I ordered a ghee roast but what I got was disappointing — it looked like a plain dosa, no cone shape, no crispness, and barely any ghee. The smell itself told me something was off. I mentioned this to the server but got no proper response.
Out of curiosity (and because I was still hungry), I ordered a plain dosa just to see the difference — and honestly, there was none. I brought this up again with the cashier while billing, but once more, no real response or concern.
Both food and service left a bad impression. Definitely not the experience I hoped for. Not recommended.
The food and service at this busy restaurant used to be very good. Ac hall is in First Floor. Nowadays it is over crowded and requires a thorough reorganisation if the promoters want to retain their customers. Location is excellent. Goodwill is in hand. Staff need to be more efficient and should not take the customers for granted.

Firstly a very big name in the city so made our visit with huge expectation and the crowd and long wait to get our seat over 30 mins made us to expect more. We tried special veg meals it tasted good. Other than that roti, butter roti was good the gravy we ordered kaju masala wasn't sweet it was spicy the gravy base looks to be common here so it didn't satisfy us also ordered Gobi 65 it was too salty, butterfly mushroom was ordered but got only Gobi again instead of mushroom, apart from this tried mushroom Kaima parotta it was okayish and fried rice we tried seems to be pepper rice and not fried rice overall a very disappointing outing for us. Parking plentily available here. They defenitely need to work on their tastes and special items whichever they have advertised mostly is not available they also need to take note of it which actually offends us as there is more Tanglers and displays showing it when we ask lunch items too it is not available that's not good. Defenitely need to improve.
Visited here for the first time in Trichy and the service provided by mr. Ravichandran was top notch and excellent. The food was excellent as well and we tried the dishes such as idly , podi idly , kothi parotta , sweet paniyaram , coffee , Paneer butter masala were excellent

Opted for lunch on a Wednesday At around 1.30pm.Place was crowded and we had to wait for 10 mins.
Ordered 5 meals along with panner chukka.
The food arrived within 10 mins and was good in terms of quality and quantity.
Restaurant is located besides the highway and has sufficient parking.Ideal spot to hit with family to have a wholesome dining experience.
Had my first meal in india at this restaurant, was hyped with the shop name by ourinfluencers. Unfortunately at the time we reach the shop, we only had dosa option for breakfast as they preparing for lunch. But with no surprise, the dosa taste fantastic with the gravy and chutney. Perhaps next time have to come earlier for more option. Till we meet again

It was a pleasant dining experience at Sangeethas, Chennai by pass road. Ramesh was extraordinary in serving; suggesting the best food that we can try and indeed it was immaculate. Will definitely visit again.
Shri sangeethas is always a favourite veg restaurant to me.The food of sangeethas is always very good and we ordered a meals and mini meals, coffee.The mini meals and coffee was very good.Dont miss sangeethas coffee.Meals taste was not good this time.The service and the ambience was so good.They had a party hall available here.Due to the prime location here the price was little high compared to Trichy city branches.Highly recommended veg restaurant in Trichy.
BEST GHEE ROAST I've ever eaten! Not too crispy and perfectly even. Every bite was heaven. We also had chilli malli idli, chapati, idiyappam, and ilai parotta. Service was very fast! We were served by D Ramachandran, who did a great job!
The menu had a lot of unique and delicious options to try out! Definitely pay this restaurant a visit!

I had this pongal at around 10AM, it was slightly warm, but the taste is heavenly. My god, great taste, I didn't remember when I tasted such a divine pongal before, such was the taste, I came out of the hotel after the payment but went back in just to appreciate the cook and the server. This hotel comes straight into my list to visit. Kudos to management. Keep up the good work. 💪💪

After sitting they asking us to buy tokens for meals. At least keep board or ask the counter fellow to inform the customers.

A restaurant that reminds you of the 90s. It may look a little old from the outside but the food is great. We have been to this restaurant 5 times in the last 1 year when we were in Trichy for various reasons. The quality of food has remained consistent. I have seen the owner of the place - Parvati ammal, personally overseeing the quality of food and ensuring hygiene before it is sent out to the customers. In an age where many restaurants easily use palmolein to rope in profits, this restaurant strictly uses Sunflower oil for cooking. The service is also good and warm with people making you feel somewhat like a family. So, in the old world charm lies food that can fill not only your stomach but also your soul.
Myself and my daughter went to Vasantha Bhavan for lunch which is just opposite to Central Bus stand, Thiruchirapalli.
Once it was very busy and now lost its glory due to competition. It is in it's old appearance.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I initially chose it for the reasonable pricing, but it turned out to be far from acceptable. They charged Rs. 70 for a single Kerala porotta, which was simply reheated and inedible. When I asked for a menu, they told me it was unavailable, even though I had seen the menu listed on their website. The prices were ridiculously high, with dishes like fried rice, paneer butter masala, and Kerala paratha costing double what they should. On top of that, the ambience was terrible. This was a big mistake on my part, and I won't be coming back.

Food quality is below average. Too much hype in social media on their Dosa as Supervisor. But my experience is very bad dosa served half cooked sticky. Sambar and chutney very average. Poori masal was a below average quality. Don't believe in social media hype.
A vintage hotel housed in an old building, right outside the temple premises serving south indian breakfast. Idli, dosa, pongal, vadai, sambar were all good. Worth a visit if you're driving by Tiruchi or Srirangam.
If you love/want to try traditional ambience then this is the place. Not worth the hype but it's good. Ofcourse near to TV koil this is the only go to place for breakfast. Don't come far away just to try this place.
Overhyped and Underwhelming
This place is one of those YouTube-hyped restaurants that fails to live up to the buzz—at least during dinner.
The server was lethargic and clueless about basic customer service. He served items in a random order and sloppily poured sambar so that it spilled off the banana leaf. My mom ordered an ordinary dosa, and I asked for a ghee roast. What arrived was likely the opposite— however he insisted the plain-looking one was ghee roast (Blue circle) Ironically, the so-called "ordinary dosa" was crisp and greasy (yellow circle) , while the ghee roast had no trace of ghee. With this I'm really worried what was their actual ghee roast, the much hyped dish..
We shared this feedback with the owner, but he just nodded passively with a “what can I do” attitude.
In short: this place is all hype, no substance. Skip it.
I used to enjoy Partha Sarathy Vilas, but the food quality has significantly gone down. There’s no taste in any of the items. I’ve tried multiple times over the past year hoping it would return to its old standards, but it only seems to get worse. Recently tried Medhu Vada, Plain Dosa, Rava Dosa, and Coffee — sadly, none of them were up to the mark. Disappointed, especially given the legacy of this place.
Let me know if you’d like to tone it down or make it sharper.

After seeing YouTube influencer videos for this hotel and tried their Super dosa which is a ghee dosa which is 60rs and sambar vada which is 20 rs.The dosa was very good but I was very disappointed at their sambar and chutney which is not good taste.And the sambar vada was very bad.The service and ambience was bad it should maintain more.

I think this is the branch we had lunch at today. The address is right although interior looked different... We ate upstairs in the air conditioned restaurant room, which was a relief from the relentless heat in the street. We had a veg biryani and a gobi masala dosa. Both were really tasty. Possibly the worst dining experience I have had anywhere in the world. This place would have shut down long ago had it not been for the location. The food was cold, the dosa was sour, the waiter we had was disinterested at best and outright arrogant at worst. He used his bare hands which were in his pockets a moment ago to pick our food and serve. Would not recommend, again, save yourself the trouble and walk across to the other restuarant across the street. This relic should have been out of business long ago, Trichy deserves better.

That girl in the billing is one of the rudest staff I have seen in Trichy, I have order 1 set of idiyappam.. she gave me the bill and after I paid the paisa they said idiyappam is over.. again when I enquired, the one hope he is the ssupervisor there said it is there.. after waiting for more than 45 mins they said only one piece is left, once again when I enquired billing staff, she made me to wait for minutes and rudely said 'ipa enna pannanum' , I said 'mam neenga solli dhan bill potten enna pannanum na purilaa'.. again rude manner she said 'oru idly vena taralam... Aduvum ipa illa..' I just left the bill in air and came out... In reality idly is available.. but don't know why the hell she behaved like this....

Worst customer service. I would have given 0 star if that option available. The billing section didn't have access to monitor online transaction. Our money debited and payment successful, then they told that their machine wasn't working. the debit msg we got doesn't contain hotel name only id number, they blamed us and acted so rude. Finally we showed transaction history and proved. They Could have told us to pay cash if their device is not working.

One of the worst experiences. Went to the hotel based on the google rating of 4.1. But i was very much disappointed. Ordered poori masala. The poori was sour. They must have put someother (old fermented dough) to prepare poori. When i asked why it is sour, then they replaced with normal atta poori. If we didnt ask, they would have fooled us. As the hotel was very much empty, they didnt want to waste atta resources?
Secondly, lot of mosquitoes. Dont go by the looks. Severe health hazard.
The quality of food and the service has gone down making this place not an option for eating anymore.

Nice ambience , we had lunch it was so tastfull ,good serivce , staff is so friendly maintained well , must vist the place prices are so affordable ,meals costed only 110 rs may be it's tasted superb .loadging facility is also available .

Worst experience ever . The veg soup taste really bad ..added garam masala with veg stock and vegetables ...idly was hard and cold ....noodles was really bad ...ot was not hot and it was hard
