Voodoo Lounge Bar & Grill has a great basement vibe with solid drinks that won’t break the bank. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between lively and relaxed, and the band brought some serious energy. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

I've only been to Voodoo twice since I moved to Huntsville and the second time was significantly better! Probably helps that I went for karaoke on a Monday night, instead of being packed in there shoulder-to-shoulder late on a Saturday. Super-cool spot, just a tad claustrophobic, if that kinda thing bothers you.

Great place to go for locals and out-of-towners alike. Can get very noisy and packed quite easily. This can be hard on the bartenders so always remember to give them grace and be understanding. Yes, the place is dark, dirty, and has a certain unpleasant smell. But it’s a dive- it is what it is. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but a lot of folks really love and find enjoyment here. They do serve some pretty yummy bar food which was a nice surprise. Love their phiddle fries and they have really good wings as well. For anyone who wants to know more about the wing flavors- Jacob told me that the Voodoo flavor is very hot and the Zombie flavor is sweet with a little spiciness.

I was in town for a work conference and ventured out on St Patrick’s day to try some local bars. Stumbled by this place just walking around. This place is what you would expect for a dive bar. Cold, cheap drinks and great service!! Honestly the service was incredible. Super chill and friendly staff. There was live acoustic music but wasn’t too loud so you could have a conversation with friends. Got some fried bar food which was also good. If I’m ever back in town, definitely will come here!

Went by per a few locals recommendations and wasn't disappointed.... Definitely crowded but manageable.... Live music was great and a few steps out the door was downtown sights as pictured! Will stop in again soon!

Chill vibes, great karaoke. Drinks were a little on the expensive side however. $16 for two Corona's is steep to me. Just saying. Karaoke was fun.

Crew displaye clear preference to patrons who expressed a preference to the current administration, truly discussing. Will never subject myself to such a disgusting attitude, which lead to the staff assaulting me later on the alley as documented.

The atmosphere is awesome but that’s what you’re paying for. The drinks were terrible, service just ok. My husband ordered the caramel apple mule and it didn’t taste like caramel at all. I had the Orange Creamsicle drink and it tasted like sour mix with no alcohol at all. Some oddly sweet frothy stuff on top.

Stella's is such a unique spot for a fun and relaxing place to spend time with friends. Angela, the owner, is very kind and she and her team work hard to make the entire experience great for everyone. If you're looking for someplace to go downtown, Stella's should be your go to! We especially love the decor that makes the whole atmosphere even better.

Absolutely one of my TOP favorite places in Huntsville. The vibes, the staff, the decor, the music, the DELICIOUS DRINKS!!! Make sure you stop by on a Friday night and see music by Tim Cannon, hang out on the rooftop and have a cool drink. Can't recommend it enough!!!

Fun spot for happy hour! Creative cocktail menu, definitely recommend trying the margarita flight. Lots of great spots to sit and gather with friends!

Super cute place with rooftop access! Tons of seating and a great crowd. We hung around for about an hour, loved their drinks. A good mix of younger people and older people. Inside was crowded and louder than outside but we had a great time! I recommend their key lime pie drink—SO good!!

tonight was me and my bfs first time and definitely our last time coming to stella’s. the bartenders were busy so we understood that ordering drinks would take a while. however we sat at the bar for about 20 minutes before being acknowledged at all. we decided to open a tab since we planned on ordering more. my bf finished his drink and was getting ignored once again. even after we had already caught the bartenders ( girl with leaf tattoos) attention and she said she would get back to us but would then go and take other people’s orders before us. another bartender finally acknowledged us but by that time we just wanted to leave since we did not feel welcome there. as a small business owner myself i can understand that some people may have off days but completely ignoring customers is not acceptable. if you’d like great service go to bake and able or the dirty olive!

Love this place. Super cozy indoor and outdoor seating. Great happy hour prices. I was there when they had live music from Tim Cannon and he was awesome! He came up and chatted with everyone on his break and sang happy birthday to me. Very special moment!

Service was super slow and bartender had an issue with making a slight adjustment to a drink (rolled her eyes when we asked if she could add extra syrup to a blackberry mojito). The spring rolls lacked flavor and the wedge salad was tiny - definitely not a wedge. My Bees Knees was good but overall, this place didn't hit the mark. Too many other better options to chose from in Huntsville.

Our server, the bartender, was great, even though we weren't at the bar. Food was good, just not what I was expecting from a venue in the Von Braun Center. Zero German food. Missed opportunity for a venue that could be an awesome establishment. Wings were good, just not off the chain like I'd expect from an upscale place. Fish and chips were good [Brussels instead of chips were a request that was honored without a problem] . Overall it was good, but I was more shocked that on Friday night the place was almost empty. Definitely could be more than it is.

Nice rooftop bar with plenty of seating. They do have food upstairs. Downstairs is always busy. Never had any food here only beer.

Food comes out so fast that you know it can’t be fresh. My dinner made it to the table before my martini. Entrees tasted good but the portions were small for the price. We paid almost $70 for two people to eat in less than 30 minutes. For a bigger ticket you expect a little more of a dining experience.

Had the chicken and corn, it was pretty good! The dining area is very large, and upstairs batt is very open. The service was very good, and the wait was not long. Update 2025; must be new ownership because the food and service are now TERRIBLE! Don’t waste your money. Update: management was nice enough to provide a partial refund. So I’ve modified the review from 1 to 3 stars.

Great food and an upscale experience. Recently changed menu (with the new chef), so I've included pics of our food. As we shared, the hamburger was split in half. Delicious flavor... Burger tastes charbroiled/grilled and was excellent. The fries were fresh. Cream Brulee was chilled, larger than I expected and the sugar coating was perfect at just the right thickness. Staff was highly attentive. Decent prices and definitely worth the experience. Our first time, but we'll be back.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. The food, drink, service, and atmosphere was excellent. The menu has everything from bar food to premium filets. It was surprisingly empty which apparently is common. The servers recommendations were spot on and the entire staff was extremely friendly. The live music upstairs is fun and not too loud. I highly recommend this restaurant for anything from a date night to a business outing.

Hosted a ladies outing here and the atmosphere was amazing and services was very welcoming! They accommodated us very quickly! Highly recommend for nice rooftop views!

One - the view amazing. Two - the service also amazing. Great customer service. Three - inventive and unique cocktail selections. They update frequently. Always fun way to try new and interesting creations. Four - nice selection of small bites. We’ve tried the fig and pig flatbread, the artesianal mixed nuts, popcorn etc. you get the idea something to snack on while you enjoy your beverage and view. I’ve loved this place for years. Me and my siblings come here and we always have a good time. But Pints&Pixels, you guys gotta fire the blue haired goth girl. Super rude to my little siblings and was very rude to me when I walked in. I’m telling you, this place is losing customers because of her. She’s gotta go. Love you guys!

It was the first time going to Pints & Pixels. Went there for a Belated birthday. I was quite impressed that you paid $15 for an all day bracelet. They didn't have food there, but you could leave and come back as well! For nostalgia sake they had old video machines and pinball machines that were old and new! They also had a decent selection of beers on tap! I would definitely recommend going there again!

Such a fun spot for the whole family! $15 gets you an all‑day wristband — bring lunch or a big pizza to share and spend the day hopping between all the nostalgia games. Definitely start with Ninja Turtles with your friends… you can’t die, so you can actually beat it! Drinks at the bar are great, but skip the milkshakes. Super gross. Mine came with a grocery‑store donut from a six‑pack sleeve and the whole thing tasted like cheap plain strawberry ice cream with whip cream and toppings. Definitely not worth $9.00! Go for the games, 💯 skip the shake.

I'm a disabled vet with a service dog and they handled her very professionally and friendly even though it was a new experience for one of the bar tenders. Nice place to come and hang out. Good beer on tap, and good food to eat. The food and drink service was fast and friendly. Got the chili burger and coleslaw, and it was very good. But of course the main attraction are the classic arcade games. If you enjoy classic arcade games, beer, and good food, then this is the place for you.

We had a literal blast! Cat and Eli were amazing, recommending great pints, being awesome people and pointing us to their favorite games -there are LOTS! Good sips and a great time. All you can play for $12, and boy did we get our money's worth. We're coming back every time we're in town.

First time at a bar that required a reservations. This place is hidden and in a lower level. Great low light atmosphere. All the drink where mixed to perfection and since we sat at the bar we got to see the mix wizard in action. Great service and a great time. Next time we are in Huntsville we will be makind a stop at Catacomb 435..

What an absolutely amazing experience unlike anything I've ever had! I've been to speakeasy vibe spots before, but this takes the cheesy completely out of it and steps into top tier experience. Yes, you need a reservation and a password. Yes, you're limited to 2 hours. Yes, you have to have directions and it's in a basement. And yes, it's totally worth it. The space is absolutely beautiful but also dark. You may need a flashlight to fill out your drink card, but the darkness is needed to complete the vibe. The glass wear is BEAUTIFUL. Every glass was not only perfect for the drink it held but also had a wonderful feeling in the hand. Each had a good weight and beautiful designs deep in the glass. I could nerd out about it and the bar. All incredibly selected details. And details matter. We each got 3 drinks (and they have mocktails, too, so everyone can experience the wildly creative and special mixtures!) with different profiles and they were all delicious and spot on. They do say that they'll make you a new one if you don't like it, but even after my first drink I wondered how anyone would return one. Our server was great, giving us details of each drink she brought and checking in once we'd had a few sips to make sure they were pleasurable. The drinks are reasonably priced considering the atmosphere, quality of ingredients, and care put into each one. Prices range from $15-20 per drink. This will definitely be on my list of favorite experiences, and I'm excited about going back the next time I'm in town!

This speakeasy was awesome. Many comments about the smoke inside are valid, but we just took it as another part of the experience. We spent a little over an hour on 2 separate orders of drinks. The actual cocktail experience was phenomenal. The woman that made our drinks was 10/10. This place does not serve any food, so just be aware of that. We did have one “odd” experience of being asked not to film or photograph inside. The man that told us not to did it in a witty way, but we were taken back by seeing others photograph in the moment. There are also pictures online of the facility. I would just recommend if the facility wants no pictures/videos to put that on the email instructions. I think it’s actually a negative to not allow photos/videos because of the coolness of the experience. More people will want to go.

First time a bartender elevates the experience by being so knowledgeable about every single ingredient that's in the cocktail, it was probably the best cocktail I have ever had. The atmosphere was great too, definitely recommended!

Fantastic experience - small and intimate inside with an air of secrecy. We sat at the bar and watched the drinks being made and chatted with the bartenders, who were both awesome! Every drink was unique and yummy and we learned some things too. We will definitely be back! Note - those with asthma should be aware that although the bar is nonsmoking, they do light things on fire and add smoke to drinks so it does have a smokey atmosphere.

Great food - it’s becoming a favorite haunt for us. Highly recommend the Philly cheese steak, the burgers are fantastic, the Brunswick stew, the bao buns - and really everything is fantastic! Highly recommend! In addition in a cool ‘ish August evening the weather was perfect. The service was fantastic as well. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Fantastic cocktails and in addition, I’ve never seen this before non-alcoholic liquor like vodka, bourbon, scotch rum. I have to say I didn’t try it, but it’s intriguing. If you’re local when you haven’t been here, you’re missing out, if you’re traveling, this is a great place to visit

Prohibition Allstar Breakfast is hands-down one of the best breakfast spots I’ve ever visited in Madison! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is upbeat and welcoming, with a fun, vintage atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The service is friendly and fast the staff truly make you feel like family. I had the Allstar Breakfast, and every bite was perfection the eggs were cooked just right, the bacon was crispy, and the pancakes were light and fluffy with that perfect golden-brown finish. You can really tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The coffee was rich and bold, the kind that keeps you coming back for another cup. Whether you’re meeting friends for brunch or grabbing a hearty breakfast before work, this place delivers every time. Prohibition Allstar Breakfast sets the bar high for comfort food done right. I’ll definitely be back again soon five stars all the way!

It was a good experience. I think that I noticed was that we had to seat ourselves up on a rooftop, and we noticed other customers coming in, getting seated by the waitress a waiter with the menus and silverware. Food was good, my recommendation for the brisket sandwich, They should have more brisket. It Should have more to be hardy for that price?They offer for that other than that it was okay.

I really wanted to like this place. The vibe is great and the rooftop seating is really nice. The beer selection is good. But I thought the portions for some of our meals were very small for the higher prices. The nacho appetizer had hardly any pork and was served in a tiny bowl making it hard to eat. My meal was disappointing. I thought it was a noodle dish but it came out more like a ramen soup and had very little flavor beyond three pieces of shrimp and the tiniest morsel of pork. One of our party got the burger, and that was delicious and was generously portioned. That was the only thing I'd go back there for.

Chris was a fantastic waiter. He was super attentive and helpful with the menu. The cauliflower bites, avocado toast, and pork belly cauliflower bowl were all DELICIOUS!! The rooftop bar is great for drinks and a snack. The bartender was very friendly. The old fashioned was enjoyable and the food was okay. Although there was a group event going on, they kept it secluded from the bar so we can enjoy the views as well. Overall I would come here again.

I had a great experience at this bar and cigar lounge. The smoking section is separate, which makes it comfortable for everyone. I did not have food. The humidor is on the smaller side, but it had a nice variety to choose from. I came specifically to enjoy a cigar and wasn’t disappointed. The atmosphere was chill and relaxing. The bartenders really know their stuff—my drink was mixed perfectly and absolutely delicious. A solid spot to unwind with a good cigar and a quality drink. I’ll definitely be back.

Got my first cigar. It was nice but recommended it based on its mildness for a beginner. I can't judge that properly. The atmosphere was great. Drinks were expensive, but I expected that for the type of place it is. Everyone was dressed nicely, but there was no dress code. You can take a date and have a nice evening or meet with friends and actually hear each other talk.

Come here a lot when I come to town and for a long time it was 5/5 incredible place. Now service seems iffy at times. Last time we were there, we were with a group of 6. 3 of us got cigars, while the other 3 ordered drinks. The happy hour on the website says 4 to 8 pm. At 7 PM a bartender took 3 drinks and as our other friend to order the other 3 on happy hour , the bartender kinda ignored and then said happy hour is over. When we brought it up that HH ends at 8 according to their website she said they haven’t updated the website in 3 years as it’s managed by a 3rd party. So at 7 they refused 3 more drinks on happy hour. Lastly, they charge $2 for matches .. at a cigar bar. I go to a lot of lounges across the US , and the lounge usually has liters or matches for people to be able to actually light the cigar they purchase from said lounge. Anyway , bad service the Norm ? Hopefully not. But that coupled with charging for matches left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully things are better next time.

Decent sized humidor with a nice variety of quality cigars available. Well stocked bar with plenty of quality spirits available, from name brand to small batch. Weather neat, on the rocks, or in one of their unique takes on classic cocktails, you won't be disappointed. Paired with a good cigar... even better. ; )

Wonderful selection of cigars and cocktails and a fabulous atmosphere. My husband and I came here two nights in a row and had the sip old fashioned, chocolate martini, bees knees, and the lavender martini- all were phenomenal! The bartenders are amazing. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

We are in town for an event and went wandering downtown. Found Phat Sammy’s by accident. Walking down the stairs seemed odd but the experience was great! Josey (I think is his name but the spelling may be off) was amazing and explained the food, made perfect drinks, and overall provided a great experience! We loved everything!!!!!! Will definitely mark as a place to return to when we come back to Huntsville.

A friend and I went for drinks and we loved our server Celeste! She chatted with us about all the unique elements on the menu, specifically in the cocktails. I learned about all sorts of new ingredients. I got one of the Wednesday special cocktails which came with popping bobas. So cute! My friend got the Saturn which was also good, though a bit too sweet for my taste. I’ll have to try the food next time! There was a great variety of seating including low and high tables, and cushy chairs and a couch. The decor is bright and fun. A nice casual place. It was quiet when we got there, but got noisier as the night went on in preparation for a comedy show. So just check their schedule depending on what you’re in the mood for.

4/25 Update: I've been a few times here recently and I'd still highly recommend it. Last time I went the server said they are changing the food menu again. Hopefully that's a good thing. 1/24 Update: It's been awhile since I've stopped in at Phat Sammie's and I'm happy that they are just as good as before. The atmosphere is always cool and layed back. (I really enjoyed the old WF wrestling on the big screen. Haha a lot of fun I didn't know I needed.) Our server was really nice and just the right amount of attentive and the food was delicious, as always! The happy hour is totally worth it. All the apps are good and who does enjoy a good deal? I also had the KFC sandwich and let me tell you, that was one of the juiciest and flavorful chicken sandwiches I've ever had. If you haven't been in awhile, please stop by and support one of our amazing local businesses. Definitely my favorite place to eat downtown. The food is always on point. Always something new and always something good. Their staples are just as great though. I love their cocktails too. If you want something interesting, go on Wu Tang Wednesdays. They always make a specialty cocktail and it's always good. These are experienced bartenders. They know what's up, just like the food staff. I wish I was rich where I could eat here every night.

this was my first time here and it was so awesome! the stairs to get underground were really cool. i had spam hawaiian fried rice and it was fire. they had a dj for juneteenth that kept the vibes going and the servers/chefs looked like they actually enjoyed being there and were having a good time.

Definitely not the best food I’ve had. The quality was very poor. Took forever for the waiter to get me the menu and the overall atmosphere is just not great. The bar counter was not clean and overall the restaurant is not up to the minimum sanitary standard. Do not be deceived by the photos. The food looks nothing like it and does not taste great.

WHAT A VIBE. My coworker told me about this place and how it was this dimly-lit downstairs hybrid of what appeared to be Hawaiian and Japanese, and tonight I and my partner went there. I got the Kani Burger and Crab Rangoons; she got the Tuna Nachos. It was SO flavorful. I had to make sure to leave a review, and our waitress's son was a cook in the back, so I had to go give my respect to him and all the workers back there. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a superb vibe.

The vibe is super cool, service was okay, but man their food was mid. Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but the katsu ramen tasted like cheap noodles and broth. We also ordered the bahn mi and felt it was pretty dry. Phat fries were good though.

Our first visit. We didn't try the food but we did get reservations for German night. We were told that's important because they sell out. We sat outside which was very nice. Most of the area is covered and the areas that aren't are shaded. It's a nice place to relax and have a beer. Their staff is very friendly and the beer list is impressive. It's truly a hidden gem. If loud baring music is your thing you won't find it here and that's a plus for me. I'm sure we'll be back soon. We came back for German Food Night. I've never had Zigeunerschnitzel before. It was really good.

The service was phenomenal, and so was the atmosphere. Had the Rib-Eye with Horseradish on Chicago Roll sandwich, and it was pretty good! Wide variety of beer selection for anyone's liking!

The draft beer selection brought me to try the Nook My son had told me about this place, so I tried it one afternoon. They tout having 81 draft beers. 32 are local beers - over 400 bottle beers- 150 bourbons- 75 scotches. Something for everyone. The food was a very pleasant surprise. I had the Jambalaya and it was some of the best I've tasted. It was masterfully cooked and seasoned perfectly. This meal made it worth a visit, no matter what you might choose to drink.

Tried this place for the first time, but was very disappointed. The food wasn't good. My wife and I both had the combination half sandwiches and a bowl of a specialty. She had gumbo, and I had red beans and rice. The gumbo was bland, and we could taste the tomato paste. The red beans and rice was also bland. The sandwich was small and served with saltine crackers. The whole plate probably cost about $4 or $5 to make but charged $14. We also ordered the chips and salsa appetizer for $7, which turned out to be store bought Pace salsa and Tostitos or similar. Not made in house. The beer choices are vast, but we found out that what is posted on the website is outdated versus what they actually have, so we were disappointed to find that the beers we had picked to try before we came were no longer available. My wife had a coffee stout, which was good, I had the red ale made by Guinness that tasted like water. Total of $63, but it wasn't worth it. The ambiance is nice, and it's a nice place atmosphere wise, but this is a solid pass for the next go around.

This place is a well-established, hidden gem. Amazing selection of beer and bourbon and a very knowledgeable staff to help you get over decision paralysis! Food is good ... but who goes there for the food? Overall amazing place to go after work or meet up with friends.

This is one of my favorite bars in Huntsville. It’s always populated but never crowded due to being far from downtown and tucked away on Bob Wallace… meaning you’re never going to be bothered by the loud beautiful babies that may frequent noisier bars. This is a locals-only kind of haunt. The staff is always professional and expeditious, and the beer list is extensive and will be sure to satisfy whatever your beer taste is. The Nook serves all the Alabama state faves, as well as a wide variety of international fare. They sell beer, mead, cider, whiskey, whatever you’re in the mood for. The best part of the Nook is the beautiful backyard patio. It’s heated/zipped off in cooler weather, and perfect in the summer, with lush greenery and a privacy fence. This place is always a treat!

Just have to brag on this establishment. I attended an engagement party here and it was so fun that I decided to host my brother’s graduation party here as well. The Nook was so incredibly easy to work with- it was affordable- multiple guest came up and told me how wonderful the service they had was, the pizza, the wide selection of craft beers and how happy they were with the overall party. I called once to reserve and once for final confirmation and it could not have been more smooth. It was rainy and they put up clear surrounding walls to keep us dry, had a spot for our music guy. So if you’re considering using them for an event I highly highly recommend it! Might have to just host some more parties just to use them again ha!

Nice place. I went there to watch a spooky circus. They have a few restaurants and many other neat things inside. It's worth checking out just to see what they have done with the building and what all they do have going on in there. I ate at the burger place, it was great with a very open menu. I was surprised ny what they have done with the building, in a good way!

Cool place, definitely a gem in Huntsville. If anyone is traveling through Alabama then you should absolutely make this a stop. Great service, great food and priced really well, and the establishment itself is amazing. It has a bunch of fun and hidden things to explore. All ages is helpful as well. You must check this place out!

The live music. It’s decent, but merely decent music does not need to be played at a deafening volume. I promise it doesn’t make it sound any better or make it more fun.

Another hidden gem in Huntsville! If you want a solid place to watch the game, good beer, and local beer at that, this is the spot for you. We’d just left the hotel across the street and had started our walk to a pizza place, when someone recognized my Jersey and said we needed to try the fried shrimp across the street at Jefferson St. Pub! It definitely didn’t disappoint. Most foods are fried, but it’s solid grub food to hang out with friends and enjoy yourselves. We stayed the entire time for our game, which we watched on the big screen and on the many TVs surrounding!! The crowd was middle aged/college, so pretty energetic and they had live music starting at 9PM. It was a fun place to hang out, and the Buffalo chicken tenders are delicious. Despite the crowd, we sat on the upper level with no issues and our services was excellent.

What an awesome place. Younger crowd but we didn’t hold that against them. Music was great. Beer was cold and the food was excellent. Had a great time and would definitely go back. HINT: Don’t give up - the alley really is the entrance!!

This is that rowdy bar with the right crowd and live music! Chaotic, but enough to still be able to meet and converse. Interesting characters come chill here! The service is great and professional, but can get incredibly busy.

The food is excellent!! It’s hot. It’s fresh. It’s beautiful. The entire pub is beautiful, but the food…it’s the star. Highly recommend!

Delicious food (although most of it is fried), great drink specials, live music on the weekends, cool two level space, and the best service I've ever had. It can be really loud but depending on the time and day, you can get a low key or upbeat experience. Plus, it's literally in the middle of downtown and close to everything. I wandered in this place on the suggestion of someone I spoke with at work. The onion rings were delicious. The beer was a bit flat so I don't think I'll order it again. I always have a great time there. It's laid back, and drinks are reasonably priced. They alternate solo musicians and great bands as well. It is one of the best late night venues in Huntsville.

Truly can’t say enough about this place. Me and my guy have only been here twice and we love it. Drinks are made well, and had the place just has a great vibe. Some of the best bartenders… personable, attentive and on top of their game. Highly recommend no matter who you are. Because first time or not, you’re treated like a regular. 11/10

A great place to go grab a drink. On one of the nights we were there they had dueling pianos, which is one of my favorite things! They played great songs and we had fun singing along! The staff are friendly and the drinks are good! I had a vodka tonic and hubby had two different totes of beer and he loved both of them. We have been here before and we will be back!

Went to the Sunday night Blues jam. Great fun. Lots of guitar players, me included, some really good, most about like me; but the shining moment of the evening was Miss Sarah Weeks. Hers is a voice that you should hear, seriously. It's a really loud venue, and Blues isn't the first item on the menu, but lots of fun and some good camaraderie.

We had an early dinner here today. It's an interesting place. The food was very good. I had the cheeseburger and my wife had the fried shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly. Alaina, our server was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

This was our first time to eat at The Martin Bar + Bistro. We'll definitely be back. The food was delicious and the service was great. My husband and I both ordered the Classic Cheeseburger, it was really good. He ordered onion rings for his side. I ordered fries, my fries had a seasoning on them they were great. His onion rings were delicious. We highly recommend them. They don't skip on the onion rings there were plenty to share, I recommend doing as we did, if you are with someone order fries and onion rings and share them. We also ordered an appetizer, the Pork Potato Skins. They were also delicious.

I would recommend this place. The food could use a tad more seasoning, but it was good. The wings could have been cooked a tad longer. The wings (which were ordered as an appetizer before or meal) came out basically at the same time as or food did which was not ideal as I'm sure you can imagine. I ordered the fried chicken, which was good, the sides were lacking in flavor. My husband ordered the fish which was excellent as were his sides. The drinks (Moscow mules) were prepared in a timely fashion even though they were busy. The waitress was amazing!!! She was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! We will definitely be back.

Neat place on the second floor just of the square. I have stopped in a couple times on previous visits to Huntsville. Food Service and Atmosphere makes this a destination in Huntsville.

Let me say that the Server was was one point. She came and greeted everyone with a smile and answered all our questions. The fish tacos were really good. The fish was lightly fried and the fresh jalapenos were a nice touch of heat. The calamari fried just right. The drinks were refreshing. The atmosphere was great with the large open Bay doors. I will be going back again.

Food quality was exceptional and unexpectedly good. Drinks, maybe not so much compared to their competition nearby. It's kind of like a pretentious sports bar- except they don't really put a variety of sports on the screens and only put on one type. The crowd is of a certain clientele.

Ok...so my wife and I visited here and ordered a few different dishes which were all absolutely delicious! I had the Grouper fillet with asparagus and grits and my wife had fried chicken with mash. They give you some really good portions here and the food is very tasty. We had a server who was nice and despite it being a bit busy she stayed on point with the tables and made sure that we never wanted for anything while there. We definitely enjoyed eating here and will definitely return. Thank you for a great experience!

It was fine. Not overly attentive or chatty service (would have been nice to get some color commentary on the cocktail menu but got vague responses of “it’s good”) but I liked the drink I got. Awkward seating options inside with a banquet under a large tv so you could easily look at it.

I suggest giving good service and not rolling your eyes over simple requests/question. Whatever your name is rude girl behind bar, I suggest you leave your attitude at home. Get another kind of job if you can’t handle two or more people.

They make good cocktails, but they’re made in a purple plastic cup. Why? Because it is located within Stovehouse which has multiple locations to eat and drink and you can bring your drinks to any of their locations within the fence. If you ask for an Old Fashion, they’ll ask you for your preference in bourbon, thankfully. Friendly service and solid cocktails. You need to check it out.

They have a wide selection of drink options and several cocktails to choose from, all truly at a reasonable price. The staff were quick with the orders and kind while they were serving you. The bathroom inside is also spacious and clean.

Upscale restaurant in downtown. The portions are small. The risotto was undercooked but the foie gras was good.

Amazing experience! Loved my seat at the bar; listening to the local convo and enjoying the warm atmosphere of this beautifully remodeled old bank. The metal safe door still sits on one of the back restaurant walls. My bartender and server was attentive and steered me in the right direction… the short ribs! Scrumptious! Loved the cheese grits! Great wine selection and the pear dessert was the perfect ending to this charming dinner full of flavor and fun historical facts about this charming city.

My husband and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary at the Huntsville Botanical Garden and chose Cotton Row as our dinner destination. Most of the reviews seemed positive so maybe we just chose an off night, but from getting seated to trying to pay the check it all seemed like such a burden to the staff. We were seated outside relatively quickly, but after that we were forgotten. Tristan was a nice guy, but once another table broke some glass he was almost entirely absent. You cannot substitute all the vegetables so be aware. If you’d like scalloped potatoes instead of parsnips I have bad news. It’s not going to happen. They did agree to carrots instead of grits though. The bread came after we asked 3 times and we were midway through our meals. Our food was good, but cold and mine was missing the mushrooms. The highlight was the fries which were supposed to be a side, but we were charged for the appetizer, but they were tasty. No water refills were ever offered. We had to ask another waiter for salt and pepper. Overall it was just a really underwhelming experience for a restaurant and that advertises as fine dining. I mean no one even wished us a happy anniversary. I cannot say I recommend Cotton Row and I don’t think we’ll be back.

Good old fashioned. Scallops were great, but chowder was well below expectations (100% tomato base flavoring with what seemed like a bit of mini frozen shrimp added). Would recommend the Fried Green Tomatoes with Cajun Shrimp and from The Martin Bar + Bistro (sports bar, almost dive bar feel), as opposed to the chowder from Cotton. One night in HSV, but my tasting preferences were clear. When in an atmosphere such as Cotton, you expect (and are paying for) perfection, and it didn’t live up. The fried green tomatoes and Cajun shrimp on the other hand well exceeded expectations.

I was really impressed with Cotton Row. A beautiful little restaurant in the heart of downtown Huntsville. The atmosphere and decor was very cozy. The bartender fixed one of the best drinks I’ve ever had in my life. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. Pretty much can’t say any negatives about this place. I want to give 5 stars, but the surprise price of the entree vs. appetizer portion for scallops threw me for a loop. It was $22 for 2, but 3 was $44. I should have asked for the price difference, as I really originally wanted an appetizer.. but that's on me. YOLO 🤣🤣 And since I am being honest, I think it could have been cooked a tad bit longer, but that is just my personal preference. I ordered a mocktail mojito, which was slightly more bitter than I expected to be, I don't think the mint leaves were muddled, just tossed and mixed in. And I assumed the price would have been cheaper for no alcohol in it, I was wrong, but again, I didn't ask. My boyfriend ordered the NY strip w lobster Mac & cheese. We both agreed that the sear could have been better. It was still an enjoyable dish, overall, with brocolinni and lobster m&c. The parmesean truffle fries were also a tasty addition to the entrees. It was definelty enough for both of us. I ordered the short rib dish. I personally think it would have been better paired w the orzo that came w the scallop dish, as the grits seemed more like thick mashed potatoes. The portion was huge, as I went home w half the meat. Let me rave about the desserts, though!!!! My bf chose the chocolate crunch cake which is paired w toffee ice cream. He enjoyed every bite. I liked it too. However, the peanut butter and jelly Phyllo dessert genuinely made me so happy, that I almost teared up. Not only was its presentation beautiful, but the flavors and textures meshed so well, that every bite was just pure bliss to me. (I believe of all the places I've been and all the sweets/desserts that I've ordered, this particular dessert is my absolute favorite, and would come here just for it). The restaurant is located in a corner of a building and intersection. There was a vault door on the wall that added to the old school aesthetic. The decor in the bathroom even had old receipts from 1939 framed. It is a snug fit, and tables are a bit close to each other, we managed to get a larger table that seats up to 4, which was nice, but other couples had 2 seating tables that were just so close to eachother, that I thought some were double dating. If there is one loud person (which towards the end of our meal, one came up) you can hear he/she through the entire place. That kinda made for an unpleasant experience, but she wasn't rude or anything, just super loud. Nothing you can do about that, but it just emphasizes the already tight quarters. I do look forward to dining out on their patio in the fall when the temperatures are cooler. Last, but certainly not least, Jacob was a fantastic server! He was very attentive and very kind, especially w answering all the questions I had (even if I didn't ask the important questions regarding prices 🤣🤣)

Cotton Row has that perfect balance of Southern charm and modern twist. I tried their shrimp and grits, and it was creamy and flavorful without being heavy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a nice buzz but nothing too loud. Staff was friendly and knew their menu well, which made picking easier

I am totally disappointed in Drakes. We ordered takeout last night. Two orders of the fish sliders and one order of the bacon cheeseburger sliders. There was barely any fish on the sliders. If you’ve ever had, Drake’s fish sliders, you know that there is way more fish than bread. Look at this picture! Come on now! And that bacon cheeseburger sliders didn’t even have bacon on all the sliders. How do you half make an order? I have been to this establishment numerous times and I am thoroughly surprised that they serve takeout orders in this manner. Do better, Drake’s!

Place is pretty good. Got a very eclectic menu, but I get it, it's got something for everyone. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and while I waited had a cold beer. Definitely would go back and try some more things. It's not the flashiest but it gets the job done

Stopped here for lunch today and decided to try the special menu items they are offering this week for Huntsville Restaurant Week. I had the Campfire Burger...pepper jack cheese, fried jalapenos, sriracha onion straws, BBQ mayo....all on a warm, buttered bun with house made chips. It was insanely good! First...it was huge....literally about 5 inches high, so I wrapped half of it to take home for later. It was moist and juicy and the combo of flavors was soooo good! I loved the crispy, crunchy chips as well. My hubby tried the Southern Comfort burger...Old Bay seasoning with pimiento cheese....but he swapped the pimiento cheese for Swiss cheese. His tasted great as well, but ws not nearly as exciting as mine! LOL. Our server was spectacular.....checked on us often, and took the time to chat about the local area. We will definitely go back to try some of their other items!

Hadn't been to Drakes before so decided to try it out around noon on a Saturday with my wife and two kids. Despite being pretty busy we were seated without a wait. Waitress was nice and took orders, drinks arrived pretty quickly. Ambiance was kind of a brighter sports bar but still family-friendly. Loud music and conversation but not obnoxiously so, lot of families present. On to the food. Let's be honest - the place is a little on the expensive side. Cup of chili for $6, salads start at $14 and go north of $18, all the burgers are $14+ with one side etc. That being said, I don't knock of stars for higher prices, you can check the menu before you show up and go elsewhere, but I do want to point it out. I ordered the Triple Double cheeseburger Sliders and was able to sub out the side for chili for $2, which I felt was a good deal. The burgers were well done but sliders are kinda to get anything else and they tasted good. To be fair, they didn't ask how I wanted them so that's just how they come. No complaints about the burgers besides the size. Chili seemed like it was made fresh and tasted really good. Scattering of beans, hamburger was diced very fine. Great flavor, not too hot or top greasy. Wife got the chopped Chicken Salad but opted to swap out chicken for salmon. She thought there was a bit too much dressing (order it on the side). She fel the salmon was cooked a little more then she asked for but was still good -- a good entree sized serving of salmon. Everything else in salad was great. Kids got mac-n-cheese and chicken strips. The chicken strips were grilled and they were probably the best kids chicken s trips I've tried. My daughter thought they were one of the better ones she'd tried as well. Mac-N-Cheese was good. $65 prior to gratuity for all that, two waters, 1 soda and a 23oz beer. Kinda high but they offered a military discount that was very generous. Came out to just over $51 after discount which I appreciated a lot. As long as you are OK paying for quality good, you won't be disappointed -- food here is great and service is good too.

So we have been wanting to try Drakes for a minute and today was the day. We went specifically to try one of their restaurant menu items for Huntsville Restaurant week. Let me just say upfront, if this review was for that item, the Campfire Burger, the rating for food would be 5. It was delicious. It was the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered that dropped the rating. Grilled chicken is my go to at many places I eat so I can definitely rate them according to the places I have had them. The chicken filet was so thin and overcooked, I literally had to spit it into my napkin. Our sweet server, Victoria offered to replace it. Thank you! Problem is: it took so long that my husband had finished eating, and he is not a fast eater before my replacement arrived. While waiting, I ate a quarter of his delicious burger. When my replacement sandwich finally showed up, we just put it in a to go container. Wish I hadnt. Wish I had talked to a manager. This chicken breast was just as bad , or worse! Completely hammered and no seasoning. Wow! After tasting my husband’s burger, I just wish I hadn't even ordered. Money thrown away and my fault for just getting the same as a replacement. Since the burger was a special for restaurant week, we will probably skip Drakes from now on.

Delicious! I came here last week for a business lunch and then again yesterday with my family visiting from out of town. Both experiences were excellent and the food was delicious. I love the vibe.

The Court yard is absolutely gorgeous. We went during happy hour and got drinks and dinner. We ordered the happy hour drinks. Had a Club sandwich, hamburger and chicken tenders. We saw our waitress 2 times total. Food is delicious which was a plus however I didn’t get the price for the happy hour drinks and they don’t put on their menu that if you’re paying with a credit card instead of cash there is a surcharge which is high. They are getting one star for the beautiful courtyard and one star for the food, but they truly aren’t worth the money.

Excellent shrimp n grits. My wife ordered the chicken n waffles. She said they were awesome. For app we ordered the "squeaky cheese" mozzarella bites. They were great, we couldn't finish them..there were so many. We also had the hush puppies and ordered some white sauce to go along with them. They were delicious! The place was a bit loud but to be expected on a busy Huntsville Friday night.

Lots of staff but no service. Very quiet, more staff than customers. I had to go to the bar after waiting several minutes. I saw my waitress 2 times, both only after I went to the bar to place my order and to pay my bill (manager brought my food). Never got silverware or napkins. This is not a critique of the waitress, I think she was the only one doing anything at all, so kudos to her! The size of my sandwich was underwhelming to say the least. The bun looked like it came straight for the local grocery store, if they sold buns that small.

A downtown classic! Now I’ll be real, sometimes service is hit or miss. At times we go and it’s stellar, other times we’ve gone, two dogs outside got water and we never did (they were not busy btw, we left that day). It all just really depends on who is working. I have to say David has always provided great service! We have tried many food items ranging from the Bleu Cheeseburger and Pizza Fries to the Smoked Wings and Squeaky Cheese and it was all really good! I must say though, the Smoked Wings might just be the best I’ve ever had. They are a must try! We prefer them naked so the smoky taste really shines through.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place this afternoon when we heard great music coming from their shaded back patio. They had "all you can eat wings" advertised all over the inside and outside of the restaurant so we decided to check it out. Once we were seated, we waited nearly 20minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Finally, we went back inside to the hostess to see what was going on. She assured us someone would be right out. We should have taken it as a sign to leave when another 10minutes passes without anyone coming to greet us. At this point we went back into the restaurant asking to be seated anywhere we could get service. Once of the other waitstaff's responded, "If you want immediate service you can sit at the bar". We weren't looking for bar service, we just wanted simple table service. They ended up seating us at a table inside by the bar. The server that ended up helping us seemed completely caught off guard that he was being given a new table, but did his best to help us. When we ordered the widely advertised "all you can eat wings" special only to find out it has been discontinued. Not a big deal, but then the signs should have been removed. Especially since, based on looking at other Google reviews, it was discontinued at least 3 weeks ago. We decided to order some wings and a side of fries. The wings came out reasonably quick and were actually very good; however, despite reminding the waitstaff twice, we never received our fries. We ended up cancelling the fries and asking for the check since we had already finished our wings. To top everything off, the price on our bill was $1 more than the price printed on their menus. We brought this to the server's attention. He left the table to have it corrected, but later returned stating that he "couldn't find the manager", which apparently is a "common occurrence". His solution was for us to either wait around until the manager showed up or to take a side of fries to go in an effort to cover the extra cost on our check. So after waiting nearly 30minutes to get service, not only was there misrepresentation of their sales and menu item costs, but they forgot half of what we ordered and then still overcharged us. Although the wings were good, they were definitely not worth going back to this restaurant again. Which is a shame because the location and atmosphere have a lot of potential.

It was ok nice relaxed atmosphere. Bar menu was limited so I really can't wait to go back earlier in the afternoon for lunch or evening for dinner. My waiter/bartender PJ seemed annoyed by me, I will sum it up to maybe he had a long day. Either way wasn't cool. FRIES came out COLD, HUSHPUPPIES came out hot but burnt. I could barely bite it and ended up throwing them away before breaking a tooth or making my gums sore.

Honesty is the best policy right? Good, here i go. So my brother and his dear girlfriend decided on this restaurant for lunch. Service was pretty good and speedy. My brother enjoyed his steak but had to jazz it up w/ white bbq sauce and steak sauce. I ordered the Baja fish tacos , it was extremely bland which kind of threw me off sadly there was no salt and pepper already at the table. But i pushed through, the fries were very delicious though. My brothers lady liked the Mac but had no real seasoning or taste to it aside from tasting the cheese. The half chicken was good when she dipped it in the white bbq sauce. Buttttt the drinks were good. So i can’t knock this place too much. Their wings and drinks are good though. If i were to visit again I’d go only for the wings and drinks, not actual food.

Stopped by here while staying at a hotel nearby and was looking for a place to hang out with music on a Saturday evening. It is not fancy, they were out of several things but the bartender/waitress was very friendly and helpful. She gets 4 stars. The food was good…some things better than others. Didn’t care for the banana pudding. It really didn’t taste like banana at all and we ended up not eating it. The pork was good, the smoked chicken was kind of dry but the barbecue sauce helped. The guy singing was great. I would give them between a 3 and 4.

This place is a MUST STOP if you are in the area. The setting around the area is beautiful, and as soon as you walk in you get hit with that delicious BBQ smell. The layout is great, very clean, and the staff are very welcoming! Driving from NW Ohio to Huntsville, we came with a hell of an appetite, and we got a GREAT meal!!!

Service was great! Nice and clean restaurant, I really enjoyed the atmosphere 👌 The food was okay (I had a Smoked ChickenSandwichwith greens and mac & cheese) ....but personally I had better. So far my favorite bbq in the Huntsville/ Madison area is Full Moon. I will give them another shot and try something else later on.

Out of hush puppies which was disappointing as I was bringing a guest who lives outside the United States and wanted to try them. Overall unimpressed with food quality unfortunately. Ordered a loaded potato and was disappointed to get sour cream in a pouch to apply myself. Don't plan on returning unfortunately.

The food arrived completely cold, and the McCheese tasted old—like they had been sitting out for hours. It was a really disappointing experience. I checked the reviews and saw I’m not the only one—others have had the same problem. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Moe's in Providence is a great place for a meal if you are just spending a casual afternoon in the area. It does become busy during the weekends when the ballgames are on. So if you and your friends want to sit around and enjoy the game it is a great place. But if you prefer something a little more quite it may not be the best fit for you. The food is pretty good. The catfish (boneless fillets) are nice for the amount you receive though they do not have that seafood based restaurant catfish taste. The slaw is a tad to sweet for my taste but the beans are great, same with the mac and cheese. All said and done it is a place you probably would come back to every few weekends.

It's not bad. I felt the wings were better than the pulled pork. Decent portions. Also had the banana pudding just because. Also ok. Food was ready reasonably fast. They were playing a trivia game that was surprisingly easy but all the cool kids were having fun with it so that was entertaining. Music selection was good. Was disappointed they were out potatoes and salad and a couple other sides.

This was a phenomenal dining experience! Everything from the food, the waitstaff, and the building itself was first class. My husband and I dined here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and took advantage of the special Valentine’s Day menu option. Every course was artfully presented and delivered an amazing taste experience. Our waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu, which was great since it was our first time dining here. The space we were seated in felt very intimate and added to the overall experience. I feel that the price of the menu items is fair considering the quality and presentation of them!!

This restaurant group puts out great food and better service at the two establishments we went to. The pork belly was delicious. The show stopper was the salad wrapped in nori...it was unbelievable. Great short rib and looked like a great craft cocktail menu.

This one is tough. My fiance and I went here for our 1 year anniversary and was let down. The atmosphere is wonderful. Our service was incredible. The appetizers were good, but the portions were lacking. $18 for 2 one inch tacos and $19 for 2 spring rolls. I ordered the $45 snapper along with a side of mushrooms and was not impressed. I also ordered 2 $17 cocktails that were served in a wine glass full of ice, so 3 sips later, they were gone. We left feeling very disappointed and still hungry.

The establishment was nice and clean. The front door when we went was not welcoming or marked very well at all. It just seemed confusing how their entrance was at the time. The drinks were good and food was overall good. The music choice for the night was odd. The ambiance inside was dark and calm but the music was uptempo pop music.

We had the pleasure of dining at Purveyor for our Anniversary and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the stage for a special evening. The elegant decor, soft lighting, and impeccable service created a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of options, each dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. We started with the pork belly (not pictured) which was a delightful balance of flavors and textures. Very tender and good. For the main course, I chose the chicken, mostly tender, flavorful, and paired with an exquisite sauce that brought the dish to life. Parts of the chicken was dry, but for the most part, it was good. My husband had the steak and for desert, we had the peach cobbler, which was okay. Nothing too exciting. I would highly recommend it for a special occasion or a night when you want to treat yourself to something extraordinary. We will definitely be returning.

The food was fantastic when we finally received it. The fish and chips were very good. The crab cakes were very flavorful and could be a meal all in themselves. The bangers and mash are mediocre at best. Old fashions were made correctly, which is rare around Huntsville. All in all, the service was horrid. We were there for an hour and a half and received our food right when we had to leave. So we had to eat it later. The food however was fantastic. We will go back and hope to enjoy the establishment.

I highly recommend checking out the Poppy and Parliament. We started out dinner out with cocktails which were very good and in my opinion fairly priced. For our entrees I got the Octopus and my girlfriend got the Sheppard's pie. Additionally the Sheppard's pie came with a carrot mash. Both were great but we both had a preference to the pie and mash. Service was great and our server Tucker was both kind and attentive.

My wife and I went here not too long ago and we haven’t stopped talking about how good it was! Tucker our waiter knew the menu inside and out. He gave us great suggestions on food and drinks. Everything we got was top-notch delicious. We started out with the Crab cakes and the Potato Gnocchi dish then shared the Shepherds Pie and had 2 more meals after that from what we took home. Nonetheless a great place to grab a bite and drinks. Plus the patio is dog friendly! Thank you Tucker for the great experience.

Super cool atmosphere for a restaurant and pub. The food was fantastic by the way! We both tried things we have never had before and man were they both delicious! The beer was good and the staff was super friendly. We can’t wait to go back.

Tonight's food adventure led me here! Atmosphere was very peaceful and busy all in one. Had French Onions soup good but a little extra flavor desired for me...but...redemption came with the crab cakes! The presentation and all of the flavors was unbelieveable to me for the price point! Something expected in a Michelin restaurant almost! Excelllent Expresso Martini and excellent excellent service..

Don’t get fooled into just thinking it’s London pub fare. We started with the roast beef bone marrow and then shared the pig bone-in steak and the veal short loin. Both were fantastic! I would drive back from Tuscaloosa for that meal again. I’ve heard the steaks are even better. Can’t wait to try them.

A piece of London in Huntsville!! Family and I recently had lunch. Shepherd's Pie and Fish & Chips were both amazing. The pastrami sandwich wasn't what I expected, and probably wouldn't recommend it. 100% would recommend the atmosphere, quality of food, and friendly staff! Would be happy to come back.

It was a nice change of pace..went there for lunch with a friend of mine..we ate from the lunch menu 😋 I had the lunch ribeye steak and potato wedges..the steak was seasoned well, kinda thin but still very good and not tough or chewy..potato wedges 😊..I also indulged in a margarita..not made from a mix🤗..so good..very filling and satisfying meal for the price 🙂

This restaurant is NOT pet friendly. A waitress followed us to our car and yelled “you can’t go back there!” after we asked if the dog was allowed to sit on the patio. We were in town for my dad’s funeral and my children were scared of how this waitress acted. We found better accommodations at Melt. A very unfortunate experience- I remember going to the Garden Cove next door as a young child, but I cannot recommend Factory Bar & Grill due to how my family was treated. A simple “I’m sorry we actually do not allow pets” would have sufficed.

Decent place right next to the hotel I was staying. Drinks were ok and the food was good (regular bar food). Went in the afternoon around 4pm then again late at night. Late at night is better l, they had a live band/singer, it was very busy and crowded (standing room only) and the drinks were much better at night but you had to wait a while to get the from the bar…but worth it.

Burger was nice and meaty with good meat to veggie ratio. Onion rings were pretty good as well. Overall id give this place a 4

Came to Huntsville to do some antiquing and stopped in here to get lunch. My advice is to get lunch somewhere else, anywhere else. I understand it’s a also a bar but the server was too busy flirting for tips with bar customers to acknowledge my table. The food took ages to come out and was okay, nothing you couldn’t get somewhere else faster and with better, more polite service.

The place has multiple bars I believe. when I sat at the inside bar the bartender was quite nice she was prompt and took my order and made my drink I forgot her name, but if we stopped here I would have left a much better review. When the actual bartender came out of the bathroom everything changed for the worst. Her name was Saveana if i recall properly. She was rude, loud, and ignored us completely. She served everyone around us even those who walked in 20 minutes after. I had to flag her down to even get my food to-go and it was incomplete. she yelled over us at the top of her lungs twice and talked to guest at the end of the bar 5 seats down from us* for 20 minutes. I let my partner finish my drink when i realized we we were not getting service, we clearly were getting skipped. i have never felt so invisible in my life... my partner never even got asked what she wanted to drink in the 30 minutes we spent waiting on our food. Savannah did nothing for us except hand us our check and yell over our heads. so unorthodox...

The Factory is my go-to place for food and fun. They have great salads - I recommend the Sexy Mama Salmon Salad but it's all good. Service is top notch with the folks in the front keeping the place rockin! Out back Thursday thru Saturday night there will be a band playing so folks can enjoy and even dance. I highly recommend this venue!

Really cool place! The free tour (free beer included) is a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Roadkill, the tour guide, is awesome and makes the experience so much fun. Highly recommend going here if you’re looking for something to do in the area.

Food was mid at best. The ale was the best part and I guess that makes sense for a brewery, but the food fare was so average. The bbq poutine was imbalanced, the pulled pork tasted old and reheated, the Bistro burger was the saltiest burger I’ve ever tasted, and the three cheese pizza tasted like something I could’ve purchased in a gas station. The cherry on top for the experience was the little cockroach circling our family near the high top table during our meal. Not a top tier recommendation for Huntsville. Highly overrated.

I loved it here! The service was excellent, the first waitress we had gave amazing recommendations based on my first couple beer choices and offered samples so I could narrow down which one I wanted and nailed my flavor profile. She was just delightful, so we came back a second time. The large pretzel was one of the best I’ve ever had with great beer cheese sauce, nice and warm (not like it had been sitting out). The salad on the menu was tasty and very fresh. The cheese curds were hot and fresh and delicious. My friend ordered the jerk chicken tacos and enjoyed them. The kids chicken tenders and fries were delightful as well. Make sure you check out the back patio on a nice day, we didn’t find it until the second time! A very cool space and tasty food. I also got some cans to go, which she grabbed for me and put right on my tab.

Such a cool craft brewery. If you are available to go on a Saturday afternoon, would highly recommend the brewery tour. You get to see a true behind the scenes look at how they operate. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Nice taproom with ~20 beers on draft. Good atmosphere and you can see the brewhouse while you eat & drink. The Monkeynaut IPA that I had fresh on draft was waaaaaay better than the ones I’ve tried in cans elsewhere.

The staff was friendly, the beer is locally made and I have no complaints about the food. The Canadian style poutine was delicious and I'd recommend it to just about anyone.

Paid $40 to dine in and felt completely overlooked. It felt like pulling teeth just to place my order at the bar (patio) or ask for a to-go box. I always tip 20–30%, but this was the first time I genuinely couldn’t justify leaving one. If this is the level of service for dine-in customers, you’re better off just ordering to-go.

Our first visit. We came for a late lunch yesterday and it's close to our house. My wife was excited about the bratwurst and pretzels. It wasn't busy, slight rain probably contributed. Football was on the televisions that's a plus for me. Our waitress was nice enough but quickly lost interest. Overall the food was good and it came out pretty quick. The beer cheese was outstanding. My wife loved her bratwurst, can't remember which one she got. My wings were pretty basic. All in all we were very satisfied with the food. Beer selection was great. The service on the other hand was lacking. They weren't busy, 15 people maybe. When we got there, they had two young ladies working the tables and one at the bar. There was also a gentleman doing bar back, he was in and out of the kitchen area as well. After our food came our waitress never checked on us, this is key because she didn't bring it out. After we finished our meal my wife wanted to try another beer, so she finally got up to get it herself, our waitress approached her at the bar and said she'd get it for her. 15 minutes later she brought my wife her beer. She did apologize about the wait saying they were short handed. I wish I could give a better review. It a cool place, with a good variety a beer. I'd go back for the pretzels and beer cheese alone. My wife loved the bratwurst, so we'll probably be back at least one more time. Update. We again visited Sunday 12/23. Service was great. Food and beer always great. Wife got the Ruben and I got the Cheeseburger.

This place has a off-putting smell to it as soon as I walked it. I almost decided to leave and go elsewhere but ultimately I decided to stay hoping to go nose blind to it. I eventually did. The food, buffalo chicken wrap was good but 75% lettuce. Sidewinders were delicious. I just did flight samples and they did have 30+ to choose from. I would go back to try more.

Good food and beer. Decent service for having only one staff member at the time. Only thing is you walk out smelling like the kitchen. I’ve been to Casual Pints several times and it’s always been this way. Nothing new but worth noting.

We had a group of about 14 people celebrating a friend's birthday during brunch. Everyone enjoyed the mimosa special and was very satisfied with the menu items we all had. I loved the breakfast sandwich I had. My daughter enjoyed her waffles and fruit which were so fresh and sweet. I've been here a couple of times. The beer tenders are knowledgeable and do a good job. The atmosphere is good. Nice modern place to have a craft beer. Over 30 beers on tap plus a lot of canned options for take out. Never tried the food.

A couple nice pints of Weihensptephaner-Heffe, a breakfast burrito, salsa and chips. Great way to prepare for another week. Perfect Sunday with great music, staff, atmosphere, and beer!

This location is very big with lots of seating and the best games ever. We sat at the bar and had the 5 dollar draft beers which were very cold and tasty. The bar stools are really comfortable and there was also a foot rest. Tons of tvs to watch. We ordered the breakfast burger the ceasar salad and nachos. The food quality was good. This is one of the most comfortable bars I've ever chilled at. Great location.

My husband and I usually visit D&B on Wednesdays when they have half priced games. We usually time it with their happy hour from 4-7pm. The food is tasty and we get great service because we always sit at the bar. The sliders are tasty and you will feel the sting later from the buffalo wings 😅

We had a party of 10 and there were some issues getting the checks right. Other than that the experience was good. The food was acceptable and the games were great and seem to pay out more prize tickets than most other places of similar theme. No billiards at this location. Power card meal combos are a decent value as well.

First time eating at Dave & Busters and the food was surprisingly good. We went with my husband’s family and don’t have any photos of the food but we can say the sliders, chicken wings, and chicken sandwich are great! The arcade seemed to be well taken care of and there are a lot of games and opportunities to get tickets for prizes.

We went here after church on Sunday to eat lunch. It wasn’t too crowded at the time, and it was a nice treat for my grandson who you see in the pics!!! I found the HUGE PacMan game that was a reminder of my past!

Went inside and couldn't handle the noise factor. Most of the games are for kids. Took my adult son there for his birthday and we stayed 5 minutes. We used to go to the one in Panama City Beach and loved the food and games. That was 7 years ago. Too much like Chuckie Cheese now.

This Dave & Buster’s location was so clean and well staffed. We purchased the 90-minute unlimited game play. The games were all great and there was a good selection of prizes to choose from with the tickets won. Afterwards we had lunch and the food was excellent. The grandkids also took turns on the Human Crane and that was so much fun!! (for both the participant and the viewers—we all laughed so much!). All in all it was an amazing way to spend the day!

Ouch. KYC. Know your client. Every single Irish Bar, I have ever been to and no joke, this is in now over 55 countries, has had traditional Irish food, drink and themed decor. What you choose, is no wonder people laughed and cringed when I made the mistake to go here, and promptly leave. . . As did the couple who walked in behind me. Find another "Irish bar" in Huntsville. If you don't, message me, I may just open one there because this place is a fraud.

I love this place. It's my favorite watering hole and place to play pool! The staff is super sweet, and those who frequent it are also cool! There's karaoke on Thursdays concerts every other weekend, and sometimes drag shows that are really fun! If you're looking for a place to feel welcomed, come to Maggie's! We're crazy, but good people!

Stopped in to try some dry rub wings my son has been telling me about. Wow was some of the best wings I have had. Tried some of the other food. Was not bad but the wings made the day. Not a drinker or a smoker so went during the day when it is less crowded. With a little work this would be a great lunch stop. The inside needs a little work. Not a lot just a little up dating and a touch of paint would make this place look like new. They have a great dart room with hard boards on one side and soft on the other. Have a couple of pool tables that were in great shape. They also have a stage and host a variety of venues. Fairly impressed. Great location. Again with just a small amount of work I can see this place being a great lunch spot and a busy local hot spot at night. Highly recommend the dry rub wings. They make their own rub by the way. They have a special on the weekends so this is now my Sunday afternoon go to :).

Your average smoke filled Alabama bar with pool tables and a stage for entertainment. They offer a full bar as well as food. You can find the menu located on the wall next to the bar written in colorful chalk. They have a good selection of beers on tap. The beer menu is located on a chalkboard above the bar. The food was decent but the wait time was excessive. There was an event going on while we were there and we waited over an hour for a pizza and some wings. We actually never received the appetizer we ordered. Just your standard bar food, nothing too special. It appeared they were understaffed as there were only 2 bar tenders for the huge crowd. Wait times for drinks were long as well. You should probably just cash out instead of keeping a tab as it will take forever to get someone’s attention and they hold your card until you do. There's a large parking lot with many spots available on both sides of the entrance to the building. Conveniently located off University Dr. near UAH.

Do not go if you’re expecting a typical Irish pub. As an out of towner, only in for the night and a fan of Irish pubs, I figured Maggie Meyers would be a great spot to end the night after a concert at the amphitheater. We were mistaken. Being greeted at the front door by the sound of dubstep should have been our first clue, but I was excited about the pub so we went in anyways. The unexpected cover should’ve been another red flag, but again, excited for a pub. The smoking inside should have been the nail in the coffin, but we’d already paid the cover and figured may as well get a drink anyways. Unfortunately the next 30-45min was spent trying to hear each other over the sound of shitty dubstep remixes blaring from the stage area and second hand smoke. Fortunately it’s hard to mess up cold beers, so the drinks were just fine. But if you’re coming here expecting to have a quieter night at a pub, call em first. Though they may not hear the phone ringing over the sound of the “music.”

Been coming here for a while. Good place to find community of all kinds. I usually go for the drag shows. S/O to DJ HOEBEARD and all the Queens. They know how to put on a show.

Maggie's is an amazing bar. It's inclusive for all. Between metal shows, drag, karaoke, groovy DJ nights, good drinks, good food, and wonderful bartenders, this pub has the best energy. 10/10

Such a cool place! So many interesting food options and a great atmosphere with indoor or outdoor seating areas. There's a huge play yard area with giant games and live music some evenings. The whole area has a cool vibe with buildings that are both modern and rustic at the same time.....Parking was a little crowded when we were here for lunch. We ate at Bark and Barrel and Oh Crepe! I will post separate reviews for each of them.

This is a great spot to grab a bite and hang out with friends and family, listen to live music on the weekends, enjoy the weather out doors, and support local businesses. Highly recommend!

Visited to see a local band & show support they already have. This place was REALLY nice! I could tell there was security, but it was always classy/hidden. I’m far too scroungy & wild to make it a habit to visit, but nobody was bad to me. I had a fancy beer & got one for the guitarist, stuck around to hear the band for a lil while, and I hooted, hollered, and took off all spastic like a bat. I wish all layers of American Society could behave this well, stay this classy, and be so considerate! Seriously.. I think this is where doctors, lawyers, judges, and police go to blow off steam, and I’m happy for everybody! ☺️ Thank you to this venue for being GREAT; I hope I wasn’t too obnoxious for too long. 🙏🫡

Fun area with a lot of diverse options for food. The guy that was singing the Sunday evening we were there was phenomenal. Great seating area to watch the performers. Very nice little shoos to peruse.

Went for the first time the other day. It was absolutely awesome. Highly suggest that the Korean fried Chicken from "Seoul food" and the dumplings from the Chinese restaurant, The tap room had amazing drinks in service as well. I absolutely loved it. My wife did. It's a great place to bring kids to run around while you sit back and chill and have a drink. Dan can watch football games and more. They also have little fire pits and security walking around. They don't allow vaping inside which I don't understand with open fire pits but I get it in a way as well. There's so many stores and so many places to hang out and sit down and chill. It's really cool and there are plenty of places around or down the road so it's not out by itself either. Plenty of parking. Also definitely check out the espresso martini from peak. I believe it was called and also the little sweets store that sells super awesome desserts. All was so good!

Many food options, live music, plenty of seating... a great place for date night or an easy going family night out!

Came here expecting a nice stroll with my dog. Left because the maintenance was rude. Wont be coming back ever. I regret paying cash because I just finished the second half of my Philly after “no dogs allowed” and found STEEL WOOL in my meat. Never again 10,000/10,000.

Service was slow even though it was dead so that was disappointing. I loved my food but my husband didn’t enjoy his. The bangers and mash were unusual because the potatoes were super tangy (probably made with buttermilk). Their menu is trying really hard to be unique and different which I enjoyed but it doesn’t always hit the mark for everyone’s palette.

Yall. The name of this establishment is a true representation of the experience we had. It's the perfect brunch spot, we had an excellent experience and never even knew it existed. Our waiter Heather was very attentive and the food/atmosphere/mimosas were AWESOME Run to this place and don't go anywhere else! Pictured below are goat cheese and jalapeño cheddar balls, country fried steak with jalapeño cheddar scone and Applewood smoke bacon, biscuits and gravy sided with pork sausage and fried potatoes. And pineapple mimosa. All under 60 bucks including tip. We also got orange mimosas tis why it was soo much.

It was good. They should probably lock some of there many side doors so you don't have to feel big breezes everytime someone opens one. And it took awhile to get our bill. But the BLT and Cobb Salad was delicious.

Looking for a dive bar atmosphere with upscale flare? Head over to Below the Radar. We went there in search of late night food and we found that they offer soooo much more. Definitely make the trip downtown and enjoy. Oh and they serve beer too.

This place is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best pub type food we have had since we have moved back to North Alabama. The chicken wings and the cheesy ball appetizers were incredible. We also had the shrimp and grits and the fish-and-chips. Everything that we had was delicious. It has a nice atmosphere and decent service. For the few dollars more this place costs it's very worth it.

Nice place. Good experience, chill atmosphere. If there is every a reuben on the menu, I get the reuben. I loved the way the meat was cut into small pieces. It was very tender. It was good, but not the best one I've ever had. I wish the sauerkraut had more of a punch to it the sauce a little more flavorful. I am not typically one to get onion rings, but these were soo good! Also, I judge restaurants on how good the Coca-Cola is and it was good here!

We had a great time here. Service was slow, but our server was fun and had a lot of people to keep up with. Dollar mimosa's we're on point. Mushroom, onions and black bean omlette was super-sized, and full of goodness. Please like this post

7/30/25 University Drive location. Worst food in Huntsville with higher than average prices. Long wait for wrong food order the first time. Cold over cooked wings with wrong ordered sauce when they finally arrived.Same party food arrives 30 minutes earlier than rest of party.(4 people total) Very bad service. Thick cigarette in air. Employees to busy complaining to help anyone. Go elsewhere if you want decent food with decent service.

Wonderful! Mike was awesome!!! Lance our server (chi-town) took such great care of us. The food was superb. We shot pool and had a great time. Good people large TV's and great relaxed atmosphere. Our spot for sure!!!

Kristen is always a good time! She has taken care of us at The Jones Valley location and the University location. Just wish this place was non-smoking!

My first time in Huntsville and I came in after the Bert Kreischer comedy show at the amphitheater. I was astonished that the bar allowed indoor smoking as I didn’t know they still existed! I Immediately grabbed a cigar from my car and ordered a Glenmorangie scotch, the bartender let me order a pizza even though they technically stopped serving food 10 minutes prior, and a local named Dave entertained me and was very personable. Thanks for the hospitality and go check him out at The Poppy & Parliament!

I met some friends from work here. It's another decent dive bar. It's hit or miss whether they are serving food or not. They were not serving food this night, so we ordered food to be delivered. They recently got some new dart boards. Make sure to bring your own darts.

Came here after having been gone for about 20 years. The outside looks the same and we immediately recognized it in the little mini mall. They still have steel tip darts in the left corner and the same U-shaped bar on the right, but it was dingier than we remembered. Still, for 5 people, 3 draft beers and 2 strong liquor drinks, $38 wasn't bad. Olivia was friendly and fast with service. We played a dart game with the 2 house darts they had, and then went on to our next memory.

The food was ok, but it is definitely "a hole in the wall" kind of bar. They don't have a server, so if you sit at a table you will need go to the bar to order and pay. The environment is what you would expect from a bar, definitely not a restaurant you would take your family to. More suitable for a night out with the guys.

The only place in Huntsville with that Cheers vibe: where everyone knows your name. If you are tired of those "other" bars that don't care about you but only $$, come to Rugg's. Shoutout to the premiere bartenders: Briley, Olivia, Erin, Lonnie, Charlotte, Jody. Love this place.

What a great experience. This is the place you go to when you get off work and need to unwind before you go home. This is the place you go to when you want to engage in nonchalant banter with random individuals. The drinks are strong yet not overwhelming. Whatever level you are trying to achieve while present in Ruggby's you will achieve. I will be back.

Great atmosphere, knowledgeable servers, tapas, salads, paninis, charcuterie, wine, wine flights, dessert, coffee & teas. Guacamole & Belle Chèvre dip with organic pita chips is creamy & yummy. Goat cheese & Jalapeño Blueberry stuffed dates very tasty. Sous vide Berkshire Pork Belly Bites were a bit spicy & well executed. Cubano panini was great with kettle chips. Best dishes were stuffed dates and steak frites, prime tenderloin medallions with ginger Merlot reduction.

If you come by, you will leave with a smile and at least one new favorite wine that fits your budget. For the beer drinker, they've always got an amazing beer selection as well.

The food was really good. The coconut shrimp appetizer and shrimp/sausage cheesy grits were absolutely delicious. The French toast was nothing fancy, but good nonetheless. Their expresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. The bartender was the only person working outside of the kitchen which made the wait time very challenging on Mother’s Day.

Great environment. Enjoy the live music. It’s a good place to go for lunch and to have some drinks. The bartender was super friendly and funny. I got the jerk pasta and didn’t care too much for it. 6/10 it was too sweet in my opinion but the mimosas were really good. Will be back to try other menu items!

Very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this restaurant over the years for the beautiful views. The food has been inconsistent, but good enough to return on occasion. But last night was my last visit. They’ve changed the menu and are trying to appear like an upscale tapas bar. Nothing wrong with that as long as the quality of the food matches the menu. But I ordered the Braised Chorizo described as “Chorizo Braised in Red Wine, Lemon Vinaigrette Ensalada, Crusty Bread ”. Well I’ll let the picture speak mostly for itself. Lost my appetite immediately, but got a good laugh out of it at least. Ate the bread (that I had to ask for) and a few bites of overly dressed salad. It’s really too bad: The location, view, and atmosphere are great, but they have to be paired with good food to get my business.

Excellent service given by our bartender and the charcuterie board was great. I found the menu to be very concise with limited selections. The restaurant has high potential, but I’d recommend a menu overhaul with better quality control. I cannot recommend the Mac and cheese bites; they had a heavy serving of salt in them.

My family and I had a great time here! Some might say the menu is a little "limited" but they've really perfected what they have. We shared a few appetizers and then some desert and everything was delicious, absolutely nothing left to bring home.

Kona Grill – Macadamia Chicken Delight Had an awesome experience at Kona Grill recently. I ordered the Macadamia Nut Chicken, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked perfectly—tender with a nice crunch from the macadamia crust. The pineapple-papaya marmalade was the real star though—sweet, tangy, and the perfect complement to the savory chicken. It struck a great balance of sweet and salty that kept every bite interesting. Service was top-notch. Our waitress Mari was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She recommended a couple of beers that paired really well with the meal. Great vibes all around. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a little tropical with bold flavors. Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu!

First time here. I had the sweet and Bleu salad which was quite good. My wife had the chicken shrimp wrap... sorry to say that it was oily, salty, and burnt🫤 our host, Brandon, did a great job but the young lady who greeted us walked away from us leaving us to figure out for ourselves that we needed to follow. We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Kona this week. It was my first time there but definitely not the last! Our server Dalton took great care of us, answering questions and recommending dishes on the menu. Everyone really enjoyed their selections-the Macadamia Chicken and carrot cake were outstanding! I’ll definitely be back!

We stopped here for lunch and I’m glad we did! We were seated immediately. Alex was our server and she was amazing. I ordered a Pina-Rita, Summer Heat Roll, and a slice of Carrot Cake. Everything tasted delicious. My drink was sweet and refreshing and the sushi roll fresh and tasty! But the pièce de résistance was the carrot cake!! OMG!!! It is definitely worth 10+++ stars! It is a large slice of magic on a plate. It was topped with a creamy and decadent cream cheese icing and the caramel sauce… Oooh weeee… I swear it had Heath chips in it! It was heavenly! My only wish is that it would have been room temperature. It comes cold. Not a huge deal, but the next day when I ate it at room temperature it was DIVINE!!! I would go back just for the carrot cake!!

A very disappointing dinner tonight at your Huntsville location. Your kitchen was off tonight. Everything- everything- was sent back. Woody asparagus, dry white rice, and sea bass that was both burned and under cooked at the same time. Tempura shrimp roll contained a shrimp that was so small (it looked like scrap) your manager didn’t even recognize it as a shrimp. Shameful really. It was replaced with a spicy tuna roll. It’s been a while since I’ve visited Kona grill. I’ve been many times to your Dallas location in the past. Tonight was Very disappointing. Perhaps that would explain why the dining room was ten percent full on a Friday night during prime dinner time. You got issues with this location. Horribly poor value.

I ordered the Lemon Garlic Penne and added chicken. Absolutely amazing. Tasted just as good as the photo looked. Service was OK. I ordered mac and cheese as a side. I never received it, and then they attempted to charge me for it. The waters had an odd taste, I requested Dr.Pepper, in which also had the identical odd taste. The music is a bit too loud for me. There were so many delicious choices, the Lemon Garlic Penne made up for any negativity.

We were there to meet for a birthday celebration. Food was great, drinks were good. Restaurant was slow but took a long while for drinks to get made at the bar. Manager checked on us a few times and our server was very friendly.

Had a great experience here for dinner with coworkers. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and on point. The food came out hot and delicious. I come to this area for work a few times a year. I’ll be back!

Bone-in wings with the Sweet and Spicy Dry Rub were fantastic! Really the best wings I've had in a long time. And the outdoor seating is hard to beat. If you are local, you know what I am talking about. If you are visiting the area for the first time the Brickhouse is a solid choice, especially if you have a large group!

We have given this place three tries. The first time it was pretty great we sat in the bar and the waitress was great. Second time we took our family and it was bad. The waiter was new and didn’t follow instructions. The third time was the same waiter and he was even worse than the first time. The food was Terri’s me and the fries were soggie. The waiter didn’t bring any silverware and let all the dishes pile up on the table. The drinks were always empty and then this new cash out system where they wait around at the table is kind of rude. It like the waiter has to pine for the tip. Never did it occur to him that he didn’t do a good job. I would not waste your money or time on this place. It hasn’t gotten better in the last few weeks.

Fantastic Food - Fantastic Service My wife and I have been sampling all of the restaraunts in Providence, and decided to try the Brickhouse today. I was expecting a typical bar scene and menu but was pleasantly surprised by a delicious fine dining experience with excellent service for a very reasonable price. We ordered the pretzel bites, and were quite impressed with what was brought out. They were fresh, very delicious, and cooked in some kind of oil that added a unique flavor that made them just delectable. They were sprinkled with parsley and served with beer cheese, which was excellent as well. My wife ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffles were fluffy and delicious. I didn't try the chicken, but she gave me her bacon, which was smoked to perfection. The only down side here was that some of her fresh fruit had seen better days, and were bruised and overripe. I ordered the surf and turf burger. Man, lemme tell ya... That was an experience! They took a top notch burger and added large, juicy, fried shrimp to it. Then they tossed on abremoulade sauce and some crispy onions. I'm a big guy and could barely fit this monstrosity in my mouth. 11/10. However, the burger wasn't even the best part. Well, maybe it was, but this story isn't over yet. On a whim, I asked for my fries to be served loaded. I'd wanted to order loaded fries as our appetizer, but my wife vetoed in favor of the pretzel bites, so I figured this would be a good compromise. I've had a lot of loaded fries in my life. One look at my figure should tell you that. But... Dang. These weren't skinny fries under some melted cheese. These were thick, delicious, fresh fries under what I believe was either queso or beer cheese mixed with pico. The whole affair was topped with bacon and a few other sumptious additions. I requested ranch dressing with them, but did not need it - they had a very unique flavor and easily top my list of favorite loaded fries ever. To top it off, the service was excellent. All employees were prompt, professional, and accurate. I wish I could remember our waitress' name, but I at least wrote it down on a comment card that I submitted. The manager or owner stopped by our table to check on us at least once and was very visibly active in making sure a top notch experience was being had by all customers, without getting in anyone's way. All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience. We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

Great place to eat and watch the game! Enjoyed it enough to stop in twice on the same trip to Huntsville! First night I tried the mixed green salad wit the Grilled Salmon - melted in my mouth! Great service the second night also.

The food is wonderful, the drink selection is limited. The service is high quality. Only complaint is the glassware doesn't come clean consistently, we send back at least 1 drink per visit

Suprised by the menu offerings, got veggie buffalo burger. Made in house and super flavorful! I give them A for product but need to work on the patty getting more char on it to hold together. But dang a solid veggie burger in Alabama, did not see that coming. Also great server at lunch time.

Check in-process was good with the option to track live status online. Although they were very busy, our party of 7 was seated within 10 minutes. Management and service was top tier. Very versatile menu. Good food. Very reasonable prices. Different managers completed table visits to make sure everything was okay. Definitely a great spot for the family.

First time here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and we'll be coming back to sample more of the menu! The blackberry bramble cocktail is magnificent!! The mahi-mahi tacos were a little dry, but our waiter brought more sweet Thai chili sauce and that fixed the problem. Highly recommend!

Service was the most polite I've ever seen, making me feel more welcome than I would even at my own home, thank you Tyler. Although I came to watch the Final Four this was much more than a sports bar. Even surprised to get Thai food.

I went for a drink after a rough day, I believe the bartender name was Tameka, I requested a side car which she had not made before. I love how she was willing to look it up and although they didn’t have the proper liquor offered a substitute and the drink was awesome! One and I was good to go. I finished before I could think of snapping a picture lol sorry

We ordered the fried mozzarella (which is made from scratch), two burgers and the pot roast philly cheese steak on naan bread. Our food was fast and DELICIOUS!!!! Have to come back again just for the pot roast and mozzarella. Our server Katie was on top of everything. We never had to ask for extra napkins or refills. We thought it and it just appeared. However the woman’s restroom looked more like a truck stop restroom. The bathroom was dirty and the floors were slippery.

Edit (8/9/25 Visit) So, after speaking with Gail, one of the partners, we decided to give it another chance. We were served by Caroline, who did an amazing job, give her whatever she wants, a raise, more hours, a promotion, time off, whatever, she deserves it. She did great. You really couldn't ask for a better server. Overall, everything was good. It really was. The fried mozzarella app was really good, if a little oily, but that's kind of to be expected, not complaining. But it was definitely good. My dinner was good. Overall, I'm more impressed with the ownership and staff in their willingness to make even the smallest of unhappiness right. That was impressive. Good work on that. This is going to be a very mixed review. It was a very mixed experience with my pick-up order and I will just be as organized as possible about it. I'll go down the order, I guess. This was mine and my wife's 14th anniversary dinner. I had the naan shrimp po'boy. The po'boy itself was actually really good. The shrimp was cooked just right, seasoned well, the remoulade sauce was delicious (it could have stood to have a little more on it), the lettuce was...lettucing or something. I would have loved the option to leave off the tomatoes, but there's no substitutions or omissions allowed, which is a bit ridiculous. The fries were terrible. They tasted like they were just pulled out of the bag, unthawed, brought to a little above room temperature and then left. Granted, I expected cold fries with a carry-out order, but these were just... underwhelming. Also, I think they had salt substituted on them by the back of house for air because they were completely bland, as well. Up next, my wife had the Gooey Wingfinger Bowl. She said she really enjoyed the chicken, the sauce on it was great, and it was cooked beautifully. Again, the fries were inedible. Last of the meal plates was our 12 year old. They said it was good, liked everything, but kids aren't always very nitpicky, especially when it either involves fries. Finally, the dessert. This was by far the most disappointing thing. Beignets Ala'bama. I'm from Louisiana, grew up around po'boys, etoufee, jambalaya, gumbo, crawfish boils, and of course, beignets. This was not even close to that. I've no idea what this was, how the dough managed to be both hard and stale at the same time, or poofed up but totally empty inside, either. They should be soft, pillowy, full of that yeasty goodness and a little bit crunchy at the edges. The only thing this had going for it was copious amounts of powdered sugar. Absolutely no one ate them. I was genuinely happy with the main course dishes, seriously. But aside from that -pun intended- everything else ell

The food here is great. Location is convenient to downtown. Was a little skeptical of the Alabama white BBQ sauce at first but decided to give it a go. Turned out to be delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked as well. Very tender and juicy. The gooey fries were a great appetizer. A must try in Huntsville if you are a fan of sports, bars and chicken.

I’ve lived in the area for quite some time and always pass by this place but yesterday I was looking for a new place to eat at and I said hm let’s try this place out. West End Grill definitely did not disappoint, I’m glad I took a chance on them. The food was great, the server was attentive, and the atmosphere was very chill. Will definitely be back here!

Very good grub. Wanted to try the ribeye...but they were out. Had the steak tips, they were well seasoned and juicy. The baked potato was a little under done, but still good. Highly recommend the bread pudding.

Ok we came here with no expectations, but it was surprisingly really good foods. We love it! The chicken wings jamaican flavor was a blast’ and rest of the food we ordered was great as well, our server name charlie or Chris not sure the name was great too.

No wait. Sat at the bar. Bartender was super proactive and friendly. Probably the best Ribeye I have ever ordered. I could taste the grill on the steak. Perfectly medium rare. Solid cheesecake. Would come back in a heartbeat.

When we pulled up the parking lot was PACKED but we found a spot up front and walked in. We were immediately seated. Then the waitress came over. She immediately then proceed to bring us our drinks. She gave us a minute to look over the menu then took our order. She brought us our food within a matter of minutes. Our waitress was sweet & super attentive. She stayed refilling our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. When the food came out, it was hot and tasted delicious. We only have 30 minutes for lunch so after we tipped our waitress we headed back to work & made it back with a few minutes to spare. This is the perfect place to sit down and eat and enjoy.

I was in town for a concert and choose this place since it was right next to the amphitheater. The service was fast and all the workers were nice. Food was amazing, I had the blt and tots and both were delicious! The blt had a good amount of bacon, would come back just for that alone!

I rated Food at 4 stars only because of its limited menu compared to many other restaurants. That said, what is offered is very good. Visit their website and make your own determination of the menu. The service is always good and the atmosphere is rustic...small but cozy. We like it and eat here a lot. Note to owner: we look forward to repair of the column outside

Really enjoyed checking you out. Met someone who's friends of the owner and when he told us he was from Eunice, I knew it would be good, and it was. Enjoyed the crawfish etoufee and cajun corn. Hubby got the shrimp poboy but us Louisiana folks miss the poboys with so much shrimp it falls everywhere and hoped you had it as well. We'd definitely come back.

This was my first time eating here. My husband ate here all the time in college. I was kind of nervous about eating Gator bites, but they were so good! I'm definitely going to get more of those next time we go back. The Cajun fries were amazing! I got the shrimp po-boy and that was good too. Everybody loved their food. Would definitely recommend! It's definitely a hole in the wall type of place and like most hole in the wall type of places the food is amazing!

We only stopped by for a quick lunch, but it was a great decision. The fried oysters taste of the sea and the fried gator is also perfectly juicy. This is a fun place with great food! The staff were very helpful.

First time here. I had an incredible experience. The restaurant looks a little wild from the outside, but once you're in, the atmosphere is exactly like you'd expect legitimate long-time French Quarter style restaurant to be. They have three sections. When you walk in, you're in the date night/family friendly area. Past that through the A/C barrier doors is the outside bar area with music and smoking area. The third I'd describe as a private party area suitable for ~50 people. It has media capabilities but I'd probably bring my own projector and speakers. Full A/C and private restrooms in this area. Very cool restaurant that I highly recommend and will return to very soon.

Great place on a Friday night! Live music, food, and drinks. We tried the jambalaya, etofee, gumbo, green beans, Gator bits, Cajun fries, bread pudding. The gumbo and bread pudding are the best I've had!

Let me tell you, if you are looking for fresh delicous authentic Cajun cuisine for affordable prices. This is the place to go. Went on a lunch break with a party of 7, our orders came out quickly and steaming. Everyone had different orders and it all was delicous. I highly recomend the fried gator poboy. It was the perfect ammount of spices with a crispy exterior and a juicy interior. This place is now my new favorite Cajun resturant. The service was also amazing. The waiter checked on us multiple times, made sure our drinks were constantly refilled and took great care of us. He was the best. I highly recomend this place 10/10.

Didn’t even get to eat because I was so put off by the employee that acted like me waiting at the please wait to be seated sign was the worst thing that ever happened to him. He told me to read the sign and when he saw he was wrong he then Just decided to tell me he wasn’t going to do 2 jobs and flipped it to seat yourself. I have no issue with seating myself but I do have an issue with being insulted when I actively follow the directions on the sign that’s posted. As a restaurant manager myself this place is embarrassing and not worth the 1 or 2 good employees it has.

Had a great experience today @ Scene Restaurant!! Dasia was our bartender & was so much fun !! She made us some delicious drinks & helped us decide on menu choices. Travis made us Spider Roll Sushi. It was the first time for us trying sushi and it absolutely amazing !!! 10 of 10 recommend, we’ll definitely be back !!

4 of us dined at Scene on 6/18 before our movie. 3 of us ordered sushi. The fish tasted “off” and we all felt ill by the end of our movie. All of us agreed that we will never go there again.

My wife and I were going to the movies at Cinemark at the Bridge Street Mall. Since we arrived very early to walk around the mall and had plenty of time before our movie we decided to have a late lunch at the Scene in the Cinemark Theatre. The restaurant is quiet and has booths and tables. My wife ordered the potstickers for her lunch. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries. The Fried Chicken Sandwich was topped with purple coleslaw, pickles and Chipolte mayo. The potato fries were hot and crisp. The prices are reasonable and the meal were hot, fresh and flavorful. There is an extensive menu with appetizers and entrees.

My husband and I eat here regularly when going to watch a movie in Bridge Street. Their food and drinks are consistently delicious and service is friendly.

Excellent burgers. The Smash Burger is excellent. Everyone at our table had something different, and everyone was happy.There is a kids menu. My son had the chicken strips and he enjoyed them. They have a good selection of appetizers. The zucchini fries are really good, it comes with two dipping sauces. The beers selection scores an A+! We did not have cocktails, but I am sure they are just as good.

We've been meaning to try Bad Daddy's for a while now, friends told us that it was good. They were right. I had the "Create your own Burger" & my husband had the BD's All American Burger, we both had onion rings. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was sweet. Service was great.

I'll start by saying this is not your typical burger joint. The atmosphere is pleasing and not too cluttered. A full bar is available and plenty of table seating. Our server was wonderful and attentive with a cheerful personality. And now the food. We started off with beer battered onion rings. They were cooked perfect and paired with the chipotle ranch they quickly became one of my top three favorites. The Daddy's Philly. Again, made to perfection. Again, now in my top three. Even though we didn't get a burger it was impressive to see the many options. From standard burgers to Create Your Own which consists of filling out a list of what you want on it and how it's prepared. The type of meat, how it's cooked, preferred bun and an array of toppings. When we left I went to Google and was pleased to see that there were more restaurants in different states and one just happens to be in mine and not too far away. I will definitely be going back to fill out a list.

My husband, son, and I came in with no expectations and were all impressed . Our server Tierra was fantastic. She was friendly and gave recommendations. We had the homemade potato chips with ranch and pimento for an appetizer and they were hot, crispy and delicious. My husband had the bacon burger, son had the stack and smash burger , and I had a custom made burger . We all loved our burgers and fries . I had a spike mudslide milkshake and it was thick and delicious. We will definitely be back .

The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. It’s far and few between to get all 3 when going out these days. Service is normally poor and the food is okay but bad daddy’s reminded my wife and I what it’s supposed to feel like when you go out to eat. One of the main reasons our experience was so great was because of our waitress Mya. She was kind friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I were so happy to have gotten her instead of anyone else !!! At this place you can build your own burger which is unique and my wife went all out on hers. Of course she didn’t finish it haha. Food here was pretty dang good. I wanted something. That wasn't part of a chain and drove 15 minutes to get here and the food didn't disappoint. Had to wait at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes until someone came up front to seat me, but that was the worst part of the whole visit. Got the Bacon Queso which was ok just ok, but then I ordered the Bad Ass Burger. I don't know what I was expecting when it came out but I was shocked at how huge it was. But it was indeed tasty and a nice change of pace.

We had a party of 25 and Alexis our server did an amazing job of handling our orders and separate checks. The food was good and came quickly despite the volume and our checks were correct. To finish off I had a chocolate shake and it was thick and delicious.

Kathryn was our server and was so friendly and helpful. Food was yummy and had a cool vibe! Music wasn't overpowering and you could enjoy conversations and great food! We'll be back for sure!

This is an absolutely fantastic bar and grill. With taps that rotate on a weekly basis there is always a tremendous selection of beer, cider and even Mead. Food selections are hardy, well prepared and very flavorful. What makes this bar incredible is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I strongly recommend this restaurant for casual dining and drinks.

The Brass Tap is awesome! They have a huge selection of beers and cocktails. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We went for drinks but ordered food while we were there and it was actually really good. Not just your average bar food. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside with TVs everywhere you turn. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is amazing with an industrial feel and more beer than you can imagine on tap. They have a fantastic happy hour every day with tasty treats at reasonable rates to match . I highly recommend this for food and drinks.

First timer! Came in for brunch during happy hour on a Saturday. Mimosas started at $1 and went to $3. I ordered of the brunch menu. I chose the Southwest Burrito- no substitutions; it was amazing. The location not easy to spot, but easily accessible. There is a parking garage directly behind the building. Once you've been you'll be wondering how you haven't been already 🤪

This place is a solid 4, great service, great beer variety, food that is ok. The wings are good. The crispy chicken sandwich batter feels like the fish sandwich from long John silvers... but not as good. The brisket grilled cheese is boring, needs the jalapeños to be candied instead of fresh... but overall a quality place with a ton of TVs that is a good night out.

It was our first time out to The Brass Tap and we had so much fun!!!! I cannot stress how much fun this place is. Great live music (Tim Cannon), good food, and friendly staff was the recipe for a perfect evening! We ordered wings, cheese curds and fries! We enjoyed it all! We tried several of the beers on tap and they were great as well! Stop by for a fun evening with the family it with friends! We will surely be back!

I'm a big fan of Rocket Republic's beer. They have great cores and I love when they brew small batches. The beer is 5 stars. The notch in stars is this tap room. It was HOT. The door was open and they had a large fan going in the back but other than that, there was no real air flow. Maybe the AC was out? Not sure. There was nothing posted about it. I feel I've been here other times and it wasn't so hot but it was colder outside. Also, the service was pretty lackluster. The beertenders were not very friendly. That's ok, though. I got cold beer and it was good. Being that this is one of the only breweries in Madison and Rocket Republic does make really good beer, it's a good stop if you are in the area. They also have a taproom in downtown Huntsville that I've had better experiences at. A lot more to choose from there, as well.

We were told this was a great place, what a disappointment. The two bartenders were two of the most unfriendly, inhospitable women I have ever had the misfortune of not quite meeting. My glass was 75% empty and no refill. They never asked us how we were doing, or if we had been here before. They literally spoke to one another more tthan they spoke to us. It was a sad experience. I did notice that they spoke to people at the other end of the bar but not to us. We were nice enough, entered with a smile but... if you know what you want and don't want to be bothered or you come in with a party. I would say go to Rocket Republic. Not a staff friendly place. The short blonde behind the bar who refused to identify herself was the WORST.

Parking is a little hard to find but it's worth the small hassle. The brews here are all uniquely named accordingly and the staff is very helpful in helping you make a selection especially if you're a newbie like me. There's several interactive games such as ping pong, darts, and some arcade games. There's occasionally scheduled live music as well. Overall, great spot to hang out and have a good time!

1.15.22 Dude running the bar with the beanie was a 😂 🤣. Probably jealous I was with 2 girls. Didn't have the courage to say anything to them until I walked away, and was a total tampon when we ordered drinks. WIth the economy we have right now, companies are doing well to hire losers like him just to keep the business running.

Great place to chill have a locally brewed craft beer. Spacious seating. Games and Growler/ Crowler service. Staff was cool and attentive. Support your local business and drink here!
