I visited the Ruislip location and was greeted with a flourish of kindness and passion. Passion for service, passion for cooking and passion for their jobs. I cannot express enough how brilliant the service was, the work flow was amazing and there were no mistakes. The communication between the front of house and back of house must’ve been top notch as the food arrived within a reasonable and sufficient time, despite there being 8 of us at one table in an already busy restaurant. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or unwelcome at this establishment. This is not my first time coming here and it definitely won’t be my last. Every time I have been here, I have noticed a pattern, the same exemplary service and attitude towards customers and colleagues. Thank you to Jess who was our waitress today. She ensured that we were satisfied with our food and didn’t need any top ups. Cannot put into words how amazing her service and dedication to her job is. I hope she can continue with her kindness to others as it is a notable quality of hers. All the best!

Beautiful evening celebrating a special occasion, food was well presented and exceptionally tasty from the starters straight through to the dessert. We enjoyed it all, even our cheeky cocktails! The service was great from all staff. Our waitress, Ioana took great care of us and made the evening extra special by presenting a slice of tiramisu cake with a candle and ‘Happy Birthday’ written in chocolate sauce on a plate for the birthday lady. It was lovely and a real sweet touch. The restaurant decor was 10/10 and atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back again and recommend it to our friends and family.

This has been our regular "go to" pizza for the last two years or so and it's always just perfect 👌 The pizza is wonderfully done - puffy, charred, slightly chewy crust but wafer thin in the middle, with fantastic quality toppings. The Italian owners and their staff are always so polite and professional. A proper authentic Napolitana Pizzeria that outclasses many others I've tried in central London. The pasta is also fantastic, but the pizza is so damn good I always choose that. Note: photos are from most recent visit.

I will have to admit that Metro Italia is by far the best place to have authentic Italian food. From the starters to mains to the desserts I was shocked to see how many options they’re were . Each item was freshly made . The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful ensuring everything is cooked well and you’re looked after. I have tried both their restaurants one in Mill Hill & Ruislip . Can’t compare them as them they’ve both got it’s own qualities and character. I had to go my birthday there with my girlies and they made my day . Can’t recommend this place enough . ☺️

It is the best restaurant in the Eastcote area, with good food and nice service. They are always quite polite and have a homey atmosphere, serving excellent Italian food.

I’ve eaten at this Lebanese restaurant many times, both dining in and ordering takeaway, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, full of authentic flavors, and always fresh. Whether you’re sitting down for a meal or grabbing something on the go, you can count on a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been visiting here for a couple of months now and to date I’ve never been disappointed. The premises both internally and externally are immensely immaculate. The owners and staff are always very welcoming, polite and friendly. The food is always piping hot and freshly made to order, and is great value for money. I often struggle to finish all that’s on my plate, the portion sizes are very generous indeed.

I haven't been to Wimpy in years and they've kept everything so Wimpy-esc. The fries still taste the same, the frankfurters still taste the same. It was being a kid again! And our server was very patient with our rather complicated order, and despite that our food was absolutely perfect. It's rare you can buy food from anywhere lately without something being wrong but Wimpy smashed it. Everything was clean, everyone was polite and happy to help. Everything was served in good time. The only thing that needs changing is your male toilet needs a new flush button!

Have been coming to this cafe for a while now. Like a lot of people I have been a little too lazy to write a review. I was remembered and asked if I would like my usual breakfast. Picture attached. This is an actual picture I took this morning. It took me a minute of two to park out front and whe. I walked inside a coffee was already waiting for me as the staff had seen me pull up. I paid and within a few minutes my food arrived. Everything cooked as I like it. Might not be the same for everyone though. Tasted great and was filling. A free top up of Lavazza coffee was even offered. It’s a Friday and even though I usually have the same breakfast they told me they were now doing a Friday special of fish and chips, along with a sunday roast special too. A great experience which I often have coming here. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for more.

We loved the vegan burger and the fish and chips, with the fries tartare sauce and crispy batter. The soup of the day was also fresh with toasted bread and butter! We originally came for coffee but ended up having a meal as it looked so appealing! Much recommended and will come back soon! Even the paper under the fish and chips was a unique touch, I have attached a picture!

A lovely little cafe in Eastcote. Perfect for breakfast/lunch. Esko, Sher and Abdul are so warm, hospitable and friendly. We genuinely felt welcomed and cared for as soon as we got there and throughout our meal. Food/coffee is lovingly prepared, presented and served. Thank you :)

Last night I visited Hight street Ruislip KFC and I was seriously impressed. I ordered Wicked-variety bucket and The chicken was fresh out of the fryer—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Fries seasoning had just the right kick. The staff were friendly and efficient. Even though the place was busy, I only waited about 2 minutes for my order. The dining area was clean, and the tables were wiped down regularly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience. Good food, fast service, and a welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited the kebab and pizza shop, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked kebabs and crispy chips that complemented the meal perfectly. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the pizzas were topped generously with fresh ingredients. What really stood out was Habib, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and even recommended some of his favorite dishes. His excellent service truly enhanced our visit, making it a memorable meal that I can't wait to enjoy again! My recent Subway veggie patty was pretty good! It's a solid plant-based option, and the best part was Rinkal on staff. She was super quick and got my order just right. Made the whole experience smooth!
