Definitely our favorite dinner spot during our honeymoon. We ate here five times. The food was always fresh and delicious. Beautiful presentation. The service was excellent. The waiters were the best I've ever seen. I wish I had easy access to food like this here in Kentucky. Looking forward to next year.

I’m not gonna front! This is totally a 5-star experience! The ambience of the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and well as the super friendly staff! Our Girls Trip group decided this would be our destination for our final dinner! The food was flavorful and I wanted to sample more and more! I have eaten here with the family at least 4 times. There is always great service, good food and great ambiance. It is located in a walking, happening location in Bavaro. We found the calamari appetizer was small, but the taste was on point. The price was in the higher end for a family of 4, but it’s a place we visit every time we come to Bavaro.

I recently visited this spot and was impressed by its great location, and a nice atmosphere in the surrounding area. The customer service really stood out; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. As for the food, it was okay. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. The menu had a decent variety, but the flavors didn’t quite match the high standards set by the service and ambiance. Still, it was an overall pleasant experience, and I’d consider coming back, especially for the excellent service and convenient location.

We came to this restaurant 3 times while our stay. They have a wide variety menu for all meals. I really recommend getting the Dominican breakfast it’s was so good and hearty. They also have good coffee, pastries & bread! I recommend trying this place out.

We were hosting a dinner after our civil wedding across the street at our Airbnb and needed a cake last minute. Dalias made it all possible and gave us exactly what we asked for in a short amount of time. We ordered a vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling and whipped cream frosting 2 days before we needed it. We couldn’t have been more grateful for how it turned out! It was delicious and the cake was moist and not overly sweet. Gracias por ser parte de un día tan especial para nosotros 🤍

Found this spot randomly and it was the best gem I came across. I was in Punta Cana for a week and found myself coming back almost every morning! Their breakfast is very good and cafe con leche hits the spot every time. My family and I will definitely be missing this place. Their Dominican breakfast, croissants, and coconut flan were some of my favorite. We even came for dinner one day and were very impressed with the flavor in their dishes. Definitely a must visit if you are in town.

Honestly, the whole bad experience started with the waitress. We arrived in the morning for breakfast and were greeted with grumpy faces — not even a smile. Clearly the barmen don’t know how to make a proper cappuccino. If someone thinks to choose between a cappuccino and a latte in this bar they are the same thing, so take coffe with latte, you'll pay less and get the same. The glass was messy, with whipped cream smeared all over. The filled croissant was fine. As usual in Punta Cana, prices were high.

Their pineapple cake is very nice. Keep it outside for fifteen before you eat it so it softens up ! Nice collection of pastries otherwise!

We were on a walk at night and we stopped by and La Flaca recommended us to try this place out for breakfast so we came in the next morning, we were seated fast and our server Katherine was wonderful, she was very attentive and made sure everything was done perfectly. My daughter ordered the Italian sandwich and it was amazing the bread was fresh and she loved it. I ordered the sancocho even though it's breakfast time and they made it happen and it was one of the bests ones that I've had. This whole experience was delightful and I would recommend.

Nice place to have lunch or dinner. Big portions and not bad flavours. Best burger was classic smash. Do not take tuna tartar- its terrible! Regarding tuna- tartar was chopped in too big pieces(~1.5cmx1.5cm), there was way too much mayo/sauce and the tune itself had a bad taste. My wife ordered a dish with tuna 2 times and unfortunately both times it was bad.

Fantastic service! We hardly ate that day so was very grateful to find this fantastic place that also had vegan food. Since we didn’t speak Spanish, someone who spoke English took our orders as we had to request for vegan food. We ordered onion rings and grilled veggies that were super delicious to say the least. They also had a vegan chickpea/bean burger that I wasn’t a big fan of as I love spicy food more. But overall, great place, really kind people to serve and nice vibe as they had some live singing going on! Highly recommend!

Omg!!best place in DR! I stayed with my husband in Punta Cana for a week and we tried different places but nothing we tried it was half as good as Burlao. We liked it so much we came here almost every day! Amazing meats, sides and burgers! Don’t miss it!

This hidden gem is close to the airport and near other shops. Affordable food and amazing taste. Intimate small setting. I had Fried shrimp tacos and a salad and was beyond satisfied.

There's the very nice staff, I had to stand when a man came by and ask to re-arrange the menu for him and after they tried to please the men he cancels the order and left 😂😂the waitress was very polite and try to accommodate the man but he was just looking for trouble, anyways he left and I enjoyed my meal.

Service is excellent here. Andy Familia was exceptional and made the whole evening for us. Nieves was also very good and kept our drinks full. The atmosphere and decoration is tasteful. The food is very good but very rich.

I’m so upset I can not remember the names of the young woman and the young man who waited on us at our outside table, Thursday Dec 14th at 9pm! They were THE BEST at the entire resort and I hope someone reads this and acknowledges what a wonderful experience they deliver! They honestly were both so warm that they felt like family! I only wish I had made reservations here more than once!… the food at this French restaurant was by far, the best at the entire resort! Everything was flavorful & perfectly cooked!

We used to like this place and their other places at lot. Until today, we had put an order that they gave us late and raw. I contacted the owner to first let her know that they were not giving us the order even though we paid and was supposed to be ready a while before I contacted her and later to let her know that the order was not up to part. I thought I was doing a good deed on letting her know in private, so they can improve on things like this. The response left from the owner left in awe. That lady sent me tons of messages insulting me and my kids. She has no sense of customer service and should definitely not be in this industry. I honestly thought it was someone else sending nasty messages and not an owner of 4 restaurants and 10 or 25 years of experience like she mentioned. I have ordered from different countries and places. Not counting that I have trained others and have received training from places like high end restaurants and companies, and I have never in my life seeing a person act the way this person. She should spend a little time and money on training herself.

A month ago I found Cakes by Vale on Instagram. I was looking for a bakery in the vicinity of the Airbnb my group and I were going to stay at, which was going to be in Punta Cana Village. On 2/6/25 I did a consultation with Cakes by Vale to make sure they were able to decorate a cake to my liking. I was told It was not a problem. On 2/15/25 I ordered a heart shaped cake for my sister’s birthday with chocolate cake and chocolate frosting in between. I filled out the order form and sent payment. I even left a tip. I provided the address to my Airbnb for delivery as deliveries in Punta Cana Village were advertised. I spoke to staff via WhatsApp to confirm delivery for 3/3/25 at 4pm. I reached out on 3/2/25 to make sure everything was good for delivery the next day as I would be landing. I was told the morning of 3/3/25 that all was well. Now 3/3/25 at 4pm arrives and no cake has arrived. I called and messaged on WhatsApp and was told that delivery would be at 7:30pm. It was later than I had anticipated, but It was fine. Now, 7:30pm arrives and I’m repeatedly calling and messaging as at this point my group and I were heading out to dinner by 8:15pm as we had reservations. I finally received an answer and was basically told to come pick up the cake by 8pm or my cake would be left outside of the restaurant in front. (I completely freaked out when I heard outside because what?!) mind you, I was in the middle of doing hair and makeup. I explained that this is not what was agreed on. I was promised delivery. Now it’s the day of my sister’s birthday, I have no cake and I have to risk being late for dinner reservations to go pick up the cake. Being told me cake would be out front was outrageous. They then said they would leave It with a restaurant across from them and to pick up before the restaurant closes at 11. I went to pick up the cake from the restaurant across. The cake was exactly what I asked for… on the outside. My sister was happy with the outcome of the outside. Now the inside is not what was discussed. I was given a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting in between the layers when I asked for chocolate on chocolate. The cake was not horrible but not the greatest. On the outside I got what I asked for but the inside, no. I reached out and let them know I was very disappointed and would not recommend them. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because they got the outside decoration exactly how I asked. Being lied to about delivery, inside of the cake not being correct and stressing me out when I did everything right on my end is not how I like to be treated as a customer.

Great place for dessert after eating amazing Dominican food at la casita de yeya. Absolutely recommend it, I loved the tres leches cheesecake and the corn torta 🔥. Check it out!

In the heart ♥️ of Downtown Puntacana we have this amazing spot. Where we can enjoy a nice piece of carrot 🥕 cake 🎂 or any other of their wide range of options. You can also have your cake made to order here. Good coffee good service and very high quality and an amazing recipe 😎 they have the main place in Puntacana village. So this is a great addition.

This is by far the best place for coffee in Punta Cana, I’ve tried them all, Brott comes a close second. Valentino is extensivelly an excellent Ice cream cafe but the hidden gem is their coffee, there is a Santo Domingo coffee shop nearby but I’ve told them their coffee is awful, I like a strong coffee made directly from beans, I don’t eat Ice cream but judging by the numbers of customers it’s extremely popular. There are lots of seating available.

This is by far one of the best ice cream places I've ever eaten at. It's excellent. The price is a bit high, $12 for 3 scoops but it's so good!

Great place to have ice cream! But be aware of how you pay! If you are paying in Dollars you may end up paying a lot more... Always carry some DR pesos.
