Located in a 70-year-old building that was transformed from a garage into a brewery by Daryl and Bjorn, CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery offers a vibrant atmosphere in the heart of downtown, perfect for socializing. The brewery also has another location, Crossroads Tap & Kitchen, which provides a more tranquil setting for those seeking a quieter dining experience.
CrossRoad Brewing was such a fun find in Prince George! Their dog-friendly patio made it super easy to enjoy a meal without leaving our pup behind. We ordered a mix of sandwiches, pizzas, and wings to share, everything was tasty, fresh, and perfect for casual bites over drinks. Laid-back atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town.

Good food and great service! This is a place where you can hang out with friends and unwind. The sliced brisket is tender and tasty, and their beers are a must-try. I personally recommend the Gnarly Bush Raspberry Wheat Ale, which is light and fruity. However, we did encounter an insect in the coleslaw while sitting outside. We reported it to the staff, and when we checked out, they informed us that we only needed to pay half price for the sliced brisket and that they had discarded that batch of coleslaw.

Where the Beer Flows and the Laughs Never Stop This isn't just a pub; it's a full-on experience! Their craft beers are so good, they'll have you questioning your life choices and wondering why you didn't move to Prince George sooner (whoa take it easy). The food is delicious, the atmosphere is electric, and the staff is as friendly as a warm, fuzzy beer cozy. So, if you're looking for a place to unwind, have a few laughs, and maybe even discover your new favorite beer, head on over to Crossroads. Just be prepared to stay a while... and maybe order another round.

We were introduced to this place by a friend who lives in the city, and we are glad we went. The atmosphere is really good, they have very rustic and eclectic decor. Aside from regular tables they also provide high bar top seating as well as an outdoor patio. We ordered a few things on their menu to sample and to go with our beer flights. The food was good, we shared a pizza, nacho, charcuterie board and wings. They have many different types of beer and craft beer on tap which was nice to try. The pizza had a nice crust, good amount of topping ratio, and the nachos were super cheesy. The wings could use a bit of improvement, as they were lukewarm when we got them. Our server was really attentive throughout the evening. I accidentally made a mess by knocking over a glass of my beer from my beer flight. They not only cleaned it up but also poured me a new glass. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves that evening and I can see this being a great hang out for locals and especially when a game is on. Will definitely go back when we visit Prince George again.

Great, friendly service. We were taken there by friends who live in Prince George and really enjoyed it. My friend had the Beet salad. I had the brisket. Our friends had a pizza and the gnocchi. Everything looked great. I tried the salad and the brisket and both were good.
Daz W — Google review
Cool little brewery, food not fresh watch the cooks grab everything from plastic little bags and put it together, burger but no fries !!!! This place does not have fries at all, there macaronis salad is bland taste like a supermarket brand, the coleslaw has no flavour to it and is very saugy, pull porc was still cold. The dessert was great said it's a cake but was almost like a brownie. The best part of this night out was the drink for sure all thought pricy was very tasty and refreshing, lots of craft beers no regular beers. They didn't have 3 beers on there menus that they advertised. Happy hour not much a good deal exept 15% on a few items that are pricy overal good place to drink and socialize but not so good for food

We had no food, just went for some flights and card games but we had a wonderful server! He came to check on us more and had better customer service than any previous server we’ve had there! It was around 9-10:30 August 29th, (I unfortunately do not remember the man’s name :( but he was taller and had shorter brown hair)

Stopped in for brunch and it ended up being our favourite food spot all weekend! Lemon ricotta pancakes are such a treat! Also loved the delicious egg sandwich and mom enjoyed her avocado toast. Beer flight was fun and playful with many varieties for different flavour palettes. Will be back!

Bistro
Nestled in a charming locale, White Goose Bistro stands out for its remarkable menu and attentive service, creating an unforgettable dining experience. The culinary magic truly begins with Chef Cyre, whose expertise promises delightful surprises that go beyond the written menu. While lunch is served swiftly to accommodate busy schedules, it’s during dinner that the bistro shines brightest. The White Swan is not just a restaurant; it's a Christmas miracle worker! On a night filled with holiday cheer and overflowing with Christmas parties, they managed to not only accommodate me but also serve up a delicious meal. It was like Santa himself intervened to ensure my dinner plans went smoothly. The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. So, if you're looking for a place to celebrate the holidays, or just a great meal, the White Swan is the place to be. They'll make your Christmas wishes come true, one plate at a time.

One of the best places and best chef in PG, hands down. We went for the brunch board and it was incredible. Sausage, bacon, pancakes, French toast, tater tots, the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had, a bunch of different fruits, whipped cream, toppings, and much more. We wish they offered this all the time. Excellent service to top it all off. Thanks White Goose!!

Very nice bistro located in the downtown core. Awesome food, awesome staff combined with a cozy atmosphere makes this a must visit eatery if you are in the area. Good job.

Never a disappointment when we dine at the Goose!!! Fallon’s service is always top notch! We shared the lobster ravioli appetizer which was delicious. Mains were Caesar Hot Wings with Caesar salad and the halibut with crab slaw burger which was the lunch special. All food was 10/10 Highly Recommend
Candice J — Google review
I had REALLY high expectations of this place because of the reviews and the price point. Our waitress was lovely. We tried the chef’s choice 5-course meal. It was a fun experience despite the let down with the food. All dishes I would have personally never ordered. The pastry lobster pizza was nice flavour but only had a couple small pieces of lobster. The crab cake had a nice crunchy exterior and was on a fresh salad but the crab quality was poor. The mushroom dumpling pasta was very rich and had a delicious flavour. The main was good quality technically but the flavour fusion was too unusual for my palette. The slice of cake with ice cream and jam and a couple blueberries on top was underwhelming. Sadly I would not go back because I feel it was overpriced for what it was. The quality and ambience can be found at other restaurants at lower price points.

Reserved a table at White Goose Bistro as part of a graduation party and had a wonderful meal. Our appetizers were delicious and I particularly enjoyed the calimari, however the artichokes and others were delicious. For our mains we ordered duo of duck, beef wellington, and chicken strips. All meals were delicious especially the duck leg as part of the duo of duck. Dessert was their cheese cake in a pastry and crembrule which were both really good, and fresh. Everything was great here, the menu had a diverse selection of options available, and food came fast, fresh, and tasty. Would recommend this place for a special occasion, just know that this place is more expensive, for good reason, then the average restaurant in Prince George. Really great 5/5 meal.

Wasn't very impressed with the special(Beef & Cheddar). As u can see by the photos, bun was smashed, hard and crusty way too much horse radish and the meat seemed overcooked. Paid 26 bucks(no beverage) Staff service was good, just not my sandwich

Had their amazing "Arby's" beef and cheddar curly fries special, which left nothing to be desired (10/10). Also shared the roast beet salad with goat cheese and walnuts, also very tasty.

Neapolitan restaurant

Pizza restaurant
Nestled in the heart of downtown Prince George, Betulla Burning is a culinary gem that specializes in Italian cuisine and Neapolitan-style pizzas, all crafted in a traditional wood-burning oven. Since its inception in 2016, this stylish eatery has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike for its unique pizza offerings, featuring an original house-made sauce and delectable toppings.
Ok, this place has my heart. We're driving by GP and decided to have dinner here annddd . 💣 THEY HAVE A WOOD 🪵 FIRE PIZZA. Omg, last time I had it was in Brazil, the pizza was extremely delicious, a really nice place, good service.
Isabela R — Google review
I attended Betulla Burning on august 29, 2025 at 7 p.m. for dinner. I had come to PG for an IPSC shooting match hosted by the local range. I am from Vernon, about an 8 hour drive away. On entry by myself I was asked if I had a seating preference. I advised I would really like a seat where I could see the food prep area and I was immediately accommodated and not disappointed. I can see straight into the oven as well as the dough prep area. There is a tonne of old world charm going on with that pizza oven. I indurstand it is wood fired. The chef uses long handled spatulas and treats those pizzas with some love. I ordered a pint of deadfal retrogression west coast ipa. It is a nice craft style beer. Refreshing and a little more hoppy that your average canned beveridge. Again service was prompt and pleasant. I also ordered the prosciutto pizza. Really excellent service throughout my stay. Friendly and welcoming. A cut above for sure. For the owners of Betulla Burning I can't stress this enough, you have a superior team. Pizza was great! This business is not in competition with domino's. This business does not know that Domino's exists. It is a completely different product. It's not cheap. At 32$ for a pizza it is not going to hit many budget points. But... its not trying to be cheap, it is trying for a quality point and experience. They do very well on both points. I would absolutely go back. Outstanding place for a social meal or a date.

Nice and modern atmosphere, good and proactive service, and the wood-fired pizza oven sets the base for one of the best pizza I've ever had. Highly recommend Betulla Burning.

So good!! I had the provolone 10" pizza. Amazing! I would say if you don't like salt don't go for it bc 2 pieces in it's a bit salty.. for myself it was fantastic and I really like provolone/salty things! Today is my birthday and I got the cinnamon donuts and strawberry compote for free as a bday gift 🥹 soo good!
Sunshine G — Google review
Being huge fans of Neapolitan style pizza we were very excited to try this spot. We tried a margherita and prosciutto pizza which were pretty decent but just severely over priced. My son had a sprite, I had a $7.50 mocktail and after tip our meal came to $92…that’s outrageous. I have paid less than that for three people at our favourite pizzeria in Vancouver including drinks. Having said that, the space was beautiful and the staff were awesome. Definitely need an adjustment on their pricing though.

Denny's Restaurant is a beloved casual diner chain that serves up classic American comfort food, making it a go-to spot for any meal of the day. Located in Prince George, British Columbia, this cozy establishment offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for family breakfasts or late-night cravings. With its extensive menu featuring everything from fluffy pancakes to hearty skillets and signature slams, Denny's ensures there's something to satisfy every palate at any hour.
Our server Angela was very nice and welcoming, the food was very good and the coffee was refilled several times, thank you Angela!

I remember doing a road trip of United States & Canada that took about 6 weeks. During that trip, Denny's always greeted us as we traveled from city to city. They always had a large number of menu items to choose from. The food was always very good, and the portions were generous. The prices were reasonable as well. The kids love the menu with all the pictures as well as some of the adults, lol.

I had an excellent time having brunch. There was a bit of a wait, but it was a little busy so it's not their fault. Overall I had a great experience. I would like to thank Angela V for her excellent service during my visit. Having a fresh cup of coffee to finish of the meal was a huge plus. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

**Denny's: Your Classic Diner Fix** Denny's is a reliable choice for a no-frills, all-day dining experience. The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of classic diner fare, from pancakes to burgers. While the food is decent, don't expect gourmet cuisine. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's a satisfying meal at a reasonable price.

Dennys is always a staple for a good breakfast. 👍 Angela was our server today and she was kind polite and efficient on the floor. Very happy with her service today. I had the Fit Fare breakfast and it was a delight to devour. Compliments to the chef!

Harpreet our server was fantastic. She provided amazing service, quick efficient incredibly friendly. The restaurant was quite busy for one server but she was absolutely awesome. Everything arrived on time hot and exactly what we ordered. She was handling everything by herself in the restaurant. Really impressed by her service.
Gurwinder S — Google review
From the moment I stepped through the doors of the Denny’s in Prince George, I knew I was in for something special. Nestled conveniently on Victoria Street, this Denny’s is more than just a 24-hour eatery — it’s a warm, welcoming institution that truly understands what hospitality means. I arrived with modest expectations, but left genuinely impressed, my heart (and stomach) full. First impressions matter, and the staff at the Prince George Denny’s clearly know it. I was greeted immediately with a smile by the hostess, who despite the bustle of a busy brunch rush, made me feel like I was the most important guest walking in that day. Within minutes, I was led to a cozy booth by the window, where sunlight streamed in just enough to add a natural, pleasant glow to the comfortable interior. The atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. Families laughed over stacks of pancakes, solo diners sipped coffee while reading, and groups of friends clinked their mugs together in cheerful conversation. It felt like a genuine community hub, a rare find in an age when so many chain restaurants feel sterile and impersonal. Here, there was life — and not the forced, corporate version of it, but something authentic. Now, let’s talk about the food, which surpassed my expectations by a long shot. I ordered the Grand Slam Slugger, a classic choice, because it’s always the ultimate test of a diner’s consistency and quality. And let me tell you, it was perfect. The pancakes were fluffy and golden, butter melting into them like something out of a commercial. The eggs were cooked exactly to my request — a perfect medium over-easy, with the yolk just ready to burst. The bacon was crispy without being burnt, and the sausage had a lovely snap to its casing with rich seasoning inside. Even the hash browns were elevated: crispy on the outside, tender within, and seasoned just right. But it wasn’t just the food itself that made it memorable — it was the attention to detail. My coffee cup was never less than half full, thanks to a server who managed the delicate art of checking in without hovering. She genuinely seemed to care about my experience, offering creamers and sugar without being prompted, and suggesting menu add-ons that felt helpful rather than pushy. Her timing was impeccable — arriving with a refill or a quick check-in exactly when needed, and never once making me feel rushed. Another standout? The kitchen speed and quality control. Despite how busy the place was, my food came out fast — piping hot and fresh. It’s clear that the back-of-house team at the Prince George Denny’s knows what they’re doing. No wilting lettuce on the plates, no undercooked hash browns, no forgotten sides. Everything arrived exactly as ordered, plated neatly and looking genuinely appetizing. Cleanliness also deserves a special mention. The restaurant, even during peak hours, was spotless. Tables were wiped down promptly after guests left. The floors were clean. Even the restrooms — often a forgotten area in many 24-hour diners — were fresh, stocked, and well-lit. It’s a little thing that says a lot about the standards here. The Denny’s in Prince George also gets high marks for value. The portion sizes were generous, and the pricing was extremely fair — especially considering the consistent refills, the quality of food, and the genuinely wonderful service. It’s rare these days to leave a meal feeling like you got more than what you paid for, but that’s exactly what happened here.

Nestled in the heart of Prince George, Carmel Inn offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience for travelers. This casual hotel features basic yet spacious rooms, many equipped with kitchenettes that include essential amenities like dishes and induction hot plates. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and unwind in the common area with a television or take in the serene views from the garden.
I had booked a motorcycle trip passing through Prince George. The Carmel Inn provided a very affordable price for a nice room. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to weather. The staff were great about it on the phone and gave me a refund even though it was a late cancellation. I will definitely stay here when I reschedule again.

We stayed here for one night helping someone move. There was plenty of space for our U-Haul trailer. We had an adjoining room on the ground floor. Both rooms had kitchenettes and plenty of space. The decor is dated but everything was very clean. The service at this inn was impeccable from emails back and forth to our in person check in, check out. On the emails a big thank you to Kaillei and Abed. Amazing check in with Florence & just as amazing check out. Regrettably I can't recall his name for the check out, but if a manager is reading this, please look up who was on shift for April 13th in the morning. It's important these staff members are applauded, especially because good customer service can be hard to come by. We loved the convenience of accessing the inn right off the highway & walking to the restaurant next door for dinner. And finally, we loved being able to gas up right next door to inn before leaving the next day.

We enjoyed our stay in a pet friendly room at a very convenient location. Booking the room directly was easy and convenient. Staff upon arrival and to answer our questions was friendly and helpful. At first glance everything looked clean in our room but then we noticed that the bathroom needed more attention. The front desk was quick to respond and correct the issue, which was very much appreciated. Getting out with the dog was quick and easy and there was lots of room bedside the bed to put down a large dog bed if you bring one along. Plenty of parking for vehicles of any size and/or trailers. Temperature control in the room was fully within our control and it was a nice and quiet, comfortable sleep. Overall, we'd be back.
Julie J — Google review
Service was discussingly gross due. The fact that we booked with credit card got there were informed that they did not accept our credit card anymore. Had to hastily find a new room somewhere else? Just do not understand where they could accept our credit card for the deposit and would not accept it anymore when we received there there never recommend it to anyone ever again. I will be telling all my friends to stay away
Nòrm C — Google review
Just off the highway, but surprisingly quiet. Only noise I heard were the fellow guests walking by, typical for this style establishment, but it wasn't rowdy. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The large vehicle/truck parking was a welcome bonus. Convenience store, and a couple restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
Paul J — Google review
Room was old but clean. We got a seniors rate. We had a pet friendly room. We have stayed here before so knew that rooms at the back are pet friendly. Only issue was we weren't offered a discount for the Carmel Restaurant. We stayed for three nights but only found out about discount on the last day, when another person was offered the discount slips. That would have been nice to know to save us some funds for food.
Melody K — Google review
This place isn’t the fanciest, but it’s clean and convenient and a great price for stop overs, the staff are always willing to accommodate your needs I had a friend travelling from Terrace and she was getting a little bit tired and I called them asked if they had a room available and they said they did but she did decide to drive all the way through so she just called them and said what she was doing and they were awesome about it. .Thank you to the Carmel staff.
Cindy R — Google review
At first glance the room seemed to be ok other than it smelled like a horse barn. Later in the evening we went to shower and there was disgusting hair all over the bathroom floor and the shower curtain was extremely dirty. As we pulled back the bed sheets, we found more hair in our bed and in the sink the backflow was absolutely plugged up with some kind of disgusting debris. Front desk did not seem to care. Just wrote it in his book. The air conditioning was useless and did not cool down the room. I emailed this company to let them know about our experience but we did not get a response. I do not recommend staying at this motel.

I love this restaurant! Good vibes every time I go in. It feels like eating with family. Service staff is fun and attentive. Food is always delicious, good portion sized and fresh. The place is cozy to sit in. Its usually pretty busy when I go with my family. I think only once it wasn’t super busy but it's always worth it! There's more then enough free parking - small parking lot in the front of the hotel and a larger one in the back. I highly recommend trying this place out :)

I really liked this quaint little restaurant. The breakfast special is huge and so good with multiple options. I went with eggs over easy, pan fried potatoes with onions, bacon and sausage, and sourdough toast. The coffee kept coming and the server was a total hoot. She will make you eat your orange slice, but you will laugh the whole time. I’ll be back and so should you.

Very casual atmosphere like taking orders from accross the room, multiple asks how our food is from different people, comfortable seating and homey-ness. Average diner food but kind of expensive, cost us over $60 with a moderate tip for 2 breakfasts with OJ that we shared with our toddler.

Really disappointed with this breakfast spot. We waited 40 minutes for our food, and while they did apologize for the delay and didn’t charge me for my coffee, it didn’t make up for the rest of the experience. My Reuben sandwich had only two thin slices of meat, it was more bread than anything else. The service was poor. No one offered a coffee refill, even though my cup was sitting empty for over half our visit. Worst of all, there was a hair in my girlfriend’s scrambled eggs. Overall, not worth the wait, and I definitely won’t be back.

The menu is a breakfast lover's dream, featuring a variety of egg-centric dishes like eggs blackstone and vegetarian omelettes alongside lighter options such as bagels with cream cheese or homemade muffins.
“We ordered our baby’s first birthday cake from DLanos, and it turned out to be such a wonderful part of our celebration! Renu was incredibly thoughtful, even checking in with me before making a little change to the design and frosting flavour! I really appreciated the care, and the end result was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made cake. All our guests loved it, and it truly added sweetness and joy to our special day!”

I've been coming here for the past 40 years under the various names & and transitions, but this place has always been known as a breakfast restaurant. It has gone from excellent to ok and to pretty good. I've gone here for lunch and dinner but mainly come here for breakfast because that's what they do the best. Service is good and food is pretty good. Atmosphere is family and relaxed. Decent amount of meal options eggs benedict and waffles are some of my faves. Restraunt tends to be busier on weekends. Check it out and see what you think.

Ordered Dry cakes for the first time from Dlanos and they never disappoint when it comes to cakes Its been 1 year I have been ordering cakes from them and m keep going back … One of the best bakery in PG.

I love the food at this place. It’s always busy, but food still comes out relatively quickly. Eggs benedict are delicious, I have also tried the skillets which are very good. One of the best family breakfast spots in town! Good food at a good price.

I ordered this cake a couple days ago. It was so good. I have no words for this cake. The cake was fresh, soft and moist.

All day breakfast, almost all meals are $20 or under. The food is made fast, is delicious and has good portions. A nice variety of choices as well. The staff are welcoming and the restaurant is clean and cozy.

I would recommend this place for sure. Friendly staff, atmosphere is warm and inviting we chatted with other great people dining in there. Spacious restaurant and clean restrooms. Fast and efficient food service I choose breakfast and my husband had a sandwich. The waitresses are very attentive and willing to just chat with customers about whatever comes up or questions they have, always checking in to see how things are going and coming around with the coffee right when you need it. The menu has a variety of options so that was nice too. We ate there twice while visiting PG and the only thing was the last time my toast came out not quite toasted but the other items were as I requested so I can overlook limp toast on that alone! Great place for families or anyone if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Hi, I tried fruit cake, and I must say it was absolutely delicious! The combination of fresh strawberries and pineapple created a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The cake was incredibly soft and moist. Overall, it's an awesome cake with an amazing taste that I highly recommend to anyone who loves fruity, light, and flavorful treats!

I look on Google Reviews for a great breakfast place in town and this one popped up as a local favorite. And it is indeed that. Real cute place in the bottom floor of a motel, I don't think the two businesses are related. Staff was friendly and inviting. Very clean. And some original breakfast dishes available. I got the monthly crepe special which was a peach crumble and it was very good. My wife got the veggie omelet (what they call a turnover), and it was decent We tend not to get potatoes with our meals, but the omelet came with them and surprisingly they had good flavor. Just a block away from the Courtyard by Marriott.

Located in downtown area. Depending on the time of day, not much street parking available. We circled the block twice before finding a place right in front. Food is presented nicely and tastes excellent. It's fresh and seasoned well. We somehow slipped right in without staff seeing us and seated ourselves in a cozy corner, so we sat at a table for about 5 minutes wondering if we had to ask for a menu haha Make sure you're seen! The staff is friendly and provide good customer service as long as they know you're in the restaurant 😂🙌

Busy on a Saturday at around 11. Ordered classic eggs Benny and breakfast Poutine. The Benny was well presented and very good. Large portion of cubed hash browns. Breakfast Poutine was a good portion of shredded hash potatoes, bacon, onions and cheese with eggs Benny on top. I like things a bit more spicy, a dash of hot sauce and it was great. All in with 2 endless coffee was under $50. Service was excellent. Nice diner feel.

I went to this place by 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, and it was not open yet 😑 Update [Sunday 27th 2025]: My breakfast was delicious, the service was amicable, and the place enjoyable and clean. Thank you, PS At this time, I don't have any favorites, so I'll keep visiting the place. Long waiting time, grab some books and company.

Was looking for a good place for belgian waffles for my birthday. Abree's came highly reccommended. It was disappointing on every front. The belgian waffles were topped with some non dairy topping, not the whipped cream as mentioned on the menu. Service was slow and unfriendly. The coffee was good but the sweetener packs had obviously gotten wet at some point. Nitpicky? Yes, but I was very disappointed.

Amazing little breakfast restaurant, we had to find parking a little ways away but it was fine, also had to wait 20 min for a table for 4. If your party is just 2 you can get a table a little easier. I ordered the chorizo poutine and it was amazing. I can't recommend this little place enough, the food and service were amazing. Will be back next time we come to Prince George.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful brunch experience, look no further than Ricky's All Day Grill in Prince George. This charming eatery offers an extensive breakfast menu served daily until 4 PM, allowing you to indulge in a leisurely meal even after sleeping in. Whether you're craving hearty breakfasts, eggs benedict, fluffy pancakes, or unique brekkie bowls, there's something to satisfy every palate. During my visit, I couldn't resist trying their French toast—what a treat!
I recently tried the French toast at Ricki’s All Day Grill, and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was thick-cut, perfectly golden on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside. It had just the right amount of cinnamon and vanilla flavor, and it was served warm with a dusting of powdered sugar and a side of maple syrup.Whether you’re stopping in for a quick breakfast or treating yourself to a cozy brunch, the French toast at Ricki’s is a must-try. Friendly service, great presentation, and unbeatable taste – I’ll definitely be coming back for it again!
Sehaj S — Google review
If I could give zero stars on the dinner food here, I would. Before I begin, this review has nothing to do with the waitress. She was awesome, unfortunately my positive experience ended with her. This is my third bad experience with this location, It is unlikely that I will give Ricky's another chance. I ordered the Ginger Chicken Bowl, no onions. The dish came with onions, two different kinds of onions. I sent the order back, requesting no onions this time. It took a long time, but the order came back out, most of the rest of my table had finished eating. It was obvious, they just picked through and took out the onions. Even the waitress said, 'It looks a little less onion-y'. There was WAY too much sauce, and definitely: still onions in the dish. At this point I was starving, so I ate some, but honestly I didn't eat most of it. I was charged full price for the meal. The last time I went here during the summer, it was a similar experience, that was the photo I attached. I ordered a beef rib meal, which was very expensive. What came out definitely wasn't a rib, it looked and smelled like dog food. The potatoes were definitely from a box, and the veggies were bland and overcooked. I did not touch that plate. My daughter loves the breakfast food here, that's the only reason we came. We'll just go somewhere else. I am very upset, and exceedingly frustrated. Do yourself a favour and skip this location.
Robyn — Google review
Let me start by saying this: This was possibly the biggest plate of breakfast I've ever ordered at a restaurant, and trust me, I've seen things. It was a massive, glorious edible mountain. Now, for the chaotic details that make this review honest. While this plate was physically overwhelming, there were some... 'creative' cooking decisions. My scrambled eggs were lukewarm yet somehow also burned. They were clearly not cooked at the same time as everything else on the plate—they existed in their own special time-space continuum. The sausages were also slightly undercooked for my liking, but hey, maybe they were just *al dente* for the regional palate. BUT. Here’s the punchline: Everything else was great. The bacon, the hashbrowns, the toast—all solid. More importantly, the server was absolutely BOMB. She handled the sheer volume of my order, the minor culinary anomalies, and my existential morning dread with pure grace. She was so excellent that she still got a full tip, because the sheer effort and size of the meal, coupled with her awesome service, made this an unforgettable (and hilarious) five-star experience. Go for the food mountain, stay for the great service, and maybe just stick to the fried eggs. You won't leave hungry.

Ricky’s All Day Grill is a go-to favorite! The food is always fresh, delicious, and served hot. I love the all-day breakfast — the pancakes, eggs, and hash browns are cooked just right every time. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Ricky’s delivers great taste and service. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we had a new waitress. She was incredibly nice and apologetic, but lacked direction from staff training her. I ordered a half sandwich with whole grain bread and tomato basil soup 🍲. The soup was delicious, but the sandwich came as a whole sandwich with white bread. I just took it apart and ate the good stuff in the middle. Food was good and staff were pretty attentive. I left a generous tip since she was just learning.
Cheryl W — Google review
There is just a nice waitress that actually like her job. Courtney is the best we just had 30 min for lunch when she is there we have our food on time she should be the manager
Abraham C — Google review
Horrible cooks sat her and watched the wait staff get bullied by the cooks and acting manager. Everyone at our table ordered medium eggs and they sent well done then refused to do anything about it. And only offered to remake which we finally agreed to so they called their manager so they wouldn’t have to. All I recommended was a 10% discount which in all is nothing. Anyways after I had the first draft of this review written up the acting manager came up to me and apologized blaming the wait staff as entering it in wrong saying she was in training. Either way each of the past two times I came here there is an obvious need for proper training program. But this last time I just felt bad for their wait staff as they all looked like they were being bullied by the kitchen and acting manager. Lots of Room for improvement
C R — Google review
The absolutely worst diner to go to! My wife ordered a salad that came with barely any lettuce and it was more brown than green. croutons wee stale! Pancakes advertised as light & fluffy were hard and thin as a board. We noticed at another table a dinner item was returned as the people said it was inedible. The very young waitress was very nice but had to get someone in the kitchen to open the wine as she was too young to go this. We ordered a white wine but got red. Just a terrible experience and disappointment from Ricki’s as we’ve gone to this chain of restaurants before. This one needs an intervention!

Ritual Coffeeworks is a delightful haven for coffee enthusiasts, nestled in the heart of downtown Prince George. This charming café focuses on ethically sourced, third-wave coffee, which emphasizes the unique stories behind each bean. The inviting atmosphere features calming neutral tones and showcases local artists' works adorning the walls. Patrons can indulge in delicious offerings like iced coconut mochas and avocado toast with poached eggs, although some may find that mixing their drinks enhances the flavor experience significantly.
Fantastic place. The flat white was made perfectly and the breakfast sandwich was delicious and great value at $8. I appreciated being able to work here for an hour over lunch.

Was visiting Prince George and needed some coffee and breakfast. Found this place, parking was easy, service was cheerful and fast. I ordered a bacon and egger, which is nothing special usually, but here they had it all done right. The bun the bacon, the egg everything was done so well. If I am ever back in PG I will be stopping in here.
Aaron D — Google review
Ritual has a really cool vibe, and their hot drinks are really yummy - but I’ve gone about 10 times now over the last year and have attempted to order an iced drink. Each time I have been disappointed. Their iced drinks taste watered down and are often not even left with any ice. I think they even just recently purchased iced drink cups. It feels as though these aren’t a priority type of drink. They cost the same as an iced drink at Ristretto, open door, or Lobby Coffee, but are underwhelming. Recently I purchased an iced chai. And it was made with a chai tea bag instead of a concentrate, leaving the drink watered down. Iced Matchas feel the same. It’s almost as if they put too much hot water in the drink (to steep the teas) so it melts the ice and leaves it with less flavor. I really hope they can hone in on the iced drinks as I would love to support them more.
Kim G — Google review
Visiting PG for a week and Ritual has become my go-to hub for an excellent cold brew or iced americano. Breakfast sandwich and pastries are electric, definitely recommend. Service is great and vibe is chill. Excellent music playlists! Perfect atmosphere for remote work. Easy to spend 3ish hours a day there and locking in!
Nick R — Google review
discriminatory owner, don’t recommend, and no. I have witnessed countless times of turning away individuals who don’t “fit” their vibe. Don’t go here if you have any empathy. These men sat in the corner of the cafe, just talking to each other, conversing. you can clearly see these men are homeless, and the owner interrupts them to ask if they’re intoxicated. They both say no, and proceeded to say no we are not, but the owner tells them to get out anyway since they “are”, when both of them clearly expressed they just wanted to sit down and chat. Accusing unhoused individuals of being on substances is just straight discrimination. Do not lie to me and say, “We are not discriminatory”, when there is other reviews clearly stating their experience with seeing you kick out people. Grown adult not taking accountability.

Best coffee I had in PG. The flat white had more milk than I would prefer. The breakfast sandwich was good. I would go back the next time I am in town.

They have great espresso and delicious food. I was told not to go because it was in a bad area but I didn’t feel unsafe going. The area definitely felt normal to me. No reason to feel unsafe. I’m also not sure why the visitor center would try to discourage people from going since they are only a couple blocks away. It’s worth the stop.

White Spot Prince George is a beloved eatery located in the vibrant city of Prince George, British Columbia. This family-friendly restaurant creates an inviting ambiance perfect for gatherings with loved ones. Known for its iconic burgers and the delightful Pirate Pak, White Spot offers a menu that appeals to various palates, making it an ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Diners can expect quality meals served with genuine warmth and hospitality.
This place is an absolute enigma and I'm giving it five stars out of sheer, puzzled delight. I roll in on a Friday evening, peak dinner time, right? I swear this place can easily seat over a hundred people—it's enormous. And yet, there were only 4 people total in there the entire time I was there. 4. On a Friday. That is beyond suspect; it's practically a cinematic event. Are they money laundering? Is this a front for a secret government meeting? I was ready to start looking for surveillance equipment. However, I have to confess: the food was amazing, and I had the run of the place. The Caesar salad was delicious and crisp—perfectly executed. And the ribs? They genuinely fall off the bone. Not the best ribs I've ever had, but absolutely good enough to justify the trip. The service was friendly, probably because they had literally nothing else to do but wait on me and the other 3 confused souls. Here's my main problem, though, and it’s why I’m rating it so high: I loved the personal service and the great food, but I honestly don't see how this place will stay afloat without any customers. It’s a spectacular, delicious failure of capitalism, and I highly recommend you get in there and enjoy the private dining experience while it lasts. Go quickly before the lights turn off for good!

Quite a while back, I had been here and had several bad experiences, so I quit going, however, with the prompting of a few people, I was assured that things had greatly improved and encouraged me to once again try. I went out and had the fish and chips and really enjoyed them. Went a second time and had a clubhouse sandwich, and again, I was satisfied with it. Since then, I have gone many a time for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and occasionally dinner. The food is good to excellent, and I am glad to see the great turnaround. Service is good, staff are friendly and I would love to give a big thumbs up to their milkshakes. My favorite is the blueberry, you won't be disappointed.
Cattlerustlin' B — Google review
Food is always good. Salad dressing is a little heavy, so I recommend asking for it on the side. They changed their menu recently and I'm not a huge fan of the change as I find it a bit more difficult to read, but that's more personal as my friends were fine with it. Service has been a bit slow the last couple times I've been there, but the staff are always friendly. It's a good place for small groups and families.

Very good food when I ate here with my family. Flavorful. Hashbrowns were a little darker then preferred but didn't taste charcoally or burnt. The au jus wasn't overly oily which must mean it was skimmed! Fries are not good warmed up, so eat them at the restaurant lol. Customer service was good. She was quite busy but still made quite the effort to check in on us.

The brunch on Sunday morning was delicious! For drinks, we had Virgin Caesars and Milkshakes, and for food, we had Avocado Queso Bowl and Cheesesteak Hash, both of which were filling and tasty! Would love to return.

Service was good, wish I could say the same for the food. Good intentions but the execution didn't match. Fettuccine Alfredo came in lukewarm on a cold plate, and the sauce was watery. I sent it back, they were very nice about it and the next plate of pasta wasn't bad but the chicken seemed hard....... Looked like the same chicken from the first time around that sat in the warmer too long.

Starbucks, the iconic coffeehouse chain originating from Seattle, has become a beloved stop for caffeine enthusiasts around the globe. With its signature roasts and light bites, it offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for work breaks or casual meet-ups. I've explored various Starbucks locations across North America and Asia—each with its unique charm—but one branch stands out as my favorite: the Ramada location. The friendly staff here consistently deliver exceptional service, making every visit enjoyable while ensuring your drink is crafted to perfection.
My favourite branch of Starbucks ever. Customer service very good and they all so lovely. And that’s one of the reasons why I always choose Ramada branch Starbucks. It’s also very cozy. P.s I also think it’s the only branch which makes your drink fast.
Paris P — Google review
I used to go regularly but recently this location has gotten terrible. Drinks are not made properly and take up to 25 minutes if you don't order ahead. A sitdown restaurant doesn't even take that long to make a meal. They have lost me as a customer because I'm tired of overpaying for wrong items. They say they will remake your item if wrong but that means waiting again and if the order is picked up for you, the person who gets it doesn't know. Once its been dropped off, you're stuck and can't get it fixed because nobody wants to drive back, find a parking spot, walk in amd wait another 25 minutes. Waste of money in times when things are already high priced. Customer service is less then helpful. I had issues with my last 3 orders. Nobody cares anymore if it's wrong or right. They got your money at the end of the day. Customer service sucks.

I’ve visited Starbucks in major cities across North America and Asia-including Canada, US, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Korea-so I was pleasantly surprised that this location is my favorite. (Of course, I’m not counting the Reserve locations, which are in a category of their own with unique menus 😉). What makes this location special is the professional and friendly staff. They consistently make each visit enjoyable, and the drinks are always prepared with care and reliable quality. My usual order is a venti Matcha Frappuccino/Matcha Latte, but at this location, I’ve also tried their lattes, espressos, refreshers, and teas-all of which have been excellent. I once took a friend/colleague-whose favorite Starbucks was elsewhere-and introduced her to the Ramada location as my favorite spot. Ever since, she has become a very loyal and enthusiastic convert to this location! Whether for business or pleasure, this location is a great choice. 🍵🧋☕️✨

Nestled on Specialty Avenue in downtown Prince George, Zoe's Java House is a delightful coffee shop that beckons with the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods like cinnamon buns and muffins. This cozy spot has become a beloved haven for locals, especially those working nearby, thanks to its inviting atmosphere and delicious lunch offerings. The menu features gourmet paninis, customizable sandwiches, hearty soups, and vegetarian chili—plus an array of gluten-free options for those with dietary preferences.
Working in community services downtown has it's harder days, so having a spot to steal away 15 minutes with a good cup of coffee and a turkey and swiss stuffed croissant is a heaven send. The staff are so friendly and always seem to remember the little things, and they've got cozy couches and plenty of sunlight too.

Zoe’s is a cozy, but roomy, spot to have a coffee in PG. My cappuccino was good and the baking is fresh. It would be 4 stars but took one star off for this… I asked for a smoothie and whether I could have some vegetables blended in with it. They told me they didn’t have any - which was not true as we saw a bag of spinach in the front display fridge. My guess is that their smoothie proportions are so precise that they have no flexibility in customizing, even by a handful of spinach 🤷‍♀️ Other than that, Zoe’s is clean, spacious yet quaint, and has decent food and coffee. (I didn’t check out the washroom.)
Kristine C — Google review
I truly wanted to enjoy my visit to Zoe’s Café this morning, but I left feeling deeply disappointed and honestly hurt. I ordered a cappuccino and a sandwich, expecting a simple but satisfying meal. What I received, however, left me questioning whether my support for this local café matters. The cappuccino was burnt, bitter, and without any real flavor. The sandwich (picture attached) was just two slices of bread with tomato, lettuce, and a bit of sauce — nothing close to the quality or portion that should come at the price charged. When I pay nearly 40% more than what I would elsewhere, I expect value, not the feeling of being shortchanged. I always make an effort to support local businesses because I know how hard it is to keep them running, especially in these times. But support must go both ways. Customers deserve respect through fair pricing, proper portions, and care in preparation. Instead, I left with frustration and regret. This review is not written out of anger, but out of disappointment. At the very least, I feel I deserve an apology for an experience that should have been welcoming but instead left me feeling let down.
R S — Google review
No complaints against Zoe’s. It’s the meter maid/man. I was given a $100 ticket for parking in front when I did have my handicapped card on the dash. PG wants us to support downtown business but ticket you when you do park. Moved here a year ago but won’t support downtown business again if that’s the attitude

Best Cafe I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. I love the service and atmosphere as they promote small businesses by having the products available to sell. You can tell all the food is made fresh and they love what they do! The owner made sure this was a place anyone can go to and relax.

Coffee order to go, was incorrect, they offered to make the correct order but after the staff person showed attitude by turning and slamming the cup down on the counter, I said it's OK, I'll take it anyway. After getting situated in my vehicle and back on the road I tasted the latté, the espresso tasted so burnt... I didn't drink it. Very disappointing.

Come for the coffee and occasionally a muffin, tim bit, or sandwich. I like the coffee but it is getting pricier than its competitors. The food is not too shabby for a fast food doughnut shop chain. Hey Tim Hortons, hire people that understand English. This has been another mess up from this location. How hard is it to understand "bacon breakfast sandwich on a English muffin, no cheese"? Had no idea it translated into "sausage breakfast sandwich on a English muffin, with cheese". There is a lovely lady that works mornings that has never missed my simple order. But she seems to be the only born Canadian working in that store. This is ridiculous and outrageous. I've put too much effort in even caring. Never going back to this establishment.

This location needs to figure out how to use a grill parking system. Ive been trapped in the drive thru line up 20 plus minutes on 2 occasions now because of someones order taking forever. Once they finally got their order all the cars behind cleared through rapidly because our stuff had been ready for a while. It made me late for work today and I will be avoiding this place before work from now on. Please train your drive thru staff better

Got a stomach bug from the downtown location and they were too busy talking amongst themselves to notice me. Spruceland same deal, immature kids who'd rather be someplace else. Mocked for how I pronounced honey cruller. I WOULD write out a form but the problem WILL persist and it's intended to satisfy the customer however so does typing this I feel much better. 🙃

The customer service has gone down, ordered a pepperoni pizza; got only cheese. Ordered a chicken craveable with extra sauce, got barely any sauce. When called to correct this order, we were told it was rang in wrong; which is unacceptable.. how do you get pepperoni and cheese mixed up?
Sammi D — Google review
Having never been to a Tim Hortons, didn't know what to expect. Seemed chaotic. 2 stations to place order with "Order Here" sign on.....no one taking orders. Finally placed my order and again no direction from employee as to where to go? Sit down and you bring to table? Wait by register? After 15 minutes my order was called out over glass prep station partition. Food was ok.
Steve H — Google review
Customer service is the worst. I waited outside and knocked on the door since I was hungry and didn't realize that the order was just from the drive-through. They disregarded me and treated me like a homeless person.

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has been delighting customers with its iconic burgers and crispy fries for decades. It's not just about the main menu; many visitors also swing by for a quick coffee or a sweet donut treat. The quality of food here is commendable, and the staff are dedicated to providing excellent service, ensuring you have an enjoyable experience. While I haven't tried the drive-thru yet, it appears to be efficient.
I ordered thru the app. Usually it gives me options how to pick up I usually say Drive Thru. This one time it didn't say that....I was in the drive thru and my stuff was on the counter inside. 🥺😥 I'm so grateful to the ladies in there. Thank you. I appreciate you. ♥️ Ford helping an old lady out

Ordered the chicken taco poutine. Literally was just thousand Island with fries and cheese? Where's the cheese sauce, tortilla strips gravy? Good job. Update, july 28, now ordered a regular poutine and there is no gravy.
Rob W — Google review
Very strange experience this evening in the drive-thru. Everything was correct on the screen when before I drove up to the window, including 2 McChicken packets. I remember thinking - hmm is two packs enough? And deciding, yeah it's fine. My daughter says WOW! $30? And we had a short talk about inflation while I drove up to the pay window. At the pay window, she says '36 dollars' and I should have been more firm, but I said - Oh, that's weird - is there a receipt? She said, at the next window. Then at the next window, I received my items and started to check for the receipt, and I noticed there was LG fries (I ordered med, and my drink was med, so that's strange) and a second burger! So I said - Oh! This isn't mine maybe? I have an extra burger - maybe it's the truck behind me? They said - no. You PAID for it! And I felt confused and should have stayed and double checked the receipt... but I didn't. And of course there isn't a receipt in the bag. And the extra burger was a McChicken burger which I thought maybe they mixed up the sauce for a burger and that's what happened - but no, because I still got the sauce packs! I should be grateful I got extra things - but is it extra if I paid for it? Did they intend to charge me extra and pocket it? Reading through reviews sounds like they mess up a lot - are they pocketing money on messed up orders? And finally, this is the state of my burgers. The McChicken doesn't even have the right sauce? So strange...

We come here for a coffee or a donut sometimes. The overall quality is good. The service is also fine as the staff do their best to give you the best. I have not used the drive through but it seems to be fine. This McDonald looks a bit cleaner than other branches. Based on the size of the branch the number of options are very limited.
Hamid H — Google review
I have been getting a serious issue while visiting this branch. They always closed the door early without notice on their website nor at the door. Last time I visited, they closed the door at 10pm where on their website it says 12pm. Coming to the orders, the french fries is always hard to eat. It is wrong solid and they always forget the dipping sauce. Oh yes, if you ask for extra sauce, they charge you for that! Despite several conversations with the manager on shift about closing the door early, it seems like no one cares and they just do whatever they want to without respecting the company decision.
Sarvesh J — Google review
Another place that decides if you can use their bathroom! Basic human right at their judgement (no physical key, they push a button to let you in, if they even acknowledge your existence.) Almost $15 for a simple wrap combo. No outdoor seating. Terrible customer service. Won't even look at you if you're trying to order inside. Only redeeming quality is that our food was hot and made properly. Thank God we don't live in this city.

A&W Canada is a beloved fast-food chain that specializes in serving its iconic root beer alongside a variety of delicious burgers, chicken, and fries. This popular spot has gained a reputation for not only its tasty offerings but also for the exceptional customer service provided by its dedicated staff. Visitors often rave about the friendly atmosphere and how efficiently the team handles busy periods, ensuring orders are accurate and served hot.
Wow.Lunchtime. The 2 young ladies that worked there were amazing. Multitasking at its finest. This job takes a lot more intellectual ability than expected. Even it was so busy. The young Lady remembered our food and even brought it to the table while having other orders on the go. They only make minimum wage? Really?

Over the years they have removed more and more items from menu. Food is better than most fast food. My beef with this location is the refusal to add ketchup to your order even though you ask and ask and remind. This is not a one time issue but has happened many times. The food here is not too shabby, service is hit and miss depending I guess on who's working. Food prices have really skyrocketed over the past few years, not only here but all fast food places, better bring your coupons. The menu selection over the years has also shrunk taking off many favorites like chubby chicken, whistle dog, root beer milkshakes etc. 😮‍💨 But of all the fast food chains A&W is still my favorite. The frosty mugs of rootbeer, onion rings and teenburgers are my goto in a hurry bite to eat. Also check out their apple pies way better than the competition.

McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain recognized by its golden arches, has been serving up delicious meals since 1940. With a menu that features beloved classics like hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, and crispy French fries, it’s no wonder this establishment is a go-to for quick bites around the globe. Travelers often find themselves stopping at McDonald's for a satisfying meal on the road.
I do use McDonald’s to get my fast food when I need it but some spots I go to Lake in PG BC they’re all closed at 8 o’clock and truck drivers are hungry after that so I had a look around but the one I went to I was there before and it was great service, friendly staff good foodserved with a smile I give them a 10 1/2 stars

There has to be some common (oops) sense applied to macdonalds drive through motorcycle policy. The drive through at this location has great visibility which is cited by macdonalds policy as their main issue in refusing to serve someone on a motorcycle. I personally do not care for some uninformed person making more work for me when I just wanted a burger. If they do not understand that this distinction is a human rights violation, maybe somebody should tell them!!

The washroom's mirror was very dirty. The good was good and fast. Friendly staff and we enjoyed our food. You can either dine-in or drive through. There are about one or two empty tables ( unavailable) among the tables. I saw one of the staff sanitized a table after that person left. So, the safety protocols are in place 👍👌. 1) Things to improve: clean the men's washroom mirror 🪞. Literally can't see yourself in it. 2) don't sweep the floor when people are eating next to you. The whole dust goes on the food and have to throw your food away. 😒 I do recommend this Mcdonald 👌 👍

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has stood the test of time, renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. What sets this location apart is its commitment to the community, with local employees who genuinely care about providing a good experience. During my visit, I ordered at a convenient kiosk but completed my payment at the counter, where the staff was quick and efficient. The fries were served piping hot, and while my burger had that classic greasy charm, it was made just as I requested.
The team at McDonalds is fabulous! We pre-ordered for a large group and the team was great with communication, pivoting to an unexpected time change, and meeting the needs of the group. Thank you, Martin, for your exceptional service! <3 The Spectrum Supports crew.

They actually had locals working there. People that have had a hamburger before actually making hamburgers i usually avoid fast food places. As most of them are shitty with shitty franchise owners abusing the tfw program. But these guys actually care about the community they operate in. I will be back as they could use the support.

Disappointed that they allow groups of teenagers to hangout in the restaurant. One or two will buy one small thing and the rest up to 15 of them hang out. We saw 2 of them vaping and told them to stop. One of them did. The other just kept looking at me with a smirk on his face and continued to vape. Reported to staff member. He came down but no one was asked to leave. McDonald's is a family restaurant catering to small children. Should not be used as a hangout for teenagers with behavioral problems.

The restaurant is filthy. Couldn't find one clean table to sit at. Something's wrong with the milkshakes. Food was cold when I got home. Burger was soggy. Total waste of money. Couldn't eat it. Threw it out. Won't be going back here anytime soon.

Had to walk in due to work vehicle being too big for drive thru. Spent my ENTIRE 30 minute lunch break waiting for a small chai, and then realized they put my warmed food on the counter and didn't call my name resulting in cold and soggy food. Baristas are working hard with no AC, despite this they still provide good customer service. Corporate needs to stop prioritizing mobile orders over in house customers.

It’s not my first time, every time you go through the drive through you are stuck for half hour . Today I went to grab quick coffee and there were only 3 cars in front of me and I still waited 25 mins to order . I ordered medium decaf v latte . When I got ti window I got charged for venti and she gave me venti size too . There was no apology for long wait and on top wrong size for coffe . End up paying almost $8 to stay in drive thru line up for a medium coffee . It’s soo frustrating going through drive through this location because you literally fell trapped and you can’t leave . Wasted my whole lunch break today for this coffee . Never going back to this location again

Who ever designed the chairs that have been placed in this particular Starbucks has no idea about human anatomy; and how ideally when leaning into a chair, a wooden bar shouldn’t press against your spine in one spot. Came in for a bagel belt. She checked to see if there was eggs in there was. So I waited for 5 or 6 minutes then she said there's no eggs now you'll have to wait to make eggs . So pissed off. Bar non the worst experience ever. Should not be taking orders if you can’t do your job. I have to tell you how to enter a farmers sausage breakfast wrap no hash brown. Continued to say there was no bottom to put the order in but then said button. Not sure how that’s the customers problem…. And then to have arrogance from the staff while pulling up to the window. Overall I was disgusted by service, food and cleanliness.

The man at the drive thru is rude, never tells you the amount of your order , never says hello , just throws your food at you. I content with him multiple days a week and he is always like this. This morning he only gave me half my order and when I asked for my other products he sneered at me an basically threw the coffee at me , which spilt all over me and my vehicle. I tried to call and talk to the store manager and she said it's me not understanding him and how he is. I tried to explain to her and she didn't seem to care at all and just said yes he's very friendly. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is zero care or professionalism. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I go here for the ice caps, cold brews, ice coffees. Cheap and reliable and don’t punch you in the face with burnt espresso flavour. The coffee drinks are the perfect level of sweetness for me. Some could argue too sweet, but I prefer that over too bitter. I prefer Tim’s over all other coffee chains and independents. The other ones are overpriced and burnt/bitter/faint flavours. I do like some of their wraps, especially their farmers one. They really hit the spot when I feel like eating McDs. I like Tim’s quality better than McDs, when they get it right. Nothing amazing here. But they do have reliable staples I go for here and you can’t beat the price point. I never dine in. Just not the best vibe and not usually the cleanest looking or smelling. Pretty dated atmosphere if you ask me. Been the same washed out brown since… forever? Could use a rebrand and higher quality control on cleanliness. Quality is variable from restaurant to restaurant and within each restaurant, but some orders are more reliable than others because they come premade. You just have to experiment with your order to find out what to order and what to avoid. Do not come here and ask for customizations. It might work 10% of the time, but in general it’s a very bad idea.
K E — Google review
Came here around 7:30pm august 2nd, ordered one of their loaded bowls and a flatbread pizza. Went through drive-thru to pick it up. While I was waiting at the window, the employees were playing by ticking each other like kids, eventually they brought out my pizza and handed it to me so incredibly fast saying have a good day and shutting the window before I could even get a chance to tell them I also order a loaded bowl… so I just waited at the window until they came back a minute later and gave me my bowl saying have a good day once again. I parked in the parking lot to get a bite of my bowl and found that it was completely cold (it is always hot) and no where near food safe temperatures (I have foodsafe certification). I went back inside to return this and asked for a refund, and while doing so, one of the employees were still playing by poking the employee I was trying to speak to. Very immature behaviour, very unimpressed as I come to this time hortons all the time and I don’t usually see this type of behaviour in the employees they here.

Tim Hortons is a well-known Canadian chain that offers premium-blend coffee, along with light fare, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is exceptional and provides fantastic service. I would like to express my gratitude for their prompt action in replacing a small French Vanilla with a medium size after I had purchased it earlier in Vanderhoof. Despite not being from his own store, the employee apologized for the lack of flavoring in the previous drink and promptly replaced it.
I just went in and got 2 double doubles and two apple fritters to go. They were nearly sold out of the fritters. They were highly recommended and both the coffee and frittters were delicious!! The employee who took my order was super friendly and welcoming with a great smile, made me feel valued. I wished we had a Tim Hortons were I live in Tennessee!

Drive through runs well during the week, they have 4 to 5 employees working drive through. Inside is a hole different thing. You have one employee running the front from getting customer drinks and treats. I stood in the line up for around 5 min and not even a condition from any of the staff. The front counter lady didn't even get a chance to look up but the one who presents her self as the one giving orders was also filling orders looked at me and the line up and put her head back down and got us to wait with out says a word

Since June 2025 things have gone absolutely downhill. Going to have to check every order before leaving because food is constantly messed up. Keep receiving wraps made as the breakfast boxes, today received a chocolate chip muffin instead of blueberry. Have received coffees made with sugar instead of Splenda, or missing the Splenda entirely. It's incredibly sad because this location used to be the best one.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered wedges as a vegetarian option, and the staff member told me I would get 5 wedges for $2.50. She seemed distracted, talking on the headset, and didn’t pay proper attention to my order. After 10 minutes, she finally prepared it but gave me only 3 wedges. I was charged full price for less food, and the service was careless. Not happy with how this was handled. But the girl who took my order was really very nice and friendly. So 5 stars for her.

Would give 0 if I could. Long day driving, havent eaten all day. I parked my truck and PAID for a cab to bring me for something to eat. Online order charged my credit card, show up and they are closed. I find this absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal to take money without being able to get food.

Get disappointed at this place at night . Its too horrible , staff was just standing and talking with each other.the order was too delayed and everything like my burger was cold nd massy. Its zero star for them.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and they even offered coffee refills. It felt more like a warm, cozy local café than a typical McDonald’s something you don’t usually experience at other locations.

My partner, after he got off work at 10pm, ordered us two mcdouble meals, add chicken sauce to both burgers. The first mcdouble was prepared ok, but the second was a joke. I'll add pictures so others can laugh, too. But the second mcdouble was the two patties with a piece of cheese in between, the onions that come with mcdoubles, lettuce on both sides, and the bun. And that is it. No sauce, no pickles. Lettuce?? When there was no mention of lettuce? On both sides?? Dry as heck. Awful.

I wanted to give 0 star if there was an option. Came all the way from Alberta stopped here to get breakfast, had pancakes and couple chicken muffins which I told the lady that I want hash brown instead of chicken patty bcz me and my friends are all vegetarian we went to hotel all tired and one of my friend took a bite without being aware of there was chicken patty in them, moreover that patty seems atleast an hour old. So I called as my friend was so pissed and sad, the girl who answered doesn’t know the definition of customer service, was busy on her phone. I asked to talk to the manager she said “she is” and hangup on me two times without resolving the issue then what is your purpose being a manager- team leader (Harpreet)

I'm amazed I'm giving a mcdonald's a 5 star review! I've only ever ordered through the app and picked the food up through the drive thru so I wonder if that changes the circumstances and they prepare it freshly or what? It is just mcdonald's so we all know it's not the best quality and it's not healthy but every single time I've gotten food as I stated above from this particular restaurant it's as good as mcdonald's can be imo. Hot and freshly made.
