Nestled in a valley surrounded by tropical forests, The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers a luxurious escape into nature. This 5-star retreat features stylish villas with private pools and butler services. Guests can indulge in geothermal hot springs, open-air bathrooms with rainfall showers, and exclusive spa treatments. The resort also boasts unique amenities such as steam caves, ice baths, and dining inside a cave at Jeffs Cellar.
This resort was exactly what my wife and me needed. It had a perfectly relaxed atmosphere and the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole place just felt peaceful and inviting, a true escape from daily life. I left feeling completely recharged and refreshed.

Visited The Banjaran Hot Springs in August and truly enjoyed the entire experience! From the warm and attentive staff service to the beautiful ambiance and facilities, everything was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was another highlight – the variety and quality of the food were really impressive and delicious. One of my favourite was that the tubs in the villa were filled with natural hot spring water. The only small downside was the number of mosquitoes, but I appreciated that the resort thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent (though I still ended up with a few bites!). Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway.

What a fantastic resort. Incredible rooms. Lush jungle surroundings and probably the best hot prong facility I have ever had. The fish spa was also quite a suprise and a first for me. Jeff's Cellar their fine dining restraunt is a must visit. I've never seen such a stunning place. Excellent staff and incredible food. A Michelin star is definitely in order.
Arshia G — Google review
It is a dream come true. The resort is so beautilful, the rooms are spacious and nice. The Service is very attentitive and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes that can be ordered. We actually ended up staying an additional night because we liked it so much. The only criticism I can come up with is that the gym is not that well looked after, the Equipment is quite old, it is not that clean and you do not have any WiFi there.
S B — Google review
Our stay in Banjaran was phenomenal. An easy drive from Kuala Lumpur. Our villa was beautiful and equipped with a geothermal pool and the service was great. The entire property is gorgeous and luscious with tropical flora and fauna. Some complementary actives also was provided in the morning and evenings. The highlight was the fine dining experience we had in Jeff’s Cellar, the restaurant within a limestone cave. Grace our main server had provided such impeccable service! We love her! Pomelo restaurant was alright, I found it a little overpriced for the quality. A disappointment we encountered was the massage services. Even tho the reception and the spa was gorgeous, our masseuses unfortunately was not very skilled or present. It did not feel like a RM 700/pax spa service as we had just had a spa experience from The Four Seasons with around the same price but such vast difference in execution. All in all, still quite an experience with the hot springs and the limestone cave and the gorgeous nature. Lots of mosquitoes but it’s expected in that terrain, they provide repellants for that.

I used a day pass for the spa and it was the highlight of my trip to Ipoh. This is a luxury high end spa resort hotel about 20 mins outside Ipoh town center. The day pass allows clients to use the swimming pool, natural sauna, fish pool, geothermal baths as well as the meditation halls. All embedded in the limescale caves that surround the resort. A feast for the eyes with all the natural beauty. Plus you get vouchers for 150 ringitt lunch which is more than enough if you choose carefully. Splash out - treat yourself for a day of luxury. Only issue I had was with the form which did not acknowledge my request - all sorted out with a quick call but it would really help if the system/website was fully automated.
Wing P — Google review
I went with the day pass for the spa and had a lovely time. I had the place to myself which was really relaxing. Steam cave, swimming pool ,4 hot dipping pools, crystal cave, fish spa etc.. everything was great. You may think the pass is expensive but it includes a voucher for lunch which was excellent Definitely one of the highlight of my trip
A R — Google review
Nice stay for 1 night, other than the lack of temperature for indoor sauna and insufficient water pressure from shower facilities, everything was nice. Jo and the Chinese lady manager in white uniform were tip top in their service. Jo was warm and nice, although forgotten our additional sourdough bread request. The Chinese lady manager, I must say, her knowledge when presenting the food was good, I enjoyed listening to her backstory of ingredients's origin and whereabouts.

The Horizon @ Ipoh is a family-friendly accommodation located in Ipoh, offering an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, and a range of amenities. The property features a 340-degree view of the city from its 22nd-floor terrace, including adult infinity and kiddie pools, as well as a hot tub. While the sky gym may be lacking in ventilation and equipment, the 3-bedroom service apartment provides tastefully decorated spaces with well-equipped amenities.
Me and my family, had a great stay in the apartment. The apartment is nice and cosy. Basically I like the fan as there is a lot of speed mode to it. The location is good as the surrounding have hospital. Would like to book it again when going to ipoh.
Jian P — Google review
Decent place. Reasonable price. Clean and with ample utilities. The surroundings also have plenty of food options. Only gripe is the parking which needs some finesse to manoeuvre as the turn in and out are super tight and the parking area is full of pillars. Go slower
Benedict F — Google review
The apartment was spacious and very clean. The ACs worked perfectly. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a small living with a TV, a large bedroom with one queen size bed and one single bed, another smaller room with one queen size bed and 2 bathrooms. There also is a washing machine, witch was very useful for us. The apartment is situated in a large living complex, only 5 minutes ride from the city center. The rooftop pool is amazing and there is a gym and a chillout zone accessible on the top of the building, too. The view from the pool is really nice. The information received via WhatsApp for check-in and check-out was clear and made it easy for us to get in and eventually leave the apartment. Very affordable price! Disliked · It would be great to have a clothes drying rack. We had to improvise something to hang our clothes to dry. Other than that, everything was fine.
Andra R — Google review
We stayed in a clean, quiet and comfy two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and laundry. The rooftop infinity pool (40m long), undercover spa pool and gym located on the 22nd floor were the highlight, as they had stunning views across the city and surrounding limestone formations. The pool was open from 7am to 9pm and the gym from 7am to 11pm. There were a number of good local restaurants within walking distance (200m) and the cave temples were about 8km to 10km away.

Be careful..even though the apartment/facilities are beautiful and cheap..your deposit will be lost..before entering, check the apartment thoroughly..all the door knobs, walls, etc. are not damaged. I went out when I asked for a deposit in the evening..the rule is to write in the afternoon after checking in at 11am..at 5pm I gave my account number and suddenly the door knob was broken..my son had already noticed the damage..but I was wrong not to tell him so I have no proof..so I deducted RM40 of the deposit..I don't want to give the rest of the deposit either..he said he wanted to check the door if there was any damage..it's really bad..because I'm staying 3D2N and I want to break his door..the 2nd bedroom is where my son sleeps without closing the door..it's always open..after checkout I also cleaned the apartment..this is really going to swallow the security deposit money..my feet are dizzy..so be careful for apartment unit 18-02, host SANJAY Because of this..my holiday mood changed..not happy and have nothing to share😔

Miss R — Google review
This property is not a service apartment per se but more of an "Airbnb" arrangement, where the operator owns multiple units in the same complex. We had booked a two-room apartment for a two-night stay in Ipoh, traveling from Kuala Lumpur on June 27th. Unfortunately, we encountered heavy traffic congestion, and what should have been a ~200 km journey took over six hours. By the time we arrived, it was almost 7:00 p.m., and the management office had already closed at 5:00 p.m. We approached the security guards for assistance, but communication was difficult as none of us spoke Malay. After some effort, we located a phone number on our booking confirmation. Despite several calls, no one answered. Eventually, after about 30 minutes of back and forth with the guards, one of them advised us to try WhatsApp instead. Fourteen minutes later, we finally received the access instructions, including the combination code to retrieve the door key from the mailbox. The apartment itself was decent for the price we paid. However, the air conditioning in one of the rooms (the one with double beds) was barely cooling. Overall, while the stay was acceptable, the management would benefit from improving both communication procedures and the general upkeep of their units.

Located in Tambun, Ipoh, the Tambun Pomelo GoChin Agro Farm is a family-owned 7.3-hectare pomelo farm known for producing big, juicy, and sweet pomelos due to the limestone-rich environment. The second-generation owner and his staff are skilled at selecting the finest pomelos. Visitors can enjoy an educational briefing from the third-generation owner and sample free pomelos after the tour.
Definitely worth your time to stop if you have your own car. I don't think you need to join a tour - you can wander around the garden m, or just stop at the shop and buy some fruit. The pomelo and Papaya were excellent!
Paul A — Google review
A little messy as pomelos were wrapped in blue bags and under the shade of the trees, garbage and equipment were strewn around. Staff were occupied and busy with visitors n sales. However, it was very interesting to see and understand the farming of pomelos from tree to table.
Penny S — Google review
Need to enter through narrow road. Peaceful place with some animals to see. They have some produce to sell Organic home grown grapes @ RM35/500g

Visited Tambun Pomelo GoChin farm on a hot sunny weekday and it was enjoyable. They sell fresh pomelos from their own farm which goes by season. It’s not always available, according to them. We got per piece ranging from RM 28-38 depending on the size. Nice to stop by if you’re visiting Ipoh. It’s also pretty near the Lost World of Tambun & Ipoh city, not more than 20 min drive away. Overall a pleasant surprise. ☺️
Sophia O — Google review
You can buy freshly picked homegrown pomelos and other local fruits here. Reasonably priced and fresh. Not to miss if you are in Ipoh.
Nirmala S — Google review
Visited GoChin Tambun Pomelo Agro Farm near Ipoh and had a pleasant experience. The farm tour is free of charge, and you’re welcome to walk through their shaded orchard lined with pomelo trees wrapped in blue protective bags. The environment is peaceful, ideal for a short educational stop. Staff were friendly and informative. They also sell freshly harvested fruits on-site, including their famous pomelos. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and freshness reflect that. A nice local spot for visitors looking to experience a slice of Tambun’s agricultural charm.
Zashnain — Google review
An amazing farm with various fresh fruits. You can take a free walk through the farm. Don't miss their fresh pomelo juice. The people at the shop know pomelo well, they can guide to choose the best pomelo.
Rubina B — Google review
Free entry. Parking in front of shop. Very friendly staff/boss (young man) who was enthusiastic to share with us his pomelo knowledge. We learnt a lot about how to choose pomelo. Will love to visit again the next time we are in ipoh, to see if there is the red variant (it was not in season when we visited so we bought the white ones which are supposedly sweeter). They have other fruits such as guava and papaya too. Besides pomelo, they have house products such as pomelo skin candy, pomelo anti-itch spray, pomelo scented room/linen spray and mosquito repellent. All very reasonably priced.

Theme park
Located in Perak, Malaysia, the Lost World of Tambun is a one-of-a-kind eco-adventure destination surrounded by tropical jungles and limestone cliffs. This 40-acre park features 10 theme parks with 88 attractions, including water rides, amusement park activities, petting zoos, and hot springs. It's an ideal escape for families seeking adventure and relaxation. Additionally, the park offers eco-tourism tours to nearby limestone caves.
Such an amazing experience! All integrated into ancient limestone cliffs. There are so many varied areas to explore from petting zoos with a huge variety of animals, to theme park rides (albeit quite small ones), adventure sports like zip lining, water slides, hot springs, and a glow in the dark forest walk. I suggest visiting in that order. We're literally there from 10am to 10pm and the kids loved the entire time. Highly recommended. Hot tip: buy discounted tickets on KLOOK.
Jason F — Google review
f you’re planning to visit the Lost World of Tambun Hot Springs, I’d definitely recommend buying your tickets online beforehand to save time and money. We found Agoda had cheaper tickets than Klook during our visit, so it’s worth checking different platforms for the best deal. As for the hot springs, they were nice but not as hot as I expected. It’s not that they were disappointing, but I think the temperature was adjusted to make it comfortable for everyone, so it wasn’t super hot. Still, the experience was relaxing, and the mineral-rich waters felt soothing. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, it’s a nice spot for some relaxation, and the park itself is clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend it, but just keep in mind the temperature of the hot springs might not be as intense as you’d expect.

The Lost World of Tambun is a fantastic destination for families! The mini zoo is well-kept and great for kids to see and interact with animals up close. The water park is the highlight, especially for little ones who love splashing around—there are plenty of slides and pools to keep them entertained for hours. It’s a fun mix of adventure, learning, and play, making it a perfect spot for kids and adults alike. Highly recommended for a family day out!

✨ Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh ✨ A must-visit attraction in Ipoh for families and friends 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. This theme park has everything — thrilling water slides 💦, hot springs ♨️, petting zoo 🐯, amusement rides 🎢 and even adventure activities like zipline and cave exploration ⛰️. The hot springs at night are super relaxing 🌙✨, while the daytime is perfect for enjoying the water park and theme rides. Kids will love the animals at the petting zoo, and adults can enjoy the natural hot spring pools. It’s really a place that suits all ages! 👍 The park is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of food stalls 🍔🥤 and resting areas. Parking is also easy 🚗. Since it can get crowded on weekends and holidays, it’s best to come early ⏰ to make the most of your visit. Overall, Lost World of Tambun is more than just a theme park — it’s a full experience of fun, relaxation and adventure all in one place 🌟. Highly recommended if you’re in Ipoh! 🥰
Akmalyaya_ — Google review
Lost World of Tambun offers an "amazing" and "wholesome" family-friendly experience that successfully combines different park types. The hot springs and interactive petting zoo are consistently the most praised features, creating a magical day-to-night transformation. While the amusement rides are not the main draw, the combination of a water park, zoo, and spectacular natural surroundings makes it a recommended destination for a unique eco-adventure. For the best experience, visit on a weekday to avoid crowds, and consider the day-and-night ticket to enjoy the different ambiances.
A. A — Google review
We went to Lost World mainly to enjoy the climbing area of the park, and specifically to climb on the needle. We were welcomed by Audi and his team who gave us information about the climbs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a great time climbing there, and climbing on the needle was an awesome experience despite the rain. After that, we enjoyed the rest of the park. The zoo area was a lot of fun, especially the tarantula valley and the wetlands next to it. We finished with the hot springs area and stayed for the show, which was entertaining and very welcomed after those climbs. We had dinner there and the food was fine. Overall we had a great day at the park!
Romain B — Google review
Stay in the park from 3pm to 1030pm at night, manage to: 1. Take 3 rides 2. See all animals 3. Feed small animals in petting zoo 4. Visit the luminous forest 5. Dip in all hot spring pool 6. Watch fire show 7. Rest and have dinner The park is quite huge, Walked about 13k steps within that 7hours. Luminous forest is a bit challenging with the darkness and the stairs up and down. Something new, but not really worth all the effort to climb in and out if too exhausted. Did not manage to experience the water park area yet, maybe next time.
Shan N — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great family experience! 🎉 E-ticketing was super fast, Petting Zoo clean with no smell, and lifeguards at the kids’ area were really attentive. Outdoor theme park, waterpark & Luminous Forest were awesome ! Only downside, food was overpriced and not tasty 😆.

Great club for families to enjoy a large variety of sports, like badminton, tennis, swimming, squash, snooker, table tennis, gym workouts... the list goes on. Membership is expensive though, so be sure to make the most out of all its facilities! Non-members can eat in their in-house restaurant or rent out their ballroom for events.

Wish to give it a better score but ... This is definitely one of the best clubs in Ipoh, membership is not cheap. They have a hall, which is why we were there, for a public talk. The Stadium Public Swimming Pool in Ipoh, located near the Summit USJ mall, offers a variety of pools to cater to different needs. Visitors can enjoy an Olympic-sized pool, a smaller seven-lane pool, and a children's pool. While the entrance fee is reasonable for a public facility, some visitors have noted that the cleanliness could be improved due to high visitor numbers. However, the facilities such as toilets and locker rooms are well-maintained and functional.
Is close on Monday, Rm3 for adult.. plenty parking space.. overall is pretty great and quite clean.. appreciate the ladies only of Wednesday 3rd session.. gets a bit crowded but overall okayy
Katherine T — Google review
5 pools in total, 4 outdoor and 1 indoor (for competition). Outdoor stage pool suitable from toddler to adult. Very clean as recently renovated. Equipped with wheelchair access. Bathroom, toilet and locker service is available. Well maintained at the moment. Many chairs for people to rest and wait. Kafeteria Not open. Plenty of car park available
Chi — Google review
Entrance fee is affordable and justified since this is a public pool. The pool cleanliness is moderate, it could be improved. Due to huge amount of visitors, it can get very congested in the pool. Perhaps they could limit the amount of people that they let in. The facilities such as toilet is clean and well functioning. There is place to shower and put your valuables items in a locker room, both male and female. The pool guard is fairly attentive however, they always slack and lepak lepak at the back of the pool. Sometimes they smoke and the smell of the smoke is very uncomfortable to swimmers since it is a sport and we don't want to breathe in your smokes when we are swimming freestyle or doing breaststroke. That's the only problem they have and I hope to see more female lifeguard too. So they can help if there's any female swimmers who might drown. It's more appropriate. Dressing code is fair and okay. Everything else okay
Yong — Google review
Very clean and well maintained pool. Go every week with my kids. Two kid pools with different depth. Two adult pools. Indoor for training purposes.

It was fantastic. There's a selection of pools by meters so you don't have to be confused where to send you or our kids. If I'm not wrong There's 0.45m 0.90m for kids.. 1.0m a big pool maybe going deeper not sure and lastly 1.2m. I'm very happy my son enjoyed it.. the showering toilet looks clean I'm satisfied. I was around the pool.. it was well maintained.

The complex also features new facilities such as children's pools and free storage lockers. Lifeguards are always on duty to ensure safety, making it suitable for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Excellent Facility. They even have shop which sells swimming gears and shops for quick bites. Very clean, and highly maintained. Well done to local council for this wonderful facility.

Love it! We had an overnight stay at Ipoh Town when our kids throwing fits because the hotel pool was closed for renovations. Google for public pool and glad we decided to come here. The fees is so cheap, and the pool (toddlers, kids & adult pool) all in good and clean conditions. Proper clean washrooms and they also have mini mart & cafe inside the area. It was a good pool day for my kids!
Aika H — Google review
Nice new facilities, 2 children pool and 2 adults pool. The indoor arena is close for public. Cheap entrance fees, children rm2/3, adult rm3/4 (weekday/weekend) I really hope that they will maintain it properly.
Zaferyz — Google review
Nicely renovated. No negative comments by me, storage locker facility for free, scored! It’s not perfect but we had great splashing fun time!
Ashleigh L — Google review
My wife went here with my mother in law bringing my 1 YEAR OLD son to have a pool time, but the ticket lady refuse to let my 1 YEAR OLD son in. I know wednesday is women’s only day, but a 1 year child is not allowed to enter even with his own mother and grandmother? This is utterly nonsensical.
Hakim L — Google review
Can understand the pool is public assets and open for everyone . But some of them should be understand , this place the first purpose is a pool , not water park . Some gang of guys play and jump all around the pool without caring the others , keep chasing in the pool , also bring along some water toys to play , shoot and throw cross the pool . Go a few time , actually very bad experience to me , cannot even swim cause of these method .
Celine K — Google review
May be because we went on a working day, it was perfect and nice for me and my kids to enjoy swimming with no crowd at all. We got a whole pool for us. There are 2 kids pools which are 0.45m and 0.6m depth. Not sure if there is any other indoor swimming pool nearby, if there is, will surely prefer that better.
Rosilina S — Google review
Clean and spacious. 3 smaller pools for use. The main open-air olympic size pool is now opened after repair. The olympic-size indoor pool is restricted and not accessible by the public, used only during competition. Nice pool.

One of the management's auntie was quite rude. Instead of talking and explaining properly, she yelled saying 'TAK BOLEH MASUK'3X. Please explain properly the time table for members and non members. The sign clearly said from 7 30 am something to 6 pm something (sorry, unable to correctly remember). There was no 'member' and 'non member' schedule written anywhere. If you do have it and I may have not seen it then please explain nicely.

Watsons Jalan Al-Bakri is a well-established health and beauty store that is part of the leading chain in Asia. It offers a wide range of products similar to larger Watson outlets, making it a convenient option for shoppers. While parking may be challenging during peak hours, the store's location allows for quick visits. Despite its smaller size, it is considered one of the most comprehensive Watsons stores in Ipoh and comes highly recommended by visitors.

Guest house
Le Maison GuestHouse Ipoh @ Octagon is a visually-pleasing studio apartment that can accommodate up to five people. The kitchen has basic facilities, but there are plenty of nearby eateries within walking distance. Check-in and check-out are hassle-free, and the room comfortably accommodates up to five people with hot showers and reliable internet. The location is convenient for accessing the city center and nearby amenities, although the car park ramp may be challenging for some drivers.
Cozy 1 bedroom apartment with a great pool, gym and jogging track. Bathroom comes with a bath and separate shower. Centrally located with secured parking. Easy self check in/out.
Anis M — Google review
Parking not so convenient, parked at 7th floor. Room checked in with water leaked at wash room ceiling, water heater not working & wifi connected with no internet connection. Changed room n get another room but with water pipe leaking, bath tub with no cover, wall with cement mark on it, bath room door was slanted. Room without slipper provided, shampoo provided are left over from previous customers, there were ants everywhere. It's a convenient location but poor room management.
Joslyn N — Google review
Location is great. Walking distance to mall, makan places. Only the room we checked in to is not that great. Eg. Leaking water, walls molded, sagging sofas and sofa bed. Just one night..
Kiefer L — Google review
I love the location. Food places at walking distance that can’t be beat. The place is new and clean. However, WiFi is not included which will be a bummer if you are a foreigner without a data plan. I stayed for a night but couldn’t get a good sleep. - The blue LED indicators on the switches are so bright that it’s impossible to sleep (I had to hunt for some stickers around the house to cover the light, sorry KY) - The place is so near Gerbang Malam and it gets really noisy till wee hours in the morning that it’s impossible to sleep. Maybe the unit I stayed in is new, owner needs to seriously add additional cooking utensils, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, a hanger for the shampoos etc in the shower cubicle and hanger in the bathroom for our clothes and towels. I hope to see improvement. But the Gerbang Malam really spoilt it all. I don’t think I will be back.
Alexandra — Google review
Nice place to stay in Ipoh. Located tight in the city center and easy to get to anywhere. Just be cautious about the car park ramp. It's pretty steep and can be a challenge to young drivers.
Shiraj15 R — Google review
Check in and check out was a breeze. No confusing back and forth communication required. The room was great, able to accomodate up to five people comfortably. Hot showers, reliable internet connection, and close proximity to food and shops, what more can you ask for!

Nestled in the heart of Ipoh, the ICC Premier Suites Ipoh City Centre offers a unique blend of comfort and luxury. With only 25 exclusive suites, each one boasts its own private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor lounge area for ultimate relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a large Jacuzzi filled with warm water from natural springs and a refreshing rain shower.
Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Pretty near to a shopping mall. Very spacious. Only thing is that the beds are rock hard but pillows are fine. Check-in process can be faster.

First time booking a homestay at Ipoh. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location with eateries nearby. Walking distance to the touristy areas with lots of cafe. Food delivery is available too, 24hrs. Most importantly, it is safe with 24/7 guards and secured entry into the building. Will book this pace again!
Lilian C — Google review
While the facilities are brand new, navigating to the pool/gym could be easier with better signage. Cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, needs attention. Also, no housekeeping service during a 3-day stay was unexpected
Echo 3 — Google review
Room was very large, complete with micro kitchen, washing machine and microwave. Bring your own laundry detergent in order to use the machine. It is not provided. If you can bring your own mini drying rack. That would be helpful too. Room was clean. Bathroom too. Bed was firm and comfortable. No complaints. Except that it was noisy almost the entire night. And we were on the 13th floor. Yes, they have a 13th floor. We were there on Saturday night if that’s anything of value. 4/5 is my score for this place. Did not try pool or breakfast. Hotel is very close to Ipoh parade.

If you're on the hunt for top-notch athletic gear, look no further than Nike at Ipoh Parade! This vibrant chain retailer offers a fantastic selection of Nike footwear, apparel, and accessories tailored for various sports like football (soccer), golf, and action sports. Whether you’re searching for men’s or women’s training gear or stylish sportswear that blends performance with lifestyle, this store has it all.
Went to Nike shop at Ipoh Parade. Didn't bought any shoes from there because the one I'm looking for was not there. But their representative was very good and responsive. I got my assistance from a girl name "Alia". She was really good. I tried a number of shoes and she was helpful. Keep it up Nike Ipoh Parade! The above review was about 3 years ago. So I got here again a week ago but met another female assistant, and she was smashing. She was really good too. Sadly, I didn't catch her name. But she was a Malay girl, with a veil.

Whenever we feel a need to buy Nike products for sports or casual wear purposes while in Ipoh, we would always prefer this Nike @ Ipoh Parade. Recently, there was a promotion of getting 50% off every item (but not the newest fashion) if you buy at least 3 items. Made a hearty purchase of jogging shoes, T-shirts, singlets and shorts at one go. Excellent quality, not old fashion and still made the grade. Made my day great. Just do it!
Andrew W — Google review
Service from most the shop floor representatives were very good, apart from one individual - likely to either be the manager in charge or the owner, whom was extremely unfriendly, bordering on being crude. Made a purchase on a non-promotional item, and went back to the store within 30 mins as I have changed my mind on the purchased. Was told items were not refundable as she immediately assumed my returned goods were promotional item (even though it was non promotional). After highlighting this, she made a call to someone and made me wait without uttering a single word that I needed to wait. In any case, i decided that I didn’t want to upset my entire family and just got another item in exchange. Nonetheless, I was baffled that my refund process was extremely painful (and I did not get my refund in the end even though I purchased it in less than 30 mins prior to it). I will never patronise that particular store again and recommend other to not do so as well. It is not worth it.

Swimming pool
Akuatik Amanjaya is a newly built aquatic center in Ipoh that offers modern-looking swimming pools. The facility provides well-maintained and clean lockers and changing rooms, as well as a little cafe where visitors can purchase food and drinks. While it tends to be crowded on weekends, weekdays offer a more relaxed atmosphere. However, it's important to note their closure dates for maintenance. Some visitors have expressed excitement about the newly renovated pools but were disappointed by unexpected closures.
As of 14 Aug 2018, it is not yet open to the public! It seems that the original pool has been enclosed with a roof and two smaller outdoor pools were added. Looking forward to visiting once it is opened.

Sa Sa is recognized as one of the leading retail groups in Hong Kong, earning a spot among the top ten according to the Retail Asia-Pacific Top 500 ranking by Retail Asia magazine and Euromonitor in 2016. When you step into their store, you're often greeted with enthusiastic shouts of "Welcome to Sa Sa," creating an inviting atmosphere. However, like any large establishment, there can be occasional inconsistencies in service due to a few staff members who may not embody this warm welcome.
Usually, staff will shout "Welcome to SaSa". But staff come and go. Occasionally, there do have bad apple that you do not feel "Welcome" despite this is just one or two staff, a minority compare to their number of staff. But behaviour of one and two staff can spoil the whole porridge
