Restaurant
Merci Beaucoup Restaurant is a popular spot in Historic Downtown Natchitoches, offering a blend of Cajun and American cuisine. Known for its delicious lunch options, the restaurant also extends its hours during the Christmas Festival for visitors to enjoy Cajun and Creole favorites. The menu features standout dishes like the Cajun Baked Potato, which is stuffed with crawfish etouffee and topped with a jumbo fried shrimp.
This place is across the street from our hotel. However, we waited until the day we were leaving to have lunch here. Wow! Another great restaurant! My wife enjoyed the Meat Pie Plate. I enjoyed the Catfish Beaucoup. It was delicious. For dessert, the "Louisiana Sin Bar" was heavenly or sinfully delicious!! My wife got the "Old Fashioned Bread Pudding," which she enjoyed, and I enjoyed tasting.

Very nice wait staff. I ordered a meat pie plate. The meat pie was delicious, although I think they are commercially made. Didn’t care for the dirty rice, it didn’t have a lot of seasoning. The meal came with a small salad that was fresh.
Willy C — Google review
Great restaurant near historic front street in Natchitoches, LA. Staff had a great sense of southern hospitality. This was the first time I’ve ever had a meat pie and it was delicious. We also ordered some mini crawfish meat pies which were great as well. You can substitute the dirty rice for a cup of gumbo!
Blake — Google review
I had the crab cake burger with fries. My husband had chicken salad on croissant with sweet potato fries. It’s a great spot for lunch without getting too much and charging an excessive amount. I was happy with the price, atmosphere and quality of food.
Alyssa C — Google review
Lexie went above and beyond for us and made the dinner even better than it would normally be. The food was awesome as always but the service is over the top. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome!
Shane W — Google review
A local friend recommended this restaurant because of their red beans, sausage and rice and catfish. They did not disappoint. We dined in and had a very friendly server. From the tempting menu we instead chose a tasty crawfish étouffée and meat pie (flaky crust and lots of filling) platter with dirty rice, each served with a fresh side salad, and great tasting iced teas. This was a very good and filling lunch! A bit more costly but definitely worth it! We did ordered the catfish and red beans, sausage and rice with bread pudding to go for our local friend!)

Not fast friendly service as the description states. My mother loves to eat here because of the table cloths. Not anymore!!! Saturday 4/23/22 we didn’t get one nor did the table next to us but tables that were seated after us did. When we were seated they told her they were too busy to get us one. Over an hour wait for food. Saw TWO tables just walk out because they didn’t get service or food. Yes there was a bus group in the back but they advertise buses welcome. They need to decide if the bus or regular customers are worth it because they obviously can’t accommodate both. Very disappointed in what this used to be nice restaurant has become! Yes as others mentioned the salads are fairly generic. See pic below.
James J — Google review
Did y'all change the recipe for the Cajun potato? It seems spicier than I remember. Also, y'all aren't using those crawfish from Vietnam are you? They taste different. Also, the salad was mostly stems, not a lot of leaves. Since Covid and being a 24/7 caregiver for my ailing husband, I haven't been there in over 2 years, so maybe it's not a recent change. But I'm a tad disappointed that I decided to treat myself to delivery and splurged and it tastes different. It's not bad...but I liked it much better when I had it last. It looks the same (loved the napkin) but surely didn't taste the same. Edit: When I got to the bottom of the potato, it was burnt!!! That may have something to do with ylthe taste being "off." Very disappointed. Yes. I ate it. Hungry and it was expensive.

Cajun restaurant
Lasyone's Meat Pie Restaurant is a casual eatery located in downtown Natchitoches, Louisiana, known for serving traditional Southern dishes and their legendary Natchitoches Meat Pie. The restaurant's recipes have been passed down through generations, reflecting the deep Southern roots of the family. In addition to their signature meat pies, Lasyone's also offers a variety of traditional Southern fare such as Cornfritters, toffee, Crawfish, grits and shrimp.
If you enjoy Crawfish Pie, this is the place to go! The Crawfish Pie is outstanding! Their other menu items are outstanding as well! Very good, fast and friendly service. The prices are very reasonable with large servings that will fill you up! The restaurant is a time capsule! The walls are adorned with historical photos and documents dating back to 1967 that highlight the restaurant and it's owners. You will not be disappointed!
Lifesgoodintexas — Google review
I recently tried the Meat Pie platter, Gumbo, beef stew and creole pasta salad here. The flavors were definitely a highlight – everything tasted great! My only real critique is that the serving sizes were quite small. If you're looking for a filling meal, you might need to order multiple dishes or sides.
Travel D — Google review
Loved the small town cafe feel when we walked in. Even though it was outdated, it was clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. I noticed the painting from Clementine Hunter so I was excited to see that picture right where we sat. My friend and I wanted to experience the meat pie specifically from here because it happened to be in my 1000 places to see before you die book. We were both a little disappointed with it but realized it was towards the end of the day so the crust was just not that good. May have to do a do over and come in more towards 11 or 12 pm. Now as for the red beans and rice with the sausage now that was the bomb diggity! We split it and so glad we did because we were so full. The only reason we gave 4 stars was due to that sad meat pie.

Food is delicious! I'm not from Louisiana but I felt like a local eating here. I got the breakfast meat pie with grits, and omg! So good! The service was excellent and friendly. So were the ppl eating in there. Super friendly place. Highly recommend
Sara — Google review
Very good southern and creole cooking. Both the crawfish pie and meat pies were very good. Maque Choux corn and dirty rice was also very good. The Red beans and rice were okay, but not my favorite. The Crawfish Etouffee was also very good and the Gumbo I thought was above average. The cornbread they serve with the Etouffee and Gumbo is also very good. Service is excellent and fast. Definitely a place I will stop whenever in Natchitoches.
Wesley B — Google review
This was my 1st time going after hearing really good things about this place. I had 1 meat pie w/ onion rings. The meat pie was bigger than I expected. The onion rings were fantastic! The place is small and cozy. Service was good. I don't really understand the meat pie hype. I would go again probably for the onion rings mostly tbh.
Tonya T — Google review
Stopped in based on reviews even though it is a bit off of the highway. Historic restaurant that did not disappoint. One waitress covering two rooms. And she was excellent. We both ordered the meat pie, two eggs and potatoes platter. Eggs cooked perfectly, potatoes seasoned just right and the meat pie was excellent. Nothing fancy here folks just great food.

Have been going to LASYONE‘s for decades. Every time we pass through Natchitoches, we have to get a meat pie and have several crawfish pies. In my opinion, the crawfish pies are the best. But that’s just me. I like the people that work there, they’re very cheerful and happy and I love seeing their happy faces when I walk through the door. What a great place.

French Market Express in Natchitoches, Louisiana may look like a regular gas station convenience store from the outside, but it offers a surprising array of delicious food options. From classic Louisiana dishes like shrimp poboys and boudin sausage to American fast food favorites, this stop is a must for those looking to grab some authentic local cuisine on the go. In addition to savory options, visitors can also find sweet treats like pies and cookies.
I've been going to the French market for years, and their professionalism, and hospitality makes me feel like I'm at home with my family. They never disappoint and are constantly out doing themselves. I order their specialty cakes on a regular basis, and they're better than my grandma's. Not only do I order cakes but I've recommend this place to everyone I know, and not just people in Louisiana. I will continue to give this place my business and if I were a billionaire I would buy the French market and live there because their food is JUST that good. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and a special thanks to the bakers and other staff. You all are truly what make the French Market. Judy Shields

Wanted to try meat pie as it was local fav. Crawfish Meat Pie - not as expected also it had rice in it which I don’t prefer - 3/5 Buffalo Chicken Cheese roll - felt it had mainly cheese - 4/5 But the gas station is only one available during late evenings. Appreciate their timings and service. This gas station has pretty good snacks for the journey.
Vidya M — Google review
Don’t miss it!!! Looks like just a regular local gas station but the secret inside. Looks like the locals know about this one but if you’re an out-of-towner you might miss it. So glad we stopped in. Fresh pastries, cakes and pies and the Louisiana Yam Cake you’ve gotta try. There was a chocolate pound cake also. And all at great prices for the value. Large freezer section of LA meats, sausages and LA specialties. If I could have kept everything frozen back to Texas I’d have about tons of the stuff. Souvenirs. Huge hot breakfast selection and lunch and dinner available. Skip the national chains surrounding it and head here.

The food and atmosphere is great. Everything was hot and crispy. Kinda odd that they charge $.50 to add ketchup to a combo order at the kiosk, but, other than that, it's a good experience. (Also make sure to check your togo orders if you add condiments. They forgot mine :[ )

Wow !! This place is far better than I ever imagined!! Right of I-49 and easy to get to. Then, easy to get back on and continue on your way ! First off, they also have gas pumps. The name is misleading, and I didn't really know what to expect. Inside is amazing. You have your basic convenience stuff - cookies, chips, coke, candy, and typical convenience store stuff. Added to that, there is a small section of Louisiana souvenirs... do you Christmas shopping whilst you're here. The biggest and BEST is the eatery! It's a small area to order lunch, cookies, and pick up a bottle of wine or two. You can read all the other reviews for the specific foods... It's a quaint, little cafe thing with a handful of tables indoors. All the employees are great which makes for a great visit for you !!

This place ROCKS. Best gas station food you will find. Staff was fun and engaging, gave samples and we ended up getting more than we really needed. I highly recommend a stop here if in the area.

Left Shreveport Saturday morning headed to Lafayette and made a stop for coffee and breakfast. This place has everything you could need for a road trip! Found a great little gift to entertain my grandson at the tennis tournament. :) Then had to stop back by The French Market on my way home for a coffee and a good laugh from the staff. Don't miss this place if you are traveling on I-49!!

Had an awesome grilled chicken Philly cheese sandwich made by Grant and Ritchie. Absolutely delicious. The Toga is also well worth the trip back (as I did a few hours after eating dinner). Blueberry Toga and Cinnamon…just delightful with a cup of coffee.

Restaurant
Nestled on the scenic waterfront of the Cane River, Maglieaux's Riverfront Restaurant is a charming, family-owned eatery that seamlessly blends Creole flavors with Italian classics. The menu is a fusion of their family's Italian heritage and Louisiana's Creole culture, featuring traditional recipes passed down through generations alongside dishes influenced by nearly 200 years of history in Louisiana.
My first time here and loved the atmosphere. Food was delicious! Our waitress Cece was the simply the best. She was very attentive, friendly, made good suggestions and we never saw the bottom of our glasses. It was so nice eating lunch and looking out over the water. Can't wait to return!!
Toni J — Google review
This was a nice restaurant. The best part was the patio that overlooked the river and the fact that we could bring our small dog with us. The gumbo was good, fries were good, the mini-meat pies were good, especially with the remoulade sauce. The Po-Boy…not so much. They brought the bread, shrimp and toppings separate so that my wife had to make her own. This is not the way we’re used to. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Place was quiet and attractive.
Steve S — Google review
Really good restaurant, food was great. Really nice they followed the protocols very well for social distancing. I have the shrimp and corn chowder for a starter it was amazing. Flavor was so we'll balanced and enough Chucky vegetables as well. Also I have the catfish platter for entree. Perfectly fried, crispy outside soft inside. Also my wife had chicken Alfredo she said it was very good. Overall food was really good, service was ok. They were a little behind with food but I anticipate this was just because of pandemic not as many people may have been working. So still recommend food is good!
Aaron B — Google review
Between my husband and myself we got a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo, Italian nachos, shrimp (blackened) and grits, and the crawfish Monica. Everything we had was beyond delicious, with generous portions. The patio overlooking the river was so serene and relaxed. The server we had, wish I could remember his name, was so helpful and professional. It was definitely worth the money, and definitely worth a visit.
Ivanna K — Google review
We had a great experience today! Crawfish Covered Cornbread, Meat Pies, Shrimp & Corn Chowder, and a King Cake Bread Pudding. Bonita was an awesome server too!
Crystal R — Google review
I loved eating here. My husband & I had fried shrimp & it was very good. Also got a Margarita, one of the best ones I have ever had & the Piña Colada was just amazing.
Debbie R — Google review
Wow ! What a disappointment. We saw this place on Food Network and where so excited to visit. I guess that Chef is long gone or it was his day off. We sent the Chicken and Sausage gumbo back because it was soo flavorless. The rice tasted like minute rice that was not all the way cooked. The broth was water thin and my husband said tasted like dishwater. Mahi Mahi was bland and not even enough sauce for the pasta.Last half of my noodles I left because they where dry. No garlic bread either ! Now if you just want a nice view and a cocktail then yes visit. We really enjoyed the live music and our waitress was lovely. Very disappointing experience.
Barbara R — Google review
Well we waited for about 2 hours for a table. The food was good, service was reasonable, and they food was pretty good! I got the étouffée it was really good, the meat pies weren't for us I suppose. The catfish was good, and so was the shrimp all and all a great experience.

Pub
Pioneer Pub is housed in the historic Sompayrac Building, which dates back to 1840 and was formerly a bank. The pub's building underwent renovations just before World War II, giving it its current charming style. The pub offers a cozy atmosphere and serves a variety of dishes, including country fried steak sandwiches and French dips. While the service can be hit or miss during peak times, it's generally pleasant on regular days.
When you can't find "room in the Inns" at the Christmas lights, & Mama's Oysters turns you down, at max capacity, stroll down Front Street & enjoy the views, to this lovely & welcoming pub with delicious foods! You will love everything about this cozy nook with a look out over Cane River. Oh, & they have the best fries I have EVER eaten...fresh cut!

Went to to this place to eat lunch. I placed my order and while I was waiting, I asked for a beer. The bartender, a girl, was with an attitude, like she was too beautiful to talk with anybody in the bar. Then the waitress didn't do her job to bring the food I ordered, I have to wait too long for just a quesadilla and some french fries with cheese. The food was not what I expected. It can be made anywhere else!! I will never go back to this place and I will not recommende it!!!

Restaurant
Papa's Bar & Grill, located at 604 Front Street in Natchitoches, is a casual dining spot known for its wide variety of sandwiches, poboys, and steaks. One of their standout dishes is the Big C Burger. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere in the downtown riverfront area with convenient street parking available nearby. Visitors can expect friendly and informative service from the staff.
Wasn't sure what to order since everything looked good! But when our server said it was $1 wings Wednesday, I knew what I needed to do! However, in my head, I want Buffalo, but my mouth said BBQ. Some of the best BBQ wings I've had! My wife ordered the Hamburger Steak which was delicious! We also tried their "Turtle Eggs" which are like fried cheese stuff jalapeños. Those were good.

Thank you for being open on a major holiday. Your hospitality was very appreciated. I had the rib eye salad and hubby had Ranch burger. Hubby said burger was delicious with a sweet and spicy combo between the veggies, sauce a burger was tender. My steak was a tad chewy but the flavor was great and their homemade honey mustard dressing was perfect. Nice bar area and a bakers dozen tables.
Marianne E — Google review
Everything was good, not great. The new waitress was having some issues alone taking orders, expediting orders, cashing out, and taking complaints. After a while, another employee came from next door, who was a more experienced employee. She brought out the back house staff to explain to them that their mistakes in the kitchen have cause and effect on the front house staff and, most importantly, the customer.
Stacci L — Google review
We stopped thru town to check out the Steel Magnolia spots and found this cute place in the downtown riverfront area for a mid week lunch. There was street parking available right across the street. We got there around 11ish; the place was empty so we had our choice of seating. The server was very attentive, friendly and informative. I ordered the Caramel Apple Martini. It 👏🏻 was 👏🏻 amazing 👏🏻 It tasted exactly like a caramel apple. Mostly tart with a sweet caramel glass drizzle. We ordered the Turtle Eggs (fried jalapeño) appetizer but they were out. Hubs ordered ribeye po boy. It had big chunks of nicely seasoned ribeye steak. I ordered the Honey ham sliders…I think it was actually Turkey. I didn’t mention it because it was good. A little fancy whole grain or spicy mustard would have made it perfect. The fries were crinkle cut and seasoned and fried deliciously! The prices were reasonable for what we ordered; $54 - 2 meals - his ribeye po boy was $17, the specialty cocktail was $12 WORTH it! And his bourbon and coke was $5. Bargain!. The atmosphere was what we expected…even with a mostly empty restaurant. The next time we are in the area I want to try out Mama’s next door and their live music on weekends!

Had a delightful late lunch on a Sunday afternoon when everything else was closed. Papa’s Bar and Grill was a great find! Welcoming staff and perfectly cooked meat pies did not disappoint. Great view of the Cane River Landing and Bridge. Upcoming May events were advertised for attached Mama’s Blues Room and they offer it free of charge for events and special occasions. Downtown Natchitoches is sleepy on Sundays with few places open so we were delighted to find this quaint gem with good food and good prices open late - kitchen was supposed to close at 2 but they cooked as a quick meal and did not rush us out. People were still drinking at the bar and outside people were laying out by the river enjoying the park and the pretty day. A must visit in Natchitoches and also it’s said “Nakadash” or something close for those who have never visited lol. Beautiful downtown and architecture in the oldest town (300 years) in Louisiana. Worth the detour off the interstate!

We stopped in for lunch on Saturday, April the 22nd. and had a great meal, everyone was pleased. We were in Louisiana for a HOG Rally and decided to have lunch in Natchitoches. We had a group of 15 riders and stopped at Papa's because they had tables for all of us. The staff was friendly and handled the rush in business very well. I had the Chicken Sandwich, it was recommended by the Waitress. The Sandwich was great, the chicken breast was seasoned and cooked perfectly! I also had their thick hand cut French Fries, they too were great. We had a great time and everyone was pleased with their meal. I would definitely like to return and try another dish some day.

Southern Classic Chicken, nestled in the heart of Natchitoches, is a must-visit for anyone who adores fried chicken. This local treasure boasts an irresistibly crispy exterior that has sparked lively debates among food lovers about its status as the best around. Each bite reveals a delightful combination of crunch and juiciness that keeps patrons coming back for more.
There is only one thing I can say about southern classic, my family has lived in the Natchitoches area for generations and EVERY TIME we visit it’s the first place we run too. The tenders and the fried okra are so delicious and dangerously addictive. I wish we had a location up north!
Anthony T — Google review
Chicken and service are great. Fried okra is really tasty. Mashed potatoes was almost instant smooth with a tasty but thin gravy on top. Family size okra was a lot and plenty to go around. The large mashed potatoes was at best a cup and a half. We bought three more just to cover family of five. Parking and getting in and out of the parking lot during busy hours can be a pain. Inside is pretty plain, they put the money, time and effort into the food and quality of service.

Food is always great. The staff is usually pretty friendly. Glad they moved the pole in the drive thru. Before they moved it, the turn was too sharp to get to the window and I got a small scratch on my truck. Neighborhood isn't the safest though.

This is one cool place! It's an old cotton warehouse that was re-purposed and totally redone. We loved the Greek salad. The Pepperoni Heat pizza had an amazing spicy sauce. it was soooo good!! I tried one of their craft beers, the Louisiana Amber. That was the smoothest best amber I've ever had! Their brownie was fresh out of the oven, and boy, was it good! We highly recommend this place. The people working here were awesome!

My visits to Flying Heart have always been great! I go about once a month, and the food, service, and atmosphere are excellent! On my most recent visit, I showed the wait person, Ember, a photo of a pizza I had there a few months ago (I didn’t remember its name). She figured it out, and I had the Cajun pizza and its savory sauce, called Gris Gris. I also had a side salad—so big it could be a meal by itself. They also have a good selection of drinks. Overall, the food was good, Ember was attentive and constantly checked to see how I was doing, and the atmosphere was relaxed. As always, I had a great time. I highly recommend Flying Heart Brewing and Pub!

Good options for the different beer lovers as well as full bar. The pizza and appetizer pretzel hit the spot while we watched some NFL games. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their beer. Will recommend while visiting the area and will go again hopefully soon. From a Texan

Love the atmosphere, using the old building is great. Great, friendly staff. Food was good and hot. They make their own root beer and it's outstanding! Some of the best cauliflower pizza I have ever had!!

This place is a sleeper, don’t let that outside fool you! Clearly used to be an old stop on the trains and they have converted it into this lovely spacious brewery. Brewing their own seasonal taps and a few guest taps. They do have a full bar as well for the non-beer drinkers in the group. The 6 of Hearts and LA Amber are wonderful! Be careful of the Daywrecker. As the name suggests, it will wreck you day if you’re not careful! This thing sits at 10.1% and doesn’t taste like it. It’ll sneak up on ya! But my goodness is it good and light. I know, things that usually don’t describe a 10% beer. But they have done it. Pretzel bites were wonderful! Soft and perfectly salted. The mustard is where it’s at. But get booth the beer cheese and mustard if you are sharing. You’ll want it. Pizzas are perfect size to not share if you don’t want to. Good thin, NY crust as promised. Staff was super friendly and had great suggestions for what to try.

It has been a little chilly in the barn but otherwise a great atmosphere. Our server Halie was awesome! We liked the beer a lot - Louisiana Amber and Barrel 52, both on the sweeter side. Margherita pizza was very tasty, a little oily. The Spinach Buff sandwich was great and we also liked the pretzel bites.
JitkaKac — Google review
Atmosphere and staff were great. Very clean. We enjoyed the Greek salad, German pretzel, two different pizzas and the seasonal flying waffle a la mode. •German pretzel was great. Served with brown mustard and beer cheese. •Greek salad was good but it was served in a metal bowl with a metal fork. IYKYK. Also was missing the red onions it was suppose to have(in the description). •Had the bbq chicken and a build your own ham and pineapple. •Bbq pizza comes with sliced chicken and was sparse. Also has cilantro and I just feel as though it doesn’t belong with the flavor profiles. •Ham/pineapple pizza w/jalapeños-ham inconsistently cut and was double/triple stacked in some spots. Jalepenos are pickled/not fresh. Slices were semi limp on both.(some people are peculiar) I like to see the sauce and topping go further toward the crust. Felt like a lot of waste here. •Seasonal flying waffle was very flavorful and the blueberry compote was delicious. Ice cream pairs well. Raspberry drizzle comes with it but is not recommended. Seems like a critical review but we like to be honest about our experience and the things we find. •Recommend the first two on the craft brew flight list, as the last two are sweet and very floral. Overall food was delicious, and we will be returning. Thanks to Chris for the tokens!

After the first trip we had to go back. Pizza is amazing, friendly staff, fresh brew, what else can you ask for? Definitely try it out. The other appetizer, their garlic cheese bread i think? Was so good the 2nd time instead of the pretzel it was gone before pizza came out.

Mama's Oyster House is a casual pub-style spot known for its Cajun seafood specialties and lively atmosphere. The restaurant offers delicious catfish served fried or blackened, topped with shrimp etouffee. The quirky decor, featuring moose heads and neon beer signs, adds to the charm of this gem. Visitors can also enjoy live music, cold brews, and trivia at Cane River Brewing Company nearby.
Delicious food and an awesome atmosphere right off the bayou. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel right at home.

Attentive service, catfish creole was good. Oysters were small and had some grit so it did take away from the enjoyment of eating them. Will try again. Atmosphere was pleasant, fall day and doors were open to let the fresh air in. Friendly positive staff, never had to wait for a drink refill. Overall good dining experience is a beautiful setting.

This solidly falls into the tourist trap restaurant genre. I was there alone midweek in late summer at lunchtime - not too many other people (tourists) wandering around. I had my pick of tables, but somehow got the one with crumbs still on it. Server was quick to get the drink order and menus out. Someone had recommended this place, so I wanted to give stuff a try. Ordered the oysters Rockefeller as an app and the catfish/oyster combo plate. Server returned, saying they were out of spinach, so asked for grilled oysters with butter and garlic. They came out hot, but the main plate followed before I'd eaten my first oyster. Server blamed it on the "oyster oven" being finicky. (Former server here - it's on her for not alerting the kitchen). Grilled oysters were bland ... no garlic as requested, or not enough. At this point I'm trying to get *anyone's* attention to get a tea refill. Main plate was okay. Fried oysters were okay. I didn't like the catfish - too much flour mixed with the cornmeal. Fries were good, but seemed Sysco standard. Atmosphere was fine. Nice mix of at the bar seating, high tops, and standard tables. Lots of TVs (tuned to NFL Network). Music on, but not too loud. If you're looking to get food in your belly, this place is perfectly adequate.

I was greeted by a familiar face (James)who once worked at the hospital and now is the manager. The server, Cris, took my order and pretty quickly, my seafood gumbo arrived. It was hot, fresh and savory. Before I could finish, my catfish platter was being placed in front of me. It too was fresh and hot. The food overall was well cooked and seasoned perfectly. For dessert, it was the bread pudding that capped off an already wonderful experience. James not only upgraded the menu from the last time I was here, 4 years ago, has a vision to make it more of a gathering spot for friends and family. Larger TV’s have been added, they will be opening up on Sundays and the quality of food is constantly checked and improved. I definitely will be coming back here when I visit the historic city. Thanks to James and all the staff for treating me like family.

When we arrived there was a small wait time. The place is very small, so if you come during a rush hour or while a special event is going on downtown, expect to be waiting awhile or not get in at all. The hostess was nice and the waitress did a great job and was very attentive. I ordered a bottle beer, and high was very cold and my GF ordered a frozen watermelon margarita, it was very delicious. We started off with fried gator bites, they were really good, with a good crispy batter and juicy inside. For our entree’s, I ordered the fried sampler. Its was very good. She ordered the snapper with pontchartrain sauce, the fish was really good and seasoned well. However, the pontchartrain sauce wasn’t a hit, it was cheesy and too thick. The mashed potatoes were way over seasoned and very salty. I’m from Louisiana and love some seasoning, but this was way too much and we weren’t able to eat it. Everything was reasonably priced. We’d come back again.

Worst food Ive had in a very long time. Don't understand how they get away with charging premium prices for a very sub standard product. I would not even feed what I had to my pets. Corn bisque tasted sour, crab cakes were so bad, the flavor in the bread pudding was the only thing that remotely passed.
Nick R — Google review
I really wanted to love this place. I visited during lunch. I got a water with my meal and the water had a very prominent, bad flavor that even my Mio wouldn’t cover. The same with the soda. While the fries and shrimp poboy I got were tasty, it was hard to enjoy a meal with no beverage. We asked for bottled water but they did not offer that option. My dining companion got the boiled shrimp, and while the shrimp was okay, the corn on the cob was dry and chewy. I had high hopes from other reviews, but perhaps they were just having an off day. The service was friendly and fast, though. Just under delivered on the food and drinks.
Angie D — Google review
Bartender was friendly and got pretty chatty with us. Drinks were good (especially the blue frozen drink) and the food was great. I had the catfish lunch and it came with 4 big filets, fries, and hush puppies. Filets were so big that after three of them I was packed full and couldn't even eat dinner that night. A definite must go!

Enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Wonderful place to have a get together with friends and family. Great spot on the strip in Nachitoches LA. Great spot y'all. Thank you

Very clean restaurant and an attentive waitress who knew the difference between gulf shrimp and the Asian shrimp to include the laws of Louisiana. The grilled shrimp salad was perfectly cooked and we loved their recipe for the roumalade dressing. Farm to table for sure. The bread oh my goodness we had to have another loaf brought to our table! Delish! Highly recommend and I come from the area with some of the best food aka New Orleans. Thank you for one of our favorite dining experiences!

They should call this place The Bacteria Cafeteria. I didn’t make it to front street without throwing up. I vomited for 2 days after eating at this dump. The redfish that my wife ordered was just a filet on a plate - literally a filet on a white plate and nothing else. It was cold and over cooked - oh but they charged us a King’s fare. $100 for two people to eat lunch and I will have to have my new truck shampooed because I vomited in it on the way home. If you want to get sick or possibly die, eat here. My wife left almost all of her meal on the table and the stupid waitress asked “how was everything”. Literally saw that she didn’t eat, was told that it was horrible, and she never even attempted to make it right. I am making it my mission to leave a bad review for this place anywhere I can after this. I feel like someone robbed me and then injected me with poison. I called, emailed, and messaged them With NO reply. I told someone at the chamber of commerce and they were so friendly, apologized and said “don’t let that experience be a reflection of our town” and gave me a list of restaurants that I would actually enjoy - as if they had had this conversation a million times. They take your money and they do not care if you liked it, got sick, or even call to give feedback. They take the money and run. I should have known better when I saw the “sign of rules” at the entrance. We came to Louisiana to experience their so-called “greatest food in USA” and got food they wouldn’t serve in an Irish pub in south Boston.

Great place to visit. Upper end of pricing - $25 to $40 a plate but I must say the food quality was far above average and we didn't feel we overpayed. Really liked the ambiance, put me in mind of a steak place in Chicago or a place like that. Definitely would visit again.
Carrie R — Google review
Sadly, a mixed review here, the atmosphere is fantastic, our server really went above and beyond, food is where the ratings takes a hit. First, if you have kids there is no kids menu, they have "on the lighter side" fish, shrimp, or fettuccine. I may be off here but my 7yr old isnt saying oh yeah give me that fish. I ordered steak which I thought was good not great but definitely a good steak (the vegetables were phenomenal) and my wife ordered pasta blackened catfish on angel hair pasta, after orders were in and my food was delivered the server informed us they were out of Angel hair pasta so they just made it with fettuccine noodles. Long story short noodles ice cold, fish was quite salty.

During a business trip, I visited Peggy's Homemade Pizza based on positive reviews. I stopped by for a meal and was pleasantly surprised. The food at this establishment was exceptional. I ordered their house special pizza with green olives instead of onions, and it turned out to be the best pizza I have had in quite some time. The pizza was custom-made without any mistakes and served piping hot. What set it apart was the placement of the pepperoni on top, resulting in a delightful crispy texture.
Just wanted some good pizza to eat back at the hotel and watch reruns of The Biggest Loser. Well, it was planned that way. It just worked out that way. So we tried this place since it was open til 10pm. Got their large Pigout pizza with added Jalapeños. It was loaded down!! Man, it was really good!! We shared a blueberry cheesecake. Let me tell you that, it was loaded too! And I don't know if they were, but the blueberries looked and tasted fresh. There's dine-in available if yall wanted to eat there.

We were in town for the Festival of Lights, and we were in the mood for pizza so we discovered a little place called Peggy's Homemade pizza. The environment was very homey and warm, the service was great, and the prices were very good. They even had a BLT pizza! It sounds strange, but it was a very delicious combination of fresh lettuce, tomatoe and bacon/ground meat. If you are in the area, pop in for a visit for that at home pizza goodness.

First time trying the establishment. It was absolutely amazing. The food was very fresh and delicious. The mozzarella and cheddar cheese bread was like no other. I had a New Orleans pizza to go with it and hands down there is nothing I've tried that even comes close. Will be back again next week!

Honestly the pizza is pretty mid as far as quality and taste. The breadsticks are the worst I think I’ve ever eaten tho.Overall if the prices were a little more reasonable. I think it’d be an alright pizza but for 26$ a medium cheese pizza and pretty forgettable breadsticks….i think you can get the same quality food cheaper at a chain pizza shop.

You'd never guess this place was so good. Nothing revolutionary, but really good salad and pizza. I had the spinach salad and House Special pizza. Both were great. And the ranch dressing was delicious. I also appreciated that drinks were self-serve though it is a sit-down-with-a-waiter restaurant.

Mayeaux's Nakatosh Deli & Pub is a recommended eatery if you're craving a delectable sandwich or mouth-watering pizza. Their menu offers a diverse selection of traditional deli sandwiches, such as pastrami, roast beef, and turkey, alongside unique options like the Nakatosh Club and the Muffuletta. These sandwiches are crafted using fresh ingredients and served on freshly baked bread, guaranteeing a gratifying and flavorful choice for lunch or dinner.
The restaurant is small and has an informal vibe. The wait staff was attentive and the service was fairly quick. The three-topping pizza that I had was quite good; I especially liked the cheese. A variety of drink options are offered. The Pub is in a great location, right in the center of the city. Lots of shopping on Front Street, and the city park on Cane River Lake, right across the street, is a scenic place for walking.

It was not very crowded when we sat down. Then a large family came in as we were waiting for someone to give us menu's. The large family was waited on & served drinks before us. My husband got up & asked for a menu. The waitress told us they were busy & she'd be with us in a couple of minutes. We were there before it got busy! The menu was limited & they were out of most. I had 2 choices. Pizza or a meat pie. My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza & I got the meat pie. We were not impressed but were starving. We drove all day to get to Natchitoches & it was the only place that didn't have a line outside. Lesson learned. I don't recommend & won't go back.

We stopped in Natchitoches during our road trip to explore its history and decided to grab lunch at this little deli/pub. We ordered the crawfish fettuccine, but it was extremely salty. The waitress and cook were very sweet and kindly remade the dish, but unfortunately, it was still just as salty. After a while, they admitted that they couldn’t adjust the salt level because the sauce was store-bought. Maybe they should also check the amount of salt they add to the pasta water. The portion was small (even in European standard) and for the price, it definitely wasn’t worth it. Especially for something that isn’t homemade/ fresh.
Mina — Google review
Got the fettuccini Alfredo to go because I’m in a rush. This is like 5 bites of food?? And for $13? And the sauce tasted like store bought sauce at best. I hope the rest of the food offered has bigger portions.

Been only here plenty of times and finally tried it. Pizza was delicious, wings were tasty (Wasn’t sure on the sauce so I asked for it on the side), shrimp Alfredo and Cannoli was great too. Service was great! We will definitely be back for all of that and to try more. Price was decent in comparison to other local joints.

In summary, if you're looking for local flavor, friendly service, and a prime location, look no further than this corner deli on the historic cobblestone riverfront in Natchitoches, LA.

We stopped in for a drink and a quick bite. We ordered two appetizers and I ordered a Malibu Sunset while my husband had a coke. Stuffed mushrooms were very good while the spinach and artichoke dip could have used more cheese, it was a little dry. My cocktail was good but a little overpriced as were the appetizers. We had great service though and that's why I'm giving 4 stars!

Marie's Old Fashioned Hamburgers, located on Texas St., is a small, portable building serving up classic, high-quality burgers. Despite its unassuming location, the food and friendly service make it a must-visit spot. The burgers are made to order and the wait time ensures their freshness. Customers rave about the perfectly seasoned meat and generous portion sizes that make for a satisfying meal. Additionally, Marie's also offers deliciously soft sno cones that complement the burger experience.
IYKYK, the burger was real hand formed meat! The fries were hot and crispy. The burger was fully dressed and juicy (med-rareish for my taste, but I just microwaved it and it was still juicy). The service was prompt and kind. Very affordable! Note: drive thru only, even if you're on foot, you gonna be in line. But someone comes out to get your order of the line gets long.

Front Street Marketplace is a fantastic spot offering delicious food and great value. The grilled cheese sandwich and 'manwich' with various meats, cheeses, and pesto sauce are highly recommended. The owner is friendly and ensures a pleasant dining experience. The portions are large, the desserts are irresistible, and the staff is accommodating. Additionally, the marketplace provides internet access for patrons to enjoy while savoring their meals.
Very good grilled cheese sandwich, and I had the "manwich". Several meats and cheeses, with pesto sauce. Very tasty. The owner was pleasant, and stopped by the table to chat when we'd finished. I had cheesecake bites for dessert, which I was assured were small enough to contain no calories (inside joke). They were yummy too! Great lunch, and a great value.

I've been here before and it was decent, just a bit overpriced. Today, however, was terrible. A friend and I stopped in just after 9 am for a quick and good breakfast two hours before our next class. After we ordered our sandwiches, we were told that there were four sandwiches in front of us, so it may be a while. It's a sandwich, so I figured that would be fine and told the cashier so. At this point, we were the only two customers in the place, so we wondered what was taking so long. Around 9:30, a woman came in and received her four sandwiches in a bag. It took another fifteen minutes for our two sandwiches, both grilled cheese variations, to come out. At this time, we needed to leave to get to class, so we asked for our sandwiches, which had been for dine-in, to be put into to-go boxes. In the car, we realized the sandwiches were ice cold and the cheese was not even melted. Admittedly, the sandwich is pretty good after being microwaved. Tldr: paid $12.70 for bad coffee, a bag of Doritos, and a cold cheese sandwich that took 45 minutes to receive. Edit: 1 year later and they don't wear masks. The food has gotten a lot worse.
Erin M — Google review
The hours are always wrong... showed up to get a coffee before work and of course the doors were locked. Two workers looked at me and then continued on with what they were doing. I work in a business too and I get frustrated when customers come in early but I still let them in because they are customers... BUT our google and our sign on the door clearly state when our hours are. The hours for this cafe are not correct, so when I showed up at the time Google said and was left to stand outside I was very frustrated. Also, the food takes forever to come out, if you’re looking for a quick bite, don’t come here, it will take at least 20 minutes, if not more. If you’re looking for a cheap meal, don’t come here either. Their sandwiches are amazing, I will admit, but every addition cost and the price adds up quick. For my boyfriend and I to have a sandwich each (which includes chips) it cost us $29.83. We can go to Chilies and get an appetizer, drink and meal for that price. Overall, I am disappointed, I used to come here to study and drink coffee but that won’t work anymore since I can’t seem to figure out when they actually unlock the doors.

I was at this cafe yesterday. When I arrived, it was not overly busy, just a few people eating at the tables. I had to wait 15 minutes before being able to order because the clerk was taking multiple phone orders instead of taking the orders of people in line. Finally when I was able to, I ordered an already made cinnamon roll. It took 20 minutes before I went back and asked about it, just to find out that they forgot about my order. Terrible service and the food was not very good. If you’re gonna waste your time in this place, then you should walk behind the store to the Cane Brake Cafe where there’s excellent food, coffee, and service.
Kason H — Google review
Stopped in for an iced coffee while enjoying the Natchitoches Christmas Festival. The cafe had a few folks in line before me but not overly busy. I finally ordered about 15 minutes after arriving because the barista at the front counter kept taking phone orders before taking orders of those in line. Once I received my coffee, another 5 minutes passed before I could pay because yet another phone order was being taken. The coffee was overly sweet and heavy on vanilla syrup, an incorrect ratio to the coffee and ice. Also, my friend ordered an already made cinnamon roll and waited another 20 minutes before receiving it. We had to inquire about the order and found out that they had forgotten about it. Disappointing service led to a bad experience. Walk a few extra steps up the block and give Cane Brake a try. Cool, contemporary vibe with much better service!

Miss Sherry and her crew definitely came through for me. They handled two pretty good sized delivery orders for me and they went off without a hitch. These folks went above and beyond…a rarity anymore. Thanks for being CHAMPIONS!! Y’ALL ROCK!

This Pizza Hut is really good and their pizzas always come out so pretty, however, last night with one of my pizzas, I ordered pepperoni and bacon. There was literally like 4 bacon bits on every other slice of pizza. I never order bacon but last night I did, and it wasn’t worth it. Just commenting this if anyone else had this happen to them

Service is declining rapidly at this location. Arrived to find 7 people in line and each person was kept waiting after because of wrong orders or not ready. My food was ready and like everyone that got to the register, got delayed because the manager was apparently training the cashier by letting him train himself and wasn't worried about the 7 people whose order got screwed up and are now ticked off. She was standing 8 feet from him and obviously didn't care. All this on a Sunday evening. Recommend anywhere else until Pizza Hut puts a real manager at this location.

There service is pretty decent on slow day but when it comes too a rush everything completely fall apart there should be people that is able too keep up with the pace of service or have more people and communicate better with customers when there order has been delayed I was waiting for a hour when my order was supposed too take 15 minutes I only ordered the self pan meal

Update 3-2-2024 Quincy and Mrs Sherry make the best, best best pizzas and Best customer service ever! Past: Best pizza hut experience I've ever had was at this store! The manager, Ashley, came out while we were waiting and really made us feel at home. The guy that took my order was very polite. The register girl was also so nice. The combination of all these things and having the best tasting pizza is rare to find. I'll definitely be back to this one on University!

I ordered pizza online and it estimated my delivery time to be 35 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called and she said her delivery driver was out and hasn’t come back. She also said she had no idea where he was. I waited another 45 minutes and called back and she said he still hasn’t returned. Geez! I hope he didn’t die! I canceled my order and called Dominoes who got it here in 20 minutes. We are here visiting. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. This has got to be the WORST location ever!

They offer a variety of tasty options suitable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Despite its laid-back ambiance, the food served at Magee's Patio Cafe is exceptional. A standout dish not listed on the menu is their house special baked potato generously topped with flavorful shrimp and crawfish - a truly delightful combination.
Respectfully one of the best burgers I ever had. I went back the same day twice and came back again the next day for another one. Double bacon cheeseburger, lord Jesus. Bless these people🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥the only “bad” thing was that this one is a tad smaller but still FYE.

What the hell did you guys feed me?! I ordered the seafood stuffed potato (which online says 12.99 and in the photo there’s no cheese). This thing cost me 14.99 plus tax and it was not what I ordered. It was smothered in nacho cheese and it also had bacon. It took 40 minutes for my food to come out. There was a cop that came in and you let him jump the line by sending his food out first. He was finished eating 15 minutes before I even got my food. Just look at the photo of my food! What kind of madness is this?

The staff is friendly and prompt. The restaurant is very dated and in need of serious cleaning and remodeling. The Out House is the restaurant's restroom building behind the main diner. The food is ok but not high quality. It's just basic diner grub. There are no drink refills due to coronavirus. For the price you'd expect better food. I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich and it's nothing like the original. The shrimp poboy was good. I would pass on Maggee's and try another restaurant.

Huddle House is a casual eatery that operates 24/7, serving all-day breakfast and other hearty American dishes. On a busy Sunday morning, the restaurant appeared understaffed with only one cook in sight. However, the waitresses were efficient and attentive to their tables, constantly checking if anything was needed. Despite the long wait for food, the omelet was enjoyable except for the choice of cheese used.
Visiting from Ireland and came here for the best breakfast. It had a great menu, lots of options. I had a great fry up and some waffles on the side! I can tell you I was sorted until dinner. I want to include the name of our server but it simply won’t come back to me. Lovely fella with a bright smile and warm personality. (If you’re reading this, I gave you a € for luck!). Great breakfast diner experience.

We enjoyed our made to order breakfast omelets, hashbrowns and grits. Our server Jordan was very friendly and attentive. The location was busy, but they worked through turning tables pretty quickly. The diner is a bit small and on our visit the inside was a bit warm. There were fans placed on both sides of the diner which helped to keep it cooler. Jordan was a great server!

As far as breakfast in Natchitoches, this was the best we’ve had (and we’ve tried many place). The most pleasant surprise was our server Brooklyn. She was attentive without hovering and very accommodating. Brooklyn came across as a genuinely pleasant person and did her job well, all with a smile.

My family eats here mostly on weekends and we had the worst experience today. They kept getting the order wrong multiple times. They didn’t tell me they ran out of waffle mix, so they made my waffles with pancake mix and it tasted horrible. They bought uncovered straws from Walmart and put them in the utensils bag. They didn’t offer refills or check on us. They were out of almost all the drinks. They were ignoring customers as they walked in bc they didn’t want to serve them. As soon as we walked in they put up a sign that said 25 min wait. Nobody was in the restaurant but my family. Then a small group of 4 people walked in and all the workers were in the back. The young new girl came out and looked around and walked back in. Then another girl came out and said you know it’s a 25 min wait and they said okay. They never asked for drinks or our order. They had them waiting, and they walked out. You could smell the weed coming from the back when they would open the door. When I left, I saw 3 workers sitting outside chilling. One of the workers had been outside since we 1st pulled up. I don’t know what’s going on but I have called once before to report it and I see nothing has been done.

My first trip to huddle house. Thought we would try it since i don't care that much for ihop. Breakfast was crap unfortunately. Ham was extremely dry on my husband's plate. Hashbrowns tasted like yesterday's leftovers reheated in the microwave. I had hashbrown casserole. All I could taste was bad cheese so I pushed the cheesy hashbrowns to the side. The gravy was alright and the biscuit was actually really good. Service was great though. Food was nasty. First and last time trying huddle house. Should have gone to ihop i guess....

Stopped in for Sunday breakfast before getting on the road. The place was packed and they seemed to be shorthanded. I only saw one cook. The waitresses were doing the best they could taking care of their tables. They moved fast and checked in often to see if we needed anything. It took about an hour to get our food. My omelet was good. The only thing I didn't care for was the cheese they used. The peach tea was the best I have had. The biscuit was delicious. The apple-smoked bacon was cooked just the way I liked it. Husband had the French toast with eggs and sausage. He said it was very good. The restaurant is small.

First of all great customer service from Timothy the cashier and staff. He had everything locked down from the time you place your order till the time you get your order and also as well the staff in the back on the kitchen. Heard them talking back and forth and everything sounded like great teamwork. Everyone worked together. Great job guys. Definitely would come again for their outstanding customer service. Hope you guys get recognized by Popeyes for making them look good. 👍

We come here fairly often when traveling. It’s typically a bit slow but today was the worst we’ve seen it. Very disappointing. Service was awful. We waited 30 minutes for cold food. When we told the lady at the counter that we were missing our fries, she rolled her eyes at us. Very bad time/order management. There was one man in the back that was working his butt off. All the others were in a competition to see how slow they could be. Then we get in the car only to realize we were missing even more food. No point.

Biscuits were old and hard. The chicken tenders were ok but were a bit dry and not really fresh tasting. Mashed potatoes were good, and the macaroni and cheese was delicious. The drinks tasted like they had no carbonation in them which happens often at this location. The young man working the drive thru was fast and efficient and friendly as well.

I came in and was immediately greeted by Whitman, who was working at the front counter. His deep voice was so comforting, and he was able to help me in a dilemma trying to feed a big family on a small budget. All of our food was fresh and tasted delicious as I expected.

The service is the worst of all Popeyes, and I have been to a lot of them. First, I ordered a plain spicy chicken sandwich, slaw, and a diet coke. As usual, they were out of slaw, so I went with fries. Next, I pull up to the window to pay for my order. The sulky child handed my drink out the window and it was covered in soda on the sides. I asked if she could wipe if off before handing to out to me. Double sulkiness for that request. Then, they ask me to pull to the side. 15 minutes later, a man delivered my meal, except when I pullout the sandwich (yes, I touched the bun), it was not what I had ordered. Then looking the bottom of the bag there were two more items that did not belong to me. Therefore, I had to go in. The man who brough out my meal said, "what's wrong." I said, "not my order." Then he does some hand signals and told the sulky girl to take that bag out to the correct person. I then spoke up and said, I touched that sandwich ate some of those fries. Then he said ok, make a new one. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new sandwich and fries. I go out to my car and start eating, and they still had not given me the right sandwich. I had exceeded my 30 minute lunch time and just left. Not going back, especially knowing that they will take food back and give it to someone else.

So, I went there today...I go there when I have to head in that direction. I saw the six dollar deal, and asked the person, taking my order, what pieces of chicken I could get. She said mixed...one white, one dark. I said...I come here a lot...and last week I could get white or dark. She said..."I'm the 'O.C.'...and that is what you are getting." I thanked her and walked out. I then had to order through the app. The app allowed me to order just white meat. When I picked up my order...I mentioned that "guess I got the pieces I wanted"...she said 'have a blessed day'. I even left my phone, on the counter...cuz I was so angry. I don't need a lying being telling me to "have a blessed day" in her absolutely condescending way. I've been eating Popeye's since 1972...you guys need to deal with this. Guessing, I'm not buying Popeye's anymore...at least, not from this vendor. What terrible service. AND, was charged for a dip, "sweet heat"...for the first time EVER. By the way...everone has ALWAYS been good to me...till this black lady. Just absolutely mean...really. Did I mention...I was a regular customer here...and I went next door, to Wendy's...the guy knew exactly who I was talking about...without me describing her physical looks.

We went after a football game we were in town for. The food was cold and old, which seemed crazy to happened as we had to wait for our food for a ridiculous long time. They said we could not get any soft drinks, they had only sweet tea and lemonade, but neglected to inform us we had to pay extra if chose the lemonade as drink with our meals. It seems the menus are out of date, as I ordered something thst wasnup on the board behind counter and they said they no longer were doing the combos the way it was listed on menu. They kept doors locked so no one could come in, even though sign said they closed at 11. They had a school bus I am guessing who made a large order as whike we were waiting for our food ... the guy kept knocking on the door and the workers just kept pretending they don't see him knocking. It wasn't until he held up an envelope to the glass and one of the female workers said, O I think thst is the big order. It was 1st time I had ever been to this location ... I love Popeyes and had looked forward to eating there seeing as in my home town it is poorly managed and worked we stopped going. This location was sadly juat as much of a lot down.

McDonald's, an iconic and enduring fast-food establishment celebrated for its delectable burgers and crispy fries, has a reputation that has stood the test of time. While some customers may occasionally encounter hurried and impolite drive-thru employees who hastily process their order, the majority can still appreciate the consistently high standards set by this renowned chain.
This fast food restaurant saved us. We stopped late at night to use the bathroom at the place next door but it was right at closing time and so the doors were locked and the employees not sympathetic. We were so thankful that this place was open! The restrooms were open. The employees were chill and friendly. We ordered fries and they were divine, everything a late night snack should be. So thankful for this place!

I just ordered food 30 minutes before closing on the app. I arrived at the drive-Through speaker and No one Took my order. I waited for about 10 minutes. I even saw workers outside, who then went back inside and didn’t take my order while I was still at the ordering speaker. I drove around once more and could barely hear them speak on the speaker. I arrived at the drive-through window and received my food about five minutes after. My fries were cold, as if they have been sitting for an hour, though it seemed my burger was just prepared. Such a subpar experience.

I went through the drive through to get our order. The lady that took our order was very nice. What caught my attention most was Jay! He was super sweet, did not complain when I didn’t pull up far enough because I didn’t know which window slid opened and he had to reach to give us our drinks, he said that’s fine, my arms are long, while we was easing up a little, about us needing to go back and get condiments because we forgot to ask for them when we ordered our food, we had to wait for it but it was fine, it was nice and hot when we got them. Jay keep up the great customer service!!!

Disrespectful and lazy workers. The food was cold by the time it came out to us after 35 min. There were several other people inside waiting for someone to attend them at the front and no one showed up causing them to leave. Some friends of one of the employees came in and got quick service and FREE food. Will never again be stopping at this McDonald’s.

Ordered at the kiosk, couldn’t pay because no one would come to the counter. When they finally did, they wouldn’t take cash. When they brought the food, the sauces were missing and also my iced coffee. We were told they were cleaning the machine and it would be about 20 mins. Had a Big Mac that I think more got on my hands than my mouth because they put all the sauce on one side of the stale bun. Also fries were cold and stale. Never again. Never did get that coffee.

My experience was actually similar to others posting on here. I ordered online, pulled up to drive thru and had to wait a while just to be told to hold. The manager was not rude however the service provided could be more professional. When at the window he was on the phone while tending to me (passing over the drinks ordered)...after having pulled forward to the side door and getting my order I was missing a 4pc nuggies that comes with the biggie meal so I went in. No one was at the counter but noticed the lady who handed me my order about to pass so I spoke out (politely) to say excuse me, I'm missing a 4 pc nuggets... she didnt say anything however the girl near her coming by did and just went back to the fryer where other employees (3 or 4 I'd say) were hanging about and slowly (without effort and without any word or emotion) handed me the small bag. I was only passing by but without a doubt, I would not stop by again if I were given the chance. It doesn't seem anyone wants to deal with customers and provide decent service. Only 2 families were in the lobby having their dinner. It did not seem unclean however the vibes there were just not welcoming. I do thank them for providing my family their meals but would recommend employee reviews to get everyone on board with how service should be handled at a general, basic level.

Only went through the drive thru but the employees are extremely rude. You’re literally paid to be an employee why are you acting like it’s such a hard thing to do? They hand you your food with no word and roll their eyes at you like they’re somehow better than you. Even what might’ve been the manager did that. The employees here are just extremely miserable and rude. Won’t be coming back to this location unless these employees are replaced. It’s not that difficult to say hi here’s your food. Whoever’s managing this place should be embarrassed at how much their team sucks.

Good location prompt service burgers had a little more of ketchup and mayonnaise than expected but overall good taste. Eating area presentable even though floors were a little dirty. Good thing was the service observed employees helping older folks with their purchase as he was walking with a cane as well as opening the door to those entering and exiting while the only downside they were on their smoke break right at the entrance of the building. Got to have a better smoke break area. Btw don’t know if it’s a new location but there are seats needing attention.

The customer service is amazing but I don't understand the hype. The chicken tendies are fried well but have absolutely no flavor. I know I know it's the sauce but god forbid the chicken and the sauce has flavor. The sauce is like a 6/10 anyway. Chicken is 3/10 cause the flavor is non existent.

I went into the restaurant for lunch on Sunday when I traveling through the area. The employees were friendly, and we ordered 2 combos for dine in. It took a while, especially for canes which is normally lightning fast. I went to the restroom while we were waiting and noticed there was no hand soap or paper towels which is nasty and tells me nobody is cleaning their hands after doing their business. My order finally came but they had made it to go. So we just took it to go, only to find out down the road that they had placed the chicken fingers in the container so hot that they actually melted into the container. So I ended up just throwing it away after that . Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.
