Resort hotel
Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa is an upscale, all-inclusive beach resort located in the beautiful village of Uvero Alto on Punta Cana's Coconut Coast. The resort offers 750 spacious rooms with balconies or terraces, Jacuzzis, and modern amenities. With 11 gourmet restaurants, nine bars and lounges, a luxurious spa, and evening entertainment options like fashion shows and themed club nights, guests can indulge in Dominican Republic glitz and glamour.
We had a blast here. We we're very spoiled with Jaime our butler was the best I've ever had. I would 100% recommend you ask for Jaime. Alejandro checked us in and gave us a gift package with coupons for the spa services and money off for bottles of wine on the beach. He was very nice and professional. Felix and Luis in the preferred bar were great. Then at the pool we loved Jorddy, Juan and Edward at the preferred pool bar. Coral and Maria were great around the pool. I think Raphael the young man with a smile at the food truck area was my 2nd favorite he was just always so nice and always had a smile on his face. Emmanuel was great on the late shift in the preferred reception. He got me special pillows. Although my favorite the man the myth the legend was Francisco in the Sports bar. He is a tiny older man with a bald head who stole my heart. He was trying to teach me more Spanish and I never had an empty drink. He would bring me another one. I absolutely loved him. He mad my heart smile. Loved him. Alejandro I can say upgraded us to one of the nicest rooms we've ever been in. Look at my videos. The resort was the second nicest resort we've stayed at next to Secrets Moxche in Mexico. The trees, the beach, the pools. Everything. I can say if you want a medium steak ask for it as rare. That's the only thing I would change was the cooking of the steaks.

This was such an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Manager, Gregory always made sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if we needed anything. Lucie accommodated us at check in when we weren't totally satisfied with our room. Jacob took care of us several times at breakfast and dinner and knew exactly how we liked how drinks. Andrea was such a friendly soul during our time on the beach. Her smile was so infectious and she made us feel like she enjoyed taking care of us. Hands down, one of my best experiences in the Caribbean! My only cons were that our face clothes didn't get replenished daily. We always had to call for them. Some of our food would come out cold or luke warm, but they always corrected it. They had this amazing chicken sausage, but only served it once during our 5 day stay.
Jewel M — Google review
My wife and I are just finishing 6 days here and we had a fantastic time. We had an Xhale club swim up. The room was great easy access to the pool and the beach. Xhale club had great cocktails, Murphy is an incredible mixologist. The swim up was nice after a day at the beach. But the big difference from other places we have been is the level of service and the friendlyness of the staff. Glenny our butler was incredible, any thing we needed he could take care of it. Juan the restaurant manager did great extras for us just because we asked. Daniel and Tairon at the pool bar, Yenny at the beach to Marty the towel lady. Hilary at the Xhale restaurant check in. Just a great experience!

My husband and I just finished up our honeymoon at Breathless and we had a fantastic time! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We got the Xhale Club services and our “butler”, Jesus was so helpful and attentive. He helped us with all of our reservations and let us know about all of the daily activities at the resort. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and our waiter, Wilson was incredible. He greeted us almost every morning even when he wasn’t waiting on us. Truly spectacular staff!!
Cassidy M — Google review
This was the most wonderful and relaxing vacation! The service, attention to detail, food, access to any everything you could need to enjoy your stay and the impeccable cleanliness of this resort was an 11/10. The ambiance, music, modern/carribbean style architecture and overall design were superb. We couldn't have been more impressed with our stay at Breathless. From our arrival to when we left, the staff was outstanding. Paola, the concierge who took care of us upon arrival, was so kind, professional and helpful in providing us with all the help and information we needed for our stay. She even helped upgrade our room and book our spa appointments for us. Our room attendant, Claribel, went above our expectations....leaving us small surprises, kind notes, additional everything that we asked for and most importantly----kept our room perfect! Kudos to this amazing staff member. Jose, who was our server at the exhale grill yesterday afternoon, helped us not only book our dinner at the French restaurant but he also found us at our table and had the chef prepare us a special off-menu shrimp dish. He and so many other staff members took amazing care of us. If you are debating where to stay, don't look further!!

Honest to goodness review! We just got back home today 11/4/25. The resort was easy to assess with pre made transportation. Upon arrival check in was made easy. The room was standard although I do Enjoy a room with drawers to make myself feel at home and unpack all of my things but the rooms do not have any. Customer service: There were employees like (Wilson) who were more than happy to offer top notch service but honestly as a whole. Customer service is not a priority at this resort. I’ve visited several breathless and secrets resorts and NEVER had so much lack of service. People will literally tell you no. I ordered room service once and got something I didn’t even order. Sat a the pool bars to ordered drinks and was completely ignored or give something I didn’t Ask for or simply told no. Entertainment: Sucked!! Not fully invested in providing actual entertainment. The food was just ok. Hamachi and the Steak grill were probably the only things I actually enjoyed. I won’t be going back that was an awful experience. And it was a large group of us not just me that felt this way.

We had an amazing stay at Breathless Punta Cana! The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. I noticed the floor in our room wasn’t as clean as expected, but our concierge Emilio was incredible. He responded right away and made sure everything was spotless from that moment on. We felt safe and cared for the entire time, which made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entertainment was fun, lively, and full of great energy.

My family and I just finished a wonderful week at the breathless…. Everything was perfect! The show, the room was super clean, the happy hours, the animation team, the waitress & bartender at the pool & in the main bar especially Brianny who took good care of us all week and her colleagues Deborah & Yeliza. Can’t wait to come back for our next trip! Thank u Breathless!

Nestled on the stunning Juanillo Beach in the Dominican Republic, Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa is an exclusive adults-only all-inclusive retreat. This upscale hotel offers a romantic setting for couples, with elegant wedding venues including a charming gazebo and a private beach. Guests can indulge in 24-hour room service, savor exquisite dining at ten restaurants, and enjoy top-notch amenities such as a serene pool area, spa, and fitness center.
There's a lot to love here. We only stayed 3 nights and could have used a couple more. The rooms were convenient with the secret box. We had a swim out room. The beach is the best in the area. I had a great time playing beach volleyball. The food was excellent and the staff was always walking around during the day providing treats like a Popsicle martini.

This was our second visit to Secrets Cap Cana, and somehow, it was even better than our first in 2019! From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless—our room was stunning, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and the entire property was breathtaking. Service is top-notch—you never have to wait for a drink or a bite to eat because the staff is always there, ready to take care of you. The food was fantastic (highly recommend the Hibachi restaurant!), and the drinks were just as impressive. We also treated ourselves to massages at the spa, which were absolutely amazing. The spa itself is an experience, featuring multiple types of showers, a cold plunge, hot pools, a sauna, a steam room, and cascading waterfalls—it was the perfect way to unwind for a few hours. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t recommend this resort enough. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with outstanding service, this is the place to be!

We had an absolutely amazing time! Ramon was fantastic and took great care of us. Every morning, we were greeted by Rechalle with her warm smile and friendly conversation, which made breakfast even better. A word of caution: stay away from the cigar shop! It’s a scam. The owner will lure you in by offering a “free” cigar, then apply extreme pressure to make you buy more. If you decline, he’ll insist you pay for the “free” one. He tried charging $60 each and pulled the same trick on several other guests during our stay. Despite this, I’m still giving the place 5 stars because it truly is incredible!

True luxury at every turn. Grand entrance and property, friendly and professional service, and a pristine sandy beach. The preferred rooms with walk-out pools are really nice, but this time we had a balcony and the view was exceptional. The food is a serious standout though. For lunch today I had the ribeye and was expecting a small portion, but received a giant one - which was so perfectly prepared and seasoned I ate the whole thing. In the Parisian restaurant for dinner we had magical crab appetizers and couldn’t stop asking for more, and then for dessert they made the crepe in front of us and it was dinner and a show. It felt like we were in Paris for an hour or so. You will taste the luxury.

Came to this resort for a destination wedding this past November and had a wonderful time. Food and drinks were decent, typical resort food in my opinion. Service was absolutely AWESOME! Rooms were nice and clean. Overall enjoyed my stay and would come back again

I have been to many all inclusive resorts, and this resort is absolutely lovely. This really has a high-end feel to it, and the liquor is top shelf. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is beyond friendly, and our personal concierge - Carlito - exceeded our expectation. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and can’t wait for an excise to come back. Thank you Secrets and Carlito!

This truly was a trip of a lifetime. My husband and I stayed here for a full week for our honeymoon the first week of October and it was absolutely amazing!! From the check in to the check out - they make everything so simple and easy. The resort itself is immaculately clean & every single worker there truly wants you to have a wonderful experience. Every worker there is so kind and caring. Our concierge, Alexander was so great! He made sure we had dinner reservations each night, helped us with anything we needed, informed us of activities that were going on at the resort, and even left a couple romantic surprises because he knew we were there for our honeymoon. The atmosphere was beautiful and the food was delicious. They have many different restaurants to choose from so there is a cuisine for everyone. This was my husband’s & I first time outside the US staying at an all inclusive resort. If you are traveling to Punta Cana, this truly is THE PLACE TO STAY AT. It has set our expectations so high for every all inclusive resort we stay at going forward. Secrets cap cana’s motto is “Good is not enough, We are Excellent”. They have exceeded every expectation for me. This is a MUST STAY - You will not be disappointed!!!

Such an amazing resort. Phillipe went above and beyond to make our time amazing. From the immaculately maintained beach, to the massages and facials at the spa, to the incredible rooms, onsite photographer and amazing food- this was a five star experience through and through. Can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely be back!

Sanctuary Cap Cana is a luxurious all-inclusive resort located in the private enclave of Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. The resort, known for its Spanish castle-inspired architecture, offers a serene and upscale retreat for adults seeking relaxation. With five restaurants, six bars, and five pools to choose from, guests can indulge in fine dining experiences and enjoy entertainment options.
We had an incredible time at Sanctuary Cap Cana and honestly have very few complaints. The food was absolutely delicious—truly a step above what we’ve experienced at other all-inclusive resorts. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I do wish the minibar offered a wider selection of drinks, but that’s a small detail. While some pools were sparkling clean, a few could have been better maintained as we noticed some algae. Also, during our stay, the beach had quite a bit of sargassum, which is a natural occurrence and not something the resort can fully control. Overall, the vibe of the resort was perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
Emmanuel R — Google review
Recently stayed here for our honeymoon we stayed in the premium JR luxury suite. Which offered a jet bathtub on the balcony which was gorgeous for sunrise soaking which we did on at least three occasions. This room was plenty for us it offered a closet and a bathroom along with a king sized bed. The pools were great and there were many to chose from, staff would come around offering drinks or clean towels while you relaxed. One day they even served pina coladas out of pineapples! The food was equally good we tried all the different restaurants with our favorite being the WOK! This is a formal restaurant so dress code and reservations are required but it was worth it. Portions were large sometimes we could not even finish all the food. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable environment. We can’t talk much about the nightlife as we are early risers (hence the sunrise) but while talking to other I did hear there’s a nightclub which offered karaoke and dancing sometimes shows. We did managed to catch the circus show and that was incredible! Very talented performance.
Kimberly B — Google review
Overall experience was very underwhelming when compared to other all inclusive we have been to. The room was nice but needed some updates because the furniture was chipped and old. We stayed in the castle section and thought it would be nicer but it seemed like we were just further away from everything. The activities got cancelled and were a bit sad. The pool was very cold and didn't seem clean. The food was alright but nothing of value was really offered unless you paid extra money. The other resorts we stayed at offered good cuts of steak, lobster, and more...The staff were generally nice. People were right when they said the beach was small. You could probably only fit 30 people comfortably.
TruthfulReviews P — Google review
We just returned from the most incredible stay at this resort, and I honestly don’t understand all the recent negative reviews — they almost made me cancel, and I’m SO glad I didn’t! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. A huge part of what made our trip unforgettable was our butler, Camacho. He went above and beyond every single day — anticipating our needs before we even asked, and making sure we felt truly cared for. His warm personality and attention to detail made our vacation feel personal and luxurious. He made dinner reservations for us at the Italian and Asian restaurants before we even arrived. The pizza in Sanctuary town was awesome, don’t miss it. The breakfast and lunch buffets had tons to choose from. The property itself was beautiful, spotless, and relaxing. We had an Ocean Review Swim up junior suite in the castle. We spent one day at our castle swim up pool and didn’t see anyone the whole day, we had the pool to ourselves. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help. Food, drinks, amenities — all top notch. The one con for me was that the steakhouse was not impressive, I would skip it if we went again. Don’t let the recent complaints scare you off — if my experience is anything to go by, you’ll be just as impressed as I was.

Vacationed here for our honeymoon and we have all wonderful things to say. Joan, our butler was one of a kind and such a nice guy. The staff was always friendly, attentive and greeted us when passing by. We loved the restaurants - especially the Wok and the Cappriccio Italian. We got a couples massage with some spa time and it was absolutely lovely. We were there 6 nights and got to almost all the restaurants except sushi and pizza! We loved going to the coffee bar in the morning for Frappuccinos and then the pool each day - there were always fun activities going on as well. The seaweed did not bother us at all, plus there was a public beach next door. We’re so grateful for such an amazing honeymoon!
Taylor R — Google review
My husband and I went to Sanctuary on our honeymoon. Overall, we had a good experience, but there were a few things that we were disappointed with. We had never been to an all-inclusive resort before this trip, so we were hopeful that this one would live up to the hype we had heard so much about. The best thing about this resort is truly the staff. They were always kind and eager to help us in any way they could. Shoutout to Antonio with activities for being so fun and keeping the energy up by the pool during water gym! The service here was truly excellent. The grounds of the resort are absolutely stunning and very well maintained. We constantly saw staff making sure that high traffic areas were picture perfect. Another great aspect of the resort is Sanctuary Town. We found that it was our favorite aspect of the resort, and some of the best dining as well! We ate at least 5 or 6 pizzas over the week- they were out of this world! We also enjoyed the burgers and ice cream there as well. Our room was in building 1, and we were on the first floor. Our view was incredible; however, our room looked like it needed some TLC. While very spacious, it looked run down and like it was in need of some extra cleaning as well. There was red lipstick on the bathroom mirror, the shower would leak when the room above us was using theirs (it even shut off completely once when the person above us turned theirs off), and it looked like nothing had been dusted. This is definitely a chill, calm resort, which is exactly what we wanted. It was not crowded during our visit, and we never had to fight for a chair or umbrella at the pool. The beach was not available for use during our stay other than sitting in the sand, and there was caution tape marking off the shore, but this was not a deal breaker for us. One of the biggest frustrations we had was the restaurants' schedules. The app would say the hours were one thing, while in actuality, it would be something different. We tried to eat at the steakhouse one night because the app said it was open, but when we arrived, it was closed. The staff didn't have an explanation, so it seems to be something that is out of there control. We never got to eat there even though we were there for a whole week. The Italian restaurant was just okay, as was Blue Marlin for dinner. Wok was our favorite of the sit down places we tried. The breakfast buffet was good, but got to be a bit repetitive since the same exact things were being served each day (at the time of our trip, the buffet was set up at Blue Marlin and not at its usual location). The food was very hit or miss. If some of these issues were resolved, we would love to return, but if we plan to visit the area again, we would probably consider a different resort before coming back.
Savannah B — Google review
We visited Sanctuary Cap Cana during a tropical storm, and while the weather was obviously out of the hotel’s control, the resort was completely unprepared to handle it. The biggest issue? It was boring. There was absolutely nothing to do. Thankfully, we had books with us because the resort offered very little to keep guests entertained. The entertainment staff did their very best with what they had, but management should have had a proper plan in place for bad weather; that’s what hospitality is about. Instead, the only “activities” offered were a few small workshops and some card or board games. I didn’t spend thousands of dollars to play UNO. There should have been classes, interactive sessions, or activities every hour or two to keep guests engaged instead of everyone doom scrolling on their phones. This is management’s fault, not the entertainers’, because as I said, they genuinely tried their best. The food at the restaurants was average at best, even at the ones requiring reservations. There’s also no real beach, just a small area with some sand. The resort is secluded, so you can’t easily leave to explore nearby areas. There was no lively music, no dancing, and absolutely no Caribbean vibe. The atmosphere felt lifeless. The staff was hit or miss, which was surprising since Dominicans are usually such happy, vibrant people. It makes me wonder if something in management is affecting employee morale. To be fair, the room was nice, although there are noticeable issues with the finishing details. The grounds and architecture, however, are beautiful. We were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel kindly left a dessert and a bottle of champagne in our room . But would I come back? Not a chance. Even considering the storm, the hotel could have done so much more to keep guests entertained and comfortable. If you’re looking for fun, energy, and that real Caribbean spirit, go to a resort in Bávaro , they know how to create an experience. Sanctuary Cap Cana is better suited for older couples or anyone looking to simply relax quietly and do nothing. Also, the hotel is definitely not what I would consider luxury. And for the love of God, please change the smoke detector battery in the women’s lobby bathroom , it beeped for our entire stay.
Pinzee22 — Google review
This place would be great if it didn't cost $600 a night (off season). For the price I expected better rooms, pools, food, and service. The rooms were old but clean. The pools were very cold and seemed a bit old. The service was okay depending on who you got. The people are nice but some people looked like they hated being there. The food was pretty bad for the price of the hotel. The hotel overall seems to limit everything you do so that they can make the most money. Restaurants and activities were closed and cancelled. Oh and if you want room service it's a $10usd fee for "delivery" each time. I just felt like everything was to shake our pockets for more. ALSO they were doing maintenance pretty loudly at around 7am... drilling and knocking..you name it!

Nestled along a private beach in Punta Cana, Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana is an elegant all-inclusive resort offering 96 luxurious suites, four pools, and direct beach access. The property boasts beautiful gardens, an outdoor pool, a spa, and a fitness center. With four gourmet restaurants and three bars on-site, guests can indulge in exquisite dining experiences.
I recently stayed at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana to celebrate my birthday with my best friend, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with champagne and warm smiles from the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is set in a tranquil location—quite a distance from the airport, so plan accordingly—but once you arrive, you’re surrounded by peace, lush greenery, and the soothing sounds of the ocean. The beach is absolutely stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear water, making it the perfect place to relax. One standout aspect was how beautifully the staff decorated our dinner table and even the door to our room for my birthday celebration. It was a thoughtful touch that made the day extra special. The food was delicious—every meal felt like a treat, with fresh, flavorful ingredients and great presentation. Also, don’t forget to try the signature smoked cocktail at the bar—I can’t remember the name, but it was a fun and unique drink experience that’s definitely worth trying! A small word of advice: make sure to bring and use mosquito repellent. I got quite a few bites on my arms and legs, especially in the evenings, so it’s something to be aware of. Overall, Zoëtry Agua is a fantastic place if you’re looking to unwind in luxury, be treated like royalty, and enjoy beautiful surroundings with amazing food. I’d definitely return—and next time, with bug spray in hand!

We had an incredible vacation at Zoetry with our family. The resort is stunning and the service is top notch. Johan, our concierge was incredible and especially great with our teen/tween kids. Juan with water sports is a blast and helped with snorkeling and boat expeditions. We loved all of the restaurant staff, especially Natalie and Henry. The entertainment and crafts were great and so was the morning yoga! We can’t wait to come back!

The resort was beautiful. Great rooms, service, restaurants, and amenities. The pools and views were so lovely. What made our experience even better was the staff! Angel at Indigo was so welcoming and nice! Seeing him first thing in the morning was a great way to start our day! The whole staff at Indigo for breakfast was great! Then seeing Daniel and the pool bar staff was Excellente as well! Adrian and Cesar were both really kind and attentive. They did a great job being so joyful and kind while also working to make our drinks fast and delicious! Sory was one of our favorites! She has the best smile that can change anyone’s mood for the better! She greeted us with kindness every day and really went above and beyond! We ate at Amaya and it was delicious! They even brought out a special birthday treat! Luis was also really wonderful - the whole staff was! The lobby bar was open until 1am and the service and drinks were fantastic! Joel and Grisel were amazing! Gabriel was wonderful too! Our host was Johan who did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay. It’s nice that they pair you with someone you can contact. The resort app is very useful and helpful as well! The whole staff was very friendly and really made our stay. We hope to come back and visit again one day :)

One of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. Overall we were super super happy with our stay. In different areas of the resort you can tell it’s nearly 20 years old BUT it’s first class service all the way. Anything we asked for, Manuel made happen. Loungers outside our room by the pool ✅. Massage at the spa ✅. The food is amazing especially for an all inclusive resort. It’s not even fair to compare it to any other all inclusive that we’ve been. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was a 5-star experience all the way! The attention to detail and the service were a cut above the rest. Special shout out to Sory for always making our dining experience amazing! She’s the best.

Everything from the food to service to the relaxation of the resort as a whole was amazing so professional very clean. Everyone is so nice and treat you so well, Luis was our concierge and anything we needed or had any questions he helped us or took care of it himself making everything so easy. Joel at the bar was so much fun made our experience so much fun every night made sure we were always having fun. Everyone is so nice at this resort I recommend this resort for anyone that wants to relax and get away it’s truly relaxing at its finest.

Amazing does not fully describe our experience at Zoetry last month. From the moment we arrived until the time we felt, the service and experience at this resort was outstanding! The experience here is different from other resorts I've been to. But it was truly the perfect match and experience - calm, quiet, peaceful and serene is the vibe and ambiance this resort gave and what we were looking for to properly disconnect for relaxation. When we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing, cleansing juice served in a literal cucumber cup and walked through picking the scent we wanted in our room throughout our stay and writing our theme message that was placed on the wall marking our stay - we chose "Relax and Enjoy" as our mantra and intention of what we wanted during our stay. Our personal concierge, Manuel, provided excellent service and assistance throughout our stay, checking on us, scheduling horseback riding and our couples massage at their wonderful spa (spa has complimentary access for whirlpool, steam room and sauna for all resort guests). Honestly, every staff member we met and interacted with in various capacities were amazing. Seeing some of the same staff each day also in some ways provided a familial/at home vibe for us. Again, wonderful experience and we have and will continue to talk about until our next visit to Zoetry ☺️

Phenomenal experience, if you are looking to have a luxurious, quiet, and relaxing stay in the DR, then this is your place. Definitely not. Booze resort… The staff to guest ratio seemed to be around 1:1. Extremely attentive and polite. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Barceló Bávaro Beach - All Inclusive Adults Only is a beachfront resort in Punta Cana offering an all-inclusive experience with three restaurants, two bars, an outdoor pool, a spa, and even a casino. Situated on one of the world's top 10 beaches, this hotel boasts stunning sea views from 80% of its rooms, some of which feature hot tubs.
My wife and I had a lovely stay at this resort. The weather has been amazing, even though the weather apps kept predicting rain — when it did rain, it only lasted about 10 minutes at most. The room could use an upgrade; while it’s spacious, it feels a bit dated. That said, the facilities here are fantastic. There’s loads to do — definitely enough to keep you busy for two weeks. The staff have been amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Steve, the marketing manager — he stopped us on our first day to introduce himself, get to know us, and share useful info about the resort and things we shouldn’t miss. He even offered better discounts than others we’d seen, so be sure to find him and have a chat. His English is excellent, too

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came here for my 26th birthday and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The food was amazing with so many options, including vegan choices, and the drinks were just as great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful anytime I had a question, they never hesitated to assist. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the entire resort was well kept. What I really appreciated was the guest services area where you can book excursions right on-site. It made planning activities so easy and affordable without having to leave the resort to search for options. From start to finish, the service, food, and overall experience were excellent. I truly loved my visit and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend babymoon. The resort was great. The rooms were clean and upkept well while we were there. The beach and pool were beautiful and we didn't struggle to find chairs at all. The only slight downside was the food. It left a little to be desired, especially from the buffet. The restaurants were much better. We had a great time and felt very relaxed by the end of the trip.

Honestly, DO NOT STAY HERE unless you’re on a very tight budget. The money you’ll save by coming here is NOT worth the expense of a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. There were so many cons of this resort that I had to start making a list so I’d remember. I’ll spare you by only naming the most notable ones. But I’ll be fair and give the pros too. Pros: Affordable, staff is friendly, nice pool, food is overall good, there’s really great live entertainment and shows, room is spacious, five restaurants came with the basic all inclusive package, and the guest services and cleaning crews are prompt with requests. Above all, the food and entertainment stood out for us. The nightly shows at the Palace were super fun and well put together. And the food at the restaurants available to us with our package, although VERY hit or miss, had a lot of hits! Now, on the cons. A lot of things are not included!!! For example, room service is not included and many of the activities the website advertises are not included. You also often find yourself hungry and with nowhere to find a snack, because there is no food at the pool or at most of the bars. There’s one place in the Palace (a short train ride away, though you have to wait 10-15 mins for the train) that’s open 24 hours and has a buffet of bar-like food. Otherwise, you have to go to one of the other buffets during their hours. Further, the train from bavaro beach (adults only) to bavaro palace is very infrequent and the system itself hard to understand, especially since trains go in different directions to different parts of the larger resort without any sort of signage. We got lost and missed dinner reservations. Now, on to the room. There is no shower curtain for some reason, so be prepared to have water all of the floor constantly. More importantly, the bathrooms are moldy, most notably around the handles and corners. There were also old blood stains on many of our towels, which is DISGUSTING. Further, they clearly don’t change the sheets everyday like they are supposed to/say they do. I know this because my bonnet left a mark on a pillow case one night, and it was the exact same pillow case when I got in the bed the next day. Amazingly, what ACTUALLY broke the camel’s back for us was when dozens of water BUGS crawled in under our door after a rather heavy rain. It was disgusting!!! In conclusion, don’t stay at Bavaro Beach. You’ll have better luck at the Palace if you’re willing to deal with kids or have kids. Otherwise, STAY AWAY!!!

I stayed at Barceló Bávaro Beach – Adults Only for my birthday and overall had a great time. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even helped me upgrade my room to a better ocean view. The room was comfortable but could be cleaner, and the furniture is a bit outdated. During the first two days, there was no cold water, and the toilets and beach showers didn’t work, but everything was fixed later, and the hotel offered a free dinner at the French restaurant to make up for it. The food was good but repetitive, and the steakhouse was disappointing. The spa at Barceló Bávaro Palace was amazing, though! The bartenders at the pool and lobby seemed tired, but most of the staff were friendly. The entertainment team was fun (special thanks to Junior!), though they could organize more activities on the beach and by the pool. The beach is stunning once cleaned from seaweed — white sand and turquoise water! Just bring mosquito repellent, as bugs bite before rain. Despite minor issues, I’d definitely recommend this resort for its beauty and relaxing vibe.

i was a little disappointed by the buffet food, but some of the options were still nice! i just wish the food was hotter. i enjoyed eating at kyoto and santa fe. the entertainment team is so lively! i enjoyed dancing with chocolate and another woman (i didn’t get her name, she was slim with wavy hair), and i loved watching the other dark skin woman (mayi) on the entertainment team dance! i stayed a week by myself and the staff was so welcoming and entertaining! Maria S. from el caribe buffet was so friendly, i enjoyed talking with her. i will definitely try to book again! after reading some of the previous reviews: i was lucky i didn’t have no issues with my room

Overall a nice place. Reduced one star because rooms are quite dated and could use an update. Check in took very long which is annoying when you arrive after a long journey. Food was good at the buffet restaurant. I would not recommend the restaurants which are included in the package. The restaurants where you pay a bit extra are definitely better. All service staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything was very clean.
Steffen K — Google review
I just got back from this resort after spending about a week there with the adults-only all-inclusive. The good: The front desk and staff service are friendly and attentive. It was easy to get what I needed from them Chez Gourmand: this is the best of the restaurants that are included in the package. There was enough on the menu that we went there three times and it was all good or really good. The service at that spot is great The pool: the pool is really nice, with lots of shaded spots to put your towel or lounge on. There's no swim-up bar but it's right beside the pool. There are also these partially submerged chez-lounges that are excellent. There's good music around the pool and entertainment that keeps the energy up. The bars: there are some good bars throughout the resort, including one on the Palace side that has air conditioning. It was so humid when we went that it was welcome during the hot evenings. The room: we were in room 1056, and it had a view of the pool and the ocean, and was well maintained. I know these resorts get used a lot so some rundown is expected. But at our request it was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable. Great AC The Just Ok: The beach: my only gripe about the beach was there were ONLY lounge chairs on the beach. Any shade you got had to be from the palm trees, which weren't that healthy looking to be honest. Other resorts I've stayed at had some cabanas or something for shade. Otherwise you are turned to a crisp in no time. The main buffet: The food here can be hit or miss. Some days it wasn't super interesting, and other days the food was pretty good for resort standards The resort shows: over on the Palace side they have nightly shows. The only show I liked was the Michael Jackson tribute. The circus show was alright...but the Madonna tribute...needs a lot of work, from production, to the costumes and the overall direction of that show (the backup dancers are the best part) Cost: if you want to go outside of your package, there's a cost. Everything from other restaurants to bowling costs extra. If it's just two of you, it's not so bad -- but for larger groups that can add up. If your home currency is not USD, that can increase costs even more. The bad: The Santa Fe steakhouse/Coral seafood restaurants. These are included in our package - and they're not good. Both share a buffet - and from all the cooking it's really smoky in there. The food for both from the meat/fish to the sides are just...bad. The steak is poorly cooked. I would not eat there. The service for both those places feels really impersonal - but I can understand since it's very busy and there are often larger groups. I'm not sure where to put this part but each night, especially on the Palace side, we saw HUGE 2-inch long cockroaches in the hallways. They didn't seem to be bothering anyone, or anywhere near food, but that's something to note. This resort is so big I can't imagine they'd get in somehow. Overall this resort is alright. I'd probably go back again.

Caribe Deluxe Princess is a vibrant all-inclusive resort located on Bavaro Beach in the Dominican Republic. Renovated in 2021, it offers an array of amenities including 7 restaurants, 9 bars, a coffee shop, ice cream shop, spa with Turkish bath, and a 24-hour sports bar. The dining options range from Mexican and Asian to Dominican and Italian cuisine.
This was an awesome adventure. From the check-in going thru security, assistance in bringing the carry-on luggage thru the electric stairs, the greetings, the smiles, everything was perfect. The food at the buffet for dinner and breakfast was 😋 delicious. The cabin was spacious and clean. The show was spectacular, kudos to the dancers.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and great location. The property is well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and there was a variety of activities. We did, however feel like most of the interactive pool and beach games had a provocative feel to them which we feel should be for adults only. We also didn't appreciate that our volleyball games were abruptly brought to a halt because every member of the activity staff were told to be involved in the crazy game and often would put pressure on us to join the game even though we were having fun playing volleyball. Also, the evening shows often had a provocative vibe at the intro portion of the show. This time of year we discovered that there is a seaweed plant that washes in and completely take over the ocean front making it very dirty and not pleasant to look at or swim in. The excursion that we booked through the hotel ended up being not at all what we were promised and they did not do anything for us when we reported how disappointed we were. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed the gym with multiple machines to use and heavier dumbbells. We really enjoyed the sports complex to play tennis, and basketball. We really enjoyed the variety of food at the buffet and the different restaurants were a great experience. Overall, we would return.

We stayed for 17 days and had an amazing time! 🎉 The service was great and the animation team made every day so much fun — there was really something for everyone! 🙌 Eunice from the animation team was full of energy and always made us laugh 😂 Ana at the reception was fantastic — super helpful and always quick with solutions when we needed something. The whole place is clean, well taken care of, and you can see they really care about the guests. We had so much fun and would 100% recommend it.

The hotel was very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful and the buffet was very delicious and a lot of variety every day. Negatives - - some restaurants you can’t book because it’s full or closed - our room the first day was liking water from the sealing and we arrived at night after a 8 hours flight and had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance guy to fix it before we could sleep - the room is horrible, the toilet had a problem also with the flusher so you eat all night the flushing working because it was broken - also the room as zero soundproof if you want to rest a bit before night time you only ear the staff walkie talkies and people talking - another negative is the invading sellers that are on the hotel and the photographers - staffs are always waiting for a tip, if you don’t give it they start to be a little aggressive If wasn’t for the bad room with hound be a 5 star experience

Everything is good about the resort, especially the animation, which is the best around. I used to go to Bavaro Princess and their animation. Crew sucks anymore. Flabio, Julio, Francisco Alejandro, Eunice are excellent! Also, Walley from the pool bar and Luis from the sports bar are fantastic! The waiters at the sports bar Eduard and Joe are very funny and we enjoy them We will be back in march

Overall, we had a really good experience at the hotel! The themed restaurants were amazing — especially the Brazilian and Japanese ones, both offering delicious food and great service. In general, the food was excellent throughout our stay, though the snack bar could use some improvement, as a few items weren’t as fresh as expected. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated how well-organized everything was. The small train used to move around the hotel was a nice touch and made getting around easy and fun, especially with kids. The only disappointment was that I mentioned upon arrival that it was my wife’s birthday, and they said they would decorate the door — but unfortunately, it didn’t happen until I called again to follow up. It was a small letdown, but overall, the stay was still very enjoyable. There are plenty of fun activities for all ages, and we definitely plan to come back in the future.

Grand Bávaro Princess is an all-inclusive beachfront resort in Punta Cana, offering modern accommodations and delicious dining options at affordable rates. The recently renovated property boasts beautiful gardens, native wildlife, and contemporary rooms. Families can enjoy the pirate-themed splash pad, supervised kids club, and pool while indulging in diverse dining experiences including food trucks. In the evening, guests can partake in action-packed entertainment.
I was in contact with the property prior to the travel date due to some negative reviews. I have to say we were impressed. The room we stayed in was large and nicely decorated for our anniversary. Aside from the sewage odor in the area of the Platnum member, the resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Our first all inclusive, it was very pleasant and worth the trip. We stayed away from the salad bar, drank bottled water, beer and wine only. The food were delicious. The pool and beach were close together and that is just wonderful. A shout out to one of the managers, Manny thanks for helping us arranging our transportation to the airport when we had no cell service. And yes Greisy, one of the staff at the buffet...was very attentive, loving and fun! We would definitely return.

Although the grounds of the hotel are beautiful, it is not worth the money. To start, the room was quite dirty and infested with bedbugs. At first I thought I was getting mosquito bites, then I realized the pattern and onset only happened when I was in the bed. Even after requesting cleaning service the room was still uncomfortably dirty. The couch was filled with stains, there was mold everywhere. The phones in the room did not work, so if you needed any service you had to travel all the way to the front of the resort to the lobby (there are trains that take you around the property which is nice). The food is also very very unpleasant. Also, the wifi goes out quite frequently which caused a bit of trouble during my stay. The staff was kind though and the grounds were very secure, but I would not recommend. Another thing, my room seemed to be the only one that didn’t come equipped with a blanket and when I asked for one it took two hours when it was already late at night. But most other rooms came equipped with blankets so this may have been a one off issue.

We stayed hear the last week od September. The grounds were beautiful here, but I would not go back. The staff wasn't very friendly except the bartenders (especially Jaime at the 24/7 pub). Our room smelled moldy and was not very updated. It was hard to communicate because most of the staff did not speak English. Room service was terrible. The Platinum area was definitely worth the extra money. We loved the Cappachino hut and PBG restaurant. The ala cart restaurants were very good as well. Be prepared to walk a lot. Everything is spread out. There are shuttles, but they aren't always available when you jeed one. Definitely not a 5 star resort - closer to 3.5.

* Stayed here for 5 nights and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve had. * The rooms are nice, clean, and modern and that’s probably the only good part. * The resort itself feels empty and lifeless. It’s like walking around a ghost town. Most guests are much older, and there’s zero energy or entertainment vibe. * The food is unbelievably bad. I don’t know how you can mess up simple things like burgers, fries, or even coffee but they somehow managed to do that. * Desserts, ice cream, crepes, coffee all were terrible. Nothing tastes fresh or well made. * The staff barely speaks English, which makes basic communication frustrating. You end up relying on Google Translate for the simplest things. * On top of that, some staff members come off as rude or uninterested, which adds to the negative experience. * The drinks are okay, nothing special. * The food quality does not match what you’d expect from an all inclusive resort, especially one that calls itself “five-star.” * We had to order uber eats for last 3 days in a all inclusive resort to just to survive.

I stayed here with my wife and toddler son in April of 2025 and September of 2025 In April I gave GPB a 5 star well deserved rating. Everything was above and beyond. The beach, room service, Food, Staff, cleanliness and modern style. We decided to come back and didn’t realize it is what is called low season in September and October. The price was great this time around and alot of elements were still 5 star. The cons I will say are as follows: the beach was flooded with seaweed due To tropical storms. The Room service staff were less equipped and cleaning was a bit poor. There were alot of mosquitos and sand flies that bite on our balcony and throughout the resort and beach. Off spray just wouldn’t cut it. And the main reason I won’t go back in low season were the few sightings of large sized cockroaches in our room and the main lobby outdoor area. Just a heads up if these are deal breakers for you.
Shane K — Google review
To start off, we stayed in a Platinum room right next to the PBG and the proximity was perfect to the beach. Our room appeared nice and modern but we noticed mold on the wall in the bathroom and next to the bed, the bathtub was dirty, was missing beach towels, and did not have an umbrella so we had to walk in the rain to the Platinum lobby guest accommodations to ask for an umbrella and towels. We really appreciate the kindness and helpfulness from Idanny who spoke very good English. We noticed most of the housekeeping staff and workers did not speak good English so we had some language barriers asking for directions to events at the resort. We feel like Freilyn really made our entire experience much better at the rooftop bar above PBG when he set up a bottle of champagne and our wedding song on a speaker to help us celebrate our anniversary. He was amazing in accommodating any request and I recommend a promotion for him! I also felt like Jerry Jose was fun and entertaining at the PBG poolside bar.

Large and beautiful resort! My stay overall was good! I loved the food, it was really good! I liked the beach. Compared to other resorts, it was cleaner. Regarding the room, ours was 1814, the safe, phone, and bathtub didn't work at all! We mentioned it to reception, and they sent a gentleman to fix it, but the next day it was the same. And since we're not people who complain much, we let it stay that way! Regarding cleanliness, the lady who cleaned our room always made an effort to keep it clean. I don't remember her name, but she was very friendly and helpful. I even asked her to surprise my partner because it was his birthday, and she decorated it beautifully! Another negative aspect was that the large pool was dirty and smelly! But otherwise, I recommend the resort!

We checked out 2 days early and paid extra for a flight out. Unless you are a heavy drinker and don't care about food quality, this place is not for you. The food was far below average, the service was mediocre, the staff was friendly, but not worth the cost. I won't likely ever book another all-inclusive hotel, and certainly not this one. The upgraded (Platinum Suite) was nice, but there is no ice, and the internet is terrible (even the paid version). There was construction going on during the day in the adjacent villa, and the work crew was quite loud (talking, etc.) besides the normal construction noise. No refund offered.

Stayed 7 nights with my wife and 3 year old and the whole experience was great. Everything is walking distance, from your room to the beach, the pools, the food, everything is right there. Friendly staff and clean amenities. We enjoyed the place very much and my son did too, the child care staff were very kind. We wanted to stay more time at this resort. Great place for a vacation

Worst resort experience in Punta Cana – avoid if you value customer service and cleanliness. We stayed at Vista Sol Punta Cana from July 31 to August 5, 2025, and I can honestly say it was the worst experience I’ve had in the DR — and I’ve been here dozens of times. We were misled about a dinner reservation, made to wait 2 hours, only to be told “go eat at the buffet” with no apology. A security guard falsely accused my family of stealing a beach bag without even asking questions — yelling in front of other guests. Turns out my daughter had accidentally brought the wrong bag to our room. We returned it immediately, but the damage was done. The staff (not all, but most) were rude, unhelpful, and acted like guests were a burden — until a supervisor was nearby. And to top it off, there were cockroaches near our room — I even took pictures because I couldn’t believe it. I brought friends from Jamaica to show off my home country, and instead, they left with a bad impression. That’s what hurts the most. Not asking for anything — just warning others. This resort needs serious changes in staff training, hospitality, and hygiene.

The roomd are outdated and Wifi is poor in room. The rooms are not air conditioned. The room was reading 25.5 all day and front desk stated that was as low it gets. The store is insane price wise! such as phone charger $93 US. Pool is ok the beach is confusing as many resorts use the same stretch of sand. The drinks are too sweet so stick to beer. Limited English spoke so be prepared for that. The place gardens are well maintained and ducks and peacocks roam the property.

My friend and I visited July 2025. I must say we had an amazing time and will definitely return. The check-in was a bit of a wait and then we were given rooms on the 3rd floor but at the time the elevator was not working. After declining that room they happily switched us to the 1st floor. Our room (1103) was beautiful but quite muggy smelling which after a couple of days with the balcony open and AC off it mostly went away. The food was amazing with lots of variety! The staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t remember all their names but Darlin and Miguel at the beach bar was always so happy, dancing while serving up the drinks even in that heat. The night entertainment was very good all week! There was some seaweed, which they worked diligently to clean up, but one cannot control mother nature so we just made the best of it!

Fantastic hotel where the staff go above and beyond to provide the very best experience for their guests. The pool’s are impressive, well-maintained and clean. The food is one of the best I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort, and I’ve travelled to a fair few over the years. Whether it’s the open buffet or the many choices of restaurants - it’s all superb.

Overall I would only give 4 star to this hotel. The hotel is old and they definitely should renovate it soon. Even they tried their best to clean the room, But it still old, with some mouldy smell. There's no ac everywhere, only in your room and two of the special restaurant. Be ready to get super sweat when eating. The pool was super dirty, cloudy water and it looks like swimming inside milk. Also have to mention they have party every night till very late, you can hear the base noise I'm the room, family with kid who sleep early should avoid this hotel. Staff in this hotel barely speak English. Lots of language barrier when you try to request something or communicate with them. Last But not least, food are terrible.

We worked with a travel agent who booked us this resort for our honeymoon and it was definitely a let down. We were promised a white sand beach with crystal blue water, but instead were welcomed with mountains of rotting seaweed(pics included), a smell we couldn’t get away from. We were also told there would numerous free water activities offered on the resort such as snorkeling and paddle-boarding, which was also not true. The employees at the reception desk were extremely rude and unhelpful. Our shower head in our room was broken, they “repaired” it only for it to break again the next morning. Guest services then promised us a complimentary gift for our trouble which never came. We ended up booking an earlier flight home. Some of the positives were the wait staff at the restaurants were friendly and the pools were clean. The teppanyaki was actually good but the other food was rather awful. Also, you only are allowed to reserve spots in restaurants 4 times in a week (something they do not tell you). If you do not eat at a restaurant you are stuck with the buffet which was disgusting. Would not recommend.

Vista Sol as I write this, I'm waiting in the lobby for my taxi, right now. Kudos to the hotel, the wonderful food, the staff and of course the management. The food is so good and varied that I gained 2kg. All compliments. I will come again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation Vista Sol.

Nestled within the expansive Melia property, Paradisus Punta Cana Resort is a luxurious all-inclusive beach retreat offering an array of upscale amenities. The resort boasts 12 restaurants, 4 pools, a spa, and even a casino. Guests can indulge in oversized suites with separate living areas, balconies or terraces, and whirlpool tubs. Families are catered to with a kids club and dedicated pool for little ones.
Paradisus Punta Cana Resort delivered a lush, tropical setting with beautiful landscaping and a spacious layout that made the resort feel like a small village. The beach was stunning, with soft white sand and calm water, and there were always plenty of loungers available. Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, though some areas showed signs of aging. The dining experience was solid, with a good variety of restaurants and quality food, especially at the à la carte venues. Service was generally attentive, and the staff made an effort to accommodate special requests. The resort offered a wide range of activities, including yoga, biking, and nightly entertainment, catering to both adults and families. While the size of the property required a bit of walking or waiting for the shuttle, the overall experience felt peaceful and upscale, making it a strong option for those seeking a mix of nature, comfort, and all-inclusive convenience.

Had a great time here. Food was delicious everywhere. Clean beach. Clean pools. Great staff. Only reason I give a 4 star and not a 5 is that they tried selling a timeshare to us and it was annoying to wasting over half a day listening to their speech.

Horrible food, and the phone didn’t work in our room. Bartenders didn’t want to make certain drinks, way too expensive for the quality. But it is a beautiful resort but I wouldn’t ever stay there again.

The most beautiful resort. The best service and so many things to see and do. We had an amazing stay. Food was amazing and the staff were top tier. Buffet and Mina were our go to's as the food was so amazing. If you happen to get Richard or Frank as a server during your stay consider yourself in good hands. They both went above and beyond to make our stay unforgetable. Thank you for the most amazing time of our lives.

I had an amazing time went with my 11 month old and the staff was very accommodating. Special thank you to Quintino & Alberto at the bar for storing my son’s food in the fridge while I was at the pool. They also made great drinks.

Great place, good service. The only real negative was the heavy up selling that the staff are trained to do. I had already booked a suite but they tried hard to up sell, and I was traveling alone!

They deleted my review where they promised to remedy our terrible time. They didn’t no comps or anything offered other than a free tennis lesson, which is free for them and I don’t play tennis. Went to check out after a horrible stay and charged for wine and spa, couldn’t even discount that. Do not stay here!!

We had a fantastic week at Paradisus Grand Cana. 2 adults, a 13 year old and a 5 year old were all entertained, well fed, relaxed and treated like family. Anders and Darlin at the main buffet took care of us at meals (my wife was ill one night and didn’t join for dinner so Darlin made her a plate for us to take back). All the staff were friendly, saying hello and high fiving our youngest. The waterpark was the perfect size for kids to run around with loose supervision and the swim out suite gave us somewhere to hangout and relax if we want some quieter time. Truly fantastic vacation.

Located in a peaceful rural area, Flavio Acuna Spa Natural Center is an oasis of tranquility and serenity. The spa offers a variety of massages and treatments designed to relax the body and revitalize the mind. The facilities include a swimming pool and wellness center, making it the perfect place to spend quality time with family or friends.
We bargained a bit and paid 150 USD for 2 people for 1 hour massage. However we came directly , not from promoters located on the beach, so I consider it as a fair trade. Massage was very professional, the tension was good. The therapists respected exactly 1 hour. They have 3 types of locations - on the beach, in older building and newest building, we had the third options. Rooms are nice, clean and minimalistic. Massage table, sheets and towels are clean. Thank you for experience.

Prior to our Girls Trip, there were certain ‘must haves’ we agreed upon and ‘Massages’ were at the top of the list! We arranged to have the company assign masseuses that would come to our Villa and it turned out perfectly! This company was professional and I appreciated the deep penetrating pressure my masseuse used! The pricing was comparable to similar services when I get massages at home or visit resorts! I was pleased beyond measure!

I recently had a deep tissue massage at Spa and I can’t recommend this place enough. Céleste, was simply perfect! Her expertise and attention to detail transformed my session into a relaxing and revitalizing experience. The spa’s atmosphere is soothing, and every moment was pure bliss. I opted for a massage in the garden, which was just incredible—it truly transported me to another place. I even found myself drifting off to sleep! Additionally, the receptionist was very responsive via message and incredibly friendly, making the entire booking process smooth and welcoming. If you’re looking for a moment of relaxation, don’t hesitate to book with Céleste. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience was absolutely amazing. My mother and I had a wonderful time. The staff were so accommodating and nice to us, the massage was amazing. I won’t be able to spell the names of the young ladies that serviced us, but whoever the three ladies were that worked 5/24/25 around 1:30 pm you all are amazing. Thank you very much. The property was very nice and clean, although I did not do the massage outside on the beach, the inside was very quiet and peaceful, massage rooms were also very clean.

Good massage but a bit pricey. Big thank you for that guy who speaks English and explained to us everything. Just a one thing that we were disappointed about it’s a noise from the swimming pool. There were a local people who listened rap music on speaker . And it was very hard to relax and enjoy the massage 💆🏽‍♂️

Very relaxing couples massage on the beach. It was right by our hotel. Massage was great, nice breeze from the ocean. Will come back next time I’m in Punta Cana!
Meryl K — Google review
Very accommodating and friendly staff. My husband had a deep tissue massage and Miguelina did a great job, as did Askenaz with whom I had a relaxing massage. It was a couples set up on the beach, but they also provide services in the botanical garden or indoors. The sea breeze was a plus however it should be considered that it’s a public beach so there can be noise interruptions if you prefer a strictly quiet environment. When opting for the botanical gardens or beach, bring swim wear as there’s also a short walk to the beach, or in case to enjoy the beach afterwards. I’d just suggest a little love to the patio area upon arrival as well as coordination for check in, otherwise great experience.

Guests have praised the tranquil and fragrant atmosphere of the spa as well as the professionalism and welcoming nature of the massage therapists and staff.
Amazing experience! We had the Look Inside Scalp massage and the service was excellent! I am pregnant and they tailored the massage to my needs. The massage was deep tissue and I left renewed. We have a full body coupe’s massage on Sunday and we can’t wait!!

I had a destination wedding at Excellence Resort in Punta Cana in July 2025. I had my hair and make up done at Mille Spa by Leticia. She did an excellent job making my makeup look natural. We returned to the spa a few days later for a couples massage after our wedding. Leticia was my massage therapist and she was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed. I highly recommend the spa for massages and if you have a special event, hair and make up are top notch.

Do yourself the biggest favor and book any service here! They are all amazing and make you feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. My favorite was the intensive ritual the first morning I woke up at the resort. If you’re able to specify, request Delsy - you will not be disappointed. The aroma, the sounds, the atmosphere, the care they take here is unmatched.

We were welcomed by Elias. He was super warm and nice. He ensured that our experience was no less than perfect. We had a massage and hydrotherapy. My masseuse was Ana Delia, she is amazing, 10 out of 10. My husband's masseuse was Andry, also great! We agreed this was the best experience. Hydrotherapy was guided by Eimer, he was very joyful and professional. Definitely made a difference in the overall experience. We would totally come back.

Omg, what can I say, my wife and I went to multiple spa in multiple countries and we never had that kind of treatment, we took the “Nourishing cocoon ritual” and it was amazing, our two therapists were more than amazing, I suggest you to tip them because they don’t get a lot from what we actually pay. After the treatment we took a walk in the park in front and it was so relaxing.

This is the third time staying at this hotel. At the moment of check in, we were two adults and two minors. During our stay, one of my sons turned 18 years old and was exited to go play at the casino with my husband. While they entered the casino, the guards said he couldn’t enter because his wristband indicated he was a minor. He said he has his ID which showed his birthday was that same day. They gave them an attitude and said he couldn’t enter. What is even the point of taking an ID as it says on the sign at the entrance if all they look at is your wristband?

Beautiful resort. Large but walkable, much to do for adults and littles. Poolside and beach service is amazing. Food everywhere. Servers are pleasant and hard working. Bar tenders make excellent drink with top brand liquor. As a member, we have the bonus of being assigned a butler who made all our reservations, ensured our room was well stocked and provided lots of special touches to help us celebrate our anniversary. He tended to the details so we could relax and enjoy our trip to the fullest. Sammy was at our beck and call all the time and even surprised us with a beautiful beach dinner where he stayed I to the evening which was above and beyond. Our bar and wait staff of Yimi, Nicaius, and the beautiful and talented Scarlet, Lorena, Nicarus and Nali kept us well fed, made special drinks and served up lots of laughs. All in all, highly recommend Hard Rock Punta Cana. You will feel like family and have an amazing time. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, brightest moon and beautiful sunsets, so many food places and a pool for everyone. Casino on site and all kinds of entertainment and food options.

Mariel and OG were AMAZING! They truly went above and beyond to make my cousin’s birthday unforgettable. They arranged beautiful pool + beach décor, were incredibly attentive, handled all of our reservations, and even had a birthday cake made for her. I also really appreciate the new change allowing private transportation. Last time I stayed, I had to walk to the gate which made me feel nervous, so being able to be picked up directly was a huge improvement — thank you for that! My facial was phenomenal, as always. The only thing I would change is the Legendary pool… it’s boring. We’ve gotta fix that!! Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you again for making our stay so special!

Had an amazing trip as a family. The resort was great! Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was excellent to work with and the food and drink was great. I couldn't imagine getting the same out of our experience without his assistance!

We had an amazing time and experience at the Hard Rock Punta Cana Resort! The trip was a 10/10! Throughout our trip, we had some outstanding people that gave us outstanding service and deserve a huge shout out! First off, our butlers (Cristobal and Reydisson) were absolutely fantastic! We had a dinner cooked for us that was served in our common dining space which was absolutely delicious made and served by Domingo, Gullermo, and Israel. Down at the Legendary Bar on the beach, Jhon, Yimi, Argenis, and Lorena all took care of us and were all super incredible too! Overall, we were beyond pleased with the resort, the food, and the service during our stay!

My husband and I just stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! So many things to do while also very relaxing. It was the perfect balance. The spa was great as well. HardRock Punta Cana is amazing for their staff and service. Our butler, Elvido made sure our entire stay was 5 star! He was always making sure we had everything we needed from waking till after dinner. He made celebrating our anniversary the best. He decorated our room while we had a special private dinner and brought extra wine to our room! Thank you, Elvido for making our week so special. I would recommend this resort to everyone wanting to celebrate something special or enjoy a relaxing vacation!!

We got married at the Hard Rock in October we had over 100 guests. It was the most phenomenal wedding. The setup on the beach was a concern but absolutely 10/10 execution. Not a single complaint. The service was impeccable. Elvido and Raphael were amazing. World class! The food felt like an improvement this time. Room service was amazing, as far as the cleaning staff. They are far under appreciated. Viven, helped with our arrival and throughout the stay to make us feel like special guests. He deserves a raise, and I have said that previous years as well. The room service (food) was not the fastest, but the restaurants were all very good. It was a very busy weekend. There were way too many cops at the resort that was not the fault of the resort.
Lasco L — Google review
Before wasting the money on this resort read the lowest reviews. Let me start by staying that the food was the worst part of our stay. COLD VERY COLD , chicken was so hard , steak was very disappointing and this was at EVERY SINGLE RESTAURANT. With the exception of Bistro were we met the most wonderful staff named Dariel he went above and beyond for our and it was the best meal that we had since our first day here all the staff you be like him. Staff and waiters were very kind and polite its really a hit or miss with the service. The waiters are not the problem the problem are the chefs. When it comes to toddlers and little kids the best option and only option is the water park we tried the kids club and the person was very rude and unprofessional even rude to my child which is unacceptable. Rooms are not clean we found a cockroach in our room the A/C works when it wants too , it went off at 4am my toddler woke up all sweaty. 4 people of our group got FOOD POISONING. This place its not worth the money or time. They need to remodel everything starting with their chefs and some staff. Shoutout to our lobby concierge , the entertainment crew and specially to Dariel at Bistro they were the highlight of our hotel experience.

The Be Live Collection Punta Cana is an adults-only all-inclusive resort located near the beach. It has a casino, nine pools, tennis courts and football fields that are fully equipped. The main attraction of this hotel is its proximity to the beach - you can walk there in less than 500 feet.
After flying 10hours from France and not knowing what to expect , I can say that I spent an amazing 10 days vacation in Be Live Collection Adults Only Punta Cana with my mother in every way. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have very comfortable beds. The chefs and the staff are very friendly having always a service with a smile. The food was very fresh and tasty with lots of variety . The beach was beautiful and long , great for walks. In addition the General Manager and Nicolas from the VP desk were very attentive to our needs and made us feel like home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitively come back even if I have to fly another 10hours ! :) Thank you everybody for making our vacation a very memorable one. Best regards, Aneta G.

Spent five nights here in winter 2020 (just before the COVID outbreak). Our room was fine, nothing special. Housekeeping (or other staff members) would let themselves into our room on several occasions without knocking or announcing themselves at all. Restaurant service was mostly abysmal, with over 45 minutes of waiting for any dinner service on our first night. The beach was a bust, because we couldn’t sit in peace for even a moment without some type of saleperson approaching us to try and sell us their wares. Absolutely wouldn’t come here again.
Alexis W — Google review
Great location and beautiful views but that is all. Pushy timeshare people (bought in 2021) to later fing out it's pretty much a scam. I would recommend just enjoying everything else and not agreeing to a timeshare.
Taleyah W — Google review
We went when there was curfew in the country during the COVID-19 times, there wasn't much activity in the hotel seven so we had a good time because we party in punta cana clubs, as it was an adult hotel, we had a complaint because the buffet was mixed with the family resort and that's how we got breakfast and champagne in the room as a result of the complaint.
Steph U — Google review
I read a lot of reviews before coming here. Many said it wasn't good and many said it was great. I've had a great stay. The food has been plentiful and good. Most of the staff greets you with a smile and have been super helpful. Daniel, who is in charge of activities, went above and beyond to make sure our family was having fun during our vacation. The resort is small and cozy and not too busy. There are little things here and there around the resort that people can nitpick but I feel for the money, it has been a great time. When you come, find Daniel and prepare to have a good time.

My family and I came to this hotel for our summer holiday in July, it was lovely! Amazing views and generally quite clean, we had a few issues with our first room but was quickly and easily sorted! The food in the buffet is quite simple but the restaurant system is very good. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming, most of them speak English too which is great. The entertainment is great with something different everyday, biggest appreciation to ‘sexy belly’ who never fails to make everyone laugh! All around a nice experience and would recommend, definitely would visit this hotel again.
Alex S — Google review
I had a very great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an assistant who checked on us often and communicated really well. The buffet had the same food every day but you can still do the variety without eating the same thing every day. The place is really clean. They were fixing our bed twice a day (don't understand why they were coming fixing the bed for bed time). All my excursions were booked separately but were in proximity with great comfortable transportation.
Wanessa P — Google review
This hotel is definitely not 5 star! I did not have a good experience as it felt everything was extremely annoying and a problem for the staff. If you're booking all-inclusive don't. It's not truly an all inclusive, when you try to eat at any at the restaurants you need a "reservation" and then when you try to make one they tell you they're all booked. The only restaurant you really have full access to is the buffet. All the restaurants we finally had access to did not respect the "reservation" and could never find the "reservation" in their list. There is no room service and they're stingy with the room towels and take forever to bring them to you. Also, both of the rooms we booked were opened by the staff without knocking and without our permission. The staff opened one of the rooms at 6am when we were sleeping and the other at 8am!! This is highly unprofessional and should never happen. On the last day, our room keys were deactivated before checkout at 12pm and we were locked out of our rooms while we went out to breakfast. We had to walk back to the concierge to get them to activate them all over again! Highly unprofessional. As we were waiting we overheard another couple that were left in their room without AC for 5-days. The fact they weren't immediately put into another room is mind blowing. They had to endure this and argue with the front desk to even get comped on their stay. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to any of my friends. The rest of the reviews I felt were misleading as they seemed to all be positive which is why I booked here. We were constantly faced with push back when trying to get or access the basic stuff on the resort like cabanas by the beach or drinks or food. One of the staff legit said "1 per person" for burgers!! How is that all inclusive or even okay if someone is still hungry. I'm highly disappointed with my stay. I did not add 1-star only because our Concierge Jonathan was nice and helpful and tried to assist as much as possible.

Nestled along the pristine shores of Bavaro Beach, Meliá Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive - Adults Only is a luxurious all-inclusive haven designed exclusively for adults seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. This upscale resort boasts spacious and contemporary accommodations that offer breathtaking views of the beach, lagoon, or lush gardens. Guests can indulge in a variety of culinary delights at six on-site restaurants or unwind with refreshing drinks from multiple bars.
We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Melia Punta Cana. Gorgeous resort, exceptionally clean, and the best part was the staff. Alfonso at the sports bar was amazing, and Moises and all the other pool bar staff were the best! So friendly and funny, will make any drink you want, and you can tell they love their jobs. Even though there are some people walking around to sell excursions and coconuts, they aren’t pushy at all like we have experienced at other resorts. The food was really good, even my fiance who hates buffets was impressed. The water at the beach was a bit brown but we weren’t even bothered about the beach as we prefer the pool anyway. Casino was great, spa was great (though expensive), room was great, we couldn’t fault a single thing during our stay. What a wonderful week!

The hotel grounds are beautiful with a nice layout and easy access to the pool, beach, and nearby restaurants. Quimera was the dining highlight — the churrasco steak on our first night was excellent. Sal de Mar also had good food and great service. Serendipity (buffet-style) was average. Big thanks to our concierge, Gilberto, who was incredibly attentive and made my husband’s 50th birthday special with two thoughtful surprises. That said, a few things didn’t work for us. Music isn’t allowed at the swim-up bar (as part of the wellness concept), which made the atmosphere feel too quiet and a bit awkward. Oddly, smoking is allowed in many areas — which feels out of place at a wellness hotel. The pools also need some updating. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet escape, this might be for you. But if you want to feel like you're in a different country or enjoy a livelier vibe, it may not be the best fit.

Fantastic place to come and unwind and have a great time. Lots of activities to do throughout the day. The food is amazing. Staff is friendly no matter if you tip or not, always willing to help and always smiling and joking around with you. Even though we didn't speak a lot of Spanish, they loved that we tried and had fun teaching us some of their Dominican slang 😂. I highly recommend coming to this resort! Make sure you see Alvin for any excursion you want to do when you go to get your towels. Also see Mr. Andre if you want to book at the spa! They were so kind to us even though we didn't get to do anything with them during our stay. They had fantastic deals that I wish I had taken advantage of 🙌!

I don’t even have to wait to leave this review. Been here not even 20 hours and I love this place! So relaxing and the service is top notch. 👌🏽 Many different foods for different tastes but the focus on quality is excellent. The Level package is what I got and worth it for me. Fish dishes are excellent at the Quimera ❤️ 😍 Fresh from the sea 🌊 not farm raised. Grilled octopus and the Grouper were tender and cooked just right. I had their breakfast also and wow! 🤩 The açaí bowl and tofu/vegetable combo I requested was so delicious. Beautiful beach also. Huge pool and a chill crowd here. The workers are very nice and attentive to your needs. Definitely the best place I can ever remember staying in.

Had to write a review because I can’t get my trip out of my head, I had the best time! Even though I was on the basic level this resort is nothing short of luxury. From the grounds, rooms and aesthetic, this resort made everything feel lush. Definitely for the grown and sexy crowd, quiet but not boring at all just not a party resort. Everything was great but the staff were amazing! Extra special shout out to Laury at check in, Jean Carlos and Thomas driving the shuttles, Cesar and Maribel at the pool bar, as well as Rebecca and Maria hostesses at the buffets. From the minute I arrived they all were super kind and attentive since I was alone. ONLY draw back is that I went in July during seaweed season, but even then I was still able to enjoy the beach early morning after they cleaned. I can only imagine how much more you can enjoy with their Level experience, so I will definitely return in the future.

Currently here and having a fantastic time!. The staff have been kind and helpful and there's so many activities from crafts, tastings, sports activities, yoga by the beach etc. The buffet and restaurants have all been great so far and we are looking forward to the rest of our stay. We recommend checking out the coconut hat making class, the coconut oil workshop and the Dominican hat painting class! All included! The nicest resort we have been to in Punta Cana and cant wait to plan another trip here when possible :)

Nestled on the stunning Juanillo Beach in Cap Cana, just a short distance from Punta Cana International Airport, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is a luxurious five-star resort offering an array of upscale amenities. The highlight of this expansive property is its impressive water park featuring a lazy river, various slides, splash zones, and swim-up access from guest suites. With six restaurants and all-inclusive rates covering unlimited food and beverages, guests can indulge in diverse dining experiences.
Our recent stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana exceeded every expectation and left us genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest, most attentive staff—every single person we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from day one. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with lush landscaping, thoughtful architecture, and beautifully curated decor that blends luxury with tropical charm. Whether lounging by the pool or walking the pathways to the beach, every detail felt intentional and elevated. What truly stood out was the diversity in food options—every restaurant delivered unique flavors, and no two meals felt the same. From vibrant local dishes to international favorites, there was something for everyone, and all of it was delicious. This resort is also a dream for families traveling together. It’s designed to bring people together while still offering plenty of space and flexibility so that individual routines and preferences aren’t sacrificed. Whether you wanted early-morning beach walks, spa time, kids’ activities, or simply quiet moments to yourself—there was a perfect balance. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana isn’t just a resort, it’s a full experience—and one we can’t wait to return to. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip unforgettable.

Ziva is absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, modern, and spotless. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The beach is breathtaking, the pools are relaxing, and the restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious food. The atmosphere feels both luxurious and welcoming, perfect for families or couples. Truly an unforgettable experience, I can’t wait to come back😍

An absolutely incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, always greeting us with a smile and genuine warmth. The food was outstanding, at every restaurant, snack area, coffee bars, rum bar, every restaurant we tried offered something unique and delicious, from fresh seafood to perfectly grilled meats and gourmet desserts. The presentation and flavor were five-star all the way! The pools were stunning, clean, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax or join in the fun. There were endless activities for both adults and kids, from pool games and live entertainment to water sports and fitness classes you’ll never run out of things to do. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana truly exceeded all expectations. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, fun, and relaxation. We can’t wait to come back, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable Dominican getaway. The staff made sure they went above and beyond every single day. There was nothing at this resort that was bothersome or a worry for us.. absolutely amazing and luxury and the rooms were incredible! every single staff member here provided a service that was second to none truly world-class. A huge shoutout to Michale, Robert, Hyron, and Alfredo in the buffet for their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care every single day. You made each meal an experience! And a special thank-you to Valadimer at Tempest for going out of your way to let my daughter take sushi to go one evening , it meant so much to her and to us. The front desk and club level staff were exceptional, efficient, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The Twisted Timber team and the cleaning staff were incredible, everything was spotless, well-organized, and full of positive energy. What truly sets this resort apart is that there wasn’t a single issue during our stay …. not one! Everything ran perfectly, from the rooms to the restaurants to the pools. Even when we unfortunately had to visit the on-site medical clinic, the care was outstanding. The doctor went above and beyond by calling our insurance first to confirm coverage before proceeding, that level of professionalism and compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. We’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and there are always a few hiccups, but not here. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana sets a new standard for excellence. We can’t wait to come back! My biggest tip- try the dragonfruit mimosa!!!!

We had a fabulous stay at this resort. From the moment we entered the lobby we knew it would be a fabulous vacation!! David at the front desk immediately greeted us and made us feel so welcome! He even gave us a tour which felt over the top but we loved the experience and getting to know the grounds! He is an amazing staff member and made our vacation feel special! The grounds are amazing and clean. Everyone is very friendly and has immaculate customer service! We have been to the top AI and non AI resorts in the Turks, Playa, Bahamas, etc this year and this one takes the cake with customer service! The employees look for ways to say "yes," rather than "no." The food was fine for an AI. We had good meals and we had meals that we liked better than others. The location inside of Cap Cana felt very safe! I would not stay anywhere else! The pools were busy but we were able to score at least two chairs and an umbrella each day in either the club pool or regular. We did do a cabana once but I didn't feel it's necessary. Our kids loved this resort, so did we!

Overall, the resort is beautiful — the grounds, amenities, and atmosphere are very nice, and the food is fresh and cooked to order even in the buffet. There is a good variety of restaurants to choose from. The 24-hour room service is appreciated, though the menu feels limited and repetitive. Check-in, bell staff, butler service, and housekeeping have all provided friendly and efficient service. Aside from a mild seaweed smell at the beach during the current season, the shoreline is clean and well maintained. However, I feel completely ripped off after paying for the Club Level benefits, which amount to false advertising based on how they were promoted and described online. The “exclusive” pool and bar access were not monitored or enforced, and there was no special assistance with dinner reservations or personalized service as advertised for Club guests. In addition, the Club Pool refused food service at 4:30 PM, even though both the website and the information given at check-in clearly state that service is available until 6:00 PM. When I politely asked for clarification, the pool manager argued with me instead of resolving the issue — a completely unacceptable attitude for a luxury property. I was later told that the General Manager was waiting for me at the Club Lounge to address this matter, but when I arrived, the staff simply said they would “call the manager.” I have been waiting for a long time, repeatedly told “the manager is on the way,” yet no one has appeared or followed up. This ongoing delay and lack of communication have made the entire experience even more disappointing. As a frequent guest of top all-inclusive and non-inclusive luxury resorts and hotels worldwide, I consider myself somewhat of a hotel enthusiast. I chose this property because a trusted friend highly recommended it — even though I normally stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and other ultra-luxury brands. I wanted to give Hyatt a chance, but this experience has fallen far below the consistency, professionalism, and guest-service standards expected from any brand at this level. For comparison, I previously stayed at Meliá Punta Cana Beach – Royal Service, and their Royal-level experience was truly excellent — attentive, consistent, and proactive. When compared to that stay, Hyatt’s Club-level execution here is disappointing and does not deliver what was promised to guests. I respectfully request that senior management review this incident in detail, retrain the Club Pool and Lounge teams, and provide an appropriate goodwill compensation for the Club-level benefits that were misrepresented and not honored.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Beautiful resort with excellent service and great staff, but the food setup is disappointing. Instead of a real buffet, there are food stations with long lines, and while the quality is decent, it’s not worth the price. Overall nice stay, but the dining experience makes us question if we’d return.
Ricardo C — Google review
This is definitely not a five star resort. While I do like it, I have gone to the Hyatt Ziva in Mexico as well as Jamaica and I would definitely consider those way better and five star resorts over this one. Pros: It’s very clean and There are not any bug issues. Journeys was phenomenal Club level bartender, Cesar is awesome Sous chef, Christian, Also wonderful Some of the buffet stuff that serve your table are beyond wonderful. Cons: -People don’t smile and you don’t feel like they really care -Even though I was not stopping wet or anything and completely dry, I could not enter the buffet with my child to get food and the fact that they absolutely didn’t make an exception and allowed my child to have a table to himself without me is ridiculous. I’m literally sitting here in the little lounge area at the buffet, waiting for my kid to eat. -The spa is extremely expensive, The amenities included with it, do not substantiate the high cost of it. I compare this file with the best one I’ve been to so far in my life, which is Fontainebleau in Miami. -Why you even ask about our allergies if you don’t really care? My son is very allergic to peppermint, but the amenities in our room are big low brand lavender peppermint scented. At this point, we stopped, even saying that we have allergies or food restrictions when we approach the staff at the buffet. -kids club is extremely unorganized and you can tell they were overwhelmed when a storm approach and a bunch of kids showed up. For a while, there’s only one staff member for like 14 kids of different ages. Yes, I have high standards but I should if I’m paying over four grand for a three day stay here for three people. I’m not a coffee snob, but I do like a daily coffee and I didn’t find that it was the greatest here. Went to the adults, only side yesterday and thought their service and amenities was way better. Just because we have kids doesn’t mean we don’t deserve the good things in life too.

My family just had the most amazing vacation here! The hotel was beautiful, the food was good, but the service was OUTSTANDING!! A few standouts were Elvis, who checked on us daily and made sure we were always happy; Juan took great care of us at the bar; Junior made sure we had chairs and towels at our cabana; and Alfredo who helped arranged transportation home from the hospital during an emergency! ALL of the staff were happy, kind, and gracious. 10 Stars, without a doubt!

Los Corales Beach Bavaro is a picturesque paradise that boasts stunning white sands and tranquil waters, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Located between the bustling areas of Bavaro and El Cortecito, this beach offers a serene escape while still being close to vibrant local life. The neighborhood features charming beachfront condos and intimate villas, like those found in Sol Tropical, which perfectly embody the peaceful essence of tropical living.
A beautiful and peaceful beach with soft white sand and crystal-clear waters. Great for relaxing, swimming, or taking a walk along the shore. Definitely worth visiting for a quiet day by the sea!

Great place, beach is nice but can get busy on weekends with locals and tourists. Ask around and see where locals eat, there's good chicken rice and beans at a stall for 1/2 the cost of the other places. "Danny" on the beach by the pier is fair for tours and things local.

Soft white sand, palm trees and a nice swimming area. We loved spending time here! There are many nice restaurants, shops and water activities nearby. Highly recommended!

It was always so windy and the bottom of the water was full of plants. If you don’t stay in one of the hotels nearby, you need to pay for an umbrella. Not the great beach, but it’s okay to refresh.

Eden Roc Cap Cana is a luxurious haven located in the exclusive Cap Cana area, just south of Punta Cana. This expansive resort features upscale suites and villas, each designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. Guests can indulge in fine dining experiences, unwind at the serene spa, or take a refreshing dip in the stunning lagoon-style pool. The property is surrounded by pristine beaches and lush tropical landscapes, making it an ideal romantic getaway for couples seeking seclusion.
I just came back yesterday and had to share my experience at Eden Rock Cap Cana. This place is amazing. Top notch service from the moment you step into the lobby until the moment you leave. The staff truly cares about their patrons and it shows in the service. Jaime was the best concierge i have ever had. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. My only regret is not booking a longer stay.

Exceptional place. We spent a week and enjoyed every second of it. La Palapa is one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean (not just Dominican Republic). We enjoyed the beach and the pool and had a relaxing time, even though we did not venture off property.

15 out of 10 - an exceptional property and overall experience. From the moment we booked, the concierge team was there for our every need (airport transfer, spa, golf, dinner reservations, you name it!). We were blown away by the pristine conditions of the resort. The private pools at the villa-style rooms were fantastic. Sara and Braulio were particularly attentive to every detail and such a pleasure to interact with. Can't say enough good things!

They Had Me at Hello Eden Roc Cap Cana is, quite simply, the closest thing to paradise I’ve ever experienced in my 40+ years of travel. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by a 360-degree view of heaven—stunning, tranquil, and utterly luxe. The private beach is pure storybook perfection, with its soft white sand and calm turquoise waters. The villas strike the perfect balance of comfort and elegance, with every detail so thoughtfully considered that nothing goes unnoticed. As breathtaking as the property is, what truly sets Eden Roc apart is its people. On our very first visit, we were greeted by our concierge, Abby, whose kindness and dedication made us feel instantly at home. Abby went above and beyond—personally driving us around and even taking my daughter to the stables, where she had the unforgettable experience of feeding their magnificent horses. He made such an impression that he’s the reason we came back for a second and third trip. But this most recent stay introduced us to Mia, our concierge this time, and she has redefined hospitality for us. I’ve stayed at many five-star resorts that claim to make you feel like family, but Mia is the first person who ever made me truly believe it. Her warmth, her care, and her genuine heart shone through in every interaction. She anticipated every need before we even knew to ask, making our stay seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable. It wasn’t just Abby and Mia who made Eden Roc feel like home—every member of their team radiates the same excellence and heart. First-class service in every sense. Eden Roc Cap Cana is no longer just a vacation destination for us. It’s our home away from home, a place that holds a very special place in my family’s heart. To everyone who made our stay so perfect—thank you. We can’t wait to return, year after year. ⸻

I’ve been to many hotels and this was like no other. I went with my husband on our honeymoon and the experience was unforgettable. The hotel arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the hotel. The ride is about 20 minutes. When we arrived, we were eagerly greeted by the sweetest staff members. They made the check-in process so seamless. After that, we were given our own personal golf cart to go anywhere we needed and our own personal concierges. I texted them with anything that we needed including excursions, food and they even put a mini fridge/freezer in my villa. Thank you to Kiara and Hill for making everything so enjoyable for us! They deserve a raise! Our villa was beautiful and had its own private pool which we appreciated. Since we keep kosher, we were given complimentary brownies and orange juice when we arrived. They were delicious! There is a kosher restaurant onsite and it is amazing! Thank you to Allen for making sure everything was good and checking up on us. With my reservation came a $200 voucher to the spa. I went on my last day there and it was so relaxing. The decor is so high class and they treat you with such respect. The offered me any type of drink before I left and even a shower to freshen up. The hotel itself is decorated very nicely and the pool area is so scenic. It is so beautiful to look at. The bar had phenomenal drinks. I definitely recommend the pina colada. The stay was so comfortable and I just felt so at peace while I was staying there. I didn’t want to leave! Overall, we had an excellent time and I would come here again in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed at Eden Roc Cap Cana from July 4th to July 9th to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and overall, we had a truly wonderful experience. The property is stunning, private, and well maintained. Our Luxury Pool One Bedroom Villa was beautiful: spacious, spotless, and with a well-designed layout including a generous walk-in closet, an outdoor shower, and a private pool that quickly became our favorite place to relax. The golf cart provided with the villa made it easy to explore the grounds and added a fun touch to our stay. The one downside was the sargassum, which was particularly severe during our visit. We had heard about it beforehand, but the extent still came as a surprise. To their credit, the staff worked tirelessly day and night to clean the beach, and by the last two days, it looked noticeably better. While disappointing, especially considering the beach’s Blue Flag status and reputation as one of the best in Punta Cana, we did our best to enjoy the rest of the resort and not let this affect our overall impression. And we’re glad we did. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly, fun and attentive. Special thanks to Deniss, Benny, and Sara, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A small issue with our room was resolved quickly and efficiently. One morning when we had to leave early for an excursion, the staff arranged for breakfast to be served before the restaurant had even opened, a detail that did not go unnoticed. Dining was another highlight. Breakfast was included with our reservation and I tried something new each day without a single disappointment. Among our favorite meals were the seafood paella and lobster ceviche at La Palapa, the shrimp tacos at Blue, and the ceviche, tacos, empanadas, and chicharrón at Punta Espada. The drinks were also consistently good and nicely presented. As an added surprise, the team decorated our room for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to us. The main pool was beautiful and always clean, providing another relaxing option when the beach wasn’t ideal. Yes, Eden Roc Cap Cana is on the expensive side, but it offers more than just a luxurious stay, it’s an experience defined by elegance, privacy and personalized attention. We hope to return again soon.

Just wrapped a 4 night stay here. We extended because we had such an amazing time. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow after being up in a villa by the golf course. The beachfront villa is a much more rustic vibe but to be on the cliff over the ocean like that was amazing. We listened to the waves crash all night. We had the most amazing butler- Melvin. 6 star service. Location is spectacular. Would love to come back with our kids next time. Thank you Melvin, Sergio, and the Eden Roc crew for an amazing trip!

Location: The setting is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the marina and crystal-clear waters. Being close to one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive marinas made it feel like a haven for those who love fishing, boating, or just soaking up the beauty of the ocean. Accommodation: The rooms were incredibly spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The attention to detail in the design made for a comfortable and stylish stay. The private balconies overlooking the water were a major highlight, offering a serene space to relax after a day of activities. Amenities & Activities: Whether you're an avid fisherman or just looking to unwind, this lodge has something for everyone. The pools were pristine, and the on-site dining options were top-notch. This place is not quite ready for guests. They are trying to redo it and they are far from done. It looks like it will be great when they are done but not yet. Not all the restaurants are open, there's not much going on and the beach is not just a walk out the back of the resort. I would like to see it on about a year or so to see how it comes out.

Nice place, beautiful grounds but many restaurants and bars were closed and out of business. For the money I spent, it wasn’t worth it. I now know to come back to Bavaro Beach where I had everything to enjoy.

Beautiful location and lots of fun things to do! Heaven on Earth. The local market is way too expensive ($11 for ibuprofen) do yourself a favor and take a cab $3-5 to Aliss public market for cheaper prices. BUT before getting into the cab always ask for price upfront- some cab drivers will try to scam you if you can’t speak Spanish or if you don’t ask upfront (it’s the same in any country, even the US). Better yet, walk outside of the fishing lodge and call an Uber! Have lots of fun in this island paradise ☀️

I had the opportunity to stay at this property for a long-term rental, and loved the layout and design of the complex, the expanse of unit space, the beautiful décor and luxurious amenities. Having an upper level unit allowed me to enjoy the beauty of both the sunrise and the sunset. I appreciated the indoor parking, the convenience of the elevators, taking long walks around the marina at sunrise and walking to the mini market, bars, restaurant and ice cream shop. This property offers a great value and I would highly recommend it.
Juliana C — Google review
The property was very nice. Sort of confusing when trying to locate the room numbers. Certain rooms don't have elevator access from the ground and you have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs. Make sure to bring extra towels for the owners don't offer but 1 bath towel.

I had an amazing experience at Esenci Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I booked a Swedish massage with Daisy, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her technique and pressure were perfect and she ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. The ambiance of the spa was serene. They do hair, nails and much more as well. The price is economical compared to the overpriced Cap Cana Spas. I recommend Esenci Spa and especially a massage with Daisy! I’ll definitely be returning.

This place is the Bomb!!!!! Had a blow out done and basically turned me into a Chinese 😁. Made an appointment, no wait time once I got there. Place is beautiful and very trendy. Very responsible and helpful when making the appointment. The young lady that did my hair understood exactly what I wanted. 35 minutes and I looked like never before. Highly recommended. It’s been a week and my hairs looks awesome. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.

Great experience in this salon, very polite and nice ladies, cosy atmosphere. Perfect manicure and pedicure, Viviana is master at her job

Great place to get anything done at a good price. Just make sure to schedule before you go, otherwise you might have to wait a while. They have reliable and knowledgeable colorists, manicurists and dermatologists.

Amparo did a great job on my nails but the receptionist girl is slow and not the best scheduling appointments as I had to wait for over 20 min. Cute place if you are patient to wait.

I received the most relaxing massage ever from Lara (or Lori)! Beautiful, chic, clean shop. Nice atmosphere and staff.

The Rock Spa is a gym that features couples massage and hydrotherapy. It also has deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and hydrotherapy. You can experience a mud bath here within the hydrotherapy sessions.
Beautiful spa with an amazing experience. Definitely recomend, my only regret was not booking more services while I was there. The anti-aging facial was exceptional and the body massage was one of the best I have experienced. The steam room, sauna and baths prior to the service were perfect, especially the clay bath.

Great experience with the facilities. Really nice spa and amenities. The review is a reflection of my massage experience. I felt like the masseuse wasn’t attentive- chatting with the other masseuse the entire time. I’m not one that’s picky about chatting during a massage, but this felt like my masseuse wasn’t focused and had very frequent pauses to chat. When the massage was happening the technique wasn’t there due to my suspected lack of focus.

This is my second time trying the Rock Spa. The massages are okay. We booked 3 fifty minute massages, 2 facials and 1 sensitive skin facial. If you are a custom to massage therapist are knowledgeable esthetician this is not it. You can do the massage especially if you use your points for the visit it'll be much more reasonable. For the sensitive facial Carolina began doing chin extractions which is not and NEVER should be included in a sensitive skin facial. When I asked her to stop she continued. I said please stop I do not want extractions she told me to "Go, Go" and shoed me out of the room. After speaking to Javi the Rock Spa supervisor he said I was not there I cant say she did anything wrong. I cannot offer you any refund or compensation. I spoke to the concierge desk and Javi offered 10% off the service which is absolutely unacceptable. We were given a number to text/call to check on the status of the issue as we were supposed to receive a text or call with a confirmation email the next day. At 11:00 a.m. the next day we received a phone call in our room stating everything has been taken care of and they hung up I didn't know who that was or what they're referring to. I texted and called the number I was given at 1101 am and no one text or called back. At 6 pm we went to the concierge desk and spoke to Benny who told us the concierge supervisor Paula stated she was not going to come talk to us and there was nothing she was going to do. This was hands down the worst customer service I've ever had in respect to a service.

Reserved a deep tissue couples massage, the masseuse was great and I would rate it a 10/10. However, the reason I’m giving it 3 stars is due to the lack of communication before & after the massage there was no personnel letting me know or advising me of the other services such as the steam room or sauna that I could have used before or after the massage. I was in the locker room waiting for a bit to see if there was anyone that walked by that I could have asked & unfortunately did not find anyone until I was changed & already out the door at that point.

Amazing experience! Well worth the cost. When booking a massage plan to come an hour early and you will be treated to a steam sauna, infrared sauna, ice room, mud body mask room (about 10 min each) then fruit, cookies, tea and flavored water, followed by 3 separate jacuzzis (including a reflexology foot jacuzzi). All before you even get to your exceptional massage. Then after the massage you can relax in a water fall, massaging jet pool. Definitely recommend doing as a couples experience.

(Translated by Google) The hotel is very nice, it has good facilities. The buffet is not so extensive nor so surprising. Regular food. The rooms look good although they already look old and somewhat deteriorated. We were with my husband for a weekend for our anniversary. We were expecting a short but unforgettable stay. We arrived before check-in time, it turns out that they didn't have the room ready, they delivered it to us almost at 7 pm, so we missed the trip. We went on a Saturday to return on a Sunday and if you receive the room at the end of the day, what's the point? There was no longer even service at the pools and they didn't let us make reservations at the restaurants. When we got to the room it turned out that it had two separate beds. Why try to go back to the reception to change the room? The truth is I wouldn't return just for the service, otherwise I liked the hotel.
