And since there's a new Cookie of the Month every month, how can you not do a quick drive-by to get it?

While visiting Tyler for work, I stumbled upon this quaint bakery! I’m sure it belongs on the Food Network or Guys Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! The aroma of fresh baked cookies hits you as soon as you walk in the door. It should be a candle it smelled so good. I ordered the chocolate chip and chocolate chip with walnuts cookie. It was warm and soooooo good!!! I hate I bought two. So I went back the next day and bought some for family and for the teachers for teacher appreciation week! They travel well and the macadamia nut cookie needs to be shipped worldwide. And as a matter of fact, they ship to you! It’s so worth it and I’m sure the City of Tyler is blessed to have this awesome local business within its reach. Stopping through the Tyler soon, place this bakery on the list of must try spots! You won’t be disappointed. And if your dieting, grab the minis 😆

Stopped in on a recommendation from my wife while I was in Tyler for business and I'm glad I did! Despite being intoxicated by the smell of fresh baked cookies in the car on my drive back to Dallas, I managed to resist eating the entire box before I got home. The oatmeal raisin were reminiscent of my childhood, the chocolate chip were classic and extremely flavorful without being too sweet, the red velvet was almost a brownie-like texture and was very tasty, the white chocolate macadamia was very good as well. Easily recommend! They even have a drive thru if you only have a few minutes to spare when driving by, which would be very dangerous if I lived in Tyler.

Really, i was literally next in line at the drive thru window. When i pulled up to the window someone slammed a closed for the day sign in my face. They didn't have the decency to open window and say they were closed for the day, how rude. I do admit i wasn't aware of the business hours and have been here mutiple times and have never been treated so disrespectful like i was today. You just lost a good customer.

Came in for dinner tonight with my family 10/11/2025 @ 7:42pm I order a rare 8oz York strip they brought it out to my table and it was cooked well done so I sent it back and asked for rare the manager brought out a raw steak like it came out of the fridge and asked if that would work. I have eaten at alot of different texas roadhouse and have never had this problem. This felt like a slap to that face and like no body really cared other then my waitress she did a great job.

My family and I come here a lot but tonight we had exceptionally fast and great service. Kayla Dunn was super sweet and attentive to our table. We never ran out of our drinks and she got our order in super fast. My husband even said that was the best service we have had in years. He was aking her how she is so fast and full of energy and she said that she just really loves being a server. I admire her positive attitude. I hope we have her again.

the dinner rolls at texas roadhouse are definitely unmatched! my steak was done just to my liking and everything tasted great. but it's a pretty casual place so it can get quite loud, in my opinion.

Never a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse! Got seated fast and the service couldn't be better. The waitress was very attentive. It was very busy even after 1pm. My husband said the steak could have been more juicy but I thought it was great. The salmon was delicious 😋.

Random date night for us so we stopped in on our way to a concert. Service was smooth overall. Food was just meh. Nothing was really seasoned well and was just warm when brought to us. Salads and bread were great though.

The most delicious cakes and excellent service. I’ve been ordering cakes from Janie’s Cakes for a few years now. My family and friends tell me that they love to receive “the pound cake from Tyler, Texas” on any occasion. The quality of the cakes is exceptional. I also appreciate the excellent service the company provides online and by phone. This morning I had to change the shipping date on a recent order, and when I called Arlene immediately took care of everything. She was very gracious and helpful.

We’re on a food exploration trip from Florida, and unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to expectations. I was excited after spotting it while driving and ordered a variety of their Petite Jane cakes online, hoping to enjoy the selection. Sadly, I was disappointed with almost every flavor. The Tart Petite Jane was dry, and there was barely any lemon flavor. The Java Petite Jane was also underwhelming – I could barely taste the coffee and toffee notes. The Red Velvet Petite Jane was the most confusing – it didn't taste like red velvet at all, more like dry raw corn flour with an odd texture. While there was some cheese flavor, it didn't quite work in the way I expected. The Chipper Petite Jane was the most decent of the bunch, but it didn't stand out in any special way. The Carrot Petite Jane was similar – I liked it about the same as the Chipper, but the bottom of the cake was oddly moist, almost like it was melting away. Finally, the Saucy Petite Jane was a complete miss for us. One positive note was that the website mentioned waiting for the cakes to come to room temperature before tasting, which I appreciated, but even with that, the flavors just didn’t deliver. The place is nice inside too. Overall, the cakes were overpoweringly too sweet they had sugar on the bottom too? It was a bit of a letdown. 😔💜 but I do wish the bakery the best! Thank you!!

I ordered this cake online for my husband and asked for a very special note. Not only did my note not come, but the cake was extremely greasy, undercooked, and bland. AND THE NOTE WAS MISSING. I was not even given an apology. NOTHING. Just a “we will look into this”. Deceptive practices. No customer service.

My fiance and I came in after we saw a TikTok by East Texas Activities. I was already expecting this little pie shop to be amazing and my expectations were met!! We had the key lime pie and chocolate oreo cheesecake and ended up getting 6 slices of other pies/cheesecakes to take home! Will definitely be coming back!!

Popped in this morning with my mom and aunt. We weren't looking for anything in particular, just curious. We were in pie heaven. The young man behind the counter was very sweet and patient with us. We ended up leaving with a couple of of hand pies, an "odd 'n ends" (cause we wanted to try everything), and a big slice of peanut butter chocolate lush. Well, we've been home for 15 minutes, and the men folk swooped in on all that pie. It's all gone and we are 6 very happy people. Every single piece was fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

I called them the day before my dad’s 75th birthday, because I remembered he loves lemon meringue pie and my mother doesn’t bake that pie. They were so amazing!! Not only did they bake it fresh the morning of his birthday, but it was DELICIOUS, the meringue was so fluffy and pretty my dad didn’t want to slice it! Great job, I highly recommend them and will for sure be returning for more yummy pies. 😊

IMO, Stanley's has the best BBQ in East Texas. It's so good that I'm rewriting this review to mention their ribs. We have been coming here for around 5 years and I just recently tried the ribs and was pleasantly surprised. I always get the brisket, but I highly recommend the ribs as well. My wife also LOVES their tacos. Great spot with a cool atmosphere.

Today for lunch I tried Stanley's Famous Pit Barbecue at 525 S Beckham Ave Tyler, TX 75702 I have seen this restaurant mentioned many times for having good BBQ. Today I was able to make my determination. Brisket: I ordered a sliced portion of moist. The consistency was great but the flavor was mostly limited to the rendered fat and bark. A small amount of sauce fixed the flavor. Baby back pork ribs: They offer this in half or full rack vs by the weight. There was an award above the register signifying the ribs winning a "best" award at a food competition. The ribs were great. The consistency and flavor was perfect, the crust and glaze was what I hoped for. Jalapeño cheese sausage: Smooth consistent grind with varying sized pieces of jalapeño and great flavor. The cheese was so small that it gave flavor but was not easy to find. Cowboy pinto beans: Simple beans with good flavor that dry out on the top crust fast. Peach cobbler: Soft peaches with fully cooked pie filling topped with cinnamon and sugar. This was perfect. I am glad to have had the time to visit this restaurant today and will keep it in my list of places worth stopping in when in the area. It’s probably been over a year since I’ve been, but today I decided to stop by Stanley's Famous Pit Barbecue! before heading to Arkansas for a quick 2 day job. I ordered a half a rack of ribs, half pound of that moist/fatty (brisket), and a water cup lol. The ribs were perfectly cooked. They had a really good candied bark on them, as well as a nice bite. Definitely not overcooked at all. The brisket itself was indeed moist. It was incredibly tender and definitely passed the finger test (pictured below). The bark had a really good salt and pepper taste to it. Simple, yet full of flavor. I’m definitely adding Stanley’s back into the rotation.

Was so excited to share Texas BBQ with my husband who is not from America and because we were in town for work and saw a lot of good reviews, we decided this would be the place we share that first memory. It's been years since I've been back in east Texas, but as a Texas native, I've had years of delicious BBQ and this was a little disappointing. I bragged about how good Texas BBQ is amazing on its own without the need for sauce and brisket is a great way to tell if a place knows what they're doing. The brisket and pulled pork we ordered for dinner was dry and didn't really have much of a flavor. Hot links and the house sausage was also lacking in flavor (and where was the kick in the hot links?) and the casing on the house sausage was a little hard to cut through with the plastic knives. Beans and ribs were okay, as was the peach cobbler with ice cream. Expected more from reading the reviews. Service was nice and they had a great live band playing so that made it more enjoyable overall.

The best place to go to for BBQ in Tyler! Their outdoor patio is cozy with live music in the evening, and their food items are creatively delicious & put together. My personal favorites were the Cluckin’ Taco and the Brisket Nachos! Staff is always friendly helpful, bathrooms are clean & private. Parking is a nightmare though!

Eve’s Road, her voice possesses an ethereal quality, delivering each note with a clarity and warmth that captivates the listener rather it’s her original or a cover. The music as a whole is so beautiful! Who is The Jewell’s singer… she is a show stopper! My bartender was great ,sandy blonde hair (didn’t get her name), and Stanley’s food is always five stars.

Andy's Frozen Custard at 6106 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703 is a great place! We have had the Andy’s Ozark Turtle Sundae and the concrete we get the large and share it. Fantastic yummy and a wonderful treat when we travel from Lufkin where I am working to home near canton Tx every weekend. Great menu and we will have to try some other items but the Turtle is our favorite. Very fast service in the drive thru, they get your order out quickly and it is always delicious. Highly recommend this place

My family and I absolutely love this location! The workers are always so kind, the custard is always on point, and there is always quick and friendly service. From start to finish we are always pleased with our experience here. It is a family favorite since we live out of town we always travel the extra mile to go to this Andy‘s frozen custard. Make sure to visit if you are in the area!

The custard is good and I go a couple times a month. They have just had trouble getting my order right lately. I order a kids brownie Sunday with light pecans and an extra piece of brownie. My partner orders a butter pecan concrete with extra pecans. Last time, I only had 1 brownie, and my partner did not have extra pecans. This time, still only 1 piece of brownie, but my Sunday was also showered with pecans. The concrete was correct. I even handed my Sunday back at the window and asked, "Does that have 2 pieces of brownie in it?" The person working window just said yes and handed it right back. For the price, I just want to know that I will get what I paid for.

Extremely disappointed paid over 8$ for a medium just for 1/4 of the cup to be missing on top of the fact the cashier couldn’t have seemed less interested in doing her job. Won’t be back absolutely astonished I never chose to go there and now i remember why.

Super yum! When everything’s made in-house, you just know it’s gonna be good. I could’ve eaten it all! Guess I should’ve ordered the kid-size, could not finish it...sorry guys😊🤩... every bite was pure waffle-crunch goodness!

This was a delivery order and the food was still hot when it arrived. We ordered the Fried Catfish, Chicken Fried Pork Chops, Chicken Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, greens, cornbread muffin, purple hull peas, banana pudding and peach cobbler. Out of all of that, the peach cobbler and the purple hull peas were the star of the show, the rest was mediocre. The pork chop and chicken breast were ok just lacked flavor. The catfish wasn't cooked throughly, we threw it out. I was expecting the greens to be homemade and they were canned greens. The mac and cheese had potential, it was a little bit overcooked. The mashed potatoes and muffin were ok. The banana pudding wasn't good at all, the bananas that were in it were super dark and old plus the wafers were mushy. Disappointed to say the least because we spent $100 and only enjoyed $20 worth.

Have to say, rather disappointing to be honest. Server was not very attentive, nachos were missing pico, the breading did not stick to the chicken fried steak and her “medium rare” steak was well done. Why they put the steak on that big of a plate I couldn’t tell you but it made it look even smaller. WAY overpriced for what we got.

We had a great experience here for lunch when we were in town for a short stay. We ordered sandwiches. I ordered the BLT that comes with half a pound of bacon! Wow. I could hardly take a bite. It was stuffed. Delicious. The hand cut steak fries were perfectly seasoned, not too salty. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. The patrons next to us were rude to the waitress, and she handled it with grace and continued being cordial and prompt. They have a large selection from the menu for just about anyone's taste - steak, seafood, salad, pasta, sandwiches, street tacos, and more.

This local restaurant never disappoints our family. Great food, specifically the seafood salad, is my personal favorite. My husband prefers the burgers and no one pushes away the decadent bread pudding. If I could just come for dessert I would!

Even though I haven’t been back to Tyler or to Rick’s in many Years, I will never forget seeing Kenny Wayne Shepherd perform here on 2 or 3 separate occasions back in the 90’s & seeing KWS here was Phenomenal! One of the KWS concerts I saw here was during Halloween & KWS was wearing a Jimi Hendrix costume. All were Great Performances!

The food was great, service was perfect, and I really liked the atmosphere. But, if a restaurant adds 20% on to the bill, that’s a scam. I decide how much I want to tip and when I tip. If it’s obligatory, it is NOT a tip and should be included in the price. This is my first and last time at Rick’s.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures. This was the second time my wife and have been to Rick's. This time it was for our 30th anniversary, and I must say, this visit was even better than the first! It was a Monday evening, so there wasn't a crowd, and the music was audible but not so loud that we couldn't chat quietly. Jessica was our server and she did an outstanding job. I had tried to arrange with the manager ahead of time to play a specific song from the wedding, but unfortunately you can't really look up particular songs on Pandora. But thanks for trying, Danny. All in all, this was an awesome experience. Oh yeah, almost forgot. The kitchen staff obviously know how to perform, because the meal was almost unbelievable it was so good. Thanks, everybody!

1st time there tried the new mushroom Swiss double burger it was very pretty but only had like 3 mushrooms on it and the meat was very dry and chewy. My partner got the double cheese burger his meat was also dry but not as bad as mine. Said his tasted old. The service was very unwelcoming felt like a burden. The bathroom was worse one of the dirtiest nastiest bathroom I had ever seen. However the pluse side my burger did have a great amount of bacon.

Wow. This place is disgusting, and the food was awful. Highchairs looked to have mold on them or something.🤢 The chicken club sandwich was not even edible and the chicken patty was discolored. The manger was rude and matter-of-factly when I received a grilled chicken sandwich and ordered a spicy fried chicken sandwich, which was disgusting as well. Yuck! Won't be back.

I’m so sick of KIDS that don’t wanna work running this place ! There is always an issue with my order not being made right or not having the right ingredients on whatever sundae I order . Then they get an attitude whenever you ask for a bag to put the ice cream in . My husband had an issue this evening and when he called to complain to the “manager “ even the manager “Taylor” was trying to scold him for not ordering it right . He ordered a banana split add pecans . The banana split comes with almonds so if he said add pecans that’s easy enough to understand just add pecans to how it’s already made , right!? Well they did not put the almonds and Taylor tells my husband he should have been more specific . Why????? My husband never said to take off anything . Also the employees were being rude and had attitudes When he asked for a bag and when he told them that the cone they tried to hand him was actually supposed to be in a cup the girl rolled her eyes and blew her breath out . When my husband called TAYLOR the so called manager , TAYLOR wasn’t trying to make anything right and wasn’t apologetic. Although I love the ice cream there, we had already stopped eating there for years due to the same thing nothing but kids run that place And you can tell none of them wanna be there. I’m sick of it I need to speak to a general manger about this location!!!!

I haven't been here in years and will never come back. The shift manager was incredibly rude and looked like she hasn't taken a shower in weeks. Literally, she made no attempt to even pretend to be happy. Barely spoke to me over a whisper. I really didn't want to eat my food because I knew she handled it. It was so gross. The ice machine was empty and the guy that was working had to fill my cup at the drive through. He was actually a nice guy. That was about the only positive experience I had here. This used to be a nice place and has fallen so bad. I will never be back.

Stopped there for lunch while in town. We got the chicken strip combo. Nice size portions with a drink. Clean store and helpful employees.

Great food. No surprises, you know what you are getting for the price. It is great service and amazing food. My only issue was how long it took to get sausage and never offered anything but fillet, and sirloin steak. Which tasted great but as we were seated people around us got the offered everything. Once we finally got to the meat they only came around with the beef.

It is pricey, and for good reason. The service was attentive and the food was excellent. The meat was on the medium-well side, so please take that into account. I prefer my meat on the dry side, so the bacon-wrapped chicken was my preference. They also have a varied salad bar with plenty of options. My one-year-old had a great selection of veggies, meat, and soups. Just turn your Texas de Brazil patch to the green side when you are ready for the servers to bring you meat options, and turn it to the red when you've had your fill. It's great!

Poor service. Slow service , got full because i was tired of waiting. VERY SLOW ! They only brought out chicken and hot dogs. We waited an hour before seeing the real meat. Its a hoax. Go to dallas if you want service. This is just the norm for stuck up Tyler TX.

Our first visit. Overall, very good. Friendly staff that seems endlessly busy however still courteous and helpful. Huge salad bar, with a hot soup type counter. Hot stuff was some bisque, a shrimp dish, beans, mushrooms. So enough varieties to keep your pallet in line. The meats were always hot and also a decent variety. Chicken, lamb, beef, and sausage were all being passed around. Im a rare type person and seems about half were past medium into well done. Even so the seasonings carry through well enough. My advice... take smaller portions so you don't get full before being able to try them all. Price is a bit on the higher end for us however we really enjoyed our dinners. Will probably return with friends/family next time.

Great birthday experience! We also ordered to go a couple weeks after our first visit and it was fantastic as well. I love their potato salad. The only reason for not giving four stars on service is because once the server took our drink orders, we were practically almost finished eating by the time we finally received them.

"The evening was a complete disaster. The waiter's eye-rolling set a bad tone, and the food just got worse from there. The filet was a major disappointment – clearly not cooked properly. It's heartbreaking because I had built this place up so much, and it was my daughter's 21st birthday. Now, I just want to forget the whole experience."

Pro tip: show up hungry and take your time, its not a race. Lol. This place is amazing. Its a little overwhelming when the meats 🍖 start coming. I decided to try them all, good choice. They bring out mashed potatoes and this banana 🍌 dish which are delicious. The salad 🥗 bar is well stocked with delicious vegetables and cheeses 🧀. The true star is the meats. Its hard to pick a favorite they were all so good. If your not a fan of undercooked meat just let them know, they will fix it. Me personally it was perfect. We got a free dessert 🍨 because it was our anniversary. We went with cheese cake. Good stuff. Thank you for a great date night. We will be back.

Friday @ 6:55 PM with the “OPEN” sign lit up. Prime time to make a quick sale as a small business.. Nope, doors locked. I didn’t make it back to my car before the owner turned off the lights. Maybe you saw someone trying to buy what you’re selling, but you wanted to peace out a few minutes early instead? It was quite the coincidence. I’ve stopped more times at this place without buying something than I’ve left with anything because they only make specific cupcakes on the days they choose, and now apparently don’t bother sticking to the hours they post on their own door. We should support small businesses and will continue to do so with this one, but charging your customers $5.00 per cupcake when you can’t keep your doors open during business hours is a little concerning. And, reading other reviews on here gives me the idea I’m not the only one who has had a poor experience with this one particular employee (owner). Increased prices call for better service - it’s a little off balance here.

I worked with Jill on specialty birthday cakes for our girls and we were so happy with how they turned out. Jill was so patient with me and always kind, courteous and proactive over the phone and in person. She really helped bring my vision to life. We ordered a strawberry cake as well as a 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 vanilla combo sheet cake and all 3 were moist and delicious :)

Absolutely amazing gluten free cupcakes. They're a normal size too. Most gluten free cupcakes come about half the size of a normal cupcake, and are dry and unappealing. There is no gluten FOMO here. I have never gotten sick after eating one either. They rotate the flavors out, but so far my absolute favorite was the gluten free pineapple upside down cake.

They have great cupcakes. Vegan option and gluten and dairy free. Highly recommend them. When I was there I dropped my cup cake in a box I bought and they were kind to replace it. Thank you

If you're hoping for great customer service, this location might not be the best choice. We came in after a rough day, and I was looking forward to getting a cupcake, something that usually lifts my spirits. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a clerk who appeared disinterested and didn't acknowledge us when we spoke. Another older staff member noticed us but walked to the back without saying a word. I’ve always enjoyed visiting Smallcakes, but this experience was disappointing enough to make me reconsider returning. Perhaps the consistently empty parking lot is a reflection of others feeling the same way.

I wanted a very specific kind of cake for my best friend's birthday and they delivered wonderfully. I got a custom Naruto cake done for a great price and it tasted delicious and was enough to feed a party of 10. I'd highly recommend this business if you're looking to have a custom cake done without the worry of it coming out wrong and they have a great quote service on their website.

I’ve always purchased anniversary cakes from this bakery and they have always done a phenomenal job with the presentation and the taste of the cake. I ordered my wedding cake from them and the process from ordering, confirming details, making payments and having it delivered to the venue was stress free. People are friendly. Usually plenty of parking out front. Wide selection of cookies. Usually has pies sitting on top of the cabinet. Cakes and special order cakes can be ordered. Cookies and samples we had were basic for cookies. Nothing really special. This is a take and go spot. Has been in Tyler for a very long time.

We enjoy all baked goods from Village Bakery and we order from them for all special occasions. I had placed a review 3/5 stars prior to this. I was told I couldn’t be refunded for a cake order placed 6 days prior and could only receive store credit. I left it alone, didn’t need the extra cake but would take it if it couldn’t be refunded. Courtney-gave me a call the very next morning and made it right! I couldn’t believe they took my review into consideration and made it a teaching moment. You can have a refund if the cake has not been made or prepared for. Besides going by there for an occasional treat of their fabulous cinnamon rolls, cheese danishes, or my favorite, blueberry danishes, we get a birthday cake there every year. Every year it is fabulous. I cannot recommend this bakery enough.

Went for the first time today, and the staff were so warm and welcoming! The owner spoke with me and shared the bakery's history. She was very personable and patient, answering all my questions about various goodies they served, and she made me aware of any allergens in the baked goods. AMAZING cookies, brownies - the icing on their small cakes is divine. I was overwhelmed by their kindness and sweet(haha!) personality and atmosphere; Definitely recommend and will be returning!

My babyshower cake was SO beautiful, I loved it so much! Although, I didn’t even get to try the vanilla side, because of greed at my shower. I definitely would like to order my elopement cake here at village bakery. the chocolate side was so moist and soft and yummy.. OMG I just know that the vanilla side would have been EVEN BETTER! I may need to order a personal cake just for me and dad to try. Dad didn't even get a slice of cake which is sad. We definitely had enough cake for everybody (I just think it was that good) and of course people took some to-go without our consent. Also we had come into town from Arkansas, and didn’t have any to take back with us. This cake feeds up to 90 people, it was about 50-65 people there, PLENTY OF CAKE! When my mom placed the order she told me to call back and give them details on how I wanted it decorated.. the pictures match what I wanted, the bakers did an amazing job, it looked exactly how I visioned it. Simple quick process, I told them I wasn’t “boujie” just wanted it to taste good and look good, and they NAILED IT!! ✨🎉🎉 Definitely WILL be recommending this company..

This place is the best, me and my gf always go here and we have the best time. We take our kids and they love playing with the connect 4 Menchies has. This place has a great ambiance for kids. Their flavors are spectacular! Their workers are very kind and respectful.

We took our niece here for a treat, but the experience was a letdown. The entire place felt dirty—sticky floors, trash on the ground, and tables that clearly hadn’t been wiped down. The bathroom wasn’t any better. Only one worker was running the whole store on a busy Saturday, so everything felt disorganized. They advertised dairy-free options, but the only one available was fruit-based, which didn’t work for me. This place seriously needs a deep clean and better staffing before we’ll be back.

Went into the munchies frozen yogurt last night around 9 pm and the place was disaster! Out of more than 4 flavors and empty toppings. The girl behind the counter was more interested in talking to her friend than customers. When my granddaughter and I checked out, I told the girl behind the counter I was very disappointed. Her VERY hateful response was “well we are fixing to close” ( mind you they close ant 10) and “ you could have gone somewhere else.” This clerk was completely ignoring customers asking if she had any for dairy free, sugar free etc items. As a GM of a very busy coffee bar, I COMPLETELY understand if someone didn’t show up for work, or you didn’t get a delivery of product, completely out of your control. This young lady IMMEDIATELY became hateful and obnoxious. Responding “I don’t like how you are talking to me. Mind you, my tone never changed. Nor were my words hateful. This clerk’s hateful response prompted another customer to step in. Im sure the owner or corporate would have been very disappointed in this young lady’s total disregard and disrespect being displayed in this store. I highly recommend this lady be retrained in customer service. And management review to cameras. This could very well be an excellent training opportunity.

This place is good! Love the variety of frozen yogurt available. Love that their is vegan, no sugar added, and dairy free options!! Great variety of toppings to chose from as well. And customer service here is great too. Seating available both inside and out is nice.

Usually 20-30% machines down or empty. Needs to be cleaned more often. Employees usually sitting in back on their phones. If someone opened a decent competition this place would close in a few months.

I’m not sure what’s going on here but this place was nasty today. Half the yogurt stations weren’t working, they were out of most all toppings and the store was absolutely filthy. Felt dirty just being in there. Really disappointing :( we usually love menchie’s but I can’t go back anytime soon.

There was no hand soap in either restroom. The staff said the owner had been told the day before but hadn't done anything about it. They ignored my private message. So now I'm letting everyone know about the unsanitary environment.

This restaurant is beautiful! The building and location transports you to the 20s. It is an East Texas gem! The omnivores at the table were happy! The steak and crab cakes were delicious and cooked to perfection. If you eat traditionally southern this place is amazing! The food was beautifully plated as well! I’ve been to numerous restaurants at this price point that even specialize in steak and I have gotten amazing vegan meals. This isn’t one. Unfortunately, the waiter didn’t know what vegan was and did not have context on how to change the menu. We did get an altered Cauliflower Steak which was really good but not enough food. We wanted to get sides but it was very unclear from the waiter what could be altered. I’m a bit disappointed in the staff not knowing how to accommodate vegans and the lack of options especially at this price point.

I got there a little early for dinner. The main dining area opens at five. So I sat at a table at the bar. It was a superb atmosphere. Tanner, the bartender, was very well dressed and put together, professional, polite, and courteous. Very thoughtful and deliberate. The 70s and 2000s rock and grunge rock playlist suited my taste very well and played at a comfortable volume. Upon request, I received a freshly made lemonade that was delightfully refreshing. The wedge salad, filet mignon, and truffle fries were absolutely amazing! I enjoyed every bite and would gladly go back.

In all my years and all my travels I have never found a place that matches the quality and service of Prime 102. From the moment I walked in everything was flawless. The atmosphere the attention to detail and most importantly the food. Every bite was perfection. The service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff anticipated every need without hovering and their professionalism made the whole experience feel first class. It is not just the best in Tyler. It is not just the best in East Texas. It is not even just the best in Texas. So far it is the best on this globe that I have come across. Hands down this was the best dining experience I have ever had. If you are looking for a steakhouse that truly gets it right Prime 102 sets the bar for the rest of the world.

Tonight’s dinner was absolutely delicious. I finally got around to trying Prime102. It was easily the best decision I’ve made this year. Every single aspect of our visit was perfect. From the amazing service, to the incredible food. I can’t think of one thing that went wrong the entire night. On to the food. We ordered the 45 day dry aged 22oz ribeye with the black garlic truffle butter, 8oz filet mignon with an au poiyre sauce, tuna tartare, and the truffle parmesan fries. Both of the steaks had such an incredible flavor, especially the ribeye. They were super tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The tuna tartare was a first for me. I absolutely loved it though. They brought out a complimentary birthday piece of their famous butter cake with some vanilla bean ice cream on top. I also ordered some bread pudding. They sat it down on the table and proceeded to pour some heavenly sauce over the top of it. Both desserts were phenomenal to say the least. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s on the fence about it. I’m already planning my next visit.

Always a wonderful experience. Lovely location in a former bank building so feels very 1920s. Robin was our server and very knowledgeable. All recommendations are perfect from the ahi tuna appetizer to the port wine with dessert. 8 Oz filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Save room for their pull apart bread. And the new lemon cake dessert was sublime.

I’m always on the hunt for a great Chicken Fried Steak. It must be a tricky dish because it’s rare I find one that’s genuinely great. Today we tried Prime 102 for lunch and saw they offered their Prime Chicken Fried on the lunch menu (not on the dinner menu). It was phenomenal! Perfectly tenderized breaded and fried and sized…. and I’ve never had a gravy like theirs before. It was something special. Because it was lunch I called and asked about parking (it was a work day on the square and lots of construction going on) and was told that they validate parking for the lot behind them between Marvin and First Baptist. Easy Peasy! We also ordered their Chicken Salad in Croissant and equally as good. We’ve frequented Prime many many times for dinner and it’s always excellent. But if you’re in the hunt for the king of all comfort food…. Their chicken fried steak is the best I’ve found in a hundred mile radius.

My wife and I came to Prime 102 for the first time last night. It was our first real date night and maybe 6 months so we were hoping that our experience was as good as what the reviews have mentioned. The food was absolutely great. Both the ribeye that I had, and the filet mignon that my wife had were made perfectly, and well seasoned. The potato puree, as well as their special side dish (green beans in some kind of cream sauce, can't remember the actual name), and the mushrooms were outstanding. My wife and I each had about four cocktails that really paired well with our food. The service would get a 10 Star if I could. From the time we walked in, to every member of wait staff who passed by us everyone was absolutely polite, friendly, and personable. Our waiter absolutely made our experience! He not only recommended what dishes to get but explain why and really just took care of us. It was a kind of service that regardless of price, will have my wife and I coming back to this restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect, it was a rather large space but still felt intimate. We were able to hear each other speak which is awesome. The decor was nice, and overall just a great place to enjoy a date night. If you're looking for a nice spot to take your wife, or to enjoy a drink I would highly recommend this place.

We were just passing through and stopped for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and the food was ready quickly! It was was a well run and clean establishment.

We've stopped here a few times. Food is great, customer service is wonderful. We've been blessed with Miss Glenda working each time we've visited this establishment. So many items on the Texas DQ menus. Tried the Buffalo Chicken Strips - those strips are nice sized.

I ordered the double biscuit combo that comes with two biscuits, hash brown, gravy and a drink. This is my order, this is NOT two full biscuits and I called to tell the manager that it wasn’t. Well the manager sounded high or sleepy and told me she made the order so she knew it was correct and she wasn’t about to go back n forth over it. Cool, well since you obviously can’t count nor have enough common sense to know two biscuits would render two full half’s and not 2 biscuits tops, 1 bottom and a piece I’ll just leave a review. She had an attitude when she picked up the phone and maintained it the entire time she talked to me. If I wasn’t logged back in at work I would take this back to her and let her reflect on her poor food making and customer service skills. You definitely need a new manager, ASAP!

Pretty pricey but, everything is these days. The blizzards are the best!! Huge selection from hamburgers to my fav the tacos! I remember these tacos were the best b4 street tacos. Wish they served them here!!!

They were very rushed so I had to move up to bring out food… first they only brought 3 tacos and then I asked is that 6 tacos and they ran back in and got the other box but there was no sauce in either box.. very disappointing to we got home to eat them and I had two coupons but they will only let you use one at a time and no barcode on my receipt to earn a spoon

Bunch of kids working there and everything i go my order is wrong.. I ordered the Jalito burger and more than halfway thru it I noticed I didn't even have any fried jalapeño on it..

Took 20 mins for 3 meals… gave me ice cream first so every bit of it was melted before even getting food. Person who finally brought food out apologized was very nice though.

Not sure what the marble stone was for, she put the smallest amount of ice cream in a stale waffle bowl and covered it in chocolate chips, we were totally disappointed will never go there again. The store was dirty and the service was bad the handmade poster board was a cluster mess the employees didnt understand what it even said. I included a picture of our ice cream immediately after paying for it. We didnt realize it was a stale cone till we took our first bite,but the melted ice cream was a huge disappointment .

Tuesday at 3 PM and there is no waiting. Several people in the store and several came while we were eating. $6 for a plain single scoop ice cream but you get a delicious waffle cone and unlimited amount of toppings they will add. Ice cream flavors were many good choices. The blue cotton candy really turns everything blue so be aware. Staff were helpful and friendly. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score.

This place definitely has amazing ice cream. I love the unique flavors. You can tell the ice cream is freshly made. Love all the topping options provided. This place is pricey but definitely worth it.

Ice cream tastes good but the staff is NEVER friendly to me and my kids and almost treat us like we are unwelcome. We average trying this about once a year in hopes the kids working there will be different each time and they never are. It is a shame. I would like to trade here more often but refuse due to the weird vibe when we go in here.

Love it here! Even though they were busy, they helped everyone with a smile. It was clean and orderly inside. The fudge brownie Sundae I ordered was divine and absolutely worth the calories! Lol The other order was a "good value" with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. In the over 20 years that I've been visiting Marble Slab, they have never disappointed me.

I'm currently working on some assignments at this starbucks as a college student, and on this beautiful sunny day in particular, Adrianna was the lady that took my order. She has such a wonderful personality and is so welcoming and kind, she even wrote "happy friyay" on my cup :) I also needed some ice for my personal tumbler that had water in it, and she was so kind and said that I could leave it on the counter for her to fill with ice and she would bring it and my frappe to me if I sat down. I told her I didn't mind standing, but it seemed like a genuine offer that she wouldn't have minded bringing it to me. I've been listening to the workers and how they're taking orders, and of course they're all kind, but Adrianna in particular was very kind 😇 😊

probably the WORST starbucks in tyler 🤦‍♀️ every time i order a drink with strawberry puree they never fail to charge me for it but they do fail in actually putting it in my drink. this has happened more than three times already and honestly its super annoying

The guy at the window was upbeat, friendly and I'd go through this location everyday just to hear his cheerful tone! I was in a hurry and only had time to stop at one location, so I ordered food & a drink here. My drink was made to perfection! However, my sandwich, that's another issue. It was served hot, which was great! But, the top of the bun was so hard, I couldn't bite into it and it was so super small! The inside and bottom bread tasted amazing, I'm just sad the top of the bread was too hard to enjoy. I won't be ordering anymore $7.50 sandwiches from Starbucks lol. I will just go through a food place and give up the nice drink lol!

Never ordered food, just there for the coffee. Atmosphere? No complaints. But the service ....... Fast and friendly. Two things I expect at any restaurant.

Oh my. I don’t even know where to begin. I never caught the lady’s name, but she has rotten teeth and a sour disposition. The entire time she was waiting on me, she was taking about someone who left a bad review and how they were complaining about her. She also complained about people complaining about Christmas and having to be off or something to that effect. I am a customer who wants my coffee without hearing what you have to complain about. Thankfully, my Bachata was great but the current customer service was terrible.

Don't talk crap about your customers over your headset while you poor their coffee unless you want them to not come back. That's why you're a grown man still working at Starbucks.

I've been to the Starbucks several times just like any Starbucks that offers all the regular drinks the only thing is is that every time that I go no matter what time of the day it is the wait in the drive-thru is always 10 to 20 minutes currently I'm sitting here in the Drive-Thru and I've been here already 10 minutes and I haven't even made it to the ordering station. The thing is is that there's only been maybe eight to 10 cars that have gone through in that 10 minutes. I'm not exactly sure why it takes so long to get coffee at this Starbucks location but it's definitely an issue that's been ongoing and not a new thing so if you do go here plan on waiting a while to get your coffee whether you're going inside or going through the drive-thru unless you call ahead and order that way

Looking for somewhere with some healthier options I saw this online and thought I would try it. It was a little difficult to find but it's apparently because the area is new and I was coming from the wrong direction through an industrial park down the road that was labeled No Outlet. That sign needs to be taken down since you can drive all the way through and this little quaint area of shops is in the middle. I ordered the bowl with shredded chicken and no cheese and it was absolutely wonderful! I also tried the Blackberry Mora juice which was also delicious. They were very accommodating to my food allergies and it was very filling. They have a large selection of lovely looking desserts, but sadly nothing vegan for those of us who have either or both of the two most common allergens in the US; eggs and milk. Highly recommend

My friend said, "Since I'm Boujee, I would love this spot." She didn't lie! The chicken empanadas were delicious. I tried three desserts and enjoyed all three. The home made drink was very refreshing. Fresh, clean, and friendly establishment.

I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to try some of the amazing food at Lemon Yellow Latin Bites!!! Everything I tried was so delicious and I really enjoyed the atmosphere inside as well. The lady that took my order was very sweet and thoroughly explained each item that I showed interest in. I only ordered 3 items for my trip to Dallas, but there’s so much more I’ll be coming back to try. The empanadas were amazing. They were perfectly cooked and they had just the right amount of filling. I got the shredded beef and the ground beef. The green sauce they served them with was a match made in heaven. I also had to get a piece of tres leche, seeing as it’s my favorite flavor/type of cake ever. It was easily the best I’ve ever had. They added the sauce right before serving it, so it wasn’t even remotely soggy like most tres leches. It had just the right amount of sweetness for me as well. Last but definitely not least, I got a couple of the Alfajores (dulche de leche) cookies. Y’all are just gonna have to try those for yourself. So good!!! If you haven’t tried this place, I highly recommend going asap.

Today was our adventure day, and we needed a good snack. We decided to go into Lemon Yellow Latin Bites. Let me just say the atmosphere was great and very welcoming. We looked at the menu and asked someone about what they had. She was nice and explained their food and the desserts which looked absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any dessert but we did try the Tequeños (Basically mozzarella sticks but with bread instead of breading) They were DELICIOUS. The cheese was melty, and we couldn’t even tell that they were deep fried. Perfect for every palate (1 grandma and 3 kids.). After we finished we had to get seconds! Ultimately budget-wise it was about $35 but oh my goodness they were good. The food there is seemingly cooked from scratch. (Which is surprising since we got our food fast.) Good drink selection too. The green sauce was sour at first but the aftertaste makes it worth it. We all loved it and will definitely be going back.

I needed something different! The phone was handy and after a quick search, within moments there is was. After a quick discussion, I followed the recommendation. Fresh, tasty, and nothing like I had ever tasted! It didn't take long for the food to be delivered and served with a friendly smile! Every bite was delicious. My friends have already been informed that is our lunch stop when we must travel again to Tyler. I felt cozy and truly invited.

Service was okay, food was so bland, the elotes was nothing but mayo with a sprinkle of corn, atmosphere.. just all the lights were off when I went in. Should have turned around and left but I was really excited to try this place. 0/10 would not recommend.

Ordered fresas con crema without granola. Guess what they still added granola. Messed up an easy order. Next I will make it myself. They don't listen to customers. We pay for our items they aren't giving it to us for free, it would be nice if they did their job better. One star was even to much to give them.

My son and I waited for approximately 10 minutes at the counter. The worker never acknowledged us or greeted us. She walked passed us several times... no hello..no smile..no greeting...no nothing!!! Horrible service. We walked out. He was so upset he cried.

What a fun little store! They were friendly and helpful and have so many delicious caramel apples to try! We have been 3 times and tried 16 different apples and all were delicious. Definitely recommend! My teenagers refused to take a “cute” picture for me, but ask to go back constantly.

This was our first time to the store to pick up apples since my wife has been craving them lately. We picked out the Apple Strudel and Chocolate Salted Carmel. First of all, both apples were crisp and tasty. We sliced the apples to make it easier to eat and loved the contrast between the apple and chewy outside covers. Both had a thin covering of Carmel between the Apple and chocolate. The chocolate stayed on the apple even after slicing and taking bites (no mess to worry about). We both agreed our favorite of the two was the Strudel, which was surprising since we generally like milk chocolate over white chocolate. I think the cinnamon sugar covering completed the flavor profile while adding a little extra texture. Highly recommend trying out these apple treats!

We received a shipment of these delicious apples as a gift from a business we work with. The packaging was secure and attractive, the chocolate and caramel covered apples were absolutely delicious. It's also a brilliant idea for a B2B promo or gift. 100% Recommend!

We enjoyed this very much! Loved the variety of candy and caramel apple flavors offered. If they have the cookie butter when you're there...get it. It's amazing. Be aware, this isn't like the Chocolate Crocodile at the Boardwalk where they cut your apples for you. These are uncut so either bring your own knife or be prepared to eat straight off the stick which depending on the apple you bought...could be a bit difficult... well at least messy. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. It's nice to have a treat you can't really find anywhere else

Online ordering- Italian Cream, Moo Crunch, Chocolate Salted Caramel and Muddy Buddy- (this one was a new one to try) all so yummy! Ordering was very easy (maybe too easy!) When these delicious apples arrived they were very fresh and one obviously was enjoyed immediately!

Having heard such good things we we're excited to go check this place out. Not only was the service awful (not help in explaining menu choices, not aware or willing to look up allergen information)but when we had an issue we were brushed off. All of us got popsicles and they were disgusting- I had the premium mocha latte and it just tasted like ice. After waiting 26 minutes for it to be soft enough to bite, the consistency was chalky and flavorless. While my friends did t have to wait as long for theirs to be soft, theirs we're also flavorless even with chocolate dip. Great idea for Tyler, but business model and staff could be significnatly improved.

We got the watermelon mint and they strawberry pops, which are really good. However the customer service is a little lacking. We went with the pops, because there is only one size of ice cream, which is a big cup. That's a little too much for my toddler. The boy behind the counter covered up half of the popsicle menu menu for me to choose from. It wasn't until after we paid that I realized we could have sprinkles. I asked if I could add it, and he told me, "No we would have to add chocolate." I would have done all these things had I known that was an option or if I was allowed to. It was my first time here, we'll think about it next time.

Pleasantly surprised by this Ice Cream shop in Tyler, and disappointed we haven’t tried it sooner! Our kids got popsicles, cookies & cream and a mint chip. Both were super tasty! I can’t wait to try some of their fruit flavored pops in the summer (their Hibiscus Lemonade sounds so refreshing!). My husband ordered the cookies & cream rolled ice cream (I think his was called Cookie Monster?), and I decided to make my own with vanilla base & peanut butter. Both the popcicles & rolled ice cream are so rich and creamy. This is definitely our new dessert spot when we’re in Tyler!

My husband and I loved our rolled icecream! If you have not tried it, you need to! They have lots of options so everyone can find something they would enjoy. You get a lot of icecream for the price you pay. We will definitely be back!

Takes a little bit but wait is worth it fantastic creamy Ice cream even had puppy pops for the dogs. My daughter loved watching the sweet young ladies make them as well the window was a nice touch. We will be back soon.

I give it a 2 only because 1 pop I purchased was pretty good. Guest service is HORRIBLE!!! Went in on a Saturday and the 2 girls looked perturbed I had interrupted their phone time. Didn't know answers to basic questions about the product! I asked what is rolled ice cream (I've never heard of it) and was told its ice cream. Well DUH!!! I purchased 6 pops to take home. No bag to carry them in...just handed 6 pops to figure out how to transport them home. Way overpriced but I suppose its a novelty item. I definitely will NOT go back due to prices and taste along with the feeling I was intruding. I do delivery in this city and would not recommed it to my customers .Better to just go to Walmart and buy a whole box of creamsicles !

My wife and I went to this establishment this past Sunday and there was no one in line. We stood at the counter approximately 4 minutes before someone addressed us. The girl who took our order was not very friendly, but that is not a big deal. I ordered no onions or tomatoes on my burger. Burger came with onions on it. The fries were lukewarm at best and the burger was just a burger. Typically, DQ food comes out nice and hot. That was not our experience at this location. Waiting at the counter was common for each customer who came in after us was consistent. The girl taking orders was off doing other things, which I understand. However, when she saw customers standing there, she did not address them and just slowly finished what she was doing while customers waited to order. We will go back and see if we just caught them on a bad day.

Went throughout the drive through, very nice, food was hot. I was asked to pull around because they were waiting on the chicken to finish cooking. The entry way was clean and free of debris. Very busy but quick service.

Friendly staff all around. My wife and I stopped for our daughter's first dipped cones ever! They loved them as much as we do! Great steak fingers and fries also! We appreciate all y'all!

This store continues to get worse. Drive thru was not moving at all so I go inside. Huge Mistake!! I place my order, one small M&M blizzard and one medium vanilla shake. That is it, 2 drinks total. It took them 20 minutes to make the two drinks. Unreal!! Get it together. Address the customer with what happened and how you will correct it. Customer service goes a long way!

Really annoying ordered 2 medium dipped cones and they gave me the smallest melted cones possible definitely no curl on top. I asked for one to be remade it was so bad and they basically refilled it and put it back out the window at me. I just rolled my eyes and left but I should have requested a refund because it certainly was not a pleasant experience.

Got steak basket. Just awful. Starving dog would not have ate the steak fingers. Also got onion rings that tasted terrible. Stick to blizzards, you oblivious don't serve quality food anymore. Extremely disappointed, don't know how you stay open.

My family and I have been going to this location for a very long time. It used to be one of our favorite places to go especially with my daughter and her friends. The last year or 2, its really went downhill. They used to have top-notch customer service, but now everyone is so rude and unfriendly. The really young girl they have working the drive-thru with the big fake lashes is one of the rudest girls I've ever met in my life. We're always friendly and she is never nice, ever. I'm actually shocked she hasn't lost her job yet. We have now stopped going which is really sad because my daughter grew up here and met some amazing homeschool friends there. The atmosphere is so different now.

If you have ever ate at a DQ, you can imagine what this one is like. It is clean, has a few maintenance issues but is ok. We usually go there when someone is needing to use the UT hospital. Good food, excellent service.

I am a regular customer and I came through the drive-through Lane . My check number 482 and I completed my order at 7:37. I ordered fresh food and what I received was re-dipped in the grease chicken strips when I return the order the manager was rude didn’t say sorry thank you or nothing Other crew members was Nice and considerate this is the second time on this shift. This is the second time this has occurred on this shift? This location is known for excellent service. Please have a talk with your manager.

The food was fine. Pretty much same as always. The girls in the window was rude, very short when I asked a question about my bill. I had to wait in my order and asked if I could get the ice cream I ordered which was literally just 2 cones and was told she had other things to do and I’d get them with my order. Very rude and abrupt. To the point of being condescending and acting as though my order was an inconvenience to her I do understand that they were busy right before closing time but that’s no way to treat a customer that’s paying $28 for a couple of cones and some chicken strips

I love Dairy Queen. It’s one of my favorite of all of the restaurants. We tried those new chicken strips and they were pretty good.

First off I didn't receive the nacho cheese for my chips and when I asked for it i had to unload the entire contents of my bag to prove to them that I didn't receive it, like I was trying to steal extra cheese, the fries was soggy and cold, no ketchup for fries or hot sauce for my tacos, the gravy for the steak fingers was thick and cold. I live to far away from the store or i would of returned everything and asked for a refund, but most of my order went into the trash because it wasn't fit to eat.

This was the second DQ we stopped at today. Left the first one because no one acknowledged we were there even after 10 minutes. Stopped at this DQ and everything was good until after our order and it took 20 minutes to get 2 blizzards. I think I am done with DQ period.

All worker’s behind the counter and in Drive thru saw us but wouldn’t take our order. It was the Gentleman who came back from the restroom who took and prepared our order.He was the only one professional there.The building was a little warm and for some reason all but one trash can was covered up with cardboard saying use other can.I’ve heard of people not wanting to work but this DQ was the worst.And they weren’t busy.

DQ, I am so sorry to have to give this review. I am guessing that I went through the drive thur close to closing time. Ordered 4 piece steak finger basket with tater tots and a coke. I got 4 really hot steak fingers which was great. I received French fries that were cold. Gravy that was so thick and Luke warm it was not editable. Toast was toast. I think they should have just closed earlier and we could have avoided this. Moral of this is do go close to closing time. But with the current inflation and cost of eating out, no one should have to throw money down the drain with trying to get a meal.

The food was very quick and 100% accurate and flavorful. The workers here also made this experience one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. The man that works here was super funny, super helpful, very attentive, and extremely respectful. The young lady that took our order was patient and kind. I loved how God was presented in the building with a Bible laying open for anyone seeking guidance or just a good refresh on scripture. Also including pennies with crossed cut through them. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Keiara is a great server. My food was great and the service was better. Not pictured is the taco I devoured.

The cashier was very well accommodating, they did forget the honey mustard on our receipt but was happy to correct! The atmosphere brought back a sense of comfortability like being home with your grandparents for lunch on Sundays 💛 very enjoyable .

This DQ is consistently clean and efficient. The employees are friendly, attentive and even anticipate the customer’s needs while dining in their restaurant. The drive through is equally efficient and timely in getting you your order as a proper drive through should be.

Food was okay but they made us park when we didn’t even have a lot just a few items and the sides end up being cold.

Hit and miss. The ice-cream was good, but the deluxe nachos I got a few days ago.... I've drained less grease off a pound of bacon. It was like soup.

The root beer here tastes absolutely terrible. Tastes like soap. No matter the time of day. Every other drink tastes fine but the root beer is straight soap. I’m not sure what is in the root beer but the lines need to be flushed and nozzles cleaned. I’ve mentioned this to the employees numerous times with no fix. Tastes exactly the same every single time I go. They just say “oh we now we’re not sure why”

The staff here is very sweet but the wait in the drive-thru is long sometimes. They also still have prices listed wrong on their menu after mentioning it before. A 4 piece chicken strip basket is $11.29 + tax, not $9.29 as their menu says.

Im honestly very upset and disappointed. The customer service was good, but in their rush to get the order out quickly, they completely messed it up. They gave me undercooked fries! And the Mulate Mocha I ordered was nothing like what’s advertised it was just plain ice cream with a little bit of chocolate on top. I paid $39 for a poorly made order, and honestly, it feels like I threw my money away. This is the big downside of ordering through the drive-thru: you can’t check anything, and they end up disrespecting the customer with badly prepared food.

Excellent service, very kind young man, (JJ) took care of us at the front counter. All the staff was kind and courteous. Food was delicious, hard to beat DQ Tacos. Restaurant was very clean (including restrooms.) We loved the music on the intercom. We'll be back!

Always a Great Experience – Even During a Storm! We always have a great experience at Bahama Buck’s! Our go-to treats are the Mangonada Extreme and Bomb Pop – they never disappoint. One visit in particular really stood out: there was a bad storm coming through, and it ended up being just us and the young lady working. There was even talk of a possible tornado. She stayed calm, was super polite, locked the doors, and let us stay inside to take cover. She handled the situation with so much care and professionalism. We already loved the treats, but this level of customer care and kindness made us even bigger fans. Highly recommend this location!

Best server ever she was so nice and helpful, offered a drink holder whereas,other places don't always offer her upbeat personality was refreshing. The various drinks I got were great the ice was so soft and smooth. Got a cucumber and jungle berry goes great with tequila and vodka. Got a pineapple guava a wide taste, got a peach Pina colada it was delicious 😋🤤. Will definitely visit again.

We were at Bahama Bucks tonight, and as always, the staff went above and beyond! Camila helped us out this evening, and she was so friendly and welcoming. Every visit, the team is consistently pleasant, helpful, and makes the experience enjoyable and of course, the snowcones are always delicious. Thanks for making every visit such a great one!

First time here! Abby waited on me & helped me with the flavor choices ~ had to go with the Pina Colada Breeze!! So yummy!!! The ice is throat freezing but so soft. The prices are pretty expensive but I will be back. All of the employees I came in contact with were sweet. They also have games to play so that would be fun!!

Very nice place to hang out with friends and also have an outside patio. Lots of selections of flavors and the shaved ice is actually smooth, not grainy at all.

Quality of shaved ice and flavors is AWESOME. However, the employees need to give more attention to cleanliness of the inside of the business. Sticky tables and seats is digusting!!

Took my kids (11,7,&2) on the square to stroll through the vendors and to support a friend. It was SO hot so we decided to pop into Andy’s for some frozen custard. Now, this was my first experience at this establishment, but we have visited the one further down Broadway many times. I’m usually a very good tipper, I don’t mind giving employees the benefit of the doubt, but I’m just going to be as honest as possible with this review as I have with every review I give. To set the scene: I was very overstimulated and it was obvious because as I stated I was with my children and it was really hot. There were two other customers sitting enjoying their custard as I ordered so there wasn’t a long line. It was steady but not overwhelming. I ordered a small vanilla in a cup, a small chocolate in a cup, and then I asked for two kids lemon bar custard and a strawberry shortcake. Rebeca then informed me that the lemon bar could only be ordered in the small, medium, or large. I remembered as soon as she told me so I had no issues with that. So, she made our order. I went to sit away from the counter to give space to the two gentlemen that entered and let them order. I was very courteous and excused myself as I rolled by with my wagon. (As I said we came to the square to stroll in high temps so I made sure my baby girl was comfortable so as some might see this as an inconvenience to bring into a custard shop, that had more than enough room, it was convenient for me as I am outnumbered with 3 kids) She called to have the order picked up from the counter fairly quickly so I sent my oldest up to get his and his brothers orders. He quickly informed me that he did not ask for the strawana and that he wanted the strawberry shortcake. So I went to the counter to let Rebeca know it was supposed to be a strawberry shortcake. She then told me that it only came in small, medium, and large. So I said it was fine and I would pay the extra if she didn’t mind remaking it. Then she again said okay but it won’t come in the kids and I said that’s fine. She then walked away and STOMPED her foot. As I was walking away from the counter… to blow my nose into a baby wipe… she said, “ma’am do you want your small cups?” I replied softly with , “yes just one moment” and she proceeded to yell at me, “MA’AM…DO YOU WANT YOUR SMALL CUPS?”. Now, she didn’t scream, but she DID raise her voice in volume and added sass. So I turned to look at her and as calmly as possible I used my mom voice and said, “yes, just one moment”. This girl couldn’t have been older than 18 or 19. So I don’t expect her to understand how I was feeling at the moment, but I was doing my best to keep my patience. At this point, I was really proud of my kids because they were being really well behaved…had they been rowdy…idk how well my patience would have survived. I digress. I grabbed my wallet and I went to pick up the small cups. Realizing she was only getting more frustrated with every ingredient she added to my son’s custard. So I went to put the small cups down, came back to get my son’s strawberry shortcake and she had an attitude all up until I asked for her name. Then I just said, “thank you”. At that moment I think she realized I wasn’t asking her name so that I could compliment her customer service. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to charge me extra for the correction. I was pleased, but I didn’t tip. I then took it upon myself to walk back out into the heat with my babies instead of finishing our custard in the cool establishment, because I rather we eat outside in the shade, than stay in a place where I didn’t feel welcome with my babies. The custard was amazing, as always. But it gets two stars for the way we were treated. To top it all off, when we sat down to eat, I found a crack in the side of my cup and it was leaking as it was quickly melting. This was my experience. I hope yours is better.

Andy’s consistently delivers great frozen custard. The Butter Pecan Concrete had the right amount of crunchiness and sweetness. The location on the square in downtown has a large patio area for seating. I imagine this will be really nice when all of the enhancements to the square are complete.

Great costumer service. Great custard. Really enjoyed myself. The store was nice and clean and the menu was HUGE!

So many options for your cold sweet tooth needs. There was only one guy working and he had all of our orders out in a jiffy and took other orders. That dude is the real MVP.
