side for fries. Now you have to pay for small side portions of it and they replaced it with aiolis on the burgers. Was told it was too expensive to give out for free?? Ridiculous. Burger and fries are good but not anything special so the sauce was a big reason to go. Not interested in having to pay more though, not when I can get better burgers elsewhere. P.S. Richardson’s Burger Bar location did not make this change.

Good environment, the food however… 1. Burger The patty was cooked all the way through, dry, and flavorless. Not seasoned as well. Really flavorless burger 2. Fries They are just fries, nothing special, underwhelming, flavorless. Needed salt 3. Price Too expensive for the lack of taste. If this was a $8 meal, I’d be just fine. But you’ll spend about $12 a person here, so it deserves a harder review. Definitely not going back

My wife and I are new customers. She ordered the hamburger and I ordered the turkey burger lunch combo. Her hamburger was good sized and tasty. My turkey burger was also a good size and delicious. They grilled the onions for us which was great. They have diet dr Pepper which I like and the tea was good. The french fries were not greasy and tasted fresh. It all made for a nice lunch.

This is a great fast-casual place to grab lunch. When they say something is spicy, they mean it and I love it! The place has a great vibe with a low and tall tables, it's great for groups and they have a few local beers on tap. When you walk by, you'll see a smart car through the window, odd for a restaurant but it pays homage to their roots of starting as a food truck. I wish it were closer to home or work, it'd be my new favorite place.

I had chicken kebap with their hot sauce. The bread was strong & big enough to hold the meat and all veggies that I chose.the hot sauce was delicious. The place seems to be understaffed. They ran out of grilled veggies as soon as we arrived. They said it will take about 10 mins to have it replenished. Within 5 mins they ran out of chicken. If you plan to go there during busy hours, be prepared to wait or be ready to have kebap with less choices of meat and veggies. Price was about the same as chipotle . They serve beer too!

It underwent restaffing and (I think) new management and reorganization approximately 3 months ago. I keep forgetting that they have a sign posted in the back by the soda machine that says what the employees make. The fact that this is public knowledge is insulting to their dignity, and it makes me feel horrible knowing that. As a customer I don't want to think about socioeconomic issues when having my meal out on a weekend. Management - take the sign down. Market to potential employees differently, or lower your turnover rate. On the bright side, I keep forgetting because the food is good, working ac, Internet, and power. Furthermore the place is seldom full.

My husband and I lived in spain and liked kebaps and we found this place and came twice. If you like cummin this place is good if not dont come everything has cummin. I liked the first we came but a couple of days ago theu had a little bit dirty the sauces and veggies bar and ran out of one of the sauces I wanted to order.

I frequent 'Village on the Parkway' shopping center at least once a week for something or another. I've kept seeing VertsKebap and just due to the odd name, I never tried it. Boy, was I stupid for waiting this long. Verts is awesome. Seriously, try the beef/lamb kebab, add feta and jalapenos. Wow. Glad I tried it yesterday because I'll be coming here more often.

Verts is excellent! I first had it down in Austin and recommend this location to anybody in Dallas. Great Döner Kebaps. If you've never had it, give it a shot. You'll be back.

I'm a huge patron of the original Verts in Austin. So I had to come here. Was not disappointed at all!! In fact the employees there are some of the nicest servers I've ever met.

The first order and picture of food is from 9/4, the second order and picture of food is from 9/24. Almost the EXACT same order and the portions are completely different. My guac was also skimped out on from 9/24.

I don’t even know where to begin. I came to this Chipotle expecting a decent meal — you know, the bare minimum — and instead I got what can only be described as a toddler-sized portion dumped into a full-sized bowl. It was actually laughable how little food they gave me. Half a scoop of rice, a sprinkle of beans, and the tiniest amount of protein I’ve ever seen. I genuinely thought they were joking. Spoiler: they weren’t. The bowl looked so empty I had to double-check that I hadn’t ordered a side dish by mistake. And get this — when I looked at the reviews after (huge mistake on my part), I realized I wasn’t alone. Apparently, everyone has had the same problem at this location. HALF PORTIONS ACROSS THE BOARD. What a scam. If I wanted to be on a diet, I would’ve gone to Whole Foods and cried into a salad. But this? This was a complete waste of money, time, and appetite. I walked out still hungry and extremely annoyed. Save yourself the disappointment. This Chipotle is an embarrassment to the brand

This was, without question, the WORST Chipotle experience of my life — and I say that as someone who’s been riding the Chipotle train since the early 2000s. I came in for a burrito bowl. I left with what I can only describe as a sad, cold, hollow shell of a meal that looked like it had already been eaten and reassembled for display purposes. I kid you not — they gave me half scoops of literally EVERYTHING. Half a scoop of rice (I counted the grains), a bean dusting, and about 3 lonely scraps of meat. I’ve seen more protein in a packet of ramen. The bowl was so empty it echoed when I poked it with my fork. I lifted it up and thought maybe they forgot to add the food underneath — nope. Just vibes and disappointment. It looked like a demo meal they use to train new employees on how not to serve customers. If I wanted this kind of portion control, I’d go back to dieting with sadness and tears. What made it worse? I checked the reviews after and apparently this is a trend. HALF PORTIONS AT THIS LOCATION ARE A LIFESTYLE. Is this Chipotle run by food hoarders? Are they rationing ingredients for the apocalypse? At this point, I don’t know if I paid $11 for a meal or for the privilege of being publicly disrespected. Chipotle corporate, please, I am begging you — investigate this location. Audit them. Send Gordon Ramsay. Send the health department. Send the Avengers. Just someone needs to intervene before another soul gets bamboozled by this criminally empty bowl. I’m mad. I’m hungry. And I want a refund — in cash, guac, and emotional compensation….

After a fantastic event at 900 Pound Gorilla, my friends and I stopped by Addison for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a bowl, while a couple of my buddies got burritos, and another friend chose a bowl as well. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the rice was just right. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the drink station was well-maintained. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great food and service. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely eat there again.

I like Chipotle before I became vegetarian. However, I'm no longer able to enjoy Chipotle anymore due to all dishes containing garlic and onion. I wish the food has flexibility to suit my diet restrictions.

Avoid this location. 4 people in a row were served half a scoop of protein, and when asked for a full portion, the employee told everyone that they would be charged for extra meat. $28 and they didn't put my tortilla in my bag.

This chipotle got me so hot right now. So I go in to order 3 chicken quesadillas the kids version and a cup of bean. I only order this and they usually charge me for 3 sides of chicken and the beans. Never has it been a problem till tdy. The female behind the counter made them and then proceeded to tell me she’s gonna charge me 3 kids meals. Mind you that 10 dollars a meal, I explain how I’m not paying that and how I come and order the same thing. She goes well we aren’t doing that for you here. So I tell her never mind go back to my car and I sat on it. I decided to go back inside to just get a bowl. The manager and both of the females were SPLITTING my meal and at that talking about me smh. Mind you in the front where all of the customers can see. I ordered my bowl but man I was hot. She barely put steak and the manager didn’t issue an apology or told me my total we just sat there awkwardly while I paid. This makes me not want to go back to chipotle. The staff is just so distasteful.

Came in for lunch. It was just before 11 so they weren’t busy at all. There was one customer before me but I ordered through the app. My food was prepared and I decided to eat at the location. I had the Cabana sampler. The taco was hot and flavorful. There were some problems though. The beans seemed chunky, had a sour taste and smell. We’re they from yesterday? I don’t know but they weren’t fresh. Also the guacamole was more brown than green. I know it oxidizes but again this seemed like it was leftovers. Being one of the first lunch customers of the day I expected better on the side items. There were 3 staff members all busy working but didn’t really attend to any customers at the front. Boxes were stacked in the food window and even added another layer blocking the workers from the front counter.

Wow! BE AWARE! Now I know why the food at this location tastes burnt and chard! It looks like the grill has never been cleaned! I wondered why at lunchtime there were not that many customers at this location! I guess they felt the same way about the chard food here! Wonder why the Health Dept. Or Corporate has not said anything about the grill and the standards! Definitely will not be back!

The fajita, egg, beans, potatoes with two tortillas was excellent for only 699. I didn’t even finish it.

My gf and I showed up right after they opened and ordered an enormous amount of food. They had everything ready in less than 15 mins! Not one mistake! Order was perfect and the food was delicious! Thank you to the crew that hooked us up!

I ordered food from here. They screwed up basically every item, and didn't inform the delivery service so I had to sort it out myself. Missing items, poorly packaged sauces spilling on everything... not worth it at any price.

I love this location... I always get this lady who always calls me Mija and asks about my day at the drive-through. She has great customer service, keep it up, girl!!! I never complain about my food bc it's exactly what I ordered.

Honestly, I was impressed by the salad at Burger House in Addison. You don’t usually expect much from a burger joint salad, but it was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly good for the price. Service was quick and friendly, too. Great little spot for a casual bite that won’t break the bank.

I have been here several times for lunch. The owner is also here often and is very kind and nice also. Their cheese fries are the best with their special seasoning. The burgers and fries and shakes always have a consistent taste and are served freshly cooked and hot. I have been to three of their locations and never have a complaint. They have a great menu with many options. They also have a drive thru.

Large serving. Hot food. Seasoned fries and delicious juicy burger. Shakes only come in a size small for $6. Meal was around $19 in total.

The Burgers and Chicken Sandwiches and everything else are normally great. I love the chili cheese fries. The place is old and could really use a face lift. My biggest hangup is the blinds are absolutely filthy. Tables, chairs and floors are generally clean, but those blinds..yuck

Half my chicken sandwich was raw when i took a bite of it. and i called and no one answered or called back since i left a voicemail. I didn’t want to make a huge deal of it , but it makes me mad how unprofessional they are. I’ve been sick since last night, my toilet is probably tired of me. Update: After a weekend of dierreah and headaches and stomach cramps, i indeed get sick with salmonella according to carenow. The manager contacted me and sounded like he didnt care and offered me a free meal. Never coming back to this place , giving me a free meal so i can get sick again? Hell no.

I have ordered curbside out on my app three times. Each time I’ve ordered they never bring my order to me. What’s the point??? They tell me it’s ready for pick up even though it’s supposed to be curbside delivery. It’s set with Uber eats orders even though it’s a curbside delivery order because nobody wants to bring it out. I don’t even have time to eat my lunch by the time I go in there to pick it up because I’m waiting on them in the car to bring my order to me..

The food was good. Unfortunately, they forgot the granola for my parfait (so it was just yogurt and fruit) and the salsa for my husband's breakfast burrito. The drive through line moved pretty quickly.

Disappointed to say the least. I went through the drive thru and asked the guy to remove the egg and bacon from my salad. He stated that egg and bacon don’t come with the Cobb salad. I’ve been here multiple times and always have to ask to remove them. I guess he is new and just didn’t seem to care to look at what is on the salad.

This Chick-fil-A once upon a time was my all time favorite breakfast restaurant. Then we moved away from this area. We decided to come back and visit some friends back in this area and wanted to try our old favorite restaurant. It wasn’t as good as I remember but it was still pretty delicious. If we do return to this area in the future we will stop here again.

Have never had an issue with Chick-fil-a's quality until this trip. Ordered the Cobb Salad-- the majority of the lettuce in it had gone limp and red in color, resulting in a funky taste due to its age. Haven't had any issues with other locations, but I would avoid this one.

My first time ever at an Einstein Bros and the quality and service wasn't lacking in the slightest. Corrina and Matthew were excellent and were very kind and patient! The limited time bagel I got was amazing!

Bagel was really good , coffee was as well. But paying $8 for a bagel and a med coffee is extreme i think, especially when the bagel is priced at 2.69, i guess the cream cheese was an extra $2 2 of the 4 coffee kegs were empty so i had to settle for another. So i give it a solid mehhhhhh

Loved this place! First time coming here in a long time, this location is the best! Corrina and Mathew were both very attentive and kind. We didn’t realize we came right before closed, but were welcomed in regardless. Very lovely staff and great service.

Bagels aren’t bad...but nothing beats a NY bagel. Their bagels are tasty but not chewy. They have a “cake”-like texture. Very soft...not as chewy as a New England bagel. They’re great if you like softer bread. Place wasn’t busy but not clean. Not one clean table in the whole place. Had to clean off our own table. It would be nicer if the dining area was better taken care of. Staff was relatively friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

I keep going back. Lox yum. It's been 20 or so years, but I miss the chopped onion bagel.

First I want to thank Angel for his exceptional service. It's always nice to run into a fellow vet. This was my first time at this Einstein bros and he went above and beyond to serve us. Would definitely be back.

I should have paid attention to the reviews that told us to check our orders to make sure they're correct. I place a $20+ order for pickup (plus $10 more when I picked it up and realized that I forgot to order cream cheese, so a $30+ order) and the only item I asked for that needed to be made (the rest were just bagels thrown in a bag), the app specifically asks if I want the bagel and schmear toasted, I said yes, and it wasn't toasted. Do this- grab a bagel, don't toast it, and put cream cheese on it. Untoasted bagels are tough and hard to bite. They need to be toasted so they don't pull your teeth out. Two Einsteins in my area have closed, I had to drive 20 minutes to get to this one. Maybe you should ask why they closed and what you should do to prevent yours closing. Careless order preparation will be at the top of the reasons.

This meal cost $9.99. I just opened it, and the picture shows exactly what I received—I haven’t touched anything. It's ridiculous how little food I got for the price. There were no fries included. The chicken is poorly fried and soggy, and the fries that are there are practically non-existent and also soggy. The service was friendly, but I come to eat, not to chat, and with this meal, I can't do that for very long.

Line moves. Food is what you’d expect, no real complaints with its taste. The guy taking payments is always cool. The issue is the terrible attitude the females working there have shows up in the quality of service. It legit looks like someone grabbed a few fries from a bunch and threw them in my box… for $18. (I reheated, but the pic shows all the fries received). I was sharing the meal, so we just improvised a bit. Plus, the girl opened the window with, “want ketchup,” and damn near tossed the bag out. That’s happened a few times and reminded me why I stopped coming here.

Cane's is getting progressively worse! I remember when this was one of the few locations and employees came here to train! The service and quality was excellent. Not anymore. The quality and quantity declines but the price has skyrocketed. Just left and my drink is 2/3rds full and they shorted me on the fries and my fingers look smaller. C'mon Todd do better

4 out if 5 stars for quick fried chicken. Canes always has fresh and crispy and juicy chicken fingers. Sauce is great. Crinkle fries are crispy and yummy. Fingers could use a little more seasoning but great with a sauce.

Manager told me their new product is smaller tenders. Shrinkflation. These should NOT be labeled as tenders. Super disappointed and if I knew they’d be that small I would’ve went somewhere else

This what the 3 finger combo that costs over 10$ looks like. Lately they raised their prices but they forgot to raise the quality as well. Thought to give them another chance. Another update: A subpar location that is not even meeting health safety. The picture will speak for its self. That can cause cancer along with oil that is burned and still cooking in it. They only cook chicken finger and fries and can't get that right what a shame. Take look at the freshness of the food and the styrofoam plate.

This is what I got when I ordered a salad. Barely any lettuce and drenched in hot sauce. Chatting with Chipotlebot Pepper, I was told that I needed to contact UberEats since I ordered it online. They wouldn’t provide any refund- this is not what I asked for- this was the final straw and I won’t be eating at this location anymore. At least the chips and guacamole was good.

I placed a group order this morning for my employer. After receiving multiple notifications that I'd been charged three times, I conclusively didn't receive a confirmation email. I went to the store and requested the manager on duty. I explained what happened and he said I wouldn't be charged. He advised I speak with customer support. I asked for his name, and he refused it. I told him I just wanted to tell customer support who I spoke with confirming I wouldn't be charged three times. He still wouldn't give it to me. I placed the order in person despite my payment concerns. The cashier Eulogio was as unfriendly as always. I love Chipotle but I'll never revisit nor recommend this location.

I came to this Chipotle to have lunch. I starting getting my chicken bowl built the lady fixing my bowel gave one scoop of rice and tried to spread it through the bowl. When I asked for another scoop of she instantly seemed irritated. She rushed so fast that I didn’t even felt comfortable asking for all the ingredients that I normally would get. Mind you I was the only customer in line so what is the rush for. The empty tables are dirty and so is the drink station. This place is awful and nasty. I will never visit this location again. The guacamole is nasty and doesn’t have any flavor. I ordered a bowl, chips and guacamole and a drink for $19.00 to be disappointed.

This location used to be good but now I will no longer eat from here. Twice I have paid for double chicken, which is $5 extra, with no extra chicken. They just give you extra rice to make the bowl look fuller. The food is way too expensive to be skimping especially when I paid for extra. Forgot my drink both times and no hot salsa in my bowl.

Finally a Chipotle that got it right. Food was fresh, customer service was awesome & enough salad dressings made unlike other locations. Very clean and neat stations where food is prepared. Overall reminded me of the old school culture Chipotle was built on.

Staff was unfriendly. Dinning area very dirty, while staff just stood around behind the counter. Ordered a kids quesadilla with no meat and asked to substitute the meat for extra rice and they wouldn't. My daughter asked for a second quesadilla and was charged full price and again would give her the extra rice. The rice was dry and appeared to have been sitting a while. We will not be returning to this location.

Just like any other Chipotle, service is very dynamic and the food is fresh. The line moved fairly quickly and the payment process was smooth. Outdoor seating available with several tables. My suggestion is to do a better job at organizing the cutlery and lids station as it was very messy and gave a neglected appearance

Great food! The vegetables are organic. There's no animal fats in the beans. Very healthy. Mexican seasoning is flavorful and refreshing. I'm also grateful that they have hamburgers on their menu for our little one who hasn't acquired a flavor for Mexican yet. Love this place! Look forward to coming back. And just for fun. I really enjoyed their sports bobbleheads.

Loveeee this place, very nostalgic coming here because as a kid, the parents would take me here. It’s always very good and the best breakfast tacos in the area. The owner is one of the nicest and most genuine people I know. Definitely a hidden gem (ask for the habanero salsa). 🫡

Grabbed tacos for our company event. Micheal made them all fresh. 40 tacos! The best brewed coffee I have ever had! The hot sauce is delicious also! Cant wait to get back in there and try all the other options.

Fresh! That's the best word to describe the food at DJs. The best flautas I've ever had! Tacos, chalupas and burgers are excellent as well. We usually get some salsa togo. I try to eat here at least once a week.

I have been eating here since 1996 when I went to work nearby. It is like walking into Cheers. Michael greets all his customers with, "Hello friend, great to see you." For most, he calls them by name. I have used him for company parties in addition to picking up a quick lunch. His hot sauce is the best. His burgers are a great alternative if Mexican is not what you want. Stop by and grab a BFB (big freaking burrito). Michael was making monster burritos a long time before the chain restaurants were. They are open for breakfast and lunch. I believe they are the oldest restaurant in Addison. Arthur's goes back longer, but they started in Dallas.

I came here for breakfast tacos and they didn’t disappoint! The chorizo, sausage, and bacon tacos are good! Hot and fresh and they’re not just sitting under a warmer, he made them after I ordered. They have great service and big smiles at 8 am. I’ll definitely be returning to try their other options. 😋

They don't honor current promotions in drive thru, which makes no sense. I have never heard of having to go inside to get a deal that is being advertised, but they would not honor despite it being advertised on the menu board.

Here WAS one of my favorite place to go, until they move drink machines behine the front desk. I wait 10 mins to refill my drink because a lot of customers waiting for thier meals, who care about if your drink got refill? Give me self refill drink machines back, and check how many customers you loss

They didn’t get my order correct! Even after explaining in detail twice, just to make sure she had it! It was the dark skin chick with the short dreads! Very rude and unaware of customer service maybe she should be a cook get her out of the window!

Originally left this review on 5/9/2023: Is this a joke? A Big Mac with no sauce? 100% completely dry. Can’t even eat it. Now I remember why I stopped going to McDonald’s years ago and why I don’t eat fast food anymore. Terrible waste of money, for disgusting artery-clogging food that is sloppily made to top it off. Lesson learned. Never coming here again.

I purchased four chicken wraps and three of them were raw and I only found out when I went home because of work. I was unable to come back until the next day and I did not want to bring half eaten spit out food. The guy at the counter said don’t worry about it. We’ll fix it and then I was stored to go drive to the front which I did and then I’m told by the manager no I also he said he will fix it. We will not fix it. I will have to pay and that it was my mistake.

If i could leave zero stars i would, this Mcdonalds is near my job i only get 30 mins on lunch and they are by FAR the slowest, i literally damn near spent my entire lunch waiting on a damn chicken sandwhich and small fries and yes i could have left but i had already paid and whose about to go in for 3 dollars and still be hungry cause my lunch is over at that point? They are slow, always just talking while they should be working, unorganized and they all just walk around like some clueless goofys literally. Every experience i've had has been trash 0/10

Walked in placed my order on the machine and it will not give you the option for no ice. Paid for my order and tried reach out to one on the members of the kitchen 3 of them were chating and laughing had to wave my hands for attention, one of them turned to me so me white and denied to attend me when I was talking to her in Spanish that is the language she was talking then send someone else to help. Also when asked for no ice for the lemonade ice tea herd the one in charge of the kitchen charge him more.
