I love the coziness of this restaurant. As soon as you walk in you are in the main space. There is a second part that is more of a patio style. The art and decor is an experience and great eye candy as you survey the room. We were able to choose our seats and drinks (coke products ) came quickly. We were served crispy chips and salsa. The salsa was warm and pleasantly spicy. The menu has lots of enchilada options. It is not a big menu, but there is something for everyone. They have a kids menu with really reasonable pricing. The food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. The only drawback was the kids plate also came out hot and even though we told our child not to, she accidently touched it while trying to cut her enchiladas. The fresh tortillas are so warm and comforting. Our meal was satisfying. There is a dessert menu.

Cute spot near paint rock road. The food is delicious and it is super affordable with good portions. The parking is tight and can be difficult to navigate. They are able to seat around 9 but it’s tight. They can move chairs but the tables are locked in. They do not take reservations but we were seated fast. The ambiance is cute inside and it’s air conditioned even in the “patio” area.

3rd time there while working on flood victims houses. Food and service has always top shelf. I've paid much more for for steaks that were lesser quality than the ones I had here.

We sat in the room with the lights and plants, it’s beautiful and uplifting! We ordered the burger, pork chops, and huevos rancheros. Excellent food and service!

Great food. Tight space so be friendly and expect to talk to others, this is a good thing! The atmosphere here is awesome. A lot on the menu so plenty of options and the salsa is great.

This is guacamole with pico. Soggy lettuce, water logged tomatoes and watery guacamole. Not worth eating. The taco Carbon were not good either only meat and tortilla. It was supposed to have cilantro on it . It didn’t . Disappointed.

We love Armenta’s and have been going here for years. But we had a different experience yesterday. We arrived at 2:30, were told to sit wherever we like. We glanced around and there were only 4 tops available in the original dining area. We would be a party of 6 but only 3 of us had arrived and would need a bigger table. So we go to the newer addition and they tell us they are closed. So we go back to the main dining area. We chose a booth and decided we might could add a chair to the end. As the waitress arrived, we told her 2 more would be coming. She said the plates were too hot and it would be too crammed so we couldn’t sit there. She told us we had to be put on the waiting list. As we are having this conversation, she takes the menus away from us. My mother in law and I stayed in the booth. My niece gets up to put us on the “list”. Mind you, it’s 2:30 and two tables have cleared and there are probably about 4-5 open at this point. Two empty 4 tops side by side as well. After my niece put her name on the list, she starts walking towards the back to take the 3 year old restroom. The same waitress, points to the door and tells her “you need to go wait outside.” The toddler needed the bathroom. It was 95 and unnecessary. The level of rude yesterday was unmatched. Zero accommodation, zero tact and friendliness. We got up and left. Disappointed to say the least because I have always been a fan! Until now.

I only come down to the 325 once a yr, Francos is one my go to spots for comfort food. I always get the menudo, because it's offered anytime of the day. I go by myself so usually the service is just OK.

I will never recommend this restaurant again. I have eaten there for well over 20 years and have always enjoyed the food and service. This time I placed a to go order. A friend of mine was to pick it up and it was in his name. When he went 15 min or so later, they were unable to find the order. A little over two hours later, they called me and wanted to know, I’m assuming, if I was going to pick up the order. I did not answer the phone at that time and then I called back to see why they were calling me. They said I could come pick up my order and they would take half off which I found unacceptable after over two hours and being told they couldn’t find the order when the person went to pick it up.The manager, Julie, was very argumentative about it and said that taking off 1/2 the cost was sufficient. She did not seem to understand that this was a situation of their making, not mine. They were unable to find the order. I explained to her that I am on hospice and wheelchair-bound and I have to have somebody do these things for me. And now over two hours later, I’m supposed to find somebody to go pick up an order and pay 1/2 the cost. manager, Julie, was very argumentative about it and said that taking out all was sufficient. She did not seem to understand that this was a situation of their making, not mine. They were unable to find the order. I explained to her that I am on hospice and wheelchair-bound and I have to have somebody do these things for me. And now over two hours later, I’m supposed to find somebody to go pick up the order and pay half price if I still want it. I think that was a little ridiculous. It would’ve been very easy for her to just apologize and comp the order which I asked her to do given that this was completely their fault. She refused, and said again if I want to somebody come pick up the order, it would be half off. She obviously did not understand the difficulty of my situation in going back to get the food. Not to mention it is now hours later. I really felt disrespected as a customer and will not ever go back. The manager kept calling me sweetheart also and I asked her not to do that. I am in my 60s and she sounded quite young and I felt that was disrespectful. I know sometimes we talk and it just slips out but after asking her not to call me that anf she kept doing so, it was really frustrating to me. I know that’s kind of silly, but I want to give you my whole experience. I am not the type to ask for somebody to comp food. I believe in paying my way, but in this situation, they really messed up and the manager definitely added to the negativity of the experience. Of all the people there I would expect the manager to be courteous. Who knows, maybe they have people trying to get free food often but I truly believe I was right in this situation. I’m very disappointed. Not only did I not get what would have been a great meal but now I will not go back and I will not recommend it to others.

Came here on a Sunday morning and was instantly seated! The place was very packed, and everyone seemed very happy with their orders! Breakfast burritos are under $3 bucks if you come before 11am. Their queso is the extra heavy creamy deliciousness you’re craving. The soup is -hearty- and has incredible flavor! The place is a little cramped, but it actually just added to the cozy atmosphere. The wait staff was awesome, and everyone was just friendly. I’m big on clean bathrooms, either making or breaking a solid 5 star rating, and am pleased to announce the bathrooms were very well maintained!

So nice to find super good on my business to San Angelo. Definitely coming back. I had the green chicken enchiladas and the chicken was flavored just right and was all white meat and so tender. The rice and beans were do good and so was the salsa. I’m coming back !

Stopped in to Franco's for some to go enchiladas. Ordered 3 beef and 1 cheese three count enchilada dinner. To my dismay only 1 bag of chips per total order. No biggie.....I order 3 small bags. After getting on the road ready to eat my cousin and I were disappointed that our BEEF enchiladas were made with green chili and not the traditional red sauce. BUMMER! I called and left a message while passing through Coleman. Let's see if I get a response on resolution. Couldn't turn back around and we were halfway to DFW *SAD FACE* Only half the order was correct.

I use to be a regular customer when I lived in Texas and every time I come back to town, I would always make it a point to eat Franco’s and order their Steak Fajita Quesadillas. As you can see from the photo. One of my quesadillas had almost no meat in it. It has been almost a year since I had been back in Texas and I was so looking forward to my home town’s Mexican food. I wasn’t the only one at my table that ordered them and all the other ones were filled with meat. I said something about the lack of meat in my tortilla and they asked for my plate back. I thought they were correcting it but it came back out exactly the same. The picture was taken after it came back to me. Our waitress was super nice and it was definitely not her. Apparently the kitchen or manager didn’t feel like correcting something simple was worth their time or effort. I loved this restaurant and I am saddened to see what has happened to what use to be one of my favorite places to dine in San Angelo. The takeaway for me was I was a customer that they didn’t need to satisfy. I do feel like another customer may have had a different result. Goodbye Franco’s, you use to be my fav.

This is the best tex-mex in Texas. I have been coming here for over 20 years and the food and service has always been awesome. I highly recommend the beef fajita burrito with Franco's sauce!

Definitely a new favorite place to eat! Friendly family style staff who all take turns taking care of tables, knowledgeable and love their jobs, they love their food too and will tell you details about it and why they recommend it! Their salsas are amazing! We had the tacos Mexicanos and they were so delicious!! I do wish they made handmade tortillas, that would take it to the next level but it was absolutely still so delicious! Meat cooked and seasoned well, just enough heat to keep you coming back for more and their beans and rice are just so comforting! Bless them and their beautiful environment with great food that they’ve created!🙌🏻❤️❤️ it was so good I dug right in and forgot to get a photo🤭😅

The food is amazing. Steak melts in your mouth. This is the best food I’ve had in San Angelo Texas. Only thing I can complain about is the size of restaurant. It’s very small inside the building. Sitting is so close to other tables that if you get up to walk to the restroom you are basically walking so close to customers while they are eating. That two ppl can not walk thru at the same time.

My husband and i decided to have lunch at Piasano for the first time and it was absolutely wonderful. The food is delicious and the chef is an expert at seasoning his dishes. It’s now my very favorite place to go.

After 5 hours on the road, the food here was much needed and appreciated. We had a trailer in-tow so parking was not ideal. Gratefully, the church down the road let us use their parking lot otherwise we would not have been able to enjoy this place. We look forward to stopping by again. We had the green chicken enchiladas and rellenos. Absolutely loved the tomatillo salsa.

Terrible service! I didn't even try the food because they didn't want to serve me lunch 10 min before 11 am, or even take my order after i was willing to wait. As soon as I walked in I wasnt sure if I was supposed to seat myself or if someone would seat me because there's no signs. So im just standing there and the workers are just looking at me. I had to ask if I could seat myself. 10 min later I get stale chips. 10 min after that I get watery coffee. 10 min after that they come to take my order only to tell me they are not serving lunch until 11am and it was 10:50. Glad I made the decision to leave instead of give them my hard earned money and gamble on the rest of the service being good.

Tacos Locos had some pretty good street tacos. I was looking for more flavor though to really give me the 5-star experience. I am curious about the churros as they looked good but didn’t get them for my drive. Overall, things were good here.

Absolutely fantastic food and great staff. The street tacos were excellent - super fresh limes, cilantro, red onions, etc., with delicious sides of rice and beans. Perfect portion size. Neat outside covered patio with picnic tables. I’m also thankful for support they give to local active military residents.

Tacos Locos is such a great restaurant for your basic mexican street food! They have a simplistic menu with quality food. I tried their street tacos and they were delicious. The building is full of vibrant colors with authentic decor. There is outside seating options or a drive thru for your preference. This is a place I would recommend to my friends.

Food: Quesabirria, in the order it comes 4 quesabirria tacos, with cilantro and onions. Which it barely has, you would have to ask for extras. I asked for extra guacamole and the birria caldo/drippings. Overall, it was good to take off the edge. My husband wasn't too thrilled with it. He was hungry, and it was the closest open birria tacos place.

Definitely the best tacos I have ever eaten. The combination of flavors and overall atmosphere left my friend and I speechless. Personally being from West Virginia, I never experienced this level of flavor. 😋Plus, the pricing and wait is all worth it! I would highly recommend it!

Small but mighty! Amazing and friendly service, we immediately felt welcome like family. The tacos and torta were great. The fried avacados tasted like baby Jesus being born in my mouth. Idk what that means but it was my first thought biting into it. I will definitely be a regular!

The place had a nice vibe. If you want a diet drink you will not get it here. They only serve Coke Zero. The Deviled eggs were really good. The Chicken Caesar was soggy but the chicken had a good flavor. My husband really liked the Beef Short Rib and Mac n Cheese and the Cuban was good. We got the Pot de Crème had way too much coco powder.

The wait staff seems very professional. Well trained and attentive to your needs. I got the pizza and had way too much crust in the form of what you might call the bones. It was a Chorizo Pizza and it was delicious. The slice of avocado on each slice really gives a creamy punch to the pizza. It has a very nice decor inside but I did not find the seats comfortable for eating because you're in more of a relaxed posture. Too trendy...

Best meal in San Angelo! They have a small menu but it’s well curated. Small beer list, small wine list and small apps / entre list. But the experience is phenomenal. I got the chicken sandwich - lightly fried and with coleslaw and chatter - very flavorful. Cesar salad was fresh. Mother Earth IPA from San Angelo was ohenomenal.

Fortunate to discover this place within walking distance from my hotel. Restaurant looks very inviting inside and out. Walking in I felt welcomed and every staff member was pleasant. The menu had all great choices but I chose the mahi tacos with parm mash potatoes. The presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. I was very happy with my choice. For dessert I had the beignets. They were amazing Best I’ve ever eaten by far! The portions were just right and the prices were fair. I came in for lunch and I’ll be back for dinner. Highly recommend!

So I didn’t take a picture before I started eating so my food is half gone. But anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Went out all yesterday and tried a few spots and they were decent, nothing major. Came here for brunch and everything I had was delicious. And let’s talk about the beignets… my people are from New Orleans so we know good beignets and these… neck and neck. Minus the drizzle. The caramel was not my favorite. The brunch hash was delicious. Our server was Seyanna and she was great. Very helpful and honest about the food. Everything she recommended was worth the buy. No complaints. Also, if you get the brunch cork and pork hash, get the green salsa with it. It hits!

Rebecca was very helpful in helping me decide what to eat. The food was well done, and she kept on checking in on us. We'll definitely be back again when in town.

A little bit of a wait , but definitely worth it! I had the Freshman 15. Absolutely delicious! Loved the bread they use for the buns , very fresh tasting.

Had visited this place several years back and it was amazing! Definitely looks run down now, no line on a Saturday evening should have been a sign. The best thing was the burger patties themselves. Nothing else seemed fresh, especially the sides. The cheese fries were the worst. The employees weren't especially friendly and the floors were dirty/sticky. Will not return.

Very nice and casual place. Variety of pickle slices. We got a Classic Hamburger. Downside is you have to buy fries separately. Signature of this place is multiple meat types - bison, lamb, boar, deer, pork. Also very good shakes and a root beer float using soft-serve custard. They have bar seats at tables and typical table seating plus outdoor tables under cover. I use a knee-scooter for mobility and it was easy to roll to bathrooms plus inside. The downside is you have to stand in line to order.

Best burger ive had here. I got the millionaire and it was delicious. Perfect bun and the beef was full of flavor. The whole vibe here is awesome and there's even a bar. Highly recommend this place for a solid meal and prices are very good.

I come here every time I come through San Angelo because they are pretty good! They have really good happy hour prices for alcoholic beverages! They have a ton of burgers to choose from and even offer a build your own burger option with exotic meat choices if you can’t decide! I got the “gosh jam it” and it was amazing! I also got the fried ride as I wanted to sample all the fried goods they had to offer! The fried green beans in their chipotle ranch was absolutely amazing! Do miss out on their homemade pickles and condiments as well!!!! The atomic pickle was my favorite and their chipotle ketchup is to die for!

This. Was. Devine. Forgot to take a photo right away, it had like yummy burnt marshmallows first😍😍 this is the s’mores shake! Wish they wouldn’t charge for fries, or at least tell you so you know your $10 burger is actually $13-14. But it is definitely delicious!😋

Nice restaurant! The food is great. Very busy and packed when we went. Also, music was very loud which made talking a bit difficult.

The atmosphere and the service was excellent. The burger and fries were excellent. The fried pickles were just ok. We went during a lunch rush so everything was made in large batches. Fried pickles start to get soggy while sitting. The shake is made with custard so it was more like a malt. None of the "crunchiness" you get with a good homemade shake. More like cold melted ice cream. Overall I will definitely go again, just no shakes.

There was a line before opening for service and the food was probably the best ive had here in town. The place is huge! Our server, Bri was amazing. She made the atmosphere friendly, warm and welcoming. This place is a must try.

I had a great time during my first dinner at The Original Henry's. Although the large restaurant was near capacity due to the influx of spectators for the San Angelo Rodeo, they found a way to get our part of six seated quickly. We ordered appetizers and even had fresh guacamole prepared at our table. I didn't know what to order, so I took the server's suggestion of the chicken fried steak. The Original Henry's version of chicken fried steak was different than the traditional American chicken fried steak. It came plated on its own yellow gravy, which gave a unique look and feel. I also enjoyed the baked potato and broccoli as my sides. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to The Original Henry's, and I look forward to visiting again, particularly during a more relaxed time.

We had tacos, enchiladas, and tamales, rice and beans. The food was good as well as the chips and salsa. The service was okay. Overall it was a good value for the money.

My sister loves Henry's. I think its good as far as Tex Mex goes. Tacos are very good but the salsa has almost no spice or flavor to me. Just very tomatoey. She always get the enchiladas. They are very good but don't expect a pure red chile base like an authentic enchilada. More of a tex mex brown base.

After living here for so long we finally made it to Henry's. The parking lot is almost always packed but we are usually able to find a space. We walked in and were greeted by Ciera, we were seated immediately even though they were busy. We were brought chips and salsa, the salsa was flavorful and spicy. They took our drink and appetizer orders while we decided on what to order. The vodka lemonade was to die for and our queso was very delicious. We ordered the El capitan and the guiso burrito. The rice and beans were delicious and guiso melted in my mouth. The enchilada sauce was mild, but still very tasty. The portions are huge and I couldn't finish mine. Our waitress was helpful and attentive. I would put Henry's in my top 3 favorite Mexican restaurants in San Angelo. We will be back.

Daughter and I went to Henry's after an appointment. The guiso may have been the best I've had. They have a choice of the regular or spicy. I had spicy and it was the perfect amount of spice. The service was nice, attentive, but not overly so. The price was good also. Very nice dining experience.

We celebrated our anniversary and visited for the first time tonight and everything was phenomenal! My steak was cooked to order and the drinks and dessert were amazing. The key lime pie was delicious and the execution and plating of everything was top tier. We definitely have added this to our list of top favorites and will happily return!

We went for the One Night Stand supper. It was a pretty good experience. I was able to go last minute with a friend & I do have some food allergies. The waitress & chef were very understanding. I was able to have another dish in place of the original mystery plate. We do now know that I can add in the notes about my food allergies next time. The atmosphere was nice & chill.

San Angelo, TX A welcoming city with a big sense of family and community. Known for its delicious local coffee, pleasant weather, and beautiful natural areas that invite you to relax and enjoy. Being the favorite restaurant of my future team, becoming one of my favorite ones too.

The staff is great and very attentive. They take great care with their specialty drinks especially their old fashioneds. The food was great and the ambiance was kinda plain but pleasant and cozy. The menu is very small- 3 appetizers, 1 salad, 5 signature dishes and this evenings dessert. They were out of the salad and one of the entrees when I showed up at 7:30pm on a Saturday so get there early if you want salad! Overall it was a nice find in the west Texas desert. Always great when you can find a chef-owned restaurant outside of the big cities.

I always make a point of coming to this restaurant when I am in San Angelo. Great food, great service, and the chef usually comes out to ask you how your meal is. A great atmosphere overall, and well worth the price.

This was the best dining experience we've had in town since I can't remember. Better than our recent visit to Bohanan's in San Antonio in atmosphere AND food quality/uniqueness. Chef Jason is a great chef and proved it from his savory and sweet (with a hint of peppery heat), crispy pork belly to the BEST DAMNED STEAKS we've ever had. A huge thank you to the staff and Chef Jason again for the wonderful beginning to date night for my wife and me. One of the few places in town where the experience is actually worth the price.

Fantastic service! Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. The food was hot, wonderful, and melt in your mouth delicious! As a San Angelo native, I will be back again and again!

I have been to San Angelo a thousand times each of my adult years(which is a lot) and I can’t understand why I have never tried this place until now. This is very good food. Fresh, hot and fast , I couldn’t believe how authentic it was. The hot sauce had a good “bite to it”, the beans had great flavor and the enchilada sauce was as authentic as it comes. The rice wasn’t my favorite but I didn’t care. I could do without the Guiso Burrito next time. Although the meat was extremely tender, it was very big chunks and over seasoned for my taste. The two fresh homemade tacos made this a perfect lunch. As good as the food was, the service was better. Our waitress was tremendously nice and attentive. She was always “Jonny on the spot” , drinks were never empty and checked on us the entire visits. What a great attitude. I was here for a work lunch break, I can’t wIt to bring the wife here, she will love it.

My wife and I are born and raised in San Angelo, and today was the first time we tried Fuentes. The host was very polite and we had Martha as our server and she was so sweet and friendly. I ordered the carnitas al la mexicana and it was very tender, cooked to order and very delicious w actual flour tortillas and not store bought kind that have that funny smell. My wife had the bacon cheese burger and it was huge but delicious not at all greasy. We ended our meal w the deep friend cheesecake, and it was TOP TIER. Presented very beautifully. We were very tired of same old Tex-Mex restaurants in town but I’m so glad we tried Fuentes. We will definitely come back again and bring our family and definitely will ask for Martha again.

My team and I went to Fuentes Café in San Angelo to celebrate a coworker’s birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, and Mr. Fuentes himself even stopped by our table to check on us. When we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert and a thoughtful card for our coworker. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that made the afternoon feel extra special. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs)! I haven't been in for a couple of years because life keeps happening. I was really glad we went ! The food was very good, service was great, prices still affordable. I will definitely be back !

Fuentes has done an AMAZING job renovating the old place and making it look SUPER nice. We had to wait for 30 min to be seated, but I expected it to be busy since they just recently re-opened. The owner himself apologized for the wait and got us seated as soon as possible. Our waitress even gave our kids drinks and our white sauce for the chips free of charge because of the wait. The food was VERY good just like I remembered it, the service was great and I really was awe struck by the new atmosphere and design of the restaurant. 10/10 will definetely be coming back soon.

Stay away from the salad. But the rest was outstanding I had the scraps sirloin with cheddar. It was really good. You can also get green beans without pork. It made my day. Cost is perfect for the food and servings that you get. I left full and went until dinner without looking for snacks

Stopped for breakfast. Waited an hour and didn’t get any food served due to only one cook in the kitchen. Waitress mentioned it would take 30 minutes longer at minimum. When paying for the coffee I was able to see the back kitchen area and didn’t look clean at all.

I heard great things about the Chicken Fried Steak and it wasn’t anything to write home about. It was soaked in oil and soggy, the beef was stiff and hard to chew. We also ordered some kids pancakes and they were rubbery and inedible as well. The hash browns were dry and lacked flavor & the portion was smaller than average. The most delicious portion of our meal was the biscuit, delicious and flaky. I’m sure it would pair well with their biscuits and gravy. The food isn’t even the worst. We found roaches under the table. The building looks like it could use a touch up and a wipe down from the grease. And the tables need tightening or you’re gonna lose your food. Our waitress was kind and was able to get us a partial refund. It was still $32 tip included.

This diner used to be a good place to eat. When we drove up, there was hardly anyone there. That should've been our first clue because it's usually packed and you can't hardly find a parking place. The waffle was almost burned, I asked for eggs VERY over easy. They were over hard, The hash browns were cooked in old grease. The whole experience was the worst I've ever had there.

This was my first time to eat here. I had a great experience. The place is small but fits many. Food was delicious. The building is older but the place is clean with clean restrooms as well. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was extremely busy but service was excellent everything came out quickly and fresh. I will definitely be back!

Immediately when walking in, it was hot and felt grimy. A lot of the tables were still dirty. I had to clean our table off and hunt down a waitress so I could wipe our table off. The booth seat was torn up and we sat there for nearly 10 mins before the waitress came back to get our drink order, even though it was the same waitress who wiped the table down. Before she got our order, she acknowledged a customer sitting behind us, who came in well after we did. The window sill next to our table was caked in dirt and grime and there was a dead cockroach under our table. I took my kid to the bathroom and saw the AC was set it 68, but it was 79 in the restaurant, and I could see the AC vent was completely covered in dust. Food was ok, it’s been better in the past. After we eat, I was curious what their health score was. I saw their last health inspection was in May, and they scored a 73!!!! I used to love Roxie’s, but I won’t be going back now.

Cute little diner. Breakfast was so so. I got potatoes instead of hash browns- bad mistake. They taste like last nights left over baked potatoes. Rest of food was okay but really didn’t have a lot of flavor. Just nothing to make me want to come back. Waitress didn’t come over unless I called her over.. she seemed to be more interested in her phone.

Ordered daily special that comes with dessert. The chocolate cake with cherries was amazing!! We also ordered onion rings that were light & crispy. I was truly surprised that they were greasy. The fried chicken was average but good. Only thing I didn't like about the special was they served a cold mandarin orange salad on the plate in between my hot mashed potatoes & creamy squash. I did ask for a separate small dish to move cold orange salad off my plate & waitress brought it. My husband Ordered steak fingers and they were great.

Hands down the best place for steaks in San Angelo! Perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The portions are generous, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere makes it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. A must-visit if you’re craving steak!

I'll preface by stating that I'm a HUGE advocate for local businesses. I also tend to bias food over service & presentation for restaurants that I review. I was recommended to come here by 2 different people from San Angelo while in town. It was boasted as a place "where the locals go" for great home cooked food at great prices. The establishment itself is a time capsule of a local diner from the late 60s to 70s. Wood panel walls, concrete floors that previously had tiling, and overpainted popcorn ceilings. Red faux leather chairs and benches are coupled with wood formica tabletops. If you remember everything from your youth being brown, then this will be a quaint dose of nostalgia in a busy modern world. The service was good, and I promptly received my chicken fried steak plate that I ordered off of the daily special menu. Unfortunately, this is where the trip down memory lane ends. Now, on to the brass tax: the food. I don't judge by looks, EVER. Like I said, I judge by taste. For a near $20 meal before tip, I have to be brutally honest. I can only describe my meal in one word: bland The slightly charred rolls, soggy breaded chicken fried steak, and the accompanying corn & beans all lacked flavor. The cream gravy didn't do anything to add a savory pop to the dish. The only saving grace was the ice-box pineapple fruit salad that was brought out post meal. All of the other pieces were coming together for a great, local institution dining experience. However the flavor and quality of the meal itself make this puzzle frustrating to not be able to complete.

Nostalgic!!!! Visited for the first time for lunch on June 8th after hearing about this place for years. We were immediately seated and attended. Service was so quick. We ordered that day’s special and when that delicious array of food was set before us in its wonderful, hearty simplicity, I was immediately transported back to the 1970’s and felt like I was visiting my grandma’s house. The decor, the meal, the ambience……I kept feeling like I needed to light a cigarette and listen to some vintage country music. I honestly wouldn’t have been surprised to see my late grandpa walk in from his barn or fields for his midday meal. It also reminded me of taking road trips back in the day when motels where you stayed had great on site restaurants. I can see why this place is so revered by so many. The homemade rolls were divine and the pies looked amazing. It’s truly a time capsule treasure and I hope it never changes. Location- 5 to 8 min east of downtown San Angelo. Parking was level and ample. Staff was friendly. Don’t miss this place!!!

I have the steak fingers. They brought back memories of a home-cooked meal at Grandma’s house. Their desserts are to die for best breakfast and authentic country home-cooked meals in town.

The food here was awesome! It was fresh, hot and savory. The vibe here is very chill but not much decor to give that feeling. The waitress was super helpful with the menu. It was my first time here. I ordered egg rolls and Penang with white rice. So delicious and spice had a kick that I love. I recommend coming here if you love Asian food that has authentic flavor!

Love Ban Moon! Have tried both their chicken pho and beef pho, both great, I just prefer the chicken. They make their sriracha in house and it wasn’t super spicy 1-2 weeks ago but today it had a little kick to it which was perfect for a very mildly spicy pho (i typically use a ton of sriracha in pho). To provide some context, the last time I visited (1-2 weeks ago, first visit) I used 6 of the little servings of sriracha they give you for my pho and it was about 1 notch above the mild spice it was today so I was happy with the improvement! The staff is always friendly, smiling, and attentive! They always offer to go containers/cups too which is great. The prices are really good for the portion sizes—i eat what I can in the restaurant but still have enough for another meal at home! I love the amount of cilantro they give, just wish that you could request jalapeños instead of getting bell peppers to put into it (but once again, that is just a personal preference). The Thai tea was great, perfectly sweet and a great serving size. The rangoon was okay, nothing to write home about but that’s probably because we recently made crab rangoon at home. The only thing to note is to be weary of the to go containers for soup, the lids aren’t super stable so they can spill a bit easily! Next time I’ll get shrimp spring rolls and I want to try some of the noodle dishes and curry. The place hasn’t been super busy (typically half full with customers coming in and out) when I’ve gone in so I’ve been seated quickly, the atmosphere is calm, clean, and enjoyable and typically not super loud which is nice for someone who doesn’t want to be overstimulated in a restaurant. Would highly recommend this place! Great food, great service, chill atmosphere.

The food is good, always consistent. The menu has quite a variety so there's something for everyone. The service is prompt and the staff is friendly.

Upon entry it feels very comforting. The colors are mild, the decor creates an experience, and it appears clean. HOWEVER, as we were guided across the restaurant to our table, I couldn't help but notice that the floor was very sticky and making a smacking sound on the sole of my shoes. Our server, who was pretty great, took our order but to our dismay they were out of every appetizer we would have ordered, both egg rolls and spring rolls. So we settled into the dinner menu. A big part of navigating a menu is reading the description and seeing a visual, however this menu has no pictures so you're left to create your own based on what you read...and that's a dangerous game to play my friends. Our food arrived quickly. It was hot. I got a stir fry and fried rice. The fried rice , to my chagrin had vegetables in it. It was molded in the shape of an inverted bowl. It did not taste freshly prepared in my opinion. The stir fry was wonderful. It was just the right amount of spicy and has a great flavor. The veggies in it were crisp yet well prepared. The sauce was smooth and glistened on the meat and veggies. The brisket pho was well prepared and the mixins were plentiful- sprouts, cilantro, housin sauce, lime, There is a kids menu. The low mein from that menu had a spaghetti look and was oily but had a great taste. The bathroom is a single unit and it was clean.

Food was served hot and fresh! I got the yellow curry with fried rice and Thai tea. Delicious! The vegetables were very fresh, and the chicken was perfectly tender. The curry was a tad spicy, perfect for what I was craving and not too hot. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

Food was amazing and the so was the level of service. Ordered the Yellow chicken curry. It came out hot, fresh and delightful. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great Thai food experience in San Angelo.

The food here was bland, mediocre, and did not taste fresh. The fried rice was mushy. The chicken was rubbery and unappealing. There were cashews in the food which were an utterly pointless waste of time given that they had virtually no flavor. The green onions were perhaps thrown in upon reheating which resulted in them overpowering the other flavors in the dish and also ruining any favorable textured experience as they seemed undercooked and also not chipped nearly fine enough. Overall, you could tell the dish had been made well in advance, long enough to have it lose all freshness and then reheated in some way. I'll give credit that at least it didn't give the impression of being microwaved. The Tai Tea was glorified sugar water, it had barely a hint of the signature Tai Tea flavor. Simultaneously both oversweetened and diluted in flavor. I am not surprised this place has good reviews given that this town offers very little in terms of competition. I was nonetheless the fool for believing them. The only memorable feature of this restaurant is mediocrity. I am not surprised, but disappointed nonetheless.

I recently visited Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory, and I would categorize it as a unique combination of fast food and restaurant. The first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant interior, which had a charming ambiance. One of the highlights of my experience was being able to watch the tortillas being made, adding a touch of authenticity to the dining experience. When it came to ordering, the process was straightforward. You place your order upfront and then take a seat at your chosen table. Although the staff members taking the orders were not particularly cheerful, they were not rude either. It would have been nice to see a bit more enthusiasm from them, as it could have enhanced the overall customer experience. One aspect that impressed me was the speed at which the food was prepared. It didn't take long at all from the moment I ordered to when the food was available for me to grab. This efficiency is definitely a plus, especially for those looking for a quick bite. Regarding the food itself, I found the overall quality to be moderate. The menu offered a decent variety of options, and the flavors were enjoyable, albeit not mind-blowing. The portions were not huge, but the price wasn’t that high so the value met my expectations. If you're looking for a quick and reasonably priced meal with a pleasant ambiance, this place is worth a visit.

Let me say I enjoy the food. I usually do drive-thru after work. The last 4 times there has been problems with the order. The first time I made it home without salsa so the next time I ask if there was salsa and was assured there was, however there was not salsa when I got home. The next time since it was a large order so we checked the order and there was no salsa and the order was missing items, since we were still in the parking lot it was an easy fix. This last time I ask for salsa, got it but still ended up going back for my chips. The young lady brought them immediately when she heard me come back in for my missing chips. The most frustrating part is this young girl absolutely did not care the order was wrong or that I was inconvenienced. Rosa's is too expensive for poor service, my time is valuable and I expect my order to be correct. First and second time I was understanding, mistakes happen, but I'm tired of double checking everything. Also it wasn't busy, no lines, plenty of parking, order should have been correct. It's time for me to rethink where I want to go for tacos.

I wanted to leave a review as I'm recently dairy and egg free since I'm breastfeeding my son, and he has an intolerance to both. We are not allergic but intolerant, which is still important in avoiding both food items. I asked to speak with the manager, and when she stated they didn't have an allergy menu, I asked about specific items on the menu, and she was very patient and willing to help. After placing my order, she even said she would personally make it so as not to touch anything else with dairy and egg. I just want to say what amazing customer service she gave, and I appreciate her very much. Would definitely recommend Rosas. By the way this is the manager that worked Saturday (7/19/25)

This place is always my go to when I get very lazy to cook Mexican food. I go for the tortillas. One thing I didn't like is the employees at the window every time I go they seem to be annoyed, never try to upsale you anything i order a lunch combo, which I didn't get a drink bec my mind was elsewhere I would of loved if they would of upsale and Said would u like a drink to go with that, Or dessert. Of course I would of taken it employee just don't seem happy to be working make me not return. I rather go to a place where u feel welcomed and not just a paycheck . If fixes definitely would be a #1 customer bring along family n friends. The food was by far amazing and deserved nothing but the best star rating but I feel this issue can be fixed

Rosas's has always done a great job in not only having great quality food but fast service as well. However, this past visit we decided to go through the drive-thru and when we got to there, there was a car at the speaker. I noticed they eventually put there car in Park and looked like they were just sitting there waiting to order. I finally heard someone came through the speaker and they ordered. When it was our turn, we had someone come on right away but halfway through my order they had me stop and I waited for 3 to 4 minutes before the person came back on. Apparently they are short staffed and, unfortunately, it's causing its patrons to wait longer than normal. Hopefully, they can find more help soon.

We typically go through the drive through. Our usual order is chicken fajita salad with romaine lettuce. Twice we have had to go inside to get corrected. And the this last time they hid the iceberg lettuce under maybe a handful of romaine. And we have had to start asking for hot sauce since it doesn’t seem to come with the salad anymore.

Passing through town and we decided to stop for a sweet treat. The place smells like homemade waffle cones. YUM! They have unique flavors of ice cream and offer free tasters to help you pick your perfect flavor. My son wasn’t in the mood for ice cream so he ordered a fresh lemonade with peach (they have multiple flavors). He said it was really good. If we ever stop again I’ll try the black cherry lemonade. This ice cream shop has to be my favorite thing about San Angelo. Their ice cream is so rich and creamy. I have yet to try a flavor that I don’t like, but my favorite is the cookie butter in a cinnamon waffle cone!

We booked the latest scoop for my granddaughters 2nd birthday and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! Atmosphere is super cute and the ice cream is always to die for. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the staff. The girls at the register obviously seemed bothered that someone walked in and didn’t hide that I was inconveniencing them by being there. I asked a question and just got a nod as a response. Just a strange experience.

The food was typical Golden Corral. However, you could tell the food was not fresh. We arrived around 4pm and there were plenty of diners at that time. The soups had a film over the top of them. The service was good. She was polite and we appreciated her. There were many dirty tables. It was a challenge to find a clean one. Wont likely return just because we struggled to find a fresh dish.

Went on Mother's Day, and the special that day is you pay $2 extra! Yep, price gouged on a high traffic day. I guess they have the right to do that, but it seems pretty low to me. If you want to go for Mother's Day, celebrate on staturday and save yourself about 12%. Service was great, and food as normal for GC is OK but really upset for price increase without an explanation.

Everything i tried was ok. Nothing had much flavor. Been a while since I ate here. I ate a salad which was good. But the catfish, mashed potatoes, fried chicken was ok.

I was surprised by the variety of foods. They all taste great. Needless to say i was stuffed when I left. I will definitely be back.

It is self service, all-you-can-eat, with a wide selection. Come back if you got scared off by the "kids licking the open chocolate fountain" days. Sometimes self serve can be a little messy, but the staff is pretty on top of keeping it clean and comfortable. Food is 4 out of 5 for the most part with a few 2s (pizza) and some 5s. (Try the hot bread pudding with some ice cream.)

The restaurant was clean and our waitress was great! The salad bar was okay. The meat area was not really fresh. Some of the items were dry, and some areas were empty because items had not been restocked. The dessert bar was a little messy, but the items that were available were good.

We went through the drive thru, & when we got the food it was hot & ready to go! I had high hopes, and was ultimately disappointed. The food was really bland, absolutely 0 flavor in my opinion. I ordered the orange chicken, and I was a little taken back because it was bright red chicken, and it wasn’t spicy at all.. the lo mein had absolutely no flavor as well. The best items were the fruity pebbles donuts & Chinese donuts were AMAZING!! We will definitely return for those. 🔥

This place was decently priced and the food was pretty tasty. We came to pick up our food through the drive through. My husband and I ordered the tofu with veg and it came with steamed rice. They did NOT skimp out on the portion. We each got our fill of food and could barely finish. We also ordered fried sesame balls which are vegan and gluten-free. We really enjoyed the food and will be visiting again.

The service was really good and the girl at the register was so sweet! I got the orange chicken non spicy with fried rice which tasted amazing. My husband on the other hand got shrimp with lobster sauce and white rice. He didn't even take a single bite before wanting to throw it away. It was very watered down and very obviously microwaved.... he took a small bite and could tell that both the white rice and shrimp meal were indeed microwaved.

Absolutely gross!! Had green fungus on ice dispenser. Soup had fish taste and grease was top taste in all dishes. First and last for that crapshoot!

I gave this place 1 star just because they make you before you can proceed. I wouldn't have given them anything if I hadn't had to. We had the worst food ever at this place. We asked for a refund and the owner and manager said NO! It is written across the bottom of the menu when you order at the counter. It is hardly legible because it is smeared which is the way they want it I am sure. Anyway, I am really surprised we did not get sick from it. I handed the food back to them with some very explicit language and will make sure everyone I know in town hears about this experience. The place is filthy too. Surprised the Health Department hasn't shut them down yet.

Been coming to here for 12 years but yesterday was my last time and not just for me but my family that we purchase meals all the time they gave me the wrong order and refused to change my food they insisted in that was i ordered ordered 3 orange chicken house special lomein pork fried rice house special fried rice and beef with broccoli they didn't give my order and gave something else some food that I didn't even know what it was . Refuse to give me money back or change the food . Is there loss . I lost 94 $ but they lost a big family that bought there food almost every week sometimes twice or three times week .it's all good your lost

The person on the phone told me to please hold, then proceeded to speak to a coworker degrading me and the military installation I was calling from, not knowing that everyone on the phone could hear her. I expect better from an establishment that is located nearby to a military base and serving many military customers.

I sent this message to their messenger and it was unanswered. "hi, I just ordered a beef pho with tendons . I specically said I did not want it rare and I got rare. also, I had 5 choices of meet and I only chose 2. wouldn't it be fair to receive more than 1 tinny piece of tendon? I was looking forward to this meal that the disappoint took away my willingness to eat anything" and intead I the it away. Why ask me how I want my meet if you're going to give me what you wanted anyway. Also, I understand I was among your last clients, and they might not be enough ingredients left. If that's the case, just let me know. Don't take my money plus tips and serve me whatever you feel like serving.

Came here to try the hot pot. The parking lot is huge and plenty of spots. We were seated immediately and someone came and took our drink order. We got water but the best part is that it was the biggest water cup I've ever received at a restaurant I was so happy. The hot pot came out fast and I ordered the cream cheese wantons and they are massive. All the food tasted amazing and fresh, the only thing I wish we had was a cooking times chart for how long to cook things. Left full and excited to try other things here in the future. Warning the portions are massive be prepared to be well fed.

Deacon was a great server, and the pho was top-notch. I’m from Houston, and we are spoiled with great pho down there. This was definitely on par with my hometown. The Vietnamese coffee was very good as well strong and sweeet! Recommend this spot not too pricey, very much average prices for the economy today.

Some of the best Pho we have ever experienced. The condiments at the table are extensive. Stephanie was very attentive and cheerful. We had grilled chicken rolls as an appetizer, which are excellent, and the sauce is fabulous. The main dishes were Vermicelli Bun with grilled pork with shrimp and the grilled ribeye with an egg. The fish sauce tasted authentic, made in-house, and perfectly matched flavor notes. Bravo! The portions were large, served hot, and presented with a touch of elegance. The only thing I didn't care for was the ice water. It's probably because of city water, so I'd recommend a drinking water system to help combat the off-notes in beverages and ice. The seasoning tasted very authentic, and you might need to be ready to share a dish or take a nice sized to-go portion.

Our server James was especially helpful in our experience. He was informative and accommodating. The food was delicious!!! And when Stephanie came by our table to check in she made us feel so welcome and at home letting us know that we were now a part of the pho family! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

Visited this restaurant over the weekend while on the road. We were sat within seconds of entering the premises and the service was fast (for the most part). My food was burned, which ruined my experience. The rest of my companions enjoyed their food however. Besides that, the service was great. James professionalism is commendable.

Double Dave’s Pizza is a great spot for families looking to enjoy good food and a fun atmosphere. I came here with my nieces and it was the perfect mix of quality pizza, games, and laid-back energy. The arcade kept the kids entertained while we waited for our food, and the pizza came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The cinnamon sticks were a standout! Soft, warm, and some of the best I’ve had anywhere. If you’re looking for a family-friendly pizza restaurant with great service, clean seating, and entertainment for kids, Double Dave’s is a solid choice.

What a fun place for kids and adults because they have lots of games to play. The pizza was delicious, I got the meateater. Tons of toppings and the sauce was good. Great place to take the fam on Friday after work.

Me and my family had the best experience for my child's 2nd birthday party. Double Dave's and their whole staff came to the rescue when our first venue collapsed on us last minute. We highly recommend Double double Dave's anytime, any day.

The food at Double Dave’s is excellent! Really enjoyed seeing the salad bar is back!! The only thing that really concerned me was the fact that none of the employees making the pizza’s were wearing gloves! If the health department were to come in and see that it wouldn’t be good!

Ever since COVID hasn't been the same. Would love to see a buffet come back. Pizza's great games are great but I missed the buffet more than anything. Would recommend to go to Pizza Hut for buffet or even CiCi's Pizza.

Excellent!!! Atmosphere was evident the minute we drove up. The pizza was so good NOBODY said a word for twenty minutes. I stood up and took a pic because all I saw was hands when it hit the table. Then it was gone!

The positive Google reviews are misleading. Parking is atrocious and the main entrance is difficult to discover. Even though the staff - when they got around to communicating with us - was kind of friendly, service was slow and terrible. The interior was garish, ugly and not inviting for a pleasant dining experience. The lunch special of crispy beef tacos was so late arriving that we were considering leaving to return to work on time, however when they arrived they were lousy. Specifically and without exaggeration - I can get better tacos at a Taco Bell, which is despicable for any Mexican restaurant. The only reason I did not rate this a rare 1 star is because the chips and salsa were exceptional.

They should change the name to Dicks Fernandez. I felt like the server thought he worked at Dicks. Very rude. Only tables available were large due to no clean tables. Then says if a large group comes in you'll have to move. Then just throws the chips and salsa on table. Just an overwhelmed employee. Should not be server

The beans were watery, and the tortillas were tough. The owner should find a new hobby considering his kitchen is only open 3 hours a day.

The owner is the only thing that stops me from leaving 5 stars. I don't know if he's tired of doing the thing or just dislikes me, particularly. He often seems put out.

Guiso wasn't in the normal tomato gravy, and had so much fat I couldn't eat it. Wait staff was great, very attentive

The most scrumptious, home made rolls, and chopped steak with a wonderful mushroom gravy and onions. Sides of green beans and mashed potatoes like mama used to make, and delicious cherry cobbler! Super homey and comfortable!

Our server Katrina was friendly and super fast! She made ordering a breeze and we showed up with a party of 7! This was our first time here and Fleming’s absolutely knocked it out the park. Food is delicious, filling, and at great prices, the cooks here clearly take pride in their work because this food is BANGIN’! Place looks like a classic 50s Diner, and the manager took it upon himself to correct an order that I made incorrectly. Accidentally ordered a BLT instead of a club and they fixed it for us straight away. If you want a great meal with great service at great prices, come to Fleming’s!

Don't use a debit card here. We went on a Monday and got charged for that then they charged a different amount on the next day that we didn't even go there. we went and spoke to the owner and he didnt make it right. One of the waitresses was extremely rude about it. BEWARE

Nissie was a great server, she was always on our table checking if we needed something. Naruto ramen was amazing as well all the other dishes. Try the Mochi ice cream is really good

Went in for lunch on a Friday. It was not busy. I ordered the Naruto Ramen with a spice bomb. Easily one of the best things I've eaten in San Angelo. The pork was tender. Whatever they do to those eggs, I want to know. So good! The broth was phenomenal as well. Staff was very attentive. Don't sleep on this place San Angelo!

First time here it was not busy at all. Staff are friendly and attentive. We had the black garlic Ramen with extra meat and extra eggs. Food was spicy but super delicious. Check this place out definitely worth it.

Nice clean establishment. Speedy service. Friendly staff. Food..was average. I ordered the fried rice. It was plentiful with lots of pork, onion, and carrots but I felt it was also oily. The crispy chicken was crispy and had a nice texture. The ramen looked like spaghetti noodles in broth in my opinion. The broth has a weird smell to me. Overall, pretty good eats.

Tastes great . Had the takoyaki and the beef udon The takoyaki was hotttt but very good. Slight crisp on the outline but very soft inside with this awesome sauce on top. Id have eaten them faster if it wasn't steaming hot Then had the beef udon. Broth was delicious and the medium boiled egg has fantastic texture and tasted great. Beef was pretty good but the udon noodles really did it for me. Perfect texture. Fantastic slurp. Overall very good Enjoyed my time, I recommend, decent price

Found a staple in my Black Garlic Ramen soup. Stuff happens I get it so I called the restaurant to just warn them and make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Wasn’t asking for anything and I was told they don’t use staples in the back so she doesn’t know how it would have gotten there. I was calling to make sure they don’t accidentally let that happen again and the response I got pissed me off enough to leave this review. The food is amazing but being blamed for a staple in my own food is enough to not go back. Better learn how to make my own Black Garlic Ramen I guess. Training in how to respond to the public in situations like this would have helped me feel a little more secure as a customer.

If you have nerve had mochi would highly recommend trying it here with the ice cream. The mango one was very flavorful. The 🍣 was amazing and very good and the ramen omg really good. We had like 3 appetizers gozas and you can get them 3 different ways we got them pan-fried. Takoyaki if you want to try octopus and it not be fishy would definitely recommend trying it here. They have sodas Pepsi products also Japanese sodas. Was really a good experience am definitely going back. The baja roll was good has fresh jalapeños outside and inside. So if you can't handle spice then don't get it but aren't stingy with the roll and fillings.

The food was good, I just feel like the burrito portions are a little small and the choices for kids entrees need to have more variety. I'm not sure what the musky smell is when you walk in but I feel like it would make it pretty difficult to sit in there to eat, so I'm glad we placed our order over the phone and took it to-go. Overall everyone was happy with the food we got. I know not all problems can be fixed but reading through the reviews it seems I'm not the only person who noticed the smell.

Whoever works the night shifts needs a good talking to. 😠Went last night to get a 3 piece chicken tender basket. Only got the box with chicken, ranch instead of gravy, tea machines were out, they didn’t give us any fries, and they took literally about 30 mins with barely anyone there. This is not the first time they have messed up orders during night.

Dining in, we have never had an issue. Getting curbside has been a nightmare. It always takes longer than app says. Food taste like it was made day before. We got home and the cheese was not even melted, still in cold form 😩 they charged for cream gravy, we didn’t get it and they forgot 1 fry. The fries were awful. My 3 year old has enjoyed dog food and wouldn’t eat the fries 😞 the manager was very professional and said to go back up there to replace the entire place, which I appreciate but my child has to go to bed. $30 down drain for a terrible meal. Never again.

I was hungry and I was like you know what this is a pizza place they're probably going to make some pasta let me give this a shot. So they had a meatball marinara I said that sounds pretty good How do you make that and they said we do it with fettuccine noodles. I said that sounds really good so I ordered it. I ordered a medium. I didn't realize that ordering the medium was going to mean that I was going to have it for dinner tonight and for lunch tomorrow cuz it was a lot of food. 😁👍

The place is not much to look at, but Holy moly it's good. I travel into San Angelo often and have been wanting to try this place. I'm really glad I did. The employees are very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I ordered a small deep dish and regular cheese bread. Pics are small deep dish pepperoni and meatball. Regular cheese bread.

Best pizza in San Angelo. They use a bunch of great flavored, thick mozzarella cheese. The ingredients are real, not the processed meat from all the franchises around town. They were evenly spread around so that every bite was savory. Appreciate the effort in doing that and the customer service in general at the store. Check out their website menu for good online deals. I got a supreme and Hawaiian and both were awesome. Even the crust was good. With great prices for what you get, there's no need to go anywhere else.

Love this place! If I lived in San Angelo, I'd be a regular, for sure. They roll and slap the dough the old-school way, and the pizza was very reasonably priced for the quality. Skip the chains and support this local place. The owner and employees were super friendly, too!

Amazing pizza, awesome staff. The crust was perfectly crispy and loaded with cheese. We got jalapeños on it and they were the perfect level of heat! The sauce was tasty and this might be the best place in town... there's not a lot of room in the place though. So be prepared to take it to go!

Date Night ruined.... we were sat at a freshly wiped damp table. While the whole restaurant was basic empty and there was other tables to be sat at. The menus were disgusting and probably were more cleaned on the wet table then they were before they were given to us. The waitress with the pink hair took our drink orders before we even saw a menu or even sat down... then said that another waitress would be right over. 20 mins go by, my husband's at the bottom of his cup and no one has came over but walked pasted a dozen times. Finally the same lady refills his cup and takes our order. Which she didn't write down, and got mine wrong. She comes back, brining a menu and asks what sides I want for the meal I didnt order. Then after I correct her, she aggressively flipped through the menu, sighing and huffing. Finally finding what I asked for, she then asks if I want toast or tortillas... no. So she steps off and goes to put the order in. Another 30 or so minutes our food comes out, and my cups empty. She sets the food down and refills it. Doesn't ask about the food other than it looking right. We start eating and my eggs are over cooked. She never comes back to ask how the food tastes or check back up. My husband calls her back over to address the problem and she looks like a deer caught in the headlights, so confused. But she has my eggs re made. At this point its been 10 mins past the food being served and im half done, but i scrap the over cooked eggs off my plate and slap the new ones on my skillet, switching the over cooked ones to the side plate, and putting it on the edge to be taken. It sat there the rest of my meal, until the table was bussed. We were planning on ordering dessert, so we waited for her to come back. She did and slapped the check on the table, never asking if we needed anything else and making us feel like we were rushed and she was done with us. But saying how we could pay at the front. So we sat there staring at each other in amazement, she never came back... so we paid and left... our meal not finished, our night ruined.

Walking into Denny’s, I was greeted right away and seated quickly. I decided on a burger, and to my surprise, it was at my table in under 10 minutes. The service was smooth and efficient, and the burger itself was wonderful—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Paired with the quick turnaround, it made for a really enjoyable experience that felt both satisfying and stress-free.

Went to Denny's today and also visited last week seems they have been short handed but both days service was awesome 2 servers both days stood out to me Kasie and Ashley they both work super hard and try everything to make sure the guest are happy. Both super sweet and always make you feel right at home and welcomed Those 2 girls rock the days shift for sure.

We had a VERY good experience. Fast and friendly service. We were pleasantly checked a few times. Breakfast was super good! I saw an employee go outside. He came back in pushing a customer in a wheelchair. The place appeared to be very clean. We had a nice time visiting with each other.

We ordered the Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes and they were excellent. Denise our server was very attentive and caring. Thank you Denise for making our experience great.

Makala the wonderful waitress was very heartwarming with her words as we entered the restaurant she greeted us to sit anywhere we pleased. Not only was the food great but the staff was excellent with the timing on the food being done in an orderly manner. As well as wishing a good night.

Ashley was my server & was incredible!! She was running all over the store busting her butt. My food was great (turkey sandwich melt thingy) & the atmosphere was so friendly. This was around 12 AM Saturday night so it was a decently busy overall 10 out of 10 will be back again :)

Well. Its not cheap that's for sure. I had the turkey club it was. Not that bad I also had a milk shake and the small is five bucks but it was good as for the service it was kinda slow. And they did not kno the wifi password ... So 3 🌟'so oh yea and they forgot my fry's and the turkey was not the best. Just saying and the. Shake well I was not. Impressed ok thats it. So maybe it should of been 2 🌟

I noticed a reduced menu. One of my favs was no longer available.I ordered the buffalo chicken and fries and a large beverage..$20 . There was a wait of about 6-8 minutes . The fries were crisp and delicious. Salted perfectly. The sandwich well..it was dry..thirsty.,.and needed way more sauce. It also didn't have a lot of flavor. The bread was great, crisp on outside and soft on inside. The rest of the sandwich was not a win this visit.

Little sandwiches and I got a banana and a chocolate shake, $6.75 a piece and they both taste like vanilla. The order come out to 31 dollars and change and all we got were 2 regular sandwiches and 2 milkshakes. Playstation controller for comparison. Sandwiches were delicious though.

This franchise is alongside #Jack’sCStore They had five tables full of customers when I arrived. The lunch time rush was in full effect as several other customers came in behind me. The young lady at the register was really focused on her job, no greeting, no smile just all business. The sandwich (Brunchwich) came out fast and it tasted #AMAZING the vanilla shake was good as well. I would recommend this location to visit for lunch!

I stopped by for the first time in years since my band got off tour and it was as if someone spit in my food or at the very least bathed it in dish soap. Guess I won't be back. Starting to see why the other location shut down.

Went there for lunch today and received great service. Food was delicious and fresh and the store was clean. John was the employee that assisted us, and he was very friendly and helpful. I also noticed him cleaning the restaurant and staying busy the whole time we were there.

I came in with a coupon just a few days expired, but the team still gratified me. Gustavo took my order with precision and a smile, and Christian worked diligently to get the orders out in a timely manner, including mine. This was definitely the slowest Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to (over 30 minutes from placing our order to actually receiving it). The manager (I’m assuming) was very nice and the food was okay I just don’t know that I’d take the time to park and go in and expect a fast experience. I also thanked the nice girl for my order and she said “yep!” instead of “my pleasure” and I gasped in horror 😂 (kidding).

Visited 10/5/19 with adult kids. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Large dining room and a spacious covered patio for outdoor dining. Food was delicious and made quickly. Located conveniently by highways, a large movie theater, shopping and hotels. Highly recommend!

WHAT A JOKE. Wait 25 minutes for a taco plate to go then realize they are serving people who came in after me. And yet they wanted a tip for standing behind the counter and pushing a couple of buttons. Then, when I say, I want to refund, my food is suddenly in somebody's hands in the kitchen ready. What a joke and will not be returning. Kind of feel because I didn't tip the kid for pushing buttons is why they were making me wait

We are repeat customers and will continue to be. Fuzzy’s is decently priced and the food is delicious! I will say I ventured away from my usual quesadillas today and the shredded chicken bowl I ordered was a bit tangy! Less lime next time 🤪 glad to see it’s one of the few successful restaurants that has managed to keep its doors open here in San Angelo! ❤️

We ordered and never seen a waiter or waitress at our table at all,food wasn't all that good kinda bland,rice was hard and cold

My family and I chose to go to CiCi's pizza for the buffet this evening after getting a few things at academy. It was so disappointing. It was a busy Friday around 6pm or so however there was a skeleton crew and they were understaffed. Although there were only six people in front of us in line to pay at the entrance of the buffet there was only one member of the staff at the register. Another customer ahead had an issue with a coupon which held up the line for over 18 minutes. The other employees failed to offer any assistance nor did that employee asked for any. The pizza selection was slim. It was cold, and gummy in texture. They were out of soup and there was no ice in the Coke machine or napkins in the dispenser. Overall a major disappointment.I don't recommend.

Food is good but we don't care for their sneaky business practices. I called about an hour before we went and asked if there were any specials and they said it was 5.99 all you can eat buffet. We got there and paid and I looked at my receipt and it said seven seventy five so we asked about it and they said you have to ask for the 5.99 special. What a load of you know what!!!

Today on Thursday September 11, 2025 Lady at front was a little rude when taking order, she was middle-aged with black hair. I had simply asked if she could take 2 payments to which she had said they couldn’t, so I said it was fine and was walking to sit down when friend was taking order and she had raised her voice. Also her presence as she was standing there just felt unwelcoming and a little demeaning, whenever I had come back to take my order she didn’t say anything she just looked waiting for me to say something before paying and after. Customer service was good from the other employee cleaning tables however from the front it was lacking fr.

I thought the food and prices were pretty decent. It's all you can eat with many different pizzas, deserts, salad, and pasta, with kid friendly games to play, which makes it an enjoyable establishment visit. I did think they could be more aggressive on picking up garbage and cleaning the bathroom. I had to say something to a staff person about the men's room.

Here on a Tuesday evening and the cashier says he has to hold us in line to pay for a bit so the cook can catch up. As you can see from the ohoto it's not terribly busy.

Dirty floors, empty pizza pans for 20+ minutes. One person just shuffling around the empty pans trying to look busy, wiping off a counter that wasn't dirty every few minutes. Waited an hour and a half drive to eat here when on a road trip, only to be disappointed. This hasn't been the first time. The time before we ate old pizza that was hard and the toppings were jerkyfied. Felt like the employees were paid barely enough to show up and they definitely did the minimum amount of work, barely. Couldn't even greet and didn't respond to my usual "thank you" when I left. Not worth the money.

I would give 0!!! Stars if it was an option. Went here to eat with my mom and 2 toddlers today for late lunch/early dinner. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! with how the place is kept up with. There was maybe a total of 12 people eating no excuses why the place was left the way it was. As we walked in we were not greeted! We were paying with card the woman fails to tell us if we didn’t wanna tip then we needed to click something else on the card swiper. She was completely disrespectful when saw we were not going to do the tip option. she ripped the card from the card reader and told my mother that she had to start over and click something else. After receiving our cups we walked to the high chairs, to take with us to our table as I grabbed at several!!! chairs i noticed all of them were slick from not being wiped down or cleaned properly with left over ranch stains and greasy film and god knows what else. So my kids had no choice but to sit in chairs they couldn’t even reach the table. After that we began looking for a CLEAN TABLE TO SIT AND EAT! absolutely nothing was clean floors were absolutely filthy and tables and chairs were greasy!!!!!! The person that should have been cleaning was on his phone and eating while there was so many things that needed to be kept up with! Also, a very big safety hazard. The ice machine pours out way too much ice at a time and it goes all over the floor that was also not picked up anybody can slip and fall and seriously injure themselves all because of the lack of the restaurants cleanliness. I’m so very upset /mad and disappointed with how this place has become. God knows what the bathrooms were like but I’m glad I didn’t have to go. I will not be going back to this restaurant anymore. Y’all really need to get y’all’s s*** together. Nothing is like it used to be there.

We tried this place on a Sunday afternoon. We got there and there were no other customers but us. It's usually a sign of the food quality. Well we risked the biscuit and unfortunately it wasn't up to par. The burgers had this seasoning that we weren't too fond of. Fries simple. Nothing special about this place. 1st and last visit. We didn't hate the food, but disliked it enough to not return.

The food is totally worth the price. The fried pickles are crispy and light, the ranch seems like it's made in house, and the burgers are pretty huge with crispy patties too. Everything was hot and seasoned well. I highly recommend giving it a try.

The patty melt was one of the best I've ever had! The single patty was perfect for me, the doubble certainly more than I would have been able to eat. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner. It wasn't bad, but that's the only reason for the 4/5 rating.

We were at a football game down the street from this establishment and really wanted some food food but the concession stand was unfortunately sold out. So after the game, we decided to try something close to the stadium and this was it. So glad we came! The atmosphere (50s diner), service, and burger was great! We will be back!

I did not catch the name of the lady who helped me but she was literally the sweetest person! Me and my pup had just traveled almost 13 hours coming from Aztec Nm to San Antonio and decided to stop here for some dinner, I had asked if my pup could come in and wait with me cuz I ordered togo and she said “of course we’re pet friendly!” And because we were in the car soo long my pup wanted some attention and she just pet her and let her jump on her (she was that excited I don’t usually let her jump on people but she is a puppy who’s learning) but this lady was sooo sweet and gave my pup attention! I then asked for some ranch before we headed out and she had already gave me some for it being my first time there and when I tell you I opened that box in my car and that burger was huge!! It was soooo good I got the west Texas burger with sweet potato fries and it was absolutely delicious I don’t normally leave reviews but I will definitely be back here if I drive thru again! And the inside of the diner is also the cutest! Thank you grill a burger for making my dinner and night great! Made that long drive worth it!

$1.00 each, I got 5 1/2 onion rings. They were tasteless greasy and gross. Child's plate steak fingers were so very tough to try to feed to a kid. Ugg never again

Just had my worst fast food experience here. An individual (claiming to be a manager-no name tag) took our order. Ordered a #1. As per the menu, the number 1 included a drink, yet got charged extra. While trying to understand the extra charge, said individual got frustrated stating he's had a long day and didn't have time for it, then proceeded to accuse us of raised voices and that he would have us escorted out, despite us remaining calm throughout the entire encounter.

Manager called the order number and I raised my hand. When I opened my food and said oh this is not our order. I took the order up to the counter and stated this is not what I ordered. At this point the manager became very confrontational. Began rudely and loudly yelling at me, well you opened it, over and over. I explained yes I did that's how I know it's not what I ordered. He would not stop saying yeah well you opened it so I left the food on the counter and sat back down at my table. When he delivered the new boxes of food he plopped it on the table and stood there staring at us. I asked, this is order 16 correct? The guy started being rude , angrily stating he didn't need my attitude. I explained I didn't appreciate his attitude and asked him to please move away from our table and leave us alone. He became even more abusive and confrontational. His reply was, he didn't have to step away from our table or do anything we asked for that matter. At this point my mentally handicap brother was getting upset as all he knew, we were being attacked. He then stated he was to call the cops. I recommended he did call the police but please step away from our table and leave us alone. When I asked to speak to the manger he began to walk off and yelled across the restaurant that he was the manager. Then while dropping off food at another table he slammed ( and I do mean slammed) the chair into the table next us and gave us a dirty look. We tried to finish our meal but before we were done eating, this guy yells across the restaurant in a derogatory demeanor, you feel better now that we ate lunch. First off I wasn't the one with the problem so I took this as hostile and him trying to agitate us. I again asked him to stop speaking to us. At this point my brother so upset we had to leave before finishing our meal. This guy just would not stop harassing us nor stop trying to create a volatile situation. Again he made the mistake not me. His behavior was unacceptable and childish. Beware of the young dark haired manager who didn't have a name tag or I would have shared his name in this post. Very unprofessional and childish. I will never patron any chicken express in the future. No customer deserves to be verbally assaulted or threatened because the staff brought the wrong order. Horrible management.

Walking in, completely dead for a lunch time. The cashier seemed as if her job was an inconvenience to her. I ordered the 4 tenders mac fries and corn nuggets, didnt get the mac and the tenders tasted as if they have been there for a bit. He ordered the 3 PC chicken dinner. He got 2 pieces. Of course they gave us our items we paid for...chicken express is not what it use to be.

Went through drive thru got shorted. Called to report the shorted item and went to message box and no one called me back. The drive thru worker was super friendly they shorted me and I called so they could make it right. Disappointed they did not take care of this oversight.

Very good Chicken Express location, wasn't disappointed. I like that you get to choose your pieces at no extra cost - i.e., your 2-piece dinner can be two breasts, two wings, two drumsticks, two thighs, or any combination thereof. Spotless dining room.

When we are craving good fried chicken and we don’t want to go too far, Chicken Express can be the right place. They have a huge servings of chicken... you can have rolls or biscuits with them, their is a good selection of other sides such as fried okra, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and a lot more, their brewed iced tea is amazing too. If you are in a hurry, their drive thru is pretty quick with your order, unless you are ordering livers of course... for that you gotta wait about 10 mins. The place is very accessible with ample parking if you are dining in.

I don’t usually get CFA ever since they lowered their chicken standards and started using chicken with antibiotics. But the few times I have over the past 2 months I have been disappointed by the small size of my sandwich. I finally took a picture I’ve had half a broken filet and essentially a chicken strip, for the prices it is not worth it.

Placed a mobile order, arrived and pulled into the drive thru, told the employee my name and was informed they didn’t have my order. I showed her my phone, showing it was paid for and placed at the correct location. I was told to pull around, where once again I was told there was no order. Instead of seeing the order clearly on my phone, paid for, correct address, I was told to cancel the order on my phone, I had then to re place my order, pay for a SECOND time, then told to pull aside to a parking spot and wait even longer for my order. At the end of this frustrating ordeal, we were given the wrong food item. Absolutely absurd service, and I still have not received the money back for the initial mobile order.

Husband brought back food he got through the drive thru. It was busy but he got through the line fast. The issue is when I began eating my salad. A few bites in I noticed a piece of lettuce that seemed very odd. I picked it out and discovered it was a wadded up piece of plastic. It looks like part of the bag the chicken comes in. I called the store to try to tell someone so they can review proper food handling and trash etiquette but no one answered. The phone rang to “a voicemail box that has not been set up yet” and hung up. So I sent a review in to corporate 🤷🏻‍♀️ They ain’t gonna answer the phone, that’s what happens. I understand this was an accident and no one deliberately put a big piece of plastic in my food, but there are still standards that we live by. Food safety handling exists for a reason… so that people don’t eat PLASTIC.

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A I'm always asking for extra sauce bc they only give one or two sauces even after asking for extra. The fries boxes are always full of "fry crumbs" and there's very little fries in the box. The ez ice I always ask for they always give me a bunch of ice and I'm always more thirsty. It's in a horrible place and always so hard to get out of their parking lot.. overall this store is okay but it needs work... :/ but the people that work there are always so nice but that is at every Chick-fil-A.

Customer service is on another level! If they offered a training in schools based upon their values we would have a way better future of young adults! Order was perfectly prepared and top notch tasting! It’s definitely the best service experience That has me returning!! Speedy drive thru and organized beyond comparison! Do better. Chick-fil-a in general has really fell off. Even the locations around Houston, I haven’t been to a location in probably a yr (ordering food for myself) and when I finally do, not only was the strawberry frosted lemonade watery (which was fixed), my order was also wrong. Looks like orders are now needing to be checked before leaving the restaurant.

LOCATION SUCKS every single time HAVE NEVER got the order right, EVER! I’ve let it slide and accepted it every single time but the 5th time after even telling them at the window to make sure it’s right is ridiculous! They couldn’t even give corporate number over phone nor offer THE CORRECT ORDER unless we came back and we live out of town ! Business sucks and so do the employees don’t waste your money here

First and last time visiting this establishment. These hotdogs are just small, sad, rubbery and expensive. I know food never looks like the picture but this isn’t even close to the Kraut dog advertised.

The 4 stars for service were for the young lady who took my order and assisted me at the window. She was GREAT. Professional, friendly, went the extra mile. She was the best thing about this visit. However, despite her efforts, the order was WRONG - AGAIN. I actually had to wait at the window while they made the chili cheese fries. STILL DONE WRONG!! WOW!! This happens at THIS LOCATION every time! No exaggeration. Part of the order was chili cheese fries WITH BACON and sour cream. Not hard. But they NEVER get it right. Last time it had jalepenos!! UGH. I specifically asked to be sure they were right this time due to the history of always being wrong. We live 10 minutes outside of town. Got home, NO BACON. Charged for it. Have the receipt. FRUSTRATED because tried to prevent it from happening AGAIN and it STILL DID. I called. I was VERY polite and explained what was wrong with the order, the precautions taken to assure it would be right this time and how it has been wrong every time. I was told to bring the fries back. I explained I live outside the city limits. I was told, it is their POLICY that the food must be returned. DUMB POLICY especially if YOU KNOW YOU made the order wrong!! I thought, WHAT? YOU made the mistake. The bacon was PAID for, but not received. I explained that I was not driving back to town and asked for the owner or corporate office contact information and was told, "You have to find it online." REALLY? I am sure you could provide this information. If YOU make a mistake, MAKE IT RIGHT and NOT at the expense or time of the customer. All the other food will be cold by the time they bring back what YOU got wrong. The Sherwood Way location will have our business from now on. RIDICULOUS. I never raised my voice or was ugly. I just stated the facts. I am very disappointed in how this location handles issues brought to their attention. I was texted a coupon from Der Wienerschnitzel one day around a month ago and although I had brought my lunch, the coupon enticed me to go there for lunch instead. Exactly what coupons and advertising are for. I went to this location and told them I was using an online coupon texted to me and I was told, " We do not accept that coupon here." I asked, "Do you have any other specials or other coupons I could use?" I was told, "Just the coupons online." I told them this was an online coupon that their business, Der Wienerschnitzel had sent to me via text!! Anyway, I left. Pulled a "U" turn in the drive through and left frustrated, an unhappy customer. Went back and ate the lunch I brought to work. Wasted half my lunch hour for nothing. We still went back. They are the closer location. We have given them chance after chance. If I were the owner, I would be making some serious changes or at the very least ramping up my customer service training for my employees. Without customers, YOU DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS or a JOB! Treat them better and fix YOUR mistakes. Better yet, PAY ATTENTION to the order and MAKE IT RIGHT the first time!! I am beginning to think this location doesn't really want business.....

Chili cheese fries are sad. They are stingy with chili sauce. A bit bummed they don’t give military discounts if you’re getting a crowd pleaser. But the lemonades are good

Hadn't ate there in years so thought I would try it. Disappointed over all. They charge more if you want all Beef hotdog. Ordered 2 hotdogs with sauerkraut and 2 with Chili. Get home and find No Sauerkraut and there was no chili on the others. Too far to go back there and complain. Expensive for what you get. Will not be back.

I order 2 plain hot dogs, and 6 chili cheese dogs, along with large bacon ranch fries bringing my total to around $35. Instead they have me 6 plain hot dogs, and my fries. Where did my chili and cheese go that I paid for along with the other two hot dogs???

Fast food at its best. Freddie's delivers a pretty good double burger . The patties are really thin but that gives it a great kind of crisp and soft texture against the bun. They have plenty of burger options, a few fried chicken and hot dog options as well. They offer a good variety of concrete and shakes. The fries are thin and crispy and well seasoned. You have three sauce options, ketchup, fry sauce or spicy fries sauce. The fry sauce, in my opinion ,taste like a cross between ketchup and mayo. The large size drink(Pepsi products only) is about the size of a regular water bottle.The price is a little on the higher end.

My wife & I go to Freddy’s at least once a week here in San Angelo, Tx. I love their hamburgers & French fries. I have notched in the past 6 months that their employees have a hard time getting our order straight. Monday of this week, my wife and I ordered hamburgers & were told they had no lettuce. If that wasn’t bad enough they had no individual packets of pepper & my wife specifically told the young lady no cheese & she had cheese. She would not let me take it back. This is just one of the many instances we have encountered in the past 6 months. I will go back as I love their fries & burgers. Allen Gossett

I love me some Freddy's fries and custard. The burgers are great too. Everything there is made well. Maybe not the healthiest choice but arguably the happiest. Oh the onions rings, also good.

Quality has gone down so bad. You’re better off spending your money almost anywhere else. I have never had issues with a fast food restaurant the kids working in there are rude. The last 2 times we’ve gone we’ve been given the wrong drive thru order and the food was gross. Seriously save ur money. This is the worst operated Freddie’s I think I’ve ever been a customer at.

They are incredibly fast and got me my food very quickly! I was in line maybe 5 minutes top. Food is incredibly good, custard is delicious, and the staff was super kind! Thank you guys!

At the drive through, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, cheese curds, a chocolate shake and a mountain due. They took forever to get the food, then forgot to make the chocolate shake. When I got home, I see they gave me like 5 cheese curds. Super disappointing as the food is not cheap. Would not recommend this location.

Love me a Freddy’s single! Substitutes the fries for onion rings…good onion rings, but I like the fries better! (Forgot to take a picture of the onion rings until they were almost gone!) Followed up with a chocolate/pb concrete & vanilla custard on top of a brownie! Yum!!

We ordered around 10:55am today and while we were waiting in line to get our food the car in front of us had a dog . Person at the window kept petting the dog and letting the dog lick his hands. I personally think if you will be serving our drinks, handing us our food and taking our card to pay. NO THANK YOU. we drove off. We saw enough not to even want our food. That is so unsanitary. These days we have to wonder what all workers are doing while we can not see in the kitchen area.

Clean, fast service!! Great staff 10/10 love this place. My mother, and sisters and I came to have lunch here and the lovely young lady that took our order was polite, patient, and had a beautiful smile on her face! Never once have I been to a Raising Cane’s and they came and checked on us. She did!! and it was greatly appreciated ❤️.

I asked for 2 canes sauce for both of my meals and they asked 2 for both I said yes and I get home and there’s only one in each and I paid for them I called and they said I can go back to the store and get my order right like I’m go all the way back when I just got home this is unacceptable!

One of the nicest canes I've had the pleasure of visiting. All the staff were kind and super welcoming. The food was perfect as it was in Arizona. Will definitely be recommending!

Some girl named Lauren kept making faces at me and wagging her tongue at me behind the counter. She kept telling my friend that she hoped they killed themselves like their mom did and afterwards she said if she sees us again she's spitting in our food. This is deplorable behavior from someone who doesn't know me and has no reason to be using that behavior with me. Get your workers in order and do better.

The chicken is addicting it's so good but what really makes this place stand out from all the other places is the staff are amazing and always, I mean every time , they have a great , positive attitude and smiles. Keep doing yall cause it's working, and a great atmosphere all around. Thanks guys !

Food was fine except the tenders were laughably small. Our meals should be considered a nugget combo. Parking lot and line were packed could definitely use another curb side pickup spot (or two). The bumpkin in the curb side spot next to me went in and ate his meal.. 🙄🫩

Customer service isn't necessarily bad but they act like they could care less about being there. Food and my coffee were terrible got the iced vanilla coffee and it's basically watered down creamer with no coffee taste. The burrito I got looks like they cut my sausage and egg in half and only gave a portion of what it should be but 🤷‍♀️ its super small for the price.

I'm so upset. I don't have 40.00 to waste. I'm not rich like the rest of San Angelo. So when I go get food for my family that's all I got. It's ok because I'm going to either get my food or I'm going to get my money. Don't play with my money my food or my family. Instead of up there playing around how about they do they're job. Called up there and the night manager didn't care at all no offer to fix my order or nothing. I promise it's not the last time they hear from me. If I gotta talk to every manager at that store I will.

The restaurant has been remodeled or updated. Looks great! I ordered a #1 with cheese with extra pickle and mayo. I got neither, and the hamburger was cold. The girl rining up the order needed help from the drive-thru staff. Then, I was informed by the counter staff that no carbonated drinks were available. They were out of CO2. I said, "Fine, I don't need a drink," and discount the meal. The price ended up being about .30 cents less. Is it me? The older I get, the worse the service gets? These kids have no idea what customer service is, and they can't even do simple math. It's a sad state of affairs.

Ive had better BK in IRQ. This place always serving cold food. And they always have the bathroom locked so guests can not use it. I'm guessing so they dont have to clean it

Food was good and hot. The drive thru line was way too long so we went inside. It wasn't too loud and there's a separate room for kids to play around with large windows so you can still keep an eye on them without listening to all the screeching. The customer service was good too. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I'll probably be back at some point with the family.

When the craving strikes this bk may or may not satisfy. My burger order is usually messed up in some form or fashion but hey are quick! Avoid anything that is dropped in the frier, onion rings, French toast sticks, etc..either they're left too long or fried again when ordered. Stick to the drive thru and avoid the play place. Tried to take my kids to the play place once and there was a man fondling the mother of the child distracted in play. Loaded back up and there was a gentleman in the parking lot, doing some some sort of vehicle repair for a client, and had his pants fall down to his knees, we were able to load up before he pulled them back up.

We go nearly every week and they are kind, fast and the food is always on point. Grateful for such good service all the time! We will be back.

The place is horrible. I work in the food industry and the way this place looked when I came in is very unacceptable. They had roaches crawling on the wall wouldn't refund the money. Huge water spill and if not for me moving the sign so people could see it. They wasn't even busy. Just all around nasty trashed and horrible. WILL NOT BE BACK anytime soon.

Was interested in eating here today until I read the reviews. Owners need to examine what changed a year ago when they quit receiving 4&5 star reviews and now only getting 1 star and pictures of a dirty eatery. Sounds like y'all need a new GM or possibly also RM.

Food was cold.....roaches all over the trash cans.....the place was just very dirty!! Tables were horrible sticky. Most people go through the drive thru.....y'all should go inside and look at how the work areas look!! Roaches everywhere....I can't believe anyone even eats there....PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!

Walked in and we were totally ignored by the 2 women having a personal conversation. Guy took our order. 3 people came in after us, ordered and left. Root beer float was a rootbeer and milk cause the ice cream melted, none of the burgers were right and they totally forgot the child's meal. This place is a total joke. Rude staff and aweful food.

There was no on there when we showed up. We placed an order for 3 burgers and a kids chicken and 3 milk shakes. It took them almost 45 minutes to get out food and forgot to make the kids meal. Our food came out wrong. When we asked for our food in a go box they just handed us a box with the meal finally! The food was horrible and the customer service was worse.

The onion rings were cooked to death, couldn't even eat them, burger was dried out, the pickels taste like cucumbers & the root beer was watered down. Won't be back.

Needs updates. The ground around it needs new cement. Needs a new speaker . This was the best of the best in san angelo. It needs new management. Someone to take over this store and sell sell sell. This is going to take some work. I believe in this stores potential, but you need to spend money on the store to make it appealing to customers. Costumer service needs to be upped

It was 10:40am, not even peak lunch time and the drive thru line was long, specifically placed my order of 3 happy meals, got to the window to a very unfriendly staff member, then to the pick up window where she gave my drinks then told me I had to pull into a curbside stall for the rest. Waited 10 minutes and watched every car behind me get their food and leave. Had to get out of the car and go inside where my happy meals were sitting on a counter, COLD! Not one friendly, accommodating or apologetic staff member in the place! Thought the drive thru was so you didn't have to get out of your vehicle..... worst McDonalds I have ever been to! Your food is NOT that good to be so dismissive. Not like you need my business, but I won't go there again.

It was ok. The restaurant was clean. They were out of frappe coffees. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was so dry and the brioche bun was tough. I couldn't even eat the bottom bun. There was no mayo, ketchup, mustard, or any kind of sauce whatsoever on the sandwich. I ordered extra pickles, so they put 2 extra pickles on my sandwich which helped a little. The fries were hot and fresh. Definitely not worth the $11 this meal cost. I should have just ordered the $2 McChicken.

Spent 15 minutes in drive through. When ordering a simple cheseburger, double hamburger and large ice tea it came up wrong on screen. I told the person taking the order and the repeated it back incorrectly. I repeated it and the said the got it but the screen never appeared again. No one was at the 1st window. At the second one a guy appeared and said ‘sorry, I was busy, and took our money. Then a lady handed me my ice tea. After a moment I received a bag with a double hamburger but no cheese burger. The lady said I didn’t pay for a cheese burger. I said ‘OK, how much?’ She told me she couldn’t take money at that window. I told her a guy just did. The manager came to the window and rudely asked what the problem was. I told her. She demanded I either drive back around and go through the line again or come inside. Then slammed the window shut. I sat for a minute or two, contemplated staying put and forcing the issue but instead left. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I vote we lower minimum wage!

Have gone to this McDonald’s multiple times. Always giving it the benefit of the doubt. No more! Every single time I go, there is always a massive wait time. Even if the order is placed beforehand through the app. Also I don’t think I’ve ever received a correct order. This last visit was 2 small McDoubles. Just ketchup and cheese. I waited 15 minutes in line. Then was told to wait in the curbside spot which took another 10 minutes until finally my small order was ready. Only to find out the burgers were made wrong. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is always the case with this location.

Several times I have gone and been short3d chicken nuggets that's just about all I get. Yesterday I went and asked the highest count for nuggets and they said 40 pieces so I got 40 with 2 LG fries and 1 medium coke w no ice. We share fries and my 2 kids shares the coke while 4 of us get nuggets. The person taking my order told me of 2 bundles but said it was 2 20 pieces nuggets because why would I need less. It came up as 1 20piece on screen but she said she would fix it. I waited and waited then a sweet new girl came out w the wrong amount,came back twice and still didn't have the right amount then another employee came and got my receipt then tried to tell me differently from what I explained then the manager cane out and told me she is the one who took it but put it in wrong and said I'd have to be charged for the other 20 nuggets then wait for them even aftwr i repeatedlysaid what i needed and she said yes...Dear God please take accountability for your mistake. I will not give them any more of my money due to past mistakes and for a sorry excuse for a manager with a terrible attitude. Your approach and demeanor were very hateful, patience is a skill ma'am and you need to work on that. I get that it's hot and you have to overlook your employees among other responsibilities but smiling and taking accountability goes along way, your should have honored your mistake. Besides, the nuggets were dry so that was a greater disappointment. It's like throwing 20$ out the window. But also thank you so now I know not to waste money there anymore. My ticket for my food was 16.99. I gave the the cashier at the window a $20 bill. The change back she gave was 2 cents. Yea. Didn’t add up right. Now I’m not arguing for $2 BUT if she did this to me IMAGINE many customers she has done this too. In a day week month. Check your change back when you are at this location. Shame on the employee.

I come to this location pretty frequent but tonight may be my last time. 1. What’s the point of delivery to table if you don’t deliver to the table. I waited for well over 15 mins for my food. Went up to the counter to find my food up there bagged up. I brought the food back to my table and it was cold and 2. What’s the point of asking for sauce if they rarely give it to you! I don’t like to be negative but when a fast food place isn’t even busy and you’re waiting that long there’s no excuse. Do better McDonald’s.

Been here for 20 minutes waiting for my curbside order (a cheeseburger and sweet tea). Had to walk in and it still isn’t ready. I ordered curbside because I was in a hurry. I’m assuming the dear woman that finally brought me my food to the counter inside was a manager and she added my order free to my app for next time which I really appreciate. My other issue is that my burger was barely warm. I hope that this review will bring attention to a need for this location to up their game.

Every other Monday after school we get food. You think I would know by now to check it before taking off. How hard is it to put extra pickle, extra onion when asked for? Food is always hot and good though. The employees never look happy.

I ordered breakfast on the app for mobile pickup. First I had to wait awhile then I received my order, rushed to work to realize I did not get my English muffin. I called and the person I talked to Elizabeth as her name she said she was the manager. No apology for them not giving me my English Muffin and they can't give me a refund unless I come back in person or whenever I go there again. That's just ridiculous that they can't refund my card if they charged me with my card. The customer service with the Manager Elizabeth was not good. She sounded like she didn't care. I could've atleast received an apology. I work in the food service as management and this Lady didn't care.

Ordered curbside (small order of a happy meal, a chicken nugget meal and an extra fry) wait 30 minutes and had to go inside where our order was just sitting there ! They also gave us the wrong toy for the happy meal, and did not include an item that comes with the promotional meal that I ordered. Incredibly lazy employees who seriously need a cut in pay or something, as this has happened multiple times which is RIDICULOUS.

I mean do they ever have that place running smoothly it's always a wait and Half the food u want they don't got then your like ok it's been 30 min and they did not have what I wanted. It's Popeyes chicken, so of course the chicken was good. They did not, however, give us our ranch or anything to eat our macoroni and cheese with. It's a Wednesday, so it was not busy enough to use as an excuse. I had to ask for napkins. Not great.

Not this store but Popeyes corporate customer service is horrible ! I reported a concern about hours not matching the app causing their staff some safety issues and customers upset. They put a $10 credit on my app and never contacted me or followed up! If you can give me an email I will send the screen shot of email. I will change this review with accurate review for this store after I see they fix the problem. I live 30 minutes away but actually ordered today again & food & service was excellent! ( I did not use the $10 gift either)

I love the taste of the food, but if I paid for chicken strips. I want chicken strips, not chicken strings. I know you guys can see it's not a completed chicken strip. Your problems lie with your chicken provider, not me. I won't buy chicken strings. There's lots of chicken places in San Angelo

We have had this store in Angelo for 11 yrs now, and it has declined tremendously. The slow service, the amount of employees just standing around. The two women who seem to be in charge definitely aren’t leadership material. It’s disheartening because this is great chicken for crappy service.

Its fast food in San Angelo, I always lower my expectations and rarely disappointed. Food was typical popeyes, it was good. Biggest complaint was the manager kept barking and scolding(out loud) the employees, maybe deserved, but I didn't need to be hearing it while attempting to enjoy fast food San Angelo style.

There was an ad on the window of a family pack, we try to order but they told us there wasn't a key for it on register. They asked the supervisor but she only yelled we don't have a key , take down the ad Wich it Didn't happen. All you could here was the manager yelling at workers. Not a very enjoyable atmosphere. It was a very dissapointing Customer service. Except for the cashier.

Ordered the chicken quesadilla plate that’s listed on the menu to come with a salad. The chicken was dry, and had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. The salad was a pinch of lettuce and a soggy tomato. Rice wasn’t completely cooked, and beans were bland. Since I ordered through DoorDash, I was told the restaurant couldn’t do anything for a refund.

Joined some friends for lunch on a Thursday. Nice building, very pleasant dining area. Lots of good menu options! I ordered the Jesse plate, and my husband had the chicken fried steak (lunch special). Our food came out quickly, the order was accurate, and tasted great. Generous portions, good variety, excellent service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Looking forward to visiting again.

We come here often for family dinners and business lunches. Albert the waiter always takes great care of us. The family business is ran well and are good hard workers.

This is the best authentic Mexican food place in town, with great prices and great service! The amount of food you get for your money is awesome! Clean friendly overall I honestly only eat here for homemade Mexican food!

It has an old building but a real Gem! It is very clean, great service and some of the Best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I got the Jesse plate with chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The green sauce is the Best I’ve ever had in the 55 years I’ve been eating Mexican food!!!

I do not recommend. Nothing but frozen food. My husband ordered the stuffed grilled chicken and the ham inside was cold and raw.

When I first walked in the workers looked annoyed that we walked in when it wasn’t busy and the guy who took our order smelled of weed. I then ordered a chocolate frosty and it had black specs in it and it tasted very sour. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

An odd dine-in experience at Wendy’s San Angelo My husband and I stopped by for lunch and ordered for dine-in. He politely asked if his burger could be made without cheese, but the cashier said all their burgers “must come with cheese” and couldn’t customize it — which was surprising since most places can easily make small adjustments. Then, when our order was ready, the cashier called my husband’s name twice. Since he was busy taking his afternoon pills, I went to pick it up for him, but the cashier refused to hand it to me just because the name wasn’t mine. I had to ask my husband to get up just to claim the food — even though the dining area only had about six people inside. To top it off, the floor was wet, and some tables had spilled water that no one bothered to clean or dry. Overall, the staff seemed inattentive and not very welcoming. Definitely not the kind of experience we expected from Wendy’s.

I just watched a girl throw a bagged Oreo mix on the ground to maybe open it? She definitely did it on purpose. It spilt all over the floor. Then she proceeded to put the rest of it in a milkshake. Weird.

This Wendys has the best customer service. Everyone is responsive, and service was timely. I ordered breakfast here and well..it just wasn't the best. The sausage had a dated taste and texture. This held true for all our breakfast sandwiches.The seasoned potatoes were just..ok... It was apparent that they had spent some time under a warmer. The French toast sticks were over done and not fresh. They had a burned taste and they were thrown away. We went about 9:00 a.m. I expected my food to be hot, fresh, and made to order. It fell short this time.

We ordered DoorDash from here because we were sick. They sent the wrong order out. Then it took 4 calls to even get through and then the lady was still rude and finally told me I would have to go up there to get my food. So I do. Again she’s rude. Doesn’t want to see the correct order and tries to give me the wrong one again. Gets upset when I said that wasn’t my order and goes to make mine. I didn’t see her name but I saw her collared striped shirt and braid. I won’t be going back to Wendy’s during their night shift again. Not after last night.

I haven't eaten at Wendy's in a few years because of the quality of my food when I have in the past. Today I decided to swing in and grab a burrito for breakfast before work. My burrito was not what I ordered, cold and falling apart before I could unwrap it. Im sorry I will not be returning to any Wendy's.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but i've had one too many issues not to warn the public. I used to love this place, but it's gone downhill with service and quality. And after tonight, I'll never order from here again. I'm allergic to cheese, so when I got some on my burger after placing a written digital order without cheese, I thought "that's ok, mistakes happen" and asked to have it fixed. What was really upsetting is the fact that even though they promised me the order was fixed, I get my replacement burger home and find that they messed up and put cheese on again, then SCRAPED IT OFF and flipped the stuff between the patties like "ha ha, she'll never know." They knew I was allergic, but thought that was okay. Fortunatly I won't be going to the hospital this evening for allergic food poisoning, but I'll never eat at this store again.

It's a typical Smoothie place. They don't always have ripe bananas so it ends up tasting MEH, and if I'm going to use just powders anyway, I'd rather make it at home for a fraction of the price. But I still go there sometimes! It's just for the price, I kinda want a specific taste every time. At least it's better than paying 7.50 for coffee now and then still having a tablet held up to you for a tip. Like people won't tip! It feels so rude. But that's those coffee places. At least these people don't do that, otherwise I'd have given them 3 stars. Oh, they do close earlier than their site says. That's kinda annoying sometimes.

This was my first time here and I got to say, it was amazing. The service was fast; It took but 6 minutes to get my order out. I was very satisfied with that since I went there during my lunch hour. The employees were very nice to me and served me with a smile, if that matters to you. It does to me. I must say, the restrooms were exceptionally clean. Probably not the photos you want to see when looking for a great restaurant but here they are anyway. The atmosphere was great; everything seem bright and beautiful. Art is displayed by the tables and other areas around. Not to mention, the food was delicious and tasty. Feel-good food is served to your table. I truly look forward to coming back to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I do

This place is great!! Great service great options and very helpful employee Carmen A. My family had a long day and decided to unwind and relax with a treat and this definitely was the place to come lots of options nice clean lobby it was busy but customer service and speed of service was awesome!! Tropical smoothie cafe was fantastic!! My family and I are always looking for healthy affordable options, and this was a great find! We'll for sure be coming back soon. The smoothies are delicious, I had the watermelon mojito. And I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the Kale and apple slaw we got with out meal. Everything tasted fresh too!

I really enjoy tropical smoothie and usually I have no issues but today I got an Açai bowl and there was a huge chuck of chicken in it. I am just unsure how that would happen but I was unable to finish the rest of it. it was like- in the middle of the bowl so half of it was eaten before I found it. It was just very off putting and made me sick to my stomach…

When I came here I experienced the best tasting food and smoothie I have ever had. I would personally recommend the chipotle flatbread and the sunrise sunset smoothie for the ultimate flavor

Today I ordered a baja bowl without lettuce, which I anticipated to be a bit smaller than what it normally would be. Then I received this bowl with almost no rice and hardly any beans. The excuse we received is that they “portion it”. Very poor service and complete lack of care by a place that I have been going to for a while. I am very disappointed with the food I received but more disappointed in the carelessness by the staff.

This is the second bad experience we've had with this Sonic. The first time we wrote it off as a fluke, but today confirms how bad it is. One of the hot dogs we ordered was burnt to a crisp. The tipping point though, we found a small piece what looks and feels like a metal shaving on top of my son's kid's meal hot dog. I'm honestly surprised how this place can pass a health inspection.

Burnt hot dog! Supposed to be a double bacon burger!!! And this is what I get! Smh called they could care less! They either put no bacon! Or just these crumbs!!! This sonic needs better management and better training!

How is it possible to have all of the added ingredients, including the sauce based on the condition of the bottom bun, below the burger? This is not how any "smash" burger I have ever eaten looks. Absolutely disgusting presentation. I contacted the complaints group, which is through text and another indication Sonic is no longer worth the effort of going. Seriously, over $10 for the coney... I threw away the complete order as I can not trust the sanitation and quality of prep. They had the audacity to offer 2 free burgers or a $10 gift card for over $20 worth of unedible food.

Have gone to this sonic a few times within the last month and last two times we’ve gone, we had the same girl take our order. Both times our order was messed up pretty bad and we spent around $25 for both of our meals together so it was a complete waste of money. She laughed the entire time she took our order this second time around and missed a drink we ordered as well as completely messed up the burger order. Definitely won’t waste time going here again due to our experience with her both times.

every time I specifically ask for groovy sauce with my groovy fries I never get the sauce even though I paid for it. it’s happened at least 5 times

For the forth time my order was not great. This time my burgers were cold. Last time the got my order wrong and the other two forgetting items , I love Sonic but it’s gone downhill I’d like some type of compensation

We got our order quickly. However, my burger was super dry and fries looked and tasted as if they had been sitting there for a day. Not happy with this visit at all.

I was in the drive thru for 45 mins at least, probably more than that! I didn't order at the intercom because no one ever said anything, I said "Hello?" at least 5 or 6 times. When I got to the window the guy asked what I had ordered and I told him nothing yet, I thought the intercom was broken. He did apologize but didn't ever apologize for the LONG WAIT, nor did they offer any kind of discount or give anything to make up for that long wait . TERRIBLE, won't go back to this location anytime soon.

Ordered at 10:05pm.. the store closes at 11pm. We arrive at 10:10pm and the first thing they tell us is they don't have enough tenders to fulfill our 16pc family meal. Okay, fine. Replace with bone in. But they can't, because they've sold everything in the store. Keep in mind, it's only 10:15pm now. They say they can replace the 6 tenders they don't have with 6 individual sides, which would be okay if I didn't have 8 people at home to feed. They decide to give us 3 famous bowls which was fine. Then they forgot our biscuits and had to ask for them, they didn't have enough so only gave 7 and replaced the last with an individual side. Fine. They didn't give us 2 of our sides until we asked and then when we got home, they didn't even give us the 10 tenders they said they had. They gave us 8. And still didn't even give us all of our food 🤦‍♀️

Ordered online, which is expensive but I’m pregnant so I’m really craving specific things, I bought it. Got my order, the fries were drenched in oil meaning they weren’t drained properly or at all. The nuggets were raw in the middle. and none of the sauces I selected were in the box yet the correct order was stamped on the box. I had some of the fries, a drumstick and the nugget before I realized it was raw, I have feeling sick ever since. I will never order from here again and I’m not type to leave negative reviews for anywhere as I know how it impacts a business however, I’m doing it because changes need to be made. I ordered 8:56 and recieved my order which was delievered to me in less than 10 minutes that’s shows that the food was not freshly packed.

Update: Thank you to Cedric for replacing my order and remembering me from two months ago. The chicken was fresh, hot and cooked good. For the trouble he even added a bundt cake and still continued to apologize for the service. No issues this time around. Thank you. Old: The location is nasty! Along with majority of the places here in San Angelo! Chicken was barely done & asked for original and there should be no reason why the chicken is soggy. On top of that the chicken isn’t even done. The drive through man had an attitude because I added 1/2 a dozen of biscuits. Huffing and puffing, if you do not like your job find another. I will be taking my whole order back.

Worst place ever, placed and order online when I get there they guy is very ghetto Saying at the window “sorry bruh we out of chicken bruh” they replace my order with tenders I asked for 5 piece they only gave me 3 and they tenders were old, cold and hard, the coleslaw was old as well it tasted like it was there for a few days… payed 26 dollars for two meals both meals were bad

Drive thru was so slow and waited a 1hr even more 3 cars infront, I'm all for waiting especially if it's good food but my chicken was nasty definitely KFC has gone down over the years

Had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order. The staff had no flow and no speed. Average wait was over 20 even for drive thru. As someone who has worked in foodservice for years this was one of the slowest and most unorganized restaurants ever.
