Some time ago, my wife would occasionally go to Cebu for work purposes, and she started bringing home pastries from this place. So far, Abaca has offered the closest to European-style pastries I have had the pleasure to eat. On 8 April, 2025, I finally had the privilege of setting foot in their restaurant, and the overall experience was nothing short of stellar. For entrees, they offer a variety of dishes but manage to keep the menu from being overwhelmingly large. The fish of their fish and chips has a lovely thick, crunch, but light batter. The chips, while not true English-style chips, is severely tasteful and well-seasoned. The only minor downside to the dish is that vinegar isn't included with it - such as malt or brown vinegar - that would really tie the meal together, and keep it traditionally English. Despite having read the description, the breakfast quesadilla was not what I expected, but for all the right reasons. While having plenty of cheese to honor its namesake, the inclusion of egg and breakfast sausage was divine. The guacamole served it was just phenomenal. Lastly, our daughter opted for the kimchi fried rice with Spam/luncheon meat. I'm honestly not sure if the meat was canned or made in-house but it simply hit different. The fried rice itself bore a lovely kimchi without it being overpowering. Really well balanced. The food will definitely come across as pricey, but I guarantee each bite is worth it. Lastly, about the service provided. Unfortunately, I was unable to get their names, but they were prompt, polite, and showed initiative. By my wife's experience, their service has remained consistently fantastic. My only wish is that they would open a branch in Davao. Life would be good then.

Review: I really love bread and often visit bakeries, but croissants are my absolute favorite. When you search for the best croissants in Cebu, this café always comes up. I usually go to their branch in IT Park, but this time I visited their shop on the 2nd floor of Ayala Mall for the first time. The atmosphere was very pleasant — quiet, with people working on their laptops or simply enjoying coffee. Since the café is connected to the department store, there’s a steady flow of people, but it still feels cozy. The staff welcomed me warmly with a smile and were very accommodating even with several orders. This time, instead of bread, I tried one of their desserts, and I highly recommend the Basque cheesecake. Of course, their croissants are also delicious, and the coffee is very good too. Prices are a bit higher compared to other places, but the quality of the coffee makes it worth it. They also seem to have a wide range of meal options, so it could be a nice spot for lunch as well. I’ll definitely come back again!

As of March 2025 As I was enjoing my coffee in another shop, I have decided to just share the feedback I had been holding for days now. I’m writing to express our deep disappointment with the way we’ve been treated at abaca ayala, over the past few days. As long-time loyal customers—visiting this branch in Ayala almost daily and frequenting Abaca Seaside or Paseo on Mondays, Fridays, and weekends—we never expected to be made to feel unwelcome at a place we’ve supported for years. Lately, our visits have been awkward, with staff seemingly trying to keep us from sitting in our usual outdoor spot, where we have always preferred to stay. Initially, we were asked to move to another table, which was just beside our usual one, with vague and inconsistent reasons such as: 1. Staffing issues – We were told no one could attend to that area, yet our table is actually closer to the door than the one they wanted us to move to. 2. Dust concerns – The claim that our table is dusty due to nearby construction, while the adjacent table was supposedly dust-free, seemed absurd. 3. Better service – We even tried offering solutions, like having a self-service system where customers could pay and order at the counter, but no one seemed interested in listening. Instead, we kept hearing, “Because the management said so. There is nothing we can do.” We attempted to address this with Jody, Solamit, and Matthew, but unfortunately, our concerns were ignored. What’s even more disheartening is the way we were treated last week—being booted out like criminals or beggars from a coffee shop we have supported for years. A server named Mike approached & requested us to transfer saying “mo inform lang mi nimo sir na gipalagpas lang mo namo the past few days but dili na gyud pwede palingkoran diri na table” The experience was not only upsetting but also embarrassing. We’ve always admired Abaca for the quality of its food, pastries and coffee—hands down, some of the best! But at the end of the day, no level of quality can make up for a lack of respect for loyal customers. It’s disappointing to realize that customer service, loyalty, and valuing people don’t seem to be a priority in your mission or core values. Needless to say, I have changed my high rating to thw lowest possible as our experience no longer reflects the quality & service we once appreciated. i truly hope that mgmt re-evaluates how it treats its long-time customers as no business thrives by driving away the very people who have supported it for years!

Good coffee,cakes and pastries. We enjoyed ourselves with iced Americano coffee, and a muffin , tart and a cinnamon raisin pastry. Delicious

Food: it was perfect. I've been craving smoked salmon on a bagel. Craving satisfied. Service: There is still room for improvement. They are quick to cater to their customers, but in doing so, the floor is too busy of them walking around. Atmosphere: The place is superb. The view outside is pretty. I guess it's the noise surrounding the restaurant. It can't be helped.

A nice place to have brunch on a late Sunday morning. Breakfast quesadilla was the highlight, along with the breakfast sandwich bagel and butter croissant. More pricey as compared to other places.

their cakes and pastries has always been a get to for whatever occassions, celebration and sugar cravings. they started with just a pastry shop right in front of landers. carrot cake, choco banana, choco walnut, choco marshmallow are just among my favorites. what's nice is that their pastries are not overly sweet. oh and price is just right and affordable. it used to be just a take out only but they have expanded to dine in service, which is nice. i'll be back to try the rest of their goodies.

The red velvet cheesecake hands down remains one of the best that I have tasted. Moist and presentation is nice. However, we saw two roaches. One of the roach was killed by the staff when we asked for assistance as it was about to crawl on our feet. But another roach came out after the first one was killed. The floor is filthy. 😥 Best to buy for take out next time.

I’ve always loved Leona’s cakes and pastries, especially the carrot cake and cream puff-my favorite treats, and I usually look forward to buying it whenever I’m at Ayala Cebu. But after my recent visit, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this branch anymore. There was this one attendant who really made the experience unpleasant. She was this mestiza attendant and had an obvious attitude, like she didn’t want to be there or was doing me a favor by assisting. If you’re working in customer service, it’s only fair to treat people with respect. If you can’t give your best at work, then at least don’t make it harder for customers who are just trying to buy something. It’s disappointing because I still believe Leona has some of the best cakes and pastries out there. But if the staff keeps acting this way, it ruins the whole experience. I hope management gives proper training to their attendants and cashiers. Good food will always draw people in, but bad service will drive them away.

Leona’s Cake and Pastries Ayala is at Ground Floor, beside TGIF, across the Activity Center. Near the central exit to Terraces. Cakes are delicious and affordable. They also sell cake slices to be dined in or take out.

To have coffee and a slice of their cake, any kind of their cake for that matter, is fantastic! The only thing better is having someone to share the moment with. Smaller than most of their shops, they still carry the all time favorites. It's hard to beat Leona's for their quality and best of all their prices!

Chanced upon the Ayala branch. Pillowy breads, freshly baked empanadas, great with the perfectly brewed coffee. Banana breads and carrot cakes hit the mark. I heard they make great red velvet cakes but that'll be for next time. Staff served the coffee with a smile. Lakas maka quietly old rich dito. Yung tipong sosyal pero di mayabang.

Food is superb! I like their version of pork humba, pork is so tender and melts in your mouth. My daughter loved the carbonara and cakes. If we will visit Cebu in the future, it is a must to stop by at Cafe Georg!

I keep coming back here, especially when I’m with a bigger group. The food is always good and the portions are generous. I personally like the spinach & cheese dip!! The ambiance is chill too, and the servers are friendly. Always a solid choice.

I ordered a cheesecake and a cafe latte. The cheesecake was really delicious. It wasn’t big, but it had rich flavor. Also, unlike regular sweet cheesecakes, it wasn’t too sweet, which I really liked it. I think even people who don’t like sweet things will be fine with this cheesecake.

One of the best coffee spots we’ve tried! I went for the cortado this time—so good. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this is the place to be. They’ve got a ton of options—cakes, tarts, and more! Only thing is, I hope their service gets better. The crew didn’t seem too happy that day—almost everyone looked like they were in a bad mood (lol, not sure why). It kinda affected the overall vibe, which was a bit of a downer.

I love their avocado pie it tastes good, not so sweet. I would recommend it for those who are not into super sweets. But not to worry they have a brownie pie which is for those with a sweet tooth. Also the coffee is good. You can choose from hot, cold or frappe.

Great place for a dessert craver. Variety of layer cakes and tarts. Tried their rustic apple tart and chocolate walnut tart. Rustic apple tart was quite soggy despite tones of thinly sliced cinnamon apple. Chocolate walnut tart was only on a sweet side but not much chocolate flavour. Nutty toppings but too syrupy. Matcha latte was okay, good they accepted oat milk as base. Overall, it was okay.

Go to this cafe, first and foremost, for their cakes and pies because it's genuinely so good, especially their Avocado Cream Pie which is one of a kind and Basque Burnt Cheesecake which is the best I've tried in Cebu. They also have good coffee. They usually use Toby's Estate beans. And they have decaf and dairy free options too. Another reason to go here is because they have outlets by the bar, so it's a good place to work solo, to get in the zone. They don't have a closed location though, they're right outside Rustans and a lot of shoppers would pass by, but I hardly mind this personally because this area has less traffic than, say, Active Zone. And anyway it's decently priced.

This coffee place is located just outside Rustans depart store entrance on 2nd level. Probably seating for 50 people with about a dozen tables and a kitchen type counter with stalls. They don’t offer WiFi connection. The Cappuccino was quickly made and very nicely presented. Excellent tasting coffee, but could have done with being hotter. Served in a cup and saucer, so expensive for the size.

I love the calamansi cheesecake. And the caramel macchiato too.❤️

They are considered to have one of the beat cakes and bread in town. For now due to covid-19, the customers arw not allowed to get inside the store. They have a table at the door where you can place and pick up your order, which ia goos to make sure that the food is safe and customers are maintaining social distancing.

Nestled inside the vicinity of The Space lie Cardinal — a small, simple bakery that fills their baskets with delicious pastel breads. These pastel breads taste so good its like those delectable delicacies you can only find in CDO and Camiguin. At each bite of these delicious pastels will delight your mouth with its softness complemented by the sweet pastel stored inside the bread which will burst with utmost ecstasy unto your mouth.

You must try there ube and cheese encymada. They also have yummy cakes.

They have the softest and creamiest ensaymada. Too bad their prices have gone way up high. But the quality remains the same. I still remember the good old days when their yema cake was only 350 a piece. And then the pandemic happened.

We've ordered from here via food delivery apps before but it was our first time dining in last Saturday (June 25, 2022). We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Aside from pastries, they have a wide selection of meals--pasta, sandwiches, all day breakfast, you name it. The dining place is small but it's very cozy, especially at night when the twinkling lights are turned on. The staff is also polite and friendly. While we were there, some kids approached us asking for money (we were outside), and the staff were kind to them--steering them back to their homes (which was within the vicinity). Their macarons are also divine and way more reasonably priced than other pastry shops. You should try it out here! It's quite hidden from the main roads but that just adds to its charm. Will definitely come back.

why google doesn’t have less than 1 star?? i order Heavenly mudcake and writing ‘ HBD Beloved christine’ on the cake and here what i got. I set the time to received cake at 12:30 but at that time they didn’t find the rider yet. i need to wait extra half hour and the baker never take the responsibility to it. They said they provide a knife and spoon but nothing inside the box and they sent it after an hour which is useless. The cake is below standard. just a cheap ingredients, bad decoration and extremely sweet. DO NOT RECOMMEND, this shop should be close unless u have no ability to service or do your job as good as it could.

The first time I went here it was good, but the second time it was terrible. They stopped honoring the discounts they gave the first time without any notice. The servings are really small too, but with the discount it was a nice value. At full price you are better off going somewhere else. To reply to your response... it's a lie because there were other customers in the store picking up their orders. I told you I was going to give you a bad review because you didn't want to honor a 75 peso discount. Then you lie about the reason. So terrible. I stand by my review.. terrible place and management.

Finally got to dine at the famous House of Lechon — third time’s the charm! It’s true that the best time to visit is during non-peak hours, like before lunch or dinner. We went around 3 PM for a late lunch/early dinner (right after our flight) and got seated immediately. We ordered quite a few dishes — sadly, the spicy lechon was already sold out. The staff mentioned it’s always the first to go, so definitely come early if you want to try it! We ended up getting the classic lechon, crispy kangkong, baked scallops, pinakbet, dinuguan, and calamares. The baked scallops were super cheesy and flavorful — a bit rich (“nakakaumay” if you eat too much), but still delicious. The classic lechon was the true highlight: crunchy skin, flavorful meat, and perfect when paired with their vinegar dip. The rest of the dishes were okay — decent but not particularly standout. The staff were amazing — friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. Honestly, aside from the lechon, they were the stars of our visit. Big thanks to the team for the warm service and hospitality! Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting, especially if you come during off-peak hours to avoid the crowd.

We came for lunch on a weekday and the place was filled with people, so obviously this place is famous! We loved the lechon of course and the service was fast and friendly. Loved the dinuguan and great take on gising-gising kangkong. Thanks to Van Pangilinan, our server! He served with a great smile and warm hospitality that Filipinos are famous for. We will come back again this week before we leave Cebu!

The no BS review: Went here with my family to celebrate me and my father's birthday. THE LECHON DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The best lechon we have tasted so far! If you are travelling to Cebu and you love lechon, House of Lechon is a must try. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. Expect a lot of people during busy hours. Surprisingly, service is quite faster than expected despite the volume of customers. I REPEAT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. COME HERE AND LET YOUR TASTE BUDS BE HAPPY.

La Parisienne in Cebu has become a familiar spot for me — I've been here thrice, one of which was for a party. Nestled right before the Mormon temple, the ambiance is charming and intimate. While the food leans toward the pricier side, the flavors are well-curated. What truly keeps me coming back is the warmth of their staff — they’re always welcoming and attentive. It's a great place for small gatherings or a cozy French-inspired escape.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too crowded. This time, I purchased some pastries such as croissant, canelé, and madeleine, as well as gelato. The gelato selection was extensive and it was hard to choose, but my personal recommendation is the tiramisu flavor. It wasn’t overly sweet, yet it was rich and delicious. There were several other tempting flavors too, so I’d love to try more in the future. The canelé was also very enjoyable — sweet and flavorful. The sweetness is on the stronger side, so I think it’s perfect for those who love desserts. Both outside and inside the store, there are several photo spots. On a sunny day, the outdoor spots are especially nice for pictures. Inside, the wine display area seemed very popular, and I even noticed a line forming just for photos. Most importantly, the staff were extremely polite, kind, and friendly. Their warm hospitality made my visit a truly wonderful experience. Thank you for such a lovely day!

The food was so good, but if you can't tolerate sweets, not the place for you. The ambience was romantic, maybe because of the lights. The staff, I think smiling a little bit won't hurt. I like their outfits but they look too stiff, thus creating an impression yhat they're not friendly.

We enjoyed the food and had a nice date. We actually enjoyed the ice cream more than our food. The salted caramel macaroon will be the main reason we come back. Definitely try that!

[As someone who only drinks moscato,] we weren’t familiar with the available wines during our visit, but the server was kind enough to recommend a fruity, low-alcohol option that suited our taste. He also suggested the perfect cheese pairing, which made the experience even better. Great service! Cool place for photo ops, too! Recommended for cozy, slow date nights.

I really do think that this place is very instagrammable! The ambiance is so nice and the pastries are mouthwatering! Be aware though that they collect 100 pesos entrance fee ( consumable) per person. We were not aware of it actually and we were a big group, we knew about it when we paid our bill and we were asked if we have our vouchers (which we do not have). Since it's consumable and we did order a lot so the "entrance fee" was consumed. My network signal is bad, I asked if they have wifi, they do but you have to pay for it. 😅 Prices are slightly above average than others. But quality is superb.

Average barbeque in my opinion. Nothing in particular makes it stand out from your usual barbeque at other places. However you come here for the experience, where locals have always come to eat over the years. If anything, the mango shake was really good...

The food is good, but sometimes no one is available to take your order. Parking is a concern because it’s hard to find a spot. The food prices are affordable. Another issue is when it rains, as half of their tables are outside the roofed area. You’ll also need to wait for your order since they cook it upon request. They only accept cash, no other modes of payment are available.

I just arrived from Chicago and after surviving the horrible hotel food (It wasn’t’ really that bad, but it does not come close to my home cooked meals) during my five day quarantine, I was looking forward to experiencing Cebuano food as I remember it. This place did not disappoint, even exceeded my expectation. Dining alfresco at this grassroots restaurant, serving traditional dishes really whet my appetite. I was happy they had puso rice. Their balbacoa was top notch just like the way my mom and aunts made it, and of course we had the BBQ pork and chicken that made this place famous. Delicious.and enjoyable!

OG PBBQ (pinoy bbq) SO YUMMMY!!!! The foods they served brings back very good memories of my childhood days! Our original faves are the chicken, pork, batikulon, pork belly and of course balbacua!! All paired perfectly with “puso” hanging rice!!! 😋😋😋

Place is 10/10. Place gets crowded especially during lunchtime and dinner. Better to arrive early to secure a table. Staffs were okay, some were very attentive and others doesn't seem to care. Prices are a bit expensive. Taste is way better before. I would still want to be back though.

This is truly the best BBQ for me. Delicious, unassuming, and best value for money!! Have to come early if you want more than the usual pork belly, chicken thigh and pork BBQ fare because they too serve chicken liver and gizzard to name a few. Their ice blended/shakes are awesome too! Get ready to get down and dirty for a truly unforgettable meal!

Superb views. Cozy place to enjoy European foods. We went for coffee and a beer only yet we witnessed great pizzas served. Large selection of wines too. The draft beer was excellent. We took a taxi there who waited for us for our way back. About 20 minutes drive from ayala centre.

Nice View, But Not the Best for Families or Daytime Visits La Vie in the Sky offers a stunning view, making it a great spot for those who want to enjoy the scenery, but it’s not the most child-friendly place due to its balcony setup, which may not be ideal for families with young kids. Also, during the daytime, it gets quite hot, so if you’re planning a visit, it’s best to come in the late afternoon or evening for a more comfortable experience. If you’re expecting big meals with kids or a large group, this might not be the best spot, as the menu leans more towards light bites and drinks rather than full meals. However, I did enjoy their sausage and BBQ, which were flavorful and well-cooked. Overall, it’s a nice place for a quick visit and a great view, but for a more relaxed dining experience, families and big groups might find better options elsewhere.

La Parisienne Sky, located before Tops, is a delightful spot to enjoy food with a view. We ordered their pizza, which came out flavorful and perfectly baked, and paired it with tasty barbecue and juicy chicken that made the meal more filling. For drinks, we tried the Meysu Fruit Antioxidant, refreshing and light, balancing the richness of the food. The ambiance is charming, especially when you visit at night, as the city lights create a cozy, relaxing vibe. A great place to unwind, dine, and share good moments with family and friends.

The Caesar salad was underwhelming—the croutons didn’t taste fresh, and the cheese wasn’t of good quality. The chicken was also a letdown, as it was slightly undercooked and didn’t seem like a full whole serving. On a positive note, the restaurant has a stunning overlooking view of Cebu, which is truly its strongest feature. The ambiance, however, could use some improvement. The furniture felt mismatched and carried a surplus-like smell; perhaps a little polishing could make the space more inviting. La Parisienne Sky has great potential because of its location and view. I sincerely hope they improve their food quality and overall presentation to match the beauty of their setting.

It has an amazing view as the restaurant is sitting on top of a mountain. The place is very relaxing. Although the food is quite pricey but it compensates with the location and the view. Isipin mo nalang yung view ang binbayaran mo hahah

La Parisienne Sky offers a truly picturesque setting with its beautifully designed white building that harmonizes with the serene surroundings. The elegant and airy terrace provides breathtaking views of the lush mountain vegetation, the city, the ocean, and the neighbouring islands below. The prices are very fair and reasonable. However, it is unfortunate that in the mornings the breakfast menu is limited and not very appealing. The service is almost self-service. It's somewhat regrettable, as it would otherwise certainly be an ideal destination for brunch. At night the place is always well frequented by diners and there are more service staff, the food menu is more appealing for dinner and the atmosphere with the city lights below is great.

Not just baked goods… We had a nice lite lunch and everything was good. Some things were out of stock, probably because of the Christmas rush. Very good lemonade and club sandwich with fresh made potato chips. Also had a salad. Quiet and good food.

Sunday and it felt like a perfect stop to have a Tuna Turnover, a Pesto bread and Cappuccino after browsing through the mall. As the lady behind the counter reached for the Tuna turnover to reheat it, I saw small roaches escaping from its tray. I squirmed for a moment. There are only a few tables occupied while other restaurants in the mall were almost full. I figured that the customers were mostly elderly. The servers were very nice. The cappuccino and turnover were good actually, but I cannot unsee those roaches at the display counter. Anyway, I'd probably come back for their meals to try.

Ordered their Soup on a Bread Bowl and they served it hot. Bread had a nice crispy crust and the soup was comforting. I think it's good for 3 persons.

Chicken ala King from my foodie (memory bank) brain it tastes different; I can sense MSG on it and less creamy. Danish - still yummy 😋🤤 Pastries here are good compared to the local (ABC). Forrest Berries (iced) tea is refreshing! Staff are accomodating! I missed their Iced Mocha 😕 No longer available! Few years back that I ate here, the price has gone up it's like you're in a restaurant. NO Qr PH scanner 😄 This place has been there for ages so the ambiance isn't that great anymore.

The food and bread were always delicious, but the staff are not that attentive and at times, they choose people to serve. Felt some discrimination but we choose to understand them since it seemed that like they lacked manpower thus service is not great unlike before pandemic. If not for the food, we won't dine here.

I'm French so bakery is in my culture 😋 I will only talk about the bakery part not about the restaurant part. I took a blueberries viennoiserie and it's worthy of a mid-range bakery in France. Which means that for a bakery abroad, it's really excellent, it will be difficult to find better. I also took a hot chocolate it was very excellent too. The room is clean and welcoming the prices are correct although I find them a bit expensive (for the country)but I'm stingy 😅. The blueberries viennoiserie was around 120 pesos and the hot chocolate in a pot cost 215 pesos. I'll come back to test another bakery and viennoiserie

We buy bread and pastries at the adjacent bakery almost everytime we visit SMCity mall. After gym, my brothers and I wanted to try this place, not our first choice, but was conveniently along the way to KFC, and we wanted to buy chicken for the house. This place has a wide variety of dishes on their menu, from Filipino to Italian and not necessarily French. Other than the four of us, there were probably 2 or 3 other occupied tables, so it was not busy at 5:40PM. I wanted soup in a bread bowl, but was told it takes 15 minutes for that order. Two of my brothers ordered pasta carbonara and one had spaghetti. I ordered Lasagna. My three brothers finished their meal and I still did not get my lasagna. We waited 5 minutes more and finally I summoned the server and asked for my lasgna, further telling her I’ll take my order to go. When it finally came, I asked her why it took so long, and she said “we still have to bake it.” I asked her she should have told me about the wait, just like she did with the soup, so I could have ordered something else! Service is bad here. There were 4 people behind the counter and they literally ignored us after my brothers’ food were served. I ate the lasagna when I got home. It wasn’t really worth the wait. The frozen lasagna from stouffers which you can buy at Walmart is Chicago is way more delicious. I don’t think I’ll dine here again..

I love places like this. Truly authentic and local, serving up good food and well priced. Just pick from what is on the grill at the front. It's quite an experience. It gets busy at lunch, but turnaround is pretty quick. We tried the BBQ pork and chunks of fish. Got 2 fat pieces of each. Also tried their fish sinigang and a couple of bowls of their seaweed. All of it was delicious. The smokiness on the food came out well and the sinigang was perfectly sour with tamarind. Such a good feed.

A grill haven in Cebu. Very simple but very delicious! They specialize in grilled fishes (catch of the day), grilled pork, and fish soup. It's just hard to park as it is a very crowded place with limited parking, especially at rush hour(lunch). Do not expect much of the restaurant atmosphere as it is crowded and very smoky as the grill keeps on going and going. The aircon room is not that cold. It's much better eating outside. Whatever works for you. So expect to smell like grilled food when going home. Overall, it's a food gem in Cebu city if you're a fan of fresh grilled fish and meats. Very affordable and a bang for your buck. Very popular to locals. Will surely come back!

Ohhh! Lami! Everytime I visit Cebu, I always make it a point to dine here if time permits. They have the best SUTUKIL seafoods here. Larang, Tinolang Isda, Fish Kinilaw, Grilled pork and fish, they are just of the delectable best sellers here. You better bring a towel or tissue coz after dining in, your sweat will really overflow! Can't wait to be back here again.

Food is awesome! This is a true local experience in Cebu and will definitely be back. Review is based solely on food (Everything is delicious). The place is located right across SM City Cebu. Atmosphere is jam packed so do not expect much though there is an air-conditioned area. Everything is self service so keep it in mind.

The food is absolutely delicious. The tinola fish is perfect, with no fishy taste at all. The grilled fish and pork are exceptionally tasty. The place itself is impressively clean, even in the open area, where you won't find any flies. There are plenty of fans scattered around, ensuring that it remains cool and comfortable, even when there are many people present. The overall dining experience is enhanced by these thoughtful touches, making it a truly enjoyable place to eat.

We went here for lunch for a seafood treat. Their best seller fish tinola is always consistent for its exceptional flavor. We also ordered the grilled panga and pusit, the squid was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The pricing structure is a bit expensive. We opted for the air-conditioned dining area, which incurred an additional 40.00 per dish as an AC charge.

Seafood at its freshest! The fish tinola was amazing. The soup was clear but full of flavor. In eqch order of the tinola, you'll a big portion of fish. For the grilled Marlin, it was just WOW! Grilled to perfection! We also ordered the fish kilawin, it was simply prepared with lots of raw fish slices and tomatoes. You put any amount of vinegar you like. We also ordered lato or sea grapes which was a perfect accompaniment for the grilled fish. Highly recommended. As for the place, be prepared to sweat as this place is al fresco. Parking is limited.

Called in early one morning and was the only person in the place. At that time of day most of the seating is in direct sunlight and uncomfortably hot. They have some nice looking desserts like Apple Pie and Cheesecake, although I didn’t try any. The Flat White itself was OK, but only about a 7/10 bean for me. You can order by telephone and arrange a kerbside pick up.

I recommend you taste their apple pie!Although it crumbles when you slice on it, the apple pie is full of tangy and wholesome flavor. The place is homey with hipster feels. Opening time is 9 am and they close at 4 pm as of December 29, 2021. One coffee (I ordered hazelnut) costs around 160 pesos. The waitress is accommodating and polite. They still don't have other items in their menu such as cheesecake and coffee milkshake since they rely on a generator. Overall, its a sweet and dainty restaurant with competing prices of other coffee shops.

This is an overrated cafe. The meal in the picture is ground chorizo with egg and no-garlic fried rice that costs 270php. It was not worth it considering the portion. I have eaten price-worthy portion of a meal for 270 in Abaca Eats than this one. The matcha-pistachio latte does not really taste with pistachio, although the matcha tastes good. They do not have a comfort room within the cafe, so they provided me a key and I had to go to the building CR. The CR was sooooo dirty, a urinal and a bowl were there. Grabage was full, and overloaded, and it was soo messy. Damn. I do not want to go back there. Service is fast tho, kudos to the barristas. No socket on nearby tables.

Industrial themed cafe right beside Cebu GrandCon that offers specialty coffee. I got a pour over Ethiopia beans and the extraction is just right. The detailed temperature of the coffee shows that the barista know what she is doing. Nice place to hang out to discuss life with your love ones or finish a report due soon. Internet connectivity is not good though hope it will be improved. Suggest to offer locally sourced beans to help Filipino coffee farmers.

It’s a quaint cafe in the middle 32 Sanson by Rockwell. It’s also a very convenient dessert place that you can go to after a meal at Kayu (restaurant right across it). Decent selection of cakes with good prices but a bit sweeter to the palate than the usual. Coffee drinks are fine but sweeter than most that we are used to. The place is peaceful and relaxing

Yoyi’s never fails to satisfy my sweet tooth! Their cheesecake is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced sweetness and creamy. The brazo de mercedes is another favorite of mine, light, delicious, and always consistent. Prices are pang masa too, very affordable. They never disappoint. Highly recommend trying their cheesecake for yourself, it’s definitely worth it!

A comely pastry shop that sells fine selection of cakes, brownies, and other delectable pastries nestled somewhere in the heart of uptown Cebu. I tried their best-seller, a chocolate cake, and it tastes great. It's not too sweet and it looks presentable. The slice of the cake is also alright, not so big for you to "sawa" and not too small for you to say "kulang." Aside from the chocolate cake you may also have a slice of a velvet cake, cheesecake, ube halaya cake, and their specialty - the mango cake. They sell delicious brownies like revel bars, cassava, and rocky road. A selection of other pastries are also worth noting such as their choco crinkles which literally melts in your mouth in every bite, and the delicious and crunchy egg tart.

Good coffee, good cakes, good service. Place is comfortable with air conditioning and nice tables.

My visit to Drip and Draft was such a pleasant surprise! The coffee alone is enough reason to keep coming back the cold brew is smooth, rich, and full of flavor, while their hot brews have that perfect balance that makes every sip satisfying. On top of that, the food really exceeded my expectations. From light bites to filling meals, everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their drinks. The ambiance of the place makes it easy to stay longer than you planned it’s cozy, stylish, and welcoming whether you’re there to relax, work, or hang out with friends. The staff are attentive and genuinely friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, it’s rare to find a spot that nails both the coffee and the food, but Drip and Draft does it effortlessly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit it’s the kind of place that just keeps pulling you back.

Such a great place to hangout with friends. A bit pricey but, the quality of food,drinks, specially coffee and ambiance are worth it if you’re looking to splurge. Customer service 100%, service is attentive. The baristas remember your name and order- such a nice personal touch.

Ordered their flat white. Well-rounded and flavorful, also very strong too just the way I like it. It was very cold inside, which was preferable as it is starting to get really hot. Music was nice and acoustics inside are awesome, I can actually hear my friend talk. Also glad to see beer selections from Turning Wheels.

One of my favorite places in the area for brunch! Good vibes, clean space, and great food and drinks. The beef tapa and chorizo pinabungkag are delicious, perfect servings, and reasonably priced. The cucumber calamansi granita is so yummy and refreshing for any time of day! The calamansi ginger, matcha lattes, and coffee drinks also never disappoint. I haven’t had a chance to visit in the evening but I would certainly like to!

First visit, never again. Why allow dogs inside the shop to sit on the table where people eat? and almost lick the utinsels that people use? The dogs were also barking the entire time we were there and when staff noticed us and other people inside getting annyoned, they increased the volume of the already loud music from the 80s just to conceal the sound of the dogs? Geeez! Worst shop to eat or drink. Skip this unless they do better.

I have been to Orange Brutus twice before, but my experience was not good. The service was bad and the price was expensive for its portion. My friends convinced me again to try. I ordered the sizzling burger steak. It's good and the price is okay although sizzling is not my favorite. I just ordered it because it was highly recommended. Thus, my opinion on Orange Brutus has changed a bit, for the better.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I really like this place and the food is fantastic, but the service is just bad. The cashier didn’t get my order right, and it left me pretty disappointed. I wish the staff paid more attention because the food deserves better service.

I was sent back to my high school days when my dad used to drive me and my best friend to have a burger at Orange Brutus some 40 years ago. The burger now seems smaller, but I can still taste the old flavours. Of course, I washed down my meal with a cup of refreshing, brain freezing mango shake.

No doubt I like their sizzling burger steak but the place smells. Like it’s a dirty moist old kitchen cockroach smell. Specially if you go to the counter because the kitchen is right there. Bearable if you want to eat their food. I would eat far from the counter so I cannot smell it.

I liked the chori with rice. The only downside is there was no hot sauce.

Smallest tacos in the world! I ordered 4 tacos to go for take away, and now I’m still super hungry and I have to order more food. They should be called mini tacos, not tacos. My thumb is about twice as big as all the meat in the taco. However, besides one of the soft taco shells being a little stale/hard, they tasted very good. And the staff were very nice. So I might go back and order a burrito… or maybe two based on the size… because they actually did taste good and the guacamole tasted good. They give you a ton of chips, so that’s not a small portion when you order those. And I considered giving this one star, as I would have in California, but this is Asia, so 3 stars is adjusted for Asia standards for Mexican food. Just don’t expect big portions. But it’s perfect if you’re on a diet!

Do not eat at the red lizard at ayala mall. The taco was the worse thing I ever had. the meat on the taco was wet and soggy the cheese was a sauce, it was not shredded cheddar. No tomatoes but a salsa sauce. the only good thing was the taco shell itself. Over priced food that was bad. I did get sick after eating there. the service was good. I couldn't use my retirement card? I use it everywhere when I go out to eat. Just a bad experience I will never step foot in there again.

This place is absolutely gross, they put more salsa then meat on the ultra small tacos and the burrito is 80% rice you'll just end up throwing it away. If you see any good reviews it's probably the restaurant making fake ones cause this food was so unedible we couldn't even finish it a waste of 1k

I'm happy that I got to try Red Lizard finally. I enjoyed Arroz a la Plancha. It has spice, herb, and a good meat. The chicken tacos were also good and that Mexican pineapple drink. I'm so satisfied that even the atmosphere really helped my appetite growing in a good way.

Loved this place. ❤️ I didn't choose it even though my family was pestering for days, simply because it always looked empty comparing to other restaurants. Now I don't understand why it is empty. Don't Filipinos like Mexican food? This is fast food type Mexican food that there is no guarantee to be the best in the world but gives you the flavour of it. My husband and I had a pitcher Margarita and it came with free Nachos. Ha! Definitely recommend it if you want simple burittos and tacos (,and cheap Margarita!). I got Arroz A La Plancha and I didn't know what it is except it's something with rice. It was nice. I added salsa and even better. I am writing this review (usually I don't) because I want to come back here and I hope this place still exists for a long time especially while I stay in Cebu. And I am coming back tomorrow!

Nachos are fantastic. Tacos are tiny with barely cooked cold tortillas. Gross. 5 star Nachos though.

Perfect place for Mexican dish lovers. I craved some burritos 🌯🌯🌯and this place hit the close Mexican taste and spices. I think their crispy tacos 🌮🌮🌮 are truly delicious with the salsa verde. Fresh juices are refreshing and you can also ask the level of sweetness. The chicken wings are not that spicy in my palate, they need to level up the spiciness.

I don’t mean to come off as rude, but the garlic bun with cream cheese, the simple cheese sandwich and cheese fries were three disappointing choices out of the four items I ordered for breakfast. I ended up spending over ₱500 for not much. I do not believe this is their best effort. Maybe the cheaper items aren’t their specialty or perhaps my new haircut intimidated them. I’d like to try the pasta or something different next time so I can give a more balanced review. On a positive note, the coffee was good—it was an Americano. However, I wasn’t offered cream or sugar. I usually drink it black, but at ₱130, it would’ve been nice to have those options available.

From ordering via messenger to the delivery at home, the whole process was hassle free and smooth. The online representative was very polite and friendly when I asked if they could deliver early morning and if they had my desired cake available, they replied fast and answered my multiple questions. The cake itself was so beautiful and delicious (ordered a blueberry cheesecake thats 7 inches) and I love how the dedication was on the base of the cake so I could add a lengthy description. The cafe also sells cake toppers and comes with a complimentary plastic knife with a compartment for free matchsticks which is so cute and convenient! The cake was delivered via lalamove and the cafe was the one to book the rider. When it arrived it was in perfect condition. Food is cute, and not too bad. Their sandwiches are SO sweet 🥲 (I guess thats a korean thing), their drinks are really sweet so request for lesser sugar. Their squid ink pasta is really tasty but v garlic-y so beware of pungent smell of breathe after eating haha. I love their pizza though, its the one to look out for! Bc its made from pastry dough! So its flaky and pairs v well with the toppings. Place is aesthetically pleasing. With lots of areas to take pictures with. It also has a 2nd flr and alfresco seating. Overall a good experience :)

Strawberry lovers would definitely love strawberry fresh cream cake; it has fruit slices and also tastes good..

Aesthetic and decent place if you're into chic korean vibes. Coffee was good. Ordered their carbonara and it was okay, bread could have been improved tho. Didn't like the french macaroons but I think it was okay. Their WC is commendable it was actually very clean. Will 5 star the place because it was the only cafe that was not crowded on a sunday.

This is a bakeshop I have always loved for more than 20 years. Quality is important for me when buying baked goods, so I trust Angelica. They have never disappointed. The staff is also very accommodating and pleasant.

The wide variety of choices and the quality of their products have gained popularity to all Cebuanos. The prices are all reasonable and the homemade feels of their products makes it a classic. I love Angelica's Bakeshop. It has lots of baked options from breads to cakes. The moist chocolate cake is really good. I usually visit here to take a snack buying their ham and cheese ensaymada Wich is delicious. Price wise, they are quiet affordable.

Ambiance is very nice and aesthetic. Huge parking area and fast service, I just find my food overpriced, nutella cookie was good though but still not fairly priced. This place is best pictures and style, the food is not for me (for now). WiFi is also fast and cafe has plenty of tables and chairs with some power sockets. A plus for they accept QR payment.

Recommended by my friend Jessy, whose cousin owns the place. It’s a quaint cafe that sits cozily inside a compound, so I think if you are to take public transport, you would have to walk a bit to find this. There are more seats outside than inside, and the inside relies more on its windows for lighting. Cafe is well-ventilated and as you order, you get 2 hours of wifi access. I got a philly cheesesteak and an iced spanish latte. Both were good for its price, but I was surprised that the sub’s side was a salad lol. Still, it was a good meal that kept me satiated.

It's in a slightly hidden location that opens up to an eclectic space that still feels homey. Even though we didn't speak Cebuano it was easy to order and request things. Love the free sockets and water refill. Tip: there's a small gift shop hidden near the bathroom in the back.

Not the best matcha in town, it was too bland for my liking. The cookies sold in the cafe tastes good, but they were not chewy. Ambiance was nice, and they got wifi (good for 2-3hrs) & they got plenty of charging ports.

A nook and cranny cafe. Ordered the Chicken Lemongrass and it was flavorful paired with my Chamomile tea. It was served really fast. The crew was on top of everything. The place is serene and has that relaxing feeling to it.

We ended up staying for both breakfast and lunch (while working on laptop) here because their kitchen kept whipping up juicy meat dishes and great coffee to boot. You get 2 hours wifi per person on your receipt but they are generous about it if you stay long. Sockets are available if you grab the wall seats. Lo-fi cover music lets you focus on your work, and staff was SUPER . We had the Cornbeef brekkie, Beef tapa brekkie, Gochujang Pork and Sausage Arabiata. ALL VERY SATISFYING, try it! Yes there is parking and toilet. Will be returning.

We decided to dine at 10 Dove as a family of four, but unfortunately, we had a really disappointing experience. Our youngest child, who is very particular about food, brought his favorite Jollibee spaghetti with him. Instead of understanding the situation, the staff refused to let us dine in, which would have been fine if it had been handled politely. However, we were spoken to in an unnecessarily rude and condescending manner, making us feel unwelcome. As a family-friendly restaurant, we expected a little flexibility or at least some kindness. It's frustrating when a simple situation escalates because of poor customer service. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to families with young kids.

nice place. i visited them on a rainy saturday. chicken curry was suggested by the attendant. well waiting was short. and the chicken tasted good not spicy just right. had ube cake for dessert, twas really yummy. attendant was very accommodating, she gave me a plastic trashbag to shield me from the rain. overall, a great experience on a rainy day!

It was a pleasant, comfy, serene place for coffee and some cakes until it was about 8pm when it suddenly becomes nothing short of a market place as people come in droves and it transformed into a reunion place of sort. Satisfying their sweet tooth and taking advantage of the time to get together with friends amd families I think, complete with really excited kids! Over-all, would like to eat and drink here than in its next door neighbor.

They did not have much options compared to other branches or maybe because they are still restocking. They currently do not have the lava cake and mango yogurt.

Late review. We had to pick up a last minute birthday cake and chose the mango otap cake and were pleasantly surprised and how good it was. Everyone abdolutely loved it. Definitely will go back if I am ever in Cebu again.

We ordered a 12 oz iced Spanish latte and an 8 oz Vietnamese coffee, but both drinks arrived as 8 oz. When we asked about it, the cashier simply said that’s what their system shows. This feels like false advertising and isn’t worth the money.

Poor service. Place was quite empty. Ordered chicken turnover. After waiting 5-10mins did a follow up. They forgot about my order, whats worse is after they found out they insisted they reheated the pastry but i got a cold pastry. Had to go back to the counter twice to fix a simple order. Servers are not the friendliest.

I ordered one original croissant, one almond croissant, one Kouign-Amann, and one Pain au chocolat. Honestly, none of them were worth the price. Even after I specifically asked the staff to heat them up, they came out soft and soggy, completely lacking that crispy texture. I was really disappointed—these were the worst croissants I’ve ever had, and for what I paid, it’s just frustrating.

It's just a small space with a few stocks. When I went there, most of the items were out of stock. I was so disappointed as I travel far just to get here but I didn't get to buy a lot. I ordered a customized cake for a friend’s birthday party. I requested for the cake to be delivered around 6pm at our venue in Lahug but since the party was on a Sunday, they informed me that they only had halfdays on Sunday and asked if they can deliver the cake at 2pm instead. I agreed to this but since the time was a bit early, I opted to have the cake delivered to my house instead (Talisay). I made a full payment of the cake upon order. The following day, I messaged them again asking to change the delivery address since I had a friend that was living nearby their shop in Lahug (walking distance). They replied with “noted” and that was the last conversation I had with them. Take note, I made the order Monday, requested to change the address on Tuesday and the order was for Sunday. When Sunday arrived at around 9 in the morning, I received a call from the delivery driver that they are on their way to deliver the cake to Talisay. I was confused and told the driver that I had requested to change the address days ago and that Chedz noted this change. The driver then told me that they had already left the shop and they are already making deliveries in Bulacao. They also said that they cannot return the cake to the shop since it was already closed for the day. I asked the driver how much the delivery fee would be if we had it delivered to Talisay and he said 450. The whole reason I asked to update the delivery address to my friend’s place in Lahug was to avoid paying a very high delivery fee. I asked to call the driver back so I can reach out to Chedz via messenger. I asked for a clarification as to why my delivery address was not updated and if they could call the driver. They replied a few minutes afterwards just telling me that they already called the driver and told him to deliver the cake to my friend’s place in Lahug. No “I’m so sorry” or “I apologize for the oversight”. So around 11am, the driver called again informing me that he was already at my friend’s address in Lahug and that my friend would not answer his calls. I suspected that my friend was still asleep because the time I told him that the cake would be delivered would be 2pm. Thankfully, my friend was able to wake up after I called him several times. He then proceeded to pick up the cake in which the driver asked for 200 pesos for the delivery fee. My friend did not argue and just paid the driver right away. I did, however, message Chedz again just asking as to how the delivery fee was being computed. Given that from their shop, my friend’s place was just at the next corner, I did not think that paying 200 was justifiable. I only received a reply from Chedz the following day and they explained that the 200 delivery fee was because the driver waited for a long time because my friend was still asleep. ???? I don’t get the logic behind that reasoning when our agreement for the delivery was 2PM. In the afternoon. A time that they had suggested. My friend had his alarm set to 12noon so he would be awake by 2PM. Yet, they are making it seem like they were the ones inconvenienced because my friend was not able to get the cake right away. Albeit that, I will commend that the actual cake really matched the inspiration that I sent them. I will give credit to where credit is due. However, the customer service is very disappointing. No sympathy, no accountability. I had very high hopes with Chedz knowing that they have been around for a very long time and how they are already very known in Cebu but after reading similar comments about their questionable customer service that go back to a few years ago, I just know that this feedback will fall on deaf ears. So even if the output turned out to be fine, their customer service is more trouble than it’s worth.

Our source of birthday cakes for our daughter since 1998 when they were still inside the Ayala Center Cebu! Although this is their 3rd move (I believe) they are still producing great looking and of course great tasting cakes for all occasions! Crafted skillfully and lovingly.

We picked this cake bakery for our secret pregnancy announcement since it has great reviews here. The cake was done as we wanted it to be. However, there was an issue with the service. First, the cake was delivered to a wrong address initially, even though we have told them twice on where is the exact address to deliver it. Second, the delivery employee completely disregarded our specific instruction NOT to disclose the "secret" announcement to the receiver. The receiver ended up finding out what was being delivered before it was even delivered. And finally, the cake was concealed in a box with transparent plastic on top, completely revealing what is inside the box, which defeats the purpose of our surprise after all.

Very disappointing service! My husband and I held a surprise pregnancy announcement for my relatives but their incompetent employees blew up the surprise even before the cake was delivered. It’s my parents’ first grandchild so we waited for four months before announcing my pregnancy since we want to make this moment special and memorable but what they did was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. 1. Failed to take note of important details. According to their social media account manager, “someone” called their bakeshop to change the delivery location, so she then changed the address on file without confirming it first to me, who made the transaction. On the day of the event, it was delivered to a wrong address, which then caused so much inconvenience. 2. No adherence to confidentiality. Since they already messed up with the delivery location, they called the receiver. Concerned that Chedz Cake of Cebu might deliver it again to a wrong address, the receiver asked what was being delivered. The employee then responded, “It is a pregnancy announcement cake” then stated our last name & the due date. In other words, she just blew up the surprise. I couldn’t specify more that it’s a “surprise” announcement on their Facebook page. 3. Inability to comply with the standards. Evidently, the cake was for a “surprise” pregnancy announcement, but how come they weren’t able to realize that packing the cake in a transparent box wouldn’t make it a surprise? It only defeats the purpose! We are very disappointed with Chedz Cakes of Cebu but I hope that their management team will do a corrective action and use this instance to enhance their service. I understand employees make mistakes but I hope they’ll come up with a great solution next time, rather using excuses to cover up their mistakes.

Chedz cakes is the best in Cebu! First off, i'm not a fan cakes, but i order here when i have to. I went to one of my friend's birthday bringing their dark choco cake. Everyone loved it. I took a bite but everyone else craved for it. My cake gift was better than the birthday cake that time (from another brand). So now, everytime there's an occasion everyone's expecting me to bring a great cake. It's a lot of pressure for a guy who's not into cakes, so i trust this cake shop all the time to help me keep up with this pressure. I'm not sure if i should be thankful coz' I'm into this vicious cycle of gifting cakes due to Chedz but i'll still keep on ordering for my friends. Highly recommended especially if you are in the same situation as me.

I particularly like the chocolate cake,cupcakes. I haven't tasted any from other bakeshops here in Cebu that could tap theirs. In Cebu , I only like 2 fruitcakes from Marisse Patisserie and from Chedz.

This shop botched my wedding cake many moons ago. I even wrote a note of me being tagged as a "Goldilocks Bride" because I had to buy an emergency cake from Goldilocks because this mighty cake shop did not deliver to their promise. Such a disgrace they're still in business.

A perfect nook to hang out with friends with over coffee and pastries. They offer freshly baked breads, croissant with organic ingredients which are baked to perfection. The ambiance is great. They made my experience in ordering cakes so superb that I had decided to buy all future custom cakes that I want to be made from them. They were so accommodating and they responded on time. Ordering the cake was a breeze and the best part? The cake was well made. The cake was made for a surprise birthday party for my colleague. Even though the cake was opened a day after it was delivered, it never melted and the cake was exactly how it looked like on the picture from their website! Not only was the design great and the quality of their icing amazing, but the cake was very moist and had a yummy caramel filling. Overall, this was such a positive experience and I will be sure to recommend this store to all my friends and relatives. PS. This is by far the best bake shop to buy Birthday cakes not only because the cakes are always soooo beautiful but also it’s the most trustworthy shop that would guarantee a perfect birthday cake for a perfect birthday party! I’ve lived in Cebu more than two years now and I’ve experienced a lot of disappointment as often my plans got destroyed when it comes to many not responsible service here. But this shop really surprises me of how much effort and care and being so responsible for the cakes. They make sure everything is followed by the customer’s instructions. One of the best cakes in Cebu! This has always been our go-to cake for every event. Their vanilla cupcakes are definitely my favorite — they’re not your ordinary cupcakes. So good! The cake was gone in no time because all the guests loved it and devoured every bite. I didn’t even get a chance to take photos of the cupcakes — that’s how fast they disappeared!

Got lost, confused and disappointed for almost half a century looking for the perfect place to wait for 3-4 hours while I do my research in Ayala Now I found the place and it’s near Ayala: Revie’s Patisserie has: 1. Charging outlets for laptops and cellphones that need charging 2. Accommodating staff that aren’t bone-tired and who look down on you 3. Not many people that I see there...which comforts my introverted and bashful nature

I just tried their Ube Macapuno Dream Cake and it was absolutely delightful. I will definitely try out their other products. Super like the service too! Very accommodating and responsive.

Two days later I found there was mould in 10 packs of the Bagum Bayan. What a waste!! Very dissapointing as this was my pasalubong for friends. Very poor service Fountainhead..if only I could rate you as a big MINUS🌟

The latest addition to the strip of bakeries on this side of Capitol. Now they are 3, right next to each other and this is the only one with parking. Their Butchi with Ube is my favorite and the guy just infront of me bought the whole tray and even what's left of their Spanish Bread! I just have to settle for their Choco Lanay which is not that bad compared to their "saintly" competition practically next door which is really good. I'm worried that their glass display top will break one of these days due to the banging of the cover that has a hard plastic for the handles. And it's just unpleasant to the ears especially if the crew will not be in the mood.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts, and this was my first time ordering delivery. To be honest, I really wouldn’t recommend it. The drinks were the worst part. The vanilla shake was completely melted, watery, lukewarm, and tasted awful. The chocolate drink was just as bad, with all the ice melted. On top of that, one of the donuts I ordered was missing. With the preparation mistakes and terrible drinks, there was nothing good about this experience. Even the donuts I did receive were dry and not tasty at all. Honestly, it was the worst experience.

This has always been my go-to Krispy kreme branch when I drop by Cebu. Staff are nice. Got my free 2 original glazed donuts when I answered their feedback online. Located just near the entrance.

They are not built to cater volume orders. I went to their store when they have an on-going promotion. Visited their store to buy just a donut and a coffee (supposedly), yet it took forever for crew to get our orders. The long wait is not due to the bulk of orders but rather due to their lack of process. As I queue up, they took in my order for the donut. I had to wait again for the payment, and another 10 min wait for the coffee. Such a waste of time.

JCo Donuts & Coffee offers a delightful mix of light, fluffy donuts with unique flavors like Alcapone, Coco Loco and Oreology. Their donuts are not overly sweet, making them enjoyable without being so overwhelming. The soft texture and generous toppings set them apart, creating a satisfying treat for any occasion.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at your store. I waited for almost 30 minutes without being served, despite clearly being in line and patiently waiting. What made the situation worse was the rude and arrogant attitude of your staff. There was no apology, no explanation just dismissiveness and poor customer service. It’s unacceptable for any business, especially one as well known as J.CO, to treat customers this way. I hope this issue is addressed seriously because this level of service is far below expectations.

Food and coffee is great, service is not even worth 1 star. You queue to pick tour doughnuts, you queue to order your coffee then you have to wait an incredibly long time until your number is called so you can get your order, WHY???. The shop was quiet yet apparently their were 6 orders before us. It's even worse when one particular assistant is working the till. She is just plain ignorant. This is not the 1st time this has happened, it's the 3rd and their won't be a 4th. J. Co get your system sorted. Get your staff trained and teach certain members some manners.

This is a donut shop. The donuts are ok but they’re inexpensive. Getting the donuts you want is kinda hit and miss. Very noisy place and is full of unsupervised kids. The AC isn’t the best. The only other option is Dunkin Donuts.🍩

J.CO Donuts & Coffee never fails! Their Alcapone is soft, nutty, and just the right amount of sweetness. I love pairing it with a Jcoccino-smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet like other coffee chains. Honestly, better than Krispy Kreme-J.CO donuts are lighter, less sweet, and the drinks don't taste like sugar bombs. Staff are friendly, though service can get a bit slow during peak hours. Still, the quality makes it all worth it. Definitely a top choice for donuts and coffee!

Dunkin never let you down, eat, drink and sleep;) The Donuts are world class, taste and texture is 100% and it has a heavanly taste, many models and shape, million of taste. It´s not exactly diet stuff they serve but treat yourself and enjoy life at it´s best. Coffee is cheap and taste very good, the staff is great and always show the bright side of life= laugh and smiles all day long, I love them, they do the concept work.

Cashier needs more customer training in approaching consumer. Raising voice over the customer is a Big No. Train your cashier on how to approach customer. Definitely won’t go back to that branch!

I came in there around 6 am, and ordered a coffee donut combo. The cashier told me it would be 3-5 minutes, but it was a little longer. She didn’t offer to give me the donut while I wait for the coffee. I asked about a senior discount, and she said she don’t know. Not knowledgeable. Their music was blasting in the store. I dropped by to grab a quick take-home treat. It was a convenient stop, especially since they offer contactless payment. However, it was quite hot inside — the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly. It’s fine if you're just picking up food, but if you're planning to dine in, it might not be the most comfortable place, especially on a warm day.

I ordered Cookie Crumble Swirl, and they gave me Blueberry Cheesecake. It was somehow my lapse for not double-checking the order, but they also could've make sure they gave the right order. It was still good doe!

Spacious branch of Krispy Kreme with plenty of seating. Never been busy when I have passed by or had coffee inside, but always plenty of staff. Service was fast even on the Saturday afternoon I visited. Staff were very welcoming. The Cappuccino was very nice, strong and hot as I like it. The seating and tables look a little dated and worn out.

They was very friendly, and the taste of the donuts was the taste I knew. But the space is so small that it's not good to come into groups

Soft donuts and obviously delicious, but there was no pre-glaze of the donut before the adding of the toppings. That's Krispy Kremes signature.

It's a quiet place to rest before resuming the shopping spree. Most of the cafes are often full but not this one.
