Ice cream shop
Sebastian Joe's Ice Cream Cafe is a family-owned and operated ice cream shop in Linden Hills that has been open for more than 30 years. The store features seven unique flavors of ice cream, all of which are variations on classic desserts. The Nicollet Avenue Pothole is the store's most popular flavor, and it remains one even in the depths of winter.
I have loved my experience here at Sebastian Joe’s every single time. When I called to inquire about buy an ice cream cake, the employees were very helpful and informative. I loved the positive energy they all had. Their ice cream and ice cream cakes are delish!

Got the Pavarotti. It was thick, creamy and flavorful. I can understand why they’re MN’s pride in terms of ice cream.
Gaizlle M — Google review
Awesome ice cream treats; not cheap but worth the self indulgence. Don’t miss their made in house cookie 🍪 ice cream sandwiches and the CHOCO TACO which are all made in house & ready to go 👍!
Jeff G — Google review
Sebastian Joe's was an impromptu stop on our trip when the mood for ice cream hit. And if you are reading this, forget impromptu and make this part of your plans! We had a few different flavors and each one was beautifully crafted to satisfy our tastes buds. Peanut butter, toasted coconut, almond and blueberry. It's a cute shop with friendly staff and other offerings as well, which includes coffee and other baked goods. So do your taste buds a favor and visit Sebastian Joe's. Enjoy!!

$75 a pound or something like that. The ice cream is OK but it’s not worth that high price frankly. $5.75 for a single scoop. I saw a family getting free samples with their kids and taking them home 🤣🤣🤣There are not many flavors and the ice scream is like Kemp’s. Not even like La Michoacána. At least the Mexican flavored ice cream you can taste it. This you can’t really. Use your imagination for the rest.
Been’there — Google review
The pineapple ice cream shake was really bitter for some reason. I'm not sure what happened there. Otherwise, everything else seemed really great! Great selection and friendly staff
Anastasia F — Google review
Lots of ice cream options and everything we tried was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff.
G W — Google review
What a Gem joint for Ice cream. I try the Lemon Sorbet and was delicious. Exactly the way should be, a fresh and natural flavor. My daughter try the Oreo ice cream and was also very good, a lot of cookies inside. Price higher than a Dairy Quuen, but you will not get the flavors than you will find here.

Ice cream shop
Restaurant
Milkjam Creamery is a trendy and modern ice cream shop in Minneapolis that draws crowds with its creative flavors and fun names. Despite the long lines during summer, the wait is worth it to try their unique concoctions like Cereal Killers and Ridin Duuurty. The shop also offers handcrafted ice cream pies, cakes, shakes, floats, and vegan options.
Awesome ice cream joint, they have vegan gluten free nut free delicious bomb coconut flake ice cream! Also vegan black caramel! Always a delight!
Dustin G — Google review
I like artisanal ice cream as much as anyone, but this place has some flaws. First the pros: good tasting ice cream, unusual and original flavors. Now the cons: #1, the sundaes take a really long time to make - like 2+min per sundae - so be prepared to wait A LONGGGG TIME if you’re behind or with people getting them (they put WAY too many toppings on, like let the ice cream flavor speak for itself). #2, the prices are high: $7.5 / single scoop in cone, $11.5 / 2 scoop in waffle cone - these are “really hot date or work is paying for this” prices. I know we’re in Minneapolis and all, but still, that’s at least $1.50 over conceivably reasonable. #3, the waffle cone was mushy (or got so really fast) and started falling apart - poor structural integrity there. #4, the goat yogurt “Uma” flavor melted much quicker than the roasted strawberry (possibly what mushed the cone) - they should put the faster melting flavors on top or re-engineer their products or cooling methods. #5, it’s summer and I strongly feel more fruity varieties were needed. Summary: Taste: 5/5 Cone: 2/5 Variety: 3/5 Speed: 1/5 Consistency: 3/5 Price range: high Would definitely try again, but only if it’s a really hot date or work is paying for it.
Riley O — Google review
The cakes were delicious. If you have a party of 10-15 one cake should suffice. I was told otherwise so I ended up ordering two. Thankfully they are doing well in the freezer! The bottom layer has a wonderful texture. The cakes have such unique flavours. They were loved by everyone! I needed to deduct stars because unfortunately one of the cakes was horribly melted upon arrival. We were able to put in the freezer, but it still looked like a mess. It really put a damper on the special occasion. I wouldn't pay for delivery if you're able to pick it up.
Parm K — Google review
I consider myself an ice cream snob and this is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Yes, it’s expensive, and it’s worth every penny. Flavors rotate consistently and never disappoint. Staff is always friendly. I buy by the $12 pint weekly and order 2 cones when I come in because it’s that freaking good.
Emily M — Google review
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 DE-LICIOUS. A bit pricey, but let me repeat - delicious. If taste buds could throw a party, this is where they’d do it! This ice cream shop is an explosion of joy in a waffle cone - if you're into the waffle cone life. Every scoop is a full-blown flavor firework—bold, creamy, and downright magical. I tried Hard Knock Life and Ridin Duuurty, and I’m convinced the staff churns each batch with unicorn tears and sunshine. It might be the only explanation! While I give a rave review of Milkjam, I found the quantity for the price to leave something to be desired. Unlike other ice cream shops where it might seem a little spendy, many places are generous with their portions. Not the impression I got here, at least for their smallest size - see picture. All in all though, dynamite place. I warn you of the addictive delectableness of their ice cream, spontaneous brain freezes from devouring it faster than free food at a fair.
David R — Google review
I had a sundae with my girlfriend and it was really good - I just wish ice cream wasnt so expensive these days. $11 for 2 scoops of ice cream with some toppings and brownie chunks seems high :(
Seth N — Google review
A nice ice-cream shop with vegan options being available. However, a bit expensive.
Nurana D — Google review
This is the hands down, best ice cream shop in the metro! I have been coming here since it opened and have been addicted! The monthly flavor changes are fun and exciting, but the black is just something special! The lines get long when it's nice out, but the wait is worth it!

Ice cream shop
Pumphouse Creamery is a cozy ice cream shop that offers a variety of classic, unique, and non-dairy flavors. Nestled in the Lake Nokomis neighborhood of South Minneapolis, this hidden gem uses organic and locally sourced ingredients to create their sophisticated ice cream offerings. From light and floral to citrusy and coffee-infused flavors, there's something for every palate.
Pumphouse Creamery is great name with even greater ice cream. What fun and unique flavors they had to choose from and how delicious they all were. It's a very small place and the line was out the door when we went. Things moved quickly though and it was a nice day. Service was friendly and we all enjoyed our choices. I like to say, "if you like ice cream, you'll like this place" and this holds true here, while being a step above your average ice cream. Enjoy!!
Michael L — Google review
The ice cream was amazing! Got the ice cream flight and 4 out of 5 flavors were delicious, I was astounded by the lemon olive oil&sea salt and the vanilla! And you can’t miss the malted vanilla and chocolate if you like ovaltine. The service was excellent - they offered me to taste every single flavor and I was half full before I even got to order. Planning for the next trip already!
Lina L — Google review
Cute little Ice cream shop, selling organic homemade flavors, waffle cones, kiddie cups and pints! Always busy!! Quick friendly service! Smiling helpful even a tiny taste if ur unsure on the flavor! Definitely recommend!
Jersey J — Google review
I am here because Google said they had vegan shakes. Once I arrived it seems they only had 1 dairy free ice cream option and 1 sorbet. Since I am not a fan of mint chocolate chip, I decided to just forget about the stomach ache the regular ice cream would give and order a cookies and cream shake. I always ordered an ice cream cookie, even being lactose intolerant I was very bothered after eating the ice cream here. It was worth the risk, the shake and ice cream sandwich were bomb.
Patrick K — Google review
I cannot say enough good about this place. I stopped in yesterday to try it for the first time and actually found myself back there today for more. One look at the website will show you the effort and love that is put into each and every flavor they offer. I tried the mini-scoop flight and also received a sample of the lemon olive oil and sea salt which was incredible. From top to bottom in the photo: Rhubarb - 5/5 Salty Peanut butter chip 4/5 Black Garlic 3/5 (not for me, but interesting) Fresh Banana - 5/5 (my favorite) Madagascar Vanilla - 5/5 Staff was friendly and I will definitely be back.

So glad we chose this place for a late-night treat! The ice cream truly was some of the best I've had! My husband had the chocolate with chocolate chips (simple but flavorful) and I had the Burnt Butterscotch with Toffee and WOW was it amazing!! We may return tomorrow while in town, it was that good. Such a unique menu, classy feel, and friendly staff with wonderful high-quality flavor. The beautiful neighborhood location was also an unexpected bonus with several highly-rated mom-and-pop stops within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Best ice cream I've ever had. Staff is super friendly. Flavors are varied and delicious. Highly recommend the mini scoop flight!

Such a cute place...& the ice cream! Sebastian Joe's is great...but Pumphouse is incredible! I ordered the 5 mini scoop sampler. My favorite was the lemon, infused olive oil & seat salt! A close runner up was the lavender!

Ice cream shop
Grand Ole Creamery is a charming ice cream parlor located on Grand Avenue in St. Paul, with a traditional vibe and a wide array of classic flavors like peppermint bon bon and birthday cake. Established in 1984, this beloved shop exudes rustic appeal and offers over 200 flavors, including handmade gourmet ice cream served in homemade waffle cones. President Obama even made a stop here during his visit to the Twin Cities in 2014.
Really neat Ice Cream place. Nice to see kids working and having fun too. Choices of ice cream was plenty. Few spots to sit inside as well as outside. Was really yummy if your in the area and looking for a a sweet treat this would definitely be worth a stop. Waffle cones made fresh too that's a huge plus!
Shane R — Google review
This is a mix of perfect old times ice cream shop atmosphere and top shelf quality ice cream. The staff is super friendly, helpful and efficient. There are a few seats inside along with outdoor seating, so whether you want something to stay or go, this place is a winner!
Brian O — Google review
Fabulous ice cream! We stopped there after a heavy dinner, so we only had a little room for ice cream and it did not disappoint. My girlfriend had the macdaddy and I had raspberry chocolate and both were delicious. Service was friendly, fast and efficient.
Yaron Y — Google review
Lots of fun flavors to choose from with cup or cone options! Pile it high! Some seating available inside and nice staff.
Mackenzee P — Google review
A regular favorite. It's a little out of our regular stomping grounds, but we try to make it a regular stop. Ice cream quality and quantity is excellent. Prices are on a par with other establishments. My recommendation is try the multi-flavor sampler. The scoops are smaller than a regular cup or cone, but you don't have to decide! Also the perfect size for sharing.
Thorr K — Google review
Love the ice cream BUT...they don't have information regarding allergens available at the Nokomis location beyond labeling flavors NF/GF on their sign (i.e. eggs). If you have questions, no one responds to the email address listed on their site or their Instagram account. The staff in store (at both locations) are super friendly and want to be helpful, but aren't given enough information or trained by management on the topic--Grand Ave. staff told us their "best guess." Disappointing that we can't go there anymore since ice cream isn't worth risking my child's health.
Kelsey S — Google review
Great ice cream best waffle cones very crowded line was outside. Long review: The cone is very crunchy and nice. The raspberry sorbet was ok, vanilla was good. The scoops were small for an ice cream shop (especially charging a $10 for a two scoop desert). It is very authentic and the service is impeccable. The line was outside at 9 pm.
Tonguç Y — Google review
I’ve been here many times with friends and family. We’ve had a great experience every time. The staff is wonderful - friendly, informative, and patient. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The serving size is generous, but not overly so. Parking at this location can be a challenge at times, but it’s worth the challenge. Favorite flavors so far: Mac Daddy, Coconut Chip, and Marshmallow Man. But I’m sure they are all amazing.

MN Nice Cream is a gourmet ice cream spot that offers a wide array of toppings, making it perfect for ice cream enthusiasts who love to dig into their treats. The Camper and Bourbon Caramel are standout options, loaded with delicious mix-ins like peanut butter cups, pretzels, smores, and brownie. The interior is also Instagram-worthy with neon signs and artistic wall installations.
Glencoe Regional Health recently partnered with MN Nice Cream for our community's Dairy Day event. As a healthcare campus, we needed a large quantity of treats and a separate freezer for the event. They worked with us on a variety of fun treats within our budget, and their customer service that day was 10/10. We had a couple of pivots, and their team went along with a smile. They were kind and fun with our clientele. The treats themselves were excellent and made with love. We served over 600 people, and we'd definitely consider working with them again next year.

This was a great sweet treat to end a lovely date night. Their $1 pup cups were luxury with ice cream, peanut butter, and tiny milk bones. Highly recommend sharing the Sundays as they are more than enough for two

Haven’t been to this place in years and it’s just the same as it was the first time I tried it! Ice cream is always flavorful and delicious. Variety of menu selection items could be better, still a bit of a small menu. Overall presentation of the items was very beautiful.
Alishea C — Google review
Vegan French Silk and Banana ice cream, this place has fabulous luxury ice cream and lots of vegan toppings- the pb cookie dough was the best between the two cookie doughs in my opinion. The sprinkles and chocolate sauce do get messy but it is part of the fun, one of the few places for vegan soft serve!
Laura F — Google review
I hired MN Nice Cream for a corporate work event, and they were so fabulous! Brett was responsive and professional in his communication providing all the details needed. His team day of was so kind and made our event really fun! Plus, lactose-free soft serve, can it get any better? Thank you!
Emily B — Google review
Good ice cream place for those looking for vegan or dairy-free options. The ice cream is soft-serve, more on the icy side rather than creamy. They've partnered with memorial blood donation centers.

We had such a great experience with MN Nice Cream at our Fall Kickoff! Their food truck arrived on time and expertly handled an event with over 2,500 people; everything went so smoothly. The team was friendly, professional, and such a joy to work with. And of course—the ice cream was amazing! We’re so grateful for their partnership and would highly recommend them for any event.

Great service, responsiveness, and ice cream from MN Nice Cream. During an all-company event we had the MN Nice Cream truck present, and it was a HUGE hit with the employees. Sonny's Ice Cream Cafe is a popular ice cream shop in Minneapolis with an inventive menu that includes gourmet flavors of ice cream, gelato and sorbet. The cafe also boasts seasonal flavors, as well as some well-known classics. All of the ice cream is made by hand with only fresh ingredients.
The ice cream is splendid! My favorite flavor is fig and mascarpone, which I highly recommended! The coffee here is also excellent and pairs perfectly with it. I visit whenever I can! 🍨
Luz E — Google review
The drinks and gelato were delicious, due to unfair treatment from one of the staff, very disappointed to be kicked out, before Sonny’s ice cream has anything to say likewise in response, do not lie to the viewers seeing this response. We were kind and the rest of the staff was kind, made room for handicap, still had us move elsewhere. Won’t be coming back because apparently doing studies is not allowed or being there for too long?
Marija P — Google review
I have went to this place twice and already a favorite. The service is great. You are able to try two flavors I tried the mango strawberry sorbet the first time I went and that was the one . Absolutely loved it . The second time I went which was yesterday I had the ube vanilla and it was also great. You have the choice between a waffle cone or three different size cups which was nice. I always do a cone. The seating area instead and out is beautiful. The outside though looks like a fairy house lol . Very whimsical. Overall this is a great stop in south Minneapolis. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.
Melina R — Google review
The best ice cream in the Twin Cities - been coming here for 13 years. Each batch is made from scratch with high quality ingredients. The flavors are unique (ex: saffron rosewater & pistachio gelato) and rotate on a regular basis. Note that they don’t have common commercial flavors (ex: plain vanilla, plain chocolate etc). On top of that they have a beautiful patio, that could be featured in a tourism photo of Tuscany. They also have a small but excellent selection of beer & wine.
Raj V — Google review
The ice cream is delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful inside and outside!
Valentina C — Google review
Super sweet staff and great sorbet flavors. Loved being able to sit outside in their beautiful little side patio
Asna S — Google review
The greenery here is beautiful and the space has so much potential, which is why I was excited to visit. I bought ice cream, but while taking a couple of casual photos outside, an employee told us we couldn’t take pictures anymore. We weren’t causing any disturbances — in fact, we were the only ones there. I understand limiting large photo shoots, but restricting casual photos from paying customers felt discouraging and created an unwelcoming environment. Since this café became popular for its scenery, I was surprised that even small, simple photos weren’t allowed. The ice cream itself was okay but overpriced, and overall the experience was disappointing.
Mary J — Google review
Such an enchanting escape with fare that lives up to the atmosphere. This quaint little replica of an Italian gelato shop feels like the real deal, right down to the narrow alleyway courtyard. The quality of the gelato is authentic too, but the original flavors add a local touch (try the fir with prosecco). Definitely the place to be in summer.

Ice cream shop
La Michoacana Purepecha is a delightful gem nestled on East Lake Street, perfect for those craving authentic Mexican frozen treats. This charming spot offers an impressive variety of over 50 popsicle flavors and more than 30 ice cream options, all inspired by the owners' roots in Michoacan, Mexico. Visitors can indulge in creamy delights like the rich Coconut flavor or the unique Mangonada, which combines mango and chili for a refreshing twist.
I came here with some co-workers for a break and it was a fantastic experience. I got Oreo ice cream in the second to smallest cup and was pleasantly surprised at how much ice cream I received. I had the option of combining two flavors but chose to stick with the one. They had plenty of other options as well in addition to ice cream, so there's surely something for anyone. The staff were also very helpful and provided helpful insight into flavors, combinations, etc. I'll definitely be coming back, so an easy 5 stars from me!

On weekends expect a wait especially as the temperature rises. Friendly staff and so many unique flavors of paletas (popsicles) to try. We had Nutella ice cream, mamoy and piñon (pine nut) paletas. All delicious.
K D — Google review
The BEST ice cream in the Twin Cities. I dream about the oreo ice cream, it's genuinely way better than a DQ blizzard. The esquite is always a hit! Same with the mangonadas.... yum yum yum. I wish their menu was a little easier to read, but after you go once you get the hang of it

La Michoacana has just become my favorite ice cream shop. If you live in the Uptown/Midtown area and you like ice cream, I can pretty much guarantee you're going to like La Michoacana. There are lots of interesting flavors to choose from, although hands down my favorite so far is Coconut. It's rich and creamy and so full of real coconut that you have to chew on it. My mouth explodes every time I take a spoonful. They also have a bunch of different flavors of popsicles, some water-based and other cream-based. If it's a nice day, be prepared for a bit of a wait, sometimes the line is out the door, but it's totally worth it!

When I first arrived I couldn’t find the menu but later I realized it was set up in a ridiculous way the food menu was on a wall while the dessert menu was all over the place I ordered a milkshake and was confused at the options they had and it was set up in a ridiculous way while the lady who was taking my order was rushing me I later paid for my shake and sat down only to find how sticky my table was I was super disappointed in This place overall the milkshake was good but everything else was just disappointing

Play's got great ice cream service is a little slow and I think they may be a new business or something. But customer service isn't what it usually is.But once you do get their attention, their products is exactly what you see and what I had was darn good. And I would go again

So many fresh flavors of ice cream and mexican palletas. This place never is perfect for satisfying your ice cream craving. The portions are huge and the flavor is even bigger. Definitely try the Mexican cake ice cream or the rum raisin. Heck all the flavors hit on a different level than other ice cream places. This is a 10 out of 10.

Oh my god this place is Amazing. This is where you want to go when you want a REAL snack! I had a ramen bowl with takis, cheese, and corn, it was amazing and the portion was really big. I couldn’t eat it all but it was the bomb 🔥The photo I included is the one from the display because I ate mine and forgot to take a picture 😂. I don’t have kids but I can just imagine that if I was pregnant I would be in here all the time.

Crepe and Spoon, located on 22nd Avenue in Minneapolis, is a charming spot that specializes in vegan crepes and ice cream. The simple and upbeat surroundings with outdoor seating make it a delightful addition to the city's vegan scene. Their vegan ice cream comes in unique flavors like blueberry cardamom and coconut ash, made using coconut milk, almond milk, and oat milk for a consistently smooth texture and excellent overall flavor.
First time in this little shop. Atmosphere is super cute and friendly. The staff was amazing and I believe their entire menu is vegan! Huge plus for me :). I tried the vegan vanilla ice cream which was really good, and the cocoa banana crepe. So much to say about this crepe! First of all, it was served quickly and so hot and fresh I had to wait 20 min for it to cool off enough! It holds heat very well 😂. The crepe was huge and served in a pizza shaped cardboard sleeve. Absolutely delicious. Plenty of filling and overall just a lot of crepe! Would absolutely recommend and will be back to try more menu items!

Employees were super patient and allowed me to sample several flavors before ultimately ordering a complex mix of flavors in a cone! I don’t remember the last time I had a waffle cone but this shop was entirely vegan so I went for it! We also tried a savory crepe (ham and cheese) and it was delicious!! Cold brew coffee was very reasonably priced. Indoor and outdoor seating along with bathrooms available. This place has it all! Stop in and you’ll see!

Amazing ice cream flavours and their cones are Fresh and crispy. I was delighted to try the rose water cardamom flavour and the wild berry flavours. They also do crepes - with plant based ham and steak and can make them vegan. I was really impressed with the quality and will definitely be back!!

Dairy free person's dream come true! It was so nice to just order anything on the menu and not worry, and everything was delicious. I had a cinnamon crepe and a banana cream, would recommend both. Also had a half scoop each of two ice creams and the lemon was my favorite. Can't wait to visit again! Drove down from Ham Lake and will absolutely make the drive again.

Believe the hype: This is the best vegan ice cream in the metro and beyond. It’s made fresh from scratch right on site. Whether you like the classics (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) or you have a more adventurous inclination (rose water cardamom, earl gray bergamot) — your palette will be happy. Be sure to try the crepes! This place does its savory as well as its sweet. We loved the cheeze steak and ham-n-cheeze.

Love the plant based/vegan ice creams available here! There are many creative and delicious flavors here! There's an outdoor street patio during warmer months, but little seeding inside. Parking is residential or next door in the semi-empty lot. I ordered the: Strawberry-sorbet+ Basil + Avocado-lime + Rosewater-cardamom. My love ordered the Ube & Cookie Monster flavors. Check it out and happy eating!! 😀

Such nice staff and such good ice cream!!! I got to taste a couple different favors and omg yum! The pistachio was to die for and the lavender one I felt like I was in a cozy bath on my tongue!!! I ended up asking them to make me a taco with chocolate ice cream and they didn’t usually do that but they were so nice about it! It was so good!!!

This is really great vegan ice cream! I've tried a lot of vegan ice cream and this is the best I've found in the Twin Cities. It is creamy and leaves no weird aftertaste like many of them do. No grittiness, just nice and smooth. The flavors are great as well. We've been in a few times and have tried the Mint Chip (my go-to), Coffee, Strawberry, Lemon Bar, Pistachio, and the Rocky Road. They are all delicious and I would highly recommend all of them! My fave was the Rocky Road - they are clearly great at chocolate ice cream. The waffle cones are always delicious too. The service is efficient and helpful. We'll continue coming back - thanks for doing what you do!

Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, cute outdoor seating for us and our dogs, and great ice cream/sorbet! 10/10 recommended!

The European cafe vibe in the neighborhood. The dessert and cafe spot is adorable. The prices are reasonable, the ice cream was tasty but isn’t as creamy as I would have liked. The service was kind and they had a pretty big menu too. Surprised they were open later on a Sunday which was nice.

Cute little lunch spot that makes their own ice cream. They offer a variety of sandwiches and ice cream. They also have non-dairy ice cream options! Those are in the smaller tubs in the display case. Cookies and brownies are available too. Check out the freezer case for other desserts. Some flavors change with the season.

Two employees were working—turns out they’re siblings (I thought they were twins at first!)—and they had the best dynamic ever. Even though it was busy, the energy was amazing. They genuinely looked like they were having fun, even in a high-stress environment. Hands down the best service, experience, and ice cream I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great place to get ice cream. They have fun flavors that change frequently (great reason to come back!). Last time I went I had a Purple Reign, a fun, tasty nod to a certain favorite Minneapolis native. The atmosphere is clean and fresh and everyone who works there is friendly and accommodating. Tons of people bike to La La in the summer for a refreshing treat. They even have a handy water bowl outside for your furry friend.

The basil vanilla is SOOOO good that after I finished mine I went back inside to get a second scoop to bring home to my boyfriend. I highly recommend it. We’ve talked about how good it was like 20 times since. I’m really hoping it’s a recurring flavor and not just for a moment in time. I will be back for more basil vanilla as soon as I can! Also the teenage girl who helped me was very bubbly and sweet :)

Bebe Zito Ice Cream, located in Minneapolis, MN, is a cozy spot that offers a variety of hand-crafted ice creams, burgers, and shakes. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, setting the stage for an enjoyable ice cream experience. The selection of flavors is impressive and reflects the owners' dedication to quality. The staff are knowledgeable and offer helpful recommendations. Customers praise the fantastic and creative ice cream flavors as well as the delicious burgers.
Craving unique ice cream brought me to Bebe Zito, and I'm so glad I risked the lactose intolerance, truly. I'll take something for it, I'll be fine. I *wouldn't* have been fine missing out on my new favorite coffee ice cream, Halva Coffee. I think I read once only sociopath's like coffee ice cream, and that probably tracks. It's my favorite, and this had me close to weeping. I did get an ice cream flight because why not? Why else do I lift weights 3 times a week and do hot yoga 3 days a week? Ice cream flights, that's why. Other than the star, Halva Coffee, I had Vanilla MSG, Brazilian Brigadeiro, Romeu and Julieta, Blackberry Butter Birthday Cake, Rhubarb Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet. Vanilla MSG was great vanilla, and the chocolate was great chocolate. Romeu and Julieta needed more guava. Blackberry Butter Birthday Cake was fantastic I just always want more mixins. More blackberry, more cake. I got the Sorbet for my husband to taste, which he did, and enjoyed. He watched in semi-awe, semi-disgust as I put a large dent in the rest of the 5 scoops and completely demolished the coffee. $23 for the 6 scoops, so kind of expensive maybe? I don't buy ice cream out a lot, so I don't really care. 🤷 Color changing spoons were adorbs. This location is in the Market at Malcom Yards Food hall.

The Strawberry tres leches is fantastic, the goat cheese added flavor is very unique. The maracuya is too tart and grainy but the other flavors are good.
Nicholas R — Google review
The atmosphere of a food galley and patio are great for summer time socializing. I was looking forward to a milkshake treat after a difficult day/appt and this Strawberry Churro Deluxe was not it for me. A fresh churro was a nice touch, but the deluxe (~16 oz.) shake was not a good value for +$18. I was thoroughly disappointed. The cup was also covered in strawberry drizzle as garnish (?). I have been to Bebe for single / split scoops before at other locations which I feel is a better value. If I were to base future visits off this one, I would not come back.
Mars M — Google review
Delicious! The basic Bebe burger is perfect. Spicy pickles and the mayo, ketchup paprika sauce compliments it well. The ice cream is out of this world! Specifically the salted Ccarmel flan creme brulee, and the tres leches strawberry snickerdoodle. Velvety, rich, but not overly sweet.
Amber R — Google review
We shared an ice cream flight. The flavors were delicious! Fast service as well
Rose B — Google review
Nice place with tons of ice cream options and solid foodstuff. Cheese curds were nontraditional yet very good. BebeQ burger was solid. Chocolate shake is made with darker chocolate, so be aware it's not super sweet. Still good, just wasn't ready for it. Up there in price along with everywhere else in the hall, so be aware of that. Very friendly employees.
Albert D — Google review
Very expensive ice cream! $18 for two small cups! Ice cream was nothing even that special. Definitely not worth the price. Sorry, Bebe Zito... we wouldn't come back. 😒
Donna W — Google review
Disappointing Experience – Tiny Burger, Big Letdown I was really looking forward to trying the burger at Bebe Zito in this bustling Minneapolis food hall setup, where multiple spots share the market grill vibe. The menu picture overhead showed a massive, mouthwatering burger piled high with thick bacon strips and dripping in what looked like amazing habanero barbecue sauce. It got me hyped up, especially seeing the giant portions from neighboring places like the taco spot with their overflowing tacos. My girlfriend grabbed a burger from another vendor there, and it was huge and satisfying – so I thought I was in for something similar. Boy, was I wrong. What arrived was basically a White Castle slider masquerading as a full burger – comically small for the price and the hype. The taste was a total flop; bland patty, underwhelming bacon, and nothing that lived up to the promise. The only highlight was the habanero barbecue sauce, which was genuinely flavorful and had a nice heat. But that’s it – everything else fell flat. The fries were equally mediocre: plain, limp, and unsalted, like they were just dumped in an air fryer without any effort. Meanwhile, my girlfriend’s fries from the other place were perfectly seasoned and delicious. Overall, extreme disappointment – felt like false advertising from the menu pic. Won’t be back, and I’d steer clear if you’re hungry for a real meal. One star solely for that sauce.

Treats Cereal Bar & Boba is a charming spot in Blaine that offers a delightful combination of childhood favorite cereals mixed with soft-serve ice cream. Indulge in treats like the Bananagram, Honey Bunches of Oats, and Honey Nut Cheerios mixed with vanilla ice cream and topped with Teddy Grahams. The place also serves boba drinks, with the caramel matcha being a standout choice.
It’s very yummy! I always get the Oreo and cookie ice cream. It’s not the ultimate best ice cream in the world, but it’s very yummy and creative. Me and my mom go about once every 2 months. Highly recommend if your in the area!!!!

The brown sugar boba ice cream was SO good! The boba pearls are perfectly chewy and sweet. The price is about the same as a cup of boba, so it’s definitely worth it if you love brown sugar milk tea. I also tried the Bananagram, which was decent. However, the graham cracker topping tasted like cardboard, so I wouldn’t recommend it. That said, the store has a nice vibe, and the service was great. Plus, it was warm inside, so I could enjoy ice cream even in winter :)
Mia — Google review
We stopped in about thirty minutes before close on a Sunday, we did not have to wait in line to order, there is a kiosk to order as well. We got a milkshake, the bonfire waffle, the boba soft serve and the strawberry matcha latte. Everything was delicious, I really liked the soft serve with the chewy boba and brown sugar syrup and the strawberry matcha latte that wasn’t too sweet and very well made. The service was fast and friendly and we did utilize paid street parking.
Markeda D — Google review
Honestly I just really wish the cereal didn't get blended with the ice cream... super gritty soft serve that tastes slightly of cereal is not that good. It might be better if there was some topping, like a few bigger pieces too. I also didn't realize when I ordered that it would be all ground up so it was a surprise when I expected soft serve with cereal and oreo bits piled on top and got grey soft serve instead.
Mikaela S — Google review
Very cute small bubble tea spot in the heart of Minneapolis! Drinks were delicious especially on a hot day when you need something refreshing! I tried the kiwi lychee tea with boba and it was so delicious!

Found this place after having dinner nearby. Nice that it’s open late. I tried the COCOA PARTY which is Cocoa Puffs, Cocoa Pebbles & Chocolate Chips. I love chocolate so this was up my alley. Unfortunately I was disappointed. It was just soft serve ice cream with the cereal ground up too much for my liking, you didn’t get a nice crunch from it. On top of that it had no chocolate flavor at all, which is why I ordered it. It did taste like “cereal,” but not a chocolate cereal. I also wish they had a kids size because paying $7.50 for a cup of soft serve seems a little steep to me.
D O — Google review
Great new place that serves boba. This area of downtown really needs one. The selection can improve some more. I'm personally not into cereals so not sure about that. Service is excellent. Note that Minnesota is a non tip wage state so tips are optional. I Recommend this place so check it out. 3 stars is pretty good but 5 stars is too excessive.

Executive pastry chef Jasmine Weiser's house blend of flours gives the gluten-free treats a satisfying texture.
I love a good dessert but we don't always get them because most restaurants have the same boring desserts. But not here. The desserts on offer were beautiful, varied but more importantly, delicious! I ordered the blackcurrant cheesecake. Yum-my! The unexpected burst of flavor is so welcome in such a common dessert as cheesecake. Mybsister got the Rocher mousse which had hazelnut flavor in it. Decadent and rich! We also took home a Brown Butter Blondie which was a nice mixture of caramel flavors though how one can eat the whole bar, I don't know. It's very sweet! Overall, there are many more desserts to try here and I'll definitely come back!

Very nice place for dessert. The Chocolate Sorbet Sundae was very rich, but very delicious. The Tropical Japanese Cheesecake Sundae was refreshing and delicious! However, the Blackcurrent Maple Cheesecake was disappointing. The blackcurrant aspects were very tart and distracted from the other parts of the dessert. Definitely check this place out :)

This is a charming spot! I came here last week to grab a quick dessert. The overall ambiance is so pretty! It’s very spacious, with tons of seating. When I arrived around 8:00 p.m., the place was packed, making it extremely hard to find seating for two. I ordered the blackberry dessert, and my partner ordered the rhubarb ice cream pie. I also ordered the chocolate mousse cake to go. The price for the two items was around 35ish, which is a little pricey for the size, but the presentation is impeccable, and it makes sense regarding the price point. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Blackberry dessert, as I felt it was super light and didn't have much flavor. I did love the rhubarb pie! It was phenomenal. I also didn’t like the chocolate cake a lot. I felt it wasn’t as flavorful as it should have been, so overall, I think the deserts can be a hit or miss depending on your preference; however, the presentation of the deserts is a 10/10. I would definitely return as it’s a cute space to socialize and grab a treat and/or cocktail. They also have coffee and ice cream available so there's tons of options for everyone.

I liked this place. I’m not big on sweets but the drinks were exceptional. Street parking might be a bit rough if it’s a busy day. We went on a low traffic day and sat at the booth and loved people watching. Might be a bit overpriced in my opinion but a good spot to come visit.

Edwards Dessert Kitchen is an awesome spot if you're craving a sweet treat! I've visited a handful of times and I'm always impressed with their incredible (and beautiful!) desserts and cocktails. Plus, their staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is very cool and comfortable. On my most recent visit, my partner and I tried their espresso washed negroni and this was super unique and delicious, I highly recommend it! The blackcurrant maple cheesecake I ordered was also divine—a perfect texture and spectacular to look at. I haven't seen another spot quite like this in the Twin Cities and it's perfect for a date night or pick me up. It had been a little while since I'd visited and going back made me remember why I love it! I'll definitely be paying another visit again soon.

Have been to Edwards Dessert Kitchen twice and each time have been so impressed with the incredible desserts! The Rocher Mousse is something I wish I could eat every day and as a more "chocolate dessert" type person, I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed the Jasmine, Berries & Cream Cheesecake. It had so many surprising small elements that came together in a fantastic dessert. They also have many gluten-free dessert options, and my husband who has Celiac enjoyed several of the GF options without having obvious signs of cross-contamination. Can't recommend a place highly enough!

4.5 stars rounded up to 5. I love the hours here, open early to open late. The first time I came here I arrived just before closing at 11PM. I didn’t feel rushed by the employees at all but since I work in the industry I know people want to clean up and close up so I took my order to go even though they said I could take a seat. So many flavors to choose from. The one that caught my attention was the Black as My Soul. I am a chocoholic and I always have to try a chocolate flavor so I got that and some sort of cream to balance it out. I don’t remember what the second flavor was and it was decent, but the Black as My Soul was really good. My second visit almost 9 months later I decided to get the XXX Chocolate and Lemon Poppy Seed. I loved the XXX Chocolate but the Lemon Poppy Seed really impressed me. Perfect flavor and not too sweet, not too tart. Looks like this will be a stop every time I’m in the Twin Cities

A Sweet Little Spot in Minneapolis! 🍦💜 Dropped by Fletcher’s Ice Cream & Cafe recently, and I have to say—it was such a lovely find! I tried their ube ice cream, and it was delicious. Smooth, creamy, and rich in that signature nutty vanilla-like ube flavor that hits just right, definitely my favorite! Especially when mix with chocolate 💜🤎 The shop itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe with friendly staff who seem genuinely happy to serve. I actually forgot to take a picture inside (regret that now 😅), but the place had a relaxed, clean layout and felt like the kind of café you’d want to hang out at on a sunny afternoon with friends or a good book. Besides ice cream, they offer a variety of coffee drinks and small bites, making it a nice spot for more than just dessert. They also carry some unique and seasonal flavors, so I’d love to come back and try more! If you’re ever in Minneapolis and craving something sweet (especially something with ube!), Fletcher’s is definitely worth checking out. Not my best ice cream, but worth a try!

Fun place! It was packed at 8pm on a Sunday, but the line went quickly. The prices are quite steep, but the ice cream was really good so I get it. They also have a full espresso drink menu, waffles, and baked goods. Special shout out to the great selection of vegan ice cream flavors. Yum!

They have a vegan display case of ice cream and banana bread. It is about $6.75/scoop but you can get a split scoop and it is made fresh. We tried 2 flavors, Orange Sherbet and Cookie. Creamsicle is what the Orange Sherbet tastes like- like the orange push pops you had growing up. Cookie is creamy with a coffee cake crumble cookie added to it. You know the crumb coating for coffee cake? The cookie pieces are like that, more sugary than typical and the ice cream is creamy and dreamy. Overall: it’s expensive, but it is pretty delicious ice cream and I like that they have an entire vegan display case of ice creams.

Lucky find. (I have no relationship to this place because of it's name) Found this place when I looked up good desert spots clost to where I was at the time . Good ice cream flavors. They allow you to taste a sample before you choose. Vegan options offered. In addition to ice cream, other food items are offered. My cookies and cream ice cream was very good. I also tasted their red velvet and lemon poppy seed flavors. I would.go back. There was a line we had to wait in before placing our order. Not too long, and I am not sure of this is the norm.

This was a fun find!! The root beer ice cream tasted like the best part of a root beer float, sooo good! But the Banana Latte was the real star. Iced, not overwhelmingly banana but creamy and yummy! We visited Fletchers on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy, however they were quick to deal with the requests and the queue moved fast. We had our ice cream cones in our hands in about 8-10 minutes. We tried the orange cream and the wild white chocolate , both were superb, a little heavy on the pocket for single scoop, I can visit this place once in a while to try their seasonal options. For my regular cravings, I will stick my regulars 😝. They have free WiFi for any one who wants sit and get some work done while enjoying a good ice cream or a lovely cup of coffee or waffles. I did not try their coffee but they use Up coffee which is one of my favorites in MN, so would recommend trying out. Street parking is available, can get little tricky to get a close by parking if you are not lucky. Overall, lovely interior, great desserts and coffee, so do drop by if that’s what you are craving for.

Bebe Zito Ice Cream & Burgers is a charming ice cream shop located in the North Loop of Minneapolis. The owners, Ben and Gabriella Spangler, have infused their menu with a mix of inventive flavors and classic favorites. Inspired by nostalgia from different eras, such as the late 1980s to early-2000s and Gabriella's Brazilian heritage, the shop offers a unique selection that includes references to popular movies like Breakfast Club and Parent Trap.
This icecream is ridiculously good. All are works of art. I have never tried one I didn't like. Such a fun food adventure to visit and try a different one every time! Tried the fruit cake the other day and it is so good. Such interesting and yummy combinations of flavors. Their Dat Malt Dough also freaking fabulously. But seriously, try anything, it is all amazing. Plus, the staff is so nice. Some of the best people. And the environment is so fun and cozy. Highly recommend.

Good ice cream with lots of flavor options! They had plenty of vegan and gluten free options! You get to sample 2 flavors! I went with the blackberry butter birthday cake and Brazilian Brigadeiro Chocolate! The chocolate ice cream was so creamy and delicious! I enjoyed the sprinkles/puffs in the ice cream for a fun change of texture! The blackberry butter flavor had pieces of cake throughout which was also very good!

Expensive but fabulous. Highly recommend a split scoop of Marvelous Miss Hazel and Halva Coffee- it’s beyond heaven. They also have more vegan flavors in the back behind the case- the London blueberry Fog was fabulous too. Do not get the spoons- bring your own, they do change color but was talking to employees and my spoon had plastic that was flaking off, hopefully they have rectified this!

Absolutely FIVE STARS — this is hands-down my favorite ice cream shop in all of Minnesota! The flavors are incredibly creative, always rotating, and have the most fun and clever names. The shop itself has such a welcoming, joyful vibe. It instantly lifts your mood the moment you walk in. But what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding staff, especially Casey! Casey went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. So warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and heartfelt. If you’re looking for next-level ice cream and a place that makes you feel like a valued guest every time, this is it. Thank you again, Casey. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow!!! I can be very picky about what makes good ice cream but Bebe zito has got it down. The ice cream is thick and creamy (regardless of dairy/dairy free *their dairy free options are indistinguishable from the dairy options). I paid 11 dollars for a split waffle cone and I can’t wait to do it again. My photo features (already slightly eaten) pistachio puppy chow and the Brazilian brigadeiro chocolate. SO GOOD! My favorite ice cream in the twin cities thus far.

One of the BEST vibes in the cities. Ahh, LOVED this place! Every inch of it is saturated in LOVE. We loved the burger boxes & can't wait to come back for what sounds like phenomenonal ice cream - what a dang menu! What zesty flavor creations!! Man!! LOVE the show references lol. Would love if they could expand savory menu bc I know they'd kill it. Some of the best, so thoughtfully curated small biz merch (from Instagramers ALL over) I've ever seen - so totally unexpected & delighted by this (greeting cards, magnets, accessories AN 🍦PLANTER?!). Loved the wallpaper. LOVED that it was dog friendly - cutest pup cones ever & ever & the staff was so, so kind to our dog. 🥹 Truly CANNOT WAIT to come back.

Everything about this place is worth 5 stars. The individual working was incredibly friendly and the service was lightning fast. My husband and I both ordered cheeseburgers and fries followed by some ice cream. We ate outside because it was gorgeous out. There were a surprising amount of tables outside for sidewalk seating. The cheeseburgers really hit the spot after a long day at the park. I especially liked the sauce on them - thousand Island maybe? Regardless, very tasty. The fries were nice and hot and crispy. A+ We of course had to get ice cream after our burgers. I had the Marvelous Mrs. Hazel (vegan) and my husband had the Romeu e Julieta. We ate every last bite. The ice cream was delicious. Better than delicious but I don't have the vocabulary right now. Just go try it. Yum. We'll definitely be going back.

Bebe Zito – Dangerously Delicious and Dangerously Close 🍦 Absolutely loved everything about Bebe Zito! The vibe is charming, the service is friendly, and the treats? Let’s just say they’re worth every indulgent bite. The fact that it’s literally two blocks away might be a blessing… or a very real threat to my self-control. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, so while I could go daily (trust me, I’ve considered it), I’m trying to be a responsible adult and make it a weekly treat. But if you see me there more often, mind your business. Bottom line: Bebe Zito is my new happy place. Just send help if they ever launch a punch card!

Dream Creamery is a new ice cream and burger joint located in northeast Minneapolis. The establishment offers a nostalgic late-20th-century ambiance and serves up bold flavors such as monkey-bread praline, strawberry-malt blondie, and lemon-blueberry butter cake. In addition to these indulgent treats, the menu also features vegan and gluten-free options along with lobster rolls.
Dreamy! We thoroughly enjoyed the flat crispy burger with all the condiments on it. We both got the Dream burger (mine was a single patty with the dream sauce on the side and he got the double patty). The garlic and onion flavor was *chef kiss*. We got a side of the small fries to share, which were more than enough. They are nice and crispy however between the fries and the burger, the burger is the supreme winner. Def recommend for their burgers. We didn't purchase icecream but we did sample a few and they were all packing a lot of flavor! No seating within, only outside picnic tables. *free water outside. No parking lot, only street parking.

Pros: The dream burger is very good. It's a little heavy on the onions. The fries are pretty good. Cons: the prices are steep The grilled cheese is an absolute joke for $6. It's literally a couple slices of American cheese melted into a hotdog bun. The burger is so sloppy you can't even eat it without 38 napkins nearby.
Erik D — Google review
Tried Dream Creamery and really enjoyed it! The Dream Burger was absolutely delicious juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries were great too, crispy and well-seasoned. There wasn’t a long wait, which made the whole experience even better. The only downside was the ice cream flavor selection not really my vibe this time. Also, it would be helpful if the bathroom had a hook or shelf to hang a bag or jacket. Small thing, but worth mentioning. Overall, I’d definitely go again just for that burger and fries alone!

This place was incredible! Smash burger is INCREDIBLE! Probably the best I have ever had Hot dog was delicious! Fries were so so good and had a seasoning I have never had before. But you can’t forget the ice cream. Unique flavors and amazing options. Added to that you can add Graza olive oil drizzle if you’d like to your ice cream. I got my ice cream as the “fun bun.” If you like sweet bread, it is remarkable. Essentially, it is an ice cream sandwich with sweet bread made right in front of you. Definitely will be back!

Really good ice cream, enjoyed a single everlasting Strawberry at a table. I was going to get some cheese curds but seems like they have narrowed their menu. Basically cheeseburger, hot dog and fries. There is no inside seating, just several dirty tables outside. Despite umbrellas, shade is hard to find as well. Super friendly service.

The shakes were great and sweet. You're able to modify your shake with the flavors they have on hand. The smash burger was full of flavor and huge. It's oily, so get ready to get your hands dirty!

My husband and I went there to try the burgers we've been hearing so much hype about and I must say it was delicious. I got the double burger with bacon, a special, sauce, with pickels and onion. The season was tasteful, the burger was well done, hot a finger licking good. The fries were hot and crunchy. We'll be back.

Sweet Science Ice Cream, located in Edina on 50th & France, is a top ice cream spot in the Twin Cities known for its small-batch flavors made with locally sourced and all-natural ingredients. The parlor's hand-crafted creations are a result of applying food science principles to ensure each bite is as delicious as the last. With an array of interesting flavors that rotate seasonally, including vegan options, this local gem offers a fun and flavorful experience.
So creamy and tasty! My partner and i shared single split of Hazelnut Brownie and Peach Cobbler. We wanted to get double but it seemed bit big for us. The brownies were chunky and loved the peach pieces in the peach cobbler. Tested Basil flavor and it was okay. I was expecting a more rich basil flavor but could taste vanilla. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Really want to try affogato next time!

This is the best ice cream and sorbet shop in town. The flavors are so unique and exciting. I really could not decide after tasting all the many VEGAN options. Thank you for making it fun again, to have dessert.

Great ice cream with a bunch of unique flavors. Caught a video a few weeks back on YouTube and learned not only do they take a very natural approach to making their ice cream but they also make all their mix-ins from scratch as well! I loved this about them and it was a big reason I stopped in. I also loved the periodic table display of their flavors, super fun! I ordered the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie and the Berry Crumble. The ice cream was creamy and held its texture well. The mix-ins were also super delicious. The little chocolate cookie pieces were great and paired perfectly with the peanut butter. The berries also had a nice strong fruit flavor and I liked the crumble in this one too. I could easily see myself stopping in here monthly to try new flavors.

Our favorite predominantly gluten-free ice cream shoppe. Love having a place that my Celiac husband can feel safe getting ice cream! I'm particularly a fan of the salted caramel ice cream. And the homemade waffle cones are excellent! There's only one table for seating inside, but an ample outdoor area with plenty of seating. Parking is street or ramp parking nearby. Highly recommend!

The ice cream flavors are super unique and very well-done. We got a flight with some really fun flavors, including passionfruit and pineapple passionfruit mango sorbet, as well as berry crumble. We loved all the flavors!

When it comes to ice cream, Sweet Science in Edina truly hits a sweet spot. They've managed to craft something special by focusing on high-quality, natural ingredients, which really makes a difference. You can taste the care that goes into each small batch, and it's clear they're not cutting any corners with artificial additives or corn syrup. What sets Sweet Science apart is their knack for unique flavor combinations. While they have classic offerings, their seasonal and more adventurous flavors are where they really shine. Think combinations like rhubarb cinnamon almond or something unexpected yet delightful. They even make all their own mix-ins, from cookies to sauces, which adds another layer of quality and freshness. The experience of visiting the Edina shop is also quite pleasant. It’s located in a vibrant area, and it feels like a spot where you can genuinely relax and enjoy your treat. For anyone looking for ice cream that's both indulgent and made with integrity, Sweet Science is definitely worth a visit. It might just ruin other ice creams for you, in the best possible way.

Wonders Ice Cream in Edina offers a unique Thai treat known as rolled ice cream, which has gained popularity for its intriguing texture and mesmerizing preparation process. The ice cream is made by pouring flavored milk onto a freezing-cold plate, adding candy toppings, and then using a spatula to dice and spread the mixture into thin paste before scraping it into neatly bound scrolls of ice cream. Customers find the preparation process oddly satisfying to watch, often fueling fascination on platforms like YouTube.
It was really a delicious ice cream I have tasted in these recent times. I ordered a raspberry rolled ice cream it tastes really good. And their customer service is simply superb. It is worth to wait a while getting and ice cream, watching them making the roles is so satisfying 😌.

This is such a fun little ice cream joint. Not only are the ice cream creations delicious but, watching them prepare it is even better. It's like art. They offer a wide variety of flavors of rolled ice cream/shakes. Besides the ice cream, we've also tried the chocolate cupcake. It was heavenly but, so rich. It took me two days to finish it. The service has always been very friendly and the treats never disappoint. Pricing on rolled ice cream is fair considering the effort it takes to prepare it. We will continue to return.

Hard to find in the mall. It's on the first floor at a kisok. When we came up to the register, nobody was there so we thought they were closed. Well, she was just at another kiosk chatting with someone else and not doing her job at all. I got cheesecake and it was probably one of the most bland/unflavorful ice creams I have ever tasted in my life. It had strawberries and they didn't taste like much either. For $15 for 2 people, absolutely not worth it. Now I know why the one back home at Mankato closed down.

Pizzeria Lola is a popular Minneapolis spot known for its creative wood-fired pizzas with a Korean twist. Since its opening in 2010, this modern pizzeria has gained attention for its internationally influenced pies, featuring housemade dough and high-quality ingredients.
I showed up an hour before my scheduled reservation and there was a seat at the bar which was perfect. Marielle was delightful and I had time to sit and watch Jackie work the oven! For someone who’s standing in front of a fire, she was awfully calm and cool The Korean barbecue pizza was delicious! I highly recommend going with one or two more people so you can try multiple pizzas Next time I am in town, I’ll be going back.
BJ K — Google review
The service was good and it was easy to change the number of people for our reservation. The food was tasty but the price is a bit high for pizza. This is more of a date night or special occasion price point. We also tried the soft serve with olive oil and sea salt, the table had mixed reviews.
JC — Google review
With Young Joni closed as of Saturday, Pizzeria Lola was our memorial stop for great pie. We grabbed seats at the bar to connect with the friendly staff and talk all things pizza. Shared great memories of YJ, potential flavor additions to existing pies and brunch worthy drinks. The Korean BBQ pizza was an easy first choice due to the pop of those flavors. We the partnered it with the amazing flavor of the Sunrise (liquid chicken - Guy!).
Josh R — Google review
Knowing that this place has the same owner as Young Joni, I already expect the pizza to be very good, and I was not disappointed. Their pizzas are probably some of the best, if not the best, I have had in the Twin Cities. I will definitely recommend this place to those that visit Minnesota if they want a good pizza experience here. All pizzas that I had ordered in two occasions were hits. The marinara had the right amount of garlic and the tomato sauce offered a raw yet delicious flavor and the olive oil gave a pinch of extra layer of flavor. The margherita had fresh cheese on top of basil and the same tomato sauce as marinara, and was just delicious. The xerxes provided an interesting flavor juxtaposition with feta cheese, almonds, olives, and spinach, along with mozzarella. It had an abundant amount of ingredients and they altogether provided many types of flavor and texture. The lady zaza pizza had kimchi, Korean sausage, and gochujang on it, so it was basically like staple Korean food on top of pizza dough, which was innovative and worked pretty well in my opinion. The forager had many kinds of mushroom like crimini, shiitake, and portabella, and was flavorful because of the spices like tarragon and parsley, and fontina cheese. If there was anything I would be critical about, it would be the desserts. The lime ice cream was so sour that I couldn't even finish it, even if it looked really pretty. It was soft serve ice cream which I wasn't sure if that had anything to do with the concentrated flavor, but I would highly suggest changing to another type of fruit for flavoring. The chocolate budino was hard and had underwhelming chocolate flavor, almost as if it was pre-made and taken out of a fridge. The smooth and velvety texture of a pudding that would traditionally define a budino just wasn't there at all. Regardless, I am still giving this place a 5 because the pizzas were just too good. But if one has read all the way until here, then one would know that I do not recommend getting desserts at this spot. I would, however, encourage people to try their other non-pizza dishes as well and see what they think.
Jay S — Google review
The food was top tier. The Korean BBQ was absolutely amazing. Our server was great but the two Hostesses absolutely smashed it out of the park tonight. We had 3 little kids with us and the hostesses had a table ready with gold fish and they helped our kiddos multiple times during our meal. My wife and I couldn't express how thankful we were for what they did for us during the meal taking our dining experience from great to completely unforgettable. Our only regret is not getting their names. Thank you again for such a great experience.

Before this evening if I was asked if a wing could be exquisite, I'd say no. Then again I've never had the pleasure of eating at a James Beard-award-winning restaurant. Nor have I ordered wings as a dessert before until going to Pizzeria Lola. That's right. We had the calabrian chili wings, ate pizza and had the wings a second time. The pizza was great and why we went there while also chasing a Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives experience. But make no mistake the wings were the star. The best I've had. And there isn't a second one even close. Tender. Perfect heat. Enough to change the body temp but not to where sweat breaks out on the brow. Flavor was unique, memorable and tantiilized the buds. All of them. Twice even. So yea. Wings can be exquisite.

What delicious food and drinks that we had here! I would for sure return to try other items. The best part? I absolutely am in love with the mango sticky rice dessert. It was in my car for a 30 minute ride and the ice cream part didn’t totally melt which was nice. We got a few other items like boba drinks and treats and everything was good. The worst part? We had to use a kiosk to order and there was only one so this took awhile when people started lining up and it definitely made us feel rushed and we couldn’t take our time looking at the options so I highly recommend looking at the menu ahead of time so ordering is quicker. Since we didn’t know what we wanted, we had to put in 3 separate orders. The wait time on items did feel long too and it added up pretty quickly total wise but it was good and we’d return for other treats. Also, location not the best and you have to find paid street parking. I didn’t like being in this area late at night, lots of university students drinking, heading to parties and a few homeless people… when we went someone was getting arrested and it was a rowdy area so I don’t recommend families go late in the evening. Avoid if you’re not comfortable with this type of environment at night.

Tried Mango Mango Dessert in Dinkytown the other day, and honestly, it was such a fun little treat! I got the mango bubble tea with extra herb jelly, and I really liked it. The mango flavor was fresh and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. The herb jelly added a nice texture — kinda refreshing and balanced the drink well. The place itself is cute and cozy, perfect for a casual hangout or a quick sugar fix after walking around campus. I like the decoration. I honestly didn’t expect the place would be that good. They have a big menu too — lots of mango-based options and other Asian-inspired desserts that I definitely want to go back and try. If you’re a mango lover or just want something different from the usual boba places, it’s worth checking out! 🍹🥭 I would definitely go back and try other drinks and mango sticky rice! I also like the cup! Haha

it’s a cute place and offers desserts you won’t find anywhere else. while they all tasted good and i’d definitely come back to try some of their other items, i wasn’t blown away. the overall flavors are quite mild and the pastries + baked goods feel like they’re missing something. i also ordered a couple durian cream puffs and they came out slightly burnt. the desserts look better than they taste, but i’d go again.

LOVE the decor and vibe of this place! I thought it was super cute. The seating was so charming and adorable. Perfect place for a date! My only feedback is that the food doesn't seem very fresh. I had order a couple slices of cake and I can tell it was older that the frosting had harden off. 😳 But everything else is PERFECT!

Safe to say that this is an ideal place for someone who likes desserts that are not too sweet. Subtle amount of sweetness and freshness of fruits is what this place serves you. Have been here thrice and never been disappointed. I tried Mango crepe cake, oreo crepe cake, mango mousse cake and their classics. All of them I have totally loved! The ambiance is also cute.

I personally didn't have a good experience. It took a long time for them to make our waffle ice. The waffle was so thick and under cooked. The ice cream had freezer burn. I tried my nephews mango juice rice ball with ice cream. That's was delicious. Also the mango juice with watermelon was good. Their classic desserts were delicious. I would personally stay away from waffles and crepes. Another customer had ordered crepes before me. She sat and watched multiple people get their classic desserts ahead of her. Maybe it was the employee working that night that didn't know how to make crepes or waffles. I would personally not order waffles there again.

Friendly staff. You can find everybody sitting on the patio outside for the summer. The location is unique to its placement, and they have art displaying the local area. Treats are on par and the staff were superb. I noticed a lot of people coming to get online orders, I didn't know that was a thing for an ice cream spot. There were more people coming to get online orders than people staying to eat ice cream and it was packed to the brim for dine in ice cream. I surprisingly enjoyed the music/playlist, it was eclectic. I grooved every song that played, I ate inside and the music gave flavor to my dine in experience. I'll be back to get more ice cream!

I stopped in for ice cream and really enjoyed it. I got the chocolate brownie ice cream in a chocolate cone. A small cone came with two scoops, and it was so filling that I felt satisfied after finishing it. My husband had the salted caramel in a waffle cone. Both of our ice creams were at the recommendation of the cashier, and we were very happy with the choices. The shop has plenty of seating both inside and outside. Since it was a nice day, we sat outside and had a great time.

An exceptional Ben and Jerry’s that had a host of delicious flavors and friendly staff. I partook in the triple caramel and the fudge brownie, both of which were excellent. Phish Food: This flavor was born in 1997 and is named after a Vermont improvisational rock group. A portion of the royalties from the flavor goes toward environmental efforts in Vermont’s Lake Champlain Watershed, which is great since our current government leadership doesn't seem to care about the environment. The pint’s description is chocolate ice cream with gooey marshmallow swirls, caramel swirls, and fudge fish. When I first began digging through my pint I did not see much of the marshmallow swirls. After mining my way through the frozen treat, I finally found a fair amount. The chocolate ice cream is rich and is complemented nicely by a school of fudgy fish that have a flavor edging closer to dark chocolate. Chocolate lovers should be happily satisfied with this one. It’s almost like a double chocolate fudge ice cream because there’s so much chocolate ice cream & fudge fish as compared to the marshmallow and caramel. Speaking of caramel, the caramel swirls do take the flavor up a notch, but they could be more abundant. Caramel is one of my favorite flavors and the combination with the chocolate and fudge reminds me of a frozen candy bar. The marshmallow swirl has a sweet/cream-like flavor. It is not simply marshmallow flavored ice cream, but texturally it is something resembling actual marshmallows, like fluff, and I love it! I wish there was more caramel & marshmallow, but overall I’m impressed. Doughboy approved 😋 Doughboy_Food_Reviews My B&J’s Favorites: 1. Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake 2. Americone Dream 3. My daughter and I went to this particular Ben and Jerry’s just after having the most relaxing massages ever. When we arrived , there was a family of four being served. While waiting, I asked the young lady if the bathroom was unlocked to which she replied that it was. I only mention this because she can’t say that she didn’t notice us. When my daughter came out of the bathroom, she walked up and stood next to me as the family before us was walking out. We were standing next in line when the unthinkable happened. The young lady working looked at me, walked past me and proceeded to ask the lady and her son who was clearly behind us if she could help them. They were behind us. Not next to us. So there was no confusion and it wasn’t crowded at all. Even the woman looked shocked as she politely told the worker that my daughter and I were next. The worker just said “oh”. She didn’t apologize for it. She just asked if she could help us. If you have security cameras in your establishment, please review and you will see exactly what happened. Not a good experience for us at all. Especially on Mother’s Day. We were there around 2:35 and left around 2:48. Two browned skinned females. I was wearing a pink shirt and my daughter was wearing a black one. The woman behind us with her son was white. This was not okay.

The Waffle Bar is a Minneapolis favorite for bubble waffles, savory treats, and fresh waffle cones. Come and give them a try!
This was one of my favorite places about seven years ago. Decided to check it out again after many years had passed, and I was still very pleased. They had a lot of the same items that I used to get on the menu as well as a new selection of items and drinks. Try the unicorn dream drink as well as the Pitaya smoothie and both were so delicious it had so much flavor. Thank you, waffle bar Minneapolis for satisfying my taste buds even after seven years!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good waffles with quality ice cream and fresh toppings. The berries were perfectly ripe and the drink we got wasn’t full of too much ice. The presentation was great, with the colorful butterfly pea tea (no flavor, just color) and the prettily stacked waffle. The waffle was fresh and warm, while the ice cream was just getting soft. There are benches outside where you can eat. The inside was a little cold and quite small so I’d recommend eating outside in fair weather. They also don’t have a bathroom so you have to go to the subway next door.

Robert B — Google review
Fun concept with plenty to choose from! A very unique dessert location located in the twin cities near the sister lakes. Highly recommend as something new to try / fun date idea Not a lot of seating inside, but some. And some outdoors. But if it’s busy expect to maybe take it to go on the road with you as there’s not much else nearby from what I could see

Nellie's Ice Cream, a sister store to Nelson's, is all about creating unique and decadent ice cream experiences. The focus at Nellie's is on custom ice cream cookie sandwiches made with small-batch crafted ice cream flavors and high-quality cookies and bars from a local baker. Located in the former Izzys Ice Cream shop in St.
Holy ice cream!! This place was amazing! Pick your cookies, pick your ice cream, pick what they roll it in… and boom- a huge stomach ache is on its way!! The girls were so sweet that were working there. There is very little inside seating ( 2 tables with 2 chairs each to be exact.) There is some great outdoor seating though. The ice cream portions are huge so if you can’t stomach a lot, definitely share with a person you love or at least like a little!!
Denai C — Google review
Me and a friend came here specifically to try the ice cream sandwiches and they did not disappoint! You get to choose what kind of cookies, ice cream, and toppings you want. I opted for the sprinkle sugar cookies with lemon bar ice cream and caramel on top. It was super delicious and HUGE!
Nichole B — Google review
Cute little ice cream shop, but fair warning either plan to share or come in after fasting for 24 hours if you want to eat a whole sandwich. Cookies were delicious, ice cream was great. Would definitely recommend
Stephanie R — Google review
What a fun concept! You can mix and match cookies and ice cream flavors to create your own unique sandwich. The presentation is Instagram-worthy, making it an absolute treat for both the taste buds and the eyes. Friendly staff, a cozy ambiance, and reasonable prices complete the experience. This ice cream shop has redefined dessert for me, and I can't recommend it enough. A visit here is sure to satisfy your sweet cravings and leave you with a smile. I highly recommend trying their Carmel Apple Ice Cream 🤤

The best ice cream place in the twin cities 🌆 they use real butter, with great flavors and best scoopers! Most importantly it’s not so sweet!!! I can actually eat it without getting a sugar shock.
Ping W — Google review
Portion sizes are insane, especially considering how affordable the prices are. The flavors are amazing!

Had a spontaneous date here on a hot afternoon. I was so pleased that they had some dairy free and vegan "ice cream" options! I got the dairy free cookies and cream on rice krispie treats and my boyfriend got the raspberry chocolate chip with peanut cookies. It was a lot to eat but hit the spot. We will certainly be back!

Spectacular ice cream sandwich where they warm the cookies, but it does not melt the ice cream. Very generous serving for one person and definitely shareable.

The Minnehaha Scoop is a popular ice cream shop located on Minnehaha Avenue in Minneapolis. The classics like chocolate and vanilla are always a hit, but if you're looking for something different, try their Rosati Italian Ice by the scoop. They also sell fresh popcorn if you need a snack!
Stand alone little spot serving premium hard ice cream! 12 or so flavors encompassing a variety from vanilla to coffee, or bubble gum. The guy who served me was awesome. Made the experience so out of this world. There are several umbrellas and benches in the front and behind the building to enjoy your ice cream.
Charles L — Google review
Hands down my new favorite ice cream spot. Bomb ice cream. Great service and a little bit parking. I highly recommend
Snack A — Google review
This neighborhood spot oozes charm. Open air stand with cheerful employees, colorful walls, and plenty of benches to sit. It was packed with families when we arrived a half hour before closing. The vibe was upbeat and wholesome. The ice cream was solid but not outstanding. That’s okay though, because this place feels more like a neighborhood gathering spot for hot summer days than a gourmet ice cream shop. Not every ice cream shop can be (or has to be) Pumphouse Creamery, Milk Jam, or Bebe Zito. Minnehaha Scoop is exactly what you’d expect, and there’s magic in that.
Shannon M — Google review
Great vegan dairy-free options, interesting flavors (try the “This $&@! Just Got Serious!”), super friendly staff, and a fun neighborhood vibe. Highly recommended.
Carl W — Google review
Nice neighborhood ice cream shop. Prices are decent, as is the selection. Large tables to sit at outside make for a relaxing and fun place to enjoy a treat. All-around fun place that I recommend, and am happy to have in my neighborhood! Try the root beer float: it’s bIg and refreshing!
Keith W — Google review
Good quality ice cream with unique flavors. Just wished the service was a little friendlier since we're paying 6-7 dollars for a single scoop in a cup. Also not crazy about their constant pushing for a tip... for 5 seconds of actual work.

Dessert shop
Cone Brothers Ice Cream is a charming 1950s-style shop in the Twin Cities, offering a variety of delectable ice cream flavors, all-fruit smoothies, vintage sodas, and Chicago-style hot dogs. The retro-themed space is adorned with collectibles from the era, including a jukebox and comic book decor. Despite its small size, the shop exudes an inviting atmosphere with wooden booths and even outdoor patio furniture.
Hand scooped ice cream in shop with retro decor, wooden booths, juke box, comic book decor, and patio furniture outside on sidewalk.
Christine E — Google review
Went to get a quick ice cream with my husband- the ice cream and atmosphere is great, but the owner was a total jerk. I asked to test taste a flavor, and he said he couldn’t because he “ran out of sample spoons”… as if he couldn’t use a regular plastic spoon 🙄 The one scoop of ice cream I got was BARELY a full scoop… $5.50 for a small, partial scoop is crazy for any ice cream. My husband asked for two scoops, one of one flavor, and one of a different flavor. Rather than putting them both in a double cup, he put them in two different cups, charging us for two single scoops rather than one double. This cost us an extra $5 on top of the already high prices. Overall, would not recommend. Find an ice cream place that respects their customers.🤷‍♀️
Amanda S — Google review
This place is very small but is packed with awesome retro collectibles. There on the wall, floor, and even has a juke box. I'm not sure if its working, but still really cool. It puts the place together. The place makes up for the owners attitude. He's short and angry like Napoleon, but he sure has quite the stuff. I asked him for the sizes he had, and he said "its up there" pointing up at the menu behind him. My boyfriend and i ordered two sodas on the side, and the owner dropped one and got all angey about it, and slammed the new one down on the counter top. He still managed to say thank you. Either way I enjoyed the little retro hideout. Message for the owner: Angry or not, you know you get some sort of enjoyment when shopping for awesome retro decor for your business 😉
Stephanie M — Google review
After my husband ordered one scoop, and I asked for a sample because I was deciding between two flavors…. He claimed it wasn’t possible because they ran out of sample spoons. Good grief, grab a spoon - get the lady a sample and then - guess what….. I won’t run out of tip money. Sigh. Kids these days.

LouLous Sweet & Savory has a unique take on rolled ice cream, where the ice cream is mixed with hot syrup and then rolled in crushed nuts. This creates an interesting texture and flavor that is perfect for a summertime dessert. With options like milkshakes and frozen yogurt, LouLous is a great place to go with family or friends.
Completely different and unique way of how they do ice cream! Yes, they actually make the ice cream in front of your eyes and then roll it up with different flavors. If you love ice creams (who doesn't ) and want to try something unique, try this place. They do have shaved ice as well. A bit pricey but then again it's a unique experience so I didn't mind. The ice creams are little less on the sugary side which I really appreciate. There's even a doggy version of the rolled ice cream for your pooch made with cream and peanut butter and the portion is big enough for you to share as well :) Since, the place is located in heart of uptown, finding parking on street is a bit of a work.

Good cozy place, fresh rolled ice cream made in front of you, which is awesome to watch. Liked the concept and place. They have good flavors to offer. Chef/server was also very helpful and generous. Should try the place at least once!

Only place i could find that has matcha icecream. My friend ate the icecream specifically meant for dogs and thought it was good. I go during the dead of winter but I assume its busy during summer. Get Strawberry for something simple and "the hulk" which is what they call their matcha icecream for something mellow and almost bitter sweet
MissSeaFood — Google review
I've been dying to try rolled ice cream. We tried a few other shops but they were closed. I came here and was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. She used fresh strawberries and I could definitely taste it! It was beautiful, and delicious. We will definitely be back again!

Very yummy ice cream and cute place to work. They have lots of plug ins and WiFi. I was surprised at the quality of ice cream, servings are big so bring a friend to share. Dogs not allowed inside but they have dog friendly ice cream and their CEO is a dog.

Their menu includes burgers, chicken sandwiches, shakes, and soft serve, all made with plant-based ingredients that taste like regular food. The restaurant prides itself on offering healthier and cholesterol-free alternatives that are also better for the environment and free from animal cruelty. Customers have praised the deliciousness of their thin and crispy french fries as well as their wide range of menu options.
Great selection of burgers, chicken sandwiches, shakes and soft serve served in a clean, fast casual restaurant. The food is all plant based - but tastes like regular food! They have done an outstanding job with the recipes- most people would never know the food is healthier, cholesterol free, better for the environment and free from animal cruelty! There is no reason for people to NOT try it! Win-win all around! 5 Stars! Their french fries are thin and crispy and delicious!
Kapil J — Google review
Best vegan fast food ever! I was extremely impressed with the menu. They have so many options and they all taste awesome. I got a crispy chick'n sandwich with fries and a waffle cone twist for dessert. I am vegan but even non vegans will love this plant based fast food. This is my first time at the new Edina location and it was beautiful! They did a really great job with the look and feel of the restaurant. Also this Edina location is a quite a bit bigger than the one in Wayzata. If you have kids this is a great restaurant to bring them to. It is very kid friendly and they have kids meals. Another thing Stalk & Spade nailed was their customer service. All the staff are really nice and helpful. They are all very good at their jobs. I will definitely be going back to both locations and enjoying some more of their delicious food!
Noah M — Google review
This was the first time I visited Stalk & Spade. I found it to be a great place to take initiative of having a full plant based menu. The concept is great and brilliantly executed. The ambiance is very beautiful and they also have a small patio. The sriracha chicken and crispy chicken are my favorites here. A casual dining place for family, friends, dates and colleagues. Overall a great place and highly recommended.

I wanted to like stalk and spade! The fries and shake were good. But the burger was not. I didn’t even finish it. This may be tasty to a vegan but as a non vegan I did not find the flavors appealing. My kids both liked their chicken nuggets/fries/and shakes. Unsure if I’d go back. I understand vegan food is more expensive to produce but $60 for three ppl for lunch seems like too much.
Diana W — Google review
This was a good meal. The burger was satisfying, and the fries were a good companion. The shake was good with a good texture. This place had a nice atmosphere and was a good fast vegan option.

Very good shakes and burgers. Edit: came back Sep 10 for my birthday and got the limited time orange dream shake. Very good a little too much for me so I'll probably get the cookies n creme next time. Still really good shake! 5 stars still

First visit to Edina location. Friendly & efficient service. Clean & spacious in the restaurant. Our deluxe burgers, chicken nuggets, key lime & rocky road shakes were sooooo yummy...AND we didnt feel gross/grease filled afterwards like when eatting other fast food. Still hoping for an even closer location to home!! Hint hint!

Latinix-owned ice cream shop located inside a market, which made it a little harder to find when we we're driving by. They primarily speak Spanish but I'm sure you can get by fairly well if you don't speak Spanish between signage in an English and Spanish and the customer service. The employee was helpful in finding up gluten-free options. We each had a cup (taza) of ice cream (helado). It was delicious.

This place is wonderful! The perfect little spot for brunch/lunch. The chicken salad is elite but the bread??? Fantastic. My best friend got the egg salad and she also raved about it. Finished lunch with an ice cream to share. 10/10, looking forward to making my way back!

This place has a very nice atmosphere and great service. Ice cream was great, gave it a 4 on food as the coffee was bitter and didn’t have enough milk (I got a mocha) and the sandwich was slightly over toasted. Overall a good experience

We had a delicious brunch today - avocado toast with eggs, waffles with berries, plus matcha latte and a cafe latte. Service was impeccable, food was so good, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Can’t wait to go back. I’ve also been here for lunch and love it! Highly recommend !!
