Cirron upgraded my service to a deep tissue and really took the time to understand my body. He was intentional, thorough, and clearly wanted to help release a lot of long-held tension, even if that’s not something that happens all in one visit! I left feeling worked-through in the best way and can’t wait to see him again. Moriah was equally wonderful — gentle, grounding, and caring. The Detox itself was a powerful treatment, though I will say the overall temperature of the spa was very cold, which made it tough to fully relax. After five hours, my hands and feet never quite warmed up, and stepping into the shower room in just a towel was especially chilly. Moriah did everything she could to comfort me, but I’d love to see the spa turn up the heat just a bit to make the experience even more enjoyable. That said, after my treatments, I enjoyed a quiet 20-minute nap in the relaxation room with some snacks and my book, exactly what my mind and body needed. I chose the 30 minute facial/scalp massage and 60 minute Swedish massage - I haven’t been that relaxed in months. In all honesty I think she gave me the best massage of my life. The manager (owner?) was very flippant, and frankly disrespectful in her responses. She never apologized for the situation and she suggested that since I still received the full service (which actually was 5 minutes short if we're going to be nitpicky) I should pay for the full service. I told her I didn't expect to pay less, but I did think it was something that needed to be addressed because it felt disrespectful to my time and contrary to how things would have been handled if the tables had been turned. The manager stated that she had a big event starting tonight for the next three days and that she just couldn't think to address the situation now, so could she call or email me later today? This is what really bothered me, as she wasn't even trying to hide the fact that she could care less and that I was low on her priority list. 4) What's worse, I never received a follow-up call or email as promised. Extremely poor customer service. I would have accepted a simple apology and gone on with my day. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated and do not plan to return.

This studio is priced at 150% to local competitors so I was expecting top service. Massage wasn’t bad but not outstanding but a series of subpar events have me unlikely to return. Second, the speakers are breaking in the room. They would cackle and pop at random, startling me and interrupting any breath work and relaxation. Made worse that the music was so loud it hurt my ears in the rare moments it was playing clearly. Note their service time apparently runs 60 min from appointment time not 60 min from start time. (Most venues build buffer into their scheduling to run off start time within reason.) Despite waiting many minutes for her to come in once on the table, Raven was out with barely a goodbye at the 60 min from appt time— leave me with something like a 47 min massage. The studio is clean (a bit chilly like other reviews state) and has a pleasant aesthetic. Unfortunately, for such a high price premium I expect them to have more of the fine details of the customer experience figured out and they haven’t unlocked that yet. You can do just as well if not better elsewhere for a half the price.
