I visited Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh early morning recently, and it was a refreshing experience! This man-made lake, built in 1958 by Le Corbusier’s team, is a serene spot with calm waters reflecting the Shivalik hills. The early morning vibe was magical—cool air, chirping birds, and a stunning sunrise painting the sky. The walking path was perfect for a peaceful stroll, and I loved watching locals jogging and practicing yoga. The nearby café served tasty snacks, adding to the charm. However, some areas had litter, which slightly detracted from the beauty. Also, more benches would’ve been nice for resting. Despite these, Sukhna Lake’s tranquility and scenic views make it a lovely spot to start the day in Chandigarh.

A Serene Escape and the Jewel of Chandigarh! During my visit to Chandigarh for the ISRT meeting this September, a trip to Sukhna Lake was the perfect way to unwind. The moment I arrived, I was struck by the incredible sense of peace and tranquility. A leisurely stroll along the clean, wide promenade was so refreshing and offered a wonderful escape from the city's hustle. The atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating, and I could see why it's such a beloved spot for locals and tourists alike. Sukhna Lake is truly the jewel of Chandigarh. It was a highlight of my trip and is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking a moment of peace and natural beauty

I have been visiting this place and it remains an incredible destination to relax and reconnect with nature. Sukhna Lake, a serene reservoir at the foothills of the Shivalik Hills in the Himalayas, is an integral part of Chandigarh’s planned cityscape. Even today, it stands as one of India’s most famous artificial lakes and planned city, offering a tranquil experience with still waters. Nestled at the forefront of Sector 1, the lake is surrounded by lush forests and sits adjacent to the governor’s residences of both states. The morning sunshine here is truly mesmerizing, creating a magical aura for early risers. Joggers, walkers, and yoga enthusiasts find their perfect spot along the lake’s edge to embrace the refreshing start of the day.

We enjoyed a pleasant walk through the park. While it was clean, it appeared somewhat under-maintained, with many features showing signs of wear. It’s a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets of Chandigarh, though it falls short of capturing the authenticity and meticulous design of a traditional Japanese garden.

With the cordial coordination with Japan Government, this park was developed in 2011, shows some glimpses of Japanese Art and Culture. Now in 2025, due to lack of maintenance this beautiful park is now so attractive. But still it is a good place to spend time with family and friends.

One of the best garden in Chandigarh. Awesome architect and scenic greenery. You can spend even 2-3 hours easily in this garden. There is no entry charges. Washrooms are also available inside the garden which are very well maintained. There are some small stalls outside the garden to have some snacks. There are two seperate gardens inside this place which are linked with a subway. Another part of this garden is based on Chinese dragon theme. People come here for picnic. A must visit place for morning or evening hangout. You may also bring badminton or soft ball for playing.

I recently visited the Japanese Garden in Chandigarh, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The place has potential, but the lack of maintenance is evident. It seems like no one is taking care of the garden or the structures inside—it badly needs a revamp. What was once a beautifully designed space has now become underrated due to neglect. The greenery should be well-maintained, and the entire area needs proper upkeep to restore its charm. It’s sad to see such a place losing its appeal. I really didn’t enjoy my visit, to be honest. If the authorities focus on maintaining it, this garden could once again become a great spot to visit. But in its current state, it’s not worth it.

It's good for evening outing but the structures are in a bad shape. Hope it will be maintained in future. Parking space is superb.

Let me tell you, there is no silence in this garden. This garden is near sukhna lake. The children were playing cricket in the morning there. Good view of the garden though. There is a large statue of lord Buddha. Can visit it when visiting Sukhna lake. Nice structured garden.

During the spring went here for a photoshoot. The garden was full of these white flowers. Champa, called in Hindi these flowers were full of fragrance and added beauty to my pictures. While the garden is beautiful and well maintained; it feels very mechanical, just made for the sake of the city because the city is like the cities abroad. Garden is big and if you want to spend some peaceful time, then only you should visit.

This is undoubtedly the best gardens in Chandigarh city. Located very close to the sector 17 ISBT and sector 16 cricket ground, this garden is the perfect place for morning or evening walks. If you are into bodyweight exercise workout i.e. Calisthenics, this is the place for you.. You can see people starting to come here as early as 4:30-5 AM. There are many varieties of roses grown according to the season. Overall landscape is very well maintained. There is a fountain area as well here which needs to be managed a little better as it's not functioning most of the time now. It's got decent parking, well connectivity and big area. There are functioning public toilets and drinking water as well. Whether you are fond of roses or not, whether it's blooming season or not, this place definitely deserves a visit..

It is a very nice and big garden where you can easily spend 2 to 3 hours. Childrens play area are also there. There are lots of varities of roses from all over the world. You can scan their QR code and know more information about them. Better to visit in winters as roses are more blossoms in that season.

This is a wonderful construction french architect , This was a symbol of peace , friendship and safe...in another way it seems like a flying bird..It was a weight of 50tons and even on this weight it rotates 360°very easily.For easy rotation it need equal weight and balance, that is the talent of the architect. This site in Chandigarh is UNESCO certified site...they are other 5 monuments in the same site with unic architecture...

About 10 years back we could access this beautiful location freely. But in my last visit I got to know that it's restricted place now and we need to get passes at certain times of the day. Sad as I had taken a popular picture at this place 15 years ago when it was free to access location and was able to get the picture at the right moment and time of day.

Open hand Monument is the symbol of Chandigarh (peace) and I just loved this monument. It is situated at Sector 1 Chandigarh. Because high court and vidhan sabha is there, security is very tight here. You have to show your ID card to the security personnel to viait this monument. This monument has historic meaning and value. One of the few amazing facts of this monument is that it rotates 360° and the direction of the thumb shows the direction the wind.

This garden is the best for people who love succulents. It is amazing and clean too. Inside the garden, there is a glass garden inside which there are Different types of cactus and other plants available for stop you can click a lot of pictures at cactus garden. There is a small pond In between the garden to make It look beautiful and you can always go out for photography at this Place. One thing that you must keep in mind is the crowd. Since the entry fee has only ₹10, there are a lot of unwanted people you will see in the Is garden so be aware of all these people. Otherwise, it's a good place.

Cactus garden has an entry fee of 10rs and the time is upto 5pm. You can see variety of cacti here and few plumeria trees and crape martyle shrubs also. Overall a nice place to visit if you are near by.

This garden brings together a huge variety of cactus which will leave you amazed. Also viewing flowers on cactus plants is something which changed one’s perceptions about the plant variety. The only issue here is that it is very far from other attractions and would recommend to go using a booked cab or auto for the to and fro transportation to avoid spending a lot of time waiting for a bus.

The ticket is only 10 rupees but the park is well maintained. Also, town park is just next door. The glass rooms can be maintained in a better way. No matter which season you visit this park,you'll always be surrounded by beautiful flowers. One of the most amazing things that I've seen here is that the squirrels and birds are very friendly. They play with you. The best part is stray dogs aren't allowed inside due to which it is very very clean. You can even walk barefoot and sit on the grass. Only one thing is that little more cleanses required near the sitting chair, #its people's responsibility to keep it clean overall very loving park.

A little known out of the way attraction. Many go to Suknah Lake or the Rock Garden. I didn’t see a lot of butterflies that day but it was a peaceful stroll. A nice little getaway ❤️ This was a few years ago while I was visiting.

Visited the Butterfly Garden in Chandigarh recently just to kill some time. It’s an okayish place overall. There are a few wild mulberry and mango trees scattered around, and I even spotted a lone pear tree. I went in spring, which seemed like the off-season — I believe it would look a lot better in winters when it's greener and more lively. That said, if you're in the city looking for a peaceful spot to unwind, it’s not a bad choice. But if you're after a more vibrant experience, I'd still recommend heading to Sukhna Lake instead.

Most Underated Places of Chandigarh, Must Visit with Family , Great Place for Nature Lovers and Peace Seekers

I went in July during the peak summer. The place is not bad if you have spare time in hand. Good for a walk in the shades of different types of trees. I could find a few black berry (jamun) trees with ripe fruits being savored by birds and monkeys. However, I could not see any butterfly in the garden.

Very beautiful garden. Unique and filled with greens. Spring and summers brings in beautiful pretty little butterflies. You can read a book, relax and feel peace in here. Do a photoshoot as well. Go for a walk here or just stroll around. Be in touch with the nature Or, why not have a picnic here? This time I went it was filled with big monkeys but at the back side of the jungle. They dont hurt you as long as don't tease them. A beautiful thought created park. Must visit in a good weather. There were little many butterflies. A peaceful garden :) Washrooms are available here. Parking is not available. Just a random parking. No entry ticket. It is closed on 1 particular day of the week.

The international Doll Museum in chandigarh is a delightful place to visit, especially for families and children. It has a unique collection of dolls and puppets from different countries, showcasing diverse culture and traditional attire. The museum is well maintained, neatly organized and very quiet and provide and educational yet entertaining experience. Even the ticket price is very genuine for such an experience only 20 rupees for 1 person and is you want to click photo in there then you have to pay extra 20 rupees. It is not a very large museum so everyone can cover it in maximum 1 hour or so, this makes it a perfect short visit stop when exploring the city beautiful. Definitely worth a stop if you are nearby!

Located inside bal bhavan. It was like haunted place inside, in this INTERNATIONAL DOLL MUSEUM most of the dolls are dirty, few are broken, ventilation is very poor, no air conditioners or coolers were there, water bottles are not allowed inside Washroom was clean but no hand wash provided. Ticket price was 20 rs per head. Not recommended to visit.

Very nice visit. Shouldn't take longer than 45-60 mins. Lots of dolls and dioramas to enjoy. There is also a kids park with swings outside. These two dolls were the cutest ones.

we were impressed by the huge collection of dolls from all over the world. it was amazing awesome and exciting experience to see such a unique idea of collection like this. the staff in the museum was also helpful who explained some qualities of the items like sweden and Norway dolls. there was completely cleanliness evrywhere inside the building.There was no dust on dolls even not on their boxes. This is a very good Market in Chandigarh. This market has branded shops for clothes, shoes, jewellery and other household items. During the evening the market is very crowded and lively. The market has sufficient parking space and a very clean area. The musical fountain adds a charm here. It's a must visit market for chilling and spending some time with your, friends, kids and family

Highlights include 18th-century miniature paintings, canons from Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s army, old handwritten Qurans, Gurbani scriptures, and a vast collection of Buddha idols. The Gandharan art section is simply fascinating, and the miniatures are exquisite, though the lighting is kept dim, most likely to preserve these delicate works. The displays are straightforward and the labels are basic, so don’t expect modern museum-style curation, but the artifacts themselves make up for it. The museum is clean and well-maintained, with free-to-use toilets and a small publication counter offering books. A souvenir shop would have been a great addition for visitors to take back a memory. Overall, this museum is an enriching stop if you’re fond of history, art, or culture but if that’s not your interest, it might not hold your attention for long.

Visited the ISKCON Temple recently, and it was such a calming experience. The atmosphere is serene, and the sound of the bhajans instantly lifts your mood. The temple is clean and well-kept, and the evening aarti is truly beautiful, it fills you with a sense of peace. The people there are warm and welcoming too. Whether you're spiritual or just looking for a quiet place to reflect, it's definitely worth a visit.

ISKCON Temple Chandigarh is a peaceful and divine place. When I visited in October 2025, some construction was in progress, but the temple’s beauty and serenity were still enchanting. The atmosphere is calm, and inside parking makes the visit convenient.

This iskcon temple is in sector 36 of chandigarh. Aarti times vary in summer and winter. The kirtan starts around 7:15 PM in summer and after that the Geeta path by prabhuji. The place is really abode of God.

I can’t believe I’ve lived here for so long and never visited this hidden gem! Went with my cousin and we had a wonderful time enjoying the serene landscape. The peaceful atmosphere made our long conversation even more special, and the beautiful sunset was truly the cherry on top. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm escape from the usual city life.

The park is quite vast and full of greenery. Various attractions like bonsai garden and cactus exhibit were quite wonderful to see. Other attractions like Japanese garden, sacred grove, and the fountain were defunct probably because of the rainy season. So not much to do other than walk around for approx 2 hrs. Plus you are not allowed to take photographs with a camera which is absurd and maked the trip for photography enthusiasts deeply dissatisfying.

I was on a trekking and sight seeing tour of four days with the French ambassy guest, it was my birthday and the guest gave me a birthday treat at ridge. Food out there is amazing as on request they cooked total non chillie butter chicken which was amazing....

Topiary Park is vey clean, green and highly maintained park in Chandigarh. A person can go once to enjoy the view. But Chandigarh has better parks than this.

The Rock Garden in Chandigarh is truly a must-visit. The creativity and effort put into making sculptures and structures from recycled and waste materials is incredible. It feels like walking through an open-air art museum, with every corner offering something unique and surprising. The pathways, waterfalls, and hidden sections make it a fun experience for both adults and kids. It’s well maintained, and spending a couple of hours here is absolutely worth it. A perfect spot for photography, exploring, and appreciating art in nature. Definitely a highlight of Chandigarh and highly recommended.

If you have leisure time then you can visit this place with family and kids. I found it a little boring. You need atheist 2.5 hours to see the place and get some good clicks. Recommend for kids mostly.

Nice place to go. If you understand art, its a nust visit place. Its peaceful and calm. Try to avoid on a sunny and hot day. Mornings are best time for this place. There is lack of maintenance from administration, i found it a little neglected, there was no restoration of damaged pieces and no repair for broken artifacts. There was a lot of allege on walls on some places.

It is also a very popular tourist attraction, so you will see people from all over India and even abroad enjoying the place, The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some areas of the garden are not very well maintained. Despite that, it is definitely worth visiting at least once in your life, Overall, Nek Chand’s Rock Garden is a symbol of creativity, dedication, and vision. It was my first visit to the Rock Garden. While entering, we felt as if we were going into a cave because of the narrow pathways, which created a lot of curiosity and excitement in the park. The use of broken bangles, ceramic pieces, and old ceramic electric bulb holders stood out, forming artistic monuments and walls. The waterfalls created a natural and refreshing atmosphere. The environment inside was very clean, and for kids, it is truly an attractive and enjoyable location.

MAJOR ATTRACTIONS PHASE 1:- Toilet fixtures, broken glass pieces and broken tiles have been used to create figures of humans and animals PHASE 2:- Once you enter you will feel entering a small traditional Indian village representing beautifully carved huts, temples pathways etc. PHASE 3:- It’s inspired by Roman architecture; swings are hanging for people to enjoy the beauty. As a tourist in Chandigarh, bored at night, I thought this would light up after dark. We walked approximately 1 km from the Rose Garden, only to find a tiny replica… in complete darkness. You can’t even spot it at first because it’s painted black and there are no street lights around. There’s a park-like area behind it, but even the park bench near the replica was broken. I visited during the off-season, so there was no carnival vibe or crowd as mentioned in other reviews , but a slightly eerie spot . Was it worth it? No! But honestly, the expectation vs. reality made it kind of fun. P.S. the light in the photo is edited for more visibility.

It's a replica, not the real thing, so don't expect too much. The pictures you've seen in reviews may be misleading. However, if you keep your expectations low, it can still be a good experience.

I’ve seen better replicas in keychains sold outside tourist traps. At least those fit in your pocket and don’t waste public space. It’s just a dull, awkward imitation of one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. It feels like a random toy someone left behind or a rejected prop from a budget school play, pretending to be something important. I don’t see the point of it being here, and I doubt anyone with brain could take it seriously.

Dead place! Just a lawn with no other entertainment. Visited on a Sunday evening and there were hardly 5-7 people just clicking pictures and going away. Well it’s a smaller version than expected though built nicely. The place could be made vibrant by adding more food stalls or shopping stalls to add a bling.

The mastermind behind the city design. The building itself has been beautifully maintained and offers a peaceful atmosphere to explore his drawings, furniture and original plans. I visited the Le Corbusier Centre in June 2025, and it was such a serene and enriching experience. After living in Chandigarh for over 30 years, I was surprised at how much I didn't know about the architectural vision and the incredible story behind the city’s creation until I explored this place. The centre offers a quiet, thoughtfully curated look into Le Corbusier’s work, his connection with Chandigarh, and the planning that went into building the city. It’s both peaceful and deeply insightful and a must-visit for anyone who lives in or visits Chandigarh. Highly recommended!

Visited Social and ordered Bhelpuri, fresh lemon water, and the Aloo Tikki burger. The Bhelpuri had a nice flavor but unfortunately arrived a bit soggy, which took away from the crunch you’d expect. The lemonade was quite disappointing — I had to send it back, and even the replacement lacked freshness and balance. The Aloo Tikki burger was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a mixed experience — some hits and misses. Hoping for better consistency next time.

Service : The staff is extremely well trained and receptive. Food : Below average. 1. Wasabi hasbrown Chaat: Poor - no wasabi in it. It was sent back to the kitchen and we received back half the qty and yet very little wasabi. NOT RECOMMENDED. 2. Crispy Corn : Perfect. One of the best. 3. Abra Kebab Platter for 4: PURE CHEATING. A '4 person platter' was ordered and yet paneer tikka and kebabs were 3 each (it wasnt an error from chef) Unsure how they want these to be divided among 4 people. For 750 rupees it was a rip off. Btw the paneer tikka, chaap and mushroom tasted bad. Hara bhara kebab was really good. They have revamped the entire menu. Food used to be great at Social but this time it left me asking for more. Pizza - ultra thin so that it can qualify as a papad. But it was good.

This is a very beautiful and spacious garden located in sector 36 of Chandigarh. It's very beautiful and full of trees and flowers which you will see nowhere in the tricity. The place has clean washrooms available as well with the facility of fresh water to drink. It is safe and great to spend time with family and friends that too in nature. This cafe holds a special place in my heart. I first visited with someone very dear to me. We sampled a variety of dishes, all of which were incredibly flavorful. On our second visit, while the initial magic wasn't quite replicated, the food remained consistently good. We couldn't finish everything, so the kind staff thoughtfully packaged the leftovers for us. Today, on Christmas Day, I returned to the cafe, though the circumstances are different. That special someone is no longer by my side. Despite the bittersweet memories, I decided to try one of the dishes I enjoyed before. It was just as delicious as I remembered, a comforting reminder of happier times. You should visit this place if you need comfort and good food.

No doubt the aesthetic of the cafe was good but the food was so bad and their service was also not good. They didn’t give us cutlery and even when we asked it took them another 20 mins to get it. Apart from that, the food was also average, the fried rice was uncooked and even the bathrooms there are so unhygienic. I really don’t recommend this cafe. You can find more aesthetic cafes with neat bathrooms and good food anywhere else in Chandigarh . They take so much time to deliver any food, beat, cutlery, spoons, plates, water, highly disappointed.

The food was ok, not worth going for it specifically. And honestly takes wayy to long to get the food. But The system of ordering and paying is efficient and the vibe is really good So if you want a place to hangout with friends with a few board games or wanna study maby this would work.

Ordered Aam Panna and Creamy Mushroom on Toast. When the food arrived, I wasn’t expecting much—but wow, the Creamy Mushroom on Toast totally stole the show. Rich, flavorful, comforting—just chef’s kiss. And just as we were mid-chew, mid-sentence, mid-life crisis, they cranked up the music. Hindi songs at full blast—because apparently, silence is too middle class. I came to eat food, not to relive my cousin’s sangeet. Next time, please choose between café or club. You can’t be both unless you’re in a bad Netflix teen series.

The sanctuary has been well built and well maintained. It gives you a feeling of strolling in the nature. Variety of plants, flowers, trees all around... There are variety of birds like black swan, love bird (parrot with multiple colors). Unfortunately we could not spot many birds may because of hibernation. This is not actually a bird sanctuary. It is just a park where you can walk and have a stroll. You can come with your family here and enjoy some time. It is a good and quiet place to spend time with yourself and with your family. You can come with a few friends also if you want. The park is open the whole day. The is an area of this park which is locked. I think the birds are available in that area, but it is closed for the public. The timings are displayed on the board attached with this review. The board has two different timings. You can check it up. One timing is 5:00 am to 8:00 pm and the other one is 5:30 am to 7:00 pm. I suppose it is the winter and the summer timing.

The fest was awesome, I enjoyed the performance of Sh Suresh Wadekar. No as usual maximum fests have lots of attraction for ladies , such as ladies suits, accessories etc. The management on the stage was not so good. Overall it has lots of beautiful to wait for next year's fest.

We got to visit there for comedy show..this place is very spacious but still there is lot of parking challenge while they have a big show, and the restaurant there are okaish ..my experience with the arrangements was not very good but I'll give it another try

Bird valley is nice place. A huge eagle statue at centre is very attractive in lake. Paddle and motor boating is available here. That was an amazing experience while boating at sunset time. Walking place is available around the lake and that's very nice. The lake has lot of fish and ducks but no harms. There is sufficient place for sitting with family and playground for kids. Food quality is good here. I will suggest this as a nice place for family outing.

Do not miss the walk through the pine forests and meandering slopes. Climb a bit to the upper areas and you will see snow clad Himalayan ranges far away. A very delightful experience indeed. The drive from Banjar to this area is exciting with steep ascends and descends, not for the weak hearted or for the inexperienced driver. A good vehicle, skilled driver, good visibility conditions etc are important to avoid dangers as there are portions with steep hillsides on the side of the roads. Grand place to visit, has wide variety of sculpture ordained terrains made of rocks and waste parts. Would rally like to come the creativity and vision of Nek Chand. The rock garden is huge and with small water streams and waterfalls it's a relief in summers. Will take around 1.5 hours to visit all the three phases inside. Grand place to visit, has wide variety of sculpture ordained terrains made of rocks and waste parts. Would rally like to come the creativity and vision of Nek Chand. The rock garden is huge and with small water streams and waterfalls it's a relief in summers. Will take around 1.5 hours to visit all the three phases inside.

Do not miss the walk through the pine forests and meandering slopes. Climb a bit to the upper areas and you will see snow clad Himalayan ranges far away. A very delightful experience indeed. The drive from Banjar to this area is exciting with steep ascends and descends, not for the weak hearted or for the inexperienced driver. A good vehicle, skilled driver, good visibility conditions etc are important to avoid dangers as there are portions with steep hillsides on the side of the roads.

I loved Rock Garden. Thats the only unique thing I found so far in Chandigarh attractions. Though dolls museum phase 3 is inside this rock garden and is marvelous representing cultural dolls. It also has small Waterfall area. Very huge overall and need proper time of 2-3 hours at least to completely enjoy the place.

Good place for walking. About 3 km from the entrance to the other end. Parts of Sukhna Lake are also seen. Lots of birds to watch for - grey hornbill, black kites, myna, jungle babblers, parakeets to name a few. Lots of friendly dogs, sambar, deer.

It is very osm place for the peopel who very near to the nature. It is only place which give you peace and your mind fill with joy, it is one of the best place for true lovers and to pre wed shoot. It is like the heven beside the lake. When you are visit to there so take water bolttel and some food, ther is no source of drinking water and fod. Beautiful park. Lots of Bougainville trees here. Good place for outdoor exercise

Calm environment. Best time to visit is evening after 4 pm. You can see the names of the soldiers on the walls around the memorial. Plus the park where you can do jogging.

Perfect place for morning walk & joggers. Very widespread, clean & well maintained.Good for excercise, Yoga, Sr citizen can meet.

Bougainvillea Park Chandigarh : Very well managed and one of the most beautiful park in Chandigarh. Very neat n clean environment. Greenery all over the place. Highly recommended. It's very near to Punjab Bhawan. It is great opportunity for us we are living in the country of great people who sacrifice their life without thinking anything. So visit this place to pay homage to the the great souls.

This place has such a lovely ambience – really gives off those cozy European vibes. The staff was polite and welcoming, which made the experience better. The food was okayish, not exceptional but decent. What really stood out for me was the playlist – the background music is just perfect and adds a great charm to the whole atmosphere. A nice spot if you’re looking for good vibes and a relaxed evening.

This was my second visit to the restaurant. I loved the 1st visit. The food was delicious and had amazing tiramisu. Recommended it to so many people after the 1st visit. I am so much disappointed in the recent visit. The food was pretty okayish. The Alfredo pasta signature of casa bella vista was sour. The sauce wasn't good at all. The tiramisu didn't meet the expectations (however that is what i literally went back to this restaurant for). The farmhouse pizza was good. It has a good ambience and vibe. However the food is just average. Good here for the vibe and ambience.

Went there third time. Love the vibes here, pure class. The food is really good and affordable. Thin crust pizza is what I recommend!

This club is located at 3rd floor Emporium Mall, entry fee is 1000/- per couple which is redeemable. I reachd at 9.30 PM and whole club was empty. Crowd started coming after 10.30 Pm. Menu is very limited, Food is worst, price is rocket high. It’s only if you want to drink and dance. Everything overcharged. Slow service.

Hospitality - 0, totally sucks, no one was friendly or smiling at their customers, and the waiters was bugging people to pay bill, even some of us already settled Rates - very expensive, also they have scams going on, outside we paid for table, and when we came inside; they said no and we have to add more money, the place and crowd is not worth it. But if you got money to waste, then why not?

I got in and they charged me 10,000 rupees for entry which also included a tab of 10,000 rupees for drinks. This was a lie as soon as I got 5 drinks worth 400 rupees each they said that my 10,000 rupee card limit has reached its limit. The music is the only thing that was good and the fact you can smoke in the club. Majority of the occupants who come to the club are paid to come by management so the ratio looks good.

The hype and expectations were too high because this club has been trending everywhere offlate. The food quality was not very good, there was no seating provided... they charge for seating and that too a humongous 3500 rupees per table. The crowd was decent though, not very happening on Wednesday night parties... The Ambience and the built of the place is nice, dj is poor. Mostly this club is famous for the pictures in the entryway( with the golden corridoor). Not worth the hype.

Loved It. Went there on its opening night and it was worth it completely. The atmosphere and ambience is too good. Although a seperate smoking area would have been a great plus point. Bartenders here can handle the crowd efficiently and Sheesha here is also top notch. Would definitely be visiting it next week also.

Can try for once & beware of there staff I caught them 3 times they swap more money than my bill (bill actually they don’t provide) I ordered BBQ chicken wings that cost 599 rs but he swap out 800 rs I thought May be taxes extra but I was wrong, against a bill of 1100 rs he swap out 1400 rs then I ask from him he feel sorry and ask me to give him 100 and he buy a more beer for me or I can take 300 rs coupons from him. Completely worst experience.

Really nice structure of the garden. This garden is near the garden of fragrance. A really big n beautiful garden to visit. I have visited this garden twice. The garden is so nice to read a book. The view here is nice.

The vibe of the garden is very good and calming...the flowers are like eye candy and very attractive and some of the trees look majestic as they are very large and mature...i personally enjoyed a little stroll in the garden and saw some different colours of hibiscus I've never seen before 🌺

Very serene environment, rivulet passing through the garden reminds of a small river with ample water. Had a great morning walk.

I took online classes with them. It was horrible, the teachers were extremely unprofessional. They'd either turn off their camera or the wifi won't work. When requested to correct it, I was passive-aggressively attacked. Despite multiple requests and formal emails, I decided to stop attending the class than to waste my time. Funnily, they don't even care. I'd rather pay more and do a private tutor than study with AF Chandigarh.

Alliance is the best institute that has helped me increase my interest in french. With faculties like Amandeep sir and Vandana maam, I can surely say AF is a great place to learn a complicated language. I have cleared my A2 and my teachers have always encouraged me and my peers. No accountability and rude teachers.The teachers forget that they are also teaching respectable professionals and their tone and behaviour still remains as if they are behaving with a school going student.Ask them a doubt and see them frowning or shutting you up. Ethics and value system needed 🙏

The Tower Shadows is one of the four monuments at the Capitol complex designed by Le Corbusier The structure is designed in such a way that during Summers no sun light enters it and during winters it is full of warm sunlight It casts shows in different lengths

The Shadow Tower, Capitol Complex. Le Corbusier constructed it in such a way that not a single ray of sun enters it from any angle (specifically in summer). The north side of this tower remains open because the sun never shines from this direction. Le Corbusier used the same principle for other Capitol Complex buildings as well. studies of sunlight are clearly in evidence in many of the Indian projects ,the most consummate example of this approach is without question that made for the Tower of shadows, also known as the ‘Tower of 4 horizons’, with which Le Corbusier graced the esplanade of the Capitol at Chandigarh. Like the Open Hand and Monument to the Martyrs, the Tower is a symbolic attribute of the Capitol and has no specific function. Le Corbusier described it as ‘a very open hall, very high and shadowy’, its sombre atmosphere intended to invite meditation 🧘‍♀️.It can also be seen as a sort of manifesto for the brise-soleil, demonstrating, as the architect noted, ‘that the sun can be controlled at all four cardinal points of an edifice and even manipulated in a hot country to reduce temperatures’ .

Beautiful place with trek surrounded with nature, friendly staff. This track is about 7kms long and one has to pass through forest and mountains trek. There is a chance one can sight leopard, python and many other wildlife creatures through out the year. Though one needs to get permission for trekking from Forest Department, sector 19 Chandigarh.

You have to take permission to visit nepli forest. You can apply online. There no food facility and water facility,take their own food. You can walk or take their own vehicles for tracking. You an see only trees, no animals or leopards while day. In 2-3 hours you can easily enjoy the forest beauty. Its 4 km long inside the forest from the main entrance. Its place where you can enjoy the nature.

This place is also known as the gedi route (ਗੇੜੀ ਰੂਟ) , it is across the road from the Rose garden to the North. Tank monument opposite govt Art gallery it's very beautiful place for photography and enjoyments with friends and family, I have been here many times...

Tank is Awesome, enjoyed looking at it while SLR Laboratory has COVID testing booths. Indian MIGHT at display.

Only single tank is situated in the middle of the road with Eiffel tower on other side . Art gallery and govt museum is on the opposite of it. It's just a 2 minutes stop for photography.

Patton Tank Monument, Chandigarh The Indo-Pakistani War of 1965 was a culmination of skirmishes that took place between April 1965 and September 1965 between Pakistan and India. The conflict began following Pakistan's Operation Gibraltar, which was designed to infiltrate forces into Jammu and Kashmir to precipitate an insurgency against Indian rule. India retaliated by launching a full-scale military attack on West Pakistan. The seventeen-day war caused thousands of casualties on both sides and also witnessed the largest tank battle since World War II. Hostilities between the two countries ended after a United Nations mandated ceasefire was declared following diplomatic intervention by the Soviet Union and the United States, and the subsequent issuance of the Tashkent Declaration. The 1965 war witnessed some of the largest tank battles since World War II. At the beginning of the war, the Pakistani Army had both a numerical advantage in tanks, as well as better equipment overall. Pakistani armor was largely American-made; it consisted mainly of Patton M-47 and M-48 tanks, but also included many M4 Sherman tanks, some M24 Chaffee light tanks and M36 Jackson tank destroyers, equipped with 90 mm guns. Indian Army destroyed as many as 300 Patton tanks. As per Indian Defense News, the Pakistanis would abandon a tank soon after it was hit, fearing that it would catch fire and they would be charred in flames—not the best way to die for a Muslim. This M46 Patton Tank was captured during 1965 Indo Pak War in the battle of Asaluttar Punjab. It was restored and reinstalled during 50th Anniversary. Inaugurated by Shri Vijay Dev, IAS , Advisor to the Administrator, UT Chandigarh on 31st August 2015. It is installed at the parking lot opposite the Chandigarh Government Museum. According to my knowledge of tanks. I don't think this is a M46 patton tank. Looks more like Jackson Tand Destroyer used by US Army. Tell me if i am wrong.
