Our first time here. The food is soo good. Servers here are very nice and supportive. We’re really enjoy being here. Will comeback!!

After visiting Goderich Beach and the Lighthouse, I stopped at Park House Bar and Restaurant and it was a great choice. I ordered the ribs and wings combo and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and it made for a perfect way to end a day in Goderich. I’d definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in town!

Really good burgers, fresh ingredients, tasty and juicy patty. AMAZING carrot cake, 100% recommended even if carrot cake is not your go-to choice of dessert. There was a a large crowd from a golf tournament the night we visited so a bit louder than I imagine it normally would be, and slower service but we still had a good time.

We had a delightful lunch at Park House. Staff were very flexible and low key; food was right on; prices were fair. I want to bring my child there sometime for the bottomless drinks! We had the Summer Steak Salad (steak to our preference, bold flavours) and Buddha Bowl (light, fresh, yummy!). Totally recommend.

It's everything I remember. It's been about 15 yrs since we had made our way to Godrich, but even after all those years this restaurants hasn't changed a bit. Very homelike feel and the food is amazing. Definitely won't wait another 15 yrs.

First and last for us! Average food with a longer than average wait time No wait for a table but it was 20 minutes before being greeted by our server, no drink menu was offered until it was time to order and we had to ask what options were available. We were seated for 57 minutes before our meals came out (no apps) and they were mostly cold, other than the fries. Several other tables with larger groups were seated, served, and left before we even saw our food (party of 3). Disappointed to say the least after receiving several recommendations to eat here from locals

They renovated and removed the public soda fountain, so no free refills. Their bicycle parking is in terrible condition and location. the rack and rocks feels like it'll damage my bicycle. Besides those 2 things, the service and food is standard.

The service was fine, food was exactly what we expected at McDonald's. However, this place is no longer wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair accessible entrance opens outwards, but once it is open it blocks the walkway. Bare minimum the walkway needs to be extended into the garden so a wheelchair can get past before the door is open. Ideally the door will be switched to open to the other side. On the other side of the building, the curb is too high to allow driving up.

Asked for a large fry, got home and pulled my fry out of the bag to find it barely half full. Waste of money. Will not be coming back. Looks like the Wingham McDonalds will have my service from now on.

I’ve come into the store a few times since there new renovations they all together need to work as a team I seen three people standing around and one person at the window stressed as all could be. Fast food can be tricky but my food didn’t need to sit on the counter for 25 mins where I can see it and then finally when someone comes to the counter for a split second you can try to get there attention. I’ve left this location before with out the ice cream I bought because it took too long, some people had to come in from there cars to get there ice cream and food they had been waiting for because it was taking 20 or more minutes! Please do better and work as a team so everyone can have a better work day and not be so stressed thank you!

Felt bad for the workers, it was SO busy, and they needed more help. One employee seemed lost and overwhelmed, wandering around, while the others tried their best to keep up. Our fries were still frozen inside and the chicken sandwich was messy and gross. We were missing a large fry as well, but didnt notice until we had already left. 😞 It took over half an hour to get out food. Not the quick stop we were looking for.

If i could leave zero stars I would. We missed a toy in our happy meal, revived pickles and onions on our burgers that we order without and that had the ticket on there. This is completely frustrating and unacceptable and I am beyond disappointed this is terrible service. What tops it off is that the staff were extremely rude. When we brought up these issues we were met with a disrespectful response and tone. I expect more from a place that dominates the fast food industry

As a long haul truck driver, I have been across Canada & the United States. This McDonald's is top shelf in morning drive-thru. The ladies have got their speel down to an art. The staff here are outgoing, vivacious, always a smile on their face & really make your morning, as you order your coffee & breakfast to go. Well done & thanks 😊

Friday July 12 around 7pm, we stopped for dinner on our way through Goderich. Every single table was dirty and/or covered with the dishes and wrappers from the previous customers. A couple of families were finishing up their meals, but the restaurant was by no means busy. The staff were all in the kitchen and it took a few minutes for someone to come out to take our order. When he did, he seemed distracted by whatever fun time they were having in the kitchen. I ordered a veggie burger and barely got the words out of my mouth before he cut me off to inform me that it would take 10 minutes to cook. I said that was fine, we placed the rest of our order and went to find a seat. The staff member who took our order immediately disappeared back into the kitchen, so we were unable to ask to have a table cleaned off. I used some napkins and hand sanitizer to wipe off the table because it was covered in food pieces and sticky residue. Our food was ready in about the time he said, it was fine, although a little bit cold, which seemed strange since they had to obviously make the burger fresh. There were boxes of napkins sitting on the counter for our entire visit, a mop and bucket out on the floor of the restaurant, and the entire time we were sitting eating, nobody came out to have a look around the restaurant, the staff remained in the back. We could hear lots of laughing , as they were having a grand old time back there. There were dirty dishes piled by the condiment stand as well, and nobody came to get them. There was also randomly a tool sitting out beside our table. I hope the owner is aware of the absolutely unacceptable level of service and cleanliness in this restaurant. We even watched another customer come in and wait several minutes for someone to come and take his order. (Nobody did) He then left without ordering, looking frustrated that no one had come to take care of him.

Had a negative experience on December 13 at 2:46 PM as one of the burgers seem to have been repurposed and had a byte already taken. I still have no transparency on how this happened or what will be done to fix the issue. Until then I don’t recommend this place.

Very Yt. Staff couldn’t take our order for 10 minutes because they were in the middle of a gossip session. Lied to another patron about veggie burgers. Everything on the menu was “a ten minute wait” Yt customers that came in us after ordered 5 kids meals and 4 burgers. We ordered 3 burgers and two fountain sodas. Other group was served ten minutes before us. 0/10, would not recommend

I enjoyed a breakfast here on my way to Goderich ,I was pleased with the service and the food was better that I expected I had 2 toast 2 bacon 2 sausages 2 eggs and a hash brown with a small coffee for one $12.99

There are three great breakfast spots in town and I personally think A&W is one of them. Fast food, cooked perfectly, a clean environment and awesomely friendly staff. 👍

My boyfriend ordered a Medium Rare ribeye steak for his dinner and the steak came out raw. He asked the server to have it recook and the kitchen still sent it back the same. It was so disappointing! My boyfriend couldn't even eat it and loss his appetite. The server was kind enough not to bill us for the steak but in the end it wasn't a pleasant experience

Value vs. cost? Chuck’s has the value over cost. When considering a burger for lunch, Chuck’s has them all beat. The service on this occasion could have been a little better. We received what we asked for. A little above what was asked can go a long way. Being a very casual place, it was quite enjoyable and comfortable. BTW-The onion rings are pretty good. Parking is a little tight.

Food was good, so was the service! I liked my fish and chips more than the pasta! the pasta tasted average.

Decent burgers and food for lunchtime. The service wasn’t particularly attentive, but we were there at 2pm on a Tuesday.

Food was pretty good. The server who was supposed to be taking care of us didnt even stop by our table once. Finally, a server named Josh realized we didn't have any drinks or anything and started to serve us. God bless that man, he was taking care of every table on his own it seemed like. Went back today and we had him again. Service was great, food was good. We'll come back here again.

We greeted and seated immediately. The sever was very welcoming and friendly. The owner even came out and greeted. Very friendly and chill atmosphere. We ordered the chicken teriyaki sizzler, which was absolutely amazing. I have gotten burgers there several times (my go-to) because they are excellent and well priced. I’m so glad o tried the sizzler this time, because it was awesome. Chucks is truly our favorite place to eat in Goderich!! Small town family charm!

Holy crap. Reading the three star reviews about this place makes my head spin “salad needs to come with a salad fork”, “fish and chips is hard to cut when served in a basket” and “my Caesar was only rimmed with lemon and lime, no celery” This place has great food, great service and better prices on steak than buying it at the supermarket and cooking in yourself. Five stars all day long. The best run Chucks I have been to!

I LOVE harvey’s. it’s my favourite fast food restaurant. however this restaurant has let me down a few times. Today i ordered deep fried pickles and was shocked when i opened the box to find the saddest looking pickles i’ve ever seen. I usually get a full box of pickles, but i don’t know how someone saw these pickles and said this was acceptable to serve to a customer. I’m disappointed in the quality i received. i wish i had better things to say about this restaurant.

We stopped for lunch at this location, it was my friend's first time. Location was in a big parking lot not the most accessible, however it had nice decor outside, with chairs, tables and Lights. We walked inside it is split joint with a Swiss chalet. There was a small line, and it moved pretty fast. We ordered burger meals and shakes, they were pretty good speed wise. Very patient works, They put the 2 picked in the X shape, + Bonus points. Food was very tasty, shakes were good. We still have the Mini Fry box in our window it got stuck. It was clean and fast, with good food. Would Recommend! (My Friend liked it.)

I was visiting Goderich and came to this location for a quick lunch. The restaurant is super clean, staffs are very helpful and the customer service was immaculate. I highly rate this location if you are from Goderich or visiting.

I had a wonderful experience I ordered some food , and everything was fresh .The highlight of my visit was the amazing service from a staff– so kind, welcoming, and professional. She made sure my order was perfect and greeted me with a warm smile that truly made my day. It’s rare to find such great customer service, 👏.

This location has been nothing but disappointing. This isn’t even the first time we’ve had bad experiences here before, and sadly nothing has changed. The food is always sloppy and cold, like nobody cares about quality. The staff don’t seem interested in getting orders right, and the manager is even worse rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take responsibility when things go wrong. It feels like customer service just doesn’t matter at this location. After giving them multiple chances, I’m done. This Harvey’s has lost my trust for good.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru and when I got my food, it was cold. 👍 im assuming cause it was sitting there while they cooked everyone elses food. Maybe change this process. my fault for thinking fast food would be fast i guess. I was late for work.

We walked into this Location of subway, very convenient as it is right of Highway 21. Subway is usually pretty good, and this subway had a nice atmosphere with cool wall decor, fresh veggies and fun signs. We ordered our subs, service was excellent, fast, but forgetful at the end trying to remember the subs. Price was okay, however 2 cookies per person was pretty good. Nice variety of chips and pops. Rarely they have MTN DEW but this location did. ( MTN DEW Is my favourite pop.) Some interesting stains on the booths, and was a bit dirty. The bathroom was cold, even so it was clean. This subway location impressed me. Would recommend if you're craving a tasty sub. Also be CAREFUL the pop machine will attack you with Diet Pepsi!

Their oven not working. There was 2 working employees at the time. The male employee constantly wiping his nose with the side of his arm while making subs! Disgusting, if you have a runny nose stay home!!! I am editing this review bc it won’t let respond to the owners response. I can assure you the male employee WAS wiping his nose with his arm AND the oven was not working It was disgustingly obvious he has a cold. Judging by the reviews,as well as mine I would not recommend this location and thank you I will have a nice day

they let me in 5 minutes to closing. made a sub that absolutely slapped (i.e. sub was very good). ultra clean inside. bread was fluffy and not dry even near closing time. this subway is being ran legit. das it im out

We ordered six pizzas and only two of them came with sauce. We asked for light sauce on all of them. For 4 to come not sauced isn’t ok. Our kids wouldn't eat the pizza.

I just moved here from Oakville and I was honestly stunned at how friendly the service was here compared to the service at the pizza places in my hometown. Definitely a go to place to order from.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. Upon entering, I was met with what seemed like racial profiling, and the owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. When I asked to add more toppings, he rudely pointed his palm at me and told me to wait—even though there were no other customers at the time. The rice portion was very small and dry, and unfortunately, this was the same issue I faced during my last visit, so I was expecting better quality, but it was not improved. While he may be the owner, it’s important to remember that customer service and respect are key. When I requested a refund, he initially refused, but after I asked again, he reluctantly gave it. I took my receipt and left quickly. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. Straight went to subway after this and everything was fresh,cheap and perfecto.

This is a clean place and the food is good. Only downside is that they put way too much rice and way too little protein. We got extra protein small size for $2 and it came in a tiny cup where you normally put dressing. The large size is $4. For 2 people , it might be wise to get a regular size bowl, with a large portion of protein. Other than that the food was good. The girl taking our order at the cash register was really helpful in answering all our questions

I had the new twist and it was with turkey instead of ham with chipotle mango spice and it was delicious also love the great effort they put into making my Philly cheese which was excellent too 😊

First ordered online came to pick up my food everything was great but the people who say less greasy than other places I'd say it's about the same as other Caesars. I had also noticed that the restaurant isn't really wheelchair accessible... now that's something that's a bit crazy to me in 2024.

Asked for multiple fresh pizzas and agreed to wait atleast 10 minutes for them, when the pizzas were done and boxed a fresh one was swapped and we were givin an older cold pizza from the shelf mixed in with my order. While a young male worker took one of the fresh ones for himself that we requested made.

Hidden inside the Shell station is a gem. This is the second time I've ordered from KwikBite Indian Take-out. Excellent both times. Give this place some love. Friendly, helpful people and good food.

A hidden gem inside the Shell gas station on Victoria Street North (Hwy 21). These guys are super friendly and helpful. I love that we have a great little Indian food option here in our small town. I always go for the aloo (potato) samosas with a variety of chutneys. Pictured also is the butter chicken, rice, and garlic naan. Orders usually take about 30 mins or so. They also offer a lot of delicious Indian snack foods!

Small little counter for a take out... People who wants to eat Indian food .. there are not many choices.. so it's ok.. not a great taste... but you can eat.

The price of the place is ok. We ordered butter chicken, dal makhni and rice. The dal makhni was good. It was tasty. I would give it 8/10.The butter chicken gravy was watery with small few pieces of chicken. A 2/10 for the butter chicken. Rice was of good quality and quantity.
