Fully enjoyed lunch on the patio with the lake view, attentive service, music, and tasty brisket sandwich. Wish I'd have found this gem earlier during my short stay in Granbury. Will absolutely be back on my next visit.

With the exception of a little slow service, we had a large group and our server appeared to have no help from her coworkers, everything else was good. The restaurant had a table ready for us, the Ambiance was nice, The View with fabulous and the lake is beautiful. You have the option of sitting outside and enjoying the lakes view if you choose. The food portions were very generous and tasty.

I went in here to give myself a reward for all the hard work I do with my body on a weekly. As you get older you must take care of yourself. I only live minutes away from this place, so I thought I would give it a try. I didn't know what to order, but I knew I wanted to order some serious meals. So I made the decision that when I walked in, whomever was working the front would order my food. Enter "Kylie the Maitre d". She had no idea she was about to order many meals of food and it didn't matter what it was. Brisket, ribs, catfish, sausage, shrimp, ham, and all the sides that went with them, let's not forget desert, banana pudding, YUM!! Yes, it will last the weekend, but the flavors were absolutely delicious!! Kylie was a great sport about it, too. So kudos to the chefs, Kudos to The Maitre d, Kylie and believe me when I say, definitely give this place a try when you're in the area. It's worth it. It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice

Great restaurant, bar and patio right on the water overlooking Lake Granbury! The wonderful mesquite aroma alone would be worth the visit. But with an excellent selection of delicious food and drinks, this spot is a total winner!

This place was great. There is plenty of parking, the establishment is nice and clean. A comfortable atmosphere. You can dine inside or outside and enjoy the beautiful lake view. The service was friendly enough. It did take awhile to get our food, and the temperature was alright. I ordered the armadillo eggs, which were amazing and the smokehouse cheddar burger, which again was amazing. Both were cooked perfectly and the side of fries were fresh cut and nicely seasoned. My husband ordered chopped brisket and sausage. Both were okay, but if you're the type that prefers a little char and smoke ring, this isn't that. My son had the chicken fried steak. Gravy was perfect, but the chicken fried steak was more on the chewy side. Overall it's a wonderful place and I will definitely be back! As far as price, it's about average, not cheap but not outrageous either. So take the family, go for a date night or day or just go for yourself! You'll leave with a full belly and a smile!

While working in the area I found this gem and returned for repeated visits. Between the tender pork ribs and the succulent grilled chicken I was ready to buy stock in the company 😆. Those watermelon margs are killer and made perfectly! There appeared to be outside seating overlooking the lake as well.

This was by far the worst dining experience I've had in America! We waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged by someone, there were only 2 customers when we arrived. The waiter had a bit of an attitude. The food was absolutely terrible, the best thing we had was the cornbread (not even by a little either, by a ton!) Every bit of meat any of us had was extremely dry, as well as bland and flavorless. They claim they have the best margarita's in the county, probably to entice people to drink before eating. As you would notice how terrible the food is otherwise. Went for my daughter's birthday, spent over $110 before tip. And none of us could even stomach how bad the food was, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I highly recommend that it be closed. Nobody should have to endure this terrible food ever, let alone pay top dollar for it. 10/10 will never visit again. The scenery was very nice though.

Man this place is great! Menu is so simple it is a verbal one. Had the smoked chicken (on par with what I do at home, and that is saying something), fried chicken (absolutely delicious and so fresh it was burning my mouth), and an actually fork-tender chicken fried steak. Totally delicious. Sides were great, peach cobbler was pretty good too. Love the atmosphere. Will definitely go back there!

For years Bade's has been consistent for good food and service. Very good food and fresh vegetables with portions served family style. You will not be disappointed.

In my opinion, it wasn't the right choice as recommended, because it was a young lady's first time and the manager was a lady on the floor. Another young woman assigned us a table, but she didn't offer any appetizers, I don't understand why. That you met. And looking at my cell phone at the photos of the Babe Rest menu. Because I and my wife had doubts. Well, they explained the trick to me, The menu tells us about a breaded grilled breast and between Bean, Mais Grabi etc. While waiting, the young woman brought the food service, she served me the bosquit green salad and a piece I think looked like stake which was not what we ordered, the first bite had nothing to do with it, I didn't say anything Wife also not wanting to express it, I told the young woman that it was not like that, she told me that if we knew the menu!I told the lady I wanted breast or tender, look or understand, she understood us, the wait was Our hunger was gone when the waitress arrived.I asked for the bill, I paid 41 with something and I said thank you very much. I got a bad impression. He didn't come back, not even for recommendations. I must understand that the manager should be more attentive, he is a waiter and have Person trained to explain the concept of food well,I thought the waitress was going to talk to the mom to give us a good explanation or something like that or look for options for us but that wasn't the case. I paid or we got up from the table and left. I don't recommend her. We ended up cooking at the house wow.A fatal experience.

Babes chicken is an interesting place. The service is a bit abnormal. You don’t order like most places. You just pick your meat choice and they bring out every side they have. The food was very good but our server didn’t come by very often. I sat with an empty glass for 20-30 minutes before I flagged her down to ask for more. The atmosphere was a little spooky. Dissonant country/folk music that freaks my kids out and mannequins in chairs in the restaurant. It felt like that mine cart ride at six flags.

Babe's is a chicken place served family style. Your only choice is the type of chicken that you get. Also they have catfish, so the chicken comes out a little fishy. Sides that you get are Mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and green beans. Also you get lettuce (what they call a salad) and biscuits. When we moved to town everyone said we need to go there. I would have rather had Chicken Express and saved money!

We LOVE Babe's! Fried chicken is always my go-to! Biscuits melt in your mouth & Ara served with molasses or honey. They serve sides family style, which are all wonderfully yummy! Fun family environment as well!

We popped in for a late lunch today and everything was good. The only reason for the 4 stars is bc I felt like the schnitzel could have had a little more sauce on it. The potato salad was fantastic! Service was good and atmosphere seems like it would be fun during busier times.

Was a great experience. The server was nice and friendly, food was excellent and was a good size for what I paid. I recommend the Pretzel with their homemade mustard. The interior feels like walking into a tavern.

From the traditional décor to the hearty flavors, everything made you feel like you were sitting in a Bavarian beer hall. And this guy right here? Absolute phenomenal. He brought the energy, the culture, and the warm hospitality that made the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a unique dining experience that’s full of character, tradition, and flavor—you need to check this place out! Prost! 🍻

OMG! Loved the food and the service! Heatherton made us feel at home and her recommendations were superb. We had the Pretzel and the Chicken Schnitzel with Jäger topping. This German food has been thus far the best German food we’ve had stateside. The German Mimosa had the perfect blend of juice and alcohol. It was so massive! One was enough for me. Needless to say I’m glad we decided to stop here.

Very good schnitzel here, a lot of place will overfry their meat and have it end up a little dry, but here it's perfectly done and retains all it's juiciness. Same with the brats and side dishes here, all are excellently done, I was surprised to find a german comfort food restaurant of this caliber in a small town.

My boyfriend and I went on our first date and it was absolutely AMAZING! We got our food so fast and it was delicious, however, we did go pretty close to close(sorry about that) so that probably played a heavy part lol but it was still great. I got a chicken salad, and he got this really good dish with mashed potatoes topped with meatballs and gravy, I can't for the like of me remember the name lol.

Update: Got to try this officially and this place is wonderful. Heather was an excellent waitress, very knowledgeable about the menu and determined to make sure we were comfortable and liked what we ordered. I loved the chicken apples sausage, and their battered fries are out of this world. Original review: Excellent food! Some of the best I've had in Granbury; full of flavor and the portions are huge. Staff is also friendly and welcoming . They offered me a drink while I waited on my to-go order. Will be back if I'm ever in the area!

Pretty good place to get a burger or sandwich. Fairly varied menu. Nice staff. Outside seating if you want. Located in the Granbury square so lots of other shops to see as well.

I ordered the spark plugs. Needless to say they had no spark. The lack luster of flavor was disappointing. The house made ranch and salad saved the dish. I did try and chicken tenders. Those hit spot(dip in some ranch) The model A burger with pepper jack cheese and jalapeño bun. Was the star of the show. Our waitress was amazing. The host staff was so/so at best.

Interesting little American restaurant on the edge of the Grandbury square. Most of the seating is on an outdoor patio which unfortunately is at one of the main stops through the square. The traffic noise can be very loud. Service and food was good. Menu selection is adequate. Prices are fair. No complaints.

Went here for lunch on a Wednesday. Sat on the patio, it was NOT very busy. We ordered a bacon burger and butterfly fried shrimp. Also had a funnel cake to go. The food was good, but the service was slow and was lacking.

Food was good. Annoying that they refuse to put condiments on the burgers. Service started out great... Then, after we got our food, the waitress disappeared. So, we never got refills on drinks. :( Patio seats were nice. Wish they were not so close to each other, though.

Good was great as always, service was spot on! Our waitress Nicole, was very intuitive and helpful with the menu. My grandsons had the tailpipes and loved them! Food is always good and fresh! Will be coming back!

EXCELLENT ICE CREAMS VERY NICE DRINKS SUPER LIVE MUSIC VENUE This place is different in a very good way. It is a combination of an Ice Cream Parlour, bar serving food and live music venue. What a mix! But it definitely works out. My wife and I dropped by for some ice cream in the early afternoon, came back for drinks and a snack, and stayed for the band playing 8-11PM. The ice creams are just very delicious. The service in the bar is good. And the person (male) working outside did great keeping up cleaning after people emptying their beers, drinks and plates. The area was near throughout. The music venue is outside in the back. It is small - in a good way - making it an intimate experience. When outside you can order in the bar inside or in the outside house. The band playing this night was great: The Ghosts of Hill County.

Such a cute place! Don't be overwhelmed by the amount of people when you first enter, there's more seatings in the back with a full bar, an upstairs area, and backyard (even with live music sometimes). The ladies working the bar were so nice on a busy holiday weekend evening. We took our kids there, the drinks were amazing, ice cream was amazing, everyone had a great time!

Fun place to go, especially if you're traveling like I am. The menu was small, but the food was good. The ice cream is homemade and awesome, too. Definitely stop in and give this place a try!

I have been there several times for different ice creams the ice cream upsets my stomach. It is not real tasty. It has a bland taste to it, nothing like Blue Bell or braum's but, I like the atmosphere and, it's a good place to hang out and play chess, or pool. I recommend going here but, I do not recommend eating the ice cream. I got a double scoop $10 (a little pricey) several times in a homemade waffle cone. The cone is excellent but the ice cream I just can't stomach and, I have tried several different types. It's all the same. If you're not going there with high expectations of delicious ice cream then, I recommend it.

Food was good, but nothing special. I got the chicken panini with the Chipotle mayo. Sauce was really good, but not enough in my opinion, I could only really taste it on a few bites. Also a little lacking in cheese in my opinion. Ice cream was great though!

Fun place. Ice cream shop in the front seating in second room and upstairs and had live music outback. Old time saloon feel with poker table and pool table upstairs.

This burger is in my top 5 I've had ever. Was the perfect cafe burger with large patty, thick slice of jalapeno cured bacon, grilled onions and all the fixings. Got the loaded fries as well, really spicy but delicious. If you are looking for that great burger, this is the place! Oh and the frozen margrita goes perfect with it

We had the bacon cheese burger and the quaso burger. Both were tasty but there was too much salt. Still recommend but be aware. The fired pickles are awesome.

I guess this is built? Barely any veggies and the little lettuce on it tasted nasty. Im just gonna stop ordering togo since ive have multiple issues when i do. Its good food but this place is so inconsistent.

Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the lot is labeled well and clean. The building is well maintained and appealing to many demographics. The food is always great, and the beer (limited selection) is always cold. The staff is friendly and hospitable. We eat here at least once a week, and I don't see that changing any time soon. A great value in a great environment. Check 'em out !

Great grilled chicken sandwiches and burgers. Very much hand made and this takes time. Enjoy the free peanuts while waiting. They will serve you five minutes before closing, as I found out. Great made from scratch shakes.

This is a top-notch establishment. Everything you would expect from a classic burger joint is here. From the fries and the burger, it was absolutely delicious. We ordered were greeted by a friendly employee and then went to take our seats, and at the table were given peanuts to eat while the burger was cooked to order. The atmosphere was lively and had a little bit of a sports bar vibe mixed with a family-friendly atmosphere.

Spending time with my grandsons and grabbing dinner. The burgers were great! Maybe the best Sweet Potato Fries I've had, perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft & pillowly on the inside. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was really good. My only issue is that I needed more barbecue sauce. I could have easily went and asked for more but it was a long walk back. I'll remember for next time. My daughter got the Queso Burger, the smart thing is do is get the queso on the side. The queso was really good. I did try the Jalapeno Ketchup - not my favorite! The Whiffle Ball Field was great for the kids. My daughter says this place gets crowded and there can be a significant wait. Which means you have to place accordingly. I think from now on when I visit Granbury this has got to be definite visit!!!

We came on a Saturday afternoon and this place was bustling! There is plenty of seating, however, and we liked the covered patio. The self-serve chips and salsa is a neat idea, but the chips were very greasy for my taste. The food was pretty decent but I wonder if it would be better on a not so busy day. I think they were really having to hustle to get all the orders out. I liked the little bakery inside for a sweet treat as well. Overall, I’d come back and try again if I’m ever back in town!

Great place on Lake Granbury for fish and shrimp. Place is huge, busy, and has huge drinks! Service was fast despite being very busy. Will definitely be back!

Food was priced fairly. Atmosphere seemed good. Staff was normal except or one issue. I accidentally left my leftover food and before i walked out of the building I remembered. Went back and the older man (busser) had already thrown it away. The man did not say sorry and continued wiping the table. It was not even 1 minute after leaving the table and he was already trashing my food. I recognize its my fault but he could have waited or at least apologized. I would expect a lot better customer service from a family friendly establishment

Even if the parking lot seems overflow busy, find yourself a spot and get inside for a great meal! The seating capacity inside is enormous and even more seating outside. A full parking lot is hardly an indication of full inside. Food is prepared to order and a nice casual menu. Enjoy a lakeside meal with the game on TV inside!

This is the best place in Granbury to get top quality food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bathrooms are VERY clean. The manager Tommy was stopping by tables to check with customers and he was so friendly to speak with. I will definitely bring my family back here whenever I'm in Granbury with my family, friends or by myself. They might have the best fried shrimp Ive ever eaten. If I could give 6 stars ⭐️ I would.

Shrimp and grits were something special. Cheesy, creamy goodness with generous, well-seasoned grilled shrimp. Braised short rib tacos were awesome as well. Service was just the right amount of friendly and attentive. Bright, airy atmosphere in the historic hotel building. The dining areas are filled with local artist paintings, which were really pleasant to look at. First timers here and we will definitely be back!

Went here for an anniversary dinner, very cute establishment, friendly staff, great environment. The food, while creative, lacked any real depth of flavor. I don't add salt to anything usually but had to put salt and pepper on just about everything. The crab cakes had decent flavor but were very soft so if you dont like a mushy texture you may want to avoid. The birria egg rolls were ok, the meat was dry and again not very flavorful - consume was ok to help this. Do not recommend the shrimp and grits at all, its not grits its polenta so again, texture is off. Its also supposed to be jalapeno sauce, ZERO jalapeño flavor. Shrimp was well cooked. Ribeye pork was cooked ok, maybe slightly overcooked, and by itself had an ok glaze but I have no idea where the name hot honey came from, it was just a light honey mustard. The potatoes had no flavor at all, the little zucchini was actually very good. We tried 2 desserts, cheesecake and chocolate chip bread pudding. Cheesecake was well done, definitely baked, would recommend. Bread pudding had good flavor but was dry. Server was friendly and prompt for managing the area alone. Maybe give it a shot, they could have had an off night for the food, the atmosphere is nice enough and the granbury square is always good for a stroll. I don't think I'll be back, the food just wasn't good enough.

Very excited they moved to a bigger location. I was seated immediately. Food is amazing. Steak and eggs. Loaded Bloody Mary on point. Waitress was sweet and knowledgeable. Great service!! I absolutely recommend!!!

We made a phone reservation, but when we arrived, the hostess couldn’t find it. No big deal — we were seated within five minutes! The service was excellent — Luca, our waiter, checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing — probably one of the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. My husband ordered the prime rib dip and loved it. It was our first time in town for a day trip, and this restaurant made it a memorable visit. Highly recommend!

Classy, upscale restaurant located on the bottom floor of the Nutt House Hotel in Granbury's Historic Town Square. I had the Salmon and Tuna Tartare along with a Strawberry Spinach Pecan Salad. By far the best meal I had while visiting Granbury. It was phenomenal! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Christina’s American Table is one of those places that just never misses. The food’s always incredible, the service is even better, and you can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their guests. Their brunch menu is full of great options, but the chicken avocado melt on their jalapeño bread is hard to beat. The tomato basil soup is amazing, and the chicken salad sandwich is another solid go-to (the half-and-half combo is a great way to go). And if you haven’t tried the quiche from the à la carte menu, you’re missing out. We’re just so glad to have a place this good right here in Granbury with great food, friendly people, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s the kind of spot you can’t help but keep coming back to.

This was my wife and I first time coming here. I've seen alot of people on Google maps say high remarks about the baked lasagna. My lasagna didn't taste very well. It taste like it was spoiled or had some kind of alcohol in it. My wife tried a bite of my lasagna and she said the same thing. My wife had the chicken alfredo and it was good. Both our salads was very good. We'll cone back to give them another chance, but will not order the lasagna.

It’s just ok and pricey. I love bruschetta and some how it was less than mediocre here. The pizza was fresh out the oven which was nice but it burnt us and had no flavor. Our server was fantastic though. As others have commented please use seasoning!

I have to be honest, our food (pasta dishes) were good, but not fabulous. Both my girlfriend and I love to cook, so we were a little disappointed. We both agree more basil, garlic and oregano would really enhance both dishes. I will say it was a big community celebration weekend, and they were busy. The ambience was fabulous. It’s a fun place. The best part of the evening was our server Heather. She was delightful. She was extremely busy, serving the bar, where we sat. In spite of how busy she was, we never wanted for anything, nor had to wait. She’s bubbly, obviously enjoys what she does, and provides top notch service. We’d go back and hope that Heather was there! Thank you Heather for making our first Granbury Farina’s experience so fun.

This little cafe is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and the food is super yummy & affordable. My husband had a salad and fettuccine Alfredo. I had a pasta salad and turkey sandwich. All of the food was unique, delicious, and filling. 100% recommend!

Heather the bartender is the best! She makes a great old fashioned! The creme brulee is awesome! However there are no Stakes available on the menu and the pasta is seriously lacking in a flavor. Don't get me wrong I love Granbury and I hope the best for all of our really great restaurants but we should really try harder!

We had our wedding and reception at Farina's and it was lovely! Mel did a great job preparing us and asking all the right questions. The food was delicious and so many of our guests said they would be back to eat there. The patio and castle room was perfect for our party of about 65. This is a great place to have a wedding! This was my husband’s and I first time in Granbury. We went to Paradise Bistro for some coffee and breakfast. Inside was so cute! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was perfectly portioned and tasted delicious. Our tea and coffee was also perfect. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place on the square for breakfast! Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The place is small but plenty of places to sit inside and a few outside. We were hungry so we got omlets which came with home fries and excellent bread! Thick wheat toast and we got a muffin that was moist and flavorful. Made the start of the day easy!

Should you find yourself Hungry while in Granbury head on down to the Historic Square for some GREAT dining options. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful if you are unsure what to order. We love coming in to sit down and enjoy the amazing breakfast options or lunch (depending on the time). Grab a cup of coffee or a specialty drink and just enjoy the atmosphere while gathering with friends. Plenty of parking options so you don’t have to miss out on this little gem. Park behind the building in a large lot or you can park inside the square at the courthouse.

Paradise Bistro & Coffee is such a cute spot with wonderful food and great coffee, which makes this so disappointing. If you go on a Sunday for breakfast or brunch, you’ll likely see open tables and think there’s no wait. But what you don’t realize is that the kitchen is buried in catering and to-go orders. Even when the dining room isn’t full, the wait for food can be well over an hour because in-person guests are pushed aside. It’s sad to see a great local place lose sight of the customers who helped build their reputation. This has happened to us multiple times now, and it feels like they care more about catering than the guests sitting in front of them. They could fix this by separating or limiting catering during busy dine-in times or by holding spots in the ordering cue for dine in customers, but until then, we’ll be choosing other great options on the square that still make their in-person guests a priority.

Great pancakes, good eggs, sausage wasn't good. Overall service was good. I would try something different next time.

Best food and really good coffee! WAFFLES ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! Pancakes are also really light and fluffy and delicious. The staff is really friendly and the prices are good! We stop here every time we go to Granbury! It does get a little crowded early mornings but it’s worth it and there’s plenty of seats outside too.

While looking to try a new brunch spot, I came across Paradise and it looked to have good reviews and it was one of the few restaurants on the square we hadn’t tried. Since it was a Sunday it was pretty crowded and with it being seat yourself the only spot we were able to grab was a tight little spot in the corner right by the front door. I was excited for the avocado toast only to be let down by a smorgasbord of ingredients on top of a soggy piece of bread. It was so oily it was making my stomach churn; so, I didn’t finish it but did pick off some of the avocado and cheese. The fruit cup was nothing special, just your regular melon melody sitting in liquid. My White Chocolate Iced Latte though was really good. My boyfriend ordered one of the breakfasts that came with pancakes and bacon and he did said it was good and finished it all. He did compare his “Americana” however, to “Maxwell House Drip coffee” which was incredibly underwhelming considering it’s a “coffee shop”. I did really like the atmosphere, the dimmer lights and total coffee shop vibes; I could definitely see my self taking my laptop up there during the week and quietly working. Overall it wasn’t horrible and I think we will give it another shot and try different things given it has good reviews from others. Maybe we just had a one off situation.

For the price, this is an excellent value. They have all you can eat breakfast, but we opted for a few of their meals and ate every bite. I love that it feels cozy and the staff is friendly and out to give you a good value. Will visit again the next time i come back to granbury. Their cinnamon toast is yummy!

My mom and I stopped to eat here before we headed back to Houston. It is such a great little place to grab a bite. The menu is very simple but the sandwiches are big and hearty. They are also extremely nice. We were very happy we found this spot before we left town.

What a wonderful, old fashioned cafe. It took me back to when I was a kid and we would frequent a similar eatery. The burgers, fries and chips were great! The pies and pastries looked wonderful but we were too full to partake. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was warm. Great coffee!

Good food. Nice ambiance--a little rustic--but nice. Service was fast. But, the lady who took our order was...snarky and just a little bit rude. She fit the typical roadside cafe character of a cranky waitress. But the Nutshell is not a roadside cafe. It's supposed to be a quaint charming eatery. Don't get me wrong, it didn't upset me enough to leave or anything. It was just a little off putting.

The service was not there. You have to get your own food and drinks and silverware. My mothers order was missing some items that I paid for and the lady that too my order was rude and stared at my mother when she walked in making her feel uncomfortable. However the food that my mother and I both ordered was really good and fresh. I loved their biscuits and gravy and my mother really enjoyed her 3 egg omelet. All in all not terrible just really different. I absolutely did not feel obligated to leave much of a tip seeing as how my mother and I did all the serving ourselves.

Food was Meh... advertisement on sidewalk said all you can eat breakfast. When we went in there was no information or Direction on how to pay for or get all you can eat except... someone saying,( it's in the back!) After waiting in line to get a tray we were told we had to go to the front and pay first , then come back and get in line again losing our place. The all you can eat was in the back with a lady taking forever to plate each single item on a person's plate and lifting each steam table lid and placing it on the lid next to it, I might add that the steam table had too much water in it and the metal pans containing the food were floating and jostling around! With restaurant management experience , the lids should have been removed and the person serving wouldn't have to waste so much time picking up lids and setting them on top of each other over and over again as customers stood in line watching the slow-motion serving . We had to wait for scrambled eggs to be cooked while standing in line. We were eating our meal and the cashier came up and told us that all-you-can-eat is now over, however the sign out front said it was served 8 a.m. to 12:00 noon and it was now 10:45 a.m. They did not have all of the items on the all-you-can-eat menu that were listed on the sign. None of the food was great. This place needs to be organized and streamlined, and they then could serve a lot more people, and make a more money. We won't be back. On a good note, the cashier was nice and friendly.

Great little lunch spot! Has a few sandwhich choices. We tried the rosemary chicken sandwhich and kids chopped brisket sandwhich, both were good! They also have the best potato salad!

We are new to the area and I fancy myself a local food aficionado. So the choice to stop in was an easy one and I’m glad I did. Good parking and the smoker rolling out front told me I was in a solid spot. Super friendly and food was very quick to the table. Definitely will return! My biggest suggestion would be that they add Topo Chico/Crazy Water/similar bubbly mineral water to the drink options. But that’s a personal choice. I had the pulled pork baked potato with an iced tea. Big portion, piping hot and overall darn good! See you when I come to town next time!

Nice, cozy, and cool place to share a good meal. My wife had the Smoked Turkey Plate with potato salad and pinto beans (excellent). I had the Rafael Special (grilled catfish with rice and crawfish etouffee). Everything was very flavorful, and the service was top notch. Bread was fabulous! Loved the banana pudding for dessert! Took a sliced brisket sandwich to go for a great late night snack! Thank you! We’ll be back!

It's my second time here. My parents are in town visiting from out of state and I decided to bring them here to try the sister special. We walk in right when the open on July 9. A young girl with dirty blonde hair had such an attitude towards us. We were not difficult customers. We ordered three sister specials, easy order, not complicated. At one point she even rolled her eyes at us! Not a pleasant experience. Terrible customer service. Food is good though...

Our original plans were to go to FW for date night but we decided to go Granbury & visit Anise since it had been awhile. So pleased that we did!! As always the food was superb and the service outstanding!! Our meals tonight included - Venison tartare, baked scallops, Bison steak, Antelope (shredded) and a whoopie pie! The names of the meals do not give a full description of each but I can promise you, it all tasted delicious!🤤 Highly recommend! Perfect place to step outside of your comfort zone!

Wonderful date night dinner with the Husband!! Fantastic food and wonderful service. Braised lamb crêpe for an appetizer, smoked trout entrée along with the kangaroo tenderloin. Just WOW!

What an unforgettable experience! Starting with the lobster biscuits. I was blown away by the rich, sweet potato flavor and generous chunk of fried lobster. They were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside. Next, I indulged in the lump crab cake Benedict. The crab cakes were incredibly flavorful, and the poached egg on top were cooked to perfection. The hollandaise sauce added a delightful creaminess, making this dish one of the best I've ever had! And the star of the show? The coffee! It was truly the best I've ever tasted - rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. It complemented my meal beautifully and kept my spirits high throughout brunch. Overall, Restaurant Anise exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was incredibly friendly, personable and attentive. I can't wait to return and try more dishes from their amazing menu! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic foody experience.

There were three of us celebrating a birthday. The goat cheese appetizer was delicious. We ordered the beef au jus sandwich and shared the bison burger. Our burger was raw... we sent it back, and they fixed it. The beef au jus was ok. Overall, I would try it again and order something different.

The food was great, as well as the presentation. The owner/chef was very friendly and has a beautiful story to share. Here's to perseverance!

My husband and I came here for lunch on our anniversary. The food was fantastic and the service was quick. The menu is changed quarterly, but we had the whipped goat cheese appetizer, lobster roll, pork belly banh mi sandwich, and chocolate mousse with coffee and tea for dessert. My husband doesn't usually like goat cheese, but loved theirs. We dressed up since it was a special occasion for us, but there isn't a dress code. We saw people in shorts, jeans, and tee shirts. We will definitely be going back!

UPDATE: I think the response might be more frustrating. The burnt cheese was under the egg so at first glance it was fine. I've worked in the front and back of the house at several restaurants... Quality control starts in the kitchen. When you're backed up and you burn a dish, you have to start over, period. The server and the customer shouldn't have to correct that. The kitchen knew and served it anyway. I appreciate the response but we'll be heading to Sweet from now on. I hate that because there are many great things about Baked. Come back in and we'll make it right would have been more appropriate response. I've been here a few times and the bread, pastries, and coffee are wonderful. Today I ordered breakfast and for $10 dollars I'm very disappointed. Is this what the expectation is for Tortilla Rita? Two stars because the cappuccino was great but for a total of almost $16 dollars not sure if we'll be back.

Me and my three friends went there for lunch, and it was SO good. I got the ganache brownie and the turkey bacon avocado melt, and I would not hesitate to get it a second, third, or fourth time. It was a little busy, but we did find a table. The service was incredible, and everyone was very friendly.

One of the best bakeries in Granbury area. Baked bread & pastry was highly recommended by family & friends. Very impressed with food quality and selections. Very casual atmosphere, fun, country experience. Plenty of seating both inside and fun patio experience. Awesome customer service and staff all super friendly and helpful. I’ve been to Granbury many times but never out to breakfast. I came back for a weekend getaway with my husband. Found this place while searching online for a good breakfast spot. This bakery and coffee shop did not disappoint one bit. We arrived at 9 AM on a Saturday and there were still plenty of options of pastries to choose from but the line to the door did grow as time passed. The service was great. There was a Huge variety of pastries, it was hard to choose just a few. The cinnamon roll French toast was out of this world!!!! The Baja croissant sandwich was also great. I also really enjoyed my vanilla lavender. London fog. I especially enjoyed the Christian worship music in the background. Staff were friendly and prompt, could tell they were all working hard. We do not live far and will definitely be back!!!

BAKED has a variety of pastries, breakfast and lunch items on their menu. Everything we had was delicious but my favorite pastry was the poptart! I will definitely be back to try their breakfast.

Great atmosphere inside, we had a jalapeño and cheddar bagel with cream cheese, a cinnamon roll, and a strawberry pop tart. We also had iced vanilla latte and cold brew with vanilla sweet cream. Overall it was really good, the cinnamon roll was super sweet, so have a drink to cut it with, lol. We will definitely be back!

Super awesome little restaurant! We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped in for a quick bite. We visited on a Friday afternoon and were seated immediately. Our waitress was great!! We ordered the lobster deviled eggs, chicken strips and wedge salad. The lobster deviled eggs were fantastic!! The sauce was perfect!! The chicken tenders were delicious and the salad was awesome!! It’s such a shame they’re closing in a few days. We were looking forward to returning!

This was a good first experience I love the atmosphere it’s cozy and a cute little corner restaurant I had the steak tacos (taco Tuesday) they were so yummy. Husband got the Mahi Mahi tacos and I’ve never had them but they were worth trying for sure my grandfather had the catfish and let me tell you the catfish is really worth it the filets were huge and super yummy.. cod was decent along with blackened shrimp my grandmother got a little pricey but overall great experience and great food. Worth trying the service was excellent!!

Everything was wonderful, the staff was extra friendly, the setting was nice and cozy and the food was absolutely delicious! Our server Emily was marvelous. I'll definitely visit again if we come to Grandbury.

Stopped in for lunch. The calamari was incredible and served within minutes. The fish tacos were amazing! I’m not sure what the other bad reviews are about…. No negativity during this visit. The atmosphere is great. The service was good and the food was all very hot and fresh.

Dinner: Mahi Mahi and Filet Salmon with rice and veggies Drinks: Blue Lagoon and House Margarita (x2) Price: $87 We had the best experience at this restaurant! Not only was the service out of this world, the team who made the Drinks and food were so good, it would be a crime to take it home. I havent eaten a whole meal in ages but this one was well worth it! They have live music some nights which parts amazingly with the atmosphere. I thoroughly recommend this joint. Thanks to the best service team a customer could ask for!

Another hit brought to you by the folks who own and operate Ketzler's Schnitzel Haus And Biergarten in Granbury. Food and service were excellent. If you enjoy fried fish and fries then this place is a must. Thick crunchy beer batter around clean flaky large portions of fish. Great tatar sauce to match. We also had a po boy while we were here that was just as good.

We came on opening night. It was a soft opening with staggered seating. The food is very good and the restaurant is a perfect addition to the Granbury square. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the service was fabulous.

We were recommended this place by the visitor center, which is funny because it is literally across the street. The beer and mead is exceptional and the food was just as good. My wife and I tried a new restaurant each meal and this place was both our favorite meal. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

What a surprise and thrill to find Brew! I went to a networking event there last wk (drove from Dallas!) Ya know what? Totally worth the trip Wall of brew on tap! Go for the beer, NOT the food!! Great tap selection with a point-earning brew club. Nice staff. Cool ambiance. Terrible food. My nacho were of the lowest possible quality with floury “cheese sauce,” ridiculously salty chips, canned toppings of little flavor, and the driest chicken chunks I can recall. I’m not a mean reviewer and usually am vague about the bad stuff, but this has not left my mind.

Ordered the pizza with beef pepperoni and fresh mushrooms with fresh seasonings. Must have had 25 plus beers on tap. The staff was very accommodating and had a huge screen for the football game.....you must try if in the area!

Update: these things have occurred here MK consistently. Maybe confront your staff about my “ opinion” or check your cameras. These are consistent issues you should take up with your staff not me! Great management I used to love this place but the service has gone down hill. The same beertender always has her partner here flirting ignoring the rest of the bar/ ruining the experience, they serve in plastic cups even if you are staying inside and the food comes out way later than when you ordered and usually cold. Not a pleasant past few experiences.

Used to love the Jazz here. Outside when weather was nice. Even tho not much of a beer drinker, the stuff was great and so was the food. Seeing some cha he’s recently and hope they bring back Jazz.

My wife and love going there either before or after a concert at Granbury Live. Having a few drinks and sometimes pizza or other things. Nice staff and the owner hangs around quite often and talks with folks. Great time hope to see you there ! RF

We love to find hidden gems when traveling and this is one of them!! The chicken Tamales were the best! Even the mesa is flavored. We will be going back for more.

These are by far the best tasting tamales I have ever had! The brisket tamales are amazing and the beans are the best i have ever had. Met the owner and she is the nicest most wonderful lady! Drove all the way from Cleburne just to try her tamales! So worth it! Will definitely be going back! Can't wait to try her enchiladas! So glad we found this place.....so worth it!

We all love good, homemade tamales and Josefina's are consistently great!! We, especially, love the spicy pork...ummm good. I will add, the green salsa was pretty spicy but I added it to my rice, toned down the "hot" and gave a kick to plain white rice!! For a "to-go" only place, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the reception area and food prep. Also, all of the workers wore hairnets. In today's society, proper hygiene in food prep and delivery are very important. Bottom line, delicious tamales!!

I have been passing by the tamale trailer in Tolar and finally stopped to pick up a mixed dozen - brisket and jalapeno bean. So glad I stopped - by far the best tamales I have ever had! I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors!

We eat at the FUZZY'S Fort Worth and Burleson locations regularly. Guys you got issues at this Gradbury location! We picked up these Cod Tacos to go because the mens bathroom has had a STONG sewer smell for several weeks. That smell is VERY strong by the order pickup window. When we got home, we discovered what appears to be made with old flour tortillas on all 4 tacos . Does that look appetizing to you? Hi Fuzzys owner thank for your reply. I ordered through Door Dash and when my order arrived it was missing the extras as well as the normal ingredients were lacking and not all on the meal requested. I contacted the restaurant and they asked that I return and they would make my order again which I appreciated. Upon arrival the restaurant was a place I could see myself eating at it the future. However walking in the odor of urine was very obvious. My order was given to me and while some things were fixed other's still were forgotten. I paid $8.00 rounded up all together for a half scoop of meat in a hard taco, three cold sopas, one honey packet, and not fully cooked chopped potatoes. I was mostly upset because this was for my child. Lastly her sprite was forgotten which is included in the meal. I am disappointed and will not be returning again.

Oh my gosh, this was my 1st time there, I will not be back. Let me see if I cam explain. I ordered 2 shredded chicken tacos no cilantro. My husband ordered two brisket tacos. When I went to pickup my order the man behind the counter asked if it was to go. I said no its for here. So he proceeded to take our food out of its wrappers BARE HANDED NO GLOVES AT ALL. Then I saw mine had cilantro on it . I said that was no cilantro so guess what he did next picked off the cilantro BARE HANDED STILL. I about died. It did appear his hands were clean but just not sanitary at all. I almost said something then thought okay if he remakes them he'll probably spit in them because I complained. Pitiful. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR LET ANYONE I KNOW EAT THERE EITHER. The restaurant was not clean and very dirty. I truly don't know how they have stayed open. Someone is paying off the state health inspector. That I will be contacting.

Another update on Fuzzy's Taco Shop....... Fuzzy's Taco Shop use to be such a favorite place to sit on the patio and enjoy good food. I went this Memorial Day weekend during the afternoon. Lot's of people on the square but aside from 2 tables inside, the patio was empty. There was only 3 employees, 2 in the kitchen. and one to work the front of the restaurant. You must now go to the bar to order food. I will say the young man working was very personable and friendly. We ordered the chicken nachos, which use to be great. No more....we received a plate of tortilla chips with cheese and chicken on top. The rest was just a big pile of chips. The cheese and chicken were lukewarm. There was a time that Fuzzy's had ice cold beer. No longer, it was cool, not cold and mine was flat. The food is no longer the quality it use to be but that was not my biggest concern. The place is filthy, the floors do not appear to have been washed in awhile, the area around the restrooms smells like sewer. I have no clue what the smell it but it is overpowering. The women's restroom was unclean with trash on the floor. I have attached photos, this is so sad as this place use to be such a great spot and a favorite gathering place for tourists and locals alike. Update on Fuzzy's.......ate there recently and it has gone downhill fast. No one at counter to order, you must go to bar to place food order, I use to love their nachos and cilantro rice. The rice was cold and hard,like it had been sitting for days, the nachos had very little on them, mostly a plate of chips with a bit of cold cheese. So disappointing as this use to be one of my favorite places to sit on the patio and people watch. I hope it turns around because it use to be an awesome place.

Have never left a review before but warning others seemed worth it. Went in at 2pm on a Monday and after we ordered (from a very personable young lady). The men’s restroom was so gross my husband was gagging. Smell was terrible. There were fruit flies all over the trash by the drink station. We went outside because the atmosphere and smell on the inside was so bad and dirty feeling we didn’t want to be in there. Outside wasn’t much better. Never been to Fuzzy’s that wasn’t well kept and busy. Lack of customers should have been a clue. Had trouble eating our food because we were so turned off by the uncleanliness of the place. Hope we don’t regret it. This place needs a full refresh and maintenance. That is not on the employees, it’s on the owner. The upper management needs to get it together at this location or close it down.

I love this atmosphere, so fun and energetic and very helpful for all and any needs you may have while dining here. The food is well priced and very good. Happy hour is great and the service were friendly and willing to help with any issues or concerns that I did have. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I came here not long after they first opened. Swore I would never go back because the service was so bad. Well, we went back a couple weeks ago. about 8 customers in there, seated. About 6 to 8 customers in line. Well below capacity. Nobody was taking orders. We left and went acrost the street. So did another couple that was waiting to place an order. Maybe I'll try back in another couple years. I'm actually surprised they are still in business.

Man I love this place. He's my problem. It's a toss up, we'll call it 50/50, if I'm going to get pickles on my sandwich even after staying "I just want pepperjack cheese on top of a piece of spicy chicken, between 2 pieces of bread. Nothing more, nothing less". I swear the last one I got looked like the pickle was laughing at me. I'll add the picture and you can judge for yourself.

This is the second time within a months time that I have ordered a frosted coffee and both times I have not received a frosted coffee. I have no idea what this is. It is not brown like the frosted coffee nor does it smell or taste like coffee. Whatever it is, it tastes awful!

Stop by here right at 12:30pm lunch. Lines in drive thru were full so you would think food would be fresh. Nope. Worst chick fil a I have been too. Super disappointing. The nuggets were fried in old oil and overcooked and the fries were soggy and you could tell they had been fried couple times. Food was also not hot at all.

We often get Chic Fil A in Granbury. It seems here lately the service has gone tremendously downhill. Ever since they changed the drive through from a single lane to now a 3 lane ordering system that filters back down to one lane (traffic jam from hell), the food service has also gone downhill. This is the second time my family and I have ordered nuggets and we get all the way home to find out there isn’t any sauce included in the order even though the receipt shows we ordered some. 10 years ago, this was the absolute fastest Chic fil a I had ever been to and everything was perfect when you went. Now, I’m not sure if management has gone downhill or what but I get more accurate orders from McDonald’s it seems. They need to figure out what went wrong and get back on track.

Chick-fil-A has a standard at all locations. This locations is sub par on location staff, cleanliness and friendliness. Other locations do a better job. Food was average for Chick-fil-A possibly a little less than average

Always make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive-through! My boyfriend and I had a long day at work and wanted to grab a quick meal from Chick-fil-A. We had paid for two meals and only ended up getting home with one. By time we got home they had already closed. Completely disappointed, definitely a bad end to our night.

Every time I go to this location thy literally always forget an item in my order and it causes me to have to go back in. The line always goes very slow as well. I'm used to living in a town with 2 lain drive through this is a 2 lane that goes down to 1 lane so its very slow compared to other stores.

Whichever team was working the kitchen and drive thru window on 6/26/25 @ 4:05PM must’ve been having a bad day. I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and have grace. But they soaked the burger in ketchup to the point it was leaking through the paper, the cherry limeade I ordered was straight up soda water with no flavoring (just enough cherry juice to turn the drink pink), and I was mean mugged by the girl at the window and thrust my food without a single word. Thanks so much for the great experience. Two stars because I at least got the right order and didn’t wait long.

Service today was great, very friendly. I got the biscuits and gravy meal which was great EXCEPT my poor hashbrowns! I don’t know if the oil needs to be changed or if they just need to cook them for less time but when they are so overcooked that the middle is nonexistent, that’s unacceptable. How do people even serve that to customers?

Walked in and the place was fully staffed. Got a pleasant greeting from a young lady at the grocery section of the store. There were customers waiting at both the food and ice cream counters. The vistors at the ice cream counters were being served. Those of us waiting at the food counter were not being served, nor was anyone attempting to greet us or let us know that there was a reason we were not being served or when we might be served. Several employees walked by behind the counter and not one of them looked up or recognized that we were there. One young lady even walked up to the register we were waiting behind and didn't acknowledge any of us. When the couple in front of us said they had been waiting 20 minutes we left.

The workers were polite but the restaurant is nasty! We went for ice cream but couldn’t even get cones because there were flies in the case where they keep them also more flies and stuff spilled all over the toppings station so we just got shakes instead. I was trying to be understanding because they were super busy but there was like 10 employees there some of them could have been cleaning up as others continued to serve customers. Definitely needs to be managed better employees are just spilling milk and ice cream everywhere and not even cleaning up after themselves and giving out dirty sticky cups because literally every part of the counter is covered in sticky messes. I wouldn’t dare get food from this location can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like if the front was that bad.

If I could give this location no stars I would. The location was dirty, with food on the floor and tables. They were EXTREMELY slow, from taking our order to serving our food. We ordered 2 ea. #5 meals. Nothing special. The burgers were literally wet, cold, and raw in the center. The fries must have been in the bottom of the tub all days as I have never had fries that were so salty they couldn't be eaten. We walked over to the market side to pickup a couple packages of cookies only to find that the peanut butter, snickerdoodles, and the PB chocolate chuck cookie packages were all past their sell by dates. This is by far and away the WORST Braum's I have ever been to. P.S. We are now in the ER. My wife has food poisoning and we are 6 hours from home and our kids....

Ty always makes sure I have an incredible experience. I come for breakfast at least 3 times a week and get the same thing. She always gets it right. Please give that girl a raise and some praise because she is the only one keeping it together in the mornings. 💜

There's always something wrong I can never get a completely correct order. When I order ahead they only once saw that I didn't want ice on my coke, my food more than once taste like it's been siting out, and when I get there on the schedule they give I always get there at the last time slot it gives and I always have to wait 5-10 min at a slow time and on the busy times I wait 15-25 min. I would go to the glen rose location and they know what to do so I know it's a location issue and not a company issue.

Got a jr whataburger and jalapeño burger. Way too much mustard. The mustard burned more than the jalapeños. Too much to be able to eat it. Never had a burger where the main ingredient is mustard, typically they have flavor, not just mustard. I cannot stress enough how much was on it. That is all you can taste. There is not even a hint of any other flavor. The bun is soggy because it's soaked up half the mustard.

The only good thing about this location is that their workers are nice. However… this is THE slowest Whataburger I have ever been to. Every single time we go they mess up my order, or leave food out of it. This past time we went they just put a bag of apples inside of a bag and gave it to me for my kid’s meal. It’s almost become like a joke at my house to see what’s going to go wrong when I drive thru here. But like I said, the people are nice.

For a fast food chain these guys rate off the charts in my mind. The manager that was there made it a real experience. The customer service was top notch and the food was fresh and tasted delicious.

We stopped for a late breakfast. We each had a jr bacon burrito with French toast sticks. We were very pleased with the food. The bacon on our burritos was cooked just right & there was plenty. The French toast sticks were perfectly golden & crispy. I told my husband that whoever was cooking actually cared about our food! It wasn't like fast food, it was good food cooked as if we were family. We will be back!

This place sucks. From the broken screens, the reheated food they serve from the night before. Cold food, cold "hot" coffee, stale bread, non functional drive ins. This place blows. The kids dont care because the managers and owners dont care. 23 dollars spent on stale bread, burger patties cooked the night before. This place.doesnt desrve our communities business.

Cherry limeade. No cherry. (Biggest gripe) Good syrup to soda ratio! A little too cherry flavor. Overall I’d rate my cherry limeade a 7.45 out of 10. This could’ve easily been in the 8s with a cherry.

I ordered a drink from the mobile app and before i left I took a drink and it had a funny flavor to it and I asked if I could get it switched and was told no and to call the number on the receipt, I call the number just for the lady to tell me why they couldn't just give me a different drink!!!!!! Idk what was so hard to swap it out because of the bad flavor 😩 I am never going back to sonic because of this.

Will be eating at Chicken Express in Benbrook from now on And will gladly wait 6-7 min for fresh cooked fish. Very disappointed. I got the family meal and it was just thrown in bag. Leaked all over the back seat of my car. I understand at the end of the day everyone is tired but that's no excuse for this. I didn't get my corn nuggets or gallon of tea and the chicken was short and not even hot. Very disappointed. Chicken Express has been family favorite since I can remember. I spent $80 and got a meal we couldn't even eat. The rolls were the only good thing out of the whole order. Update. This location use to be the best one in Texas… The service use to be great… I had to explain my order 3 times in the drive though for them to still get it wrong. So I went inside to be confronted with hostility for still having to explain my order… I’ve got the same phone boys if you would like to discuss this further…

This location is trash. First they gave us burnt rolls which luckily I noticed before we left and they gave us new ones. But when we got home we noticed they gave us only 4 pc in a 7 pc meal and the fish in my meal was so old and tough. I got an order of fried pickles and they literally gave me 4 pickles. This is the 2nd time we had a bad experience here last time they gave my 5 year old spicy tenders instead of regular like we ordered and he cannot handle spice so he didn’t get to eat his chicken also the spicy tenders were very old. We live 15 mins away from the location so obviously we do not want to have to drive back. If you go here go inside and check every single item because if not you will definitely get ripped off and/or receive old food. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my fried okra was at least good.

UPDATE: I wanted to change my rating to reflect the excellent customer service i received as a result of my review. The owner replied and gave me a generous credit to use later on. I’m sure this was an isolated incident and not reflective on the usual quality of the food. I’ve never had a bad meal at Chicken Express until today. I ordered catfish dinner and the fish was so overcooked it was completely dried out inside. It was inedible. I’m sad because it is usually cooked perfectly.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that every time I visit this location, it feels like the entire staff is operating on a shared brain cell—and barely making use of it. Let me break it down. Every single time I go to this location, the staff is painfully slow. I’m not talking about the usual fast-food rush or an occasional understaffed shift—I’m talking about standing at the counter, directly in front of the employee, and having to wait five or more minutes just to be acknowledged or rung up, even when there is no line. It genuinely feels like the employees are unaware of their surroundings or responsibilities. There’s a consistent vibe of confusion, disorganization, and sluggishness that has made this location practically unbearable to visit. But the slowness isn’t even the worst part—it’s the complete and total disregard for accuracy. I can clearly, politely, and directly say that I want unsweet tea, and without fail, I’m handed sweet tea. It’s happened so many times that it no longer feels like a mistake—it feels like they’re actively not listening. It’s like talking to a wall that nods and smiles and then goes right on doing whatever it wants. And this isn’t just about tea—my orders, in general, are almost never correct. Whether it’s missing items, incorrect combinations, or poorly assembled food, the quality control is nonexistent. What makes this situation even more ridiculous is that the ONLY competent person in the entire store appears to be the manager. Every time I’ve seen them step in, things suddenly start moving efficiently. Orders come out correctly. Customers are greeted and served properly. But the second that manager disappears, the rest of the crew seems to fall apart like they’ve forgotten how to do the most basic parts of their job. It’s honestly baffling that a store can continue to operate at this level of dysfunction day after day. I don’t know if the issue is a lack of training, poor hiring choices, or just plain apathy, but it’s very clear that something is broken at this location. And until that’s addressed, customers like me will continue to walk away irritated, disappointed, and wondering why we even gave Taco Casa another chance. I strongly urge you to take this complaint seriously. Re-train your staff. Hire people who give a damn. Reward the manager who is clearly doing the job of ten people. I love Taco Casa, it's good cheap fast food. This location doesn't put out hot sauce for guestss to get on their own. They ask you how many hot sauce packets you want, then don't give you how many you ask for. Why even ask? It's a very clean store.

The food tasted terrible. I waited in the drive through for over half an hour. I asked for extra hot sauce in the bag. No sauce in my bag. I needed a fork. No fork or napkin. I waited that long for food that, at best, tasted mediocre and dropped in my stomach like a Wile E. Coyote anvil. I won't eat here again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor. If you're craving burritos and Taco Casa is your only option, consider this the moment to begin intermittent fasting.

I am pissed I spent 45 bucks on food for 3. We asked for 12 hot sauces and got none. We asked for jalapenos with nachos and got none. This might seem small to y'all but these items make the meal and when you don't listen and include them you failed manager please respond.

Arrived at taco casa, both lane lights were on, pulled into the second lane and when we finally arrived to the order box, we were informed that they had turned off the second lane light and that we needed to pull around and go to first lane, I understand turning the second light off if busy to prevent more people pulling in, but the people in the second lane before the light gets shutoff should still be served without having to pull all the way around and wait all over again

Every time we order from here, they flub up our order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But the pizza is great. Have someone locally take the order and not a STUPID CALL CENTER.

The night I stopped in I was a bit annoyed. I didn’t realize it was homecoming in the town and had to wait a while. I always say pay with cash at the store on the app even though I have no cash. But I’ll be damned if I’m gonna get there to pick up and be told it’s still being cooked or hasn’t even been made yet, and stand around and wait. Nope my time is too valuable and I’m out the door. If it’s already been paid for I can’t do that. So I arrive and the man I’m assuming we the manager or Store manager for sure he was running tight ship and that’s good to see but he asked my name and then Went to look at something and returned telling me my total. I guess I assumed he knew my little trick and saw it was ready I just needed to pay. So I did only to be told it’s got a little bit left. It was more like another 20 minutes before it was. It’s alright I guess. The food was hot and fresh. But this is my only interaction with this store as of this point and time.

Ordered three large 2 typing pizzas. One was a cheese pizza with extra cheese as the second topping. Two and a half slices literally had no cheese. My wife called the manager and he was extremely rude. He said their pizza bubbles and moves the toppings around. I order from there all the time and this is the first time I've we've seen this. I understand that certain things are beyond their control but at least treat your customers with a little respect.

This McDonald’s is always fresh and the drive thru doesn’t take too long. My main complaint is this location is always forgetting sauces!!! I’ve had to pull up and go inside after going through the drive thru to go and get my own sauce. Ridiculous

Normally I would give this establishment a 4 however, tonight I was highly disappointed. We went through the drive through around 8:30 this evening and our food was not even edible. The Golden roast chicken is usually very juicy, tonight it was dry and tasted old, the side of dirty rice was the same way, the fried okra was soggy, and the roll was rock hard. I understand that we were eating a little late in the evening but I still believe we should've been served food that didn't taste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 12 plus hours. 😔 I guess at least the sweet tea was good and the employees were pleasant.

Never do online ordering. If there is any issue with the order the store is not responsible for correcting. "There is nothing we can do about it" is engaging. Stire Mgr finally offered to make the order correct but only after restating Corporate policy and how often people take advantage of them and yell at them. We will NEVER use Golden Chick again.

I dont normally leave reviews but what in the actual is wrong with the lady there. So I went and ordered a kids meal and a meal for myself around lunch time the lady on the speaker was rude and kept rushing, the lady at the payout window was really nice and same with the drive thru window however the lady who gave me my food was ridiculous rude. She gave me a bag of food (basically threw it at me) that didn't look like mine or a kids meal so I asked if the kids meal was inside and she gave me a dirty look and said you ordered a kids meal? I said yea, so she said "give me the food" I handed it back. I guess she was training someone throughout her shift because she told the girl next to her to shut up and move. I got my order but everything was soggy and gross and my son didn't get the toy in his kids meal which I could care less but whatever.

All around 4 stars which is me pretty much saying, I can go here almost any time and it won't disappoint, but it's not quite a blows my mind location. Service is okay. They've slipped up on orders a few times. But they seem enthusiastic and happy to help from my experience. And when dining in, they seem even more accommodating. Atmosphere is not special, but it's never felt unsafe and it's never felt negative. So 4 on that Food is awesome. I always get a Dave's triple. This is one of the largest burgers with 3 square patties. It's awesome. McDonald's when you order anything with even two patties, they do you dirty with paper thin patties completely unlike the pictures. Wendy's does a good job of providing what they portray to offer. Bathroom inside. Good parking. Handicap parking. All the essentials from a mixed fast food drive through and dine in joint. Pricing is a bit on the getting to expensive end for fast food, but it's not over 30 for two people

The service was remarkably slow. I work at a local hospital and only have so much time for my dinner. When I paid I got no receipt. I got a number one single with a Coke When I got my food the fries were extra salty and cold. When I unwrapped the burger it was disgusting. Way too much mayonnaise and blood dripping from the burger. The bun was soggy. I ventured to take a bite but when it was pink inside it completely grossed me out

The “manager” tell the employee to tell me “no refunds it’s posted on the door (I looked NO!) after going back in forth they give me my order. The food and service were fine. We ate in the dining room. Midway through our meal a family comes in with two dogs. Naturally they were wearing $8 Amazon service dog vests. Real service dogs don't beg and will stay near the owner's feet. These were obviously ordinary pets. One of the dogs was placed ON the table so it could share a drink. A dog's butt on a table so a later customer can later eat off the same uncleaned surface? No hell NO!

Called in my order 30 minutes before it was time for me to pick it up. Ordered twice from them in the same week and twice they SCREWED up my order. So I then called to speak with manager today and a lady answered saying the manager is not available, (hardly believe her). Anyway I explained to her this was the 2nd time in 1 week they messed up my order and she immediately says "well accidents happen and we get busy". I say to her I understand restaurants get busy but that can't be an excuse each time they mess up and the least she could do is talk with her team to reinforce they slow down and pay closer attention to what they're doing. She has audacity to get upset, cut me off, and repeat herself about them being busy is the reason why. She was rude and disrespectful so I just hung up, and won't be ordering from here again.

I have gone here twice and the first time I was shorted on my change back, then was told “there’s a line your holding it up, your change is right now go” Second time: got shorted 2 tacos and a wrap. Was given no reciept so wasn’t able to get what was not given that I paid for. Over all rude staff, money snatching, and just can’t get a order right.

I give up. The salsa I got tonight was pace salsa straight from a jar and you can not tell me otherwise. The salsa is the best part of Mexican food and if i wanted store bought salsa i would have gone to the store. The picture of the salsa with chips is from your website on nov 22nd a month ago. That chunky salsa is what I recieved. I'm pretty familiar with jarred salsa. This is salsa from a jar.

We came too early before they opened (google had the wrong time) the lady was very nice and told us when to come back and gave us a free side of rice for the wait. The food was delicious very flavorful and you get what you pay for. They have lots of flavors of daiquiris and slushees. I would highly recommend this place!

First experience here was awesome! Very friendly owners, plus they own a jeep so they win cool points for that. I tried the chicken and pork tacos which were on point, I really enjoyed the homemade sauces that were on them. The Miami vice daquiri reminded me of the cruise my wife and I went on to the Bahamas. Not as good, but still very enjoyable! In speaking with the owners they explained that they plan on adding an area in the back to create seating away from the street and for live music! Bring your business here so they can get that live music going!!!

Get the chicken taco with the Cowabunga sauce! I'm serious. So good. I prefer on the corn tortilla. What a great place, with an amazing selection of drinks and frozen Daiquiris. The staff was super friendly when I went in and the whole place was immaculate in it's cleanliness. Was told there was an open mic night being hosted this upcoming Friday (8/23/19) from 8-11. Such a fun sounding event with great food - I think it's gonna be a date night! BTW - if you are pulling a "working lunch" or having a meeting - go here. Super great spot.

I love chicken, but the burgers always taste so dry to me. And the bread is sometimes stale and gross. The lobby is almost always empty, which isn't the worst, but when it's empty and the employees are in the back, that tells me everything should be done, but the tables are nasty and never properly wiped down. I mean, it's okay to take a break, but make sure the tables are cleaned, I don't want to sit at a table covered in ketchup and food bits.

Today is Christmas Day. Burger King was one of the few places open to eat dinner. We stopped in here and were so disappointed. Not at the food, but the way the manager was yelling at the few employees in the back that were working frantically to fill everyone’s orders. She was rude and condescending. I would never send my child to work for her. Those employees were missing out on Christmas with their families just to be yelled at by a manger who stood there and did nothing. Never stepped up as a leader to help. She really made it a hostile environment for everyone in the store.

Showed up here today from my lunch after coming into the area for business. Even though I placed my order and went over it twice with the person who took my order, it was still made incorrectly. No problem. I asked for it to be remade, which they promptly did. However, it came with a lecture about how what I ordered was not reflected on the receipt and could not be communicated to the kitchen implying that it's my fault, my order was made incorrectly. When I stated, that I had ordered it and the person who took my order failed to do it correctly. The worker reiterated, if it's not on the receipt, it's not communicated to the kitchen. Uh, hello, I heard you the first time! So I spoke directly to the mgr Amber letting her know that I'm not a Burger King employee, just a customer coming in to spend my money. I don't need to be lectured on Burger King's internal operations nor am I interested in that. She promptly and loudly, told the young lady who lectured me that she didn't think she did anything wrong... After all of this, do you think my burger was made correctly? NO, IT WAS NOT! These young ladies need to be retrained on how to properly interact with a customer, how to do the basics of their job properly, and how to deliver a stellar customer service. The one who lectured me on internal operations also needs to learn how to count money, as she couldn't even give change from a $20 without going to the back to get her cell phone to calculate it. Even after doing that she still had to request help!! 🤣😂 ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Were I the owner of this business; I would definitely want a more competent crew operating it on a day-to-day basis. Halfway through my burger... Here came my remade onion rings... why bother at this point? Since I vote with my dollars and reviews... I ordered through uber, this is my second time ordering, the first time was good. But today none of the sauces were provided, no disposable spoons, and the chocolate pie was only one when it was supposed to be two; I have two kids who were looking forward to this pie; very disappointed today. Other than that your food tastes good! Because I ate Burger King ten years ago, I hope you can always exist!

Every time I specify extra Italian sausage on my pizza... they always skimp me and I get a little bit. Add more next time. Extra doesn't mean like 10 pieces of sausage 🤦🏼‍♀️

Uhm , lady was great at the counter My pizza was whole and solid as a rock It was un cut Had to stop at the gas station for the guy to not even have knifes unfortunately I’d rather eat my cat.

Always hits the spot! Little Caesars in Granbury has become one of my favorite stops. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what I expect. The staff hardly spoke to me they didn't tell me that there was going to be a long wait for my pizza they didn't tell me that there wasn't any available or how long the wait would be it was really annoying and I probably will try other pizza restaurants next time because I can't stand horrible customer service and not even speaking to me it didn't make sense I didn't like it I understand people get busy but they need to communicate what the customers. I don't really like their system for walking customers because now we're at the bottom of the list if you're just a walk-in customer you're treating it like a second class customer everyone else is coming in and getting their orders you see pizzas coming out but they're for other orders they don't have any available in the fresh container like they used to where you could just go on and buy a pizza because they had several fresh ones available now that doesn't exist and it's really annoying to me I don't want to have to call in or go online to place an order every time I want to go to Little Caesars I want to go in pay 10 bucks and walk out 5 minutes later that's the best thing about them and they've lost it I can get a better pizza 5 different places in town but what I liked about Little Caesars is that I could go in and be out in 5 or 10 minutes and spend 10 bucks or less really
