Ski resort
Nestled in the heart of Whistler, Canada's renowned adventure sports destination, Fairmont Château Whistler is a luxurious 4-star retreat offering a range of upscale amenities. With its close proximity to ski and snowboard activities in winter and golf, hiking, and mountain biking in the warmer months, this expansive resort caters to couples seeking a romantic spa getaway as well as families looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept, and every detail made me feel at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their guests’ experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. I can’t wait to come back!

We went here for vacation and we were not aware they received 2 stars from Michelin but quickly saw why they had. From the moment you arrive every staff member makes you feel welcome and go above and beyond to accommodate. We ate at many places, but nothing beats the prime rib sandwiches and chicken wings with maple or buffalo sauces. We ordered these at the bar and grabbed scrabble from the health & fitness center to play while we drank perfectly made cocktails. The sunrise makes the heated pools and hot tubs steam and adds to the atmosphere as the birds and Hôtel wakes up. We ordered room service and stayed in our room most of one of the days in our 2 bathroom king bed with separate living room suite. After we finished they have a button to alert staff to come pick up your dishes which is a great little touch. The fitness center had everything needed in good shape and was clean to workout and was right next to the pools so you can jump in immediately after. While in the pool they offer drink service and there is even a way to swim to the inside or outside which was useful when it was snowing or raining so we could stay in without getting out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion. I was highly impressed, my only surprise was that it was 2.5 hours bus ride from the airport but the drive up is so beautiful it isn’t much of a bother.
Nicholas R — Google review
The staff was delightful and friendly . We saw a staff member dealing with a cranky visitor professionally and with a smile on their face. We enjoyed the wonderful drinks at the pool side and watching the morning dawn with a coffee in hand in your hot tub. The portobello restaurant was delicious and great prices. The drivers in the valet busses were so friendly. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. My husband especially loved the rain shower.all in all we had an amazing weekend

Great time we had at your hotel. Such clean & very nice room. Beautiful inside layout & decors. So comfortable the beds too & we loved every minute of our stay. Love it!! Very friendly staff too & service.. Amazing check in reception! Thank you so much for making our stay memorable & great!
Lene G — Google review
The Fairmont Château Whistler is the one place I always preferred to stay at when I visit Whistler. The moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with no detail overlooked from the front desk to the bell desk and housekeeping and catering. Our meeting went well in one of their well- appointed meeting rooms, and the attentive and accommodating catering staff made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was recently renovated , it was adorned with tasteful Christmas lights, trees, and decorations, providing ample space for Instagram-worthy photos. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation and I was not able to use the facilities. However I remembered it being one of the nicest indoor/outdoor heated pool. Well, I just have to wait for my next trip.
Teresa R — Google review
This is absolutely one of my favourite hotels. Has such a quaint feel. Not far from the city, but you still feel like you’re on vacation. Love it the most when it has snow. The facilities are beautiful. Great food and places to eat nearby. The pools and hot tubs/saunas are beautiful, my daughter loves it. The staff are simply amazing. I want to thank all the guys at the front door working the valet. They are so amazing with my dog. Including the staff on the gold floor lounge. They are always so welcoming and did everything to accommodate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is always my go to for Whistler. My Pup loves it too!
Brittany R — Google review
We stayed here as part of a university field trip and it was first-class from arrival to departure. We arrived early and the bell desk was more than accommodating to hold our bags until check-in time. Check-in was swift and the front desk staff were quite welcoming and personable, ( thank you to AJ for the amazing room and the follow-up). As part of the guest speaking event, the breakfast and service provided was beyond expectation. Thank you all again for making us feel at home.
Jeff A — Google review
I recently stayed at the Fairmont with my family and friends for a couple of days, as we usually do around this time of year, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The main issue was that the main pool (which is the primary reason I chose the Fairmont) was closed for maintenance, and there was no prior notice given to guests. Since both my family and friends have kids, this was a major letdown. I was actually deciding between the Fairmont and the Four Seasons for this trip, and I went with the Fairmont because it has become somewhat of a family tradition. When I raised the issue with the manager, his response was passive-aggressive. He even suggested that my kids could participate in wellness activities like yoga, which clearly isn’t suitable for teenagers. After some back and forth, I was offered a $100 refund, which didn’t feel adequate, but I accepted it. When I returned to my room, I noticed that there were no robes available. After requesting them, it took over an hour to have them delivered. The same thing happened when I requested a dental kit — it took more than 30 minutes to arrive. Although I was eventually offered one complimentary night, it took a lot of effort to be heard and properly assisted. Overall, this stay fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from the Fairmont. For the price and reputation, I expected much better service and communication. The hotel should have informed guests in advance about the pool closure so we could make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the reservation or choose another option.

Nestled in the picturesque setting of Blackcomb Mountain, Four Seasons Resort Whistler offers a luxurious retreat with breathtaking mountain views. The property boasts top-notch amenities including a high-end spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs. Guests can indulge in upscale dining at the renowned Sidecut restaurant, known for its delectable steaks. The resort also provides exclusive services such as a ski concierge to cater to skiing enthusiasts.
We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service, rooms, and location were all excellent. As a couple with three adult children, we were given two connecting rooms with a shared door, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is quiet, cozy, and surrounded by nature, yet still within walking distance from the town center. Parking and valet service were available, and we also enjoyed the free shuttle rides to nearby places—even a complimentary personal drop-off service was offered. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we love how this hotel stands out just like our favorite hotels around the world.

This hotel was AMAZING! Every employee knocked themselves out with their customer service skills. Me, my Mom and Sister enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet for 6 mornings in a row, cost savings of $68.75/per person. The steam room, sauna room and heated pool were great, didn't make it to the gym lol. Totally chill vibe there, I wore my pj's and 4 Seasons bathrobe to breakfast after taking doggie out to grass area every morning. I was given to go boxes and encouraged to fill them up! Also from 4 pm - 5 pm there was a wine happy hour and hot chocolate bar for people like me who don't drink. I didn't want to leave.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Whistler was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuine. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. The amenities — from the spa to the heated pool — were world-class. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made it feel so personalized. Truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had! Looking forward to coming back in the Summer. Special thanks to Peter, Steven, Ioto and Rachalle.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly five-star. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The rooms were beautifully appointed — spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the little touches like cozy robes, turn-down service, and in-room amenities made our stay feel extra special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet inviting. We loved spending time by the fire in the lounge, and the pool and spa were absolute highlights — quiet, pristine, and the perfect place to unwind. Whether it was dining, concierge help, or even small personal requests, the service was consistently exceptional. The Four Seasons delivers a level of comfort and care that truly sets it apart. We can’t wait to return — a perfect stay in every way.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, as we’ve always wanted to visit Whistler. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered top notch customer service. They went above and beyond by surprising her with a cake and upgrading our room. The only issue was that our restaurant reservation didn’t go through, even though the front desk told us it was confirmed. When we showed up to Sidecut, they had no record of it. Fortunately, the hostess rearranged a few things and seated us within 10 minutes. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
Jason M — Google review
We had the most wonderful time at the Four Seasons. All staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. The pool was nicely heated allowing guests to swim there during all seasons. We felt very safe at this hotel. From now on, we’ll only stay at the Four Seasons when we’re back in Whistler!
Michelle R — Google review
Our stay at the Four Seasons Whistler was outstanding. If you want real hospitality, the thoughtful, detail-driven kind that’s almost impossible to find anymore, this is the place. Everything ran smoothly, nothing felt rushed, and the whole experience had a calm, elevated feel. A special mention to Aleks Poulet at concierge. Aleks is exceptional: proactive (thank you Aleks) organized, and genuinely committed to making your stay better. You feel fully looked after, not just checked in. If you’re choosing where to stay in Whistler, pick the Four Seasons don’t give it a second thought It’s absolutely worth it.
Justin S — Google review
Professional and five-star quality service. We were very satisfied with our stay — the team truly delivered a premium experience. My only comment is regarding the resort fee. It would feel more transparent and aligned with the premium standard if the resort fee were included in the advertised room price, rather than added at checkout!!

The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler is a luxurious all-suite accommodation with top-notch amenities such as a spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and dining options. Situated at the base of the mountain and adjacent to the gondolas in Whistler Village, this resort was even home to Olympic athletes during the 2010 Winter Olympics. The expansive property offers spacious and stylish rooms with modern features like fireplaces and kitchenettes, providing stunning views of the mountains.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Resort & Spa in Whistler last week for two nights with my mom to celebrate her birthday, and it was an amazing experience! Almost all of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The views from the resort were breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to visit the Westin Resort & Spa again very soon!
Sana M — Google review
Great location, walking distance to everything and closer to gondola. We were there for a friend's birthday weekend and they were able to put us all on the same floor. Service was very quick with requests for robes and slippers. Came right away! Always a friendly greet from the front desk when leaving and entering the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Mariam A — Google review
Sweet resort! I wholeheartedly appreciate the staff member Megan English. My luggage with my filming equipment was left behind and later stolen just before we arrived. I’m a platinum member with Marriott, but I’m supposed to be a Titanium, but that’s a story for another day. Ms. Megan let me pick the best room, with great view at the resort after I told her what happened. I stayed here August 15, 2025. I just wanted to recognize her. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than average. We enjoyed the heated pool and the sauna. And the cafes and restaurants nearby. God willing I will be back very soon.
Elliott M — Google review
Excellent location, great service, and all the comforts you need The Westin Resort & Spa in Whistler is perfectly located right in the heart of the Village—everything is within walking distance, from restaurants to lifts and trails. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the check-in process was quick and easy. While the rooms are a bit dated in terms of design, they’re clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a studio suite, which featured a cozy balcony and a well-stocked kitchen—perfect for preparing a few meals during our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. The hotel’s amenities are a highlight: the indoor-outdoor pool is great for families, and the hot tub, sauna, and gym offer plenty of ways to unwind and recharge. Parking is convenient (right on-site), though understandably on the pricier side for the area. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The Westin for anyone visiting Whistler—especially for those looking for comfort, location, and great service.
JJ — Google review
This resort was very comfortable. A place to call home base after long days hiking the mountains of BC. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fireplace in the living room, a separate shower and tub, a kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The balcony was open but private which allowed for a nice cup of coffee in the woods. The amenities outside of the room are just as nice with a gym that has more equipment than other hotels, a dry sauna, indoor/outdoor pools and jacuzzi's, on site shopping and restaurants. The resort also grants easy access to Whistler village, where you can find groceries, shops, restaurants, pubs, and gondolas - all within walking distance.
Jamison E — Google review
I had a conference at the hotel, and the staff were wonderful and welcoming. My first room had a faulty AC, but they quickly moved me to a new, lovely, and clean room with comfortable mattresses. The only small issue was that the room temperature didn’t cool down much even when I lowered the thermostat. It was such a pleasure to be able to walk around and explore everything within Whistler. Overall, it was a great experience!
Regan F — Google review
Stayed here for the past week, one of the days I unfortunately had a medical issue. Fortunately I was able to talk with Kelly and Isabelle who were on shift, they helped tremendously and ensured I was well looked after. They were very understanding, empathetic and kind. I was lucky they were working there, the customer service provided is top notch, paired with a beautiful hotel room with gorgeous views, in a great location- this hotel is most definitely 5 stars. Would definitely love to come back and will be recommending to all my my friends and family.

First time staying here. Great Location, easy walking to the village Our room was with a kitchen, so cute The rooms are small but cozy😊 5 stars just for how comfortable the bed was!!!!! 2 hot tubs, and a nice sized pool(just wish the pool temperature was a bit warmer with the temperature change, cause the hot tubs fill up so fast) Very friendly staff Parking was a bit crazy!!!!! The stalls are SO small

Nita Lake Lodge offers elegant suites with fireplaces, fine dining, and a spa. The tranquil lakeside setting provides a retreat from everyday life. The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge offers massages, body treatments, and medical aesthetics. Guests can enjoy rooftop hot tubs, an eucalyptus steam room, and a relaxation lounge. Rooms with mountain views offer the chance to borrow complimentary canoes, kayaks, and SUP's for lake activities.
I’ve stayed here twice now, once in May with my Wife and Dog, and once in September with a large group for a work retreat. The rooms are soooo nice, the Dyson hairdryers are awesome. Everything is so clean and well taken care of. One of the more serene spots in Whistler and they are very dog friendly!! Bec and her team helped make everything perfect for our work retreat in their Train Station boardroom. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
Mitch D — Google review
Spent the night at this hotel a couple days ago and honestly dont think I would go back again. The room was ok not great for the price point. Obscured lake view but we were on the first floor which sucked. The pool is tiny. The hot tub is not even hot. The sauna could use a deep clean. The gym closed for reno's. The staff experience at the front desk was below average although the reservation experience was for me a 1 out of 10. The price point for the hotel is simply not justified. I mean almost $40 per day for parking was steep. They claim boutique status although there was nothing in my experience that said boutique at all. The best part of the experience was actually the Shuttle service. The driver was terrific. I think his name was Ken. Sadly I had much higher expectations that were not even close to being met. You are better off getting a hotel in the Village then staying here. I for one will share my experience with friends, co-workers, and business contacts to avoid this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nita Lake Lodge — Magical, Cozy, and Absolutely Worth It Looked absolutely gorgeous from the outside — warm yellow lights glowing like fairy lights, giving off a magical, almost Harry Potter-like vibe. The whole place felt like it was carved out of a cave, with earthy, natural touches everywhere. The check-in staff were incredibly warm and helpful. One of the ladies gave us great ideas, including trying out their free rental bikes, which were in brand-new condition. We took them along the Valley Trail to Whistler Village — an easy, scenic ride with amazing views of Nita Lake the whole way. Our room was huge, luxurious, and cozy, complete with a fireplace. The bathroom felt like a private spa — beautiful French-style bathtub, plush towels, and ultra-luxurious green robes that made post-hike recovery feel next-level. After scrambling in Squamish earlier that day, that bath hit the spot. The lodge also offers free kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards to enjoy Nita Lake — perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises from the water. At night, the soft yellow lighting reflected off the lake creates a scene straight out of a movie. We loved the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and barrel sauna — perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure. Plus, underground parking made things easy and secure, with direct elevator access to the lobby. Our balcony overlooked towering rock columns, adding to that rugged mountain-luxury vibe. Honestly, no complaints whatsoever — only wish we had stayed longer than one night.
Akaramah K — Google review
If you’re looking for a blend of luxury and tranquility in Whistler, Nita Lake Lodge delivers. Set on the edge of a serene lake and just steps from the gondola, it gives you nature and convenience without compromise. Guests regularly praise the lake-view suites with fireplaces, soaker tubs and heated floors — the kind of touches that elevate a stay from comfortable to memorable. The lodge excels in its holistic experience. The on-site spa features rooftop hot tubs with mountain and water views, a steam room and serious treatments for post-adventure recovery. Dining is well-reviewed too: from the casual café to upscale meals in The Den, guests highlight fresh mountain-inspired menus and lake-terrace ambiance. On the practical side: a complimentary shuttle to Whistler village simplifies logistics, and free bikes/kayaks make summer outings effortless. Some caveats: a few guests mention that in-restaurant service can lag during busy times, and the pool is smaller than one might expect given the rest of the property’s scale. In short: if you value quiet elegance, high-end comfort and seamless access to the slopes or trails, Nita Lake Lodge is a strong choice.
Matt E — Google review
What a treat! We spent a few nights here and it was amazing. The rooms were spacious, and the amenities were clean. We enjoyed a lot of time by the pool and on the lake. The only thing that would’ve made this better as if there was a bit more choice for food, but that’s what the shadow to the village is for!
J W — Google review
We went for massages, I had a regular body work massage and was very happy, the lady did a great job and I could tell she really cared about her job and my experience, I booked my bf with the RMT and he was less impressed. I was also under the impression that the hot tub area looked out over the lake and it doesn’t at all so that was quite disappointing, I think the pictures a little deceiving.. also the hot tubs must be about 40 years old and could do with an update, the sauna also does get that hot. The receptionist was very accommodating to us though and really lovely.
Aurora — Google review
We loved this property and their team. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room with a fantastic view, but the whole property was beautiful with a great location right on the lake. The pool, hot tub and sauna were well maintained and had a view of the lake; so relaxing to have the cold wind while we were warm in the hot tub. We will absolutely be back!
Laura T — Google review
We had a great weekend at Nita Lake Lodge. Not our first visit and definitely not our last. Our room was really comfortable, no complaints. This place is a gem away from the hustle and bustle of the Village and the setting on the lake is incredibly beautiful, to the say the least. Staff are really friendly and always helpful. You can go canoeing, swimming, paddle boarding, bike riding, walk to the village and take in the scenic route around the lake or sit on the deck with a cocktail and enjoy the exquisite view. The food is good but they seemed to be short of staff this weekend, it took a while to get drinks and food, but other than that, I highly recommend staying at Nita Lake Lodge, you won't regret it. Oh, and make stop at the Cafe for your coffee and bites, it's incredible too.

The Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa is a contemporary resort offering spacious suites, an outdoor pool, fitness center, and spa. Situated at the base of Whistlers stunning peaks, it's an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts year-round. During winter, guests have easy access to skiing and snowboarding at Whistler Blackcomb Mountain lift, while summer activities like ATV rides and glacier tours can be arranged through the hotel's concierge.
We recently stayed at the Whistler Hilton for 5 nights with our family. This resort far surpassed our expectations. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for our needs. The restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. The pool and weight room had exactly what we needed to enjoy some leisure time. Location wise a this hotel is in the heart of all the action, without hearing all the action. Within a few steps were shopping or on the hills I would absolutely stay at this resort again!
Mer M — Google review
Amazing location and good place to stay in the heart of Whistler. The worst part is the staff, from reception to breakfast staff they are not welcoming and a bit rude considering the Hilton and “resort” name. I will exclude bellmen, they were one of the friendliest. Rooms are in need of an upgrade, cleanliness definitely could be better. Pool and hot tubs are amazing, I loved the indoor one, under the shadow of trees outside. Unbeatable. Breakfast buffet is very good but again, staff downgrades the experience. I didn’t like they tried to make me sign a receipt of the buffet I prepaid months ago. I found this fishy to double charge their guests. Overall I would stay again if I’m in Whistler area again.
Ayşenur U — Google review
We stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom. We stayed in one of the 2bd 2bath SUITES w/steam room. It was a big deal for us and we stayed together as a family. I travel a lot and we’ve worked in hospitality and purposely chose Hilton for the location and reputation. The first person I spoke with was Elizabeth at check in. I think she’s a manager? Not one smile or acknowledgment of the occasion- the room cost us around $2700 for two nights and not only did she not make us feel welcome (after a long drive up the sea to sky)… but it was almost like she was doing us a favour. The encounter was disappointing, to be honest. As for the parking - their protocol is only one car per room. Luckily, the valet people were so kind and on the ball- they made it work for us since we had two cars and my parents are seniors, which we very much appreciated. One positive note- the spa in the lobby (owned independently) is fabulous. The location was great, but on the fence if I would stay here again given the many (friendlier and top notch) options in Whistler, like Pan Pacific, Nita Lake Lodge and the Four Seasons.

We decided to come to the Hilton and it was a wonderful choice. Our concierge Amy was absolutely wonderful and ensured we had a wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend from letting us know that our rooms were ready early to updating us the best places to go for attractions and food when we arrived. She also made sure we had these super cute robes for our little kids for the pool! We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

The location and their facilities were good having outdoor hot tub. I visited for my birthday. But I didn't like I had to pay extra $ 67.85 for resort fee and parking fee. It was charged under my card used for deposit check when check in. If I knew I had to pay this much extra when booking, I wouldn't have booked this hotel.

I love staying here with my toddler. The location is super convenient, the room is ideal with plenty of space and a full kitchen, the beds are soooooo comfy, and the staff were awesome at every interaction. The servers during breakfast at Cinnamon Bear and the valet were particularly helpful and friendly, especially since I was travelling solo with my kiddo and always had my hands full. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay at Hilton Whistler was truly elevated specially thanks to Jerald! From the moment we arrived, staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Staff’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth stood out throughout our visit. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering great local recommendations, or simply greeting us with a friendly smile every time we passed by, but Jerald made our experience exceptional at Hilton Whistler. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and makes guests feel so valued. Hilton Whistler is lucky to have him — thank you, Jerald, for making our stay so memorable!

The Sundial Hotel is a casual all-suite hotel located right next to the Whistler Blackcomb Gondolas, making it an ideal choice for families. The spacious rooms can accommodate four people and feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces, and heated slate floors in the bathrooms. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and boasts a rooftop hot tub, three restaurants, and a pub. Additionally, some suites come with private hot tubs.
Amazing hotel right in the center of Whistler village. Though older, the hotel does look great as a renovated boutique hotel. Close to various amenities right outside the hotel steps with restaurants accessible on the 2nd floor. The mountain view room overlooks the village square and the ski hill which few hotels do. The hotel also offers complimentary rental equipment like GoPro tho we didn't take advantage of. The private rooftop hotel tub is a nice touch to the stay and the free Nespresso is always welcomed to keep me going on my Whistler adventure.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly kind and patient with our three-year-old, and my family was so well taken care of while I was out working. It really meant a lot to know they were in such good hands. Everyone we interacted with was so sweet, helpful, and genuinely caring — it made the whole experience a joy. The room was clean and cozy, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was exceptional. Thank you so very much to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated everything you did and would love to come back again!

My wife and I recently had a fantastic first trip to Whistler, BC, and our stay at the Sundial Hotel was a big part of that. From the moment we walked in, the service was nothing short of excellent. As we were a party of seven, we booked two suites, which were a great size. While some of the furniture looked a little dated, the suites were very comfortable, and the cost was quite good value for the month of August. One of the standout moments for us, and a perfect example of the hotel's exceptional service, came from a valet named Ben. We had a vehicle over 2 meters high, so the hotel offered a complimentary valet service, which was a huge help. A few hours into our stay, my wife realized she had lost her phone. Ben, without hesitation, brought our car from the parking garage so we could search it. When the phone wasn't there, he happily helped my wife search for it and stayed with her until she found it. After all that, he patiently returned the car to the parking garage. Ben's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our day and demonstrated the high level of service the Sundial Hotel promotes. We had a great stay, and we will definitely be back.

This is probably one of the best locations and value that you can get in Whistler village. They have their own underground parking and electric car charging spaces if you drive an EV. The rooms are a bit dated now, but good for families or couples as they have a fully working kitchen and pull out couch bed for extra heads. The air con is a bit old and loud, but to be expected with the age of the building. Overall - good value for the location.

We loved our stay here! We came in off season (late September) hence why we got a good deal - think in winter this might be very pricey, especially judging that it is right next to the lifts! Bed was very big and very comfy, kitchen was well equipped (incl dishwasher and Nespresso machine). Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. We also loved the hot tub which we booked on 2 of our 3 nights for 30 min each, nice and hot and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and lovely as well. We made use of the Nespresso machine in reception as there was no filter coffee machine/equipment in the room. Will recommend and return if in Whistler again.

Went for my wife's birthday. They set up a nice birthday card and bottle of wine for our arrival. Took all our bags upstairs. Was a great experience, highly reccomend and we will be staying here for our next whistler trips.

Booked a valley view suite and it was nice. Separate kitchen and living room space. Large king size bed. Option to select different kind of pillows as well on the counter. Very calm and quiet. Its situated in the village center and is close to different shops.

Stuff is amazing, service is always on time. Spotless clean. But there is always a room to improve: Make up removal wipes are helpful to be there but no actual women hygiene products available is somewhat I didn’t expect. Garbage bin at the kitchen would be also very convenient so you don’t have to run around with the food leftovers (which can’t even fit only one tiny garbage can they have in the bathroom). Besides that I’m very happy with my stay. Well deserved 5 stars!

The Crystal Lodge in Whistler is a luxurious getaway located in the heart of the village, just a short walk from the gondolas. The lodge offers spacious and stylish 3-bedroom suites and penthouses with full kitchens, fireplaces, and balconies boasting stunning mountain views. With its mountain-themed decor and multiple dining options including a pub and bistro, guests can indulge in various culinary delights.
This is darn near a perfect hotel. I have now stayed here on three separate occasions and it has delivered every time. Pros: The location is unbeatable. It could not be better positioned for everything in the entire area. Easy in/out for cars, easy in/out for walking, seconds from major biking trails, seconds from the Whistler Golf Course, simply perfect. The staff is fantastic and service levels are very high including daily room cleaning (without asking). They offer a gym but you're looking for something more substantial? No problem - they offer free vouchers for the Whistler Core Gym - a huge gym just steps from the hotel. Prices are always reasonable relative to the bigger brands in the village. They have ski equipment storage with drying facilities in the winter. They have a great bar in the hotel which mainly acts as a locals bar. They have a rarely used sauna that is awesome and always very hot. If I absolutely had to nitpick, I would say the pool area could use a refresh and some might consider the parking garage a bit tight for very large cars but fear not - they have valet for only $5 more per day. Don't bother checking elsewhere - stay at the Crystal Lodge.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Lodge. We had a few queries and requests for our stay prior to check-in and the hotel were prompt to answer and accommodate our request. Fantastic service prior to checking in, during the check-in process and throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well presented, clean and very comfortable. We were fortunate to be allocated a room with a balcony and a view, which made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is in the village centre, within walking distance to the main bars, restaurants and attractions in Whistler. Would 100% recommend staying at this hotel.

Our new favourite spot! This was our first time staying at The Crystal Lodge and it made for a perfect Whistler getaway. It was very central, easy to stroll in and around the village and back. Staff were lovely and made for quick check-in/ check-out. The underground parking was convenient - although it is paid for separately which is one downfall. We stayed in a JR. King Suite that came with a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for a mix of home cooked meals and dining out over the week. The room itself is a great size, and the bathroom was beautifully updated. We loved sitting out on the balcony each morning with coffee and breakfast. This was a perfect time of year to come if you don't mind visiting in the off season for a breath of fresh air in the mountains. The village wasn't overly crowded for this time of year, lots of folks hiking or mountain biking to round out the summer season. It feels like you're on a Hallmark movie set! We didn't utilize the pool, hot tub or gym on this trip but next time definitely will. Can't wait to stay again!
Erin M — Google review
The room was small but very nice and comfy, and clean. It is very conveniently located and you can easily access the village. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a microwave anywhere in the building (I asked and they said no) so I had to throw out my leftovers I was hoping to eat for breakfast, so be wary if you're like me and can't finish a meal. I've never been to a hotel that didn't have a microwave in the building so it was a surprise to me. I was also afraid to touch or move anything in the room including the soap since everything had a charge on it, and I wish they didn't include those inside of the room.

Review by Olya Freiman I recently stayed at Crystal Lodge in Whistler, and I want to especially highlight the person who truly made my stay unforgettable — Andy at the front desk. Andy provided absolutely exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped with every detail, and even went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a front desk associate. I’m deeply grateful for Andy’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. Thanks to him, my stay was smooth, pleasant, and truly memorable. I highly recommend Andy as an outstanding representative of Crystal Lodge — reliable, attentive, and always ready to help. I wish him continued success and all the best in his career!

Had a wonderful experience with my family and dog. They were able to provide us a pack n play along with the dog bowls. Absolutely amazed by the cleanliness of the place and did not see expect it to be that good in the whistler village as we have stayed before at other hotels in the neighbour hood. Would definitely book it again when I plan to visit whistler again. Thanks once again for making this a memorable trip for my kid and pup 😊

Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel by Paradox is a contemporary ski hotel located just a 10-minute walk from the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola. It offers free daily shuttle service to Whistler Blackcomb during the winter months, making it convenient for snow sports enthusiasts. The hotel's suites feature balconies, kitchenettes, fireplaces, bathrobes, and soaker tubs for relaxation after a day of activities.
We stayed here with our 3 year old and we really liked it. Friendly and efficient service (shoutout to Liam for being extra helpful), and nice little touches like a free candy buffet in the lobby, and a card in our room wishing us a happy anniversary. Clean room and facilities. We used the pool multiple times and there was never more than one other family there. Really liked how the hotel isn’t that large so it never felt crowded. We were there on a holiday long weekend but it still felt relaxed. Favourite thing was the location. Super quick to walk everywhere in the village, and right by a playground and grocery store. In the evening it still felt secluded, safe, and quiet (even though there was big concert happening nearby).

Awesome value to be right in the middle of Whistler village. The air conditioning in the summertime was greatly appreciated. The service was excellent. The room was well kept, nothing too special but overall very nice. They have an amazing pet policy. Our pet had a great vacation!

We recently completed our third stay this summer @ the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel in Whistler. The service, location, in house secure bike storage and staff are outstanding. We have had excellent experiences over the past few years @ this location. Front desk agents, Jayden & Zane are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Jayden always tries to place us in our favourite room, offers good rates as repeat guests and has been extremely helpful during our stays. Jayden has provided information about bike trail locations, allowing us access to our bikes before morning opening, and most recently helping us to access water to wash our bikes before storing them as the outside bike wash location was closed for winter. On one of our recent trips, we were unable to book our favourite room. Zane placed us in another similar room and assured us we would really like it. She was correct and it is now our first choice when booking. So, now we have a first and second choice when booking and requesting a specific room. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent and enjoyable experience when staying with them. Thanks again Jayden and Zane and all the best! Highly recommend this location for your next stay in Whistler. D & D Rhodes Maple Ridge, B.C.

I am so glad that we stayed at Summit Lodge in October. The location is great, the room is clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The best part of our stay was meeting Jaden at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly with our little girl, and gave us many useful tips for visiting the beautiful lakes in Whistler. He also recommended several great restaurants, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. thanks Jaden!! :) Highly recommend this hotel — we had an amazing stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family trip and had such a great time. The location is very convenient, with markets nearby, and it’s right in the middle of the village, which made everything easy to access. Our room was well organized. Having a little kitchen was a huge plus—it was very convenient for simple cooking, and the dishes and cooking utensils were all provided. The housekeeping staff were attentive and often checked in kindly in the hallway. Our room was also cleaned thoroughly. A special mention goes to Iryna, who was exceptionally friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We also enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a lot of fun. The only small downside was that after a rainy day, some things had fallen into the pool, so swimming wasn’t as pleasant the next morning. It would be great if this could be improved a little. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back next year!

My family and I are repeat clients at this hotel. Great location. The staff is really good. One time we forgot a wallet in the room. Staff call us right away. They mailed it to our destination. We love the rooms outside the elevator 313 or 315. They are more spacious. We have had it on request. The hotel is cozy. Pet friendly. Nice pool and jacuzzi option. We will be back again. We love it

Great 3 night stay to be able to relax and explore Whistler from. Had an Executive King Studio room and it was exactly same as photos online, had a rear facing balcony that overlooked the pool/hot tub area and loved that the balcony was private to anyone either side, aswell as being shielded from the weather due to the sloping of the roof. This meant I could sit and enjoy the snowfall without getting wet myself.

We had Iryna as our room attendant and she is the nicest most knowledgeable lady we could ask for! We had everything we needed for a nice stay and loved our room. The location is right in the village and the rooms are dog friendly. The pool is nice and warm too.❤️❤️❤️

Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre is an ideal choice for a family-friendly getaway in Whistler. The upscale suites are well-equipped with kitchens, fireplaces, and free WiFi, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. Families can enjoy the spacious living areas and breakfast buffet before heading out for a day of adventure on the slopes. This boutique hotel exudes luxury with its European flair and classic alpine aesthetic.
This hotel is all about location, location, location! Everything is nearby, including the day parking lot where we paid $20 for 9 hours in the summer (free after 5 PM, and you can leave your car overnight). The hotel does offer its own parking for $30–38 per day. The staff were warm and welcoming, and breakfast was simple but good — all the basics you’d expect. Our room was larger than we really needed, but that was by choice. It was clean, spacious, and came with a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable, and I have to say, I wish I could’ve taken one of their pillows home — it was so comfy I didn’t even miss my own, which says a lot! The only reason I gave the staff 4/5 stars was a small mix-up with the coffee maker. During cleaning, the coffee ground holder was placed in the dishwasher instead of being rinsed and put back (or just left out). The next morning, while half-asleep and trying to make coffee in the dark, I didn’t notice the holder was missing and ended up with grounds everywhere! At first, I thought it had been taken, but my husband later found it in the dishwasher. Honestly, it was such a minor thing — and now looking back, it just makes for a funny memory. The staff truly did their best, and everything else about our stay was wonderful.

The room (1 bed king with sofa bed) had a very well equipped kitchen great comfortable bed. I had been expecting more from the breakfast because a lot of reviews mentioned how good it is. It might be relative to your experience (I live and travel in the UK and Europe a lot) but was disappointed. I don’t like scrambled eggs and that is the only eggs they offered. I’ve never come across that before in even in more budget hotels.

This is a lovely down-to-earth hotel that offers a great location within Whistler’s main village with spacious and clean rooms. The housekeeping team deserves mention as they do a wonderful job with maintaining a high level of consistent quality. During our recent stay we enjoyed the well-stocked full kitchen and appreciated the breakfast as well. The front desk team is lovely and the new amenities smell fantastic! (Previously Aveda but we love the replacement!) We really enjoy the two Pan Pacific locations in Whistler but the Village Centre has the full breakfast which is definitely a pro! The coffee machine is the best 😁

The great service stands out! From check-in, Yuliia from the Front Desk was engaging, friendly, and professional. Charles from Valet proactively offered his assistance in bringing our items to the room. Rachid and his team from F&B were warm and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. The selection of food and drinks was superb. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely recommend Pan Pacific Whistler!

We stayed here in early October 2026 for a mid week getaway with our two kids (2 and 4), our pup, and one grandparent. Some good and some very bad highlights. Good: The room was fantastic. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and were upgraded to the 8th floor - fantastic views with a lot of space for us all. The location can't be beat. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, parks, the library, and shops within minutes. Bad: The service was horrible and very unfamily. friendly - 1. The front desk said they'd call us when the room was ready. After an hour without hearing from them I called and was only told then that it was ready (did they forget?). 2. Pretty much all staff seemed totally disgusted with children at the hotel. The breakfast staff seemed to be watching us constantly and unaccustomed to kids, making us feel unewlcome and an inconvenience at every meal. 3. The spa staff we interacted with were also horrible - rude to the kids, unfriendly and snide when we needed help. One was on her cell phone/computer entire time we were there - didn't make eye contact or greeting until my husband needed to take our toddler to the washroom and he got the floor of the spa reception wet on the way (note: you need to walk through the spa reception to get to the washroom from the pool!) 4. This wasn't as much of an issue for us, but only one elevator working until March 2026 Shout out to the Raven Room team and Greg (housekeeping) who were great with the kids and very helpful. Overall, we will not stay here again with kids and would not recommend to other families. We understand kids can be challenging - and as parents we always do our best to be respectful and courteous - however, if you don't want kids at your hotel, don't advertise as family friendly!

Had a great anniversary trip! The raven room is fun as well in this hotel. The reason i docked a star was because there was leftovers from the previous guest in the fridge. But it's a great location and great friendly staff 👌

Stayed in this hotel one night for a weekend getaway. The entire stay was good and hotel staffs are quite friendly until we received a surprised phone call. We checked out at 10:55 in the morning and received a call in the evening saying the housekeeping team found someone smoked in the room, so they weren’t able to rent out the room, we supposed to be responsible for the charge. But NONE OF US SMOKE. There is no way we would have smoked in the room. I asked if they checked the security camera if anyone else entered the room after we left. She immediately said no one else entered since we left. Did they actually check? Or was there smoke? I went back at 11 with a staff to pick up my sparkling water in the fridge, there was no smoke at all. I don’t know where the smoke came from, or is it a strategy for them to extra charge people who stayed? At the end, the lady said they wouldn’t charge us, but she will put a note on my file for future reference. I mean I probably wouldn’t choose to stay in a hotel that accused me something I didn’t do. Just a FYI for people who choose to stay in this hotel. Maybe ask a staff to double check the room before you return your key to prove yourself. 🙄

Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites is a popular mountain retreat that underwent extensive renovations in 2014. It offers polished, high-tech rooms and suites with the convenience of fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and sofa beds. The property is centrally located in Whistler Village North, just a short walk from the gondolas and close to various shops, bars, and restaurants.
This is the large two bedroom suite. After the main door, there are 2 different doors leading to 2 spaces. One is a room with a queen bed with its own bathroom, tv, and mini-fridge. The second is like a one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, living room with an electric fireplace, balcony, bathroom, and queen bed bedroom; both the living room & bedroom has a tv. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking items. The suite is spacious and clean. The hotel has a small Gym, pool, sauna, and 3 hot tubs. It does not have a restaurant but there are many options at Whistler Village. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient.

This hotel met the requirements of a decent bed, soundproof rooms and a pool. However there was commotion in the corridor at about 2am when somebody was shouting about being locked out and seemed to repeat it all an hour later. Great location and easy underground parking (easier than the instructions 🤣) although not cheap. Happy to stay there again

Delta Hotel Whistler is just as spectacular as the destination itself. I had originally booked a one-bedroom suite, but to my surprise, we were upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom suite — and wow, what a treat that was! The space was incredibly comfortable for my family, and the view from the suite was absolutely breathtaking — a true highlight of our stay. The hotel staff made the experience even better. Everyone was so warm and professional — especially Elijah, who stood out with his outstanding manners, calm presence, and genuine hospitality. He made us feel truly welcomed and valued. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler. It’s the perfect base for a summer escape, and we’ll definitely be back!

The staff are excellent. Stayed for the Fondo and they were so helpful with bike storage. The rooms are showing their age a bit, especially in the bathrooms where moisture is affecting the walls. The queen studio was very small and the kitchenette was not stocked well. No kettle. For $475 it felt overpriced.

Wow what a fantastic hotel- we had a lovely large room with a kitchen, lounge area and separate bedroom with laundry facilities inside the room (which were so useful). The staff on reception were friendly and helpful especially Flavio who helped us plan our journey up the gondola for the next day. The parking wasn’t cheap but if you have a car there’s nowhere to park cheap in Whistler and it was nice to take the elevator straight up to the room and know the car was safely tucked away. We also used the pool and one of the three hot tubs the hotel has. Overall a great experience!

Georgia and Flavio, you two made our honeymoon stay so memorable. From the check in, to dinner and breakfast recommendations, to help with the sauna and of course the umbrellas during the rain. These two are a hidden gem of this amazing hotel.

Great, well thought out two bedroom suite. They’re perfect for a family and the kitchen is well stocked and convenient for early morning meals. They little touches like wireless charging docks beside the bed and living room were well thought out additions. We’ve been coming for 5 years now and will definitely be back again. The food at the pub below never disappoints and the view from the pool - well it doesn’t get any better. Thanks again for the memories.

My mum and I recently visited Whistler and stayed at the Pan Pacific Mountainside. The drive over was beautiful, but stressful due a road closure on the Sea-to-Sky highway. We had limited service and called the hotel to see if they had any updates for us. An hour later they called back to confirm the road was opening up, and they were waiting to greet us. Sure enough, the cars in front of us slowly began moving forward! When we finally arrived to the hotel (which is central to all the fun businesses!) we were welcomed by a warm, tastefully decorated lobby, and very friendly staff who generously offered to upgrade us from our studio suite to a 1-bedroom suite! This sweet gesture made the start of our mini vacation that much more special. Our suite was so cozy, clean and inviting, had lots of special features, like a fireplace, our own little balcony with mountain views, a generous sized bathroom, and a well stocked fully-fitted kitchen (which we made great use of!). The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The hotel has great amenities, including a eucalyptus steam room - our favourite! Our mother daughter trip was so very magical and memorable. We looked forward to coming home to this hotel after our long walks galavanting around town, and we would stay at Pan Pacific Mountainside again in a heart beat!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are very nice, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. The housekeeping service was excellent—everything was spotless and well taken care of every day. The staff’s hospitality truly stood out; they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, special thanks to Cris. Overall, a perfect experience and highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights, fantastic 1 bedroom apartment, beds are so comfy. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Beautiful views of the gondola & mountain bike tracks. Easy walk into the village which is a wonderland of shops & restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler! The outdoor pool is a highlight—it overlooks the lifts and the mountain, where you can watch bikers coming down, which made it extra special. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Whistler. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

I’ve been staying at Pan Pacific every year for our convention and always had great experiences at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village excellent service, comfortable rooms, and overall great quality. However, this year I had to stay at Pan Pacific Mountainside, and unfortunately, it was such a disappointing experience that I don’t think I’ll ever book with Pan Pacific again. The bed was terrible, we couldn’t sleep at all through the night. There were no slippers in the room, and even after calling to request them, no one ever showed up. We had to go back and forth ourselves just to get basic amenities. On top of that, they charged for parking, even though I paid more per night compared to the Whistler Village location. The quality of the room, and steam room was far below expectations and definitely not worth the price. Overall, the service and comfort level were extremely poor, and it’s disappointing to see such a decline in standards from a brand I used to trust.
Navid A — Google review
Large room with mini kitchen with oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. Fridge freezer and dishwasher included. It was easy to prepare our own food using the grocery nearby. Comfortable bed, though huge. Shower over bath worked well. Used the washing machines and dryers and they were cheap and efficient. We did have a bit of noise from the pool and hot tub as it was outside our room. It closes at 10 pm so it was not a problem. Underground parking was charged but seemed to be plentiful and secure. Didn't really interact with any of the staff so can't give a rating for service.

First Tracks Lodge is a chic mountain accommodation located in Creekside, just beside the base of Whistler Mountain. It offers stylish suites with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, kitchens, and fireplaces. The property is easily accessible from the mountain and is considered a ski-in/ski-out option. Guests can enjoy an outdoor heated pool and have access to the Express Gondola for adventure activities.
Super dope ski in ski out lodge, the rooms were very up to date the staff were nice and helpful and the location was one that could not be beat. The gondola is not even 100 yards from the building! We thought it might be too loud for my sisters toddler but it was fine. Also everything else is within spitting distance. It was a really great place!

So, the First Tracks Lodge. To start, it has a comfortable pool perfect for swimming. (Not to cold!) Alongside that, there are 2 hot tubs, one for kids and one for adults. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Next, the rooms, inside you have a cosy lodge feel inside paired with modern bathrooms and sleek stone and wooden walls! Fitted with comfy furniture and a cool forest in your backyard, First Tracks Lodge is a must stay. Finally, First Tracks Lodge is situated right next to the Creekside Gondola. Literally 20 feet away.

We absolutely love this place! So clean, quiet, and spacious. The pool and hot tubs are well-kept and great for families. The units have everything you need with 2 patios to enjoy the mornings and evenings. This is our 2nd time here and we will be back.

My wife is Hilton Honors, but we decided to stay here at First Tracks Lodge for peace and quiet. Whistler is just to busy and noisy. Whistler is just a few miles up the the highway when you want to go there. Our room is awesome with a great view of the pools and mountains. The pools were very nice. Walking around Creekside is very easy. While here we drove to Alexander Falls just south and up a side road. Photo attached. Total trip about 20 miles. We also visited Brandywine and Shannon Falls on our drive here. If we vacation in this area again we will surely stay here. I did advise the desk that there were a few stains on the rug and one on the couch. After we check out they said it will be taken care of. It was our choice not to be disturbed. We almost never us housekeeping during our stays.

Today July 18th I have checked in and I am about to put my 2 kids to bed. I found blood on one of the sheets and am very disturbed by what I have found. I booked this lodging based on great reviews I found online and am completely disturbed by what has occurred tonight. I have called to file a complaint with the front desk and demanded new sheets immediately. I found this incident to be beyond repulsive especially with young children (aged between 15 months to 5 years) staying at this cabin. After finding the blood , I had to re check all the rooms and bedsheets even with the kids already asleep in some of the beds I have called the front desk and M** (your staff) has come to assess the room. He stated someone would be in touch, in which no one has 4 days later I have attached a picture below.

Absolutely awesome facility, rooms were very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Anything we needed the staff made their best effort to accommodate right away. Great BBQ area by the pool and hot tubs. The Gym has everything you need for a great workout, and you can have a steam to relax afterwards! All in i give this place a 10 out of 10!

Better than expected! Great lodge with plenty of amenities. A pool and two hot tubs, decent gym, steam room and 2 large public bbqs. Ski locker and underground parking available. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great sized fully equipped kitchen. Was very quiet when we went in the summer. Some people think the decor is dated but I think its perfect for a lodge feel. In the winter this place is probably wonderful.

Located in the heart of Whistler Village close to all the action, Aava Whistler Hotel is an affordable and underrated gem. With a large hot tub, gym and ski rentals, this hotel should be on your list if you're looking for a mountain retreat without breaking the bank.
Fantastic Stay at Aava Hotel – We’ll Be Back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a truly wonderful experience at Aava Hotel in Whistler from start to finish. Booking online was incredibly easy and straightforward. When we needed to change our reservation from three nights to two, I called the hotel directly. The person I spoke with was fantastic — very friendly, understanding, and genuinely tried to find us the best deal possible. A few days before our arrival, I was contacted about updating our credit card information (our original card had been compromised). I called the front desk and had the pleasure of speaking with Clementine — who I believe is from France — and she was absolutely lovely. So helpful, kind, and patient. It’s rare to receive service like that. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a better room — such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our day! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. The entire experience was excellent, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. The only minor surprise was the pet fee, which we hadn’t been aware of — but that’s probably on us for not checking in advance. Highly recommend Aava Hotel to anyone visiting Whistler. Great location, great people, and great value. See you again soon!

Location perfect, couldn't be better: Right next to the border of the Whistler city centre pedestrian area and walking in there, you walk staight to a supermarket and there is also everything else you need, like a smoothie bar and lots of restaurants. (We went to 'Naked sprouts' and a Mongolian grill restaurant the other day; I really recommend both.) The hotelroom was nice. We had a room with 1 queensize bed (a very good size for 2 persons) and there was also an 'electric fireplace' and a couch on the room: Really really nice! There was an elevator. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby and drinks- and icecube-machines. For those among us who visit the hotel for wintersports/ skiing, there are a lot of large ski-lockers in the basement, you see directly when entering the hotel from the parking garage entry. (We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, so no idea how the breakfast is.) Service at checkout made me angry: At the check-in we were told we can park as hotel-guest, what was exactly according to our expectations because the booking.com website tells it includes free parking. At check out we got the very bad news a 48 dollar fine WILL BE charged (24/day), for using the parking 2 days; We weren't told the garage cost money for hotelguests and it is against the promise on booking.com so it was a very unpleasant surprise afterwards; They could have asked beforehand if we wanted it or not. Instead of asking we wanted it, we only received the question 'cash or from the reserved creditcard deposit' (100 dollar reservation), without even the option of refusing/ without questioning we wanted to park for 24 dollar a day or not. Scandalous tourist scam. (I added a screenshot to proof free parking is promised. Translation from Dutch: "Gratis parkeergelegenheid" = Free/ complimentary parking facility.)

It was my first time in Whistler and I stayed at the Aava hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the price when I booked, especially due to the great location, but then I found out why. First, when I arrived, all the space out front of the hotel was filled with cars parked - there was no space at all for people to leave their car for a moment to check in. I could tell two other cars who arrived at the same time as me also had no idea what to do. We all ended up stopping in the fire lane that has many “no parking - fire lane- tow zone” signs. I had to call the front desk from my car to ask where to park and they said to leave it there. I thought that was really strange. The room looked nice, with tall ceilings and a comfy bed. I felt comfortable until I saw a huge centipede crawling across the floor. How does that even happen on the third floor?! The next morning I also found a small beetle-looking bug on the bed. That was also gross, but a bit more understandable as it looked like it could fly. The centipede really grossed me out though - it was hard to sleep after that. Then, in the morning, I went to make coffee. When I poured water into the machine, there was a layer of film across the water and so many little floating bits. So gross!

The hotel itself is rather charming in that clean, comfortable, “nothing’s broken and the staff smile a lot” sort of way. The location is great too, the kind of spot that makes you briefly believe you’ve made a good life decision. Unfortunately, that illusion ends the moment you try to sleep. The soundproofing appears to have been engineered by someone who believes walls are merely polite suggestions, rather than barriers to noise. Around 1 a.m., the ceiling above us came alive with what can only be described as a herd of caffeinated elephants in sneakers. We ventured to the lobby in search of help, only to discover the source: a gathering of twenty or so humans testing the limits of vocal endurance. The staff, to their credit, did move us to another room, one presumably located in a quieter corner of the building. Sadly, at about 2:30 a.m., the elephants (or their distant relatives) relocated as well, resuming their marathon. At that point, sleep was merely a concept, something that might exist in theory, but certainly not in practice. It’s a pity, really. With its great location and friendly staff, this could have been a lovely stay. But until someone invents walls and ceilings that actually stop sound, or management enforces quiet hours with the same vigor as the guests defy them, I’d recommend this hotel only to those who view insomnia as a lifestyle choice.

I recently stayed at the Aava Hotel in Whistler and overall had a great experience! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the village and accessible. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxing with beautiful views and a peaceful vibe. A big thank you to Ray at the concierge desk! He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing stay. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel very welcome. The only downsides were that breakfast wasn’t included, which felt like a miss considering the price point. Also, parking is an additional mandatory $25 per night, which adds up. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!

We’ve stayed at Aava a few times, and our experience has always been excellent. The team is consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is also budget-friendly, which makes it great value for money. The location is perfect, right across from the Village Centre and next to one of Whistler’s best restaurants, Wild Blue. Highly recommend!

I don’t know the year it was built, but it feels newish and modern. The rooms are not cluttered and have a minimalist design, with large windows that make them airy. The mattress is comfortable. The room is clean, and the bedding and towels are very clean. There’s a nice, comfortable bed and a TV with over 40 channels, mostly sports channels. The location is the best in Whistler for those who want to sleep at night without noise, yet still want to be close to the village. The valley trails are within walking proximity for hikers and cyclists. The receptionists were polite and professional. The hot tub, pool, and sauna are nice features they have, along with secure underground parking. We will be back!

Legends at Creekside is an alpine-style hotel located close to Whistler Village, offering colorful suites with kitchens and fireplaces, as well as an outdoor pool. The hotel provides quiet rooms with plush linens, full kitchens, fireplaces, washers and dryers, TVs in the living room and bedroom, and multimedia players for music. Additionally, it features amenities such as a kids' playroom (not open during COVID times), an outdoor pool and hot tub.
Please don't listen to the negative reviews... This place is actually great! My elderly parents, my husband, and me had a lovely time. The rooms were clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The service was very attentive. The pool and hot tub area was fabulous. We especially loved the communal BBQ. The area was walkable and close to enough nice restaurants and other amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

A beautifully maintained resort with a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The room is well-equipped, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, cups, a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and a dishwasher complete with detergent. There’s also a coffee machine that offers one complimentary coffee per stay. Parking is convenient, and there’s complimentary charging available for electric cars. The outdoor BBQ by the poolside is self-serve, and I noticed people enjoying pizza by the pool. A supermarket is conveniently located just across the street, making it easy to stock up on groceries. There are also several restaurants within a 7-minute walk. Though it's not in Whistler village, we drove, so it wasn’t an issue. However, it might not be an ideal choice for those without a car, as it's a bit far from the main village area. We saw many comments about the air conditioning. During our visit in June, the weather wasn’t too hot, but we definitely needed the air conditioning for airflow. Unfortunately, the air conditioner turned off by itself at night because it "sensed" that it wasn’t hot, and we couldn’t adjust it. This was the worst aspect of the hotel.

Legends Whistler Hotel is amazing. On the day of our arrival to check in, Luisa the front desk on duty, has provided us a great customer service ensuring that our accommodation was just right for our need. She made sure that our questions were answered to our satisfaction including where we can have our breakfast she gave us a map and pointed the nearest diner, to have our dinner at some fine dining restaurant, going to the Whistler Village is only 5 minutes away to drive and get there, in other words she is very knowledgeable. Our accommodation is superb, we experienced like being at home away from home, for instance the kitchen is complete of fork, spoon, knife and even scissor, bowls, plates just about everything you use in your own kitchen at home with dish soap for washing soiled dishes. By the way, the tap water in the kitchen is drinkable, we called the front desk and confirmed it with us. If you need ice on your water, you can get in one of the small rooms in the hallway on the 2nd floor near the elevator. There is also a combo washer and dryer machines in our room for laundry. The washroom and toilet are immaculately clean with complete supply of body soap, shampoo and conditioner, complete supply of fresh folded towels. In the living room, there is a sofa bed where the soft pillow and clean folded blanket were tucked underneath the coffee table. My family slept well because our room and living room were properly heated at room temperature where you can adjust it yourself. All in all our stay at the Legends Whistler Hotel was a very memorable experience. My family and I were very happy and exceptionally satisfied and we will certainly come back to this hotel. For us, we give the Legends Whistler Hotel a resounding 5 star! We highly recommend this hotel.

I’m a returning customer—we stayed here for a ski trip back in March and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this stay has been disappointing. The bed was not properly cleaned—there was hair and dirt on the sheets, and the linens appeared not to have been replaced. This is far below the standard I experienced before. I still feel very disgusting when looking at the photos while writing the review.

This was my first time staying overnight at Whistler. We were there for three nights, two days. Very nice hotel. Very clean and it was nice that it had a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Whistler village is only a few bus stops away. The whole neighborhood is very nice, giving off a cozy Swiss/Alps vibe.

We made a reservation for a long weekend at this hotel and it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips with our family, the 3-bedroom suite was very spacious, clean and it had everything we needed, it was like we were at our own apartment! This hotel is exactly what we hoped it would be. This resort style hotel had so many amenities I won’t be able to remember them all! We were in a two bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting area, and balcony. Each bathroom had a tub/shower combo complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and separate pool towels. The bedrooms had TVs with standard satellite (?) channels, and great views of both the pool and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen was equipped with everything a family of 4 would need: dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, etc. it was a functional area but only for one person. The dining room and sitting area were in one space but it didn’t feel cramped or small. Quite the opposite, it had a nice open feeling maybe because the balcony was just off the sitting area. The dining room had a decent sized table with six chairs, perfect for game night (the resort had board games you can borrow). The living room was nice and cozy with a chair, sofa, and gas fireplace. The resort had underground parking for $22/night (summer 2025). That was a wonderful perk but we found the parking spots to be really tight. We did see larger SUVs and trucks parked in there so it is possible for bigger vehicles to access. We will definitely be back to Whistler’s Legends Hotel. Thank you for making our stay completely stress free.

The location is key here. So accessible to walk around the village and enjoy the atmosphere, shopping, restaurants, and bars. The room was comfortable if not too spacious. Slept really well here, bed was great. I appreciated that they had a water bottle filling station in the lobby.

Stayed here overnight. The price is right for me. Front Desk staff is really nice and let us check in earlier than expected because room is ready. Also left our bags after check out because we still want to stroll around before our bus schedule for pick up. Close to everything that you could ask for. Shopping, Food and activities.

The staff was great, they were wonderful, the room was clean and hotel has a very good location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise around the room particularly other guests making a lot of noise early morning and a garbage pick up happening early morning on a thanksgiving monday weekend, it was difficult to get any sleep. In addition one of the electrical outlets wasn’t working. I wish we had gotten some type of reimbursement for the disruption.

First time to visit Whistler with my family and was so disappointed with the bad customer service with this hotel. Booked 2 nights(Aug 5-7) through their web site and chosen a premium 2 queens room after reading the description of the details. It said " .....enjoy breathtaking mountain views through windows that open, bringing Whistler’s fresh air and scenic beauty right into your room." Paid a little extra for this Mountain View room but ended up getting a room with CAR PARK VIEW. Talked to the front desk and all they said was ...." sorry about that even though it is a car park view, your room is already on the 3rd floor and you still have the premium room amenties such as bathrobes, slippers....." I can not believe they said that. It sounds like I ordered and paid for a 3-toppings pizza but got 2 finally and I should be glad because at least I still had 2 toppings. These front desk people did not even make an effort to look into the computer for checking or switching a room for us. It's totally unacceptable! I will not sugget this hotel to anyone and will not book them again!

We chose this hotel for its great reviews on cleanliness and customer service and it did not disappoint! From the amazing balcony views to the front desk service from Tommy and the attentive housekeeping staff our experience was nothing short of amazing. The location of this hotel is perfect for walks in the heart of Whistler village as it’s close to everything. The room was clean and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, Tommy made our stay an exceptional experience and went above and beyond! We would definitely return for our next Whistler trip!

If you’re looking for a huge soaking tub this is main reason to stay here. If you’re looking for a “nice, updated, or comfortable place”, I recommend paying more to stay at a different hotel. The bathroom is somewhat updated, however the room itself doesn’t look as though it has been updated in 20+years. It is clean, and I appreciate that. The bed is a spring mattress. Old and squeaky. But again, for the price point it makes sense. I appreciated the clean room, and good location. I won’t be staying here when I return.

Great stay overall! The location is really good — just about an 8-minute walk to the village. The price was great for Whistler, and something about the place just felt like home. Tom and Simon were both really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even offered to let us keep our car parked for free after check-out while we walked around, which was super nice since most parking — if not all — in the area is paid. We requested a room with a mountain view, and they gave us just that — it was lovely to wake up to! The room was a bit dated, but it actually matched the cozy, homey vibe of the hotel. The utensils weren’t very clean and the cabinets had a bit of a smell, but it wasn’t a big issue since we only stayed one night and didn’t need to use them. Not sure if we’d come back, but if we do, hopefully there will be some improvements 🤗

We absolutely loved staying here! The rooms were very cozy and nice. The bed and pillows were so comfortable even. Our room had a kitchenette which was perfect to meal prep for our hikes. The location of the hotel is also very convenient Simon and Hisham in the front desk gave us great recommendations on things to do. 10/10! Would love to come back

We stayed one night at Pinnacle Hotel in Whistler. The location was great, and the amenities like the fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and private hot tub were definitely highlights. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall comfort level was disappointing. The bed was extremely firm and made it hard to sleep well. The hot pool wasn’t warm enough, which was a letdown, especially on a chilly night. In the morning, we were woken up early by a housekeeping staff member speaking loudly on the phone in the hallway — quite disruptive. The hotel feels old and is definitely in need of renovations. Overall, it was a mixed experience — some charming features, but not quite the restful stay we had hoped for.

The Pinnacle Hotel in Whistler is a lovely mountain retreat with all the charm you’d expect from a ski-town getaway. The location is fantastic—smack in the heart of Whistler, perfect for exploring the village. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, with that classic alpine vibe. My only gripe is the paid parking, which felt a bit steep for the area. Still, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was great. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay in Whistler!

Great little hotel in the heart of Whistler. Not expensive, rooms come with little kitchenettes and everything was clean. Can’t complain. Staff was also very accommodating and the check in counter is heated! Great place.
Jayden D — Google review
The hotel room was cozy, with a beautiful view, a hot tub, and a fireplace. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, causing me to suffer from back pain afterward. Upon checking in, the staff informed me that I could extend my checkout time by simply calling in the morning. Although I hadn’t requested this, I had already arranged our checkout arrangements based on their instructions. When I called to inquire about the extension, they informed me that they were unable to accommodate it that day. To add to the inconvenience, there was a hot tub in the room, but no slippers were provided. When we contacted the reception, they informed us that slippers could be purchased for $4. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor customer service.

It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to going the extra mile, and Jessica made all the difference during my time at the hotel. The level of service I received from Jessica has made a lasting impression, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you, Jessica, for your kindness and professionalism—you truly made my visit unforgettable! I cannot wait to return.

The location was fantastic to get to and from restaurants and our cycling programs. The entire staff was amazing and friendly. They had great recommendations and offered discount codes to local places. Our room and the hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the pool facilities and appreciated the cleanliness of it. We lucked out with a nice balcony overlooking the pool area which was pretty quiet. I was worried about being near the elevator but we didn’t hear it at all. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back here for sure.

Very good sized rooms, right in the heart of Whistler village. Lots of places to eat nearby, souvenir and window shopping. Short stroll to gondolas and chairlifts. I'm not a big fan of the Murphy bed, however it was comfortable enough for a decent sleep. Room had cooking facilities and a fridge. Overall great value for money 💰.
Victor V — Google review
Front desk staff was friendly. We were able to check in half an hour early. We booked a studio room with a king-sized bed. When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. I almost forgot that the room came with a Murphy bed, which you have to pull down yourself, with the bed already set up with the sheets. There was a strand of hair on the sheet, which was a bit off-putting. The room and kitchen appliances looked dated, but everything worked fine. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower walls definitely need re-caulking, as mold is starting to form. Overall, the cleanliness could use some improvement. If you’re not on the top floor, you can also hear footsteps from above. Location is great, most of the restaurants around close pretty late. Overall, It was an okay stay.

Booked this place for a relaxing weekend. Was really looking forward to hanging in the pool and hot tub. Got there late. Staff was very nice. Loft room is ok. i think its just getting a bit tired and could use a renovation. But bed was comfy. My big complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. The pool and location was the # 1 reason i booked here . There was nothing on the website telling you they were doing any renovations ( even checked after to make sure i didnt miss it ) Basically i wasted 500$ which pisses me off. Yes, they wouldnt have gotten my booking if i knew they closed pool. But i wouldnt have been mad and would have considered future bookings. Instead, i am leaving a bad review and i will never book there again ( or at any property affiliated with this company) And im up there few times a year. Good job management

Quiet, yet in the heart of the main village. 2 hot tubs & outdoor pool. Parking on-site. Competitive pricing. Friendly staff. Nicely appointed clean “home like” spacious rooms. Very close to lifts to either mountain. Always a great stay.

Whistler Village Inn is a hidden gem no matter the season. I visited in the summer and loved being steps away from hiking trails, biking, and all the vibrant energy of Whistler Village. But you can tell this spot is just as perfect for ski season—the lifts and gondolas are right outside the door, making it a dream location for hitting the slopes. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the central location meant I could walk everywhere with ease. Whether you’re here for powder days in winter or adventure in the summer, this is the ideal home base.

I recently stayed at Whistler Village Inn and Suites, and from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located right in the heart of Whistler Village, which makes it an ideal base for exploring everything the area has to offer. Shops, restaurants, and lifts are all within walking distance, so convenience is definitely a huge plus here. The property itself has a warm, rustic mountain feel. The common areas are welcoming, and the amenities—such as the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room—are perfect for winding down after a long day of skiing or biking. The suites are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with cozy fireplaces that make it feel like a home away from home. That said, the real standout of my stay was the service, and specifically Veronika at the front desk. She was an absolute lifesaver and went above and beyond to make sure my trip went smoothly. From the very first interaction, she was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. She patiently answered all my questions about the village, recommended excellent local restaurants, and even helped arrange a last-minute change to my room that worked out perfectly.

Pangea Pod Hotel is a unique boutique accommodation located in the heart of Whistler Village, offering modern sleeping pods and a rooftop patio bar. The hotel maximizes its small space by providing compact pods with just enough room for a bed and personal belongings, allowing guests to save on accommodation costs. Situated in a prime location near the village and ski resort, it offers easy access to the mountain.
I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. Right in the middle of Whistler so it’s an amazing location. Staff super friendly and very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend staying here if your travelling to Whistler.
Julie B — Google review
This is one of the worst sleeping situations of any hostel I’ve stayed in. We were excited for the pod situation and looked forward to our stay, but check in was chaotic and we got almost no sleep. Pros: -clean -modern -decent food/drink offerings -friendly staff Cons: -nowhere secure to store your luggage or belongings. The options they provide are not secure at all, if someone actually wanted to steal something it would be easy. -automated check in, which told us our bed wasn’t ready yet, despite it being 7PM. -music blasting in the hallways, which you can definitely hear in the rooms. What kind of sleeping establishment blasts music in the hallways..? -bed were basically thin futons. fine as long as you’re a back sleeper, but if you’re a side sleeper good luck. -in the pod rooms, sound travels really well so you can hear every little thing happening. -doors into the pod rooms, the internal bathrooms, etc. don’t have soft-close so they’re slamming all night long every time someone uses the bathroom or comes/goes from the pod rooms. -no community hang out space, just a restaurant space. I think the amount of noise insides the pods from people talking all night could be avoided if there were a nice space to hang out elsewhere like most hostels have. -so hot in the pods and the “fans” are mostly just for white noise, because there’s almost no airflow from them. Overall, very overpriced.
Makeda B — Google review
Booked a last minute trip to Whistler at Pangea. Overall it was well worth it. The space was clean, though there were several co-Pod-people in my room, they were quiet and any ambient noise was easily drowned out by the in Pod fan, very thoughtful! My only slight disappointment was for my last 2 nights I moved to a lower level Pod because I fractured my shoulder mountain biking and couldn't climb the ladder to my top deck Pod. I appreciate moving bed comes at some cleaning cost to the hotel, but I was surprised that I was charged the full price to move, even as I explained with arm in sling why I needed to move! It wouldn't have cost much to earn some browny points there. Anyways I'd happily do it all again :)
Matt B — Google review
Lily at the front desk was incredibly helpful! Location is great to many restaurants and shops. Things to know: You maybe sharing a room with 12 people - mixed gender. Some pods are meant for couples. 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 changing closets. Pod fan was very loud to me and had only a small amount of air flow. Bathrooms have no toilet seat covers, paper towels or hand blowers. You must bring your towel each time. No in room locker for bags. There's a small cubby you can lock in your pod, about 8" x 8". No elevators. The climb to a top pod could be challenging for some.
Debbie — Google review
They dont check ID!!!!! I booked this place ia Priceline thinking it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a pod-style hostel. The pictures on the site were very misleading, the first 15–16 photos showed trains, traffic views, restaurants, drinks, and food , not the actual rooms. Only later in the gallery did it become clear what the sleeping situation was. When we arrived, we realized it was not a standard hotel room but a pod, just a small spot to sleep. As someone for whom English is a second language, I didn’t realize “pod” meant this type of setup. This should be clearly stated and shown earlier in the listing. While the place was clean, there was no real privacy or sense of safety. No ID was checked, they only asked for a name, phone number, and email, which didn’t make me feel secure. As two women traveling alone, we did not feel comfortable staying here and left within 15 minutes, booking another hotel instead. I paid $100 for that night, but it wasn’t worth it. Especially when, the very next night (9/21/24), I was able to book a nice, clean suite hotel with a pool, jacuzzi, and spacious room for only $116. Compared to that, this pod stay was far too expensive for what it offered. My suggestion to Priceline, please update the listing description, include photos of the pods upfront (picture 1, not picture 20), and make it very clear that this is a hostel with pods, not a standard hotel room. This would help travelers like me make an informed decision, especially those not fluent in English.

Location is great as its in the centre of the village as well as it being easy to find! Although the rooms are private and a cool experience, I wouldn't recommend this for a solo traveller as there isn't much of a social side to it plus you do have to pay extra for appliances e.g hair dryer. I definitely think it's a great place if you are having a short stay but for a solo traveller/backpacker who's staying for a while I wouldn't recommend!

Was ok for a night. It was super hot all night and the mattress was not overly comfortable - shower and bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Make sure you bring your own lock :-)

I’ve had horrible hostel experiences in europe and so I was quite curious about this place. Great experience! I would highly recommended staying here. My Pod was very clean and the details were thought through for utility and comfort. I also enjoyed the bar— it was cozy and had a really great view of the village. The location of Pangea cannot be beat. Great job and thanks so much!

Carleton Lodge is a casual ski-in/ski-out accommodation with free Wi-Fi, kitchens, and washer/dryers. It's conveniently located in the town center near the main lifts to Whistler and Blackcomb. The lodge offers well-stocked souvenir and ski snowboard items on the main floor. However, it's connected to the Longhorn Bar, so noise may be an issue for some guests. The rooms are spacious but could use modernization.
Family of 4 spent 4 nights in August. Modern, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with stacked laundry unit, open plan living room and 2 large bedrooms in central area of pedestrian Whistler village.

Great location but the restaurant/bar in the bottom of the building plays loud obnoxious music with heavy base which will keep you from sleeping. Also the furnishings and finishes of the unit(202) did not befit the hefty price. Felt like I was robbed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lodge! The tranquility and comfort made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

I could tell everyone worked around the clock. So nice and accommodating! Sadly there were some small promises made around our bereavement that weren't honored along with the fact that I pre-ordered wine to be there as a gift.. it was forgotten so I called then was delivered a warm cheap bottle for quite a price.. then charged the recipient. The whole thing was embarrassing to "gift" someone who had just lost their husband. Then they didn't gift the bottle they offered, forgot, we had to awkwardly ask and they gave a small split of cheap wine which honestly felt degrading. This was prior to them then asking for money for the first one which should have been prepaid. I do have to say how incredible the room was but I had the break room or something next to me and had to leave the room at least 4x to ask them to be quiet before 830am. Constant laughter, heckling, etc tells me they had fun.. though they didn't consider the guests. Finally I found myself reminding them with a note on the door each night, which was a bit frustrating. I do hope to be back in the future and bring you more business but hope next time is a bit more charismatic.

So close to the lifts!!!! Could be a bit cleaner but hey it's so close to the lift who cares. Rooms are decent, could be modernized a bit but you're here to ski not stay in your room all trip, longhorn isn't an issue for the backside, not sure how the side on top of it is. A Def rec if you can snag a room at a decent price.

Evolution Whistler is a high-end snowboard and mountain bike shop located at the base of Whistler/Blackcomb, catering to thrill-seekers with top-notch gear and equipment. The store also offers cutting-edge street apparel for those looking to hit the slopes or trails in style.
I got a super nice Santa Cruz downhill rental bike at Evolution Bikes. The way they maintain and tune the bikes was a big plus for me. They also service the suspension parts frequently. Their service department is also first rate - did some amazing work on my Evil bike for a very reasonable price. Super friendly staff. I also found some great Canadian made MTB pants that fit like a glove.

Bought a pair of Snowboarding boots a few years back from Evolution. I am 10.5 shoe size and they sold me on a size 8.5 Snowboarding boot saying that I have to keep wearing it to get the heat molding to get them to fit properly. Years past and they never stretched to fit. Every time I wore them, it cut off the circulation to my feet and forcing me to remove them after 10-15 minutes. This uncomfortableness has really deterred me from Snowboarding. It seems the Salesperson only cared about selling me what was available in the store and/or making a commission instead of sizing me properly for a proper fitting Snowboarding boot. I would avoid doing business with this company.

Best bikes in town - don't go anywhere else. I have been renting here for years. The service, speed, consistency in quality is unmatched. Their bikes are dialed and the staff is awesome. We rented downhill bikes this year for our trip to Whistler bike park and the experience was perfect. I will always come back to Evolution.
Nathan — Google review
The team is incredible, and so are the bikes. They're very well tuned, and you can ask to adjust the settings until you feel as good as if you owned the bike. The Troy Lee helmets are really good too. I had to postpone my reservation a few minutes before picking up the bike due to a car breakdown, and they were extremely understanding and rescheduled it for the following day. I'm just a little bit disappointed that they didnt gave us anything to protect our back, but maybe all the shops are like that.
Léa — Google review
Thank you to all the folks that work here. Best crew! We rented over a week and every single day we were greeted with a smile. They will make last minute adjustments and make sure you are happy with the bike setup. If you rent multiple days you'll keep the same bike so once it's tuned you are set. You can lookup bike reviews for v10 and nomad anywhere. Bike are well maintained. The staff is what makes this place, will consider no one else on my next trip to whistler. 2025 Update: Rented for a another time this year. Was happy to see many of the same folks from last year. Bikes are super well maintained and once again, the staff...they make it happen, every single one happy to talk about biking. Will make adjustments and they knowledgeable if you need help with where to go. Will definitely be back again next year. Wish I could update review to give 10 stars! Experienced or new riders, look no where else, this is the shop!

Whistler Blackcomb is a renowned year-round resort offering a variety of activities such as skiing, snowboarding, biking, and more. It boasts over 8,000 acres and 200 trails across two mountains. Ski Magazine named it the best overall resort in North America in 2016. The charming Whistler Village provides world-class apres-ski cuisine and fine wines from the Okanagan Valley.
It had always been my dream to ski and snowboard whistler since I was a kid. These mountains did not disappoint. Amazing views on bluebird days, amazing snow on powder days. The runs are well kept and very fun. The lifts are well maintained and fast and the waits were never worse than 10 minutes in late January. The little town at the base has everything you would ever need and more. The restaurants and pubs are fantastic. The atmosphere is fun and exciting. I’d love to come back some day.

Gorgeous scenery. The drive up from Vancouver is worth the trip alone. Massive amounts of terrain. Great snow at the top of the mountain. Awful visibility mid mountain. Slushy at the bottom of the mountain. Village is really great. Went in March. I would definitely go again.

I went during the summer and it was amazing. The scenery is breathtaking with so many hiking and biking trails to explore. Even without the snow the mountains are stunning and the village has a lot of shops, restaurants, and spots to just relax. Staff are friendly and the whole place is well maintained. Definitely a year round destination and one of the best resorts you can visit.

I had the chance to visit Blackcomb Whistler Ski last year, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had on the slopes. The scenery is breathtaking, the facilities are excellent, and everything feels very well organized. That said, as a beginner, I found the runs a bit challenging. Even the green slopes felt more like blue ones compared to other ski resorts I’ve been to. Still, it was a great learning experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for those who are looking for both adventure and stunning mountain views. With a bit more practice, I’d love to go back and enjoy it even more!

This place is a Dream destination for skiing! The snow quality is fantastic, white & powdery ,the slopes are well-groomed, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. Our full day here was worth spending. The management was also very good.

The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is an amazing experience; It starts at Whistler Mountain, takes you to Blackcomb Mountain, and from there you can take another gondola to a different peak before heading back down. The gondola between the peaks is huge, and the blue cabins have glass floors so you can see the valley below. At the top, there are restaurants and cafes, and you might spot Groundhogs. Even in summer, there’s snow and it’s cold, so be sure to bring warm clothes.
Amin A — Google review
Whistler Blackcomb is awesome. I love the fact you can ski during the winter and then buy a very affordable Epic pass to Access the trekking trails and gondola during the summer. Also the Sunday farmers markets are great! Visit "Cows" for the best mint chocolate chip ice cream ever (they have other flavours too if you don't fancy mint) and Portobello at the Fairmont for real belgian chocolate mochas & hot chocolates ! Whistler is dreamy indeed.

Whistler is an incredible place for both snowboarding and biking. I’ve visited in different seasons, and I’m always impressed by the staff, the facilities, and how well everything is maintained. There are lots of trails across both mountains, making it great for all levels—from beginners to pros. Safety is clearly a priority, with support staff always around. While the sports can be pricey, Whistler often has great deals and seasonal passes. I just wish there were more flexible options for frequent visitors. I love this place and will definitely keep coming back.

We had an incredible experience thanks to our server Paul and the manager we ended up saying hi too, Paul took the extra inch and payed attention to the smallest detail. Not only did he recommend the steak I’ve ever had in Whistler, yet he also recommended the best sides to pair it with! it felt like he was always paying attention to what we needed 😁 We will back again!!!

Wow… what an amazing birthday experience! The signature Canadian AAA Prime Rib was cooked to perfection, and the Oceanwise seafood options were fresh and flavorful. Every dish—from the amuse-bouche to the final bite of dessert—was thoughtfully composed and memorable. The wine list was equally impressive, featuring an excellent selection of BC wines alongside international favorites. We finished the evening with a decadent chocolate soufflé, which perfectly capped off an unforgettable meal. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in an upscale mountain dining experience, The Grill Room delivers on all fronts.

Our server Adam was lovely! The food was not as great as other steak houses we’ve been to. The Mac and cheese was a rubbery texture and the steaks lacked flavour but were cooked well. The asparagus were delicious but the price point over all was a little high for the food you get. I understand this is kind of the case in a restaurant within in hotel in whistler but I still was hoping for the food to reflect the price and it didn’t.

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Grill Room, Fairmont Chateau Whistler. We were celebrating our honeymoon in Whistler and decided to visit The Grill Room to end our stay here. Food was amazing, starting with the fresh, plump and juicy oysters from Vancouver Island. The striploin to share was cooked perfectly to our liking. The sides of asparagus and potatoe puree rounded out the meal nicely. Big shoutout to Craig, our server who was amazing throughout the night and prepared a sweet treat for us to end off our dinner. Would definitely recommend this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Dining Experience at The Grill Room We had an incredible Father’s Day dinner at The Grill Room at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. The setting is elegant yet cozy—perfect for a special family night out. Our server, Paul, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and so thoughtful with our kids, making the whole evening smooth and enjoyable. The food was outstanding from start to finish. We especially loved the crab cake, scallops with pork belly, and the warm, fresh bread. The 20 oz. Canadian prime ribeye was the star—perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We also discovered a new favorite in the Little Engine Pinot Noir, which paired beautifully with the meal and gave us a newfound appreciation for BC wines. Huge thanks to Paul and the entire Grill Room team for making our Father’s Day celebration so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

We were having fun the whole night. Adam was the other server who also checked our table after our dinner to do the magic trick. Food was soo delicious. We had Gin Tomato soup, Tomahawk steak & dessert. We were making jokes with Robert, that we will not order dessert if it doesn't cone on a wheel. 😂 Because everything we ordered came on a wheel. 👸 It was a great night! Definitely will be back!!!

Creekside Village is a charming alternative to the main Whistler village, located just 5 minutes away by car. It offers a more laid-back atmosphere and is well-equipped with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and outlets. The morning gondola queues are notably shorter here, making it an ideal choice for those eager to hit the slopes quickly.
CreekSide Village may not be as bustling as Whistler Village, but it offers its own unique conveniences and charm. For those traveling from Vancouver, CreekSide is the first village where you can access the mountain, making it a convenient stop. Additionally, the village has a gas station, which is very practical for those driving in. Many of the accommodations in CreekSide are ski in ski out, perfect for ski enthusiasts. The parking lot is very close to the gondola, making it easy for visitors to get on the slopes quickly. The village also has a ticket office and a customer service center, providing comprehensive support for guests. There’s a ski school here too, with many children starting their day on the mountain from CreekSide, adding to the village’s vibrant atmosphere. Food lovers will appreciate the variety of delicious restaurants in CreekSide. The village also features charming shops, including ski gear stores, adding to the overall experience. Compared to the central Whistler Village, the property prices in CreekSide are more affordable, offering great value for those looking to stay. It’s a quiet, serene retreat, perfect for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing convenience.

Pretty little area, small niche in the mountains with stores, restaurants, and 9f course chairlift. We are here in June, and their are plenty of bikes for rent to ride down the mountain. Plenty to do here to keep you occupied for a few days and not leave the village.

A taste of Whistler away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Everything you need for a great quiet stay including an amazing coffee shop, groceries and liquor store. Also some very lovely shops. It’s our go-to for a weekend getaway.

Creekside Village, our August 2023 getaway, exceeded all expectations and left us spellbound with its natural beauty. Nestled amidst rolling hills and towering trees, the village's charm was undeniable. The weather played its part, blessing us with sunny days and cool evenings, perfect for exploring the surroundings and engaging in outdoor activities. The highlight was undoubtedly the gentle creek that meandered through the village, its soothing sounds creating a harmonious ambiance that brought peace to our souls. Whether strolling along the water's edge or sitting by the creek's banks, we found solace in the embrace of nature. As I reminisce about our time at Creekside Village, the memories of breathtaking vistas still dance vividly in my mind. The photos and videos we captured serve as timeless mementos, each frame encapsulating the essence of this wondrous place. From sunrise to sunset, the landscape transformed, painting a different canvas of colors and hues with each passing hour. Nature's symphony enveloped us, and for a moment, time seemed to stand still. This escape to Creekside Village was a truly rejuvenating experience, leaving us with cherished memories that we'll carry in our hearts forever.

Nice village with beautiful shops and some good restaurants. Huge free public parking. Area is used for mountain bikers or ski as lift is nearby.

Creekside village has a grocery store, a coffee shop, a gym, a liquor store, a realty office, a daycare, and a lot more. There is also a bridge across the street to more services. There is a playground to keep the kids happy while you do your shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. To our surprise, they even upgraded our room for free — the new room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view! After we checked out, we realized we had left something behind. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us locate it and made sure it was safely returned to us. Their service was truly thoughtful and professional. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time, and we’ll be recommending this place to our friends and family. Thank you for making our trip extra special!

*WARNING!* *STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK* PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUISNESS! THEY WILL OUTRIGHT LIE WITHOUT A SHRED OF GUILT IN ORDER TO TRICK YOU INTO TO PAYING MORE. I guess they saw a family with disabled kids and decided we would be perfect to steal from. It unfortunatly turns out the manager is an absolutly disgusting person with incredibly shady buisness practices and a bery "flexable" moral compass. He seemed nice and we were fooled into trusting him. Long story short the manager told us we had to upgrade rooms because we had kids and said it was because of fire code or something. Fine whatever makes sense I guess. He assured us that he would give us a "good deal" because they like having families stay there. By the way he later went on a rant about how much he hates it when groups of single men stay there. The manager told us it would only cost us an extra $100 and I confirmed that with him multiple times in no uncertain terms that it would only cost us an additional $100 so we reluctantly agreed as we were extreamly tired from driving most of the day. Well surprise surprise the manager decided he deserved to pocket both payments after we confirmed with him multiple times that we would get a refund from expedia and not to worry because would handle it for us. I thought he was actually a nice person and I genuinly enjoyed chatting with him. Well days go by and we did not get a refund. After talking with expedia I learned that he is outright denying it happened and is telling them the extra charges were for the upgraded room we wanted. Over all it cost us nearly $500 more. That was $500 that we could not afford to spend and it hurt our family a lot to do without it. We had saved up so we could give our kids a good family vacation for the fist time only to get taken advantage of. I dont understand how people can live with themsevles after stealing money from families and disabled people while pretending that they are a good person and helping you. I cant believe somebody would do something so repulsive with a smile on their face the whole time. He will smile and chat you up the whole time he is scamming you without a shred of guilt and shamelessly lie to your face. A real class act 10/10 had me fooled. So again please do not make the same expensive mistake we made. Look at all the negative reviews on here. They are likely not exaggerating. You have been warned, stay here at your own risk.

The hotel location was perfect—close to all the restaurants and shops. The staff were really kind and helpful, especially Ben, who went above and beyond. When I called from the gondola knowing we wouldn’t make it back in time before our parking expired at 3, he kindly extended it for us with no extra charge. The room was a bit dated but super clean and had everything we needed. Ben was incredibly helpful and kind—we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Blackcomb Lodge in Whistler, and we can’t say enough about how accommodating and welcoming the staff were—especially Benny, the manager. From the moment we arrived, Benny went above and beyond to make our stay special. He kindly upgraded us to a better room, which was a fantastic surprise and made our experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing night in Whistler. On top of that, Benny also granted us a late check-out, giving us extra time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without feeling rushed. Customer service like this truly sets Blackcomb Lodge apart. Thank you, Benny, for your incredible hospitality—we'll definitely be back!

Stayed there for one night. I was too tired to drive home after a day spent in Whistler village. They gave me a great deal. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a small kitchen with dishes, which was helpful. Also, the hotel is located in a great location of the village. Benny at the front desk was very kind, friendly and helpful. He recommended a delicious breakfast spot right around the corner.

James has great customer service and he was patient he was the highlight of the experience as the hotel did not have the best amenities. Room was not bad or good but it did the job for the our stay for the conference. By the way for the ladies terrible lighting to do make up. Lots of fees so he prepared.
Vivian S — Google review
Terrible experience Do NOT stay here. I stayed at Blackcomb Hotel in Whistler with 14 of my friends, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude and aggressive from the moment we arrived. Even though we had already reserved our rooms, they forced us to book an extra room unnecessarily. The hotel services were absolutely awful dirty, careless, and completely useless. The photos you see on Booking.com or TripAdvisor are completely misleading. For example, the pool shown online looks nice, but in reality it’s a tiny, dirty pool that no one would want to use. The rooms had no real amenities basically just a bed to sleep on. After checkout, the staff even refused to store our luggage for just one hour, which was very unprofessional and disappointing. This hotel completely ruined part of our trip. We tried to stay calm and enjoy Whistler, but honestly, this place is NOT worth your money. Save yourself the frustration and book anywhere else.
Marjan R — Google review
Our party of five had the best experience. Enjoyed the quaintest and atmosphere of the lodge. Being smack dab in the middle of the square was convenient for us all, especially for my sister and sister-in-law, having mobility issues, provided them the opportunity to see all of the village with us. Grocery / liquor and many shops just steps away. Ability to enjoy a full kichenett in the room, walk-in shower and relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine was stellar. Blackcomb manager attended to all of our request. Benny was enthusiastic and gracious. Cannot say anything negative. Would highly recommend to everyone. After an adventurous day , the hot tub, sauna and pool was extremely enjoyable.

Riverside | A Parkbridge Camping & RV Resort is a 40-acre riverside getaway located in Whistler, Canada. It offers cozy log cabins, yurts, RV camping, and tent sites for visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoor activities that the region has to offer. The resort is open year-round and provides various accommodation options suitable for families on a budget.
First time camping at Riverside and we had an awesome time! Excellent custom service from the staff. I had a couple of changes to our booking and they were chill about it. The campsite we were at could accommodate 2-3 tents and two dining tents. There was no electricity on the site we booked (we knew that beforehand) but that didn't make our stay less enjoyable. Washroom were clean, showers were clean. We loved that the location was around 2.5 kilometers from Whistler village. So much options for water activities because there were so many lakes close by. Will definitely come back!

We stayed here with our RTT and loved it. The campsite is well kept, the washrooms were close and clean, and the staff was super chill and friendly. Plus, you are only a few minutes from Whistler village (and next to Scandinave Spa!) so it's a great alternative to the expensive hotels in that area. Will definitely stay again!

Great site for our RV on our first visit to Canada. We arrived much later than expected but the guy on reception was very helpful despite being about to close for the night. Didn’t take long to hook up with all the services. We were pleasantly surprised with our pitch. Some were less private but we were more than happy with ours. Easy to walk into Whistler and loved doing the Lost Lake Trail from the site. It was so peaceful around the site and all areas very clean although we didn’t use any facilities. We were pleased to start our trip here and would definitely recommend if wanting to stay in the Whistler area.

Spending a night here and loving it right now. The site is the right size for our van and bikes, washrooms are as good as any in most campgrounds and so far it’s been nice and quiet so we’ve been able to sit and enjoy a book. A bike ride got us into the Village to pick up a few groceries. All in all would recommend.
LLMM — Google review
A nice campsite in the woods close to Whistler, but when on site you feel far away from the city. Easy to reach by Bus or walking. The pits are well organised and due to the vegetation a good feel of privacy. Amenities are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpfull. They have a small library with books and DVD to borrow for free. Good Campsite.

Love this spot for bringing our RV. We have come here 2 times now and when we come to whistler this will always be our preferred place to stay. Make sure to book well in advance as spots do fill up relatively quickly. Access to bathrooms and showers (free). Free mini golf. Park for kids. Beach volleyball net. A restaurant that we haven't tried yet. It's an awesome campground.

Great location! Safe, clean, brilliant play area for kids and in a location that you can eat and drink whilst they play! The Thai food onsite was brilliant. The staff were super helpful and attentive. We walked to Whistler village via the nature trail… ask about this, as Google maps will have you walk through road way. The river walk starts a river bank on the site! It’s all very well planned out.
Sarah R — Google review
We started in the RV camp sites for 2 nights. The sites have full RV hookups with level pads. The WiFi connection was weak but good enough. The additional facilities; bathroom, showers, walking/bike trails and playground areas were very well maintained. There are also Cabins at this location but only had a brief peek inside. They look perfect for 2 people. There's also a small test at the Main building. We didn't have a chance to try them out this time. No issues, very quiet.

Someone was smoking inside the hotel, and I was bothered by the smell from night until the next morning. The concierge was unavailable all night, and no one answered the phone. When I called the front desk, I was told that a staff member would come to investigate, so I asked him to bring an air purifier along. When I went to the front desk to exchange for chips, there was a worker who reeked of strong cigarette smoke. 45 minutes later, a staff member finally came to the room, but he brought a fan. When I told him someone was smoking inside the building, he countered, "It must be someone passing by outside. It's impossible since the only room next to this one is an office." I explained that all windows were closed, there was no one outside, there was the room directly opposite, and another on the upper floors, and that the odor could leak through ducts or anywhere. He again denied everything without reason. When I asked why he was so certain, he just said "physics." His attitude was rude. The cigarette smell stopped right after I called the front desk, so the staff were probably smoking in the office. I shared the incident to the front desk, but he only apologized and didn’t offer any compensation. Also, their welcome gift was a microwavable popcorn bag with an expiration date just one month away. It's definitely not worth $350. Never again.

This place surprised me, I'm not a timeshare person at all but had the chance to stay in someone else's time share. The rooms are fantastic and I love the layout of the 2 bedroom spaces. Even if you bring kids you can get get some privacy. The bedrooms don't share a wall which I like. The master bedrooms have a large attached bathroom with a jetted tub. The balcony is pretty big too. If you're facing the kids pool it's going to be noisy just fyi but idgaf about that, I can handle some noise. The amentities are great as well. There's a kids pool are with a slide but there's also an adult's area with hot tubs and a wet sauna. We visited the theatre and it's nice too, the seats are super comfy and they usually show 3 films a night, all mainstream Hollywood stuff. I like the games room. I'm a expert in this area, the section is p decent for a hotel amentity room. The machines are set to free play. The SNES classics are a nice touch. I will say there's a DDR machine in there and the left pad is in really good condition for such an old machine, but for some reason it's an Extreme cabinet with DDR 1 in it which is diabolical haha. Why not upgrade it back to Extreme? It's a much better game with way more songs (including the songs DDR 1 has) and a lot of quality of life features in my opinion. Some parts of the resort are super dated. I was nervous when I saw the dated lobby and then got an hard sales pitch to buy a timeshare in the lobby ngl (which, I'm never gonna do lol)... But the staff are nice they're just doing their jobs. They asked for me to stay for an even longer sales pitch for a $200 gift card but I know it'd be 90 mins minimum and I can't be bothered to deal with all that for the $200 bucks lol. Overall, if the time share owner I know wants to offer the space up to me again I would totally return. It was a really pleasant stay.

We had a great weekend here. Out of the main town. This is on the Blackcomb side. Which is great for how quiet it is. Close to walk to everything. Rooms were big and not to bad. Lots of activities for the kids. Awesome pool and game room. Staff was helpful and polite. They even came to the pool to give kids freezies. It was a great weekend spent and we'll be back!

We have been staying here since 2008 when the hotel is called Club Intrawest using my auntie’s embarc’s time share. We’ve always loved coming here. Renovations are a phase last year (2024) and this time, renovation is over. It seems like the bldg is better, cleaner and service is fantastic as usual. We cook our own breakfast and then we’ll go out in the village for lunch and dinner. Bldg is also away from the hustle and bustle of the village. It’s at the upper village across fairmont. We always loved it here and hopefully, this place continue to provide a great service and amenities to all guest forever. Very homey suites. They have Heated outdoor family pool and a hot tub.

This was our first time at the Hilton and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They are extremely well thought out rooms with little details like having laundry, salt spring coffee, a nice L shaped couch and well stocked kitchen. I loved the hotel amenities for the kids and the little details like nightly movies and the games at the arcade. Our only complaint was the configuration of the hotel is a little confusing when trying to navigate to the pool and parkade. You figure it out eventually but it’ll put you in a tail spin. Also the waterslide- is there anything better for vacation? And not just for the kids :)

The good reviews must be used to staying at the mobile 6. Way too far from everything. No electric kettle. Rooms are to big to be cleaned properly half the surfaces are sticky. I don’t think there is a cushion on the couch without a stain. There is no air conditioning. The fan provided barely works. And it’s so old you can hear everything in every other room and the hall. Did I mention it smells like an old folks home. Way too much carpet for a hotel room. All and all I’ll never stay here again.

THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL EVER! THIS SHOULD BE A 2 star HOTEL. The room smells of Body Odour and washroom is beyond sickening smelly. The washrooms have mildew and the faucets are broken. I’m currently booked for 2 nights but if I got a refund, I’d run out of here ASAP as the rooms are beyond gross. This hotel will ruin your Whistler trip. From the time you walk into the lobby you’ll be grossed out by the smell. The carpets in the room are beyond filthy and clumpy from being damp. THE AC DOES NOT EVEN WORK PASS 23 Celsius. We have tried airing this room out and still smells so bad we are unable to sleep. I’ve travelled to over 60 countries and this is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever lived in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Management please reach out to me about my experience.

One of the highlights was their hot pool, hot tub, and sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure in Whistler! Although the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on our first night, the staff was very accommodating and made sure to waive our parking charges as a kind gesture. Room has everything you need. Not fancy. Did not interact with the staff much, but everyone was always smiling. Location is great. Just outside of the main area. Myself and my partner were involved in a car accident on our way to our stay at the lodge. My partner was injured and our car was a write off and had to be towed from the scene. I called the lodge to explain and offered to send them photographic proof of our accident to back up our claims. They refused to offer us any sort of refund regardless of the exceptional circumstances. I would NOT recommend booking with this company at all we are horrified by the lack of understanding from them and we are saddened that we will also lose out on our money after such a huge loss of our vehicle today.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years, but sadly, the quality of service has declined significantly. Almost every time we book a room, something goes wrong from malfunctioning AC systems to being moved from room to room. During our last visit, we found broken glass on the floor, which is extremely dangerous, especially for families with children. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor, and the couches in the living area were stained and dirty. My electric shaver was stolen from our room, which raises serious concerns about security and trust. To make matters worse, the receptionist named Lucy was very unprofessional and dismissive when we tried to bring up our concerns. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. After years of loyalty, we are very disappointed. Next time, we will be looking at other hotels unless major improvements are made.

The Executive Inn at Whistler Village & Mountain Side Hotel offers guests mountain views, Italian dining and an outdoor pool. It is located in the heart of the village and just minutes walk to the ski-in/ski-out Whistler Village Gondola.
This was our first time staying at the Executive Inn in Whistler, and for the price, we were very happy with our experience! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the village—so you can easily walk in any direction to find great food, activities, and shops. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. When we realized our room didn’t have a balcony (even though the listing said it would), they were quick to help and managed to move us to a room with a balcony, which we really appreciated! The room itself could use a little refresh—there were some patched walls in the bathroom, and the mirror frame had been repaired with silver tape. A few small updates would really help elevate the space. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying Friday night with a glass of wine on our balcony. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Room and location was great but our experience was quite upsetting. First up, we arrived at 4pm only to be told our suite was not ready which I understand happens and I was willing to wait. The lady on the front desk was pleasant and gave us free parking to compensate for the inconvenience and the 30 minute wait. Unfortunately the lift was broken and we had to lug up 2 heavy bags which I was also fine. Now what was appalling was the following. 1. After taking so long to clean up our room and is waiting 30 mins post check in for our room to be ready, I found the towels in the drawer with this disgusting brown stains. I contacted the front desk only to be told "this happens".. so I guess you would have to be ready for disgusting towels in this location. 2. The lift was broken in the am so we had to carry out bags down the flight of stairs. We left our room at 9am and the laundry guys blocked the entire stairwell with hundreds of towels. When they saw us waiting to get down they removed a few towels leaving a small sliver of space for us to carry our heavy bags down. This is a safety issue. It's the only stairwell going down and they blocked it at 9am no less which is a high traffic time. My poor brother had to carry the bags down and almost slipped and fell. This is not acceptable. What if he got hurt? Are you going to be liable? I told the front desk and they said ok.. I feel like this hotel isn't concerned with the safety of their patrons. Utterly shocking.

We had two rooms booked. Shower Glass Door fell off. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry stroller and luggage three floors. Stairs to parking are in disrepair, which wouldn’t be a big deal if the elevator worked. No hairdryer in one room. Tv didn’t work. Beds are rickety and uncomfortable. The location is great but they have let the place go I would not stay here again unless it has a major renovation.

A nice Inn at the village. While it is a bit dated, the rooms are clean, and the service was good. The outdoor pool is heated too. Note that there are two Executive Inn locations nearby, so make sure you know whether you're at the Mountain side or the other location. There is paid parking in the underground garage for $30 a night, or you can take a short stroll (8 mins) and the open lots are free after 5pm until 8am.

First appearance of the hotel was nice and staff were friendly. I recieved a text not long after checking in to see how we liked our room. Right off the bat we noticed a tile in the bathroom has fallin off the baseboard. I let them know and it was fixed near immediately. Our room seemed out of date and our table was broken but fairly clean. Surface clean but not deep cleaned. We got a queen loft room and im sad to say but wow the loft is EXTREMELY HOT. I messaged the staff via text asking if there was a way to cool down the room at 1:45am. My husband and I were suffering and only had a fan. Staff asked if we had the AC on and of course we did while our 3rd guest was on the pull out bed down below. They provided us another fan at 2am. Now staff know this is a problem... they know the loft of hot. Which I did not, also thinking we are paying nearly $400 a night for some comfort and we did not have that. Luckily we only stayed one night. If the hotel knows the rooms are hot they should be aware that cold air... doesn't rise. Duh. Maybe come up with a new plan on how do cool down rooms especially in the summer months. I would not recommend a loft for this hotel. Not sure what the other rooms are.. but there's better hotels around.

The lodge provides convenient amenities such as a fitness room, underground parking, ski and snowboard storage, and a 24-hour front desk. Guests can also enjoy the year-round outdoor pool with a sundeck and hot tub.
The location was so idea with only a 3-4min walk to the lift. Our loft room had a sauna which felt so good after a tiring day. The people at the front desk were helpfuland friendly. The room is very cosy, and love the dining table, we made good use of the kitchen which had all the basic necessities. This hotel also had some fun things/activities tailored to kids. Overall a great family hotel.

Rooms are fine but holy cow it’s always cold in here. Single pane windows + baseboard heating is just a terrible combination. I’m sure it’s great in the summer though. (Update the walls are incredibly thin and you will constantly be able to hear your neighbours if they’re moderately loud)
Liams_Limes — Google review
This was the perfect hotel for our family vacation! The loft room had a kitchenette so we could do most of our own food, the heated pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature for October. The staff were great with my kids. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was there is definitely some maintenance/upgrades that are needed. The bathroom sinks are worn down, we had a broken chair, and a few of the tiles were loose.

The property is a bit older, but it is well maintained. You can not beat the location. I thought the room I stayed in was well equipped. Can't wait to get back.

We were curious about what we would be getting based on some of the reviews, but it turned out to be really nice. We had the room with a loft and it was very clean and cozy. We even had our own dry sauna in the room. It is located right at the base of the mountain with easy access to all the amenities in the village. It was easy to get in and out for the various activities we did in the area. The staff was really helpful and Conor went above and beyond to help us find information on ebikes and other activities.

We had a great stay here. Excellent location, easy to access parking and while the rooms are a bit dated they are clean and comfortable and came with a nice view. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. A huge thanks to Michelle at the front desk for looking after us while we were there- fantastic friendly service and great interaction with our 4 year old.

Perfect location, 3min walk to Ski Lifts and Gondola yet away from the Après Ski noisy crowd. Very well equipped kitchen, room small but comfortable but lacks space to dry Ski clothes. Secure Ski stowage but no Ski boots dryer. Staff is very friendly and always volunteering their help. Secure underground parking ensuring quick and easy access to your room. I will definitely return.
Denis L — Google review
First off I want to say that the staff was great. They were always helpful and friendly during my stay. And I would say that everything was clean in the hotel and my room. However, the hotel itself is not that great. It's old, basic, and has no sound proofing whatsoever. I could literally hear people having conversations in other rooms and outside. The noise from the street was incredible and made it very challenging to get a good nights sleep. You're paying for location and the convenience of being close to the lifts. My advice is to spend the money and walk an extra five minutes and stay somewhere else. It would be worth it.

Lost Lake Lodge by Whistler Premier offers comfortable suites with fully equipped kitchens and cozy fireplaces. Guests can enjoy the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and exercise room during their stay. The lodge is conveniently located just a 10-minute ride from Whistler Public Library and within a short drive to Whistler's Marketplace Shopping Mall. For outdoor enthusiasts, Snowplace Park, Meadow Park Sports Centre, and Whistler Olympic Plaza are all easily accessible from the lodge.
Our unit (322) was clean and updated. It was quiet and very close to Lost Lake. Parking is under the building, $25 per day. Getting to the village was an easy downhill walk, free shuttle (#5) brings you back up, drops off right outside the lodge. The front desk closes at 5pm, so do the online check in or you will have to go to the sister property to check in. After 5, there is no one on property to answer questions, but so far, we have had no problems. The room came with a small amount of coffee for a drip coffee maker, salt, pepper, toiletries, and a little laundry soap for the washer.

We almost cancelled after we found out the pool was going to be closed and we were offered passes to the local public pool - not really what we had in mind for our 30th anniversary weekend but maintenance work has to be done at some point so we kept the booking. We have stayed in at least a dozen properties in Whistler like this over the years - they are all fairly similar really. I went through the many units available and chose #208 for it's balcony view. Unfortunately the balcony was frankly disgustingly dirty. The floor, table, chairs and BBQ were covered in dust. There was a sign above the BBQ reminding guests to clean it after use - what a joke! We did use it after cleaning it beforehand and left it cleaner than we found it afterwards. It would have been useful if a cleaning brush was supplied. The bedside clock was flashing - no big deal but the bed was so uncomfortable. It had a topper (you only need these when the actual bed is not up to standard), the bed slopes to the middle and the topper moved around as the fitted sheet didn't hold it in place. They kindly provided miniature bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash (enough for 1 person for 1 day - not 4 people for 4 days), either supply enough or not at all, same as the one filter bag of coffee - seriously! There was not any hand soap whatsoever anywhere. The rest of the unit seemed pretty clean and everything that we needed was supplied. The real kicker was the check-in procedure. We completed the pre-arrival documentation on line and were informed that the entry codes would be sent to us at 16.00 on arrival day. This is fairly standard these days especially with Airbnb's. The Vancouver traffic was especially bad on our arrival day and so when we arrived the reception and entry door was closed. We checked our emails for the code, no email received, I called the number on the door, waited for ages - no reply. Tried again, got voicemail. I checked the guest portal app - no information. We drove to Le Chamois - reception closed. I searched around the property and found a member of staff who very kindly went behind the desk, took some detailed and sent me an email with the codes attached. No - the email didn't go to junk (checked that) - it just wasn't sent. If we had not found this young lady I don't know how we would have got in. We finally got into the property at 21.19. There's some pretty common themes to some of the problems listed in the comments about this place, they usually receive the generic BS response about improvements but it's just talk because clearly they are still ongoing. Can't wait to see the copy and paste response!

Water pressure bad, shower inadequate and mechanism to switch between tub and shower not working correctly. Tap in kitchen broken, had to bang it to get it to work properly and even then it wasn't. Dishes left in the dishwasher had to put them away and clean up after the prior guest. Extremely hot no AC, but I guess this is common in Whistler. Dusty, allergies triggered. One week stay one dish towel provided for kitchen. Patio blinds not functioning properly, jam up do not let light through the window had to try and fix to accommodate stay. Low budget cheap soaps and toiletries. Magnet on kitchen faucet not working properly. Two fans provided, one barely functional falling apart. Towels rack in bathroom is loose, about to break. Patio door hard to open and screen rollers not working properly. Ill-fitting cheap foam mattress topper on mattress from the ..terrible bed!!! The couch well it smells, not sure if it's ever been washed. It seems management or the owner is doing the bar minimum to keep the place rentable. This assessment not without having been at many, many places over the years. On the plus side pool is nice, grounds are fairly private and well kept and close to the beach.

Adorable hotel in a tranquil area of Whistler Blackcomb. Absolutely loved that there's a free shuttle service to get to the village. The walkability to the lake was the best!

My family of 3 stayed at the Lost Lake Lodge in August 2025. Customer Service on the phone was fast and friendly. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and gym were great amenities. Walking distance to Lost Lake. We would definitely stay here again.
Karen P — Google review
We purposely selected this place because it has a kitchen and a barbecue! It took us about 20 minutes to meal plan and put everything into a cooler at home, and cost (we did the math) 1/8 it would cost to go out and to be honest we are both quite proficient cooks so it tasted great (better?) Than sitting in a café waiting for it, also we got to eat on the balcony and make wings on the grill later for snacks. The pool is small but a welcome oasis, far away from the noise of town and the overcrowding of list lake itself. If you go down before noon you practically have it all to yourself. While it is out of town, the walk down is easy and we spent our afternoons and evenings there. There is a free shuttle bus until 7 as well, and local transit runs a free bus after 7 during the summer. Our only notes would be, if you are going to do more than 2 loads of laundry or dishes in the dishwasher, bring your own detergent!
Ashley — Google review
It was a condo suite good for a family or someone staying longer term, but it was just my son and I staying three days, so it wasn't ideal for us. We'd have preferred a hotel with breakfast included and the amenities of a hotel—like 24 hour front desk!—but nothing else was even remotely affordable. Whistler is expensive, especially at holiday time!!! But the room and premises were clean, attractive, next to a free bus stop, and we could call the Le Chamois front desk anytime, and someone came quickly late at night when we had a problem. That problem was that the instructions for how to work the combination lock on the ski locker were not prominently placed, so someone came out to help with opening it, but it still took a while before either of us found those instructions and could open it. Another problem was the ski locker room closed at 10:00 pm, but we arrived late and got fitted for skis and snowboard late, so we couldn't store them the first night. The Le Chamois front told us to keep them in the room that night, even though that was against policy. So it was a problem, but problem solved. Another inconvenience was that it was far from the gondola, but the free bus came frequently so not a huge problem. The biggest inconvenience was that there was no bag storage on site for our last day, so we had to haul all our stuff by taxi to Le Chamois, where they did let us store the bags for free. So again problem, but solved. Also, not having breakfast included was almost a problem. That meant we had to take the time to go shopping, and in particular on New Year's Eve the grocery store closed early, at 6:00 pm. By luck, we got there one minute before closing and they let us in, so we could get some stuff for breakfast. And the last nit I'll pick is they want you to recycle garbage but they don't provide a separate container for recyclables nor instruction in the room for what to recycle. And it's not clear how to get back in the building after taking the garbage out. A set of instructions could solve that.

Nestled in the heart of Whistler Creekside, Lake Placid Lodge by Whiski Jack offers a serene escape with its cozy condos that feature inviting fireplaces and modern amenities. Just a stone's throw from the Creekside Gondola, this lodge captures the essence of mountain living with its rustic charm and private setting among towering evergreens. Guests can enjoy luxurious one- and two-bedroom apartments equipped with full kitchens, balconies, and access to a refreshing pool and hot tub.
[EDIT: We've stayed with different host in the same complex. Our review is for that specific unit. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay when you're in the Creekside area!] Our unit requires some maintenance. Like other reviews said, there's no A/C. We were lucky we didn't come when the temps were high. Our unit was right by the pool, and it can get a little loud during the day. But that's expected. This is our second time staying here, and we have no regrets even if small things weren't up to our expectations.

Room was fine. Not super new but clean and functional. The bed was AWFUL...bed/mattress was counter height and unstable. Very uncomfortable sleep perched on what felt like a wobbly mushroom. Pillows were also huge. Stayed in room 113. Noisey beside the road.

I stayed in the building, but realized it wasn't specifically with Whiski Jack. I'm realizing that some of the negative reviews might be from others like me who stayed here but booked rooms not affiliated with Whiski Jack. I enjoyed the building and location but can't speak directly to Whiski Jack as a host, but they seem great! Keep that in mind when reading these reviews

I Stayed at this hotel from 2023.12.31 to 2024.1.2. From the day I moved in, there was constant trouble. First of all, the hotel has no front desk staff. After arriving at the hotel, you need to drive to a place 4 kilometers away to check in, which is very troublesome. You couldn't find any staff at the hotel and I couldn't get any assistance. We two adults and two children checked into the hotel, but they only provided one quilt and ignored us at all. The fire in the living room fireplace cannot be completely extinguished. Can you imagine what it would be like to sleep with five candles next to you? At 9:30 in the evening, people were still running and jumping upstairs (I live on the first floor). I communicated with their customer service and told me that there was absolutely nothing I could do. For various reasons, I caught a cold two days later and suffered from insomnia for two nights. What shocked me the most was that I had already paid a cleaning fee of 150 Canadian dollars when I checked in. Two days after I checked out, the hotel unilaterally charged me another 125 Canadian dollars for cleaning fees. It turned out that I did not take out the trash. , it’s just crazy that a cleaning staff needs the money of a mobile phone to clean the room, I think they might as well just grab it! This is definitely the most shameless hotel I have ever stayed in.Everyone must be careful about this hotel!

The location is a ten-minute drive from the town of Whistler, which is quite convenient. The hotel has no front desk, and you need to drive 4 kilometers away to check in. There are no waiters, the staff are arrogant, and the air conditioner does not work. I caught a cold while staying in the room. Very bad experience!
Da D — Google review
The Airbnb unit we stayed in was fantastic and the owner was very nice but this building was pretty bad. Good: very close to gondola. Bad: noisy, cold hot tub. You can hear every step of the people in the unit above. Every step sounds like a stomp. I'm not talking about people walking down the hallway in ski boots during the day, that's expected and a good wake up call if you slept in too late. I'm talking about people just walking normally above you at night sounding like stomping waking you up at all hours of the night. The hot tub is good when it works but it was occasionally cold or broken. Other than the building, a lot of the people here sucked. There were noisy children running in the halls, screaming and splashing in the pool (splashes reached the hot tub), and despite the clear rules, young children were getting into the hot tub.
Justin H — Google review
The location is good, not far from the cable car. But the hotel has no front desk, no waiters could be found, the staff were very rude and refused to provide necessary help. The suite only had one quilt, there was a lot of noise upstairs, and the facilities were rudimentary. I will never choose again next time.

Greystone Lodge is a mountaintop all-suite lodging in Whistler, offering Wi-Fi, parking, and a shuttle service. The hotel features an outdoor pool and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Situated just 1.6 km from Marketplace and close to Whistler Blackcomb, the lodge provides easy access to various sports venues and attractions such as Lost Mountain Lake and Whistler Medals Plaza Ice Skating Rink.
We had a very spacious, roomy unit that was two bedroom units sharing a common area. The lodge was a bit aged and needed minor work (bedroom screens were leaning up against the building beside the windows) however we could overlook these minor inconveniences. This ground floor corner unit was the cheapest and very reasonable price of all the others, not too far from the village. In fact about a 15 min walk to the village and only 5 min. to Blackstone Gondola. Would definitely rent this unit in Greystone Lodge again.

Awesome place one of the best I’ve stayed out at Whistler. Easy ski in and out from Blackcomb. The room was great. Heated pool and hot tub are amazing. Definitely will stay here again.

This is a nice ski-out/in suite backing on to the Whistler Blackcomb Mountain. We rented a two bedroom three bed unit (plus a pull out couch) for 8 of us and although it was a little cramped with all of us, the unit was nice and functional. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. My favorite thing about this place was the amenities, the heated outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing and very accessible. This suite is not too far from the upper village, about a 5-8 min walk however it requires you to on a portion the hill - which is difficult to walk back up for some of the older and younger members in our family.
Areez R — Google review
The place we stayed in was room 315. It is spacious and relatively clean but very run down and not what we expected at all. The carpets and furnishings were all pretty old and stained with age and use. Half of the light bulbs in the place were not working. The ceiling fan was not working as well and we were there in summertime so it was hot and humid. They did however provide 3 portable fans which helped. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery but no coffee or tea was provided even though it's meant to be complimentary. The loft bedroom was acceptable but the top window has no curtains and during summertime the sunlight would wake you up at ridiculous hours. The bathroom was clean but the shower is quite cramped. If you were taller than 6'0 it would be a squeeze and the light was not working in there as well. The most shocking thing was the hairdryer as it malfunctioned when my boyfriend was using it and thank goodness he wasn't electrocuted. It was obviously very old and something inside it shattered/exploded so we quickly unplugged it. Overall for the price ($200+ a night) that we paid I would've rather gone to a hotel around that area. Would not recommend.

True ski-in, ski-out in a well-appointed and well-managed building. Common facilities are excellent, including two hot tubs (one indoors, one out), heated outdoor pool, a large ski locker room, ample free (!) parking, a good supply of luggage carts and a central elevator. An easy walk down the ski slope to Blackcomb base. The unit I stayed in was large, comfortable, quiet, and recently remodeled. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and decent place but the housekeeping was not great. They came half way through and only changed the linens but didn’t clean the rooms, floors or bathrooms at all. The dishwasher barely cleaned the dishes, there was no dust pan, and some basic amenities weren’t included. The outdoor hot tub was a 4-person tub for the whole lodge so not great for crowds, which there were over the holidays.
Sue H — Google review
This review is for unit 315 at Greystone. I was immediately disappointed in the quality of the hotel room when I walked in. The mattress in the room was old and the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. You could feel every spring when you laid on it. I googled the mattress and couldn’t even find this online because it was so old. I didn’t even take off my shoes for the first three hours because I did not plan on staying here. The management would not refund me nor was there a different room available for us to stay in. I was even willing to pay extra for an upgraded room just so I could be comfortable. Angela, the manager was pleasant and ended up replacing our mattress the next day and apologized for the inconvenience with a bottle of wine. The ceiling fan in the loft didn’t work so there was a cheap fan in the corner. The loft didn’t look like it was updated in years. There was a knife block with two knives in it. The pans in the kitchen were warped and hard to cook with. This particular room does not meet the standards of a 4 star resort in my opinion. I ski 2-3 times a year and have stayed at some fabulous resorts for the price I payed at greystone. I am posting this review so the owner and resort will upgrade this room and take accountability for holding each unit to a 4 star standard as advertised. I am sure other units are upgraded like the pictures show online however, this unit surely needs some attention. Due to this, I would not stay here again.

It's an overall clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. Our room faced the Olympic rings and behind it a cute ice rink. It was very convenient as this place is right in the village where there are food and shopping; and quite close to the skiing entrance (10-15 min walking distance). For those who are expecting to rest during the day. I would advise to get a room not facing the rink as they play really loud music but it does cap off at 8:30pm. If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping I would get earplugs because you may hear passerbys talking. I would also advise getting portable black out curtains as the venetian blinds may not block out light. Overall I would come and stay here again!

Unsafe Service – Requesting Card Details! Very disappointed with this hotel. After booking, we were not provided with any check-in information, and later they asked for credit card details in an unsecured way. This seems suspicious, as no reputable hotel should require such information outside of a secure payment system. This whole situation ruined our day and disrupted our vacation. Because of this, we decided not to take the risk and found another place to stay. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values the security of their finances and personal data.

Awful Experience at Tyndall Stone Lodge I want to share my awful experience at Tyndall Stone Lodge by Cozystay Signature Whistler. After making my reservation, I faced multiple challenges trying to contact the property. The phone number on Booking.com didn’t work, and my emails went unanswered. When I finally reached someone, the staff was rude and informed me of a $500 security deposit for my three-bedroom booking, which I found excessive. I asked to cancel my reservation and requested a refund, but was told to go through Booking.com instead. Even after they canceled my booking, the property claimed they hadn’t received any communication from them. A week later, I followed up and was told nothing had been done regarding my refund, as they needed to consult their accounting department. To this day, I have not received my refund, and it seems I'm not alone in this frustrating experience. I cannot recommend Tyndall Stone Lodge based on my experience.

Absolutely the worst experience! We booked a property for 890 CAD, which included three rooms, a separate living room, a jacuzzi, a pool, and a barbecue. The payment was fully processed, but we never received the check-in details because they demanded my full credit card details, including the CVC code—which is completely unreasonable and unsafe. Horrible customer service, no responsibility, and zero willingness to solve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs!
Stanislav — Google review
They’ve ruined my birthday. We ended up on the street never receiving check in details even though we paid 890 cad for the night because the property lied on the booking.com that a demand deposit will be done upon arrival. But they require you to share all of the credit card details IN ADVANCE otherwise they will no share chekin details. Any time we tried to contact the property they sent random automatic replies which have nothing to do with our questions. And later they tried to charge us 500$ while their policy said it’s 300$. Absolutely ruined day and worse experience ever

This company requires full credit card details, including the CVC code, which is completely unsafe. Whistler Upper Village is a charming area surrounded by pine trees, offering a village-like atmosphere and easy access to the slopes. It provides ski-in/ski-out properties for both Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains, making it convenient for skiers and snowboarders. The addition of the 10-person Peak-2-Peak gondola has made it popular year-round, providing stunning views in the summer.

We thought that we would have a nice lunch here after some hiking. We knew that it would be the predictable shops as you see in ski villages but was looking forward to some sunny patio time, people watching with a bevvie. Maybe we are on the older spectrum of customers but we could not believe how loud the music was playing from most of the restaurants, especially near the entrance. I mean not loud but dance club loud. We passed on one highly rated restaurant as the booming was shaking the patio so we walked across the way and were about to be seated and the speakers were banging out the music. One man near out table said "You don't want to stay here...You can't even have a conversation. We did find a nicer place a bit quieter further on but a few places just couldn't tune it down a notch or two. Like I said, maybe we were not the demographic they are looking for...would look to dine outside the area next time. All stores in our local mall so was no need to really go and pay for parking.

If you're like me, find yourself frequently shambling and waddling around in your ski boots on the bricks of the village as you go from the mountain to the amenities and back.

Great location to start your ski holiday at the Whisler and Blackcomb mountains. There are a dozen great resorts to choose from all within walking distance. Buy your ski tickets here and rent from Spicy Ski Rentals. They are awesome. You will not be disappointed.

Holiday apartment rental
Village Gate House by Whiski Jack offers spacious and well-equipped units, such as the two-bedroom and loft unit with a private hot tub. The location is perfect for winter ski vacations, being close to restaurants and ski lifts. The accommodations provide a home away from home in the center of it all, with fantastic rooms that are larger than standard hotel rooms. Families appreciate the ample space in the three-story suite, along with amenities like a hot tub and well-equipped kitchen.
Amazing location! Wonderful stay for winter ski vacations. Close to all the restaurants yet close enough to the ski lifts. Home away from home in the center of it all. Rooms are fantastic as you are not going to get 1200sq +/- ft in a standard hotel. Full kitchen and grocery stores nearby. Dual headed shower with steam option is wonderful. You also have your own private hottub. Master bed mattress is comfortable. Staff is attentive and very friendly, but keep in mind they're remote but will send somebody down if there is an issue. Shared laundry unit is also included

Love our timeshare. Perfect location within the village. Whiskijack is on the right track in performing much needed upgrades without breaking our bank. Wasn't impressed with lack of service and communication when we had an issue with an item in our condo. After two phone calls and three days of waiting for a response, it took an email on the fourth day to the main branch to finally get someone to fix the issue. Not good.

Nightmare of a stay! Old, disgusting, smelly carpet through out the unit. Very run down and odd smelling unit. Owners/managements have no care of these unit. We stayed in one of the larges unit with Hot Tub. That did not work in our stay. Our kids did not even want to walk in the unit and sleep in the beds. Couch was very dirty with stains. -There is NO Air Conditioner in entire building. If you keep the windows open it is very noisy. Only some old fans. Especially at night. Noise did not end until 4am. -Very old and run down furniture. -Very Old and dirty dark brown carpet through the unit -Our kids beds had bed bugs. The management did not address the issue, nor taking any responsibility. The mattresses are very old. -There is no check-in desk. You are mainly on your own. If there are issues you they will send various repair people and you deal with them! -The hot tub water was dirty and did not work. Repair guy was sent with no use. This was reported by many guests in review, still the issues were not resolved. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub. -through out the unit the window coverings are falling apart... PRO: -Good washrooms -Location. (if you like to be in centre of noise) For similar price go for a hotel option. Lots of options in the area. Dont be fooled with images posted by the resort.

We were happy to find a place that was big enough for our family if 6 (2 adults 4 kids). We loved it so much last winter that we booked again this summer and again for November. The 3 story suite gives everyone space so we don't feel cramped like in a regular hotel. Kids love the hot tub. Shower is amazing. We love that it's right in the village and close to many amenities.

Overall, our stay at the Village Gate House was enjoyable. We had unit 201/301, which was a two bedroom and loft unit with a private hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and the unit was quite spacious. There was a couple small things that took away from the stay however. There was no blanket for the pullout bed, which was fine as it wasn't too cold at night. Oven seemed a little weak. Hot tub was a little difficult to use, we wished it came with instructions. Also, when we got into the unit, the door on the third floor was open - this was concerning, as we found out when we checked out, there was public access to the building from the lot near blue shore financial, which defeats the purpose of the coded entry. However, overall the stay was quite enjoyable. The unit was large, had plenty of space for 8 adults, and its right in the village.

Very clean and nice suite. Loved the hot tub and location most! Administrative staff was very helpful in location and mailing to us a lost item after our stay. They went above and beyond, locating the item and mailing it to us at their expense, which was unexpected! Thanks to Whiski Jack for a great stay, more will be coming in the future :)

We were impressed at how quick and easy it was to make a reservation. We have stayed here last year and came back because we enjoyed it so much. Since it is COVID-19 time we did not need to pick up the room key in the mail office which made accessing the suite easier then the first time. The room was clean and warm with lots of towels and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only challenge was that the hot tub wasn’t working. We called the front desk and the security asked them to call us back. We had to wait until the next day to have it fixed and didn’t get a credit. The jets were still not very strong. We hope to come back again.

I've only ever stayed at the one condo, but it has the perfect amenities for a weeklong stay for skiing. I love the fireplaces, steam room, and hot tub. It was warm, the beds were nice, as was the kitchen. The ski storage room is great, unless you have snowboards.
