This was my first time having oysters. My favorite was the “Angels on Horseback” mainly because of the bacon, it was crispy and delicious and the oysters were wrapped in the bacon. My husband loved the Rockefeller Oysters. They were hot and had Parmesan on top. The Catfish Po’boy was delicious! My husband ordered the Cajun Sausage and Eggs and said it was good but didn’t like the sausage (it tasted liked there was a spice missing?). The egg and grits part was great. There were two separate bathrooms that were wheel chair accessible. The doors weren’t auto-open but large enough to fit a wheel chair. If I could take off a 1/2 star it would be because the front entrance wasn’t the best for wheel chair access. There was a step up from the sidewalk, and no ramp, so someone with a wheel chair would need someone to lift the chair over the step. Please consider adding a ramp.

I'm pretty good with a vibe next to the water while enjoying seafood. Our bartender/server was very accommodating and made sure I was happy during our visit. We started with the grilled octopus, 6 raw oysters & 6 rockefeller - atleast an 8 across the board - everything was pretty standard. The crabcakes, thai lettuce wraps, combo baskets and Branzino get two thumbs up for flavor and portions. For cocktails, I wasn't a huge fan of the Forbidden Zone and Summer in Dogtown because the mezcal was overpowering but the Seasonal Sangria (Peach) was perfect! One stop on my many adventures between DC and MD was this restaurant. And I am glad I did. Me and my guest did not have a reservation so we opted to sit at the bar until a table was available. We came on a Saturday during brunch. The hostess was pleasant but Chad stole the show. His drinks were amazing. Mine was one he made up and it was sooooo good. Food was fresh and served quickly. Flavors were also on point. Our server was friendly and had excellent oyster recommendations. Very good. I definitely recommend and would come back.

The tasting menu was incredible. All of the dishes were outstanding and the portions were sizable. We started with a cocktail and then picked out a bottle of wine to share with our food. Finally, the karaage chicken tasted pretty regular, and the rayu aioli had predominantly mayo flavor, so I thought it was just mayo mixed with some other stuff instead. Probably at some point I would return here again to try their food from other menus instead of just happy hour, like their omakase experience. It was great service the minute we walked in the door. Our server, Jada Q, was delightful! Took our drink order and told us the day's specials and made her own recommendations.
