And then Signature Aburi Selection including Aburi Salmon Oshi, Aburi Ebi Oshi, Aburi Saba Oshi, Spicy Tuna Roll, Red Wave Roll, Aburi Hamachi Nigiri, and Aburi Ora King Salmon Nigiri. My partner and I went to here for the first time. I was pretty excited to try this restaurant but overall was very disappointed… Service was pretty normal nothing special. We ordered Soba with seafood, miso sablefish and pressed sushi. I was really really looking forward to eating soba noodles as they are my favorite noodles. I could not feel the flavor or texture of Soba at all, just the sensation of eating noodles with a salty flavor. I guess they don’t know what soba noodles are :(( The entire dish was not unique and tasted like something you could make at home. And the portions were very small as well. To be honest I prefer to go other place to have beautiful dinner. We enjoyed the experience immensely. The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxing with soft instrumental music and knives elegantly displayed.
