Had to stop and check this place out and so glad we did!! Amazing selection, staff was so warm and inviting, and had to try the "World Famous Ice Coffee" which did NOT disappoint. Just wish we lived closer for treats more often!!

I stopped at Maple Doughnuts in York, PA for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how large the doughnuts were! They were beautifully prepared and very nicely done overall. The doughnut I chose was pretty good, though I think I may have ordered the wrong one for my personal taste. I was hoping for a maple doughnut with a light custard or pastry cream filling, but instead ended up with one filled with a dense white cream. For me, it was a bit too heavy — I actually found myself scooping out some of the filling to enjoy the rest of the doughnut. That said, I don't want to judge them too harshly based on this, as some people may prefer a richer, sweeter filling. The maple topping itself was absolutely delicious and had great flavor. I'll definitely give them another try — next time I'll just make a different selection! FYI: The photo is after I scooped out a lot of the filling.

The donuts are incredible, though that description barely does them justice. You simply have to taste them for yourself. There are over 50 flavors to choose from, so there is surely something that will tickle the taste buds of even the snobbiest donut connoisseur. If you're in the area, and you love donuts, this is a must stop!

The best donuts! Always stop by when we visit York. This past time the service was pretty bad. The girl at the counter was too interested in talking to her friends and co-worker rather than asking what we wanted. Also made a snarky comment about our order. This was at the Rt 39 W store near Roosevelt Ave.

Pulled up from the back and the delivery guy had stacks of donuts on the ground. The cashier just said oh that's what he does.....hmm. But alright. Donuts were medicore. Better than Dunkin, but not as good as when you could get a hot fresh Krispy Kreme for those who know, know what I mean .... So hmmm 2 stars ....ion know. For the variety of flavors I'll maybe change that rating but sadly the donut was just a donut

Back in March 2025, we ordered and picked up linzer cookies and macarons at our daughter’s request from Janina’s. The staff at Janina’s made sure that my order was correct at the time I placed the order, and available for pick up at the proposed date and time. The tasty treats were not in the dish for a long period of time and did not let the attendees down. I will use Janina’s again.

Very clean, professional bakery and cafe. It's a little pricier than other places around, but justifiably delicious. The desserts I tried were expertly made and overly sweet. I look forward to visiting again.

An absolute gem! I am a transplant from DC Metro area where you are surrounded by bakeries, authentic ethnic cousine and markets, pastry shops, cafes and coffee places, and pretty much anything your heart desires. I was looking for a bakery shop a few years back that made mousse cakes I missed so much! I was looking for something I could easily get before and now would have to drive almost two hours for. Well this place is only about 30 to 40 minutes away. A few years back I came across this little diamond of a shop and it has instantly become a family favorite. Janina's cakes and mini creations are absolutely devine! The ingredients are perfectly well put together for the pickiest and snobiest tastes out there. Mine included! Mind you the prices are high, but look at what you are getting! It's very well worth every penny! And if you do it just for special occasions or once in a while when your taste buds crave that city bakery experience, you are not going to break the bank. Try Janina's black currant cake, it's heaven! Or mango coconut pineapple cake! Your taste buds and your familly will thank you!!!! Or the chocolate creations! Yummy! The passion fruit cake is perfection. Seriously. Perfection Janina is kind and will work with you. This is the difference between chain bakeries and Moms and Pops ones. Try this place! Go for the minis if you can't decide on one flavour. I can't say more about this place that I have already. Cut the price tag on something else just to experience this place. First time eating breakfast at Janina's and had a great experience. The coffee is great and I would highly recommend the breakfast bowl. You can tell they use quality ingredients.

I really wanted to love this place. When we pulled up, the atmosphere was exactly what I had hoped for—an old-school donut shop vibe with a friendly, local staff. The donuts in the case looked great, and we were genuinely excited to dive in. We noticed they offered breakfast sandwiches, so we decided to sit at the coffee bar for table service. That’s where things started to go downhill. While the staff was pleasant, they seemed a bit lost. Our coffees were prepared incorrectly, missing simple things like milk and sweetener. It took several reminders before those items finally made it to the table. When the donuts were served, they were placed directly on the countertop with only a small piece of wax paper underneath—which wasn’t exactly appetizing. When milk was finally brought over for one of the coffees, no spoon came with it. It took another customer asking the server before we learned they apparently had just one spoon to share. We then waited over 10 minutes for sugar for the second coffee. As for the breakfast sandwiches, they were… an experience. The eggs were cracked fresh and scrambled in front of us with a splash of half-and-half—but then cooked in the microwave. Both the eggs and sausage were handled by the same server who seemed to be doing everything. For a place centered around breakfast, you’d expect them to stand out from typical microwave fare, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The sandwich was barely edible. The highlight, thankfully, was the donuts. They were large, dense, and flavorful—just how I like them. We’d happily buy the donuts again, but probably from a different location or in a store. As for dining in, it’s not a trip we’d make again.

Delicious. So many flavors, I couldn’t pick, so I tried something I have never had. Coconut donut with custard. Other half chose his favorite blueberry which was out of the water better than any other we’ve had. Real blueberry. Donuts don’t disappoint. Coffee was great too. Was served immediately. Staff was friendly and personable. We are from out of town and definitely was worth the stop and I found this place off a whim browsing near by spots. Definitely recommend stopping for breakfast or any time for a sweet snack.

Great stop. Fun donuts. Happy service. And a rack of day Olds if you want a great deal. Got a bakers dozen and an iced coffee for less than twenty bucks. Lots of great specialty donuts and plenty of seating.

It's open 24 hours so anyone can get their donut fix without judgement! The selection is impressive, with fun and creative flavors that are always fresh. They have a cute retro style diner that is perfect for a quick bite anytime day or night

We stopped by this location after dress shopping and they had a huge selection even after what I would consider later in the day. The donuts are perfection. The lady at the counter was also super friendly. She was patient with us while we made our selection because it was hard to choose.

We had Maple Donuts for our recent wedding! So many people could not get enough of the donuts. They were so easy to order in bulk and pick up that morning. The staff is so kind to communicate with and are very knowledgeable. The staff was able to know wich donuts were most popular and how many we needed. Best dessert to have at the wedding and then we had breakfast the next morning!!! Thank you Maple Donuts for always having perfect donut!!!

Little spot that looks like it hasnt been touched since the 1950's when it was first probably built as an ice cream or donut shoppe! The smell hit us about a quarter mile down the road, and the taste is definitely worth a stop! Love the umbrelled outdoor seating!

Literally everything we ate so far has been great and filled both my wife and I up right away. It was also incredibly nice of the manager to give us a few small muffins while we waited for our order. The apple pie muffins were so delicious we ended up purchasing 2 full size ones and 4 others. Will absolutely be returning to try other bagel sandwiches on the menu and hopefully a wrap.

First time I've ever been here, but if I do find myself around the area again I will most definitely be back. One of the best bagels I've had in a very long time. Great, friendly, extremely fast service. By just looking at the menu you could possibly consider it a little pricey, but zero complaints as you absolutely get what you pay for. I've paid not much less for something that absolutely pales in comparison. You won't be disappointed.

Bagels are perfectly crusty crunchy outside and soft and hot on inside. Love the onion/chive cream cheese. Service cam take a bit because it's made to order.

This place is sooo good. Food is always ready quick, nice friendly people that work there. I always get the BLT breakfast sandwich with veggie cream cheese. It's soooo good.

Always FRIENDLY service. My favorite sandwich is the Mediterranean Veg Out with cream cheese. I always get an extra pickle 😜. Be sure to check the hours as they close kinda early.

$2.29 for a bagel is acceptable. $5.29 for a bagel with a couple tablespoons of cream cheese is a not. Taking advantage for sure.

Catalina was wonderful to work with. I messaged her about making an "Under the Sea" themed cake for my daughter's birthday. She had great suggestions for the style of the cake and incorporated my ideas in a lovely way. The cake was beautiful and incredibly delicious! We had guests asking to take home leftovers. Highly, highly recommend her! On a separate note, she was very sweet to my daughter. She gave my daughter several forest-themed animal rings for free (which matched my daughter's clothes) when we initially went in to discuss the cake. Very nice person.

The service & atmosphere was wonderful but I have to admit I’ve had much better cupcakes. I went in search of cupcakes for my son’s 23rd birthday as some kids that age just aren’t into cakes. We moved up from Maryland last year and had a local Cupcake place called Flavor Cupcakery which had won on Cupcake Wars so I understand they’d be hard to beat and my standards were high but I was truly disappointed after paying $4 each and they were no where near as good…. The texture & flavor was just nothing special. The icing was super sweet, which in their defense, I prefer cream cheese icing. Just very disappointed as the ones at Flavor also had a “crispy” edge (if that makes sense). If I had time to drive to MD, I would have but sadly, did not.

Really nice out of the way cafe. Didn't get a chance to try any of their cupcakes, but the chai tea was incredible! Very strong on the spices but I enjoyed it a lot. Nice tables in the back to work at with cool air conditioning as well. Very affordable prices! I only paid $3 for a hot chai. The only thing that could be improved on is there isn't really a menu, so it's difficult to tell exactly what they offer. I really like the place though!

Catalina was the best. With only 2 weeks until my son’s birthday, I had definitely cut it short for a custom cake, but Catalina took on the challenge. Not only that, she came in on a day they were closed to make the cake and be there so we could pick it up. She definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention, the cake was delicious, and beautiful to boot. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had ordered a latte with an extra expresso shot, it does not look as I’ve ordered previously at multiple different Dunkin’s. There are 5 people working at the back with rarely any customers. We stood for a good 15 minutes waiting for our order before they had to ask what we ordered. There was a customer in front of us that also got fed up and had to go himself as well. It looks like regular coffee and not latte with no foam. Did not put extra shot as I requested. The staff does not know what they are doing and confused. Probably need more training.

We sat in line for 45 minutes. Once we got to the window people were wandering around staring off into space. I ordered 2 strawberry donuts for my son and they were hard as bricks. I did see you all have a mandatory meeting soon so perhaps time management can be discussed.

This location needs alot of work. I've tried it out a few times. Every single time I've ordered items that aren't available. Seem to always be out of stuff. They were out of the ham & cheese mini and the munchkins both times. If you order ahead you still have to wait for awhile. My refresher was not made right and does not taste the same as other locations. The cold foam is barely foam its like a white liquid just sitting on top of your drink. Won't be returning to this location.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts location a few times, and unfortunately, the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff always seem irritated and unfriendly, as if serving customers is an inconvenience. No greetings, no smiles—just cold attitudes and rushed service. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when it’s every visit, it starts to feel like part of the culture here. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. I’ll be taking my coffee business elsewhere until there’s some improvement in how customers are treated.

Very clean! Everything was fresh. The donut display is beautiful 😍 All the donuts are up front in a glass window so you can view them in all their glory. Staff was polite.

Female employee working in drive-thru are rude, I'm sitting in the passenger seat as my husband pulls to speaker I say my mobile order she says pull to windows as soon as we pull to the windows she asks my husband "who are you here for?" It's my order so I say my name, she says "oh i cant hear you" my husband turned off the music completely knowing it was only at 5 or 6 out of 40, then I say it even louder knowing my husband getting irritated with the expression on his face as he was looking at me, then she says "I can't hear you if your saying anything" I yell as loud as possible again my husband was fed up and yelled with me he says she said it at the speaker and we are the only ones in the drive-thru are you stupid then she pushes the drink in his hands and rolled her eyes

Won't ever be back! The bathroom was disgusting, the SMALL milkshake was over $8!!! For a SMALL! it was the worst milkshake I've had in my life too. It literally tasted like cookies and cream flavored milk. You couldn't even tell there was ice cream in it and im pretty sure the milk was expired because it had a weird taste to it so hopefully we dont get sick!

Very unwelcoming, when you enter they look at you like you don’t belong, order always wrong. They don’t like to correct orders made wrong. You get looks even when you walk in. I’m not going here anymore!

Not happy. I ordered avocado toast NO BACON when I checked my order I immediately handed it back and informed I ordered no bacon (I don’t eat meat)the girl at the window took the box and came back shortly said my apologies. So I get back to work and realize it’s the same box same receipt on it so I take it I won’t be refunded the extra charge for bacon. Not only that there is small bacon pieces on my toast you can literally see the dents where the bacon was smh -__- that’s cross contamination you can’t just pick pieces off and hand it to someone you can cause serious damage to someone NOT HAPPY.

Love Dunkin, always have, always will but this location is the worst in the area. This is my last two times I’ve gone here and both times my drinks were completely disgusting when they were exactly what I wanted from other Dunkin location. Previously I ordered a mocha latte from this location and watched them make it incorrectly through the drive through window, then asked them to remake it politely because it was obviously wrong and then they tried adding chocolate sauce to to make it a mocha. WAS STILL WRONG and I had to go inside to get it fixed by a manager. Again today, I get my drink the turtle signature latte and it looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement and taste absolutely horrendous compared to other location I’ve had it at. I really don’t care if someone screws up usually but it’s solely this location. Two times I’ve received my two usual drinks that both times were screwed up. Pictured is the expectations to reality. If you want your $15 an hour then actually fulfill the expectations. I’ll continue to go to Dunkin but this location is hands down the worst in the area.

After trying the cupcakes 🧁 and the pineapple 🍍 upside-down cake I thought everything was very delicious 😋. As far as the service provided I felt that the person behind the counter was very rude and made me and my wife feel like we shouldn't belong in the store. I even try to break the ice with a joke the person behind the counter just looked at me. So for being our first time at your store it will also be our last. Customer service needs addressed!!!!!!

I'm shocked by the bad reviews, and can only imagine that they come from the competition. (It's also wrong for someone to give a business they've never used a one-star rating based on other people's bad reviews!) For over a decade I've driven 75 miles annually from Chester county for my son's birthday cakes; his birthday wouldn't be the same without his vanilla cake with chocolate mousse/ganache filling and vanilla buttercream. The cakes are amazing (not too sweet), decorations inspired, and staff very accommodating and nice. Several times they have accepted my late order because I forgot to call in time and knew how important it was to my son! I have great local bakeries where I live, but always make the special trip to Providence! I even have a couple local friends making the trip. If you have a special occasion, there is no better bakery.

Absolutely love this place! I will never stop raving about them! I have been going to this bakery for almost 4 years and they have never fail me. This was my sons birthday cake from last year and they completely nailed it. So many people came up to me with amazing things to say on the look of the cake and also the taste!

Everything I've ever had here has been fantastic and the staff always friendly and accommodating. There's not really much more to say than that except, next time you have an event or office party, you should definitely try them out!!!

So I went here to buy a birthday cake for my wife. She loves cake.....if nothing else, just a good cake will make her happy for a whole year! My mother In law does some research on bakeries in the area and suggested I give it a try. She called a couple of days ahead but was told she needed to stop by and pick something out of the case as there was not enough notice to make a cake for a birthday (ok, but how long ago were the cakes in the case made?! 😱). So the day before her birthday I decided to make the 45 minute ride to check out the cakes in the case. The lady at the counter was friendly and as I asked, explained the cakes, icing, filling. Each cake was decorated for fall or thanksgiving. I picked out a cake with with real buttercream icing that had white exterior, nuts, berries, pumpkins, and leaves. I believe the cost was close to $50 since I had to pay extra for using a credit card. I asked the lady if she could have the cake made into a birthday cake for me, the thanksgiving theme just wasn’t screaming “Happy Birthday” to me. She said “of course!” And took the cake in the back. A minute later she came out with the cake in a box. I thanked her and left. When I arrived home, I opened the box and choked as I laughed hysterically. They literally just put a “Happy Birthday” stick on top of the cake. So much for the “have it your way” mentality that most small business owners would swear by! The cake and filling were delicious but everyone was sadly disappointed at the crisco taste in The “real buttercream icing”. After reading reviews post this ordeal, I think I had my fill of this bakery. Good luck!

Just had the worst experience ever. I sent my associate to the store #1529 located in the Walmart on E Market st she brought me to pretzel dogs totalling $9.73 when I called over to inform them that my hotdogs where dougie and bot cooked instead of her apologizing he hung up the phone on me. So I walked over there and ask to speak to a manager when told that she was indeed the manager I told her to never hang up the phone on me again. If Auntie Ann's continue to hv employees like that no one will ever want to shop there again.

Went here before we started our Black Friday shopping. I gave 1 star because multiple reasons the young guy working was scratching his nose and face whole touching the food. It’s a bunch of kids running this place. Very immature and no customer service skills whatsoever. I was told 7-10 minutes wait and others were serviced before me. I asked for My money back the young girl was extremely rude. I will be calling Monday morning to speak to the manager Damian! Do better Anne’s pretzels!

Terrible service. Girl in front told me 10 minutes to get my order ready. I come back in 15, guess what? I wasn't ready. Apparently, she forgot my order, and because I got that one paid, I didn't have anything else more than wait 10 more minutes.

Worst experience you can imagine. First of all the group there tonight think of their job as a hangout instead of a place of work. They barely had food prepared. Even the manager is childish and starting the jokes, horseplay and encourages being loud + very disruptive. You can hear them all joking around and they are so loud you can hear them above the croud and from far away into the store. Most unprofessional group I have ever experienced. Its like a bad joke of a place to eat! Moreto state but meets leave it at that...Overheard a guy state the pretzels were smaller than normal and he was right! They are like 2/3 to 1/2 the normal size. I won't be going here ever again!

Went here Sunday around 4pm, all they had was 3 premade cups with cinnamon pretzel bites, asked them if we could get anything else, they said dough was rising and would take 30 minutes? Seriously? They had all day to make and get that dough to rise"!? And at 4 in evening still nothing...These places are so incompetent nowadays it's not even funny.

Love Auntie Anne's. Pretzels are great. Always hot, and nice and soft. A little on the pricey side, but they always have deals. Their dips are great and I'm excited to try their smoothies!

I wish I could say better. I love Baskin Robbins, and I don't believe this reflects on the business as a whole. However, this location sucks. The guy who served us was the only redeeming factor of this place. The owner puts ice chunks in the ice cream to make it go further. I did complain and the guy quickly gave me another scoop. Also, they gave us a long container, but didn't have the long spoons that you need to go with them. Avoiding this location in the future.

Normally I go and it’s good .. lately not at all! I got a coffee and a blueberry muffin, the first coffee was leaking all over the place, take a sip and it’s old burnt coffee (at 630 am on a Sunday morning ) so you know they just opened so I guess I’m drinking last nights coffee .. turn around ask for a fresh cup which I’m sure was just the same coffee dumped in another cup… and my muffin … well I’ll let the pictures speak for that , this is seriously how it was put in my bag … get it together .. bc you lost a customer here

I went to the store on 09/30/2025 and there was this employee, really skinny with long dark hair, since she didn’t had a name tag, and didn’t wanted to do a certain item I asked for and the other employee gave a look like she didn’t wanted to do anything. She made me feel like I was stupid for asking and had an attitude, and she was on the phone talking with somebody while serving us. I think that’s very disrespectful and not a good example please do better

The building smelled really bad. The workers were not paying attention to the orders, and one of them was live on TikTok, and just on their phone. The food came out either burnt or not cooked at all. Normally Dunkin is good, but it just isn’t at this location.

The last 2 visits I've made to this location I've asked for a 10pc of munchkins with ONLY chocolate and glazed. Each time they've gotten my order wrong and I've gotten blueberry and glazed. I even told the guy at the window what was wrong with my order the second time and they still got it wrong. Pay attention to detail people.

The Dunkin' Donuts is newer, very clean. It does have limited seating and it was freezing inside the building.

Me and my fiance seen this place as we were out walking, he's a truck driver so we were in the area to go try it. We got a few different kinds of brownies and then 4 chocolate chip cookies They are delicious I really like the peanut butter brownie,, it is super chocolatey and it is so good with a cup of milk to go with it🥰

The fresh warm cookies right out of the oven on Fridays are amazing. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best brownies you will ever have. I don’t know how they get the amazing creaminess and flavor, impossible to duplicate. If you’re in the market for sweets, this is your place - other places in the area have nothing on them!

First I would like to say that last year I had a good experience with this bakery. The cake was everything I asked for! I could tell she really took her time with it. After such a good first experience I asked her again this year to make a cake for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I communicated with her via fb and told her exactly what I wanted and didn’t want. I was very disappointed upon picking up the cake though. I saw some of the cake and at first glance didn’t look too terrible. I should have looked it over more then said something then and there. Once I got it home and took it out of the box though and saw it its entirety and I was very upset. I asked for an ombré cake which blends all the colors together. This looks more like stripes. The picture I sent had the first color in the ombré on top of the cake. This one had white. I wanted small gold flakes going up one side(sent her a pic of how I wanted placement of the flakes). I never asked for these large flakes randomly placed all over or gold trim around the top. It also appeared to be lopsided. I got opinions from friends and family to make sure I wasn’t just seeing things but they all agreed with what I was seeing about the cake. Overall the taste was good but it just looked like a rushed job. Since I paid so much for it I wanted to reach out to the owner but I didn’t not hear back only got a new message saying “ we don’t finalize orders via Facebook messenger. I found that odd since I never was told to finalize over the phone or any other way. I finally heard back the next day with a message basically saying to bad so sad I can’t help you or offer you anything for my mistake. Or even ask “how can I make it right?” NOTHING. Then she ended with “have a sweet day.” I also found it coincidental that after I filed a complaint on here she just so happened to have in the policy that “if you file a complaint on social and not directly to me you will not be refunded half” and goes on to add that that “ I can’t make your cake look exactly like a picture you show me” This would have been helpful to know when she told me she could do the cake! Terrible customer service overall. I do not recommend this bakery to entrust to do your cakes ideas. I would find another one who cares about their customers and the importance of keeping them! ( the third picture is what I asked for and the other two is what I got)

Finally an amazing local bakery! I don’t know what took me so long to find this place, but I’m glad I did. First visit I ordered a sticky bun (asked for it to be warmed up since I ate there) and a homemade cold brew coffee with almond milk and a few pumps of sugar-free syrups. I’m not gonna lie, I was in paradise just looking at all of the options, it was hard to decide. The sticky bun was such a great choice, it was the best sticky bun I ever had, hands down. I also bought a piece of chocolate cake and whoopie pie for my kids, they are big fans too! The whoopie pie is huge and lasted my son two days munching on it. And lastly, I had to buy a Keto crème brûlée for breakfast the next day, it was amazing! I wish there were more Keto options but totally understand that they can be hard sellers, so it made me happy that there was at least the crème brûlée as well as a cookie and small cinnamon roll to choose from. Who goes to a bakery anyway on Keto lol. Gotta have cheat days no matter what diet or lifestyle choices we typically make with food, and this is where I’ll have them! I can’t wait to go back soon to try more. Highly recommend! Attached some pics, some were in the middle of eating them so they may not show the full size, but wanted to share! Show your local businesses love and definitely check this place out and maybe even make it one of your regular go-tos! I know it will be one of mine :)

Great place to go in and grab treats ready-made. Everything looked clean. The entrance was wheelchair friendly with seating available. I only tried cupcakes, they were nice, loved the strawberry topped but Oreo was rather bland and all of them had way more icing than cake although we're also mini cupcakes so larger may be better. Staff seemed distracted.

We had 75 cupcakes made for a gender reveal party and we got an awesome Rick and Morty cake for my son’s 21st birthday. Everything tasted amazing! The cake was moist and the icing was perfect! Will definitely be going back for our future cake/cupcake needs!

I absolutely love going to the sugar rose bake shop. When she was in red lion my work was a two minute walk from it not even two minutes and I would go about 2 to 3 times a week and get the best coffee I can find and her danishes are my favorite. Now that she’s in East York I can go even more often because it is five minutes from my house so I don’t have to go all the way to Red Lion to get my favorite coffee and danishes. I took my daughter there for her birthday this year and then she also did my daughter’s first birthday cake as a Pooh bear honey pot and it was amazing!

I was told by the owner to put the cake in the garage, for temperature control and to not put it in the fridge because the frosting would droop and taste bad. I woke up to this disaster. When I called the shop this morning she threw the phone down and had coworkers talk to me. They refused to replace or remake the cake. They also refused to refund my money and refused to cancel my next order. “they will consider refunding 30% in a few days. They are way to busy right now” now I have no allergy free cake to take to my daughter’s birthday party and it’s not like I can just go buy a cake from the store.

I asked for a tres leches cake and received a dry cake, tasted like condensed milk. Owner charged me 70 dollars for this cake when I was told it was gonna be for 24 people, the cake only fed 10 people. If you don’t know how to make tres leches cake just say you can’t do it. Way Over priced, I have never had such a horrible cake.

Asked for pepperoni bites, old dude there flat out refused bc he would have to make them. If you’re so unsatisfied with your job, maybe get a new one, and probably something NOT in customer service.

Once an awesome pretzel place, but sadly the sparkle has dimmed... there's times when your order is perfect, then there's times when a simple drink order is to much to get straight. But the alternative is watered down drinks or fizzless places. Attention to detail needs to return to the job place Updated... Nothing but high-school agreed kids, looking for a fast paycheck, waited in line (3 people) and the only register person was getting icecream, one was waiting on pretzels and the others were standing around doing nothing. If this is the standard then this location has fallen from the mark.

Great pretzels if your there at the right time! Plus there way to expensive $8 for salt,yeast,and flour and a pinch of sugar and a small smattering of butter! Also carbonated brown water! But they are really good!

This place is going downhill with their customer service. Ordered a pretzel today, they said it'd be five mins. Waited 15, still nothing. So I went down to the 6 or so people standing around talking and doing nothing, and asked where my order was. Without talking to me and telling me what was happening, someone said "well no one told me" and walked away with the rest of the gaggle of people. All in all, it took 25 mins to get one pretzel.

Employee made fun of my husband's accent and then insisted he put a tip on his credit card or he wouldn't get him his drink. With this kind of service it will be the next food court place to die in Galleria Mall.

One awesome person working very hard at cash register. Management needs to reexamine how to change workflow so customers do not have to wait. Nice concept of offering both ice cream and pretzels at one kiosk.

Came here today around 11:15 (April 9th 2021). Ordered 2 pretzel cups, and found not only one but TWO long hairs in one of my cups. Definitely not happy. Absolutely disgusting. When we were there no one was even wearing hairnets to prevent this from happening.

I ordered a 10ct of munchkins and said at the drive thru "ONLY chocolate and PLAIN glazed". The order on the screen showed chocolate and blueberry. I tried to correct it by repeating my order again, and was told "ok, come around" thinking they understood me. When I got to the window, I opened the box to see ONLY chocolate. I told the man at the window it was wrong, repeated my order a THIRD TIME and the window was partially closed. Then I heard the woman who took over the register saying "no, once they take their order you don't take it back, it was her fault" and gave me a harsh look. First off, I repeated my order multiple times before pulling up to the window. Second thing LADY you NEVER say things like that in front of a customer EVER. When I finally received my order a second time, it was STILL WRONG and only had PLAIN GLAZED. If you're going to be rude as hell at least make sure the order is corrected. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK.

We go to a LOT of different Dunkin’s and most of them never seem to make our orders as good as this location! We love when we stop at this Dunkin. Thanks for making such great frozen coffees!

Shame on how this Dunkin an how its ran why is there only one employee on a FRIDAY!!! I left and came back and the boy was still doing orders that were flooding in I called today to see why he was by himself to find out that’s how they run their location SHAME ON YOU and give those employees a raise it was hard watching him running around he did a great job I think a higher up should go back there and do it by themselves and see how it feels boy with blonde hair and whole arm tattoo did amazing Dunkin was wrong for that. I left with no coffee and feeling bad for a Dunkin employee

Got on here to specifically give props to Adeline, for the past couple of years I come to this location and Adeline without question gives the best customer service of any dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. There's never once been a mistake with any order and everything always comes out quickly. And being an exhausted mom of a 1-year-old and a 3 year old I feel special and at home when she calls me Mama and Sweetheart 😊

On 6/24 at 10am Iwent to get a coffee and I noticed that the customer in front of me had order a little box and the person on the window handled her the box with gloves on and handled the payment. Then it was my time to pay at the window. I noticed that he was handling food and cheese and eggs and bread with the same gloves and then he took my payment with the same gloves. I work in an environment that will not allow for something like that to happen there.There was zero concern for contamination or dirty food. Thank God I ordered coffee only.

Purchased a breakfast sandwich and latte. The sandwich was half burnt and half untoasted. Not only that there was no bacon on my sandwich like the description said there would be. The latte okay but not like it usually tastes with a bunch of ice. Very disappointed

Fantastic old world style bakery where the items are tasty and made with ingredients you can spell and understand. I recommend any of the cheesecakes but HIGHLY recommend something called a Smith Island Cake it is worth every penny. Can't wait for them to return to their daily hours as I can't always make it in on Fridays and Saturdays.

Ordered a birthday cake there. Told them it would be for 30 people. I wanted strawberry filling with actual strawberries, & buttercream. I go to pick up the cake 2 weeks later & its a 10 inch round cake. Obviously this won't feed 30 people. Plus they forgot to write the name of the person on the cake. I had to go buy cupcakes from another bakery to put with the cake to feed the 30 people. Then when we cut the cake the inside was just a strawberry jelly/ jam . No real strawberries! It didn't even taste good. I was highly disappointed & won't be back there ever again!!!!

Fresh, exquisite food at very reasonable pricing. Subtly pleasant, clean cafe and friendly staff. I’ve only tried a few items so far and they were amazing: fruit tart, pecan tart, cheesecake, and pepperoni/provolone stuffed croissant. (From the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu guy.)

Got our last 2 birthday cakes from Greg's and they were delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better cake! Got a menu and now we wanna try more of their delicious items...

The absolute best baked goods I've had in a very long time. Stop reading this review and go see Greg. Make sure you buy extra it is that good that you cannot eat just one!!!

Do to whatever, employee shortage issues he has never been able to have the store that's only open on Fridays and Saturdays open every Friday and Saturday and sometimes opening an hour late. So if you're traveling a distance or just for him call First. Tried their savory pepperoni and cheese croissant yummy.

Great fresh made baked goods. They offer different things every day ranging from danishes, to bread to tarts. I highly recommend this place.
