Food was excellent and service was good. Compared to other chick fil a, I see service was little behind. No one in the dining but I have to wait few minutes before someone comes to get my order. I also see food arrived to the table was late compared to other locations. Restaurant was clean.

Came through drive through today at 1 and the line was incredibly long it was PACKED with people and cars. But it didn’t take long for me to get my order in and get my food. The workers are always so nice here. The girl that took my order was super nice and definitely made me laugh. I had a conversation with the girl who gave me my order and she was super sweet and got my order pretty quickly after we talked. The food was slightly off chickens a little weird texture. But would definitely come back again after my experience still!

Why is the spicy chicken sandwich being made with cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack cheese like it’s always been?? And look at my fries, just itty bitty pieces of fries!

And once again…Chick Fil A screws up my order. I have yet, no exaggeration, to get a correct order. Let’s see if the franchise owner reaches out to finally make it right. 4-4-25 update - now they started serving paper thin eggs!

This was my first time trying their breakfast sandwich. I got the egg,cheese, and sausage biscuit. The sausage was well seasoned and was bigger than competition. Of course the staff was great as usual. 10/10 would recommend them if you need a good, quick , cheap breakfast.

This chick fil a is always clean with great service. Their drive through is speedy and if an order is ever wrong (rarely) they are more than happy to fix it.

That was the best fast food I have had in a long time. The food was hot and tasted great. The waffle fries were crispy and hot.

The food here was so good! The portion sizes are also huge. I ordered the large lamb gyro and it was very big. My sister ordered a small and honestly, that even would have been too big for me. We also ordered loaded fries, which were amazing, and a serving of baklava. The baklava was light and sweet, tasting of butter and honey. If you have nut allergies be sure to ask or read the label. There is no seating besides a small bench to wait for your food, so be sure to have somewhere to go or be okay with eating in your car. Overall very delicious food for a reasonable price.

Delicious, a little messy but god damn is it tasty. Simple to order, easy to customize. Well worth the stop and easily an upcoming go to place when I’m in town.

Tucked behind the hustle and bustle of downtown College Ave is a delightful, Mediterranean-themed Cafe catering the very best gyros in the area: Josef's! The food is flavorful and bold, the prices won't break the bank, and the staff is always so kind. I absolutely love going to Josef's, every time! My baklava got missed this last time, but it was a fundraiser night, so I don't want my money back! If I could get a baklava sometime, that would be swell 😉

Gyro and the chicken kabob plate were both very tasty and fresh. The large gyro is very big. Limited seating outside. Will come again.

I had checked out an article on Google about the top 10 burger chains today. Culvers's "Butter burger " was near the top of the list. Not being from the North Central American heartland, I had zero exposure to this chain. Recently I traveled to Wisconsin. And low and behold a Culver's was within a couple miles of my hotel. So what was my experience? The burger was BANGING! Even beyond the "fast food" parameter, I would travel a moderate distance to consume this burger beyond ALL competitors. The sides were tasty and delicious (I even tried the cheese curds). The service, cleanliness, and atmosphere were above standard. Menu choices were present, but my focus on both my visits, was locked into the Butter Burger... I now agree completely with the highest ranging of the article I checked out. And give my hearty recommendation for this establishment!

Food has always been good for us. We tend to do drive thru more so not much atmosphere but the lots always clean. For road trips , we get family order of fries.

We went through the drive-through but we forgot to order a drink so I went inside as well. The bathroom was clean and the cashier friendly. They got our drive-through order 100% correct, and the food was fresh. The young man who brought our food to the car was very enthusiastic and brightened our day.

Skip this culvers, lots of other restaurants in the area. 20 minutes to make a chicken sandwich?? Just wow. Now I have to wait days for a refund. Didn't even get to eat. Lame experience! Poor poor service

I ordered the Strawberry Fields salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was cordy and tough. I couldn't eat it. I found the feta cheese at the bottom of the salad(which I thought was unusual). I noticed a rather strong taste which I assumed was the feta cheese but when I looked closely at the feta cheese I could clearly see most of the feta pieces were covered in green. Feta cheese is not supposed to be green. THAT WAS MOLD. Lost my appetite and didnt finish. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Your typical Culver's... food was really good. Service was a bit slow compared to what we usually get at other locations. But overall no real issues.

So I typically come here with my wife once a month and service and food is great. Tonight not so much. To start the burgers we're dry and cold, my wife found a curly hair in hers about 10 inches long. We both have straight short hair. Our fries were either warm or STILL FROZEN. It was like eating potato flavored ice cubes, I mean these things are fried and burgers grilled how do you mess that up? Lastly and for the only edible part of the meals we were also given the wrong custard flavor, so after eating about three bites from each meal we threw everything out besides the custard and went elsewhere for food.

I had ordered a BLT sandwich and a Bacon Cheeseburger for pick up. Everything was good when I picked up my order and they weren't very busy. When I got home and opened the Bacon Cheeseburger, they had completely missed putting the meat patty on the burger. 🤦‍♀️ All of the condiments and sides were on the bun, except the patty. Everything else was fine, but overall very disappointing...

They must have had the french fry auditor in tonight because all I got was 8 normal sized fries and a dozen fry fragments.

Stopped in a few weeks ago - took the person behind the counter 10 minutes to take my order, and just couldn’t get it right (even though there were 4 other employees just standing around.). Another employee eventually came over to help, and just made things worse. Long story short, after 15 minutes of trying to order a burger, I just cancelled everything and left. Rude, incompetent employees.

Awesome food!! Great place I can take my grandkids. They have food allergies. The way 5 guys cooks their stuff and makes their fries. The kids wont get sick... The staff was awesome!! They made sure to even put my order in a separate bag then my grands, so no cross-contamination would happen. A huge Thank you to this awesome crew!!

My experience was not good. I ordered to go and when I got home our bacon cheeseburgers didn't have the bacon. When I called I was told I had to bring them back for a refund. I would have had to drive a little over 6 miles to do that. A gift card or something would have been nice. And they were rude.

Service was good. For our liking, a bit pricey for burger & fries. We’ve never been, thought it was ok. Can’t say we’ll ever go back. Everything was given in a bag. If you eat in, why not put it on a tray?

I come to this establishment frequently but was VERY disappointed today. If you know anything about 5 Guys you know the Large fry is huge, normally overflowing container and all over the bag which makes sense since it's $8 but today it was just the cup full when I pointed this out to the staff they looked at me like I was crazy. They added maybe 5-10 more fries and gave the bag back. No apologies or we changed policy or explanation. Overall not a great experience.

The best part of my meal were the fries. The burgers were mediocre and the burger patty was way smaller than the massive bun. Definitely not a place I'd ever come back to! The floors were sticky, the tables weren't clean, but I did like the decor.

I was in Appleton for a training and happened to drive by JD’s Drive-in. I enjoy the mom and pop style family owned restaurants, and decided I would try it for dinner. The place was packed when I walked in, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a double cheeseburger and onion rings. I would definitely rate it at the top of my burger list. Great taste, good toppings, fresh bun, etc…. The onion rings were just as good. The prices were very reasonable by today’s standards. I wish every town had a burger place as good as this one. I will stop back anytime I’m in Appleton because it’s well worth it!

Can’t say enough good things about JD’s Drive-In! It’s an awesome place for families — great value, excellent service, and always friendly, respectful staff. I truly commend the owner and managers for the outstanding job they’re doing.

Although I like EVERYTHING about this diner, (food quality; service; and atmoshere), the inspiration for this review is the chili. Their marquee says "best chili in town", (even though chili is not on their menu). I am a chili lover and had to try it. Not only is their claim absolutely accurate, it's the best chili I've EVER tasted.

I discovered JD's by chance, working in the neighborhood a few years back. And stopped in recently with a relative. We were in the area, and she said she was hungry and I told her I know exactly where we're going. She asked me if this place was good, and all I said was you just got to wait and see. When we pulled up there was a line of vehicles wrapped around the building and the majority of the parking lot full. Her first thoughts were oh my god! And I said that's exactly what you gonna say after you have the burgers.

Don’t order inside to much more frequently go through the drive through but it’s always fast service. Good pricing as well their fries are always delicious and their ranch cups are big in my opinion. Food is always at a reasonable price aswell nothing to out of price.Would recommend for family’s!

An awesome classic burger joint, so are the prices. Best bang for your Buck. - We had the JD Deluxe $8 and a cheese burger $1.99 - a medium fry is huge and plenty for 2. If your really hungry for fries they have a very generous large and a box of fries! - Milk shake was good, made from soft serve My little one tried the hotdog, it was a bit dried out so that was the only negative Indoor and outdoor seating, outdoor is a few picnic tables. This place also has a drive through.

The best local fast food joint! I recommend the pizza burgers, the Tominator, the tater tots, and of course the cheese curds.

Great burgers here for a reasonable price. Reminds me of flame charred burgers. Fries are good when fresh. I ordered a box of fries was given half fresh half old fries. , so it's kind of bland, so add lots of salt. Great onion rings, too. Malts good but pricey. Overall, it was a great burger. Customer service is usually ok, but it depends on who all there, so they have bad errors in my last 2 visits. Sometimes food sits out awhile when busy, so it gets cold fast. REWARDS card has not been recording points after being scanned it was working fine. Stopped working just before my first reward. The rewards card is a scam. The cashier could not fix it but said she did. I'll stick to making my own burgers.

Was a little confusion on my order. They got it tho. Food was fresh warm and made Mom happy. Root beer floats need to be at Tom's. Unless I didn't see it... Good service as well. Always has good food.

Bad experience dealing with counter person, was told they didn’t have marinara to go with my item, not like they were out but that they didn’t serve that? Curious how they make pizza burgers then. Then they didn’t make the shake and food at the same time so we had to wait with our hot food for them to finish the order.

We had the pork tenderloins. They used to be thin and very good. I believe now they must be using a pork loin not tenderloin. It was think about 1/2 inch in some parts less in others. The bun was dry and hard and I don't think they have changed the fryer oil in over a week. Our ff and onion rings were cold. I guess I am not going back there. I was really disappointed as it used to be very good.

It seems that every time we go through the drive through and order anything involving their custard options, it's always wrong! Wrong size, wrong item and wrong scoops! We also request a spoon and never get one. Price is also screwed up by charging for the wrong size item....medium price for a small.

It’s Memorial Day and it is busy. Went for 2 concrete mixers at 5 pm. The line was not crazy but still busy. We order our concrete mixers. Turtle and Mint Oreo chocolate chip. We are give our number(103) was given no receipt to show what I purchased after I paid, and pull into a delivery slot. After the 2 people in front of us and the 4 after us receive their orders I stop the runner(Elliot) and tell him we are 103 and you just delivered 107. Someone in all blue comes out hands us our order(which was wrong-mint chocolate chip) and says nothing but “here’s ur order with no receipt. Had waited too long already to deal with getting out and waiting another 10 minutes to correct. Very disappointed in how everything was handled. Will go out of my way to go to Westhill Blvd first….

Your standard Culver's experience, though service was a bit slower than usual. The chicken 🐔 sandwich was decent but the cheese 🧀 curds were overcooked a tad bit.

I had the cheesy 🧀 broccoli 🥦 soup. It's my favorite place to get this soup. Just wish they still put the shredded cheese on it like they used too. Yummy!

The team here is phenomenal. I really feel cared for when I come to this location. My food has been correct 100% of the time at this location. Always fresh! Thank you!

On 10/11/2025 I ordered through DoorDash where I didn’t get my food delivered to my job. After my shift I went in person to see what was going on it was 8:51pm I asked this girl bout it she got her manager who was a bit rude at first but same time it was my 2nd time there and I accidentally went into the kitchen area so I see why she was mad. I paid for my order again and before I left I apologized for accidentally being in the kitchen and the manager also apologized for being rude at the beginning. I wish I had gotten the blonde manager name to thank her for apologizing for being rude.

I ordered the new pulled pork Mac & cheese, and the pork was all fat. I only ate a very small portion and tried to eat around the meat. My daughter likes to go here, but to me, for the price, the food is less than stellar. The service is usually pretty good,

Noodles recently updated their menu, but I preferred the original menu. Love their cookies pot stickers and buttered noodles with carrots and Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Great variety of beverages as well. My order was taken promptly & they helped me with my points, because my Noodles App was being problematic. After I got my food, I requested an additional side of Italian seasoning & paid for it at the register. It took almost 10 minutes for the chef to sprinkle some in a side cup. He could have just brought it over, but instead called my name to come up front and get it. There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time, as it was about 30 minutes prior to closing.

The food was pretty good, would have been better with alot more sauce. The service wasn't the best we stood at the counter and waited for a long time before any one acknowledged us. Also don't trust the menu you see online because it's not accurate

I love coming here to eat But my cashier kiara gave me the wrong amount of change back and argued with me and yelled and swore and threw the wrong change at me untill the manger came and realized i indeed recieved the wrong amount of change Kiara should be fired! People should not be treated with that much disrespect for some one else's mistake! Thank kiara for her supper super dooper attitude!

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat when my daughter was little. Every time we go, it gets worse and worse. This time we got the usual Japanese pan noodles to go, and they were a congealed clump of mush. I wish I would have thought to take a picture as they were so bad you could tell by looking at them. So gross and disappointing. Definitely not worth the price. We can go to any local Asian restaurant and get better quality food for the same price or less. If "noodles" is in the name of your restaurant, maybe make sure you know how to cook them.

This place is awesome. First time here and loved it from the meat selection to all the toppings you can add to your bowl or burrito. Truly recommend for those who love Mexican food.

My boyfriend and I eat here alot because it’s one of the few places we can order gluten free. However, lately everytime we order something is messed up. I ask for extra veggies, I get none. Another time the peppers were sliced SO big, like literally I had slices that were half the size of a full pepper. Forgetting beans, not adding sauce etc etc We also usually do pick up, so we don’t notice until we’re home. I called once but the lady was rude. Overall the food is good, but I’d def check your order before leaving.

National burrito day. I get they're busy. But many people ordered ahead. Walked in, over 50 people there. 20 waiting for to go online orders. People that walked in 30 minutes after order was suppose to be ready got theirs before all of us. No organization at all. People that ordered ahead shouldn't have to wait an hour and a half while people that just walk in get theirs right awhile. Was a circus. And forgot our queso. Not a good experience at all

Stopped in for a low carb bowl. Good staff, fairly clean but the salad was bad, brown and bruised. Did not make us sick but I was worried! Be careful, the jalapeños have sugar in them. They need fresh jalapeños and habaneros. Otherwise a good experience.

We go to Tom’s frequently, at least a couple times each month, most often to the CB and Westhill locations. I love Tom’s! Their daily deals through the app are a good value. I would love the option to create and save various favorites for easy reorders, but it’s generally pretty easy to use. The staff is always friendly. The burgers are great and we love the arctic blasts!!! Management is also very attentive. I can’t count how many times we have picked up food to go. It’s usually seamless. I had an issue recently and management went above and beyond to make it right. I always feel like a valued customer. Thanks Toms!!

WOW! Do they have amazing burgers or what!! Never been to here before but was seeking out a burger place. Not only are they fairly priced but you get awesome portions. We were stuffed afterwards. Wish we had one of these where we live! I'd rather go here than Culver's anyday! Kids loved the unique seating. And if you do the family packs it's a LOT of food!!

First time visiting Tom’s. Couldn’t get my order right. Gluten free is self assembly. Also if you want a refund they have refund your card and then charge you a second time, tying up your funds. Wouldn’t refund cash. Terrible experience. If I wanted it overpriced burgers where I had to assemble my own food, I would’ve just went to Culver’s. It’s weird to me that places like Jersey Mike’s and red Robin can assemble a burger and change gloves and clean their workspace and maintain a safe environment for making gluten-free meals, But Tom’s and Culver’s cannot figure it out.

Stoped by from out of town looking for something to eat and something we don’t have back home in Indiana. The service was so friendly and the food was definitely fresh!! Would recommend to try if your a townie or passing through like us. Def liked the unique old tilt o whirl seats for dinning our son loved it!!

I love coming here during my breaks since I work near here. This location has a carnival theme, multiple floors, and cookies fresh out of the oven. Very cool. Very awesome

The burges are fantastic. The cheese curds also great 👍. The have flavored milkshakes as well. Very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for fast sandwiches

Worst experience ever! They messed up 3x on my simple "deep dish" order. They made it as a regular pizza. They said "oh that is a deep dish" no a deep dish is rectangle style. I get there to get the pizza. The sauce was put on top as they forgot I'm sure. The "manager" lady was wearing aviator sunglasses complaining about working "all day" and looked strung out on something. Can clearly see cigarettes on the table and peroxide by pizza boxes! Very disgusting place and beyond bad management and poor ethics!!

I've been ordering wings from this specific location for years and have always been more than happy with the food. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months, the quality of your food has taken a nose dive. I regularly order your wings which are the best around, but you guys have consistently forgotten sauce on the wings, and half of them aren't even breaded. The last time I ordered wings, I called to let you know, and was met with a bad attitude. This time, i'm not going to bother calling. Next time, I'll order somewhere else. Bring back the guy with the wonkey eyes, he seemed to know what he was doing.

This is a generally solid location that consistently prepares the food how you'd expect it to be. Pizza Hut isn't the best pizza around but their pan style pies still impress and the thin crust is surprisingly decent. Excellent boneless wings and sauces.

I thought this pizza was a joke when I opened it up. "Thin crust" apparently means razor thin at this location. Ive never seen a pizza so flat and charred, and never seen a Pizza Hut thin crust cooked this way. The taste was dreadful, and the meats had a texture comparable to that of a boot sole someone had pulled up from an 1800's shipwreck to grill. I would highly recommend the Domino's a few hundred feet down the road.

Ordered a pizza, it was made with the wrong toppings so I requested it be re-made, the pizza I got looks very tossed together, especially when it is a remake to a mistake. Quality has been low lately.

Will never go to another kfc! The one on Wisconsin ave is horrible. We ordered a 9 & 14. It took 20 minutes and as we are driving down the road going thur the order there is no receipt, no drinks, no fries, no chicken for the #9 and the #14 chicken is soaking in 1/2” of grease! We couldn’t eat any of the food! Tried to call MANY times and no answer. Emailed corporate and no answer. What a joke of a business.

Drive thru was friendly enough when we could understand what was being said she spoke so fast. 2 orders, my fries were cold and hard, slaw was bland and seemed to be about to sour, chicken on the sandwich was so dry I had to take off the bread just to be able to finish it. Gave my friend my Mac n cheese and she said that was the only decent thing she had as well because as you can see from the picture of her tenders box there is much to be desired. Her tenders were so thin we had to search for the chicken part of the tenders and was extremely dry, her fries were as inedible as mine, she doesn’t like slaw so I tried hers, it was a bit better than mine but not by much, and her biscuit was tolerable. . . All in all an extremely disappointing experience for a $23.00 meal. I’d have to get baked just to enjoy it and even then it’d be questionable. In Severe Need Of Improvement!!!

Slow operation with only a couple employees. I was the only customer when I got there. I asked for a Pepsi and a Mt Dew. They handed me two Mt Dews, and fixed it when I corrected her (good thing Mt Dew and Pepsi look different). Waited about 5 or 10 minutes for my food. Most of the food was hot, some was just warm. Food tasted good.

Gotta love giant hair in your fried chicken. Good was warm at best, service was absolutely terrible. $40 completely wasted. Should have known from the cleanliness and terrible attitudes that the food would be terrible. Lesson learned

Served completely wrong meal. The chicken that I did receive in place of a chicken sandwich box meal was raw. Oil is obviously very past it's change date. Very sad to see such an icon let their standards go.

Worse customer service ever. I went on the app at 6:55pm, placed free delivery through THEIR app. They had doordash come at 7:06 as my order was ready. Doordashed delivered at 7:29pm. Everything was sealed. I opened my taco salad and it smelled rotten! The tomatoes were rotten and the lettuce was LITERALLY brown. I didnt eat it and decide to get the 2 six pack and a pound that I ordered for my family. SAME DAMN THING! I ordered Monday night I believe. I didnt have a vehicle as to why I ordered it through Taco John's app as they had free delivery happening. I called the next morning Tuesday as it was late and he said to hold onto it until Thursday as that is when the owner came in. The food stank so bad fruit flies were coming and going. I was NOT going to hold it for 4 days.... who does that? I called today to talk to the owner. The owner is flat out RUDE! I heard her in the background calling names and just being rude. The dude on the phone said she was in a meeting. No she isnt because if they allow you to talk like that... bull... she was upset because I confronted about the issue. On the phone the dude asked, "Right when you received the order. Why didnt you being it back?" I said, "I didnt have a car that is why I delivered. Why do I have to bring back your mistake. Why didnt you come and grab it? That sounds ridiculous." He said, "Do you still have the food?" Really? From 4 days ago because the owner FINALLY came in. I said, "You want me to hold it for 4 DAYS?" The owner in the back is saying more rude things and he trying to back her up by saying things that dont make sense. I said, "Im a store manager and I see your customer service is down the drain." Him, "Why didnt you come and return the food that night? Or keep it until today to return it?" I said, "Are you for real. You guys are literally shitty." Dont worry.... charge back it is. Regardless, I get my money back lmao

Typically I like Taco John's- you get your money's worth. The staff though need to work on their communication/listening skills....this is the 2nd time I went through the drive through and told them (TWICE) NO SOUR CREAM. My husband is deathly allergic. Well, this is the second time, after telling the people multiple times, and i still got sour cream put on my husband's food. I'm pissed !! Not looking for a replacement burrito or a refund...I just want the staff to do better cause some people have allergies so bad that a mix up like this could put them in the hospital..

This Taco John's is super clean and well organized. They run a tight ship, and therefore, the staff is friendly and quick. During my visit, almost all of the business was drive thru. I had the dining room to myself and there was also a lovely outdoor dining area in the parking area which was vacant. That might be helpful if you are traveling with a dog. I always get the stuffed grilled taco. It is a sizable hard shell taco filled with meat, nacho cheese, and sour cream wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled in a press. It's just wrong. But, it the best possible way. I also get the beefy burrito which has raw onions in it. Let's not forget the hot and crispy potato oles unique to this chain. Admittedly, these are Americanized, Tex-Mex, items, but they are well executed and so satisfying. That's unlike the often upsetting fare found at the biggest taco chain. What's more, John's does have some street taco and other semi authentic options available. You know, some say, real tacos are covered in cheese... This chessey badger don't care! I'm from Wisconsin, hey.

Wasn't very busy maybe two cars when was parked and the other was leaving. Food was freshly made. Olies were perfect. Not to much seasoning and were also fresh. Soda carbonation was 💯. Wasn't a single employee just standing around doing nothing. That also was good to see. Cashier was polite and helpful. I'm definitely talk quietly if she couldn't hear me for nothing so she just told me to pull up to the window. Which helped immensely. Probably one of the best meals I had there. Was a chicken soft shell taco with a special sauce and had Pico mild sauce lettuce and cheese. Way to go Emily!! Your employees were nice and helpful. Drive thru was clean snd really like the new sitting area you put in. Funny thing is. I was one of the Managers at Larry's Piggly Wiggly. Best part was none of them knew me and I didn't know them. I'm very honest about customer service and presentation. I've been saying customer service etc since before covid/pandemic started. Has gone down the tubes immensely. Customer service especially. I didn't start eating back out till about a year ago. Like to see people cook my food. Let me see you not wash your hands or use gloves when you make my food. I would not do anything or say anything to embarrass the person but I would pull you to the side and tell you. Your hands are filthy and if you're handling money it's even worse. Your fingernails alone. WHOLE lot of stuff you don't even see. The money part is disgusting. Money actually has bugs/germs all over. I've seen Ppl not wash their hands after they go to the bathroom and then go make food 🤢🤮🤢🤮. So this visit at Taco John's was excellent 5 out of 5 stars is what I'm rating them at 💯

Its a hit or miss at this location. We have been here 3 times and once they forgot something but I was able to get it after walking in and tell them. It is very busy and very tiny space. The kitchen is very narrow and workers are shoulder and shoulders and last time I was here, I questioned the cleanliness?

Great, delicious food. Great customer service by Alijah. He is definitely made for customer service. I said something confusing when ordering, and then he said that it was his fault after resolving the problem. After he was done taking our order and everyone else's, he was restocking and cleaning the lobby. Great job, dude.

Nice shop, smaller than average but clean and food was fresh. Only downside was the very small and tight parking lot, especially if you have a large vehicle.

Disappointed to find they think tuna is a seasonal sandwich - for lent only. I nearly left to find it elsewhere but knew I only had 25 minutes before my next appointment so I chose another. The sandwich was good, the place was clean, the employees were nice, kind, and respectful.

So glad we still have this place. Thier sandwiches are still the best and its a shame we dont have more shops. Some places have one sandwich I like but this place has a few and they always bring limited time sandwiches worth trying. They have great soups, chicken wild rice is my goto but beer cheese and cheddar broccoli soup are great when I'm in the mood for it. That soft and tasty piece of bread you get on top of your sandwich is always great to dip in your soup or just eat by itself. This will always be my goto for subs.

I haven't been to an Erbert and Gerberts in a long time I got the roast beef sandwich and a cup of beer cheese soup very delicious

I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered buttered noodles with a side of chicken noodle soup. Was very disappointed with the potion size of the noodles for almost $8. I could have fit them in the side of soup bowl. Not worth the money. $18 and some change for buttered noodles and a side of soup.

Ordered add mushrooms & green onion. No mushroom or green onion. With how much toppings cost can you guys PLEASE add the toppings that I am paying for. It's hit or miss. Sometimes they fill the noddles up to the brim, times like now when they fill it halfway with noodles. Sometimes there's spinach & tomatoes sometimes not. I feel like it depends who's working but 1 thing that's always consistent is I don't get the toppings I add. Okay wait.. I found one piece of a mushroom. Thanks guys! Not trying to be rude but come on time after time after time.

This location cannot seem to get it together when it comes to evening rushes. If you place an order using the app, fully expect to wait 20-40 minutes past when the app says your order is “ready.” I haven’t had this issue at any other noodles locations, ever, but here? At least a dozen times. I’ve put off writing this review for so long because the food is good and the service is generally friendly, but this is getting ridiculous. Tonight, I waited for 35 minutes past my “ready” time, and when I finally asked the staff about it, they told me it should be ready soon but they just ran out of rice noodles for my Pad Thai. She ended up refunding me and was nice/apologetic about it. Unfortunately, I really don’t think I’ll be able to order from this location again in the future.

They ran out of noodles when making my pad thai, so it took a really long time. Mercedes, who is an absolute above and beyond super star, decided to come out and apologize to me with some lovely energy. She gave me 2 cookies and a $15 gift card. Thank you, Mercedes. We usually love Noodles. The last few times, the manager on duty has been super loud and inappropriate. Our cashier, Kalub, was terrific. But the entire restaurant doesn't need to hear the manager shout at employees. At this point, its not worth the price tag.

Love Noodles typically. Tonight was a bad miss. There’s never enough sauce, which I can deal with. I just order extra sauce. Today the sauce is chunky and the chicken seems a bit translucent. I was starving, so I ate almost half. Here’s to hoping I haven’t been poisoned. Two stars because the noodles were cooked well and it was ready on time.

Mone and Ronnie gave me great service after a rough day. I had ordered my food online and they made it earlier because I had arrived early. They both sweet and undstanding. Let me have drink while I waited. I was so impressed and they really turned my long tuff day around!!!!!

If I could give 0 for service and atmosphere I would, I showed up at 11:50, wanted a simple order, waited in line and they said they were out of beef for the next 20 min, I waited 40 more minutes to finally head they have beef, I ordered 2 beef chalupa supremes, and some other items… got to the window and the guy working the window stated “I wish other people would go to the other taco bells to give us a break” didn’t feel very welcomed there after that, not to mention for being there for almost a hour I got nothing in return as far as one free item or anything due to it “not being their fault” that they ran out of beef. To then also mot even give me two of my items after making me sit there for over an hour. I will be calling in the morning and I better be getting my money back! They would not let me wait for the beef that I had already waited half the time for, I believe it’s to save their times so apear as a more efficient establishment, which I find high rediculous as my wife is a restaurant general manager and knows that you never put times and speed of service before a customer.. horrible management at this Taco Bell if you ask me.. Instead of my 2 chalupas I receive these… definitely not what I waited so long for…

Denying orders even tho they are open. Me and my partner ordered Taco Bell through the app, and they denied us our order. They would NOT make or give us our food that we already paid for. Taco Bell needs to fired this lady because she is not following the policy and corporate of Taco Bell. The service needs to get better. This Taco bell is open until 4AM! This is unprofessional and is internally rude to customers.

Place takes forever to get food. Not the workers fault when it gets busy. But maybe accommodate more staff during rush hour. Sitting almost 20 mins for one soft shell taco and a nacho fries are nuts.

Waited 1 hr and 20 minutes in the lobby I asked worker for my food only for the worker telling me that drive thru is priority. Told them that I was the last customer in the store since they locked up the door. I been waiting for long time. They finally rush to make my order. This whole time they were dideliberate taking their time talking and working so slow. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time. Also they told all the people in drive thru that they're only taking door dash/uber eaters order only. This place should close down after midnight or change their name to "Slow Taco"

Waited 12 minutes for them to take our order, then we proceeded to order. After we order we wait 25 minutes for the two cars infront of us to receive their food. Finally get to the window to pay and get our food. They tell us the total so we proceed to pay. We are then told they are out of beef. AFTER WE PAY AND WAIT 30+ MINUTES THEY THEN TELL US THEY ARE OUT OF BEEF. We ask for a refund, it takes 5 minutes for them to figure out how to work the computer. Then we go to 2 other tacos bells. One is closed and the other says they’re only taking door dash and grub hub after we wait in line for 15 minutes to order. Taco Bell you’re honestly such a poorly ran fast food service and need more staffing if you’re going to have your hours the way they are. Do better this will be talked about on other platforms this is ridiculous.

Walked in , waited at the counter with 3 other customers for about 10 minutes with a few glances from the worker who accidentally dropped a drive through order in the trash, and fished it out, and served it. Don’t worry she checked to make sure if I saw or not, and didn’t care and served it anyway. A fourth customer came in asking what’s going on? Obviously not serving food, I get they are trying to push us to order at the kiosk but you need to figure it out. Never go here.

Easily the worst Taco Bell location in the Fox Valley, and it’s gotten worse with staffing issues. The food sucks, and the employees look, act, and treat customers like they hate their lives. If there aren’t enough employees to literally keep the place open (lobby is closed often due to being short staffed), maybe the solution is to close and transfer the employees to another location that needs help, instead of constantly giving sub-par food and awful service.

Tom's normally has good service and food but today really fell short. I live two hours away so stopping here is a treat when I visit Appleton. While my food was okay, my family's was made wrong. We ordered chipotle on a burger and got works sauce on both. Asked for extra pickles, got zero. Whoever is working must be new or just really not care. We even got parked so our order could be made despite being the only car in drive thru and the order was still wrong.

Reason for review is because of the lack of awareness from employees. I was at the counter for around 5-10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Ended up walking out because I was short on time. It was sort of busy, but not busy enough excuse being completely ignored. A younger employee was outside cleaning the door and held it open for me which was nice, didn’t catch her name. Other than that was very poor customer service! I will have to skip lunch today. Wouldn’t recommend this location!

I absolutely despise giving money to corporate America, so I like the idea of a Tom's Drive-In. But I went there at 3:30 and got a big Tom. It was too obviously hours old Patty's, which were then put on a sandwich and then microwaved. I don't know if you guys know how disgusting microwaved lettuce is, but it's revolting. I've literally never had that happen at Culver's

I feel as if the manager working the drive thru purposely didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't complete their survey. Fries were cold and hard. Burgers were so cold the cheese wasn't even beginning to melt. Meat was hard. Bacon was so tough it came out in one big piece. Surprised they are still in business.

I dont like the frozen processed fish they served me for the price. I've had better frozen fish from the grocery store, yuk!

First time here and I'm in love. Saw the ad for flavored softserve and drove all the way here from oshkosh. Flavored soft serve is so rare these days. I pray they keep it on the menu.

I went to this restaurant for dinner. When I went inside to order, the guy taking my order was flipping his hair around. It was not a good sight to see. Also I wasn’t for sure if it was the manager but he was yelling over the food and next customers trying to order and the employee couldn’t hear the customer. I will not be going to this location again.

Was working up the street and happen to find it. This hidden gem of a place. Staff was chill. That gyro though! Loaded with flavorful meat, fresh tomato and onion, the flat bread was amazing. Overall it was fantastic, highly recommend. Don't mind the building, but definitely come for the food.

It looks pretty rundown on the outside. I honestly thought it was a vacant building for lease or something before I found out it was gyro restaurant. It’s a neat little place though! Pricing was decent, the guy working there was super chill and nice, and the portions were great. My favorite part was definitely the Greek baklava dessert- soooo tasty. I would rate the atmosphere higher just because I found this place to be so intriguing and I loved how quiet it was, but others might find those traits to be faults (like the spider webs and dust and mild bunt-type smell looming in the air). I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is friendly and prompt. They forgot our feta cheese but brought it out right away when we mentioned it. The gyro is huge and tastes awesome! The space is what looks like an old Dairy Queen and the tables weren't cleaned off from previous patrons but the food was really good. While we were there several people called in to go orders. I think that will be our game plan the next time we visit.

Overall the gyros were delicious and service was good. By looking at the building it looked abandoned except for the open sign. Lucky we stopped, it's a hidden gem and food was well worth the price. We'll definitely be back!

I knew the minute i walked in I was about to regret this choice. The place smelt like a dirty dish rag and the guy behind the counter was wearing said dish rag as a shirt. He was pleasant. The food smelled great in the car....it was the cajun fries AMAZING the gyro plate fell flat, just bland and I dont know what that sauce they have the nerve to call tzatziki was just nasty.

Was really craving a Gyro. I took a chance and stopped here. Staff very pleasant. Food not good.

Wow. I love Wendy's. This location is going to be on my no go list. Let's start with the fact we waited 13 minutes after I started realizing it was taking forever to even start taking orders... but then the employees were laughing, joking, carrying on and that's when she started undressing... taking off her shirt to show her under shirt, being loud and CURSING AT CUSTOMERS. Not degrading.. but just like she was at home talking with her friends on club night... the gentleman asked her not to curse and she gave a half assed apology, saying she thought he looked cool... with his kid right there...I have issue with swearing... but 0 percent professional. That's when she started wiping her sweat with her work shirt and saying she didn't care because she was supposed to be off so she didn't give a damn... I'm not coming back of she's here. Horrible employee!

Paid on the app and was charged. Upon picking up the order I was told that the payment didn’t go through which was not accurate according to my bank app. I was then told I needed to pay again and that if both charges went through that I would get a refund upon returning. Me not wanting to argue in the moment I went along. The first crew was pleasant. Day 2 I return for the refund, different crew. Very disorganized and multiple upset people in the lobby with one guy yelling at them as I walked in. I was told to wait for the refund because they were busy but that I would be helped. 10 mins go by and I politely ask if the manager can help me for my refund quickly, I was told no because they were busy and the manager could not leave the window. I decided to then pull through the drive thru and explained the issue and was told I was to handle that in the lobby which I pointed out that I had already tried that, 30 seconds of me showing them the charges and the app receipt and I was told the money would be waiting in the lobby when I pulled around. I guess I should have just used the drive thru to begin with? Before resorting to having to return, I opted to try a refund through app support, they said I had to return to the store for it. A chargeback on my card would have taken days and was a last resort. Moral of the story, just go get food somewhere else.

Never had a bad experience at this location before but it's a new store. Had to wait 20 minutes or more in line for one sandwich through drive through. They did not even give me napkins. my order was very slow do not come here if you want fast food. You never know give it a week and they might have different team members seems like every time I come here there's new staff

I'm assuming this place has management issues. Poor poor quality control! The food was subpar. French fries should have been in the garbage.Probably two hours before we came. Along with our order was messed up of course. They were nice about that , as you would expect. I wouldn't be interested in going back. Been a long time since I had Wendy's. My only complaint is when I ordered i selected curside, when I showed up I checked I was there in the app and was told the food would be out. After 10 mins I had to go inside, waited another 5 minutes before anyone realized I was there.

They let someone who was not door dash take our order. When our dasher arrived at the store he/she was told they already made it too bad so sad basically. Tried to call the store but all the numbers listed are the same and disconnected. I thought maybe with the reopen maybe it got better there. I guess not. Won't be ordering there again.

Every time! Burgers are not fresh. Cold cheese that should be somewhat melted. 2 round pickles on a double cheeseburger. Soggy top buns. Unsalted fries. Always forget my ketchup. Why have signs up for products you literally don't have anymore. $7 double cheeseburger. Culvers does is better and fresh for less then that.

So, I stopped in this location in Appleton, only to NOT purchase any food. And that’s because, the restaurant itself inside was absolutely disgusting. The floors were sticky like they haven’t been mopped, there was a grotesque odor inside the restaurant, and looking behind the register into the kitchen area, there was pools of dirty water, all over the floor, along with trash, the outside of the restaurant by the garbage cans was disgusting. Furthermore, I researched reviews of this specific A&W before coming here, and others mentioned similar observations to mine as well, but I wanted to verify myself. This is by far one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever encountered with uncleanliness. I’m glad I did go inside to see that mess, because can you imagine all these customers going through the drive-thru unknowingly how their food is handled after they consume it? That’s pure nastiness. This specific restaurant needs to be reported to the Outagamie health department immediately for a health & safety audit. Furthermore, I know the ‘owner’ is aware of these conditions inside the restaurant, because he/she has directly responded to other past customers concerns in Google reviews and this restaurant is still operating in this condition? Unacceptable and it needs to be shut down, or it will just eventually go out of business due to other complaints in addition. (i.e- Long wait times, sanitary concerns, rude employees, ect). I’m all about diversity and supporting restaurants, but only those who strive to properly ensure the restaurant is held to a high standard of cleanliness, and this location does not. And to the ‘owner’ who is reading this review, do better in holding your A&W to a higher level of accountability or get out of this industry. Consumer beware.

Short woman came out of kitchen and was constantly screaming, it was like being an episode of Seinfeld with George Costanza‘s mom just screeching at the top of her lungs telling the guys in the back who couldn’t be heard to quit talking “naughty” with a voice that sounded like nails on a chalkboard… Chili dogs were nuked, nasty runny cheese that you would put on nachos, and they never bothered to warm up the chili. Zero stars isn’t an option unfortunately. Won’t be coming back.

I ordered two pizzas through DoorDash. I order here once or twice a year. Always great. But this time I got two pizzas that were barely cooked at all. It was disturbing. I had to try to salvage them in my oven. Nobody in their right mind would think it was OK to box and send those out. And looking over the reviews I'm not the only one getting bad orders through the online order apps. The people that work here need to leave if they don't like it instead of potentially making people sick. Never ordering here again. They don't even respond to reviews. Whoever franchises/owns this store doesn't care either, go figure.

Pitiful. I ordered a Hawaiian slice because the display pizza looked delicious and full of toppings. The slice I received had half the amount of toppings. I asked why I didn’t get one of the slices that were shown, I was told they didn’t want to serve that one and when I asked why the display had twice the amount of toppings, both guys just looked at me with a blank stare. Will not return.

I ordered from Uber and the staff sent me two slices of burnt pizza. I don’t know if they should be more ashamed for doing this, or the fact that their only job is to bake pizza and somehow they mess that up.

The staff here seems like they hate their job and life. The foods mediocre, seems like it's been sitting on these plates for hours and hours. The girl here wouldn't even put her phone down for 2 seconds to acknowledge the line of customers. Sad what this place has become.

We went as a group on December 27th. At 3:15, I tried to order a whole pizza. The girl wasn't sure if I could and asked the guy who was making it. He came over and said they didn't have the ingredients, and it would be two more hours! Well, there was enough made pizza of what I was going to order, so I asked if he would be willing to sell us a whole pizza with what they had made already (the whole pizza price vs. By the slice). I really didn't think this was an unreasonable request, seeing they didn't have the ingredients to complete our order. Well, he said no :(. About a half hour later, we then saw someone else walking away with a whole pizza box. I'm not sure if they paid the per slice price or if they somehow got a full pizza :/ Well, for being a pizza place, we were definitely bummed they didn't have the ingredients for a cheese pizza. And then disappointed they wouldn't honor the whole pizza price when they had enough made :( .

The worst customer service I’ve ever had today coming to this location. It’s been a very long time feeling frustrated because of employees giving terrible customer service. No care in the world and overcharged me for a drink. With it being 11:30 in the morning, the food was cold, very expensive, and most importantly disgusting service.

People behind counter are texting while people are trying to order. Employees can’t get peoples order right so they have to charge multiple times to get it corrected.

Wanted to say that Sarah is an awesome employee and deserves a raise in my opinion!😁 she has limitless energy and a great smile for the customer. She also went out of her way to carry food to the play area because the moms were full! Thank you all Burger King! Excellent visit!!

Been going to this specific Burger King since in as a child, lived right down the street after all. I remember my brother and I biking for breakfast in the morning. It was an amazing pastime, still come here from time to time, great staff and food all around!

Fast food, nothing special though I think it is a bit better than McDonald’s. Customer service was great inside. Helped by a new employee of four weeks named Jennifer. She was friendly and had great customer service skills! Best I have seen in long time in a chain restaurant. Food came quickly and the inside was clean.

*EDIT. I went back and they not only got me fresh fries and a heartfelt apology. But a coupon for a free meal to use whenever. Changing my review to match the wonderful response of the team there. Bonus points to the manager for not ragging on the staff, but kindly reminding them to quality check and helped them fill the order.) A very good alternative to other fast food. However I was very disappointed when I got home and saw how old and dry and shriveled my fries were. I was there in the middle of the day during a dead time... guess I should have asked for fresh cuz these were clearly sitting out for ages. Why would anyone look at these and think "yes this is okay to give to someone" sad. I was really was craving the fries in particular. I'll change my review if I can get fresh fries.

Used to be pretty good, a lot of little things added up to a bad experience recently. I decided to try the new Whopper Melt they were advertising on their big Burger King sign. The sandwich came with the right ingredients inside but the wrong bun. We used a deal on the app that clearly said we could get a free Original Chicken Sandwich with a $3 purchase but was told the deal doesn’t work for the OCS. The bun of the Chicken sandwich we did get was a little burnt and very very stale. Half the fries were hot, and half were cold. The pop was all ice and very little actual soda. Very disappointed, we will be going to McDonald’s from now on.

I did an online order, The bread was wrong and super crusted, dry, not fresh. I walked over to pick my sandwich up in a blizzard. Kindly called back and the woman I talk to was super rude said well why don’t you walk back over here and show us and we can fix it in front of you. And you know what sometimes it’s not about getting something for free. It’s about somebody saying I apologize that was your experience. But that was not my experience. She was rude, short, snarky, and literally tried to tell me it was the right bread when I’m sitting here looking at it being the wrong. Went to order cookies and was told that she can't touch the cookies for 45mins (in a very rude tone) Since when is it policy to let cookies sit out and get hard and nasty for so long? I've gotten fresh cookies from other locations without any complaints or attitudes, fresh off the pan. workers at this location need an attitude adjustment, last week the worker was busy on her phone and dropped the entire bucket into the ice machine and I can guarantee that bucket wasn't sanitized so everything that was on the outside of the bucket touched the ice that people were using for drinks

Employees smoking marijuana in the back, could smell weed when I was trying to eat. Not cool! Whoever manages this location is not professional at all! Also, the employees are rude as heck! Lots of swearing going on as well.

My fiance & I both give this store a 1 star rating. If we could give it zero stars we would. I called there and spoke with the manager about the rewards card and how we did not receive our points due to the lack of explanation by the employee on how to go about registering it. Therefore, we lost out on points for our 2 visits. The manager was quite rude on the phone and when I told her she lost 2 customers she very rudely hung up on me. Managers are supposed to listen and try to come up with resolutions when customers call with any and all types of complaints, she did neither of those. I was also mean mugged by one of the employees and the employees were also very rude. Seems they don't care about their jobs. Definitely not very professional to say the least. We will not be going there again. Also, store was not very clean and employees did not change gloves when making each customers subs.

Don’t go to this location. I work in customer service and am not one to usually write reviews like this but the service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. The boy was annoyed the second I walked in to pick up my online order. There were two people in the store but I was 10 minutes early and knew I was so I had no problem waiting but he was not happy I was early. Got snippy and kept repeating that I was SUPER early and he just got the order. Told him I put the order in ten minutes ago but I didn’t mind waiting at all and he kept on about how he just got it. Then he says, “Are there any cheese on these?” Snippy. I said, “Yep, we put that in online as well.” I was looking at my receipt and walked over to him to show him and patted him on the back like it’s ok and just asked we cool it on the attitude. He then flipped out and got loud, causing other customers to leave, and slapped the sandwich down and walked away saying he wouldn’t be making my sandwich that I already paid for. It was just an outrageous experience and no manager there to intervene. I will never bother them with my business again and I suggest anyone else does the same or go to the one on Wisconsin.

This was my second visit to a Slim Chickens, and it solidified my opinion: this place is a winner. Located in Appleton, WI, this fast-food establishment offers a surprisingly tasty and satisfying experience. The restaurant itself is clean and operates with a counter service model. On both occasions, I've been able to walk right up and order, with a minimal wait time for my food (around 10 minutes this visit). I opted for the wings again, and they didn't disappoint. The buffalo sauce had a distinct, almost orange hue, which was different from what I'm accustomed to. However, the flavor was excellent – a perfect balance of tangy and spicy. The french fries were also a standout, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My only slight disappointment was the mac and cheese. While the flavor was good, it was served lukewarm, which caused it to cool down quickly. Had it been served hot, this would have easily been a five-star experience. Despite the mac and cheese temperature issue, my overall experience at Slim Chickens was positive. The food is consistently good, the service is efficient, and the restaurant is clean. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

First time at Slim Chickens. I ordered tenders and two different types of chicken sandwiches. I thought it was good and the prices are reasonable. They have a lot of custom sauces, which I think is key to help bring out the flavor of what people are looking for with chicken. Not only that, they do crafted desserts that were very popular when I was ordering. Service was great. Overall, I would come back, especially with the desserts that looked outstanding.

1st ever having. It was really good even after hanging on my handlebars for 15 minutes while I went to the park. Very yummy 5 tenders fries and toast. I guess I should've gotten the slim sauce I didn't know but next time I shall.

We decided to try it after seeing the bill board I 41. Fast, friendly amazing service. Food was absolutely delicious.i had mac and cheese tender bowl and hubby had chicken strips and fries meal, we got a shake and dessert jars. (We couldn't eat it all) We will be sure to eat here again next month when we come to Appleton again.

I had an issue with my truck and couldn't make it to pick up an order that I had placed. I baked and had them cancel the order before it was made and they did. I was however able to fix my issue and make it in time but because the order was canceled I had to place it again. The guy on the phone wasn't the most pleasant and had an attitude when I saw him in person. They took my order and I waited but when I arrived home I had discovered that they didn't give me any of my dipping sauces. I had some issues before and a very nice lady made sure that I was taken care of but I waited a few months before returning and had the same issues with the sauces and missing items from before. I love the food but it makes it hard when simple orders get messed up.

The chicken strips were crispy and moist, the fries and the perfect width and man the sauces. There are lots of choices sauce wise, my only wish is that the gravy would be thicker and less bland, and the toast wasn't anything special. otherwise the chicken was top notch, better than kfc, and their fries dipped in ranch 😋 yummy . Definitely worth a try if uou never been there

First time trying slim chickens. Just drove past, didn't even know it was there so we stopped. Inside was very clean and inviting. Employees were friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The food came out quick! Definitely better than Popeyes or chic filet. Had the Nashville hot chicken and fries and my wife had the three piece chicken and Mac and cheese. Both very good for fast food chicken. If yoy see this place it's a definate stop!
