I’ve ordered two cakes from this bakery over the past six months—one for my private ceremony in May and another for my wedding reception on Halloween—and I can confidently say I’ll never go anywhere else. Both cakes far exceeded my expectations in every way. The tiered reception cake was absolutely stunning—I almost didn’t want to cut into it because it looked so perfect! And the flavor? Incredible. The red velvet was one of the best we’ve ever had. Honestly, everything I’ve tried from this bakery has been delicious. We’re officially loyal customers for life!

The moment you stepped into the bakery you will feel the temperature controlled environment that ensures the best quality desserts are being sold here. This banana walnut loaf is only second to what I taste in Hawaii. But personally Hawaii is on a different realm of experiences. So this is top tier in the Bay Area.

They have really delicious pastries! I especially love the carrot cake and pecan pie. Service at the counter is quick, and everything is served fresh. My uncle and I went earlier in the day, which I highly recommend!

My husband discovered this place a couple of weeks ago while searching for gluten-free cakes—and we’re so glad he did! The staff were incredibly friendly, took the time to explain every component in detail, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. That passion really comes through in the cake itself. Hands down, one of the best-tasting chocolate cakes I’ve ever had. All our friends loved it too! This will definitely become our new go-to spot. Purchased a banana with cheese cake icing on top birthday cake 🎂 for my four year daughter. Everyone enjoyed it so much. I also purchased a few other pastries including the carrot cake cupcake, peanut butter pie and the cherry chunk cookie. It is worth the prices and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend if you need cakes/pastries.

The banana cupcake is easily one of the best cupcakes I've ever had. It hits all the right notes and the cake batter is perfectly moist and fluffy throughout with a hint of banana. That cream cheese icing though--so decadent it should be illegal. I'm so glad I that I need to bike the Los Gatos Trail 8 miles to get here. Now, I don't feel as guilty. 🧁

Many people remarked that they enjoyed the cupcakes! I heard the word moist a lot. The service was excellent and the cupcakes came out looking great! It was for a baby boy's shower and they were able to mix blue in with the chocolate for the icing swirl.

Amazing little French bakery In downtown Los Gatos. A little on the pricey side, But I think worth the experience. I wanted to try one of everything. Some of the pastries look like artwork. Little bit of seating inside however more outside... great ambience. I'd like to know what kind of espresso they use because it was very smooth. When outside of the norm and tried the Cinnabear (A cinnamon and honey latte).

Swiss Brioche was outstanding. I arrived mid-morning on a Sunday. Next time I'll get there earlier for a wider selection! Pastries are pricey, but delicious.

De Fleur Cocoa completely exceeded our expectations! We tried three different pastries, and almost all of them were absolutely delicious. The chocolate kouign amann was buttery and flaky, and the chocolate pastry practically melted in our mouths. The bakery itself feels cozy and charming, like a little corner of Paris, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area—we’ll be coming back for more!

All pastries looked delicious! We tried the chocolate tart and it was so dense and had three different layers of chocolate that made it so tasty. I would go just for this pastry again and can’t wait to try others. The cappuccino we got was also great. Limited seating inside but there is more outside.

Plenty of outdoor seats, perfect place for relaxing in a holiday afternoon with sunny weather and warm breeze. The pastries are all dedicatedly designed, really lovely. Ordered the Cloud cake, the sweetness is a little strong and the banana tastes a bit sour.

Their cakes are divine! Went there last week to pick up a cake for a bestie's bday lunch and purchased one and the kind French woman (assuming she's the owner) let me know that it was frozen and would need a few hours to defrost, and i needed it immediately. I asked if I could return it and get the individual cakes, which were not frozen, and she was like totally. Absolutely delightful! I had the best croissant and authentic French-style bread at Fleur de Cocoa. Flaky, buttery perfection that melts in your mouth this place is a hidden gem in Los Gatos!

Flower Flour has a few highlights, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as enjoyable as I had hoped. Croissant: The croissant was decent, but not the standout I expected. It had a good flaky texture but lacked the buttery richness that makes a croissant truly amazing. It was a bit on the dry side, and I was hoping for more depth in flavor. The sugar flour didn’t taste good at all. It felt overly sweet without balancing the flavors, and the texture wasn’t as light or airy as I expected. It didn’t quite live up to the standards I was hoping for, especially given the reputation. Service: The service was disappointing. The staff were rude, and I felt like my questions and requests were met with indifference. It was clear they didn’t prioritize customer service, which made the visit feel uncomfortable. Ambience: The ambience was decent. It was a nice space with a simple, cozy feel to it, though nothing about the environment stood out as exceptional. It made for an okay spot to enjoy a bite, but it didn’t have that special, inviting atmosphere I was hoping for. Overall, Flower Flour has room for improvement. The food wasn’t up to par, the service was lacking, and while the ambience was decent, it didn’t quite make up for the other shortcomings. Wouldn’t rush back unless there’s an improvement in these areas.

Bad apple strudel, I don't know what's in there but I puked right after, I had to eat something else to cover the stale and artificial taste. The pastry was so dry and stale. The shop itself looks like they are better with cake so I made the terrible mistake choosing the worst item. Their chocolate cookies are nice and moist but honestly this apple strudel was not eatable and ruin my whole impression of this place. I had to toss it which is such as waste of food and money.

Such a cozy bakery with the most delicious pastries and friendly staff! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and perfect with a cup of coffee. A must visit!

The $55 burnt almond cake (BAC) was made with tons of sour cream frosting and sour cream filling. The cake part was totally bland. Not sweet, not vanilla and not almond. The almond "crust" was not toasted either. Together, it was so disgusting that a couple people spit it out! So embarrassing as the host. Others ate some almonds and the cake part to be polite. Very disappointed.

Stopped at this shop for coffee since they have illy stickers on their windows. The coffee itself was ok, however the preparation was very deficient. The latte I ordered was not only scolding hot but if anything it should've been called a very foamy cappuccino. Also, we were given paper to-go cups when we were dine in customers. Didn't get their desserts, but as far as coffee of much rather go to someone with more experience and knowledge.

This place is a great bakery, but also serves a decent coffee. I love the pruneyard square where this is located, one of the number of places to hang out while in this area. They have a great selection of cakes, and regular pastries as well. My guilty favorite here is their peanut butter cookie 🤣. The owner is always happy to see customers she recognizes and is very welcoming 🙏

My friend gave me cinnamon rolls which were quite delicious, so I came to this bakery to buy them. Cinnamon one still is my favorite! Almond pie , blueberry scones are both good too . Counter young boy recommends the Mexican wedding cookie , that was the best one I have ever had. Price is higher but size is bigger .

I ordered cake pops for my baby shower from Sepideh and she beautifully executed on my vision. They were gorgeous and tastefully done. Every single one was eaten! Highly recommend everything from this bakery especially the Persian sweets. My guests are still talking about those to this day!

They did our wedding cake and cupcakes in May 2024. They came out amazing! We did red velvet, they were so moist and tasted amazing! When my now husband and I went in to talk price they were so kind and went over everything with us. We did not feel rushed or anything. Pick up was smooth and easy as well. They gave us the designs and colors we wanted to a T!

I had a frozen themed birthday cake made for my daughter. The design was as discussed. The cake itself tasted delicious. Very beautiful and tasty!

C’est Si Bon is a great family operated bakery. We ordered my daughter’s wedding cake along with Persian sweets. Everything was great. The wedding cake twas delicious and beautiful, just like the picture! The Persian sweets were the best we have ever had. We were in good hands with Sepideh. We highly recommend this place

We had the pleasure of working with C'est Si Bon for our wedding. From the timely communication to the reasonable pricing, they were an incredible team! Aside from the beautiful wedding cake, we also chose to purchase Persian cookies for dessert which were a hit! The cake itself was delicious. We had our florest add flowers to the naked cake and it turned out exactly how we pictured it. The other great thing about C'est Si Bon is that they deliver the cake and cookies which made our wedding day less stressful. Overall I highly recommend using C'est Si Bon for any cake and dessert needs!

This was hands down one of the most disappointing cake orders I’ve ever placed. The cake looked fine and matched the theme, but that’s about the only thing they got right. The vanilla sponge was dry, the cream was sickeningly sweet, and despite specifically asking (and paying) for fresh strawberries, there was nothing but jam inside. For a $300 cake, this was absolutely unacceptable. I’ve had $50 cakes from Paris Baguette that were ten times better—moist, fresh, and actually enjoyable. This wasn’t even close. Never ordering from here again, and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. If you care even a little about taste, skip this place.

Not worth the insane price or the calories. The ambiance is nice, but the staff is not friendly. The Napoleon tasted like nothing at all. The apple strudel was good, though. The shop seems to be circling the drain: pretty empty, dirty windows, old signs. The mellow background music was the best part about our experience.

Overall was a good coffee shop and good location downtown. Nice front patio in a retail square shared with Morton's steak house and Hilton hotel among others. Just off SJSU campus. Had two iced Mocha and Carmel coffee drinks...OK. Croissants were good. $30 for two people. Nothing exceptional. Friendly staff

My first time here. Had a savory croissant and some pastries. Very clean and welcoming. Employees were very friendly and polite.

Excellent coffee and pastries. But quite expensive. Over $20 for a regular coffee and 2 pastries. Additionally, the Appel strudel was served cold. I asked for it to be heated up and into the microwave it went. The sure way to ruin a fresh baked crispy pastry is to microwave it. Now this is America, where we accept mediocre food, but at a place that obviously has good croissants etc, I would expect better knowledge. Hence not a 5 star.

This place is hit or miss. They also take a loooong time to make espresso drinks. The pastries are crazy overpriced. My large hot drink came out in a small cup, then when I said I ordered a large, they just put cold milk in it and ruined the drink.

Fun dessert shop to share cakes and coffee. It wasn't too busy, we got two tables to fit 8 of us. We ordered 4 slices of cake and black coffee with sides of cream. The items were plated quickly as well as the coffee. The cakes were tasty, not too sweet. You can taste the fruits in the cakes we choose. Service was nice and efficient. It is our go-to dessert usually after dinner at a nearby restaurant.

I recently stopped by Cocola Bakery at Santana Row and was genuinely impressed. Their strawberry croissant is exceptional — beautifully flaky, golden layers with a real fruit flavor that tastes fresh, not overly sweet. The balance between buttery pastry and light strawberry filling is perfect. The café itself feels elegant and relaxed, with friendly service and a nice spot to sit and enjoy coffee. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality easily justifies it. Even as a first-time visitor, it’s clear why this bakery has such a strong reputation. Cocola is worth the stop — especially if you appreciate a perfectly made croissant.

Stopped by Cocola at Santana Row right at opening on a Saturday. No crowd at all, which made it a relaxing start to the day. I got a hot mocha, the flavor was average, but the portion size was generous and the price surprisingly affordable for Santana Row. Tried the mushroom croissant and was really pleased. it had a nice savory umami flavor. Also had a pistachio croissant, which was decent but tasted like it wasn’t made fresh that morning. Pastries are on the pricier side and the quality is average. Service was fast and the baristas were friendly. Outdoor seating was lovely, and there’s plenty of parking, but it’s only free for the first two hours.

Cocola is one of my favorite spots at Santana Row for great desserts and coffee. The atmosphere in the evening is perfect — relaxing outside with a drink while enjoying all the activity around the Row. I especially love their Chai Latte, and the desserts are always delicious. The coconut macaroon and croissants especially. The only downside is that the staff (not all, just a couple) can be a bit stand offish sometimes, but overall it’s still a great place to unwind and enjoy the vibe while people watching.

Bought a vanilla napoleon and an iced latte. Both are very delicious 😋 The filling for the vanilla napoleon is more like an iced custard texture, I really like it!

This was mine and my friend’s first time at Charlie’s Cheesecake Works. Their cheesecakes are absolutely amazing and so full of flavor and super creamy. They have a wide variety of flavors and the man who greeted us was so kind and genuine. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!!

Best cheesecake ever!! I came here yesterday to try out some flavors for our wedding. I got the cheesecake poppers and they were 12/10. The strawberry, key lime and blueberry tasted so fresh and were absolutely delicious. Even the Cappuccino was incredible and I usually hate coffee flavored things. It tasted like delicious cheesecake with fresh coffee. Charlie was so nice and walked me through all the options. Will be placing orders for our wedding and coming here for future events. Could not recommend this place more!

Today was our first time visiting Charlie's and we loved it - particularly the bite sized versios which let us try all the classic flavors. The cheesecakes were super soft and creamy. Chuck was also very nice and patiently explained everything to us. This is a must visit place for any cheesecake lovers.

This was my first time trying the strawberry cheesecake cake from Charlie’s and was greeted with great customer service. I ordered it for my father’s birthday and it was absolutely delicious. The whole family enjoyed it and I look forward to coming back!

This is an amazing gem nestled away in such an inconspicuous place. There are a variety of flavors of cheesecake, including chocolate, raspberry, cappuccino, key lime, and classic to name a few. Each of them melts in your mouth as soon as you take a bite you can't help but want more. Charlie, the owner is bright and friendly. We will definitely be going back for birthday desserts and more in the future! They even have small bite sized ones that are great to share at events!

Tons of meat but taste like crap. They should start by not putting the whole avocado in and making it into slices and el chorizo was very seasoned and very salty

I recently visited Mexico Bakery in San Jose, CA, and it was an incredible experience! The customer service was top-notch—the staff was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a great visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, which made the experience even better. The highlight, of course, was the freshly made bread, which is some of the best you’ll find in San Jose. Soft, warm, and packed with flavor, it’s a must-try. Their tortas are equally amazing, filled with fresh ingredients and bursting with authentic Mexican flavors. If you're searching for the best Mexican bakery in San Jose, Mexico Bakery should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

The pan= 3 stars. Hot chocolate = too sweet. Aqua de piña=3 stars. The chorizo burrito=3 stars. Although It's a pretty big size. Quesadilla de pollo= 4 stars. Torta Cubana = the size of the torta is HUMONGOUS. It'll definitely keep you full all day. I personally I didn't enjoy the salchicha or ham. I should've gotten Asada. It took around 20 minutes for us to get our food. There is a kiosk in a corner that works and accepts card. We used it to avoid the line. It didn't print out a receipt, but they announced my food order. The majority of people were waiting in line to order with an actual human. We tried that too and it took so looong! They have tables and chairs so we sat and ate our food. People kept coming in and out. We saw a hello kitty cake being picked up that looked wonderful.

I’ve known about three locations around San Jose, and this location has been by far the most popular, yet, most convenient from my house. Though the plaza is small, it is bustling with people coming in and out of the different stores, and Mexico Bakery happens to be one of those panaderías where you just can’t get enough. They have a wide array of selections, from pan, to aquas frescos, to atole and champurrado (in the winter), to much more. However, the one season that I enjoy the most is when they make the Rosca de Reyes for Día de Reyes (also known as “Day of the Kings”). Fun fact: did you know that every single rosca they make is ACTUALLY from scratch? Makes for a reason why they’re so popular, especially when it’s on a holiday. In addition, their arroz con leche is one of the BEST in the region — probably better than the ones they sell at the supermercados in Eastside. Infused with raisins and bits of cinnamon that you can still taste, it melts RIGHT in with the milk and it’s so delicious that you simply can’t get enough of it. The people who work at this location are VERY nice and very helpful — and they create a sense of community for newcomers and regular customers. This has become not only my partner’s favorite panadería to come to when he comes to San Jose, but it’s also become my favorite panadería as well when I want more cheaper, affordable, yet sweet options. A lot of people say that the atmosphere at Mexico Bakery is not really in its best condition — but in my opinion, they do a fine job of keeping everything clean in front of the store and at the counter as well.

Best tortas de Lomo in the Bay Area, which are hard to find, not many restaurants offer this dish. Other tortas in the menu are also delicious. Good pan dulce as well. Tasty fresh aguas dulces, horchata and piña.

Is a bit expensive but now is a price pandemic on everything… great bread I love it… my wife loves the jello from here.

Súper clean bakery, everything I tried was delicious. Customer service is great as well, they are all smiles and ready to take your order as soon as you walk in. The only challenge is the parking lot, I would recommend you to park on the street as the parking space is not big enough, it actually took me 10 minutes to wait for other cars to make a u turn as there is no way out in the back.

Reasonably priced, excellent customer service, and my cake and mini cupcakes came out perfect and delicious. I will definitely recommend friends and family. I will also be a returning customer for any future events.

Reasons I will not be using this place again: -They are only open from 10:00 am -2:00 pm. What kind of business is only for 4 hours out of the day?! -They are impossible to get ahold of. I sent them an email and no one ever responded. After a week I called repeatedly, during their 4 hours of operation, and no one answered and their mailbox was full. Again, who runs a business like this? I had to leave work and go in in person to place the order. -After placing the order I realized I needed to make a slight adjustment. I called on Tuesday (again, no answer and had to wait for them to get back to me), and they refused to make the adjustment. I asked if the cake had already been made and the girl starting rambling nonsense and wouldn't answer. Either they were being lazy, or they made the cake more than 5 days in advance and didn't want to admit it because then I'd know how old it actually was. -Last but not least: they screwed up the message on the cake. It was a baby shower cake and instead of writing the word "Tummy" they wrote "Fummy." What the F is a "Fummy?!" The cake was absolutely nothing special. I'll never stray from Peter's Bakery again. These people have no idea what they're doing.

If I could give them 0/5 stars, I would. I used to love coming here and buying the banana cupcakes, but lately the cupcakes haven't been the same. Their cupcakes are getting too dry and their frosting is not as creamy and good tasting. So, the quality of their products has gone down since the last year and so has the quality of their service! I ordered a birthday cake ($85) from them about 3 weeks ago. The birthday cake is for my mom and about 2 days ago, she recently was admitted into the hospital. Despite being a mom & pop shop that is SUPPOSED to be better than a huge business/corporation, they had NO sympathy for me and my mom. When I called to explain my situation, the lady kept saying "It even says on the website, you have to cancel your order one week before." It's not like I could anticipate my mom falling ill and being admitted into the hospital... And when I asked to speak to whomever was in charge, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and was told that I would have to come in next Friday (one whole week) to talk to the owner... That's to show you how much of an unsympathetic coward the owner is. I USED to be a regular customer of yours, Sweet Passion Bakery. I told myself I would buy a birthday cake for my mom every year at your bakery, because of how much she liked last year's cake, from your own Bakery! But not anymore. You lost a customer today when you couldn't show sympathy for my situation, when you couldn't even come to the phone and talk to me. And I know you'll lose way more than those $85 that you couldn't refund me.

Do not like the hours they have for the store. Very inconvenient for busy people. Very hard to put a order in via phone, and I completed an online order and did not receive a call for confirmation until I called two days later. Once I was able to get a hold on someone, they were not able to make my custom cake unless I brought them the items, which also requires going when they’re open. The banana cake is what really made me give them the extra star because it’s very delicious. Other than that, this place is more for simple individuals who have a lot of time to spare.

My girlfriend and I ordered a cake for her mother's birthday party, but unfortunately she fell ill unexpectedly and had to be admitted to the hospital. Needless to say, the party was cancelled, and so there was no need for the cake. Even after explaining the situation to the staff, they refused to refund us citing their policy on canceling orders. That's unacceptable. The policy is arbitrary. They could have at least given us store credit, but they instead stuck to being stubborn. I really hope those $85 was worth the cost of losing a regular customer.

Amazing cake! I ordered a custom cake for my 30th birthday, a large all black chocolate cake with whipped cream and roses. They were able to have it done in 48 hours! It came out perfect and a lot bigger than expected, I cut the cake into pieces enough for about 60-64 people! I absolutely loved the all black roses as a base. I decorated and designed the rest of the cake with my own items so it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so so so much!!

Delicious and fast. Lady in cashier was friendly and fast. You can find good variety, mostly Mexican. Fresh and tasty. Store looks clean and organized 👌. Only problem we faced was cash only. I don't think it's a good idea to just accept cash because everyone cares cart and not always cash.

This is a typical Mexican bakery that sells freshly baked pastries and sweets, such as pan dulce and jello cake. They also served 3 varieties of tres leches cake ($2.75 per piece, no tax) on my visit: strawberry, caramel and Oreo cookie. I gave the caramel one a try and it definitely satisfied my craving.

Been going here with my dad since I was a child. They must have changed their baker? The pan had a different taste this time. Still better than the pan in the area I live in currently though. I went late on this day, so I didn't have much selection. The products they had were tasty and perfectly smaller versions of the regular sized pan they offer.

Delicious mexican, warm sweet bread! Workers are friendly and fast to assist you. They have various styles of breads and prices are good. They also make cakes, have coffee, hot chocolate, champurado.

So I’m not the biggest pan dulce fan buutttt enjoy a good flan. They had a chocolate hybrid flan than gave the best of both worlds. Sliiight bit syrupy which was PERFECT for moisture and sense of richness. The lady was more than accommodating w all my dang questions. I’m not a Karen by a long shot, promise ;)

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake! Even though we had a small, two-tier design, our baker went above and beyond to make it feel truly special. The gold trim was elegant and perfect for a simple but classy look. They also added some fresh flowers so it tied in perfectly with the rest of our decor. Not only was the cake absolutely stunning, but it tasted AMAZING. It was fresh, flavorful, and balanced. We ended up going with vanilla buttercream with strawberry filling and our guests loved it. Some even asked to take some home! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The baker came out to the floor to talk though what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and overall made for a lovely experience with Marvel Cakes. Highly recommend to any couple looking for something both beautiful and delicious on their big day!

So delicious!! This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I shared the 3 desserts shown in the picture..absolutely enjoyed every bite! We will be coming back for the Chocolate Hazelnut, that was recommended. Can’t wait to come back!

We came to the bakery today genuinely excited, hoping to find a beautiful and meaningful gift for a beloved family member. While the cakes we purchased were delicious, the overall experience was deeply disappointing, and honestly, quite upsetting. The staff member who assisted us around 5:40–6PM on May 23rd was astonishingly rude. We tried to ask for her suggestions and later asked how we could best protect the cakes on our walk home. She responded with clear disinterest, as if helping us was somehow beneath her or simply not her concern. It left us wondering, does the bakery intentionally train its staff to be cold and dismissive to match some outdated idea of “Parisian charm”? Because if so, it’s working, but in a terrible way. Her attitude ruined what could have been a joyful and memorable moment. A bakery’s legacy is built not only on taste, but on hospitality and warmth. If this is how customers are treated, that legacy will fade fast. To the owner, you really need to choose the right person to stand there with pride. Otherwise, you risk letting someone else ruin everything you’ve built.

It's indeed marvelous. We tried 3 of their best cakes and some tea there, it feels luxury. The cake is delicious. The vibe is fancy. Love this place.

Marvel Cakes has a cute indoor dining room that would be nice for an afternoon tea. We took 4 pastries to go for dessert at home. Service was quick and efficient. There are a lot of beautiful desserts to choose from with many different flavors. They still had spiral croissants when we arrived at 3:15 pm on a Monday. We tried the following desserts: Pistachio Mousse - great if you like chocolate and pistachio Tiramisu Tart - tasted just like tiramisu but the filling was very soft so it fell apart once we cut into it Ube Sesame Tart - my favorite of the 4 we tried. Really good ube and black sesame flavor Apple Strudel Cheesecake - my least favorite. It has a good apple flavor but felt very small for the price My family enjoyed all the desserts and we liked having a variety to share. The desserts are not overly sweet and perfect as a single serving or for grabbing multiple items for sharing. I would recommend coming to Marvel Cakes for their desserts.

I’ve been to this location a few times ever since they became Marvel. It was a tea pastry cafe beforehand also. Marvel provides some of the most lovely, delicious, and beautifully presented desserts. Their cakes are gorgeous and the pastries are divine. For many major celebrations over the years, we get cakes from here. They are pricier than other bakeries but it’s totally worth it. (Around $90 for a standard 6in tall six layer cake) Their chocolate and pistachio croissants are super delicious also. For those concerned with alcohol/gelatin order beforehand as some of their desserts do contain it.

The place is super aesthetic and cozy. We tried their Paris Brest and Chocolate Croissants. Both tasted really good, the Choux pastry and Praline cream felt very decadent and rich. We would return for their Spiral Croissants! Highly recommend!!

When this place was under different ownership, it was more well kept. The latte was just okay. I have had the ice cream before and it is okay. The loud keyboard flute music is annoying. The tables, windows and other surfaces are very dusty. There are cheap shelves loaded with cardboard boxes and random greeting cards. People were walking in and then opting out. The man at the counter could be cleaning when there are no customers. There is no excuse for this. The furniture is flimsy and mismatched in a happy hazard way. Not whimsical. I'll not be going here. It feels dirty

The woman who helped me was very nice. The chocolates looked good but their names don’t explain what they are not what ingredients are in them which makes it difficult to know what’s what. I got one that turned out to have caramel inside which I didn’t like. The chocolate itself is not high quality. Shape and colors are lovely.

We got cappuccino with oat milk. The coffee taste was dominated by the oat milk flavor. I’d rather a stronger coffee taste. This place seems to be more of a chocolate shop. They also have vegan ice cream.

Fun, cute place to come spend a couple hours. Came here on a Saturday afternoon after the lunch rush and before dinner madness. 1) Free/paid street parking or a parking garage around the corner. hours parking validated by the restaurant at the lot around the corner. 2) We were the only ones there so the barista was very attentive and helpful. I couldn't decide between the drinking chocolate and hot chocolate so she gave us a sample of the drinking chocolate. It was really good but very heavy so I went with the hot chocolate. They have really cool flights--flights of gelato, or chocolate, etc. Definitely one of the most unique menus I've seen yet. 3) Ordering food was quick and easy and our hot chocolate and tea came out fast. 4) Full coffee menu to choose from. Extensive chocolates and gelato items, too. Some baked goods as well, like homemade marshmallows. 5) hot chocolate was awesome. Came with fresh homemade whipped cream. 6) Service was great. Nice, clean place. Not too loud and good central location in downtown Campbell. They had a lot of board games, so we hung out and played scrabble. Other customers followed suit and picked up other games. They also had decorative items for sale which were fun to look at and definitely really interesting! They also had jams, coffee, mugs, etc on sale, all local things, so that was nice. 7) Overall, good experience and would highly recommend to friends and family!

Stopped in for a coffee, I ordered a 16oz decaf Mocha with wipping cream. 4 stars. The interior is interesting there seems to be no sense of order 3 stars. They sell ice cream, chocolates and even baseball caps? I can't speak for the ice cream or the chocolates but the coffee was very good. I'll definitely be back for their coffee.

I sampled six different chocolate truffles, including cherry & white chocolate, orange & dark chocolate and marzipan. Overall the look is 5/5 stars, the smell is inexistent (mostly because covered by other sugar coating, taste was quite below par, but the worst part was the texture: absolutely a piece of rock. Whoever makes the chocolate truffles in that store hasn't tasted them, or tried what's it like to have them served to you from the shelf because are absolutely impossible to bite into. Texture is enormously important to the chocolate experience. A smooth and creamy melt-in-your-mouth texture is so seductive, that many people are more influenced by texture than by flavor.

Love the gelato here. Pistachio and vanilla are must try. Pet friendly. They also serve coffee from barefoot roasters . Friendly staff and located at one of campbells farmers market .

I was asked to get 2 custom cupcakes for my sister in laws gender reveal, with an impossible turnaround of 1 day. After calling several bakeries, Frost Cupcakes came in clutch and had them ready for my sister in law in 15 minutes. I also got cupcakes for me and my partner and they were delicious, the banana cream pie cupcakes especially. Did I mention they were only like 6 dollars per cupcake? Can't recommend highly enough, stop by when you can, the cupcakes are fire and the service is impeccable, and the price is right

I stopped in at Frost cupcakes later in the morning. They had a very limited selection. I left without making a purchase. My intent was to buy cupcakes for my friends birthday. The clerk was unapologetic about the very poor selection. I don't understand how you are almost completely out of cupcakes by late morning. I will not be returning.

They sell out of their most popular flavors pretty early it seems but they nail the flavors. I'm excited to come back and indulge more. It's a bakery so no place to sit and eat, plan on taking your purchase with you (they pack it well though)

Absolutely amazing cupcakes! I assumed they were good because Andrea had won Cupcake Wars but figured the fanatics were only hyping up the flavor of the cupcakes. Not at all. The cookies or dough literally tastes like you're eating raw cookie dough and the burnt almond is so light and tasty. Frost cupcakes are dangerously good.

So, birthday party... my go to is a dozen cupcakes from here. One of each flavor, gluten free or vegan... Everyone gets a choice. Then the fights over which flavor is the best are fun

Great service and picture perfect cupcakes. So that made for a great event contribution. Though, 4/6 cupcakes were WAY too sweet - but if you have an extreme sweet tooth, you may enjoy! If it helps the Banana Split was pretty good - the cupcake itself tastes like a perfect banana bread.

We ordered vegan cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. She wanted them to be like princesses with different color dresses and the bakery was very accommodating and did it exactly like she wanted. They were also delicious of course! Thank you Frost Cupcake Factory! We'll be back.

Ruined My Son’s 10th Birthday — Rude, Unprofessional, Careless… I normally never write reviews, but this experience was too much and I had to. I ordered a strawberry cake for my son’s 10th birthday and they gave me coffee flavor instead. The kids couldn’t eat it, and it ruined the celebration. When we placed the order, my husband FaceTimed me from the store and we picked out the exact design of a cake they had on display. I strongly feel they just handed us that existing cake instead of making the one we ordered. When I went back to the store, the older lady who seemed to be the boss was rude, dismissive, and never apologized. She didn’t even look me in the eye. Instead, she coldly asked, “Why didn’t you bring the cake back?” and brushed me off with excuses like, “One person takes the order, one person makes the cake, one person hands it to you… how do you expect us to know?” That is their broken process — not my problem. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service here. The woman who usually takes orders is always unfriendly, but I let it slide. After this, I’m done. This bakery treats customers like trash, as if they’re too rich to care and don’t need business. Very good service. I appreciate the lady that helped me place my order. Though there was a bit of a language barrier she still did her best to accomplish my order. The cake was a durian cake. It was very light on the flavor . Not too pungent in flavor but just enough to get the good taste of the fruit. Very light and moist at the same time . The artwork on top of the cake was amazing. Experienced the afternoon tea at Alexander’s Patisserie. Pâtisseries were great. Excellent tea selection which was from Fortnum Mason. Sandwiches were dry, and kind of tough. Their desserts are usually really good but because it was so hot outside, they were already melting and we were sitting in the shade. We ordered pescatarian / vegetarian options and they were able to accommodate. Make reservations as they are required. when we went, they only had outdoor seating so would recommend doing tea during the cooler times as everything started melting during the summer.

I picked up a cake for my sister’s birthday and it was extremely tiny for $15. It was about the size of my palm-or smaller. I did enjoy the taste but way too small for the value which is quite disappointing. The shop itself is very tiny also. The online system is strange. It’s confirmed in real-time, and they rejected my order three times. One of the reasons they provided was that they were sold out of the cake I ordered. But when I came in to pick up (same day order) there were plenty more in stock of the cake I originally decided on. I would’ve given up on ordering after all the rejections, but I didn’t feel like wasting time researching for another bakery.

I've been coming to this location for over 3 years. I understand it's a smaller store compared to the Mountain View one, so naturally, there are fewer options. What is disappointing, though, is the recent drop in quality, specifically the packaging. I come here for cakes for special occasions, and these cakes are not cheap. Part of the premium experience used to be the beautiful orange boxes that felt special and elevated the whole presentation. Now, the cakes come in flimsy, generic-looking paper boxes that honestly make it feel like I bought a cake from a grocery store. Same story with the macarons, the packaging looked so cheap I had to specifically ask the employee to use the demo box instead. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least maintain the premium feel. I really hope the original packaging comes back—because right now, it feels like the quality is slipping.

Very expensive bakery but worth it. If you like macaroons, come here! Strong flavor, a little chewy with the crunch when you first bite into. Coffee and tea drinks are okay. Not many seats but you can take your pastries/drinks and eat at the Main Street park. I just found out that afternoon tea is being offered at this location 🥳 Can't wait to try it out!

Was craving a croissant and went to go check this place out. The black sesame croissant absolutely slaps 10/10. Try it you won’t be disappointed. Nice to have a neat little shop like this in the neighborhood.

This particular location is very small. They also do not sell whole cakes. Chocolates: Expensive. $2.50 a piece. While they're not bad (the flavors are quite good), you can get better chocolate at this price range. They're basically two half spheres stuck together. Pretty to look at but...$2.50?? Macarons: The shells are dryer and harder than what you normally get at other places. It makes for a stronger shell that is visually pleasing (very smooth and less likely to have cracks) but it's a little weird biting into it. Not bad, just different. Pastries/cakes: I've tried the chocolate pillow, roxanne and vanilla tart with my favorite being the roxanne (very messy to eat!). All the cakes are beautifully made, delicious, and pricey. In terms of value: cakes > macarons > chocolates

Wayyyy over priced! $9.50 for a pastry is more then any fine pastry shop I’ve been to anywhere in the US or internationally. High end plated desserts in SF are $10. For that you not only get the same dessert, but it comes with homemade sauce and ice cream, your paying someone to plate it, and the server to serve you. I love to try high end pastries and willing to pay for them. But Alexander’s just let me down. The chocolate had visible lines from assembly, and it lost its shine. Both are signs of bad quality in high end desserts. I went to school to be a pastry chef at the CIA. The macaroons tasted old and chewy. I wonder if many of their stuff is bought and assembled. Yes you can buy chocolate shells and piece them together. The store itself is cute, and their packaged items looked ok. Except for the store bought jiffy marshmallows covered in overpriced chocolate.

We chose Cake Expressions after our wedding florist highly recommended Cero, who made her daughter’s wedding cake. His decades of experience shine through in every detail! We ordered a stunning 7-tier wedding cake with white roses, and he even worked seamlessly with our florist to install them at our venue—his attention to detail is next level! The cake looked (and tasted!) incredible, so we happily returned seven months later for our baby shower cake. Both times, Cero and his team exceeded our expectations. Cannot recommend enough!

As we started our wedding planning, I was most excited to taste cakes. I was excited to go to all of the cake shops in the area and eat all the cake that I could - but sadly that dream didn't come true because we went to Cake Expressions and it was so damn good, that we didn't need to go anywhere! Cero has an incredible gift - our cake not only looked amazing, but tasted amazing. We went with all the cakes as we tasted them - Carrot Cake, Tiramisu Cream, and a Chocolate Raspberry - they were all delicious. We got so many compliments as well - I will definitely be back to Cero with other cake needs, but highly recommend him. Flowers were placed by our florist, Flowers by Janet.

We got our wedding cake via Cake Expressions and it was the best decision. They are a preferred vendor with our hotel but we didn't expect to meet such a sweet owner, to have such a hard time picking a flavor we preferred (just barely got it in before the deadline), or to have multiple guests come up to us after the day to tell us that the cake was so yummy. They also did our design perfectly and with hardly any direction other than a few notes. All in all a great experience working with them.

Absolutely most unbelievable cake we had made by Cake Expressions. My mother taught pastry classes back in the day and Cake Expressions is perfect with design, texture & taste. Never seen a cake like this and Ms. Haley had "free design range" with only photos provided as base concept. She really cares about her work and it shows !!! If you are picking place for your special cake this is "THE PLACE". They answer the phone and e -mails with perfect communication and deliver to location. Thank you again Cake Expressions.

We had Cake Expressions do our wedding cake & desserts, and we are SO pleased with how everything looked and tasted!! As expected, cake/dessert tasting was one of the highlights of the wedding planning process — we had a fantastic experience meeting with Cero for the tasting and discussing what we wanted for our wedding reception. The team at Cake Expressions made planning super easy (even with a COVID postponement for a year later); they’re professional, responsive, organized, and friendly. The hardest part was making a decision about which desserts to have, because they are all so delicious!! We ended up choosing a two-tiered cake (and then ah! The flavors are hard to pick from too..! We went with 1 tier of burnt almond and 1 tier of carrot cake), as well as mini-cupcakes, brownies, and lemon bars. The desserts flew off the table, and we received numerous compliments from our guests about how good they were. We’re still drooling over our wedding desserts, and can’t wait for the next opportunity to celebrate with a cake so that we can go back to Cake Expressions for more!!

From the very beginning Gayle was responsive, helpful and worked with our time schedule and changes with grace. When the order was sorted out, we were able to easily arrange payment and pick up. Playing with Dough Cookies exceeded our expectations with providing the cutest favors for our wedding! Gayle is so easy and personable to work with, and she even delivered the cookies straight to our venue! Gayle is also extremely flexible. I think I changed my mind on colors, flavors, and delivery times/location multiple times throughout the process, but she was always respectful and understanding. In addition to being amazing the work with, her cookies are DELICIOUS and GORGEOUS! She provided sample cookies for us to taste and look at with different flavors and minor adjustments in color to make sure we had everything we wanted. To top it off, she even wrapped the cookies and added our favor tag on them! This saved us so much time and energy. It was so relieving to have a vendor you could trust so easily when we were planning our wedding. I highly recommend Playing with Dough Cookies for weddings, but also parties. In fact, I even used Gayle for a baby shower and all guests raved about the cookies. She matched them perfectly to our invitations and the mother-to-be was so thrilled with them! I will definitely use Playing with Dough Cookies again in the future!

I ordered some otter-shaped cookies from Gayle for my baby shower, and they came out amazing! They looked exactly like what I wanted and were delicious as well. She also paired them with cake pops, all matching the theme and colors of the invitations, and those were also absolutely delicious, all my guests loved them!! Beautiful, super cute place. Desserts: flan, cupcakes,cookies and cakes are delicious. They have different types of teas and healthy smoothies. Tried the cucumber drink and to my surprise, it was fresh, delicious, sweet without any added sugar. The owner is a sweet lady with excellent customer service. Try their savory Vietnamese food, perfect for a snack. Highly recommended.

Awesome aesthetic! The place is pretty nice with it's wonderful range of decorative flowers and lights. At first it was hard to find the place because Google maps took me to a tax firm. If you are facing the tax firm turn around look at 11 o clock from that position and you'll see the front of the bakery in the distance. I Ordered Vietnamese coffee and it tasted better than most places I've been to. The staff here are really nice and caring for their customers as well. I Highly recommend this place and would come again.

Didn’t hear back until the next day when I sent a text to confirm if they received my text. They called to get detail of what I wanted. I then asked them to quote me. She said she would text me. I texted the next day to ask for a quote again and was ghosted. Even if it was a busy time for them, a text or call to say couldn’t do it would have been sufficient instead of letting the customer waste 3 days and then ghosting.

Great, healthy herbal tea. The staffs is extremely helpful and friendly. The food and drinks are also very affordable. I love that they have the snack that reminds me to my childhood. Great place to visit.

Debbie is THE BEST. We wanted a small bride and groom cake and a bunch of other tasty desserts. I have a huge sweet tooth so good desserts were very important to me. Debbie let us pick up a bunch of desserts for a tasting, and they were all SO delicious it was hard to choose which ones we wanted. Our guests loved everything (especially the pies on a stick). I love baking, but we will definitely go out of our way to find opportunities to use Debbie in the future. Amazing desserts, and she was so friendly and wonderful.

Phenomenal tasting wedding cakes! I've been to many weddings that had mediocre or very dry cakes. But this company as a wedding cake provider does not disappoint. Their cakes are super delicious and moist. I highly recommend them. My favorite was their tiramisu cheesecake. They have a variety of flavors (all which are very very good) and they are reliable. You will not be disappointed.

Debbie at Not Just Cheesecakes baked us an amazing wedding cake this past September! Debbie is a master of her craft and very easy to work with. We didn't really know what we wanted, but Debbie was able to figure out what our vision was and she delivered a beautiful cake that was even better than we expected. She is so easy to talk to that we bounced some of our other wedding ideas off of her, and she was more than happy to help. She helped us design our guestbook table and even helped set it up at the venue! We will definitely recommend Not Just Cheesecakes to our friends and family!

Best place to get a cake in the Santa Clara County. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries ect. I needed a simple but elegant 2 tier Carrot Cake a week before my wedding and the owner Debbie was more than happy to help me out. She replied to my call back, replied to my emails and incorparated Very Beautiful flowers we wanted on the cake and couldn't get in time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

As I wrote on Yelp, I helped organize a baby shower for a friend of mine, her husband was organizing everything and he wanted to make a gender reveal party. I contacted Sweets by Design after reading so many positive reviews and this was the best decision that I could have ever made. We decided to go with some cupcakes and Nicole was very attentive and responsive throughout all the process. Her decorations were on point and the cupcakes were very delicious. My friend (the mommy-to-be) confessed me that she had a hard time resisting the temptation to eat as many cupcakes as she really wanted. The food here is amazing. Cooked perfectly and big portions. And not a bad price. The pancakes were out favorite. So awesome. Fluffy and warm and amazing taste. Like cake almost. I had the California skillet. The potatoes were crispy and the runny egg. Holondaise sauce and plenty of cheese. It was great. We also tried the ham omelette. It was great..packed with ham. They have a pretty big menu. Nice atmosphere and lots of natural lighting. We were seated quickly and our server was really nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

The portions are huge, and the hash browns seem to be homemade. They come with pancakes, and the serving size is big enough for three people to share. The service is good, and the seating is spacious.

Really enjoyed the fresh juicy salad. Chicken on the special menu was delicious, big shrimp with nicely cooked chicken, and artichoke! With good rice and veggies! Food portion is huge, great price, very good service - they were out of clam chowder when we ordered, but our waitress brought out an extra clam chowder for us when it was available again, really nice of her!

Quick service with massive portions for great prices that honestly can be split between 2 people. I highly recommend their omelette souffles, but all their dishes come with large portion sides. With full "side salads" and full size pancake options. There is plenty of parking in the plaza behind and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The only possible drawback is that their chicken alfredo felt a little greasy.

I came here for brunch and ordered the Supreme Soufflé Omelette — it was excellent! The portion was large, very filling, and the texture of the soufflé was so light and fluffy. It also came with sides of my choice (I tried the crêpe and pancake), and both were delicious. I would definitely order this again. My friend, however, ordered the Steak Diablo, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The steak was very tough and didn’t taste fresh at all — honestly one of the worst steaks we’ve had. So, our experiences were very different depending on what we ordered. On the bright side, the service was wonderful. Our server was super sweet, attentive, and accommodating, which made the visit pleasant overall. Despite the mixed experience with the food, I’d come back for takeout just for the soufflé dishes!

Nice restaurant, parking is a little tricky. But overall, nice establishment. They are a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner spot. If you blink when driving by you would miss it. It's on the corner of Valco and Wolfe. It doesn't look big but it is.

We searched up a nearby cafe after visiting a car dealership nearby and found Bibi's. We opted for the hazelnut mousse cake and a pair of double espressos. The cake was disappointed us as it was missing semblance of hazelnuts. As our visit happened on a very gusty/rainy day the windows and doors of the shop were closed. Perhaps this is why there was a strong odor of cooking oil or something burnt instead of coffee or the sweet smell of baking when we arrived after lunch. I was really impressed with the shelves of assorted cookies and baked savory treats alongside the case of cakes. (so much labor to make so many varieties and seasonal Shamrock cookies for March) I can see why this is a go-to bakery for many in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite independent coffee and bakery shops, when I lived in silicon valley. Wake up early on the weekends, and walk from my house to this little coffee and bakery shop. Back then it was called "Bijans". Neighbors and friends would meet and we would talk and enjoy and drink coffees from all around the world. Turkish, Vietnamese, Ethiopian, Salvadorian, Brazilian and Kona. Very little has changed, new owner, Bakery goods with recipes from Europe, the mid-east and the U.S. On this day we had an eclair, tiramisu and raspberry cheesecake. Our drinks included at least 4 Turkish coffees for me and she had a raspberry ice tea. The shop can get very busy, but there is a comfortable patio area.

Wide selection of desserts. Cakes are not too sweet, and they have options for those with special diet preferences like keto and vegan. If they get too busy, have a little patience to wait til you get served, but staff are nice and trying to accommodate everyone. If you are a self entitled customer, maybe not the right place for you. First come, first serve...of course.

I ordered a cake with very clear instructions by using examples of the existing cake in the store. I was given a blank cake and when I told them it was to look like another cake on display they rushed the job and handed it to me. This cake was $130 and I expected it to look like something other than something I could have gotten at Safeway... I called the manager and was brushed off and told to bring it back and have the staff "fix it". I'm never one to complain about anything but this was horrible. I have included pictures for reference of how the decorations and design of the cake should have looked and what I actually received.

Came to know about this bakery via a coworker who brought in a huge mango cake for a party. Visited it today and got their burnt almond cake, Bamieh and Napoleon. They all have rose water in them and the taste is strong. The cream in between the cake layers are light, smooth and have the right amount of sweetness. Will be coming back for their whole cakes!

This is a great place for coffee and sharing your favorite desserts. Our friend could not have sweets so he opted for a Turkish coffee and we chose various treats for the table and take home. The decaf latte was out first, it was great with the raisin cookies (perfectly crisp and chewy at the same time) and pear almond tart (great almond flavor). The Turkish coffee was a fun taste, the coffee grinds at the bottom reminded me of "cowboy coffee." We took home a box of mixed cookies for one household as well as a small fruit tart for another household. There are tables outside and a couple inside to enjoy your treats. Service is friendly and efficient.

1st time checking out this spot, and I must say it was quite a pleasant experience. Came here on a Saturday morning and there was a line with about 10 people. The inside looks nice and clean. The baked goods in the display look great! We got the infamous burnt almond cake and some other things. Will definitely come back to try other baked goods.

This bakery has brought so much joy to so many people for so many years. There should be a special category for beloved long-standing institutions like this! Bring a burnt almond cake to your next event to see those who know light up on sight... and hear those who don't ask, "Where's this from?" upon taking a bite.

My girlfriend had not been in this neighborhood in 30 years, and when she saw it still open and we had to stop. The place is small, and it was surprising to have to wait in line just to get in the door. It was not a long wait, but that says it all. Everything is delicious. The service is A1, and there is plenty of history.

Hands down one of my favorite bakeries in San Jose! I came 30 min before closing on a weekday and was surprised to see how many people were still coming in to get their Peters' Bakery fixes before they closed for the day. The burnt almond cake is my absolutely favorite because it's the perfect sweet treat that's also not overly sweet. I've gotten it in a full size cake form and also cupcake form which is nice cause I can still get my fix no matter how many people I'm catering to. There were other baked goods options that I will definitely try next time. The staff were also super friendly, nice, and speedy so I got in and out pretty quickly. Parking was easy-ish, but I can imagine it might be a little hard if it's super busy or if you come on the weekend.

I couldn't believe I fell in love with Peter's Bakery in San Jose. I came here in May to get my niece's wedding cakes and cookies. I ordered a couple of cupcakes on the side. The pastries were absolutely amazing. I would come back to get some more next time I am in the Bay Area.

I ordered a create your own chocolate cake. The online process was easy and when I called them to ask if I could pick up the cake slightly early, the girl I spoke to was very nice. However, parking was a nightmare, the employee in the bakery who checked me out was a bit rude, and the cake ended up being extremely dry. No one went back for seconds. Was not worth the hassle of going there or the money.

I recently visited Paris Baguette Bakery and was thoroughly impressed. The pastries were delicious and of exceptional quality, every bite tasted fresh and well-made especially Almond croissant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Simin. I highly recommend this bakery for anyone looking for top-notch pastries and excellent service!

I purchased a cake from your store for a family birthday celebration, but unfortunately, I discovered mold on the strawberries when I opened the box. This was very upsetting, especially since it was meant for a special occasion. I’ve attached a photo of the mold for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could issue a refund for this purchase and take steps to ensure this does not happen again.I expect your improvement.

The quality of the sweets, cakes, and other items at this location is noticeably lower than at other Paris Baguette branches. The taste has changed, and it seems like there may have been a change in ownership or management.

Service was kinda cold, we got the chicken pesto along with a couple croissants and other pastries to try. The cashier appeared to be surprised when we asked to warm up the sandwich. Croissants were flaky and yummy, my husband loved the pecan pastry which was just right, not overwhelmingly sweet like the typical pecan pie

One thing I appreciate about Paris baguette compared to other Asian bakeries is that they have boxes at the beginning where you can put all the items in you want to purchase versus having a bunch of plastic bags. Everything we bought was just okay. Not bad but not great. Most of the pastry items had no sign so we didn't even know what we bought. We didn't get a cake but the cakes looked incredible!

First off this is not a bakery trying to be French! This is a Japanese/Korean style bakery. Look around you, do you get the impression this is an Asian speciality shopping area? 😏(this is responding to a negative review.) Now, if you like Japanese style bakery goods you will love this. Everything we bought and gobbled up, we loved. Very authentic. The coffee is bad and the barista embarrassingly slow but the bakery goods are awesome. Get your coffee situation figured out and you will get 5 stars all day long! Also, the place is not very clean. If you are trying to be Japanese/Korean you will need to up your cleanliness game!

Better than the 85 I remember going to in Northridge; mostly because this location actually has bread in stock. I bought taro borough for $3 and I was hoping the outside would be a little crispier.

FOOD i really like their pastries. its nice that they have both sweet and savory options. they also offer cakes for birthdays and a cafe for drinks. there are also sandwiches for lunch. ENVIRONMENT has inside seating put not that much. definitely hard to find parking though. the h mart plaza is always very busy

I’ve been to 85°C Bakery Cafe several times in the past, but this recent visit was by far the worst. The employee who claimed to be the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving our concern or even attempting to be helpful, she responded with a disgusting attitude and acted as if we were bothering her just by asking a simple question. It’s disappointing to be treated this way as a paying customer. The experience left a really bad impression, and it’s honestly not worth returning if this is how management chooses to treat people. I hope upper management takes this seriously and addresses the staff’s behavior—especially those representing the store as a “manager.” Until then, I won’t be coming back.

What a great experience! My husband's birthday, the cake I ordered online in the afternoon, was picked up before 9: 00 pm when I got home at night. The birthday cake was fresh and beautiful, and we were all very satisfied! Give a compliment!

Wonderful Bakery providing sweet breads, breakfast breads, cakes, pastries, coffees, juices, and more. Clean and organized; servings are individually wrapped. Yummy choices - I tried 4 different ones and would recommend them all. Can't wait til more of these bakeries pop up around other cities!

This review is based solely on the bakery's pastries and treats! Sadly I have yet to try their drinks I've been hearing about. 85 can be one of those 'Hey let's grab a quick bite to eat!' and 'Dessert tonight?' type of place. Interior decor is stunning, a minimalistic white, modern and sleek look from its floors to its service desk. Always super clean when I've visited which is awesome! I don't get a chance to casually visit 85 as I'd like to, but always when visiting 85 I purchase in such big bulks ($75-150). The pastries I've gotten have always had the right amount of sweet and savory. I haven't tried much of the meat mix pastry items like the bacon/cheese or the ham/cheese/tuna, but hearing from friends it's mouth-watering! Pastries are always lined up and filled, if not, you can kindly ask one of the bakers to refill and they do it almost immediately. Parking is definitely a hassle in this area since it is located around a few large shopping and grocery centers. So I beg you not to come during peak hours or you'll find yourself parking near the Goodwill four buildings down! Overall, such a delectable place for your everyday fix. Would love to visit more often if I could; I've been meaning to try that Rose Milk Tea!
