Spa
M Onsen Spa is a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation, offering a variety of spa treatments such as Jet Lag Recovery Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Healing Stone Massage, and their Signature Massage. Before your appointment, you can indulge in their Onsen Pools that replicate Japanese hot springs, sauna room, and steam room. Arriving early allows you to enjoy the Tea Room's selection of teas.
I really love coming here as I’ve had the best massages from here, this the 5 stars, but last night was disappointing. I’ve always made reservations via email as I live abroad but yesterday, our booking was nowhere to be found. I showed the email exchanges and unfortunately, there weren’t any therapists available. They did offer a later time slot which meant that we got home later than planned as we were exhausted from the long flight. To add salt to the wound, the therapist wasn’t as great too. Hopefully, this won’t happen again.

A Complete Waste of Time and Money – Worst Spa Experience Ever If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst spa I have ever been to. I’m so frustrated that I’m writing this review even though I’m exhausted—just to warn others. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least decent service, but even a much cheaper spa would offer a far superior experience. Everything—facilities, service, and massage—was bottom-tier. The layout is unnecessarily large and impractical. They claim you can shower anytime, but they don’t even bother to wash your feet before the massage. When using the sauna, they don’t provide a robe—you’re expected to change back into your clothes after showering, go to another floor, and then change again for the massage. It’s clear that staff convenience comes before customer comfort here. Hygiene is another major issue. The bathrooms were far from clean. The reception and sauna staff lacked professionalism. Despite the high prices, you don’t feel valued as a customer. And the massage? Completely underwhelming. The therapist’s skills were nowhere near what I expected for a place that charges this much. It felt rushed and unprofessional, like they were just going through the motions rather than providing a real therapeutic experience. And the worst part? After the massage, if you want tea, you have to go down and serve yourself. The seating area was a mess, with used cups and glasses left all over the place. It felt like paying for a fine-dining experience and receiving a fast-food takeout instead. As a spa lover, I can confidently say this place is not worth your time and money. I will definitely never come back.
Aekyoung L — Google review
massage was good but the overall experience was kinda disappointing. we paid a total of 7500, 2 1hr massage and jacuzzi room upgrade of 3500. there was no hair dryer inside the room and no hot towels were provided after the massage to wipe off the massage oil. parking’s free if you’ve paid a total of 5k but the staff didnt tell us about it so there was a bit of a hiccup at the parking exit. the parking attendant told us to go back to have our receipt validated for us to claim the free parking. we were already tired from the massage so we just decided to pay for the parking fee. good thing the attendant let us go this one time. that’s also the time we realized that no receipt was issued to us. imonsen should review their standards and procedures about their operations coz we paid a premium price and the service was not premium. their competitors which are way cheaper have higher standards.
Ida A — Google review
I availed 1hr massage + dinner buffet. It didnt feel very premium tho I enjoyed the massage very much. I booked through their website and it was a bit unusual as they had to approve your reservation first before you could actually book it. I also tried their onsen facilities as you can use this optionally when you availed their massage. The onsen facilities werent that impressive but was still nice (only because I was alone during my visit). You also need to transfer between floors if you want to avail onsen and massage. The least I enjoyed would be the dinner buffet. Maybe because there wasnt a lot of customer so the choices are limited as well. I loved the massage tho hence the 4 star.
Florence T — Google review
Booking: It wasn’t easy at all. There were some hiccups, but they were manageable. It took 2 days to complete the booking process. Service: This was the only satisfying part of my experience. However, I had a 4PM reservation, and I had to wait almost an hour before my massage treatment began. Facilities: The spa feels outdated, yet vloggers continue to give it over hyped and misleading reviews. Massage: My masseuse, Leonel, was exceptional—this part of the experience truly stood out. Overall: I give my experience 2 stars. I strongly suggest that the General Manager or Head of Wellness review guest feedback seriously and take visible action based on the negative comments and reviews posted on various online platforms.

Onsen is a straightforward open space bath featuring lukewarm water. The sauna offers ample room and superior heat. My companion and I received meticulously planned 60-minute massages from two skilled professionals. For approximately $34 USD, the experience was decent enough.
Gene O — Google review
I went to this spa which is opposite to my layover hotel. Curiosity began, when seeing at the tiktok on their advert by other guest. I finally decided to try and booked the massage from their online website. The response well responded and came at 8pm as per instructions by the staff. The way spa actually on the upper ground cos i was entering from the lobby which you can enter the upper ground level before entering the main lobby.(Lack of signage way). The staff was so super helpful and showing the way. Upon arrival, the receiving staff from onsen spa was genuinely welcomed the guest so well. Several questions ask before proceed to spa and massage and there were some sort of survey piece of paper for your preference on which part of our body that we would like to get more attention to give concentration during the massage. Awesome! The only think im not quite sure if i am satisfied or not, the pool and the sauna of onsen were moderately spacious and lack of guest to relax. There were an other floor for guest to relax but we are not provided bathrobe. You need to change your own attire for you to unwind relaxation accomodations on the other floor. It took me less than an hour enjoying the pool spa. However, i went to roofdeck bar enjoying a little bit tipsy drink and ate a plate of sushi as my last pitstop at this beautiful IM Hotel. Its quite pricy hotel with nice modern architecture design hotel. And a lot of expat layover at this hotel. For those expat enjoying and travelling the most modern lifestyle travelling, this is the best hotel and of course not to forget try their onsen spa! Its awesome!
Syukree M — Google review
The Spa facilities and staff and massage therapists are top notch!!!! I went twice in 2 days because it was so good and cheaper than I expected. Great value for money! Definitely will come back and will always go to IM Onsen SPA!

CHI the Spa at Edsa Shangri-La is a sanctuary for luxury spa treatment, with rooms themed after Asian countries. The Royal Hammam Treatment is a must-do, taking after traditional hammams in Turkey.
The experience was top-notch and easily one of my favorite spa experiences so far. The details and atmosphere of the entire thing were well thought of. Shower and toiletries were available before the massage proper. You can also opt to steam bath first. Post massage, they serve cookies and tea.
Giannina C — Google review
I'm giving 5 star for now base on what I read. The place is nice and very relaxing. I check the price and it's not bad , not bad at all. It's actually cheap , cheaper than where I normally go here in the US. Normally just Swedish massage roughly around $150(8550) to $ 200(11,400) for 1 person not included tax and gratuity. Anyways, I can't wait to check it out. I'll be in the philippines soon.

Jade is super skillful therapist. Her Swedish massage is a gem. Definitely will come back!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the wellness package at Chi, The Spa in Mactan, and it was truly worth every penny. The spa was impeccably clean, and the delightful aroma instantly set a soothing ambience. My therapist, Criselda, was outstanding--attentive to my needs and provided an exceptional experience. Her skill and professionalism greatly enhanced the overall relaxation. I am already planning to return to Chi next year when I fly back for the holidays. I'm excited to bring my loved ones and share this wonderful experience. Highly recommend it for those seeking a premium and rejuvenating spa experience.
Lea L — Google review
Love this spa. Great service and facilities. I especially like the Hilot massage. While you prepare for your service, you can also avail of the steam room which doubles as a shower. Enjoy ginger tea and cookies at the end. I’ve also tried Swedish and body polish - all amazing.
Cynthia T — Google review
Prices of massage start at 3500 pesos. In a country where average massage price is 350-500 pesos...ohh kayyy. It can't possibly be ~10 times better than a highly skilled massage therapist at 350-500. This is a place for the rich to burn money and an exclusive oasis which the middle class would never stray.
Barry L — Google review
Went to get a Swedish massage at Chi a few weeks ago while on holiday in the Philippines. They offer pandan juice when you check in, then lead you to the treatment room. My massage therapist was very mindful of my comfort. The whole experience made me feel very pampered.

NEED MORE SPA DAYS LIKE THIS ONE! If you avail their villa rooms, they will give you time to use the jacuzzi. Nice idea for a date!!
Roxy L — Google review
The villa experience is great. It allots you 30 minutes to use their different amenities such as a bathtub and a steam shower. Service has always been great and the therapists will make sure that the service they give is to your liking. Been here and availed the villa service thrice already and all have been great experiences.
Carlo C — Google review
It seems like a premium experience but skills are really mediocore. I had both the massage and the facial on separate days within the week. The front conceige really need to know how to be customer friendly and smile!! Honestly didn feel like a spa experience!
Usha V — Google review
I have to said it’s better than I expected, especially the therapist. My friend recommended me because of the environment, however, we didn’t choose the villa package this time so I’m not that surprised. I'm quite shocked when I walked in the massage room with 3 naked customers laying on the bed. Why isn't there a curtain between each bed, no basic private? Besides, the lockers are right next to the counter, we have to change the clothes publicly, OMG! I don’t understand how they do this kind of arrangement, and it charges more than other spa. We had the cheapest one, PHP 1925 for 90 minutes Swedish massage. I rated it 4 stars because of the therapist, I love her skill and the pressure she massaged me so much. She’s the first one to massage my belly from all massage stores.
Vita L — Google review
I recently visited the newly renovated villa for a massage, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the pros, the massage itself was good, and the villa's renovations have really paid off. Compared to other branches, the facilities, sheets, and interiors were significantly better. They even added a nice touch by providing bath salts for the jacuzzi, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the staff etiquette and hospitality left me very disappointed. Right after the massage, the staff (which was also a man) rushed us to get dressed, entering the room without knocking. It felt intrusive and inconsiderate. When they called, we asked for an additional five minutes. As we were leaving, we overheard the staff and masseuse making snide comments about us taking ten minutes instead of five, even though we hurried and left within the requested time. Additionally, they forgot to offer us ginger tea at the start of the massage, which we had to request. It was a small oversight, but it added to the overall impression of disorganization. Overall, while the massage and the facility itself were good. However, the staff's lack of courtesy and the rushed, unprofessional handling of our session really put a damper on the experience. I hope they can improve their customer service.
Earlene A — Google review
I saw that they have reopened the villa at The Fort branch and wanted to try it for our Anniversary celebration. The villa is nice but it was full of mosquitoes. I would understand if it’s only like 1-2 but there was plenty. It surely affects the overall customer experience. We weren’t able to relax completely since the mosquitoes were hovering and biting us 🥲 We informed the staff twice but told us they can no longer spray baygon since we are already there. Noticeably, mosquitoes were also lingering outside the villas that the staff needs to use an electric mosquito net. I also raised the concern to their Facebook Page the day after but did not get any resolution too. The massage itself is good so I have nothing to say about that. But the water that was prepared in the tub was too hot for weather. Overall, the location and the way they handled the concern could have been better.
Christine R — Google review
Lavish and spacious, The Spa sits at the center of the busy BGC. They have various treatments for every need. Booking appointments is ideal. While the place itself exudes a relaxing vibe, the service I received didn’t quite satisfy my expectation. Been to numerous spas in the past, I can say that what I experienced was the least relaxing (don’t get me wrong, I still liked it). The service didn’t seem as personalized as what other spas offered. It’s still a nice experience, regardless.
Eizen B — Google review
Pleasant first experience with this Branch. From reception, to change room assistant, to the therapist - everyone shown hospitality and great service despite booking on the last batch prior to closing. Massage was good and relaxing, ate therapist (forgot the name) made sure I enjoyed my time here. Ginger tea is also good as usual. The only downside was the steam room under maintenance Sept 2023

My neighborhood spa! Great service from skillful staff. I always have a good experience. Thanks also to the accommodating and friendly manager. I like that they have lots of packages to choose from, with reasonable prices. There used to be a music playing in the background (playing on loop), although I didn’t hear any during my last visit, I think it was better though, since it was more relaxing without me counting how many times it has been played.

New Lasema Spa Jjimjilbang in Makati is a 24-hour spa that offers a top-notch spa and massage experience. Visitors can enjoy quality massage services at reasonable prices, along with access to facilities such as jacuzzis and sauna baths. The spa follows a Korean style and provides areas for relaxation, including sleeping spaces and charging stations. Guests can also indulge in body scrubs in the hot tub areas.
To kill time before my evening flight, I arrived around 6AM and availed the 12-hour stay. Clean facilities, skilled massage therapist, sauna, shower lounge, mini gym, sleeping area on the 3rd floor, charging area, and workspace included!
Igo R — Google review
Affordable and delicious food, plus an authentic Korean spa vibe. I had a great time with my friends, from the sauna to the massage. Special mention to Maria, she’s really skilled!
Marian Q — Google review
I spent a lovely night with my family here at La Sema Spa.This Korean-style jjimjilbang offers a wide range of facilities including multiple saunas, hydro pools, steam rooms, ice rooms, jacuzzis, and cozy sleeping caves where guests can rest for hours. It has a truly relaxing ambience. The spa also offers Korean-inspired food and snacks, making it convenient for longer stays, though prices can be on the high side and deceiving. I was surprised when they served us squid balls & kikiam instead of assorted fish cakes. The massage part was honestly disappointing because of the so-called “voluntary tip.” After the session, the therapist handed us a slip and a pen, stood there waiting, and the lowest option was 100 pesos. That doesn’t really count as voluntary—it felt more like an obligation than a choice, which made the whole moment uncomfortable. It takes away from the relaxation you’re supposed to feel after a massage. Otherwise, I can say the place itself is well worth visiting. It’s a beautiful spot to unwind, and it offers a really nice environment for bonding with family. Still. I would recommend La Sema Spa due to its worthwhile spot for relaxation and a unique wellness experience.

It was a fantastic experience! Went here at around 2AM on a Sunday and there wasn't a big crowd, so if you're a bit of an introvert and a night owl, that time will be perfect for you. We took the 3-hr package that includes access to the jacuzzi area (3 of the pools weren't available due to scheduled maintenance) and 1-hour massage. Totally worth it! The jacuzzi temperature was incredibly warm but very soothing. Also, you have to be FULLY NAKED to use it (no excuses). It was daunting, but we pushed through because you'll discover that people will not care lol And the massage? Absolute heaven 😌 I feel super languid and incredibly relaxed after all of it. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

2nd time here and it was even better. The baths, saunas and massage was relaxing and sulit for the price. Came here at 11am Saturday and there weren't many people. There were more people in the late afternoon. Overall place was clean. Staff were friendly. Food was ok too. A visit is worth it here 😊

First of all, Sauna ,different jacuzzis it's so nice. They giving you clothes and 2 small towels in enterance and bracelet. Man locker has always attendant need to ask always for opening and clothing your locker. Crew is helpful so it's okay. Inside Jimjilbang area if it's not crowd it's nice. You can watch movie you can order snack food. Price is okay. You dont need cash inside jimjilbang they will scan your bracelet and you will pay when you checkout. We went there 9:50 am thursday it was not crowded but after 6pm getting crowded. They will increase price starting august 8

Took my mother to this spa because they have Korean Body Scrub (seshin). We were very impressed with the different sauna and spa. We soaked in the different jacuzzi. There were a total of 6 spas including the cold spa. The place is very clean and the attendants were very helpful. The body scrub was exceptional and so was the massage. Men and women baths are separated and the saunas are in another floor that is coed. I plan on coming again to try the different saunas.

My go to spa for korean sauna. The staff are nice. The food is accessible outside and inside. I can work here too. The sleeping area is great too so when I am in Manila, it is nice to stay in the spa. I love shikye, it is a ginger type of korean drink. The eggs are yummy too!!

I also purchased their essential oil, which is excellent for headaches and a must-have for travel. It’s refreshing, soothing, and gives instant relief whenever I need it. Highly recommend Oren Thai Touch for the perfect mix of relaxation and wellness!

I visit this massage place from the online webpage hoping to get a good massage for my body soreness and guess what, it was one of the best massage I’ve ever get in my life. Staffs are very hospitable and friendly environment with great professionalism. High recommended to all the massage lovers. Must try the add on oils during the massage it enhances the experience. My personal preference is lavender. And the eye massager device was a new thing for me. I took ventosa massage package it was really a great experience for me. Will be back soon.

Marina Bay Spa & Lifestyle Club offers a luxurious experience with its Marina Signature Massage and access to various facilities like sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, heated floor (ganbanyoku), and a relaxing lounge. The massage is tailored to your needs, with therapists adjusting the pressure based on your preferences. Guests can also enjoy a sweet snack buffet featuring options like pandan cake and dim sum. The professional staff and well-maintained facilities create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Probably the most relaxing place in Metro Manila. All massage treatments come with free buffet, access to the wet floor, sauna, cold and hot pools, and very comfy lounge chairs at the Relaxing Room. The second floor has an infinity pool, ktv, a bar and billiards table but limited to members only. Annual membership fee is P90K/year.

The massage was great. The food was good although the selections were limited. The only thing I didn't like was because we arrived 20 minutes early (10:40 am) the security guard did not let us in. He made us wait outside in the heat. if your massage is scheduled at noon and they tell you to be there by 11am be sure to be there by 11am and not before that. Apparently they changed the opening time from 10am to 11am.
Miguel R — Google review
This place offers a very relaxing massage and sweet snack buffet. The therapist I got adjusted the pressure and focused on my lower back when I mention I'm having lower back pains. The buffet had a few options, but can fill your tummy on a sunny afternoon. The pandan cake was fantastic. I think I ate more than five slices. We also enjoyed the dimsum though they are really taking too long refilling the dishes. There were rice, a couple of viands, bread, salad bar, soups, fruits, and cake slices. We definitely enjoyed the experience but won't be coming back soon because it's expensive. For P1700, you get to stay for a limited time of four hours. The spa inside is small compared to other water spa I've been.

Very professional therapists and staff, great facilities and high-tech equipment. The sauna, steam and jacuzzi are all working. Free buffet was a good add-on but the food selection was just blah... maybe they can improve on this and will make it 5 or even 6 stars

I don't even know where to begin! 😊 My 1st experience with Marina Bay Spa definitely went beyond my expectations! Upon entering their hotel-like lobby, you are immediately greeted by their warm and accomodating staff who will happily assist you. We purchased their package worth 1500php,which included a 60 min.full body massage, access to the buffet and their facilities(sauna, steam room, hot & cold baths, hot stone bed/flr.room and their relaxing lounge),good for 3 hrs.! ☺ definitely a great price ☺ The buffet was simple but complete(with desserts and drinks) and delish(you'll definitely get a full tummy). I loved their relaxing lounge, it was like a mini private theater with 10 big and cozy lazyboy chairs and 3 television screens up front. The full body massage was 1 of the best I've had so far, my masseuse managed to get all of the knots on my back,as well as on my legs and feet. We are definitely coming back. Eventhough it's a bit far from home(esp.with traffic), it is worth the trip ☺

It’s really bad experience , my first visit was January 3 with my family the have nice interior decoration so when my wife and my daughter plan to get body wax and body care the the staff inform we should get appointment so we did it on January 7 at 3pm when we arrived I surprised the don’t have that services only focused on massage so if you don’t request massage no other services will provide to you what’s mean the are not honest with the costumer from the first time but I’m happy that I don’t buy the membership because it was my plan but after I try there services. For me I don’t recommend it
Hatem B — Google review
Perfect for an authentic spa experience! Glad that even if you're not a member, there are good packages to avail of! 1500 for buffet, a full hour massage, with friendly personnel! Their staff is very accommodating, and funny too! The spread is not as many, but if there's hakaw and twining tea, would you really complain? To make the most of the spa package, have a round (or two) at the buffet (amaaaaazingly delectable cheeses), go to the hot and cold baths, get some 5 minutes at the sauna and steam room, the get that massage after half an hour. After that relaxing massage, go for a second round at the buffet. Then maybe drink your coffee at the Relaxing Lounge. That'll be 4 hours well spent!

I’m tried so many massages the past 10 years and this really takes the cake. Worth every peso! I got to use the sauna and jacuzzi before the massage, the staff was really friendly and very approachable. I think i will be coming back every time I need a pick me up. My masseuse was Ningning she was great. Edit: Dry Sauna is newly renovated

Entrance staff are very helpful. Sauna and massage are pretty good too👍 The bathtub has a warm bath and a cold bath, but it is very muddy and dirty.😮‍💨😱👎 I don't care about hygiene. It's very disappointing. Bathtubs need to be improved.

Good, I'm really glad I found this spa in Manila and enjoyed great service for sure a price. 750 pesos for one hour body massage (which was paid before service), and I paid a tip of 100 pesos upon leaving. You can have sauna and hot bath for 2.5 hours at most. I came late by 2245 and I was told the session closes at 2330. When I was enjoying the hot bath, a staff reminded me several times on the time even though it's only 2300. I didn't feel like being in a hurry. There are two kinds of suana, a usual one and another traditional wooden one, probably in Japanese style. It's good to try the latter one since it's quite special. Afterwards I was directed upstairs and given a choice of hot coffee or tea. Soon I was led to the public massage area. (you can enjoy in a private room by paying more, 250 pesos if I remember correctly) The masseuse didn't have much strength when just using fingers. (I told them I need someone with strength) but she surprised me when doing that using her arms and legs afterwards. It's to the point and relaxing. I would go again. If time is enough, enjoying sauna and doing massage here can be a routine with such a price.

Forces everybody to get naked and no swim or bathing shorts are not allowed. The guys working inside are extremely rude. Please find another spa. Avoid at all costs.

Glad my wife and I was able to stumble upon this place in Manila. Lots of parking space. Building is kinda old and dark. No background music unlike the other spas. But it has a lot of working amenities like jacuzzi, sauna both wet and dry and shower rooms. But the best part is their service. You can tell that their therapists are all well experience. This has the best massage service qe have experienced so far
Reagan A — Google review
Great place to go get a great massage for cheap! It’s also really nice that they have a jacuzzi, cold plung pool, sauna, and steam room that you could use for a couple of hours before or after the massage. Went 2 times while I was in Manila and both times was great. Not a fancy place but truly has everything you want and/or need for the price.
Leonardo O — Google review
Massage is ok, nothing special. You may find better service for this price. The staff speak English bad. Also towels and costume don’t look fresh, and with oil. It was disappointing that after the procedure the therapist gives you a pen and paper on which to note the amount of tip. There is no choice - “no tip”. You won't leave the massage room until you fill it up. I think this puts customers in an awkward position. That’s why I don’t recommend and will not come back

We had a bridal shower event and got their Elite Spa Party package for 5 persons. It was easy to communicate with Ms. Fel and she even helped me decorate the room for the party. They served us free tea and biscuits. After the party, I had a relaxing body scrub and massage with Ms. Lourdes. The ambiance of the place was relaxing and the staff were kind. We enjoyed our time and the party was a success with their help. Highly recommend this place.

I had a truly wonderful experience at NUtopia Spa! From the moment I inquired about an appointment, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite the bad weather and a last-minute booking the day before, Ms. Fel at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us—including arranging a parking space, which I truly appreciated. The team of therapists were equally professional and welcoming. I was recommended the traditional "Hilot" massage, and I’m so glad I went with it. It was exactly what my body needed—deeply relaxing and effective in relieving my body pains. I felt so relaxed that I ended up falling asleep once I got home! Highly recommended if you're looking for a place with warm service and skilled therapists. Thank you, NUtopia Spa, for such a rejuvenating experience!

It’s a multi service store, they offer haircuts, nail salon and massage. I tried Swedish massage for 90 minutes and that’s not a good experience to me. I’m appreciate the therapist spending more time on my legs and feet, but she totally ignored my arms. Besides, there’s a callus or band aid on therapist’s finger so I was feeling like be scrubbed. I sat on the massage bed to be washed my feet before I laid down. I like the temperature of the hot towel they put on my shoulders when I turn and face up.

Conrad Spa Manila offers the Inner Calm Massage for P3,000 per 60 minutes. Despite concerns about same-day availability, the spa was able to accommodate a last-minute appointment for the Inner Calm Massage. Additionally, they confirmed the appointment an hour before the scheduled time, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
We enjoyed a mother/daughter treatment with Jenny and Jere. Absolutely wonderful treatments (Chakra and Detox packages) and such lovely ladies. Highly recommend the ladies, technique amazing and came out completely refreshed.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Conrad Manila Spa twice during our trip to the Philippines, and both experiences were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the spa offered a beautiful, serene ambiance and a warm, personalized welcome that made us feel completely at ease. Our most recent visit included a deep tissue couples massage, and the experience was elevated by the use of their steam room and sauna beforehand—an excellent way to unwind and prepare for the treatment. My massage therapist, Pat, was outstanding. She communicated clearly before the sessions to ensure the massage was tailored to my needs, and her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing. Pat was my therapist two weeks earlier for my first solo deep tissue massage following a long flight from the US. The massage was so wonderful that I requested her for the couples massage. She went above and beyond by coming in on her day off! This was the only time we could schedule before we departed! What stood out was the staff’s flexibility—they were able to accommodate a change in our schedule due to a flight change, which we truly appreciated. They communicated in a timely fashion during the process. Overall, the Conrad Spa in Manila delivers world-class service in a peaceful and luxurious setting. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m back in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier spa experience!

Pat & Sally did an amazing job on our couples massage. My wife and I were able to relax, and truly enjoy our experience knowing we were literally and figuratively in good hands! The best and most luxurious SPA in Manila or even the Asia. Superior to all other places including well know Thai ones. Clean and modern, beautiful rooms with first class amenities. I went there for 4 days in a row, Nerly my dedicated therapist was super amazing, she works like a professional physiotherapist really gets to the root of the pain and focuses on your body. The best part of our trip to Manila. Will go there for sure and would recommend 100%.

A luxurious, pampering experience at Conrad Manila Spa. We arrived 30 mins before our schedule. We did a consultation wherein preferences were discussed. We were able to take a shower and sit in the dry sauna for a couple mins which helped prepare and warm up our muscles. The massage bed was the best bed I’ve laid in so far for me. It did not strain my neck when lying face forward. The massage was very relaxing to say the least. The technique was different but refreshing and calming. The pressure was spot on and relaxing. Can’t wait to return, already booked another service. Special mention to our therapists, Pat and Mel for a wonderful experience.

The Retreat Spa at Okada Manila offers a range of spa and wellness treatments, including a spa, beauty salon, barbershop, and nail art studio. The massage rooms are spacious and well-equipped but may require an additional fee for certain amenities.
Feb 2024: We booked a massage for our 2 daughters. They really enjoyed it. They kept talking about the experience and the amenities even when we arrived at the house. The decor is really beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The guy attendant who we reached out to for snacks included in the package seems to be less accommodating than most staff we encountered. He needs to smile more. He left me with that impression. We arrived late, 10 mins before the pool closing (8pm), we enjoyed it regardless. The hot tub, sauna, steam room is until 10pm. They also have coloring activity for enrichment. It was soothing.

The amenities deserve all the stars it has. The massage was good, though not the best. The snacks offered could be improved or expanded... You are allowed to stay as long as you like, I hope you stay for an hour more or two, which will be nice to enjoy all the relaxing space that they offer.

Beautiful facility with lots of amenities, but the stand out was my therapist Jen. She was so attentive and knowledgeable - it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. After our treatments we spent the whole afternoon enjoying the pool and sauna - a very relaxing day. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Manila.

Visiting Manila I tried to book some spa treatments for me and my husband two weeks in advance. The Retreat spa consinierge contacted me right away and then their system was updating for two weeks so I couldn't book anything, very frustrating moment since it can be relatable to be planned. In today's technology world their system is updating for two weeks? Very unreliable book process and quite inconvenient. They contacted me a day before my original request day to let me know that our spa time can be scheduled for tomorrow. We are visiting Manila, we don't live there, we planned our stay in advance and to call me for tomorrow is a bit not serious having in mind the high end service they are offering. We manage to squeeze the treatments a day later in our schedule as I really want it to try it. We booked Indayog of Duyan 90 minutes for me and my husband - absolutely amazing treatment, we both felt very relaxed and recharged. The room was very impressive, I wished we could stay longer and indulge in the Jacuzzi tub in the room. I also had Scalp scanning and Energizing Detox - they told me the scanning is not available but it was available when I went. Not sure if the person that did the treatment knew exactly what is doing but I am happy with the results. My hair is very rejuvenated, much healthier and shiny. My husband had Precision Barbering, Styling and Hommage Shave - he is absolutely happy. We stayed for an hour extra to explore the spa facility, the saunas were nice. The wave room was very comfortable and unique. We were served ginger and honey tea and some variety of fresh fruits. They had cucumber water, lemon water and orange water. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. My only concern/complain was with the concierge and the booking process - very unreliable.

Excellent spa day in the middle of manila have to say this is one of the top spa destination in town. Facilities are great and complete. You can workout, swim, use steam and dry sauna and jacuzzi. Easily could spend a day here to relax and rejuvenate Massage Rooms are excellent big spacious equipped with own shower, jacuzzi and steam however they're charging you extra P2,500 to use massage room amenities . So i suggest just using water facilities on the common areas Staff are very attentive, serving you fruits water and tea. The pool has poolside dining however disappointing that it takes 1hr to arrive.

Worst Brazilian wax experience I’ve ever had. The first day, i was seen by Jen. I could tell she wasn’t experienced. She went slowly and couldnt grip the wax, so she pulled multiple times at my skin. Immediately upon leaving, i communicated to the front desk that i was dissatisfied, and that there was still hair left. They politley booked me for the next day, with someone more experienced. The next day wasnt much better. Although the woman was more confident, she did not wax systematically. She rewaxed spots over and over. It took 72 minutes before she was complete. This was when i realized the wax they use is a part of the problem. They do not use wax and paper strips. They use a self drying wax (brand: wax xxx) that does not grip hair well nor does it leave enough excess to be pulled. I would NOT recommend any of my friends get waxed here until they begin using wax strips and train all of their providers to be systematically wax in a more professional manner.

Additionally, visitors can enjoy diverse dining options nearby.
I’ve come here for treatments multiple times and each one was amazing. All of their therapists give great massages and I especially love the steam room facility which helps with the relaxation. Their Barre 3 classes are also a really fun way to get a workout in.

Although the massage was good, the facilities were not up to par. There was also a cockroach in my room. I booked a Premier Suite and was expecting a jacuzzi, but there was only the shower and steam bath. Pillow and blanket had a smell too.
Earlene A — Google review
Only has ‘premier suits’. The last time I visited, the rooms were small and not very impressive. There was a shower in the room but no communal spa type facilities that I saw. This apparently makes it more expensive than the executive rooms at the one in BGC, which were basically the same room but with no shower so you use the spa shower/ steam/sauna instead (which are actually very nice and relaxing). For a worse experience you then have to pay extra. It’s about ₱700 to ‘upgrade’ a classic massage to premier in this branch, or if you have a voucher for executive level you then have to pay ₱1000 extra. No one could explain why the ‘standard upgrade fee’ is higher than the actual cost difference. Rip off. I’ll be going to the BGC branch instead.

How i wish i could give less the 1 star - the therapist was not there! W We booked a couple’s treatment at 2pm and arrived at 2pm sat down and discussed the treatment and payment was taken all was good. We where shown our loverly room and told to prepare for our treatments and when we where ready to just press the call button and the therapist would arrive and the treatment will start. Well; we got ready and as instructed pressed the call button, yet no one turned up, so we pressed again and again and waited and waited until I went out to reception to ask where was the therapist to be told ‘they were coming’. I went back to the room and yet no therapist arrived and after a couple more minutes I went back out to again asked “where is the therapists”. NOW I was to be told that they actually only had ONE therapist for the couple treatment that was to start at 2pm they were missing a therapist. It was not 2:20pm and we have other appointments as most people do. At no point in the past 30 minutes did anyone explain that they only had one of the two therapists, not while sitting on their couch, being taken to the room or while being told to press a button and the therapists will come. At this point we instructed them we wanted our money back and would leave, which we got. This is actually RUDE, RUDE RUDE; to not explain the circumstances to your customer the first instant you have and hide and try and cover it up when they must have known at 2pm they only had one of the two therapists. My personal advice is to not bother turning up as you are not sure if the therapist will have turned up.

The Spa’s Total Indulgence package was gifted to me by friends and was indeed relaxing & rejuvenating. It’s a 3 hour & 30 mins worth of pampering with these services: ~ choice of their Signature Body Care (I chose coffee body scrub which has a quick massage at the end) ~ Water Lily Facial (calming & refreshing) ~ Foot Spa The facility is pleasant and elegant. Receptionist & staff were nice as well. Was offered ginger tea upon entering the room. This was actually my 2nd visit (but on another branch) and I must say that their massages are really decent but overpriced. For the total indulgence package however, the extra body scrub & foot spa makes it a good deal and it’s okay to give ourselves a lil treat once in a while anyway. Altho it’s still best to avail this if it’s gifted. 💕🥰✅👣 @thespawellness #restlessfeet #eatlivewander #eatlivewanderreviews

Ace Water Spa is a haven for Korean bathhouse enthusiasts, offering a blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. Visitors can enjoy various amenities such as the lap pool, hot tubs, and hydrotherapy services. The indoor lap pool provides a pollution-free environment for swimming, while the hot tubs offer a perfect pre- or post-swim relaxation experience. Additionally, the facility features herbal pools with different temperatures and a cold plunge pool to cool off.
I highly recommend this place I didn’t expect hydrotherapy to be this enjoyable. I couldn’t really show the entire inside of the spa since phones aren’t allowed once you go in. They’re strict when it comes to swimwear; only proper swimwear is allowed. I thought board shorts were okay, but they’re not. You can rent tops or shorts from them for just 100 pesos each, which is affordable. The water pressure feels amazing on the body, and there’s a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzis that get progressively hotter. It’s super relaxing and definitely worth it perfect if you’re looking for a different kind of activity!

Our recent stay at Ace Water Spa & Hotel in Pasig was a memorable and relaxing experience — just like the first time we visited in 2019. Hotel: We booked the 1-bedroom suite, and it did not disappoint. The room was incredibly spacious, perfect for families, with enough area for bonding or just lounging around comfortably. My first visit here was in 2019 as a wedding gift from a friend, and we chose to return this time to celebrate our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel remembered and even provided complimentary food for the occasion — a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated (tip: let them know if you’re celebrating something special!). As for the food, I have to say they serve some of the best hotel dishes I’ve ever tried. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and worth every bite. This is an honest compliment — they’ve consistently delivered great meals across both visits. Water Spa: The Ace Water Spa pool area remains unchanged since our 2019 visit — same layout, same features, and while there haven’t been upgrades, the experience is still enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the hydrotherapy massage, especially for the lower back and legs. It was relaxing and therapeutic. While I didn’t get to enjoy the full spa experience (my eldest son preferred the kiddie pool, which we mostly stayed in), it was still a fun and family-friendly environment. The pool is clean, safe, and perfect for both kids and adults looking to unwind. If you’re looking for a unique wellness and leisure experience that’s family-friendly and relaxing, I would definitely recommend Ace Water Spa Pasig. It’s a great place to recharge, celebrate, and enjoy some well-deserved rest.

Neat, well maintained, premium hotel vibe. Very very strict attire rules, need to rent attires if not meeting the requirements. Other than that, the water spa and swimming pool are quite fun. Sauna, steaming room and hot tubs are included.

We visited on October 7, 2025, to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience! Both of them truly enjoyed it and are already planning to go back. I booked our reservation through Klook, and the process was super convenient—I just had to scan the QR code at the lobby. There’s no birthday discount, but overall, it was definitely worth it for them. However, I personally left feeling quite upset. I lost my sandals, and only realized they were missing when I checked my locker. The staff did try to help me look for them, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, they couldn’t find them. They also said they couldn’t check the CCTV, which was quite frustrating. I ended up barefoot and uncomfortable. They told me they’d reach out if my sandals were ever found, but honestly, I doubt they’ll actually follow up—it felt more like something they said just to make me feel better at the time. It’s disappointing that what started out great ended on such an inconvenient note.

This hotel is a weekend favorite for good reason—it’s not just a place to stay, but as they proudly claim, a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. The healing benefits of hydrotherapy are front and center, making it a go-to destination for those seeking relaxation and wellness. Because of its popularity, especially on weekends, check-in can take a while. I highly recommend arriving early to avoid long queues and make the most of your stay. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and impressively spacious. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The real draw here is the water spa. It’s thoughtfully divided into sections offering soft, moderate, and hard water massages—perfect for tailoring the experience to your comfort level. Hot herbal pools, wherein each pool is infused with aromatic herbs, adding a soothing sensory layer to the experience. Sauna rooms that you can choose between wet and dry saunas depending on your preference. Lapping pool which is ideal for guests who want a more traditional swim. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The food quality is solid, making it a satisfying part of the overall experience. At night, the rooftop bar becomes a scenic spot to unwind. With views overlooking Mandaluyong and Pasig, it’s a great place to enjoy a drink and soak in the city lights. All things considered, the stay offers excellent value. Between the amenities, ambiance, and service, it’s a worthwhile experience that I’d gladly repeat.

Ace Water Spa was a nice break from work—a relaxing experience that’s worth trying. The spa facilities were great, and overall, I enjoyed my time there. However, the bathrooms could use some improvements to match the quality of the rest of the place. Still, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing and relaxing getaway!

I loved the experience at Ace Water Spa Pasig! Everything was well thought out and orderly — from the layout to the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff were courteous, and the rooms were comfortably cool, which made the visit even more relaxing. My favorite part was the rose water pool, which was so warm and relaxing, and the flowing river, where you can just float along and let the current carry you — it was such a calming experience! My only concern was the slow check-in process. We had to wait around 20 minutes because the staff were explaining the amenities to each guest. While I appreciate the thoroughness, it would be great if they could have a separate concierge or provide an FAQ flyer for first-time visitors. That way, the front desk can move faster and avoid long queues. Overall, it was a wonderful and refreshing experience. I’ll definitely come back!

Urbanized Gastro Spa is a unique wellness center and restaurant rolled into one. They offer massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, as well as slimming injections. The service and quality of the spa are excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing pampering experience!
One of our favorite go-to spa in San Juan. The ambience and reception is great. They also offer food if you want to eat after, it’s affordable.

Organized a surprise bridal shower for my bestie in this spa! Wouldn’t be a success if not because of the staff (especially Miss Ley) at Urbanized Gastro Spa. She was gracious enough to accommodate our special requests and is always very responsive. We loved the food served too— from tea time snacks to our dinner meals. The foot massage was relaxing too! Highly recommended for small group parties or bonding activity!

Urbanized is a hidden gem. This is our 3rd time at Urbanized and I highly recommend everyone to try the Ultimate Massage. Probably the most sulit massage in the Metro. Where else can you get a 2-hour long massage, with stretching, hot stones and dagdagay (a rattan stick for foot reflexology) all below P1000? Splurging for the VIP room is also worth it in my opinion. Staff are very nice and accommodating! Although the facilities can be improved, price point and service can't be beat. Definitely worth a try. Can't wait to go back.

My partner took me here for my birthday: 1. Swedish massage by Nemelyn was so relaxing that I fell asleep halfway through it. 😌😴 2. I'm a big eater and I was satisfied with their food's portion sizes. Table service was excellent. 👌🏼 3. The cashier doubled as our server and she was so nice and accommodating (I can't remember her name, but I'll edit this when I find out)! 4. We got a freebie wellness gift! 💝 Best spa experience I've been to in the Philippines, so far.

We held a bridal shower for a friend here for 10pax. Honest review Place : a bit over rated in the pic.s, the ac is not that cold so expect to sweat a little. A few flies were seen and a cockroach too. Massage : the massage is ok. They use too much oil and some therapist slept on the head part. Food : serves more than 10 pax and was served warm. No complaints on the food. Overall : the place need a lot of improvement and cleanliness is a MUST.

The spagyupsal ultimate package was amazing. All I can say is that my 2-hour long massage felt too short, I nearly drifted to sleep during the massage. The VIP room prepared for us was clean and pleasant. The price was a steal for the quality of the spa and the food. Highly recommended ✨

decent for the price paid! They also offer packages and have discount from time to time. Kinda hard to find since it’s a bit hidden but it’s okay since they’re very responsive either calls or message. Perfect place to loosen up. They serve pandan tea after and I super liked it

Reviewing their Spagyupsal (Spa and Samgyupsal after) promo: Their Harlem Harmony massage feels complete, which includes focus on foot. Ambience is top notch as you enter the establishment you'll be greeted by the minty smell and smiling staff. Food was better than expected. We had the samgyupsal experience outside their bldg which was really quiet and cozy. Overall a great experience for the price of 599 per person (massage + food).

Spa
Wensha Spa, with two branches in Manila, is known for its massage and buffet package. The Pasay branch offers an extensive range of spa services and operates 24 hours a day. However, it can be crowded and relatively expensive. On the other hand, the Timog branch is smaller but still provides a relaxing experience. Guests have praised the quality of massages at Wensha Spa and noted that arriving early allows for more time to enjoy the amenities until 10 pm.
Wensha Spa is one of those places where you can just slow down and let go of stress. From the moment you step in, the ambiance feels calm and welcoming. The highlight is definitely the full-body massage—relaxing and soothing, perfect after a long week. What makes Wensha stand out is their buffet that comes with the spa package. After your massage or time in the jacuzzi and sauna, you can enjoy a hearty meal. The selection isn’t five-star, but it’s filling and satisfying, especially since it’s unlimited. The facilities may not be the newest compared to modern spas, but they are spacious and provide everything you need for a complete relaxation experience—sauna, hot and cold baths, and comfortable massage areas. Overall, Wensha Spa is great value for money. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, pamper yourself, and enjoy good food along the way, it’s definitely worth a visit.
Cyril T — Google review
Our overall experience is honestly meh with the exception of the massage. The facilities are outdated and could use a more thorough cleaning, especially the pool area. The jacuzzi is also not working, which is disappointing. The clothes are fine but could be better but the slippers were really uncomfortable. The food was honestly okay, even if the choices were limited. The staff were great, they were polite and accommodating. The tipping part can feel a bit forced, but when we hear that they only make commissions with no stable salary- I can see why they want tips. The massage was really good. Kudos to our massage therapist. I do think the overall experience could be improved, especially given its price, but I'm glad that I tried it. Would not be returning, though, as there are other spa places that could offer better services overall for a cheaper price.
Jaline G — Google review
The front desk teller named Liana or something is rude. Contact number from their pages is unreachable, they even excuse internet problems. Wet house is decent, jacuzzi is not hot, steam room is good, sauna is what really stood the best. Expect a mandatory tip for a massage, tip nicely to them because that's the only way for them to gain more. Buffet is not good, no meat in shabu shabu.
Dwight V — Google review
Won’t go back. The masseuse assigned to me was SICK. Blowing her nose in between massage strokes then touching me after 🤮 while my friend’s masseuse was sleepy, almost passing out. other customers were too LOUD, and not even a single staff called them out. food’s average, jacuzzi’s water was brownish, place not highly maintained. Honestly, the owner needs to check not just the place itself, but the quality of services the staff provide. Not relaxing at all. Not healthy at all. But kudos to the kitchen/dining staff they were great.
Fatima R — Google review
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Don’t waste your time here. We arrived at 7:00 PM and there was no food left so their so-called “buffet” was pointless. The “famous” massage was also underwhelming. The masseuse was unprofessional and no matter how many clients you have Wensha you should deliver the service people paid for. Not worth it. Not recommended. Don’t be fooled by their vouchers. Look for other bathhouses instead and skip this one.
MAP G — Google review
I recently visited Wensha Spa after their renovation. While the new look is nice and the facilities are clean and updated, I was disappointed to find that there are no longer any private rooms for two people. All rooms are now common/shared, which takes away from the relaxing and private experience Wensha used to offer. Another big letdown is the food. It used to be one of the best parts of the visit — great variety and quality. Sadly, the food quality has really gone downhill. What used to be a 10/10 experience has now dropped to a 5, and during my latest visit, it honestly felt like a 1.
Rachel V — Google review
Food taste okay. Minimal choice of food but there's some insects I see on it. Massage and facial was good. As some reviews I read here, the pool looks dirty yes.
Anne A — Google review
If there were a 0-star rating, I would give it. I will never, ever come back to this spa. The ₱1,400 I spent was absolutely not worth the time or money, such a waste. The therapist was somewhat rude and not good at all, and the food was the worst ever. It felt like eating in a simple carinderia. Definitely not value for money. If you’re looking for a good wensha experience, better find another place.

Located at McKinley Park Residences Unit 318, 31st corner 3rd Avenue in Taguig, The Mandara Spa offers a Personal Retreat Package that is perfect for destressing after a hectic work week. Visitors have praised the spa's accommodating staff and relaxing atmosphere. Guests are welcomed with snacks and hot ginger tea before indulging in treatments like the Wellness Ritual or the Signature Body Massage.
Great experience. Super friendly and professional staff. Great masseuses and really nice atmosphere. We got the Combination Aroma Therapy for 1.5 hours for 1,550 PHD each and it was fairly good prices for the experience. And pretty competitive prices for BGC. They gave us ginger tea, water and a treat before the treatment, and ginger tea at the end as icing in the cake.

Massage was good. But I got stiff neck from lying down. The hole part of the bed need to be improved. They do have complimentary tea and cookie. Liked the music and atmosphere.

After the service i’m so refreshed!! Would definitely do it again!! I forgot the name of the package I got but it included Body Scrub and Wrap, Signature Massage, Signature Footspa, and Scalp Oil Treatment. Ginger tea is yum!!! And to think I dont even like or drink tea like that. Thank you ate Elfe! And to their very accommodating 🥰 staffs!

I recently visited this spa, and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance is serene and welcoming, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional decor. I had the mandara signature massage, and my therapist was incredibly skilled, providing the ideal balance of pressure and relaxation. The facilities are spotless and luxurious, with thoughtful touches like soft towels and calming music. After my treatment, I enjoyed a cup of tea in the relaxation lounge, which was a perfect way to end the session. Overall, The Mandara Spa offers top-notch service and a truly rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended!
Jv T — Google review
Was disappointed with this spa. Premium prices (1960 PHP for 1.5 hrs normal massage, and masseuse asked for tip too, even though she could see I was dissatisfied) but basic facilities and no proper foot wash, just a soak in hot water. Biggest issue was that I specifically told the receptionist that I did not want to lie down because I dislike getting my face pushed down into the bed/towels. She recommended a head and shoulders massage that was sitting up, but when it actually came to it, the chair was inverted 45 degrees and I asked to lie chest first and face down on it. - exactly what I wanted to avoid. I've had better experiences in places that cost half the price.
J S — Google review
Went here 3 times with family. Last visit, front desk doesn't have manners, thinks she owns the place and doesn't take accountability (I have to say sorry to keep the peace but she was in the wrong for booking the wrong package). When I'm trying to talk to my family and explain things, she keeps on talking over me to cover herself. Will come back here again as long as I don't see that maldita front desk lady again. Their messeuse are really good tho.

Upon entering, you can feel the warmth of friendly staffs. The Ultimate Mandara Experience is the best treatment I ever had. I've been to other spa. But this one is unique because before entering your room, they will give u a warm shoulder pad and nice ginger tea too! I had this body scrub I and feel the changes and smoothness on my skin and the massage ( which is the Signature Massage ) is the beeesst! I will definitely come back! See you soon. Mandara Spa! 🥰

Indulge in a rejuvenating experience at The Hue House Massage located in Malate, Manila. Their Lava Stone Massage is designed to soothe your body and alleviate tension in muscles and damaged tissues using smooth basalt stones. The ambiance is peaceful, and the staff are accommodating and skilled. While some experienced minor itching during the massage, overall it's a highly recommended place for a relaxing and clean massage experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited HUE Massage, and I have to say, it was one of the more professional and clean establishments I’ve been to. They really take care of you from the moment you walk in. The facility is top-notch and appears to be recently renovated, which adds to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my massage was nothing short of professional. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would rate my massage a solid 9 out of 10! Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience at HUE Massage and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality massage. I’ll definitely be returning!

I thought it was a waste of money & time. I had a 2 hr 20 minute swedish massage & hot stone massage. The massage therapist techniques were so bad and I asked for pressure massage two times, I felt massage was skin massage, it wasn't cool. I don't have any plans to visit again here.
Jun L — Google review
I will never come here again. I have a license for the general course of Thai traditional massage, but I think the technique of the masseuse here is haphazard. Also, there is an abnormal amount of tapping, scalp massage is repeated, and the massager goes to the bathroom during the treatment, so it doesn't seem like a professional job. I was expecting good service, but the price and the skill are not in line with the reality. If you are looking for price, I think NUAT THAI is good. If you are looking for service, the massage shop at Newport World resorts was expensive but good (I think it was Island Spa). However, my companion had an aroma massage, but said it was good, so I will give it 2 stars.
Tomy ( — Google review
Got a massage last night with my girl friend here, the masseuse assigned to us (ate Faye and Trishia) are pretty skilled and very good with their hands. They were not loud and not talkative so those are plus points also, we like the ambiance, it’s quiet and peaceful. The only negative thing we can say is that both of us experienced some minor itching during the massage, we are not sure if it’s the mosquitoes or the towel textures maybe? Hopefully the management will rectify this so it won’t cause any problem next time. We will surely come back here as this is our favorite massage place in Manila 🫰🏻
Kathrine S — Google review
The place was old, towels are smelly and made our body itchy. Will not recommend this place as the staff was loud and kept on talking couldn't relax at all, Massage was okay.

Made an appointment with a male therapist the day before. Showed up and they seemed nice. Asked for payment first; which is a very first for me. But fine ok. Then took me to a room. Room was warm and smelled a little bad. Waited for about 20 minutes and a lady showed up saying they had no male therapists and she was there to do a back scrub. Which is not at all what I asked for. Ended up leaving. Very disappointed.

This is always our go-to massage place. Regardless who the therapist is, the service is excellent. I booked a one hour body massage and a foot massage. While the massage itself seemed fine at the time, I immediately felt pain in my left heel upon standing up. So much so that I couldn’t put my weight on it. When I mentioned it to staff, I wasn’t trying to blame anyone but was genuinely looking for support or a possible explanation. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing. Staff became defensive, blamed the air conditioning for causing the pain, and offered a 10% discount, which came across as more dismissive than genuinely concerned. I was told they had never experienced such an issue before, which may be true, but all concerns should still be taken seriously. I hope future customer concerns are met with more care and a willingness to help.

I have tried many Foot Reflexology massage. This is one of the most Authentic in Philippines. Take a lift to go up (above Happy Garden Cafe) when you arrive. There's basement parking. The masseurs are well trained by the Chinese Master in the Foot Reflexology technique, Body Massages, Ventosa etc.... Foot Zone has several branches in Metro Manila & one at Boracay. I've tried at four outlets and I'm pleasantly surprised they manage to maintain good quality in the massages in all the outlets. Professional service, clean and comfortable. There are VIP rooms, couple room and family rooms. For a relaxing and reviving session, this is my go to place. I love the Ventosa too to remove the "lamig" from my body. Various packages to choose from and E-certificates as gifts for my loved ones to take their stress away.

Updated - 1st massage - one of the best massage I ever had. The masseuse was outstanding in going over my back and working on and easing my muscles knots. It is a testament to how delightful it was that I came back. And still came back even after the 2nd time was mediocre. 3rd massage - terrible. Utterly dissatisfying, it's a waste of hopes and money. I felt it started out well, the first 10 minutes was good, then the rest of the 100 minutes was done so halfheartedly. I'd like to note that I mentioned on my first review that their tip handling was awkward and when I returned, it had been more professionally done. And I applaud their sincerity in requesting feedback on the service. Will I go back and try again? No. It is not worth it. Not worthy of that price range. Not worth hoping for that good massage again and be so completely letdown.

🌟 An amazing Chinese massage center! 🌟 I come here every week and it’s always a true moment of relaxation. The staff is extremely professional, and the therapists are skilled, attentive, and truly know what they’re doing. Overall, a great experience at Esencia Day Spa in BGC. I booked their 60-minute back massage and it was exactly what I needed—Tina, the therapist, was really good and definitely someone I’d recommend. The place is clean, quiet, and relaxing. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the receptionist could’ve been a bit more welcoming—a simple smile goes a long way. Still, I’d definitely come back.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication We booked a couples’ massage expecting to be in the same room. However, after we paid via debit card, we were informed that we would be in separate rooms. This should have been communicated before payment. When we requested a refund due to the miscommunication, we were told that refunds are not allowed once the payment is processed via debit. Customers should be informed of such details before making a payment. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Nothing special, somehow it is not worth what you pay for. A potential place but needs a huge improvement on everything from customer service to service they are offering to public. Small sauna room is located in the locker room, separately male and female. Comfortable massage bed with night skyline stars ceiling effects . Projectors for movies and series to show located in the foot massage areas. They have 3 rooms here divided by curtains only. Not functional for events or private shows as they offered to public while other rooms processing with the massage for other guests. Facilities: 6/10 Customers service: 6/10 Massage techniques : 6/10 Therapist looks & personality: 7/10 Service rate: 6/10 Ambiance: 7/10 Food/Complimentary snack: 6/10 Pros: several free n secured parking slots at the premise. Somehow, more private in my feels at the changing room, since they limit time and number of guests using sauna room one person at a time only(15 mins / guest). Females therapist is only choice here. Not all of them are certified, mostly be trained on site. I can't relax because of my therapist she is keep on asking so many questions 🙃 i thought, i'm in massage interview session instead. L🤣L. Cons: Locker room need more attention to maintain cleanliness, organizing and cleaning up. Guests must be more happy if the Staying time after the massage is extended at least 3 to 4 hours stay for 1 hour massage. Not just 2 hours as what they are implemented. MOP: Cash & Cards Debit / Credit

My husband and I arrived before 2pm which is their opening time. We were off to a good start as they let us in even if they were still preparing for opening. They also informed us that we can be in a couple room which we didn't expect because previous visits years back, we would be in separate male and female common areas. Although, it was noted they didn't offer shower and sauna which we used to have before. No foot soak either. We were escorted in a big room with curtains that serve as divider. I noted there was a cctv too near the AC which I thought was weird but didn't call out since I assumed it maybe just directed at the middle aisle. We proceeded in changing and even went to the CR prior to the massage. The massage was okay but felt "bitin". The massage therapist to lay down for 5mins so as not to off balance. When I finally stood and checked my phone, it was just 3:20 and waited for a bit for my husband who stood up by 3:25. That's when we realized we didn't get the supposedly 90hr massage we paid for. We went out 3:35 since he still changed and went to the CR. When I told the receptionist, she called the massage therapist to asked what time she started which she randomly said 3:07pm probably counting backwards since it was 3:40pm by then. Explaining that it wouldn't add up since we just started going inside around time, they just looked at us with no reaction. So as not to make a big fuss, we left. My issue is the lack of honesty and if in case there was an oversight because they do offer a 1hr promo rate which we opted to forego since we wanted a longer massage, an apology would have sufficed. But obviously, they chose not to do any of that.

Had the best pamper night! Their service is really excellent. The staff are very accommodating, respectful, and professional. They really maintain the calming environment inside of massaging area. Linens and towels are clean and also smells good! They also have stuff u need to take a shower (soaps, hair blower, etc). The massage was well executed and I felt great afterwards. The masseuse were really well trained! Great job! 🤍

Excellent service The vibe was very soothing. However the Changing rooms can get crowded at times Very clean facilities but I do wish the rest area was not just in the lobby as my partner and I felt exposed 😆 A little more privacy would be definitely appreciated Overall, the facilities are great! The therapists were very respectful and everything went well.

The name speaks for itself - Khozy (Cozy). The ambience is very relaxing. It helps that the place is hidden and located at the back of establishments, spared from the noise outside. The rooms are spacious enough and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They provide relaxing massages. Small talks with the attendants are informative.

visited them 2x already and it was ok.. The therapist assigned to us were ok also, we normally book late night appointment and the last time we went there, mukhang pagod na sila Ate 😁 Place is very cozy, very instagramable, but might need thorough cleaning every after a massage.. daming hair sa floor, they did not even bother to sweep (maybe because we are the last customer of the day already). pwede naman balikan -- timing lang siguro.. hehe

Been to Khozy Lounge multiple times. I always go back for my favorite therapist. Otherwise, I wouldn’t. They are not very consistent with the service pag ibang therapist. Super chika din minsan. Also experienced with a therapist na gumagamit ng phone during service. But still 4 stars just because my favorite therapist is that good and professional.

I didn't go to their lounge but our family used their home service once. It will certainly be the last one. This place is overhyped by social media but the actual service is terrible: all three of us got our worst massage ever. One hour and a half of nothing: just some bland rubbing of oil on calves, toes and arms: that's not a massage. I could not wait for it to be over. The therapists came with no towels and we had to soak with oil our own towels. Good that we had bought disposable sheets for our beds otherwise they would have oiled also our linen. One of the therapists was constantly sniffling and coughing. Don't be fooled by their marketing strategy and choose somebody else.

Nestled in the vibrant Bonifacio Global City, Grand Hyatt Manila is a luxurious haven that offers an array of sleek accommodations, some even featuring butler service for that extra touch of indulgence. Guests can indulge their taste buds at any of the seven bars and restaurants on-site, each providing a unique dining experience. For those seeking relaxation, the hotel boasts a serene spa where you can unwind after exploring the bustling city.
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Manila for an early birthday celebration for my wife, and from the moment we drove in, everything just felt smooth and well-orchestrated. Parking was easy — no fumbling around or long waits — and as soon as we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by that unmistakable Grand Hyatt scent: a mix of something floral and woody that instantly makes you feel you’re somewhere elegant. The high ceilings, the soft music, and the clinking of teacups from the mezzanine lounge above set a really relaxing tone. Check-in took less than five minutes, and before we knew it, we were heading up to the 51st floor. Our room was impressively spacious and tastefully done — muted tones, modern art by the door, and a view that was both breathtaking and oddly humbling (you see the glittering skyline on one side, and the less polished part of the city on the other). The bathroom was a highlight: double sinks, a deep soaking tub, and Balmain toiletries that smelled divine. The staff went out of their way to surprise my wife with a small birthday cake and even a “cake” made of neatly folded towels — such a sweet touch. My son couldn’t stop grinning. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional; the Indian section in particular stood out — fragrant curries, fluffy naan, and perfectly spiced chutneys. Checkout was as effortless as check-in. Overall, it was a warm, polished experience — grand yet personal. We left already talking about when we’d come back.

Didn't book a room but tried the Grand Hyatt dinner buffet. Overall it was okay. There were only a few selections compared to other hotel buffets, but the quality of what was available was good and worth a try. I think it could’ve been better if there were more variety. We mainly availed this because of the credit card discount, which made it more reasonable. Without the promo, I might expect more options for the regular price. Ambiance and service were great though, so it still felt like a nice experience.

I had two three-night stays in October, and this is truly my only choice whenever I come to Manila. As a working professional who travels often for leisure, I look for consistency, service, and comfort — and this property delivers every time. A special thank you to Syra at the front desk, who is absolutely fantastic. From check-in to check-out, she made everything seamless, including assisting me with my paid upgrade to a suite for both of my stays. The concierge team, bellmen, and door staff were also exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. I work in the hospitality industry in New York, so I can truly feel the level of care and attention they provide here. The suites include access to the Club Room on the 57th floor, which was a wonderful bonus for breakfast and quiet moments. I didn’t get to use every amenity since my schedule was busy, but the pool area looked beautiful, and there are plenty of dining options onsite. I often used the lounge on the 2nd floor for quick lunches and drinks — very convenient. They even accepted packages for me and had them waiting in my room, provided daily housekeeping and turndown service, delivered fresh fruit, and stored my luggage while I was away. Every detail was handled with care. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Manila, but I love how this one feels both grand and intimate at the same time. It’s easy to walk to everything I need in the area. For anyone considering a stay — especially if you’re a Hyatt fan — I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back in March for another visit. Thank you to the entire team for making every stay feel special.

I had an enjoyable stay at Grand Hyatt Manila. Staff are extremely welcoming and professional. Full of smiles on their faces. Such a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and sufficient for my overnight stay. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner buffet. Everyone was commendable. Location was great if you prefer the city-scape in Taguig. Id like to specifically praise Gerald from the front desk. He was friendly and accommodating likewise he maintained his professionalism and politeness during my check-out process. He was remarkable. I had a lot of questions during my check-out and he helped me out a lot. He made my overall impression of the hotel excellent.

This is our second stay at your hotel, and we continue to be impressed by several aspects of your facilities and staff. Positive Feedback • Illume Spa and Pool Area: The amenities available in the pool area changing rooms, which include products from the Illume Spa, are excellent and a standout feature of the hotel. • No. 8 Chinese Restaurant: The dining experience was superb. We were particularly impressed with the authentic Peking Duck, served by the mandarin-speaking chef, and are big fans of the egg fried rice and steamed pork. Area for Improvement Unfortunately, today, we had a very disappointing experience involving your security staff. My cousin, a guest in the hotel, was feeling unwell and requested a specific native food not available on-site, which we sent via a delivery service (Grab). The guard on duty at the main entrance seemed to be dismissive and treated the delivery driver poorly. Our niece, who was present for the hand-off, noted a loud and inappropriate shouting match between the guard and the delivery driver. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel. We understand there are security protocols, but we kindly request that your security team be reminded of the appropriate, respectful manner in which to interact with the public and delivery personnel, in line with established security policies (such as those from SOSIA). We hope this isolated incident can be addressed, as it detracts from an otherwise excellent hotel experience.

It was good time staying here. Really enjoyed the decorating and the comforts. The night city view is really gorgeous from the hotel room. The staff helped me when I was In hurry in a meeting and the same time I had to wait for a document from my client. They helped me receiving the document so that I attended the meeting. What really helpful staff.

Loved my stay at the Hyatt! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were super quick, and the room was gorgeous, elegant, clean, and smelled amazing. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Honestly such a great experience all around!
Jana — Google review
Nice hotel, aside from a few issues. Very friendly staff, sizable rooms with storage and everything you need. Main complaint is about the level of noise. All outside noises come through as if you had a window open. I was awakened evey morning by construction noise starting at 7am. You hear vehicle noises, horns, etc. all day and night. I'm here for business and work different hours, and found the noise to be intolerable. Additionally, I received multiple phone calls from housekeeping this morning asking me if I needed my room serviced. The "Do not disturb" light was on, but I guess they thought calling to wake me up is acceptable. Perhaps a common thing here, but I was surprised to see "professional" women in the lobby every night who appeared to be looking for "clients". I wouldn't expect this to be tolerated in a Grand Hyatt.

Lounge
I had a pleasant time at the Lobby Lounge in Makati Shangri-La, Manila. It was a great place to socialize with friends and enjoy some afternoon tea sets. The music playing in the background was enjoyable, and the acoustics of the lounge were perfect. Despite being seated a bit far from each other on couches, we didn't have to raise our voices to be heard. The conversations from other tables were not audible either.
An excellent afternoon tea experience. The scones were the highlight—absolutely delicious. The accompanying jam and clotted cream can be refilled, which was a nice touch. Since the scones aren’t served at the very beginning, I’d recommend asking for them upfront if you’d like to capture a full photo of the set. Each person can choose either tea or coffee (one type per person), with unlimited refills, though you can’t switch between different kinds. The setting was lovely and spacious, with the added charm of enjoying afternoon tea right in front of live music.

Not as grand as before. The lady wearing red was rude. She just tossed on the table the tablet with the wine list. Not so Shangri-la hotel service we used to have before. Had to ask for utensils. Had to ask for napkins. There is no plate cloth. You had to ask everything that is actually common sense when you are going to eat. The last night that is supposed to be intimate was ruin. Ended up not to order more. Lost appetite.

I enjoyed the elegant ambiance and live band performance at the Lobby Lounge. It's a pleasant lounge for dinner and relaxation, enhanced by the enjoyable music. However, I believe improvements could be made to the quality and presentation of the food.
Yvonne N — Google review
Great location with a lovely atmosphere — the music added a really nice touch. The wrap was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. However, I wasn’t too impressed with the opera cake, which could use a bit more balance in flavor and texture. Overall, a pleasant experience with good food and great ambiance.

My sister and I went here last Saturday, and I absolutely loved the ambiance. The live music playing at the lobby lounge in the evening made the atmosphere so soothing and enjoyable. When it comes to the food, I actually prefer it over what I’ve had at Edsa Shangri-La or The Fort. The taste was delightful, and the prices were more reasonable too. The whole experience felt private and relaxing—perfect for a quiet night out. However, I had to give a low rating for service. Despite pressing the buzzer several times, it took a while for the staff to respond, which was a bit frustrating.

Ate here with colleagues few months ago. Arrived around 2pm Food: Average expensive hotel food Service: Took one and a half hour for one of our orders to arrive despite several follow ups. Service water even took 1 hour before it was served. Atmosphere: Usual hotel lobby atmosphere Already sent a feedback to their email but did not receive a reply.

Had a working lunch. Very slow service. Food is average (either too bland or too salty), but takes at least 40 min to serve even though it was only at 30% capacity. And drinks (3 teas) took 20min to arrive. This seems to be the standard time as it happened 2 consecutive times. Many service staff but service was still very much lacking. AVOID this place if you plan to have a business lunch.
Rui W — Google review
Environment is really nice especially with the live music. However service was mediocre and seemed unorganized. Food was really disappointing. Pretty sure my sandwich was microwaved and it looked like a child plated it. Likely won’t ever return. Whoever is managing both the hotel and restaurants clearly dont care or are just clueless.

Conrad Manila is a luxurious hotel with chic rooms and suites that offer stunning bay views. The hotel, built by SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation, features a high-end retail space on its first two floors called SMaison, which includes fashion and food concepts as well as The Dessert Museum. The hotel's unique architecture resembles yachts on Manila Bay, and every room is equipped with modern technology and stylish amenities.
Our stay at Conrad Manila was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. As Hilton Members, we were pleasantly surprised and deeply appreciative of the complimentary room upgrade — it made our family trip even more special. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, showing genuine warmth and hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel itself is massive and impressive — modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Everything feels so luxurious and thoughtfully put together, from the grand lobby to the spacious rooms. The location is unbeatable, with a convenient connecting bridge to the Mall of Asia (MOA), which makes dining, shopping, and entertainment so accessible without ever having to worry about traffic. It’s truly one of the best perks of staying here. Breakfast was good with a decent variety — not the absolute best I’ve had, but definitely satisfying and enjoyable. Another small but important touch I appreciated was the validated parking, which made everything more seamless and stress-free, especially for families traveling with little ones. Overall, Conrad Manila delivers a top-tier experience that fully lives up to the Hilton brand name. The comfort, convenience, and attention to detail make it well worth the price. We’re already looking forward to coming back — thank you, Conrad Manila, for making our stay so memorable!

My family and I spent a night here. Room was spacious and the beds were very confortable. The room we stayed in had a long sofa and a good sized desk. The view from the room was amazing as it was overlooking Manila Bay. There were a few issues to be noted, namely; 1. The TV was not working but the front desk sent someone to fix it immediately. 2. The AC was set to a low temperature and there was no way to increase the room temp without having to turn off the AC. 3. Carpet was a bit dirty as our toddlers feet were a bit blackish after running around the room barefoot. These were not deal breakers as we had a very confortable and restful stay. I should mention that all the staff we encountered were very warm and helpful. Another added bonus is the hotel's proximity to key establishments. It has direct access to 2 malls and the seaside boulevard is just across the road from the hotel. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options around the hotel. It is also located fairly near the airport (about a 20 min drive with light traffic.

Special thanks to Ian from the Front Desk for the warm and smooth check-in, Chef Christian from Brasserie on 3 for the delicious dishes especially during the breakfast (he gave us fresh mangoes and dried fish), and Gideon and Christopher from the Pool Area for being so friendly and attentive. Their genuine service made my stay extra special. Conrad Manila truly delivers hospitality at its finest.

We stayed all over Manila as we came back to escort my mother-in-law after my father-in-law passed away, back to HONOLULU. We usually stay at the Kingsford, but as one night will do, it’s not what we’re typically accustomed to. We went to the Conrad, knowing that it has high standards as we stay at Hilton‘s across the world. We’re not hard to please, so want people to know we’re simple. we stayed at the Okada. We’ve stayed at city of dreams we’ve stayed at Manila Hotel, which I love the charm of old historic places, but I must say the staff at the Conrad was the best in all of our trip. We went to mainland China, and stayed in many hotels while there Still went back to A+++++ at the Conrad. I have a list of names I want to mention as they really stood out to us for their exceptional attention to detail, personality, and overall making you feel like ‘Ohana. From check-in to check-out, the service was absolutely impeccable. We stayed in July, and it genuinely felt like a VIP experience. We stayed at Raffles Makati for 3 days to celebrate our toddler’s birthday, while I was 8 months pregnant— so comfort was definitely a top priority! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with surprise birthday greetings and a cake at our suite for our little one. They even thought of giving me a maternity pillow (such a thoughtful touch!). The Suite we stayed in looked beautiful, spacious and clean. The butler service was amazing — super kind and attentive. They even made bubble baths for us, which our toddler absolutely loved. The afternoon tea and cocktails were a treat too, and the staff were always so accommodating, especially with our little one running around. Overall, it was such a pleasant, relaxing stay. We absolutely enjoyed our stay last September 12–13. We’ve stayed at Fairmont and Raffles Makati before, but this has by far been the most wonderful experience we’ve had. Although there have been some changes in the staff and some outlets, the service remains consistently excellent. All the staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with smiles. I’d like to especially recognize Sebastian, who warmly welcomed us during check-in and clearly explained the room details- he truly set the tone for our stay! The butlers were also exceptionally attentive and accommodating—if I recall correctly, their names were Kent and Marcelo. Awesome service from Mark of Front desk too. Raffles has been my husband’s top choice ever since his first stay in 2022, and this visit only reaffirmed that. Special thanks as well to Ms. Liz Palomique for the warm welcome—it made our return even more special. Definitely an awesome comeback!

We had the most wonderful experience in Raffles Manila. The hotel is like a home away from home. The lounge bar was especially exceptional. Cynt , Kim and Danica were all so attentive and helpful. The food was equally excellent. My husband and I have been traveling extensively and Raffles Makati is one of the best hotels we have experienced. I can highly recommend it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **An unforgettable weekend at Raffles Makati** I went to Raffles Hotel Makati with my partner for a weekend stay to celebrate his birth month — and it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel so welcomed and cared for. At the front desk, **Sir Mark Daniel** was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. He made check-in such a breeze and gave us such a warm first impression that we instantly felt at home. It was our first time at Raffles, and even their **standard room** was beyond expectations — spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and so relaxing. Honestly, photos don’t do it justice. It’s now officially my *number one hotel* in Manila. The **amenities** were fantastic, and the **food at Mirèio Restaurant** was absolutely superb — every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and full of flavor. Special mention to our butler, **Butler Isah**, who was an absolute angel. He prepared the most beautiful bubble bath with petals for me — such a thoughtful touch! He even took care of making up our room perfectly. Truly above and beyond service. And thank you as well to **Sir Erwin**, who helped with our luggage and was so kind and attentive. Our entire stay was *superb* from start to finish — luxurious yet personal, elegant yet heartwarming. No wonder I’m already planning my next stay. ✨

The best hotel/5 star hotel that we've stayed in so far. My GF and I weren't expecting much since being on a staycation spree you'd expect the usual from decent 4-5 star hotels and we got the Raffles artist suite at a pretty huge discount during the travel expo. But boy oh boy!, from the moment we stepped foot on Raffles we were greeted with the utmost impeccable service and timing. Kudos to Sir Mark and Butler Isah for their outstanding Kindness and professionalism as well as elevating hospitality into an art. A complimentary calamansi tonic drinks and mango delicacies are on the house upon are arrival at the suite. You could even request a butler to arrange a bubble bath spa type at a certain time via Whatsapp or their phone pager. Breakfast at Mirèio stands out as one the best ala carte breakfast dishes ever, specially the crepe. Mmmmm 🤤. Special mention to their gym facility and steam room/mineral pool located at the fairmont side. One of the best gyms I've worked out on from their complete equipment to free apples and water dispenser, I probably even hit a deadlift PR during my session, lol. The mineral pool is a sleeper, like literally you could relax and fell asleep in it, lol.

If you're on the hunt for an authentic Thai experience in Metro Manila, look no further than Chang Thai. This delightful establishment has made a name for itself with its six branches scattered across the bustling city, including locations in Kapitolyo, Poblacion, and Tomas Morato. Known for their affordable massage services that range from 500 to 1500 pesos, they also offer a soothing escape with operating hours extending from noon until 2 AM. But that's not all!
Filipinos love to eat salty and sweet food, but since foreigners have a lighter taste, the spiciness can be adjusted flexibly, and the salad dressing can be separated! The service attitude is good, and the customer will be replenished immediately if they don’t have water! The food is fresh, and I have visited many times There are few vegetable options in restaurants in the Philippines! And it’s expensive! I hope Chang Thai has stir-fried dishes in addition to salads!

First time eating at this spot yesterday and wow, I got surprised by the value for this! We ordered one Pad Thai and thought it might come out as lacking but when it was served, it was BIIIIIIG and for it's price, it's really really reasonable. The Pork spring rolls were okay, won't get it again cause it was also filled with noodles. But will try the Som Tum, catfish salad, and shrimp cakes next time. Their Mango sticky rice is probably one of my faves that I've tried anywhere else. It's notmovertky seeet, there's a level of umami, and the mangoes cut into it really well. Will 100% go back!

A small inconspicuous restaurant located away from the Makati high street area serving excellent & authentic Thai dishes. Had Pad Thai on my first visit. Tasted just like when you get it on the street stalls in Thailand - delicious! And it’s big, like it’s cooked for 2 persons. On my 2nd visit, had Larb Moo & it was stupendous! Brought back memories of my foster mum’s home cooked taste. The mango rice dessert was the grand finale for me - flavourful glutinous rice taste & sweet orange mango lathered it really thick coconut milk cream. Highly recommended! The place may look ordinary from the outside but it’s not about the place, it’s the food!

Chang Thai on Benavidez Street, Makati is now one of my favorite spots for truly authentic Thai food. Every dish tasted fresh and full of genuine Thai flavors. We had Chicken Pandan (really good), Tom Yum Goong (super delicious with just the right spice), and Pad Thai with Prawns (also good). But the stars of the night were the Green Curry with Chicken—so creamy and packed with flavor—and the Bagoong Rice with sweet pork, absolutely unforgettable. We ended with Mango Sticky Rice, also yummy, though we were already too full to finish. All that for ₱2,080, which feels like a steal for the quality and portions. If you’re craving real authentic Thai food in Makati, this place is a must-try!
Rhea C — Google review
Chang Thai is one of the few Thai restaurants that has served me food truly reminiscent of the flavors of Thailand. Their Pad Thai is exceptional — easily one of the best I’ve tried. It has the full spectrum of what Pad Thai should be: sweet, sour, salty, and savory, all working together in a balanced and deeply satisfying way. This is the kind of dish that sets the standard. The Pomelo Salad is another standout. It is refreshingly bright and unmistakably pomelo forward, allowing the natural fruitiness to shine through without being overshadowed by the dressing. Overall, Chang Thai delivers honest, flavorful Thai cuisine that stays true to its roots. For anyone serious about good Thai noodles, this Pad Thai might just become your new benchmark too.

Chang Thai in Makati is a hidden gem offering truly authentic Thai flavors. The Chicken Pad Thai was delicious with a perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the Mango Sticky Rice is an absolute must-try for dessert lovers. Good tasting fresh salads. The restaurant is small and cozy, tucked away from the busy streets, making it a peaceful spot to enjoy your meal. The place is also clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Thai food! Prices are fair.
Austin G — Google review
This place is run by a Thai chef so expect that this caters to Thai people’s taste. My Thai friend brought me here as this is the legit Thai food you’ll get in the Philippines. She said other Thai restaurants do Filipino style but not this one and, it is really on point - perfection. Food is just the same as I had when I was in Thailand, be careful though of the spice. You may request to tone it down if you’re not that used to it. Overall it was a good experience
Nuo-En — Google review
Chang Thai serves up a mix of hits and misses in their offerings, capturing some authentic flavors while falling short in others. The Pad Thai stood out with its good texture—sticky, yet with the right consistency—and the bean sprouts added a delightful crunch and astringency, enhancing the overall taste profile. The Kra Pao Pork was another win, seasoned and paired excellently with rice for a satisfying meal. The Catfish Salad also impressed with its generous portion, easily serving 3 to 4 people, making it a solid choice for groups looking to share a flavorful dish. However, not everything at Chang Thai met expectations. The Tom Yum, a beloved Thai soup known for its bold flavors, was disappointingly mild and not sour enough, lacking the usual punch that makes this dish a favorite. Similarly, the Chicken Satay needed more seasoning, and the accompanying peanut sauce was somewhat bland, detracting from what could have been a flavorful skewer

I will not recommend this massage spa. The massage therapist that was assigned to me fell asleep while massaging me, I can hear her snoring for multiple times to the point that he stop massaging. She did not offer also Tea after the massage and not put my feet in the warm water before getting started. Totally different from what my friends experience to their MT. When i got home I got sick because the therapist put too much pressure on my back that cause me Back pain She even told to my friends that I was sleeping coz I was the last to get out of the room. PS : I hope the management take care of this Therapist. It will affect the store and the reputation of the store.

The place is great for relaxing and swimming for the family or friends. The food selections are also good here. Can be very busy during peak hours. And you have to wait for your turn to go in. Some lifeguards or person attending the pool area needs to be more attentive and alert. Some of them are just standing on the stairs doing nothing. Overall experience is ok.

WORST MASSAGE EVER. DON’T COME HERE. It all started with the booking when I messaged through their website. I never received any confirmation of the appointment and had to call directly since we were on a time crunch. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes before starting. When wife and I were shown the room there wasn’t any clear direction on what to do. The therapist kept going in and out of the room and seemed not prepared. They were lucky my wife knew what to do. Once the massage started the therapist seemed rushed in her technique it didn’t feel relaxing at all. I didn’t feel the experience and quality of the massage was worth what we paid. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THIS PLACE IS TRASH.
Elvin E — Google review
Everything was wonderful other than the front desk Manager’s attitude. For being a hospitality and wellness service, she has zero professionalism and is very unwelcoming. I recommend this place for a great massage but try to ignore the front desk manager.

Pristine, relaxing and quiet interiors. Expert and heavy hands from my most capable therapist Nikki. All in all, a most well-worth it experience as a break from a busy day of a conference. The only complaint: I should have booked a longer massage! Nakakabitin sa sarap ng massage! 😄😁
Enrique C — Google review
This was the least relaxing massage experience of my life. Where do I even begin? The massage therapist did not feel like a caring person in any way - the whole thing was aggressive and rushed (despite it being a 3 hour treatment). The room was cold, and the scrub part of the treatment was hastily applied, freezing cold and slimy… just a horrible experience. The shower we went into to remove the scrub had no hot water, I was shivering when I went back into the freezing massage room. The rest of the massage was equally rushed and aggressive, the therapist scratched me with the edge of the heated gel pack multiple times, I almost got up and left the massage at that point. She was listening to music in her headphones that I could hear loudly, clashing with the spa music, ruining any morsel of ambience that may have been present. To top it off, she burped out loud 3 times during the treatment… I’ve never experienced anything like it. I’d rate 0 stars if I could. Ps. You’ll notice almost every 5* review on here is from an account that has only ever left 1 review. Highly suspicious.

Receptionist was very nice and assisted us the moment we walked through their door. We were offered refreshments while waiting. We were ushered to our designated rooms. Clean and spacious. Assigned therapist to me really worked on my back. I knew from the start it'll be difficult cause I myself can feel the knots. After an hour and half, I stood up feeling lighter and better. We were offered refreshments as well after the massage. Will definitely comeback here.

Kerry Sports Manila is the largest indoor sports complex in the Philippines, located inside Shangri-la The Fort. This luxurious two-story gym offers a spacious environment with top-notch facilities including a full basketball court, treadmills, and a free weights section. It's an ideal place for fitness enthusiasts and those looking for a high-end workout experience. Additionally, it's suggested that Kerry Sports should consider offering Ballroom DanceSport classes to cater to dance enthusiasts in the area.
Hands down the best gym facility in Manila. It has a full-size basketball court, hot tub & sauna in the female change room, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge in the men's change room. They've got tennis courts, a full-size pool, racquet courts, yoga rooms, and every piece of equipment you can think of. My son and I love using this facility whenever a check in to Shangri-La the Fort. You won't find a better gym than this.

It's such a privilege to have Kerry Sports be the operator of the gym located inside Shangri-la The Fort. It has 2 storeys, which is great because everything is so extremely spacious, and vibes are extremely luxurious. They have a lot of treadmills, but also the free weights section of the gym is where you'll find quite a few people. I'm most impressed by the fact that they actually have a full basketball court inside the gym area. For a hotel that welcomes NBA stars, I can see why a basketball court would be a necessity, but it's just a mind blowing experience through and through.

Nice gym, but: They always have people with their phones out in the locker room areas. Phones pointing at random people. I don't believe that they not taking photos at least some of the time. Regardless, they are breaking the rules having phones out all the time. They need someone to check in the locker areas and make sure people stop using their cell phones non stop. It's the most annoying and avoidable thing they can fix.

My sister checked in the hotel and I was a guest. Playing in the basketball court is only free for main guests while other guests were required to pay some amount. I got a very nice deal 299peso for 60mins Swedish massage. The woman name Marisol did it very well. They also have in house promo and member card. Cheap and clean. I will definitely come back
Tran T — Google review
After my great experience at EDSA extension branch, I'd thought about giving Arnaiz a try. I was not disappointed! My massage was given by Jamila. Her massage was a bit different as other swedish massages than I'm used to, but it was really great. Her strokes were long, strong, and slow. Especially the slow strokes I'm not used to but they felt really good. Also she knew to find all the sweet spots, I believe she knows exactly what she is doing. My calves got quite some extra attention, I didn't ask for it, but I love a good massage on my calves. Many masseuses don't give them the attention they need so I was really pleased with that. The rest of the massage was equally as good. Why 4 stars would you ask? His has nothing to do with the massage, however at other establishments I'm used to start with a foot bath and finish with a drink, like some tea. Neither was offered here. The establishment was fine and the bed was comfortable, but the room itself was really warm, a bit too much for me. Anyways, I will still come back when I'm around! Edit: Came back for Jamila today, my calves are as new again. Sorry for disturbing your lunch break.
Quinten S — Google review
I tried a voucher from Stardeals for my first massage. I noticed some red spots and rashes on my legs after my massage. They may have bed bugs or I could be allergic to their massage oil. The masseuse was very rushed with her movements and left some nail scratches on my arms.
Anna L — Google review
Dirt cheap and you get what you pay for. They will accommodate your only booking if you pay directly. But once you tell them you have a voucher to redeem, they will change their tune and say you need to make reservations first because they don’t have an available massage therapist at the moment. PS I only go to this place because it’s cheap. The service is meh, been here a few times since pandemic.
Katrina — Google review
I availed the 30mins express back massage. It started okay but because of whatever reason they changed the masseuse to another one who doesn't seem to know what he was doing. And to add to that, she was breathing so loud instead of being relaxed, I feel so irritated and pissed off.

One of the best Swedish massages I've ever had! We got the 90-minute Swedish + herbal balls. All 3 of us agreed the massage was really good! The therapists were polite. My therapist consistently applied my desired pressure from head to toe. The herbal balls were a good addition to the hand massage. The spa smelled clean, too. Parking might be difficult as they only have 2 slots and the road to the basement is pretty narrow. You might want to park somewhere near instead, like Greenbelt. We've decided we'll come back soon!

We had a good massage when we first tried this place, hence the 3-star instead of 1-star which today's experience should have merited. So today we were reserved at 8pm. And we waited for over 30 mins at reception while listening to the receptionist on a long personal video call with someone. Then after we followed up, we were given slippers and brought to the massage area around 8:40pm. Then we waited again. With no one attending to us, at 9pm we decided to get dressed and just go back home. Disappointing experience today. Poor customer service.

Crown Garden Spa in Quezon City is the ultimate destination for a professional and deeply relaxing massage experience. The spa offers a variety of massage services, including Swedish, hot stone, Shiatsu, Thai massages, and body scrubs using different natural ingredients like papaya, chocolate, coffee, and green tea. The ambiance is designed to provide utmost serenity with luxurious massage tables surrounded by tranquil music and soothing lighting.
Very accommodating employees even outside the premises while waiting outside the guy approached us to stay and sit inside his store while waiting for the place to open since me and my sis got there earlier than scheduled, very appreciated place, relaxing ambience and the price is cheap, the massage is very relaxing and satisfying.. you deserve the rating..

i really appreciate the nail tech's effort and she was so kind! however, the quality of the work and facilities is really not worth the price. The receptionist was also very dismissive and seems to be more interested with her phone than assisting customers. will still try to come back to see if they can improve their soft gel extension services.

loved the massage we had here in Crown Garden Spa! don’t be fooled by its simple facade because their services compensate for it! the inside smells amazing. we had a welcome drink — ginger tea! super good. we were then called for the washing of the feet (hehe) before going to the massage room. we enjoyed it! the receptionist and therapists are all accommodating. ms nicole, the owner, is very helpful too! place can get packed on weekends so be sure to message them on facebook:)

very professional. I had my appointment early so the sauna wasn't ready. but they let me stay much longer. I got the chocolate body scrub and mask, 2 hrs deep massage, mani and pedi, and 1 hr reflexolgy. overall, it was amazing...especially with the price. totally worth it. 👌❤️👏

Great location. It is situated alongside Kamuning Rd, where a lot of jeep routes pass through. Had the foot massage, the scalp rejuvenation and the basic facial, all for 945PHP. Will definitely return.

Awful experience. Staff was low-key discriminating. They didn't even bring me any beverage after asking me what I'd like to drink and clearly prioritised people who came in pairs and availed a more expensive service. I always try out the minimum service I could find in a new place to weigh if I'd come back or not and this place left me in the waiting area with nothing while attending to the other guests. Ruined my afternoon and for sure I will NEVER be going back to this place.

This spa is so underrated. Dinadayo talaga namin sya QC because they offer best massage and pampering services worth the money. If you really wanted to be relaxed, try their affordable spa services. Favorite namin yung Package D for couples. The rejuvenating scalp treatment is highly recommended. This is the only spa na nakakatulog kami.

EDIT: A day or so ago, I wrote a review about my not so rosy experience at Crown Garden Spa. It was not all bad but it wasn't good either. After the review went up, the owner of the spa reached out to me and I must say she does value her business and her customers. I was probably never going back to the spa ever again but after interacting with her I think Crown Garden Spa does deserve a second shot from me and I will give it that. This review is specifically for how well the Crown Garden Spa owner handled my review and communicated the steps they would take to fix the issues I raised. I am amazed by the grace and sophistication with which Crown Garden Spa handled my review. The owner did her best to make me feel valued and I felt that my opinion mattered. She did not try to make me feel bad or in any way undermine how I felt about my treatment. She was respectful of both my feelings and how I chose to express them. Because of the level of respect that the spa owner showed me over the last few days, I have no choice but to concede that Crown Garden Spa has high customer care standards and whatever happened with me was probably just one of those random once off experiences that happen. Sometimes all people what when situations go bad is for someone to take responsibility and acknowledge mistakes were made and then take steps to fix whatever went wrong. You did that. Thank you and I trust I will see you soon. ***********FIRST REVIEW************ We arrived at the spa about 15 minutes early, filled out the contact tracing forms, had our temperature taken and our hands sanitized. To start, we were asked to take off our clothes and put on disposable underwear and a dressing gown then head to the sauna. We also got slippers to replace our shoes. The sauna is a dry sauna and it does the job. We were in the sauna for 20 minutes and we loved it. 5 stars for the sauna. After the sauna we had a body scrub and everything was chocolate scented. The chocolate face mask felt and looked like real chocolate. It was perfect. I will give a 5 star rating for the scrub because everything was on point. After the scrub we went to shower. My shower had a bed in it that was put in for storage. It was leaning against the wall. It in no way affected my shower because the shower is large but because I am claustrophobic I kept thinking it would fall on me. The lady who showed us the shower did apologize for the presence of the bed in the shower. The shower looked clean, the shampoo and shower gel smelled nice. The water pressure was a little weak so it took forever to wash the scrub off. I will give the shower experience 4 stars After the shower we had the signature massage, ear candling and scalp rejuvenation. However - I have to note that after the shower we were so cold our teeth were chattering. And being only in underwear, drapped in a sheet did not help. I would recommend on cold rainy days maybe a heater for just 3 - 5 minutes because I think being cold is what ruined everything else for me. The signature massage was a nightmare for me. It was terrible and painful. I asked for moderate pressure but I felt like I was being massaged by a sumo wrestler. I did not comment on the pain for the first few minutes because I thought the lady doing the massage would ask me if the pressure was fine or if I was comfortable but she never did. 1 star for the massage I have never had ear candling or scalp rejuvenation before but what we had was bad. I will give 1 star for the ear candling and 1 star for the scalp rejuvenation. The whole experience was pointless for us. After the treatments we were still very cold and the ginger tea they offered helped a bit. The tea was a little too strong for me but my husband loved it. The first few sips are so strong you feel like coughing your lungs out but if you breathe the ginger in, after a minute you get to appreciate the flavor. I would try it again because it both assaulted and intrigued me. 5 stars for the tea. All the same - thanks for the experience Crown Garden Spa team.

The service provided at Asian Massage was excellent, with the therapist intuitively knowing where to target without needing explicit instructions. The massage was incredibly soothing and almost brought about sleep. This establishment in Manila is highly recommended for anyone seeking a two-hour massage, as the Swedish technique employed by the skilled male therapist was executed flawlessly. The pressure applied was firm and expertly relieved tension throughout the body. While it may be relatively more expensive than other regular spas, the relaxation experienced made it worthwhile.
This is really one of the best place for 2 hours massage in Manila. I did Swedish massage for 2 hours and the male therapist did it really great. Hard pressure and cracking my body in a professional way. I would definitely recommend this place for those who want to be get a great massage.

Went on a rainy Thursday night. Me and my friend preferred male massage therapists but only one is available at the time. Luckily, they have another branch nearby and they had somene come over. Massage is decent. Place is a bit small. The massage area has a total of 6 beds with spaces between them and separated with thick curtains. Water in toilet was not working at the time but they offered to fetch water from the other floors. Still a good experience overall.

Got their home services for 2 hrs. The masseus is kind but that doesnt mean their service is good. They need to retain their masseus as it is not working for the clients anymore.

I had in room massage, very good, no hint of hanky lanky, just a great therapeutic massage at P300 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. The masseuse was on time, very polite and professional. Because of this, I used their service in Cebu and it was the same great experience.

Inocencio T — Google review
My wife and I had a signature spa treatment (2hr) on June 25, 2017 at approx 10pm. While my Masseuse was great, my wife's masseuse fell asleep multiple times during her session. Also there was so much talking and laughing in the lobby which ruined the relaxing element of a massage. What really made it worse was the security guard was asleep while we were outside waiting for our Grab ride in a very dark area. This was our only negative experience during our 1 week visit in the Philippines. I don't normally give negative reviews if I see effort or honest mistakes were made but this was just flat out unsatisfactory.
Rod L — Google review
Cozy place! They operate 24/7 so you wont really dont have to worry about getting there to no avail. The prices are reasonable for their service. I experienced their Shiatsu and Swedish. So far, I can say that their masseus are experienced. They don't give you complimentary drinks, yes, but that's okay! What they'd do after the massage is to rub you with a hot towel to help you remove excess oil used in the massage. Helps you wakes up too and feel refreshed!

Its doesn’t work if you call them to book services early. A guy told me need to wait them call back because he needs to check that dates guests , but we have WAITED for 6 HOURS and no one call back so I call them AGAIN by myself , then they told me that date was FULL appointment ^^ I HAVE NO IDEA WHY DON’T YOU JUST TELL ME TODAY IS NOT AVAILABLE DIRECTLY ? It’s really magic you guys insist call back to your guests but actually you guys DON’T remember it at all ?????

The place is neat and smells nice. And the therapist knows what she is doing. Although it is a small place, we (2) were the only ones there. It felt intimate and private. Better visit early (daytime). I was told it gets full during the late hours.

I availed massage and the european facials which was on the pricey side. Would have loved the service had the staff told me what was being applied on my face and what purpose it serves. It was just application after application and I had to ask what was being done as of the moment.

Staff were very friendly, warm and approachable from booking until I left the building. They were very respectful as well. I really enjoyed their swedish massage. This spa is highly recommended. If u wanna go there avoiding the crowd, best time will be 1-3pm .

Took my mom and cousin here for my last night in the Philippines, the service was fantastic! Friendly staff who patiently arranged my bookings through intermittent WiFi and malfunctioning international phone numbers and got us in on short notice, and very talented and professional masseurs. Overall decor and atmosphere was quite pleasant and relaxing, with even the premier rooms separated by curtains. With four wonderfully scented oils to choose from, all three of us enjoyed the Aramesh Signature Massage! I'll definitely be back! Edit: I highly recommend potential visitors take a look at trip advisor or Facebook. Don't just take my word for it!

Highly recommended! Affordable rates and different selections for massages. Therapists are trained and they adjust well to their client’s needs. They also have systematic appointments to avoid customers waiting for a long time but they also entertain walk-ins as long as there is an available therapist. I will definitely come back. 💯💆🏻‍♀️

When we were looking for a place where we could get a Sports Massage in Manila, I chanced upon Timeout Sports & Medical Massage in Google Search. They had pretty good ratings saying that the sports massage was a reco. We tried it for ourselves -- I had the Deep Massage while my boyfriend had the Sports Massage. The 1 hour massage was quality all through out and the hot stone in the end was a bonus. The price is right for the experience + the place is Wazeable, clean, cool, and without the smell of strong oils. The staff and masseuse were very friendly too. Will definitely come back 😊

The Bluewater Day Spa is a great place to get a massage. It is very clean, and the service is great. The Ventosa massage is amazing, and the Filipino massage with hot pack is also good. The only downside is that the bed was noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the massage fully.
It was a great! The ameneties were good and the massage area were relaxing. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The services were worth the money. The security guard on first floor should lessen his grumpiness for people who inquire about the spa. Despite that, I will visit & recommend this with my friends 👍🏼

Decent spa for a pricey service. Plus points for the public theatre area that you can access when you avail their foot massages. Massages are decent too, and they close late. I just feel there are a lot of better value options in the area but this place is okay when bringing lots of friends along.
Clint C — Google review
Just to give my feedback about the massage service I received last April 27, 2025. We’ve been getting massages at Bluewater Spa for a long time because of the good service you provide relative to the price. In short, even if it’s a bit pricey, the service quality you give has always been worth it. But lately — including my last massage with you and the one tonight — the service seems to have gotten poor. 1. It felt like I wasn’t massaged at all. 2. I didn’t feel the massage on my feet (this was supposed to be a full body massage). Even though I was dozing off, I could still tell whether I was being massaged or not. Of course, I need to be sure that I’m still getting the service even if I’m sleepy or asleep. 3. There was barely any oil used on my body this time. In my previous sessions, there was so much oil that I would even need to ask for a wet towel to wipe it off. But this time, it really felt like they skimped on it. 4. The therapist couldn’t apply much pressure during the massage. I always request a female therapist because I prefer a moderate amount of pressure — not too much that it feels like my body is beaten up after. But this time, I barely felt any pressure even though I kept mentioning it. And when there was some pressure, it would quickly fade away. It felt like the therapist was tired or just wanted to go home. 5. I also noticed the therapist kept leaving the room. Normally, they only step out when getting the hot pack, but this time she kept leaving. I don’t know for what reason. 6. Lastly, there was no interaction at all. Usually, they at least ask if the massage and pressure are okay, or if I’m still comfortable. Every time I’ve been to Bluewater Spa before, they always checked. It’s much better that way because it shows they’re attentive to their work. But this time, it felt like the therapist just wanted to get it over with. Just to add: My nephew also complained that her therapist was stopping and pausing a lot, like they were just killing time instead of actually doing the massage properly. Please, Bluewater Spa — I hope your service improves next time. We paid the full price (and it’s not cheap at over ₱1.3K+ for our favorite massage “Filipino Traditional Massage” for 90mins), but I feel like we didn’t get the full experience we were expecting. This time, I would honestly give you 2 stars for the service. I feel like my money was wasted. I hope you can fix these issues moving forward.
Ringgo D — Google review
The reception has a bad service attitude. They make me feel like I owe them money and they're impatient with us. Masseuse attitude is OK, but not very enthusiastic service, but the massage technique is good. The environment inside is clean and comfortable. If the reception were better and the masseuse more welcoming, we'd want to go back.
Ling S — Google review
Amazing! Attentive staff, complete amenities, clean space, spacious parking lot, etc. Not the bestest massage I'veexperienced, but for sure it's somewhere up there - the total package is worth it.

The 90-min Filipino massage was superb.

The experience was underwehlming. We had foot spa at the theatre room. The room was very dark so I felt that the attendant can't really see what they're doing. In the end, all of us were unhappy as the service was unsatisfactory. Not worth for the price paid. Plus, this was the only spa that asked us to pay first before the service.

I had a good experience. I had the 1.5hrs swedish massage (650) and it was relaxing. The massage therapist also listened when I requested her to adjust the pressure. There's just no light at all in the room. They also wash the feet before the massage which is good.

The Podium branch is particularly popular for its clean facilities and excellent customer service. Guests can enjoy a range of services such as massages and aromatherapy treatments in well-appointed rooms with amenities like steam showers and jacuzzis.
I recently visited The Spa at The Podium, and it was a truly rejuvenating experience. The spa's serene suites provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior of the rooms. The masseuse's skills were exceptional, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The combination of the tranquil ambiance, spacious rooms, and skilled masseuse made my visit to The Spa at The Podium a memorable one. If you're in need of some self-care and relaxation, I highly recommend this place.

We availed the Refreshing Start and upgraded to their Premier Suite/Villa. We selected the Aroma Scalp and Foot Scrub aside from the massage. We were assisted to the room, and we informed them that we would use their amenities before we start our massage. We have our own steam shower and jacuzzi on our room. The massage is great! After the massage is the other services included on the package. I thought that the Aroma Scalp is like those that I've seen online where our hair is like being rinse with water. That would be very relaxing, but what we got is another massage focused on our scalp. Its kinda redundant because part of the main massage is our scalp as well. It also made my hair oily. Next is our foot scrub which I love. We took a bath after the service because my hair is oily. Their heater is not easy to manage. You could only have either cold or boiling hot water. After showering, I was expecting that I could dry my hair since they have hairblower, but it was the weakest hairblower that I've used. I wasn't able to dry my hair. Overall it was a good experience. Bit overprice with those amenities and the limited time with no food.
Rona E — Google review
I expected a lot more given the PhP 3500+ I paid but I guess The Spa hasn't quite picked up with the times. Staff was really nice and accommodating although the massage itself was just sad. I got the mind and flow but I wouldn't recommend this. Maybe that's why I haven't read any reviews about it online. More of just pressing the body using therapist weight and long strokes using whole hands/palms instead of focusing on finger pressure. Plus the oil they used for the head....the supposedly most relaxing part but omg the oil was too hot and just focused on one area on my head. Imagine oil dripping on just the tip of your forehead for 5 minutes instead of evenly distributing it. It wasn't relaxing at all :( amenities for the price you pay is also a rip off. Toiletries available were like from a 2 star hotel. Shampooed three times to try and get all of the oil out but it wouldn't. Hair was still oily. Hair dryer was so weak too. Hope they could improve on at least massage itself

We tried the one in Podium. The massage is fantastic no complaint. But I think, it's an overcharge package. We paid P 1700/ person for an hour Swedish massage. It's better if the facilities usage is really worth it from the 2x price difference from Nuat Thai. The only facility is a shower where shampoo is not even provided and shower / bathtub in the room that was given to my sister are both not working so they even have to use our room for shower which timed for 10mins only.
Mylene S — Google review
The best The Spa branch for me! The Massage is superb, and the room temperature is just right. Room looks new too compared to BGC branch. A bit pricey, swedish massage costs 2000php in premier suite (inclusive of shower, sauna and jacuzzi for 30 minutes)
HELENE A — Google review
It was a good experience for me. The person in the front desk was pleasant. I arrived earlier than my reservation, and they allowed me to get a massage earlier since there were available slots. The shower was also nice, the water flowed very smoothly and strong. The person who gave the massage also was good and asked if the strength she used was okay. Overall a pleasant experience. I can't comment on the price though since I got it as a gift.
Aud S — Google review
Unprofessional service. Overpriced. Not a premium experience given the expensive price. Cheaper massage parlors are better.

Spa
Quan Spa, located on the 2nd floor of the Marriott Hotel, is dedicated to restoring the body through natural ingredients and the powerful benefits of spring water. The spa's ethos focuses on nourishing overall well-being and offers an immersive experience to discover one's truest and most tranquil state of being.
Nestled quietly in the Manila Bay Area, Quan Spa at the Marriott Manila is an unassuming gem that surpasses expectations of luxury and relaxation. Unlike other high-end spas that prioritize aesthetic grandeur, Quan Spa offers an oasis of tranquility—perfect for both locals and travelers seeking respite. Calling at 4 PM during the bustling holiday season, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodating service. John, from Marriott’s front desk, not only secured a same-day slot but made the entire booking process effortless. Opting for the 3.5-hour ultimate package, I discovered this was the best decision I could have made before my long-haul flight. Starting with a serene soak in a private Jacuzzi, I was immediately impressed by the thoughtful details: personal vanity sets, spacious lockers, and seamless storage for my carry-on luggage. The experience included an indulgent Oatmeal and Milk Scrub and a custom deep tissue massage, all executed with precision and care. The oat and milk scrub, crafted in-house, left my skin silky and subtly sweet—reminiscent of a luxurious breakfast. Jelly, my therapist, was exceptional. Her expertise in both technique and attentiveness set her apart, creating a deeply relaxing, tailored experience. The spa’s high standards extend to every detail: pristine linens, fragrant toiletries, and an enviable dual-slipper setup (no shared footwear worries here). The privacy of the en-suite shower added to the exclusivity, letting me transition effortlessly between treatments without interruption. Quan Spa’s true luxury lies in its flexibility and unhurried approach. The staff’s willingness to customize treatments and their genuine care elevate this hidden gem to a league of its own. Whether it’s Jelly’s therapeutic touch or the promise of a soon-to-launch chocolate scrub, Quan Spa delivers indulgence on every level. For discerning guests and frequent flyers, this is the ultimate pre-flight sanctuary. If you’re in Manila, Quan Spa isn’t just a visit—it’s a must.

As someone who has had spa experiences all over—including luxury spots like the Four Seasons in the U.S.—I can confidently say this was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Hands down. My masseuse, Joy, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was intentional and purposeful with every part of the massage, taking her time and providing a level of care that you can truly feel. Honestly, it felt like the session went beyond the 60 minutes—it was that thorough and relaxing. It was a solid 10/10 experience. I’m already planning to go back for another massage and a body scrub before I leave in a couple of days. Also, not sure why I’ve seen comments about the price—because for the quality of service you receive, it is very reasonably priced. And the honey lemon ginger tea with a cookie at the end? The perfect touch.

Had a relaxing experience at Quan Spa in Manila Marriott Hotel. The ambience is amazing — calm, elegant, and I love their distinctive scent that instantly makes you feel relaxed. I arrived early for my appointment, and they were kind enough to let me start ahead of schedule. They also served ginger tea before and after my treatment, which I really enjoyed. My massage therapist, Mika, was excellent — very skilled and attentive. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the overall experience was definitely worth it.

Wow! Genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. My bf and I got the deep relaxation massage for 90 minutes. I was super sore from a week of workouts and the therapist knew what muscles to massage. I also prefer a stronger pressure and she was able to adjust. The whole spa looks big and fancy and I got a shared room with my bf. Room is fully equipped with 2 showers, toilet, and all toiletries you could need. Ginger tea after the massage was also good. It was an overall great experience. It’s pricier than most massage (our bill was ₱5,000+ after club marriott membership discount) but it was so worth it!

Located inside Marriott Hotel (2nd floor). Top notch ambiance and service, albeit a bit pricey (about 4500php/pax for a 60 minute massage). Masseurs are very well trained, they sure know what they're doing, though I noticed the masseurs here are a bit old (I guess the average is around 45yrs old) We always avail their Embrace package, priced at 11,300php for 2 pax. It includes a private jacuzzi dip for 30 minutes, coffee scrub, and massage :-)

Best way to spend a 10 hr layover in Manila before a 12 hour flight. We walked from MNL T3 and hung out in the facilities for an hour before our relaxing massage. Service was excellent. Facilities were clean and modern. Price was very reasonable.

I had a wonderful massage, body scrub, scalp massage, and foot reflexology. Excellent therapists, very friendly and pleasant staff, very nice treatment rooms, and nice clean facilities.

I had a 2 hours massage at this spa. There were 15 extra minutes of steam room usage since I was a hotel guest. The masseuse was really good, and she knew exactly what was required to help with my issues. Definitely a must visit if you are staying at the hotel.

Had a 90mins therapeutic session but the masseur is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Waste of money. No strength. Ask for harder strength and she start asking for tips. Lack of masseur as well. Good private room environment, thats about it. If you would like come here, please don’t get Maira.

Nice place to relax at lucky china town, but the massage theraphist here is kinda late to assist us they don't check if their customers is done changing clothes we always follow up that we're done and they can now start massage.
Zhayne T — Google review
Basic massage. Really cheap but I don’t think they are qualified…after the whole body massage my partner had blood clot… maybe it was just random thing maybe no…
Lilex L — Google review
Always follow your instincts. Before going in, I already had the feeling thay I shld look around first at the other wellness spas before having that massage at Numi. Ms Cathy was good, though not exceptional, for the P900 massage I paid for. However, what happened after my massage completely ruined the zen feeling of "wellness". After my procedure, I was given 5 minutes to rest then I could get up slowly. I stood up, was about to put my clothes back while feeling the good vibes effect of the massage when all of a sudden, I saw the curtain being pulled back and an attendant clicking on a switch on the wall while I was still half naked! Fuming at that invasion of my privacy, I quickly put on the rest of my clothes and confronted the front desk. I asked for the name of that rude attendant. She came up and "told" me that I didnt hear her say she was coming in. My point is - my cubicle was dark and the curtains were closed, meaning someone was inside - why did you enter? The said attendant said I did not hear her say she will enter - precisely! If I did not hear you utter those words, then why did you come in? Did I say yes? NO! Of course the other personnel tried to calm me and reason out but I will not come to this place again. I would advise all other customers to seek the wellness centers at the upper floors or maybe find a nearby NUAT THAI instead of coming to this place. You might get an attendant who, instead of just saying sorry that she entered a closed cubicle without permission, will say you, the customer, did not hear her say she will enter and you are one who is wrong. Massage from Ms Cathy is a 4 while customer service is a 2.

Spa
Le Spa at Sofitel offers a luxurious and cozy atmosphere with modern, sleek designs and accommodating staff. The spa seamlessly blends French and Filipino influences to create a tranquil sanctuary with beautiful interiors. Guests can enjoy the popular Filipino Pride Hilot Secret massage for relaxation. Visitors celebrating special occasions may receive complimentary access to sauna, steam rooms, and jacuzzi. The spa also provides aromatic essential oils for a relaxing experience.
I booked their 90 minutes Aruba massage. Staff is very friendly and professional. At the beggining they gave me a document to fill out where I could mark if I had any alergies, surgeries and if I want massage to be focused on certain parts of body and also I could chose if I want low, medium or high pressure massage. So that was good. Masseuse was also very nice and professional. She spoke good english. Room was clean, big and music inside was nice. The only downside would be that it seemed quite cold to me inside the room but maybe that is just personal feeling. Other then that general experience was very good and I booked another massage two days after.

When we booked for an overnight stay in Manila's 5-star luxury hotel to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary, we are given a complimentary access to the sauna and steam rooms as well as their jacuzzi. I felt like a queen! Indulging myself with this luxurious facilities of this hotel. The time I entered the room ( with the steam, sauna & jacuzzi) there was no attendant at the time. The room was filled with soothing, aromatic essential oils, that was so fragrant making me so relax. The room was so neat & well organized, all the things you need from towel, lotions, powders, shower cups, slippers, cotton buds, shower cups & locker with password lock. Even thoug Im alone in this room, overall the facility is very good. I felt relaxed & rejuvenated mind & body. Maybe next time I can enjoy this experience with my hubby in just one room (need to add P3000 to enjoy the spa together)
