It was delicious and there were two good sized pieces of veal on top of the noodles. The edges did get slightly over cooked in some areas but not enough to send it back. My husband had the veal marsala which was also delicious. We were given house bread with oil and tomatoes which was a nice break after the appetizer while we waited for the salad and dinner. The house salad was unexpectedly flavorful.

We did not order dessert as we had a second destination for that.Overall, it's a pleasant restaurant with beautiful architecture and friendly service, but wouldn't call it the best Italian around, nor were there any standout dishes that would draw me back for a second visit.

Had come to us by being facebook recommended by several friends. Our experience was close to being perfect if it wasn't for the obnoxiously loud family that was nearby with small kids. That really ruined the special dinner outing for my wife's birthday, when you can't talk to each other. There was NO special birthday dessert....which was sorta a bummer when so many (even st elmo's) comp your dessert when you show your ID with week range of your birthday. On the bright side of things the food is amazingly perfect: BREAD (the best ever) the Lasagna (perfect) Sangria was one of the best tasting ever! I like everything about the quality and service.....just didn't enjoy the parking situation and the noise but we will give it another try just because this place seemed to have the quality aspect nailed down. Also I would not recommend it to my friends as a place to celebrate their birthday. Stick with the places who actually say "happy birthday"

I shared an entree with a friend- we had the fettuccini Alfredo and pollo Alla Siciliana. The white wine sauce was my favorite from the chicken dish. The Alfredo was good but nothing special. Others had one of the daily specials of Gnocci, surf and turf, linguini. And lastly someone had the mushroom farfalle. Everyone shared a cannoli for desert. There wasn’t a complaint about the food. Our server, I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name, was amazing. He took great care of us. For the owners or whoever reads this, the gentleman decided not to go to law school 🤣🤣🤣🤣. We were coming from up near Chicago and our friends / family were coming from Cincinnati so it was central to us all. The food was on point and the service was excellent. It was family friendly and the prices we on average for a larger city. Por an older couple like my wife and I it was a little dark but everyone agree the ambience was superb. Our waiter was a great guy and how he remembered all the orders with out messing us just left us speechless. He was training a new waitress and she was great as well. It was just a fantastic place. There is some parking so you have to look around for a good spot. I'd give this little gem a 9.5 out of 10 as you always encourage places to improve. We liked Ambrosia so much that it will become our meeting spot for our family in our two states to meet and have dinner. Just Absolutely Wonderful.

General Manager Ivey Spreen was AMAZING to work with- from timely email responses, to meeting all of our needs that night, to making sure we had the best service and experience for our 39 guests! We met with Ivey 2 months before the event and she had a printout ready of the dinner/beverage options and clearly explained pricing, options, etc. The night of our event, we were blessed with the two best servers - Daniel and Antwuan! They had the prosecco poured and ready for our guests as they entered and they made sure everything and everyone was taken care of the whole night. There was a Pacer game but that didn't seem to affect parking in the garage or restaurant crowding. Service was speedy and consistent. My favorite entree is the chicken parm. However, make sure you get there cannoli. Servers are always friendly and attentive. So why not 5 stars??? It comes down to the little things. We had to box our own leftovers, for instance. It's not a big deal to me, but at 5 star restaurants of this quality it's pretty common to have your leftovers boxed up for you. They don't have a house caponata. Until I had gone to higher end Italian restaurants, I had no idea what that was, but it's a staple in a higher end italian restaurant. The salad was actually cracks and not soggy, which was crazy to me, iv never had an actual good salad at olivegarden, but this one was amazing. I had the pleasure of eating here for a company Christmas party. I was fortunate enough to sample the mussels, brushetta, shrimp, calamari, and fried ravioli for appetizers. Each was very good, but the shrimp was top notch for sure. For entree, I had the pan seared Mahi Mahi with a cream sauce and topped with lump crab meat. It was amazing. I tried some of the other dishes but don't remember what the were. Dessert happened very similar to the appetizers. We sampled tiramisu, creme brulee, cheesecake, and chocolate mousse cake. It was amazing, but imo, the chocolate mousse cake surpassed the other desserts with its smooth delicious flavor.

This location is simply problematic. I have ordered from here multiple times and only once has the pizza been made correctly. I was going to give them another shot but now their phone just rings, picks up, puts you on hold, then hangs up on you after a bit. I went to order online and it now says they are open for dine in but only offer carry out starting at 4pm with special hours for delivery. I can't make sense of this because if staffing was the issue the most logical course of action would be to offer carry out only. Either way, no updated hours on Google and no updated messaging on the phone system. I was excited to have a location near my office but I have given up on this location with its poor management. I had suggested that we try Greek's Pizzeria. I have been wanting to try them out for a while, but I only recently found out that they had a location in Fountain Square. That ended up being the best pizza we had ever had. Papa John's could never lol. I didn't even get anything fancy, so that's what's really crazy. I just got a simple personal size pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. He basically had a supreme pizza. Everything tasted fresh and you could tell it was made with lots of love. We also tried the Pineapple Express cocktail at the bar. Normally I prefer my cocktails to be sweet. This one was a little bitter, but I still liked it. What I found shocking, was that this place wasn't very busy when we went. But that's okay, because I like to think of it as a hidden gem.
