We figured we wanted to make a reservation so we don't have to wait for hours since it's a sunday and this place is getting a lot of hype so we knew for sure it'd be busy and what do you know the place was busy when we went. I don't know why they said you can't make reservations because the sign just right out of their door says reservations can be made but thru their email address (weird that you can't do it over the phone, also their website needs improvement there's really not much info there). Service was pretty good too. Food came out pretty fast.
