This is classic, old school Italian. It exceeded our expectations. It's on the hwy feeder road and not in SD's Little Italy, which is a good thing. They provide their (limited) free parking for diners. The service was great and professional. They gave us their multiple specials of the day and I went with their suggestion. The Cosmo was excellent for my wife but the high end Marg, was a bit meh. Would highly recommend this place for those staying in the area and not wanting to deal with the hassle of trying to find parking in the food districts.
