Absolutely in love with the cake I ordered! It was a lot of fun during the interview decorating process because they really are so detail oriented and really paid attention to all the little detail! 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Aside from their cute cakes, their chocolate truffles are our favorite. It's also available daily so you don't have to order in advance. I hope they can have a cafe / bakery soon.

Finally able to try their chocolate bonbon bento cake for personal consumption. It was just the right amount of sweetness and also their designs are cute and well drawn. I think the price has increased from the last time I ordered. I know some other place na hindi ganun kamahal for a bento size cake and mas masarap pa. Maybe Aegyo is using a different kind of chocolate which is pricier. Only pre ordered cakes and for pick up. Medyo strict sila when it comes to schedule for pick up. Also, changes in design not allowed once na-check out and paid online. This is a minus point for me, they're not too flexible since online ordering system ang gamit nila.

I’m happy with your great after sales. Yung iba kasi after delivering the food basta paid na, hindi na ineentertain. Also, super sarap ng cakes niyo. The mangoes are super fresh and sweet! Di lang yung sa top pero pati yung mangoes in between. Yung sponge cake itself is also fluffy and soft, mamon-like! We love how creamy the frosting is as well. Overall, yung tamis is balanced lang kasi yung sweetness is from the mangoes itself and nagcocompliment yung creaminess ng frosting. Sainte Anne’s cakes are worth the hype and worth the price! 💛

the place/ambiance is so solemn. better to use a motorcycle for easy parking (street parking) we ordered the white chocolate cake, it's delicious. the garlic cream cheese is superb! ❤️ however, the tiramisu drink here is too strong lol better to let the ice melt first before drinking it. i just don't like the service here, cause the cashier is busy on her phone talking with someone before she took our orders lol and it took at least 20mins for our orders to be served lol 😆🫠 but, will revisit the other branch 😂

Love the location. Situated in a serene place in the heart of Makati City. I recommed this place if you wanted to have a "Me" time. Well lighted, well ventilated. Various bread, and patries to choose from. Cakes and desserts are well presented that by looking at it will make you salavitate. Cozy place to be alone for a while while eating a biscuit and enjoying a drink of your favorite hot chocolate or coffee. The price is very competetive.

FINALLY, Hizon's ( and the cafe inside named Za's) are open for dine in! Their cakes and pastries are still the best and consistent! Got their two of their Ensaymada, one with cheddar and one with quezo. Their Dinner rolls and Raisin bread are sooooo fluffy and good! Foods from Za's are still yummy and consistent all these years. Had my all time favorites like Spaghetti with meatballs, Club sandwich and Grilled Pork Chops with Apple sauce. This is one of my comfort food place and food is soooo worth it! The staff have and are always nice and friendly.

I find the prices high for their products in reference to the taste. The ensyamada is 150 pesos for one piece. 360 for 6 pcs small egg rolls. They taste good. But nothing super special IMHO.

narrow streets and limited street parking .. not a big problem if you will do a quick order and takeout. The mocha cake which costs php1600 is their best seller. Other types of cakes like the chocolate cake must be pre ordered.

Extremely unsatisfactory service received from the staff especially from Ms. Grace. There was a misunderstanding between their order taker and the kitchen and they tried to blame it on the customer even if it was their shortcoming. We were asked to pick up our order that moment but when pick up arrived, they insisted that our order is not yet for pickup at that time. They did not apologize nor admitted to having said misunderstanding and even threatened to cancel our order. Very disappointing considering we've been long time customers of Hizon's. Maybe they're already drowning in orders kaya wala nang paki sa isang order or isang customer. Considering pa that we even bought multiple items. Will not buy again and will not recommend to buy anymore. As for the food, it's as expected. It's a shame we're turned away by the brand's service.

The place gives you a homey feel, with a touch of class that is not over bearing. With a lot of history. Food is great but what I love is the sweetend yam sweet potato side dish. Esyaimada priced is quite expensive but forgivable due to it's fluffiness and rich cheesy flavor. Will come back to try other viands

Purchased from your stand at American Women’s Bazaar SM Aura. Chicken empanada was stodgy; adobo bread was mushy and sweet. Sorry but it was NOT a pleasant experience overall eating these 2.

They don't have dine-ins now. Oy take out. The lucban longanisa was good. They didn't have quezo de bola when we went so you may want to call them and ask first. (If that's what you plan on buying)

Its a cafe just across the ABSCBN tower. Limited parking as it is sharing a parking space with a steak house. Its a low key bakery cafe that's been around for quite sometime. Place is very cozy and service is good. Lots of options for pastry for your coffee break or dessert after a meal. Tried the Prime Beef Cheese Burger with fries and Apple pie for dessert.

The food at Mom & Tina’s Bakery Café in Quezon City was really good, especially the soup and burgers we tried. The place has a cozy, homey vibe that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s a bit on the pricey side for the serving size, but the quality and presentation make up for it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even nicer.

They have a huge variety of cupcake flavors and most of them taste really good based on what we have tried so far. Some flavors can get a bit too sweet depending on your preference, but overall the cupcake quality is consistent. Our top favorite flavor is the Red Velvet. They do it really well and it is something we always go back to. For actual food, I really like their Roast Beef. The flavor is great and the quality of the food is high, but the pricing is on the expensive side. I still think it is worth it though because you can tell they put effort into the taste and quality. The vibes inside are cozy and relaxing and it is a nice place to sit down and enjoy your food or dessert. The staff is very friendly and very approachable. The only difficult part is the parking situation. There is parking available, but it is shared with Melo’s and also with a dermatology clinic, so it can get a bit tricky depending on the time you go. Overall though, this is a great spot if you want cupcakes, especially Red Velvet, and good comfort food.

Lovely place. Staff are pleasant and attentive. They have everything -- filling meals, Pinoy breakfasts, cakes and pastries, good coffee. Nice interior decor and good outdoor seating. Limited parking that is shared with other establishments within the property, but the place feels very safe.

Mom and Tina’s aim to give that homey atmosphere and delight to guests. This particular branch definitely caters towards a trendier crowd, as the place is situated near the creative center of NCR where the TV studios used to be. There is plenty of parking space within the establishment and you have some choices as you go inside. The aesthetic ambiance of the place is suited for afternoon get togethers or even romantic dates. As we ordered some empanada and coffee, the empanada was quickly consumed that even I forgot to take photos of them before it was gone! The empanada was filled with little extenders. You could taste its higher quality. They also are not oily despite being deep fried, yet still juicy that it is not definitely air fried. The latte I got was also great. Just the right amount of sweetness, yet the coffee punch is still there. Servers were prompt and polite as well. You can easily tell that their employers take good care of them. You can also order a bit of savory dishes as well as cakes and other pastries here. This is already a small chain with multiple branches and you know they are all company owned, because there is only a few of them. One of the downsides is their menu is very limited, but at least there is a steak house beside it. Overall, a very nice concept coupled with reasonable prices. Whoever you bring here will definitely be impressed.

We had lunch somewhere and we decided to have dessert and coffee at Mom & Tina’s Bakery Cafe. I used to buy some dessert here after eating lunch or Dinner at Melo’s. It is a nice and cozy place. Cakes and pastries are inviting. Must try!

First time to eat here at Wildflour. I love the Cozy and relaxing ambiance of their store. I love the taste of Original Roasted Chicken, not dry and juicy inside. The hummus and steak also taste good, it didn't leave a strong after taste on your mouth. Love their salads, you know it's fresh. Their food is good for sharing. They offer a 50% discounts on their breads at 7pm.

Wildflour Greenhills hit different with that 50% off BPI promo last month 👌🏽 The food’s always solid (steak and squid ink pasta were faves!) Not an everyday place, but with a discount like that? Definitely yes.

PROS: Food was great. Large portions. Nice plating. Service was exquisite. From receiving to billing. The place looks awesome. Albeit the bakery should really be facing the front or at least visible from street level. It’s in the back, man! CONS: Most of the food was 86 around 1PM lunchtime. So yah bummer. I love buying pastries and sweets here. Yumyumyum. My fave are the sugar cookies. I tried the new Creamy Corn pie (it's like maja Blanca on a crust), and the mango creme pie. Sadly it's more like a ln underbaked pie crust with gelatin based pie filling.

Harold had polite service which made experience pleasurable. Steak for the price may not be the strong point. But mussels and fries are always good to the last drop of soup

Mar 2023: First time in this branch...delicious food as always. Service staff are very friendly and nice. Cozy ambience and adequate seating 😊 July 2025: I took my daughter out for a delightful lunch, eagerly anticipating a tasty meal. We ordered Parker House roll with garlic and parsley butter, soup, salad, sandwich combo and roasted chicken. After just 10 minutes, the rolls arrived, warm and fragrant, setting a promising tone for our meal. However, as we enjoyed our first bites, we couldn’t help but notice that my soup, salad and sandwich took another 10 minutes to arrive. By that time, I was nearly halfway through my food, I realized that the roasted chicken was still missing—over 30 minutes had passed since we placed our order! I reached out to two servers for an update, but unfortunately, they never returned. Frustrated, I decided it was time to speak with the manager. She approached us with a friendly demeanor, assuring me that our chicken would be on its way shortly. According to her, there had been a mix-up with our order slip. Eventually, the chicken did arrive, but to our surprise, it was already cold. The experience sadly left us feeling that the service here was much slower compared to the Rada and QC branches, which we’ve always enjoyed. It was a lunch filled with potential, but the execution didn’t quite rise to the occasion.

Felt that the cream in-between the crepe sheets was stale. Was not overly sweet which was good. Coffee is alright too. The crepe cake did not deliver for the price paid I think.

It should be a happy moment to see Paper Moon and Pepi Cubano merged in one store! You may be expecting food nirvana in one place...Sadly it was disappointing. The verdura sandwich tasted like freshly thawed vegetables with melted cheese...the ube crepe looks promising but they ran out of decaf coffee...what a sad occassion to eat this seemingly delightful cake with plain water...oh life!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Estrel’s Caramel Cakes for about 15 years, and they never fail to deliver on quality and taste! Their caramel cake has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember—my relatives, my family, and now even my wife are all fans. When I visited recently, I tried their new offerings: slices of chocolate, and mocha cakes. The dark chocolate slice stood out—it’s not overly sweet, has a rich dark chocolate flavor, and the chiffon is perfectly soft and consistent with their signature cakes. I do wish the chiffon itself was chocolate to match the flavor profile, but overall, it was a delightful experience. Highly recommend trying the dark chocolate slice if you visit! I’m not sure if it’s available as a full round cake, but it’s definitely worth a try. Estrell’s continues to impress after all these years!

We accidentally bumped into this place since we were going to Pride March. I did check the reviews on Google, so I tried to see if it was worth it. I bought their slice of cake, which costs 160 PHP. When we ate the slice of caramel cake, it was so delicious! It’s not so sweet, so we decided to buy more! The sales representative (I forgot his name) was so accommodating and even advised me to just buy their round cake, which costs 1000 PHP. I will definitely buy and visit again!

SO DISAPPOINTED with their customer service. They should’ve at least informed the buyers that their cake is wobbly and would be better if be picked up by car and not by a motorcyle.

Birthdays and Anniversaries or any very special occasion won't be complete without a grand masterpiece of a chefs creation for all to see and taste. At Estrel's, they make sure that your cake is a work of art. Parking is well provided for at the back the place is pwd friendly.

Very respectful and accommodating staff. Estrel's might have perfected the chiffon cake; fluffiness and texture wise. But the cake itself is not spectacular. I get that it is popular. It's not overrated either. Just saying, if I were craving for chiffon, I wouldn't make a big deal if I didn't have Estrel's. But if you love caramel flavored filing in a chiffon cake, then you should get their cake.

Although service was fast, they have the tendency to be too caught up with a lot of clients. Today, instead of making sure to serve customers who came in first, they just allowed people to go to the line and entertain and not calling the numbers in queue. I was aware that I am the next number to be called but then again they are serving the ones who went in line. When I realized this, I went to the cashier already to purchase what I needed. They didn’t have to give customers numbers if they intend to serve customers who went to the cashier first. I went here for their leche flan because it was good. Been buying their caramel cakes since it is very convenient from my place but I’ve tasted better caramel cakes given the price. I didn’t have a problem with their service on advance orders pick-up. Overall the place is ambient, clean and spacious.

🌸Food - this place is a combination of Asian foods which are Filipino, Japanese, and Korean food. But we went here for breakfast and tried their rice meals. I ordered their bangus and it's okay for me. For me their palabok is really good. And after that, you can order desserts either cakes or Korean ice creams. They also have milktea bit they only have 2 flavors. They have a variety of breads and pastries that you may wanna try or bring pasalubong to your loved ones before going home. I bought rhe pineapple pie, macapuno pie and it's okay too. 💮Staff/service - they are a bit friendly and the service was timely. There were enough numbers of staffs and they also have guard at the entrance so you'll feel secure here. They could still improve their connection with their customers. 🌸Place - When you get to enter the place, their breads and pastries will welcome you. They also have comfort rooms and this place allows you to connect with their Wi-Fi which for me is a plus so you can stay here just like in coffee shops. They also have two TVs inside the shop which allows customers to feel at home. 🌺 Recommend - 👍

Mae San is one of my mom's favorite bake shop. Some of their breads are good - I like their chiffon. However, some of their breads such as cheeserolls and ensaymada are always dense (coarse texture). And has bitter after taste even though there's still 5 days left before expiry date.

The pastries were good. We got croissant and cookies, and a free taste of sausage bread. I also got a Revel bar for takeout, it's not very sweet and the staff said they used dark chocolate for that. The service was good, they are accomodating. The ambience looks great, except that when many customers come in, the place gets a little noisy.

Sadly, Purple Oven in general has poor customer consideration/service. Not a single bag TO BE GIVEN to carry the stuff bought in their shop. Bought 8 boxes of one of the cakes and I was told I had to buy the bag.......that is terrible! Items are not cheap thus no reason not to give a back. Estrel's, excellent in every way.

Grest source of baked goods with products that are baked fresh daily. Lemon bars and Brownies are the best-sellers even if every item is considerable as best. They also serve great cake selection that is ideal for any occasion. Seats are also available.

Love their White Chocolate Sansrival. At Php 1,100 it truly has value for money compared to its competitors selling premium cakes Their baked goods is also good: revel bars, food for the gods, crinkles Their system where you can order in advance and pre-pay it is truly efficient. At least you can get the cake you want during the holiday season as opposed to the others where you will just settle for whatever that’s delivered 😉

Great place to buy cakes and pastries. Our favourites are Chocolate Campfire and Lemon. Both goes well with anything - coffee, tea, any hot or cold drinks! The have nice and friendly staff as well.

Service was kinda slow. They didn't inform us that Caesar salad was out of stock until they already served our main dish. Also, the other customer beside us have been following up 3x already for her cake order. Otherwise, food is great as always.

While waiting for our orders, many things we observed in this establishment, 1. The place was poorly designed (The bar and preparation area). 2. The staff were too noisy, some of them too vulgar and saying things. 3. The place was dirty. Their roast beef is very different from the usual roast beef. (Theirs: tasted like beef stroganoff) However the service was good.

I ordered the Vongole Bianco based on the staff’s recommendation, priced at P395.00. While the dish was delicious, the serving size was noticeably small. Even for someone like me who isn’t a big eater, it wasn’t enough to feel satisfied. The portion of pasta was particularly minimal—perhaps only about three spoonfuls—though the shrimp and clams were generous. Unfortunately, the garlic bread was soggy, which detracted from the overall experience. In the end, I was disappointed due to the inadequate serving size. I even explicitly mentioned it to the staff as I pay and she just agreed that the serving is inadequate and do nothing about it. Overall, I won't go back to this branch or perhaps Conti's. Not value for money.

we ate lunch at their robinsons magnolia branch, servers are not accomodating, not even a smile as we order food. Salmon salpicao has just few salmon pieces not worth the price.

Conti's is always a good option if you want tried and tested good comfort food and desserts. This branch has ample seating and a separate take-out area which we appreciate. Service is good but can take awhile for your food to be served during peak times. Their cookies and cream cheesecake and mango cheesecake rocks. Cheers!

I ordered a sliced mango bravo to go here. To my surprise when I opened it, it was only and INCH thick! For ₱295 it was NOT worth it, so I went back to the store and complained how THIN their cake slices are! I asked to exchange it to a petite cake instead to get my money's worth I just added another ₱50 and the petite cake was ALSO SO SMALL. For ₱300 pesos it was better to buy a sliced cake from SB. Their charge is expensive and not worth the serving. This is the worst. I used to love Conti's, but as time goes by their service and food servings GET WORSE. Staff didn't even gave me an explanation.

I recently visited The Tattooed Baker with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired in several areas. Service & Staff The staff seemed inattentive and lacked basic training. They were unable to follow simple instructions and were unaware of the ingredients in their pastries—an important concern, especially for customers with allergies. Their customer service was equally disappointing; interactions felt indifferent and disengaged. It felt very robotic. Be more authentic and sincere. Develop a sense of communication and connection. Coffee & Sweeteners I requested 3 packs of Equal (a standard sweetener I’ve used for years in the U.S.) and was only given one. When I asked again, the staff still didn’t provide the requested amount. Even more puzzling, the Equal they provided didn’t dissolve in the coffee at all—it simply settled at the bottom. This raised concerns about its authenticity or quality. Food & Drinks The beef tapa was quite fatty and not to my liking. The coffee was average—leaning slightly on the weak side, but not outright bad. It's just not remarkable. On the other hand, the pastries weren't sweet, and that's a plus. Rye Bread: As someone who eats a lot of rye bread back home in New Jersey, I was excited to find it on offer here in Manila. The Tattooed Baker had rye bread, which is a rarity in this part of the world — so that alone was a pleasant surprise. That said, the style of rye bread here is quite different from what you might be used to in North America. It’s not bad by any means — just very different. If you're looking for that hearty, dense but firm, chewy not fluffy, grainy or course rye typical of a New York deli, this might not hit the mark. But if you’re open to a lighter take on a classic, it’s worth a try. Ambience & Facilities On a more positive note, the ambience is inviting, the napkins are large and handy, and the bathroom is clean, which I appreciated. However, the air conditioning was weak, making the indoor environment uncomfortable, especially in a tropical climate. Overall Rating: (2.5/5) While the café shows potential with its clean environment and decent aesthetics, the lackluster service, questionable product quality, and mediocre food unfortunately outweigh the positives. My experience here was great. I ordered the English breakfast and a Spanish latte. My food was filling, fresh, and probably one of the best "western" meals I've had in manila so far. It's abit on the expensive side but worth the visit and try!

I always wanted to try this place since last year. I passed by it whenever I was on my way to the office. The smell of the coffee outside made it even more tempting, but I was just disappointed by the taste. Spanish Latte – 2/5 Almond Croissant – 5/5 (flaky and not too sweet, which I liked) On the pricier side. Overall, it was okay. I slightly enjoyed the ambiance early in the morning before going to work, but that's it. 🥲 [I might go back just to try other pastries.]

i’ve wanted to try the tattooed baker for a while cause i hear good things about their pastry. food was mid and a bit pricy for the quality. we got a few items: the shrimp aglio olio was bland and needed a bit more of salt so we requested for more parmesan, halibut off the menu was good though and the pistachio praline chou that i got was nutty, a little too sweet but otherwise okay. so i think their pastries are pretty promising, but my company didn’t like their pistachio croissant roll either on a different day. on drinks, nothing hit the spot. their coffee is also bland at best and the mulberry cantaloupe could tone down on the sourness to make way for more cantaloupe foam so the flavors mesh well. ambiance was fine, you see a lot of people really coming and going with paper bags of the tattooed baker. seats were alright too. service was alright overall, but there was one male staff who looked sad or was just not in the mood for that day.

I think all their pastries would be good. Breakfast is so so for it's price. Spanish coffee is a bit milky as you can see it's pale in the picture you can barely taste the coffee. If you want, pastries go here.

Had breakfast at Mary Grace at Century Mall Makati, food is ok, we ordered hot chocolates, sirloin beef tapa, bangus and tocino with rice and eggs. The tapas and tocinos were too sweet. The hot chocolate were good but the problem in this place is it’s the restaurant is at the foyer of the mall so there are flies everywhere, I tried swatting a fly from my food and accidentally spilled all of my hot chocolate, the waitress cleaned but didn’t offer to change it, I really didn’t need another drink but an offer to change it will be much appreciated.

We usually love coming to this place, especially when it's raining , it’s been our go-to coffee spot in Makati because of the cozy sitting area. However, today was a big letdown. We ordered a cake that tasted like it had been sitting for five days , dry, hard, and definitely not fresh. On top of that, we were surprised to be charged ₱138 just for an extra shot of coffee,and to be clear, it wasn’t even an espresso shot, just an additional shot in our cappuccino. We approached the manager to raise our concerns, but unfortunately, she didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation. Instead of addressing it professionally, she stood there unbothered and unresponsive. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially when it could’ve been easily resolved with a bit of attentiveness and courtesy. Hoping management takes this feedback seriously , we’d like to keep coming back, but experiences like this make us think twice.

The personal was not very professional, the waiter did not recognise me dispite the fact that he pass two times my table . The Cabonara I ordered was not so tasty the pasta was dipped in a milky sauce and not real Carbonara . Most likely my last visit here.

I ordered fresh tomato and herb plate which includes the following: Salad - Grilled chicken and orange salad with black olive dressing Pasta -Fresh tomato and herb pasta Dessert - a slice of chocolate cake I also ordered Iced Mocha ( two shots of Italian Espresso blended with their Signature Mary Grace Hot Chocolate and served chilled with whipped cream ) I was satisfied with my order. Everything was delicious. I even requested for the cake to be wrapped so I could take it home since I my tummy was already full. There was no AC, not sure why. Staffs were accommodating and serving time was quick. I love the ambience of Mary Grace restaurants. This one has limited seating capacity. I think 20 seats only. The bathroom was outside the restaurant.

Overpriced and disappointing experience – three issues in one visit I had high expectations, because the prices are relatively high and the menu looks very appealing, but unfortunately, I experienced three major disappointments during just one visit. First, I ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot. The regular cappuccino (which includes two shots) was reasonably priced at 158 pesos. However, the extra shot alone was charged at 138 pesos – the same as a full double-shot espresso in a cup, which also costs 138 pesos. That pricing makes absolutely no sense and feels like a rip-off, Other premium cafés in the same area, an extra shot costs just a fraction. When I asked the manager if this was an error or some kind of joke she simply said she couldn’t do anything about it. Well, that’s customer service at its finest – especially when facing a justified complaint. Second, I tried their “Frankfurt Crown Cake” (Frankfurter Kranz), which was a big letdown. It was nothing like the original. The cake itself was dry and hard, and the cream was stiff – clearly designed more for long shelf life in the display case than for actual enjoyment – the kind of taste experience that should justify a premium-priced slice of cake. Lastly, we ordered the summer squash soup in two sizes: regular and small. The waitress mentioned the small portion was 94 pesos and “about half” the regular amount. In reality, the small bowl was barely 25% of the regular portion – just enough for a taste. While the soup itself was good, the portion size was a disappointment and not worth the price.

This is a branch of the cafe chain Mary Grace which is known for their ensaymada which is a buttered brioche topped with grated queso de Bola (Edam cheese). They also serve rice meals, pasta, salads and have cakes and pastries. Another popular pastry here is the cheese roll. You can have your ensaymada or cheese roll grilled here which gives it a slightly smoky taste which I like. They also serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks as well as juices. Expect to pay around 350/head for ensaymada + coffee and maybe 600 for a meal like lunch or dinner.

Great food and ambiance, was able to avail of the security bank platinum card promo during weekdays and its a great deal. The food was delicious, the area were cozy and the staffs are all nice. Special thanks to Chef Mikay, Chef clarisse, ely, mayrie and mavel for the wonderful dining experience.

The 10-hour roast was top tier! Moist and super tender meat. Excellent service, and beautifully crafted dishes—worth every peso for a special night out. Thanks to the crew, Elyssa, Mayrie, Tiffany, and Chefs Ace and Mikay.

I really don't know why it's so hard for them to have a good customer service. They literally need yearly customer service training esp. QC branch. Pasig branch is much nicer (in my experience). 3x I experienced dedma or no reply anymore after I request for a well-torched topping (since we don't enjoy it not being "sunog the top"). They only reply well when you're not paid yet. I even showed them how the sunog top looks like (based on my previous order from Pasig branch) so kokopyahin nalang diba. Pero no, they make sure they will not give you the satisfaction. So hard for them to be nice. My parents love their cake so much but really hate the process of ordering--everytime!

She has absolutely no clue when it comes to customer service and public relations. My friends were talking about how she rants and complains about her clients on IG. How unprofessional and what a marketing disaster! It clearly shows she can't take feedbacks and constructive criticisms from her clients well. To compare her client's frustration because she refuses to take phone calls, to suicide and depression, is insensitive and arrogant to the highest degree! POSTING A SUICIDE HOTLINE?? REALLY NOW??! i'm completely disgusted with what I read on the company's IG account! I could not believe what I was reading!!! Will never support your product!!!

Certainly, I'm craving desserts again during dinnertime. I chose Caramia because I've tried their ice creams. Nothing beats their rich flavor of ice cream and cakes no matter how many calories they have. However, since I didn't count calories, I had a gelato shake and a slice of cake for dinner. I chose to have a sea salted honey crunch cake, which is a great pairing with coffee gelato shake. Despite the staff's statement that the gelato shake will take 15-20 minutes to create, I'm willing to wait. My daughter used to be a supervisor barista at a famous coffee shop. She's wondering why it takes so long to make coffee gelato. We sat and waited watching them to make gelato Surprisingly, gelato was served right away. The next customer ordered a gelato ube shake, but then again they said it would take 15-20 minutes to make, so the next customer didn't order it. When my nephew came, I suggested him to try the gelato coffee. The taste was delicious. The staff informed him that it would take 20 minutes, but he proceeded to place his order anyway. His order was also done right away. Based on what I have observed. I just noticed they’re quite lazy they are when it comes to making gelato shakes when someone orders them. Sorry for my observation

The Blueberry Cheesecake ‘Gelato’ isnt worth to try for. 1. Flavor 1/5. I was served with 80% vanilla ice flavored ice cream with 20% blueberry was sauce and 0% cheesecake. 2. Consistency 1/5. I was expecting it to be dense and flavorful but was light as an ice cream. 3. Price 1/5. A tad expensive for 135php for a single scoop given the description above. My partner ordered the Ferrero and Pistachio. Those were good. However, their version of ‘gelato’ felt short.

The ube cake was nice. I loved the chiffon cake; it was so soft and fluffy. The pistachio and ube ice cream was delicious.

They don't even smile at you! Not accomodating at all! Will not even greet you. Lack of customer service. I handed over my GUSTO card, the cashier seems dissapointed! Eh ??? So excited to try Caramia for the first time. But not quite a pleasant experience. Just ordered a slice of cake for dine. Handed the cashier ₱580 for a ₱180 worth of cake (thought she would appreciate it since she’d only be giving me ₱400 change; however, I wasn’t aware there was a service charge as well - but that was fine). She asked if I had smaller bills, unfortunatey I didn’t. She started to get annoyed after a delivery rider handed her a ₱500 bill too and asked him the same. Thought I would make it easier for her, I approached her and offered if I could pay by credit card instead, unfortunately she answered me in a discorteous tone “wag na po na process na po eh”. My question is - why do customers worry about THE NEED to pay in small bills? And why did she have to throw an attitude like that to me and the rider? Being busy is absolutely never an excuse to be rude. Food is great but please consider reorienting your staff to proper customer service. All types of customers should be treated equal (even herself).

However, YOU AND YOUR TEAM are unresponsive. For some reason unresponsive and very delayed in responding. Do you only prioritize celebrities? I just don't get it. I sent very easy instructions and you can't follow any of it. YOUR CUPCAKES were: 1. Absolutely sweet ( specifically mentioned that we don't want very sweet cupcakes as some of our guests cannot eat such) 2. I asked for Dark Chocolate as a flavor but you insisted that you'll use Vanilla/Lemon so it's a white color. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MOOD BREAKER. ALL DELIVERED CUPCAKES WERE MAJORITY IN PINK. It's not a Gender Reveal after all because of your cupcakes. All of our guests were disappointed including me and my husband. Doing this event is a once in a lifetime event you and absolutely ruined it. Ordering to you and your team was a big mistake. How unprofessional.

It was the groom, Seth who directly handled the transaction with Naked Patisserie. The wedding cake does not only look elegant, but it tastes so good. The cake’s detailed design/decoration is praiseworthy. Indeed, the owner’s priority is quality. It was delivered on time at the venue on 01 October 2022, and the contact person he dealt with, Jhoanne Catanghal the Office Manager is responsive, and quick in replying and giving feedback. We one bought some cupcakes from this store. We found a piece of metal staple wire inside it. Luckily, it wasn't our young son who ate that particular piece. When we complained, the owner just deleted our complaint. I wouldn't recommend buying from this store.

We went in the evening and enjoyed everything we ordered. The calamari was crispy, while the mussels and fries were great. I also tried their Hong Kong latte. Glad I got to try it, though I think it’s more of a one-time experience for me. I’ll probably go for their latte next time, especially with the rainy season in full swing. There were a couple of moments where our server nearly gave us drinks meant for another table, but it wasn’t a big deal. Service was still friendly and attentive overall. A nice bonus: we lined up for their 7 PM bread sale and scored a 50% discount on some pastries to take home 😁

I’ve been to two Wildflour branches, BGC and Tomas Morato and I’ve become such a fan of the brand. Whenever I’m back in town, it’s always my go-to spot (whenever i can’t think of any) However, I left quite disappointed after visiting the Salcedo branch. The service felt unfriendly and not warm at all except for the one who handled our bill. Most of the staff avoided eye contact, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. I understand they might have been busy preparing for pre-closing around 9 PM or perhaps just tired from the day, but it still shouldn’t have compromised basic service. There were no upsells for food or drinks, and no one even asked if we preferred still or sparkling water, we were just served service water right away( which we ordered sparkling btw). My friend also had to find the restroom on her own as no one offered to show her. For a restaurant of this caliber, it was disappointing. Considering the value and the service charge, the experience didn’t quite feel justified. On a positive note, I gave the food 4 stars the quality and flavor were consistently good, just as expected from Wildflour. The only miss was the hummus from the steak and hummus dish; the pita bread was chewy and the hummus tasted slightly sour and as well as the aperol spritz was good but out of fizz (either not enough sparkling wine or the sparkling wine used is flat) Overall, still a fan of the brand, but I hope this branch can match the warmth and attentiveness I’ve come to love from the others.

My favourite brunch spot never fails to deliver! People are so attentive to your needs and the menu range is great that you don’t have to worry about bringing anyone here regardless if they have dietary reqts! Amazing selection of mouthwatering pastries too!!

Celebrated my wife's birthday at Wildflour – everything was perfect! The food was outstanding, the service was top-notch, and the ambience made the evening even more special. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

We celebrate my mom’s birthday here, the food is really great and delicious. We ordered california burger, roasted chiken and thai green curry, for me it is 10/10. Drinks are also nice to sip 10/10. The staff were also nice. We were assisted by sir Christian who’s very accommodating, respectful, and nice. The ambiance itself is dim, very cool and elegant to eyes as well as the music is good to the ears very classic, performed by the woman who is also excellent. All in all it was a 10/10!

It was our first time in Wildflour Salcedo and we had an amazing time. We felt the warm hospitality from the door, to the order taking, and through check ins during our dining experience. Would love to try more items on the menu in our next visit!

Great pastries and coffee at reasonable prices. I go for the simple ones like ensaimada and croissant, pain au chocolate, whichever is freshly made or just came out of the oven, which will always be the best ones. The place is full most of the time but worth the wait esp if you want a regular hang out for that morning or afternoon merienda. If in a rush, not a great place to go. (And headsup, there is a cashier there that cant seem to correctly manage queues and wont apologize even if she skips you over. )

The Bakehouse baguette was phenomenal — crispy on the outside and soft inside. The butter croissant was flavorful and top-notch, one of the best I’ve tried. The Americano was strong and bold, exactly the kind of coffee I love. The ambience was chill, comfy, and very pleasing to the eyes. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy quality pastries and coffee!

One of the prettiest bakeshop around, those on display are edible they're just so pretty. Ensaymada was good, chicken pie was the bomb. Coffee was strong just how I like it. Sandwich was good but the hard bread (think it was sourdough) was not to my liking. We go again after walking!

Have always wanted to try this place because I always see their beautiful pastries here on Google Maps. They definitely did not disappoint and we were lucky enough to find a spot inside. The atmosphere was great and we were able to have a productive two hours inside the cafe. Their staff were also very nice and calm. Lemon Meringue Tart — LOVE the meringue and if you like sour desserts, this one is for you! Chorizo Focaccia — Not soggy at all and the bread itself has great quality Pasteis de Nata — a must add-on to your order, small but such a staple Fell in love with Bake House Manila and we would love to go back here, and hoping we will also get a spot!

Anyone who loves breads, cakes, and assorted pastries should not miss this place! They also have great coffee with dairy free milk alternatives ☕️ opens as early as 7am in the morning, a perfect place to unwind alone or with company. Though the cafe only has limited seating available. My personal favorites are chicken pot pie, bacon and egg danish, croisssants!! I love how flaky and warm it is when they serve it to you as you dine in. Complimentary water and wifi are also available on-site. This hotel bakeshop is even more affordable than other cafes in BGC area! They have wide variety of cakes too! They also offer granola, cookies, chocolate bars, and reusable cups for sustainability 🙌

Had a great meal here with solid service. Xi think I liked the gambas al ajillo, the seafood paella, and the croquetas the best of everything we ordered, but honestly it was all lovely. Nice wine selection to boot! Great place for a celebration or romantic dinner.

Service and ambiance are good. Food is great. But giving 1 star and I will not be coming back because of their overly strictly enforced dress code. I came in collared shirt, khaki dress shorts and closed shoes and was informed they have a strict no shorts dress code, despite no mention of this when we made our advance reservations and I cannot seem to find it on their website either. The worst part is that usually in such cases the restaurant staff will just inform you for future reference. In this case, they insisted I wear pants and even insisted to lend me pants to change into. This was a first for me and was highly unusual. Even more unusual is that the strict dress code is enforced in the tiled "fine dining area" but the wooden area does not require the same dress code and the areas are not even separated by any barrier whatsoever except by curtains which were not even drawn out. Literally the table just behind us which happened to be in the wooden area did not enforce the dress code but since we were in the tiled area the dress code is strictly enforced. The whole concept and principle of this to me seems highly illogical and the fact that they insist a customer to change into pants and even bring you pants to your table to change into is both insulting and arrogant. I would've appreciated a lot more if they had accommodated for this instance and informed me for future reference rather than force me to change into pants in front of my guests. Furthermore, this was a normal Sunday night with just 3 other occupied tables across the entire restaurant (tiled and wooden areas). Advice for the restaurant - (1) if you will strictly enforce a dress code, inform your customers when they make an advance reservation and make this clear in your website, (2) if you didn't do this, do not insult a customer by forcing him to change into pants in front of his guests and just give notice for future bookings (3) if the restaurant has no clear barriers but you have different dress codes for different areas, apply a single consistent dress code for all areas.

Compared to the taste of the original Spanish food, it is at a level that is not inferior at all. Every single dish is delicious. A dessert of banana sput and a cup of espresso provides a pleasant ending to the dinner. A place I visit every time I come to the Philippines.

Had a great experience here. Service was good and the quality of food is great. Interesting dishes like the huevos rotos with sisig, 65 deg egg and shoestring potato was delicious. We also got the short rib and the croquettas. Petite in size with a good bechamel filling. Would definitely go in the future to try other dishes. Small but decent wine menu especially for Spanish wines with age.

I always love to visit this cafe whenever im craving for beef tapa and 🎂 cakes especially their ensymadas its one of kind and its my all time favourite! 🤩 You must try their Hot Cocoa ☕️ too! It’s a great place for hanging out with friends and family! 😊 Though, its expensive but its worth it! As long as they keep their standards high and maintaining good service. ☺️

We ate at Mary Grace Lucky Chinatown Mall Branch last December 22,2023. We went in around 8:15 pm. We were assisted by their waiter named Janho. He gave us the menu, and while we’re checking the menu, he was tapping his pen on his notebook as if telling us to hurry up. But I just shrugged it off since I just want to eat my food. I ordered prawn salad and a slice of strawberry shortcake while my mom ordered your all day breakfast bangus. I told Janho I wanted my cake to be served later because it should be frozen right (as they’ve advertised ). I don’t want it melting on the table while we’re eating our mains. He agreed and after awhile, my prawn salad was brought out. To my surprise, the cake was in the table as well. I told one of the waitress (Shane) to please put it back in since I have not yet started eating my salad, and my mom’s food was not even brought out yet. She agreed and took the cake inside, after a few mins I think 3-5 mins. My mom’s food was brought out and the cake is once again on the table. We have not yet even started eating. I really find this disrespectful as if tricking me by going behind my back and putting the cake back out. I told Janho server to please put it back in like what we agreed upon in the first place for the cake to be served later. He told me he can do that but they might forget, it is much better to leave it on our table and asked me if I really want to take it back in. I told him yes I wanted it refrigerated while I’m finishing my salad. But he INSISTED, to just leave it there. That is when I lost my appetite and told him to just cancel it. Why would you ask me in the first place if you’ll be the one to decide? When we started eating our food, Janho came back asking us to pay already. We just had 3 mouthfuls, and he’s asking us to pay already. I really find this disrespectful. This was the last straw, your branch definitely has a problem. They are very rude. You cannot ask guests to pay 10% service charge when the service is this bad. We have been patrons of this branch since they’ve opened. The other staffs even recognize us whenever we dine in. We’re here at least once a week. But it seems like their service is deteriorating already.

Just a random dessert time of the day. We had Mary Grace Ensaymada, cheese roll, and 3 cheese. Cheese roll was our favorite but the other 2 were not bad either. Very well complemented with Sangria Iced Tea on a hot afternoon. Even better, we were served well by Mhecky. She was so nice and friendly. So it was great experience altogether.

Food in Mary Grace is always good and delicious! For this branch their service is also very good and the environment is great. The servers were attentive and courteous. This branch is located inside the lucky chinatown mall.

First time Mary Grace patron, well organised restaurant nice decor and helpful staff. We originally came for coffee and some cakes. Looking at the menu prices are up there but from the friends that recommend Mary Grace to us say food is good.

AMBIENCE Although located inside a mall like a number of other branches, the dining experience always feels like we're eating outside a beautiful house with a pleasantly comfortable and cozy vibe. FOOD We ordered the Mary Grace Caesar Salad and Mushroom Cream Pasta based on a wonderful first-time try at their Serendra branch, and I'm happy to say that both are still very delicious, filling, and generously served. Pasta was so thick that getting a pizza would be totally unnecessary. Salad was still very fresh and the veggies and croutons both had a nice crunch to offer. SERVICE We might've had to wait a little bit but it was okay because we had wonderful friends to chat with.

We got the triple dipper with calamari, egg rolls, and wings. The calamari and egg rolls were really good, wings were just ok. Calamari and egg rolls were well seasoned and breading was on point. Great to see that this branch maintained their quality. I’ve been to the Chili’s in Rockwell and Greenbelt recently and it was horrible. They also have released new menu items, and the Fried Mozzarella is back!

We ate at Chili’s Greenhills recently — okay naman overall! The place was cozy and lively, perfect for casual hangouts. Food was good, classic Chili’s taste, though medyo matagal lang yung service that time. Still, nice spot for lunch or dinner with friends or family. 🌶️

I was surprised many people still eat here. We just had a hankering for fajitas and fish and chips When the kids were much younger, this place was in our regular restaurant rotation. They loved the old timer burger and the chicken crispers. Also, they used to be the only restaurant open during Holy Week. The Greenhills branch needs a face-lift. The Interior really looks and feels old. The table arrangements also need to be reorganized. Another thing they should improve on is the air-conditioning. There are areas that are too warm, and they have no electric fans to offer. And an area that is so much cooler. The food was good. As expected from Chili's. My daughter did mention that everything in their menu had the same ingredients. I said, it'sto cut down on food inventory plus they serve a very specific type of cuisine, which is tex-mex. The staff here are wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. But the food took too long to get served and getting the food bill paid was torture. It's like they dont want you to leave. I was watching our server punch in our request for the bill. It was like watching paint dry. Oh well....

We ate during Father's Day. A bit disappointed because their bottomless tostada chips is once again unavailable. 🙁 Signature Wings (free) Classic Nachos Honey Chipotle Shrimp and Sirloin Calamari No picture but of course we ordered bottomless iced tea and lemonade! My sister got twisted lemonade 🍹

Dined here for a business meeting and the service was excellent! I haven't dined in a Chili's restaurant that has poor service. Most of the food was tasty and delicious but I only gave this 4 stars because the shrimp Alfredo pasta was a bit dry. The ribs, sampler, quesadillas, and the pesto pasta were fab! Definitely dining here again!

Serving size per order was a little too much for us. Not a bad thing, I wasn't just expecting it to be that big. Overall, the food was good. Ambiance is just meh, nothing special. Servers could use a little more energy when interacting but understandable considering their work.

Really nice place with a great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast. I tried their fish and chips and it was amazing, cooked perfectly with huge portions and a very reasonable price. The bar area is also a nice spot to relax and have a drink. Everything about this branch makes you want to come back. Highly recommend.

Oldie but goodie! Nothing cutting edge here but still a reliable go-to for American comfort food. I usually get their country fried chicken — always hearty and satisfying. Health buffs may opt for their salmon and grilled chicken dishes instead. They offer great value set meals available daily — great for team lunches!

Chilis here is vert consitent with there food and service. Fast and friendly and good portions. I allways get fajitas at chilis no matter witch one i go its very good.

Still good after all these years. Noticed that their tostada chips were different though. They were thicker, tougher and tasted like the packed ones sold in supermarkets. Sliders were good. Chicken sandwich was ok. Just be prepared to spend. Not used to spending so much for these type of food nowadays with so many selections around. The buy one take one beer sort of made up for it though. Still a nicr place to visit. The restrooms need work though. It seemed that each one had problems flushing.

Very nice dessert place! Specialising in match flavours, mostly ice cream. We were really saddened that they were out of hajjicha, but the matcha ice cream was very nice. We got the matcha milk float which was great, also the matcha Sunday with beans which was nice but a little weird. Staff were very nice and spoke great English. The seating and atmosphere was also great. The prices however are on the high side.

If you're a matcha lover, Tsujiri’s Matcha Soft Ice Cream is a must-try! Every scoop is packed with bold, authentic matcha flavor—smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the quality, and it’s worth every peso. Can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of their menu!

Tried their Tsujiri Milk Float with Matcha ice cream. Man, I can easily tell that this is one of my top 3 matcha faves. The matcha taste really hits the spot! Not too earthy, not too sweet, just perfectly crafted for both matcha and non-matcha lovers! It's super rich and creamy, and the texture slightly changes as you finish your drink because the ice from the drinks slowly melts. Such an awesome experience!!!

I recently visited Tsujiri and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ice cream was delicious. They had a great selection of flavors, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was also pleasant and welcoming, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the prices were a bit higher than what I expected, but overall, it was worth it for the quality of the ice cream and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

First time to try matcha dessert because i'm not a fan of matcha. Surprisingly, i enjoyed it! The taste of matcha is so good! We tried the matcha choco float, matcha halo halo and matcha ice cream. The place is small but just enough to really have dessert. One of the best dessert shops i've been to! Price is relative to the quality of food. Will definitely come back and bring more friends❤️

I sometimes stop by M Bakery to pick up cakes or muffins. My favorite is definitely the Vanilla Cheesecake (₱305)—it’s absolutely delicious. The crisp cookie-like crust at the bottom paired with the buttery aroma from the cheesecake itself makes for an amazing combo. The whipped cream on top isn’t too sweet either, which I really loved. That said, the muffins and some of the other desserts are on the sweeter side. Another downside is that the shop is small and doesn’t have tables inside, so you can’t really sit down and enjoy your cake and coffee leisurely.

Finally had the chance to visit M Bakery. I've been eyeing this place for a time. The real star for me? Their Pistachio Kadayif Chocolate Pudding Parfait. 💚 Inspired from the viral Dubai Chocolate. It’s so light, creamy, and just addictive—I swear I tell myself I’ll only have a few bites, then suddenly the cup is empty. 🤤 The place itself is small and cozy, but there aren’t a lot of tables and chairs, so it’s kind of a “hope you get lucky” situation if you want to eat there. Most of the time, I just grab my treats to go and enjoy them somewhere else. Still, between the friendly staff and how consistently good the desserts are, I always end up coming back.

I think this was the first branch of M Bakery in Manila. I love the cupcakes especially the vanilla ones. They are also known for their banana pudding, which now comes in different flavors. The icebox cakes are okay too, but some are a bit too sweet. I am curious to try the scones. Has limited dining space in the store. It's connected to the mall but also has a separate entrance on the side.

It had a distinct, elegant flavor that stayed with me long after the last spoonful. And the Pistachio and Chocolate Ice Cream? Incredibly creamy , better than many so-called “gelato” shops out there. The classic banana pudding was good, a little bit sweet, so the small size was a good amount. The kadayif in the chocolate pistachio chocolate pudding was soggy so I didn’t find it to be good, but my husband said it had a good flavor. I would recommend it to be assembled at order and for there to be chocolate chips or chunks as the chocolate flavor was lacking.

One of Manila's beloved dessert shop. Come for the cupcakes and stay for everything else. They make wonderful desserts for all you dessert lovers. Must visit when in BGC.

Had a really great dinner at CIBO Robinsons Magnolia! The pasta was fresh, flavorful and served at the perfect temperature. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, which made the visit all the more enjoyable. The ambiance is comfortable for both dates and family meals. Price is a bit expensive for its location

Got budoled into ordering their steak and it didn’t disappoint. Also ordered their prosciutto pizza, appetizer (the one with spinach mushroom dip) and the Margarita’s choice pasta (which I forgot what its called!) and their grape shake. What’s great about it is that they have an ongoing 50% off promo with Eastwest Bank Credit card so we only had to pay about Php 2,800 for everything! Servers are polite and very attentive and very approachable. Kudos!

No-meat day today for me and my parents but all our orders were good! Spent 4xxx for 3 people including dinner, dessert and coffee. Even our dog enjoyed the left over pizza crusts haha. Service was good. Kyl and JB were very nice and served us well. If i had one complaint, it’s that the “street food” part of the menu is not available in this branch.

Had a late lunch at CIBO Robinsons Magnolia — pleasantly assisted by Ms. Grace, who was friendly and attentive. Ordered the Insalata Pacifica and Funghi Trifolati Steak — both flavorful and well-prepared. The steak was a bit on the salty side but still tender and satisfying. Overall, a good dining experience!

The pasta is just okay and felt lacking in what was on the pasta. The smoked salmon pasta was good but lacked more smoked salmon in my opinion. The rigatoni with shrimp's sauce was not good for me. I wouldn't really want to order it again.

Always a delight to eat at Cibo. Staff was extra friendly. Mond our server was very attentive even if the restaurant was packed! Potato chips, gambaretti sandwich and pasta Alfonso is our go to order. The best!

One of my go-to bakeshops for Japanese-inspired treats! Their cheese tarts and cheesecakes are always consistently good, and my niece is obsessed with their mini cheese pillows. Great for pasalubong or quick treats. Space is clean but a bit tight, and staff are always efficient.

The cheese cake was marvellous. I kept ordering and ordering. My friend almost chewed on the packaging 😂. They are also situationally aware. I started a call and they turned down the volume without me asking and turned it back on after. I was very impressed.

Got their Cake for the birthday of my husband and for the party of the staffs. It was really good more what I expected. Unfortunately, it was small and bigger size is not available. Even the presentation was really attractive and it seems that they really took care in preparing the cake. It was special and the taste of coconut and strawberry goes well together. Nothing overpowered the taste of each. We all liked it. We’ll get our cake on our next celebration for sure from their outlet. The staffs were all friendly and though they are all tired, they were patient enough to give me my requests. They were all accommodating. We got the Merry Berry cake (i wish I can upload the photo).

Yesterday afternoon, I had the urge to have coffee shake gelato again for dessert. This is the precise time to prepare a coffee gelato shake at Caramia Glorietta branch. Customers are given a time frame of 7-10 minutes. Unlike at Caramia Robinson's Manila branch, when you order a coffee shake, they tell customers that it will take 15-20 minutes, but honestly, they prepared the coffee shake in almost 2-3 minutes. I'm just comparing the services of two Caramia branches. Sorry.

SEA SALTED HONEY CRUNCH (whole cake) @ ₱910 has white chiffon, light mocha cream filling and sea salted honey crunchies on top. cake slice is priced at ₱170.

Cakes doesnt taste like what they're supposed to taste. Pistachio cake doesnt even have pistachios and cant even taste rum in the black forest. Bland. Also, they "verify" pwd ids even though that isnt necessary since it isnt mandated and no ordinance said that verification in DOH site is required. Please inform your staff! Aside from that, service is poor because we bought 2 but they gave us only 1, and we had to go back to ask for the other.

Ordered this creme brûlée cake and it's super good. My new fave. Not as sweet as the midnight dream. Love the four layer soft sponge cake and the vanilla and buttercream filling! Especially the crunchy burnt egg custard topping. ❤️

The cashier was clearly in a bad mood — it showed on her face and attitude from the start. I asked a simple question, and she intentionally ignored me. It was obvious she didn’t want to deal with customers. What’s the point of having staff if they act like we’re a bother? Just plain rude. I also reached out to the CaramiaCares email, hoping to give feedback properly, but I haven’t received any response. It’s just discouraging to feel ignored both in person and through your customer service channel.

It is a takeaway place for whole cakes. They have a pop up store for cake slices and our favorite is the ube cake and caramel slice. The best in the country!

Will still choose Estrel's over Costa Brava. Estrel's is cheaper, thicker and tastes way better. Don't understand the hype. Ordering is easy tho and fast.

Customer service did not instruct me that I need to go inside the village. We with other customers need to wait outside the store that has no reception nor signage of the pasteleria.

I called in the morning and they IMMEDIATELY picked up. The woman who answered was very polite, her tone was friendly, and she was quick to take my order considering that it was a Sunday. They had it delivered right away after I paid. Will definitely buy again! Just hope they set up an online store so people without telephones can still contact them.

My favorite Marshmallow cake with a coconut and citrus flavor. Just the right sweetness. The best in the world! I also love their caramel cake, chocolate cake and ube cake.

We ordered for the birthday cake last week, we drew the design and wrote down the dedication which cost a total of P1,760 plus P440 deliver fee. The total is P2,200. Guess what was delivered to our place? An EMPTY birthday cake. It ruined our family celebration. (picture attached) We were truly unsatisfied with your service, uncooperative, and neglected communication. We asked for refund, however, you mentioned that you can refund the amount paid for flower decorations. We even asked to even add at least delivery charge to the refund.... But still, only P800 for your mistake??? We feel that it is very unfair that we spent a lot on it, ordered it 5 days in advance, called everyday for update if you got the design, did our best to make communication work out on our end, and in the end a disaster. How could you let this happen? How could you give an empty birthday cake when we paid extra for each flower and mentioned the dedication? We are very disappointed that our order wasn’t taken seriously. We hope other customers won’t experience the same situation.

Dear Conti’s Management, I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the unacceptable service we experienced at your Robinsons Place Manila branch on August 26,2025. As a loyal customer who has always associated Conti’s with quality food and excellent service, I was deeply disappointed with what transpired during our visit. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. At around 8:15 PM, there was no rice available despite its dinner time. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that serves full meals. 2. The staff, particularly Kenneth and most especially Joana, were incompetent and rude, which made our experience uncomfortable. 3. We were a group of nine (9) guests, yet the staff insisted on separating us into different tables even though the restaurant was not busy and there were no other customers. They refused to move tables together to accommodate us. 4. At 8:15 PM, the staff already began doing inventory work, even though the mall and restaurant were supposed to be open until 10:00 PM. This created a rushed and unwelcoming atmosphere. Such treatment reflects poorly on Conti’s brand, which is known for its high standards in both food and hospitality. Sadly, the staff’s behavior and the poor service completely contradicted that reputation. I strongly urge your management to look into this matter, provide proper training to your staff, and ensure that incidents like this do not happen again. Customers like us choose Conti’s because of its promise of quality—both in products and service. Experiences like these tarnish your brand and drive loyal patrons away. I hope to receive feedback regarding the actions your team will take to address this concern.

Expensive but considering the location and quality of food I can say it is acceptable. They charge extra 5% for service We ordered pasta: con gambas and vongole bianco. The seafood were generous, esp shrimp mixed were plump and large. We tried their cakes as well, they are truly specialized for their cakes. Mango bravo was one of a kind. It is like a mixture of cake and ice cream in one dessert. Moist chocolate cake was okay.

I had a bite of Conti’s cakes here and there. This is the first time I have dined in so I was able to focus on what this place is famous for— sinful cakes! After a greasy dinner at Silya (meant as a compliment!) of course your instincts will tell you to run to the nearest sweets depot. Conti’s has been on my wish list for quite some time and I truly enjoyed their cakes. Yes, CAKES! We had two slices…the famous mango bravo ( you really need to taste this!) and almond chocolate slice ( like sans rival) and both are truly out of this world! Just indulge on it and worry about the calories and sugar count later! I do hope they can serve decaf as well. They even ran out of tea last night!

I orderd Baked Salmon, but the server failed to let us know that the salad was not available. Instead, they substituted it with corn and carrots without informing us. The salmon is still undercooked and has an odor. The shiratake rice is also improperly cooked and excessively wet.

Coffee is good. With their breads. Pasta taste well too. Only fabulous cakes not all available. Need to wait the kitchen confirm if slice already.

It seems that all roads led to DQ on this hot humid day that a very long queue in this store caused disgruntled sweet tooths and irritated hypoglycemic people! But DQ will be DQ and no matter how long the wait you really have no choice but to wait!! Who can resist the thick and creamy ice cream with so much variations? And they now even have ice cream cakes that only adds up to your sugar addiction! Enjoy! Splurge! No matter what weather we are having right now DQ will always be there for us!

The ice cream is very cold & satisfying. I enjoyed watching my gf eat her first ever Dairy Queen treat! The area is very small, the seating area needs to expand asap! I think they could probably double their business if they were to take a chance & grow the area. I also wish the menu would grow more, but still I enjoyed!

Cafe Mary Grace at SM Manila offers a generally pleasant experience with its cozy ambiance. It's a great spot to relax, though be aware that the open layout means noise from ongoing mall programs or videoke promotions can easily permeate the cafe. I've previously suggested the addition of a glass door or walls to help minimize this sound, as it can be disruptive, especially if you're hoping for a quiet, meditative moment. On this visit, we were once again delighted by the service from Mel, who has consistently provided excellent service over our many returns to this branch. For our meal, we started with a salad for sharing. The balsamic vinaigrette was a definite highlight for me, as I prefer it over Caesar dressing, and it was indeed very good! While enjoyable, I still find the salad at Cafe Ylang Ylang to be superior. We also had the pumpkin soup, which was good, and the strawberry shortcake. Initially, there was some hesitation to serve the shortcake, but they eventually provided it to us. A big plus is the cleanliness of the toilet facilities, which is always appreciated. Despite the noise issue, we'll definitely be returning to Cafe Mary Grace. I truly hope they consider adding walls or a door to improve the acoustic environment, allowing guests to fully enjoy the otherwise lovely atmosphere.

You know every time I had a great meal at any Mary Grace Cafe especially at their Newport World Resorts or SM Manila branches, I always leave my plates "clean"- not even a tidbit of bread or pasta or a piece of salad greens left on these. I love xocolat, especially back then in the katipunan branch. Passed by today to get a slice of the tablea cake but I must say the serving size for it's price is a bit too small for me.

While the staff was pleasant, I was disappointed to find hair in my carrot cake. Despite ordering via Grab and contacting the store prior to leaving reviews on Google and Grab, my concerns were dismissed, and no alternatives were offered. The presence of hair in the cake raises serious questions about the store's overall cleanliness. Furthermore, Grab provided no assistance and does not appear to have a system for vetting its suppliers.

The interior design is truly impressive. Feels like stepping into a beautifully curated grand home. I had the Ikura Pasta (₱1,230) which was perfectly seasoned. The Greek Yogurt Smoothie (₱480) was also refreshing. The bibingka was also soft and had the right level of sweetness. Grateful to the generous member of our group who made this visit possible. Service was warm and attentive throughout.

The place was a great place to have a function. The ambience is very classy and high-end. The food was also pretty good. The Lechon was my favorite as it was very tender and flavorful compared to normal lechon from other places. I don't eat a lot of Lechon, but this Lechon was really great. The Carbonara was the better one of the 2 pastas and we really liked it. The flavor is not sweet and it was not so heavy to eat. The Beef was also good. It was a bit too fatty for me, but the taste and flavor were great. So if you don't mind taking out the fat, it's yummy. The Paella Valenciana was okay, it's what you would expect from that kind of order. I wasn't a fan of the chicken and the mushroom paella though. The chicken just tastes like normal chicken. Then the mushroom paella was very very dry and it barely tasted like anything.

What a simply amazing and fortune experience we had. A rare opportunity to attend this exquisite restaurant and we thought it was magnificent! From the very first entry through to the dining room and even the restrooms. The service was phenomenal and the dishes were a vast assortment to choose from. We selected mainly from the Asian. All cooked to perfection with lovely tastes. We enjoyed a classic cocktail and sodas. We topped it sharing a couple of deserts. If you have the opportunity to visit or enjoy a meal, it won’t disappoint!

This is the place where I can disappear. Devine Grace is the manager of the club. Top notch!! The staff are incredible. I love the live entertainment inside the club and outside on the deck. I love the place so much that I purchased club membership for my friends. Some of my YouTubers made a video about it.

I was here to speak for an event and I absolutely loved the ambience! The place manages to have a laid back vibe despite the elegant feel to it. I absolutely adore the little quirky decorations that make the whole venue interesting and unique compared to other event places I've frequented before. Service was nice, staff were very accommodating, unfortunately the food served at that time was nothing to sing about. We had some appetizers ranging from deviled eggs, smoked salmon and vegetable tempura. They were ok, but not stellar. The drinks however were wonderful 💖

Wow, the Chocolate Obsession Keto Cake from this bakeshop blew me away! The dark chocolate used in the cake was absolutely delicious and really hit the spot. It totally exceeded my expectations. So far, i have tried the matcha cupcake, chocolate glazed donuts, creamcheese rolls, ube-cheese pandesal and my sandwich must have, burger buns! And what can i say is that they are all delicious, very much happy that i got to eat these delicious goodies without feeling guilty, i have been careful of what i eat because of my elevated blood sugar but with Keto Filipino Bakeshop pastries and breads, there were never significant spikes on my blood sugar...so thankful! And had no issue with the delivery, always on time.

I'm so happy I chose this as my work anniversary cake! Unlike other low carb/keto desserts this cake does not have a pinching sweetness to it. It is super yummy, even when compared to regular cakes. the ganache is heavenly.

Wide array of good baked products and desserts. My personal favorite is their brazo de Mercedes. Thick filling and perfectly fluffy with a bit of crunch. Sooo yummy. The empanada and ensaymada are both good but I find it too small. 1 won’t be enough. The place is clean and the ambiance is nice. Most of the service crews are friendly and accommodating. The interior is instagram worthy. They also sell packed pasalubong/goodies. There is a parking space in front of the building but don’t forget to have them validate your receipts so you won’t have to pay the hourly rate.

A comfy, chill, and very cozy place. It's a great spot to eat and converse with people since the ambiance is nice and the music played is just in the right volume, or even quieter. Good staff service as well. Also, their Brazo de Mercedes is a must try! It's just the right amount of sweetness. I will totally recommend this place to anyone.

Great tasting pasta, pastries and main course. Try the Calos its one of the best in town. M&T is located in O Place in Greenhills 2nd floor near Ortigas Ave and is open until 10pm. For those using the parking area, don't forget to have the ticket validated at the restaurant. no validation and the fee is 300 pesos.

Nice place to meet and catch up with friends. Food Presentation is good but can improve on taste. The plate i ordered was a bit oily for my taste - the bbq liempo would have tasted better if marinated longer. Our French Apple Pie was yummy. Good match with our good coffee. Staff are pleasant and courteous.

The Matcha Truffle is heavenly. For a locally made truffles —- these babies were a bomb!

Their staff in MOA are so disrespectful. This afternoon, I went to the counter to inquire about the drinks on their menu, but they just dismissed me even if there were only a couple of customers ahead of us. One of them even made face, like the customers were nothing but nuisance to the store. When it was finally my sister's turn, it was as if she was being discouraged to order beverages -- she was told that she'd have to wait 10 minutes for the drinks, and true enough, their staff took around 10 minutes to finish preparing *each* of the two drinks we ordered. So disappointing. Even the beverages themselves were not on a par with the quality we've come to expect of this brand.

The shop was easy to find. And the line was manageable if you came early. We went there just around 9am then amazed at the number of people lining up. They are quite strict to two person inside the room as it was a bit cramped. The dream. Cake was totally worth it. It has the hard chocolate top and melt in your mouth cake. It wasn't even that sweet just the right amount. However the parking area was limited only to two vehicles and it was difficult to find one around the area specially during weekdays and rush hours. It's best to stick to deliveries if you want convenience.

The components of the sandwich were rich with flavors, especially the meat! Although, one note we have is that we would’ve liked it more if it had more cheese. The sourdough bread was toasted but was also stale by the time it was served to us. The avocado was creamy but wasn’t as seasoned as we’d prefer it to be. I got a dozen of their premium donuts for the birthday party I hosted on the second floor of their cafe. My (obvious) pick from the bunch was their 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭! The yeasted donut was light, soft, and mildly sweet with that coat of powdered sugar all around it. The earl grey filling was SWEET but rich with that tea flavor. A satisfying treat, for sure!

I love their iced cafe latte it had the right amount of coffee and milk. The staffs should ask customers if they want sugar especially for take aways, because had I not asked, I would have gone away with an unsweetened coffee. They should be conscious that not all customers (like me) are familiar with the types of coffee drinks. Good thing I remembered to ask. The place is small and they have no parking space so I had to opt for take out. I also loooove their strawberry donut and Korean cream bun, these are delicious!! And I like the fact that their menu items and pastries are affordable and priced reasonably, that's why I'm giving them a 5

I love their doughnuts, they're not too sweet, even the fillings. Majority of the pastries and breads are also good. Their coffees and drinks are also worth trying. The parking is a challege though.

A small cafe that sells baked goods and coffee. The coffee is ok but the bread that they sell surpassed our expectations. They sell a variety of baked goods. They also have a 2nd floor where you can dine-in. The place is small but is quite comfortable, and surprisingly Instagrammable. Although they have limited parking space; they only have space that can accommodate 2 cars. Will definitely comeback to try their other pastry.

Gela and I recently stopped by Baked by Trimy, a spot that offers affordable beverages and tasty pastries to give you a much-needed boost without emptying your wallet. It's a straightforward place to grab a quick and reasonably priced pick-me-up. We ordered the following beverages: Caramel Macchiato (₱150) - This is my go-to choice wherever I go, and this one didn't disappoint. What I appreciated was that it wasn't overly sweet, striking a good balance between the espresso, milk, and caramel. Matcha Latte (₱150) - Gela's usually a bit wary of trying matcha lattes at new places, but this one pleasantly surprised her. The matcha flavor was on point, but it was a bit on the milky side for her taste. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our beverages at Baked by Trimy. The establishment has a second floor that can comfortably seat around 12 to 15 people. However, we found that the speaker positioned near the mirror was too loud, and it tended to overshadow conversation if we were there to chat with someone. We'll definitely return to explore other items on their menu, especially the donuts, which we've heard good things about from other patrons.

Kumori Japanese Bakery & Cafe I love their cakes and pastries, their cheese tart and their Hanjuku are my favorite, it's a must try, it melts in your mouth. Though it's pricey compared to other bakeshops. I cannot recommend their Coffee & Dark chocolate Mocha, their coffee doesn't match the excellence of their pastries and cakes. I haven't tried their other drinks though. We ordered hot Americano, Cold Dark Chocolate Mocha and Bellagio Chocolate. They have more selections of Pastries and Cakes compared to the Landmark Branch in Makati. They only have 2 tables with 2 chairs and 1 table with 3 chairs, a total of 7 pax capacity. Their staffs are polite and attentive. They are located in the basement of SM Makati in front of the supermarket. Escalators and elevators are available. Parking slots are available at Glorietta and Park Square. MRT Ayala station is nearby. There are several shuttle services and buses in One Ayala Terminal beside SM Makati.

Ooh lovely cakes and a variety of Japanese cheese cakes, and breads too. I love coffee cakes and couldn’t resist their Mocha Cream torte which is layers of cashew meringue topped with coffee cream. A bit on the sweet side but really yummy. Their carrot cheesecake, banana charlotte were so artfully beautiful, I dithered over my love of coffee. In the end coffee won (also my belief tjat made of meringue, this is almost carb free😜) so the rest for some other time😋 This is just a stall in the Landmark food court so it’s mostly for take out or eat at the common tables. There was quite a variety of breads but I avoided those because am doing a carb free diet.

Greatbakes sweet and cheesy goods in the lower floor of the small mall. Delectable breads and buns in many flavors. Similar to many other Filipino bakeries elsewhere, their breads are of excellent quality and abfun treat to enjoy.

My hubby’s a fan of mocha cakes so we tried this. It has layers of wafers/caramels/chiffon, just a little too sweet for my taste. It was okay.

KUMORI'S HANJUKU 💗 is perfect Located at the entrance of landmark grocery store, Kumori is a good buy for merienda, pasalubong or gift. Love their every kind of bread, soft and tasty even eating it the next day. Hanjuku, their cheesecake is my favorite. It is a perfect dessert and a good gift idea since it is nicely packaged. Better check their promos too. They usually offer buy 1 take 1 bread, which is really a good deal. I have never tried their cake yet but looks good in the eye and in camera. Maybe soon. 😊

I only visit the place for the Hanjuku cheese. There is also the chocolate, which I haven’t tried and the ube cheese that now i tasted. It depends on your liking on how you prefer to eat it by either not refrigerating it for an hour then eat it or eating it when refrigerated. I prefer both ways. The cheese is the original and is very good but the ube cheese is heavenly on your mouth. If you happen to pass by you better try the Hanjuku.
